I talked with Endurance and I Googled them. I did pros and cons. People said a lot of good things about them. Also, different dealerships use them. The big thing for me was being able to go to the dealer I want to go to. I go to a Chevy dealer and I wanted to make sure that they would still use that and that I wouldn't have an issue. They told me I would not have a problem.
I did something online and a woman called. She quoted me a good price. At that time, I had a little bit more research to do so I was going to call her back after I talked to my husband about it. I called back a day or two later. But when you call back, you don't get the same person that you talked to. I got somebody else. and I almost had to start from scratch. The first woman put all the information in the file and the other woman was able to look it up. That helped. The first woman gave me some discounts and the other woman said, “I'm not quite sure why she discounted that. But since she did put it in there, I will go ahead and give it to you.”
I was eligible for the premium package because of the condition of the vehicle, the year on it, and the mileage. That comes bumper to bumper. There was also roadside assistance. If I get a flat tire, they'll help with that. I have family in Massachusetts and we go down there. Endurance only covers towing. I said, “Well, that's all fine and well. But if I'm in Massachusetts, that tow is not getting back to New Hampshire, or from somewhere else. So therefore, if I have to spend the night or something and I incur expenses, that's not going to make me happy.” They said, if you have to stay somewhere due to that fact, they would cover up to a certain amount of where you have to stay. That was another good thing.
So far, Endurance is wonderful. They weren't a pain. Their rep only called me once. I'm sure Endurance doesn't cover everything 100% but it would be nice if they did. I wish the price was less too but relatively speaking, they are comparable with what else is out there. Having a warranty is very valuable if I have to use it. There was one thing that bothered me. You have to wait 30 days and I can understand the time limit. You don't want somebody to buy the warranty and 10 days later, they say their motor’s gone.
But the thing is you have to put a thousand miles on your vehicle. My biggest pet peeve was we don't drive our vehicles that much. If I put 6,000 miles on my vehicle last year, that would have been a lot. I told the rep, it’d be close to December before I put 1,000 miles on it. She said, “Well, people cheat." I’m like, “I understand that. I can get you a written whatever... I just had the inspection done on the vehicle. I'll send you copies of whatever they had. Or you can get them from the dealership if you want to, that the car is in tip-top shape. That should help clear it up.” I said, “You can see I already have coverage.” I purchased the warranty before my coverage went away because I did not want to be without it.
But they don't have anything like what I suggested, which I understand. The only thing was I wasn't aware of the mileage condition until I talked to the second person. When I talked to the first woman, she forgot to mention that part. She did tell me about the days of waiting but not the mileage on the vehicle. That aside, I got free oil changes and stuff when I first got the warranty. I had four and I got to use one. After two years, they're no good anymore. I only go in for an oil change once a year. Even by then, I haven't met the mileage. With the synthetic stuff, you get 5,000 or 6,000 miles or whatever. My husband and I are both retired and we don't go anywhere. I can go take a road trip and I can be 200 miles away from my thing and break down and I'm screwed.

Purchasing Endurance was easy. I didn't have any problem. Just answered what little questions they asked and paid. They gave me my policy number. But I can’t go back to that. I don't have the policy yet. But so far, the coverage is good. I can afford it without a strain. They also explained it well.

My Volvo is pretty much a brand-new car and it has all the electronics on the inside. I started having issues with it after a year or so of driving it. I just can't have this car crapping out on me so I decided to get Endurance. What had me choose them over the others was that there was no middleman. I could call directly and say I wanted a policy. I called and their rep was nice. He went over the different coverages. He didn't really go over the different plan options but whenever I did inquire about the other plan options, he did give me the information about them. He told me the highest plan above the one I have. There was only one more plan higher than mine. Apparently, I didn't qualify for it because my Volvo had more miles. He answered all my questions and I liked him.
Prior, I wanted the coverage with the unlimited mileage one. But the reason I settled with this was because, I was thinking even after it ends or my miles are about to get close to the cap, I can just renew this. That way, I am getting unlimited miles, just not under the plan. The signup process was pretty easy. The trouble I had was I didn't really like the third party, the Mepco payment system.
I tried to calling and it was the 4th of July weekend. It was on a Saturday and Endurance was closed. I called and got through the claims portion. They weren't even able to help me with my payment portion of it. They weren't able to give me information on it. I'm like, “Okay, you guys are supposed to be available 24/7. But you guys are technically not available. So what good does it to have you guys if I can't reach you?” They were only available for specific issues. On the claim portion, they should still at least be able to tell you minimal information about your plan. They should tell me if I have any scheduled payments. It irritated me a little.
Ultimately, I did make that first payment. Because of that weekend, I made an extra payment just because I couldn't find out if my first payment had been made, or if that current payment was going to be made. I tried calling but couldn't get through. In order to keep it in good check, I made that payment just to be safe. Another thing is through the Mepco system, you have to make your first payment on your own. Why is that? Why can't they just automatically have it to where my first payment is automatic? Because in that sense, it was like they wanted me to miss my first payment. They do not want me to be satisfied with what they offer. They want me to be in doubt in my mind about going with them as far as insurance goes. But after the first payment, everything is on autopay.
When I called claims, they didn't refer me to any other different type of contact to help me out with my situation. Endurance could have done something towards that. They could be like, “Hey, I can't answer your question. But this is the number you can call.” They could also tell me the department that handles this type of situation. But they didn't do that. They just said, “Oh, that's not my department,” or “We can’t help you.” And that was pretty much it.
Another thing is I got an email from Endurance saying that I would get a thing in the mail to be able to sign up. But I haven’t even gotten my hardcopy yet, which is disappointing because that's what said would enable me to sign up to make my first payment. I've been waiting. Also, they always have something that's not going to be covered. They did say it’s tail to front end coverage. That pretty much covers everything, except for the wear and tear on the vehicle. There are probably going to be some exclusions in there, which I'll have to find out and figured out. But as far as the warranty, it sounds pretty solid. It covers the most important stuff. 125 per month is also not horrible.

Endurance used up all my printer ink printing a copy of the policy. I got 28 pages of paper. I've read about half of it and from what I've read, it looks alright.

I started my contract with Endurance on 3/26/23. On or around 6/3/2023 my car broke down on my way home from work. I called endurance for a tow which is covered in my contract and they said I didn't show up so I paid 375.00 out of pocket. Once the car was at the mechanic shop the mechanic informed me that my transmission went out. I called endurance to file a claim. The adjustor came out and said it was not the transmission but the transmission coolant. The mechanic fixed the transmission coolant and called me and said that was not the problem but that the transmission was out. I called back to endurance. They denied the claim and told me they would only cover the cause of the problem and not the problem. They stated that my car had a previous leak in which I know for a fact it didn't. The coolant busted in one day I never had a leak.
I called back to cancel the policy because if they aren't going to follow through with the contract there's no need in me paying for it. I was told that I had to pay an additional month in order for the mechanic to be paid. Mind you it was before half the month was over. Then I spoke with an attorney he asked me for a copy of the contract and a statement from endurance on why the claim was denied. I called and spoke with approximately 5 people who all told me they couldn't give me a written statement. They only do verbal. This Company is a scam and I would not suggest that anyone purchase a contract with this company. I'm most certain that all the positive reviews are paid and fake. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

The lady was very helpful. I was on the phone for 30 minutes with her. She told me everything before she asked me what I wanted to do. Sometimes, I stopped her and asked her a question. She answered all my questions. And she would go back and explain everything. She did everything she was supposed to do. She explained all my options, like the cancellation procedure. I had to pay the first month. There's a 30-day elimination period. And that means that I couldn't use it for the first 30 days. And I had up to 30 days to review all the information, go over what the policy covered and didn't. And they would refund every penny if I cancelled within 30 days, no questions asked. And Endurance Auto Warranty emailed me everything.
I’m covered for five years, but the whole policy is paid for within the first three years. It covers the drivetrain and engine. I was especially interested in the electronics part. Because with the way they are today, it is very expensive to replace. And what they offered me covers that 100% with a $100 one-time payment for each visit. I've already recommended Endurance. My friend has a car that's a year or two younger than mine. And I told her that she should get it because it's a higher end car. Especially with the electronics. Because if your computer system fails, you're looking at thousands and thousands of dollars out of pocket. So, the $4,500 over five years that you're going to pay is going to pay for itself. It’s expensive when it's out of warranty.

Signing up with Endurance was nice. I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever. I had a great first move talking to the rep on the other end, and more than willing to answer all of our questions. The reps had great knowledge. They were also very friendly and easy to talk to. I got a warranty for up to 134,000 miles. We finally worked it out to where we pay a little over $100 a month. I'm very satisfied.

I've got two vehicles with Endurance. During the purchase, there was no problem but during the service, it was a little tricky. My truck was in the shop for a month and I never got a rental car. They told me they could give me a five-day rental car, but I never got it. It was only $30 a day. I have a diesel truck, and the CP4 pump started coming apart. I gave the mechanic I took the truck to the paperwork on it, and he called Endurance. They sent an adjuster out. They okayed part of it and didn't want to pay the rest of it. The mechanic told me he wasn't gonna do a half job and have me come back in a month for him to put an engine in it. Endurance wanted him to read through the claim and itemize everything. He did that and everything was fine. I got the runaround a little bit, but I'm not dissatisfied. I’m happy with them.

When I called to ask about Endurance Auto Warranty, I liked the conversation. It went well with the salesperson. He was knowledgeable, precise, and was able to answer my questions easily. I have running boards. They go down and come up. And when they go down on the vehicle I had before this, they would get stuck. Luckily, on that vehicle, I also had an extended warranty. And it turned out that they needed a modular. They were $1,000 each to replace on each side. That's more than half of what I paid for this extended warranty. So, there would be a financial relief if anything like that goes out.

Endurance was the first place that I called, and they had me interested right away. They were very pleasant and very nice and gave me all the details I would want. The representative I worked with was very informative and very knowledgeable about their product. The coverage that Endurance has for me was way better than what I was expecting. The bonuses, the key fob, and the tires are amazing added-on bonuses. I have roadside assistance, rental car, tire replacement, and key fob replacement. I have the app on my phone, and it's very easy to understand. I don't see any issues with it. Endurance is a very good company to go with. I like that they have mechanics all over and that it’s not limited to certain places. So, I would definitely tell others to go for it.

The only part I don't like on any of these warranties is where I got to call and get an okay to have it done if something breaks. But I wasn't told that I don't have to call. That makes it easier. The other thing was it took forever to get a hardcopy of what the warranty was supposed to contain or do. I said, "I like to do it on the phone or send it to me in the mail." And I thought I got a booklet in the mail. It's not Endurance Auto Warranty's way of doing. But I would go back there again. The guys explained stuff well.

I sell cars for a living. I purchased a vehicle from the dealership that I work at and it had 30,000 miles. One thing that my wife and I do is when a car is about to reach 100,000 miles, we do one of two things. We either trade it in or buy an extended warranty to cover the vehicle, which is smart. We decided that we were going to keep this vehicle, so I looked through the different companies and Endurance had some of the better ratings. I talked to the people at my service center, and they said Endurance is one of the better ones to work with overall. I called Endurance and sure enough, we're able to work something out.
A gentleman originally called me. At first, I couldn't make the deal happen until I talked to my wife so we didn't do the deal until the second day. He asked for my VIN and my mileage. He went through his process to see if the vehicle qualified and then he told me how much it would cost. I then say yes or no the next day. The gentleman wasn't really pressing me for anything. He actually emailed the policy to me. I put him on speakerphone and we went over part of it on my computer together. He explained how my drivetrain and my engine are covered. He explained that it’s covered up to $10,000. That was very knowledgeable of him.
Overall, the sign-up process is good. But I was a little confused by how the process worked. I expected Endurance to have stricter rules when it comes to signing people up. For example, Endurance should start making customers take pictures of the odometer readings. They're lucky they have somebody who sells cars for a living and I'm an honest person. But that doesn't go for everybody else and to tighten up on fraud, I’d recommend that step. It doesn't make any sense to just take someone's word for it. It was odd that I was able to call a reputable company and go, “Yeah. Got this many miles. Yep. Nothing’s wrong with it. Yep. Okay. Here's your number. Okay. Good to go.”
I am surprised that the process is as quick and easy as it is. Endurance should be requiring a stricter process of live pictures or something along the lines of maybe having your car taken to an Endurance-certified dealership. Wouldn't they want the cars inspected first? What happens if somebody has a $60,000 vehicle and they take their word for it and then after their qualifying period, something happens? The next thing they know, they are footing a $50,000 or $30,000 bill.

Endurance reflected a sense of empathy and excitement. The rep that closed the deal was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. When he was serving me the information, I understood that I could give him my options and what would my payments be on a month-to-month basis. Everything that I wanted exceeded my expectations as well. So they were very knowledgeable and kind. I very much appreciate the way they handled themselves in helping me out.
They explained the overall different types of coverage that I could have gotten, and what were some of the more intricate parts of the coverage. My coverage has tow and housing as well, like for a hotel if I do break down, which I was very much unaware of. But the rep broke it down for me and helped me understand what was in my coverage. I liked that I instantly qualified for the premium. I also have the 24-hour assistance. The warranty brings my overall worriedness of purchasing a vehicle less stressful.
I had to call customer service when my contract number was not working. It wasn't until a day later that I got a support email saying that I could go ahead and log in. But the app itself was able to work. I liked the app. It was very helpful. The only thing is that Endurance outsources to a third party when it comes to payment. I wish I could go in and directly pay the company at the website rather than going to a secondary website to get that done.

With Endurance, I like the length of the warranty and the coverage for certain mechanics on our car. The salesperson we dealt with was a good one. He did tell us about some deals and lowered prices. We did a claim and our experience was excellent. We picked the mechanic out ourselves, and they handled all the communication.

The rep was straightforward about everything. He gave me a couple of different prices and I like the price he offered. I told him I'd have to think about it then we kept talking, and I was satisfied. He wasn't pushy. The warranty covers everything for eight years. It's a good deal to me.

I talked to one Endurance rep and we exchanged phone numbers. But when it came down for me to do the paperwork, I called him and got to another person because he was on another line. This guy took all the info. I don't know if it worked on a commission thing or not. I hated that that guy didn't get his thing because he was on the phone. But then I never heard back from either one of them. But the coverage they offered was great.

The rep was telling me what Endurance is and what it stands for, and what it would cover. It was a smooth conversation. My car is a 2014 Charger and it’s getting up there. So, I wanna have the powertrain because it’s one of the most expensive things to fix if something goes wrong. I tried to file a claim the other day but it got denied. The person who made the claim said it was a gasket that was bad. But it was my water pump that was bad. So, Endurance said they weren’t gonna replace the gasket because it was a standalone part. So now I gotta call Endurance again and let them know that my water pump is bad. I could have gotten that fixed.

Endurance Auto Warranty was the only one who was straightforward. They had different stuff, too, that they provided. The rep let me know what was available. I didn't have the money right then. He asked, "When are you looking at starting your policy?" I told him, and he said, "All right. If you don't mind, I'll call you back on this day." That day, he called me back.

We didn't know if we could get bumper-to-bumper or afford it, but Endurance Auto Warranty gave us that deal for the first five years. Signing up was fairly easy. The rep explained everything that they were saying step by step. And if we had any questions, he answered that. So, it was decent. Go with Endurance.

I found Endurance's numbers on Google and I called right away. Customer service was very forceful. The process was very fast and was done in less than five minutes. That was nice. I'm paying $241 for the warranty and it is reasonable. But I would have gotten the same coverage from a different place for $141. Endurance is probably a good company. But when somebody gets a warranty, it’s too much paperwork in small writing. They should summarize information in a way that people understand easily instead of having to go through everything and they just become uninterested in getting the warranty.
When you get car insurance, it has liability coverage and full coverage. They cover up to $200,000 to $300,000 and a $50 rental. It's just like a small page and less than 300 words. It just says, “If you want to use the warranty if you have an engine problem or this problem or any of the maintenance problem or anything, every month, you can only use one time.” That way, Endurance will take care of the whole US market. People will be able to easily understand what they're paying for. The customer will know that instead of everything together, they always have to wait for 30 days. That way Endurance will get the money every month. In the same way, the customer will stay loyal to Endurance for a long time.
When I got the warranty, they said, “You should not have the existing problem.” On the first line, it should say, you shouldn't have any existing problems while you are getting this warranty. Otherwise, you will not be covered. But then it says underlined, “Hey, you know what? If the engine breaks down, give us a call. You have a rental approved and everything." But in the same month, you cannot use another service. You have to wait for another 30 days. You then have to wait for another four days to apply for a cooling system. You have to wait another 30 days then you have to apply for transmission.

I went over warranty options with the rep. He provided me pricing options and different packages. He was very nice. Signing up was very easy. The people on the phone are very descriptive and they ensure that you know the information that they're providing. I was provided a 30-day option. I wanted to cancel within the 30 days, I could. That gave me an opportunity to take time to sleep on it.

I'm highly satisfied with the way that they did things with me. I wasn't overwhelmed. I wasn't left out anything. The rep answered my questions and she fulfilled a lot of those questions before I even asked them.

The guy from Endurance was extremely helpful. He laid out everything and was very clear and concise. The coverages were comprehensive and he explained them very well, which was how I made my decision because I wanted the best coverage. When I met the 1,000 miles, the coverage took effect. I had back shocks and a sway bar link in the rear. I gave the dealership my card and they communicated with Endurance on what parts were being replaced. Endurance didn't cover any of this, which I didn't think they would because it's more wear and tear items. But it was an easy process with those guys dealing with it. My car is on file with my member ID number. So, they do work.

The rep asked about the miles and explained why the oil changes and other things were covered or not covered. She was pretty courteous and thorough with answering the questions. But they sent the emails explaining what happened, so the process was very professional. It was also fairly easy and they set me up with the debit payment. I got warranties for my Odyssey and MKZ but they couldn't cover one of the vehicles that I have because it's over 20 years old.

With so many so-called extended warranties out there, it was hard to find one that is reliable. My work was done for me when the Ford dealer and website recommended Endurance. The value seems good for the price and the agent was very patient and informative throughout the signup process. I feel at ease knowing my Ford Explorer is covered for a period of time when failures are more likely to happen, especially with advanced electronics.

Getting signed up with Endurance was easy. The person that helped me sign up was nice and he worked with me. The only thing I didn't like was the sales rep told me the quote was a one-time thing. So, if I didn't get it that day, I would not have been able to get it. It was like, "What if I was not able to get it right now?" And I was just calling to inquire and they already did the quote. I would tell my friends to get it, but they should make sure that, if they're gonna call and inquire about it, do it when they're ready. Because I wouldn't want them to be in the same boat I was in.

I got a new car and I was very pleased with the people I spoke with when I set up the new policy. I went through Endurance before, and I was very pleased with them. I bought a used car, and the place that sold it to me must have changed the miles on the vehicle. Endurance, technically, couldn't cover my vehicle because of that, so they reimbursed me all the money that I put into the policy. Also, when I took my first vehicle into the shop, the mechanics said, "This is one of the best policies I've ever seen." Those things made me wanna go back to Endurance. It's a good company that is gonna be for its customers.

I went in to have my 2012 Toyota Prius V inspected, knowing that I would need to have my windshield washer pump replaced. I explained to the service manager that I had the Endurance Auto Warranty. He seemed skeptical. An hour later, he called me to the office and said, "Your car is ready. It took just a few minutes for Endurance to approve the replacement. We were very surprised!" Before you purchase a plan with Endurance please read: Unfortunately, I purchased an Endurance warranty plan without first reading the horrendous reviews they have due to this unethical business practices. The conversation you will have with the salesperson will sound like a sure win. They will tell you that you are paying for two months each time you make a payment, so that if you have a six-year plan, you will be finished paying at the end of year three.
The salesperson will also mention how if you do in fact need to cancel your policy for ANY REASON (this is not true) the overpayment of your policy will be returned in full. I.e., if you have a policy that you have made 12 months of payments (you have technically paid for 24 months of your policy), if you cancel the plan, you are to believe that you are entitled to your additional 12 months of payment refund. THIS IS NOT TRUE. There is a caveat to that statement, the refund is actually based on ENDURANCE'S internal calculator, which is based on time, and most importantly mileage.
With that being said although you technically paid for 24 months of coverage (again, they charge for two months at a time, if your monthly rate is $34, then you pay $68 each month), this will not be the case, as they will use their internal calculator to decide how much they will refund, IF ANYTHING AT ALL. I have been waiting for 9 weeks for a refund at this point for a policy I canceled. I have called Endurance's customer support line several times with no avail. I would definitely not recommend anyone to purchase a policy with Endurance as they mislead their customers and provide no support after you begin your policy.

It was $169 to sign up. There was a $20 fee there. But for some reason, Endurance's rep didn't say. And they're $10 more a month. But it sounded like from what the gentleman told me that they provide better service and a bit more than what the other one did. I just bought a brand new car. So, it won't be as many miles put on the 2016. But still, 1,000 miles is a lot to have to get in one month. Also, Endurance doesn't cover normal maintenance, shocks and things of that sort. But I liked the price and the fact of the 30-day and 1,000-mile.

The sign-up process at Endurance was fast and easy. I did it with somebody over the phone. She walked me through the process. She was great and really informative. She answered all my questions. She did really well. I signed the paperwork electronically. Made the payment and that was it. It was not time-consuming at all.
Their team was really good. When I couldn't contact the person that I originally started with, everybody else was more than willing to help and give me the answers that I needed. I was really appreciative of that. They did very well. They gave me every piece of information that they could have given as far as the policies go and everything about their company. They gave you the option to know about each policy and how much you will be paying a month. The warranty is really good to have in the event of emergencies. It seems fair. If I call with any concerns there, they just tell me what to do, to drop the car off, and then pay my deductible.
The price is also a fair amount to me considering the amount you'll be paying out of pocket if you wanted to get repairs done. However, if there's ever a time when you don't use it before the warranty ends, it's like you've been paying into a policy and you never had to use it. That's the only downfall. But other than that, it's still a reasonable amount. Their website is also easy to access. Everything is there. You can also call them quickly on there if you need to. Everything else about the policy is right there in the portal when you open it up.

Endurance stood out a little more than CarShield. I called them and the rep was giving me knowledge of the company and my policy. It was cool with me. It's a little pricey, but pricey is not always the best, but cheap is also not always the best way. But it was fair. Endurance would be somewhere that they should look into if they needed an extended warranty.

Endurance doesn't keep their word with anything they say. They told me when I went with them that I would get a free oil change and a brake and shoe change. When I tried to do the oil change, they switched it up on me and told me I would have to pay some of the money and to look at my policy. But even in my policy, it says that I would get one free oil change and one free brake change. But then you call the number they tell you to call, and that's not the case. When I called them, they told that it was up to $50. So I just paid for my own oil change. Also, it’s frustrating that I'd have to go to Timbuktu just to use their services if something did happen. But the reps were always very nice and pleasant until they're supposed to honor what they say.

My truck is aging. It's 10 years old and it has over 240,000. I didn't have any trouble getting Endurance to sign me. I talked to three different companies, and Endurance is a little bit higher than one of them, but it covered a lot more than that one did. Endurance worked with me really well. They didn't hard pressure me to do it. They tried to make it affordable and workable for me instead of having everything cut and dry. They were nice about getting me signed up and getting everything ready to roll so that as soon as I got paid, I could make my payment and it could start. There was an issue about when I was supposed to get paid, but they were good at explaining it to me.

There was a contingency of completing one month and 1,000 miles. I have crossed the one-month time period and 1,000 miles. I got a call from Endurance after putting an inquiry online and the rep and I went through everything. He was super helpful and I didn't have any questions afterward. The sign-up experience with Endurance was cool. The rep walked me through the process, which was fairly simple. He sounded more like a radio announcer but it was a smooth transition and he was very good. I just wish I would’ve gotten something in the mail for my actual paperwork because I haven't gotten anything yet. I like to see things in concrete writing, so I like to have something mailed to me rather than emailed. I might have found a digital copy but I gotta check because I'm gonna take my car and get it looked at probably over the weekend. They told me I can take the car anywhere I wanted to get it fixed and that it would cost me $100 no matter how many items were wrong with the vehicle. Endurance gives me peace of mind knowing that at least something is gonna be covered.

The turbo on my truck went out while it was still under warranty. That's a $9,000 repair. I did not wanna pay out of pocket if something happened again, so for peace of mind, I purchased an extended warranty. That way if something does happen outside of the manufacturer's warranty period, which ends in October, I'm covered. Signup with Endurance was very easy. The rep walked me through everything over the phone, and they sent me a big pamphlet as well. They also they have an app I can log into, and it has all my information. I can initiate all my claims through the app and do all the things there. It's straightforward.

The first person I spoke with knew what he was talking about and that made me sign up for the policy. But they told me I got to drive 1,000 miles or I'm going to have to wait the first month. That was fine. But then I got a call back from somebody stating that if I don't drive 1,000 miles the first month, I have to wait three months for the insurance policy to kick in. So after I had already paid for the insurance policy and started the policy, I find out that it's two months further pushed back than I had thought. I work seven minutes away from home, so I was never going to be able to put 1,000 miles on my car in a month.
If they were straight up with me in the first time I spoke with them, I probably would have still signed up for the policy, but it would have been a good little piece of information to know. Everything else with them went really well. Setting up the payment plan was very easy. From looking into things and talking to other people about policies, I thought they were going to want the entire policy cost upfront. And they ended up setting up on payment plans that worked even better for me.

Purchasing a warranty was a long process from beginning to end. All good things are long. It went more like, "Okay. This is what we offer versus what this other one offers. Yes, we charge this much, but look at what you're getting." The rep gave details about everything, which is good because sometimes I need the detail. At that time when she called me, I was driving and my husband was with me in the car. I had speakers so that's okay. I took the call because I wanted to know more about it because I reached out to them. My husband and I both listened to everything she had to say and we were both able to ask questions. That was a good part there.
I was with CarShield before and I didn't realize that they weren't an entity. They send things all over the place type of thing. Endurance is one full place and you do everything there. The rep explained thoroughly the difference between what I was doing and what this one was doing. They cover more than the other company did too. But I do pay a little bit more. I also had to wait almost a month and a half for the coverage to start. Other than that, it's good knowing I have the protection.

I don't like any of the damn services, and I would never give Endurance a star. My car has transmission issues, and they told me that those were preexisting and they wouldn't cover it. I said, “Why did I put money down for a deposit? And I wanted the best package that you're supposed to offer me. I had to put some money down for that. And then my monthly payment is 170 some dollars. And then you're telling me you're not gonna cover it because it's preexisting?” The sales person shouldn't have sold me a package he can't come back on and work with. That's dirty business, and I'm not in the business for dirty, and I'm not in the scam business. My AC also quit working on me, and the radio works, but the screen where it shows the display of what's being played and the time doesn't work. Those have yet to be addressed. I now have to take my car to another mechanic so they can address it with them.

Endurance called me and caught me at the right moment. I have a lot of trips to the hospital. With a car with 100,000 miles, it's like me being 72 years old. I can push for another 20 years and be perfectly healthy and I could drop dead tomorrow. The person I spoke with was nice and I enjoyed speaking with her. She was not pushy and did not shove down my throat that she was better than God and sliced bread. We talked about the situation and she answered my question very professionally and very politely. I didn't feel like she was trying to sell me something. She was trying to help me.
The price was more reasonable with Endurance too. It wasn't out of bounds for what I needed to do. I bought their program for my old car. With just the name, phone number, and credit card, I was done. I pay for it every month. There was a little bit of a waiting period in case your transmission was blown up in your driveway and you had to not screw the company.

I thought this would be a good warranty -- I can get a rental car if my car needs to be in the shop for some days. But when I took my car to the shop, they didn't cover any of those damages that needed to be fixed that was under my warranty. I was on the phone with one of their advisors and she went real deep into the issues. I never got my truck fixed. She also said if I had a different plan and paid a little bit more money, then they would have been able to cover it.

The rep I spoke with at Endurance was good and she broke down pretty much everything that I can remember. It's a little pricey and for the price that I'm paying, it should cover more, like CV joints and some brake issues, but it's all right. My car broke down on me yesterday. The transmission went out on it and they got an adjuster coming out.

I talked to two or three companies but I didn't get a good feeling and the guy from Endurance seemed solid and sincere. He was knowledgeable. When I signed up for the monthly payment it was on my credit card and automatic. Afterward I set up the online payment option, I called and asked if the auto payment could be stopped and that I would rather pay online monthly myself without being billed as I wanted to pay more each month. There was no problem with that and no penalty if I paid more. Also I feel it will save Endurance the expense of sending the bill each month by mail. I haven't had a claim yet, but I feel that when I do I will receive the same quality customer service. Thank you for giving me peace of mind.

Endurance looks like a reputable company. They didn't seem fraudulent when I called and spoke to them. They sent me some documents. They were nice and helpful. The cost seemed to be fair. Originally, they quoted me a little bit higher, but, the higher plan came with oil changes and service items. I said I didn't necessarily want to pay more to have some of those covered. So, they lowered the price.

I signed up with them again and it was an easy process. It just took a few minutes. I felt good about the plans that they offered. I got Endurance because I just purchased a car and it was out of warranty. They were the most favorable. When I rejected the offer, it offered discounts to persuade me that it could be affordable. So, they worked with me as far as pricing. Endurance has pretty good extensive coverage, and they have a very reasonable deductible, too. Those were pluses. The only minus I have is availability as far as a website. They have a third party site and it's a pain in the butt. If you go online and type in Endurance Warranty, you're gonna get websites trying to get a quote. You can't get something for a customer to go to. So if I wanted to review my policy, they haven't mailed me anything telling me what exactly my coverage at the drop of the hat. I have to look it up.

I got a policy with Endurance for my 2015 Dodge Durango. Their rep went over everything like a normal salesperson would, but after knowing my son have had experiences with Concord and found out they didn't cover certain things, I asked further questions and he was able to answer them directly and promptly. But when he called me, I was driving, so I tried to get him to call me back in an hour after I got home instead of doing everything on the phone while I was driving down the highway. But he said I wouldn't be eligible for the discounted so-called price at the time that he was offering. So, it was a pressure deal for me, just to get the credit card out and do all that driving down the road. If they could have given a window to get the discount, that would have been a little better.
Other than that, I like that Endurance is accepted almost everywhere you go. Right now, my vehicle is in the shop having work done on it. They've been going back and forth on it for the last two weeks trying to get it repaired and everything's going as expected. Also, the shop that I took it to recommended before I bought the car to look at Endurance because they've dealt with them before.

The experience with Endurance is not good because they said I would be receiving a card that would be used to pay if I ever bring the car in and it needed a repair. It's been over two months and I still haven't received even the warranty policy or a card. So, I'm not happy. I got their best coverage, which covers everything, even the replacement of tires. It’s bumper to bumper. The policy has been in effect for over two months now. I’ve paid close to $500. I'm very dissatisfied so far and I'm gonna call them either tomorrow afternoon or Friday. If I don't get a resolution in this, I'm just gonna cancel it.

I reached out to Endurance probably six months ago but my husband called at the time. He was texting me stuff but I didn't know if he understood. So, I reached out again because Endurance followed up. The rep broke down everything that was covered and let me know that they were gonna send a confirmation email. I talked to Endurance two years ago and I got on the plan, but I wasn't able to keep it at that time. But it was a little bit better than all the rest. I look for people who when they say something, they mean what they say. If you tell me that in 30 days my policy kicks in, I expect to go to a dealership in 30 days and get my car fixed without them saying it was 45 days and they made a mistake. The rep from Endurance was very good and professional at his job. If I'm still paying for the coverage, that means I'm satisfied with them.

I've used Endurance quite often in the past. I had an extended warranty on both our vehicles. My wife's got about another year and a half on hers, but mine has just run out. It's gone over the five-year limit. I've also had Endurance for my daughter's, my son-in-law's, and my stepson's cars. We keep our cars in good shape and keep them updated on their oil changes and maintenance. My wife's nephew is the head of services for Ford here in town, and he makes sure that we stay on top of everything. I'm not a mechanic by far, especially not on the new type of cars with all the technology with them. I don't have the equipment to run all that, so I rely on the knowledge of the people in the shops. If I ever have a problem, I'll call Endurance.
I've used the insurance once years ago on one of my cars, and my daughter has used it on her car years back as well. It was easy. Overall, I have never had a problem and I'm satisfied. My wife and I are retired and we're doing what retired people should do, which is, in my opinion, our bucket list. We just got back from Norway, from a two-week cruise, and I have the peace of mind knowing that if something goes on with our car, I don't have to fork out a huge amount of money to get it fixed.

The lady I spoke to the first time explained everything quickly and easily. The signup took a minute because it was very painless. The only thing that took a little while was getting a copy of the policy plan. I didn't get an email. I did a phone call and finally, I got it right after that. Other than that, everything's fine. I went online and I researched multiple different auto warranty companies. I chose CarShield, and then I read something and got concerned about my choice. I went back to looking at different warranty companies and determined Endurance was a better fit for me. It seemed as though it was more comprehensive for the vehicle that I was trying to protect. The price was almost the same. The coverage made more sense to me. Their reputation and the Better Business Bureau information was better as well. I wish the cost was less but with my car, one repair could pay for the whole contract. So, the math wasn't bad. The rep was very good. I hate the first call close thing, but he made it seem palatable.

I had to go to Endurance's website and fill out my information, and it gave me an okay warranty coverage. Then about two weeks later, there was a deal happening where they were closing the fiscal year, and the salesman was able to offer me a better warranty. So, I ended up going for it. I liked that the plan had a lot of mileage coverage, which I wasn't able to find on the internet. So, that was my biggest selling point. I like that everybody that I talked to is like a part of the company, and not like a third party where it's kind of hard to understand them. That's really nice to have. It just took me a little bit to get my packet of information. I was told I was going to get it the next day, and it would be a week later. I called and a lady had to send me the PDF over the phone. Besides that, it was fine.

The rep I talked to was to die for. She was awesome, and I couldn't have asked for a better person. She was so informative, pleasant, and friendly. However, I have a 2011 Jeep Sahara, and I ran diagnostic on it. I have a thing I hooked up to the car when my engine light came on. I'm on my way to drop it off now, but I'm not covered. For me to drive 1,000 miles in this small town could take forever.

I went online and found Endurance. My husband had them and said it was a good company. I got the policy for my 2017 Toyota Camry, and it was an easy signup process. I spoke to a representative, and the lady was knowledgeable. She told me what she felt would be the best for me and why. It was good. However, she did not tell me anything about the requirements. My husband told me that. Also, they emailed the paperwork. I gotta print it up to read it, and that's a little distraction.

Had a problem with my car’s air conditioning. Needed a compressor. Endurance sent a new compressor to my auto repair shop and took care of the bill minus my deductible. I'm not too happy with Endurance. They told me that everything's covered. When I talked to the guy on the phone, he said, "Your car's covered. All you gotta take care of are oil changes. We'll take care of your tires, your brakes and rotors. Everything else is covered." But I filed a claim yesterday and I got denied. It had something to do with the axles. They said they didn't cover it in the warranty. They just said, "You gotta read your contract."

If this review saves 1 person the headache I endured because of this poor excuse of a company, I will consider myself successful! I am guessing anyone that left a positive review has not tried to file a claim or a claim that was above a specific amount. Every reason the BBB investigated them for, they used on me! It 1st started with a false mileage discrepancy. I quickly proved them wrong! That did not come without a 3 day wait for them to tell me the inaccurate information was fixed. Then came the call telling me the claim was approved and to let the repair shop know it was ok to proceed. So I did. The next day the repair shop calls and says my claim was denied. Ummm what?! Apparently when they say Approved and Proceed that’s not what they actually mean to do.
With all the other negative reviews & investigation from the BBB, I am seriously considering contacting a class action lawsuit attorney. Their deceptive and pattern of immoral business practices needs to be stopped! The above glance into my experience doesn’t even go into the worse of it! Save yourself a headache and take your business somewhere else!

The rep I talked to at Endurance was polite and I didn't have any problem with him. He answered my question and said that it would be $4,600 for a 2015 car. For a year, that was steep. Right now, I need my car fixed and the people didn't get the paperwork over for me to get it fixed, so I'm driving a broken car. No one's telling me to say that the paperwork is completed, that I can go on and get my car fixed, or that they'd pay for it. This is my first claim and I don't know how to process it. If it keeps going too long, I will be dissatisfied with them.

I just upgraded my warranty with Endurance two months ago, and I'm not really happy with what they cover because they don't cover anything, and I upgraded so it would cover it. It's the same thing that it was before. If I go to a mechanic and they tell me there’s something wrong, I call Endurance and all I get from them is it's not covered. I've been seriously thinking about letting them go.

I liked the process going in. Endurance Auto Warranty's rep knew what he was talking about. There was no pressure. He told me the several choices that I had, and mine was the best one. I got it for two years, and the extension will be for three years. It would cover all the normal things, plus roadside assistance. And if something went wrong with the brake system or anything else, Endurance would take care of it.

I wanted to get my car covered. I didn't want to stand out in the middle of the street, trying to wave somebody down. Endurance's guy sounded pretty cool and knowledgeable about what's going on. I signed up and got full coverage on breakdowns and everything. It was 30 days before all the coverage kicked in. The rep went through and told me everything that the policy covered, which sounded good to me. He was informative and I was satisfied talking to him. But he didn't follow up when he said, “Well, I'll send you out the paperwork and everything to give you a list of what’s covered.” I've never heard a word since then. He took my money and Endurance took another payment out last month. Making a payment is easy as they take it right out of my check.

I was searching on the internet and I was going for another service, and a sales representative called me from Endurance. We spoke and I compared what I was getting for what I was paying, and I decided to go with them. They said I'll be able to utilize the coverage after 30 days or 1,000 miles. 1,000 miles happened the very next weekend. I went on a trip. It was supposed to take effect on May 28th. I was assuming that I'd get some paperwork, and I've got nothing. The initial process was smooth and easy. They explained it well. It's just I have no further information about it. I don't even know how to use the service. I signed up, and I got zero information on the mail. I searched Endurance Auto Warranty on my emails and it didn't pop up anything. I thought I got scammed.

I had a good interaction with the Endurance Auto Warranty representative. The only issue I had was Endurance's coverage, and whether they do coverage for a specific car. Endurance has four types of coverages but I wasn't eligible for the services that I wanted for my vehicle. The only one that I was eligible to get was either the base one or the second one. It's because of my car. Endurance doesn't cover electrical and head gaskets that my car especially needs since it's a BMW. I referred my sister to Endurance even though my car wasn't qualified for a tier three or four. They still offer other good things for someone else who had a different type of car.

The skills of their sales reps are very good. They are very polite, kind, and knowledgeable and they're really good at selling their product. I signed up but then I thought it was way too much money so I called to cancel it and they turned me over to somebody who convinced me to keep it. I called a dealership to see how much their insurance was and it was half as expensive. I called to cancel it again and I was given to the same rep who was very convincing. He got my payment way down so I'm with Endurance. The policy is very comprehensive and on the first year, I get extra special services. I can even get a new key fob for my car.

The experience during the purchase was good. My first incident with Endurance was not that great, though. I had just got the policy, and they didn't cover something that was broken. The rep that I worked with was good. He went over the detailed information and a more detailed information about their warranty and policy. For example, if something is wrong with the car pre-existing and within the 30 days, they will not cover that. They should say that upfront.

Endurance wouldn't cover my vehicle bumper-to-bumper and I was a little bit unhappy about that but they had a good policy covering the electronics, all the powertrain that's in the vehicle, the air conditioning and the electronics. So, at least I got that. Plus, I have somebody else that I know that has been using them since 2010. I called three other companies and Endurance was the cheapest and had the best payment plan because some of the extended warranties are very expensive.
The only thing that bothered me is that I'm a 100% disabled veteran and I asked for a veteran discount and Endurance didn’t offer that. Also, when they signed me up, I told them I needed a first-of-the-month start date. I signed my contract with them on the 27th of the month and I asked them if I can please get the date moved. They said not until I make my first payment. I was a little bit upset about that because I didn't have the money at the time and I was worried that if I let it run until the 1st, when I got my pay from the government, that I was gonna be already getting late fees accrued to me. But they assured me that that wouldn't happen. After I made my first payment, they moved it. But other than that, I'm happy. The sign-up process was very easy to navigate.

I had coverage through another company, but I didn't like the contract they had gave me. Endurance covered the air conditioner and electrical things, and other things that my first contract didn’t cover. And it wasn’t that much more to go with Endurance than what I was paying with the original contract. So, I canceled the original and went with them. I had my tires through another company and I just moved in the Orlando area about six months ago. I was having to service my tires and the company that I was dealing with is not down in this area. The rep from Endurance told me that that's part of the program. They take care of flats or if the tire needed changed, I could pay $25 and I could get a new tire. I have brand-new tires, but eventually, they are gonna need to be changed out. So, I can use that with that program, which was one of the incentives that swayed me.

The signup process was fairly easy. It was just normal questions and signing up. The rep explained the payments and the coverage. He was pretty thorough to make sure that I would be covered where I take my vehicle and that's the important part there.

I grabbed Endurance for my car but right now, I haven't really used it because I didn't know that there was a threshold that was needed. That is disappointing to me. My car needs to be worked on and I need to have it 1,000 miles past a certain point and it's like, "How can you work on a car if your car doesn't work?" That doesn't really make sense. But the reps were kind, helpful and got everything straightforward except for that threshold thing.

The gentleman that I did the sign-up with was very nice. There was a $140 down payment and he waived it. Everything I got sounded good, so I went with it. He told me I was getting a great deal and said it was gonna all be emailed. But I never saw anything. They do take the payment every month.

CarShield gave me a better price and I told the lady that Endurance was a little over and that they sent me a coupon that I was supposed to get a rebate of $300. She told me, “Well, yeah. Everything has been applied to you, but if you call customer service and you let them know, they might give you the discount. Because as a client, we don't wanna lose you.” I called customer service and they said, “No, no, no. We're giving you the best price.” But I told them, “No, because CarShield was giving me a better price than you guys. And that lady, when I talked to her, she told me that you guys were gonna give me a rebate.” They said, “No, no. We cannot.” So Endurance was a little more expensive than the other two insurances that I checked. But Endurance offered a few more things than the other insurance.
The lady told me that my power locks on the door and my power windows and my sunroof were included in the price. I asked her if she was sure and she said, “Yeah.” She told me that all of the electronics are covered. But when I received the paperwork from Endurance and reviewed it, I noticed that the policy says it does not cover the power lock or the power windows or the power roof. So they lied to me about that. They shouldn't offer it if they don't have that kind of policy. I wouldn't recommend them.

Endurance was one of the best legal warranties. Signing up with them was really good. They laid the facts and it was very personal. They told me what it would cost to cover my 2020 Tundra and what kind of plan they had for that year. I accepted that. My plan covers the engine, transmission, heating and cooling, and heat and air conditioner. It's pretty much everything. The requirement to use the plan is 1,000 miles in one month.

I signed up with Endurance and that was cool. I called my mechanic and asked him first if Endurance would be a good one because I wanna make sure that if I need anything covered, my mechanic accepts the warranty. He said it was good. I can't be paying a high note for my truck and not have it covered if something happens. The rep said there was roadside assistance with my policy and it covers three oil changes up to $50. It covers the key fob too. I can use my policy after 30 days or 1,000 miles.

Endurance was willing to fit into my budget and extend the payment and they gave me the Elite program for a year. Then, I opened my email with what was supposed to be all of the information. It was my policy number and everything but I did not see the whole policy. I had to call back and their rep sent it to me while we were on the call. It was good. Also, there was some billing issues because they didn't tell me what it was gonna show up on my bank as. I probably threw away the first bill and I was behind and they sent me a late notice.

Contacted shop, shop contacted Endurance, Endurance approved service, shop fixed A/C, Endurance paid shop 800.00, I am riding cool again. Thanks Endurance. 2 months later, Car wouldn’t start. Called Endurance, towed to shop, shop replaced ignition, Endurance paid $1400.00. I’m driving again. Am I satisfied with Endurance? Well, satisfied no. I am overjoyed, finally a company that really does go above and beyond to give customer satisfaction. I am really happy with Endurance and give them my highest recommendation.

I had a hard time trying to catch up with whoever I can talk to about as far as covering the mechanic work on my car. When finally I got to someone, they said they were not going to cover it because I haven't had it long enough. They were saying I got to have it six months before they're covering anything. I've had them for 32 days and now they're gonna tell me that still ain't long enough to cover the mechanic work that has to be done on my car. I'm done with Endurance. So they're gonna send my money back for the policy and my money back that I gave them then to cover what they say they're supposed to do. Very dissatisfied.

The first rep wasn't good. And the second one gave me her email, so I dealt with her directly. It was about the oil change. I received the $50 credit from Endurance Auto Warranty recently. So, the lady who helped me out was good. When something goes wrong with these BMW cars, it can break me, so I'd rather have the warranty. And especially, I'm not there, and my mom is driving the car. So, it's better that we have some kind of assurance.

I didn't know too much about vehicles, but what Endurance's rep told me that would be covered is worth it with me paying my money. I have not had any problems with my vehicle but I always take it back to the dealership if I have any problems. The rep I worked with was excellent. When I called them, they told me what I need to do if I have any problems and it's simple. I just call a 1-800 number.

The day that I took my policy out with Endurance, I asked the man that I spoke with about the deductible three different times. He said it was a $100 and that will be all I have to pay when I have a claim. But he did not tell me that I had to pay all the taxes on the parts and labor. When a radio went out on my Jeep, I was expecting that I would pay 110 max. But it was $169 because I had to pay the disposal fee of the radio and I had to pay almost $64 worth of taxes. So I was upset because I was misled. Endurance needs to let their reps know that they need to be open and honest towards their customers so that there won't be any unexpected things like that. Luckily, I had the extra money to pay for the taxes and disposal fee. But what about the people that go in who are expecting to pay only $100 and don’t have the extra cash?

I just had some car issues where I had to get an alternator replaced. It should have been better explained to me, and I should have read all of the fine print. But I didn't know that I had to go 30 days and 1,000 miles before my car part was covered under the warranty. I was at 902. Being a valued customer, Endurance should have waived that and I wouldn't have been in a situation where I am still without my vehicle. And I had to pay out of pocket almost 400 bucks for this guy to change my alternator. I thought they would waive that being that I'm so close and that I'm a Diamond package customer, paying top dollar. I was very disappointed in Endurance with that. Nobody has called me and tried to make sure the situation was right. First impression is everything. And it wasn't a good look. Hopefully, if anything else goes wrong with this car, we’ll have a different experience.

The rep explained everything to me completely and I was very comfortable with the limits that he set as well as the amount. He also told me about the discounts if I paid over three years. I initially estimated what the mileage was and he informed that we had 30 days to confirm that mileage because after that, they would have to go by whatever I said. So I immediately texted my son and have him send me over a copy of the odometer. Paying for the coverage was very simple. There was only a 30-day contingency. Also, I appreciated that the warranty covered everything from tha roota to tha toota and I wouldn't have to be worried about anything anymore.

I bought a policy over two years ago. Had a problem with my 2012 ford f150. Wouldn't start. Had it towed to repair shop. They fixed it but Endurance wouldn't cover it. [[Cost us]] over $1000 to have a $35 fuel control module changed, car rental, towing, they wouldn't cover it, so after my conversation with endurance, they were going to upgrade, to the gold policy??? So here we go again// We have a motor problem, needs a head fix valve job. We spent ,s two weeks trying to find a repair shop. Nobody here wants to take them or the other co ,s. All I get is to buy new 5.0 coyote motor for $8000 plus labor From ford, what a new motor, truck isn't worth that so I canceled policy. They said the would part of my money. Yah sure. So where is it? You thieves. Almost $ 3000 bucks so I called the state atty general. They said they're going to investigate them, if they don't start abiding to the return policies and ban them from doing business here so where is my money, mike.

The Endurance rep was a little pushy. He didn't tell me that they use the same people that takes the payment for them is the same people who use Auto Shield. So that rubbed me the wrong way right there. He was more focused on the payment versus making sure I was at ease with the company itself.

The rep and I talked about what I wanted and he offered me a package with certain miles. I said that the mileage wasn't good enough because I don't drive that far. But we settled on a good mileage package. He was very friendly and helpful. It was a good interaction. I would recommend Endurance because with the cost of repairs, as high as they are, it's almost necessary to have a car repair insurance. Before I had any kind of coverage, I had a seat heater as well as a door latch that had to be replaced and each one of those were $500 to $1,000. Endurance has not sent me the PDF or the file that shows my entire coverage package so I can look at that. But it's the major items. It covers the engine, and the transmission, and the electrical. Everything that's not normal wear and tear.

I got a good running truck. It has 170,000 miles on it. Endurance Auto Warranty was the only company that would insure anything over 150. And they got it insured up 240,000 miles. I've only known them for one month, and when they took the payment, I told them about something happened before and they agreed that it wouldn't happen that way. I called them on the 4th to make a payment, and it was easy. The next day, I got a confirmation number. Everything has been easy with them. And they didn't take the money out of my account until I called them and told them. I already referred them to two people.

I have an ‘09 Chevy Suburban and a 2020 Jeep Cherokee, and I'm just getting started with Endurance. My last company didn't cover a lot of components and stuff happening, natural disasters and acts of God. Endurance offered a lot more. It was a little more expensive, but I pay for quality. Their sales rep was excellent. He was very attentive and didn’t try to force me. Plus, there was a sign-up benefit wherein they waived a fee that they had.

The first time I called Endurance, it was a bit of a hassle. Their rep said she wasn't trying to pressure me, but she was pressuring me. I told her that I was just getting some information so I could talk to my wife, since the warranty was for her car, and the rep said that they were giving me a discount but their offer only went on for so long. She said that if we hung up, I couldn't get that offer. But somebody else finally called me back and when I told him that I was not going to do it with them because of my experience with the first rep, he said not to worry about that and that he'd take care of it. So the second guy worked with me perfectly. The process was quick and everything was good. I'm coming up to the 30-day window now before we need to use the warranty and I'm already talking to some of my friends about it. So hopefully it'll help some other friends and everybody else out.

The rep who helped me sign up for my Endurance warranty was very explanatory. He made it easy and in my eyes, he went over and beyond. He gave me the opportunity to sign up that day, so that was what I did. They needed my VIN number, the year, make, and model of my BMW, and I wanted the top-of-the-line, so he offered me the Gold membership. At one point, I thought that Endurance only covered 2,500. But when I called customer service, a lady got back with me and said that I'll be getting the Elite service for a year as an extra service. So, she really broke it down and explained it to me. It was also in the fine print but it's a little bit hard to understand.

The Endurance rep was nice and friendly though she didn’t give me an option as far as could I call back or review what we talked about and call her back in a later time or for me to gather information. She made it seem like this was the best deal and if I hang up, then my next deal might be different. The rep seemed knowledgeable and cool but a little bit pushy. They should let me gain the knowledge in which the representative is talking about, trying to sell me, and give me a chance to compare and contrast with other people.

The signup process at Endurance was really convenient and simple. There was no pressure to get the warranty and they kept in contact with me through my gathering information process. I'm also definitely satisfied with the deductible if anything goes wrong.

Endurance Auto Warranty was somewhat of a pressure group because they said they wouldn't be able to send me any information about it unless I signed up and I could always cancel it. There's another company that seemed to give a better one. So, I’m contemplating of switching over. Even though Endurance would cover me for 36 months and then 36 months for free, the other company was at a lower rate and I could turn it off whenever I wanted to.

Endurance Auto Warranty's coverage seems okay. Cost seemed a bit high, but it was competitive. The rep just gave us the price, "That's what it is. Take it or leave it" versus the crap I experienced with the other company.

Endurance offered more for the price that I was gonna be paying with my previous provider. I've had them twice now because of two different vehicles. They've always given me different options, especially when I was worried about how much I would be spending a month. They were not too pushy. The representatives I've dealt with have always made it super easy.

I was disappointed with Endurance in the beginning because I spoke to some lady, and she said I didn't have to go online. Then I got this call from this guy and he got irate with me and hung up. Then I got this other guy who was a super salesman. He knew all the details. That made a big difference. He made it very easy. However, he made it sound like I was gonna get a policy immediately after we hung up but that didn't happen.

I asked the reps a lot of questions, and they answered all of them. Even questions on things I was skeptical about, they answered them and gave me the truth. What the representative had said on the phone was said also through the contract. The package that I was qualified for was a good package for a good price. They went through every steps and details of it. You make the first payment which is $177. But there's a waiting period between 30 days and another 1,000 miles you would have to reach before you'll be able to use the policy. They also mentioned the fact that anything that has previous issues, they can't fix that. You would need a service history of your vehicle. They wanna see if you neglected or took care of it.
However, I canceled Endurance yesterday. I understood the whole policy of what could and couldn't be serviced. They couldn't service a battery. They don't cover the important things that I thought they cover. Anything with engine parts or transmission parts, they cover that. But with certain electrical components, they don't cover at all. Certain parts that have to do with the wheels, whether it be wheel bearings or control arms, they don't cover that as well.

The person at Endurance was very helpful and understanding that I get paid bi-weekly. In the long run, it saves me more money to have a big bill right now than to have a small one that charges me 20% every payment.

The rep was nice but the warranty doesn't cover what I want it to cover. I didn't understand that until after I got the paperwork and I had already signed up for what I got. Some of the drivetrain stuff is not covered. Plus, they have four different levels of coverage and they never offered any of that stuff. Upgrading will cost more money and I don't wanna spend more than what I'm already paying them. I have a problem with my pickup right now. One of the lower A-arms needs replacement on the suspension and the warranty doesn't cover that.

There was a sign-up special where they gave 300 bucks off. Once I spoke with the representative on the phone, it was a good conversation. He was genuine and it was a good match for both of us. I got the elite level warranty for my 2016 BMW and the reps fully broke it down. It was easy registering for the app they have as well.

Endurance has good customer service. The rep was very mannerable and empathetic. She took her time and went through everything, all the questions that I had. I just had a couple other questions, and she answered them. The other ones couldn't answer any of my questions. Endurance's price was much better than the other ones too.

Signing up was easy. But I had to call them four times within an hour because my call or their calls would drop. My last rep was Charles and he called me back. He provided good customer service. I got the supreme coverage for my engine, power trains, suspension, electrical output and AC. Some of the perks included roadside assistance for the first year. Also, if I blow a tire, they cover up to $150 for each tire for the first year.
To access my coverage, they said I need 30 days or a thousand miles. I took my vehicle to the dealership because it was overheating. It was past the month and 30 days. They sent an inspector to inspect my vehicle to see if my vehicle was like that before the warranty. It wasn't because before I got the warranty, I took it to the Dodge dealership and I paid $145 for them to look over everything. They told me it was good. Also, it takes another 24 to 48 hours for them to tell me if they're gonna cover it or not. I have to wait a couple more days for them to tell me yes or no and that's what I'm upset about.

I have two contracts with Endurance. One is a 2014 Escort, and the other is an F-150 '08. I went with what that the reps offered me, and the gasoline and diesel engines, trickle charger, transmission, transfer case, drive axle, AC, and the electrical are covered.

The rep was patient and answered all my questions. The only thing I didn't like is that I told him to call me in an hour, and he called me back too soon. That was irritating. I was taking care of my wife's vehicle too across the street and I knew it would take me time to take care of two situations. Other than that, he was good. The sign-up went good too. I just need to contact Endurance so that I can get more information on my policy, because I never got the paperwork. I've made my initial and second payments.
