    No one else would put their quotes in writing and they would only give me stuff over the phone. Endurance was the only one that would send me a paper quote. The rep was very good, knowledgeable about what I wanted and what he was able to do for us. He was very professional and got me the information I needed.     I had a good experience with Endurance compared to the couple of other people I talked to. One of the things that attracted me to them was the fact that I'll pay for three years and have two years free of payment. Also, it met the price I wanted to pay for monthly payments. The deductible was only $100, which I thought was good, and they did the gaskets and the seals for $2 more a month. They also assured me that if the car breaks down, they would fix it. The people I talked to were really concerned and want to make sure that I got what I needed.

    I feel confident about Endurance. I tried out CarShield and GMC and it didn't work too well. They gave me false information and I didn't like them. When I saw Endurance, I decided I would go through them for the insurance. The rep was nice and the policy I got covers quite a few things, including the motor, AC, and axle. It seems like a great program, especially when you're on disability and you can't afford those high bills. That really helps.

    The rep was just pushing the warranty onto me, trying to get me to buy it. I asked him certain questions and he kept saying that they're number one and they're number one for a reason. It was weird. I felt like the knowledge wasn't really there. I asked if Endurance would replace my turbo if it went out the next day and he said yes. But I checked reviews and they said most of the time Endurance don't cover stuff that the rep said they cover. Another thing was that the minimum deductible is $100 and I wanted to make my first monthly payment and the next monthly payment. They said that was fine. The charge was only supposed to be 170 but they ended up charging me 220 for the first payment. They tried to call and apologize after they had already pulled my money. That was odd, too.

    Endurance covered the truck, not only the motor. Since I drive a diesel truck, I'm lifted. I got wheels and tires on and I'm within four inches of the stock size they cover. I plan on having this truck forever and the coverage offers a little of peace of mind, which is everything to me. Without peace of mind, then I don't do much. As long as everything is taken care of, I just pay good money, and I expect it to work. The rep answered all my questions and gave me reassurance that I'm not just getting scammed. I'm paying for something that is going to help me out in the long run. He did what he needed to do and treated me with respect. That's all I could ask for.

    When you have something that you worked hard and paid half a house for, it's definitely worth protecting. I appreciate that my car is covered, especially since I work on the farm. I recommended Endurance to my brother.     You would find out that they don't want to pay, next to impossible to contact, so you pay out of pocket and the next day you sit on hold for an hour or two and then they tell you that they won't reimburse you because you didn't contact them before having repair work done. Even though their book says you can contact them the next day for reimbursement. Firestone is an authorized repair center.

Not unless you want to throw away 3 grand.

    I talked to a couple of Endurance reps and the experience with all of them was great. The first one told me the heating and the AC were covered. But then when he sent me to the verifier, they told me that the heating wasn't covered. So I asked about it. The guy that was verifying told me, "I'm gonna send you back to them, and they'll correct it." So they sent me back to correct it. Then it was a different person, a lady this time and she took care of me the same way the other guy did. She made sure that the heat was on there and the AC too. It could have been a misunderstanding or miscommunication. But the next person definitely took care of me then after that. I'm very satisfied. The package sounds great.

    I've read a lot online and it said that Endurance was the best, number one rated company. The rep told me, "It's from bumper-to-bumper. Everything is warrantied." I said, "Okay. That's exactly what I'm looking for." But then I got the packet Saturday and it said, no gaskets. I have to pay extra for it. But making payments was very easy. They took my payment over the phone when I first joined and they told me I had up to a year to cancel and I'd get 900 and some dollars back.

    Endurance's warranty covers 100,000 miles or five years and I like that a lot. It was a little more expensive than some of the others I looked at but also a bit longer. It is worth it. The coverage seems to be bumper-to-bumper minus light bulbs, LEDs, and things like that. However, I haven't gotten a contract yet so, I don't know exactly what's covered. I really would like that to be delineated. The CSR went over it pretty well but there are some specifics that I need to know. Other than that, the reps were very good about the questions I had.

    DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM THEM. They are not of their word and will not pay out for repairs. I met all the criteria for a repair on my car, and they would not pay for the repair. I got the run around for over a month just trying to get the repair approved before I finally just gave up and had to pay out of pocket. Customer service can be rude and not helpful at all. You have to constantly call them as they will never call you. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!

    I wasn't very happy with the first Endurance rep that called because I didn't know who it was. All she kept saying was that they needed to update my mileage. I said, "What's this for?" She said, "It's for your warranty, just to update your mileage." But she didn't tell me who she was. I hung up on her. A different person called me later on and told me what it was. Because sometimes I get 20 different calls a day, and I can't even look at the phone to see who it is ‘cause I'm a truck driver. So, I got a headset. I asked her if she could send me a sample contract and she did. Then she called me later that night. We finished the whole thing at that point.

    Endurance has the most rude and disrespectful customer service. Tried canceling my contract and this lady went on and on trying to explain why I can't cancel...let me repeat this, she said she won't let me cancel my contract and kept cutting me off. Asked them to cancel nicely the first few times and just did not listen to me at all. The contract clearly states that I can cancel at any moment, no questions asked. Do not deal with these people, they could care less about your car. Just want your money and make excuses.

    Everything was fine for me, except when Endurance explained that to get a rental, they would only give me $35 a day. And there are no cars anywhere in Texas at that price. It was frustrating. I bought this warranty that should have covered something. But them taking care of the claim and all that went fine. They were knowledgeable. They explained what I had covered and what I did not have covered.

    But me getting my car fixed in AutoNation was the worst thing to ever happen. Things that were on the statement that were covered by the warranties, they should have been fixed. I’m not a mechanic, but I noticed that they didn’t. I paid for the oil change and they were supposed to fix the back windshield wiper but it was put on backwards. It was covered under the warranty that AutoNation should have fixed. The door locking mechanism, when my wife's driving the car home with the kids in it, panels start falling off my car. From the beginning, from the time I dropped the car until today, it's been a horrible mess.

    So that's the debate that my wife and I are going over, is that I’m paying for this warranty that doesn’t cover what we need. And we don’t want to pay more. So it’s all frustrating to bring a car, to get it done at the place that we purchased the car and we drove 45 minutes there to get it then there's no option about a rental when we get there, so we can have a way to get back. When it was time to pick it up, we had to take two cars there, a 45-minute drive. It was a complete mess.

    July 13, I dropped my vehicle at a shop within their network for service. They contacted Endurance on the 14th of July to submit a request and were denied immediately because they claim the Carfax didn’t match the miles I offered. How could the shop or I know this if it wasn’t communicated? Anyway, I reached out to understand why a note was left by a claims advisor that stated Carfax does not match the miles listed on the contract. I was then told to email a vehicle purchase receipt to legitimize the miles. This was on the 14th of July. On the 16th of July, I had to call back to find out I was denied again. This time they told me that’s not what they needed. I’m lost now because this document would give them all the information needed to process the claim.

    Anyhow the service advisor now tells me to submit a service receipt. Oh, I left out that on July 15th, they somehow misplaced my initial email with proof of miles, so I had to resend it to a service advisor for her to send it. But we are a week later. Seven days since I dropped the vehicle at the shop within their network, and I was told today, the 19th of July, my vehicle service receipt was denied because it didn’t display a VIN or tag. The ticket stated the vehicle itself and miles, but because it had no VIN or tag, it’s denied. So for seven days of denied service, no one thought to reach out to the consumer, which is me? Meanwhile, if you are late or didn’t pay, they make sure they get in contact with you. I’m sorry, but I don’t think endurance likes use vehicles, so proceed with caution when setting up service and ask a lot of questions. Also, make sure you have a copy of the carfax because they see what they want on it.

    My wife has Endurance on her car and we've never had an issue with them, so we purchased it for another car. Everything was handled perfectly, and I paid it all upfront because of the discounts. It was easier for me to do that than pay monthly payments. The purchase was delayed on my part because I wanted to make sure that everything mechanical on the car was correct before I put the insurance on it. That was big to me. I was waiting on a Mercedes mechanic that I knew. We took the car into the Mercedes garage and had him go through it.

    After talking to my AMG certified Mercedes mechanic, I asked him, “Which warranty company would you go with?” He said, "Endurance. They seem to honor everything." Endurance has the towing part and the roadside assistance, which are very nice. A lot of the extended warranty companies don't have that. Their product is much better than anything else out there in the market.

    I'm in the insurance industry, and I’m on the auto side. I've talked to people, and there are a lot of companies out there that aren't good and that one should stay away from. Endurance is one of the ones that came up from the people I talked to and my auto mechanic said they haven't heard bad things. When I researched, Endurance had good reviews, and it seemed to be good with the Better Business Bureau as well. I gave them a try, and signing up was easy.

    The persons that I talked to, both the initial call and the follow-up call, to get the policy were good, and thankfully, I could understand them. They explained the levels of the coverage rather than just give me what they thought I wanted, maybe a lesser policy, but wouldn't cover the things that could go wrong for a BMW. For example, the oil, the seals and gaskets. I needed the level of protection that would protect them if they went bad and I ended up getting the middle plan to make sure that those were covered in the policy. Endurance's price was a little more or a bit less than what I saw out there, but they were right in the ballpark. I also liked the fact that they paid towards regular maintenance on the vehicle.

    The gentleman said that I would be getting coupons in the amount of $250 for being a customer with Endurance. I waited a couple of weeks and didn't receive anything in the mail, so I called back, and I was told that it would be an email. They resent the email and I'm not so crazy about what I'm seeing to use the $250. I have to go through a website. I thought the gentleman said Amazon was on there, and I don't think I misunderstood him, but it's only products and brands that they use.

    I was looking around for extended warranties and there were two that came up that people who had the warranties were really happy with. One was Olive.com, and the other one was Endurance. I then compared the reviews between both of them, and there were a lot more good reviews on Endurance. So, I investigated from there, called, and talked to someone about cost and what they covered. They cover just about everything that I had previously covered.

    The girl I've talked to originally was like, “I'll be your agent. If you ever need anything, call me.” But when I call her, I never get her. I have to call around and get transferred three or four times. By the feeling and what they're telling me, they're way too busy to take phone calls so I could leave messages for them to call me back and all that. I get it, but they only have voicemail. So, I can't even leave a message for something simple. I have to kind of wait on someone to call me back and then go through the whole spiel. To me, it seems really inconvenient to have to call. I'm afraid that if I have to need an auto repair and I have to call them, nobody's gonna answer the phone or I’m gonna be transferred around four or five times. In this day and age, for a business to not have voicemail service is utterly ridiculous. Other than that, the customer service people are nice, friendly and helpful.

    Recently, we had a misunderstanding. I thought the lady from Endurance told me that a repair will be covered with the maintenance. But then, I was told that it wasn’t. It was just like $50 coverage. The coverage was mostly transmission, the engine components, and some of the electric. What attracted me more was the 24/7 road assistance. But I was reading about the contract, and I’m kinda leaning towards canceling it because they're saying things that have to be met in order for them to fix it. The car has to be broken in a certain way in order for them to cover it.

    The program that I used suggested Endurance and then when I read through and looked at it, it seemed like it had options that I thought were some of the best. Their rep was knowledgeable. She was a young lady. I'd give her a 10 in terms of explaining the warranty. When the booklet came, it was a whole lot more detailed, but I didn't expect her to get into all of that on the phone. Endurance gave me what I wanted. They gave me a good price and the bumper-to-bumper warranty that I needed. I got a high-end luxury car and repairs can be very costly. So to me, no way I can even have this car without Endurance Warranty.

    The rep that I spoke to assured me that I would have bumper-to-bumper coverage on all things technical and mechanical in the vehicle except for anything that was superficial, like scratches and paint tears in the convertible top and tears in the seats.     I filled out a thing and then, somebody called me initially. I didn't call them back but another guy called to tell me all about Endurance. He was a little bit pushy but I was thinking about calling them because they charged me more than they said they were going to. Plus, when he talked about this free gift card they give you, he lied to me about what it covered. He said it was a Visa card or a gift card for $250 you get now and then after three months, you get another one and it was usable at all the stores including Walmart. I got it and you only get certain places, none of which I shop at and none of the major grocery stores. You go to Wet and World and you get $5 off an admission.     The Endurance rep was good and helpful. He was a hard closer. I was trying to get off the phone so I could keep browsing and checking and he wouldn't let me because he had all these promotions that he was trying to help me get. But if I got off the phone, he swore by it, he couldn't get them to me, which I thought was a sales pitch as well. But who isn't selling? So I figured I would give them a try. Plus he said that I had 30 days to cancel out if I didn’t want it. I just kept checking within those 30 days and looking and I didn't really find anybody that had a better deal.     I researched and saw that Endurance had really high ratings. And their claims-paying ability was good. One person said that they could have offered the same deal to me for less, but I told him that I checked their claims-paying ability and in the Better Business Bureau, they came up as an F. So, price isn't always the most important. It really comes down to a company being there for a consumer when they need them and that's why you purchase insurance. So, with the information that I had, Endurance seemed to be a good company and they were reputable.     The way the rep explained it to me when I took the policy out from Endurance was perfectly clear but when I got the paperwork in the mail last week and read a lot of that extra detail, it was confusing and made me want to decide if that was going to be a problem for me down the road. I called in and the girl pointed me to what paragraph on what page to look at to show what coverage I was talking about. So, I went through that with her. But the one thing that made me question if it would be beneficial is because it’s expensive. It said that people need to pay attention because some of the stuff that's going to be in the warranty is so much more expensive like a battery. They pay $100 on a battery and they're telling how much a battery would be for the type of vehicle. So you’re not even getting half of what that is. That wouldn’t have worried me but they went on listing all these other stuff that will just pay a certain portion and then you're responsible.

    After getting that in the mail and going on the internet, Endurance came up out of the companies. And it was saying you might want to do your homework and make sure that that it's the right company for you. So I'm trying to debate it over if I want to continue or if I want to cancel. The reps probably should have told me what I was getting in the coverage but that there's additional stuff that will be coming in the info. That should be explained to customers because it was totally a surprise to me once I got it.

    I was able to understand everything when I purchased the warranty and the reps told me that they would send me a digital copy of my plan. I got the email then I got some information in the mail. They were patient and any question I had, they were right on it. So, I was pleased with Endurance.     I called Endurance, and they called me right back. We talked about what I had and what I was looking for for a warranty. The rep explained what options were available, and it made the most sense to get the best coverage I could for as long as I could. It was time. He went back and forth with it, and we agreed on a bumper-to-bumper for 75,000 miles of coverage for five years.     After getting an email from Endurance, I called them and the lady I talked to was wonderful. Her name was Jan. Then, I got transferred to Dan. He was taking the payment. The only complaint I had on the whole thing was that he didn't understand that Jan had set it up for me that I would only make a deposit because we didn't have the car in hand yet. The dealership hadn’t been able to give us a date. So, he set it up when he was doing the payment. After he got everything, then he said, “Okay, I've got you set up for a monthly payment.” I said, “No, no, no. I’m paying all at once, but not until the car’s there.” He took care of getting that straightened out though. He was very nice about taking care of the problem that was just miscommunication.     The warranty was to my liking. The first time I called as far as getting my two cars, it was super polite. It was extraordinary, good customer service. It was Chick-fil-A level. It was just that they haven't been in a place where I thought they should have been. I already had a membership with the guys. Endurance should have been more lenient on asking me to pay some upfront costs, which was not a big deal. If this happens, say this. If this happens, say that. It should be a little better thought out than that. Because if you're gonna pay it, you're gonna pay it. Also, when they put me on hold, to get someone else on the line to go over the same information, that was a bit much, especially for people who don't have time. It just so happened that I had time, each time. But they should third party that thing off the top. They should have someone there listening or be able to just relay the recorded message. They should do a better job on that part.

The coverage was explained well where I could understand it and from what I have read in my contract, I was satisfied with it. They told us the way they could take our payment and that we didn't have to pay the price all at once. They said they could take part of it this way, part of it that way, and that they were not going to nail us for a late fee if we were late.     I don't know if it's because of my English because I'm French Canadian, but I didn't like that the first person I spoke to made it sound like the policy was bumper-to-bumper. Nobody will give a bumper-to-bumper coverage to a car that has over 150,000 miles. The second person that I spoke to said no. She transferred me to another person that works there. I said, "Before I sign up, I want to make sure what does it cover. Can I see it before I sign?" She said, "The only way you're gonna see it is if you pay upfront. Then we'll be able to email it and text you the brochure for you to see what's covered."

    She explained a little bit what will be covered but still, I didn't see it in writing. I was afraid to get involved with them because of that. She said, "The special will end today. If you want to say locked at that amount of price, you have to come up with $217 then I will release all the brochure to you." Endurance could send an email to see what will be covered and what won't be. Also, I spoke to four different people and every time, it was a different price. I didn't like that.

    The representative I spoke with initially went through everything with me. All the questions I had, she put me on hold and got the answers for me. We were on the phone for about 35 minutes and it was a very productive call. I just told her that I was gonna do my due diligence first. I was waiting on a couple more calls to come in. I also said that I would give her a callback the next day, or she could give me one.

    I went and got the vehicle the next day. Then when she called, I was in the middle of negotiating so I didn't have the time. I wanted her to just give me a callback, but she couldn’t, so she gave me some information for her. When I put the information in, it still just brought me to a random person.     I looked up the best rated aftermarket warranties, and Endurance showed up as one of the best rated ones, so I went with that. Their rep was pretty friendly and very nice.     I started out with a dealer offering me a plan. It was going into a weekend and I took a couple of days searching on the internet to see what people thought was the best car warranties. And Endurance was at the top of the list. I talked to their rep, David, who was efficient, kind, and personable. The fact that he let me pay it over time without charging me interest was a selling point. It was a little extra money, but it should take this car past the 200,000 miles and that's what I'm hoping for. Then, he passed me on to Rob who confirmed everything, though I'm pretty sure that David answered all of my questions at that point.

    Other than that, the dealer told me they could have done a similar package as what I got from Endurance but he didn't try to talk me out of it. So, my guess is their coverage was nowhere near as good as Endurance's. I also didn't really go down the list of other ones because they didn't seem to be rated as highly.     The issue I have with Endurance is the claim department. I recently had an issue with my reverse back-up camera & tried to do a claim myself because mechanic receptionist would be on hold for hours and couldn't continue to hold so long with other customers looking for assistance as well.     I got my son to sign up for the company that I had previously. Apparently, they use third party people, so we have different third parties. When I needed to use it, I had no problem. When my son needed to use it, he ran into a problem. It was such a problem, he wound up canceling. Now, the agent explained to me that Endurance does not use a third party, so that was a selling point for me.

    The agent was very knowledgeable, personable, and gave us a lot of information. The only thing I didn't like, she said that we would have maintenance coverage. She said, "You would have maintenance covered that would cover oil changes, brakes, brake pads." In my mind, I thought it would cover it in full, but when I got the policy, I saw that it did not, like they might put $25 or $50 towards it. That was a little misleading. I wanted the same kind of coverage I had with my previous company (bumper-to-bumper). Other than that, I've spoken with two agents, and they were both fine.     The rep spoke to me about some of the coverage and what can be covered with my car, but when I went on the site, I saw a lot of things that he didn't go over with me when I spoke to him. However, they had some confusion in the beginning as to which car I was talking about covering. Prior to the confusion, they were going on autopilot and reading me a bunch of words. So, I didn't have a chance to tell them that they had the wrong vehicle until the rep went down for air. I have two of the same car - a 2006 and a 2004. The 2006 went underwater, which was why I started looking for some insurance warranty. No one would cover it but Endurance covers water damage.     I wanted to cancel with Endurance because it was a lot of money to put down at first. But the tech told me a lot of the different benefits of going with them. If my car goes down and it's in the shop, I'll be provided a rental car and it's part of the policy, whereas the other companies don't do that. Then if anything is wrong with the car and I take it to a shop, I'll pay $100. They cover the other expenses -- whereas I could be sitting paying $500, $600, $700 -- and then I'll be covered this, that and the next. She has given me an example about a water pump where the different companies try to find loopholes. If the water pump goes out, it isn't covered under wear and tear, whereas Endurance covers wear and tear pretty much. I would recommend them.

    I am really disgusted with Endurance and I cancelled with them. I want it, but they were not professional. The first thing that happened was my car didn't go through. So, a young lady said she would call me back at 4:00. At 4:30, I started calling them so that I could give them the rest of the payment because they said they only got $20 of it. I never got her. I finally got another guy who wanted to rush through things because it was close to closing time. After I thought about it, I said, "Well, I kept looking at my emails, I never received anything telling me what I was paying for or how much I was paying for it."

    The guy gave me all these figures, and I wrote them down, but I have not received anything in an email telling me what I bought, the period of time that was good, or the mileage that it applied to. There was nothing to depict that I made a transaction with him. There's something wrong with that. He gave me the top of the line quotes as well. I figured what he would have done was give me the quote on all of the packages, but to this day, I can't tell what the other packages are and what the quote is on. He didn't explain the product well because I went back on the Endurance website and found out that I was buying the elite package.

    When I said I wanted the elite package, the guy told me that my note was going to go up every month. When I talked to somebody else, they told me that wasn't supposed to happen, that all new contracts in June were supposed to include that package for the customers. The guy never mentioned that. If that's the case, why was he telling me that there's an increase? I don't trust him because I'm afraid that, in some way, he might have hiked up the price so that his commission is bigger. I called back the next day and told him to cancel.

    This guy went to telling me about, "I'm gonna go find a better product," and he was just nasty about it, and then the phone went silent. I was very dissatisfied. It's too bad because it's a great product, but I didn't get the right treatment trying to sign up. I also wonder if the man processed my cancellation. I looked in there today and there's an email that's addressed to somebody else that's not even me, telling me that they're sorry for my cancellation.

    I ended up having 5,000 miles last week on my vehicle so I went into the dealership because they’d change my oil and they were the ones that gave me the Endurance policy. When I went to the accountant for the dealership, we made a better deal and I canceled my Endurance auto warranty. Endurance was making me a deal where they take off 600 but the dealer took off 600 before them. Endurance also wanted $100 when any work is done but the dealer just wanted a dime.

    Endurance gave the policy to me $2 less than CarShield did but Endurance gave me a lot more. They gave me 25 miles tow, no charge. They also gave me rates, one time, but the contract is for three years. You have a five-year contract on three years of paying. However, I had to slow the rep down a little bit. He was trying to push, push, push in trying to sign me up. If I'm gonna buy something from you, then let me buy it. You don't need to convince me about it. I know what it's about.

    I sold the car and I was thinking of canceling the policy and see if Endurance would give me back my money. But I don't know if they would give me a hard time if I cancel it now. I just want to switch the coverage to the person that bought the. I paid the 200 and something dollars for the initial coverage and I want to make sure Endurance honors her with the same thing they gave me.

    I was impressed. Endurance has really great salesmen. The woman I spoke with was very helpful. I had confidence in what she was saying, even though I know it's salesmanship. It was a pleasant thing to deal with her. It's more expensive than what I had before. But in terms of the people and her process, that was very reasonable.

    To really understand coverage with your particular car is very difficult to do. It's almost impossible because owners don't really know the parts. We have no idea what they’re talking about. So, it's really hard until we make a claim. We don't really know what they cover, what they don't.     I had one oil change done and with the synthetic on the Jeep, it’s like $80 but Endurance covered 50 of it. I'm good with that.     The rep did a good job. He was to the point. I took what he gave me, thought about it then came back three days later and purchased it. It was easy. He transferred me to someone who went through the cost and the breakdown. Someone took my partial payment and told me when the next payment would come and when I had the cutoff to cancel it. Within three days, I had the policy breakdown.

    Part of what they mentioned to me was that I got three free-range oil changes (my choice of where) a year, and that separated them from CarShield. Now, when I got an oil change at any place that they said that I could, they started saying that the person needs to be a certain kind of certified, a AOCA, that not a lot of the places are qualified. Without that information, I got my synthetic changed, and they give up to $50 each time. I ate that. Had I not dealt with Endurance in the first place, I would pay for it anyway. It was just a little misleading. They already started on my car. So, that could be a little clearer, especially when it comes to something that's not in the regular warranty package, but the little subsidiaries that they throw in there. Other than that, I got no complaints. I'm still happy with Endurance.

    One thing was the rate. And the second thing, they gave me more miles. ‘Cause I always bought five to six year with 100,000 miles. So, their price for this thing was better than others. If I had not already decided to buy it, I would have hung up on them and not purchased it. I like the idea that it’s a month-to-month thing and I can cancel.     The experience was great with the reps from Endurance and I had no problems. The way that they explained the program was a good representation on what they offer.     I wanted bumper-to-bumper for the vehicle. It’s a diesel, so I wanted to make sure that it was completely covered in case something happens.
