The process was good until I had to go pick my truck up. They say you're gonna pay a $100 deductible, but I had to pay $270-some. The dealership said part of the diagnosis they did on my truck, my rear end was going bad and they had to take the cover off. They had to take pictures of the inside and send it to Endurance, which I didn't give them permission to do it. They said that the warranty people told them to go ahead and do it. But Endurance didn't cover it. I had to pay for it. I called Endurance and asked them what I had to pay for and they told me it had to be how they had written the receipt up. They said, "You can call them and tell them." I said, "I'm not doing all that. You should have called them, see what went on, and why I had to pay more money. It shouldn't be my responsibility to keep calling you back and forth." But it's better than paying for the whole thing so I still came out good.

I purchased a warranty agreement last year (2022). When they called to sell me the warranty, they questioned me about my job and I told them that I drove for Uber, and they then offered me a policy. I anticipated being protected from upcoming problems. I had an issue with my car this month, February 2023, and I took it to the mechanic. They informed me that the transmission had a problem. After I called Endurance warranty, they sent me the warranty documents through email. I made a call to the repair company and sent the warranty papers via email. When I called customer support two days after they started the claim, they informed me that the claim had been refused because it had been used for a business purpose. I clearly told them that I have been using my car for UBER for last 2years.

I called Endurance and talked to a representative, got a quote and then shopped around for a little bit. The representative that I talked to was very patient and helpful, and wasn't pushy with anything, so I appreciated that. After I signed up, I set up automatic payments. But I'm still waiting for the login to be changed because she put my wrong last name. It wouldn't let me log into the app so I had to call and talk to someone to try to get in there. I'm still waiting for all of that to be fixed. But other than that, everything is fine.

It took a terribly long time to get Endurance to contact the auto repair shop and it seemed like there was always something. I couldn't get the information I needed to the repair shop. My car was in the shop for three weeks before anything was ever done to it. I also asked, "Could I get a rental?" But they couldn't give me a rental until something was closed on the repair.
My engine had to be replaced and they said they would only pay 2,800-some dollars. I ended up having to pay over $3,000 myself and that was not what I was expecting. When I tried to call and leave a message, no one promptly returned my call. But I never had a problem hearing from them that they never received my payment and that I was a month behind. I wasn't pleased with them.

Endurance has a good policy. The first lady I talked to called when I asked her to call. But she passed it on because she would call during work hours and I have to work overtime. I got one price from her then I got a second price from the man I talked to. They were different prices, but I'm gonna try and work it out with them. I’m about to put my ex-wife’s car and my father's car on Endurance.

Endurance was cheaper, offered pretty much the same thing as another insurance company I had, and offered a little bit more. The price was right for me too. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and nice. She explained different things to me so I could understand. I'm pleased with Endurance and I would tell others to pull them up on the internet and search them very well.

Everything was pretty clear-cut about the sign-up. They asked for specific information and I provided it to them. So far, the experience has been really good. I dropped off the vehicle two days ago for repair and they're gonna be performing a diagnosis. They said it would take about three or four days and then from there, they would contact Endurance about a claim.

Signing up was easy breezy. The rep explained all the things to me and everything was fine. The only issue that I had was that I had a claim on a charge on my American Express card. It took place at 3:30 in the morning and American Express didn't recognize it. They denied it and called me to ask me if I made the charge. I never heard of the company before and they said it was one of those companies that had to do with car auto plans. I didn't make the charge but it must be Endurance so I told American Express that's what it was. I told them let the charge go through and they said Endurance would probably do it again. I called Endurance and they told me that it was their company that made the charge and everything was settled right away.

When I spoke to the reps at Endurance, I told them I would speak with my wife and call back. They gave me a number to give the person when I called back because I already had a file open. After I spoke it over with my wife, we decided to go that route instead of going with a new vehicle and called Endurance back. Everything went smoothly with them. We had a certain amount of days and a certain amount of mileage that had to be reached before we could use our warranty.
Recently, we took our vehicle to the shop where they had to replace the water pump. At first, I couldn't find any place to take our car to, so I reached out to Endurance and they pointed me in the right direction. They went off of places that they've already paid claims to and and they had a couple where the waiting list was too long. Then, they told me to check out this one place and I'm glad that I reached out to this one because their techs seemed to be the most knowledgeable about what was going on with the vehicle. And it was not as big of an operation as the other ones that I reached out to at first. Their customer service was better, too.
When I took the car to them, I showed them my policy number and their rep said he would be getting back with me. He called me back the next day, did a pressure test and verified it was the water pump. He reached out to Endurance and they said they were going to cover it. I just had to pay my deductible. I also paid a few extra dollars for some gaskets that weren't covered, which was very understandable. I dropped the vehicle off on Thursday and they called me yesterday to say that it was ready to go. That's not even a week. But everywhere else had a two or three-week waiting list just to look at the car. So, I'm very pleased.

I had a good experience signing up with Endurance. They gave me a quote and I told them I was gonna think about it because I wanted to make sure of the final price that CarShield was gonna give me. I told the guy to give me 30 minutes. Endurance gave me a way better price with a way better package. And I noticed that they close later than CarShield. If Endurance is already closed and I needed them, I can only imagine if my car was to break down and I had a question and I can't even reach anybody. Both of the representatives were very knowledgeable about the plans and knew what they were talking about. I asked a lot of questions, because when I first got the plan, it had a lot of big words to it. I never had to hear them tell me to hold on and that they would connect me to someone else. It was always, “Yes. This is connected to it. This is part of it.” And they would reiterate it.
No matter how many times I kept asking them, literally, the same question in different words, they would say it is covered. And it got so bad to the point that I hung up and then, I called back. I asked if I called to check to see if something was covered and they said it was covered as well. And they went back over it and went into the details of it. You get everything in a packet but over the phone, they tell you the main components. So, sometimes you don't really know the little components that goes into the main components. They were able to break down that down. So, that way, I understand it better before I even received the booklet through my email.

The original sign up process, when I talked to a guy on the phone, seemed painless and straightforward. Endurance was a lot more efficient when it came to responding to me, but since signing up with them, I can't say the same. I paid them and they were supposed to send me a confirmation email. They didn't send it. I called in and sat on hold for about 40 minutes. They said, “Oh, our systems are down. We'll send it.” They never sent it. I called back a second time a couple days later, and it took over an hour for me to get them to send me an email with a confirmation number just showing that I paid. I'm not very satisfied, and I'm hoping, if I ever have to use it, it's not like that. Also, they took a couple months out when they're only supposed to take one month out for an automatic payment.

The rep did the best he could and I have no complaints there. He got me to trust Endurance, and he helped me out on the little things and helped me decide what I wanted. He was positive, explained everything and told me things I didn't realize on the parts. On Endurance, the parts are brand new when they replace them. On the other hand, with Carshield, the parts are refurbished. I didn't know that. The sign-up process was good, and I was very satisfied. The only problem I had was when I went through the finance company that takes care of the money, once I gave them the debit card number, my debit card got hacked. I had to go through some things with my company to cancel some purchases that were on it, and I had to get a new card after that. Other than that, the payments are coming out every month, and I got no worries. I'm covered.

The process was straightforward. The cost was a little more than I thought it would be, but the rep found a cheaper one due to my age. I'm fairly satisfied. The only thing is I don't like having to sign up for the second party on how I'm gonna pay.

Updated on 03/07/2023: I want to redact my initial review of this company. Stay far, far away from this company. I was told by two separate agents of Endurance what would, and what wouldn't be covered on my car as well as the contract to back up what they said and my understanding. When it was time to get my car repaired all of a sudden those parts are not covered, even though it states these exact parts are covered by the contract, for instance, my CV axle is broken. Ripped a hole in the boot throwing grease, this is supposed covered in the contract, Endurance says that no cause the boot got torn.... Hold on. That's how these things fail. If it was together it wouldn't be broken. I'm not a mechanic and I know that.
The Mechanic they approved wanted to run an additional test, Endurance told the mechanic not to run any additional tests, even though the contract states additional tests are covered under the plan I purchased. When I called in to dispute this, multiple agents gave me an attitude and yelled at me then hang up. I can't believe the amount of disrespect, the blatant lies and the way they treat you after you purchased their scam warranty that they say covers everything but doesn't cover anything when you need it. Stay FAR FAR away from this company.
Original Review: I went on Endurance's website and submitted an inquiry that I was interested. Somebody called me, and I spoke to them for 20 minutes. I told them that I was in the process of deciding which extended warranty would be better for me. I called a couple of other places and Endurance had the best rates. I called them three days later and we set up a policy. There were no hassles. I'm satisfied with Endurance.

Endurance seems to do the right thing for their customers. However, I was confused about one thing. I had called back and spoke with a manager. I had signed it was 80,000 miles or six years, whatever came first. He boosted it up to 100,000 or six years. They had a special where if you get into an accident and the car is totaled, they automatically give you $1,000, and there was a road hazard for the tires. I had asked him, "What if I'm driving, hit a pothole, or get a nail in the side wall and they can't plug it?" He said, "That's covered. Also, if you go for new tires and they deem that the treads are too worn and you need new tires, they would cover that 150." I had called and told a rep, "I had this conversation with your manager a couple of weeks ago." She said, "No, that's wrong. It is only for if you have a hazard." I don't know who's telling me the right thing and who isn't. I couldn't get the answer to my question.

I had a claim that had to do something with the engine. They covered part of it, but wouldn't cover something else that was necessary. It still ended up being a $700 repair for us. I've had a couple of other claims that were also fully denied that I felt were wrongly denied. There are a lot of fine print about exclusions. I understand that gaskets aren't covered, but the other parts that got ruined because of the gasket, Endurance wouldn't cover. The cost is reasonable if it covered what I thought it would cover. And sometimes they have and it's been good. I felt good about it as a whole. Endurance has helped buffer some of the surprise costs. Had the car had fewer problems, then I definitely would have probably been a little bit like, “I paid too much for this.” But it's had a lot of issues and enough of them have been covered to make it at least break even or come close.

When I signed up with Endurance, they gave me all the information I needed to ensure me that they were legitimate. It was nice. When I had my ignition go out on my truck, I took it down to the Dodge house, and they said they had no problems fixing it. So they fixed it, and it didn't cost me anything but my deductible.

The touchscreen in the car was delaminating. So I'd be driving down the road, and it would change radio stations and turn my heat on and off or turn the air on. It was doing all sorts of wild things. I went into the dealership, dropped it off and gave them my number for Endurance, and they submitted all the paperwork. Then there was also a ticking noise, which was the exhaust manifold, but that wasn't covered by the warranty, so I had to pay for that. Endurance was very, very, very easy to work with.

So far, my Endurance has not been very good. It's been a struggle. I had to really fight to get a claim. It wasn't the most pleasant experience. They had an error with the person that initially did my stuff. I did it online and it was the correct mileage. Then I had my car stowed up over there at the auto body shop for two weeks over a 100-mile discrepancy that they did. They wouldn't call me. After me calling them every single day and getting transferred around, I finally won the deal. After two weeks, they said, “You're right, it was a mistake on our end. We'll cover the AutoZone price of the radiator and you can have the rest.” I also had a claim. Hose busted, but it was a hardline. We fought over that, too. I said, “It's not a hose, it's a hard pressure line.” At the end of the day, they denied that claim.

I've had three claims with Endurance so far. They paid almost everything on the first two claims. But with the third one, they didn't pay as much as I expected, and I was a little disappointed in that. But it's been worth the money to have it because it's definitely saved me money. I like that I didn't have to do anything. Anybody that I have spoken to from Endurance has been as nice and helpful as they could be. They seemed to be very knowledgeable. It's been a good experience.

I had a good experience when I had a claim. I was thinking I was gonna have to pay one amount, but it was a little bit more. But it was better than me having to pay in full. They paid 95% of it. They were also there to help.

They've never sent me information on the warranty. I called about that one day and they said they'd send me more but I never got it. I'm gonna cancel whatever warranty I have and I'm not gonna pay them for anything. They better contact me and give me some paper work. They should tell me what they cover and if they don't I'll be cancelling really quickly.

It was a pretty pricey package that I got from Endurance, but I needed to protect my vehicle. I've got a limited edition 2007 Hummer with only 58,000 miles and if something was to happen to it, it would cost me quite a bit of money if I had to do it out of pocket. Endurance had great customer service and I felt really comfortable with the whole process. Everybody was so nice and everything is done in-house through them. There's no third party, which was good to know.

Getting in touch with somebody was pretty easy during sign-up and I was not on hold for too long. I got a plan that covers the whole car instead of me going out of pocket for most of the parts. The rep explained everything correctly. He was good.

I saw some comment somewhere that Endurance had the best program so went with them. They originally wanted $134 for every payment. I then got these notices that I qualified for a discount. It was changed to under $100. My coverage looked pretty complete. That was what I was after because I had an experience with my previous vehicle that had transmission problems. I couldn't afford to get that fixed. I figured that this time around, I should get some sort of a warranty for my used vehicle. My experience has been okay so far.

Endurance told me they covered more stuff but I’m finding out that they didn’t. They told me that they cover my heat, my air conditioning and blower motor. My blower motor went out on my car and I had the car towed to the shop. Endurance told me I get $40 towards rent a car. I called them this morning and I only get $30. You can’t rent a car for $30. I was lied to because I didn't get any paperwork in the mail like they said I would.
I took my car in today. They're looking at it today. So that's Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Monday, they're supposed to get an okay from Endurance or not an okay from Endurance. So that's four days right there. Even if I find a car for $30 a day, I can't afford to pay $150 for a car out of my pocket and wait for a check from them for a month. I want my car to be covered under basic warranty and electrical parts. My oil changes, transmission changes, tires and basic stuff like that are covered. I understand that. But when my blower motor, alternator and air conditioner goes out, those should be covered under a warranty.

When I spoke to a rep from Endurance, I compared what it would be to have a second vehicle put on, and their rates, in general, were cheaper. Also, they were very convincing as far as telling me the coverage and what was covered. Between CarShield and Endurance, Endurance offers a better coverage at a better rate. So far, so good.

My experience with them has been seamless. If something's wrong with the car, I just take it in and there are never any questions. I show my information for my coverage with Endurance and get paid for it. However, I'm disappointed that they did everything digitally recently. It took me all day long to figure out a way to even print out a crappy little piece of paper that I had to show that I've got coverage. Before, they would send out a plastic, like a credit card size that had the information. But not anymore.

The rep was very helpful. I told him that I was very low income. So, they dropped the signup fee and the monthly payments. However, I haven't got any paperwork. I don't have access to a computer and they said that I could download the contract.

The initial process was okay. But I did not like the fact that I have to purchase before I see what Endurance's package is. I would have liked to have seen everything up front prior to making a decision, and having to cancel if I did not like it. Also, the plan is expensive to me. They made it seem like over the phone, that I was getting top-of-the-line thing. But when I got it, it wasn't that one. So, I had to call back and speak to someone about the package that I got.
I've talked to someone to try to lower the plan after I signed up and saw what I had. I thought that I was getting the one that covered the repairs. I specifically asked the rep about spark plugs. Because what made me purchase it was even though it was expensive, if I never have to do any maintenance to my car again, it's worth it. She explained it to me. I was also told that in order to get the elite package, that I had to commit that day or it would be a charge for it. And that was part of the commitment thing, then I could cancel, if once I reviewed it, if everything wasn't what I thought it would be.
My car is a Hyundai Genesis, so my oil changes are high. Everything on the car is higher. So, this maintenance plan is not the top tier maintenance plan that I thought I was getting. I ended up adding that. But it costed more. They ended up getting more money than I was originally paying. Because there was so much stuff that wasn't covered that I would've hated to have a warranty and get to the dealership and something wasn't covered. So, I paid for a bumper-to-bumper, which is expensive.

I've had Endurance for two years and I just re-upped and started another contract with them. I had one claim and it was a bearing in the rear of my car. However, I'm paying $100 a month for the coverage. I felt like it was a little silly, especially when it didn't cost that much to start with. Also, I was a little upset because now, they just sent me an email. I like to have things on hand. But I'm happy with them or I wouldn't be back. The rep I worked with was also informative. She gave me good information and was very pleasant to talk to.

I did a claim for a repair of a differential. Initially, the reason Endurance denied me was totally bogus because the damage can't happen to the differential because the drive shaft run out. The drive shaft was vibrating and it damaged my differential. Endurance denied me because they said I didn't change my fluid. I didn't agree with that at all. I service my differential, and they were saying something totally different. So with that being said, I'm just moving forward. I don't have time to go back and forth. I was aware of servicing my vehicle, I have a very lengthy service record, and I didn't know that Endurance looked for things to deny a claim. So that put a bad taste in my mouth.
The vibration was still going on with my vehicle. I took it right back to the repair shop, and then Endurance's inspector came out. He went inside of my vehicle and saw some straps that I have in my vehicle from a move that I did for my mother-in-law. In order to see those straps, you would have to actually look for them. He reported that and so the lady told me, "Are you using this for a commercial?" I told her, "No, I don't." From that point, it went downhill. I knew then that denial was being sought, and that was exactly what happened.
I spoke with a representative who said that, "Well, we fixed this for you." Technically, the claim that was repaired previously was pretty much the money that I put into Endurance. But he still said, "Yeah, but we fixed it." The claim was $1,000. But when it came to a bigger claim, that was when Endurance sought to deny me. It was very poor service.

When I had a claim with Endurance, it was terrible. It was really hard to get a rental car through them and then their process took forever. On an engine rebuild, it took them seven and a half months. They can't give you a timeline for that getting done. All they'll tell you is, “We review them as they come in, so we don't know where you're at in line.” This last time, it took me seven days to get it approved before I was able to get into a rental car. Then they pay for the rental for just five days.
They also don't let the shop pick the part. They order the part, and then their guys take forever to get a part. You can't even pay extra to get it expedited. Then another frustrating part with these guys is if you have a part that they bought from whatever place, through their vendor, Endurance won't warranty it, you have to go through the vendor. They could also definitely be friendlier. When you call, you'll wait on hold on the phone for at least 30 minutes before you get to talk to someone, and then they're gonna put you on another hold because it's the wrong department, and then you're gonna sit on the phone for another 30 minutes.

When I signed up with Endurance, they told me about the 30-day period that I have to be on the contract before they will do any modifications. But they never mentioned that 1,000-mile mark, which frustrated me because my car is not my daily driver. It hardly gets driven on the weekends. I paid Endurance $2,500 or so before I even hit that 1,000-mile mark. But about three months in to being with Endurance, I ran into an issue with a wheel hub on the front right hub on my car, was messed up and needed to be replaced. We took it to the shop and the shop contacted Endurance and let them know.
Endurance replied, "No." They asked us to send the mileage and we did and they said, "You haven't hit the 1,000-mile mark yet." The shop replied, "Okay. So do you want me to just drive it down the street?" Because we were 15 miles off from being at that 1,000-mile mark. But, Endurance said, no, they weren't going to allow that. On top of that, they were going to take note and never help us with that wheel hub in the future because they already noted that we needed help with it before that 1,000-mile mark. But when we had a claim with my oil pan, it all went perfectly normal.

Despite having the Diamond level policy, I have now been asked not to bring my Porsche to 3 different shops in Houston because they no longer want to deal with Endurance warranties. Endurance consistently refuses to pay market level labor charges, so I have to pay the difference. Endurance refuses to use proper parts and insists on sending their own parts which are not OEM and probably not up to proper standard - latest example being that I need a starter motor, Porsche OEM cost is about $900, but Endurance will only cover $150 of that because they have a Chinese made part they will send to the shop to use and has no warranty.
Endurance subcontracts these warranties to 3rd parties, in this case Smart Auto Care, who dictate the rules, and they have very little to do with what the Endurance sales person told you that you were signing up for. Both Endurance and Smart Auto are operating a fraudulent business and refuse to make good or reimburse me on my issues. I get the runaround and tossed to 20 people so that I will give up. DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY ON IT.

I was really happy with their sales guy. The guy was very nice and thorough when I signed up with them. However, I had to use the service on my husband's car and I ended up having to replace the engine. They only gave me $3,500 for an engine that cost $8,000, which I was not happy with.

My friend bought a used vehicle with no warranty and got the Endurance warranty. I did the same thing as I ended up getting a used vehicle that did not have a warranty. The service was excellent and I will really refer Endurance. I had some hardship recently, so I had to return the vehicle for repossession because I couldn't afford it. I called to cancel my policy.

Signing up with them was an easy and simple process. I just called somebody and they did it. When I used the warranty, I just had to pay the deductible and then the shipping to get the transmission here. But I didn't like was the dealership had a brand-new transmission there. Instead of doing that, they put in a rebuilt one. But the transmission is fine. It shifts like it should. Also, the dealership had to wait for the Endurance rep to come out. It was close to Christmas and everybody was off then and it took about four days to get out there. Then there was another month to get the transmission. But it's not Endurance's fault because they had to get it from somewhere. The main thing is they covered it and fixed it and I only had to pay my deductible and I didn't have a hard time.

When my wife had a transmission problem, we took the car in the shop and they couldn't just buy a part because it's a stick transmission. They had to take the clutch assembly apart. I was happy that Endurance covered the better part of half of the transmission, which was $2,500. Then we covered the other $2,500 for the add-ons.

The first time I filed a claim with Endurance, it did not work well. They took six weeks. I was not at all happy with them. I would have liked to have been notified what exactly was going on. In this case, I was blindsided. Only the repair facility and Endurance were talking to each other, and they would not involve me anywhere. I would call but they would not tell me anything. They would not forward me what was the claim for and how much was it.
The issue also was with the repair facility. They were a little rude. I wanted to go to a different facility, but my car was stuck there. They would not release it. They did not do anything for more than a month. Finally, they told me it was fixed. I went and picked up the car, but it was still making noise. I asked about it and they said they were the shock absorbers and sway bar links. They could have included them in the same claim, but they did not. I had to go to a different facility to get that repair done. When I went to the second repair facility to get my shock absorbers and sway bar links done, that repair facility got it sorted out with Endurance and they got it done on the same day.

When I signed up with them, it was easy. They helped me and guided me through the plans that they had depending on the type of vehicle I had and the warranty I was looking for. Their coverage was also very reasonable for the monthly pricing that they had. I've had one claim with them. It wasn't pretty hard. I just took the vehicle to the dealership, the dealership contacted them and pretty much handled the rest. The dealer would just contact me if they needed anything.

With Endurance, I like that you have to pay for three years and you're done. I also liked their ratings on the internet and the cost. I had one service where they took care of stuff for me. It was pretty good. I wish they'd cover the stuff that I thought they would cover, but you gotta look at the fine print, so I did. I started looking at the engine problem, but they didn't cover it. It was an oil leak around the front of the engine. Also, I had a PCV valve that went bad and had to replace that, and they didn't cover that. Other than that, I had some things covered. I was happy with that.

The locking mechanism of the car wasn't working. I called Endurance to verify that it was gonna be covered, and then when I got it fixed, the dealership called them. The claims process was great. It was fast. But my dealership has expressed to me that they are frustrated when they have to call Endurance because it takes forever. But when I call Endurance, I get in quickly.

I took Endurance as my extended company as my warranty was running out. After three years with them making payments, I started to have trouble with my truck. A month ago, my transmission went. It took a couple of weeks, but they repaired it. Two weeks after that, I was driving on the highway, on 95 express lane, and my water pump went. I did not have a shoulder to be safe on the express lane. So, until I had a shoulder, I pulled over. The truck shut off while I was pulling over.
I got towed to the dealership and they changed the water pump. And they said there shouldn't be any other problems. But there was. For two days, the car continued leaking fluids. I took it back to the dealership and they took the engine apart to see why it's leaking fluids. But before that, their adjuster and the mechanic all came to the same conclusion. It's warped headers from the water pump failure. But Endurance didn't like that conclusion. They asked for the engine to be taken apart to see exactly where the failure was. That cost $1,700.
The failure was exactly what the Schumacher said. It's warped headers and there is a fracture inside the engine block. So, they recommended an engine switch. And Endurance told me, "I'm sorry, we can't give you this. We're denying your claim" because the engine overheated. The water pump failure caused the engine overheating. And I understand because the engine overheated when the water pump failed. Now, I'm putting in a new engine myself.
We tried to talk to a supervisor who said the same thing, "We're denying the claim because of engine overheating." We explained, "Three days before, you fixed the water pump. That's why the water pump failed." They fixed the water pump, and two days later, we found out there were a lot more issues than just the water pump. After they fixed the water pump, the car was leaking fluids for two days. So, I brought it back to the dealer and there was more investigation why that happened. They found out that it was warped headers inside the engine block. That process lasted about four weeks. Run the opposite way if you ever think of insuring your car with Endurance. They will take your money, and at the end of the day, they will leave you paying for your repairs.

The way that Endurance stipulated what they covered was a misrepresentation because I got ripped off by them bad. When I asked them information about it, they said they would give it to me for $160. I said I couldn’t afford that. They gave a lower price and I said I couldn’t do that either. Then, they kept saying that I would still get the same coverage. That was strange because they are trying to charge me so much and nothing changes. So, I took the lower amount. Around $100 a month is about close to what I could do because I just purchased a vehicle. I've always had older vehicles and this one was12 years newer and I got a good deal on it. I paid cash for it and I didn't wanna lose my shirt on it, so I figured I'd just do that and I did.
When I had a claim, all of a sudden, Endurance couldn’t cover it. They told me they could only give me what the dealership would offer me for a trade-in, which was very little. And I was stuck holding the bill. All Endurance would say is that they cover everything and it's still covered. I was dumb enough to fall for that. They didn't tell you the most important thing that everything is still covered, it's just a lesser amount.

The person who did my first policy with Endurance was very upfront with me. I knew he wouldn't try to get me to get coverage just because or try to get me to do something that wasn't beneficial to me. I've enjoyed having Endurance and there hasn't been any issue with any of the facilities that I use when it comes to contacting them. And when I call, I don't hold forever. One time, I had a person with a really nasty attitude. I asked him if he was sure that he called the right place because I haven't encountered that and he said they called the number I gave them. But outside of that one time, I haven't had any issues with anything.
Recently, the media player in my Lexus was acting so crazy and I couldn't do anything. My phone didn't want to stay connected and it kept telling me I was talking but I wasn't even on the phone. I spoke to Endurance that day and the guy wasn't supposed to come for three days or so and he came out the next day. Then, it was a day or two after that when the issue was fixed and I didn't have to do anything additional at all. The guy who did my media player at the Lexus dealership said that they were surprised at my coverage and asked me why I have my warranty. I then gave him the phone number and before I left, he was on the phone with Endurance getting a plan for his wife. When I went back in for the work to get done, he said his wife was all covered and she just got to wait 1,000 miles or a certain amount of days and coverage starts.
Every time I talk about Endurance, I'd be so excited. I've been protected for two years and I like the perks that comes with the policy. Endurance does a battery replacement, and discount off the tires, oil changes, wiper blades, and brakes. And I had no idea at all. I paid for all that stuff out of pocket myself. I only found that out because the Toyota dealership was doing the claim for the battery cables. So, the battery post had to be replaced and the battery needed to be replaced. I didn't know they put in a claim for both. So, I only paid a portion of the battery.

I had to do a claim for my radio and it went through real good. All I had to pay was $100 deductible. They took care of everything.

I had a claim but I still came out of pocket $1,200 because Endurance didn't cover it. They covered the ball joints but not the rest of what was needed. That was a waste. I told customer service what happened and the only thing he did was give me a month free. Other than that, my experience with them was good. That's the first time I've ever had a problem with Endurance.

I've used it once and it was pretty hassle-free. I had an issue with the head gasket. The dealership handled everything and Endurance covered everything. We do a lot of traveling with our vehicle and it's nice to know if we drive 1,500 miles, we can get coverage.

I had old cars, which they cover, and they cover the AC units, engines, and transmissions. When the AC unit failed, they fixed it. They had given me an Endurance card that I gave to the mechanic when I took the car to him. They didn't give me a rental but it was just a week, so I was good.

The price of Endurance's coverage is really nice. I like the list of what they're covering. I started getting issues with the transmission. So, I had to do a claim. I have a chance to pick my own mechanic. I just went to the mechanic, asked if he's accepting Endurance, and he said, "Yeah we do." I was asking him if I need to do a claim or something. He said, "No, we're gonna call for you to speak with Endurance." So, they did everything. I gave them the contract number and the phone number. I'm glad that I chose Endurace. Everything works perfectly for the customer service and how they're responding really quickly.

I looked at their program and they offered one of the best programs out there, but I did not realize that they had exclusions to their policy. I bought the highest program which was an end-to-end warranty for the electrical and mechanical, but they have a whole bunch of exclusions for engine parts that are cracked. If an emission valve goes out, they don't cover that, but that's essential. Otherwise, you'll be out of compliance. So, I have to pay for that. But I've had a good experience with them in the past. But with this most recent experience with Endurance, it was horrible.
They cover our maintenance costs. They said the brakes were covered. I never thought they were not gonna pay for rotors. Then they don't call you for three days. They don't return calls to the repair shop and you're gonna have to run after them and you're sitting and waiting for your car. It took us more than 10 days for them to get to the shop to look at the vehicle. They are horrible. This policy is the worst. Their customer service is just ridiculous.

Endurance was really great in the whole claims process. The transmission went out in my car and there were a couple of things that my policy did not cover, but they paid quite a bit out. They ended up paying $5,500 just on my transmission, then they paid two different tow bills with that one claim, which were expensive. The amount they paid out for just one claim is more than I'm going to end up paying them because I'm on a three-year payment plan with them and it covers it up to 189,000 miles. So they went above and beyond. But there's always a $100 deductible, so I had to pay that and I had to pay for some hoses that weren't covered under my policy.
Sometimes you hear a lot of bad things about third party warranties, but I've been nothing but pleased with Endurance. They have worked with me and they've been understanding. They also have coverage for a rental car for up to five days for a claim, though I did not do that while I was waiting for my car to get fixed because I had my son's vehicle that I was able to utilize during the time. Then, it took about a month or so for me to get my car back but it wasn't Endurance's fault as it was because of the part not being available and the place having to wait on the fixing up. If I did not have Endurance, I don't know what I would have done and I would like other people to know that they're out there and they have different levels for whatever suits your needs.

At one point, I had a lot of runaround about getting a vehicle fixed and having the inspector to come out and look at it. But other than that, it went well and everything was done in a timely manner. But when the mechanics fixed my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado truck, the engine light came on and I'm still having problems with that engine light coming off and on on my truck. I explained to them when they supposedly gave Endurance a quote of whatever it was going to take to fix that truck, that that covers everything. And I have taken this thing back and forth to these people to get it fixed. They're telling me it's going to cost me out of my pocket an additional $600 to put some wires on it and I told them that was not what I asked them. I asked them to fix the truck. Charging $600 out of pocket is also not right and I’m not going to pay that.

The first time I had a claim, it went okay, but the second time was not very good, because it took the adjuster four days to get there. Also, the coverage is good, but Endurance should cover more. They preached, "We're gonna fix everything," but every time I go to my dealership, I still wind up coming up with money out of pocket. My heating coil went and somebody at the dealership I took it to told them he didn't know whether it was clogged or just broken. It's not working anymore, and it might be clogged, but they couldn't tell.
Endurance said, "Oh, no, we don't cover clogs." They refused to pay for it, so I wound up paying $1,200 out of pocket. I wasn't too happy about that. They covered one part, but wouldn't cover the other one, and it didn't make sense to me. Endurance should have paid for it. It's part of my car, and it's broken. Endurance is saying one thing, then doing another. I started to look for other people who will cover more stuff for around about the same price.

Setting up the warranty went smoothly. However, Endurance left out parts of how it works, like if it's over a certain amount to get your truck fixed, they have to send someone out to take a look at it and they can decide to use a rebuilt part instead of what the mechanics says. I have a 2015 dodge ram, and my rear end went. I brought it to my mechanic that always works on my truck. It's a reputable place in Houston, so it's not a backyard mechanic. They recommended that I get a brand new rear end, so down the road I don't have issues.
Endurance strongarmed me into getting a rebuilt one. If I don't get that one, then I will have to come out of pocket of almost five grand to get my car fixed. In the long run of everything, if they were just totally honest on certain things, then as someone who's buying it, people have a better understanding on the warranty and they're not blindsided or taken advantage of when they're paying each month. At this point, I'm happy I got Endurance because I couldn't afford a couple of grand out of pocket. How they do things is sketchy though.

Endurance was one of the first companies I found that offered me all the services that I needed at a price that I thought was affordable. I've had two different claims. One was part of the smaller end. The lower benefit is they give you a $50 credit towards any oil change that you get up to three a year. I do have a technician at a service station near me who I know personally, and I brought the vehicle over to him to have the oil changed. He said that it took a little while for them to get the payment back from Endurance. I don't know the details about it but as far as I'm concerned, everything went through just fine and I didn't have any issues. The benefit for me worked as it was intended.
The other one was the recent one about the transmission. So far, everything has gone well. The only thing that I thought would have been weird was that instead of just replacing the transmission with a new one or one found aftermarket, they insisted that they get a rebuilt transmission. The fact that the rebuilt transmission comes with a three-year warranty guarantees me a little bit of safety. The technician that I usually bring my vehicles to said that they don't do transmissions, so I did have to bring it to another shop but that shop didn't have any issues at all working with Endurance.
From the time my car was brought in, the inspector was there to view it within three days. Those three days also included the shop’s assessment time, so it includes how long it took them to look at the vehicle and assess what they thought was wrong, place the claim, and invite the inspector out. So, I thought that was pretty timely in a good way. The actual repair took some time to get the rebuilt transmission, but once the transmission was there, the shop was able to do it in days.

Endurance doesn't quite work. They take your premium, but they don't wanna pay a claim out if you have one. The rear end went out on my truck when we were traveling and it's listed as coverage but they're coming up with all kinds of excuses. It's gonna go to litigation is what we're gonna do.

I would take the vehicle to the facility and they would reach out to Endurance, let them know that the vehicle is there. Endurance would provide the facility with guidance on what is required to diagnose the vehicle. And they would schedule with that technician to come out to validate that the service is needed by sending someone out on site to see what is the breakdown. They would submit the claim back internally and seek the approval with Endurance. Everything went well. I'm very satisfied. Go out and get an Endurance policy as needed.

When I wanted to make a claim, the repair location couldn't determine what the root cause was. I tried to get Endurance to give me a rental car while I wait on that. But the lady I spoke with wasn't courteous and just flat out said, “We're not gonna do anything until we have a claim.” I don't know if it's because that’s their process or that’s just her.

The gentleman that I spoke to was very accommodating and answered all my questions thoroughly. One thing that I was really interested in and very happy to hear was that not only is Endurance a vendor of my dealer, but they highly recommended that I take my vehicle back to the dealer I bought it from to get any kind of repairs. I was very much in favor of that. I've had to file three claims so far and they were very easy. The first two was my air conditioner needed to be repaired and it was done seamlessly.
The last one was my transmission had an issue. It was my torque converter and I went through a little bit of a struggle with that. The dealer was expecting for that particular piece to be repaired fully and Endurance was kind of pushing back on that with regards to understanding the details. When the adjuster came out, Endurance had mentioned that they didn't see enough evidence to warrant a complete replacement. We went back and forth a couple of times and the dealer finally convinced Endurance that the repairs that they had suggested were warranted.
It took a little bit longer than what I wanted and for the amount of time that my vehicle stayed in the shop, I thought the rental car situation that I was in was a little bit unfair. I found myself having to spend much more money than what I anticipated. I went well outside my five-day loaner that Endurance offered and then I had to start coming out of pocket to maintain the loaner vehicle. That was a little bit disheartening.
If Endurance is not necessarily agreeing with the determination of the dealer and there is a rental car involved, I would hope that Endurance would cover those charges, given the fact that I would have had my vehicle back had Endurance gone with the dealer. But they did fix it full and the repair seems to last, so we're at a good place now. Besides the issue with the loaner car, every time that I've needed to make a claim, it’s been covered and I'm very satisfied with my service.

There have been a couple of hiccups that I wasn't expecting. When my AC went out, they said it was the low-pressure hose and even though the AC and all the major parts on the AC system are covered, the hoses weren't and I didn't know that. But that was my fault. I didn't read the contract enough to realize that. Then, Endurance replaced the compressor and so far, so good.
But I was part of some Pro Club and one of the things was they would replace my key fob. My second key fob got lost and when they fixed my compressor, they tried to put in a claim for that key fob. But they said that my time in that Pro Club had expired. I just signed up for it, so it couldn't have expired. They said that I would have to call in and figure it out but I just left it alone. Also, that pro service was a different company that did it with Endurance. When I tried to talk to Endurance about it, they gave me another number to call. They could consolidate so I can only speak to one person instead of having it compartmentalized.

I had the most amazing experience with Endurance ever. It was so helpful. They were very responsive. They saved me thousands of dollars on my vehicle. I bought a new vehicle yesterday, and so I switched over my policy to my husband's car. That's how much we love it. We don't want to do without it. As far as the transfer process, the wait time was long, but working with the representative was fairly quick.

I have filed two claims since I've had Endurance. They were drawn out. The dealership that I took my car to would tell me that they had to call Endurance. Then when they called Endurance, Endurance required them to do several steps of stuff. It took 14 days at a time. I spoke to the reps at Endurance and they told me to get in contact with the dealership where I dropped my car. With the first claim that I did, I took it in because my alternator was failing. What I was told was to continue to drive the vehicle. So then when the alternator finally went out, I was on the side of the road and I called them. It took 14 days to get my vehicle back. I ended up having to replace batteries that got torn up, too. I feel like they could have better time management. I wouldn't recommend people to Endurance.

I didn't get everything I wanted in the contract negotiation with Endurance but they were willing to make some concessions, so we came to an agreement. We met in the middle. The first time I did a claim with the Corvette, it was smooth and I had no problems. The second time, I was happy because they paid to replace a very expensive transmission, but I was frustrated by some of the languages of the contract. My tech at the dealership where I took my truck to get fixed said the thermostat was broken and needed to be replaced. Endurance refused to replace the part because they said it didn't meet their definition of failure according to the language of my contract.
The lady I talked to on the phone was rude about it. I kept trying to argue with her, “If the tech says it’s broken, then it's broken.” But she was saying, “If it's stuck, then it's not broken.” I said, “How can you say it's not broken? Because the entire job of the thermostat is to open and close. So if it's stuck, obviously it's not working.” She kept repeating the same language over and over. Eventually, I picked up on the fact that she was legally obligated not to admit that there could be any room for interpretation in the contract. She was trying to drop a hint to me suddenly that I needed to change the wording. So I got the service writer to change the wording of the part, and then they fixed it. But that was annoying because I had to bring the car back a week later to have that fixed.

When I submitted a claim, the process was very simple as far as notifying Endurance. The issue was my transmission failed and it took almost seven weeks to get it back. The day it failed, I had it towed to the dealer, then Endurance had to come out. The dealership diagnosed the problem the next day, but it took Endurance over a week just to get out there to say, “You're right. The transmission’s bad.” Then it was another two weeks before they approved the repair. Once it was approved, they had to go through the process of finding a used transmission. The problem was they didn't want to buy me a new transmission. They wanted to find me a rebuilt transmission.
They offered five days of rental car, but they know well that it was gonna take over a month because they had to go and find the part, then they had to ship the part. Before that would even start, it was a two-week delay of approval process. All their commercials said, “Your car breaks down, you get it fixed. Don't worry about it.” That is baloney. There's nothing even close to that. But they fixed my car and it runs great. But shame on them for taking seven weeks.

My transmission started to go and I was able to choose the repair shop where I wanted to bring my car to. But it was dependent more so on the shop and their willingness to work with outside warranty companies. So, the local GM dealership would not work with Endurance and I had a couple of local facilities that wouldn't. But I did found one local facility that would work with them. Then, I called Endurance and initially, it took a lot of doing on my part to get them moving. I had a rental car for almost five weeks and they only reimbursed $250 for four days. So, I had to get pretty firm and aggressive with them. But eventually, we got approval and the transmission was replaced. Some of the delay was because of waiting for the transmission to come in. We couldn't rebuild it, so they ended up getting their hands on a rebuilt one.
After I got the transmission replaced, I noticed there was still a winding, grinding sound and I had to take my car back to the shop within a week. It turned out that my front differential also went out. On the second time around, everything happened much faster and I was happy with their approach. And I knew everybody to copy on the emails, so that helped with moving things along. But their responsiveness over email and timeliness when they have an adjuster come out to look at the vehicle could be better. If I hadn't followed up, I had no idea when they would have moved on my claim.

When the place where we took our car told Endurance what was wrong, and there were two things, the guy came out to look at it and he claimed he could fix one thing and it would be okay. So he went on and fixed that one, then we had to wait for him to come back out and okay the second thing. So we ended up leaving the car in there longer just because he had to make two trips out when he could have just gone on and fixed the two things in the first place. Other than that, the service has been good and we're not going to leave Endurance.

I just got a new transmission for my car, so I'm happy about that. What they didn't tell me was that the use of a loaner car is for five days instead of from the day that you put the car in the shop. I had to pay for the other two days, and I didn't appreciate that.

I had some work done on my car and Endurance took care what they could take care of. I got an oil change, some brake work, and a radiator flush. Endurance contributed a little bit of each thing. On my daughter's car, she also has Endurance. They paid to have an engine put in her car. For almost four months, my daughter didn't have her car. It was a fight back and forth. The dealership said it wasn't their fault. Endurance said it wasn't their fault. It was not something they should cover. But they finally agreed with the dealership to go ahead and pay for the whole thing.

I had to take my car to the shop. The air conditioner stopped working and the mechanic found that there was something wrong with the axle. The air conditioner came to 12 something and the axle was $900 or $,1000. Endurance told me that when it's time to do maintenance on the vehicle, they will have everything covered. Come to find out they will only pay up to 1,200. My car had some miles on it and went to 1,200. In the end, I let the shop fix the AC, I did the co-pay, and then I canceled on Endurance. I'm not a fool to pay 32 more months when they are not gonna pay anything if something happens.
I wasn't satisfied. Endurance didn't explain it all and they were rude when I tried to tell them what was going on. When I was trying to get my car fixed, I had to keep calling and it was the same guy. He acted like he was mad he had to work. He told me that was something I was supposed to know and that was something I should be looking up. I told him, "Well, first of all, there's something that you should say clearly, because y'all calling me to be a customer," instead of saying, "Oh, yeah, we'll do this up to this and we'll fix it out."
I was gonna get them again because they had called me back and said they would do the same price. But that's crazy. I had the extended warranty for about three months and I was paying 100 and some change. It came up to almost 3,800. I was gonna do the warranty for the whole 30 something months. I didn't mind paying it. If something break down, help me out on paying into fixing it. But for them to tell me, "We're not paying nothing else, that you just gotta keep it up for the next 30 something months." I was like, "No, I'm good." If my car breaks down, I'd rather just go on my bank account and get the money.

I bought a vehicle that I didn't know anything about. After a month and a half, the transmission went out and they replaced it. The claim process was fine. There was a slight issue with a mileage discrepancy but that was taken care of. It’s $200 versus $4,500.

I have the silver tier. I got everything up to 80,000 miles, and the signup process went smooth. I was just shocked that I had to put 1,000 miles on the car before the warranty would kick in. I had the car for four years and I don't think I've done 1,000 miles. Most people drive more than 1,000 miles because they work every day. I'm retired, and I live in New York City, so the only time I use my car is when I'm outside of the city.

I had some work done on my car like when my window was broken as well as my air conditioner. I had to pay out of pocket sometimes. I have something now that's $1,100 and they said it's not covered. What's the use of having the services if I still have to come out of my pocket with $600? Also, a lot of stores don't take Endurance. I have a Nissan and the dealer won't take it because it's too many problems when they have to call and wait for Endurance to answer the phone. They didn't want to go through all that. Other than that, they've been pretty good. I wish they covered more stuff but other than that, I haven't had any problems with them.

We've made two claims. One was for a leak in the radiator. That claim was denied because said rust and corrosion caused the leak. That's not what happened as the leak caused rust and corrosion. So we had to take care of the radiator replacement. Then our engine messed up. We sent the vehicle to the repair shop and they kept wanting another test and then a lot of stuff was breaking down. They ended up wanting a lot more work done on the engine and Endurance only covered part of it.
The only thing they've really done is paid for the oil change they said they would pay for. Plus, they didn't even cover the whole oil change because we did the high mileage one and we still had to pay part of that. Whenever we sent in the car, we were without a car for five months with all the excess tests that they wanted to have done. The most they would do for a rental is five days at $30 a day. I haven't even bothered to ask for that $150 back because we spent almost $2000 in car rentals. In hindsight, I would have never signed up with Endurance if I had known all this beforehand.

I walked into the Chevy dealer where they had to do the hydroboost on the brake system. They took care of dealing with Endurance and as far as I know, everything was good. That bill there was enough to take care of about half what I paid out to the insurance.

I liked the things that Endurance was saying they could do for me and with my car. I got a second car now on there, and it's telling me that I have to have at least 30 days and 1,000 miles, and I thought that was kind of unusual. It was different with the other vehicle. on the first car, I had a gas leak and a strut and they fixed that right a way. The only thing I paid was the $100 deductible. So far, it was good until I got the second car.

Endurance has been good for the most part. I don't have to worry about having a huge bill. We had claims and they paid them out. The last claim was a transfer case that needed to be replaced. The shop took care of communicating with Endurance. It took a little while, but it got done. And Endurance paid for what they were supposed to. But on another car, I had a transmission issue and they denied my claim. They said that I had to have better records of having changed the transmission fluid.

I had a claim to Endurance and they ended up paying out, but it was such a headache. I'm gonna see it to the end of the contract, but I'll never use them again. I got the extended warranty. I figured $3,000 for a warranty over a six-year period of time is cheaper than paying for a new engine. Getting signed up was easy. Endurance has a deal where you get your oil changes and one brake thing done. So, that was the kicker for me. If I'm getting all the oil changes paid for and I get one brake pad job included in the thing, it really wasn't costing me all that much more over a six-year period of time. The only thing is they were trying to not pay out the claim at every turn. I had to keep giving them documentation that I did oil changes on the car. I gave them documentation two or three times. Then they weren't gonna pay out on the car.
I had to take a gamble and have the dealership tear down the engine to check for carbon damage. They weren't gonna pay out the claim, and I would have been on the hook for tearing down the engine to do the research that they wanted to do. So, I had to take a $900 gamble, which I wasn't happy about. It ended up working in my favor because I didn't have any carbon damage on the engine.

Signing up for Endurance worked out really well. I purchased the plan. We've had to use it once. They took it to the dealership, and the dealership said, "This is what was wrong." Then they said, "These were the things that they would cover," and we got those things taken care of. They didn't cover everything, but I definitely saved some money on the cost of the repairs that were needed. So, that was the benefit. For me, it's the security that I felt that I had a plan that if something was significantly majorly wrong with the vehicle, I had a way of being able to repair it without having extensive amounts of money coming out of my pocket.

There were two specific things that I wanted to make sure were covered, one of which was the heater core, and when I talked to the rep from Endurance, he said they were. But that was untrue and the way the booklet is put together is kind of confusing. Four months after I got the plan, my heater core went out and I wanted to get it fixed but they said it wasn't covered. Then, on the electrical, the windows and the solenoids are not covered. I don't understand that one because every other company covers the control panel and solenoids on the windows. I was a little disappointed in those because I had to take money out of my pocket for them. I asked them if there was a way of covering and they said no because of the miles on my truck. There was no other plan to cover that stuff or additions.

When I was signing up with Endurance, I drilled the gentleman with questions about which items were covered and he told me everything was covered, except for the brakes and something else. I even made sure about my manual transmission vehicle and the clutch, which he said were all covered. But he lied to me and nobody can understand why he did. It turned out that they don't cover lot of things and that was very disappointing.
The synchronization on the transmission was off ever since I got the car. So when I took it to the shop, they said I needed a new transmission and a new clutch. I had Subaru put a new clutch and paid the money. Then, when I went to go get my transmission replaced, instead of putting a brand new transmission in and instead of having the mechanic shop rebuild the transmission, Endurance sent an old transmission. Now, I'm having problems again with the transmission. They pretty much put a bad transmission into my car and they didn't really fix anything. So I need to take my car back to the Subaru dealership where hopefully, they'll either put a new transmission or a rebuilt one, and hopefully, Endurance pays for that.
The customer service of Endurance reps is horrible. While you're talking to them, they would hang up just because they know you can just call back and you get somebody else. T-Mobile does it better than them, which is crazy. If you're going to talk to somebody, make sure that they speak English or sound like they actually care.

Setting up the coverage was easy. They told me what it covered and it sounded good to me. They explained that it covers faulty parts, engine failure, transmission but not normal wear and tear items like brakes, wipers, rotors and struts. The only thing is that I haven't gotten the coverage cards they told me I would get. Other than that, Endurance is good value for the money. It's relatively inexpensive in comparison to what you could be out if something was to happen.

I had a claim on my transmission and everything went great although it was a little time-consuming as far as the timeframe. The mechanic discovered that my transmission wasn't any good anymore so he put in the paperwork to change the transmission. Endurance had to have a guy come out and take a look at it. It took a little bit longer. The car was in the shop for about three months. I just got it back a couple of weeks ago.
The claim still got taken care of but Endurance could have done a little bit better such as being a little bit more hands-on and getting to the mechanic in a timely fashion. The mechanic was held up a lot dealing with different vehicles and he was trying to work with me because that's my work vehicle. He was just trying to get everything taken care of and it didn't quite go as fast as we were expecting it to. That aside, I'm happy that Endurance got a chance to take care of my issue with my vehicle. I really appreciate that. They did a great job.

Endurance worked with me on my payment so I can afford it. The three times I had to use them, everything was smooth. I took my car to the Ford dealership and everything was taken care of. I recently had to get my front-end suspension done on my car. I heard some clicking. I wasn't worried because they paid $1,100 and I had a $107 deductible. They even paid $30 a day for my rental car for two days. They gave me a refund check. They've been so good to me and I haven't had any problems with Endurance. As soon as my contract runs out, I will be renewing another contract with them.

Everything has been going smoothly. I haven't had any issues so far with my claims. The first time was a bit hectic having to get my vehicle checked out, call Endurance and get them to approve it. The people at the Cadillac dealership were a bit agitated but now that they have the process down pat, it's been fairly easy and smooth.
With the warranty, I don't have to pay for basic stuff. I've had to get a running board motor replaced and they took care of that for the most part. It's like having health insurance for your car.

It sounded like, at first, they didn't want to cover it because I was only in a couple of months. Customer service is fine though. The communication between them was fine. They were trying to assist as much as they could.

Endurance doesn't give you a card. They should give you a card that's plastic, but they don't. Also, you're making payments through a third party. You're not dealing directly when you make your payments for your warranty, which is very confusing. As far as the actual experience with them, we did get some coverage on air conditioning. We're still looking for some further coverage on our air conditioning system because about seven months ago when I was still under the warranty, it didn't work. It kept going to defrost, and it kept going to cold air then hot air. So, we took the car to a Hyundai, and Hyundai got some parts to get it covered, and they had an auditor technician come out.
These auditor technicians that work for various warranty companies come out and look at it to see if it's gonna be covered. Around $400 worth of parts was covered. It's still not fixed, and so, the service people at Hyundai are going to contact this auditor technician that works for various warranty companies to come out to see if they'll cover the next part we need, which is a $500 part. We don't know yet if that'll work. Another problem I had with Endurance is they give you a phone call to call Endurance for service questions. The rep wouldn't give me any answers unless I gave her my credit card number. She said, "Oh, when you give your credit card number, you'll get $100 gift card in the mail from us." I didn't wanna do that. I don't fool around giving people credit card numbers on the phone.

I liked Endurance's customer service. They were detailed and they answered every question that I needed. Good follow up questions, good connection with them and I always get in with them. I used the program last December. My thermostat went out so I called them, and they gave me instructions where to go and what I gotta do, and it all worked out. I paid the deductible, which was 100 bucks. They covered 100%. I always have someone in my back pocket to help me out if anything came up, so I felt safe having them.

I brought my car into Cold Springs Nissan to get it fixed because I was having a problem with my transmission, my alternator and others. And the last claim that we went in, they said they couldn't fix certain parts due to my status being maxed out. So, today, I had to go, call back, and create a new contract so I could have an extended warranty again. I like the satisfaction that Endurance helps. Because of them helping fix my car at the moment, it would bring my car to a higher appraisal, so I could to start fixing a bit more into it. It's doing good.

I had to do a claim for a motor mount and the process with Endurance could have been better. They told me that I could choose whatever dealer I wanted and I used my regular shop. But my shop has had so many bad experiences with warranties that they did not want to have to deal directly with them for the reimbursement. So I had to pay for the repair myself then get reimbursed. It was kind of a hassle because Endurance didn't want to talk to me. They only wanted to talk to the dealer. So, I had to pretend like I worked for the dealer in order to get it done because the shop did not have the ability to handle the administrative needs. It would have been easier if Endurance respected me to let me help take care of it. Also, some of their staff wasn't the happiest people to work with, there was a little bit of miscommunication, and I'm still waiting for a refund for my rental. But other than that, my experience with them was decent.

When I called in for a tow service, Endurance said that they called it in. I told them I'd wait with my vehicle and three hours later, no tow truck had shown up. So I called the warranty company again to see if they knew when the tow truck would be dispatched and they said they'd look into it. About five minutes later, the tow truck company sent me a text message letting me know that they just got the notification and that they would be there in about 30 minutes. So at the beginning of it, somebody didn't do whatever they were supposed to on the claim.
Then, when my vehicle was in the shop, it seemed like the warranty company slow-rolled the process. The transmission shop warned me about that and all in all, it took about three weeks from the day I dropped it off to when I was able to pick it up. The transmission shop stayed in contact with me regularly about the whole situation. It took the warranty company a week to send someone out to look at it, then another week to okay getting the transmission replaced, and another week to come pick up the cord charge and give the shop the check. Aside from that, they sent the transmission shop a rebuilt transmission and I've already had issues with it. So I'm debating on getting rid of my vehicle and cancelling my warranty. Because if they're gong to just fix stuff with used parts, I'm not really interested in that.

They were wonderful. The rep explained everything really well when I signed up with them. When I had a claim, there was a list that Endurance provided. The place I took my vehicle was wonderful. They stayed in touch with me every step of the way and told me what they found and what they needed to do, told me upfront what it was gonna cost me so that I know. However, it was in the shop quite a bit longer than it needed to be. The shop had it fixed in three days, but the transmission had also been slipping, so they were checking it. It turned out that the place I had just bought the vehicle from already knew that, and they never told us that. So, instead of trying to push Endurance into paying for something that wasn't their responsibility, I told them that I would give the log into the car company.

I had one claim that Endurance took forever to approve and fix. I had to lose my vehicle because of it. I left my vehicle in the shop on December 7th. I didn't get my vehicle back till the 12th of January. I couldn't pay for it anymore because I needed a vehicle. So I had to go all the way back home to Texas to get another vehicle because I couldn't be without a vehicle. The repair was finished. But aside from the repair being finished, the transmission was delivered to the wrong dealership. So that caused the vehicle to stay in the dealership a lot more.
Then the adjuster who went out to go and see if the vehicle was gonna be approved or not, took a sweet time to turn in the report. I had to keep calling Endurance to see what was gonna happen and if they were going to approve the report or not. I also kept calling the dealership but the dealership said, "We already did our part. We're waiting for the person that came out to look at your vehicle and do his." I was very dissatisfied.

This guy called me up. He told me he was from Endurance and he told me what my price would be. I said, "Let's just go for it." He told me I have two years free once I pay these many months off and that this is what I'll have free. So, I'm on a two-year free base right now. So far, they've been doing pretty well about some things on my car that I had to have fixed. My mechanic called them and told them what parts I had to have. The first time, I had to pay the labor because they said they didn't pay that. But the second time, there was a problem with the car and they took care of everything. I didn't have to pay any deductible.

I’ve had two incidents. The first one was the instrument panel had to be replaced on my van. This last one was a transmission problem which they replaced. However, it took them five days to decide whether they were gonna cover it or not. That was not very pleasant because I had to rent a car and they wouldn't cover any of the rental until they made a decision on whether they were gonna cover the transmission. Endurance should have okayed it much sooner because I was dealing with a reputable Chrysler Dodge dealer and I had dealt with them before. But the dealer had problems getting back with them.

I liked that Endurance was pro at keeping your car in good condition. I took my car to the dealer and they handled all the paperwork. I just brought in the contract. They looked it over and they said that I had a terrific one. They said they talked to somebody earlier that day that had the same thing and they were astounded at how big of a discount they got. That made me feel even better that I made the right choice. They gave me a discount on my oil change and tires and rotation. It was all part of the Endurance package. I was surprised at how easy it was to get it done. I'm very satisfied. You know something is gonna happen sooner or later, so better to start now. Keep your cost down and you'll be happier when a big problem comes along. The price is all taken care of by Endurance.

I had been comparing Endurance with other protection programs. In the end, I gave Endurance a try and my experience went pretty well. My rep was pleasant. It was an easy sell because I was already interested in getting some sort of coverage. I just wanted to have something in case something goes wrong. When I bought my car, it was relatively new and there was only one owner. It had low mileage on it at 13,000 miles and I had a partial warranty. But it doesn't cover if something goes wrong and I was always concerned with a maintenance bill.
My biggest concern was the monthly bill. I heard other people talk about getting the extended warranty and they didn't want that extra monthly payment. But it was actually lower than I thought it would be with Endurance. I would recommend this to friends. I'm a believer that it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. I can afford it so I said I'll get it. I don't drive my car much but when I do, I like to get in and go.

Endurance has two books to go by. I learned that they're not going to pay for the whole amount minus the $100 deductible. They're only gonna pay what their book tells them. That was something that was never told to us when we talked to the rep about what the warranty covered and what was going to be out of pocket. Other than that, we still like the coverage because they've done a couple of things like trying to start my car. The techs were on time and I didn't have to pay for that.
But when it came time to do the starter of my truck, it was very time-consuming. They only cover so much for the part itself. Also, my mechanic charged me more than what Endurance paid. That got me upset because we didn't know. Other than that, customer service has been really good. They explained to me exactly. A rep called me back and deferred one of my payments because we didn't know. Endurance should tell us, "Hey, listen, this is what you know what we're gonna pay. Go to MSRP."

I am not used to writing negative reviews about any company, but in this case I must. I am going to share with you a story about my case. Back in 2020, my car was in service at the Nissan dealer, the mechanics found a oil leak on the steering pump. I filed a claim for the pump to be repaired. Endurance denied the claim because the origin of the leak was a faulty gasket and my policy did not cover broken gasket and in Endurance view the pump was still in good condition. Nissan mechanics and myself called several times asking Endurance to replace pump because changing the gasket wouldn't do any good and the pump would eventually break down.
The answer was "Wait until that occurs and if it breaks we will fix it." I did not have any choice and we left the pump and gasket alone. On Feb 2023, 2 years later the pump finally stopped working. I filed a claim to have it repaired or replaced. Endurance denied the claim again stating that I should have fixed the gasket of the pump back in 2020. I explained what their response was back in 2020 but Endurance answer put the blame on me. I could not believe it.
Nissan Mechanics also talk to Endurance reminding that they have warned that this will eventually happen and that back in 2020 they argued that the pump was in working condition. Finally, I gave up and decide to pay for the pump myself $1100 even-though that it supposed to be covered by my policy. Moreover, I have paid in full my contract with Endurance.
I have been a customer for 3 years and during this time Nissan has submitted around 15 different items that were in critical condition to be repair in my car and Endurance only covered 3. I would not recommend this company to anyone, in my experience their contracts are designed to escape by any means payment. Nissan dealership was very disappointed as well for the poor service that I received in my policy. So buyer be aware, Endurance good faith and ethics are not in favor of its customers. As a final note, I have to wait around 5 days to speak with a supervisor that was only advocating for its company and did not recognize that Endurance should have fix the pump back in 2020 and did not acknowledge any responsibility for their statement to "have the pump repair at a later time when it breaks."

When I called Endurance and the rep called me back, I was kinda busy. I said, “Can you please call me back in about two hours?” And she did. There was no pressure. I was looking for everything to be covered. It was mostly the drivetrain, engine, and transmissions because those are usually the more expensive things to get repaired. But nowadays, cars are so much more electronic and it was really nice to have that covered too.

The rep was awesome. She was clear on our policy, the things that it covered. She didn't try to push us and try to sell us extras. She asked us the vehicles that we had. We told her and what we used it for. And she said, "It's actually great that you're calling. Because in your line of business, you can't afford to be without a vehicle." Because we have our own construction company and we run a ranch. We have big trucks.
I'm also trying to save us as much money as we can so my husband can retire a bit earlier. I was grateful that Endurance covered my husband's truck. Because his is a 2014 and it got coverage that most of the newer vehicles are getting, but isn't available to the older vehicles. The rep said that she was surprised that it had gone through, and with the policy that it had gone through with, too. That was awesome. I've spoken about Endurance a couple of times to other buddies of ours because they also drive big trucks.

I was with a different company before but the dealerships I took my vehicle to don't work with them so I dumped that company. I asked my dealership if they have any trouble with Endurance and they said no so I went with Endurance. I talked to a customer service guy and he gave me a rate. Endurance is a great security blanket for your car, truck and suv. I recently had a major repair done to my pickup truck and Endurance really stepped up to the plate. They are definitely a top notch outfit and thanks to THE LORD above, they saved me a bundle. They don't hum haw around or make any excuses. They send out one of their agents to assess the problem and then it's all up to your repair guy from there. Endurance offers multiple plans and services, tailored to what your current budget is. I am a natural skeptic but actions speak louder than words and believe me; Endurance Auto Warranty is the absolute best bang for your buck. Do I recommend Endurance? "Heck yes I do." The initial call that I had with Endurance was fine. The guy was real courteous. The challenge became later because I never received any kind of policy. So I called them a few weeks later to find out about the policy. The guy that I spoke to said that the person that signed me up didn't offer me the higher level package that covered up to $225 an hour of repair instead of $125. I said, no. I said that was absolutely something I'd want because the car that I got it on is pretty rare and unique. It has to go to a BMW dealer for repairs. So I ended up having to get an updated, higher level policy through them. In doing so, I had to wait another 30 days and another 1,000 miles on top of what I had already done because that wasn't offered to me. I'm very, very disappointed with the person that signed me up but didn't give me the full information. Had I known that information, I would have shopped around a little more.

Endurance states that it takes care of any type of electrical issue whereas the other one that I looked at did not include that in the plan. I signed up and the experience was okay. But when I wanted to get some work done on my vehicle, they were not willing to pay the entire price. The way it was explained to me, I only had to pay $100 as a deductible. But that was not the case. There were a few other things that were added to that. Whatever the place was, they would have to maybe accept the parts that Endurance was willing to send them to fix the vehicle. Even then, they were only still willing to pay a small portion. The repair place explained that that might be only half of what the part is and I would still have to pay for labor.
Right now, I'm a little bit frustrated and I'm trying to decide if I want to stay or not with Endurance. I spoke to a young man yesterday who really calmed me down and helped me to see things from a different perspective. But I'm still on the fence because when I spoke to a repairman today, he explained why he does not deal with extended warranties. When he gave me that type of detail, I called and spoke with Endurance. Based upon their answer, that pretty much told me that what the repairman told me was the truth. Endurance likes to negotiate and they want to get the price down as low as possible. The repairman said he had to threaten to take them to court in order to get the money that he was promised. He said that the customer was so upset and broke down crying. The part that they sent her for a new engine was something they got from a junkyard.

I'm not happy with Endurance. I just canceled. Their sales rep told me they were different. I told him I had worried about warranty companies because they always seem to find a reason to not cover if there's a problem, which is what happened to me. I went with them and put three vehicles on their warranty. We had a problem and they didn't cover it. I took my car in to see what was wrong. There was white stuff in the oil and found out the piston rings had failed and I needed a new engine, which was covered. Engines were covered, and in the warranty, it specifically says piston rings. But then, they have 25 addendums, and one of the addendums said that if the car loses compression or loses oil, they won't cover the engine. When my mechanic called, he said that when I brought my car, it was low on oil. So because he used those words, then they wouldn't cover it. It was a $9,000 repair that they didn't cover, so now I have a car and it still doesn't work.

I searched what the cheapest insurance that I can afford was and Endurance popped up. I signed my number up and in a few days, someone called me and explained everything. The warranty was not expensive and it was something that I could afford. Everything was excellent including the rep's knowledge and professionalism. He engaged with me and he answered every question. He was a lovely nice person. He broke things down for me, what I needed to know, and what I didn't want to know. He didn't let me down.
I paid the insurance. The rep got my credit card information and he saved it on file. Every month on the 19th, it goes directly to my account. I also have a link on my email and I can always set up an account or look. I told my friends that recently got a car like I did to check out Endurance. They are really sweet, they take their time with customers and they help customers with what plan is affordable for them to pay.

I originally had gotten Endurance two months ago with the intent of getting a vehicle at that time. I did have a vehicle, but because of the conditions of the vehicles that I had gotten prior, I wind up not getting those vehicles. So I called Endurance to tell them that I no longer had the vehicle. The first time I did that, it was within the seven-day period where I could cancel if I didn't want it. The second time, I tried another vehicle. That one didn't work out, but it was past the time frame. Then recently, this last one I had finally was a better vehicle. So I went on with the policy.
The representative that I talked to was very friendly and helpful. He has some knowledge about cars. While I was going through this process, he did share with me his car experience and types of cars and things that he had heard or types of issues with online ordering, which was what I was going through at the time to get these vehicles. It was helpful. I did take his advice into consideration at the time, which in the end, helped me to land a better deal. So that was good.

Endurance Auto Warranty is a more affordable company, being that I am on disability. The amount of coverage, my deductible and exactly what is covered and what is not were explained to me. Normal wear and tear is not included. And I have $100 deductible. I did my down payment and my monthly notice of $95. I can handle that. And I had mine automatically drafted.

I bought a used 2017 Land Rover Range Rover Supercharge in November 2021 and purchased a bumper to bumper coverage from in Endurance in August 2022 at the amount of $460.00 per month. My first issue with my truck occurred when it overheated as I was parked with the truck running in October 2022; Endurance was fine with coverage of my repairs until the repair facility revealed that my vehicle had blown a head gasket. My truck with less than 70,000 miles would cost $18,225.24 to repair this blown head gasket.
Once the repair cost was calculated and revealed, Endurance informed me that they were denying the claim because they felt head gasket had to be pre-existing prior to warranty policy being active. No such issue was present with my vehicle. I had just driven the vehicle from Buffalo NY to the Carolinas and returned 2 days prior to vehicle blowing the gasket. Interestingly enough this was a bumper to bumper policy irrespective of what emergency repairs occurred. Fraudulent company as far as I am concerned: If you have a high end vehicle, stay clear of them. If the cost of the repair comes in high, they will not honor it.

I signed up with Endurance Auto Warranty about a month and a half ago. I dealt with a guy, Michael, who was calling from Texas. I explained to him, and he listened (which is a rarity nowadays) to everything I had to say and the challenges that we had. He said, “That's easy. We'll take care of that.” I liked that he said, “I can beat that price.” It's only 15 bucks, but to me, it makes a lot. When you go over and beyond to make that call and be able to do that, that's nice. Most of these people I talked to wanted to call back because of one thing or another. I told Michael, “I'm really in the middle of something.” He gave me his personal phone, his desk, and picked it up, and away we went.
It was a month later, but Michael remembered my name and what the challenges were. The customer service was top-notch. He made me feel like I wasn't a number, which I probably am, which is fine. But it felt like it was really important to him. He understood and we talked about each other's lives. The whole communication thing was the ultimate for me. We had a couple challenges but we were able to work through them. I'm a retired military guy, so we only get paid once a month, and so delaying that and things of that nature. Other than that, it was simple. Michael made it all easy and he was really easy to get along with.

Endurance seems to be the top once you compare everybody that responds to you. I got it for my 2015 Nissan Murano and it seemed like it was pretty close to a new car warranty. So far, so good. During the sign-up process, I got a whole lot of responses. Once you click that you want to do something like that, then everybody comes out of their woodwork and starts calling. I'm not crazy about that but that's just the industry.

Endurance called me back, and I asked them questions because I already asked Mercedes about it. The rep answered all the questions I needed to hear. She explained everything. Also, the policy is good.

I had a very, very bad experience with Endurance. Even though I still have the contract with them. I have issues with them. They don’t live up to the requirements and this is not the first time. I've had them twice. The first time I had them was some two years ago. They refused to fix certain parts and it went out. They told me it was a pre-existing condition. So I canceled Endurance and went with CarShield. Then CarShield finally got the job done.
Now, I went back with Endurance to give them another shot. But the same thing happened. While I was driving, my check engine light came. This was pretty much outside the waiting period. I went by the dealer, and dropped the car off there. Then they called me back two days later to let me know what was going on with the vehicle, and they forwarded the issue to Endurance, but Endurance told them that they are not going to fix it. I was very angry. I tried to have them explain to me what they meant. When they were trying to explain to me, they told me that from what they understood and from what they saw here, the issue had happened around my waiting time. There were no facts to prove it. But I just went along with it. So now I still have the policy and I'm about to pay out of pocket. It doesn't make any sense.
The first person that tried to speak to me was an Endurance personal service agent and he was not going to help me. First, he started by telling me it was a pre-existing condition. I said, “Can I speak to a supervisor or whatever?” He said, “It doesn't matter. Even if you speak to a supervisor, they're still gonna disapprove it.” Then boom! That was it. He just clicked me over. That was rude. I am a customer. I have never in my whole entire life had somebody treat me that way over the phone. But when the other lady got on the phone that he transferred me to, she was very kind. She explained everything to me and let me know that she was gonna have the administration take care of the previous person that I spoke to, which she knew who it was. The whole experience was very unsatisfactory and disappointing.
