The sign-up with Endurance was okay, but I never got my policy. The rep said he was going to mail them then he said that he'd send them digitally. But I haven't received it either way.

I purchased a policy with Endurance in May. So the vehicle seem like it didn’t want to start and check engine was on. I spoke ke to customer service and a supervisor. Scheduled appointment at a licensed shop and the claim was denied. They stated the list of problems happened before the claim was purchased. I explained that when getting the policy the lady explained 30 days or 1000 miles. My agreement is that the truck start acting up this week and an appointment was made to get diagnostic testing. When shop called Endurance and gave them information and they denied claim. This company calls and mail information to get you signed up and then they want pay. I did everything correctly and I feel that they should pay.

The Endurance sales rep explained most of the stuff to me and he explained better it than the ones for CarShield. He knew what he was talking about because once I got the policy back, pretty much everything he told me was on par. I also told one of my friends about Endurance and he was supposed to call them.

The rep explained what was in the package and what I would qualify for my vehicle and that when I sign up, a plan would go into effect and what it would cover. The rep seemed knowledgeable. Once they had set me up with a bank, I set it up for it to be an automatic withdrawal. So far, making payments has been simple.

Endurance went over most of everything well. The coverage cost is a little high, but when weighed against the cost of actual repairs without it, it's worth it. My criticism is they were less than clear on that they would pay for oil changes. They did not mention that the coverage only paid X dollars toward each oil change. That was something I noticed in going over the paperwork.

Endurance gave me transmission and they’re doing the engine and my front-end tires. And the insurance was cheaper. People should go with them because our insurance is better than anybody out there.

I got what I needed from Endurance. I had coverage for the engine, transmission, brakes, wheels, and electronic parts. These are the most important parts and high risk stuff. The signup was easy and the people were very helpful. I’d tell my friends that they’re good people to deal with.

In addition to the extended warranty, Endurance had a maintenance program, roadside assistance and extra perks. They're also cheaper than others and their services are very similar and comparable. They explained everything that was covered during the warranty and on the maintenance program. They told me how much it would be, and then they found out that we were senior citizens and a veteran and they lowered the price again. We were able to complete everything except for giving them the mileage that was on my car because it wasn't home at the time. The only problem I've had with them was I called twice and left the mileage because they'd send me a text that they didn't have the mileage yet. But, I left a message for them to call me back and they still haven't called me back.

I wanted the coverage to be a little bit less than 140 but a good price was given so it worked out. I'm happy with Endurance. It's covering what I need to cover, which are the engine and electrical things. I have the basics but they also cover some that wasn’t included in it. They gave me what I thought I asked for. So, they're good. My deductible is 100, which is a little bit less than I thought. It’s worth it.

The Endurance rep was detailed and straightforward. He let me know what was recommended. He let me know the price and the deals that were going on. Any questions I had, the rep had the answer to it. There was nothing that the rep didn't know about the sign-up. The payments were reasonable too.

The gentleman I talked with was very kind. He told me we can change our mind at any time but it would be 30 days before we could do any repairs to a vehicle. We haven't needed any repairs yet. So, we'll see what's going on. But we’re just trying to shop around and make sure we're making the most cost-effective choice.

Everything was great during my signup with Endurance. The rep did well. However, when I called back to see if I could get some paperwork, the rep told me, "We don't do that. We do it by email." I explained to her I needed paperwork where I can stick it in my glove box. Four days later, I received the paperwork on my coverage and my card.

I like that I work directly with Endurance. It's not a third party. The service is also better compared to others. I thought they were high based on some of the other quotes that I had received. But they were able to work with me and bring the price down. That was appreciated. However, I didn't receive anything in the mail. Everything has been done through email. Maybe they don't send anything out as far as a document packet. But that would be nice to have. I also don't get reminders of when my payment is due. That's a concern because I'll forget if I don't have some reminders. But so far, everything's been really good. When I have any concerns, I just call them. It seems to be moving along smoothly so far.

My co-worker had Endurance before and he had a positive outlook on it. It was just the way things are supposed to go. He got it and not two months later, he had some major work happen to his truck, and Endurance backed them up. We have to go through the 30 days first, which I understand. But anything after that, Endurance will take responsibility, which is probably the best thing because you never know what's gonna happen the next day. I was looking at coverage for the main things such as the engine, transmission, major electrical components and things that are gonna be extremely costly. My wife’s vehicle is on the newer aspect so that's not something that I was gonna dive into myself.
The sign-up process with Endurance was simple, quick, specific and detailed. It was enough for me to make a decision. You can choose different packages. The representative knew what she was talking about. You can tell it wasn't her first contract detailed conversation. So, I asked her questions and she answered every single one of them. She said I didn’t have to do it right then. She told me what time she was gonna be there from one point to the next, when she’s off, and she said I could call her back. So, that's good. I'm very satisfied.

Endurance was cost-efficient and convenient if something ever goes wrong. Signing up with them was simple, easy and painless. I put it in the request email and they called me. I went through a 15-minute conversation about all the benefits and the perks. They sent me an email and I signed up. The rep was very knowledgeable, polite, professional and answered all the questions I had. The biggest thing I wanted covered was the drivetrain and the engine but Endurance covered way beyond that too, which was good.

The process at Endurance was simple. Unfortunately, I doubled paid last month and I haven't heard anything back about getting my refund. But the reps were good. They called me back when they said they would. Because when they first called, I wasn't ready to make the commitment to make the policy or create an account with them. I asked them to call back later and they said yeah and they did.

The signing-up experience with Endurance was very good. The rep explained the coverage very well and broke down everything. I have to put 1,000 miles on my vehicle before I can do any service towards it. They gotta make sure my vehicle is a well-working vehicle before they start putting out money to help me repair it. So, I understand that. Anything can happen and my warranty with the dealership expired so, I wanna have peace of mind that if anything major happens to my vehicle, I have somebody that has my back to help me repair it.
Submitting a claim with Endurance is very easy. They’ll go through the dealership. Once I get my card, I give either the card or the number on the card. Endurance would get in touch personally with the service advisor or the shop working on the car. Endurance is a very good company to have. They’re very in tune, aware and make sure everything’s alright and your payment is on time.

Save your money. It sounds good at the beginning but the minute that you try to utilize the service, they use fine print and don’t pay out. Crooks if you ask me. I had the warranty for 6 months and put in 2 small claims and they sent out adjusters on both and denied claiming pre-existing conditions. If you drive the vehicle, parts wear out. That’s the pony of paying for the warranty.

They dig deep to decline repairs. My power steering fluid runs thru the AC Condenser to cool it. The tube it runs thru developed a leak and it was discovered when my power steering started making noise and was found low on fluid. Back story to this event: I replaced my power steering pump and high-pressure line in Jan 2023, out of my own pocket. Now, I reported this new leak to them, they declined the repair as they saw on Carfax that I had repaired the power steering system prior.
They stated that they declined the repair as it was pre-existing since it was part of the power steering system. I argued that it was not leaking at that time, 5 months have gone by with no power steering fluid leak, not to mention, the AC Condenser is part of the AC System and not the Power Steering System. They would not budge.
I manage an automotive repair shop. I will make sure people know about this company. Also, I know a lot more about these processes than they know. I am filing complaints with the FTC and Atty Generals Office. I want my money back for the months I, in good faith, paid them for this policy. Their concern is not covering repairs on your vehicle but is to collect money for contracts that they don't honor. And they will make up all kinds reasons why. Most people will just hang up the phone and feel sad/bad that they did something wrong or didn't buy the right policy, or didn't understand the policy....no!! They are trained to decline claims by any means. Be careful, be aware and do research before buying. Anyone can post a "good" review. The bad ones are the real ones.

I explained to the rep I had an older vehicle and asked if it qualified. He said yes and gave me what it qualified for. And now, I've added another vehicle. Signing up was easy and I'm satisfied. The policy covers the motor transmission and electrical. It also has some towing. I was very excited about the coverage. The rep explained that I had to have 1,000 miles on each vehicle before coverage would start and it wouldn’t be hard on my vehicles but it could be an issue for others. A lesser mileage on the startup would help people out. I understand Endurance has to do that so people aren't fixing a jalopy sitting in their front yard with it. But sometimes within that 1,000-mile range, something could happen. And you bought the policy because you know there's a chance that something could go wrong with your older vehicle. Still, I would recommend Endurance.

The first rep at Endurance I spoke with was a woman and she answered all my questions. We waited a couple of weeks and then somebody else called back. He was good but he was not as knowledgeable as the first lady that I talked to. But we were satisfied. The signup process was easy.

Endurance had a better coverage. Signing up was easy. It was no high pressure salesperson. If I had a question, he answered them and compared what the dealership was offering and what they were offering. It was a better deal. There was more coverage for less amount.

I had used Endurance a while back, so I just stayed with them. As far as the claim procedure, the mechanic's the one that had to do it, so it was kind of out of my hand. They called Endurance and took care of it, I paid my deductible, and it was done. Endurance did what they said they were gonna do, so I'm happy with that.

I looked for as close to the same coverage as I had with the one we currently had. Endurance Auto Warranty offered that and more. Their rep was animated, answered every question I had, gave me the full information to his fullest on everything, and worked with me through the entire process. Even when I was talking to my husband on the phone, he sat there and waited for us to get done conversing.
The pricing was reasonable. If it's something that we could pay outright, we'd rather go that route. But if not able to, doing the monthly payments. But it is the monthly payments that work great for us. At the time when I had signed up for the warranty, there was a promotion that I was able to take advantage of. And they offered military, so we were honored by that. It was a great experience.

I called Endurance Auto Warranty and talked to a lady one day, and I didn't do anything about it. A couple of weeks later, somebody gave me a call back when I was down in Florida. I talked to a lady, and I said I would go ahead and get it. It doesn't hurt to have an extra warranty on a vehicle. Super easy. Those people were very nice. Everything they said were the same. There was one thing I was confused about, if it was 1,000 miles or 30 days. What the rep told me was whatever comes first. But they told me everything was covered besides what wears out, like tires and brake pads. And I gotta keep my vehicle up-to-date on maintenance.

I like the cost and the benefits. It's lower mileage than the rep and I had talked about and agreed with. The salesman was decent. I just wonder if Endurance slipped me one by being less mile. The salesman told me it was 190,000 miles, but it ended up being 125,000.

I was with another company for a couple of years and I was getting some negative information about them. After talking to the Better Business Bureau, they gave Endurance a higher rating so I switched over. The only thing I have a complaint about is that Endurance did not say anything to me about having to have 30 days or 1,000 miles from the vehicle's mileage that I recorded when I signed up before any coverages could or would take place. There was nothing stated to me about that when I was talking to the young lady over the phone.

I talked to Adrian and he was very informative. He told me what was covered and not covered. He spent about 25 minutes on the phone with me, telling me what it was all about. I'm happy with the sign up process. They got my card out to me pretty quick. I've got Adrian's email and I can reach out to him any time I need. It's been very pleasant overall.

I connected with Endurance online and then they called me back. The guy told me what the warranty would involve and what my benefits would be and what it would cost. He was real nice. He explained everything real well and I didn't end up with any questions. I felt pretty comfortable. So I went ahead and gave Endurance my banking information. Then I got this thing online and I called them and said, “Look, I'd like to have a physical copy of what I've got. I don't even know if I have anything. And I'm not real savvy with online stuff.” I told them that they needed to send me a physical copy of my policy. So they sent me one. I was glad that I had done it.

The reps were friendly and eager to sign me up. But I'm a little bit upset because I already signed up 30 days ago, but then they said I'm not able to use the warranty just yet. I gotta go another 30 days because I was late in getting them the actual mileage of the car. But my car is in need of something to be repaired. I'm waiting to see how that will go. Otherwise I'm gonna ask for a refund.

The signup process was quick and painless. The guy was really helpful. He overtalked a little bit. But if I would stop him, he would stop and he was gonna move on to something else I needed to instead of just dragging out the conversation for conversation's sake. But thus far, my claim process has been a whole other story.
Endurance contracts out to a third-party company to do inspections on the vehicles that they have covered. But whatever third-party company this is doesn't seem to really care about being punctual. The repair shop where my vehicle was at was closed. But the guy showed up to come look at the truck. No one was there. He couldn't look at the truck. Today, he just called and asked the repair shop to give him the codes out of the vehicle so he could submit his report. This was something that could have been done in the first 24 hours of me submitting the claim. As of this moment right now, I'd rather have somebody to have their own in-house as far as for inspections.

I've been enrolled with Endurance for a while now but I haven't used it. I have a Ford Explorer covered. Their rep explained everything well, broke it down nicely, fast, mannerable, and reasonable too. I've been hearing a lot of things, though, and I'm not sure if I wanna use it or not because of the things I've been hearing. I did like the prices and things in the packages and how fast they let you use it. It's just I hear that once you get it in the auto shop, they say they can't cover it.

My rep was very friendly and thorough. They were waiting on the exact mileage. I'm in Wisconsin and the vehicle is in North Carolina. I guesstimated the mileage and she followed up to make sure that I had entered the mileage correctly. I like that any dealership accepts them.

I had a great experience signing up with Endurance. It was super easy and I recommend it to anybody who needs a warranty for their car. I had to drive my car for 3,000 miles before my policy was liable and that was really nice because it can be easy to put miles on your car when you're traveling a lot. The reps I talked to were awesome and any question I asked, they knew the answer right away. They were very informative and they dumbed things down for me. They always asked me questions and I felt like I was getting the proper care that I needed, instead of them just taking my money. Endurance's reps were also very helpful. They don't look at you as a number and they really care about you. Making the payments for my warranty was also one of the easiest things I've ever done.

The sign-up process was easy, and it was a pleasure. Endurance followed up with an email that I was signed up. When you talk on the phone though, you go over so many things and you can't remember all the stuff you discussed, so it'd be nice to get a copy of the fine print. Whether I have to get an email copy or print it myself, it wouldn't matter. It's just so I know. There was also one misunderstanding wherein I thought they were gonna rebill my credit card each month. They called a day after the second payment was due and we set that up properly. Other than that, it's been a pleasant experience. I would recommend Endurance to anybody.

I had an incident on my car's air conditioner but Endurance and Smart AutoCare did not cover it. I called on the 10th and I got my contract with Endurance on 11th of the previous month. I told them that my air conditioner was messing up, so the lady from Endurance informed me that I could go ahead and drop my car off, which I did on the next day which was the 11th. They told me since the incident happened on the 10th, they would not be able to cover it because my 30 days wasn’t up. Even though my 1,000 miles mark wasn't up, my 30 days wasn't up. They put me through a hassle with their bad customer service. I got yelled at, then they cursed out. I wouldn't refer the customer service that I got from a couple of employees. They shoved me around to six different agents and they were all hanging up. They just didn't wanna do their job.
So I informed one of the representatives that I didn't yell at him until he yelled at me. But he didn't care. I talked to a manager and he told me that their calls are recorded, he'd go listen to my call and call back and see what was it. He didn't want to override the decline of my claim but I know for a fact when he went back and listened to those calls, he found out I was actually telling the truth. And then again, I know he heard the way I was talked to and treated. I pay my money like I work for my money. So I feel like if I pay my money to somebody, I should get respect.
I also had to contact them back and once I got ahold of them, they were telling me no. Then, I told one customer service representative that I wanted to cancel and she just said he was going to transfer me to the account department, and they could go ahead and cancel my policy. She had no convincing words and didn't want to help me. I was getting ready to cancel and they told me I wasn't getting my money back. I got the warranty to save money and it was like I was spending more money because I still had to pay for my diagnostics on my car. Whether the problem happened on the 10th, I felt like my diagnostic should have still been covered, and I would just cover my deductible.
I ended up keeping the policy but have been calling and requesting my policy in the mail so I can have it on paper instead of keep going to the mobile or the internet to pull it up. I still have not received that. Now my car has messed up again and the guy at Nissan was disturbed because he said if he had to call Endurance and Smart AutoCar that would be a hassle. That really hurt my feelings because he was taking it out of his time and day to sit on the phone for two or three hours when he could be dealing with several different cars.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and the high-quality standards we maintain. We would like to make things right as soon as possible.

The signup process was quick and easy. I didn't have the down payment right away, but Endurance worked with me to get me signed up, then I was able to pay a couple of days later when I had the funds available. It was a good signup process, and the customer service experience has been good so far. They've answered all the questions I had. All in all, it was a positive experience, but people should make sure they do their due diligence and research and call around. When I called Endurance, they were aggressive with trying to get me to sign up and they didn't wanna get me off the phone until then. I wasn't able to call, get a quote and get information, then call around.

I was with a representative over the phone, and the signup process was easy. They just asked some basic information about me and my vehicle, and everything on the policy was explained to me, including what's covered, the parts and when my policy is gonna be over. Endurance was the second company that I reached out to and the representative sold me on his presentation. I liked the overall package. He was telling me the difference between having a third party insurer versus not, the pricing, and some of the things that came with it like the car rental. The signup process was great. It was easy and step-by-step. He walked me through what was gonna happen, the process, how long it takes if I wanted to have any services done to the vehicle, how long the coverage was for, and the mileage that it covered. He said he would forward over the paperwork via email for me to look over everything. Endurance is a good company and if my friends are thinking about getting the same service, I would recommend them.

Endurance had the best coverage for what I was looking for. The people that I spoke with were very pleasant and knowledgeable. It is not a second-party company. They're based in Chicago, and so am I. They also weren't overly aggressive. The first lady I talked to was a little pushy about the sign-up. But when I finally explained to her that I wanted to do research, she didn't push the issue really far. It wasn't a high-pressure sales pitch that a lot of companies do. They have my phone number stored, so when I called, they knew it was me. I had to call again because I heard some things on the radio that I wasn't offered. But they explained to me that I didn't qualify because of the mileage that was on my car. But I qualified for a veteran's discount, so they were able to drop my payment. It was a positive experience, overall.

Endurance takes your money for the upgraded coverage and then when claim time comes they start playing games. Had an evaporative valve go on my emission system and now they claim they do not cover any valves on the car because the Word "Valve" was listed under engine components. So If any valve, anywhere on the car fails, they will not cover it. Section J Clearly describes Valves as in engine valves but even though this is not an engine component they will not cover it. Do yourself a favor and get your extended plan somewhere else other than Endurance.

I was happy to get Endurance. I would have to have some money at that time. I didn’t have the money right then, so I told them I'd get paid that Friday and to go ahead and take the money, and they did. The guy I talked to was really nice. He told me it was bumper-to-bumper. He started naming everything that they cover. I said, "Well, nothing's wrong with my car, but I'm gonna go ahead and get it right now. I want Endurance to put the warranty on this car for me." He told me how much it would cost. He told me bumper-to-bumper would be a good place to start and cover. They told me what it covers. It’s a whole list of stuff. I know I have to pay $100 if they have to do something to my car. I’m very satisfied. The guy took the time, he talked to me, he was explaining, and he was saying everything it covers.

The rep was very nice when I called to take the Endurance policy out. He took his time and explained the coverage well. I couldn't ask for it to have gone any better. I never had been talked to like that with the other company. That made me feel much better. I had been using Jacky Jones Ford of Sweetwater in Sweetwater, Tennessee for my oil changes. He told me that the Ford place in Cleveland, Tennessee does Endurance.

The reps were nice. I understood them. The price was good for me. But my thing is why do I have to get so many miles in order for them to help me? It’s impossible. I’m disabled and I don’t drive that much. If something happens, I’m gonna be out of my pocket because I'm not gonna put however many miles on there for them to help me.

I like the policy that Endurance offered and the rate. They are very consumer-oriented. The person that I spoke to was very courteous on the phone. Run far away from Endurance. I was sold something that was a bunch of crap. It wasn't explained to me the way that I would have loved for it to be. The pricing was a lot different. It was a horrible experience. I still had to call in and ask questions about things that I needed answers to. My warranty was supposed to be $109. I was okay with that. That's a price that's in the budget. I checked my contracts and saw that they took the down payment which was $149. That was fine too. But when I went to see what my first initial payment was gonna be, it said that was almost $140. I called back in, and they said that somehow the price changed. They finally got it to $112. That was the lowest that they could do.
One person was telling me certain parts of my car weren't covered. Then another department told me that my parts were covered. It was a lot of back and forth. I had a problem with my car and took it to a a certified mechanic for Endurance. I called Endurance before I even went in. I told them the problem I thought I had and asked if the warranty would cover it. They said yes. At the dealership, they called Endurance and the claim was denied. After I had five different people tell me it would be approved, Endurance told me that it was an ongoing issue. It was something that had to do with a mass air flow sensor and something that had to do with a part that needed to be replaced in my transmission. I drove my car to its best extent. I drove it well over the 1,000 miles like it was requested. Before I had even hit my 30 days, I had put 3,000 miles on my car. If I had a problem with my transmission, the car could only go for so long on a bad transmission.

I had recently lost my husband so between crying, interruptions, dropped phone calls and me trying to make sure the rep was who he said he was, he was very patient. However, Endurance did send me a nice card. That was disappointing. I was waiting to get something because I had AAA for a long time, and their cards seemed a little bit more professional. Endurance made me print out the information and find this membership card. I had to cut the paper, fold it, and put tape around the edge of it so it wouldn't fall apart. They need to put more information on their membership card. I had to write their phone number on there.

I called Endurance Auto Warranty and talked to some guy, and I felt it was a legit thing and thought it might be good. I figured it would be a better bet for me to do it through them instead of the dealership. I like that Endurance has roadside assistance. I thought Endurance Auto Warranty was good, but apparently not. When I originally got this, the rep said he would mail me a card and booklet. And when I called to see when they would be sent, Endurance said they don't do that. They just sent me a Gmail. Endurance should get rid of the rep, lying to me like that. My truck's oil pans are leaking. I brought my truck to the dealership the other day. They did that thing on my phone, and Endurance declined it. I want a refund and to close this junk. Endurance called yesterday and gave me a different number for the dealership to call, but I haven't heard anything.

My signup experience with Endurance was easy. I was scrolling down social media and I've seen the app on the ad and I clicked on it and filled out a small questionnaire, and then I got a call back. Once I got a call back, the rep explained everything to me. I was excited about giving it a try. I'm pretty satisfied with them. Endurance was the best one for me, price-wise. The rep was straightforward. First, the rep told me the payment was $120. I told him my miles which was 20,000 miles over. He bumped it up which I didn't like, but it was alright. However, they told me they cover engine, transmission, etc, but they don't cover the spark plugs and coils. It's part of the engine, so I thought that it was to be covered. The mechanic contacted Endurance to make sure it was okay but it was not. I had to pay $370 out of pocket. I also have to pay another 100 when I go back up there after I drive 1,000 miles on it to get the things fixed, which is only the AC coil and the button on the steering wheel.

The rep with Endurance was a good salesman. He was personable, very smart and knew what he was talking about. I was just gonna get a powertrain coverage, but I ended up getting a bumper-to-bumper one. He described in full detail what each product was, what it covered and for how long like term and mileage. The only thing that I would change was there was no follow-up. I got one phone call, but I was busy and didn't answer, and that was it. I ended up having to reach out to get my paperwork 'cause the emails they sent were almost like spam emails. I couldn't click on any of the links. I had to call three other people to get it.

I took the Elite package from Endurance. It covers my drivetrain and towing. It covers almost everything that you would possibly even need with car insurance. With the towing package that came with the Elite package, it gives me double assurance in case I need to be towed. I love it. As far as the sign up process, it had clarity so that I knew what I was gonna have. The process was simple. Once I initiated it and then set it up, all of the other information came through on the email telling me what I have. My biggest thing now is that if I have to go through a process of getting my vehicle in, I don't know the full process. I would like to get some written documentation from them because everything that we did has been online, so I really haven't seen any paperwork. Overall, I'm happy with Endurance.

Last weekend, I was driving back from Boulder City and all this crazy noise happened. I brought the car in to the shop and I told the shop I got Endurance. They said it was covered. I left the car there on Monday and they were supposed to call me back that evening and the day before but they didn’t. I called them and asked what was going on. They said that they were missing some information. I gave it to them and I thought everything was being taken care of. I kept calling my mechanic but they didn't return my call.
I called and asked what was the hang up and I was getting transferred back and forth from some customer service people to the claims people. The claims people said they don't handle that and I needed something with the policy. But he said to not tell them it's a claim issue because they would transfer me back. He told me to tell them it has to do with the underwriting issue. I did and they were trying to transfer me back. I told them it was not a claim issue and they said for some reason, they didn't have a recording of a payment I made. That took three days to resolve but once they figured that out, everything was fine.

The salesperson said that we should call back and ask for an extra year for free. We called back and they said that we don't get an extra year. Also, they charged an extra $20 on the credit card without disclosure. When I called about that, they said that that fee was for some other coverage but they never disclosed that charge when we made the purchase. I'm not happy and I may cancel them.

They gave me a quote, and then when I decided to actually do the warranty, I called back and they raised the quote. I said I wasn't gonna get the warranty and somebody else called me back and lowered the quote back. I got the warranty but I have never received anything in the mail since I started paying for it. All they do is keep taking the payment out of my account every month. Other than that, I was happy with the quote and the coverage.

Endurance will rip you off if they get a chance. I tried to cancel and they took a payment out of my credit card without my permission. They gave me a hard time and they were very rude. Plus, they never cancelled my warranty. I called them on May 10th and I just received notice from my credit card company that they had billed me just a few days ago for $130.02.

My experience with them has been pretty good. I just wish that more dealers accepted them. I got the warranty three months ago so that they'll fix my engine a bit. They're gonna do that so that helped me out. Their reps are professional and well organized. But sometimes you'd call the call center and people will give you very drastically different answers to questions. I solved that by finding the direct lines and extensions to two really good customer service professionals.

The rep I talked to knew what he was talking about. I asked him certain questions that I knew would either be covered or not covered, and he said right away whether it would be covered or not covered. Getting signed up was very easy. I'm happy with Endurance and I feel confident that I'm going to be taken care of. They have a good reputation at the dealership I spoke to. They accept Endurance and they've never had any trouble with them. Whenever you go to have your car repaired, be sure that the dealership takes the insurance. I have a couple of people who said, “Oh, I have CarShield and I've never had any trouble with it.” But then again, they've not really had to use it for anything big. I was disappointed with CarShield because I've had them for three years, and never had a claim. So I figured it’s good customer service that they could have reimbursed me even $500 for my claim. But they don't do that. I also found out that they do not use original parts but Endurance does.

Endurance seems to satisfy me and make me somewhat happy. They know a lot of companies and they use junkyard stuff. They're cost-efficient and when I need them, they're there for me. But I used to think that oil changes were included and I've had a couple of oil changes done and the shop says that they tried putting it through and it wouldn't go through. I figured maybe Endurance stopped it. That's the only thing I'm a little questionable about.

Endurance is a Fraudulent Company!!!! Buyers beware! Yes they are really nice when signing you up. I purchased the Endurance Secure Plan on May 4, 2021. I had the policy for two years. Never missed a payment but when I filed a claim they were quick to send out one of their 3rd party inspectors to deny the claim on any technicality they come up with since they could find nothing else to deny it on.
When I signed up we discussed that I had a 2” leveling kit on my front end just to level out the truck, "Oh that’s ok," but when I had the claim they denied it saying I had a lift kit. My truck is not jacked up. They are only interested in stealing your money without providing any service repair. I have read many reviews that state the same thing. Do not use this scamming company. They have no morals. You should put that same monthly payment in a separate personal account yourself! At least you know the money will be there when you need it for a repair! But at least I can make others aware of how they operate and hopefully steer them clear of Endurance Warranty! I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well.

The customer service experience with Endurance was excellent. The person was very informative and very clear about what the cost would be, and was very helpful. I appreciated their effort. They were very clear about what it is they did and what they would cover and what they wouldn't cover, and what the different levels of coverage would be. If a friend who has a vehicle that was running over 100,000 miles, I would tell them that Endurance would be something to look into.

The reps did good. We had a little issue. And they fixed it. My bank didn't recognize Endurance has to collect the premium payments. It was new. My bank called us first to find out who those people were. The Endurance guy called me saying the payment didn't go through. So, I explained to him. He ran it through right there on the spot. The sign-up process was really easy. They were really nice to work with. However, we had some challenges afterwards on getting the correct contract. What I had agreed to wasn't what was in the contract and it took me five weeks to get the corrected one. It was a hassle having to go through multiple people multiple times trying to get that. That was a little frustrating. Other than that, my experience was pretty positive.

I have the bumper-to-bumper coverage with Endurance on my 2020 Denali and our 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Signing up was easy. I just told the reps what I was looking for and talked to them about what they offered and signed up. Drew, the rep, went through everything with me. He explained what was covered and how much it was gonna cost for how long. I would have to pay two and a half years and then, since the policy is paid, I wouldn't have to make the payments on my other two and a half years. Endurance cut me into a monthly budget and that was fantastic. I could squeeze that in. Endurance is expensive but it’s cheaper in the long run to have my Ford covered. I only have $100 deductible for anything that's covered. I got a five-year policy and 55,000 miles. I don't drive more than 10,000 in a year so it would be beneficial if your warranty is ready to expire or if it expired maybe a week or two ago, it's best to do it. The warranty with Endurance is affordable and the process is very easy. I was promised a digital booklet on my coverage though and I never got one.

I set up the service with Endurance a month ago. My brother recommended it to me. The sign-up process was super easy and simple. The girl that took care of me asked me a few questions, explained to me what was covered as well as the payment, and how it was gonna be. It took me 20 minutes to do it and it was really good. Since I didn't have my car at the time with me, I didn't have my mileage. She follow up the next day for me to give the information that I was missing. It was super quick.
I was 100% satisfied. Go do Endurance. Since I'm always on the go and I'm super busy, the fact that it was so quick made me like it and recommend it. The girl answered exactly what I was asking. Sometimes when you do some services, they go around the bush to tell you one answer. My rep was very direct and simple in her answer. And that makes me wanna buy the warranty.

I liked the cost of Endurance and what it covered. I filled out a form on their website and a guy called me within a minute. We went through the process over the phone. That went pretty smoothly. He answered all the questions I had such as what was covered and if there were any early termination fees. He asked me what year my truck was and how many miles. That put me into a certain category and only one plan was available. My plan covers almost everything. But the suspension isn't covered. overall, the process with Endurance was easy and straightforward

The rep was nice and explained everything. I called back for some questions and I understood everything. The payments would start off at 123 and I told the rep I couldn’t afford it. It’s too much. And it went down to 93 for two years. People should get the Endurance warranty for peace of mind. In case anything goes wrong, I have coverage that pays for it. I don't have to worry about coming out of my pocket with all that money.

I found a better deal as far as coverage and a lower deductible through Endurance. Their sign-up process was really simple and easy. I would recommend Endurance. My only quarrel with having the auto warranty was that preventative maintenance isn't covered. I'm forced to just drive until something major occurs, leaving my vehicle useless in order to submit a claim.

It's been a month and I still haven't gotten any paperwork in the mail from Endurance. I'm thinking about cancelling the damn thing. If they can't send me something within a month, the paperwork, and I can see the other stuff come in the mail, what the heck is that? It's almost like they're leading a scam. I've already paid them a couple of hundred dollars.

They were very efficient and right to the point. They did a good job. The only thing, it took a while to get the actual policy in my hands. They were also a little bit more expensive than another company I was looking at. They said, “If you call back later, you're not going to get the same price." I said, “Okay. I'll just sign up right now.” I signed up. But I called them back and said, “I wanna cancel because I found a better rate.” They said, “We're willing to match that rate if you just stay with us.” I said, “I'll stay with you.” That was nice.

I was about to go with CarShield. I called the company, and they said, "We don't do all of that." But when I called Endurance Auto Warranty, they said, "We don't do all of that. You shouldn't have to go through all of that." They sold me. I read the contractor. But I have some questions I will need to call and ask. Because if it would be turned down, “You pay for the cost. We just pay for the parts." That was one of those comments in the contract. If I don't call and everything is clear the way they explained, I would go along with it.
The customer service is good. I had to call three numbers trying to get to the company. Their telephone numbers should be up to date. When I saw they credit my credit card and it took the money out, nobody picked up the phone. So, I called this other number. The lady picked up and she said, "Give me your number." I did and she said, "Oh, I see it here. We got the money." I said, "But I ain't got no contract. I haven't seen anything." And I didn't know that it was underneath a different name when they sent my packet. But she told me, "Go and look at your email. There's a packet there." And underneath, it wasn't a lie. It was another name.
As I was talking to her, I went through my email and I said, “Yeah. I see it.” And she said, "Read over that and all the other stuff. Then if you have any question, just call this number here. We'll go over and all the other stuff. If you don't like it, then we'll give you a refund." She saved me. I was scared like, “Nobody's picking up, but they're taking my money."

The customer service rep from Endurance went to school with one of my family members. So we ended up talking and he took care of me, so I was pretty satisfied with how everything went. He was knowledgeable about everything. He broke down certain amenities that came with it. He was driving a foreign car himself, so he pretty much understood my reasoning for getting a warranty and covering my vehicle.
The sign-up experience was cool. But come time for me to send my car in to get some work done, I found out that my warranty doesn't cover certain things as far as under the hood goes. It was crazy because I was going over everything today with Endurance, as far as what the coverage went, and it didn't cover any gasket leaks as far as my engine went. I didn't understand that because it is the part of the engine. So even though the representative that signed me up was great, he failed to tell me that. The rep that I talked to today sent me a email with the list of dealerships or auto shops that have cheaper rates that I can look into that Endurance does work with. Because the Acura dealership said it is over a $2,000 job that needs to be done.

I sat down with a representative from Endurance who told me all the options and everything that is available. It sounded good and all that will come out of my pocket is about a $100 deductible. So, that's a small price to pay for a multitude number of things that may go wrong. This individual had good customer service skills and was very informative. They were very helpful in getting the cost to be from a certain amount and being that there were offers for being a senior citizen and to bring the price down even more, it was even better. During the sign up, the rep was really good and spent a lot of time on it. I called about three weeks after finishing the sign up to ask a question. I didn't realize it was never said that there was a $10,000 cap. I told the girl, "Well, that's a little concern because I'm putting 4,000 into it over a two-year period." So I'm paying for 6,000 if I look at it that way. She said, "Well, this is the most common. You can't get anything..." She also said that it wouldn't be available for the truck. When I called and spoke with Endurance, they had a pretty awesome deal that was going on, but you had to purchase it that day to be able to take advantage of it. They had a five-year plan that I would only have to pay three years on and the last two years would be no payments. It was a good deal but then there was a mixture of, "What's the fine print that I may not be catching and what's the reason why you're trying to get me on this right now? Why would you make it that this is a deal I have to take advantage of right now?" It made me feel like I couldn't shop my options. But the deal did end up being really good.
The customer service and the people that I dealt with are top-notch. But Endurance wasn't as clear as I would have liked them to be about how the program works. They have a time limit to make sure there's no pre-existing conditions to the vehicle. It was 30 days or 1,000 miles. So a little after 30 days, I went to get an oil change and they noticed a leak in my coolant. I sent in my first claim but it was denied. The car was under 1,000 miles, and in the contract, it says 30 and 1,000 miles. But realistically, it was my fault for not reading the contract as closely as I should have.

The lady gave me a really good deal for the policy. But it's been pretty difficult to make a claim. My car has been in since last Friday and I'm still waiting. I got a call from Endurance saying that they were not going to take care of the repair, which was a bummer. The rep told me that Endurance doesn't do transmissions. But on their commercial that I saw this morning, it talked about somebody getting a transmission replaced, so I'm confused about what the warranty actually does cover and doesn't cover. So that wasn't really clear. It was a little bit frustrating to know that it was not going to take care of me. I live in Texas, and I'm stuck in California. It's hard when you need to be home and you can't get there.
Endurance is helping me out in other ways, which is good. When I spoke to Jeff yesterday, he told me that the issue with my car wasn't covered under the Endurance, but he did some research on it. Subaru has a bulletin that they put out last year in regard to my car and the problem that it's having. So he filed a case with Subaru corporate for me and told me that if Subaru doesn't help me, to give him a call back to see what we can do next. It left me with a little bit of a better feeling, but it doesn't help with being stuck here.

I pay $140 a month for the policy, so it is a cheat. Endurance did a really good job. They were super responsive. They sent me some stuff via email. It's really hard to read online, so I called them up and said, "Can't you guys mail me something?" It was about 40 pages and you just simply can't absorb it that way. Besides, you want a document that you can refer to. So they sent me some written material as well. Everything that I have asked them to do, I haven't had a problem with them. So far, everything looks right on the mark. But I have not had to file a claim yet.

Endurance was highly rated, so I went with them. Through the sign-up process, I gave them information on the Jeep, and they quoted me a price. I purchased it. I have no idea where I can go. They never sent me any information on how to use my warranty, where I can use my warranty, or what my warranty covers. I signed up for the top-tier stuff. Once they got me to sign up and got my money, the next thing I received from them was the processing company that processes my monthly payments. I need to know what I'm entitled to for what I paid for, and I haven’t received that.
Considering that Endurance is jacking up my rate just two months after purchasing it, I'm not very happy. $250 to $500 a year is what they’re saying. It's something that they said was happening because that's the way the industry is. I think it was complete garbage the way they did this a month and a half after I signed up, and I have never used it yet. My vehicle hasn't even rolled into the mileage requirement for me to be able to use it, and my rates have already increased. Once you sign up, they should honor the contract. If I have to honor my deductible, then they should honor their monthly rate. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to purchase through them.

Endurance’s the biggest fraud I have ever encountered. I paid their premiums and they approved my claim. When I went to the dealer, it took them an hour to get thru & would not help. Rude and unhelpful.

Don't believe the good reviews. This Endurance is a scam just like the rest of them. After a full day of going back and forth with them and hours on the phone apparently bolts aren't covered, and ANY issue that "may" have been caused by a broken bolt is not covered. I have paid Endurance thousands of dollars for my policy.
I had a an exhaust manifold that was cracked, I called in to endurance and asked if they would cover it. They said it should be covered. I just needed to take it into a certified shop. So I took it into a shop that said the manifold was cracked and called endurance who said exhaust manifold wasn't covered, however after reviewing my contract I found that they where, so I called in and challenged it. They then told the shop it was covered, but soon back out saying it wasn't covered because the bolts where also broken and the bolts a non covered part that "may" have caused the manifold to break so they wouldn't cover the repair. I have now spent like 5 hours on the phone, $100 dollars on Ubers and now have to go pay the shop a $200 diagnosis fee for a 100 dollar part that I could have replaced in a couple of hours.

The sign-up process with Endurance went very well because it was all done electronically. I spoke with them over the phone and we talked about what plan would be best for me. I got the one that I had wanted. It's priced very close to the one my husband has with another company. So, it seemed like the pricing was fair. I did that kind of discussion with the rep, and then everything was done. He sent me the contract. Overall, they were fairly clear in explaining what it was. I wasn't pressured to do it that day. I could always call back another day and talk to somebody else and tell them what plan I wanted. So, I felt fairly good about it.

I was going through another company and I said I need to look at the reviews first just to see who had the better reviews. Endurance has the better reviews, but their pricing was a little expensive. It was the reviews that pretty much took me over. The first representative that I had with Endurance was horrible, but she made up for it. She was phenomenal. She broke everything down. I didn't know anything about Endurance warranty. So, she explained to me what it really was about. My main concern was it is a 2015 car and I just wanted to make sure that I was covered on both ends. I still do have a few questions because I need to know. I'm at that 1,000 mark for the miles, but I need to figure out again what it is that's covered so when I go in, I know what I'm talking about.

I called Endurance and got an agent right away. It was easy signing up. The guy was very pleasant and walked me through different things. So, I don't regret it. The customer service was good but I didn't know my policy would be delayed for so long. I had to call back twice because I didn't get my policy, which was mainly because my AOL was acting up. I couldn't see the important mail that I should have been getting. After I called Endurance the last time, the guy mentioned that AOL was good. So I called AOL and got my policy. They retrieved it. I'm gonna think positive that if something happens to my car, Endurance is gonna fix it like they said, without me getting stressed out.

The process at Endurance was easy. I just didn't like how the guy told me it was gonna be mailed to me. But I ended up calling back a couple of days later and finding out, “You need to go online and print everything out.” The cost was also really high. But my wife said, “Let's go ahead and do it.” Because our vehicle is a 2004 and you never know what's gonna happen to an older vehicle.

I called Endurance and spoke to a very helpful representative. She was very patient, which is one of the things you look for when you are shopping around for warranties. She was on the phone with me for quite a while because I was in the middle of doing other things. She was very explicit in that we needed for the mileage and told us the warranty didn't kick in until 30 days and also 1,000 miles. She was upfront about what they covered. She made sure that if I had any questions, they were answered before she got off the phone. Then she sent me an email with any follow-up questions that I had. I could reach out to her personally, and she would make sure that they were answered as well. Plus, the price was within my range. They didn't have an astronomical down payment that most of the other warranty companies are asking for.

I'm paying $175 a month for Endurance which is about over twice what I'm gonna be paying State Farm. I've been trying to get with Endurance, but it says that the lines are all busy every time so I haven't been able to tell them I want to get rid of them. State Farm decided that they would like to keep me as a customer and instead of paying $150 a month, I'm gonna be paying $65. That is a good deal for automobile insurance so I'm staying with State Farm.

Endurance Auto Warranty kept telling me they wouldn't be able to cover my warranty. They were running out of money. So, I cancelled them. I made the mistake of taking out CarShield which covers nothing, and came back to Endurance. The reps were polite and helpful. They were very glad to have me back and to work out something. The rep gave me a couple of quotes that I thought were too much, and we came up to something else. They had a special of $130, which probably was the going rate anyway. But that was very nice.

I talked to a person, and he was very cut and dry about what Endurance Auto Warranty covered and what it didn't and what they were able to offer for what price. The only thing that I didn't understand was I called for information to try and make an informed decision. I said, "Okay. I understand all that. I wanna take the night, maybe a day and just weigh the options out." Because we were talking about 130 something dollars a month. It's not a lot of money, but it's still some money. "Do I put that towards the monthly car payment? Do I just put that money back and save it?" The rep said, "This offer is only good for this phone call." I asked what that meant. He said, "This coverage won't be offered if you don't elect it now. Because we're not there to inspect the car." And I said, "You wouldn't be there to inspect the car anyway."
If I don't do it, would they make me go to a service center and have the car checked out? Because I did not understand what he was talking about. And he said, "It's just the way it works." It felt like a high-pressure tactic. But I'm savvy, and it is what it is. So, while I was on the phone with him, I googled the reviews and it seemed legit. And it wasn't to a penalty or anything. I can cancel it anytime I want and I'm out of it. So I wasn't putting anything up, risk-wise.
Endurance said that all my car was approved for was the middle-tier warranty. But if I had the option to upgrade it for a nominal amount, I would have because it covered more. If that middle-of-the-road warranty cost $130 a month, the difference between that and what the highest one wasn't that much. So, I would have paid another $30 or $40 a month to have access to that better warranty. It was just presented as a take it or leave it, without saying "Take it or leave it."
The payment plan is nice and convenient. I did the down payment, and I had to wait a month and 1,000 miles before the warranty became active. But they just debit it out of your account. I tried to be savvy. I wanted to pay it biweekly. The rep said, "The only way that you can do that is if you call and make the extra payment manually. But your plan won't take effect until the payment is full, which would have been 45 days." It would move it from the 11th to the 28th. I said, "Just do it."

Endurance has multiple packages and we wanted something that covered from the ground up. If it's something you want or need for your vehicle, you just sign up and do it. It’s easy. We called Endurance and the rep gave us the estimate as to what the warranty was gonna cost. We chose whatever we wanted and paid for it, and then, they sent us our paperwork. The reps were knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure. We reviewed whatever they had to offer and they let us pick the plan that we wanted. They told us to take some time to think about it.

I got there at Nissan and found out Endurance didn’t cover the full diagnostic. So, I was left with a bill of $369 that I got to pay out of pocket. The only thing that was getting fixed was the AC. Endurance said that I went with the cheapest plan but I didn’t. I asked the guy if this was not the lowest plan and he said I was covered on everything and only have to pay for my deductible of $99. I sat there and waited for hours for nothing. It's terrible. I would never recommend Endurance to anyone. I'm 100% disappointed. Endurance should stop lying and scamming the customers, and be straight up with everything.

I know there a lot of scam ones out there and I landed on Endurance because I heard it on a radio show. The signup process was straightforward, and the rep wasn't pushy. When he told me the initial price, I told him that was a little steep, and he worked with me on the price until a favorable price was negotiated. He was helpful. I also asked him, "How do I know that you actually work for Endurance?" He sent me an email, and he was good. I got a nail on my tire today, and I have to start a claim but their app doesn't tell me what I need to do. That's one thing Endurance could improve on. It would definitely help if I knew where I can and can't go. They say, on the website, you can go anywhere, but that's not true.

The place where I take my car to no longer accepts CarShield. I asked them what was a good one and one that would give me a better deal. They said Endurance is good. They pay for the car rental. You don't have to come out of pocket and wait to be reimbursed. They also said that Endurance pays quicker for whatever is wrong with the car than CarShield. I wanted to bring both cars over to Endurance but it would have been pricey for me. I was only paying $89 with CarShield, and now, I'm paying $109 with Endurance. They told me I have the highest plan where they pay for almost everything.

I'd like the world to know how Endurance treated me. I spent almost $4,000 on coverage and I don't have any paperwork to support it. I have nothing in the mail yet. Not even so much as a receipt statement that states the policy has been paid. I paid for it, for five years in cash, and it's been over month. I reached out a week ago and spoke with one lady who appeared to be okay but all she did was tell me that she was gonna send me some information to my email.
Endurance sent me a blanket thing, like a booklet that they send to everybody. I expected it to tell me what my coverage is, but nothing was specified about what was going on with the account that I purchased. Also, I want a hard copy so I can read this myself and see what my account said. I don't want the generalized stuff that they give to anybody so they know what the program was about. I know what it's about. I saw the commercial and that's why I called. I'm quite disappointed in Endurance. Signing with Endurance was extremely easy. The rep was wonderful. I didn't have to do much else other than give him the information that he needed and he took care of everything else. That made it extremely fast. There was a certain amount of days he explained to me that the policy would start kicking in. That was the first question I asked them. I didn't wanna just rush into it and take it right in. It was one of the best experiences I've had through a customer support standpoint.

The people have been very helpful and positive. I had no issues with anybody that I had dealt with. However, they told me that most car dealerships use Endurance as a warranty to fix vehicles, which I would rather take my vehicle to the dealership. When I called and talked to the dealership about it after I signed up for the warranty, they told me they don't use them at all. They said they have issues with their service. The dealership warranties all of my stuff and provides me with all the services I need immediately. I don't have to wait. I’ve been using their insurance at first, and I was gonna go ahead and pay for theirs again, which I’d probably end up doing.

I went through the quote and followed through all in the same call. The sign-up process was really easy. The rep was very personable and he worked to make sure that I understood all the clauses and everything that was in my policy. He also made sure that I didn't have any questions. He did the best that he could to get me the most eligibility and security for my policy possible, and I really appreciated that for the rate that he gave me. No company is perfect, but Endurance was close to it.
