    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Endurance Warranty Services and their Secure Plus coverage. I purchased this warranty believing it would protect me from major powertrain repair costs. My 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT recently developed a transmission valve body failure, and the dealership submitted the repair claim to Endurance. I was then informed the claim was denied because the “line pressure solenoid” allegedly is not covered under my contract.

    After reviewing my Secure Plus contract, I believe this denial contradicts the actual coverage language provided by Endurance. The Secure Plus contract specifically states under TRANSMISSION coverage: “Transmission Case and all internally lubricated parts plus: Torque Converter, Flywheel/Flex Plate, Vacuum Modulator, Electronic Shift Control Unit, Transmission Cooler, Transmission Mounts, Oil Pan, Slave/Clutch Master Cylinder, Pilot Bearing, and Throw-Out Bearing.”

    The failed line pressure solenoid is not a routine maintenance item or external wear component. It is part of the transmission valve body assembly and directly controls hydraulic pressure and transmission operation. The valve body and associated solenoids function together as part of the transmission’s internal control system. What has made this experience even worse is the lack of transparency and documentation. Most communication from Endurance has been verbal only, and they refuse to provide detailed explanations or coverage determinations in writing. Customers should not have to fight this hard to understand why a major repair is being denied.

    All maintenance on my vehicle has been performed through GMC dealerships, and I upheld my responsibilities as a contract holder. Yet when I needed coverage for a major transmission failure, I experienced delays, inconsistent explanations, and what appears to be a denial inconsistent with the actual contract language. I strongly encourage anyone considering Endurance to carefully review their contract and understand that even when coverage wording appears clear, you may still have to battle to get repairs approved.

    I have an older vehicle that has lower mileage & wanted to have a good warranty coverage. I tried a couple of other known companies out there.     Our car which is a 2012 Cadillac SRX is getting a little older, and I keep it in really good shape. I normally take it to the dealer for everything that it needs. We’re retired and on a fixed income and if we had a catastrophic repair, then that would really take a lot from our funds every month. I wanna protect ourselves and we went with Endurance. The rep who signed me up was very helpful and cordial. She was not pushy at all. She did a good job, other than I forgot to ask her about the $300. I saw on the tube right about the same time we got the contract that they had an offer of $300 off. She didn’t mention that to me. Hopefully, they’ll be able to honor that.     It was my first time buying a Mercedes-Benz and knowing how much repairs and everything else can be on them, I was interested in possibly getting an extended warranty for it. I was gonna go through the dealership but I was at work. I had some time and I started googling it. Endurance came up, so I read through it a little bit. I started talking to the guy who called me, and the next thing I knew, I was breaking out my credit card. The guy was good and I made a decision without even talking to my wife. The thing was, I wasn't gonna be able to get back with that guy who'd already invested time with me. I don’t wanna call back later tonight or tomorrow, and then somebody else just takes credit for all this guy's work, either.

    I had a nice conversation with the gentleman. It sounded like a good deal and Endurance had good reviews. People were happy with the service. Price-wise, it was reasonable for what you're paying and what you actually get. It was a very good value. I’m paying for this plan for four years, and the fifth year is free. The plan became available a month after I signed up for it. It was a great experience with Endurance.

    Updated on 05/31/2026: Endurance said it took 6-8 weeks to process a refund. Well, after 10 weeks I called and they said I'm not getting a refund BECAUSE they deducted claims from the amount due me. I've never heard of an insurance policy that deducted claims from a cancellation refund. It's not how insurance works under normal circumstances. Then, they didn't have the courtesy to let me know, I had to call again.

    Original Review: When I selected Endurance I thought I was getting the best. I had to cancel the coverage as I bought another car and They tell me it takes TWO MONTH to process a refund. In an automated world that is absolutely ridiculous. Over six weeks have gone by and no refund and not very helpful when I call. I'm disappointed in the company to say the least.

    I had difficulties signing up for Endurance at first, but after we worked everything through, then it was okay. I gave them my miles and everything. I paid them money. Then I had a seven-day waiting period versus a 30-day waiting period on this one here. When my truck had a problem, I couldn't get it fixed because of the mileage. So, I was pissed about that. They were like, “That's not the mileage that we have.” I said, “That's the mileage that I gave you. Nothing has changed." So, we went back and forth with that. I talked to about four different people. After that last one, then they addressed it well.

    I have a 2018 vehicle that did not have any coverage. It’s been totally paid for since we bought it and it has very low mileage, but I can't afford if a transmission went out. I needed something to cover it. I had a policy with another company, and I wasn't happy with what they were charging me. I looked at three or four companies and found Endurance to be a little more reasonable since I am a widow. It was cheaper for me to make a monthly payment than a huge payment at once.     Endurance warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. I got this warranty to not have to worry about my vehicle breaking down. I have had a claim for months now that they keep asking for more paperwork and any reason not to pay for my transmission. When I first got my plan they said if I was not happy I could get a full refund but I asked about a full refund because they haven’t done a damn thing for me and they said it would be prorated. I wish I had never signed up with them. Now they want to keep some of my money even though all they’ve done is make my life harder. I’ve Been without a vehicle 2 months now and the claim has Been in for 6 months. Don’t waste your time or money. I would give them a negative 100 if it was possible.

    I have read so many negative reviews about endurance on different Facebook posts and things of that nature. My personal experience 💯💯💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I have a 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV.. It took less than 5 hours for my shop diagnosed. Send my claim over and for Endurance to honor my policy and even fixed My strut, which I had no idea was leaking. So My advice is do your own research. Make sure you make your payments and make sure your checks for your vehicle all handled, go to an ASE Certified mechanic..THINGS ARE ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT... I am not paid for this review!!! THEY SAVED ME!!! THANK YOU ENDURANCE

    My car is older and there was no warranty on it. If something would go down, I didn't want to have to come out of pocket with spending all of that money to get it repaired. I decided to go with Endurance and I signed up two weeks ago. The lady that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and attentive. She gave me multiple options. The policy that I got includes roadside assistance and reimbursement of car rental for up to a week. The price is reasonable at 170 something a month. At the moment, I feel pretty good about them, though I don't know how things will work if I have to put a claim in.

    Hello, my auto claim ** was denied due to pre existing per your staff. I spoke with Mauricio and Mersades. I was advised that a supervisor would be in contact with me in a few hrs and that never occurred. If this would have been explained to me when I was sold this Elite plan I won't have paid for it. Please reconsider my claim as this is the first time I've ever used this coverage. The items that need repair should not be considered pre existing as this seems like an unlawful scheme to not pay claims. I will seek legal action if this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction. - Xzavier

    Current customer service personnel is helpful in trying to get me a full refund because I specifically asked that even paying the premium for having a lift kit and 35" tires am I covered and sales replied yes I am covered. Turns out they have a 4 inch overall limit so my coverage is void. So be cautious if you have anything after market even a radio because they will find a reason to void coverage. I put yes recommended but with a enormous caution sign.

    Hi I’m Carleen **. I been paying my warranty loyalty for month now. Never used the warranty at all. My transmission went and they found some loophole not to pay for repair. I’m 67 years old.     I'm always receiving mailers, including from Endurance Warranty and saw it on TV as well. I wanted to add some coverage, so I called the number that was there on the mail that I received and the signup was easy. They asked me some questions, and I answered them. There was nothing that I didn't have access to answer. For instance, they asked about my odometer reading, which I went to my car and got. They also asked me the make, model and year of the car, which I gave them as well. They told me that I qualified for the superior plan, so I hope that's what it is now. With that level, I will have so much coverage with only a $100 deductible. I got the roadside assistance and the towing. I haven't reached the 1,000 miles yet, but I will let people know about Endurance Warranty if something happens to their car and that things depend on which level of coverage they have.

    They were horrible. I had a transmission problem. They dragged it out for a week. Amco told me The Tech guy told Them they had to Drop the Transmission. That's when I was hooked. They denied the claim On a technicality. I was stuck paying $5,500. They are a bunch Of liars. I had no choice, they set me up. Bad people! Stay away.

    I purchased an Endurance warranty for my 2012 Infiniti QX56 after being told it was essentially “bumper-to-bumper” coverage. I paid nearly $4,800 for the plan, and so far it has not paid for a single repair claim. I recently attempted to file a claim for front CV axle assemblies. The CV boots were NOT torn or damaged, which according to the contract should qualify for coverage, yet the claim still went nowhere. The maintenance benefits are also extremely misleading. They advertise up to $50 toward oil changes, but every oil change requires pre-approval BEFORE the work is done. Most quick oil change places are not willing to stop everything and spend extra time calling a warranty company for authorization on a basic oil change. If you get the service done first and try to submit a receipt afterward, they deny it because it wasn’t pre-approved.

    Another major issue is that they require prior authorization for repairs, but they are not open 24/7. So if your vehicle breaks down on a weekend or after hours, you are put in a terrible position. Either leave the vehicle sitting until they open, or pay out of pocket and risk denial. What upset me most was the sales process. During the original sales call, they repeatedly described the coverage as comprehensive and “bumper-to-bumper.” When I later called to dispute denied claims and referenced those conversations, I was told they could not access the recorded calls — despite informing customers during calls that the lines are recorded.

    I personally feel like I paid $4,800 for almost no real value. To make matters worse, by the time I realized how difficult the claims process was, the contract was mostly paid off already. When I asked about cancellation, I was told I might only receive around $1,000 back. My advice to anyone considering an extended warranty: Do NOT assume “bumper-to-bumper” means everything is covered. Read every covered component carefully. Do NOT pay most of it upfront if you can avoid it. Use a credit card if possible for additional protection. Understand that prior authorization requirements can make even simple benefits difficult to use.

    READ THE FINE PRINT. I needed top engine work done (cam, lifter, rockers) on my truck, and on the day the Endurance guy came to the shop to inspect my truck (after the engine was torn down so they could make sure it was the issue I filed a claim on), my claim was denied due to a modification... I made a tire switch, not a lift kit, but a tire switch from a 265 truck tire to a 275.

    I am a 66-year-old 100% disabled veteran that uses a wheelchair. We have a 2020 Ford F-150 pickup truck to carry my wheelchair. Our vehicle carries a transmission model that has been prone to serious breakdowns requiring complete replacement of the transmission that Ford has been aware of and refused to acknowledge or correct for years, leading to many CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS against the Ford corporation for redress to owners of these vehicles, which we have joined. Our truck suffered such a breakdown a month ago.

    We have attempted to have the transmission replaced using the ENDURANCE AUTO WARRANTY that we have had and been paying monthly on for YEARS. Endurance said that they would not authorize the repair or replacement of the transmission UNTIL THE TRANSMISSION WAS COMPLETELY TORN DOWN FOR INSPECTION. The repair service complied with this requirement against their better judgment as it would leave the transmission completely disassembled and unable to be reinstalled in any case, approval or not.

    After inspecting the transmission, ENDURANCE says that it WILL NOT PAY THE FULL COST for the replacement as they claim that WE CONTRIBUTED TO THE DAMAGE BY CONTINUING TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE WITH THE FAULTY TRANSMISSION! WE DID NOT! We sought repairs as soon as we learned that the transmission had a model-wide problem and began acting as the issue is described in the lawsuit filing! With what Endurance, who, as we have all seen claims "NEVER PAY FOR A COVERED AUTO REPAIR BILL AGAIN" is saying they will PARTIALLY PAY for this replacement transmission would leave us owing $4000-5000 OUT OF OUR OWN POCKET! There is no way that we can afford this on our fixed income!

    Aside from this, we have been having to pay $30.00 A DAY FOR A RENTAL CAR FOR THE PAST MONTH WITH NO IDEA HOW MUCH LONGER WE WILL HAVE TO OR CAN AFFORD TO CONTINUE! Endurance is also facing many complaints and lawsuits themselves for exactly what they are doing to us having done to so many others! We wish that we had known this before! But, somehow, when we checked before signing up, as we do, the Better Business Bureau gives them an "A to A+" rating! How, we do not know! Do not trust Endurance Warranty company! We have learned that many dealers and repair shops will not deal with them at all over past and continuing problems! We now understand why! We have all of the documents relating to this issue available!

    I was buying a used Dodge vehicle. It was in really good condition and I wanna keep it that way. Endurance partners with Dodge and I got an extended auto warranty from them. The signup process was kinda high pressure and I don't think there were very many coverage options for me. Because of the year of the truck, I was limited. I would like to have seen basic suspension coverage. I also noticed that the warranty says that if it's not specifically listed, then it doesn't cover it. I feel Endurance targeted Dodge Rams because they don't cover exhaust manifolds, even though they're a $1,500 repair. It's a common issue on the trucks. My mom's got a 2022 with 15,000 miles on it. It’s got broken exhaust manifold bolts. That's something Endurance should put into the coverage. Other than them excluding a couple things, it's a pretty decent value for the money.

    Endurance has paid out on my policy for 5 years without a problem. 6 years into a 7-year contract my transmission went. They denied the claim and canceled my policy. When asked to have the denial in writing they refused. When asked to have why my policy was canceled in writing they refuse that. Also they tried to bribe me with 385 to go away. A couple days later they tried giving me 3045. I refuse. I wanted my transmission fixed. I've called back numerous times to get nowhere. My claim specialist was a woman named Cindy. She refused. They give me anything in writing forcing me to hire an attorney and contact the New York attorney general to seek retribution. Do yourself a favor. Save your money and stay away from this company.

    I have a 2014 Dodge Charger, and it had a lot of miles on it, so CarShield wouldn't even take my car. So I called Endurance and it was easy to sign up with them. They've been very nice. Also, the policy is expensive. It's more than my car insurance, and I have full coverage. But if the car breaks down, you're gonna need it. I made a claim for an oil change on my Kia and was supposed to be reimbursed, but I've never been reimbursed on that. When I transferred it on my Kia to my Dodge Charger, the gentleman said that they would reimburse me or send my money back for that month, because it was 13 days into the month, and I canceled it and got a new policy on the Charger. But I haven't received that yet.

    Endurance has a lot of roadside assistance. If my family and I are stranded somewhere, they will help us with the hotel, which some other companies don't offer. It was easy to start. However, I wasn't aware that after I make my first payment, after 30 days, that I will have to wait five days before I should make a claim. I have put a claim in a few days after my 30-day payment. I said, “I made two payments already from when I first started to up to 30 days.” But they said something about I didn't qualify because of five days. I said, “Five days? I've been over 30 days.” That's one thing that I never liked. They have to make that more specific. Everything else has been fine, because I haven't had claims every month. I got a good one on the vehicle.

    I’ve had a great experience with Endurance. They answered the questions that I had. I know they wanna make a sale, but I didn't feel like they were being super pushy about it. Signing up with them was no trouble. They explained it to me, and it seemed like a good thing. My car is a 2016 and the warranty had already expired on it. Every time, I keep hearing about these extended warranties, and I got a little concerned that maybe I should do something like that, and it worked when I needed. They've paid the two times that I've had to use them with no question. My power steering went out twice, and my air conditioning. And when you're in Arizona, you don't want that happening. They fixed it all the time.

    I had absolutely no trouble filing a claim. I use my dealership still, and they just call Endurance and get the authorization. It may take an hour or so sometimes. I know how insurance is. You have to wait on hold. They've always been able to do the repairs the same day if the parts are in. We've never had to wait an extended period of time to get an authorization. I've had no problems with Endurance. So far, so good. They've covered things that I've needed. I would recommend them.

    I purchased my Hyundai through CarLot and gotten the warranty of Endurance from them. After about a year the car was giving me problems, so I took it to my mechanic and when he told me that he called Endurance, they told me that, that part of the engine is not covered. So, if I paid two thousand dollars upfront and, in a year, they say that it's not even covered, then why keep sending them money when I can save a hundred dollars a month and use it when need the part. In short, Two Thousand Dollars down the drain.

    After being a Endurance customer for over a yr I finally needed them for a repair that was for something covered under my warranty which I've had several things that weren't covered but anyways I finally needed them. Took my truck in for a repair to a dealership because they say you can take your car to any certified mechanic and found out while it was covered they would only pay a certain amount towards the repair as they thought the price was high so now what do I do?

    My car's been at shop for 2 days already and if I take it I owe tbh 200$ which endurance won't cover only to have to take it to another shop for another 2-3 days and hope it's cheaper when it's not really because I paid 200$ and my 100$ deductible so it wasn't much cheaper for me and a lot more hassle so long story short I was left to pay almost 550$ on a 1330$ repair. While I'm thankful they covered something I do pay a lot them every month for the security of a warranty and will keep it because it did help. It's just not exactly how they describe it.

    Before I got the vehicle that I have now, I purchased a 2020 Land Range Rover and I thought this car was gonna drive forever. I had it for one year, and then the engine light came on. I took it to the shop, and they said my engine was shot. I still owed $30,000 on the vehicle and it was all stuck on me. I didn’t have any warranty because I bought the car as is. I had to make up that money to get rid of the car, and pay for it at the same time. I lost a lot of money with that. So, if I were gonna get another vehicle and if I had to buy as is because it was used, I would never do that again without having a warranty. So, I started looking. Endurance just kept popping up as a commercial, which was why I chose them. The rep gave me a lot of information and left me his personal phone number.

    My vehicle was shaking right as I was driving and I took it in. I told the car dealership that I had Endurance. And Endurance communicated directly with them. I was later told that three of the parts had arrived, but they were still waiting on two more. I did not understand why it was taking so long for Endurance to send that part. I contacted Endurance myself and they explained that the part itself was still in warranty under the vehicle. The dealership wound up getting the part. At first, they thought Endurance was covering it, but Endurance said no, because two of the parts were still under the vehicle’s original warranty. Then the dealership had to make that call and wait for the parts to come in and be sent to the auto shop. Endurance was great and they did a good job on my vehicle. I got it back, though it took a little longer.

    Three weeks ago, I called Endurance and questioned why they weren't taking money out of my account. They told me I had a 36-month plan and that I'm paid up until November 25th of 2026. I used them for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I had to put my car in the shop. That experience was pretty nice. I had a rental car, and they said they pay $30 a day for it. I still have to send them the information back on the rental car. I have to take a picture of receipts and email them so I can get a little reimbursement for that.

    For the time that I've been with Endurance, they did me very well. They also said they’d replace a key fob for free. At first, it got a little rocky. I was sitting right outside my apartment door and had a flat tire, but they told me they would not come and help me. I told them I had some procedure done and I wasn't feeling quite well. But the lady wouldn't give me any help. But they finally sent me a tow truck, and the guy got the flat tire fixed for me. Other than that, we've been doing pretty good since then.

    My name is Don ** and I registered two cars and paid the initial fees. The agent I spoke to told me she could adjust the mileage requirement since we do not drive many miles on either car within the 30 day period to cancel. I called and asked if the mileage requirement had been adjusted, I was told there is no program like that and no adjustment was made. I initiated cancelling the product on both cars. I took the cancellation forms to my Bank. Had them notarized and faxed to the fax number provided. I was contacted and told one car has been cancelled. I asked about the other car and was told that car had not been cancelled??? I then asked if the had received the cancellation form and they said only one form had come in. I called my banker and asked if both forms were faxed and she told me yes and confirmed it. The forms were sent prior to the 30 day full refund policy but one form was not seen.

    I received one car's paid in amount but the second car I received a much lower amount because the policy was in use for a number of days. I would not trust this company at all. I finally spoke to an agent who told me both cancellation forms arrived before the 30 day period, however the customer service agent said only one form arrived and that is it. I gave it one star if I could because they answered the phone.

    I purchased a warranty package and had made a few payments but was passed the "1,000 miles and 30 day rule and had an issue come up with my transmission and put it in the shop. Shop confirmed it had a issue and reported to Endurance company. They said that since it was a new warranty they needed to send an inspector out. Inspector came out twice. First time he came to see the transmission and said it would have to be removed, taken out and tore apart. At my expense...1000.00. To see if it was pre-existing. After weeks of back and forth dealing with rude customer service agents and denying my car rental claim they claimed the transmission issue was pre-existing even after my mechanic explained to them it wasn't and they still denied my claim. I had to come out of pocket to pay for the restoration of my transmission. I cancelled my warranty with them.

    I've seen commercials on TV for so many of these auto warranty providers. I imagined that a lot of them are very similar but the person that I spoke to on the phone pointed out certain things about Endurance that I would get with Endurance that I wouldn't get with other companies, and the other companies might charge me for things that Endurance doesn't charge me for.     We have had this policy for a little over a year. Never had to use it. We traded in our truck. They have made the cancellation policy horrible. 1. They make you call in to start the process, no cancellation online. 2. The guy on the phone is relentless! He would not take no for an answer! We don't have the truck. We have a new truck and don't need the policy; it came with a warranty. 3. They make you print off a PDF, get the mileage off the truck and get it notarized. 4. They don't tell you how to return it or where to return it to. This was horrible and has been an extreme inconvenience.

    I bought a used 2019 Jeep and since I didn't know the history of the car, I decided it was better to buy a warranty for it. The one offered by the dealer was considerably more expensive than the ones offered on the market, such as Endurance. There was a salesman who contacted me after I expressed some interest online. I felt pressured to sign, but I did sign. I was surprised that there was a maximum mileage limit, which I did not realize other warranties did not provide. I understood that as long as I continued making my warranty payments, I would remain covered. But apparently, the coverage with Endurance ends at 100,000 miles. I did not know that until after I signed up and got the contract.

    I've used the warranty twice, and I was surprised that there were a lot of minor items related to the repair that I had to pay for out-of-pocket. It was not just a simple deductible, but additional charges. The radiator cap was one example but there were multiple other items that I wound up paying for and my out-of-pocket was hundreds of dollars, all the way up to maybe $1,000 of the repair bill. I was a bit disappointed in that, but I was happy that Endurance covered the majority of the repair cost. The warranty works in the sense that it does cover some of the repair costs, but certainly not all. People should shop the market for warranties, but I would recommend they look at Endurance.

    My mechanic was satisfied with Endurance, as long as they responded quickly with an estimate approval. Oftentimes, I'm told that the mechanic has to wait an extended period of time on hold, waiting to talk to a representative from Endurance, which is something that needs to be fixed. It costs the mechanic time and money to be on hold for an extended period of time.

    The absolute worst customer experience I have ever gone through. They messed up when I signed up and failed to charge me for the oversized tires on my vehicle. When I made a claim for my vehicle, they discovered this mistake. They wouldn’t give the repair shop the OK to continue working on my vehicle until the payment was processed. Problem is, absolutely no one was ever available to process this payment. Called everyday for a week and was constantly told I was on a call back list, but no one ever called me and no one could process this payment. Mind you, I’m paying $63/day for a rental car. Now I’m $700 in on a rental car, my vehicle sitting at the repair shop and still not able to make a payment for their mistake. Stay away from these losers

    BEWARE. I thought I had coverage for all engine, transmission problems. Instead, beware of when they say 'ALL'. My car is made with a turbo WHICH, FUNCTIONS, BY A PART THAT GOES INTO IT, CALLED 'THE TURBO WASTEGATE VACUUM ACTUATOR'. My vehicle came up with a error message which, when diagnosed, determines this part is causing the Turbo to stop functioning. When I informed ENDURANCE of the problem and that I was taking this in to be repaired, THEY, informed me that this is NOT a part of the turbo AND THEREFORE IS NOT COVERED. I had to come out-of-pocket to get the repairs done. So all I have to say is BEWARE when they say ALL parts are covered. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE.

    If your authorized dealer alternative does not accept 3rd-party payments, do not get this insurance. They will lie and tell you this is not a probeom, but it most certainly is. I have had to call multiple times for reimbursements, with approvals taking 60 days! They do not help you at all. I am still waiting for a payment submitted almost 2 months ago, and even when given the name of the person who assisted you, if they can't find it, oh well! Dawn stayed on the phone with me until she received the email to make sure it was processed with priority two weeks ago. Dawn was asked about this today, and she said, "She does not remember!"     My car has a lot of mileage on it and the warranty has run out. I called Endurance and I was impressed with the way the gentleman on the phone explained what the coverage was and what I would have to pay monthly. He was very clear and precise about how Endurance worked, what I could expect in terms of my deductible. I managed to write down most of it. I don't get that from everybody when I go to find out. Most times, when they finish talking to me, I still don't know what I have. It was easy to sign up. The gentleman took his time, made sure that I understood it, and I found that part to be very pleasant. The marketing ads are about the same as anything else I've seen out there. I just had an opportunity to talk to someone at Endurance, as opposed to being able to talk to anyone else.

    The other one I looked at was CarShield and I didn't get to speak with anyone. I've seen the advertisements on TV, as I have seen ones for Endurance. But I decided to go with them because I was impressed with the price in terms of the coverage I could get. I'm retired and I have a fixed income, so it fits within my budget. They covered me, even with getting a key fob. It was a very good experience with Endurance.

    I had a head-on collision. I lost my other pickup. I got this other truck, and it had 119,000 miles on it when I bought it, but it was the truck that I wanted. I don't know how the truck was treated but whoever had it, took care of it, and I took that chance. I was watching the advertisements and I saw Endurance. I decided to check it out for a warranty on this pickup. I just decided to go with it and so far, I haven't had any problems with it at all. During signup, I had filled out something on my phone. I started out on the phone, and then a representative called me a few days later and we talked with him and we signed up. He was spot-on. He knew exactly what he was talking about it. He hit me with what I needed with my truck. I was satisfied with him.

    My Endurance policy has kicked in now because we put over 1,200 miles on it since we left home a week and a half ago. I'm putting it to the test now to see how it's gonna hold up and so far, it's been really good. I'd tell others that I've checked around and Endurance's pricing is competitive. There was another one that I checked into, and Endurance takes care of a lot more problems than they do. All they would carry would be just transmission, rear end and motor. Endurance carries a lot more.

    A fifty plus years retired auto mechanic, I re-entered the workforce, one that required being deployed on a ship. My vehicles are are aged but well maintained. For peace of mind during my absence from home, I purchased Endurance Auto Warranty. My wife informed me my vehicle developed engine noise. After FaceTime with vehicle running, I suspected a valve train related issue. Vehicle repair facility verified cam, rockers, lifters and related materials and repairs were required. Not only did I pay a $500 deductible but also paid for most of the valve train related parts. Endurance continues to deceive unsuspecting consumers that other than a deductible, they pay nothing. That sure did not apply in my case. I contacted Endurance and was basically advised they didn't agree with the pricing of the replacement parts the repair facility provided. Endurance does not deliver as promised. I have receipts, dates, communication chain.

    I am very unhappy with this company. I've been with them for a couple years. I've had problems with my caliper on my car. They said they cover the calipers but then they tell me they're not covering it because it was a little rust on it. They say don't cover anything with rust. So if you have any rest on any parts of your car that needs coverage you're not getting it they're screwing you.

    I've seen some things Endurance Warranty offered were more than what CarShield offered, and that's why I chose Endurance. Signing up was easy, simple. I talked to a good sales rep.     Absolutely horrible and do not recommend. I have no idea how this company, that's scamming people is still in business! They denied my claims even though the repairs were covered under my contract. Crazy part is that I had brought my own parts worth $500+. To make things worse, they sent me a refund of $18 after I canceled my contract. Will be leaving a negative review, wherever I can. Going back to Car Shield because Endurance is a scam.     Endurance Warranty offers great customer service and responsive support, and their plans appear comprehensive with a wide range of covered repairs. However, the main concern lies in how they source parts and handle labor rates. In my experience, they often source lower-cost aftermarket parts (sometimes from sites like eBay), rather than covering the full cost of OEM parts. Additionally, even with an upgraded labor rate plan of $225/hour, they have not consistently covered the full labor charges.

    As a result, I’ve had to pay a significant portion of repair costs out of pocket—over $600 for each of my last two repairs. To be clear, I would not consider the company a scam. However, the coverage does not fully align with expectations, based on false advertisements, as the full repair invoice is not covered. Customers should be aware that out-of-pocket expenses are likely, even with higher-tier plans.

    We have had the Endurance policy for about a year on a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country, we had one claim that was about $3200. The car went to the dealer for a engine tapping noise which would be about $2500, the claim was denied because we exceeded our liability. When we called on the policy we spoke to three different people, not one of them said there was a limit for claims. All of these warranty companies as SCAMS. This includes Car Shield. They have their commercials that claim they will cover engines into the 10's of thousands, DO NOT believe it

    BEWARE....After a high-pressure sales call from Endurance Warranty Services, I ended up purchasing an extended warranty on my SUV. Nine months later, the Power Steering Rack on my Tahoe (the covered vehicle) failed. Although all of the individual parts of the Power Steering system are covered, the insurance company DENIED the claim on the grounds that it was a leak in a seal that caused the failure. They claimed that since the seal isn't covered, the parts that are damaged are not covered either. This is the third time I have attempted to file a claim under this policy and the third time it was denied based on a ridiculous loophole. I would certainly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

    An extended warranty was something that I'd been thinking about for a while. I'm not expecting any problems, but I figured to try Endurance out. They said they pay for everything that's wrong with the car. The lady that signed me up was very good, and she fixed me up. So far, I hadn't had any claims but as far as signing up and them taking my money, they did that well. It was easy to get in and find out what they offered, and it was very easy to sign up as well. They took care of the sales. I didn't have to go in there and do the job for them. I've had a pretty good experience with Endurance.

    When I stumbled upon Endurance, I liked what I read about. I liked what I heard from past customers as far as their reviews. That intrigued me. I placed a phone call. I couldn't reach anybody at the time. I was told to leave my number. Someone would call me back. A gentleman from Chicago did. He was wonderful. He told me about how the company ranked number one on Google. He said, “I encourage you to read the reviews from the people where we have a very good reputation with our customers.” He told me about how long he has been with the company and how proud he is to represent a company that has this type of reputation with its customers.

    We went over the plans and he found one that fits perfectly for me. So, I jumped on board. It was wonderful. He didn't rush me to get to the next sale. The guy stood on the phone with me. addressed all of my concerns. He kept telling me, “If you could think of anything else that you might be concerned with, please, by all means, don't think that it's a bother. I'm here for you. Let me know what it is that you might be concerned about.” The guy was wonderful. My experiences with Endurance so far exceeded expectations by a bit.     We had a warranty on the Chevy Traverse we had bought and it was about ready to expire. Somebody called and asked us about getting insurance for that car. We thought about it and they said we'd better get it. The stuff that Endurance does for you, the price and what it covers on your parts if something happens to it made us decide to go with them. The rep was well knowledgeable in explaining what we’ve got. He was helpful and patient with my asking all these questions about the policy, what it covered and how we go about getting it. People should try Endurance and see what they think. Our neighbor across the street has a newer vehicle and they had a breakdown, and the price to get it fixed was astronomical. They didn’t have any coverage, which was what got us thinking, too.

    Add a transmission problem. Even though the mechanic and Ford told them that this was a new issue they found something that I said two years ago that the transmission had a bump and Ford could not find anything wrong. They're saying just because I said that they would not cover the transmission slipping. Even though Ford mechanic told them that even if there was a bump, this was a totally different problem. Do not use Endurance if you think you will have a problem because you'll find a way out of it and just screw you out of a monthly payment.

    Scam. They accepted my high mileaged car with 175000 miles. Guess what? Rod knock comes claims they only will cover 1700 dollars because that's what the vehicle is WORTH so dealership told me to call them because that won't even cover the teardown so when I do I just get the run around bull crap. I will never ever use a car warranty again from anyone because of my experience with them.

    In the past, I've seen our grandpa had an auto warranty, but the company gave him a lot of problems, so I automatically didn't go with that one. I was looking for something that was reliable. My husband had just finished paying off his car, so we needed a warranty in case he may come up with any maintenance things to keep up on it because he's trying to make sure we honor the car payments for at least a year or two so Endurance is responsible for the help to pay for those repairs that he may need and they come up.

    Signup was really good. The rep was quick about it, and he was upfront payment-wise as well as what is and is not covered. The price is not more than my insurance, which is a good thing, and Endurance covers what we need. They are reliable and efficient, but I wish they had an app because that would be easier for me. Overall, I would tell people to get Endurance before it's too late.

    I had a plan before, but they were not helping me out in getting things fixed. They weren't repairing anything, so I canceled them. I had been getting emails from Endurance for a while, and I thought I’d give them a try. Signing up with them was relatively simple. They asked me the year, the VIN number, and the mileage of the car. The policy comes with roadside assistance, an extra key fob, tire and windshield damage. They said I can't use the policy until 30 days and 1,000 miles but I'm probably going to be in the mileage range because I drive about 40 miles to my doctor's appointments, and I have two or three every month. If you want that peace of mind with your car, go ahead and get Endurance.

    I saw an Endurance advertisement on TV, then a relative recommended it over some others. I signed up and it was relatively easy. The only thing that wasn't clarified to me, or at least I don't recall, is the waiting period. I thought that as soon as the contract was signed then it would be valid, but I had to wait 30 days or some x number of miles until it became effective. Other than that, it was no problem. Things went well. I had to put the car in the Ford dealer for a repair and up till right now, I'm waiting for further outcome. If a repair is required and Endurance covers it as the contract states, then I would say Endurance is a good contract to engage in.

    I took my car to shop and they failed to get a pre authorization before fixing my car. I called endurance and was told that I can pay out of pocket then I would have to submit my invoice to be reimbursed. I never got reimbursed and when I called Endurance back, I was told my claim had gotten denied because the shop failed to contact them first. If they would of told me that I would not get reimbursed then I would of insisted the shop give me a better price since they failed to do the right thing.

    When I called endurance today I talked to a team worker named Amy that said she needed to talk to another team worker named Bryan and that she would call me back. Then she called back a few minutes later to tell me it was still denied. I asked to talk to a supervisor and the supervisor seems to be half asleep and kept repeating herself. Was not too knowledgeable. Said my full name then asked me for my full name. Will make sure I leave as many reviews as possible to get the word out that this company will scam you. They do have in their notes that they agreed to reimburse me. I have cancelled my warranty!

    Not happy at all! My first claim experience was a nightmare. Not only did they leave my mechanic waiting several days for a response. When I called to get answers, no one could help me.     I purchased a warranty package and had made a few payment and had an issue come up with my transmission and put it in the shop. Shop confirmed it had a issue and reported to Endurance company. They said that since it was a new warranty and just a few hundred miles over the 1000 mile what time to be able to use that they needed to send an inspector out. He came out and checked it turned his stuff then they said they needed it taken out and tore apart. At my expense...1000.00. To see if it was pre-existing.... Truck had 207 plus miles when they covered it just how can it be proven to be pre-existing???? I instantly dropped them and feel they are scamming people by their b.s. bull crap... Buyer beware....

    My car is older and being in retirement, I wanted to make sure it could be covered if I have a breakdown. I tried another company before, and I didn't get positive results from them, so I was looking again. I heard about Endurance and decided to go with them. They gave me a decent deal. When I first talked to them, the price was a little high, and then they came down some, but still, it's a little high. I haven't had to use Endurance Warranty, but I have talked to them over an issue that I got with my vehicle right now. I have an oil cooler leak, and it's gonna cost me $804 to get it fixed, plus three hours of work, and they don't want to cover it. They said that it's not part of the coverage.

    Endurance Warranty seems like it's an okay company, but they don't fit my needs. There are limitations as to what they'll do. They warranty major parts, including the motor, transmission, rear end, and drivetrain, but that's about it. I'm not pleased with Endurance, but it is what it is. I'm paying them money and hopefully, if I have a major breakdown with my car, I can get it fixed, but they're telling me that they're not going to cover it. I'm really unsatisfied, and I’m ready to cancel my contact with them.

    Took my car in to Sewell Lexus and they said, "We don’t do business with Endurance." So then I took my car to another mechanic for an alternator and they approved for me to get a rebuilt one from Auto zone or the junk yard. They didn’t want to pay for a new one which is the reason Lexus dealership doesn’t do business with them. Stay away.

    I have a used vehicle with 143,000 miles on it, and Endurance was one of the ones that had a better rate and gave me a good deal on mileage, as far as how long the car will be covered by mileage. By the time I do that much mileage, I'll probably be ready to get another car. I was satisfied with the price too. There have been some things that I have signed up for that have been more difficult, but Endurance was easy to get on. It was a basic, precise sign-up and the representative was very helpful in explaining anything that I didn't understand, which wasn't much, ‘cause it's a very understandable contract.

    The representative was also very helpful in helping me to understand some of the deals that they had, and I was very agreeable at the time. While I would have to read through the contract to be more familiar with what is offered, what I heard was good. I've been with them for about a week and I will feel a lot safer on the road with them. Overall, I'd tell people to do it. Endurance caught my eye with their marketing. They outdid a lot of agencies and I was very happy with what I was receiving.

    I purchased a Gold contract for my Range Rover sport a week ago so I am still in the 30 days, 1000 mile phase but after reviewing the contract I am not sure I will keep it. Range Rovers are known for timing chain, transmission, air suspension as well as electrical glitches and the more I read the contract fine print I can see them not covering issues that may occur.

    My contract doesn't cover shock absorbers (air suspension), very limited electrical (considering all the gadgets on a RR), transmission is covered but only if maintenance is performed (Range Rover says transmission never needs servicing but then in the owner's manual it's says change the fluid every 100k miles or 10 years, it's a 2016) so that looks like it could be a problem or denied claim, timing chain is covered but it's the same situation as the transmission (Range Rover says the chain normally doesn't fail, it's the plastic guides that wear out and cause issues so I'm going to say would be regarded as maintenance and not covered or I drive it until it breaks then it's neglect on my part and not covered). Like I said the more I read the fine print it doesn't look as if it's going to work for me but I will read more and possibly try to talk to someone there and get more clarification.

    I have two policies with Endurance with the most recent one being about two months, and I just filed one on the policy that I had the longer. My mechanic dealt with them and he told me about being on the phone for a little while with Endurance, but he didn't say that they denied anything. When took my car to repair an AC they don’t responded so I cancel my contact with them. They refused to refund not even a single penny. If you want to lose your money buy them a warranty.     This company should be avoided at all costs! They are dishonest and give warranty companies a bad name! My 2015 f-150 had a valve stem break off. This is a covered repair. However this dishonest company declined, because my 11 year old truck had valves that were burned. This vehicle was not requiring or burning oil that would intimate valve failure. My engine failed because the valve stem broke off and fell into the cylinder. This caused damage to the cylinder and the piston. They claim that the "burned" valves negate their coverage. But any good mechanic will tell you that an 11 year old engine valve will all look burned. I cancelled immediately. But I wasted $1500 over the last year. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.

    Signing up with Endurance Warranty was straightforward. I just did it online. The place that I was taking my car wouldn't honor the warranty here in Raleigh, and I took it over to the Jeep Chrysler dealer. I have given them my number and I got a guy over there that I've had several claims with Endurance that he just calls Endurance and talk to them directly, gets the work approved and takes care of it. I've been impressed that they turned it around quickly. Within a couple hours, when the guy at the dealership called and got the authorization, they would get a check to approve, and it has been very quick. I've been pleased with everything they've done. I've recommended several people to use Endurance, especially with a friend of mine that had another Jeep.

    Three months after purchasing, my transmission failed and I filed a claim. First they denied it saying I needed 2 service records so I got those. Then they wanted 4 more. Then suddenly my claim was void because I hadn't serviced my transmission at some specific mileage interval in my owners manual, even though I got my car serviced regularly and they could see that. I asked why a mechanic never told me about this requirement and the rep basically shrugged it off saying sometimes mechanics don't care and that its my responsibility to read my owners manual myself. They take your money every month and then find any excuse not to pay when something actually goes wrong. If you haven't followed your owners manual perfectly with every record saved, don't expect them to cover anything. Save yourself the headache.

    Endurance said they cover for 20 years and I got a renewal at 200,000 on my vehicle. In nine miles, I get to renew it. I do a lot of driving. I drive about 50,000. They do oil changes. If you get a flat tire, they'll fix it. They have somebody come out to change the tire. They put your spare on that you got in your trunk. The only thing that I don't like about it is I can't get on Endurance from my app on the phone, so I can't get an Endurance representative.

    The warranty on my 2019 Tahoe is getting ready to run out, and I wanted to have something put on it. My daughter had told me that she had Endurance and she liked it. I went ahead and got them, and they were as nice as they could be. They told me everything that I needed to know. They were able to answer the questions I had. The policy comes with roadside assistance. They also told me that the coverage would start 30 days from when I signed it. Plus, I had to drive a thousand miles. From what my daughter said, I would tell others that if they are looking for an auto warranty, Endurance would be a good one. It's also easy to pay for the policy. I have them deduct it from my account.

    Endurance didn't cover the replacement cost of 2016 GMC Yukon XL Denali transmission. Had me assuming they were working with the dealership for the replacement and left me the customer paying over 7000 for the repair.

    Took vehicle into dealership for standard oil change, dealer found an oil leak, they contacted Endurance to see if the part was covered and it was not, I told the dealer to fix it anyways. Upon fixing the leak they noticed the radiator was also leaking. The dealer contacted Endurance again only to be told they needed history of a coolant flush before they would authorize the repair. I told Endurance I performed the coolant flush myself, they said I would need to provide a store receipt of the purchase for proof. I tracked down and got a reprint of the store receipt and submitted for their records only to be denied because it was not a "verifiable document". I am not sure how else to verify it.

    They are very ticky tacky on the wording of the contract but yet when you call them out on what it actually says then you need to assume it means the same thing. Under the section about maintenance if you perform your own maintenance you must retain the receipt for purchase of materials and supplies, it does not say anything about vehicle info being on the receipt. I am not aware of any auto parts store that will show the vehicle info on the receipt when printed. Yes when searching for the parts it has the vehicle listed to find the parts that fit, but that info is not on the printed receipt.

    I called Endurance and the representative that I spoke with was awesome. He assured me that everything was going to be covered. He was very, very, very transparent about everything, all the way down to my quote and how it would work if I called back. I had the opportunity to search other places and he was very professional about it. I have a background in sales as well, so I didn't feel pressured by him. The sense of urgency was there, but I wasn't pressured, and I liked that.

    I liked the opportunity to cancel the policy anytime and to be able to get money back. But I am excited and counting the days when I'm taking this car to the shop, and I can get it serviced. I need my car for work, and hopefully, Endurance will be the lifesaver for me that I need. I've referred other people to go with Endurance because it's one of the most legitimate programs out here. One of the buy-ins for me is that with Endurance, I don't have to go to only their authorized mechanics. So that makes a huge difference.

    I had a minor problem with my vehicle, and it cost me over $800. Plus they charged me $250 to discover it. I thought I'd try an auto warranty and see how it works. My daughter-in-law works for a company that deals with a lot of metal working stuff. They have a lot of vehicles, and they take quite a beating. She said Endurance has been outstanding with taking care of their vehicles. I went with Endurance as well and my signup experience was pretty good. We got with some fellow and we had to talk about fishing on the river in Illinois. There was another provider that seems to be doing the most advertising. I was about to sign up with them, and there was something that I said to which they told me they'd call me back but I've never heard from them.

    The process with Endurance was better than I expected and the price was something I could afford without a problem. However, I got to get somebody to read the contract. It's the worst piece of paper I ever seen, very small print to the heavy black. It's a lousy piece of paper to describe their program. Other than that, I would tell others to give Endurance a very strong consideration.

    I had a car warranty with another company, and I wasn't happy with their service. They were hard to get ahold of. So, I read up on Endurance and thought they were better with the services that they provide. I signed up online and the process was easy and smooth sailing. I just had to wait for the warranty to kick in. They said I had to wait for 30 days, and the vehicle had to get more than 1,000 miles on it before it became a fully operational warranty. I switched about three months ago and vehicle-wise, I haven't had an experience where I needed Endurance to take care of an issue.
