    Endurance was the first to give me a call back. I couldn't take the call so they left a voicemail. I called back on a follow up. They gave me a good price, and then I took it. The original person I spoke to, the one that left me the voicemail, wasn't available when I called them. But whoever took the call was super cool. He went very deeply into the ins and outs and the different policies that were available. He understood that I was looking for specific coverage that was a little less, but of course, the top quality one that Endurance offered. So, he explained it to me. Seemed like a fair deal. Pricing wasn't exactly what I was looking into.

    He was able to transfer me over to whoever person it was, manager or a second level. And he was able to get it down to where I was more comfortable with the deal. And got it. He sold me on the product. Both of them as a team were great. I stumbled a couple of times regarding getting some documents in. But I understand that it was also a busy weekend, so it's perfectly fine. But as far as the experience on getting the policy and getting everything explained to me and getting it done, everything was great. Endurance is a good company that can back you up on it. More power to them.

    I had been paying someone else for a warranty for my car, but I found out that Nissan doesn't use them. So, I had to find somebody that Nissan does use. I saw a commercial concerning Endurance. I found out that they do use Endurance. The salesperson waver professional. I liked what I heard. The purchase process was quick. I didn't know if I wanted it that quick, but I needed to do something in case something happened. I feel kind of rushed. I did get a letter in the mail saying that there was gonna be an increase in payments.

    The first representative that I talked to was awesome, very polite. It was also a quick process and it was exactly what he said. I had to put that $300 and some deposit down, or I could make payments on it. I just wanted to get it done, so I put down the total amount. It went fantastic. Endurance's coverage was better than the other one I looked at. It was more bumper-to-bumper coverage for just a few dollars’ difference, so I chose them. However, I got a letter in the mail this last week stating that if I didn't respond by April 22nd, my rates were gonna go up. I was not happy about that.

    The girl I called and spoke to wasn't very friendly. She told me it was a letter to get people to call them for price quotes. I said, “Well, it's got an ID number on here,” and she said that was a bogus ID number. That wasn't even my ID number. I said, “Well, that's not cool.” Because I haven't received my plastic card from them yet, I asked what my ID number is and she gave it to me. I told her that it's very irritating to be sent out a letter like that, and it’s not even factual. I haven't even made my first payment then.

    I talked to the girl two or three days ago and I said, “I just don't understand how you can send me a letter telling me you're gonna cancel my service when I haven't even had it a month.” She goes, “Like I told you, it's just an advertisement.” I told her, “It better be an advertisement. And I’d better not see my rates increase or I'm gonna turn you into the BBB.” I checked my checking account last night, and my $90 payment was pulled out on the 29th. It went through like it's supposed to.

    Endurance had more coverage than when I was looking at CarShield. I had signed up with them and cancelled it then signed up with Endurance. None of them provides bumper-to-bumper coverage but Endurance does cover more. However, the first payment was twice the normal and I don’t understand that. It’s like 200 then it's 100 a month. I talked to CarShield and a couple more, and nobody else did that. My wife and I talked about whether I’d cancel and I forgot to do it so I'm just gonna give it a try.

    I canceled Endurance a couple of days after signing up. After doing a bunch of reviews on the company, there were way too many people who were complaining about the fact that when they did have a claim, Endurance would not pay for it. I had that experience with a different extended warranty company so I'm always super sensitive to that.

    A lot of times, the reps will do a whole list of things that are covered and they will tell you what's not covered as well. The issue is if they tell you what's not covered, they'll say something like, "Anything caused by water damage, we don't cover. But if your transmission goes out, we'll cover it." Those are two conflicting statements. From my research, what I found is that if the transmission does go out, you'd think it's going to be covered. But then they'll say, "It's from water damage. If you look here, there's a little rough spot so we know it's from water." The problem is the language is so vague that it leaves a lot of loopholes for them to not cover anything. On top of that, they have an arbitration clause. The arbitration clause is also with arbitrators that they pick and you pick, then they pick a third-party. If you read through the fine print, everything is one-sided to them which they don't really tell you about.

    I love Endurance because they are there when you need them for break downs and all you have to pay is 100 dollars and they pay the rest. So you don't have to worry about repair bills. Just keep your car in good shape and leave the worry to endurance.

    Purchased the extended warranty nearly two years ago and pay monthly. I chose Endurance based on prior reviews and the claims of "premier" coverage and "choose any repair shop". I didn't go cheap. My car is a 2014 Premium Cadillac CTS with just 64k miles. So far mostly minor things but two weeks ago a rather sudden and dangerous issue with leaking brakes on the front of my car. I went straight to my dealership and they diagnosed the issue and contacted Endurance on my behalf. Of the $1,100 repair (parts and labor) Endurance agreed to pay just over $600. I had no choice but to get the repair done and went out of pocket for the difference.

    Today I called to question Endurance on why they paid barely half of the repair. They told me they didn't agree with the hourly rate for labor. They allowed $123 per hour and the dealership was $180. I am in the Dallas area and there is no way that artificially low hourly rate works for certified mechanics at a dealer. So don't buy the "go to any repair shop" story. If you go specialists you'll get stuck with a sizeable chunk of the bill.

    The most positive point of Endurance was the affordability as far as the payment plan and the deductible. Also, one of the biggest strong points was the service agreement. It's like a maintenance package that is pushed on the warranty. Not only is it very sensible that you want to prevent the damage to the vehicle by providing a maintenance agreement on it, it's a great peace of mind. It kind of offsets the expense of buying the warranty.

    The original agent that I talked to was very informative and I was real happy. She kind of really guided me into making the decision to acquire Endurance when I did finalize the purchase. After I talked to her, she gave me her name and most of the contact information, but the two calls after that was with two different agents. They kind of gave me a little bit different information and they were not as reassuring. It seemed like they were a little bit careless about trying to please me and to fulfill my needs or my concerns. But the third agent kind of understood that I was comfortable with the first agent I talked to and somehow got me in contact with her. So she got back to me and that was where I closed the contract with Endurance. She said that she was really sorry that they told me something a little bit different. She requoted the policy, and on that fourth call, I felt like I did in the initial call. She was really well-informed of the policy and everything that they offer.

    I have considered buying a second vehicle and I'm 99% sure I'm gonna buy another warranty package for this vehicle from Endurance because I'm so happy. We are so comfortable with it. It really gave me a peace of mind to even look for another used vehicle. The product that they have is awesome. The maintenance package that comes along with it is a peace of mind, and reassurance that they are not out there to just make the money off the warranty package. They really want to prevent the vehicle from breaking down, which is the number one point of anything.

    The rep did a good job. I didn't have the vehicle with me at the time when I purchased the coverage. It was not where I could go and get some information for him. Still, I got quoted an insurance that was best fit for me and then after the first two weeks, they switched me to a different one. I was very happy. The rep was knowledgeable. He explained to me about the benefits of having that and the good thing was the price I got. It was the new, better plan and it was at the same price. Purchasing it was convenient as well, because going to the dealership, you sit there for a while. Here, they just explained to me what I needed and it took less than 20 minutes. I know everybody has different plans, depending on what vehicle people have, but I definitely would tell friends to give Endurance a call and see what options they have.

    Endurance has better coverage than other providers and it was a little bit more expensive but I can get bumper-to-bumper coverage. The only complaint I had was they told me I would get $250 in gift cards for signing up and they sent me a website for that. But it only pays for a portion of each gift card. Let’s say I wanted to order a $50 gift card to Applebee's, it might cover $10 of it and then I have to pay the rest. I felt that was a little misleading. It's a nice sentiment but I'm not going to use it for anything because this is stuff that I wouldn't buy anyway.

    I have never been upset with a company before. I understand companies are about making money but they should not be about ripping off clients. Not only have I been ripped off by Endurance I have received the worse overall service. I received more respect while deployed to Iraq than by this company from people who wanted to hurt me. Only person who has been consistent Peter ** who sold me the policy. And I guess the salesperson would be a the best of the company. I took my car in for an oil change and inspection before taking a road trip to see my brother who is deploying. Vehicle was dropped off on 4/8/2021. Claim was called in the 4/9/2021. Was told it would be 24 to 48 hours for someone to look at car. Someone showed up on 4/12/21 to do the inspection.

    I called every day and so did shop and was told not yet. So I left on trip on 4/15/21 and had to rent a car because the shop had not received a claim approval which means I could not use the rental part of my contract. So fine. I paid out of pocket for rental with hopes an approval would be made while gone. I get back on Monday and still no approval. So shop is now threatening to remove my truck because it is costing them money every day truck is in their shop sitting on a lift and they cannot have any new cars come in which I completely understand.

    So after calling on 4/20/21 and someone finally calling the person reviewing my claim that mind you according to her had not even been sent in for review. So again with no update to me, I call Endurance again and told my claim is denied because mind you a part on a 2013 Dodge Ram had rust on it. Not corrosion just rust on a part on a 8 year old truck that had 130,000 miles when they allowed me to get the policy. So I call the mechanic and he stated there was some minor rust on the outside but had absolutely nothing to do with the part going bad. It was just something that happens the same with wear and covered by warranty. He stated the person who came and looked at the truck said nothing about rust or corrosion when they did the inspection.

    Mechanic also said he attempted to call back twice and was on hold for 45 minutes and then an hour and 10 minutes. So now I have been without a car for two weeks and a denied claim for rust being on a part of many that need to be fixed that have actually no impact on the cause of failure. This is why people cannot trust anything or anyone because it's not about making sure the client is cared for. It's about how can I get out of covering what this person is paying for. This is horrible service and I will do everything in my power to make sure people know how bad this company is.

They said they will send me some cards in the mail and that I will be covered after 30 days. But I haven’t heard a word since. I’ve been calling their number. I got customer service and they did the report and then hang up on me. I called back again and had the same scenario. It said, “Hold on. We’re connecting you.” Then I wait and it hangs up.

    I looked online and it showed what Endurance was rated at and they'd walk the whole talk. Whoever the salesman was, he got me on the pitch and the coverages and the different packages he had. Then he allowed me to even add a second car. The only thing is that I gave them the wrong card and I've seen that they kept trying to charge it. I was trying to fix that mistake on my end and I couldn't get in contact with nobody. The only person that I could get in contact was the lady. She would call me and I would ask her if anyone could call me back. Communication definitely needs some work. But when I get them on the line, it’s great.

    My father has Endurance and based on his recommendation, I also got the warranty. Also, my car is getting older so I thought it would be a good idea to put it on the warranty. Plus, there was no longer coverage under the dealership warranty. Signing up was quite pleasant. The customer service I received was good. Their rep was really personable. The package that she offered sounded good. It felt like I couldn't lose. Outside of the powertrain, they offer other benefits like the key fobs if I get stranded out on the road. It was more protection.

    On the signup process, the change over that you have to speak to a supervisor could improve. That extra step needs to go away. I kind of dropped the call and got disconnected, and then it took us a week later to reconnect. They could handle it all in one call without changing over to another person. They also really need to improve on their rewards program. I got somebody else to sign up the same day I did, and that was kind of weak. It sounds like it's good, but they could improve on it.

    So far my experience with Enduance has not been as stress-free as I it had been verbally told to me by customer service and the sales rep that called and sold me the warranty. I also checked as much as possible about this company. Honestly I was dead set against extended auto warranties. And it's looking like reasons I really didnt want to get involved is turning out to be a fact. I have had warranty since 12 -15-20 as of 4-19-21 is 1st time trying to put it to much needed work. I have been without my car since Thursday last week. Place where I took it told me on Saturday 2 days after I dropped it there at 8am and still no word from claims with Endurance. It's also the weekend. Oh that's right. The company has no hours on weekends.

    So on Monday will be 5 days no car and nothing I can do but I should of been getting a rental at least. That is what my warranty is to consist of, but I can't get the help I need not even with the claims dept. That is a very important issue that needs to be addressed. When they call you and want you to take the step and trust that this auto warranty thing isnt a big fat lie and waste of my money lord knows I can't afford to just give them $87 a month to go thru this and who knows? I feel awful about this. I also had a very hard time finding a repair shop that would accept it so I had to ask Endurance who they have. I had a choice of 3 repair shops to pick from and the 1 I picked for far from where I am.

    If anyone reads this before you get involved and have spent monthly payments as I and feel you at least would like to feel that you want to get where you are even with money paid make sure you ask them who they have that accepts the warranty and make sure you get car in on a Monday or Saturday so you can deal with claims or repair place can so if you need a rental or it's ok and you dont need your car till fixed and the claims dept oks and pays. I have read where people say they are waiting weeks for Endurance to pay.

    In January, one of the reps had called me and he was willing to work with me. I absolutely liked him because he talked pleasant. He was so nice. We talked about the Bible a little bit. It was just sweet. But I told him right then that I just have moved down here and I haven't found a job. I had to get my money at first. So when I did, I gave them a call back, but it wasn't the same person that called me the first time. But he wasn't too bad. Maybe his day wasn't going as well. Hhe still kinda talked with respect.     I called CarShield and it freaked me out because I asked the guy a question and he still kept talking. It was just weird. He was definitely scripted and it sounded like he was completely a computer. He kept saying the same things over and I didn't feel comfortable about it. So, then I entered my information in on something else online, which I regretted doing. But then the guy from Endurance called me. He took his time to explain everything and he answered questions. He had a very well speech and it was easy to understand them. It was good after I talked to him because it made me feel reassured. We did a little research on the company and read the reviews.     Right now, I have GWC and I'm getting ready to fire them. I just bought my truck the third of February and found out that it had way more problems than the dealership told me. So I took it to Szott 59 Dodge here in Michigan and they did a go through. GWC would not cover anything. I had to pay for the bolts and so on and so forth through Szott 59 Dodge.     The warranty at the place where I bought my new car and Endurance were exactly the same thing except the deductible, which is only 100. Endurance got them beat by a lot. The rep was very helpful and patient. I had to give him my credit card number and he had to read off the coverage of what I was getting for the warranty. He asked me if there’s anything wrong with the car mechanically and if there's a check engine light as well as how many miles. He had me give him my email and he sent me a verification. Then, Endurance called me a couple of days later for some more information. They sent a link to set up the online account in an email as well as in the mail but it doesn’t work.

    When I compared Endurance with another company, it was more car issues that they covered compared to what I would have gotten with that other company. But, the first guy I spoke with at Endurance wasn't pleasant at all. When I asked if he could email me or give me more details so I can go over it with my husband, he was kind of dismissive and he hung up on me. So initially, I decided not to go with Endurance. But then, a lady called and she was beyond helpful. She had a spirit that helped change my mind. She was available to answer my questions with anything that I needed, and she was able to help give me more understanding on how it works.

    If I have issues, all I have to do is give my card or tell them that I have Endurance, and Endurance would take care of everything for me. There would be less hassle and less work for me.     I liked the plan that Endurance had. They had towing and reimbursement for some tires every year which wasn't bad. The price wasn’t bad as well. I also liked the way the customer service explained everything to me what was covered. It was almost like nothing was hidden away from me. But I recently canceled this yesterday because of the car itself. Last Friday, the transmission went completely out and it cost me $5,600 to put it in. I needed to put my funds back up that I spent spare for transmission, which the warranty wasn’t ready to kick in because it wasn’t 30 days and 1,000 miles yet.     I sent something out looking for coverage. I got a reply back from CarShield then from a representative from Endurance. I went with Endurance because CarShield is more of a broker and not really the people that insure. They approve for any repairs to be done but the parts are not original. The deductible was lower with Endurance as well and they have better coverage.

    The lady that I spoke to was very helpful. She was kind of the catalyst that got me thinking more about electronic coverage when she started listing everything that Endurance covers as opposed to just power locks and power windows. That was a vital piece of information there. She was very patient with me to explain things and well versed at her product.     I happen to have different tires on my truck. It came with 17-inch tires and rims. I modified it and put 22-inch rims and a thinner tire on it but the truck still sits at the same height. The second guy from Endurance I talked to kind of busted my chops about that. He wanted me to send a picture of the inside of my door so that they knew what it was. I was so angry about having to take pictures and He annoyed me so much, I was looking at other providers. I was ready to call off the deal after talking to him. Another guy called me shortly after that and said I don't have to worry about that - after I'd already taken the pictures. That was irritating. Also, the catalytic converter is in the process of going out and I went to see them about that but they are not covered on that. And a catalytic converter can be pretty doggone expensive. They could put that on there as a rider option or something for the future. Other than that, the sign-up experience was pretty good.

    Our name got on a mailing list for CarShield so when Endurance called me, I was thinking it was CarShield. Apparently, both companies have the same mailing list. I didn't hear from CarShield so we chose Endurance. Purchasing my policy was quick because they knew what they're doing and they knew what to say. My experience overall wasn't horrible but it wasn't perfect either. When I asked questions, it was redundant to them. I also felt rushed. They rattled it off way too fast and they didn't give me a chance to really understand. Towards the end, I asked for a recap but the rep rattled that off again. I asked him to please slow down. The rep kind of slowed down and got through things as best he could for what he thought I needed to know.

    They got upset because I didn't know the exact mileage. I just said it was over 100,000. We got connected to another guy and I was mentioning the miles. He said that was gonna be a problem. The price went up because there were 2,000 more miles on the car than what I said. I was in the process thinking, "Now, we're gonna get to this. So I'll go get the specifics and get everything in order.“ But the rep said something about not being the right plan or costing differently. So far, I'm glad that we are getting this process taken care of. The things like having AAA come out and do the towing, the lock, and keys are nice.     I've seen the recent television commercials for Endurance and it was interesting where it includes the maintenance. I was looking for was the assurance that we were going to get coverage for a particular car. It has a lot of electronic equipment on it that could be pricey to repair and I needed to make sure that all of the electronics were going to be covered. We looked over Endurance's policy. The rep I talked with seemed to be pretty knowledgeable and went into pretty good detail about it so I said okay. The maintenance part wasn't all that big of a deal for me. The policy was more expensive than I'd hoped for but it is what it is. You got to pay to play.

    Overall, Endurance is all right. I hope that we are not going to have any issues when it comes time to getting the car fixed and with used parts or not paying all of what it costs. I don't mind a $100 deductible but I had bad experiences in the past where things were not covered when I had the impression in the purchasing process that they were or that used parts were being used. Used or remanufactured, I don't have a serious problem with that. But if you don't use good quality stuff then you're going to fix it again. It doesn't make any sense to get cheesy with the parts.

    I almost didn't go with Endurance. The first guy that I talked with wasn't too bad but he was trying to get us the discount. My husband is a senior and also had been in the military. The guy called his manager who was like a used car salesman. He was a big turnoff. I needed to talk it over with my husband before I made a decision. But he said, “Oh, no, we can't allow that.     I purchased a "new" truck for myself and my family to move to Colorado from Florida. Bought the truck through a local dealer, diesel F350 for our home which is a large 5th wheel trailer. They charged my credit card and then, a few days later, I found out that I needed to change the oil on my car and the part of the deal with Endurance was that they would pay for the change of oil and filter. When I went to my car dealer, I found out suddenly, as I spoke with them, that Endurance would pay, but only if I came back three days later and made a 1,000 mile trip. I said, "There was nothing spoken about that." They said that is their policy, to take it or not. I said, "Okay. You're playing games. Let's see what's going to happen three days later."

    A week later, I came and I lied. I said to the dealer I had a trip to Tucson, Arizona and I needed to have the oil and filter changed. I said, "When you finish your work, try to call Endurance and see if they will pay for that." He said, "Okay, " so I came later on. I don't know if he called them about it or not, but before that I said myself, "They didn't tell me anything about this trip 1,000 miles and so on. I don't think that's a good company." So, I said to them, "I want to cancel the deal." Someone said, "Yes, you can cancel the deal." He sent me an email notice that says I had to go to notary public to fill out the paper about canceling the deal.

    The notary public said, "Well, how do I know all this..." and so on. It was getting to be a headache, so I didn't send Endurance a letter. I couldn't fill out the paper to cancel, so I did nothing and put all this deal to sleep. I continue to live with that problem. I didn't like it. That is only my experience so far and it doesn't taste good. I was very angry and it's not good to do things when you are very angry. When I thought about writing a bad review for Endurance, I slept on it and a few days later, I said, "Thus far, the experience looks good." Still, I was displeased. They didn't tell me about those preconditions. They should have told me and then going to another office guy for cancellation is another thing. That's trouble at this time to need to put all those signatures. That was terrible. They almost deserve a 1.

    My sales representative was fine. But there was a little bit too much emphasis on the $250 shopping stuff. That was not a good deal. You can get better deals by just watching sales or even buying gift cards at Costco or Sam's Club. 10% off is not that big of a deal. That's what most of those $250 shopping spree things are. Endurance should have also indicated that the repairs need pre-authorization because you don't really get that until you start reading the contract and the information.

    Overall, I didn't really have a whole lot of time to compare plans online before the representative called me trying to get me to buy into the warranty. But I appreciated his enthusiasm for me going ahead and signing me up. It was the end of the month and the special was only running until the end of March for the St. Patrick's Day Sale. He was afraid I would miss out on that and he really pushed that. He could have given me a little bit longer time to look at it and even if I missed out, he could have just offered to call me back in a few days. He was like a used car salesman trying to push me into buying it now, now, now. But part of that was because he was trying to save me a little bit of money with the special. the only thing was there was always gonna be another sale.

    For payment, I needed to put a deposit down. I was looking at paying all that upfront but they didn't even really want to talk about that until after the 30-day trial period and then indicated that I could go ahead and pay it all off if I wanted to. As far as financing, I was told this much down and this much per month if I wanted to. They didn't really give me a total dollar amount until I asked for it. Even then, it was just an estimate and not an exact amount.

    I was encouraged to purchase the extended warranty from Endurance by Ray Skillman Automotive. The salesperson stated it was very easy and hassle free if we ever had an issue. It has been anything, but hassle free. Getting in touch with a customer service representative is close to impossible unless you have an hour or two to wait on the line. I have been lied to. I was told that the adjuster's report would be finished the next morning and I would receive a call from the shop by noon the following day. I waited and called back 4 days later. After waiting on hold 1 hour and 50 minutes, the representative told me the report was still not complete. I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a word on the claim. I have only owned the vehicle for one month.

    I realize there are some reviews that are glowing, but my experience with Endurance has been extremely frustrating. When I have gotten through, the representatives have tried to be helpful, but are just unable to get anything done. Personally, I would not recommend this extended warranty company. I have others and have never had this much trouble. Worst extended warranty company I have dealt with. That says a lot since the others were not that good either.

    I told Endurance what my needs were and what I wanted covered, and they figured out what I should get. I asked them if they could send me a copy of the information that I was buying and they said that I would get the email. I thought I’d rather look at it before I buy it. I didn't know the difference between a Premier and an Advantage plan. I think I've got the Advantage coverage now but I don't even have a clue what options they had given me because they didn't tell me what my options were.

    But the customer service is well. When the rep didn't have the answer to my questions, he transferred me to his boss. When he couldn't answer, he transferred me to one more person.     The experience when signing up with Endurance was pretty good. We had no complaints about that. It was just the service when I needed to extend the vehicle service. I went to put down two claims. The first one, they ended up covering it, but they didn't cover three things. The second one, they didn't cover it at all because they said the part that I needed wasn't covered. I didn't like that at all because they were asking the repair shop for pictures and part numbers. If the rack and pinion are not covered, just say it's not covered. Don't ask the repair shop for pictures and part numbers. It was a waste of time. I had to pay for that out of pocket. It's always good to have a warranty on your vehicle. But when you make a claim, they'll come up with a reason not to cover it.

    I did an inquiry on the best rated and with Better Business Bureau and Consumers, and I got an alert from Endurance. I read their little advertisement. And if I wanted to be contacted by them, select the button, and I did. However, we had a very bad connection and I had to repeat myself several times. Also, the gentleman I was speaking to's English wasn't very good. And then, on the verification side where I got passed to the supervisor, and I was giving him the card number and all this other stuff, I don't know where he went. I could hear him and hear noise in the background, but I got hung up on.

    The rep from Endurance was cool. He explained the coverage pretty well. I understand that if there’s something wrong where your engine goes out, you can get it replaced. Give them a try.     The Endurance Auto Warranty has a bumper-to-bumper, that's why I've picked them. The rep I worked with said a whole bunch of other stuff but she didn’t ever say the deductible. It was only $100 but she never once said it. Then the second guy talked about that discount on food and hotels and it would be cool just to claim that. On the warranty, I read that they have the Prime, Plus, and the Preferred. At the very top page, it says that I'm a Preferred Advantage, and then it goes into what's covered. It says Premier first, and then it says Plus, and then a little teeny three-sentence paragraph that says Preferred Advantage, which I have. Even though it doesn't say at all in the Premier, it just says all parts covered. I called two representatives and they confirmed that it covers everything. Now, I'm a little bit worried. I hope that there's no fighting when there’s actually a claim to be made.

    I'm about to call Endurance at some point to cancel the service. There are a couple of things on our policy that I did not like or at least a couple of things that did not get taken care of when I had brought my car in, so I was like, there's no point in paying money every month and not everything is getting done. The level of professionalism was up there when they were trying to sell me a contract. But when I was trying to get in contact with them or at least find out some about my policy, or at least get in contact with somebody if my car's in the shop, that was a different story. I was on hold for about an hour trying to get somebody on the phone and still have not gotten anyone on the phone while my car was in the shop.

    I was trying to figure out what was it that they don't cover exactly, what was it that they cover for the brakes, what was it that needs to get done on my brakes, because my brakes needed replacing or repairing, but the brake fluid or even the rear adjust brakes, like to adjust the rear brakes, they said they only go up to $140 at that. But none of that stuff got done at the shop regardless of that. They called in about that, but Endurance said, "No. We don't cover that." Then some other things happened, like for the serpentine belt that's connected to the alternator and that got messed up and needed replacing. That was also a maintenance thing regardless, but I needed to replace them because some fluid got leaked on it. I had to pay that out of my pocket. The only thing that they replaced was the water pump. I had to pay a lot of money out of my pocket so I'm not going to do that again.

    I purchased Endurance Warranty for my 2011 Ford F-150 which had around 130,000 miles. I had the rear end go out, took it to a Ford Dealership for repairs. They tore down the rear end, contacted Endurance for the repairs. It took several days for Endurance to respond, sending a adjuster to the dealership which took three days. The dealership waited for three days with no response from Endurance. My truck had been there now six days and I had to have it back in the road, so I told them to fix the truck and I would pay. It is now 11 days and Endurance has not made any effort to contact the dealer. I called them today to request they pay me back the charges and they refused. Said the repairs had not been authorized yet so I had violated the agreement by paying to have it repaired. It is my opinion that the Warranty is a pure scam. They owe me $1538.44.

    The initial interaction with the sales representative was awesome. Originally, I had asked them a full list of items. I went through it with the sales representative and I clearly asked if certain items were covered. His response was, "Yes, those are items that are covered." Then he explained to me how the seals and gaskets piece of it won't be covered, which I was like, "Okay, great. Sign me up for it." I was told that 100% of the axle will be covered, but what I'm coming out to find is that it's not. Components like the rear axle pump, which is one of the things that I specifically inquired about, are not covered.

    I started getting indicator lights on for the rear axle. So I got my vehicle in the White-Allen Chevrolet this week and they said I needed a rear axle pump. They submitted it over to Endurance, but Endurance came back saying they don't cover the pump. But that was one of the things I inquired about. It kind of has a salty taste in my mouth right now. I'm still waiting to hear back 100% of what's all going to be covered on the vehicle.

    Another issue that I'm having with Endurance is that I can't seem to get no one on the phone. I find myself waiting on hold for about an hour and a half to two hours out of a day, and that's a long amount of time. The person went out to the shop to look at all the work needing to be done on Monday. I find out yesterday that it got assigned to an adjuster and I was like something has to give because this is a long process just to get repairs approved. Plus, I'm trying to get back on the road so I can get back to work in the office, and this is stopping me and it's about to possibly hinder my cash flow. I'm trying to make sure the repairs are covered in an adequate time frame, and so far, it's not. The vehicle went into the shop last week on Thursday. On Friday, everything was submitted over to Endurance and then they sent the adjuster out on Monday. It's now Thursday and the dealership still doesn't have a definite on what's gonna happen.

    I was looking for a quote for bumper-to-bumper coverage. The cheapest one I got was for 10 years at Chevrolet where I bought the car. They wanted the full amount upfront. To be 10 years with Chevrolet and with that amount of money would save me a lot of money by paying upfront for 10 years. But I didn't push through with it and I called around to see what I could get. I like Endurance because I could make payments. They also told me that if I stay with for three years, I get the two years for free. That was a deal to me. I budget my money and I like the payment to be that. It was excellent service.

    Customer service was great. I was in underwriting years ago and I knew what I wanted. I asked questions. The rep told me precisely about the coverage and the fees. She even extended the offer. She was very persistent saying she could do this and that. There was an extra 200 extra dollars to come up with that day but she waived that. Everything really impressed me.

    I initially wanted to do my truck because when you buy a new or used car without an extended warranty, there's always going to be something that will break down somewhere. I've been shopping for a warranty for the longest time and there were a lot of people calling me because they knew my warranty has expired with my leased car. But I wasn't quite impressed with their sales pitch. I like it with Endurance and what they offer so I added my vehicle at the same time.

    I just purchased a new used car and I wanna make sure that things were covered on a vehicle with such low mileage. Everybody else was pretty much just offering the power train. With my car, it's more than just a power train that I would have to be concerned with. There were the electrical as well as the mechanical aspects of it. Going on the internet, Endurance had some great ratings. And speaking with their reps, I became more convinced of the rating being accurate. Overall, the purchasing experience was good but it was somewhat confusing on the facts.

    I was bounced around from person to person and to an extent, it was effective but it gave that assembly-line approach. “Okay, you go finish this page with this person. You go to the next page with the next.” That was all well and good but if there was inconsistency with one then it carries over to the other. One person may give me a price quote here that may differ from the next person. But there was the ability to cancel and get a refund if one is not pleased with the agreement. I was quoted a price of 293. I only pay 150 down then pay 143 later. That was fine. But when I got the agreement, it said 273. Another things was when I looked on the initial offer online, it said something about $300 off. Nobody made any mention about how that would be applied.

    CarShield offered me a small package with coverages to the engine transmission, cooling, and drive axle. It was a little bit electrical for the windows but I have a lot more electrical stuff than that. I ended up doing some research and came across Endurance. I gave them a call. They offer and cover more. Customer service was pretty good. The details were to the point and they searched the best package for me. I made a choice from there.

    Making the payments was was a little bit difficult because the downpayment Endurance wanted was a little steep for me at that point in time. I still owe them some money now because I didn't have enough to cover the downpayment for the package I was getting. Other than that, it was an exciting experience. When you get to save money, the main issue is just saving money. It seems like Endurance is not out to rob your pockets. They are there to be of assistance and they are a straight-up company to me so far.

    Endurance’s prices were very good. Even when it was compared to the auto warranty that the dealership gave, Endurance's was a little bit better and they had longer miles. Customer service asked a lot of questions but they didn't do this as thoroughly as I wanted them to as far as going into more details about the process of using the warranty and focusing on some of the stuff that the warranty doesn't cover or that you can't do. There were just different examples. I wish they focused more on the other stuff. What the warranty does not cover is important too. Other than that, the whole process was okay.

    I had an exhaust that needed to be fixed. But until the warranty kicked in, I had to purchase a new transmission, a tune-up and an oil change. Then, when I got my car back for a new transmission, it started having more problems. I took it in on the 10th. I called Endurance. The month only had 28 days in it, so it wasn’t the 10th to 10th. It was like 10th to 12th and they said they wouldn’t cover it. Because it was a short month in February, it was technically a month, but it wasn't actually 30 days.

    I was counting on them telling me the date. I didn’t want to wait to bring it in when it needed service, so I could get to work. They should have had that written down on my account, like when that started, instead of just prorating the next month. It was really unhelpful for them to do that. That caused a lot of pain, and dishing out $3,000 and I’m not rich. That was for the transmission and then, we had an engine problem when we took it to one of their qualified shops and they wouldn’t cover it.

    It was just a bad experience, even with that shop. They just didn’t seem truthful. My dad was trying to tell me to go to a different shop now. We even towed it to a new shop ’cause we weren’t satisfied with one of their AC accredited shops either. Endurance told us that we couldn’t get a refund and that was it. They made us get a document notarized explaining why we wanted out. That didn't look too good, but, we just were done with the whole thing. I was really dissatisfied.

    I've gotten warranties before and in terms of calling up and making the down payment, it was pretty simple with Endurance. Typically, you can't get a warranty over a vehicle at 150,000, and both vehicles are at past 150. The fact that Endurance was able to cover the vehicle and that they were able to do more than just the engine and trains was a great thing. The rep was knowledgeable even to the point where he told me I could check a sample coverage on the website which was good. I was able to see what they deemed as electrical. Electrical is really broad but with the warranty, we should have everything. If it wasn't for ConsumerAffairs, I wouldn't have even considered. With so many scams going on, I'm very wary. But the fact that they recommended Endurance is one of the reasons why I took the call. So far, everything is good. Getting the policy in is the only thing I'm waiting on now.
