    My needed the car I just purchased to be covered from end to end. I realized that it was not. When I called a young Tabatha helped get my account updated. Thank you Tabatha. However, she transferred me to her Manager Mr **, to get what I needed done most resolved. I explained to him that I needed specific components covered in my vehicle. He understood my needs and actually placed me into a warranty that covered my vehicle from bumper to bumper at a vet affordable and reasonable price. It was the perfect beginning to a beautiful day.     Endurance was awesome. I called a few places and they were by far the best. The other places I was talking to were very pushy and would not let me get off the phone.     I had Endurance on another car and they had the best policies and options available for people. So, I came to them again with another car. They gave me some good discounts so that was a plus. I'm very happy with them. The girl was extremely professional and answered every question. Signing up was very good and easy. I spent 10 to 15 minutes tops with her on the phone. As long as you got the information, they get it handled. Endurance offers the whole package so I might as well just take it, and I did. I wanted the whole car covered. Endurance is very simple and people will be very happy with the product if they have to use it. The price is very fair. For what they cover, they're probably better than the regular insurance that I got on the car.

    Signing up was simple and the rep was cool about it. She broke it down and told me what my coverages were. I mentioned what I really wanted and she sent me in the right direction. I got one of their premium packages so my tires and my key fob are covered for the first year. It also covers everything except maintenance and warrantor items. I recommend Endurance. They figured out what I needed to get and got it done as quickly as possible. They offer payment plans but of course it's a little more expensive, because why would you offer payment plans for free?

    Everything has gone well with Endurance, so far. I was getting a lot of emails from Endurance and promotions. I had reached out to two or three and they were far above what I could afford in my budget. When I talked to them, they were willing to work with me and spread my payments out a little bit further and get it in my range of where I could afford it in my budget. The rep seemed to take care of me very well and got me signed quickly and easily and sent me the documents so I could sign them online, and we got that done and started my payment. They weren't too pushy, they just kept sending me once a week. But they weren't calling my phone 900 times a day.

    The first customer service rep was not so great to the point where I wasn't going to sign up with them. He tried to put a timeframe on when I needed to make a decision and was trying to pressure me into signing up. I was very straightforward and said, "Hey, give me 24 to 48 hours to explore my other options, get other quotes, and you can reach out back." He said, "Well, if you don't do it today, then that discount, that incentive is no longer available for the thing." So I said, "Well, then, so be it. If the $300 that was being offered isn't available, it's not available. If the plan isn't right, then the plan is not right. So it doesn't matter if I sign up or not." But the second rep I spoke to was fantastic and more than kind. That rep took me through everything and it worked out.

    I had spoke to someone at Endurance, and he was supposed to get back to me the next day, and he never did call. Come to find, he had told me he was gonna work that day, but, evidently, he was off that day, and he didn't call me until the next day. I ended up calling in myself and purchasing the warranty over the phone. The guy had called me the next day and said, "I was off yesterday." I said, "Well, I called and asked for you." He acted upset that I didn't get it from him. As far as my policy, I've got the max coverage, so it covers anything electrical and mechanical and everything except for normal wear and tear and brakes. I was skeptical to even buy it because I'm on a fixed income, and 100 bucks a month is tough for me, but overall, the price was good.

    So far, my experience with Endurance has been good. They were very friendly, nice and helpful.     I called Endurance and told them what I was gonna do. The first individual that I talked to was not well versed and very unhelpful. He didn't wanna do the job. He didn't give me options. He didn't talk to me through it. The initial call was very disappointing. It was not anywhere close to what I had experienced before. I reconnected with a different individual within Endurance, and I got the program. One of the things I like about it once I got into it is that they are all-inclusive. Once you get into the plan, you know what you are getting. The other ones that are being recommended have limitations as to what they would pay for.

    The coverage has been extremely good for my wife's car. She has a 2017 and it's got a lot of electronics in it. Endurance has been good about getting things done quickly. They've been responsive. They've covered some things that I didn't think they would cover. They're very good at what they're doing, and I like the aspect of you pay for three years then you don't have to pay after that. However, their site isn't that easy to navigate. Once you click on to the site, initially, it's not as clear until you get into it and find out what the program is about. They need to be a little bit clearer.

    Another thing is they use different people that bill. When I set this up with them, I got a charge on my credit card for the amount of the premium. But I didn't know who these people were so I stopped payment and reached out to my credit card company and the company. They said, "We do the billing for them." I said, "It's different than the one that I have with my wife." They said, "We do all the billing for them." I said, "I need to call them because since you don't have my other one on here and you don't know anything about that, and you're asking me to release this funds for you, I'm not gonna do it." That was when I called Endurance back. I said, "Can you please explain who this company is and whether you have an association with them?" They finally clarified and said, "Yeah, we use them. We use other people as well. Your wife's on a different one. You're on this one. We forgot to tell you." It was irritating that they hadn't told me that.

    It took a little longer than usual for someone to get on the line for me to find out more information about Endurance. The first time, I hung up because it was about 20 minutes. I called back again a couple of hours later and had to hold on again to speak to a representative. That took another 15 minute to speak to someone. When I spoke to someone, it wasn't that department so they sent me to another department.

    As soon as reached a representative, it was easy from then on. He was knowledgeable on relaying information I needed such as the deductible and how much out of pocket I would have to pay. I made a payment of $106 to start the policy. But if I have pre-existing issues which cost thousands of dollars, I wouldn't get any parts or labor covered until I at least reach 250 miles to 500 miles on the vehicle. That's the only thing that I didn't like about it. But Endurance covers so much and not being so much out of pocket. I have quite a few vehicles and I didn't know that I could still get covered at a decent rate every month.

    I have a 2013 vehicle and it has low miles. But because of the year, it's no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty. It's a fairly expensive vehicle so if anything breaks on it, it's gonna be costly. So it'd be important that even though I don't drive it very much that I have a warranty on it. The salesperson from Endurance presented to me what they could do, what they would take and how much it would cost per month. He also gave me some options to get discounts on the cost of the service. There was no pressure from the salespeople and they understood that I wanted to check other companies. They said it was a good idea so it's important. Most of what I did in signing up was online and I called back the gentleman that I dealt with. We went over everything and then, he provided me with the link to look at all the options that I had. I provided my credit card information once I decided on it. It was easy.

    Endurance was a little bit more expensive in terms of what's being offered by others. But there were other benefits to choosing it. The only thing is they didn't provide upfront the full offering of details of what was offered. They didn't spell it out. They gave a little chart, which is fine, but I’m one of those weird people who like to read the contract. But it was provided to me after I asked for it from the salesperson. I was sent to a particular link and I was able to get it.

    The rep was wonderful. He explained a lot of things and gave me good discounts. He said that the warranty covers the transmission, motor, power windows, and part of the brake system. He also said that if I was to get a flat tire, they would replace it and I could get the same tire that was on my vehicle. Try Endurance out. They're a lot better than Protect My Car which doesn't cover half the things Endurance does.

    People should make sure they really take a hard look at what they're purchasing. A lot of the the dealerships don't wanna pay for the labor cost and and they want to use aftermarket parts instead of the OEM parts that people are supposed to use on the vehicle. The Endurance reps were very knowledgeable about what they were offering me and explained in-depth what the requirements were, how I could go about when trying to get things fixed and how easy it would be. They explained everything quickly and made it easy for me to sign up for the warranty.

    We were enthralled enough with Endurance and we picked three policies for three cars, which lets you know we were excited about them. It was very easy to sign up. I signed up online and almost immediately, after I input the information, I got a call. I thought maybe it was a scam because it was so quick. But their representative was able to help me through the whole thing and he was very easy to reach, at that point.

    I've received the contract for one car but we took out three policies and I have not received the other two. I've tried to get this information from them three times. When I first took the call, it was only for one car in particular but the rep who signed me up knew that we were going to be picking up three policies for three cars. He was very quick to take the call and other subsequent calls that I gave him prior to us closing out on all of the policies. But once those were paid for, they were a done deal. I've since tried calling him and have not been able to get an answer, which is not very good. It could have been different reasons, but it wound up going back to the Endurance switchboard and the people were generally able to help me out, except I gave incorrect information with regards to the other two cars, which I didn't realize until after we got off the phone. The rep said she would check on the other policies and I am waiting for a call.

    Their rep told me I can pick who I go to, which was a plus for me. Then, he went through this big spiel and I was gonna get other estimates but he convinced me to take it with Endurance so I did. It was a lengthy sign-up but the only thing that interested me was when he said that I can go to a Volkswagen dealer. Also, he explained a lot of what is covered and I have a copy of the policy.

    It's not a good experience right now with Endurance. They have many excuses. They were offering to replace the key if I lost it and they would cover some of the expenses. I lost the key and the spare key and when I called the company, they said they don't recommend calling a locksmith and recommended that I to go to the dealership. When I called the dealership, they said they don't take Endurance and that Endurance is the worst company to deal with. I have to call a locksmith but Endurance said they don't cover the locksmith. Also, the dealership said it's gonna cost $500 to make this key but the locksmith was doing the same thing for $285. They would pay $500 to the dealership, why won't they pay $285 to the locksmith?

    I'm stuck and I couldn't even take my car to the dealership when there is no towing available. When I called again to ask some questions, their office is closed because they are in the eastern side and I'm in Texas. They could have 24 hour services or something like that because the consumer gets stuck. Then, I found I have one key, but I don't have a spare key and I'm scared that if I got the key, they would say they don't cover the spare key. This is the first time I filed a claim and I'm very dissatisfied. They don't offer anything. At least do something towards my end. They sell the product very nicely but the time the consumer has a claim something, the whole thing scenario changes. The price is not that good either. I'm paying $160 per month.

    Endurance Auto Warranty offered 60 months in coverage. I was reeled in at first, but at the same time hesitant. But I worked with Matthew and he assured me that everything, for the whole process, would be smooth, safe, and secured. That motivated me to go ahead and continue with the signing up process. He explained the policies to me in depth, but he also provided a welcoming atmosphere. It wasn't a time when I felt I was pressured into the policies. I hung up and told him I would call him back, because that was me being hesitant. But when I called back, it went right back to his direct number line, and he processed me through the whole thing, and here I am, two months later, still with the service. He even provided me his email, so that was also awesome. And he told me to get in contact with him should I have issues with a claim. I sent him an email last week, and it wasn't more than 10 minutes, he sent me an email back.

    He explained the break-in period, which is either/ or, 30 days, 1,000 miles before any claims could be made. I was concerned with being able to make a claim, because I don't drive the vehicle as often. And he assured me that 30 days or 1,000 miles, either/or is perfectly fine. Last week, I completed my 1,000 miles after my 30 days. He explained that I can take my car to my preferred dealer. Just inform them of me having a coverage, whether I can provide them the number to Endurance or I can provide them my card, and they should handle the process without me being included. I will not be the middle man in anything.

    I signed up with Endurance over the phone and it was pretty quick. I had to call them back at a later time, but we scheduled the time. They called right around there, then they helped me out. They told me what the warranty was and how much it would cost. The coverage is basic for what it is, but it is a good warranty. There's also tire coverage on it and not everyone offers that.     Told the rep what I needed. He said, "This is what we can do for you." Boom. "This is the price." "All right, there you go. Okay." Simple. Great coverage, and my local shop takes Endurance Auto Warranty. I had a bit of savings, the 200, over the course of the deal. The rep told me told me the four items that they don't cover, which the majority of it fell under normal wear and tear, like brake lines. I understood it. But as far as all the core stuff, the electronics, all covered, which is great because the navigation system is expensive. The AC compressor, covered. Engine, transmission, covered. Other than that, window regulators, I think, is not covered due to it falls under that category of wear and tear. Those things aren't but they're $75 anyway. So, I said, "No big deal."

    I felt good with the two conversations I had. A certain agent is basically over your deal. You sign up, give you the information. They're the ones that they correspond the emails to you. I tried to get the rep on the phone, but I couldn't. So, I shot him a quick email or reply to it, "Call me back when you get a chance. I wanna talk about this policy again." I always ended up on the other line. He would call me back, leave me a message, "Got your email. Give me a shout back at this. Here's my extension. Get back to me directly." Perfect. Corresponded through some email, he called me back. I was on my way home on the phone and left me a message. So, I ended up touching back with him. I said, "Let's go through with that deal that you gave me." He said, "Okay, let's do it," and then boom. It was easy.

    I have a month from my signup, and put 1,000 miles on the vehicle, which is no problem because this is my wife's car and she does that in two weeks. So, that was it. We're activated and good to go. The price is high, but so is anything else. They quoted me $5,200. So, it's high. But it isn't that bad. If I have a transmission go out, then there you go. It's a costly deal. I feel fine with it. If it was cheaper, better. I haven't made a claim. But if I did, peace of mind. They're covered. My local shop covers it. If my vehicle is over 24 hours, they would put me in a rental.

    I heard about Endurance from our friend and I thought it was cool that they allow warranty coverage if you don't currently have a warranty. Signing up was very smooth. I requested a quote online and about a minute later, somebody called up trying to offer me their services. He told me I could cancel within 30 days and I gave it a shot. I was in a rush at the time but I knew I could look into it within 30 days. I got the policy where they cover any major issue with the car and the most they'll pay out is up to $10,000. They are pricey, though.

    I was trying to get a price on what it would cost to get a warranty on my car and the salesman was pushy and was trying to close the sale. I wanted to call my dealership to make sure they would accept Endurance. The rep gave me the price if I would do it that day and said I can call Endurance back and cancel it if I don’t like it. I was gonna pay two and a half years for a five-year, 100,000-mile warranty. And then he said that if I do it that day, he would bump it up to six years, 200,000 miles. He repeated it several times and I said my warranty won’t expire for maybe a couple of months. He again said he was giving me an extra year with an extra 100,000 miles.

    When I got my policy, it gave me six years but not 200,000 miles. I called Endurance this week and talked to them. The rep said the sales guy shouldn’t have it and that I misunderstood something. I said I didn’t. The rep told me he would discount my policy and instead of 129, it will be $89 a month. I told him that I wanted him to listen to the tape and call me back. Because the reason I got it was the 200,000 miles. I still got coverage under my old policy. It hasn't expired yet. So I got two warranties right now and I'm waiting for Endurance to give me a call back to tell me what they're gonna do. The rep didn’t say how long the $89 premium is. He just said $89 a month and $500. After I got off the phone with Endurance, I did some calculations, and I wanted two and a half years. I didn't want to go back to three years. I'm wondering, based on what I went through, if this is a scam.

    Signing up was okay but the rep was trying to convince me to get the policy. But he was knowledgeable and the process was easy. Also, I had CarShield and I was comparing some things. I noticed that there wasn't a big difference in the warranties but I was paying Endurance more. When I was trying to tell the rep that, he wasn't trying to understand what I was telling him. I wasn't impressed with the policy itself and I was expressing my concerns. He just kept rambling on trying to get me to stay. When I told him, "Well, look, I have to call you back.", he was like, "No, you're not. You're not at work. You just trying to get off the phone." And I just hung up on him.

    During the signup process, it felt very good and the agent was personable. Everything was explained to me and I appreciate the pricing and everything that I was told that comes with it in the deal. It seemed like everything is covered.     The salesperson was a little pushy and didn't give me all the facts. He promised something that he couldn't deliver. I wanted my payment due date to be on the 15th and he couldn't do that. So, I had to pay my first payment on the 12th. It's no big deal but when I'm the customer and I'm spending money, I want the company to live up to everything that they say. I'm putting my vehicle in the shop at the Cadillac dealership and it's gonna cost me $900. They're changing my brake fluid, flushing my radiator and doing several other things. So, I'm trying to keep my vehicle up and I'm hoping that should anything go wrong with it, Endurance will live up to their promises about the coverage.

    When I called to change my billing due date, I had to call between 8:00 and 5:00. I was a little disappointed with that because I work 7:00 to 7:00 which means I can only change my billing due date on my day off. I can call someone after 5:00 but only if I wanna submit a claim. Other than that, the rep whom I talked to when I changed my billing due date was very professional and he answered my questions. He stated to me when I gave him my information that I had passed the threshold of 30 days and 1,000 miles.

    Endurance told me initially that after 30 days, I would be covered and that piqued my interest so I went with them. The marketing process and their rep were really good. However, the rep didn't tell me that I needed to drive at least 1,000 miles before Endurance would actually cover anything. We went over the mileage in terms of him just wanting to know what the miles were on my car and how much it would cover in terms of how long it extended, like for maybe 50,000 miles.

    I had some things go wrong with my car and it was right after the 30 days. I took my car in and when Endurance was called, they said it wasn't covered because I needed to drive at least 1,000 miles plus the 30-day period. Who's gonna drive 1,000 miles in 30 days? The customer service was good when I called in to inquire after I was denied coverage. The young lady I spoke to was professional and she was fine. But still, I feel dissatisfied with the process because of the information that wasn't communicated properly. Endurance should simply explain that particular part because another coverage might have been better for me than Endurance. At this point, I'm really dissatisfied.

    The rep was really nice and she explained things to me. But there were some things that I didn't understand. The rep said she was gonna send me something written because I could barely read some of the stuff on the phone. She said she was gonna send it to me but I haven't gotten it yet.     Endurance needs to be firm on their pricing and the item they are going to insure. There has to be a reason why they cut the price that they offer someone. I disagreed with them with the coverage and the amount they were going to charge me but they gave me a better price and I appreciated that. But they need to have bracketed pricing according to the vehicle that they're insuring, the years, and the amount of mileage of the vehicle. That's what threw me off.

    Other than that, my policy covers a lot of things. It covers the motor, transmission, air conditioner and most of the moving parts. They said I was required to reach 30 days and 1,000 miles and I understand that. That's very fair. One thing I like is if I decided that I wanna move that warranty to my wife's car and I get rid of it, I can move that warranty to her car. That was a good flexibility. I recommend Endurance.

    They do not cover anything when my car broke down, after my car broke down I called them to verify first, and the operator told me everything is covered, but when I took my car to dealer, dealer told me they called Endurance Auto Warranty and they won't cover anything. They wasted my time and money. So I cancelled this warranty, and Endurance Auto Warranty said will refund me for the remaining period of 2 years left on my warranty, by the way, they have a long painful way to cancel their warranty, you have to get a local certified person to verify your car's mileage first and then you have to mail them to cancel the warranty, which I already done that. So after 2 months so far I have not received one cent back. This company is a company of thieves and fraud.

    I was looking for a bumper-to-bumper and/or power train coverage and Endurance was able to facilitate what I would need for my particular vehicle and the way I drive my vehicle. The gentleman who I spoke with was really knowledgeable about the service. He informed me of everything that was covered under the warranty or would be covered once the warranty was active.     I belonged to Everything That Breaks and they're idiots. I put in a claim and they said they wouldn't cover it. I switched to Endurance and the only thing I did was call and they took the information about my vehicle and a little bit of information about me. I have an HHR Chevy. I got all the major coverage for the engine, transmission, electrical system, air conditioning, electronics, and electrical. The coverage would start after I reach 1,000 miles and 30 days. We already went over the mileage. Endurance is easy and informative. They could do a little better on the price but I understand it's a business.     Buying the warranty from Endurance was a long process. I did it while I was on a trip traveling. The rep asked all kinds of questions about the mileage and the year and went through all the programs that were offered. It took a long time and a lot of listening before we finalized our purchase of the product. But the guy was very professional and it was very thorough. He made sure we knew everything about what our options were. He was very good. We might have gotten a medium-grade package where it covers major things, but it doesn't cover all the other things. It's very expensive and I wish it was cheaper for us average Joes that don't have any money now. We had to drive 1,000 miles or wait 30 days before the warranty went into effect. When we talked to the guy, we didn't have any problems. And then, we had major problems within that period and we had to pay for all that ourselves. But it's all set.

    The Endurance guy gave me a price. And he said that the car dealers are usually a lot higher than they are. So, I called my car dealer and they were $800 cheaper than Endurance. My car dealer gave me the better coverage of 125,000 for eight years instead of the seven-year, 80,000, like the Endurance rep would do. So, I called back to cancel the product. He should have done some research and known what the cost was. He had to hurry up and backtrack when he found out I would cancel the order because my dealership gave me at $800 cheaper. So, he knew he had to do better than that. The reps need more education. They need to know what's going on. He told me something that I thought was good. And come to find out, it was crap.

    Endurance Auto Warranty's rep explained everything to me very detailed. We had a 20-minute conversation, and she said, "We're all set. I'll send you an email to you about everything you have. And go ahead and download our app so you can have your membership in hand." It was quick and easy. Our transmission cost $3,400, so I'd rather pay $100 than pay $3,400. Whatever the amount is, Endurance will cover that. I referred a friend, because he said he needed that for his coverage because he doesn't think he has a warranty on his car.     This company will try and find a loophole to not pay. They denied my claim for their screw-up and for not clarifying the mileage on my contract.     I bought the car two months ago and I had a 30-day, 1000 miles warranty from the dealership. They told me to get an extended warranty, so I got one through Endurance. You gotta drive the 30 days, 1000 miles grace period and I did that. I brought the car to the dealership and they told me Endurance wouldn't pay for it. They said it's a pre-existing condition. I called them and talked to someone, and the lady hung up the phone on me. I paid 40 Benjamins for this truck. They want me to put 13 Bens and I only had it for two months. The warranty company said I gotta pay that. I wouldn't recommend them and I'd recommend to get somebody else. I'm trying to find another one now.

    It would be nice if Endurance Auto Warranty had some type of pricing in front. Because I was under the impression that I had to come up with everything up front. But there were a lot of good reviews that I saw there of it. So, I called and talked to somebody. And boom, it was a done deal. I dealt with two reps. The first day, I talked to a lady. She was pushy. She wanted me to jump but I gotta sleep on stuff. She was nice. But it was fast for me. So, I called them back the next day, spoke to a guy. He was first class. He seemed very knowledgeable about vehicles, understood what I may have issues with. He answered all my questions. Endurance offered the financing. So, I wouldn't drop a couple thousand at one time. And sounded good to me. It was over $3,000, but they offer a payment plan that I didn't know. So, it cost me 100 bucks a month. They said as long as I keep a positive balance towards it, it's good.

    Two months after I bought the warranty, the transmission went out. I went to a place here to where I work. The only issue I had is, it took two and a half weeks to get done. It made me very glad I bought the warranty. It was painless. Endurance honored my claim quickly. I was concerned about two months in, they would fight and say it was pre-existing. But they never blinked. The adjuster went to the shop and looked at my truck. And that was it. So, I'm extremely satisfied.

    As I received a total loss from my insurance company and under my warranty policy I was to receive $1,000 total reimbursement of the plan that was on which was the best plan that they have. From May 2023 until now July 19th 2023 I still haven't received my reimbursement payout. I emailed back and forth. Several people was handling my case and one of the people that was handling my case was on vacation. My case didn't get reassigned until they came back off.

    I expressed my loss of my parents during this time. When I called them, the gentleman that signed me up was courteous. They are a little bit higher than most people though. I had to call a couple of times and cut down on what I was getting from them.     When first talking with them they made me feel like I would have no troubles in the future if anything went wrong with my car. I was sold the Elite package which cost me $4,200. The sales person told me it was the best one for my car. First issue, they offer $500 if you get into a accident. I got into a accident and didn’t think about this warranty because it wasn’t mechanical. But after reading it I saw the $500 offer they give to customers. So I called and the person asked me when I got into the accident? I told her and she said sorry I needed to call within 5 days of the accident to receive the $500 of the program. I was so confused and said why 5 days? She said that’s what it is and I called them 8 days after the accident. I was upset and said that makes no sense.

    Now my car was making weird noises so I brought it to a mechanic. He looked at it and said that I needed ball joints and tire rods. He said, "Don’t worry. It should be covered under your policy." Next day he calls and says it got denied. That it’s not covered. He tells me he is in shock. He deals with many warranty companies and they all cover this issue. He also said that other warranty companies charge way less than $4000 and cover these parts. So I called myself and explained how I was upset that they denied my claim. I said the person who sold me the warranty told me that this warranty was the best one they offered for my vehicle 2017 Chrysler 300. At the time she made it seem like everything was covered besides brakes and tires.

    So after ten minutes on the phone complaining about them not covering the repairs. I said cancel my warranty! She starts to explain how I paid 8 months into the warranty and if I cancel I paid 8 months for nothing. So she says, "I can get you into another warranty that would cover those repairs down the line." I said, "Why would I want to get into another warranty with your company after you refused to cover my first claim." She said just in case it happens again. Do you believe she was trying to sell me another warranty after I was promised the world for the first one I bought!

    For a example Carshield has a warranty that would of covered my repairs and would of cost me $2900! Imagine that! This company is great at the beginning to get you signed up with them. You can see by other reviews on here. But wait until you need something fixed. You will be back here writing a review on how they denied you! Don’t trust this company. I’m out $1100. Imagine making monthly payments on something and when it comes time when you need them the most they tell you, you should of read the fine print! Horrible company. Look elsewhere!

    I've been fairly pleasantly surprised with Endurance. I had one experience with them that was less than what I expected, but for the most part, it's been good. The poor experience that I had had to deal with wheel bearings, and it was through Midas. I've been using for 27 years this particular Midas that I went to. They are the most honest guys in the city. But Endurance didn't cover what I and Midas expected. It gave me a little kind of a sour taste, but I kept with them.

    My last experience was with Certified Transmission. At first, I had taken my car to a dealer, and the dealer wanted to charge me $6,700 for a transmission. They wanted to throw a whole bunch of other crap on the bill. So I said, “No. No. I'm going to some people that I know.” I called Endurance and spoke to a lady who was dealing with claims. She was very pleasant and understood exactly what I was trying to say. She agreed with me to get away from the dealership and go to Certified Transmission.

    Certified Transmission checked my car out and said, “Yeah, you definitely need a transmission, and here's the cost.” I said, “Well, I've got this Endurance warranty. Do you deal with that?” The guy looked at me and said, “I have never tried them before. You're lucky it's not CarShield. But since you've been a customer with us since dirt was still warm, we'll deal with whoever you have.” The whole process took too long because Endurance had to have an inspector come out and look at it. In total, they replaced the transmission and a couple of tie rod ends. The bill was 4,700 bucks. I only paid 340, so I was very pleasantly surprised. The guys at Certified Transmission said they were pleasantly surprised too and said that they would endorse Endurance now.

    My experience with Endurance when I first called was terrible. I was calling for quotes and the rep got me a quote and gave me a whole bunch of discounts. I said I would think about it and he said that was my best offer and he was rude. I said I would look at the numbers and call back and he just hung up on me. The way he talked to me in the end was insulting. But I ended up getting the warranty on the second call. Their automated system called me and I called them back. The lady gave me the same price and it was worth it to me so I got it. But I never got the information about the coverage in the mail and they said they were gonna send a booklet. I looked at the app, though, and it's good. It's a bumper-to-bumper coverage so I'm happy.

    William is a great guy and salesman. He got the point across about what Endurance Auto Warranty covers and, “If you don't need this, you could do this. You could do that.” That was it. I was sold by him. He gave us his cell phone number if we had any questions. I told him we wanted everything covered. He said it is. I assume that's why it's so much money because everything is covered. It’s $5,000. It could be a bit less. Because a lot of times if I got a good car, what chances would I have anything go wrong with it within the mileage that Endurance gave me, that I'm covered? But everything's a lot of money these days. And if something major went wrong with the car, it would cost a lot more than the price of the package we bought. If we took our Lincoln into the Lincoln dealer to have anything done, that would be where the savings come in.

    Endurance didn't help me out. My experience was really bad. I had an issue with my truck, and they refused to fix it. They didn't explain. The customer service never asked me anything about it. She just asked me for the mileage, and I gave it to her. I even tried to offer for her to send her some picture of the truck, and she refused. She said, "No, I don't need all of that." She didn't give me enough information. Overall, I pay money to get service. I did not get any service. I lost my money on them. I feel like this is not fair.

    When I spoke to the representative from Endurance, there were a couple of things that stood out above all the rest of them. She was very helpful and thorough and would make a good used car salesperson. God forbid a transmission goes out. There are not a lot of people that can afford that type of repair other than they would probably have to try to finance it through the transmission place. With the policy, you pay $100, and then, it gets fixed.

    The price was within my budget but as far as making the first payment, nobody explained that I had to call in. I couldn't do it online and they said it was due on the 2nd of July. But I couldn't make it because of that problem. They wouldn't let me do it online because I'm a first-time payer is what the representative on the other end said but I should have no problems moving forward. The sign-up process was easy and they'll sign you up quickly as long as you have a credit card. But the rep needs to let you know before you spend any money or make that purchase on your credit card to give you the information that you need to make an informed decision. I asked for a hard copy of the policy of what they actually were covering and it took me a while to get it but it finally came. It was written in such a small font though and I couldn't read it.     The gentleman with Endurance had everything and I had everything laid out too because I did my background of what was gonna be needed like the drivetrain. I initially did it through the internet, but I had questions, so I ended up calling. It ended up being a little bit more than I got estimated through the internet. I got a maintenance package with it. That's nice because oil changes are going up along with everything else.     Endurance's monthly cost is reasonable. The young lady on the phone was very polite. I've gotten several emails from them with valuable information, like how to set up an account online. That's handy. Endurance has given me a certain amount of peace of mind.

    I bought a warranty from this company Nearly two months ago. My vehicle needed some work done on it. I contacted them. I followed all their instructions. I finally get it to a shop. It's been there 5 days, Which is no problem. The dealership calls me back. I said my Gearshift components need to be replaced. Before they can work on it. They call me back this morning telling me that Endurance. Stated that I would have to pay the $800 that I'm not covered. On that particular part. That's not true. I told the lady I would pay for it but I want to call them. And have them show me in my warranty where states it doesn't recover that. I was on hold forever once I explained to the individual what's going on. They told me, "Let me get you over to policy specialist.."

    I sat on the phone another 15 minutes. No one ever came to the phone.. So I left my name and phone number to have a call back that I never received. And being my first time in dealing with them. All the way from getting a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. Trying to force me to pay for that, too. When that was covered, they finally figured it out. I read about them on the better business bureau reviews the number one complaint. They do not like to pay for anything. And when you try to get a refund they drag it along, along, along. Am I dealing with the customer horrible. Is there a couple of good people. I'm not saying that he wants a bad person. But when you pay a nearly two hundred dollars a month for warranty. That on the first time out, you'll have any kick money out of your pocket before they do. Eight hundred dollars is not chump change. I've probably had 6 conversations with them. Maybe 7. 1 or 2 might have be OK.

    I'm not comfortable with them at all. They took out two payments out of my account. They have no problem doing that. They even gave me trouble on a rent a car that I don't have yet. I don't have time to deal with this. I just saw my house. I'm in the middle of moving. You pay good money to get good service. That's not the case here at least for me. Think twice about this company before you get it.

    I liked Endurance Auto Warranty's price and they do the same thing as 90% of other places. I went online, filled out a couple of names and received a phone call from one of the agents. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and very good. I would recommend Endurance.

    The customer service of Endurance was fine. The rep walked me through it. But he rushed me through. I was really wanting to talk it over with my wife later in the day. But he said, "No. If you call back, you're gonna get somebody else. You have to take it now or not." I said, "It doesn’t serve my purpose. I don't operate that way." He said, "That's just the way it is. That's the way we are." I was on the downside there after that. But I went ahead and took it anyway. Their price is also a little bit higher than others. But we're all satisfied with it now. It'll work fine. If not, I'll just quit.

    The reps at Endurance made the sign up process easy. It was straight to the point. They weren't trying to sell anything and answered all my questions. The plan is very affordable. That's another plus. They waived the initial fee to sign up. You pay three years, and the last two years are covered. That was the deal sealer.
