    Endurance gave me a nice plan that I could pay for and live with. They walked me through certain things and told me what would be good for me. I signed on quickly. The first time I used it was when my transmission went. I took my car to a reputable dealership who did the 60,000 mile service but they didn't put enough oil in the transmission and the transmission burned out. They refused to fix their own mistake but Endurance came and saved my life. It took them three days to come out and look at it, another day for them to make a decision, and then three to four more days for the transmission to come. The only thing I didn’t like was they didn't cover the whole rental but it is what it is.

    The rep was very knowledgeable on the coverage I wanted and she covered the bases. In the past, when I was using Endurance, there were some parts that weren't covered that I thought were. She told me what was covered and what was not. Those are in the contract as well but they could underline them or print them in bold.

    There was something wrong with the front brakes. When the dealer contacted Endurance, they covered the parts that weren't just normal wear and tear and maintenance. The claim process was seamless. The other thing I like about the warranty is that I they cover part of my oil change twice a year. Another time, there was an engine problem and it took Endurance a week because they had to send somebody out to make sure that the valve cover was broken. They ended up paying four grand. That made me wanna re-up with them. I've had other outfits call me, and I'll just go back to the same one because they're pretty reliable.

    But there was some confusion when I re-upped the contract because it happened over the end of the year. Their records didn't reflect that I had renewed with them. They thought I was still trying to do it on an old contract. But once they got it straightened out, they covered everything. I don't like the price, but you get what you pay for.

    I've seen some bad stuff about Endurance, but I had one minor issue with them. They rectified that. Then, the second issue I had, they paid it right away. The representative explained what the program offered. I was looking for engine and transmission coverage. So, they explained that to me. They also offered to upgrade the package where I would get a reimbursement on oil changes and damages to my tires. The first claim I submitted was to get the reimbursement for the oil change. The place where I took the oil change had forgotten to put the mileage on it. So, they did take me through some changes about that. When I finally got the invoice with the mileage, it was after the 60 days to submit it. I spoke to a supervisor because I had started the claim within that period. So, they did authorize it and they did pay it.

    The lady I spoke with was very professional. There was a gentleman who said it was too late. He was kind of curt, but everybody else that I've dealt with has been very professional. The other claim that I had was for the air conditioner that went out. I took it to the dealer and they fixed it. Right now, I'm very satisfied with Endurance. I recommended them to my daughter. She signed up for them.

    I've asked for a hard copy of my package several times but I haven't gotten it. But I used the coverage a few months back when the air conditioner and an injector went out. But Endurance wouldn't cover the screen display and it's still on the fritz. They also wouldn't cover the injector. I don't understand why they didn't cover that. Other than that, they covered the air conditioner. Get Endurance. It's a really good value. I would've had to fork out $5,000 the other day.

    The Honda had some issues. The techs at the dealership sent Endurance the quote and they approved it. They did a great job and everything went great. Endurance is very responsive and they work with everybody. So, there's a lot of acceptance. I haven't been anywhere that says they won't take them. Whatever has gone wrong has been fixed. So, I appreciate the warranty. But I wish that I could have key coverage for one more year.

    I took my truck in the first time because I had a clicking under the dashboard every time that I got in it and they fixed that. When I took the truck back in, the passenger’s window was not going up and down. When I left the dealership, we had to pull it up. For the back tail light, the wires to the little silver piece that holds the light bulb were fried. I asked them if they could replace that. They told me because the window was working at the time that I took it in, the warranty wouldn't cover it, so they wouldn't fix it. Also, because the brake light was still working, they wouldn't fix that either. I ended up paying $700 to the dealership for them to repair them.

    Having Endurance is a good thing. You never know when your car’s gonna put you down. You gotta make sure that if it happens, you have the extra cushion with extra comfort knowing that Endurance is there to help you. It’s good that Endurance is giving the customer satisfaction while also giving the customer a relief about the wear and tear on their car. My vehicle needed to get a timing chain changed, and I came to the shop and they had the timing chain changed on it. The process with Endurance went well. The shop put up a loaner. It took a week. It was fast. I paid out of pocket a little bit because at the time, the car's value was worth 12,000, and throughout the year, it exceeded over 12,000, so Endurance covered the majority of it, but we still had to come out with 1,500.

    I had a leased vehicle and the lease was expiring. I was purchasing the lease outright and I did not want to use the lease option from the dealership just because of the way it worked and the cost. I just looked for an outside source and came upon Endurance. They covered everything I needed at a more affordable rate. There were no promises or guarantees of anything. My vehicle is only three years old so I wanted a full coverage warranty on it, which Endurance provided. I liked everything about Endurance and what they offered.

    Purchasing the warranty was very easy and they gave me different payment options to use. The value of an extended coverage depends on the vehicle, the age, and the miles. I average about 15,000 miles on my vehicle. We travel from Michigan to Florida in the winter. I want something to cover me in case of a breakdown along the way. The basic underlying agreement with Endurance was 30 days. They don't want you coming in there with underlying conditions where you're going to buy coverage then the next day take it into the shop for major work.

    I was getting a 2016 Nissan Rogue and when I was doing reviews on it, they were talking about transmission failure. That made me nervous. Some people were saying in the comments to get an extended warranty. I looked up warranties and Endurance was one of the ones that had great reviews. My experience with them has been overall good.

    There was a light on my dash that wouldn't shut off. Nothing was happening with the car but the light just kept staying on. I took it to Nissan and we reached out to Endurance. They were really helpful and they sent out someone to inspect it. The issue was fixed and I drove away. But it happened again and I brought the car back.     The reps explained the sign-up process very well. But I had some problems along the line with one of the vehicles that I had on my policy. I had a 2009 Buick Lucerne that I added to the contract. The couple of times we've taken it in, it was taken care of. But there was one incident where we took it up to a Chrysler. The AC wouldn't work. We started getting cans of Freon ‘cause we thought it was just getting low.

    We took the vehicle to the dealer and they diagnosed it. They found the issue was the AC compressor and the condenser. Endurance sent out an inspector and when he got there, he said something caused it and it had a leak. The mechanics at the dealership had said they didn't agree with the inspector but at that point, there was nothing they could do for us. It was upsetting because that part was a component that was covered under the contract and they refused to fix it because they blamed the issue on something else.

    I was very upset because after paying the contract for however long, they didn't want to take care of that under the policy. They should always send out a second inspector. Everything should be considered and everybody should work together. The people who were the mechanics in Chrysler had 20 years of experience and they weren't in agreeance with what the inspector said. We ended up losing in the end. It was very bad.

    The signup process was no problem. They were telling me that I was still listed down as dealing with CarShield and I had to straighten that out to let them know that I have stopped dealing with them. I had a claim for a transmission and I took my vehicle to Crown Dodge. There was a big mess-up. They charged me a storage fee and there were problems getting paperwork from Crown Dodge. Then I turned to another mechanic, and they needed the paperwork. It took a whole year to get that straightened out. Endurance kept telling me they needed to the original copy of the paper that had started the claim off. But Crown Dodge kept on saying that they sent a repair order. It took so long I was frustrated with it.

    When I signed up with Endurance, the rep I spoke to was very helpful and cooperative. I’ve used them a couple of times and many of the issues were covered. The policy did not cover everything, but at least it helped and I've recommended them to a lot of people. The first time I used it was for a big job and I had to have somebody take me and pick me up. The second time was just maintenance and the policy did not cover filters, which I was not happy about because that's part of maintenance. So, I had to pay for the filters. But it covered the tire rotation and the oil change. I also had a claim about a month ago when my window regulator went. The shop that I went to called Endurance and it was all covered, except for the $100 deductible, which was fine.

    I was driving the vehicle and I heard a noise, and the check engine light went on so I took it into a local dealer. I told them I had Endurance and they said it was good to know.     The service with Endurance has been okay until they denied my claim. My car needed some lifters and cam, and they denied my repair twice because the shop that did my maintenance repairs forgot to list my tag number. But the shop wrote my tag number back on the invoice that they did. They also stated that Endurance could've called them to verify that my vehicle was there and they just didn't want to honor that. Endurance can improve on calling back. I've been asking for supervisors to call me in regards to that same claim ever since October and I reopened a new claim about a month ago asking for either a supervisor or a head person over Endurance to call me in regards to my claim. My car needs that work done and nobody has returned my phone call. They need to live up to what they say they cover instead of giving me the runaround with getting my work done on my vehicle.

    The service of Endurance has been really good. I had to submit a claim to get some big work done on my car and it was a little bit of a headache. There was an issue back and forth between the repair shop and Endurance. But ultimately, I was really grateful to have the warranty coverage because it would have been a lot of out-of-pocket costs on my car if I hadn't.

    A part of my transmission needed to be replaced. The repair shop wanted to replace the full transmission, which would have been a lot of money. Endurance said that they would pay for one part of the transmission repair. If that didn't fix it, they would cover the full transmission replacement. But, my car's been fine since that repair was done. When I called customer service, they were very helpful and easy to get ahold of. For me, Endurance has been really worth it. I would definitely recommend it.

    When I got to the original call, the coverage was explained to me very good. The price and coverage were exactly what I was looking for. My service advisor explained that Endurance wanted to change a gear in the mirror, and Ford kept trying to tell them, "You're gonna have to replace the whole mirror, which is expensive." They ended up saying, "No. Just replace whatever element was in there." They did and it still didn't work. So, they had to pay more. I knew it was expensive because it does different stuff. Other than that, my oil change is reimbursed $35.

    I signed up with Endurance over the phone and it was pretty easy. The only thing I misunderstood was that I thought the waiting period was either 30 days or 1,000 miles. I didn't realize it was 30 days and 1,000 miles. But it ended up being a minor detail. I have some medical issues going on that's made it difficult to really comprehend a lot at one time. So I'm not putting blame on the associate.

    I had to bring my car in because there was an issue with the AC. I live in Louisiana and part of my medical issue also makes me really sensitive to the heat. It turned out that the compressor was leaking. So I paid my deductible and Endurance covered it. The mechanic handled the claims process for me because I wasn't sure how it worked. They took care of everything. I had a good experience. I'm very grateful that I had the warranty coverage. Endurance was there when I needed them, and they didn't give me a hard time or a runaround.

    I have a claim with Endurance right now and I haven't heard back from them yet. My vehicle's been in the shop since yesterday. I also had a claim about a month and a half ago. I had a water pump that needed to be replaced on my 2011 Ford Edge and I really wasn't pleased with my experience. When I originally got this auto policy, they told me that my deductible would be $100. But when everything was said and done, I had to come out almost $1,000 out of my pocket. The shop that had my car told me that Endurance was telling them that they wanted to buy the parts at wholesale prices. They said that Endurance was willing to pay $1,800, but I would be responsible for the difference. Also, my car was in the shop for almost two weeks and I did not get a rental.

    Endurance was the best bang for the buck. They answered my email quickly. The broker in Saint Louis was very personable and explained everything, and gave good details. Setting it up was a very smooth process. I got the five-year, 100,000-mile, bumper-to-bumper coverage, which also includes routine maintenance and a set fee. So far, it's been easy to redeem those oil changes and routine maintenance that are part of the package. They do 0% financing once a month. So, if you do want to have warranty on your vehicle, don't go to the dealership and pay interest on that purchase price of the warranty. Just have Endurance bill you monthly.

    When I had my AC thing went out on this vehicle, they fixed it. It was very simple. The dealership handled it all. If there should be repairs it needs, they make a phone call to Endurance to check what's on my policy. Then Endurance will say they will pay up to a certain amount and then the dealer will call me and say, “It is covered. And you're only out of pocket the deductible of $100.” I'm very satisfied.

    If I had a problem, I took the car to the shop and they deal with Endurance Auto Warranty directly. But when the shop calls, and Endurance just says, “Oh, this is covered, but this component is not covered.” It’s never 100% covered. A few months ago, I wanted my brakes done. I went to the shop. They wanted $800. I said, “Okay. I can get it done cheaper without—no nothing.” So, I went to the store. I purchased the stuff myself. Because every time I work on this car, I take it to the dealer and their price is much more expensive. I was trying to save money . So, I bought all these parts myself. And I have a local shop put it on. But Endurance wouldn’t reimburse me for those things.

    I wanted to get my AC done because the hose got busted. Endurance would replace the AC, but they won’t replace the hose. If they would do the AC, why weren't all the components covered? That is very frustrating. They said they would give me $50. I never got it. But Certain things are good. I went to get the oil changed and they said that they would reimburse me.

    I have two cars and they both have Endurance. I’ve been happy with them until this last claim. I have a Cadillac and I’ve had no issues with getting anything done. But my 2012 Ford F150 had to have a transmission put in it and Endurance only paid $4,800 of the $7000 bill. They said I had exceeded my average retail value of my truck, which is crap because it's $8,900. That wasn't explained to me when I bought the warranty and they sold me a warranty that cost $4,300, and I paid out a little less than $5,000. Endurance told me that my vehicle is only worth $5,200. They go by average NADA which nobody uses anymore. Everybody uses J.D. Power. When it was in the shop, the Ford dealership called and offered me 17,000 for it on a trade-in and J.D. Power is at 12,700 which is probably closer to the actual retail value. I ended up having to come out of pocket two grand to get my transmission fixed. Not counting the 12 that I've already paid on the warranty.

    Endurance pays their claims exceptionally well but they could have explained. Whoever sold me that policy should have made it clear that the total payout was gonna be hardly what I was even paying for the policy. I wouldn't have bought it. Now I'm left without a warranty. They canceled it because it's exceeded its limitations. I was left out in the cold on that one. Endurance knew when they sold me the warranty that it was probably not even going to cover what I was paying for it. I was only in my second year of paying for it and had I actually paid the whole three years out, I probably would have been in a point of diminishing return. I would have been upside down on the warranty. They probably wouldn't have paid what I paid on the warranty. So, I was a little disappointed in their communication with me on that.

    Up until this point I have sold probably a dozen warranties for them by just testifying to people what a great company they were. My son bought two of them and I've had several people that moved to them because of the way that I had service with them. And for them to just kind of leave me out to dry like that was disloyal on their part.

    I've had Endurance for four years. I'm down to my last payment. I'm thinking about paying it, but I'm so mad at them for turning down something that was covered because they look for reasons not to cover it. I took my car to the shop and my axles are covered. They were saying that since the boot has a little rip in it, they were not gonna cover it. I'm dissatisfied with them for the simple fact that it states that it's covered and they won't cover it. They were also really abrupt and blunt. “It's not covered” and that was it. I'm like, "Can you explain why it's not covered?"

    When you speak to Endurance before you sign up, they make you feel like everything is covered. But when something happens, you find out that not everything is covered. I'm not too happy with them. One claim I had to do was a bushing in the front end and a noise that my tire was making that had to do with something internally in the front end. They covered half. Just recently, my air conditioner wasn't working properly and it was because of the valve that had to be changed. They didn't cover that and that was over $700. It's not listed on the policy that I have and I paid extra for a policy that should have covered practically everything. When they're selling these things upfront, they should do a little bit better job in not making you feel that everything is covered just to get a sale. It's misleading.

    Signing up with Endurance wasn't bad but it was a little in the gray area. I did my first claim with them. I took my car to every shop around here and they were like, "We don't take this." There was only one that said they took it, but when I took the car in, they said they said they don't do work with diesel. It was hectic for me to find a shop that would take the warranty. In the end, I found a shop and they diagnosed the vehicle. Apparently, they contacted the insurance and the insurance said they would not cover that part. That ended up costing me almost 3,500 bucks out of my pocket.

    That first claim was a bad experience. Even though the part labor was only 1,500 bucks, it was still 1,500 bucks. The rest was extra which I chose. I was a little upset about it because Endurance could have at least covered something. The week after, I had a second claim for an alternator and they covered the whole alternator. The second claim was a better experience. It was $2,200 and they covered almost 1,900. It was a help. So far, so good.

    Endurance called and offered me a starter package. I got the policy right away and the process was pretty easy. Signing up was quick, too. But the customer service was pretty bad and they don't help as much. Also, the packages don't cover as much. They only cover so little and that's part of the reason why I discontinued. They don't offer a variety of all the mechanics and they only offer dealerships and certified mechanics. In cases of emergency, you don't go and look for a certified mechanic. It's just whoever is right there beside or near you that you go through.

    My check engine light came on and I brought my car to Ford. I came to find out that it was a Ford responsibility where they had to replace the engine. I have an elderly mom and I decided not to keep this car at low mileage. I started looking into it and I was seeing there were a lot of problems with it. So I called Endurance and I told the gentleman not to take out the payment because I don't have a car any longer. I was not going to take back a car that needs an engine replaced. I told him that when I find a car that I'm comfortable with to drive my 84-year-old mom around, then I'd readjust getting the car. He said there would be no problem and that they haven't taken out the payment. He said he already talked to Ford and it was Ford's responsibility. So I thought everything was okay.

    But when I got up the next day and punched in my bank account, Endurance took that money out after he said he wouldn't. And because of that, I bounced a check. So, I called back and explained the problem to the second gentleman. He said he understood completely and that the first gentleman should have sent me an email. He said he couldn't reverse what this guy said and did, but told me that my policy could be canceled and sent me a form via email. The second guy was very nice and apologetic. But it ended up being a really big mess and I was very disappointed, so I ended up canceling. I have the form to cancel, I just have to get it printed out, notarize it, and send it back to them. The second guy also told me that he was taking me off of automatic payment. But when I cancelled, nobody would put the money back. Even after I took the Ford car back to Ford, nobody would give me the lousy $118 back.

    The Endurance rep I signed up with was courteous and very well knowledgeable of the company. She hooked me right up and told me what I had to do. I had to wait for 1,000 miles before the coverage would kick in. For coverage, I wanted the policy to cover it if my engine or transmission went out.     I heard a noise coming from the front wheel and I took it to the shop and they made a claim for my axle. I waited for a week and a half and Endurance denied the claim. They said that it was wear and tear. But my mechanic at the shop said it cannot be that and it was internal damage. But Endurance still denied it. I've had this warranty for four months and that was the only claim that I tried to make. I spoke to them and they said the future claims should be covered. I was about to cancel the warranty with them but I decided to keep it for now. That aside, customer service is great and they answer right away.

They didn't have their information linked so it was a big old circle. But the cost is alright.     When I called Endurance, the sales rep was very helpful and he explained that Endurance does not use aftermarket parts and that claims are handled through them directly. I get the option to take my car wherever I wanna take it as opposed to just having a limited amount of dealerships or auto shops. He explained how it was better to get the policy now as opposed to waiting because as the car gets older, the price will go up. He also explained the benefits of the roadside assistance and the car rental. He provided a lot of good information. I even got a small discount. It was $100 for signing up right then and there. It was really smooth. He just took my card information and they took out the payment.

    Signup was very easy, and the woman on the phone was very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain things to me in detail, especially the pricing. She also compared the coverage to what I currently had, and it was a much better deal than what I was in. The rep told me how to cancel the other one with the least amount of stress for me, and questions. I did that and it was very easy with the other company.

    I had this for several years and finally needed to make a claim and learned that no mechanic in my city would take this warranty plan. They actually had 1 mechanic listed as accepting the warranty but the mechanic listed was my own personal mechanic who happened to call Endurance on my behalf years earlier and he learned that Endurance was not a company he would do business with because mechanics take a huge loss if they work with endurance. I should have cancelled then and there. Basically I wasted several years worth of premiums that could have been put in the bank to save for repairs which is what I recommend anyone doing. Save your money for a rainy day do not throw it away on this scam. Also it was nearly impossible to cancel they tried billing me for months after I told them I wished to cancel.

    Endurance seems decent. The signing up process was a little confusing at first, because the website quotes you on one price, but at the end of all of it, after you put your card information in, it tells you that you don't have access to what you're trying to purchase and to try again. It was really weird. So, I ended up calling because there was at least a $60 a month difference between the one that they wanted me to get and the one I wanted which the website said I didn't have access to. They explained to me that the one that I was trying to get had extra features that weren't applicable to my car, so it would have been a waste of money. Then, they set me up for one that was about the same price. So it was a good experience. I would tell others to just call, as opposed to doing it online, because online is a little confusing.

    I got the policy that's equivalent to having the manufacturer warranty from the car dealership, so it pretty much covers everything. But I know there's fine print, so at some point, I know that I'm going to run into something that's not covered, but I just don't know what that is yet. Other than that, I needed 30 days and 1,000 miles from whatever my mileage was at the time I signed up before the coverage started, and it was easy-peasy to reach.

    The service with Endurance has been good. My engine failed and had to be rebuilt. I called Endurance to make sure that that part will be covered and once I got a confirmation, I went to the dealership. I told them what was wrong and let them know I had Endurance. The dealership had to call Endurance themselves just to get permission to do the work and so they would get paid exactly to do the work. That was hardest part. But Endurance covered everything with the repair.

    When I signed up with Endurance, I was misled by the salesperson about what features I was gonna get. I was under the impression that it came with a key replacement and a few other features, like roadside assistance. But it turned out, I did not have that service, which was disappointing. But so far, it's been smooth sailing with Endurance. The only thing I really have a gripe with is that my car goes into the shop and it ends up taking a lot longer than five days, and the rental is only for five days. While it's really courteous of them to provide a car for five days, it doesn't take into consideration situations where there's a vehicle in the shop for much longer than that. There's no way to really work around that with Endurance either. But otherwise, they've taken care of what I needed to be taken care of with the car.

    I had a steering issue. I tried a local place in town but they couldn't figure it out. I took my vehicle to the car dealership and they told me they fixed it, but they didn't fix it. I found someone who I figured I could trust with cars and he took a look at it, figured it out, worked with Endurance, and now, that issue seems to be resolved.

    Setting up my warranty was easy. It was all done on the phone and the rep I dealt with was knowledgeable. I've had one claim for the windshield wiper motor on my car. Both the front and the back wipers have stopped operating. It was $1,100, and Endurance covered it with the $100 deductible. My BMW dealership contacted them and said it was no problem. The tech said that they kept Endurance's contact information in my file at the dealership. He said, “Going forward, any time you bring the car, we can just contact them automatically to find out it's covered or not, and we'll take care of it.” That was good.     Total Scam!!! I have an insurance policy with Endurance, and now that my vehicle is not working due to engine issue, they don't want to pay to fix it. Gave me the run around for days, got straighten out on Carfax what they told me needs to be fixed, and they still denied my claim. Total scam!!! These people will take your money and give you a hard time with paying the bill when something goes wrong with your vehicle. Now I have to hire an attorney to file a lawsuit which is going to cost more money.

    I've tried to use Endurance twice. The first time, they denied the claim. I needed the engine oil cooler replaced but they said my coverage didn't cover that. I was not happy because it cost me $1,900. They said I needed the top-of-the-tier coverage, but I have the one in the middle. Something as substantial as an engine oil cooler should have been covered. That's a big investment for anybody to make and I wish they included that in our coverage. The second time, I needed a tow and they were very quick and excellent to get the right people to tow my vehicle. It turned out, what it needed was a new starter and they paid 100% to replace the starter. If I also needed, I could have had a rental car, but I didn't need one. I was very happy with that service.

    The customer support is great. They stay on the line with you, making sure you understand what you're getting in the package. There were oil changes and incentives in the purchase of the insurance and the rep made sure we were aware of those. I asked about certain parts of the automobile and he explained it all to us. I appreciate the extended warranty through Endurance because I was never denied usage when I needed it. I used to drive a 750 BMW and I had BMW and Endurance insurance. There was a problem with my BMW and the BMW insurance denied the claim. But Endurance paid whatever it was that was going on with my vehicle at that time.     I as many other customers who trusted Endurance warranty to keep our automobiles running smoothly and to take care of the repairs. As we soon found out they would use your policy against you and not cover the problems and left customers with a hefty repair bill. They take your money and then tell you they can not refund your policy money. My suggestion is to save your hard earned money for the repairs or find a reasonable loan to cover your expenses. The payments will probably be about the same as if you took out one of Endurance warranty services policies.

    I had a claim last year when the truck went down and a transmission was needed. Endurance was okay but they dropped the ball somewhere. They approved the transmission and sent it to the shop but it took a month so I had to call them back and complain. Then, the next thing I know, the transmission is there. It took too long. But the cost of the transmission and putting it in was less than what I have to pay for my three-year contract. It worked out for me. Also, Endurance is good with small things but to me, they're for big-ticket items. If it's a covered item that's less than $100, it doesn't pay to have Endurance do it because you have to pay a $100 deductible. You have to really think about what you're doing if you're gonna try to get Endurance to pay.

    With the way their policies are structured, you don't know what you don't know. They know the cars and they know what is most likely to go wrong with the car and the policies that you're getting may not necessarily cover the most likely problem that you're going to have with that car. You have to read the policy carefully because there are certain things within that policy that you would be paying for every month that would not be covered. Other than that, I took my car to the dealer last month when my temperature gauge was out. It would have cost me $800 but when I told them I had Endurance, it went down to $100. It gives me a sense of security. It takes the way that, "If something goes wrong, how am I gonna afford to pay this?"

    The way they handled some of the claims has been unsatisfactory. I put my Suzuki in for a timing chain claim and Endurance issued approval to perform the work for $2,500. I submitted an inquiry about getting a rental car while my vehicle is being serviced and Endurance said that because of the claim, I'm a limited liability. I said if the policy has no more benefits, then maybe I should get another policy so I'll at least have benefits going forward. The rep sent me over to service and they rewrote the policy so I can have benefits moving forward.

    But when the work was performed for the timing chain and they submitted it, it was denied. They said there was no policy and I had to go through this whole spiel of going back to this person and that person. They finally approved it but then they said they were only going to pay $1,400. The approval was done for $2,500 so now I had to pay an additional $1,400 to get my car at the shop when before, it was $300. I am still salty about this to the point that I'm thinking about calling a legal to file a claim.

    I had another claim for my Maxima during the pandemic. The car was running terribly and I thought the engine was gonna blow up. It was a cylinder problem and the repair place tried to call Endurance, but during that time, they don't have people devoted to answering calls. They hung on the phone for close to 45 minutes and I told them to go ahead and do the work and we would get back to Endurance later because this was an emergency. I got in contact with Endurance and told them we tried to call them on two occasions and that the repair place did the work. But Endurance held their ground and said that because I didn't have the claim authorized before doing the work, my claim is denied. When I looked up the definition of emergency services, it was a gray area. They could have done it. The amount of the claim was $400. It wasn't like it was $4,000. That experience didn't serve me well either.

    I looked up Endurance. They told me the down payment and how much it would be a month. It turned out, I caught COVID at my job and I couldn't work. I called them and they were nice about it. When I started back at work, I didn't have a lot of hours. So they cut the payment in half. What they did was I pay every two weeks this amount, and then the next two weeks, paid that amount until I caught up.

    The reps were really good. They were supposed to take it out of my checking account. But I had other bills pending that would not work with me in my situation. So they kept taking the money before I could pay it and they kept putting my account in the negative. I called them up and asked them, "Was there another way to do this?" They said, “Yeah. You can pay with your debit card or your credit card. That way, we get the payment taken out immediately instead of waiting.” I said, “Okay. That's what I’ll do.” That's how I've been handling it and it's worked out very well. The representatives were very informative. They were patient with me.

    I was sold the wrong policy. I was never refunded my money. The "management " team canceled my policy after lying and portraying me in a false way claiming that I wanted to cancel my policy. They refused to conduct a formal review of the facts to hold people accountable. The issue remains and will because according to them "the train stops here". In other words they refused to assist me in filling a formal internal compliant to be investigated. These people outright lied, committed forgery and took 4 months to correct their error.

    The service is fine but there are some things that they said they cover in the original discussion about the policy but they don't. Even if you have the ultimate gold, platinum coverage level, they still find things not to cover. But then, it's a lot easier to pay them with 100-something dollar payments than it is to pay $3,000 $4,000 repair bill. And they cover all that minus the $100 deductible.

They tried to deny my claim saying that they needed more service records. I had to find those records that they were looking for in order to get the claim processed after the car has been sitting for weeks. I needed a rental, but they said that they don't provide rentals unless the claim is approved.

    I like the $100 deductible per visit. As opposed to it being per part, it was very straightforward. I also liked how easy the coverage was to understand. There was a 30-day waiting period and 1,000 miles. So that made it all really simple. I was in Vegas for about two weeks and then all of a sudden, the air conditioning compressor gave out and it exploded. So it messed with the serpentine belt and a couple of other things, and the alternator. It looked like it was a big deal.

    I called Endurance and they got me the tow truck to pull the car to the mechanic. The mechanic said it would be $2,000 if it weren't covered. But Endurance covered just about everything. I only paid the $100, plus an extra 80 bucks for a couple of parts that weren't covered by the coverage. It seemed reasonable. Then they gave me the car back and it was in excellent condition. It was a really cool experience. I was really impressed. Every time I call Endurance, I always speak with a human. It's pretty good service.

    I had two issues with my truck. One was the sending unit and the API that went out. The API was the radio control thing on the truck. I get all my work done at the dealership. I paid 100 bucks and the dealership took care of all that. For the API issue, the truck was there for about an hour or two. I like Endurance since they covered my problems. Everything was fine.

    Endurance makes me not have to come straight out with some things that go broken on my car, especially for members like me who is a car enthusiast having a sports car. A lot of problems come around. If the transmission goes out, that's a good $2,00, $3,000, $4,000 replacement. And with Endurance, it's a $100 deductible. My 370Z's radiator had a hole in it. I gave the shop my policy information and Endurance's phone number, and they did their part and it went quickly. It was self-explanatory. It cost me only the $100 deductible and the shop did an entire radiator replacement. It's worth it. I recommend Endurance to a lot of people that I talk to in the car community because it's convenient.

    I had a few claims with Endurance. So far, so good. I had one where I had to get an engine job and they covered that. the car was in the shop for about three weeks. I knew what it was gonna be like going in. I had another claim and there were some things that I questioned. There was an oil pan gasket they didn't want to cover. I also had to get an alternator. It had to be either shipped out from them aftermarket or they will only cover X amount of dollars. The shop that I deal with deals with Endurance. All I did was take the cars there and the mechanic makes a call. I then find out what's covered. On the whole, everything that was done was requested and acknowledged fast. I had to wait for the car because the car had to get repaired. It was a big job.

    I probably should have gotten a better plan to cover a little bit more stuff. But I didn't realize that the benefits are more the bigger the plan, like for electronics and air conditioning. I had to use Endurance twice and they took care of me. I replaced a starter and alternator, and the dealership submitted a plan. Endurance told the dealership what they covered and went from there. On one instance, I just had to pay the $100 deductible at one dealership. But on the next instance, I had to pay $200 for a $1,000 problem. It was with the local dealership that I bought the car from and they said they charged me $100 of shop supplies. Everybody is gonna try to make a little extra money. There’s not a lot I can do about that. Endurance approves what they approve. I’d recommend them but people should make sure that they get a shop that's gonna accept what Endurance offers.

    Towed car to garage, claim inspector came and filed his report. They had me supply all service & maintenance invoices. 3 weeks later they called me and said everything good, just need 2019 invoice for airbag recall replacement. Went to Audi then garage, faxed invoice & had turbo replaced. Garage faxed invoice, ENDURANCE would not pay because they didn't authorize repair..thanks.

    I noticed a really loud sound coming from my brakes, so I took the vehicle to the mechanic shop and they told me that I needed new rotors and new brake pads. The mechanic shop told me Endurance only covered a portion of what needed to be done so I had to pay the rest. I paid $1,200 out of pocket. But for the most part, they've been helpful.     The steering shaft went bad and we took it to the garage. We didn't know if we needed a power steering for it and they told us what it was. Then, they checked the Endurance policy and found that it was covered and got it fixed. They had to order the parts and the vehicle was in the shop for about a week.     I took the vehicle to the dealership and I told them to call Endurance because I have no card. They made a claim and told me whether it was accepted or rejected. I had transmission work and Endurance took care of that. My air conditioner went bad as well as my suspension arms in the front, and they took care of that too. But they didn't take care of some broken bolts in my motor. Still, all in all, I’m satisfied. The longest time for the claim process was about a week. It was a great process.     If I had any questions, the Endurance reps answered my questions with no issues at all. Also, the warranty was accepted in more places than I thought it would be accepted in. Overall, Endurance is a good company and my experience with them was awesome. When I had to put my car in the shop where I had to get a new transmission, they covered it for me. I had to pay the deductible and it was $160. But they covered the entire cost of my labor, parts, and services. The warranty helped with the out of pocket expenses as I wouldn't have been able to pay for a transmission. If I had to pay for a transmission out of my pocket, I would have just gotten a another car. I would tell my friends that they should enroll with Endurance if their car wasn't purchased with the extended warranty.

    Endurance can be more upfront on what is covered and what is not. The people selling the policy could be more diversified in what they're selling instead of just going by a template. Other than those, Endurance has been great. I've done multiple claims and there have never been any issues.     A rear differential went bad. Endurance Auto Warranty said fluid leaked out that caused it to happen. I talked to them a few times. And I said, “I guess, there's no way of knowing that fluid was leaking out and everything was fine.” I had them check to see what the policy would cover before they did it. And it was one of those things that it was, “It's gonna have to be done one way or another. So don't do anything until I talked to him.” They said, “The fluid leaking out caused the differential to go bad. That's why we aren't going to cover the differential.” I came out of pocket. It wasn't cheap.

    It seemed like Endurance had the best reviews. My experience with them was not too good. It took a week for them to decide if they were gonna cover my claim or not. My car sat up there at the lot for a week for them to decide if it was under warranty or not. It was back and forth. They said I had a recall on it. There was no recall on it. I had to jump through hoops just to prove that there wasn't a recall on it. Once the claim was approved, it went smoothly. I just wasn't very satisfied because you're not allowed to talk to anybody. You gotta go through the mechanic. In the end, it turned out alright. They just don't cover everything and when they sell you the policy, they make you think that your car is covered bumper-to-bumper. The contract is thick. You gotta read every tiny little print, and that's where they get you. I don't think extended warranties are worth it.

    I appreciate the insurance, the times that I've been able to use it. I had my rear differential replaced recently and insurance paid for that. Because of the expense, Endurance had sent someone out to verify it. The only delay was a miscommunication between the dealership and Endurance where they said they wouldn't release the funds because the dealership hadn't sent them over some paperwork, but they hadn't been notified that they had to send over paperwork. But for the things that I'm covered by, I'm very satisfied. Endurance has lived up to my hopes. I'm glad I got this warranty. It was worth every penny. I couldn't imagine owning my car without them.

    When I was quoted for a warranty with Endurance, they covered much more, being that my vehicle is a premium. My vehicle was in the shop last December. I had an oil leak. I had some suspension issues going on. Also, my key fob broke. Endurance paid for the majority of the repairs. They covered my front struts, but not the rear shocks. And shocks, from my understanding, are supposed to be wear and tear items, which is the same with a lot of warranty companies. So, I didn't know that until recently, but there's a lot to learn. But I liked that I didn't have to get involved in it.

    Endurance is better than my previous extended warranty because it's a $100 deductible and not a $100 deductible plus 10% of repair. There was a 30-day process before I could start utilizing my plan and the only problem I had with that was my car broke down after 35 days and it had to be towed. My key tumbler was broken and when I called Endurance about it, they told me I had to take it to a professional shop to get it fixed. Nobody wanted to fix it besides the dealership and the dealership put me off for four weeks. I had to pay out of my pocket for the car ignition repair and the towing. It cost me $900. It frustrated me that I lost money on the towing and on the repair. They refused to give me the policy number for the towing company and it's not on my contract. And I couldn't get it to a qualified mechanic because I couldn't call Endurance.

    Then, it had to be towed again in front of my door because I didn't want it in the pound compact lounge where they charge me $75 a day every day it sits there. It was a rough nightmare. When I started the process, they should have explained to me that there's a policy number that goes to the towing company. Also, they didn't try to give me any reimbursement. It hurt my feelings. If you get a new client, you gotta give them all the information. There could have been some way better communication, but other than that, the process is fine.

    Everything went good with Endurance except for Leon, the guy who signed me up. I didn't get the warranty that day so a week later, another person called me and told me that Leon wanted them to call me. I signed up because I thought Leon was gonna get credit for the sale because he explained everything to me. But someone else did. The ignition switch went out on my car and I didn't have to do anything. I took my car to the shop and they did their assessment. They contacted Endurance and they did their assessment and paid for it. The claims process took a week but the part had to be ordered. So, the shop had my car two and a half weeks. I didn't try to get a rental. I didn't know endurance had one and I never even asked. But overall, the experience with Endurance was great. I recommend them to all my friends.

    Endurance seemed to have pretty good services. Their claim process was pretty easy. Take the car to the dealership or the mechanic, the mechanic calls Endurance, and they say yes or no. I had to use the policy twice and I haven't had any issues as far as them paying or issues about anything that's covered. I had a claim on my SUV and another for when the transmission on my pickup truck went. Endurance covered both. They did due diligence but there were no questions asked, for the most part. I did more miles than I thought on one of my cars so I had to just call and make sure and just change my mileage. That added more money to the policy. Other than that, they're pretty good as far as anything I've had to call for and I get my answers. I've had a fantastic experience. I have recommended this warranty to numerous people.

    Endurance is all right. The only thing I don’t like is that the Chevrolet dealership closest to me doesn't accept them. They say that Endurance doesn't like to pay the bill out. So they’re just forcing the customers to pay their bills. I had a lot of work done to my truck. It was the last little bit that I had a real issue because the dealership said it was exceeding the amount that I pay for the warranty.     It was a great experience working with the fellow that helped me out because he made everything fit into my budget and I have appreciated that. I had to get my transmission replaced in my van. I had my AC compressor and alternator done. So, those were big jobs and Endurance Auto Warranty gave me no pushback on getting those done.     The rep led me astray saying how good the coverage was but it was all a lie. I took the truck in for some repairs under the impression that all the items he told me about would be covered. Once I got it to the service center, the warranty department looked at my claim and decided that they weren't gonna cover it. So, I cancelled the warranty. Using Endurance was a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

    I researched and decided to get Endurance because it was always number one. I wanted bumper-to-bumper coverage. I did the initial quote and everything online. I had someone call me and I talked to her. I set up the warranty over the phone. The rep was really good and answered all my questions. When I had to take my car in to Ford to get some stuff fixed on it, I gave them the Endurance information and they took care of everything else. But there was an item that Endurance wouldn't cover, which I thought they should have. The Ford people said that they always have issues with Endurance, but I didn't for the most part.

    I recommended Endurance to my mom and she got it. I would recommend it again but I will let others know that you may think that they're gonna cover something and they may not. Just don't get upset because all the coverages out there don't cover certain things. On my end, I need to call Endurance and try to figure out why the item wasn't covered. It's the little backup sensors on the car.

    I've had to use the plan one time and that experience was decent. But it wasn't the best because they fixed a part of the problem with the car but didn't fix all of it. They wanted to replace some turbo coolant lines which was good. But there was something else they needed to replace but that part went to another part that wasn't broken. So, because that other part wasn't broken, they didn't fix it all. They left it like it was and I just paid my $100 deductible. Shop around if you're getting an auto warranty.

    My experience with them has been good so far. For claims, we just take the numbers to the repair shop, pay the deductible and they take care of billing. I'm very satisfied with the claim process. We had one thing that was not covered because it was a maintenance issue. Other than that, everything that we've needed, they verified that it was a covered part and took care of it.

    The only issue I've had is when I pay them at the 1st of the month, I get notices that they haven't received my payment, sometimes as late as the 15th of the month, which doesn't make sense because my bank already shows that it's been cleared. Other than that, the monthly payment plan is amazing. They've been real quick at taking care of things that were covered in their plan. So, I like it.

    The first time I signed up, it went really great. But I sold that vehicle and bought another one. I was told that once I canceled, I'd get my money back. That was not true. I did a different policy and they would not refund me. But they gave me a discount on my next one. The claim process is pretty simple.     The service with Endurance has been good and bad. I'm surprised that they don't cover some of the things. But they did cover some stuff. One time I had a liftgate problem, which is electrical, but they wouldn't cover it. I don't understand why. But I fixed it my own, so it was no big deal. One thing I don't like is they don't talk to me. They just talk to the dealership. People asking about Endurance should do a little bit more research than I did.

    Whenever I called Endurance to make a payment or to ask anybody a question, the representatives always answered my question. If they can't, they get me to someone who can help me. I took the vehicle in because it kept getting hot and the mechanic told me I needed the fan replaced. It was wonderful to have Endurance because he gave me a bill for 1,799 and I said I got Endurance. He came back and gave me a bill for $100. I didn't have to call Endurance. The people that worked on the car called them and told them what had to be done and they told them what they were gonna pay. I could choose anybody I wanna go to and I sent Endurance the information to see if they would accept it. So, I went to the top dealer.

    I love Endurance. The last claim just paid for my warranty and my wife's. I noticed coolant leaking under my wife’s car. It was due for an oil change, so I took it in for an oil change and a check. The mechanic said the water pump was leaking and they had to take the whole front half of the engine out. The claims process was easy. I told the service writer who we had and gave him the contract number, and he took care of everything else. I had some preventive maintenance done to the car but I only had to pay the copay for the water pump.

    I had Endurance before, but I ended up getting sick so I dropped it and then when I signed up again, it wasn't the same anymore. So, I’m thinking about just dropping it again. I was not accommodated. I didn't appreciate the rep not trying to give me the same offers and the same incentives that I had before, which he lied saying he couldn't find my information. So, I didn't really wanna go with it, and I shouldn't have went with it, dealing with him. Also, the rate is like $20 to $30 more, and I know things have gone up, but I don't think they went up extremely as I'm being charged.

    I had done some research and I looked into Endurance, and the conversation that I had with the agent was pretty much the selling point. I haven't really had any issues with Endurance. It's been a pretty good experience. The claims process has been easy for me. I would just go to the repair facility, let them know that I have Endurance. They would call, process the claims and get them submitted to the company, and then that would pretty much be it. The coverage has been pretty good. The claim process isn't necessarily difficult, but as far as the communication, some of the agents that I ran into have been great, but I have had issues to where some people didn't know what was going on and then I had to take more of a direct approach in contacting the repair company and then contacting Endurance and be like, "Hey, this is what they're saying." Then people are going back and then they were contacting the repair facility.

    There was an occurrence that happened a while back to where there was a discrepancy with what was being sent as opposed to what was being repaired as far as the actual verbiage built within the contract because that was one issue that I did have where it was like a part that was being repaired. It was the part that everybody was saying needed to be repaired, but the way that it was worded on Endurance’s side made it non-eligible even though the part was eligible. It was a process where I had to call Endurance, Endurance had to call the adjuster, and then the adjuster had to look into it. I was like, “Okay, we're both seeing the same thing. This is the same part.” He was like, “Oh, no. The way that it's worded..” I said, “Okay, well, what was sent from the repair facility is not what you're seeing.” It hasn't happened since, but it did occur. It got resolved, but it took almost a week and a half.

    I had this service for like 6 months, and when I needed them, they found EVERY reason not to pay out. Don't sign ANY contract with them! Cancelling was a nightmare, I had to call multiple times, their customer service is outright disrespectful. The guy actually hung up. I got so fed up I eventually called my bank and cancelled my credit card so they would stop charging it. Turns out, even with a cancelled card they were still adding up the costs every month and mailing it. After multiple tries, and getting the runaround, and being on hold so many times, someone was honest enough to tell me how to REALLY cancel.

    They make it so hard. There's a document you have to print out, and you have to get it NOTARIZED!!!! Yes, they require it to be notarized to make your life harder so you don't cancel. Then you have to fax it back and pray they got it. Do yourself a favor, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The nightmare doesn't stop, they keep sending me mail and calling for some fake "extended car warranty". Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

    The reps went through a lot of quotes with me and really explained it well to me. I used my warranty for the first time when my car alternator went out. I called it in, then they explained to me what to do. When I called around for a shop, a majority of the shops didn't know anything about Endurance. I took my car to Kia and I was scared to take my car there because I didn't think they will fix it. Still, I gave them the information off the card Endurance gave in my email, then the shop called them and did everything. Everything went lovely.

    The only process that got me confused was about the rental. My car was going to the shop and I didn't know if Endurance processes rentals. I was gonna look into the handbook they gave me, but I never had a chance. Other than that, Endurance was great and I would recommend friends to go with the service 'cause I had never had a bad experience yet.

    When I purchased my car, I did a little research on extended warranties and when I did a comparative analysis, I was drawn to Endurance because of what it offered.     I was under the impression that everything was gonna be covered by Endurance. It was a great deal and it is too good to be true. The head gasket in my Audi broke and it's not going to be covered. When I read the fine print when the car was already at the mechanic, I found out that in order to have it covered, the mechanic would have to take the car apart and figure out if there was a lubricated part that caused the damage. That's pretty much doing the whole job and I'm required to pay for that. It's not like they pay upfront and I believe I was misled, but I might just not have asked the right questions.

    I tried to cancel three times and gotten talked out of it every time. Today, they said they're gonna put my account on hold and not bill me anymore. They claimed that they would give me $1,000 towards a new vehicle if my car was a total loss. I was put on hold several times. But the person came back and she said that it's covered and to call them back when that happens. I asked if we could do it then and she said I have to have a mechanic call. I kind of already gave up on them. It's worth a try but it seems like more work than it's worth. It doesn't seem like they're gonna cover anything.

    The guy I bought my policy from was good. But after that, nobody else bothered to call me. Also, I never got paperwork. I own a $70,000 truck with a warranty on it and I don't have any brochure. I have a card to put in my wallet in case I break down but I don't even know when my payments are due. I asked Endurance, "Is this a bogus company or not? Because I left a payment with the salesman and I never heard anything." The rep said, "No, this is real. You do have a policy."

    Updated on 05/18/2023: I had to have my transmission replaced back in September 2022. They wanted their own vendor to supply a rebuilt transmission, They did not pay the complete bill. I had to pay $575 out of my own pocket. Despite advertising that I would only have a $100 ded. Fast forward to March 2023. Had to have transmission replaced again due to faulty rebuild. I called them before I took truck into a transmission shop. Asked if they would cover the vehicle rental, since this not something that I sure as heck did not want to due. I was assured that they would. Fast forward two and a half weeks before they finally supplied a different transmission. Mainly because of lack of communication between Endurance and their vendor who supplied transmission.

    Get my truck back, and tried to get reimbursed for my rental, and was told that it was denied. After multiple phone calls ( close to 50) in which I was yelled, at and hung up on. I finally was contacted by a Scott **. supposably a senior resolution specialist. I have to assume that this a made up title, because he is terrible at his job. I was told that I would be paid by the vendor, well they were only willing to pay partial days and only 30 dollars a day. because of the extreme amount of time that it took to get repaired. (17) days, total rental ended up being $1575.00. They say that I will be getting a check for $275. Only 9 days at $30. Now this has been going on since March 23. I still have not seen even this measly amount.

    Original Review: They provided a transmission for my 2018 truck. And then did not pay the whole bill. I had to pay $685. Way over their advertised $100 deductible. Then 6 months later that transmission failed. Had to get it replaced again. They would not reimburse me for the vehicle rental. They claim that it was their supplier that was responsible, even though I had talked to customer service before taking it in to verify that they would cover the rental. I had to coordinate the exchange between supplier and repair shop, because after a week of not hearing anything I realized that endurance had dropped the ball. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    I originally had signed up with CarShield. Then I got to thinking that if something was to go wrong, I would just take my car to the dealer. I called the dealer and two other places around here and asked them if they worked with CarShield. They said, “Absolutely not. They're horrible. They do not pay. Don't use them.” They all said, “We will happily work with Endurance. They don't make it easy, but they'll do what needs to be done as long as you expect the things to be covered that your policy actually covers and not outside of those parameters. They're gonna take care. So, I would recommend dropping CarShield and getting Endurance.” I did sign up with Endurance. They were very helpful. The guy explained the policy. I feel like they had a fairly reasonable rate as far as the risk of an older high-miles vehicle.

    My warranty ran out on my Cadillac so I checked with CarShield and then I checked with Endurance, and the representative kinda down-talked CarShield so I went on.     I reached out to Endurance's customer service to receive more information and what coverages I could receive. The young lady was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable and assured me that if something was not right, they would make it right. It was like it was no extra hassle. None of the electronic stuff in my car was covered. I felt like I was paying for nothing. "Okay. What if the window motor went out?" "That was not gonna be covered." It was just like simpler things. I was like, "You know, it doesn't always have to be the motor or the transmission that go out, it could be something simple." The young lady made me feel comfortable about receiving the very best.

    Getting signed up with Endurance was very easy. She worked with me. I told her “I get paid once a month.” She said, “I want you to have the very best deal possible. I could lock it in for you today. I promise you, I would not run your information until the day that you tell me." I told her what day I got paid. It is no problem. She said, "You give me your information, nothing will touch your account until then. Even if you need me to, I can call and give you a reminder." I told her that wouldn't be necessary. I was her priority and that made me feel good. I wanna feel like they're concerned about my needs first and she gave me that.

    They told me I had 30 days to cancel the warranty. Every time I've tried to cancel it, they beat around the bush. I've done it twice and I'm in the hole for $139 a month because I can't get them to cancel it. In the beginning, working with them was fine. But now, I wouldn't give two cents nor will I recommend them. Turn around and run. Don't go with them.

    I'm a little upset with Endurance. When I signed up, they told me that I pay $90 and wait $30 days to get my coverage. After I called back looking for a contract to see what was covered, they told me that I had a 1,000-mile deductible. I'm gonna ended the relationship because I'm not in the position to drive 1,000 miles. They said all I had to do was give them a number to charge my membership fee of $90 a month. They took that and didn't send anything, other than a bill that was not directly from them but from another party called PayLink Direct.

    Be cautious. They were supposed to have sent me a contract to my email address for me to see what the warranty says. I wanna see what the deductibles are on things getting paid to see if I'm saving enough money to make the warranty worth it. I also have to know what the process is for payment because a lot of repair shops are not gonna want to take on extra paperwork for me. Also, I wanna see what my choices are with other companies.

    I asked for a written policy but Endurance told me my policy would have to be downloaded. The rep that I talked to couldn't know everything that was going to be on the policy that was gonna be covered.     Buy a dealer warranty because third-party warranties at dealerships are extremely difficult to get warrantied by. I had this bumper-to-bumper warranty with Endurance. For my claims, I was leaking radiator fluid, the infotainment screen was cracked, and I also had the shock system. I really thought that the shocks were covered under this particular extended warranty, but they weren't. I ended up doing the shocks myself. The infotainment screen, they denied me on. Also, when I originally went there to have everything assessed, they charged me 170 bucks to have it assessed.

    A week went by, and because it takes hours to get through to anybody on the other end of Endurance, the guy that was doing the claim would constantly call and never get through. So, my car was still never fixed. It was to the point where I went down there on a Saturday. I just sat there and I looked at him like, "I'm not leaving until you pick up the phone." It took an hour out of my own day just to sit there while he waited online. When he did, the phone was breaking up and we'd get disconnected. But there was one particular lady who was able to help me out with things. With my infotainment screen, she was like, "You have that covered." She was the one that pushed it through and got the coverage.

    The Cadillac dealership doesn’t take some warranty companies so I'm glad I went with Endurance. Getting everything set up was mediocre. When I first called, they told me one thing, but then after the fact, I find out it was something totally different. Endurance should cover more.     Endurance is the best car warranty that I have purchased. It covers more than just the powertrain. There's a limit to Endurance, too, but they offer much more coverage than the basic car warranty. The price is also good for what you're paying for. The Endurance sales rep explained everything well. We chose the low deductible. No matter what services we get through the plan, our deductible is $100. We had the radio in our Cadillac, which is a touchscreen. And those can be very expensive. It had started out as a small crack and the touchscreen wouldn't work. The work was $1,800 and we only had to pay $100. Even to get the service, I just took it down to the Cadillac dealer. They checked it out and gave me a price. They called Endurance. No issues or a lot of questions about not trying to cover something. It was an easy process.

    I actually saw Endurance's commercial Monday and I gave them a call to see what they're about. I'm hoping that the guy wasn't lying when he said that wherever I take the vehicle, Endurance has a credit card there ready and I don't have to wait for them to approve it. Praying that that's really what it's about, I can do that. I can use that. That's gonna be the make or break point when I need it, use it, the credit card’s not there, and they say, “We're gonna have to wait to get approved for this, approved for that. You're gonna have to have to go through all the system stuff.” That'll be the breaking point for me because I don't want to sit here and be a part of a group that was there for 12 years and no matter what I did, it was always something that they rejected. I'm paying too much money for them to reject anything.

    The rep was good. She was just trying to get everything out at once. When I had questions about breaking down, I was being interrupted and it was taking us off course. It was cool though. She was nice, and the plan was good for what information I was told about it. I got a bit of understanding, so I feel comfortable. However, I was curious why it doesn't cover electrical. Other than that, having Endurance gives me extra protection and extra comfortability driving the car. I had a rack and pinion claim and they took care of it. I took my car to the Chevy dealership and they handled everything. Between them and the insurance company, I didn't have to do anything.

    I've used the warranty twice. They agreed to replace the air conditioner, which was not the problem. It was the tensioner and they refused to replace that, saying it was a routine maintenance item. But then the dealership wanted $1,000 to replace the tensioner, which I didn't have. It still hasn't been fixed.

    I just took the car out to have the transaxle replaced. Endurance refused to let the transmission shop put the transaxle that they chose in and provided a transaxle. Because Endurance provided the transaxle, the transmission shop refused to warranty the work. I got the car back and the transaxle they put in is leaking. Now I've got to fight with Endurance on getting it fixed, and it took them a month to get it fixed, and it put me out of work for a month last time. And they're gonna pull the transaxle back out of the car to fix it again. I can’t afford to be off work for a month and I'm not happy. I like the way they tailored the contract, but I assumed too much. I should have asked more questions about what they covered and what they didn't cover.

    I had CarShield and the rep said that there were places that repaired cars who took Endurance and not CarShield. She was very firm and knew what she was talking about. And that it would be as good as any kind of insurance if you bought a new car warranty. I just have to pay $100 copay. I'd rather get paid off in 19 months instead of paying $100 but then I still have to wait 30 days for the warranty to even take effect and I had to put 1,000 miles on my car, which I haven't even made the 1,000 miles yet. So, I continued to pay CarShield plus Endurance. It cost me $300 a month until I got to that 1,000 because I didn't take any road trips.

    I will not recommend Endurance. At first, I thought I would because the rep had me believing that this was the only way to go. But the more I think about it, I don't know who's gonna take these insurances. I would more likely take it to a dealership than anywhere, unless I took it to Point S. I liked that I was gonna pay Endurance for 19 months and didn't have to pay it for 41 months. So in the long run, it was gonna be less expensive in my estimation because I'd get it paid off in three years. But when you figure, I'm paying double what I was paying for CarShield.

    I had to take my vehicle in to get the routine maintenance. They found some things that needed to be taken care of and they were a lot. Endurance covered 95% of what needed to be done. I'm very satisfied. However, one of the few things they would not replace was the thermostat housing. I was disappointed in that. I had to come out of my pocket and pay $2,300.

    I'm elderly and disabled. I have to take myself back and forth to the hospital and grocery store. I need some kind of warranty on my car. I heard about Endurance so I tried it.     The Endurance rep I signed up with was awesome. With them, I get a full coverage for everything altogether, but because of the mileage of the vehicle, there was only a certain coverage I could have gotten. I got what's called powertrain. It's for the transmission, the engine, the electrical components, the AC, and the suspension. I'm very satisfied with it because it's what Endurance had for the vehicle I have. After I drive 1,000 miles on it and anything happens, I can claim for anything within the policy. I've also claimed With Endurance before and I got my claim approved, so they did good.

    I got Endurance for my 2008 Chevy Avalanche because I liked their policy, the amount of coverage, and their monthly payment. When I decided to sign up, I was under the impression that my vehicle will be covered. But lo and behold, that was not the case. They told me that I had to put 1,000 miles on my vehicle. I did and even went over that. I put a claim in because the vehicle's computer said that the fuel injector needed to be replaced. I called and explained that to Endurance and they denied the claim. They were not understanding my point of view. Why should I have to find a mechanic to replace the fuel injector and pay Endurance $155 a month for something that's not gonna be covered? At that point, I terminated my contract. I'm very displeased with Endurance right now. I may consider them in the future but right now, I may consider CarShield.

    The Endurance sales rep was thorough. He knew the cost-effectiveness of having the warranty. They covered the vehicle bumper-to-bumper. But you have to put 1,000 miles on your car so they can ensure that you wouldn't get things repaired that were part of before it was covered. I have a five-year warranty. But I will only pay for the warranty for three years, $98. After three years, they'll cover the car for an additional two years but I don't have to pay anything.

    I had a claim with Endurance for the transmission on my vehicle. It wasn't running properly. I took it to the dealership. The process was slow. It stayed in there for a month. The dealership was in constant communication with me. They had to deal with Endurance trying to find the transmission and going back and forth with the dealership how they were gonna handle it. They didn't go with the recommendation from the dealership to use their transmission. They provided a transmission from a third party supplier. So that was what took longer because then the dealership had to wait for the transmission. But once the dealership got the transmission, they put it on and tested it and it was fine. They took care of my vehicle.
