    This is the worst company in the United States. They don't care about you or your vehicle. My cp4 pump failed so they sent out an adjuster who didn't even know what it was. The adjuster started to look for anything to deny the claim so he said that the tires were an inch and a quarter taller than the factory tires so they denied the claim because it is a modified vehicle. The tires have nothing to do with the cp4 pump. The vehicle needed tires so new ones were put on 10 years later as the vehicle is a 2015. Tires got better over the years. They have very poor customer service. They will lie to you and not try to help. The only thing they are good at is taking your money each month. Do not get a contract with them. You will be sorry.

    Call my auto repair shop and asked if they honor Endurance Warranty and they said yes. I took my truck to the shop after I spoke with the claims department and asked if I was covered and the rep said yes they cover from head to toe. I took the truck in and the shop called Endurance and was informed that they don't cover my water pump. End results I paid $1000.00 to have the water pump replaced. I must have missed the toe part. so I will be looking for a new auto warranty.

    DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY!!! I’ve put in almost 6000 dollars. They will cover the water pump. But not the thermostat housing that’s also required, even though the make a water pump that comes with the thermostat housing. An adjust of 100 for them is now going to cost me 1000. Absolutely ridiculous!!! NEVER EVER BUY THIS WARRANTY!!!

    This is a warning to others. I purchased this warranty based on the lies told in the commercial. Peace of mind when your car breaks down. Low payment for repairs. Well, that did not happen to me. My alternator went out and I had my car towed to one of the certified repair shops for Endurance. When they called I was told that my car repair would costs approximately $1250 endurance will only pay $546...how is over $800 a small repair bill? I have never been so disappointed, I had hope that they were a company that stood by their product. They source out the claims and I was told that they search the internet for a cheaper part cost and will only pay that price. Not to actually fix the car. I am literally livid right now. I don't know what to do.

    They are trash, everything was green before they needed to fix my car. Consumers do not get tricked or fooled, they do not cover many things on your vehicles as stated. They scam you and never fix your car on a legit contract. Scammers!! They are robbing people. I have canceled this service, and picking up my car from the mechanic not fixed!!!

    Endurance Warranty did great. I brought the truck in. We thought it was just a timing belt. Something came up on the computer and it knocked a little. And when it went in and the mechanics started to look at it, the engine was gonna seize so it had to be replaced. It took time, but it wasn't necessarily their fault. They offered me a rebuilt engine, which we could have had right away, but there was no warranty. So if I got a Ford engine, there was a 100,000-mile warranty, but they had to physically build the engine.

    We were without a truck for two and a half months. It was a long time from start to finish. But Endurance Warranty communicated. I didn't communicate with them directly. They communicated more with the mechanic and the mechanic who communicated with me. The only thing that I was not prepared for was the rental car. It was thousands in rental cars. They only cover five days. They didn't do anything wrong. It's very clear that they only cover five days in rental cars. It's unfortunate, but it was a major expense.

    I didn't know if this will work and I wanted to throw up until I had the truck back in my hands. I was skeptical, scared, and panicking. But in the end, the last three to four weeks of waiting for the truck was related to us deciding to get the warranty. A 100,000- mile warranty compared to no warranty is a no-brainer. We were thinking about the transmission. God forbid, if anything goes wrong, we're covered. I'd rather pay a couple hundred dollars a month and have insurance than have to pay $1,000 a month really for a new truck between insurance going up and everything else. We opted to keep it and get a policy as reassurance just in case anything happened to go wrong. I've already told several people to get Endurance.

    During a trip in which I was driving from Arizona to Montana, I was almost to my destination in Montana when my Toyota Tacoma started showing signs of some sort of mechanical problems problems. I took the truck into a transmission shop in Montana, and they told me that some repairs would be needed on the transmission due to a leak in the transmission that I was totally unaware of. Apparently the leak started while I was on my way from Arizona. I called endurance to see if they would cover me, and coverage was denied because they said it "had to do with fluids" and they don't cover anything having to do with fluids in the vehicle. On the advertisements they make this coverage sound like it's the best thing since sliced bread, but then when you go to actually utilize their services they deny you the coverage that you pay a hefty amount of money for in a monthly basis.

    I loved how Ms. Tamara H. took her time to help my son & I through this reprocess that the previous Rep. Don did not, which has us back at square one, which is what getting the insurance I was trying to avoid but here we are...it's so frustrating to have to go through this then to have a new contract done to match the mileage that the Rep put in what he wanted. So why would that fall in us?

    So now my son can't get his repairs done & I think it's pure BS, they could've accommodated us considering it wasn't on us & especially since over $1700 has been paid out on our end already so they could've easily honored the repairs just to be courteous but that didn't happen outside of what Ms. Tamara did for us & some information Mr. Justin shared was very helpful for the future but Endurance y'all need to do better with accommodating your customers & train your Reps to make sure to take care of the customers so they won't have these kinds of problems. I'm really missed because now I'm out of pocket for repairs that could've been covered from the policy we've been paying on for almost a year.

    Truly they deserve no stars. After paying off my policy thinking I had peace of mind. When my vehicle had an issue the truth comes out. One of the top reasons for purchasing this policy I find out it's not covered like I was initially told it would. So I cancel the policy and pay out of pocket for repair. Not only do they take days to process the cancellation adding to the ridiculous time frame for getting the refund you deserve, but customer service is rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. We are talking remedial math needing to be performed yet according to the representative they are so backed up this is why it takes at least 6-8 weeks. You can't talk to anyone to see what stage the process is in. You just have to wait and call during the 6-8 weeks to find out IF someone has done their job. This company is garbage. Stay far away!

    Website FAQ states they cover sales tax, but fail to mention some states aren't covered. They didn't disclose this during the sales call. They approved 2 hours of work for 6 hours of labor. To replace my control arms, they approved 0.55 hours for only one side of the car. Most of what they promised was wrong. They nickel-and-dimed and cut so many corners that the shop had to cut me a break. I've had several calls between their customer service and Consumer Care Direct, and they effectively told me to kick rocks when asking for resolutions or trying to negotiate: "we can't do anything about this, contact your attorney general." Excuse me? Avoid this warranty. They're predatory and cut corners at the expense of the customer.

    Avoid Endurance Warranty. When my truck was declared a total loss, I notified Endurance immediately and requested cancellation of the contract. They ignored my request, kept the contract active, and later marked it as a non-paying account. When I tried to put my new truck under warranty, they told me that anything listed under Technical Service Bulletins wouldn’t be covered—which is basically most major components on a 2020 F-150. After I told them I couldn’t move forward, they still refused to refund the remaining balance of my old policy. Extremely misleading and unethical experience. I would never recommend Endurance.

    Whatever you do stay away form these folks.. They don't tell you all that is going on with these warranties when they sell them and finally when something goes wrong you are stuck... They got me good... Crooked as a dog leg... I bought a car from this little old lady across the street that got dementia. I in good faith bought the warranty from Endurance, drove the car for 6 mos or better and over 1700 miles and the transmission failed..

    I admit I had the oil changed it it because if that would have taken care of the problem I would have not used the warranty.. It i didn't do it so took it to the shop and no coverage.. Endurance kept taking auto payments out even though I had no warranty according to some independent person whom they will not let me know who or let me see the report.. If I would have known to have the car inspected at the time of the warranty purchase it would have been done but the salesperson or any one else let me know that.. Now I am stuck with a broke car months of payments out of my account, and still have to pay to fix the car.. These folks sound so sincere on tv as well as when they sell you the contract but to me it isn't worth the paper it is written on..

    Hello People, warning. I said warning. DO not purchase this warranty. They will deny your claim, especially middle-class people. They aren't not who they say they are. Listen, I had them for months. Pay my warranty coverage on time every month. But then my power steering went out on the freeway with my 2 year old daughter and 6 month old son. My policy said in writing it covers that issue but they go come to you and say it doesn't cover it.

    I went thru the process of the days and mileage, just like a thousand other people did who got denied, all they want is your hard-earned money and your car or truck breaks down, when you make a claim or take it to the shop, they go say to you, "It's your fault we can't cover it," because something made it do that which is ridiculous and I'm thinking to myself they are scammers. I'm telling you people all across the states, if you don't believe me do you research on them. I'm going to get a legal case on them for pain and suffering. They do people bad in worst scenarios. I'm going to pray what happened to me, itdoesn't happen to anyone else.

    Updated on 12/23/2025: I was asked to email them for resolution and no one has got back to me. No way to communicate on here either. I pay a lot of this warranty. Looking for resolution. Not just a fluffy response on here with no reply.

    Original review: Needed a transmission and they turned down a rebuilt transmission and made the shop put in a used transmission. 2 transmissions didn't work and the 3rd is possibly giving me issues only a few days later after finally getting my car. Meanwhile the total process took 2 months, 2 Months! and Endurance wouldn't help with any of the rental cost aside from their strict 5 day policy. Which I didn't know until this situation! No leniency whatsoever... you would think they would have allowed a rebuilt by now especially see as their policy states rebuilt or used parts. They say it's to cut cost for the company which I understand but if it's not working, it's time to move the next option!!!

    Endurance will take your money and will not cover your vehicle when it is covered. The mechanic shop and me showed them on coverage. It is covered and they told the mechanic shop. They reworded it the wrong way. They will not cover on the secure. Plus they got so many people in court with them now. Do not trust them. They will fraud you out of your money and would not honor their contract.

So you're gonna get savings on that. Plus, you qualified for all these other savings."

    It was explained that if I needed to file a claim, there would be a short 30-day waiting period. Other than that, using the program is quite straightforward. I have one of their top plans, and I can take my car to any certified garage. I just need to provide my policy number, and they handle the rest.

    Overall, it’s been a positive experience and I'd wholeheartedly recommend Endurance. They're easy to work with, loyal, and supportive. Plus, the coverage seems thorough.     I’m writing this review based on my experience with Endurance for the past 3 years with this warranty company. Very poor service and a lot of not doing what they promised when they sold me contract. I was told I would be taken care of , and my deductible would be $100 for any service that was in my contract that they covered. I paid all my payments to this company on time and never late. I paid my contract off in full and after paying off my contract I had master cylinder go out in my Honda CRV and they took 3 weeks to decide to send diagnostics out to look at it ,and then another week to tell me that they would not used Honda certified parts but would only pay for used parts on my car. This is the master brake cylinder and that is unsafe. I was treated horribly by this company. I could not believe this was happening.

    When my brake cylinder went out in my car I thought oh I’m covered I have Endurance. Wrong!!! What a nightmare. No support from this company at all. Every time I would call they would direct me to customer care auto and I would be told the same thing. Also they do not help you with a rental as they claim while your car is in repair. Thank goodness the Stonecrest Honda service team does. Endurance is not helpful at all and you don’t have peace of mind with them as they claim in all of their advertisements.. This was truly a nightmare and I had a warranty that was completely paid in full and they were so non supportive and not taking responsibility for helping me as they advertise. I called a manager and he did not help me either. Very poor customer service. I’m only giving them one star so I could write this review. I don’t usually write reviews but felt I had to help the next customer endurance tries to lie to by writing this review.

    Also want to share the end of my story with endurance my car was totaled in a accident 2 1/2 months later and I contacted endurance to cancel and followed the protocol to cancel remainder of contract with at least 40,000 miles left or 42months. I waited 9 weeks after calling 3 times and each time told nothing was ready for my refund yet. After 9 1/2 weeks I was told I would be getting back $ 115.00 was my refund. They stated prorated rate and claims. The just of my story is please consider carefully before choosing Endurance as your warranty company. They have very poor customer service and they will pay only for used parts for any covered service they have to pay and be keeping all of your money, so carefully consider before giving it to them.

    In terms of the lady I spoke with, she gets 5 stars. I was prepared to terminate my contract, but she did convince me to reconsider. I feel as if I was a little deceived in what was covered, but I was assuming that I would be covered should the engine or transmission falter.

    Endurance is AWFUL!!! I cancelled with American Express and they are sending me notices 7 or 8 months later. They resell and the reseller does not cover anything!! Calling Endurance they are very rude and also not very responsive. Not sure how they get any kind of good rating. How do you Vet these companies?? I am also very upset that while I am writing this multiple companies are calling me!!!!

    I purchased a 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan for my wife, and within two weeks the vehicle completely shut down on the highway while she was driving. The entire instrument cluster went black and the engine shut off without warning. Thankfully she was able to coast safely to an exit, but she is now afraid to drive the vehicle. When the car finally restarted, she drove it directly to the dealership. It has now been there for 36 days, and we still have no clear diagnosis or estimated timeline for repair. I am paying for a vehicle I cannot use, and I’m the one who has to continuously call for updates—there has been no proactive communication from the dealership or Volkswagen.

    I have asked Volkswagen to buy the vehicle back and place us in another one, but at this point I am seriously questioning whether I can trust the brand at all. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for a brand-new vehicle that should be safe and reliable. I hope Volkswagen will take responsibility and work with us toward a proper solution.

    This is a very bad coverage to consider. They’ll deny all your claims, working in conjunction with the dealership or mechanic you take your car to for repair to put the blame on you to fix it! Save your money up instead of getting the insurance, fix your car out of pocket or get another insurance. I learnt my lesson and they won’t even refund you for your coverage!! They bought all the reviews they have, it’s all bot and not real!!! Don’t be fooled by it.

    I had their insurance, then after paying $85.00 a month for three years I was told I didn't have to pay anymore. I need to get my truck fixed. Well I put the truck in the Nissan dealership here in Grand Rapids Michigan to get it fixed and was told Endurance would not pay to get my truck fixed. After calling them I got the run around and they would not take care of my truck. I call them I got the run down. After paying my bill on time every month they treated me like that. So I would not recommend Endurance to any one.

    It took too much time to get things started. I only have one vehicle and it took 3 weeks to get things approved. It shouldn't take that long to get an approval. It only took the mechanic 5 days to the Job. And your rental is only for 5 Days. As for the cost it evened out for me as far what I had paid into the policy. All in all things went great. It just too long to the claim approved.

    Notice how you can't leave a third-party review??? Endurance denied my ceased transmission claim based on a technicality. After an adjustor confirmed the transmission was not operating Endurance required the repair shop to tear down the transmission further, we waited over a month for the adjustor they send out to come to verify the cause of the transmission failure. The repair shop had bay being taken up and we were down a family vehicle and never once requested a rental. There was only one transmission for our vehicle in the state. The repair shop purchased it and installed it while we waited for Endurance's adjustor to show up to verify the old transmission had in fact ceased and a new one would need to be installed. This claim would have been approved by the adjustor verifying the transmission was ceased.

    But because the repair shop installed a new one while we wait for their confirmation, they denied it. Keep in mind, they needed to verify nothing else inside the vehicle to verify the failure of the transmission. There is zero common sense with these people, and they will hope to find a way to not have to approve a legitimate claim.

    ENDURACE force me to leave a star and doesn't deserve any. Warranty is nothing but a scam, a fraud. They refuse to give writing explanation of why a claim was denied, asked for a month for a written explanation is, was told on Oct 27th they don't give writing explanation against endurance policy. I reach out to supervisor Eric **. He also admits Endurance doesn't give writing explanation only verbal but according to Magnuson Moss Act in Illinois they are obligated to investigate.

    Filed a claim on October 24th and today is Nov 26th I still haven't received and I have asked and demanded it in writing. Still haven't they lied to me and I have the shop and I have every communications, email, recording phone conversation. I will be reporting them to the BBB, Attorney General office in Illinois state insurance commission of Illinois and to all that doesn't know it's a way. It's the way around the mandated arbitration if you can prove you can't afford the arbitration. Endurace warranty will be footing the big part of the arbitration. Also the preson can cover the small fees. All they do is lied even Scott ** Senior Resolutions Specialist. I advised whoever has endurance especially if you going or went through, what I'm going through go after them in small court.

    I repeat it's around the arbitration, customer service sorry and unprofessional lies even in the claim department they came is stress free process, bs lies. Francesca ** a very big liar. She told me I haven't sent the requested maintenance records in even after the auto shop sent them each and every time. I can prove that even after the adjuster visit took pictures of all documents, she still told me it's nothing in my files on Oct 29th. I reach out to supervisor Eric **, explain to him less than 5min later allow a sudden now they logically appeared endurance. This the worse. They may have better plans to offer outside of that cause they definitely not going to cover repair. I have endurance secure plus plan cover a lot of things timing chain +

    I bought a warranty for a 2017 Ram 3500. Took it to Dodge dealership repair department and after telling me the air to air cooler was bad and needed to be replaced AGAIN and I asked why is it going bad and that it had just been replaced recently and they checked into the engine further and discovered the heat grid bolt had dropped into the engine and stuck into the head which they diagnosed as a factory defect flaw in the engine and told me I needed an new engine and Endurance was notified and they refused to cover the engine stating that I drove it after it was diagnosed and I can prove with towing and repair bills that it wasn't driven but they still claim that I did and refused to cover it.

    I had the truck repaired and the grid bolt did that again. Within 50 miles it did it again and once again I paid to fix it. Was told to call and that maybe they'd cover the second repair of the engine but no it wasn't preapproved. Then within 300 miles the radiator blew the drain plug out in approximately 40 degree weather. They claim it froze and that is why it blew out. However the truck sat at dodge outside for about a week before it was even looked at. How does antifreeze freeze in 40 degree weather and they claim the dealership stated this and dealership said warranty co stated this. So I'm stuck with the same answer to both endurance and dodge that somebody is extremely ignorant. I would not suggest buying a ram nor Endurance warranty coverage.

    Endurance Warranty Services is a scamming business who does not honor their contractual obligations when repair services are needed to covered vehicles. I started my policy with Endurance 4-5 months ago and recently my transmission failed and I was covered under policy. I paid $133 per month to be covered. I provided all the required documentation and they still denied my claim stating I had to provide documentation from a used car dealership that was no longer in business. I even provided proof that what they requested would be unattainable and that the dealership was closed. I provided proof of my truck's maintenance and even told them I'd provide a notarized affidavit stating that the work they needed proof for was completed. They still said no. So I cancelled my contract with them since they didn't honor what was in writing.

    I told them to provide a full refund for the 4 months and initial payment I made and they tried to tell me it was going to pro-rated. I paid over $530 to get denied and no work done to my vehicle to be told I would be pro-rated $180 check in the mail that would take six weeks to arrive. That is flat out robbery. They didn't complete anything for me and now want to refuse to send my full payments back. I urge everyone to stay away from Endurance Warranty Services. There is currently a class action lawsuit out against them now for consumer fraud.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with Endurance and want to warn other consumers about the misleading and inconsistent information I was given from multiple representatives. I purchased my 2011 Ram 1500 at 118,390 miles. When I bought the Endurance coverage, no one disclosed that I would need to drive a certain amount of miles before the policy would activate. That requirement only appeared after I tried to use the policy. Later, I was told by a representative that I needed to drive 3,000 miles before the contract would actually begin. My official activation mileage was set at 123,339, which I didn’t reach until months later. However, when I recently spoke with another rep, I was told I only needed to drive 1,000 miles, not 3,000 — completely contradicting what I was originally told. Their rules change depending on who you talk to.

    Right now my truck sits at 124,652 miles — meaning I have driven only 1,300 miles under coverage. Despite that extremely low mileage and the steps I took to maintain the truck, Endurance still denied my transmission claim. To make matters worse, I had the transmission serviced at 123,084 miles, which was before I even reached the activation mileage they imposed. I did everything a responsible vehicle owner is supposed to do. Yet Endurance denied the claim anyway.

    At this point, it feels like they make up requirements as they go. One person tells you one rule, another tells you something completely different. None of these conditions were disclosed to me at the time I signed up. And when you finally need the insurance you paid for, they move the goalposts and deny the claim. I am extremely disappointed with this company and how they handle customers. This experience feels deceptive and unfair, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting Endurance with their money.

    I ultimately landed on Endurance Warranty after receiving a lot of junk mail when the warranty on my 2017 Santa Fe expired. I thought that would be enough protection since I hadn’t made any claims yet. I really haven’t needed to utilize the service at this point. Signing up involved calling their team where I had a conversation with an agent, although I can't specifically recall the details of the conversation.

    One of the main reasons I decided to choose Endurance's warranty was predominantly due to ongoing issues with my Santa Fe’s transmission. Despite returning it for repair twice, the initial warranty didn’t solve anything and it eventually expired. This made me wary, and I opted for Endurance to cover future uncertainties. Otherwise, my first notions of Endurance were through commercials I heard on the radio promoting it in the Chicagoland area, which somewhat assured me of their presence and significance here.

    While I haven’t used the services yet, I am contemplating adding my BMW to the same policy. Although my experience with using Endurance’s actual coverage is non-existent, their initial presence and options for warranty when mine expired led me to them. Overall, my interaction so far is primarily tied to the ease of setting up my coverage.

    We thought it was something worth the monthly payment to give us peace of mind but we were wrong. Do not sign up if you have high mileage or commercial vehicle. They don't cover your maintenance or minimum common repairs. They are too technical with their process to cancel, etc.

    I’d give zero stars if I could. We signed up for this service thinking it’d be a good idea in case something happened and we needed repair work on our 2014 dodge ram 1500. You purchase the policy over the phone before ever seeing the contract that’s sent to you after you’ve already paid for it. Spent nearly $200 a month on this policy and then when I needed to make a claim they did everything in their power to not approve the claim. They had me drop my truck off to get diagnostics done but I was never informed that I would not be able to pick my truck up until they had an adjuster come out and if you pick your vehicle up before then it voids the claim so I was without a vehicle for nearly 2 weeks. When someone finally came out I was told I needed to get receipts for my last 3 oil changes which was stated in the fine print of the contract that like I said is only sent out AFTER you have already purchased the policy

    I was able to go to the shop that I had the oil change done and have him provide me the receipts from the services but once turned in they told me that because they were handwritten they would not be accepted and that I would need him to print or turn them in digitally. I ran back and the shop owner was able to figure out emailing them in pdf form even though he normally doesn’t because he owns just a small mom and pop type auto shop. I turned in the digital receipts and was told they were accepted but they were waiting on an oil test the adjuster collected. They said it would take 24-48 hours to get the results but it ended up taking over a week after the adjuster was out. The oil test came back finally and it passed but then I was told that they could not approve the claim because of the handwritten receipts despite the fact I was told to provide new ones and was already told they were accepted.

    This was pointed out to them. They changed it and said it was not accepted because they considered the truck a commercial vehicle because it has an advertisement logo on the window even though it is not a commercial vehicle and is not registered as one. It is a personal truck for personal use. They told me I could up my policy to cover it under a commercial vehicle so it would be approved for future claims even though IT IS NOT A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE but I would not be able to submit a claim for the work again for the same issue. If they weren’t going to approve it because of that or the receipts they could have informed me as soon as the adjuster came out and not had my truck held for an additional week and a half where I then had go without vehicle or pay to rent a vehicle for the extended time they held my truck for no reason.

    They found anything they could to not approve a larger claim but they said they’d cover a smaller repair needed for $200 with a $100 deductible. Which is strange because if they couldn’t approve the larger claim due to the reasons they stated how were those things not an issue for the smaller one. Then when I chose to cancel my policy I was told I would have to have them send me cancellation forms that I would need to go pay to have notarized and sent back in for them to cancel. The company is a scam. Save the $200 a month you’d spend on the insurance and put it back for possible future repairs. I wouldn’t give this company a dime.

    This claim arose as an emergency that occurred when our daughter was en route to the airport to pick us up after our vacation. She had our vehicle towed to the dealer for repair. Fortunately, the repair was covered by our Endurance policy and was expedited in only two days. I was thrilled I had purchased this extended warranty policy for my vehicle.     I took vehicle to Tim Lally due to code reading VVT solenoid failure. They changed 3 of 4 solenoids which requires the top of engine being removed. I paid $100 deductible which was great. Then the next day code appeared again for that FOURTH solenoid, which I feel should have been changed with the others. So not only was your company charged, in effect, twice for a job that could have been taken care of while engine was parked, but I had to pay another $100. I called you and was told I couldn’t avoid another deductible. Even so, I’m not upset about the reasonable deductible amount…just should not have had to pay it twice for basically the same issue, thank you. All that said, I am VERY pleased with Endurance.
