My rep was very informative. I really appreciated his help. I initially called EasyCare because that's who my initial warranty was through when I bought the car, and that guy was very pushy. So, it's very nice when you talk to somebody that's understanding and helpful.

I have Endurance and my dad has it too. It was referred by him and he usually makes good choices when it comes to insurance. Signing up went good but I wasn't made aware of the $20 activation fee that would come out along with the regular payment. The rep explained the policy well but she was explaining only the good parts. There was some kind of offer where I have to accept it while I'm on the phone with them. I couldn't hang up and think about it and call her back. I didn't like that part. I wanted to talk to my dad about it and I didn't get a chance to do any of that because I couldn't get off the phone with her.

The lady took my payment and made me believe that I was in the Endurance Plus but it turned out that it as the basic version of the Endurance policy. Plus, I was promised to have in my email the details of my policy. What I got was the setup for the online payment and an email that said my policy is coming. But I've yet to see a copy of my policy and what the details of my policies are. Endurance has horrible customer service because they say one thing, and do another and don't follow through. The rep was very helpful, which was why I bought into the lie. Endurance also has weird hours. My boyfriend who also signed up with the policy had an issue and we were trying to get in contact with someone to help us out during the weekend. They don't work weekends. People's cars break down on the weekends too.

The rep could tell from my tone of voice that I was already wanting the warranty and I didn't have any questions about it, so he just went through how things were gonna go and how the payment process works. The rep wanted me to pay the warranty for a year but still have the three-year coverage. He wanted me to do 125 a month for the three years but I couldn’t do that and he said we could do 119. So, that was easy to be able to figure out what I could afford. I was told that I should get the app and put all my mileage and VIN number in there, and it's a better experience. Everything is digital now but a lot of people still don't have internet or apps on their phone. It would be nice though to have a mailer that Endurance could send out so you could fill things out that way.

Signing up with Endurance was super easy. The rep was super friendly and answered all the questions I had. I had a lot of questions about the policy so he walked me through each of the policies to make sure I knew what I was getting. He offered a few different packages but I did some of my research ahead of time, so I already knew going in what I wanted. I chose the smallest package for what I need. But he was still helpful in helping me figure out how the process works.

Endurance is a little bit more expensive than the other people I had, but they have more stuff to go with. The sign up process was pretty easy. I did it all over the phone. The rep that I talked to was great. She told me everything that was covered and sent me the email of everything that was covered. It went real smooth.

My first bill was $219. There was so much other stuff going on that I didn't recall how long I had to have it enforced before I could use the policy. But the guy I talked to at customer service said that he would take that off and drop it down to $147 a month and waive this next month's payment because right now, I'm in the middle of a financial hardship and I don't know if I'm gonna be able to keep it.
Signing up with Endurance was pretty good because the rep seemed like he was upfront with it. But it's hard for the customer to keep up with what they're saying and what the coverages are. I was hoping that I could get coverage on my car, but I gotta wait 1,000 miles. It might take me about eight months to put 1,000 miles on my car.

It was easy to sign up with Endurance Auto Warranty. I liked that I could back out anytime. However, it could have been more thorough afterwards. I found out there was another section that I would like to have that covered electronics, but they didn't say anything about that. Also, I have to wait 30 days, or it's 1,000 miles. But it's fair.

The signing-up process was good. But it was a bit aggressive, especially just with asking simple questions. It was almost as if any and all feedback from the client was to be squashed, which I even told the guy one time, "I called you guys with the intention of buying the warranty and I still intend to. But if you talk to me like a child one more time, I'm gonna hang up the phone with you." He straightened up after that. We ended the call very cordially. I bought the warranty. The company's reputation speaks for itself. So, the process was smooth.
The hard-line part of it was over the top. I get that these guys probably talk to dozens of people and some people probably waste their time and spin their wheels. So, they probably try to get as many calls as they can and close deals. If I had been a snowflake, I would have been very offended and ended the call. But I'm not and I had an end game in mind to get through the process. So, I stuck in there. That was the only part of it that wasn't pleasant.
I told the guy point-blank, "If you ever come to Houston, I'm gonna put you on my sales team." Because he was driven, focused, and professional. He was a hammer and everything he saw looked like a nail. He was well-spoken, and he knew the product backward and forward. I got the most comprehensive one coverage. Endurance Auto Warranty said it was 30 days or a certain number of miles before the coverage would kick in. But the way I interpret it was I couldn't buy the car and come to a week later and say, "Hey, I got a claim." But they were thorough. They took care of business.

I have two vehicles insured with Endurance. Their customer service rep did such a good job. I was impressed with the way she was breaking things down. She knew how to explain things so that I could understand them so I didn't feel any kind of pressure. She reiterated several times that it was no pressure. If I wanted it, that’s okay. If I didn't, there were no hard feelings. It was super easy to get signed up. They take care of everything.

There's very little that's not covered with Endurance. Just negotiate until you're satisfied with what you're getting. I didn't like the price they were offering, and they didn't like the price I was offering.

Endurance asked me some questions. They asked me the mileage on my vehicles, and the VIN number on them. I hoped I would get some paperwork and a card I could carry in my wallet. I haven't got anything. Endurance told me they would put it in the mail to me and send an email. I said I'd rather have it in the mail. I'm waiting for them to get it together. If they don't, I would have to cancel.

The sign-up process was pretty good. The lady we talked to, did a very good job. She explained to us the different packages and what they would cover. She did that well. I explained to her my basic concerns, which were for the major systems in the car, including the electronics, the engine emission, and the air conditioning. I wanted those covered and my wife wanted a few other things covered and we got the package we got. I appreciate the 30-day waiting period.
But for some reason, the initial information after we signed up did not come through on the email. We use my wife's email because she's the financial person in the household and she didn't get it. We called a week ago and she finally got the policy sent by email. When you spend that kind of money, you want something in hand. It's the satisfaction of having bought something and having it in hand. Even an introductory folder that has a basic outline would be better than what we had. But it's 39 pages so I can understand why they don't wanna send it by snail mail. It would cost a fortune.

The Endurance rep was very helpful. She answered a bunch of my questions. She's very professional. The only thing is what she quoted me and what paperwork I got are two different things. She quoted me $3,700 and I got a paper in on the insurance thing for $4,100. I just haven't called them yet. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I haven't been that long with Endurance but they were supposed to send me something in the mail, and that never happened but so far, so good. I like the coverage on the powertrain all the way to the back of the vehicle. The way they explained it is that it covers everything including the electronics. The representative was very polite. Every question I had, she answered. I was checking with a lot of other people, but she made me feel more comfortable to go with Endurance.

The signup was smooth and they told me everything I need to know. I was generally looking for something that pretty much covered everything, every type of problem or issue, and the package I was presented with was great. It was like 500 to sign up and they gave an extra $300 discount for signing up the same day. Also, they do special deals on oil changes.

The rep was great. He was super helpful, thorough and had all the questions answered. There was a little discrepancy with what I was seeing online versus what he was quoting me, and we ended up finding out that it was because the online quote that I had had less mileage than the one that he was offering. It was still a five-year coverage, but it was only 30,000 miles instead or instead of 50,000 miles. I went with the longer mileage, and I'm very satisfied, but that could change. I haven't had to go through a claim process yet.

Purchasing the coverage was straightforward and the options were good. I appreciate Endurance. However, overall with insurance, I've heard horror stories about people getting things approved. It's a warranty and they felt as though it should have been covered and it wasn't. That's my only fear.

Endurance Auto Warranty's rep told me the deals, and they worked with me on it. We got the payments right for me. But I didn't know if I need to activate it to get service. I still haven't got an account number. I downloaded this app, and they told me to go to it. I tried to get into it. I put my email in and it told me I didn't have an account with that email. The rep told me he would resend. I got this message, but I don't know what to send. The message he sent was the same one as the first one. But I didn't see an account number. But the salesman was straightforward with everything, and I appreciated that.

The rep was very, very pleasant when I was signing up. The only thing they asked for was the mileage on my car. They didn't make the process hard at all. I asked them to send me a card. But I still have not received the card in the mail or anything written about what it actually covers.

Signing up with Endurance Auto Warranty was nice and easy. I asked if my contract would cover everything in my vehicle and the rep told me it would. She also said I would have to wait 30 days to do a claim if anything should go wrong. And the only reason for that is they would try to see if something was wrong with the car, and I took out some extended warranty to get it fixed.

The sign-up process was a little bit misleading because I thought that the hybrid battery would be covered and then I found out later that it's not. I was gonna cancel so Endurance lowered the payment and I decided to keep the warranty. They should make sure the customer knows exactly what they cover. Also, I've had to make several phone calls in order to get the correct payment on the invoice and I still have not received a corrected invoice.

I did an inquiry online and did it after hours. Then, someone called me on a Sunday afternoon and went through the process with me. I signed up right over the phone and it was very simple. The rep was very personable and she provided me with her information so that if I get another vehicle, I could contact her directly instead of having to go through the whole process. It's been smooth sailing and in the case that I have to use it, it seems like it's a fairly easy process.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Never had such a horrible experience before. I’m shook. I asked a thousand questions, all the right questions. Everything sounded good. Paid almost 400 to get it started plus the first month payment. This was almost two years ago. Moving forward to today I made my first claim just to find out they lied about everything they initially told me in the beginning coming out my pocket $600 for repairs that were “covered”. They only cover up to a certain amount but won't tell you that till the end. Had to pay my own inspection fee. Had my car at the shop 7am-till closing 4:50pm.
Communication was on point until it’s time to approve things. They finally approved the inspection at CLOSING TIME even though I talked to them 3 times that morning about the claim and everything was “moving along smoothly” so I had to pay otherwise they wouldn’t release my car until Endurance responded back saying they approved it. Somehow this is my fault and there’s nothing they could do about it. I would highly not recommend them to anybody and I told everybody I did recommend them to end their policy. They will never get another $1 out of us. Worse company ever. THIS COMPANY IS LITERALLY A SCAM. I'M FILING A COMPLAINT.

I had my own used car lot and I used to provide the Endurance coverage for cars that I sold. I was familiar with their customer service for people who would have car problems down the road. When I looked it up and they're still on business, I gave them a chance. I got it for my wife’s daily car. They offered towing and roadside assistance. If she was ever to be hit in a car accident and the car was totaled, it was $1,000 to help her recover and a rental car, which is really nice. I thought it would be perfect for my wife to give her some security and feel safe.
The sales rep pressured me a little bit because I said I wanted to just kind of get a price and he told me to at least sign, get the ball rolling, and the price was going to go up if I call back. But he reassured me that if I found somewhere better and I thought that I wasn't going to use Endurance, for some reason, I could cancel it at any time within the first 30 days. My wife was upset because of the price but I explained all the options Endurance was giving us. It's a $100 deductible for any kind of problem, whether it's air conditioning, check engine light, or wheel bearing.

Endurance's sign-up process was good and easy. I like that they cover the transmission. I have the Superior Plan, and they cover CVT transmissions, which is the reason I chose them. They cover everything in the car besides maintenance. They cover the costly things like brakes, transmission, and gasket. I also like the affordability. You only have to pay a $100 deductible, which is good because I drive for a living. It was a good experience. The representative was the one who suggested I choose the Supreme deal. She offered me a first-time buyer's deal. She got my car details and told me it was going to be the best fit for me. She did well at her job.

I talked to one specific lady multiple times and I was able to reach her throughout the whole process. She was very helpful, explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable. I had lots of questions because I had to reach out to my wife and back and forth and she took care of everything that I needed. So, it was a very good experience. The claims process was explained during the process of me signing with Endurance and they also sent over a link via email and through the post with the information to get a claim started. The reviews said that there was no hassle as far as getting claims taken care of and you're able to reach somebody personally. You aren't talking to a robot all the time. Everybody was saying Endurance is a great company, which led me to believe that they're gonna take care of the stuff that we needed to do.

The guy I signed up was really nice. They explained the warranty and they were easy to deal with. I gave them a credit card number over the phone for the deposit and I got my package a week after that. Give them a try.

Signing up was easy peasy and they gave a good price. The reps were a little slow but once in contact, they were inquisitive and asked all the questions that needed to be asked. My warranty covers my car front to back besides wear and tear items.

I used Endurance previously for a 2013 Sentra. However, when my transmission blew, I didn't realize that the tire people had put on slightly undersized tires, which voided my warranty. So, I was rather pissed about that in general, but I couldn't blame Endurance. I blamed the guys that put the tires on my car. So, once I got a 2015 Sentra with 90,000 miles, I gave Endurance my money because it ultimately wasn't their fault. I wouldn't have gone back to them if they flat out screwed me over.
The rep’s knowledge was good because I had some outside-the-box questions that wasn't just normal stuff and she answered it quite well. I have a metal bar that goes across the underside of the car to make it stronger, like a subframe connector and I asked her if that was going to invalidate my warranty in any way, shape, or form. She said no. I did that to make sure I was covered. Plus, it seems obvious it's just a bar in the middle. If you've had a trailer hitch forever, you're not thinking directly about it. But in the contract, it doesn't come out and say that you're gonna pay more if you had one. The representative asked all of those questions. So, she was forthcoming about it, even though the contract doesn't throw it in your face.

Endurance contacted me and told me about what the warranty covered and I liked it. There were three different packages I qualified for and I chose the one that was suitable for my price. The rep answered all questions. He knew all the information about it. So it was very good. Endurance is a very good company. It's easy to apply and you get great coverage.

The sign-up process was pretty good. It was easy to start. There was low level of paperwork. Mostly, everything was done on the phone. I was satisfied. It was a good experience. But they should show me my warranty on what's all in there in the warranty so I have it on paperwork. They should send me something in the mail.

The rep was very professional and honest during the sign up. I wanted to know if they had anything that will require paperwork, a hard copy of the policy and that I wanted to get a copy of the policy. He said that it was mostly digital and that he can send it to me, but it would have to be downloaded. I have it, but I can't download it. I don't know why. So I'll just figure it out some kind of way.

Endurance should improve their layout. The price wasn't even laid out there, even the discount to know exactly what was the price before the discount. I didn't even know how much the whole total was until I was finished, but I still didn't know if the discount was applied to it. If anyone is thinking of going with them, they have to ask more questions. Their price can also be a little better. But they are cheaper than what I had with my auto policy and they sound a little reasonable.

The signup process was quick and easy. Endurance took my payment with no problem. When I wanted to have my tires checked, I spoke with a representative and she told me that I could submit a claim about getting my tires taken a look at or changed if necessary. However, when I talked to the dealership about it, they said it is difficult to deal with Endurance so I didn't get it done. The dealership told me that they were still trying to get their money from another claim with Endurance. They didn't seem too pleased about dealing with the situation. So, I didn't bother to say any more to them about it because I didn't feel like going through all of that.
I also called about the brakes and rotors on my car. I was told that the brakes and rotors were not covered, which was part of the frustration that I had because my car is new. It was supposed to be a Toyota-certified new car that I purchased in November of last year. Toyota wasn't covering the brakes also which meant I had to come out of my pocket yesterday with $1,500 to cover the brakes, rotors and some other issues.

Everybody I've talked to at Endurance has been very cooperative. The one who signed me up was very nice and he explained everything to me. I was really frazzled and this gentleman was very helpful. Also, with Endurance, you pay and they give you a quote, then you have the option of breaking it down or paying the whole thing, and I liked paying the whole thing.

I had to ask Endurance's rep more questions on the information he gave me. I asked if the warranty covers transmission or engine because that's my main concern since I have an older car. At first, he said, “Not every single piece but, mostly, yes.” So, he was confusing me. But at the end, he said that everything's covered, so I didn't have to worry if he confused me earlier. Also, I never received anything by mail or email welcoming me or giving me information or paper saying my car is covered. It's been a couple of weeks and the follow-up hasn't really been there. But other than that, the experience was good.

The rep explained everything thoroughly. The only things that Endurance Auto Warranty covers are repairs, not maintenance stuff. That was crystal clear. If I could get the cost any lower, that would be ideal. But I'm sure with lowering it, that means less coverage. It's almost risky to take my car in if I needed to get any repairs because from what I've been told like the dealership has to call Endurance and Endurance has to approve things. But if they don't approve things I have to pay out of pocket.
I asked for clarification a few days ago because I wanted to know exactly what was covered. And even me taking my car in for a diagnostic, just to find out if and what is wrong with my car, like that would cost me a bit out of pocket. So, I wanted to call Endurance and see if I needed to take my car in, would that even be covered. And they said they don't know. It's a fifty-fifty shot here.
I would have to take it into the dealershi and we have to call to see if it's approved as far as getting covered by Endurance. And Endurance wouldn't know until the dealership calls them. So, I could come out with a $500 fee that I'd have to pay my dealership or I could just pay the deductible. There's a big difference between those two. That's the only thing that concerns me. It's either yes or it wouldn't at all. But I liked the prices and what Endurance could cover.

I saw from people's experience with Endurance Auto Warranty that it's a good security to have. Signing up with them was very easy. At first, I wasn't sure if it was legitimate because so much went on. But the reps were pleasant, they gave good information, told us exactly about the product, and what I would receive. I thought I would receive it online, but Endurance said they would mail it.

When I met with the Endurance sales rep, it was a no pressure sale. She told me about what Endurance offered. She let me know that all of their claims are taken care of in-house. That was the thing that was important to me when she said that it's not contracted out. She answered all of my questions. She was very thorough. It was a very pleasant experience compared to what I had experienced in the past. She gave me the cost of 190.42 to activate my coverage for the first month, $170.42 a month for 30 months, and the last 30 months are free. I received my documentation after 72 hours. Another thing that I like is they don't use aftermarket parts. They use the original parts. If you use the aftermarket part, eventually you're gonna have to replace it again versus using an original part which will last longer. I already talked to my step mom and told her to call Endurance.

Endurance chose a plan for me and I signed up with them for like a month. If I didn't like anything about them, they would offer me my $100 back. There’s so much that my plan covers and I was kinda skeptical. I was gonna cancel because I heard so many bad reviews about them. They haven't been paying out and there is a lot of clause.
I called to cancel and they connected me with someone to try to keep me. I told them all the problems that I had seen online and he went into details and told me to make sure that I keep my service record and keep up the maintenance on my vehicle because that's some of the problems why they haven't been paying out claims. I'm gonna give them a try for a few months. Also, the signing up process was fairly quick and easy. The only thing is understanding what is covered and what is not covered. They do not tell you about the service records that you need to keep up with your vehicle in order for them to pay out. That is misleading.

I asked the rep if everything was covered from electronics to engine and transmission. And she said, “Absolutely.” It covers bumper to bumper which is what we need. The only thing that wasn't covered was preventative maintenance, which are oil changes, brakes, tires, which I understand. I could show up at the dealer and the dealer could take care of any repairs just by calling Endurance. And it's a straightforward process, which is also what I want. I'd recommend Endurance 100%.

The lady I deal with at customer service said that Endurance Auto Warranty was good to work with out of all the warranties. Also, they were cheaper. I filed the claim because my car got stolen. Endurance requested certain documents. I sent over the police report number. The rep emailed me back and said she needed things. But I don't know how I would send pages of a police report to her. But I have total loss protection on the warranty which is up to $1,000. And when I get a new car, I would activate Endurance through the new car too.

Endurance seemed to fit the bill for the warranty I needed for my F350 dually diesel. I did a claim for a front-end suspension and I was expecting them to cover more of the cost, but they covered probably 50% of the cost. I thought there was just a deductible but that didn’t seem to be correct. It seems like it's only a percentage. But it worked to a degree. The bill was $2,000 bill and I had to pay 700 something of it. The car was in the shop for a few days. Endurance got the claim approved pretty quickly. All in all, Endurance is expensive but satisfactory for what it covers.

There was a a lot of stuff that Endurance wouldn't cover which are part of my package deal. The Kia service center had to negotiate a deal with them. That was messed up 'cause I still wound up coming out of my pocket. When I spoke to them, they were rude but I dealt with it. They took care of part of the cost. I'm not satisfied.
Don't expect them to cover everything 'cause they're gonna say, they don't cover this and that. When my back cranks were out, they told me that wasn't a major electrical problem. I still had to come 400 and something dollars out of my pocket. They didn't give me that back.

The reps were super helpful. I've had to use the warranty and get my driveshaft replaced. That was a super easy experience for us. All I had to do was take my vehicle to the repair shop and let them know who the warranty service was. Between those two, my vehicle got taken care of. I'm super satisfied. I called Endurance yesterday to cancel because I'm not really happy with them. I signed up about a month ago, and I have yet to receive anything in the mail as far as an information packet or anything that outlines what they do. I haven't used them yet because you have to wait 30 days before you can use them and not having a packet, I have no idea what is covered and what isn't. The lady I dealt with was like, “Well, we sent an email.” I don't want an email. I've got my phone, and I can't print it off. The same day as I got signed up for Endurance, I got a call from a company called CARCHEX and I signed up with them. They were cheaper and in a week and a half, I got the information packet. I have received jack squat from Endurance. So, I had to request the information and the lady said it should take two weeks. It doesn't take two weeks to send it. You can send it from God and it doesn’t take two weeks to get here.
I was like, “That's insane. All right. I'll tell you what. I will wait until I get that back before I cancel. I'll review it, and then I will compare it against the other one and see which is best for me.” Endurance is about twice as much as the other company, so I was like, “All right. Well, I'll give it a chance. I'll give it a read and see what you offer.” I went online and saw the number of complaints in the last three years for Endurance, and it’s unbelievable.
As far as the reps at Endurance, the first person that I talked with when I initially signed up was pretty cool. I have notes on my conversation. I take pretty diligent notes on everything. It outlines a synopsis of the conversation. He was polite so I felt relatively comfortable with him. Yesterday when I called, it took three different people I was transferred to before I finally got a representative to talk to about canceling. She was pretty helpful. She was polite, checked on some things, and said she would send out the information packet.

Some electronic parts went bad at the car. However, Endurance couldn't find a piece. I was inconvenienced for at least seven days. They only paid $30 of the rent-a-car. Endurance had one young lady that helped me out. I forwarded all my paperwork to her. She made sure the paperwork went straight through. But I don't like how the company has the setup. Once they get a claim, it takes 48 hours for them to come and look at it. I have to wait and get a rental car. So, the rental car went up to $800 because they had to order the piece, but it was on backorder. So, after this contract is up, I will go to another warranty company. I'm dissatisfied.

I liked that the Endurance reps were not pushy. I was gonna go with CarShield, but CarShield was like, "No, you gotta do this today." So, I looked up the top-rated extended car warranty services, and Endurance was number one. The product pretty much sells itself. I had a claim for my air conditioning. The process was really easy. I got exactly what it was that was covered. I talked to the place I was getting work done, they called Endurance, got it approved, and there wasn't an issue. I've recommended Endurance to about three other people, and so far, two of them have already enrolled.

My air conditioning compressor failed and I had to have one replaced. I had to pay $300 instead of $100 because Endurance only paid for an hour and a half of labor charge to change the compressor. On my vehicle, that compressor is under everything and it took the mechanic more than three hours to fix. The maintenance went fine but I didn't quite like the extra $200. I didn't have enough choice because that air conditioner has to be working in the South. But I got the job done and Endurance paid 90% of it, which was over $1,000.

Parts of my transmission had gone. I contacted Endurance and the adjuster had to look at the vehicle and talk to the shop guy. As soon as he got back with Endurance, they got the job done. The coverage gives as safe feeling that you have something when you have an older car. I'm satisfied and I recommend Endurance.

My experience with Endurance went okay. They ended up paying what they were supposed to pay. My vehicle is a Mercedes S550 and it needed $10,000 worth of work. Rear shocks were part of that and they had to send a claims adjuster. That took a little while and they just wanted to pay for one, but, you have to do them both. Once they understood that and got them off the car, they ended up paying for everything. I am satisfied.

When I first signed up for Endurance, they made mistakes on the account and did not fix them. I had a salvage title on the car, but it was a blue rebuilt. I told them that from the beginning, but they wrote it up that way. I called them to change my address, and somehow, they deleted that part, even though I was still making payments. When I had an issue with the ignition key system and went to use the warranty, they said, “Oh, no. You didn’t pay for salvage.” I had to call and call, then I finally got hold of somebody smart enough to fix it. She said, “Well, we'll just cancel this and redo it again. And we'll credit you for everything that you paid,” which they did. It took me 20 calls to fix it, but it got resolved and I haven't had a problem since. They've been really good about it.
Endurance has been wonderful. The only other repair that I've had was for a thermostat issue on my 2017 Cadillac. That was causing all these idiot lights to go off, and Endurance handled it completely. The shop had to replace the whole thing, and it would have been $1,000, but I only paid $100. It took the shop a three days to do it, but they were great. They said Endurance called them back within an hour and gave them the approval. The shop got the payment the same day they finished the job, right before I went to pick up the car. The shop that I took the car to said that was the fastest. They also deal with other companies, and they said sometimes it takes them a month before they get paid.

At first, I wasn't super excited about signing up with Endurance. I talked to two of salespersons and they were pushy. However, other options weren't great, so I went and talked to them and finally got a salesman who was nice. I chose Endurance and I'm very satisfied. There's a lot of bad reviews online and I try to look past them because there's always a bunch of idiots out there that will review anything bad. Endurance has been awesome. They said they'll cover my car and they did. My air conditioning compressor went out and I had to get it replaced, and they covered it. I dropped the car off at the shop, and they told me what was wrong and called Endurance. They fixed it, then I took the car back a couple days of later.

I need vehicle repairs and the lady from Endurance when I went to sign me up was telling me that after 30 days, I can get my car in the shop and get a repair. I was telling her what was going on with my car, and she told me everything that was going on in my car would be on my policy. Then, I took my car to the repair shop, and everything got denied. Endurance said that the parts are covered. Then, when I took it in, a lot of parts were not covered. So, I felt like I was lured into it here on the false pretense. I don't even want this policy anymore. I really wanted to let it go because I'm not gonna be paying anybody $200 for nothing.

My car has been in the shop over 2 weeks, this company is finding every excuse not to fix my vehicle. The dealership says they have never experienced this runaround before with this warranty company. They keep throwing obstacles asking for information about the vehicle. This is so frustrating. My husband is a disabled Vet and needs this car due to back injuries, we still can’t even get a car rental. They are trying very hard not to honor this warranty policy. We can’t even speak to the manager over the claims department. Just praying they do the right thing and honor this claim.

I realized that I had no use for this warranty and called Endurance to cancel back in April. Associate named Tamika was working with me on cancellation. At first she was making a pitch to keep me as a client, but I was set to cancel. So she went ahead and cancelled my policy, or so I thought. Fast forward to May and I received another bill from Endurance. I called Endurance again. This time associate told me that they were waiting to get a cancellation form from me that Tamika "sent to me." However, Tamika neither sent me this form not mentioned this form to me. I double checked my inbox and validated that I never received any emails from Tamika. I requested this form from this new associate.
Once I received it, and gave a quick glance. This form requires the NOTARY certification that you want to cancel! So not only they drag out the cancellation, they also require you to jump through additional hoops, hoping that you will give up and continue paying their fees. To put into perspective, they sure didn't ask me to NOTARIZE my intention to sign up for this service when I first joined. If I knew what I know now, I would avoid like plague.

Since getting my vehicle, I've had a few problems with it and Endurance has been there every step of the way. Recently, there was something in the left front wheel of my vehicle that didn't sound right. I took it in to O'Brien Ford and they told me they found a problem with the transfer case and the front differential. Endurance approved my claim and everything was great. I've recommended Endurance to a friend of mine and he signed up with them. Nowadays, everything is so expensive to get repaired. I'm glad I went with Endurance.

The cost of my Endurance policy is very fair and I didn't think twice about it. I had to use my coverage not too long ago and it was amazing. I had an unpleasant experience with the automobile which was not that new and I called them to get the information about how I would process a claim, not knowing what to expect or even to think. I talked to a rep and the process was seamless. It was so fun and I got a chance to take my car to my local gas station/mechanic who has been working on our cars for 20 years. I didn't have to take it to a dealer and end up worrying about all the other things that they possibly were going to find. This guy fixed what it needed and I was on my way. Endurance made it easy and they took the ownership, which is not very common nowadays. I had the station people call them and Endurance did all the things with them. At the end of the day, the only thing I had to worry about was picking up my car on time.

The signup process was easy. However, Endurance wanted me to pay $4,000, then I said, “No, I'm not gonna do that.” So I'm paying $117 a month for the warranty on my car. When I took it out, they said I have a five-year bumper-to-bumper warranty and they’re gonna take care of everything. I filed a claim two weeks ago, and my Cadillac is in the shop. The Cadillac dealership said Endurance isn't gonna pay but $1,000 and I gotta pay the rest. I had to pay $1,800 out of my pocket, and I wasn't supposed to pay anything. I didn't like it.
People need not mess with Endurance. They’re a rip-off, and if anybody asks, I’d tell them to leave them alone. 'Cause when I went to the Cadillac dealership, one of the representatives said, “You got Endurance?” I said, “Yes. I got bumper-to-bumper.” He said, “No, you don't. They ain’t gonna pay. You’re not the first.” Endurance is no good, and I'm through with them. I'm not gonna pay them anymore.

My motor went out, so I called in and tried to see how Endurance was gonna act on it. I had no problem with the communication. They talked to me on it and covered the truck, but they took forever to do what they were gonna do. The shop worked on my truck and kept it for three months, and I wound up having to pay $3,000 out on Rent-A-Car. Endurance didn't pay me but $35 a day, and they didn't tell me upfront on it. They also gave me a run around the wall instead of just saying, “Hey, we're gonna pay for it” and being through with it. They knew the truck was bad. If anything else goes wrong with it, I don't want any problem. I'll just take it to the shop and they'll fix it, pay for it, and I'm through with it. That's what I want.
Overall, I would still recommend Endurance. Up till now, I had no problem with them. The Chuck Hutton service center doesn't deal with any other warranty, so they gave me that. They said they were good because they have had no problem with them, but this time, they gave them the runaround. I took out a warranty on the truck, so it will cover everything that will happen to it. Endurance told me to take it to the shop if anything went wrong, and I kept all my paperwork. I'm still in it until two more years.

I called back a couple of times and asked really important questions. I know dealing with warranties -- they cover the engine, but there are different parts of the engine. I had to speak to my mechanic and have him break it down to make sure that they cover a lot of stuff that's in the engine. They were very helpful with that. The sign-up process was easy, although I'm not computer savvy and I had a hard time pulling up the information to read. I do not like reading on the computer. I wish I had a hard copy of all the stuff that I had to go through. Other than that, they gave me all the information that I needed.

I have an INFINITI and I found out that my dealer that I got the car from uses Endurance. So, that pretty much sold me. I was happy to negotiate and figure out some pricing and what choice I want to make because they have different levels of warranty. From my understanding, the rep gave me the highest one that they have and I was able to afford it. I used them twice with INFINITI and they seemed to do okay. I just used them about three weeks ago. My experience went pretty fast. As far as paying the money, sometimes it takes a long time but they seem to be quick with turnover. It is a $100 deductible, which is fine.

Signing up was cut and dry. Endurance Auto Warranty let me know right away if I could pay it upfront, I would automatically receive a lesser premium, but if I have to pay it out monthly, I just pay my monthly installment. Their coverage was the most comprehensive for the premium that I'm paying. I ended up having a $3,000 repair done on my car. It was some leaky gaskets at the bottom in the drive shaft. I took my vehicle to the dealership and I let them know my complaint, and they were the ones that diagnosed it. So, when they submitted the claim to Endurance, it initially got denied because they said that it was a pre-existing condition prior to my old warranty, that I should have filed a complaint against my old warranty. And they declined it in the same reason. They said that I never took my vehicle back to get it re-serviced or re-checked with the dealership. And they had seen in the notes that I was supposed to take it back.
There could have been a better communication between the company, the dealership, and myself. I didn't receive the feedback until I was, "I need to speak to a supervisor. I wanna get this taken care of." I reached out to the adjuster and let the company that know I had taken it to another a mechanic shop, and they asked for the receipt to show proof. It took another couple of weeks to get that reviewed, but the claim was paid. If you do your part and your due diligence as far as what you're supposed to be doing and have your records up-to-date, the process is easy. You have to have patience to deal with any warranty company.

Endurance Auto Warranty was the best offer at the time. I placed a claim regarding a sensor. I got other things done now, like a routine oil change and tire rotation. I pay the deductible. However, the app needs tweaking. Anytime I tried to go on it, I would get an alert for the claim, but I would have to call to figure out what the claim is for.

The professional was very thorough, provided a great overview, especially on what I would expect when a claim actually happens. Endurance Auto Warranty walked me through a fraction of what would occur. And went over the overall plan. They didn't try to rush me or do a hard close. It was, "This is what we can do for you given the vehicle you have and what we have to offer and what's all covered." And they explained the payment options. So, it was very good.
If Endurance Auto Warranty had a communication portal related to my claim that I could be notified electronically and say, "Here's when somebody's gonna be out to the facility. And then here's what the turnaround time is related to their decision," that would be better. But it's all through the dealer. That would be the only enhancement I would recommend.

When I bought the warranty, Endurance Auto Warranty explained to me what it covered and what it didn't cover. A bit of my frustration is they didn't go into great detail with explaining it, because I didn't find out until I had to use it that they don't cover shipping fees. So, I had to pay $500 for the shipping of a transmission out of pocket. I was under the impression that I would only have to pay $100 deductible. That's what I agreed on. So, I'm not very happy with Endurance. And I'm getting rid of them soon. It's one of those fine print things that they don't tell you over the phone.
Another thing I had an issue with is, I had to have a water pump replaced last month. And I expected that to be fully covered, but they don't cover certain parts like the timing chain. So, I had to pay $500 out of pocket again. And here I am thinking I only had $100 deductible. It would be $800 out of pocket, but I was able to talk to the dealership. They took two months to get my transmission done, so they gave me a discount, or it would’ve been way higher than that. But they wouldn't pay the MSRP for the parts. And dealerships typically do not charge MSRP because they have to make money. So, where all that money that I was having to pay for the water pump came from was because they charged $20 more for this part or $5 more for this part. And it totaled up to $400. That also was not communicated to me when I purchased the policy. If I had known that, I wouldn't have paid for the policy.
I'm paying $117 a month. Do the math on that for a year. I'm paying these guys a lot of money for them to not cover these parts and to be nitpicky with what they will cover. I called them because I was upset about this before I went through with it, all the work that I had done. And they told me that it was the dealership's fault because they overcharged for the parts and that I'm responsible for finding a mechanic shop that they approve of that doesn't overcharge. I said, “How am I supposed to do that without paying a diagnostic fee at every place?” They said, “That's not our problem.” And they didn't wanna help me. The only reason I still have the policy is I still have the car. I'm in the process of selling it. And if something goes wrong with it, I don't wanna have to fork out that much money. But I'd still be better off getting rid of the policy.
When I signed up, there was a 30-day period before I could file a claim. And there are also stipulations. They almost didn't cover my transmission. When I bought my car, I was driving it home, and it started shaking and shuddering. So, I took it in. And it had check engine lights that came on as soon as I pulled into the driveway. As soon as I pulled into my carport, the check engine light came on. I took it to somewhere with a code reader. And they read the code. It said it was an O2 sensor which would make the car shake like that.
I took it in the Ford. They diagnosed that it was an O2 sensor and it was also a purge flow valve causing the car to shake. So, they did the work, replaced the parts. And it didn't fix it. So, that was a lot of money for that bit of work. I couldn't afford to do anything. Ford did not follow up with me. If they didn't diagnose the problem correctly, they were supposed to fix it or give me my money back. I know there's a policy with that. So, that Ford dealership was not very good. And I couldn't get anything out of them, so I just gave up on that.
When I had that transmission problem come up, they saw the car had been to the Ford dealership because it shows up on the record. And they said, “We need to see what that's for. Can you send us the paperwork showing what it was for?” So, I sent them that. They said, “We're not gonna cover the transmission because it was shuddering before.” I said, “This was a different problem. Ford diagnosed it as an O2 sensor.” They always had an inspector come out. I had to fight for it, but I showed them all the paperwork where Ford said it was an O2 sensor. They approved it. They tried so hard not to. They did not wanna pay for that transmission. That's a $7,000 job. I would not recommend Endurance to anybody.

After purchasing a used vehicle and taking it to my local repair shop, I attempted to have the struts replaced due to leaks & damaged mounts. The claims rep denied the claim stating that the problem was due to existing wear on the struts. I explained that since this is, by definition, used car, all used cars will have existing wear on the struts. Yet the policy states that struts are covered.
When I asked what specifically was the rationale for the denial, I was told that the struts would have to have suffered catastrophic damage to be covered. I asked the claims rep to point to the page & paragraph in the warranty contract where the word “catastrophic” is used. She stated that it was not used anywhere in the contract. She then stated that the number of days since the car was purchased was insufficient to support a claim. Again I asked her to point to the paragraph in the contract that defines the number of days since purchase that renders a repair claim to be valid. She again stated that it was not defined in the contract.
I then told the claims rep that based on this logic, the company is free to deny any claim at any time. Since the warranties they provide are for used cars and since every component of a used car has pre-existing wear, they can deny any claim as being the result of pre-existing wear prior to start of coverage. Bottom line is that this is a scam. I would suggest that you take the money that you would pay for the warranty and put it in a savings account - save the amount that you would pay monthly for the warranty and put it in a rainy day fund for future repair work.

I had a very good experience with the rep when I signed up with Endurance. All my questions were answered quickly and to the point. It was straightforward. But I wasn’t very happy with the claim that I made. I kept getting the oil light and Endurance said they weren’t gonna do anything about that. But when I got the temperature overheat light, they fixed that. Endurance should probably talk to the customer about the claim instead of just talking to the dealer or whoever is fixing it. Nobody ever called nor asked my opinion or what the problem was or what was going on.

Endurance put a water pump on my Corvette three weeks ago. They paid 1,500 dollars and all I paid was 100. That was great. I could have gotten a rental car, but I got a whole bunch of cars. Signing up with Endurance was simple and people should get the warranty from them.

I was informed that there was a mileage discrepancy and no one had ever told me anything like that. They told the dealership that my contract was void. But, they fixed their discrepancy because there was something on their end.

The sign-up process with Endurance was easy. I made a claim on my air conditioning. I called them up. They told me where to take it. Being the compressor was out on it, the place that worked on it, recommended putting in a dryer and an evaporator, which is common to put in with a new air conditioning compressor. But Endurance didn't wanna cover that. It was a mess there because they had to go back in and make sure that the system didn't have any metal shavings or debris in it to be able to install the compressor.
Everything checked out, but I was disappointed with Endurance because usually, when you do a compressor, you do an evaporator and a dryer at the same time and it's minimal cost. I didn't think it was right that I would have had to pay for that out of my own pocket. They're a good company. There are just some things they could improve on.

Signing up with Endurance could have been a little better. You do it over the phone but you don't get your contract until a week later. I had to call back to get my contract. I recently went into a situation where I tried to locate roadside assistance for help and I ended up having to come out of pocket. I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for that. The roadside assistance that Endurance goes through is not as good as it could be. Any time you call, their phone is hanging up. They're transferring you so many times. It is ridiculous.
I recently needed some repairs done on my vehicle, and that took no time. My car was making this weird noise and I did not know what was going on with it. I took it to the shop to get it looked at. They called me back and told me I got a power steering pump issue. I called and let Endurance. Before I knew it, I had a claim number. They were able to get in contact with the people that were fixing my vehicle. They got it done in one or two days. I had no problem getting my vehicle up and running.

Endurance offers a lot of coverage. Their price is not that low but they're there when you need them. I've had to recently use the coverage for some ball joints in the front of my vehicle that were bad. I called them up, let them know what was going on and it was taken care of. I was able to keep my truck up and running. I had some serious issues, but they came through and it helped me a lot.

I used Endurance about a month ago. I lost my power steering in my Ford truck. I took it into a Ford dealership and explained to them that I am covered under Endurance. They said Endurance is very good about not giving them any problems. However, Ford was not making the parts anymore. They tried to offer an aftermarket part, something not made by Ford. The manager from Ford called me. She explained that Endurance wouldn't cover the aftermarket, so we might end up waiting on a part for my truck longer. The manager at Ford dealership was the one that helped me a lot. The dealership paid for the aftermarket part and Endurance paid for the rest. I also had to tow my truck twice and Endurance didn't ask any questions. They covered everything.

Recently, I sent my vehicle to a dealer and everything was covered so that was okay. I got a tire pressure monitor model that was out of service. It just stopped working. The dealer fixed that. While the vehicle was at the dealer, I was given a loaner car. The dealer was waiting for somebody from Endurance to come and look at what was going on. That was not very long. It was okay. Endurance is easy to use. My only thing was something fell on the windshield during a strong rain and it cracked the windshield. I spoke to a representative and he said, “Oh, sorry. It's not covered by your policy.” That aside, it's cheaper to have coverage than not to have one.

I was very displeased with my previous provider so I was looking for a company that I hope would provide better quality of service and better response to automobile issues. I did a search on the top five companies and Endurance was at the top. That inspired me to call and inquire about their services. When I talked with two other companies, what they were offering was very similar to what Endurance was offering. The prices and customer service were very comparable. I decided to stick with Endurance and the purchasing experience was very pleasant. It all took place while I was driving and in two hours of driving, I had not only gotten a good introduction about the company, but I had also received a very good background in the types of coverages that the company offered and much of which was what I wanted for my family.
The first question I asked was once the policy was activated, how soon could any of the cars be taken in if something happened or broken? This was the part I did not particularly like. I was told I had to wait at least 30 days before I could use the policy. But then the same lady called my daughter that same day to get some information from her about her car. Then, my daughter called me and told me the lady said she can't use the policy until after she's driven at least 1,000 miles. I was never told that. I called back and I was told that my daughter has to both wait at least 1,000 miles and wait 30 days. That's kind of unrealistic because not everybody drives their car that much.
I didn't debate to argue about it, but I will say that that really disappointed me. I felt like I had been deceived. Other than that, I like that if the car broke down on the side of the road, we can get roadside assistance, we can get a hotel if we're in a place where we can't get home. My previous provider didn’t offer those kinds of benefits.

Before my Mercedes, I had an Audi Q5 and I bought whatever extended warranty the dealer used. I bought the car at 48,000 miles. So, it was about to be up and they told me I could purchase an extended warranty and I said I’d do that. So, I was covered. It was a third-party program like Endurance but it was someone else. Something was wrong with the engine and they quoted me $8,000 for it. They told me I needed a whole brand-new engine. Every week, I had to put in a fresh quarter of oil and the company took almost three weeks to figure out what was going on with my car. They finally came to a conclusion and they wanted to give me an engine with 20,000 more miles on it than I brought the car in with. I just ended up selling the car back to them as is and I purchased this car.
I was a little bit skeptical on purchasing Endurance because I didn't want to get scammed out like that again because that was crazy. But the rep from Endurance reassured me and made me feel better. The sign-up process was good. He was cool and answered all my questions. I had a hard time trying to get a certain aspect of the policy though. I personally felt like they didn't want to tell me. I was looking for the liability cost of my plan and the reps were the ones literally trying to sell me my plan and they didn’t know what my liability cost is and couldn't tell me my amount. But I figured it out after reaching out to three different supervisors.
If I have a transmission issue at 80,000 miles and I bring the car in and the cost is $7,000, they'll cover that full cost with my $100 deductible. But they said that mine is only $10,000. So, at 120,000, I have an engine failure and that cost is $5,000. I only have $3,000 left on my policy since the liability was 10 grand. So, they would only cover up the 3,000, and then I would be liable for that other 2,000. That was the only thing that I was trying to get from them because I didn't understand but I didn't know why I had to reach out to 10 different managers for that. But it's not a problem at all. I just wanted to know what my liability cost was.

I got a warranty when I first bought my car. I still have it but there were a few things that were missing from their coverage. I looked at Endurance and there were more components covered. I got it for my '13 Dodge Charger. Customer service was very smooth and friendly. I have the most amount of coverage because of my car's low mileage. I told the first guy that called me that I was still looking into other programs or policies, and he said he’d call me back. He called me back a week later and he sold me. Endurance was pretty easy to deal with. The only thing was that there was a processing fee that they didn't tell me about. It was taken out of my credit card with the first payment. I told them, “Well, nobody told me. I wasn't told.” So, at that point, I wasn't real thrilled.

My wife's car was coming on out of warranty and it's not an inexpensive car. She's gonna be driving it for a long time so I wanted a warranty. Everybody was pleasant and positive at Endurance. The cost of the coverage was fair. The price of auto repairs is ridiculous anyway. Everything was good.

The person who sold me the warranty was great. I told him I will not make the purchase right then and I would first need to receive the contract and read through it. That person said, "You know what? We got bumper-to-bumper coverage and the signup process was very easy. We did it online and then I just had to sign. The gentleman offered me various packages and the coverage came with free oil changes. But you have to drive the vehicle for 30 days and 1,000 miles and you have to have an oil change before the warranty takes effect. But if there is some modification done to the vehicle, then the warranty would be void. When I was reading the contract, I was like, "Well, what is the modification?" 'cause I knew my husband had the engine replaced so it's not the same motor. They asked me all these questions and I had to call the Ford dealership to ask them. The gentleman I spoke with said, "Oh, no, that wouldn't be considered a modification. You'll be fine." I had questions about that and no one bothered to mention that during the application process. It was only after I received the contract and I was like, "Well, what is this?"

I called Endurance and it sounded decent for the package that I wanted and the price was better than the person I was previously with. I wanted everything from bumper-to-bumper such that all the main components are covered, my motor, my trans, everything under the hood and the inside of my vehicle for any electrical problems. The guy with Endurance was a good salesman. He was informative. Any questions that I had, he was patient with me and repeated a few of them. I couldn't understand why I had to wait a thousand miles, but after he explained it to me, I could see why. People would call and want Endurance, but they already had a problem with their car. Once they signed up, they would have Endurance pay for it.

I liked what Endurance offered. For oil changes and brakes, you get money back, and no other company really offered that. When I signed up, the rep who assisted me was very nice, polite, and answered whatever questions I had. We went over the pricing and when I didn't like it, she worked out something where I could get the plan for a cheaper price. So far, I've been pretty satisfied with their service.

It was a pleasant sign-on experience with Endurance. We had CarShield first, but they don't have any repair stations in our area, so we had to change. I was told Endurance has a number of them including the Toyota dealership, so we switched over. Having an auto warranty policy gives peace of mind. If something happens, you're covered. We're satisfied with Endurance, but there's always room for improvement.

I had CarShield for a couple of years. I dropped them then picked up Endurance for another two years. Then I dropped Endurance, went back to CarShield, but something happened. CarShield didn't make it clear in their contract that they wouldn't take care of the start battery so I dropped them and picked up Endurance again at a better price. I called them and asked them specifically about the electrical. They said they couldn't do anything about the electrical but they could do something about the parts with the electrical function. If something else goes out like the motors for the windows, they will replace the motor. When I talked to the guy who signed me up, I asked him to send me the contract me through the mail. After it didn't get here for a month, I called back and found out they do paperless. The person I talked to sent it through email. The guy could have told me but other than that, everything worked out fine.

Sadly, I think I was duped. The signup was fine but Endurance neglects to tell you lots of little things that you realize when you go to file a claim. The vehicle started developing a noise. I took it into the shop. The exhaust manifold, the timing belt cover and the steering box needed to get changed. The first time, they said they sent an adjuster out to the shop but he declined everything. You can see the leak on the exhaust manifold. You can see where the oil is dripping on the timing cover. Or had he driven it, he would have felt that the steering box was funky. But Endurance flat out denied it.
I had to call them and they reluctantly sent out a second evaluator. The guy at the shop was a little more prepared. He said "All right, let's go for a ride right now before it's warmed up." He felt the steering and agreed that there was an exhaust manifold leak. He agreed the timing cover needed to be changed. Now they're fighting over how long it takes to do it and what they were gonna pay the shop to do. When I questioned them, they said, "We use national databases." I asked, "What national database?" They said ALLDATA. As a consumer, I can't go and look into ALLDATA to confirm that. They shorted on the steering box and on the exhaust manifold. They wouldn't pay the full claim. I still had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket.
I'm not very happy with Endurance. I would not use them again. If they would use the manufacturer service manual and go by those, things would probably be different. But my shop was going by the dealer. One thing was less. They said they could do it an hour less for the exhaust manifold. But for the timing cover, the shop said it would end up being $2,200 in labor and Endurance would only pay $650. I didn't even get the timing cover changed or repaired.

When I signed up with Endurance, they went over the details but I had one question about how many miles or how many months until it kicked in. It was confusing so I called them back, and they explained it’s 1,000 and 30 days until the warranty kicks in. They told me to just give the shop the ID card and whatever needs to be done, I just have to pay $100 and they'll take care of it. They said it's not like a normal warranty where you have to wait a long period of time. Once the shop calls, they'll give them the card information and pay it to get it done.

I purchased this 2013 Silverado 1500 LT in April 2021 from CarLotz in Hampton Roads, VA. This used car dealer went out of business; however, we bought an extended warranty that doesn't expire until 2027 from Endurance. We were not notified that this vehicle has a known issue of burning oil. This did not appear on the CarFax report, and even running the report today, still doesn't show this. However, we can see online that there was a class action lawsuit in 3 states for this issue, which had a settlement of $102.6 million dollars for certain people in certain states. Additionally, when taking this car to be serviced at the Rick Hendrix Chevrolet Dealer in Norfolk, VA, we were not notified of it being an existing issue there either.
After spending about $4k on other repairs, we found that the oil consumption issue continued. That is when we found out about the class action lawsuit from further research. We then brought the truck back to the Rick Hendrix Chevrolet dealer, who informed us that a complete engine rebuild would be necessary and would cost another $8,300 even though they had not told us about it the first time. We also still owe over $18,000 on the truck from the financing. With an issue this severe, the truck will not last for the period of time that we need to even pay for it. This vehicle is more than my husband and I have ever spent on a vehicle, and rather than it being a reliable vehicle, it looks like we will have payments on it for 5 more years, though it will not last that long without another motor.

Even though the others might have cost less, they didn't have as good a coverage as Endurance had. And when I saw that mechanics encouraged Endurance, it made me feel safer about it with my husband being a mechanic. The rep explained all the options I had. When I signed up, I had to wait for a week until my Social Security came in. And he charged for it. He was fine with putting it off. They dated it for that day. And it worked out fine. So, I was pleased with how he treated me and that he worked with me to get it done. It was easy to do. Endurance listened to my concerns. The rep was professional about it, understanding, and did a good job of telling me what the options and things that I could have. So, I was very pleased.

It was a very simple process with Endurance. The first time I called them, I was so scared because I couldn't afford it. But they help you make a decision on your own. They give you your options and help you connect the dots. They said, “We can start you on a cheaper plan and you can always work your way up.” When I called in February, the lady was a little bit more rush-rush. I told her I couldn't make a decision like that because I've never had to purchase an extended warranty like this. Tony was the second guy I talked to. He was telling me some information, and I told him I already talked to this girl. It was good that he could pull up the information from the lady from the previous month. That was very helpful.
Things should be a little bit more detailed though. I was supposed to receive something by email from the person that sold the policy, and I was looking for it because I like to have all my insurances and any type of warranties on hand in case I ever need it. I don't remember receiving it. But the rep was good to get in touch with. He said if I ever need help with anything, to call him directly. All I did was email him and he called me right away. It was an issue with the payment last month. I had lost my card. I was worried that the amount due wasn't gonna get paid on time. He said he was gonna transfer me to someone who confirmed the payment went through.

I got a bumper-to-bumper coverage with Endurance. The rep was very knowledgeable because everything he told me I read in the contract that he sent. He covered the bases 100%. He became pushy but he wasn't to the point where he was under my skin. I can't say that for CarShield. That guy was so rude. I also found out that CarShield uses a third party to do claim work whereas Endurance doesn't. Endurance is good. I love the fact that there's a trip interruption plan that comes with the coverage. There are no worries when you travel.

We did a claim on the Mercedes. We had a leak, and we ended up paying 900 dollars out of pocket. The claims process took a moment because it sat at the dealer because they were waiting on the adjuster to come and do the thing. The dealer gave us one price, but when the adjuster came, he gave them another price, and that was what left the difference of us paying that 900 dollars. Plus the deductible, so it was over $1,000. Endurance should speed up in sending out their adjuster when the vehicle is in the shop so the customer can get the vehicle back quicker.

I got two vehicles up on the policy with Endurance and I feel like I've been kicked to the curb. I took my truck to the shop and I was told that my window motors, which are electric, are not covered. Then, I was told I get three free oil changes. I took the vehicle to the dealer and Endurance only paid $50 for the oil change. I thought they were gonna pay for the whole thing. They should be more specific what they cover when you're getting the policy.

The experience we've had with Endurance so far has been good. We enjoyed talking to the rep. The warranty was for my wife's vehicle, but I talked to him first, then my wife talked to him as well. He was very informative and gave us a good rate. What we liked about it was the fact that we had a five-year plan. We have to only pay for three years of that five and it covers bumper-to-bumper. We feel good about having a warranty because we have an older vehicle. It's 2016 and we wanted to make sure we had some coverage on it.

When I signed up for Endurance, I did a little research and it had a good rating. It was better than the other insurance that was always advertised on television, so I got involved. Their guy told me it would cost me 121 monthly and I have to pay up to three years. It's a five-year thing and I'm insured for 127,000 miles. I agreed. My vehicle's already eight years old. I take care of it but there's always something unexpected. I try to explain to people that it's a balance between what you pay for five years. If you don't fix your car, it's a risk. Having a warranty provides peace of mind because you don't have to always rush into your savings and withdraw $4,000 for damage. The bottom line is I feel more secure.
I put in a claim because I ran into two potholes and it damaged my vehicle. Thank God Endurance helped me pay some of the cost. I was initially told that my plan includes everything but Toyota told me Endurance didn't wanna pay for the struts. When the Endurance guy told me that I was covered for everything and I looked at everything, I didn't see struts when I looked at the section where it says steering wheel so that's not everything.
My mount had to be replaced. The gentleman at Toyota called me and said the vehicle's repair was completed but we needed to wait until Endurance paid for me to get my car. The next day, he called me and said it was paid. I also had to do some upkeep on the maintenance so I was forced to pay out of pocket. I asked the guy at Toyota and he said Endurance paid 1,000. I was happy. When getting set up with Endurance just be frank with them and tell them what you could afford. They'll tell you more or less where you stand and what coverage is for you. They have three plans and each one will tell you how much it covers for your vehicle.

Purchasing from Endurance was easy and simple. I filed a claim once where I took the truck to the Chevy dealership because my truck was a Chevy and they were the ones that did everything with Endurance. After that process, some sort of examiner went out to the dealership and took a look at my truck. The mechanics drove them in the vehicle and found out that the vehicle needed another engine because it was going bad. Endurance wanted me to give them the invoices for the three oil changes on the truck and I had one in my name which showed the history and the mileage. But Endurance wanted the invoices individually with their own numbers and I could not provide that.
I went to get those invoices and the place that did the oil change on my vehicle had something wrong with their printer. They couldn't even email the invoices to me because the owner had all the control and power, and they were almost never there during the time. Endurance had the best price so I went with them. Customer service was quick and very friendly. The process went very smoothly. When there was a problem with the heater, I dropped the truck at the dealership and Endurance took care of it for me. The dealership had to completely take the dashboard off the truck to do the fix. Endurance does things relatively quickly at the point that the vehicle is in the shop, but that could speed up a little faster. I had to wait 24 hours before the payment finally came through to the dealership.

When I was getting the coverage, they didn’t explain to me how long would it be before I get coverage if anything happens to my truck. When my truck broke down, I had to send it to the shop. I didn't have a long time with Endurance, and they couldn't cover it. I had to pay the $5,000 out my pocket.

The cost of the warranty was less than what my dealer was telling me that they would charge. I wanted the ability to take it into the middle of nowhere and have a mechanic work on my car. I purchased the warranty three weeks before my car showed up and the sign-up process with Endurance worked very well. But I'm on my second email and one phone call trying to get my policy but I have not received it yet. I've got a direct number to my salesman and he told me to call him anytime and he’ll straighten it out. That call has not been returned. But I liked the guy I worked with. I would recommend Endurance. They're taking my money. So, sooner or later, I will get a policy.

Endurance has turned out to be full of crap. They denied my claim twice, October 22 & March 23, stating due to lack of maintenance. When in fact I gave them the necessary information as well as the repair shop that completed the maintenance on my vehicle. Missing only a tag number when everything else matched. The shop even offered to submit video and store stamped my tag number on the invoice. Well Endurance denied that as a non verifiable document. How?? I even submitted new maintenance receipts, I reached out several times for someone from the corporate office or a supervisor to contact me and no one never did. I wrote a review a week ago. They responded, "Send an email." That's funny because it doesn't let you email them. They have my number, they read the notes. One should have reached out to me. Not me constantly contacting them.
Now I have to shell out $3000 to repair my vehicle, when in fact I pay for extended warranty and they should live up to what they supposedly cover. So quick to deny claims and caused the repair shop to tear down my engine for them to inspect it, then deny it and I had to spend $2000 just to get my truck back and it's still not fixed. Stating, "Oh you have been driving the vehicle," no duh, how else am I going to get around. They take your money and abuse their power. Service should have been rendered correctly. I don't have time for the ** of endurance trying to rectify the situation, because they aren't. They just trying to make themselves look good to gain great reviews. Well here is a HONEST REVIEW, of this company. THEY ARE USELESS!!!

I had a company that was cheaper but it didn't seem too good for me. I wanted something that was the same coverage as a new car. Endurance's coverage was pretty good so I went with it. I got the Premiere plan and it covered just about everything that the new car warranty did, which I liked. When I made a claim, it was simple once the dealership called Endurance to tell them what the repair was. I put the truck in the shop. The deductible was $100 plus some other part that was $80. That was something that the warranty didn't cover. That was it out the door. My radiator went in the truck. They told me it was $1,600 to get repaired and it only cost me $180.62.
I was out of a vehicle for three days. I dropped the truck off on Monday and I didn’t pick it up until Friday. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Endurance and I would recommend them. It’s a good service and it is very dependable as far as what they say. You get the coverage that you want for your vehicle, so you're gonna be happy.

I called Endurance and it was straightforward, pleasant and professional. I was looking for a bumper-to-bumper warranty that will cover a new car and I would recommend them for just the signup process. The first thing I noticed was that it would be 1,000 miles and 31 days before the coverage starts. It’s not hard. It’s just that we were hit with a 1-in-a-1000-year flood.

The signup process at Endurance was quick and easy. But I never received a copy of my policy in the mail yet. With the Ford policy I had, I had lots of problems with it because I can only go to Ford with their policy. But with Endurance, I can go almost anywhere. They say to just call and find out where I can go. When I got my transmission broke down with them, they had my car for six months. They were waiting on parts. But they gave me a loaner. I had to fix the tires though. It was a bum loaner. But I had it for six months so I was able to get around.

I liked what I saw when I looked at Endurance's site. I called and talked to somebody. He asked me what the mileage was on my car. He was pretty quick to get everything done and get it all set up. Then I set up the automatic payment. I liked the coverage they offered. I already had used it once. The AC compressor went out. I tried to find a place that would take Endurance because some of the bigger places don't. Some of the smaller places don't. You never know who's gonna take it. I ended up calling, and I had someone set up the appointment and took care of everything. I just had the $100 deductible and that was it.

Every time I take my truck, Endurance pays my claim. They do what they say they're gonna do. The most recent one was when the radio went out and they replaced it. The repair was done in less than an hour after I filed the claim.

I lost faith on extended warranties because the kind of advertisement that we received online before registering for an extended warranty was not the same as when we bought it and when we faced an issue with the car. I had an engine overheating issue on my car. When I took the car to the dealership, they charged a bit higher. So, I took it to a different mechanic showroom and with the same condition of the car. But Endurance rejected to provide any claims on it, stating that I drove the car from the dealer to the other mechanic. That doesn't make sense because the issue was the same. Even my new mechanic said, "They are simply denying you for no reason at all." They were trying to dodge the cost even though I had a premium and an expensive extended warranty with Endurance. I'm in a state of canceling my warranty because it doesn't make any sense if it does not cover such situations.

I'm very happy that I went with Endurance. The gentleman was very nice. He explained everything to me. Also, Endurance covered my service fee. The only thing I had to pay was $100. And that was a deductible. I felt so relieved. The vehicle is in good shape. I love my vehicle. But when little headaches happen, what can I do? I don't have a man to take care of the stuff. So, I have to do what I have to do. I have to rely on other people. And that was one of the good things about Endurance. They took care of it for me where I didn't have to worry about it. Getting that extended warranty was the best thing I could do. I tell people about Endurance and how it saved me.

My most recent claim with Endurance Auto Warranty was a disaster. They argue and try to get out of everything. They kept denying the claim. They cost me all kinds of money for rental cars. It took from January 25th to almost March 25th to get my car fixed, only because of them not believing the papers I sent them. It was always too hard for their employees to get the information when it was sent to their emails. Also, I could only talk to somebody on the phone that is Endurance's frontline person. They wouldn't put me through to the guy that turns down the claim. The whole system was terrible.
The vehicle was serviced by a guy I took the car to, and Endurance finally agreed to pay him. It should have been fixed in 8 to 10 days. I'm gonna send a bill in for the amount of rental money that I spent. The whole thing started by a difference of 1,000 miles. The thing was supposed to be serviced at 60,000, and I serviced it because of COVID at 61,000. That turned out not to be the case. I got a new transmission at 60,000. So, I was well below the service point. I don't understand why Endurance would even think about not paying it.

The service was mediocre. They gave me something that I didn't want. I wanted a different policy and they gave me something different. When I tried to change it, they tried to coerce me into getting something that I didn't want, so I didn't like it. They should let the customer know exactly what they have. But the claims process went fine. The repair was covered.

I've used Endurance a couple of times and they've covered things that I've needed to have repaired. I had a water pump that needed to be replaced. Just recently, I had to get the engine mounts and transmission mounts replaced. They covered that, but I had other things that they didn't cover like the door lock actuator. I had hoses and an air intake. They cover everything that’s bigger but don't cover plastic and hoses. Also, the recommended mechanic that they sent me to installed a not approved piece of equipment. It caused other problems in my car. I had to find a different mechanic. But at the end of the day, it's more of a peace of mind.

I don't feel like paying about four grand in repairs. I wanted stem-to-stern coverage. I want the engine, electrical, and everything, covered. I get wear and tear on tires is not a thing, which is fine. I trade mine out anyways. A buddy of mine has CarShield or AutoShield and he didn't have a good experience with them. I went with Endurance because of some of what they were saying. The rep knew what he was talking about. The payment plan works.

I got the full coverage, bumper-to-bumper. I love it. That way, if anything happens, you're covered. Because especially electrical things nowadays can get you good. It was worth it. I had gone through doing the yearly maintenance for my car which turned into having other issues. Endurance sent an appraiser out to verify everything with them. I had a loaner car from the dealership, so getting a rental car wasn't an option, and I didn't need to do that. But I told the dealership upfront that I had the Endurance, and then they went through Endurance directly. I didn't have to do anything. They covered everything as far as the major stuff. So, they covered about $7,000 worth of work.

When I spoke to five companies, I did my comparison and I liked the information that was provided by Endurance Auto Warranty. I wish we could afford to cover everything under the hood. The main concern is the major repairs that need to be covered, internal engine parts, the computer itself, starters, especially on these new vehicles because they're expensive and the labor, the way they're installed, air conditioners, things that will go out ahead of time.
The air conditioner started going out on my vehicle. It would work, but we would drive and it would start blowing hot air. It would start working again, and we would stop and it would blow hot air. So, I took the car in to the dealership here in McAllen and they checked the vehicle to see if it was covered. I reviewed my policy to find out exactly what was covered and found that the air conditioner was covered. The compressor started to go bad. I asked Endurance if they would change the dryer and accumulator and they said, due to the warranty coverage, it could only cover the item that was going bad.
I've worked on vehicles before. In order to get the full coverage and benefits out of a repair like that, when the air conditioner goes out, it's wise to change certain components of the air system in order for it not to happen again. Because what happens when they only change a certain part, within a year, that same problem proceeds to another area because it's already contaminated with the previous components of the damage. Also, I didn't realize that I only had a 30-day limit to file my claim for the rental and I only have 30 days to file that claim. If it were 60 or 90 days, that would help a bit because things happen in-between. That would be sufficient because I didn't get a copy of my receipt rental. I had to pick it up until 40 days after.

The monthly payment for the extended warranty was really good. For my recent claim, the AC would throw hot air and then it would go cold all of a sudden and then go back to hot. They fix what I need.

I had issues with my air conditioning system and I had to have the car picked up. The dealer had to call Endurance to take care of the issue. Everything went well. It was in the shop for a couple of weeks. I had a rental. Endurance reimbursed me for the first day that I paid and then the two-week time, the dealer gave me a loaner. The time I've been with Endurance has been positive. The representatives are very informative. When I call, I get a response. They give me accurate information, not something that I got to chase and is not really detailed.

I had my truck with Endurance a while ago then I recently purchased the warranty for my work van. On my truck, I've had one or two claims. On the van, I've had one. They say the coverage is bumper-to-bumper, but it's not. They don't cover a lot of the gaskets once they start leaking out of major components. I had to pay four grand out of pocket for all that. But for the most part, they take care of all major components.

When I reached out to Endurance, the young lady that I spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable about the policy. But they initially quoted me that I would have to put 2,000 miles on the vehicle, to which I objected. I drive 3 miles to and from work a day. My work is roughly 20 minutes from where I live. To put 2,000 miles on my car is not something I'm gonna be able to do living in the state of Ohio, even if I drove from Cleveland to Cincinnati.
They got me over to a manager at that point in time, whom I was not really thrilled with. This manager tried all kinds of high-pressure sales, even though he claimed it was not. I told him, "I understand that there are laws why you have to have a duration of time and there has to be mileage on the vehicle because you don't want somebody submitting fraudulent claims." But I was not going to be pressured when he told me, "This is the best deal I can do, and if you don't answer now, you won't get it tomorrow."
I ended up going with them all the same because they're the cheapest one that's out there that offers the best coverage for what I'm looking at. My problem with Endurance is their business philosophy and their tactics for letting people know they missed a payment. We all have run into financial stipulations where we missed a payment because we forgot about it. Not a big deal, we would pay it the next day. But they are constantly hounding people with text messages and calls. If you missed your payment a single day, they would call your phone three times a day and would send three text messages. The only problem is that as much as I would love to go to somebody else, the other people are not gonna cover what this company claims to cover.
I'm all right if they send me a text message and say, "Your payment's due or you missed your payment." But I have the application on my phone that I make the payment with and I have to go through an entire process of non-user-friendly stuff. Also, the other people that I've talked to about being dissatisfied with being hounded on the phone need to restructure that place so that they can help their customers.

The signup process with Endurance was great. I set it up online, I request the code, and I got your salesman calling me. Endurance has different policies and I was eligible for the Elite policy. The salesman explained everything to me including whatever they offered and what my monthly plan will be looking. But he didn't explain the requirements before using the policy and I still had to call customer service. I could not find the answer.
I may need to take my car to the shop this weekend because I need to fix something. I talked to my dealer. They're gonna diagnose it and they will send Endurance documentation and whatever needs to get it done. Endurance will have to approve it before the dealer could work on my car. My experience with this warranty is not fully there yet. But once I get through that process, I can fully suggest them. I can put myself in that situation and explain to them what my experience was. Other than that, I am happy at the moment.

My car was making a noise and it had two problems, a differential and something with the torque. For the differential, they had to wait for the part, but the other one, they fixed. I had to wait three months to get the part, but I was able to get my car fixed. Endurance's claim process is good. I previously had another company and they were very tedious with the process. So, I decided to go with another company and chose Endurance. It's working very well for me so far, and I'm happy. The cost of the warranty is worth it.

They put money towards a few things that were covered under the contract but I wish that it covered a little more as far as maintenance on the vehicle, like struts. I'm paying $126 extra every month for this extended warranty and they only cover X amount of dollars for the maintenance and that's really what I've been needing lately. I'm not evening out. I'm still paying for all of my fixing on the vehicle, plus this extended warranty. At this point, I really don't feel like it's worth it. But when I did a claim recently, I was so grateful that I had some stuff covered, even though I still had to pay a hefty amount out of pocket.
