I got the full coverage, bumper-to-bumper. I love it. That way, if anything happens, you're covered. Because especially electrical things nowadays can get you good. It was worth it. I had gone through doing the yearly maintenance for my car which turned into having other issues. Endurance sent an appraiser out to verify everything with them. I had a loaner car from the dealership, so getting a rental car wasn't an option, and I didn't need to do that. But I told the dealership upfront that I had the Endurance, and then they went through Endurance directly. I didn't have to do anything. They covered everything as far as the major stuff. So, they covered about $7,000 worth of work.

When I spoke to five companies, I did my comparison and I liked the information that was provided by Endurance Auto Warranty. I wish we could afford to cover everything under the hood. The main concern is the major repairs that need to be covered, internal engine parts, the computer itself, starters, especially on these new vehicles because they're expensive and the labor, the way they're installed, air conditioners, things that will go out ahead of time.
The air conditioner started going out on my vehicle. It would work, but we would drive and it would start blowing hot air. It would start working again, and we would stop and it would blow hot air. So, I took the car in to the dealership here in McAllen and they checked the vehicle to see if it was covered. I reviewed my policy to find out exactly what was covered and found that the air conditioner was covered. The compressor started to go bad. I asked Endurance if they would change the dryer and accumulator and they said, due to the warranty coverage, it could only cover the item that was going bad.
I've worked on vehicles before. In order to get the full coverage and benefits out of a repair like that, when the air conditioner goes out, it's wise to change certain components of the air system in order for it not to happen again. Because what happens when they only change a certain part, within a year, that same problem proceeds to another area because it's already contaminated with the previous components of the damage. Also, I didn't realize that I only had a 30-day limit to file my claim for the rental and I only have 30 days to file that claim. If it were 60 or 90 days, that would help a bit because things happen in-between. That would be sufficient because I didn't get a copy of my receipt rental. I had to pick it up until 40 days after.

The monthly payment for the extended warranty was really good. For my recent claim, the AC would throw hot air and then it would go cold all of a sudden and then go back to hot. They fix what I need.

I had issues with my air conditioning system and I had to have the car picked up. The dealer had to call Endurance to take care of the issue. Everything went well. It was in the shop for a couple of weeks. I had a rental. Endurance reimbursed me for the first day that I paid and then the two-week time, the dealer gave me a loaner. The time I've been with Endurance has been positive. The representatives are very informative. When I call, I get a response. They give me accurate information, not something that I got to chase and is not really detailed.

I had my truck with Endurance a while ago then I recently purchased the warranty for my work van. On my truck, I've had one or two claims. On the van, I've had one. They say the coverage is bumper-to-bumper, but it's not. They don't cover a lot of the gaskets once they start leaking out of major components. I had to pay four grand out of pocket for all that. But for the most part, they take care of all major components.

The signup process with Endurance was great. I set it up online, I request the code, and I got your salesman calling me. Endurance has different policies and I was eligible for the Elite policy. The salesman explained everything to me including whatever they offered and what my monthly plan will be looking. But he didn't explain the requirements before using the policy and I still had to call customer service. I could not find the answer.
I may need to take my car to the shop this weekend because I need to fix something. I talked to my dealer. They're gonna diagnose it and they will send Endurance documentation and whatever needs to get it done. Endurance will have to approve it before the dealer could work on my car. My experience with this warranty is not fully there yet. But once I get through that process, I can fully suggest them. I can put myself in that situation and explain to them what my experience was. Other than that, I am happy at the moment.

When I reached out to Endurance, the young lady that I spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable about the policy. But they initially quoted me that I would have to put 2,000 miles on the vehicle, to which I objected. I drive 3 miles to and from work a day. My work is roughly 20 minutes from where I live. To put 2,000 miles on my car is not something I'm gonna be able to do living in the state of Ohio, even if I drove from Cleveland to Cincinnati.
They got me over to a manager at that point in time, whom I was not really thrilled with. This manager tried all kinds of high-pressure sales, even though he claimed it was not. I told him, "I understand that there are laws why you have to have a duration of time and there has to be mileage on the vehicle because you don't want somebody submitting fraudulent claims." But I was not going to be pressured when he told me, "This is the best deal I can do, and if you don't answer now, you won't get it tomorrow."
I ended up going with them all the same because they're the cheapest one that's out there that offers the best coverage for what I'm looking at. My problem with Endurance is their business philosophy and their tactics for letting people know they missed a payment. We all have run into financial stipulations where we missed a payment because we forgot about it. Not a big deal, we would pay it the next day. But they are constantly hounding people with text messages and calls. If you missed your payment a single day, they would call your phone three times a day and would send three text messages. The only problem is that as much as I would love to go to somebody else, the other people are not gonna cover what this company claims to cover.
I'm all right if they send me a text message and say, "Your payment's due or you missed your payment." But I have the application on my phone that I make the payment with and I have to go through an entire process of non-user-friendly stuff. Also, the other people that I've talked to about being dissatisfied with being hounded on the phone need to restructure that place so that they can help their customers.

My car was making a noise and it had two problems, a differential and something with the torque. For the differential, they had to wait for the part, but the other one, they fixed. I had to wait three months to get the part, but I was able to get my car fixed. Endurance's claim process is good. I previously had another company and they were very tedious with the process. So, I decided to go with another company and chose Endurance. It's working very well for me so far, and I'm happy. The cost of the warranty is worth it.

They put money towards a few things that were covered under the contract but I wish that it covered a little more as far as maintenance on the vehicle, like struts. I'm paying $126 extra every month for this extended warranty and they only cover X amount of dollars for the maintenance and that's really what I've been needing lately. I'm not evening out. I'm still paying for all of my fixing on the vehicle, plus this extended warranty. At this point, I really don't feel like it's worth it. But when I did a claim recently, I was so grateful that I had some stuff covered, even though I still had to pay a hefty amount out of pocket.

Endurance gave me a nice plan that I could pay for and live with. They walked me through certain things and told me what would be good for me. I signed on quickly. The first time I used it was when my transmission went. I took my car to a reputable dealership who did the 60,000 mile service but they didn't put enough oil in the transmission and the transmission burned out. They refused to fix their own mistake but Endurance came and saved my life. It took them three days to come out and look at it, another day for them to make a decision, and then three to four more days for the transmission to come. The only thing I didn’t like was they didn't cover the whole rental but it is what it is.

The rep was very knowledgeable on the coverage I wanted and she covered the bases. In the past, when I was using Endurance, there were some parts that weren't covered that I thought were. She told me what was covered and what was not. Those are in the contract as well but they could underline them or print them in bold.

There was something wrong with the front brakes. When the dealer contacted Endurance, they covered the parts that weren't just normal wear and tear and maintenance. The claim process was seamless. The other thing I like about the warranty is that I they cover part of my oil change twice a year. Another time, there was an engine problem and it took Endurance a week because they had to send somebody out to make sure that the valve cover was broken. They ended up paying four grand. That made me wanna re-up with them. I've had other outfits call me, and I'll just go back to the same one because they're pretty reliable.
But there was some confusion when I re-upped the contract because it happened over the end of the year. Their records didn't reflect that I had renewed with them. They thought I was still trying to do it on an old contract. But once they got it straightened out, they covered everything. I don't like the price, but you get what you pay for.

I've seen some bad stuff about Endurance, but I had one minor issue with them. They rectified that. Then, the second issue I had, they paid it right away. The representative explained what the program offered. I was looking for engine and transmission coverage. So, they explained that to me. They also offered to upgrade the package where I would get a reimbursement on oil changes and damages to my tires. The first claim I submitted was to get the reimbursement for the oil change. The place where I took the oil change had forgotten to put the mileage on it. So, they did take me through some changes about that. When I finally got the invoice with the mileage, it was after the 60 days to submit it. I spoke to a supervisor because I had started the claim within that period. So, they did authorize it and they did pay it.
The lady I spoke with was very professional. There was a gentleman who said it was too late. He was kind of curt, but everybody else that I've dealt with has been very professional. The other claim that I had was for the air conditioner that went out. I took it to the dealer and they fixed it. Right now, I'm very satisfied with Endurance. I recommended them to my daughter. She signed up for them.

I've asked for a hard copy of my package several times but I haven't gotten it. But I used the coverage a few months back when the air conditioner and an injector went out. But Endurance wouldn't cover the screen display and it's still on the fritz. They also wouldn't cover the injector. I don't understand why they didn't cover that. Other than that, they covered the air conditioner. Get Endurance. It's a really good value. I would've had to fork out $5,000 the other day.

The Honda had some issues. The techs at the dealership sent Endurance the quote and they approved it. They did a great job and everything went great. Endurance is very responsive and they work with everybody. So, there's a lot of acceptance. I haven't been anywhere that says they won't take them. Whatever has gone wrong has been fixed. So, I appreciate the warranty. But I wish that I could have key coverage for one more year.

I had the service light come on. The auto shop communicated with Endurance the whole time and everything was covered when I had to go in and pay. I only had to pay my portion. The claim experience was easy and it was nice that they communicated with the shop.

I took my truck in the first time because I had a clicking under the dashboard every time that I got in it and they fixed that. When I took the truck back in, the passenger’s window was not going up and down. When I left the dealership, we had to pull it up. For the back tail light, the wires to the little silver piece that holds the light bulb were fried. I asked them if they could replace that. They told me because the window was working at the time that I took it in, the warranty wouldn't cover it, so they wouldn't fix it. Also, because the brake light was still working, they wouldn't fix that either. I ended up paying $700 to the dealership for them to repair them.

Having Endurance is a good thing. You never know when your car’s gonna put you down. You gotta make sure that if it happens, you have the extra cushion with extra comfort knowing that Endurance is there to help you. It’s good that Endurance is giving the customer satisfaction while also giving the customer a relief about the wear and tear on their car. My vehicle needed to get a timing chain changed, and I came to the shop and they had the timing chain changed on it. The process with Endurance went well. The shop put up a loaner. It took a week. It was fast. I paid out of pocket a little bit because at the time, the car's value was worth 12,000, and throughout the year, it exceeded over 12,000, so Endurance covered the majority of it, but we still had to come out with 1,500.

I had a leased vehicle and the lease was expiring. I was purchasing the lease outright and I did not want to use the lease option from the dealership just because of the way it worked and the cost. I just looked for an outside source and came upon Endurance. They covered everything I needed at a more affordable rate. There were no promises or guarantees of anything. My vehicle is only three years old so I wanted a full coverage warranty on it, which Endurance provided. I liked everything about Endurance and what they offered.
Purchasing the warranty was very easy and they gave me different payment options to use. The value of an extended coverage depends on the vehicle, the age, and the miles. I average about 15,000 miles on my vehicle. We travel from Michigan to Florida in the winter. I want something to cover me in case of a breakdown along the way. The basic underlying agreement with Endurance was 30 days. They don't want you coming in there with underlying conditions where you're going to buy coverage then the next day take it into the shop for major work.

Endurance has been great. I did a repair for my engine. The process went well and they covered a portion of what needed to be done. It was fantastic. I was trying to do transmission too but I'm not sure if Endurance is gonna let me do it. That aside, Endurance is a good company to be covered by. I like the customer service. I was getting a 2016 Nissan Rogue and when I was doing reviews on it, they were talking about transmission failure. That made me nervous. Some people were saying in the comments to get an extended warranty. I looked up warranties and Endurance was one of the ones that had great reviews. My experience with them has been overall good.
There was a light on my dash that wouldn't shut off. Nothing was happening with the car but the light just kept staying on. I took it to Nissan and we reached out to Endurance. They were really helpful and they sent out someone to inspect it. The issue was fixed and I drove away. But it happened again and I brought the car back. Endurance was very helpful again and helped Nissan to figure out what the issue was. Ever since then, I've been good.

With Endurance, we like not having to pay full price for repairs. Everything went well with my recent claim with the exception of the whole mileage conundrum. Getting that fixed was a little stressful. But once we got it fixed, the claim process was seamless.

The reps explained the sign-up process very well. But I had some problems along the line with one of the vehicles that I had on my policy. I had a 2009 Buick Lucerne that I added to the contract. The couple of times we've taken it in, it was taken care of. But there was one incident where we took it up to a Chrysler. The AC wouldn't work. We started getting cans of Freon ‘cause we thought it was just getting low.
We took the vehicle to the dealer and they diagnosed it. They found the issue was the AC compressor and the condenser. Endurance sent out an inspector and when he got there, he said something caused it and it had a leak. The mechanics at the dealership had said they didn't agree with the inspector but at that point, there was nothing they could do for us. It was upsetting because that part was a component that was covered under the contract and they refused to fix it because they blamed the issue on something else.
I was very upset because after paying the contract for however long, they didn't want to take care of that under the policy. They should always send out a second inspector. Everything should be considered and everybody should work together. The people who were the mechanics in Chrysler had 20 years of experience and they weren't in agreeance with what the inspector said. We ended up losing in the end. It was very bad.

The signup process was no problem. They were telling me that I was still listed down as dealing with CarShield and I had to straighten that out to let them know that I have stopped dealing with them. I had a claim for a transmission and I took my vehicle to Crown Dodge. There was a big mess-up. They charged me a storage fee and there were problems getting paperwork from Crown Dodge. Then I turned to another mechanic, and they needed the paperwork. It took a whole year to get that straightened out. Endurance kept telling me they needed to the original copy of the paper that had started the claim off. But Crown Dodge kept on saying that they sent a repair order. It took so long I was frustrated with it.

When I signed up with Endurance, the rep I spoke to was very helpful and cooperative. I’ve used them a couple of times and many of the issues were covered. The policy did not cover everything, but at least it helped and I've recommended them to a lot of people. The first time I used it was for a big job and I had to have somebody take me and pick me up. The second time was just maintenance and the policy did not cover filters, which I was not happy about because that's part of maintenance. So, I had to pay for the filters. But it covered the tire rotation and the oil change. I also had a claim about a month ago when my window regulator went. The shop that I went to called Endurance and it was all covered, except for the $100 deductible, which was fine.

I was driving the vehicle and I heard a noise, and the check engine light went on so I took it into a local dealer. I told them I had Endurance and they said it was good to know. They called Endurance. A part had to be ordered and once it was in, they fixed the vehicle. Everything went fairly smooth. The service with Endurance has been okay until they denied my claim. My car needed some lifters and cam, and they denied my repair twice because the shop that did my maintenance repairs forgot to list my tag number. But the shop wrote my tag number back on the invoice that they did. They also stated that Endurance could've called them to verify that my vehicle was there and they just didn't want to honor that. Endurance can improve on calling back. I've been asking for supervisors to call me in regards to that same claim ever since October and I reopened a new claim about a month ago asking for either a supervisor or a head person over Endurance to call me in regards to my claim. My car needs that work done and nobody has returned my phone call. They need to live up to what they say they cover instead of giving me the runaround with getting my work done on my vehicle.

The service of Endurance has been really good. I had to submit a claim to get some big work done on my car and it was a little bit of a headache. There was an issue back and forth between the repair shop and Endurance. But ultimately, I was really grateful to have the warranty coverage because it would have been a lot of out-of-pocket costs on my car if I hadn't.
A part of my transmission needed to be replaced. The repair shop wanted to replace the full transmission, which would have been a lot of money. Endurance said that they would pay for one part of the transmission repair. If that didn't fix it, they would cover the full transmission replacement. But, my car's been fine since that repair was done. When I called customer service, they were very helpful and easy to get ahold of. For me, Endurance has been really worth it. I would definitely recommend it.

When I got to the original call, the coverage was explained to me very good. The price and coverage were exactly what I was looking for. My service advisor explained that Endurance wanted to change a gear in the mirror, and Ford kept trying to tell them, "You're gonna have to replace the whole mirror, which is expensive." They ended up saying, "No. Just replace whatever element was in there." They did and it still didn't work. So, they had to pay more. I knew it was expensive because it does different stuff. Other than that, my oil change is reimbursed $35.

I signed up with Endurance over the phone and it was pretty easy. The only thing I misunderstood was that I thought the waiting period was either 30 days or 1,000 miles. I didn't realize it was 30 days and 1,000 miles. But it ended up being a minor detail. I have some medical issues going on that's made it difficult to really comprehend a lot at one time. So I'm not putting blame on the associate.
I had to bring my car in because there was an issue with the AC. I live in Louisiana and part of my medical issue also makes me really sensitive to the heat. It turned out that the compressor was leaking. So I paid my deductible and Endurance covered it. The mechanic handled the claims process for me because I wasn't sure how it worked. They took care of everything. I had a good experience. I'm very grateful that I had the warranty coverage. Endurance was there when I needed them, and they didn't give me a hard time or a runaround.

I have a claim with Endurance right now and I haven't heard back from them yet. My vehicle's been in the shop since yesterday. I also had a claim about a month and a half ago. I had a water pump that needed to be replaced on my 2011 Ford Edge and I really wasn't pleased with my experience. When I originally got this auto policy, they told me that my deductible would be $100. But when everything was said and done, I had to come out almost $1,000 out of my pocket. The shop that had my car told me that Endurance was telling them that they wanted to buy the parts at wholesale prices. They said that Endurance was willing to pay $1,800, but I would be responsible for the difference. Also, my car was in the shop for almost two weeks and I did not get a rental.

I took the car into the shop because it was having some problems. It seemed like it was almost overheating. There was something going on with my fan. My mechanic told me to leave it and then he called Endurance on his own and told them what was going on. Endurance covered the cost of the repairs. I didn't even talk to anybody. I was pleased to know that when my power steering, rack and pinion went out of my Jeep, Endurance covered them with no question. The shop was also very pleased with their response time. Endurance was the best bang for the buck. They answered my email quickly. The broker in Saint Louis was very personable and explained everything, and gave good details. Setting it up was a very smooth process. I got the five-year, 100,000-mile, bumper-to-bumper coverage, which also includes routine maintenance and a set fee. So far, it's been easy to redeem those oil changes and routine maintenance that are part of the package. They do 0% financing once a month. So, if you do want to have warranty on your vehicle, don't go to the dealership and pay interest on that purchase price of the warranty. Just have Endurance bill you monthly.
When I had my AC thing went out on this vehicle, they fixed it. It was very simple. The dealership handled it all. If there should be repairs it needs, they make a phone call to Endurance to check what's on my policy. Then Endurance will say they will pay up to a certain amount and then the dealer will call me and say, “It is covered. And you're only out of pocket the deductible of $100.” I'm very satisfied.

If I had a problem, I took the car to the shop and they deal with Endurance Auto Warranty directly. But when the shop calls, and Endurance just says, “Oh, this is covered, but this component is not covered.” It’s never 100% covered. A few months ago, I wanted my brakes done. I went to the shop. They wanted $800. I said, “Okay. I can get it done cheaper without—no nothing.” So, I went to the store. I purchased the stuff myself. Because every time I work on this car, I take it to the dealer and their price is much more expensive. I was trying to save money . So, I bought all these parts myself. And I have a local shop put it on. But Endurance wouldn’t reimburse me for those things.
I wanted to get my AC done because the hose got busted. Endurance would replace the AC, but they won’t replace the hose. If they would do the AC, why weren't all the components covered? That is very frustrating. They said they would give me $50. I never got it. But Certain things are good. I went to get the oil changed and they said that they would reimburse me.

I have two cars and they both have Endurance. I’ve been happy with them until this last claim. I have a Cadillac and I’ve had no issues with getting anything done. But my 2012 Ford F150 had to have a transmission put in it and Endurance only paid $4,800 of the $7000 bill. They said I had exceeded my average retail value of my truck, which is crap because it's $8,900. That wasn't explained to me when I bought the warranty and they sold me a warranty that cost $4,300, and I paid out a little less than $5,000. Endurance told me that my vehicle is only worth $5,200. They go by average NADA which nobody uses anymore. Everybody uses J.D. Power. When it was in the shop, the Ford dealership called and offered me 17,000 for it on a trade-in and J.D. Power is at 12,700 which is probably closer to the actual retail value. I ended up having to come out of pocket two grand to get my transmission fixed. Not counting the 12 that I've already paid on the warranty.
Endurance pays their claims exceptionally well but they could have explained. Whoever sold me that policy should have made it clear that the total payout was gonna be hardly what I was even paying for the policy. I wouldn't have bought it. Now I'm left without a warranty. They canceled it because it's exceeded its limitations. I was left out in the cold on that one. Endurance knew when they sold me the warranty that it was probably not even going to cover what I was paying for it. I was only in my second year of paying for it and had I actually paid the whole three years out, I probably would have been in a point of diminishing return. I would have been upside down on the warranty. They probably wouldn't have paid what I paid on the warranty. So, I was a little disappointed in their communication with me on that.
Up until this point I have sold probably a dozen warranties for them by just testifying to people what a great company they were. My son bought two of them and I've had several people that moved to them because of the way that I had service with them. And for them to just kind of leave me out to dry like that was disloyal on their part.

We signed up with Endurance over the computer and on the phone. It was a good call with the person I spoke with. I recently filed a claim because the screen delaminated on the radio computer and it had to be replaced. We went to the dealer and told him about the warranty that we had and he contacted Endurance. They had to order the part and in a few days, they came and we got it right in. We didn't have to do anything. It was pain-free. I’m very well satisfied and pleased with Endurance. They seemed to have the most appealing advertising to consider, which was why we went with it.

The reps from Endurance were great and the submission process for the claim was simple. I just took the vehicle to the Ford dealership and told them what the problem was. Then, they called Endurance to find out if it was gonna be covered or not. Ford called me and let me know yea or nay. So, I did not have to call Endurance or speak with them at all. The guy at the dealership said that the representatives from Endurance gave them a hard time with a request that they submitted but they approved the repairs. This warranty is gonna expire in May and I need to call Endurance to find out what the amount is to see if I can afford it.

I've had Endurance for four years. I'm down to my last payment. I'm thinking about paying it, but I'm so mad at them for turning down something that was covered because they look for reasons not to cover it. I took my car to the shop and my axles are covered. They were saying that since the boot has a little rip in it, they were not gonna cover it. I'm dissatisfied with them for the simple fact that it states that it's covered and they won't cover it. They were also really abrupt and blunt. “It's not covered” and that was it. I'm like, "Can you explain why it's not covered?"

When you speak to Endurance before you sign up, they make you feel like everything is covered. But when something happens, you find out that not everything is covered. I'm not too happy with them. One claim I had to do was a bushing in the front end and a noise that my tire was making that had to do with something internally in the front end. They covered half. Just recently, my air conditioner wasn't working properly and it was because of the valve that had to be changed. They didn't cover that and that was over $700. It's not listed on the policy that I have and I paid extra for a policy that should have covered practically everything. When they're selling these things upfront, they should do a little bit better job in not making you feel that everything is covered just to get a sale. It's misleading.

Endurance has been great. I'll keep it and I've told a bunch of people they need to get it. I had to have an air conditioner fixed and some other stuff, and there were no questions asked. All I had to do was show the Toyota place in White Cross my little pamphlet Endurance sent and they did everything else. I only paid $100 for the deductible.

Signing up with Endurance wasn't bad but it was a little in the gray area. I did my first claim with them. I took my car to every shop around here and they were like, "We don't take this." There was only one that said they took it, but when I took the car in, they said they said they don't do work with diesel. It was hectic for me to find a shop that would take the warranty. In the end, I found a shop and they diagnosed the vehicle. Apparently, they contacted the insurance and the insurance said they would not cover that part. That ended up costing me almost 3,500 bucks out of my pocket.
That first claim was a bad experience. Even though the part labor was only 1,500 bucks, it was still 1,500 bucks. The rest was extra which I chose. I was a little upset about it because Endurance could have at least covered something. The week after, I had a second claim for an alternator and they covered the whole alternator. The second claim was a better experience. It was $2,200 and they covered almost 1,900. It was a help. So far, so good.

Endurance called and offered me a starter package. I got the policy right away and the process was pretty easy. Signing up was quick, too. But the customer service was pretty bad and they don't help as much. Also, the packages don't cover as much. They only cover so little and that's part of the reason why I discontinued. They don't offer a variety of all the mechanics and they only offer dealerships and certified mechanics. In cases of emergency, you don't go and look for a certified mechanic. It's just whoever is right there beside or near you that you go through.

My check engine light came on and I brought my car to Ford. I came to find out that it was a Ford responsibility where they had to replace the engine. I have an elderly mom and I decided not to keep this car at low mileage. I started looking into it and I was seeing there were a lot of problems with it. So I called Endurance and I told the gentleman not to take out the payment because I don't have a car any longer. I was not going to take back a car that needs an engine replaced. I told him that when I find a car that I'm comfortable with to drive my 84-year-old mom around, then I'd readjust getting the car. He said there would be no problem and that they haven't taken out the payment. He said he already talked to Ford and it was Ford's responsibility. So I thought everything was okay.
But when I got up the next day and punched in my bank account, Endurance took that money out after he said he wouldn't. And because of that, I bounced a check. So, I called back and explained the problem to the second gentleman. He said he understood completely and that the first gentleman should have sent me an email. He said he couldn't reverse what this guy said and did, but told me that my policy could be canceled and sent me a form via email. The second guy was very nice and apologetic. But it ended up being a really big mess and I was very disappointed, so I ended up canceling. I have the form to cancel, I just have to get it printed out, notarize it, and send it back to them. The second guy also told me that he was taking me off of automatic payment. But when I cancelled, nobody would put the money back. Even after I took the Ford car back to Ford, nobody would give me the lousy $118 back.

The Endurance rep I signed up with was courteous and very well knowledgeable of the company. She hooked me right up and told me what I had to do. I had to wait for 1,000 miles before the coverage would kick in. For coverage, I wanted the policy to cover it if my engine or transmission went out. As far as electrical, I wanted the policy to cover the motors. And Endurance covered that. For payments, I get auto-pay and they come directly right out of my account. I don't have to worry about it and there is no paperwork.

Everything's great with Endurance. I signed up with them while I was driving on the freeway with my phone on Bluetooth. It was that simple. I was talking to someone and I didn't have any issues with the sign-up process at all. A lot of these places, when you're trying to get a quote, it's impossible. But with Endurance, there was no hard sell and their rep was friendly. The guy also seemed like he knew what he was talking about. They should have senior discounts though. I heard a noise coming from the front wheel and I took it to the shop and they made a claim for my axle. I waited for a week and a half and Endurance denied the claim. They said that it was wear and tear. But my mechanic at the shop said it cannot be that and it was internal damage. But Endurance still denied it. I've had this warranty for four months and that was the only claim that I tried to make. I spoke to them and they said the future claims should be covered. I was about to cancel the warranty with them but I decided to keep it for now. That aside, customer service is great and they answer right away.

I made a claim for my AC but Endurance didn’t go through with it and didn't give me a reason. The customer service transferred me to a different department over and over. They didn't have their information linked so it was a big old circle. But the cost is alright. My warranty before was a little cheaper but Endurance offered a little more, which was why I went with it.

When I called Endurance, the sales rep was very helpful and he explained that Endurance does not use aftermarket parts and that claims are handled through them directly. I get the option to take my car wherever I wanna take it as opposed to just having a limited amount of dealerships or auto shops. He explained how it was better to get the policy now as opposed to waiting because as the car gets older, the price will go up. He also explained the benefits of the roadside assistance and the car rental. He provided a lot of good information. I even got a small discount. It was $100 for signing up right then and there. It was really smooth. He just took my card information and they took out the payment.

I had this for several years and finally needed to make a claim and learned that no mechanic in my city would take this warranty plan. They actually had 1 mechanic listed as accepting the warranty but the mechanic listed was my own personal mechanic who happened to call Endurance on my behalf years earlier and he learned that Endurance was not a company he would do business with because mechanics take a huge loss if they work with endurance. I should have cancelled then and there. Basically I wasted several years worth of premiums that could have been put in the bank to save for repairs which is what I recommend anyone doing. Save your money for a rainy day do not throw it away on this scam. Also it was nearly impossible to cancel they tried billing me for months after I told them I wished to cancel.

Endurance seems decent. The signing up process was a little confusing at first, because the website quotes you on one price, but at the end of all of it, after you put your card information in, it tells you that you don't have access to what you're trying to purchase and to try again. It was really weird. So, I ended up calling because there was at least a $60 a month difference between the one that they wanted me to get and the one I wanted which the website said I didn't have access to. They explained to me that the one that I was trying to get had extra features that weren't applicable to my car, so it would have been a waste of money. Then, they set me up for one that was about the same price. So it was a good experience. I would tell others to just call, as opposed to doing it online, because online is a little confusing.
I got the policy that's equivalent to having the manufacturer warranty from the car dealership, so it pretty much covers everything. But I know there's fine print, so at some point, I know that I'm going to run into something that's not covered, but I just don't know what that is yet. Other than that, I needed 30 days and 1,000 miles from whatever my mileage was at the time I signed up before the coverage started, and it was easy-peasy to reach.

The reps I worked with were very helpful and polite. They told me that they cover my engine, transmission, electrical -- big ticket items, and if something went wrong with my car, all I will have to pay is $100 deductible and they take care of the rest. The service with Endurance has been good. My engine failed and had to be rebuilt. I called Endurance to make sure that that part will be covered and once I got a confirmation, I went to the dealership. I told them what was wrong and let them know I had Endurance. The dealership had to call Endurance themselves just to get permission to do the work and so they would get paid exactly to do the work. That was hardest part. But Endurance covered everything with the repair.

Setting up my warranty was easy. It was all done on the phone and the rep I dealt with was knowledgeable. I've had one claim for the windshield wiper motor on my car. Both the front and the back wipers have stopped operating. It was $1,100, and Endurance covered it with the $100 deductible. My BMW dealership contacted them and said it was no problem. The tech said that they kept Endurance's contact information in my file at the dealership. He said, “Going forward, any time you bring the car, we can just contact them automatically to find out it's covered or not, and we'll take care of it.” That was good. So far, I'm very satisfied with Endurance.

When I signed up with Endurance, I was misled by the salesperson about what features I was gonna get. I was under the impression that it came with a key replacement and a few other features, like roadside assistance. But it turned out, I did not have that service, which was disappointing. But so far, it's been smooth sailing with Endurance. The only thing I really have a gripe with is that my car goes into the shop and it ends up taking a lot longer than five days, and the rental is only for five days. While it's really courteous of them to provide a car for five days, it doesn't take into consideration situations where there's a vehicle in the shop for much longer than that. There's no way to really work around that with Endurance either. But otherwise, they've taken care of what I needed to be taken care of with the car.
I had a steering issue. I tried a local place in town but they couldn't figure it out. I took my vehicle to the car dealership and they told me they fixed it, but they didn't fix it. I found someone who I figured I could trust with cars and he took a look at it, figured it out, worked with Endurance, and now, that issue seems to be resolved.

Total Scam!!! I have an insurance policy with Endurance, and now that my vehicle is not working due to engine issue, they don't want to pay to fix it. Gave me the run around for days, got straighten out on Carfax what they told me needs to be fixed, and they still denied my claim. Total scam!!! These people will take your money and give you a hard time with paying the bill when something goes wrong with your vehicle. Now I have to hire an attorney to file a lawsuit which is going to cost more money.

The customer support is great. They stay on the line with you, making sure you understand what you're getting in the package. There were oil changes and incentives in the purchase of the insurance and the rep made sure we were aware of those. I asked about certain parts of the automobile and he explained it all to us. I appreciate the extended warranty through Endurance because I was never denied usage when I needed it. I used to drive a 750 BMW and I had BMW and Endurance insurance. There was a problem with my BMW and the BMW insurance denied the claim. But Endurance paid whatever it was that was going on with my vehicle at that time. I've recommended them many times and I will continue to recommend them.

I've tried to use Endurance twice. The first time, they denied the claim. I needed the engine oil cooler replaced but they said my coverage didn't cover that. I was not happy because it cost me $1,900. They said I needed the top-of-the-tier coverage, but I have the one in the middle. Something as substantial as an engine oil cooler should have been covered. That's a big investment for anybody to make and I wish they included that in our coverage. The second time, I needed a tow and they were very quick and excellent to get the right people to tow my vehicle. It turned out, what it needed was a new starter and they paid 100% to replace the starter. If I also needed, I could have had a rental car, but I didn't need one. I was very happy with that service.

In your information about the policy did not say anything about when the coverage starts. It starts in one month and 1,000 miles, I drive about 200 miles a month so the policy will not start for 5 months. The charges start during the first month. Thanks. Glenn

I as many other customers who trusted Endurance warranty to keep our automobiles running smoothly and to take care of the repairs. As we soon found out they would use your policy against you and not cover the problems and left customers with a hefty repair bill. They take your money and then tell you they can not refund your policy money. My suggestion is to save your hard earned money for the repairs or find a reasonable loan to cover your expenses. The payments will probably be about the same as if you took out one of Endurance warranty services policies.

I had a claim last year when the truck went down and a transmission was needed. Endurance was okay but they dropped the ball somewhere. They approved the transmission and sent it to the shop but it took a month so I had to call them back and complain. Then, the next thing I know, the transmission is there. It took too long. But the cost of the transmission and putting it in was less than what I have to pay for my three-year contract. It worked out for me. Also, Endurance is good with small things but to me, they're for big-ticket items. If it's a covered item that's less than $100, it doesn't pay to have Endurance do it because you have to pay a $100 deductible. You have to really think about what you're doing if you're gonna try to get Endurance to pay.

With the way their policies are structured, you don't know what you don't know. They know the cars and they know what is most likely to go wrong with the car and the policies that you're getting may not necessarily cover the most likely problem that you're going to have with that car. You have to read the policy carefully because there are certain things within that policy that you would be paying for every month that would not be covered. Other than that, I took my car to the dealer last month when my temperature gauge was out. It would have cost me $800 but when I told them I had Endurance, it went down to $100. It gives me a sense of security. It takes the way that, "If something goes wrong, how am I gonna afford to pay this?"

The way they handled some of the claims has been unsatisfactory. I put my Suzuki in for a timing chain claim and Endurance issued approval to perform the work for $2,500. I submitted an inquiry about getting a rental car while my vehicle is being serviced and Endurance said that because of the claim, I'm a limited liability. I said if the policy has no more benefits, then maybe I should get another policy so I'll at least have benefits going forward. The rep sent me over to service and they rewrote the policy so I can have benefits moving forward.
But when the work was performed for the timing chain and they submitted it, it was denied. They said there was no policy and I had to go through this whole spiel of going back to this person and that person. They finally approved it but then they said they were only going to pay $1,400. The approval was done for $2,500 so now I had to pay an additional $1,400 to get my car at the shop when before, it was $300. I am still salty about this to the point that I'm thinking about calling a legal to file a claim.
I had another claim for my Maxima during the pandemic. The car was running terribly and I thought the engine was gonna blow up. It was a cylinder problem and the repair place tried to call Endurance, but during that time, they don't have people devoted to answering calls. They hung on the phone for close to 45 minutes and I told them to go ahead and do the work and we would get back to Endurance later because this was an emergency. I got in contact with Endurance and told them we tried to call them on two occasions and that the repair place did the work. But Endurance held their ground and said that because I didn't have the claim authorized before doing the work, my claim is denied. When I looked up the definition of emergency services, it was a gray area. They could have done it. The amount of the claim was $400. It wasn't like it was $4,000. That experience didn't serve me well either.

I looked up Endurance. They told me the down payment and how much it would be a month. It turned out, I caught COVID at my job and I couldn't work. I called them and they were nice about it. When I started back at work, I didn't have a lot of hours. So they cut the payment in half. What they did was I pay every two weeks this amount, and then the next two weeks, paid that amount until I caught up.
The reps were really good. They were supposed to take it out of my checking account. But I had other bills pending that would not work with me in my situation. So they kept taking the money before I could pay it and they kept putting my account in the negative. I called them up and asked them, "Was there another way to do this?" They said, “Yeah. You can pay with your debit card or your credit card. That way, we get the payment taken out immediately instead of waiting.” I said, “Okay. That's what I’ll do.” That's how I've been handling it and it's worked out very well. The representatives were very informative. They were patient with me.

I was sold the wrong policy. I was never refunded my money. The "management " team canceled my policy after lying and portraying me in a false way claiming that I wanted to cancel my policy. They refused to conduct a formal review of the facts to hold people accountable. The issue remains and will because according to them "the train stops here". In other words they refused to assist me in filling a formal internal compliant to be investigated. These people outright lied, committed forgery and took 4 months to correct their error.

The service is fine but there are some things that they said they cover in the original discussion about the policy but they don't. Even if you have the ultimate gold, platinum coverage level, they still find things not to cover. But then, it's a lot easier to pay them with 100-something dollar payments than it is to pay $3,000 $4,000 repair bill. And they cover all that minus the $100 deductible.

I had to bring my car in for some repair and I provided what they wanted and needed. Weeks passed by and I was trying to get in contact with them. They tried to deny my claim saying that they needed more service records. I had to find those records that they were looking for in order to get the claim processed after the car has been sitting for weeks. I needed a rental, but they said that they don't provide rentals unless the claim is approved.

I had two issues with my truck. One was the sending unit and the API that went out. The API was the radio control thing on the truck. I get all my work done at the dealership. I paid 100 bucks and the dealership took care of all that. For the API issue, the truck was there for about an hour or two. I like Endurance since they covered my problems. Everything was fine.

I like the $100 deductible per visit. As opposed to it being per part, it was very straightforward. I also liked how easy the coverage was to understand. There was a 30-day waiting period and 1,000 miles. So that made it all really simple. I was in Vegas for about two weeks and then all of a sudden, the air conditioning compressor gave out and it exploded. So it messed with the serpentine belt and a couple of other things, and the alternator. It looked like it was a big deal.
I called Endurance and they got me the tow truck to pull the car to the mechanic. The mechanic said it would be $2,000 if it weren't covered. But Endurance covered just about everything. I only paid the $100, plus an extra 80 bucks for a couple of parts that weren't covered by the coverage. It seemed reasonable. Then they gave me the car back and it was in excellent condition. It was a really cool experience. I was really impressed. Every time I call Endurance, I always speak with a human. It's pretty good service.

Endurance makes me not have to come straight out with some things that go broken on my car, especially for members like me who is a car enthusiast having a sports car. A lot of problems come around. If the transmission goes out, that's a good $2,00, $3,000, $4,000 replacement. And with Endurance, it's a $100 deductible. My 370Z's radiator had a hole in it. I gave the shop my policy information and Endurance's phone number, and they did their part and it went quickly. It was self-explanatory. It cost me only the $100 deductible and the shop did an entire radiator replacement. It's worth it. I recommend Endurance to a lot of people that I talk to in the car community because it's convenient.

I have an extended warranty with Endurance. I had a claim and sent my car around December 23, and they had to get the part delivered here. I have just gotten my car back about the second week in March. I have a general bill that I pay them a month, and they're supposed to automatically take the payment through my bank, but I'm wondering why they haven't billed me or hadn't taken it from them. Besides that, Endurance is excellent, and I have recommended it to a friend.

My father-in-law found Endurance and did some extensive searching because he knew it was going to be for his daughter's car. He just wanted to make sure he found somebody legitimate. We’ve been super satisfied with Endurance. We set up the policy and the guy we spoke with was super communicative and receptive. He gave us a breakdown. He was easy to get ahold of and he really put our minds at ease that we were choosing the right company. We used the warranty when there was something wrong under the hood of our new car. My wife made a call to Endurance and they agreed to us taking the car to our local mechanic and having the repairs made. The repair took a day or two. So far, so good.

I had a few claims with Endurance. So far, so good. I had one where I had to get an engine job and they covered that. the car was in the shop for about three weeks. I knew what it was gonna be like going in. I had another claim and there were some things that I questioned. There was an oil pan gasket they didn't want to cover. I also had to get an alternator. It had to be either shipped out from them aftermarket or they will only cover X amount of dollars. The shop that I deal with deals with Endurance. All I did was take the cars there and the mechanic makes a call. I then find out what's covered. On the whole, everything that was done was requested and acknowledged fast. I had to wait for the car because the car had to get repaired. It was a big job.

I probably should have gotten a better plan to cover a little bit more stuff. But I didn't realize that the benefits are more the bigger the plan, like for electronics and air conditioning. I had to use Endurance twice and they took care of me. I replaced a starter and alternator, and the dealership submitted a plan. Endurance told the dealership what they covered and went from there. On one instance, I just had to pay the $100 deductible at one dealership. But on the next instance, I had to pay $200 for a $1,000 problem. It was with the local dealership that I bought the car from and they said they charged me $100 of shop supplies. Everybody is gonna try to make a little extra money. There’s not a lot I can do about that. Endurance approves what they approve. I’d recommend them but people should make sure that they get a shop that's gonna accept what Endurance offers.

Towed car to garage, claim inspector came and filed his report. They had me supply all service & maintenance invoices. 3 weeks later they called me and said everything good, just need 2019 invoice for airbag recall replacement. Went to Audi then garage, faxed invoice & had turbo replaced. Garage faxed invoice, ENDURANCE would not pay because they didn't authorize repair..thanks.

I noticed a really loud sound coming from my brakes, so I took the vehicle to the mechanic shop and they told me that I needed new rotors and new brake pads. The mechanic shop told me Endurance only covered a portion of what needed to be done so I had to pay the rest. I paid $1,200 out of pocket. But for the most part, they've been helpful. They're all right. I had to take in my car multiple times and I didn't have to pay out of pocket. However, their customer service could be a little friendlier.

The steering shaft went bad and we took it to the garage. We didn't know if we needed a power steering for it and they told us what it was. Then, they checked the Endurance policy and found that it was covered and got it fixed. They had to order the parts and the vehicle was in the shop for about a week. We paid the deductible, and it was good in and out. We recommend Endurance.

I took the vehicle to the dealership and I told them to call Endurance because I have no card. They made a claim and told me whether it was accepted or rejected. I had transmission work and Endurance took care of that. My air conditioner went bad as well as my suspension arms in the front, and they took care of that too. But they didn't take care of some broken bolts in my motor. Still, all in all, I’m satisfied. The longest time for the claim process was about a week. It was a great process. I wish I could keep the warranty with Endurance forever on my truck.
