Buy a dealer warranty because third-party warranties at dealerships are extremely difficult to get warrantied by. I had this bumper-to-bumper warranty with Endurance. For my claims, I was leaking radiator fluid, the infotainment screen was cracked, and I also had the shock system. I really thought that the shocks were covered under this particular extended warranty, but they weren't. I ended up doing the shocks myself. The infotainment screen, they denied me on. Also, when I originally went there to have everything assessed, they charged me 170 bucks to have it assessed.
A week went by, and because it takes hours to get through to anybody on the other end of Endurance, the guy that was doing the claim would constantly call and never get through. So, my car was still never fixed. It was to the point where I went down there on a Saturday. I just sat there and I looked at him like, "I'm not leaving until you pick up the phone." It took an hour out of my own day just to sit there while he waited online. When he did, the phone was breaking up and we'd get disconnected. But there was one particular lady who was able to help me out with things. With my infotainment screen, she was like, "You have that covered." She was the one that pushed it through and got the coverage.

I had an issue with a thermostat sensor. They didn't cover the housing and I had to pay $447. But I recommend them. The claim process went alright.

Setting up with Endurance was very simple and easy. I've used them once and it was seamless. My car broke down and they came and towed me. They took it to the dealership, and the dealership did all of their wheeling and dealing and my car ended up being fixed. I just picked the car up. Everything was covered.

I asked for a written policy but Endurance told me my policy would have to be downloaded. The rep that I talked to couldn't know everything that was going to be on the policy that was gonna be covered. It's not like it used to be back in the days when you get a policy that you actually put your eyes on. The warranty didn't kick in and I needed some work done. I’m kinda upset because I gotta pay $3,000 to get some work done. I was furious because I'm just wasting money.

The Cadillac dealership doesn’t take some warranty companies so I'm glad I went with Endurance. Getting everything set up was mediocre. When I first called, they told me one thing, but then after the fact, I find out it was something totally different. Endurance should cover more. Getting signed up with them would be an alright thing to do but make sure to read the fine print and see what they cover and don’t cover.

Endurance is the best car warranty that I have purchased. It covers more than just the powertrain. There's a limit to Endurance, too, but they offer much more coverage than the basic car warranty. The price is also good for what you're paying for. The Endurance sales rep explained everything well. We chose the low deductible. No matter what services we get through the plan, our deductible is $100. We had the radio in our Cadillac, which is a touchscreen. And those can be very expensive. It had started out as a small crack and the touchscreen wouldn't work. The work was $1,800 and we only had to pay $100. Even to get the service, I just took it down to the Cadillac dealer. They checked it out and gave me a price. They called Endurance. No issues or a lot of questions about not trying to cover something. It was an easy process.

I actually saw Endurance's commercial Monday and I gave them a call to see what they're about. I'm hoping that the guy wasn't lying when he said that wherever I take the vehicle, Endurance has a credit card there ready and I don't have to wait for them to approve it. Praying that that's really what it's about, I can do that. I can use that. That's gonna be the make or break point when I need it, use it, the credit card’s not there, and they say, “We're gonna have to wait to get approved for this, approved for that. You're gonna have to have to go through all the system stuff.” That'll be the breaking point for me because I don't want to sit here and be a part of a group that was there for 12 years and no matter what I did, it was always something that they rejected. I'm paying too much money for them to reject anything.

The reps explained my coverage very well. So far, my experience with them has been good. The dealership took care of submitting the claim. They told me it was a go and Endurance was gonna take care of it. They are very cooperative. The warranty is saving money in my pocket.

The rep was very courteous when explaining the coverage. I like that Endurance takes care of the servicing of my vehicle and that it's $100 deductible for whatever happens. It's an excellent program and people need to research it if they're looking for an extended warranty.

Endurance was alright, except for when I got my second policy, the lady messed up. I wanted the payments for the first and second policy to come out together out of the same account, and she put it on my checking account instead of putting it on the account that she had. But signing up was easy. I told a couple of people to call Endurance.

The rep was good. She was just trying to get everything out at once. When I had questions about breaking down, I was being interrupted and it was taking us off course. It was cool though. She was nice, and the plan was good for what information I was told about it. I got a bit of understanding, so I feel comfortable. However, I was curious why it doesn't cover electrical. Other than that, having Endurance gives me extra protection and extra comfortability driving the car. I had a rack and pinion claim and they took care of it. I took my car to the Chevy dealership and they handled everything. Between them and the insurance company, I didn't have to do anything.

I've used the warranty twice. They agreed to replace the air conditioner, which was not the problem. It was the tensioner and they refused to replace that, saying it was a routine maintenance item. But then the dealership wanted $1,000 to replace the tensioner, which I didn't have. It still hasn't been fixed.
I just took the car out to have the transaxle replaced. Endurance refused to let the transmission shop put the transaxle that they chose in and provided a transaxle. Because Endurance provided the transaxle, the transmission shop refused to warranty the work. I got the car back and the transaxle they put in is leaking. Now I've got to fight with Endurance on getting it fixed, and it took them a month to get it fixed, and it put me out of work for a month last time. And they're gonna pull the transaxle back out of the car to fix it again. I can’t afford to be off work for a month and I'm not happy. I like the way they tailored the contract, but I assumed too much. I should have asked more questions about what they covered and what they didn't cover.

It took over a month for my vehicle to be repaired. A lot of it had to do with them going through a verification process. But they took care of it and they ended up spending more money fixing my car.

I had CarShield and the rep said that there were places that repaired cars who took Endurance and not CarShield. She was very firm and knew what she was talking about. I was told that I would pay Endurance $200 a month for 19 months and then, I didn't have to pay anything for 41 months. And that it would be as good as any kind of insurance if you bought a new car warranty. I just have to pay $100 copay. I'd rather get paid off in 19 months instead of paying $100 but then I still have to wait 30 days for the warranty to even take effect and I had to put 1,000 miles on my car, which I haven't even made the 1,000 miles yet. So, I continued to pay CarShield plus Endurance. It cost me $300 a month until I got to that 1,000 because I didn't take any road trips.
I will not recommend Endurance. At first, I thought I would because the rep had me believing that this was the only way to go. But the more I think about it, I don't know who's gonna take these insurances. I would more likely take it to a dealership than anywhere, unless I took it to Point S. I liked that I was gonna pay Endurance for 19 months and didn't have to pay it for 41 months. So in the long run, it was gonna be less expensive in my estimation because I'd get it paid off in three years. But when you figure, I'm paying double what I was paying for CarShield.

I had to take my vehicle in to get the routine maintenance. They found some things that needed to be taken care of and they were a lot. Endurance covered 95% of what needed to be done. I'm very satisfied. However, one of the few things they would not replace was the thermostat housing. I was disappointed in that. I had to come out of my pocket and pay $2,300.

I'm elderly and disabled. I have to take myself back and forth to the hospital and grocery store. I need some kind of warranty on my car. I heard about Endurance so I tried it. Customer service was fine. The only thing was I didn't receive any papers that I could show the car dealership. But they said they'll go to the car dealership and let them know that I have Endurance and they'll take it from there. My engine light started coming on and going off. I was trying to use Endurance to let Jupiter Chevrolet check out the issue.

The Endurance rep I signed up with was awesome. With them, I get a full coverage for everything altogether, but because of the mileage of the vehicle, there was only a certain coverage I could have gotten. I got what's called powertrain. It's for the transmission, the engine, the electrical components, the AC, and the suspension. I'm very satisfied with it because it's what Endurance had for the vehicle I have. After I drive 1,000 miles on it and anything happens, I can claim for anything within the policy. I've also claimed With Endurance before and I got my claim approved, so they did good.

Signing up for Endurance was fairly easy. The gentleman who took the call was professional. He talked to me about some things, and he made me feel a little bit relaxed, especially seeing how I wasn't necessarily getting the warranty for myself, but for my son. So so far, we're pretty much pleased. We needed an extended warranty, and Endurance hit the majority of the items that we were looking to have covered on his vehicle.

I got Endurance for my 2008 Chevy Avalanche because I liked their policy, the amount of coverage, and their monthly payment. When I decided to sign up, I was under the impression that my vehicle will be covered. But lo and behold, that was not the case. They told me that I had to put 1,000 miles on my vehicle. I did and even went over that. I put a claim in because the vehicle's computer said that the fuel injector needed to be replaced. I called and explained that to Endurance and they denied the claim. They were not understanding my point of view. Why should I have to find a mechanic to replace the fuel injector and pay Endurance $155 a month for something that's not gonna be covered? At that point, I terminated my contract. I'm very displeased with Endurance right now. I may consider them in the future but right now, I may consider CarShield.

I googled ratings and Endurance was number one, so I decided I'm going with them. It's just a little expensive. The rep I dealt with wasn't that pushy as other companies that I've spoken to. They weren't as aggressive. I only got one plan. I was hoping I could get one that covers everything, but there wasn't because of the mileage of my car.

When I spoke to the Endurance guy on the phone, he was very helpful. He broke down the things that th warranty covered. Normally, I buy a newer car and certain things wouldn't even be covered on newer cars that Endurance covers. I bought an older vehicle, so the concern always is transmission and stuff like that. Once he told me that was covered, that made me happy. If you're looking to buy a used car, you should look into them and give yourself peace of mind.

The sign up process was good but I'm not sure it worked. The initial payment was taken out but the second part didn't happen. It's been a month and one of the things on my list is to call up and see if I'm insured.

The Endurance sales rep was thorough. He knew the cost-effectiveness of having the warranty. They covered the vehicle bumper-to-bumper. But you have to put 1,000 miles on your car so they can ensure that you wouldn't get things repaired that were part of before it was covered. I have a five-year warranty. But I will only pay for the warranty for three years, $98. After three years, they'll cover the car for an additional two years but I don't have to pay anything.

I had a claim with Endurance for the transmission on my vehicle. It wasn't running properly. I took it to the dealership. The process was slow. It stayed in there for a month. The dealership was in constant communication with me. They had to deal with Endurance trying to find the transmission and going back and forth with the dealership how they were gonna handle it. They didn't go with the recommendation from the dealership to use their transmission. They provided a transmission from a third party supplier. So that was what took longer because then the dealership had to wait for the transmission. But once the dealership got the transmission, they put it on and tested it and it was fine. They took care of my vehicle.

I usually take my car to Sterling Automotive and Sterling won't accept CarShield anymore because they don't pay on time. Sterling said they work with Endurance and Endurance pays their bills. I signed up with them. I wanna see how it works and when I get to my 1,000 miles, I wanna see if they back their words. The plan sounds great but the bill is high.

I highly recommend Endurance. The rep I dealt with during signup did a good job. He was thorough with everything he told me, and I'm happy. I only had one issue. It took me forever to get a copy of the contract. I called a girl and she told me she would mail it. We waited weeks and weeks. About a month went by and I never got it. When I called back, another lady said, "Oh, we're green here. We email them. We don't send them out in the mail." She was able to send it to me through email, but the first time I got it, I couldn't open the document. She resent it in another form and I was able to open it, so I was able to print it out on my printer at work.

Signing up with Endurance was straightforward. Right now, I'm in the middle of a claim. My car has been down for two weeks. There's still back and forth with the claims in the shop. The claims rep is saying that my policy is an assisted pay policy where I might have to cover the difference on labor rate and parts mark-up. My contract mentions nothing about that. I have yet to receive official numbers.

Endurance is little more reasonable with their pricing, and they said that they would cover 100% of the bills. They offer more than the rest. Signing up was very good. I'm happy I got the warranty. The fact that they didn't get paid upfront was good because if something happens and they don't cover, I can cancel at any point. That was one thing that helped. I pay a monthly fee. It pays it off in three years, but I have a four-year warranty.

The rep with Endurance was nice. It was easy to sign up. I don't think I would recommend it to a friend, though. Shortly after the warranty purchase, I had an issue with my vehicle. When I took it to the dealership to get the diagnostic, they charged the initial $200. Once they told me how much it was and called Endurance to see if it would be covered, they said that I would be responsible for $3,000. Endurance didn’t cover it so I didn't like it.

The rep with Endurance was delightful to deal with. He was very helpful and informative. The payment plan is doable. The last couple of years is free. There are no payments done, so that takes the weight off a little bit. The only thing that was disappointing was there was no suspension coverage.

I have one policy with Endurance, then I added a 2018 Nissan Sentra to it. Everything went great and I didn't have to put any money down. The coverage is great as well and it's the right price. With Endurance, I ain't got to worry about paying for any repair if anything happens. When the transmission started acted up in one of my cars, I took it to the dealership, and they gave Endurance a call. I only had to pay $100 and everything worked out perfectly. If you ain't got a warranty, you need to call Endurance.

The coverage is more or less bumper-to-bumper if anything goes wrong, which was the thing that my wife and I were lured to. Also, if anything happened, we wouldn't have to worry about it and just pay $100 deductible. Then, if anything was to go wrong and they found anything else, they would just go ahead and fix that since they already had it up. I didn't like that I had to go 1,000 miles before I can use it, though. 1,000 miles is a lot for somebody who isn't driving every day. They could make that a little bit more manageable for seniors at a certain age. Other than that, I would recommend Endurance for those who could afford it.

I was not happy with the first person I talked at Endurance, and I let that be known. Then a couple of months later, I joined and I was very happy with all those people that I dealt with. They told me it covered the powertrain, motors, and the electrical. Everything was perfect. But I pay every month online and I never received a bill saying it's due. I just remember to pay it. Outside of that, I'm happy with everything.

The rep that I talked to had a very good diction. He was very knowledgeable of what he was talking about. I was told a 30-day waiting period, and I tried to use the warranty last week, but they told me I had to put 1,000 miles on the car before I can have some work done. That wasn't explained to me. I also didn't see it anywhere in the contract.

The car that I have insured is a Mercedes 2015 E250. I had called another company to get some information but they said they don't touch high end German cars. Endurance does and I chose an adequate coverage for the things that I would need. I spoke to a gentleman on the line and he went through the different things. I asked him some questions and he was able to answer them properly. There were no hiccups or anything of the sort.

When I checked on Endurance, because I was in the process of buying the vehicle, they said they wouldn't be able to hold the price until I gave them my credit card. And because I would make a decision, I wanted to ask them a couple more questions. If I get in a contract for six months or three months, is it under a contract or is it on a monthly basis? They just said that the policy covers engines and air conditioners. I would have liked for them to get in touch with me before they hit my card so I could have made a better decision. 155 is high. And they should send me a policy and let me know what I'm paying.

We had the questions answered. They forwarded a copy of the policy so we could read it over. Endurance is one of the better coverage providers out there. We had some air conditioning problems. Submitting a claim was simple. We took the vehicle to the garage and they fixed it.

I had used Endurance before and I was very satisfied. Then, I went with somebody else who made me very unhappy and very unsatisfied. Also, other auto warranty companies do not offer what they do so I came back to Endurance. I like their customer service, except the last time I needed them when I was on hold for an hour and 15 minutes. They dispatched a guy to come and jump start my battery and it was taking so long for the guy to come. I was calling them back to ask what was taking so long and that was when I was on hold. It turned out the guy had a breakdown on his own car and he didn't tell them right away. But as soon as I let them know that I had been waiting for three hours, they sent somebody out who came in 30 minutes. It got all taken care of. I'd recommend Endurance to all my family members and friends because of the benefits that they offer that are not offered elsewhere.

I never received any paperwork. I have a claim number and an account number but I never got a contract from them and I would have liked to have had that. I still don't know exactly what's in the policy. Other than that, it was real easy to make the payment. I did it over the phone.

I had to get some brakes but Endurance doesn't cover the brakes. Also, they do not cover some vehicles. If a friend asked me about Endurance, I'd tell them to see if Endurance covers their vehicle and see what the rates will be on that vehicle.

Their rep told me that there was zero deductible but when I called back and someone else answered, they said no and that that wasn't right. They said that if a rep told me that it was a zero deductible, then that call was recorded and that should be on the recording and if that's the case, they have to honor the zero deductible. But when I asked another customer service, they told me no. They said there was no way that a representative was gonna say that there was zero deductible because nobody gives zero deductible. I felt like I was lied to and I'm not happy at all.

I looked at three different companies and Endurance was the only one that gave me full coverage on my vehicle. Also, signing up was no pressure. They went over what coverage my vehicle qualified for and told me that they can cover the vehicle for what I needed. The rep I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable. He really outlined and explained it to me. He told me that due to the age of my vehicle, it's probably gonna cost a little more but he told me the coverage I got for it was way better than a drivetrain.

I was informed that out of the four vehicle maintenance agreements, the best one was Endurance. They were fine. It's what I expected. The person I dealt with was all right. He was very courteous and got to the point. I was aware that he was very knowledgeable. Go with Endurance. I haven't had any problems with them. The only thing I didn't get was the military discount or veteran discount.

I filed a claim recently with Endurance. I was not aware that Endurance had an hourly labor cost. They didn't tell me there was a rate cap on the hourly. I ended up having to come out of pocket with $500. I said, “What's the point of me having and paying this per month for insurance when I'm paying a majority of my repair costs?” I also was not told that they have their preferred shops to go to. I also didn't know that, just like when you go to a doctor's office and what they pay the doctor has to be a certain amount. I was not told that either.

The rep and I agreed that my payment would be $79 per month. But when the rep sent the email, it was $141 per month. I called and the rep adjusted it to $110. Signing up with them was good, but I need a reasonable price.

Endurance seems good. I signed up for coverage and there was no problem. I called them, and they went through the plans to let me know what they had available, the cost and everything that was important at that point. They explained everything and were thorough. However, I had the same experience with the company I had before, but when it came down to paying, it was a different ball game and they turned into wolves.

They've been good to work with. However, once I made that call to inquire about some information, I got flooded with calls and they wouldn't stop calling. Even after I signed up, they continued to call, trying to sell me even though I already had it.

One morning, I went to start my car to take my children to school and the car wouldn’t click over. I called Endurance and they told me to have the car towed to the closest Kia dealer. They provided the tow service then they came and got the vehicle. They dropped it off at the Kia dealer and it took about two days to get the diagnosis back. They were able to start the claim and provide a rental. But they fixed the problem within that second day, so there wasn't a need for a rental.
The communication was good with Endurance. The only downfall was I had to take two days off of work since without the vehicle, I didn't have a way to get to work. Also, I didn't like that you have to have a claim before you can get a rental. I'm a single mom and you can't get in a two truck with three kids since there's only a seat for another person. It was hard to get around and I had to wait for them to make the claim. And when they made the claim, the vehicle was already repaired. But it was great that they were able to fix the vehicle and I didn't have to pay the 600 and something dollars needed for the repair and labor. Having to pay a $100 deductible was very convenient because as opposed to paying 800, everybody would rather pay 100. I'm happy with the services that I have and I'll continue being a customer of Endurance.

Endurance called and made a couple of offers that seemed to be reasonable. They lowered the price a couple of times to what my budget could handle. They didn't seem to be too high pressured, which normally makes me wanna run the other direction. We had nice communications. However, I would like them to quit sending me emails. They keep sending me emails almost every other day to sign up when I've already signed up with them. They also sent me an email last week that said they were gonna upcharge. When I called them and asked why they were sending me a deal for an upcharge, the rep said it was not for my account and not to worry about it.

Setting up the coverage with Endurance was pleasant. It was easy to communicate with their representatives. I am moderately satisfied with the coverage. It covers the big ticket items, electrical systems, the air conditioner, and heating. My first claim was a transmission. However, the second claim was something dealing with my husband's engine. There were a lot of things going on with it. The mechanic recommended that the whole engine be replaced.
He had to take the engine apart to get to wherever he needed to get to. He said that there may be shaving that got in the engine. He let us know that if the engine isn't replaced, then once they make the repairs, my husband could be driving down the road and lose oil pressure in the oil lines from the engine shavings puncturing it. Endurance knew that and they refused to replace the engine on the principle that we did not tow the vehicle in because the check engine light was on. We didn't know we needed to tow it in. We didn't even know what was wrong with the vehicle to know that it needed to be towed. But because it wasn't towed in, they refused to replace the engine. I would tell others to look somewhere else because of this last experience that we had with Endurance.

I got an extended warranty about a year ago. They denied my claim, I cancelled the warranty and they have not issued a refund. I am about to go to my credit card and start disputing. The CS treat you like you're dumb and don't know anything. It's not worth the hassle.

The representative I had with the initial setup was very knowledgeable in what Endurance had going on, and I was able to sign up within 15 minutes. The person I talked to was very personable and sufficient at what they were trying to do. The only problem I had was they told me they would mail me a paper copy of my contract, and they never did. However, they were able to email me a digital copy. Overall, Endurance made it very easy to sign up and get everything handled. There are no hiccups as long as you have your registration with you and you know the mileage of your vehicle. The price is also very nice for what is covered on the vehicle.

The reps explained things well, but I am a little bit disappointed with what I got compared to what I thought I was getting. When I looked at the policy, the one that was sold to me does not cover ball joints and to me, that would be an item that would be covered on the most any of Endurance's plans, even the more basic plans. One thing they could do is text people or send them on the cell phone a brief summary to look at while they're talking about it. 'Cause some people see things better and some people are better to hear things told to them. It's best to have both, to see and hear at the same time. Other than that, the sign-up process was easy 'cause I have a charge card and that's all it takes.

Everything has been good with Endurance. However, there was an engine gasket leak in my car and they were saying they were not going to cover the seals alone. It was a little bit weird. There was one more issue with my car - the rear AC blower motor was making a noise. They were saying they were not going to cover that one because that one was not under contract. They said, “We can cover the front blower motor, but not the rear ones.” But I got end-to-end coverage of my car. But there was a sensor issue with the AC and they covered that part. If I get another vehicle, I will definitely buy an Endurance warranty again.

I recently had a problem, and I brought it into the dealer, and they took care of it. It was under warranty. It turned out it was not the catalytic converter but just looking at that for example, if that had been the catalytic converter, I would've been screwed. Endurance doesn't cover that as far as I know.

I had a good experience signing up with Endurance. But the person signing up the clients could be a little bit more clear about the one month waiting period because that caused some problems on my end. When I took my car in, the policy didn't go into place. Endurance denied my claim and I didn't know why. Before they denied my claim, they had an inspector come out. But the inspector couldn't hear the noise that was reported, and that the mechanics at the dealership found were wrong, they denied the claim for that as well.

My 2005 Scion is covered with Endurance. I'm only a customer now for one month and I've had no claims but as far as the sign up policy, description of the program, and what it covers and so forth, if I'm planning to keep the car for a while longer, I thought it sort of makes it like having a new car without having to buy a new car. I did receive some discount for signing up. It was $300 off.

I got a 2011 Prius and it's covered with Endurance Auto Warranty. But they don't cover those expensive batteries in all the hybrid cars. So, if I find another company that will cover that, I will switch. But I liked the sweet little gal I talked to. She was very polite.

The sign-up process was misleading. I was charged a $20 fee that I didn't know I was being charged until I got my credit card statement. I was never able to get back to that representative and it was never remedied. The people were like, "That's the one-time activation." I said, "It'd had been fine if she had told me about it, but she didn't."

They wanted me to get something that was long-term. I got a six-year plan. I wanted to pay this thing off in one shot but the Endurance rep said, "No. You should do it for at least a year." I said, "Fine." It was $450 a month. She went over the coverages. But the one thing she did not go over was that they wouldn't pay any more than the retail value of the vehicle or the damages, whichever is less. Then when I got my contract, it said it'll be the less of the value of the car, which is in the vicinity of $50,000 and or $10,000, whichever is less.
That made me go, “I'm paying over $5,000 for $10,000 of coverage?” I called the company. The rep said, “Unfortunately, that's what it is.” I said, "What would you advise? Should I just drop it?" He said, "What I would do is since it doesn't cost anything to extend the payments out, I would go for three years. It's still gonna cost over $5,000, but it will go for three years. That way there you might have something that happens relatively quickly.”
I was still debating about dropping it. I didn't. After talking with my brother, he was looking at his contract and he said he has $50,000. So I called them back. I said, "I'd like to increase that amount of the maximum amount." They said, "You have to stop this, lose all the money that you paid and start a new one with a new waiting period.”

I tried Endurance and when I tried to get my car serviced, they wouldn't pay for the repairs because there was a discrepancy in the mileage. I asked, "Well, how would I know if there was a discrepancy in the mileage if no one called to tell me?" They said, "We don't know anything until you take it to the dealer and they give us the mileage." So, I was in a policy that I couldn't use. I had spent my money and they had to rewrite another policy. I had to start all over again which was crazy and unprofessional. The second rep was good but I'm really leery about Endurance at this point. I had to pay $3,000 to get my car repaired and that defeated the purpose of me having this warranty. It's like I lost the money both ways and they are not gonna reimburse me the $3,000 that I spent.

My experience with Endurance has been horrible thus far. It was a lot of bad faith on their part. They were very shady. There was a claim but they wouldn't take care of it due to some technicality that they were not very clear about in the very beginning. They shouldn't do business like that.

This is unbelievably bad. I had a gasket blow out under my water pump. Completely lost all fluids in my engine. But, too bad we don't cover gaskets after I asked for coverage. Over 2000 dollars and I'm paying every cent out of my pocket. If this was human insurance I could have hemorrhaged out and died and they would say too bad don't cover that. 1200 dollar into this garbage and glad I'm leaving this only that loss. I had a 5600 warrant for 5 years. No way in hell will I keep this company. They will do anything to get out of a warranty. I'm glad that I didn't pay the full 5600 dollars and they had this issue. What disgusting people..They take and not give anything back. I truly believe that these 5 star are bots and all these websites promoting Endurance is probably a fraud...PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS WARRANTY. I'M A 100 PERCENT DISABLED VETERAN, 5 COMBAT TOURS AND I DON'T LIE..THANKS..BUYER BEWARE.

The rep treated me like I was a long time family. She took care of everything I needed and was very helpful and polite. She explained all the details and answered any question I had. Multiple times, she asked me if I had any more questions and I said, "No. Not right now." She said, "Just call us back if you have any problems or questions." She did really well, and I regret that I didn't ask her name.
I like the payment plan. It's comparable to most of the other policies. In fact, a little less than a few of them were up over 150 a month. I like the idea of a five-year policy and only paying on it two and a half. That'll be nice two and a half years from now. I don't think I'll keep this car forever. I would really like to upgrade it to something a little bigger. That's why I also like that I can transfer Endurance to my new vehicle. Some of the other ones didn't want to have any of that.

I would have preferred if the rep started light, from the bottom to the middle then to the top option, and let me choose. But he came through the door saying, "You can get the Diamond plan." He said that it covers 100% of repairs and shop time. The way he sounded, it hit, but he didn’t touch on the bases. Also, don't tell me to give my money to a third party then they tack on the charge. I don't want to deal with pay link. Why do I gotta give my money to somebody if I could give it to Endurance?

I wanted to go with something that, if I have a problem with my vehicle, I won't have to wait days and days to get covered which was my issue with my previous provider. When I originally called Endurance around the end of October last year, the lady that I spoke to was very nice. She explained how everything is in-house versus having a third party with my previous provider. I was very much intrigued to consider fully taking it on, which I did. The purchase went great. The rep enjoyed the conversation with me ‘cause he said I sounded like one of his famous people. He gave me the best of the best coverage option, and I was pleased with that. All I had to do was pay $20 plus the $145 to get started. My first payment came out this month.

I liked that they had their own people and not some of the salesperson who sold it to me for that company. Signing up with them was very, very smooth. I talked to them three or four times because I had different questions. The sales rep was very no pressure. He gave me the number and direct line and I called him and it was great. It was on the fourth call that I decided to sign up with them. It was done in 10 minutes and it was simple. They took care of everything on their part. It couldn't have been a better experience.

They did in fact pay for my repairs but luckily I have an extra vehicle. 1 day after dropping my truck off for repairs, they called Endurance for approval of repairs. Several day go by and the 3rd party inspector finally showed up. Several more day go by and the repairs are approved by Endurance. Repairs were made, the shop held my truck 3 weeks waiting on Endurance to pay. The whole process took 44 days. If you don't mind waiting an excess amount of time. Then this is a company for you. Now I understand why I had such a hard time finding a shop to take their warranty.

When I had Endurance before, it was all right. They did what they were supposed to do. I could go to a direct dealership with Endurance. I joined back with them last month. I told Endurance to take out my payment on the 3rd, but they still took it out of my check on the 1st. When they get there and take the payment before my check, that's another $35 that I got to pay.

If I lose the air conditioning system on my 2015 Ford Mustang, it might cost me $4,000 to fix it, which is insane. I wanted some protection and for $104 a month, the Endurance warranty was a pretty good deal. Their sign up process was simple, fast, and very easy to understand. I filled out a paper, faxed it, and sent it in. Then I registered my account with my credit card so that I'll be able to have the payment drawn out each month and I wouldn't have to worry about paying or missing a payment.

I have a lot of electronic things in my vehicle and I want to make sure that if anything such as power steering or the braking system has an issue, it will be covered. I spoke with a rep and I was getting ready to brush them off. But he said something else and got my attention. He also worked with me as far as the payment. At the time I was involved in doing something else. He was willing to call me back. He didn't tell me, "Well, you only got today then that's it." He said, "Give me a call back” when I was done with what I was doing. I was able to call him back and I liked what I heard. The plan I picked covers everything. I'm glad the service is there just in case.

My first claim went smoothly with no problem but with my next claim, I spent months trying to get something out of them. I spent a lot of money going through their procedure - on faxes and answering the same question over and over with different people. They wouldn't answer the questions that I asked and they were rude and dismissing. We're talking about a $6,000 to $7,000 repair so I can understand they didn't want to do it, but that wasn't the deal.
All kinds of things came up in little clauses in the contract. I wasn't made aware of them when I purchased this. I bought the policy for $4,500 and the salesman told me it was their very best contract. I offered to pay it all in one lump but he said there's no benefit to that. I made payments until it was paid off for two and a quarter years.
Finally, they said they denied my transmission replacement or repair because I didn't maintain the vehicle well enough. I took my truck out of the dealership. And this is after paying the diagnosis fee and a week of car rental. I went to another shop that was cheaper and I paid $5,000 cash to fix the transmission. I didn't feel right about this and I read the contract. I'm going to go through their dispute process, which is all laid out but it didn't make sense. I called them and I said I have questions about the dispute process. The representative got all flustered and said someone superior would call me. Someone did and he said he was gonna try to get me my money back. I would rather have the the GM official transmission at the dealership, but I had already bought the lesser one.
I went through another couple of months of supplying documents and a lot of the same thing over and over. Finally, they sent me a check, but not for the amount that I paid. It was a lesser amount and they said it's what they would have paid the shop to do it. I came out okay and I haven't lost money, but it did not at all work like I want to. I will never ever do it again with any company.

Setting up my service with Endurance was a good experience. But I just had a claim that I tried to put in and they couldn't cover it because of mileage issues. When Endurance did their CARFAX check, the mileage that was on there was put in incorrectly by the dealership. It was the same company that I went to get my car fixed at. Endurance wanted the company to send in the paperwork but there’s no way they could do that. So, I expected Endurance to call them and try to verify that information but they were not having that.

My recent claim was about my GPS and door locks going out, and it went okay. It seemed like Endurance covered everything, but I was not positive until someone popped up and said I have a bill based off what they said I did. My copay was a bit more than what I was told it was going to be. For some reason, the dealership said they couldn't get it to come out to what my copay was supposed to be, which was weird. However, what I didn't like was there was more things that were wrong other than that and the dealership told me that my warranty was refusing to do all of the repairs of the things that were my concern. It was simple things. I had two tire sensors that went out, and they said they weren't gonna do that. They were only gonna do specific things.
I got Endurance's max plan and it cost me three grand. I'm paying for a monthly, and I still have a $100 copay on top of that. I'm trying to figure out why Endurance didn't honor the policy, but I haven't had the time to do that. Another thing is that Endurance offers AAA, and I had to call them, then they had to give me a number to call somebody else. I was on the side of the road, and I was on hold for a good 30 minutes to an hour. Nobody got on the phone, so that was horrible. I ended up having to call somebody else to help me even though Endurance offers that service. Would I recommend the warranty to anyone else? If you have the free time, sure, but for anyone as busy as me, to have to keep up with all of it, I wouldn't recommend it at all. Plus, they tried to rush me into signing a policy with them. That was a bad experience too.

I'm having a problem trying to sign in to my account. I talked to somebody earlier in the week. I said I was gonna do it this weekend. When I called, they had my email, my account is good, but I have not been able to log on to my phone. They told me what to do. I uninstalled the app. She told me to go back, sign up when I go back to log in, log in like I'm new. I did all of that and it still didn't come out right. Other than that, everything has been good with Endurance.

I signed up over the phone with their salesperson. He gave me all the information and answered all my questions. He wasn't pushy at all. I asked about paying cash up front and I got a discount. It was totally worth it. Also, there's a guarantee that at any time, if I decide I'm not happy with them, I can cancel and they would prorate my refund back to me, depending on how many months into it I am. It's also transferable, which is great. If I sell the car, the policy could go along with it. It's an added value.

My car started knocking and the lifters were going out. So, I let Endurance know what was going on and took my car to the shop. Endurance sent out an inspector and that person inspected it, and they approved the work for it. The car is still in the shop now but the work is done. Endurance did their part. They finalized it and took care of it. People should go with Endurance. They treated me good and I didn't have any bad experience setting that up.

I signed up for the policy and Endurance charged me $5,500 for the full policy for the full length. Then, they had their cancellation of 5% at 30 days and 10% if it's after that. I took my car to the shop and I had to get it repaired for the alternator. Endurance approved the work and while the car was there, the Mercedes people said that my radiator was leaking. They put a pressure test on it.
So I called up Endurance and they said that they weren't going to pay for it because their policy only goes up to the NVA value of the car. They classified the NVA value at $1,000, so that means anything over $1,000, they're not repairing. In the end, I had to pay for the radiator and they must have paid for the alternator which was $1,000. But I'm going to cancel the policy and they're going to probably charge me that 10%. With that, they're still making an extra $500 or more off the policy on top of what I paid them. I would never use them again and I got a lot of people on Facebook who I'm going to warn about them. There's nothing wrong if they say you're only covered up for this amount. But to charge 600% more on the policy than what you're willing to pay on the claim is totally unfair. Of course, you signed the agreement, so it's well within writing, but they didn't explain that.

I called Endurance and CarShield and decided to go with Endurance. From past experience with other cars over the last 20 to 25 years, I wanted to make sure that the transmission and engine were covered because I've had problems over the years with those two items. I also wanted to know that the electronics are covered, if the sensors go or if there's a problem with the air conditioning. Just about everything that's not maintenance. I haven't had to use the policy, but it has been in effect a little over a month. I'm over the 30 days and 1,000 miles. Overall, I would recommend Endurance. Would I like their prices to be less? Yes. However, the price is reasonable. I'm a gambler, so it's a reasonable gamble.

The car that I got a warranty for is an older model Mercedes, and it's in excellent condition. I liked how the agent explained to me that they always look for original parts first before trying to get anything aftermarket. The agent was knowledgeable of their product and was very detailed. She explained everything fast and quick, and any questions I had, she was able to answer right away. I like that. I would tell people Endurance is better than the other ones out there. I researched the other ones as well, but I like Endurance much better.

I got an email on Endurance and I responded to it. I called the phone number and I talked to a guy. He was really nice. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I talked to him for probably an hour. My rep was very knowledgeable and calm. It was low key and there was no pressure. He explained the program. I had a bunch of questions and he answered them. I told him I would think about it. I still had one or two questions and he was able to answer those. I went ahead with the program that day.
Because I knew what I wanted, what I was looking for, and what it should cost, they gave me a pretty good deal. It wasn't the best deal out there but it was the best for the different services that I got. I ended up getting the complete bumper-to-bumper, which is $130 a month and it's 36 months. It’s the lifetime of the car. Even if I get rid of the car, it will go on another car for five years. Endurance was a good choice.
I have a used car with 14,000 miles on it. The warranty on it expired and I wanted something in case there was something major. Endurance made more sense to me to have that peace of mind and they have a very reasonable copay. I can do a $100 to $150 copay and they're going to take care of my car. If there are any questions or if anything happens and I end up having to spend more money, they will come back and reimburse me. I liked that. The rep put it in the contract.
Give Endurance a call. It's not for everybody. But if you have an older car that you want to take care of and you don't want to have to buy a new car anytime soon, it's a great program because it's the lifetime of that car. Once you pay for it, it's a pretty good output. But when you pay for that and you have that car for 10 years, it's gonna more than pay for itself.

The young gentleman I talked to was very professional and polite. He told me all about the full package I got. Since my truck is not 20 years old, but the mileage on it is over 230,000, I can't get the regular package for a newer car that has less mileage. But I got a similar package. If something happens, my deductible is $100. I can take it to the nearest Chevy dealer for any major repairs like motor, transmission, front and rear end, and free towing and car rental while my vehicle is down. On top of that, I’m a veteran so I got a military discount and the elderly discount. I have the payment being deducted automatically so I don't have to worry about it not getting paid on time. They sent me all the information I needed by email. It was very easy to follow their instructions in it and within that next pay period, there was a deduction for the first month out. I’m very satisfied with them.

We bought a vehicle and the warranty that was offered by the dealership was subpar. We shopped around online and I spoke to a couple of friends of mine. They said Endurance was really good. I inquired online and a gentleman called me. He was really good. I sent the gentleman some information online and the signup was really fast. What I was looking for was covered by Endurance. Endurance was one of those I called that had exactly what we needed. The rep talked about what the warranty covered and what it didn't. Then they told me that it covered what I was talking about. But when I got the policy, it didn't. So, I called them back and talked to a manager. The manager told me that the better policy has what I wanted and I said that I wanna know why I didn't get what I asked for. He didn't have much to say and didn't know that this policy covered that. So far, I haven't received my updated policy or my card from Endurance.

Signing up with Endurance was a little frustrating in the beginning. I called and inquired, and they started to explain some of the process and the costs and the services that they offer. But when I had some questions, they weren't really very well prepared to answer them. I had asked after I signed up if I can possibly get something in the email before the policy is effective, like a simple contract verifying what I get for my money. They said, “Yeah, not a problem. It's not going to be an official contract ‘cause you haven't paid yet. But it'll be something like a sample.” I said that was fine. They said, “Okay, we’ll send it to you in a couple of hours.” A couple of days went by but I still never received anything.
I followed up with Endurance again and spoke with a different representative. They said, “Oh, no, we don't do anything like that. You don't get anything until after it's paid for and processed. And that explains everything.” I said, “Well, that's not really right. Because now, I'm paying for something that I really don't have anything in writing what I'm getting.” But ultimately, they did send me something after some time. Another thing is that they send a lot of solicitation emails. Even though I already signed up with them, I'm still getting solicitation emails as if to encourage me to sign up with them. I don't understand how that works. The system should recognize my email address as being a customer. I’m already paying for this. It's annoying and a little weird.

The signup process with Endurance was pretty easy and simple. Their rep explained everything. It was very informative and it was needed because I didn't have any more warranties on my car. So, I thought it was good and something that was needed. When he gave me a price, it was something that I felt I could afford. Also, I was in the car on my way to go shopping. The rep had to talk really quickly and get to the point for me. So, there was no beating around the bush.

I've had Endurance for a long time and things have changed. Even the establishment that service my vehicle didn't understand. They said that Endurance used to cover the work that they had to do on my vehicle and that I needed to call them. So, I called them then I found out I was at the low end of the extended warranty and that they didn't cover the minimal things that they used to cover. So, I decided to upgrade my policy. The warranty is very costly but still, there's a whole lot of stuff that they don't cover anymore. Then, I got the bill to pay at the service garage and I still got a monthly bill that I have to pay Endurance for three years. So, when this contract ends, I'm not going to go with them anymore.

We're fixing to cancel Endurance. Our transmission went out and they denied the claim because of the length of the term that the policy was open. My wife specifically asked the salesman if it covered preexisting conditions, and he ensured that it did. But according to where we got yesterday, they said it did not. That conversation went south yesterday with the head of claims. He was saying he was gonna pull the recorded line phone call. But he never would pull it and play it while we were on the phone. He said he could only do that for himself. He told us that we could hear it. But we would have to call our cellphone provider and get a copy of that recording ourselves. He wouldn't play it back for us to hear. We dropped the call then they tried to call us back. We tried to call the salesman three or four times. He won't ever return the phone call. That showed another flag up for me.

Over a year ago I purchased an Endurance Warranty policy for my 2002 VW Beetle. I had a long talk with the Endurance agent and went over several scenarios and would they be covered. He assured me that they would be as long as my maintenance was kept up. Skip forward to August of last year when my car air conditioning went out and my transmission seemed to be slipping. I took it to the dealer who knows the car. He told me that the transmission needed to be replaced and that I probably needed a compressor the air conditioning. He submitted it to Endurance. Both were turned down.
I called Endurance and was transferred to the ‘claims department’ where I explained to her the situation. She said that my policy only covered certain parts of the transmission and air conditioning and I needed to read my policy. (The policy lists a bunch of parts but I don’t know one from the other.) I also informed her that no one ‘repairs’ transmissions anymore. They replace them (it is much cheaper). I spoke in a very calm but firm voice. She then told me she wasn’t going to continue to talk to me if I spoke to her in that tone (again I don’t use bad language or even that loud) and she hung up on me.
I called back and got a supervisor and she said the same thing about my policy. And to have the shop resubmit it. I told them and no word back till this month!!! They said it was rejected again. I called and got customer service and told them that no one rebuilds the transmission. They replace it as it is about half the price. She gave me an adjuster's name for the shop to talk to and reevaluate it. They sent someone out to see the car and the transmission was approved… up to $2500 my “limit”(!?) I called Endurance back and they said my policy had that limit for repair (something the salesperson forgot to tell me). I said that doesn’t make sense… when my policy is paid up I will have given more than $2500 into it, how is that a savings to me? And they advertise that transmissions cost more than that which is why to purchase the warranty.
She said all she could do was “upgrade” my policy… but it wouldn’t cover this issue or cancel my policy and get “some of my money back” (amount yet to be told). So I’m out a car and money I spent on the warranty. I went with Endurance as it was rated the best. They are legally right as my policy stated so, but it isn’t anything I was told when purchasing it (remember is gave this exact scenario to the salesperson and he gave me a policy to cover that). Also their commercials show ‘no out of pocket’ outside the $100 deductible.

I just take my car to the Chevy dealer and they take it from there when I submit a claim to Endurance. They did quite a few things and while the vehicle was being repaired, they approved a rental. I was gonna get one but my car was ready so I never got it. The vehicle is working great now. Endurance didn’t give me any problems and they did what they were supposed to do. They were on top of things. I would tell people about it.

We had a claim for a motor mount, and the process was no problem to us because Endurance dealt directly with Mini Cooper in St. Louis. In fact, Endurance doesn't take a call from us about repairs. The dealership has to call them. Endurance doesn't want the secondhand information, because if they're talking to me, I can read the information off a piece of paper and I haven't got a clue. If Endurance is talking to the dealership, they can get precise information, so I don't blame them for that.
The dealership took care of everything, and the repair was done to the motor mount, but there was something in the transmission that they said wasn't covered. It's a sensor that tells the car that it's in park, and we haven't gotten it fixed yet. The light’s on, but it's not hurting the car. It's not an emergency fix. However, something like that down in the transmission should have been covered. Also, when I was talking to the people that were selling the auto warranty to me, I was specific about sensors, and I was led to believe that any sensor would be covered. Other than that, Endurance took care of everything else just like they said.

The representative from Endurance did well. The only problem was she gave me a number to call her back. I wanted to talk to my wife first. She gave me a personal number where I could reach her, and I couldn't hear. So, somebody else answered the phone and I said, "No, she had given me a quote, I'm not dealing with nobody else." A day or two later, the rep called me back and we sealed the deal. I appreciate the way she got me a down payment that wasn't that bad. I wanted the 100,000 miles instead of the 60,000 miles, and that's what I did.

I have five vehicles. Four of them are for business and one of them is my ride. I have all five warranties with Endurance because it's a cost effective way to go. I already know what I'm going to spend on auto repairs for the year and no matter what happens to the whole fleet of five cars, I have a fixed cost every month. The signup process was also wonderful and painless, and I tell everybody about Endurance. I haven't had to use the warranties but if I do, I know that everything will be well taken care of. If the guys get into a jam, they can usually change a tire. But a couple months ago, we had a problem with a tire and we couldn't break the lug nuts off. We went up and down on a four-way tire iron and we couldn't get the nuts to move. So in a situation like that, we were in a jam. But in the future, we can just call the road service and it's their problem.

I had a water pump claim, and Endurance told me that since they didn't authorize the repair, they weren't going to cover it. So, I took it back to the shop to see what the shop could do about getting the billing taken care of. I went to pick up the car from the shop, drove it a mile down the road, and it overheated on me again. I took it back to the shop, then they told me it was the head gasket. So the head gasket went in, and now Endurance is supposed to be coming out to evaluate the situation. In the meantime, I'm on foot. They're not covering a rental car for me. I'm not very impressed with them right now.
I talked to them this morning, and they said that they were waiting to hear back from the shop and that their estimator had tried to contact the shop last Tuesday and hadn't heard back from them. So now, this is a week later, I've still got nothing and I'm still on foot. I'm talking to the shop and the shop is supposed to be talking to them. When the shop says they haven't heard anything from them, then I call them and they say, they called them last week and didn't hear back from them. Then, I have to turn into the middleman again. Why would I carry warranty insurance like this if it's not working for me? I wish that I got a little more cooperation from them.

I called one and they were happy to take me in. After that, it was between them and Endurance. They dealt with Endurance before and they had no problems. I needed some work done on the brakes. I used my policy with Endurance and went through my dealership. I was without my car for a day and since the service, it seems to be running fine. Endurance was easy to do business with. They were also great to sign up with. When I called the different companies, everybody else was very high pressure and wanted me to buy a warranty immediately. But the guy that I spoke to at Endurance was super laid back. He said I didn't have to make a decision right then and sent me a copy of the warranty so I could read over everything. He told me to take my time and if I had any questions, call him back. He was the complete opposite of what everybody else was and even though Endurance required more money than some of the others I talked to, I still went with them.

I purchased the Endurance warranty for peace of mind as I have an older vehicle. The transmission which is a covered item, issues arose and was denied a repair because they tell me the mileage was not correct. Sent several documents to clear up the issue. Paid 10 months on a policy that I was told is pretty much void because my mileage was wrong from what is on the Carfax. Hence after speaking with over 10 representatives and sending in the documentation and literally putting over 7000 miles on the car before using the warranty my peace of mind policy was denied. I would not suggest this company to anyone. Mind you I have another car with this same coverage.

My vehicle keeps having intermittent issues shutting off. I took my car to the dealership and it was determined that the high and low pressure fuel pumps needed to be replaced. The adjuster denied the claim. I called to find out why the claim was denied and was told it was because the vehicle failure didn't occur in the presence of the adjuster. I was advised to submit video proof of the vehicle failure. I sent videos to the dealership who sent to the adjuster. They again denied the claim saying that the issue had to be duplicated in their presence. Why would I be told to send in video proof? I cannot make the car shut off on demand and I cannot make the adjuster available immediately when it does shut off. After a while the car will reatart but it eventually puts me down again.
The parts are covered under my policy but because I can't make it fail on demand they are basically making me drive around in a vehicle that is guaranteed to put me down again but by the time I can get the car to the dealership and they have an opening to check the vehicle the issue temporarily sorts itself out. It just so happened that when I took the car to the dealership in December the vehicle failed in their parking lot but by the time the adjuster came the vehicle did not fail in their presence. I do plan to further escalate this issue, even if I have to seek legal counsel.

I'm not happy. I would have liked to know that my AC was refurbished instead of a brand new one. After my term is up, it's not gonna be covered if it breaks down because it's a refurbished part. Endurance is not gonna cover it because that warranty has expired. On top of that, I had to come out of pocket. It was more than just $100. It was between $800 and $1,000. When I was signing up, I was told that everything is covered. When my struts went out, I went to go get those serviced. Even my dealer was shocked. Struts are normally covered but Endurance said with the plan I have, it's not covered.

I looked at Endurance as well as CarShield. When I was asked for time to think about it, CarShield kept calling me five times a day, and that was very upsetting while I was trying to think about what's going on and what I wanted to do. I don't like being pestered that way. I had a bit of the same issue with Endurance at the same time, but it wasn't near as bad, so I went with the lesser of two evils.
Having an auto warranty, I don't have to cover high repairs when they happen. The last one was $1,500. Endurance tries and negotiates everything, and the dealership was a little frustrated, but I haven't seen any issues. They would’ve gotten a five if they just gave me a couple of days to look at what I was doing instead of calling me three times a day. Once a day, I understand, but three times a day is very frustrating. I don't answer 'cause I'm busy. I'm working.

Endurance has been able to deliver on a couple of occasions. I've filed claims which were both kinship to cooling system. The mechanic handled it and explained what it was about, called Endurance, and did whatever was required of the mechanic shop where I had the vehicle and Endurance approved it. I only had to be out of pocket for the deductible. Endurance saved me some money, and I didn't have to be out of pocket right then myself.

I filed a claim with Endurance early this month. The process was relatively simple. I took the vehicle to my local dealership that I typically go through for all of my maintenance needs. I gave them the information to contact Endurance. They got in touch then called me with how much I'd have to pay out of pocket. There was something not covered and I wanted reach out to see why that may have been. It ended up being a total of $500+. My deductible was $100 but I had to pay $400 for a part. Endurance was terrible. My transmission stopped and messed up, and they denied the claim because they said it was pre-existing. They said it was based on the data that they got from the shop. But I was there with the shop owner and the mechanics and they said, "No." They didn't give them any indication that that was it, they just said that it just went bad, as the fluid is gone, it got overheated, and the transmission is bad. The adjuster said, "Yeah, 100%, it needs another one." But Endurance is not gonna do it because they said, "Well, it was just such a short time after." They told me that it was already happening. But the shop said, "Well, there's no way to prove when it happened or when it started." To anybody that drives a Chevy truck, do not use Endurance for the warranty because they're gonna deny the claim when the transmission goes out.
Endurance told me what I should do to the shop, but they wouldn't recommend that they went and talked to the shop. The customer service lady said, "Well, they'd have to get with the adjuster." I said, "Well, but I can't talk to the adjuster." So the customer service rep people don't talk to any of the repair shops, and the repair shops only talk to the adjusters. But the adjusters don't talk to the clients, only the customer service people talk to them. So Endurance keeps us separated where nobody can all get on the same page to come up with a viable solution to be able to have the claim honored. I also called Endurance to get the roadside service. I started at it 8:30 in the morning. But I couldn't get a tow until almost 4:30 that day. They claimed it was just a problem with the phone system for the road hazard people. But they didn't do anything about it. They just told me to keep trying to call.

I heard that Endurance was a good company and that they were easy to deal with when you have claims. The signup went by easily. But during the only claim that I've had, it was a bit frustrating and troublesome. Endurance needed a lot of information in order to get the claim put through that I wish the person upfront would have told me to provide so I could have had it done instead of the vehicle sitting at the shop for an additional 2.5 weeks waiting on paperwork for her to show up for the oil changes.
Also, due to me not owning the vehicle long enough to perform three oil changes, that also threw up a bunch of red flags and hurdles we had to jump over, which made it even more difficult and time-consuming. It cost a lot of time and extra effort not knowing those things what Endurance needed upfront in order to get a claim pushed through, and a lot of frustration between the shop and myself from having to call each other back and forth every day to figure out what was going on. Endurance company needs to do something about that for people who don't own the vehicle long enough to perform those maintenance items.
I was supposed to get a rental vehicle for at least five days, which is in my contract, and I was told that the case supervisor would call me back and set that up. They never called back. They would never return my call even though I called them three times to ask them, "How do I go ahead and get this push through?" Eventually, the shop called me back and said that the vehicle was done. I didn't even know the work got approved. They ended up pulling the CARFAX because the previous owner had that documented, and they took his last two oil changes and mine that I did when I bought the vehicle.
I would recommend Endurance to others because they ended up covering the work and paid the shop there right, got everything taken care of. They did the communication back and forth between them and the shop, just the communication to me was lacking. I would just tell them upfront if the person who sold them the package didn't tell them, they need five or six things of documentation and make sure they have it before they buy the warranty. Otherwise, don't buy it.

I wasn't particularly happy with the claim I filed to Endurance. They had my car tied up for a week because there was a claim over a certain amount and they had to have the car inspected. I live about 30 miles west of Butte, Montana and I have a Subaru, and I had to take it to the Subaru dealership. So, we had to wait for them to send out an inspector to inspect the car. By 9 o'clock Monday morning, they knew about it, and the inspector didn't come out until Thursday. They didn't get my car back until late Friday afternoon. They paid the claim though. I just had to pay my $100 deductible.

Check out Endurance. I read what people say about a company. If anything was negative, they took care of the issue. They are the go-to warranty people outside your factory warranty. They are a great company to deal with. They offered more of the package where I could afford it. They had a better package overall than several of the other places. I contacted the dealership where I decided where I would have my pickup truck serviced at over in Virginia Beach, Virginia. They dealt with Endurance for several years, so they knew about the Endurance program and how they operate. That was another thing why I chose them.
I had an oil leak two months ago. I contacted Endurance to make sure that was a warranty item that could be covered by them, which it was. So, it was smooth. They told me what to do when I got to the dealership. When I made the appointment and checked in and the dealership pulled up my name, they saw that I was on Endurance. It was nice and smooth. And they took care of the warranty issue. They also paid half of the car rental that I had to get to get back home. When my pick-up was ready, Endurance already took care of the bill. I just took care of the deductible for the rental car myself. Everything went exactly as I expected.

When I called Endurance, their rep pretty much explained everything to me. She sent me the paperwork by email and I read over it. I told her that that was something that I wanted to proceed with, so I ended up keeping it and she signed me up on the same day. Recently, I took my truck to the shop because it began to give me a little jerk when I hit into the gas when I was trying to go. The guy told me that it is one of the trucks that you have transmission problems with and in the end, Endurance covered $3,400 of the repair cost. Then I had to pay the remainder out of my pocket.

Endurance Auto Warranty told me my car is only worth $1,500. That's the only thing they paid, to get my transmission fixed. But every mechanic I went to said that's not enough to fix the transmission. It's over $3,000 to get my transmission fixed. If my car is only worth $1,500, what am I paying every month for an extended warranty? They know the significance of how much a transmission cost. But they would give me less than double of what it cost to fix a transmission. So, I gotta come out of pocket with another $1,500 when I've been paying for the extended warranty. I was very disappointed. So, I don't want to keep the policy.

Endurance has been great. I used it because my radiator busted, and I was able to get it for just $100 deductible. The dealership went through the claim process because they also had my car there because the transmission went twice. That was covered underneath my warranty on the transmission. So, the dealership contacted Endurance, and they took care of all of it together.

I have two vehicles covered with Endurance. Endurance paid for the oil change and then $140 towards the brake repair of my Mercedes. I also have a Mini Cooper that I took in for an oil change and that was the first time I used my coverage. I didn't quite understand it at the moment at the time, but they paid for the oil change there too. It needed brakes and they paid for that also. I also got a rental car when the Mini Cooper was in the shop. I submitted my claim and I received reimbursement for $60.

I had Endurance long enough to pay it off, and I finally got to use it. It was great. My driveline was falling out of my Ford Edge. I took it to one of my favorite shops. I didn't have any problem at all. I was ecstatic. The claim process went right through. I didn't have to do anything. My mechanic took care of it all.

My experience was absolutely terrible from beginning to end. I was about a couple hours from home and I was driving on a tollway. Then the car all of a sudden started losing power. There was nothing on the dash. But because it wouldn't accelerate, I immediately started pulling over because I was not sure what was going on. As I sat there, the temperature gauge started climbing, so I turned off the car. Then it started smoking. First I called Progressive because I have full coverage. But my policy didn't have any towing service so I called Endurance. I was on the phone for a while waiting. It took about 45 minutes before I got a hold of somebody. Then they told me they'd start a claim for me and that they would send someone over within the hour. The tow company that picked up the claim called me an hour later saying that they were about 45 minutes away.
The tow guy didn't come till five o'clock. So I was out there for five hours. I was trying to get ahold of the claims people from Endurance. The wait time was for an hour and a half at best. I was just sitting there, waiting for the phone to go. I couldn't turn on my car to charge my phone because I didn't know what was going on. The longer it went, the more I panicked. I called the tow guy again and he said, “Yeah, man. Sorry but it’s a lot of traffic, but I'll be there.” But that was a bunch of ** because I'm from that part of the area that he was coming from so I knew how long it would take him from there. So I knew that he hadn’t started coming in my direction yet.
Luckily, the shop that I was going to take it to closed at 5:30. So I got there just in time before they closed to drop off my car. I was in contact with the shop. They told me that they couldn't get the car to turn back on at first, but they eventually got it on. They said the engine was damaged. But they couldn't tell what would cause the problem. So I told them to keep me in contact. I gave them the information for Endurance for the claim. They said that the engine and the radiator needed to be replaced. They told me that from what they could tell, something gave out in the engine and that caused the radiator to malfunction. Then the car started overheating.
When the mechanics called me and said that the claim had been denied, I called Endurance and all the people that I talked to were very rude. They seemed like they wanted to get me off the line. The lady hung up the phone on me at one point. I was trying to get more information because she was trying to tell me what had happened and why I wasn't covered. I told her, “I worked on cars before. That really doesn't make sense.”
It didn't seem like she knew enough about cars to be telling me that that was what was wrong with it. When she hung up the phone, I called back and tried to get ahold of a manager who told me that the reason that they denied the claim was because from the information the mechanic shop had given him, the car had been ran past a certain temperature for a long distance. I told him that was ridiculous. There was no way that happened because the car would start shutting down past a certain temperature anyways. When I lost power, it hadn't even started overheating yet. This is my first new car, so I've dealt with crappy cars in the past, and overheating is the first thing I look at to make sure everything's good. The car wasn't even running at the point that it started smoking.
I had to go get a loan to cover the payment of the car because the shop wanted 10 grand to fix it, and they weren't doing any kind of payment options. I was without a car for a month and a half. When I went to get it, I tried to get as much info from the mechanics. I told them, “This isn't what they told me at the claims. They didn't really correlate with what they were saying at the mechanic shop.” The mechanics tried to give me as much info from their end because they couldn't find the picture. They reached out to Endurance to see if they could get the picture sent to me, but they said that Endurance never got back to them. But they told me that when the guy came to check out the claim from Endurance, they showed him the information and that it was not what they had told me through Endurance.
The mechanic told me, “All of it looks in your favor, because when the car reached that temperature of overheating, it showed that there were zero miles per hour, which means that the car had already come to a complete stop when the computer picked up that it was overheating.” But Endurance was trying to say that it was through negligence with the car. It seemed like Endurance didn't want to cover the claim, which I get because it’s expensive. I didn't want to cover it either. But that's why I got a coverage. I'm currently still paying Endurance monthly payments on a coverage that isn't beneficial. They covered part of the radiator. But they weren't gonna cover the engine.

Endurance is a direct-related warranty company. They are all-in-one. You go straight to Endurance and they warranty your product. So, it cut out a salesman. Everything was very well explained. There was one small hiccup on mileage. But they worked around it and everything was fine. Endurance is an excellent warranty service. I would encourage anybody to get it.

I had a bad vibration in my truck. I stopped at the auto mechanic shop and I told them to check it out. They told me it was my U-joint in my drive shaft. I gave them the policy number, they called it, and the mechanic told Endruance what was wrong with it and gave my number. They said, "Okay, fix it," and the shop fixed it. I would like to have a booklet of what is covered on my truck instead of having to call in and find out what's covered. But Endurance helped me out good.

We got Endurance in 2019, and in 2022, I needed them for fixing my car. When I took my car in, they denied my claim. So I said, "Wait a minute. My car never been messed up or anything. I never had to call you all, and you already took this money. Every month, we paid you. And now when I need you in 2022, you deny my claim." They still denied it. They said the mileage was off by 200. I said, "Okay. I'm tired of talking to you. I'm through. I'm gonna let you talk to my husband. I'm gonna call Better Business Bureau because I think y'all did me wrong." The next day, somebody called me and said, "Hello, I'm with Endurance and I'm calling because I heard you all was going to file a claim." I said, "Yes, that's right. I am. Because I think you all did me wrong. What's the purpose having this insurance? And then when I need you all, you all deny my claim."
He said, "I'm gonna be handling your case and I'm gonna see what I can do. Give me till the end of the day. And I'll call you back the end of the day or tomorrow." So, he called back and he said, "I got good news and bad news. The bad news is we're not gonna fix your car. The good news is we're gonna give you back all the money that you paid, which was $2,040.85." He said they were gonna fax me some papers. Then I had to sign these papers back because these papers were gonna be releasing them from the claim on this car. He said, "And then, we're gonna send you out a check."

Endurance Auto Warranty understood that I was a repeat customer and a multi-vehicle customer and answered all my questions and took care of everything. I had a minor repair to my primary car wherein the mechanic told me everything went smoothly. Endurance was great about it. I gave them a copy of my contract. They took care of everything. I was very happy with that. I've already told multiple people about Endurance because they asked about, "How did it go? Was it difficult?" It wasn't.

Every time something would happen, I would get an old car. But I liked it because Endurance allowed me to transfer it to the new car that I got. This is the first time I've used them when my transmission went out on my vehicle. I like that and that they handled it. I wish I could pay extra to be able to get a rental in the process. I was able to use one of my parents' vehicles. But what if I didn't have that option? But it only took me a month to get my car back after it was all said and done. So, I appreciate the quick turnaround.

Everything is according to what was described. It's going very well. The local repair shop or dealer has to contact Endurance Auto Warranty for approval before commencing work. Once approved and released, they can perform the services as prescribed or recommended. Everything has been substantially covered.

Endurance's claim process was pretty seamless from my end but from the dealer’s end, they had a few complications. Apparently, the issue was a cracked engine. My engine was cracked prior to me buying it, and no one knew about it. So, as I was driving it, we discovered a leak in the coolant but they thought it was just a regular leak. I'm driving and driving and then one day, the engine cracked. I thought it was the transmission. It ended up being something worst, which was the engine. Everything took about two weeks. Then we got some traction after two weeks. Within a two-week period, they were looking for information and the dealer was trying to provide them with that much information.

The claim process with Endurance was easy. The only problem I had was when I was looking for a tow truck to tow my car from point A to point B, they told me that it would be an hour and a half before somebody got to me. The quality of service is fine. I was kind of bummed out because there were certain things that I had to pay for that I thought the warranty had covered. It had something to do with the seal being loose, and they said that it was due to me not keeping up with the maintenance of the vehicle. That's what they claimed. If I noticed that the seal was off or leaking, then that's me keeping up with the maintenance of the vehicle. I took it in, they saw that it was a seal that was leaking, and they were trying to fix it. If I wasn't maintaining the vehicle, then it would have been worse than that. It would have been past the seal just being leaking and it would have probably damaged a lot more stuff on the vehicle. So, that was something that I really didn't understand.
They claimed that they didn't cover it due to my lack of maintenance of the vehicle, but I've sent it to the same guys ever since I've had it. Whatever problems come up, the same mechanic always tells me the same problem or whatever problems happen to be arising with the vehicle. I just didn't have time to go back and forth with the person that I spoke to about the claim. It's just how it goes. When you're talking to people, they have rules and regulations that they go by. I had asked to speak to somebody that can approve it because they explained to me that they couldn't approve anything that they would have to go through a manager.
I was like, “Okay. So then how do I talk to them? Since you can't be the one that approves anything, how do I speak to them and understand the situation?” I felt like they were rude and I ain’t the type to sit here and have a confrontation over the phone with somebody. Besides that, everything else has gone smooth. I take my car to the mechanic. He phones Endurance and they send a different adjuster out or an appraiser to check what he's claiming is wrong with the vehicle, and it gets done from there.

I filed several claims to Endurance. The claim process was both good and bad. There are some things that I think should be covered, but they're not covered by the extended warranty. They have a specific criteria.
