Endurance gave me the most for my money. They knew what they were talking about when I was purchasing the warranty. But when I submitted a claim, it was not a good experience. I took my car in because it was making some funny noises when I went down the road. I left it at the dealership Thursday night, and Friday morning, they checked it out, said what was wrong with it, contacted Endurance insurance company. And they said that they were gonna have to send out one of their people to come look at it. They were supposed to come on Monday, but they didn’t get there till Tuesday. The guy who came there on Tuesday and checked the car out, agreed that it needed to have done to it what the dealership said needed to have done to it, and then said that Endurance would contact them with the okay information. By the afternoon, we had not heard back from Endurance at all.
It was a little before noon when the dealership finally called, and then Endurance said they still needed to get the information back from the guy who came out and looked at the car and get that situated. And then they wanted the dealership to resend all the information they had already sent them on Friday about what was wrong with the car. The dealership spent almost two hours being transferred and being placed on hold from one person to another only to have them say that they needed to contact me to get the okay to do the work on the car. But by the time I told them that I wanted them to do work on the car, it was already Thursday, and I needed my car Friday evening because we were going on a trip.
The dealership was doing everything they did. They had all the parts waiting there. But it wasn’t until Thursday afternoon was they were able to get the go ahead from Endurance was going to pay, and I told them to do it. So they did not have my car ready for our two-week vacation. We had to take my husband’s smaller car. I won’t be back to get my car until December 2nd. It was a little ridiculous that it took Endurance almost a week to okay the work on my car.
There was a communication issue and the second party that needed to come out and verify the damage should have given a better window of when this person was gonna come. It came out that I had some transmission issues, so it was deemed as I should not be driving the car. They said the guy was coming out on Monday and that guy should have been out on that day. There was a two-day delay because of their person. Also, they shouldn’t have needed the dealership to resend information.
I had called trying to find out if I could get a car rental. It took me 45 minutes from being handed to one person to another person, only to have them all send me back to the very first person about whether or not I could get the car rental. The very first person should have been able to have said, “Well, they would only pay once there’s a claim number.” And there was no claim number until Tuesday or Wednesday after I had my car in at the dealership. They also said they would only do it for about three days. But they had my car for over a week before my car was finished. I called the other day from the dealership that my car was ready. It was repaired.

I was well-informed by the Endurance Auto Warranty rep. He gave me all my options and it was an easy sell. It was autopay through a credit card, so paying them is about as easy as it gets. It all went really well.

I wish If i could give them no star. THEY DON'T CANCEL WARRANTY AND NEVER DO WHAT IS WRITTEN ON THEIR CONTRACT. In the policy it says I can cancel my warranty in the first 30 days without any penalty. When I talked with my mechanic he reviewed my policy and mentioned that it doesn't cover much for what I pay and I decided to cancel.
Here come the worst customer support by Endurance. My calls got dropped and I was transferred from agent to another and no one cancelled my warranty. They simple ignore you and say "why did u sign up then?" Terrible customer support, I can't imagine what happens if I would have a claim with them. After my call being dropped and transferred for no reason for many times, one of them mentioned that he cancelled my warranty, but I never received confirmation of the cancellation. So I called back asking for confirmation of the cancellation and a lady explained that my policy is still active and has never been cancelled. Again the same story happens. They were transferring me to each other for over 50 mins and eventually I ended up by doing charge back. They are on market to make money and rip you off. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I just bought a new, used car for my wife and I wanted to make sure that when she’s away from home and something happens, she’s gonna be taken care of. I looked up on the internet for companies that offer the warranty coverage on the cars and found Endurance Auto Warranty. Their signing process went fine. I called them, I asked questions, their rep gave me answers and I did what I did. I felt comfortable about how she explained the warranty. She knew what she was talking about. I take the people at their word so only time will tell when it comes to time of need.

I have a great coverage with Endurance, but they lied to me when they told me what it covers. Troy, the guy that I dealt with, told me that my convertible top was covered, and I have a hardtop convertible on an Infiniti. He said the whole car was covered bumper-to-bumper, but it is not. I talked to another person who said no and I finally found out it is not covered. I said it was not right and the reason I bought it was they told me my convertible top was covered. They just said it was not covered and didn't do anything for me. I did not drop their coverage because they cover all the electronics in the car, but they shouldn't lie to people. They should be upfront with them and you will have better people.

WHY IS THERE NO NEGATIVE RATING? One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with! I bought a car with an automatic transmission. For this car I also bought warranty from Endurance where the seller showed me that pretty much everything was covered. However once I actually ran into some issues with my transmission I was told that my automatic transmission had a manual type clutch, and manual clutches was not covered.
I tried to argue the case that if it is an automatic transmission with ZERO manual input from the driver it can not be a manual clutch. I told them that their marketing was extremely misleading (which the manager I had on the phone agreed to). He then follow it with "we have never covered this and we will never cover it" and then he hung up the phone. Needless to say I canceled my warranty with them and a urge anyone who has one to do the same. The warranty is complete and utterly useless! For everyone who are looking to get warranty, do NOT get it with endurance! They are in the scamming and tricking business. NOT the warranty business.

I went ahead with Endurance warranty on my X5 and once they suckered me in... no one answers phone calls or e-mails. I just called my bank to dispute all their transactions. I had something go wrong in my car and shop tried to keep calling them but no answer. I just went ahead and paid the bill. This company is a joke.

I went on the Consumer Affairs site to search for an auto warranty. One of the companies I got referred to was Endurance. I filled in their questionnaire online form to "get request for quote". I have been subsequently BOMBARDED with crap from them. First was a text message barrage that said they were the NUMBER ONE choice for me by your organization. I finally texted STOP to stop the texts. This started last night. I checked my email this morning and saw that I received over FORTY emails from them. I tried to reply to one of the emails and subsequently received 43 "bounced" emails back that said there is no such email address that I had responded to. I have, so far, been successful at blocking any further emails from Endurance. I just wanted you to know about the tactics of this lousy company (?). Sincerely, Glen

I googled car warranty companies and Endurance Auto Warranty popped up. It seemed like a familiar name to me and their rep was very professional. I told him what kind of vehicle I had and that my coverage was getting ready to expire. He told me how good Endurance was and that a lot of places will not charge me, will take Endurance and charge them directly. I like the fact that I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. They also told me that I could use any facility that I wanted to get the repairs done. I use Chevy for everything because it's a Chevy vehicle. Anybody that's gonna work on the vehicle, it would be them. So, I felt confident in that.
Making the payment was really easy. I set it up on an automatic withdraw and it just comes out. You just have to make sure the money is in there. I felt good getting started with them until I didn't receive the paperwork. It was weird. I know they're taking payments out of my checking account. My schedule has just been really hectic right now but I'll call them and say, "Hey, where is my paperwork?" I know there's gotta be some kind of card I should carry with me so I can show people I got that coverage. I wish they get my paperwork and give me my card.

I know what it costs when a vehicle breaks down, and I don't want to be stuck with a $5,000 bill. I'd rather pay something monthly and not have to worry about that big bill. I was called by a lot of different warranty companies, and I decided I was going to get somebody to insure it. I went with Endurance. The specialist I dealt with was knowledgeable. He told me what one package was and I was satisfied with it, and then I went with that package. In submitting a claim, he said I would receive a card in the mail and I just have to present that to a qualified dealer and then they will take care of it. The only thing, however, is that I haven't got them -- they were supposed to do this three weeks ago. I then called them on Friday and they said they would send it out in the mail, so, hopefully, it arrives now. Nevertheless, over all, on the customer service side, they have always talked good to me.

The vehicle is getting old, and my daughter uses it, and she needed a vehicle that she can depend on. I got a warranty in case something happens and my daughter would be protected. But before they let me buy it, somebody should have told me about the 1,000 miles. Right now, the warranty is not valuable at all. Because the vehicle is down, I can’t put the 1,000 miles on it, so I can’t use the warranty. So, it’s no good to me.

My car has a lot of miles on it and it is out of warranty. And I'm nervous about the $4,000 transmission or engine bill. I contacted another provider and they were really pushy. The one guy was nasty with me on the phone because I said, "I'm just looking into this. You know, before I spend $100 a month on this, I need to talk to my wife." He told me, "Well, if you have to go to the hospital, would you have to consult with your wife about that?" I said, "Okay, goodbye," and hung up on him. It was terrible. Then I found Endurance online and they weren't pushy at all. Their specialists were polite, nice and they gave me a pretty good deal. Making the payments has been easy because I have them take it out of my checking account or my debit card every month.

I called Endurance Auto Warranty for an extended warranty for my 2019 GMC truck with 11830 miles. The Benefits of the warranty were explained to me and I was told to get the “special Veteran’s day discount” I need to give my deposit. The monthly costs were explained. I asked what the cost would be if I paid in full up front. They quoted me that price. I asked if they would put the quote in writing and email it to me. The salesman said he couldn’t do that. But if I gave him my credit card number he would transfer me over to billing and they would put the quote in writing. I gave him my card info and was transferred.
After explains what I wanted 3 times (written quote for payment in full) she transferred me to a Financial manager. This individual was rude, sounded as if he was on way too much caffeine (or worse) and would not let me as the simple question that I’ve stated before. He was so rude I finally hung up. When I was purchasing my warranty with Endurance, I told their rep that I wanted to think about it. I did that for several days and then called them back. However, when I called them to tell them I wanted to cancel, they kept pressuring me to go and get a warranty on my new car. They kept saying it would be cheaper in the long run. The car that I had inherited was a 2005. It had only 22,000 or so miles on it and I didn't know if it had any hidden things wrong with it. So, I bought a service contract from Endurance just in case. Being an older car, I figured it was worth my money to do that. The rep was very nice and wanted to assure me that she could give me a price better than somebody else's, and I think she did. I'm wondering though if they didn't make a mistake because I'm paying $69 a month and I was almost positive that we had agreed on $49 a month. They can maybe check that for me.

In fact I want to cancel this whole warranty and not pay them another dime. Let's see if that happens. Let's see how concerned they are for customer satisfaction. We had to replace a diff tank because the heater went bad. Pretty sure that was not wear and tear, that was a part that should have been warrantied. Save yourself the headache. I bought my wife a 2010 used Audi convertible, and it's a decent car and everything is good, but knowing the cost of any possible replacements in the future if something goes bad it was prudent to get the extended warranty from Endurance even though it was much more expensive than the previous warranty I had purchased. I have another extended warranty with CARCHEX for a truck. But as I looked online at some rating, it has appeared to me that Endurance was rated even better than CARCHEX and the coverages were just as good if not better.
Everything went good when I called to purchase the warranty. They emailed me immediately and had contact with me. I had a bunch of questions and the person was very courteous, stopped in and listened, and then I picked out some specific instances that could possibly happen in the future. And they were willing to explain why that would be covered and why something else would not be covered. I also have no problem with the payment plan that was set up. My experience with Endurance Auto Warranty was confusing. I was online and asking for more information and even before I finished filling out whatever questionnaire they had, they called me. The gal I spoke to was pleasant, knowledgeable and answered my questions. She had to go to her manager a couple of times for exemptions on things, like changing on the pricing, and when she came back, she said, "We can do that."
However, the aftermath of the purchasing process has been questionable and I'm still questioning it now. I looked on the internet and read the reviews again, but most of the comments have been positive. Endurance sent me a letter that said my price was going to change within 30 days of making the purchase. When I called them, they said not to pay any attention to the letter. It was an error. Then a week after, they sent a letter to my wife saying the same thing. We called them and they said not to pay any attention to it. It was an error. Then next week, we got another letter for my wife. Why all the confusion? It makes me wonder what's gonna happen if I have a claim. Are they gonna give me the runaround the same way?

Now I need a tow and rental coverage because my alternator died. The alternator should be covered, but the tow is only covered for $75 and the tow truck wants $125. The rental is only covered if the covered repair takes more than 4 hours to do, and the rental coverage people told me most repairs take 3 hours or less. I purchased a 2001 Corvette, and even though it’s relatively simple to work on, and it does have a little miles on it. I wanted to have something that would protect me a little bit more. I’ve used a couple of the other companies before in years past. But Endurance is the only one that actually came up with a kind of like a term thing instead of a month to where it would give me an opportunity, if I decided with a contract that I wanted to just buy it all outright, and eventually, I could end up paying it all off instead of continuing a perpetual monthly payment on top of my car payment that would keep me from ever getting out from under that unless I decided to cancel it.
I got a five years term. The miles is just above double what miles my car has now, and it was less 100 bucks a month. They set a payment plan up for me, and they gave me some options. And because of the limited usage that my car had, they were able to give me a little bit more of a premium deal on the payment, which I couldn’t pass up. Without me even asking a question, the customer service reps were able to give me a little bit of clarity on a couple of items that I did have some questions on. Purchased auto warranty for my 2009 Chevy Silverado. Contract #** ON 12/12/16. Being a former mechanic, I asked the most common questions to the sales person. Questions such as: Front end components such as ball joints, tie rods, bearings' steering boxes, etc. They told me yes as long as damage wasn't caused by damage or modifications. There is the first lie. My first claim that was denied was my glow plugs on my Duramax diesel. Should have been covered because it is considered under emissions. Claims denied it because they considered it "routine maintenance".
Second denial was just this week. My left front wheel bearing went bad. Being a former mechanic, I knew it what it was. I called customer service to ask if the left front wheel bearing was covered under my plan. She read my contract (Select Premier 60/100) and advised my plan was covered. Made the appointment for the following day at my local GM dealer. Then the phone call came from the service advisor. NOT COVERED! Called customer service. Speaking with the rep, she stated that the repair is covered and she would switch me over to claims. "Make sure you tell claims it is covered under my plan" she said. Then a get claims after on hold for ten minutes. This guy "Len" was a real charm of a guy, Completely different experience. He was confrontational. I hate confrontation.
I was frustrated because I was being told, first by the sales person and then by, not one, but two customer service rep from Endurance that my repair was covered. On the phone with these people for over a hour now. Make a long conversation short with "Len", he told me to read my contract and the customer service reps should be "re-trained". After I was on hold with "Len" for 20 mins while he was "investigating" he came back on phone, and when I didn't answer him fast enough, put on on hold for another 15 mins waiting for customer service again. Then I dealt with a supervisor named Juan. A really great guy that is most definitely a credit to his corporation and an absolutely fine gentleman. He worked with me within his limits to get a good result for me. Bottom line is they denied my claim after trying to work with them in trying to find a cheaper repair facility.
Total time on phone with Endurance, 2 hrs 7 mins. Dealer visit $70.00 and no repair. One more note. Service advisor at the GM dealer stated he was on hold for 10 mins waiting to speak with a claims rep. He asked the advisor question such as: Are they OEM? Are the tires the right size? Are there any modifications on the truck at all? The truck is all original. What that tells me is they are looking to deny any claim they can! When that failed they came up with "not covered under his contract". Stay away from Endurance! Bait and switch company. Don't go to their Facebook page to look at their reviews! All lies! Do your research on this company and get real reviews!
I bought this plan to specifically take care of repairs like mine so I wouldn't have to do them myself. After spending 2700.00 on this plan, it is useless! BUYER BEWARE! ENDURANCE IS A BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY THAT DENIES MORE CLAIMS THEN THEY HONOR!! My advise is that if you want a extended warranty plan, get it through your vehicle manufacturer. I had the Ford ESP plan and they never denied any claim I had. And I had quite a number of claims with them. If you abuse your vehicle with Endurance, forget a oil change on the engine or transmission, they will deny the claim. Do your research before purchasing any of these extended warranties. I will do the job tomorrow for 213.00 and my own labor. Stay away from Endurance! Don't be a VICTIM!!

There was a little bit of pressure but not too much. Just fair. Then, there's a one-time payment and the balance was over 24 months that's getting charged to my account. The vehicle I purchased had 156,000 miles on it but I know that its VTEC engine is quite expensive and so is the transmission. If either one of those fails, I'm looking at $9,000 so getting an extended coverage seemed reasonable that I could get a bumper-to-bumper warranty to cover an air conditioner and the main components of the drive train. I thought in the long run, it would probably be a pretty good livelihood. I tend to keep vehicles and I used to maintain it. I can rebuild engines and transmissions but I know what they cost. More frequently, I need sophisticated jigs and things like that to hold the internal part of the transmission, to take it apart, and put it back together so for me, the Endurance seemed like a good plan.
The customer service was professional. They seemed to understand what I wanted and what I was doing. They gave me several options for plans and different rates and they gave me different opportunities to pay it monthly or double up to pay it off a lot faster. When I talked to them, they seemed ready, prepared, willing and able to help if I'd have a claim. Even having paid for it, I would have coverage for the next five, six years and 100,000 miles. So if something happens to me and I know that this is paid early, then my family won’t have to worry about getting the Sequoia fixed. They can just get it to a repair station and let Endurance pay for it and work out the details.

When I purchased this warranty, I read it from front to back, and it clearly stated that everything was included as long as I take it to an ASC authorized body shop. So, I took my car to the dealer. Then the dealer called me back saying that he knew my deductible is $100, but there were some things that our warranty said they were not covering. They were only covering $135 for labor to $176. They were only gonna do half of an alignment. What does that mean? If you’re replacing a bushing, you should do a full alignment. The guy from the dealership said I would have to pay an additional $560 out of pocket. But I told him no and that the warranty clearly states that I only have to pay $100.
I called back Endurance and got the adjuster on the phone and also the guy from the dealership. Originally the dealership said that they would agree to the $135 and then said they wouldn't. So, then he came up to $150, and that they could get my car towed. So if we put it back together, I had to pay something else, and we had to get another tow truck, then we have to take the car somewhere else. So, eventually, it took us a couple phone calls of fussing and negotiating the two so they could understand.
When I told them that I read contracts on a daily basis and that I’m an attorney, the adjuster's whole demeanor changed. He said they would give the dealership the adjusted rate. So, they finally came around, but it took two hours of my time when I shouldn’t have to do that. We got everything ironed out and my car is getting fixed now. But I shouldn’t have to go through all of that. I don’t wanna go through the hassle and argue with Endurance for them to pay and get my car fixed every time I take it to the shop.

I used to have CarShield and when I needed to take my truck to the shop, they said that I lied because I have put 20,000 miles on it even though I told the little boy then that we travel a lot. It was one thing right after the other, so I didn't stay with them and I went to Endurance. Endurance has been great. The representatives were fabulous and the one I spoke with went over the plan step-by-step. She gave me her direct line and she said, "If you have any problems, call me back." She also told me, "This is your down payment. This is what you're gonna pay every month." So I did that and whatever she said is what took place. Purchasing was really easy and they sent me my information.
I needed to call the rep back, so I did and we went over the policy again to make sure everything was correct with the mileage and all. I wanted to make sure they had the correct mileage because CarShield put the wrong mileage in my previous contract and not me. I told them what I had on that truck and that we always travel. Comparing CarShield and Endurance, I tell everybody not to use CarShield. They wouldn't cover my truck when it was in the shop and that was $3,500. My sister-in-law had four vehicles covered with CarShield and when all that took place with me, she undid it all and went with Endurance as well.

If you're wondering how this place has so many 4 and 5 star reviews I think it's safe to say they must be writing all of their own reviews. I have a 2009 BMW 335i, I've had the contract for 7+ months with no issues. Out of nowhere the car started going from 30mph to 60mph on the highway. We find out it's due to an issue with my timing gears (which are called Vanos solenoids in BMWs, timing gears = Vanos solenoids in all BMW vehicles). I purchased the highest level contract available for my car and timing gears are covered in my contract. I even asked BMW dealerships to confirm that BMW timing gears are called Vanos solenoids.
Since this would be a $4k repair Endurance denied the claim, saying Vanos solenoids are not covered and claiming they are timing chains instead of timing gears, even though BMW themselves say this is untrue!! Crazy loophole and super frustrating, we will now be taking them to court for the price of the repair as the car is unsafe to drive.
If you have a luxury vehicle please do not consider this company as they try to find loopholes to not cover the parts for expensive repairs. It makes me so sad that companies can take advantage of consumers like this. To make matters worse their management hasn't called us back and hasn't done anything to resolve the issue (thank you, Len). Instead they've asked for paperwork proving frequent oil changes (thank you, Mario), which we provided. The paperwork shows the car has been serviced perfectly and they still deny the claim. They even denied a claim for a couple hundred dollars for engine mounts saying the engine mounts (which are clearly covered in the contract) are faulty due to "wear and tear." Please save yourself the heartache and the headache. AVOID ENDURANCE AT ALL COSTS.

We reached winter temperature last night. I was at work and the car was having a hard time starting. I first started it from my remote control starter. It came, went on, then turned off. I did it again as I was standing inside the building. It went on, then went off. When I walked to the vehicle, I went to start it, pushed the button, and I heard a loud ticking sound. So it had a hard time starting but I finally started it. I came straight home and it was 10 something last night with crazy snow. After I dropped my granddaughter and my great-granddaughter off at preschool, I went straight to the Chrysler dealer because the weather was too bad to have a car broken down on the road. I told them I had Endurance insurance, gave Tom the information and I got a call from Tom saying that they denied the coverage.
I called Endurance. They said it was denied because I reported the wrong mileage. I remember the day I called, I couldn't read the VIN number from the garage so I had to pull the car out into the sun to read the VIN number. I gave the exact mileage that was on that vehicle at that time and I was told that what I reported was less than what CARFAX was showing back in June when I had the vehicle serviced. So right now, I'm heated.
I just got with Endurance in September. But before that, I had CarShield. I spoke to another retiree friend and she told me she had Endurance. I told her about the issues I was having with CarShield. She said, "I have Endurance. I got them off the TV." Lo and behold, later that day, I saw the commercial on TV and I called them. I spoke with Kenneth and he had me go get a copy of the last service that I had on the car to show the last time it was serviced with the mileage. It was with Jiffy Lube and my husband drove there to get the receipt. I called them and as I was on the phone with Endurance, Kenneth heard the Jiffy Lube rep say that the service date was 9/21 with 166,283 mileage. I just emailed Kenneth a copy of that receipt from Jiffy Lube and he said I'll hear something either later on today or tomorrow.

They don’t cover fluids in the vehicle, but they’ll do simple and major stuff. I will be filing a claim next Tuesday because the vehicle wouldn’t start and it’s cold. At the same token, that shouldn’t be the reason why it’s not starting, so I don’t know if it’s the battery or if there’s something else with it. Endurance stated they do not cover Ford’s Powershift transmission because “it is not a traditional automatic transmission”...whatever that means.
I now have to spend nearly $2000 to get the transmission fixed. Very disappointing, the purpose of a warranty is to avoid situations like this. These companies have proven time and time again to be untrustworthy and able to find loopholes as to why they can deny a claim. The first one was finally accepted after much wrangling as their initial default answer was no; the latter 2 claims were not accepted. In fact on the last one, they simply responded to the Mercedes dealership that I had a "drive train warranty" and the claim was for something else so the answer was no. The fact that I had a Select Premier contract which covers a hell of a lot more than the drive train was not disclosed.
Reminded me of dealing with health insurance where typically the default answer is no without really even considering it. So, for $3600, I have a warranty that I consider to be basically worthless... Either they say no or I'm faced with dealing with the emotional and time energy of fighting them. My recommendation is a firm no... unless they move some of the sales people to claims so that the huge disconnect between the sale pitch and the claims process is eliminated.

Several were A+ and some were B. I also checked the dealership and they said they’d only had one time with Endurance and they had no problem with them.
The guy I worked with at Endurance was really good too. All the way around, there was no hard sell from Endurance. Some of those other companies were hard sell. This guy said, “Do it or not do it, it’s up to you.” He told me what the plan was and that they won't change it. He said I had three days before I could use it and I told him I wasn't planning on using it yet. I still had 20,000 miles left on this warranty but I wanted something to carry me up to 100,000.
The price also seemed to be fair. I had to pay $141 upfront and then it was 64 a month. I asked if I would get a break if I just paid the whole thing and he said no. Whether you pay $64 a month or the $2,400 upfront, it was $64 a month for 3 years at 0%. He said it would be all the same. Then he said, “If you like 0%…” I said, “I love 0%." I told him to just give me the $64 a month as long as they would debit out of my checking account every month and I don't have the hassle of bills payment. He said that was the way they liked to do it and I said good. They’d already hit my checking account for a couple so it works out okay.

I am using Endurance for the first time this week and they said they are going to cover the truck, which was what they told the dealer, so I'm not worried about that. My car is in the dealer and they fixed the problem with the computer software, USB and wiring harness. The dealership took care of the claim. They gave me the contract number and I spoke to them this morning. They said that they have a message out for Endurance to pay them and now, I'm waiting for Endurance to pay the dealer.

When I enrolled with Endurance Auto Warranty, the lady I spoke to was very nice. She talked to me about how long the cover had been there. And I like that she didn’t ask me a whole lot of personal information. When they were getting my banking information, I was feeling skeptical. She didn’t try to push me into it though. The lady said that if I wanted to, I can come back and that I had up to 30 days to cancel it. The experience was good, which was why I went on. She transferred me over to a guy and I had to say yes to him to authorize them to take the payments.
Normally, Endurance sends the card and other information through email. I received an email, but I told them I wanted it on paper. They said that it was no problem, but I never got it in the mail. When I called the second time, I received another email to have an account set up so I could view the extra coverage. They also said that the card probably got misplaced in the mail. A week ago, I called them and they said they were gonna mail it, but I never got it. This was the first time I’ve ever dealt with something over the phone where I had to call twice and at this point, I’m becoming skeptical about them.

I inquired about an auto warranty because I've been a mechanic for 30 years and I can’t do it anymore. My body’s so messed up, I can hardly hold a wrench. I got an auto warranty from Endurance because they cover more than CarShield does. The rep was great and fantastic too. I asked him about a few things. But he didn’t volunteer a whole lot. I’ve heard a lot of BS from a lot of salespeople, but this guy, just like I told him, “Don’t try to coat over something that you don’t know anything about. Just tell me what you know.” I’m just straight up like that with insurance people and warranties. And they sent me the information I needed, I got what I wanted, and now my car is a lot more covered than what I had before. But they need to improve their sales tactics. They should volunteer some stuff and give people an idea of what’s being covered, what is normal wear out and items that don’t get covered like brakes and rotors.

I purchased my warranty in April 2019 for a 2012 BMW X5. The car was in perfect running condition but I wanted a warranty just in case because of the age of the car. My first claim came in October 2019 because the transfer case has been giving me problems. The inspector came out to look at it at the BMW dealership I took the car and said that it's covered. The dealership just called me a day later saying that the warranty company now wants them to rip open the transfer case which is $1300 dollars and not covered by the warranty to see what went wrong and to see if it's covered. BMW strongly recommended that the transfer case is just replaced and not opened. I'm getting the run around from Endurance and should have known that this would happen. Save your money and don't use Endurance.

I liked the presentations I got from Endurance. It seemed like their warranty would cover more and that theirs was a more solid program. Though Endurance charged a bit higher than CarShield which I had, that made me switch. Now, I don't like the fact that Endurance charged me an additional $20 a month for the roadside program and for the tire program. With CarShield, it was just a month-to-month pay. Additionally, Endurance's customer service team and I didn't get off to a good start because they denied my claim for a portion of my motor. They said that part wasn't covered because AutoNation Dodge, the company that was working on my vehicle, said the problem was with my thermostat housing.
I need to fully understand what is covered and what is not covered. I ended up spending $500 out-of-pocket to get that housing and the thermostat put on. I picked the car up last Thursday, and on Friday, it ran hot again. Since it happened again, it was like AutoNation wanted to work on bits and pieces instead of doing a complete diagnosis on the car to present to Endurance. I told them that they need to give Endurance the assurance that they have done a complete diagnosis on my car. This is why I can't quite hold Endurance accountable.

Everything was initiated when my first bank draft came out on October 15. The people I signed the deal with over the phone were great so everything went on without a hitch. I wanted to try and pay it off a little sooner so I called and asked them how to do it. The rep said the best thing to do is just when I call to say to take $500 or $1000 more out. And they bank draft it out that day.
I had never really heard of Endurance and that was why I went with them. I thought those who doesn’t advertise just provide a good and solid product and service. Whenever you see a lot of advertisement on TV, there’s a lot of money put into that but a lot of times, the service or the product of that company is not that good. The rep from Endurance gave me a lot of good information and pros and cons of different plans, so I felt comfortable. The information was clear and they weren’t pushy. I’m very satisfied. I hope I never have to file a claim, but at least it’s there. I’m big on insurance on anything like life insurance and house insurance. I’d rather have more than enough. And this vehicle that I bought is a Cadillac that’s 11 years old but had very low mileage. Everything on that dang thing is electrical. Most of the other cars I usually drive are trucks. I can fix them for the most part. So I think having the warranty on my Cadillac is money well invested.

I had an issue with my car earlier this year and I only recently paid it off, so after getting that fixed, I was like I couldn't pour too much more money on this car. So, I had to look at some warranty. I talked to the mechanic that I was working with and they suggested Endurance. I gave Endurance a call and they explained things well. I was in the middle of purchasing my home, so I wasn't able to make a down payment or start the plan right away. But I was able to postpone it for three weeks then they took the payment. I received the packet and an article in the mail detailing how to make the payment plans.
I went on a road trip this weekend and I was gonna have to use the warranty. But it turned out the first person I spoke to didn't wanna use Endurance. If the mechanic is not willing to talk to them then maybe I shouldn't work with that mechanic. So, I went to Hyundai and they ran a diagnostic. I was able to leave them the phone number and the contract number, and they contacted Endurance themselves. So, it's a good way to identify a legit mechanic as well. I paid the 79 bucks for the diagnostic and they were able to find the issue. It was a loose plug. I drove the car back 11 hours and another 5 hours yesterday and there were no issues with the car. There were little issues on the back and forth with claims and learning that process though. I wish it was explained to me a little bit better. Other than that, they were more than willing to help.

I purchased a new vehicle and wanted to be covered with a better warranty than the dealership offers. I did about three companies, but I chose Endurance Auto Warranty because the cost was a little bit less. However, I did not like that the $250 rewards thing was not explained well. I would rather have them just give a $250 Visa so we can use it how we choose.
You have to sign up for the rewards program and they give you $250 to spend, but there are only so many different places you can spend it in. Then it expires when you redeem the coupons. When I started to use the rewards, there was nothing worth using the rewards on. They had shopping, but none of the stuff that I really buy. I called them and said that there was nothing to pick from to spend the $250 on. They told me that I could not use it if I didn't wanna use it. It's not free money. It's my money and I still have to spend it, but they're just giving discounts on different services. Other than that, everything else is okay.

My cousin did some research for me because I was busy at the time. He said he read the reviews on Consumer and that was what brought me to Endurance. The first guy I talked to was in the training process, so he didn't explain the whole process. I wanted a full bumper-to-bumper warranty and all he was explaining was the basic warranty with just engine and drivetrain and that. But it didn't even take but 20 minutes and the manager called back and I got a bumper-to-bumper for 75,000 miles. I have a '15 Ram Sport and it's everything but a moonroof and cooled seats and airbags. It has heated seats, heated steering wheel, folding mirrors, auto dim, and everything, so now all of that is covered. And it's only $93 a month for $3,300 for three years and the other two years are free.
I gave them a typical scenario. I said I live in Illinois and that once a year, we go down to Arkansas. Say, I'm driving my truck and something goes wrong with it and we're stuck halfway, I asked what was gonna happen. They said to call them immediately and they would send a tow truck out. The tow truck takes us to the nearest certified place which is a Dodge dealer and they would work on it. And if it's a part that needs to be replaced, something they can't get in that day, they could give me a rental car and hotel stay up to three days. They could extend it further, once I call in after the three days. They even pay for your meal. So, if you are stuck in a hotel under Endurance, they pay for your meal each night you're in a hotel. It's amazing just $93 a month for 3,300 and something dollars. Then after that, your other two years are free.

Everything's good and I have no complaints so far. Not having a lot of money, the warranty helps because if my vehicle breaks down, I'm gonna go to Ford. So, hearing them say "Go through Endurance or this other one", made me feel comfortable about going through them. I also felt like they would keep their word.

My old car was a piece of crap that having a warranty saves me. It's pretty good so far with Endurance. They offered the most coverage and the representative was good. I got Endurance for so many years and with a certain amount of mileage. I got something in the mail about them raising the price though, which I was kinda confused about ‘cause I thought I signed the contract for that certain price. They were saying that they couldn’t offer me the price that I was originally promised.

When I had my car fixed, the dealer did all the communication and scheduling with Endurance. They were thorough. They made the dealer check a couple of different parts, a couple of different times and then, they sent their guy out to personally look at it. So, it took about a week to get the claim approved and they eventually approved it. I had a rental car and they did reimburse that according to the plan, and I already got the check for that. It came really quick. The only complaint I heard was there were numerous phone calls and every time they had to call in, it was 20 minutes on hold. But still, my experience with Endurance was good, overall.

I had a warranty last year when I bought a car and it expired at 35,000 miles. I was trying to contact the company to extend it and when I went online to do it, I got directed to Endurance. I asked about their offer then the lady called and asked me some questions. I gave the answers and that was it. I was trying to have some days to check another one, but I wanted to close the deal right away. They told me what they offered and when I asked "What if I can't afford it?" They gave me a comparison and we went from there.

I called Endurance the day before for prior approval and to make sure that my breakdown was covered under my policy. I was told by the representative that I spoke with that the breakdown was 100% covered under my policy and instructed me to take my vehicle to the nearest dealer. I had the vehicle towed to the nearest dealer, gave the service advisor all my policy information. The dealer called me and told me that my claim had been rejected. I got on the phone with the Endurance Claims department and was treated very rude. They were uncooperative and unprofessional and would not honor their warranty.
I explained to them that I had received prior approval the day before from an Endurance representative. I was told by the claims person that the representative did not have the authorization to make that decision. At this point I was very upset and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told that there was no one else I could speak with. I was not afforded the opportunity to escalate my complaint up the chain of command, instead I was give the Arbitration address. Bottom line is Endurance does not honor their contractual commitment! They are quick to take your money, but will find a loophole so they don't pay for repairs covered in their policy agreements.

I’ve had the car since it was brand new, and I wanted to continue owning it. But the original warranty ran out, so I bought the extended warranty from Endurance. There’s been an electrical problem with the volume and how you gotta get buttons on your steering wheel for the telephone, and for some reason, the last week to two weeks, it’s been screwing up on me. Right now I’m in Pennsylvania, and when I get back to Florida I'm gonna get it fixed so I'll be using them.

I felt safe with the way that the reps from Endurance told me every single thing that are covering and what they're not covering. I felt that I could trust them. The 100 deductible sold me out, too. Making payments for my warranty is also very easy. It’s $98 a month, so it’s well-worth it. So far, my experience with them has been great.

So far, I really like Endurance. I’m very happy with what I did. My car was out of warranty and I was looking at a warranty and I was recommended to Endurance. The representative I dealt with didn’t give me a hard time. He answered all of my questions and gave me details, and I was really happy.

I was looking for cheaper options than what the dealership was offering me. Endurance's rep was nice and explained everything well. Plus, making payments was really easy. On the day I signed up, it was set up on automatic bill pay.

While sitting at the dealer near where I live for a trade-in cost, it hit me I should look up warranty companies for the car I was planning to purchase. Endurance ended up being well-reviewed and who gave me a call. I let the person from endurance know that I was sitting in the waiting room at the dealer. She asked if she could call back as it would take 15 minutes (even though the info was in front of her) and I asked if I could have a range of price....was hung up on. Hung up on. 9-28-19 around 2 pm **.

I have an older vehicle, which is a 2004 with 146,000 miles on it. But then I had an accident, and then I got a new truck. I decided to just keep it. I looked at a few companies and picked Endurance, and purchasing was okay. But the thing with the new truck is I didn’t do an oil change yet ‘cause the oil was in there. The rep said he needed a receipt for it, and I said I didn't have it. He said, “You can go to the car dealer”, and I said I was not gonna do that. So, I’m just waiting until it’s time to do an oil change and I’ll send them receipt for it.

I got a 2014 Malibu that was in brand new shape and I wanted to keep it that way. It so happen that Endurance Auto Warranty was in the same state as I am, at Illinois. I had a lot of questions and their reps were able to answer everything. Making payment with them was extremely easy. They kept everything simplified.

I heard Endurance Auto Warranty was the best and used them over other companies. Their rep was very nice and knowledgeable. But I haven’t received a copy of the contract yet and they've already taken $200+ from my account. Making payments is easy though because I have it coming out automatically.

I called to research/review an extended warranty through Endurance and spoke to Reed in customer relations over the phone. I told him I was still researching other extended warranty businesses and that I would get back to him today, Monday 9/30/19. I was contacted and I declined the extended warranty through this company - Endurance. 1 hour later I missed a call and when I listened to the message it was Reed saying, "You lie, your feet stink and you do not love Jesus". I have saved this recording for legal proof that he is a sore loser and very unprofessional in conduct.

I have asked to speak to supervisors and someone by the name of Lynn has refused to let me speak to anyone. I need my vehicle fixed and they have taken my money for two years and now will not cover my vehicle. I need help. And cannot get in contact with anyone to help me.

I bought a new used car and I decided to look around for extra peace of mind. I called and talked to some of the people in Endurance when I had some questions, and everybody I talked to was super nice. I thought that they were probably a good company so I checked them out and saw that they have a B plus rating on Better Business Bureau. That isn’t the best rating but it’s good, so I decided to go with them. Also, their representatives gave me a lot of resources and I got an email that explained the benefits on how to file claims and what the warranty would cover. Then last week, I took my car into a Ford dealership and the dealer called Endurance to get the authorization to do the repair. It was covered so I am really happy. And since the dealership worked directly with them, I didn’t have to do much so I appreciated that. It was trouble-free.
