The reps were knowledgeable. They explained to me the different packages and gave a run down of all the options. They told me what my down payment and monthly payment would be then asked me if I was comfortable with it. I said yes and everything worked out.

I did some research online as to the top line providers for auto warranties and I selected Endurance because of that. It was very good dealing with the rep.

Endurance has a better rate and longer coverage. The way that the rep explained the coverage could have been a little bit better though. Endurance covered the turbo, as far as what the coverage was when I asked the price. But when they ran the vehicle, it was gonna be more. So, I didn’t like that.

When I called Endurance, they were convincing and I felt comfortable with the lady. Once I heard Endurance, they sounded good so I gave them a try. I'm working with them to see how they do and see if it's worth to be staying with. I did two cars with them so I would recommend them to somebody else.

I did my research on Endurance and all the other extended warranty companies. Endurance seemed to be great, affordable and very easy to work with. I went with them but the deal with the automobile that I was going to get fell through so I cancelled the next day. They refunded my money right away, so it’s all good.

I saw comments about Endurance from online. I signed up but I’m no longer with it. When I wanted to use it, I couldn’t use it. I wanted to do some breaks on the car and they’re telling me I gotta pay cash. I gotta drive around. So, I returned the vehicle. Now, I got a different vehicle.

Endurance had the best reviews, which made me decide to go with them. The rep was great and explained the coverage well. Having the protection plan is very valuable because I needed a plan. I didn’t wanna ride without any warranty for my vehicle because I didn't wanna come out of pocket if anything was to happen.

They were able to answer questions fine and everything was explained fairly well about the coverage. The only thing that wasn't really explained well was there was a $250 card, and there'll be another one that I’d get later. It's described as being used to make any kind of purchase that I would want. But after I got the first one, I saw that that was not only fairly limited in that scope, but that it wasn't really used to make purchases, but rather basically discounts on gift cards. So, I ultimately won't even use it.
But the purchase process was fine. The only other thing that might be helpful is even if the rates can't be published, letting people know ahead of time that there is a 1,000 mile and a waiting period of three or four months so it's easier to compare with other providers of the warranty. But there weren't really a whole lot of problems.

Endurance was rated number one on the reviews, which was why I chose them. The purchase process was good. The rep explained everything in detail. It was nice and I didn't have any questions after talking with her. She even worked the billing. It worked out perfectly where I was able to get it handled and get the warranty I wanted on it before it was too late for my vehicle. So, she did very well. I wish I had money to buy a brand-new car where the warranty comes with it. But it's nice that they have something like this nowadays and stuff for used vehicles. Endurance has been great so far.

I called Endurance last year and was inquiring about their warranty. I was on their website and I put the information in. Someone called me back then. I thought about it again this year and Endurance popped up again. I looked at it. The next day or so, someone from Endurance called me. That's when I decided to go on and get that coverage that they were offering. The rep went over a lot of things with me. I can be complicated at times because when I need to know something, I ask the questions. The rep reassured me that I was making a good choice. Endurance had great customer service.

Everything went very well with the rep when I signed up and I'm pleased so far.

When I got my vehicle, the one that I signed up with was Alpha Warranty and they covered very little. When I called Endurance, they told me they would cover a large area of mechanical problems in a vehicle that may occur. They made me make a choice. Also, with the $100 deductible, there's a hold-up and there's no wait. They will service you and it’s only three simple things. The way that the rep explained the coverage was top of the line because even though he showed me I could bring it up online, they also mailed me a hardcopy that I requested. I got one plan for me and one for my son. It works very well. I gotta wait for the 30 days and the 1000 miles before I can use it. I understand that the company wants to make sure that people do not just come and try to get a coverage and then, there’s something already wrong with the automobile. So, I'm very satisfied.

I know I got to make a payment but right now, we got snowed in so I missed out on three days of money. I'm in a rut. When I do make the payment, I want to make at least two months’ payment. I'm recommending Endurance some people to Endurance.

I checked into acquiring an auto warranty and for the money, Endurance was the best price. The reps were very informative and forthcoming. They gave me the website of the Better Business Bureau to check out other warranty places to make sure that I would know. Me and my husband talked about it and even though Endurance was a little bit more than some of the other ones, they were probably the best. I’ll recommend them.

I told him I was interested in it but I was in my car driving. So, he said he would call me back. He did and explained it a little more, and I signed up. When I paid for it and I saw the additional $20 taken out that I did not approve of, I didn't realize there was an additional $20 for tires. No one told me about that. I got that refunded. When I told him that, he went crazy. I talked to a different Endurance rep later and he said they don't have a David. Other than that, the reps were awful nice. Robert, the sales rep of Endurance was very nice and kind. He explained everything in a perfect way. However, when I called Endurance to ask about something in the policy, the rep was rude. I asked her why on the policy, it says that they all have to be done every 3,500 miles. When I explained that the factory uses a motor oil 0W-20, that is fully synthetic, for 10,000 months, she said no because that kind of oil is extra. I also asked her about when I need to do the maintenance of the car, do a full inspection and air filter change, how much would have that cost. She said, "All that is in the contract. If you need a contract, I can mail it to you." She was not experienced in the customer service field.

Endurance has extended warranties for cars over 150,000 and my car had 132,000 on it. I had compared it to CarShield and CarShield only went up to 150,000 miles. The big selling point with Endurance was that it covered a lot of things. It also added an extra 100,000 miles in the end. I have a Lexus and I expect that car to go at least 200,000. After the reps told me everything, I told them I would call them back rather than sign up based upon the information I was receiving. I needed some time to think and do some research and I felt a little bit of pressure. But they were good and it's a good program. The cost is reasonable too. I pay up to a certain point then I don't have to pay any more.

I called the customer service team today and checked the miles that I gave them so I can get my car worked on. They let me know that but I couldn’t find my information which they sent me. I had Auto Shield for about a year and a half and I had to take my car in for a minor repair. When I drove in to the dealership, my buddy over there said, "You got that Auto Shield." I said, "Yes, I do. Why?" He said, "We don't take those anymore. Too much trouble. They nitpick everything and it's just too hard." They still did it, and then he laughed at me when I went to get my car. He said, "They went through the process again and saved you a whole $15." So, I came home and I went on the computer and compared Auto Shield to everybody. Lo and behold, if I had done that way back when, I would have been with Endurance. They were rated number one. So, I switched quickly.
Signing up was easy and fast. The rep I dealt with was nice. They haven't sent me a policy yet though. All I have is a three-page welcome sheet with no policy. So, I decided I better call them. I was talking to a number of lady friends of mine a week ago, and one of them said, "I think I'm going to get that Auto Shield. I saw it on television." I said, "Don't do it. Don't do it." I like Endurance's reviews better than the other reviews I read. Their representatives have been fantastic. The people that I talked to were upfront. I talked to CarShield, and I was told one thing. When I was done with that conversation, I figured, "Hey, I want to call back again to see if I get the same information." I didn't. I believe the first person lied to me to try to get me to sign up. That was a huge turnoff when I got two conflicting stories. When I talked to Endurance, and then I called back and asked them the same question, they gave me the same answer. So, that was pretty much what sold me. The way they have the payment structured works fine. I gave them the $100 right up and then a couple of weeks later, I did the 143. It worked out really well.

After I did my due diligence, Endurance had the best reviews, they offered some of the best packages and had some of the best pricing. So, I elected to go with Endurance.
The sign-up process was very smooth and easy. The gentleman that I dealt with had all the information and he answered all my questions. I liked that he wasn't pushy. I spoke to people at two other warranty companies, and it felt like it's almost like selling a used car. The guy from Endurance was more laid-back. This is a SCAM! ENDURANCE DOES NOT PAY ANY CLAIMS!!! Everything looks great, on paper. The pricing is reasonable. It’s easy to buy & sign up. The Coverage in the Contract is AMAZING! The only problem is ... they WILL NEVER PAY A CLAIM! Everything is great, until you File a Claim. Once you “attempt” to File a Claim, EVERYTHING CHANGES! It becomes a ridiculous circus of absurdity. They give you the runaround. They play “Whack-A-Mole” with which parts are covered and which are not. They give RIDICULOUS EXCUSES as to why your Claim is NOT approved. They keep CHANGING the Reason for Denial. They give HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. And they don’t care because it is their INTENTION to get you to just CANCEL YOUR POLICY!
They TRY TO GET YOU TO CANCEL!!! That’s why it’s a SCAM! You sign up. You make your Down Payment. You “auto-pay” your monthly payments every month. Then, as soon as you File a Claim, EVERYTHING CHANGES! They become entirely different people. They make RIDICULOUS Excuses. They give HORRENDOUS Customer Service. They hang up on you. They basically HARASS you about your own Policy until you get fed up and CANCEL YOUR POLICY! THAT’S THE SCAM! You cancel and they KEEP ALL THE MONEY YOU PAID!!! They take your money. They NEVER PAY A CLAIM and when YOU CANCEL, YOU LOSE ALL THE MONEY YOU INVESTED and YOU GET NOTHING OUT OF IT!
I purchased the Secure Plus Plan. I paid for MONTHS. My Power Steering went out. I took it to a Repair Shop. They said my Rack & Pinion and my Power Steering Pump needed to be replaced. BOTH are Covered Parts in my Policy. Endurance still DENIED the CLAIM! Endurance insisted that the Seals & Gaskets were the “Cause of Failure” and said that the Seals & Gaskets are NOT covered in my plan. Even though they never sent anyone out to INSPECT the car, themselves. When I pointed out to them that my policy states that Seals & Gaskets ARE covered “in conjunction with the repair or replacement of Covered Parts” and since the Rack & Pinion and Power Steering Pump ARE Covered Parts, the Seals & Gaskets are covered when those parts are replaced. I even emailed them a copy of my policy with the stated text highlighted.
Then, they switched and said that the mechanic’s explanation of the “Cause of Failure” was insufficient. And, that I should take it to another shop. So, that’s exactly what I did. I took it to PEP BOYS. Pep Boys also said that my Rack & Pinion and my Power Steering Pump needed to be replaced. They even offered to do it for HALF THE PRICE of the previous shop. ENDURANCE STILL DENIED THE CLAIM!!! They actually said that it was denied the 2nd time because now, this was a “PRE-EXISTING CONDITION” because I continued to drive the car after it needed to be repaired. And that since they offer Free Towing, I should have had it TOWED to the 2nd Shop.
1) The only reason I continued to drive the car was because they Denied my Claim when I took it to the 1st shop.2) Nowhere in the Contract does it state that the car can not be “driven” while it needs repairs. I asked them where in the Contract does it state that the vehicle can’t be driven while it requires repairs, they couldn’t tell me. BECAUSE IT DOESN’T STATE THAT. And,
3) Driving a car doesn’t always have an effect on the condition of the parts that need to be repaired or replaced. If my Power Window Motor is out, driving the car doesn’t affect it, at all.

It was great when I purchased Endurance Warranty. The rep was very informative. There were a lot of questions I asked and my biggest concern was seeing the stuff black and white. I like the new program they have. I’ve already recommended Endurance to a couple of my kids and friends because of the fact that I've never seen a plan that has the service part they covered, to the length of time they offer. You pay them three years but you got two additional years, so five years.

I already had one, but I just felt like there was something better out there. They said that Endurance was the best program for my particular car. After talking to Endurance, I chose to sign up and hearing about what they had to offer versus my current warranty. The representatives were amazing and very thorough in explaining the differences between the two policies and what I got extra in even paying over a timespan, how much cheaper would be paying for a three-year plan versus paying five years without no guarantees.

**MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASE** I purchased a 2008 Audi within the year so I decided to purchase an extended warranty through Endurance. Nine months into the policy, a check engine light came on so I brought to a reputable audi dealership. Some of the repairs were within and outside of the motor. After going through some red tape, the warranty covered only the repairs within the motor as stated in the policy. When repair shop completed the repairs and took it for a test drive, a second check light engine came on. It is common for parts that fail within the motor to also cause othe motor parts to fail.
Now we are looking at additional repair expenses. Endurance came up with this frivolous "value of the car" max payout that was approximately one third of what the true value of the car is worth and would only cover upto their value figures. Mind you, I purchased the extended warranty because I knew it would be costly to repair a European car. Now. I'm stuck with an approximately $2,000 out of my pocket cost and could no longer put in another claim in the future because they maxed out their payout on their frivolous "value of the car" I continue to have monthly premiums that I'm required to pay with zero possibly of Endurance paying another claim. The kick in the ** is that I purchased two policies for my two audis. I'm not done here, I'm heading next to the Better Business Bureau next. Very disappointing to say the least. My recommendation is to go elsewhere for your extended warranty!

The only thing is I wasn't sure about when the policy becomes effective because I received it, and then I downloaded the app. I typed in the password that Endurance gave me, but it wouldn't let me log in. I didn't know if it was working. So far, Endurance has taken the one payment out. And I'm wondering about the one for February if it will automatically go against my credit card or if I should log in and pay it myself when I want to. I work for the state and I get paid every two weeks. Sometimes they screw up. I have direct deposit and it might miss a day. And then I don't want to get pounded with fees. It would be better if I just knew every month when it was due and made sure I had money in there, went online and put it in the account.
Other than that, I'm hopeful that it will be everything that I want it to be going forward because I decided I wanted to keep my car. I just read today that since the election, the price of fuel is up 20% already. So, I'm going to hang on to the little Fiesta for a while because it's so good on gas. I talked to an Endurance salesperson and he was very informative. Before I went with them I had Guardian and with them, I didn't have the little card that has the numbers on it that goes in my wallet. I have that card with Endurance. One thing that needs to be done on their membership card and contract though is that they need to tell me what level I am. I'm preferred, which is top of the line but it doesn't say that on my contract and on my card. Other than that, the contract reads pretty well. Endurance pays for an oil change and almost routine-type maintenance.

I signed up with Endurance and I got my contract today. I went on the computer and found the $500 rewards thing that they have. I was not impressed. Originally, I told the guys, "I can't use what you're telling me it'll provide. All I can use it for is groceries. Can I use it for that?" The rep said yes. I said, "How would I do that?" He said, "You'll get a card." What I thought he meant was that there would be $250 on the card and that would cover my expense for signing up with them.
I thought, "It's time to cover the car, so let's do that." However, I called and I said, "I don't like this. I can't use what you've sent. You misrepresented this card that I was going to get." I explained why and the lady I talked with said, "We can make an adjustment there. We can make this easier on you and we can send you, after you've decided to stay with us and made your first month's payment, a debit card with $150 on it for you to use." I said, "That makes it short right now, but I guess we can do that." I haven't decided whether to take them up on it or not. I'm upset because I feel that it was misrepresented and I wonder how many other things will be misrepresented.

Endurance was the first to call me back, which was why I went with them, and I still have one more payment on my down payment to make. The little discount thing that they sent is unusable for me because there’s nothing when I’m on my way and nothing online to use it for. Other than that, the purchase was fine and smooth. The only issue I have is the waiting period before you can use it. You have to wait 30 days and 1,000 miles. If I’m paying for a service, I should be able to use it right away regardless. If my daughter drives that car and her transmission goes out today but I don’t make that 1,000 miles, it’s a waste of money.
