    Instead of paying a six-year loan on my vehicle and incorporating the warranty that way into the loan, I wanted to be paying six years on the loan for a three-year warranty. I went to Endurance because I can pay three years for a six-year warranty. The price was where we wanted for what we were getting. The only thing that was strange was it seemed that I got shuffled. I spoke to somebody Thursday or Friday and I told him I needed to talk my wife. I couldn't call him back directly but I got calls from other people and I wasn't sure if I was supposed to go ahead with the other people. Finally, I spoke to a lady. I asked her if it was the initial salesperson's sale and she said it's all kind of a group effort type thing. I wanted to stay with the initial salesperson as opposed to going to the lady I spoke with. She was great too but he had worked, giving me the information. I didn't want to feel like I was cheating him out of a commission.

    Endurance Auto Warranty had the best bang for the buck. They weren't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive, but they fit in that sweet spot between the price and apparent services that they would provide. We called in about four times before we purchased the contract. The nice thing was that they recorded my number and my name so they always knew who we were and could follow up with it. Apparently, they take pretty good notes because they knew what they had said before.

    Endurance was the most forthright and they were the ones that caught my eye. There were other companies but Endurance seemed to be the best. They seemed more honest. However, they were trying to put out too much information too fast. They just kept talking about more and more. There’s so much that they were trying to tell me such as the coverage and the things that it helps me with like roadside assistance, car lockouts, key replacements and fob replacements. But they did a good job and I like them a lot. They were engaging. They seemed interested and not just trying to sell me something. The rep had to call me back multiple times because I didn't have the right information. I was not the easiest customer but she was very patient with me.

    I got sent a notice and was receiving a lot of phone calls about my warranty being up. So, I went online to hear other people's opinions of the different companies and their rating. I signed up with Endurance and it went very well. The only thing is I don't have anything to print out my card or the initial contract. So, all I've been able to do is go back to that email and research it. As far as the application process, they do a really good job with it. They explain it. They even gave me a little time there because at one point, I was confused. I had two different calls at the same time for the same thing. I ended up finding it was a third party, and they're both from the same company. One of the better things about the experience was I wasn't put on hold and someone did pick up. There was no waiting and the person that I talked to about the different contracts explained it perfectly. That' was why I signed up.

    My wife had an air conditioning issue with her car and it cost like $6,000 to fix it. That really drained our savings and caused other hardships. My brother-in-law who owns a mechanic shop said, “Well, why don’t you get one of those extended warranty on your cars and you won’t have to worry about that?” After doing my reviews, it seemed like Endurance was the better company. I submitted two claims to them and both of them have been denied. My water pump quit working because a seal blew out. The water pump is bad but they’re saying because it’s a seal on the water pump, which is internal to it, it’s not covered.

    The guy that set me up on the plan made it sound like, “Okay, this is covered, this is covered, this is covered.” Never once did he ask about seals and all that other good stuff. We even paid extra for electrical coverage. You would think that a seal thing would be brought up before, “If my stereo gets stolen or broken down, cover that.” You would think that would be a higher part, and it was never discussed. The guy didn't tell the complete truth about everything.

    I definitely would not recommend them. I've been denied twice for two different reasons. Neither makes sense to me at all. I found out if a fuel injector goes bad on my truck, it is not covered, even though it’s inside the manifold on my diesel pickup. That’s a major thing that goes wrong with diesel, and it’s pretty common after about 200,000 miles. So, the service is not covering anything that I need. This week alone, it cost me about $2,000 for a declined thing. Then, last week, when the water pump went, that cost me $3,000. So, there’s $5,000 right there that, supposedly, a vehicle warranty should have helped me with, and it didn’t. I'm about to cancel my business with them.

    I had to go through a bunch of changes to get my car fixed. It was pure hell. I got the car into a repair shop. It took them three hours to get through to Endurance. The guy at the shop put the phone on hold, and then I could hear it beeping, the music was going over and over again, until somebody picked it up. I was there from 8 o’clock in the morning until 1 o’clock, before he was able to get through to them to authorize it or get the car in the shop. It was a really horrendous thing.

    I got home and he called me and said I needed to get something else for them. So I had to call them back. It took 50 minutes to get somebody to answer the phone and they put me on hold. I got that paperwork for them and they got it back to him. The first day was a delay all day long. They wanted to verify that I had the 30 days in. The next morning, the guy couldn’t start on my car ‘cause he needed verbal approval from them and it took them five hours before he could get started on my car. The people never apologized for the delays. I was dissatisfied with Endurance, completely.

    I liked the information that Endurance was giving me about paying only for three years but the warranty will be for five years. The rep told me that it covered everything from the front to the back of my car if anything breaks down. The only thing I have to pay is the $100 deductible. It was a great experience speaking with the rep. She was very knowledgeable. She had her quotes and then, she told me to give her 24 hours and she was gonna call me back with a lower quote.

    Waste of my time and money! Every claim I've filed was denied. Ok! My transmission and engine is only covered. It's a engine issue but I'm still bring denied coverage. I will never use any kind of warranty service again. I mean what am I wasting monthly payments on when their objective is to find loopholes to save them for paying. Now I'm out of pocket twice. A bunch of scams in my opinion as well as my experience.

    I was googling extended warranties and Endurance was number one on the list. The customer service was awesome and didn't leave anything out to where I didn't understand. If I didn’t understand, they explained it to me, so it was good. I paid a portion, then the other part, they took out and I just paid my monthly now. I don’t know if they have free oil changes or not. That was one thing I may have missed and I'm gonna call them.     Endurance will not cover any of my work that’s been done on my car. Everything we called in on, they wouldn't cover anything. I have spent $800 in getting a diagnostic out of my pocket and my car’s still sitting in the shop for two weeks because Endurance is not doing anything on my car. It’s really making me mad. I said, “You cover them all?” They said, “Yes.” There’s something wrong with my motor on the intake. They won't cover that. My turbo sensor’s going out. They won't cover that. My window went out and I need a regulated and I've seen it in my book that they do cover that but they're not covering that. My transmission is messing up. They’re not covering that. So I took it to the Volvo dealer for nothing. Now they're forcing me to come and get the car.

    When I took Endurance, I asked the agent, “Can I take the car to the dealer.” They said, “You gotta wait 30 days or 1000 miles.” I did both. Then they said, “You can take your car to the shop, to any ASE-certified and get it done.” The reason why I couldn't take it to another ASE-certified was that I couldn't get a rental car. I got a rental car from the dealer that I had to pay out of my pocket also because Endurance wouldn't cover me with a rental car for the two weeks I have it.

    I was impressed with what Endurance covered. I bought the policy before I bought the car. I had to wait for 30 days and to go over 1,000 miles for the policy to take effect. We went up to South Carolina and came back again, rode around well over 1000 miles. Wheel bearing went bad. I wanted to have the oil change, just to have it changed. The mechanic called to get coverage. The first thing they said was, “The wheel bearing isn't covered and we'll cover the next oil change.” So after waiting, five telephone calls, and over three hours of wait time to get to talk to somebody, I finally found out that there's a problem with the mileage that's been recorded. They checked CARFAX. They said what the mileage was on CarFax and it didn't coincide with what I told them. So consequently, they denied all coverage.

    Now I have to provide documentation when I bought the car, any repairs I've had done in between time that shows the mileage and the date. They have to factor all that before they'll cover anything. In the meantime, my truck was up on the lift at the mechanic with the wheel off, waiting for a bearing. I told the mechanic to go ahead and fix it. No matter what, it had to be fixed. They can't hold this lift up forever. So when I talked to the guy last night that I told the mechanic to go ahead and fix it, he said, “Well, we won't cover anything, man, if you already told them to fix it.” I’m not happy with that. So right now, I'm not real enthralled with Endurance and quite frankly thinking about looking for another company.

    A portion of it is my fault because I did not remember what the actual mile it was and I tried to get the coverage before I bought this truck. But Endurance is not being helpful or understanding and trying to straighten it out. Also, the customer service sucks if I have to wait an hour and a half to two hours to talk to somebody on hold.

    I liked Endurance Auto Warranty's price. I was gonna call them here in a little bit. The gentleman that I spoke to was setting up two vehicles, and they put it in two separate policy things. They don't put what the vehicle is anywhere on their paperwork. You gotta know the policy number. I'm looking at the billing, and I have no idea which vehicle it's on. Each car has a separate account number, which I think is stupid. Also, I set the payment up to be automatically withdrawn from my banking account but when they passed that over to MEPCO, the people that handles their billing, something got lost in the translation because they're not set up for automatic payment. I'm also not real happy with MEPCO right now.

    I was searching on the internet for the top auto extended warranty companies, and Endurance was in the top three. The purchasing process wasn't hard. A couple of folks over there were rude in the beginning. But then, I found the right person to talk to, and then it became simple. But the thing is you have to get back to them if you want to know what's going on. They don't call back and let you know the status. That's something Endurance needs to work on. For example, I have already finished my one month of the requirement that when you buy an extended warranty, you have to wait for a month, and also, you have to drive your car about 1,000 miles. Nobody has called to tell me that, “Hey, your warranty is now effective. Everything is good to go.” I have to give them a call to confirm.

    Some of their guys are edgy, and some of them are really polite and really trying to work with you. I had a mixed experience over there in terms of communication. But when I found the right person, they explained things well. I was able to get to their website and get to know what they were offering. They just need to improve communication with respect to when your warranty has matured and when it’s effective. I'm expecting some kind of a call from them because if I go to their website, it doesn't tell me anything. Other than that, I will definitely recommend this to my friends because they have a good offering in terms of extended warranty for the car.

    DO NOT BUY ENDURANCE/Drive Protect! Nearly 2 months and no resolve. Email me if you are unhappy with the service you've received. This horror started January 14, 2021 and as of March 4, 2021 it remains unresolved. My car is still under repair. Beware they will try, and shift blame on the mechanic shop or the customer. They will perform needless forensics on your car and will give you the absolute minimum care. They are RUDE. This includes low level employees to managers. Being helpful is not a priority, The contract is not very customer friendly and you don't understand that until after you purchase. The sales and servicing department are very different and I had never heard of Drive Protect until I needed service.

    I purchased from ENDURANCE and downloaded the app that is also called ENDURANCE so I did not understand that they do not service the contract, So basically after purchase ENDURANCE has nothing to do with the consumer and you must deal with DRIVE PROTECT. As a woman I am a believer in extended warranties and have been purchasing them for years for everything from my home to my treadmill. I researched and found ENDURANCE ADVANTAGE VEHICLE PROTECTION. I saw so many good reviews. Now I am finding that some of these reviews are fake. The easiest part about this warranty company is purchasing it. My Mini Cooper broke while on the way to the airport and I called the roadside assistance provided by the warranty and it was a fantastic experience. They dispatched a tow company quickly. The tow company waited until I was safe and charged my phone.

    The next step in an awfully long process is getting the car diagnosed. Easy enough I thought. My mechanic ran a diagnosis. The car needs a new engine. ENDURANCE/DRIVE PROTECT says this is not a satisfactory answer, they need more details. He provides scope pictures and reports to me and the contact person (Rosie) that one cylinder is not firing at all and the other has low pressure. They then reply they need to know WHY this happened. My mechanic responds that the piston hit the cylinder probably because of the speed I was driving. They then said, "We still do not know WHY." They instructed the mechanic to get my permission to tear the motor down. He does and confirms his findings. They are still unsatisfied and ask him to take the head off the engine because they need more answers.

    Now remember my approval is needed for each step because if they decide not to pay, I am responsible for all the additional labor and testing they require. Now we all know from day 3 the car needs an engine. At this point I am upset, and the mechanic is upset because my car is holding up his lift costing him money. So, with no choice I give my approval. Then they ask him to take the head apart because they need to know more and see more to answer WHY. I say ok again to my labor. Finally, the adjuster comes and the first thing he says is, "Why did you take the head off." Honestly, I think some of these issues were personality and ego issues from the DIRECT PROTECT office.

    At last, after many calls and much back and forth they agree to replace the engine because they can NOW see the melted components more clearly. We already knew the low pressure and a hot running engine would have heat damage. So, they find an engine from a company and then tell my mechanic he must pay the $3000.00 to the company they picked for the engine they choose in order to complete the job. My mechanic is reasonably reluctant because of warranty issues and he does not know the company. Honestly, why would he after all the bad customer service and slow response. I then say, "Get the engine. I will pay for it." He calls the company, and the guy says, "Who do I bill? You or them...." He says, "We usually bill the insurance company." I was in disbelief.

    Why would DRIVE PROTECT lie and say that the only way to get the engine was for us to pay GRASSY directly? At this point it is noticeably clear I’m not their favorite nor my mechanic. So finally, we get the engine, and we install it and the thermostat that came with the engine is not working properly. My mechanic calls Rosie and she says the policy does not cover the thermostat and that it is a customer pay item. Now they are asking me to pay for the thermostat that came with the engine that they made us purchase from the company they picked. So of course, the suggestion was, "You can send the engine back...." Are you kidding? Who has the time or the money for additional labor cost?"

    Now let us get to the overall customer service. In short, they are very rude. The manager rudely asked me "do you have a degree in engineering and mechanics, or have you ever worked in a shop?" The process is long and complicated. Oh! And you cannot get a rental car until the car has been diagnosed which you pay for and they reimburse. The maximum allowed for rental car expense is $150.00. I'm including my email address because I'm looking for other unsatisfied customers. Let's prevent this from happening in other states. Lets safeguard other consumers. If we get enough people we can at least have them investigated. **

    The part that was not explained until after just about the signing was that I had to wait 1,000 miles and a year before it was effective. I wish I had known that upfront. That might have changed my opinion. But getting it at the end, I've been through enough of it that I frankly didn't give a damn, I still had a warranty on my car from the manufacturer and it would actually fit in fine.

    Then the amount of paperwork was just excessive as hell. I thought it was a good thing. I felt like I needed to have a lawyer on my side just to read all the reams of paperwork that were involved in the process. I also felt ill-prepared to go through it, knowing full well that it must have taken a hell of a lot of legal minds and work to put that together, and I felt very much at a disadvantage. But then this is probably the least painful and the most professional I could get. I found the people knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. I just found the process grueling. The only thing that wasn't really explained well was there was a $250 card, and there'll be another one that I’d get later. It's described as being used to make any kind of purchase that I would want. But after I got the first one, I saw that that was not only fairly limited in that scope, but that it wasn't really used to make purchases, but rather basically discounts on gift cards. So, I ultimately won't even use it.

    But the purchase process was fine. The only other thing that might be helpful is even if the rates can't be published, letting people know ahead of time that there is a 1,000 mile and a waiting period of three or four months so it's easier to compare with other providers of the warranty. I asked her why on the policy, it says that they all have to be done every 3,500 miles. When I explained that the factory uses a motor oil 0W-20, that is fully synthetic, for 10,000 months, she said no because that kind of oil is extra. I also asked her about when I need to do the maintenance of the car, do a full inspection and air filter change, how much would have that cost. She said, "All that is in the contract. If you need a contract, I can mail it to you." She was not experienced in the customer service field.

    Endurance has extended warranties for cars over 150,000 and my car had 132,000 on it. I had compared it to CarShield and CarShield only went up to 150,000 miles. The big selling point with Endurance was that it covered a lot of things. It also added an extra 100,000 miles in the end. I have a Lexus and I expect that car to go at least 200,000. After the reps told me everything, I told them I would call them back rather than sign up based upon the information I was receiving. I needed some time to think and do some research and I felt a little bit of pressure. But they were good and it's a good program. The cost is reasonable too.     I had Auto Shield for about a year and a half and I had to take my car in for a minor repair. When I drove in to the dealership, my buddy over there said, "You got that Auto Shield."     I like Endurance's reviews better than the other reviews I read. Their representatives have been fantastic. The people that I talked to were upfront. I talked to CarShield, and I was told one thing. When I was done with that conversation, I figured, "Hey, I want to call back again to see if I get the same information." I didn't. I believe the first person lied to me to try to get me to sign up. That was a huge turnoff when I got two conflicting stories. When I talked to Endurance, and then I called back and asked them the same question, they gave me the same answer. So, that was pretty much what sold me.     I chose CarShield before and my mechanics told me they aren't good. They told me that the parts that they use are from AutoZone or some other cheap place. The only problem is ... they WILL NEVER PAY A CLAIM! Everything is great, until you File a Claim. Once you “attempt” to File a Claim, EVERYTHING CHANGES! It becomes a ridiculous circus of absurdity. They give you the runaround. They play “Whack-A-Mole” with which parts are covered and which are not. They give RIDICULOUS EXCUSES as to why your Claim is NOT approved. They keep CHANGING the Reason for Denial. They give HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. And they don’t care because it is their INTENTION to get you to just CANCEL YOUR POLICY!

    I purchased the Secure Plus Plan. I paid for MONTHS. My Power Steering went out. I took it to a Repair Shop. They said my Rack & Pinion and my Power Steering Pump needed to be replaced. BOTH are Covered Parts in my Policy. Endurance still DENIED the CLAIM! Endurance insisted that the Seals & Gaskets were the “Cause of Failure” and said that the Seals & Gaskets are NOT covered in my plan. Even though they never sent anyone out to INSPECT the car, themselves. When I pointed out to them that my policy states that Seals & Gaskets ARE covered “in conjunction with the repair or replacement of Covered Parts” and since the Rack & Pinion and Power Steering Pump ARE Covered Parts, the Seals & Gaskets are covered when those parts are replaced. I even emailed them a copy of my policy with the stated text highlighted.

    Then, they switched and said that the mechanic’s explanation of the “Cause of Failure” was insufficient. And, that I should take it to another shop. So, that’s exactly what I did. I took it to PEP BOYS. Pep Boys also said that my Rack & Pinion and my Power Steering Pump needed to be replaced. They even offered to do it for HALF THE PRICE of the previous shop. ENDURANCE STILL DENIED THE CLAIM!!! They actually said that it was denied the 2nd time because now, this was a “PRE-EXISTING CONDITION” because I continued to drive the car after it needed to be repaired. And that since they offer Free Towing, I should have had it TOWED to the 2nd Shop.

    1) The only reason I continued to drive the car was because they Denied my Claim when I took it to the 1st shop.
    2) Nowhere in the Contract does it state that the car can not be “driven” while it needs repairs. I asked them where in the Contract does it state that the vehicle can’t be driven while it requires repairs, they couldn’t tell me. BECAUSE IT DOESN’T STATE THAT. And,

    3) Driving a car doesn’t always have an effect on the condition of the parts that need to be repaired or replaced. If my Power Window Motor is out, driving the car doesn’t affect it, at all.

    After the 2nd Denial to Pre-Authorize the replacement of “COVERED PARTS”, for NO LEGITIMATE reason, I asked them what was the PROCESS FOR APPEAL? Get this, ENDURANCE DOES NOT HAVE AN APPEALS PROCESS! The agent said it right over the phone, “There is no Appeals Process”. There is not even a way to DISPUTE or even DOCUMENT that you DISPUTE their DECISION!!! They’re DECISIONS ARE FINAL! THEY’RE JUST KEEPING YOUR MONEY!!! The Representative actually told me, “if you’re expecting another outcome, don’t. Because there won’t be one”. PLEASE! HEED MY WARNING! DO NOT BUY AN ENDURANCE WARRANTY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!     I'm good with Endurance. Overall, the way it's supposed to be is that I've got pretty much everything from bumper-to-bumper on the truck - except for stuff that's preventive maintenance.     **MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASE** I purchased a 2008 Audi within the year so I decided to purchase an extended warranty through Endurance. Nine months into the policy, a check engine light came on so I brought to a reputable audi dealership. Some of the repairs were within and outside of the motor. After going through some red tape, the warranty covered only the repairs within the motor as stated in the policy. When repair shop completed the repairs and took it for a test drive, a second check light engine came on. It is common for parts that fail within the motor to also cause othe motor parts to fail.

    Now we are looking at additional repair expenses. Endurance came up with this frivolous "value of the car" max payout that was approximately one third of what the true value of the car is worth and would only cover upto their value figures. Mind you, I purchased the extended warranty because I knew it would be costly to repair a European car. Now. I'm stuck with an approximately $2,000 out of my pocket cost and could no longer put in another claim in the future because they maxed out their payout on their frivolous "value of the car" I continue to have monthly premiums that I'm required to pay with zero possibly of Endurance paying another claim. The kick in the ** is that I purchased two policies for my two audis. I'm not done here, I'm heading next to the Better Business Bureau next. Very disappointing to say the least. My recommendation is to go elsewhere for your extended warranty!

    Their reps were real good. I talked to a number of companies and Endurance was the only one that came right out and told me, "Car’s this age. And actually, we're only gonna cover up to this much." There was no high pressure to it. Roy told me everything and explained everything to me. It was a real simple process so I feel a lot better about going with Endurance. Plus, it saved me 50 bucks a month. Also, they offer better roadside service. So, if you're out and the car does break down, they may not cover the whole repair on that car, but you still have roadside service.

    I decided to choose Endurance over CarShield because of the comments of others. And it was a big decision maker for me. CarShield advertises like crazy while Endurance doesn't advertise as much. But the reviews are much better for Endurance. CarShield talks a good game, but they don't always pay. But I've heard good things about Endurance so I decided to go with them. They signed me up for the next to the top one but they didn't explain all that very well. But so far, I'm happy.

    The only thing is I wasn't sure about when the policy becomes effective because I received it, and then I downloaded the app. I typed in the password that Endurance gave me, but it wouldn't let me log in. I didn't know if it was working. So far, Endurance has taken the one payment out. And I'm wondering about the one for February if it will automatically go against my credit card or if I should log in and pay it myself when I want to. I work for the state and I get paid every two weeks. Sometimes they screw up. I have direct deposit and it might miss a day. And then I don't want to get pounded with fees. It would be better if I just knew every month when it was due and made sure I had money in there, went online and put it in the account.

    Other than that, I'm hopeful that it will be everything that I want it to be going forward because I decided I wanted to keep my car. I just read today that since the election, the price of fuel is up 20% already. So, I'm going to hang on to the little Fiesta for a while because it's so good on gas. I have tabled my plan to buy a new car. It makes this warranty even more valuable to me now. Because once I get my car back in a few weeks, it will be under the coverage of Endurance, going forward.

    I heard Endurance helps you when you need help. Some of the competitors give you a hard time on paying claims. Even the places that fix the car will tell you about some places like, “Oh, no. This place, they never want to pay a claim. Somebody needs something as little as a water pump, and they’ll come out here-- and they pay their field guys like $100 an hour or something. That’s all that the thing costs and they’d be wasting our time always sending somebody out for the smallest thing. They don’t care for paying.” When I compared notes, Endurance was like the one that was most likely to do right. I’m not rich, so when I send my money somewhere, I like to get a service.     I have a bumper-to-bumper, 25-month warranty on my truck when I bought it. I didn’t know if they were gonna notify me or not but I wanna be protected.     They might repair small repairs... But my motor went out the customer service was horrible... Did not care one bit, took 3 weeks just to not cover it due to oil changes not being updated to Carfax... Wanted the garage to do the leg work for them... When I said, "Ok you denied the claim for fraudulent reason. I would like a refund on over a 1g dollars I paid in premiums" they refused and this was my first claim... Also I provided receipts from the small local garage. They stated the receipts wasn't sufficient. They needed 3 instead of 2. When I stated, "Ok I'll send the 3rd in" they said, "It wouldn't matter. It was denied.."

    The supervisor was the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with... Horrible company when needed... I know they'll try and spin this... They could have covered my repair which was 1900 to fix. I paid them 200 down and 96 a month. Really??? Horrible horrible scam company with no care whatsoever on a satisfying resolve. NONE... FRAUDULENT WARRANTY CO.

    We bought a Toyota for our granddaughter and it's a 2012. They're good cars, but things can always go wrong. We have done a lot of work on it. But due to its age, we thought we just need to be prepared for something major. She's at college, and we didn't want her stranded. We thought it was a good idea to get the warranty. I did my research and Endurance came out top. No company is not without its problems, but it seemed to beat the others. The rep explained everything and did it very well. We knew exactly what we were getting in for.

    My only minor issue for the whole thing was when you get onto these automated phone systems, they can be very frustrating when you're tossed from one number to the other. It was "Press this number for that. Press this number for this." And it gave you the runaround. But I eventually got to talk to a human being and she was very good. She solved my problems and corrected everything for us. In the end, it worked out fine. The day we took out the insurance, we had some issues with the brakes, which we took care of because the 30-day grace period was in operation. But so far, it has been good.

    I checked Endurance online and somebody ended up calling me back. That person filled in the blanks and I brushed them off. The rep called back again the next day and he just wouldn't stop. He yanked on my coattails until I turned around and paid attention. The more I listened the more he sold me up. The warranty I got with them covers everything from the motor, transmission, and the rear end. Whenever I had a question about the warranty, the rep would answer it. With what the world is going through with COVID, nobody has extra cash to be wasted. So, I'd rather have this warranty and not need it than need it and not have it.
