The first warranty I got with Endurance was back in March when I got the one car. My warranty ran out on my Audi, and I got another warranty with Endurance in June. The purchasing part was easy. The guy was nice. He gave me a rundown on what I should get on which car, especially for the Audi. The coverage was reasonable for the cars I got.

When I took my car to Toyota for regular maintenance- there was service needed that my warranty covered. I paid my deductible & left very satisfied. My deductible was very responsible. I've referred Endurance to family & friends. I loved not having to fill out forms or needing to pay first & wait to be refunded by the company. No hassle!

I felt that Endurance covered more things and their price was reasonable for what they were covering so I went with them. The signup process went smoothly to a point. I signed up with one salesperson online and then he told me to send in documentation showing the mileage and everything on the car. When I did that, they opened a second account for me so there was a little bit of confusion with an overpayment. But when I pointed it out to them, they were very happy to refund the difference and consolidate the account.
The person who helped me consolidate was much more helpful and efficient. She was no-nonsense and understood what I was saying. It was a little confusing situation and what happened was a little hard to comprehend but she got it immediately. It was a little hiccup, but they handled it. Other than that, everything went as expected and to date, I am very happy with Endurance. If someone was looking for this type of insurance, I would recommend them.

This is a good company, and has treated me like family and respect. This is going to be my second time around to renew my warranty again. I'm very pleased with it. Gerard was very helpful in explaining the plan which I will be using when I take my Jeep in on Friday, 8/25, to check why the engine light in on. He was very knowledgeable and explained the plan very well regarding what to do in providing the service provider with certain information and getting a rental car.

I haven’t needed a quote yet, but I feel safe and reliable, knowing if something happens, get it fixed. I purchased a different vehicle and I talk to salespeople and he guided me through all the process like a one on one experience. I've been a customer now for about three years. In the beginning it was rather frustrating due the pandemic and people working from home. After all the craziness started to subside the service was great. I've heard from my dealer that their experience was positive as well. The dealer was able to get approval for service and repair quickly.

I've been very lucky with this vehicle, I think I've had 3 maybe 4 claims and there has been no issues according to my dealership when they contact you with a claim. So it looks like me and Endurance will be partners for some more years to come.

I was able to get a great deal through a special promotion Endurance had at the time. When I needed service for my Jeep, the auto shop guy rolled his eyes and said he didn't have great experience with these warranty companies. He was so surprised when he called Endurance and they quickly reviewed and approved a good percentage of the repair. Unfortunately, I had to buy another Jeep after having an accident but the Endurance rep said he could easily transfer my plan to the new Jeep. Everything has been so easy to deal with and every person I have spoken to have been extremely friendly and very helpful! I could not say better things about Endurance and I have been telling everyone I know to get Endurance. Peace of mind.

My wife’s Buick has the extended Endurance warranty which we have used a few times as the vehicle approached 100,000 miles. No nonsense my GM dealer does the inspection to find the problem, dealer calls for authorization and service gets completed. Dealer has even commented to me that Endurance is easy to work with compared to other extended warranty companies. I recommend Endurance to everyone looking for extended warranty contract.

Had no issues. Was covered and works like brand new. Was all replaced. Warranty covered everything. It is a good feeling to have a coverage plan that lets you relax. Will renew again when it is ready to expire. Great plan to have. Have recommended it to several people and they have also gotten the coverage. On trips or vacation I don't have to worry anymore about breakdowns. I am covered.

We have been fortunate to have an Endurance protecting our car when we needed them. We have had great experience with their program and can gladly recommend it. I shopped long and hard to get a policy for my 2012 Volvo hardtop convertible. Endurance was the first one who would cover the mechanism of the top, understanding it was not a ragtop. I have all my service done at my Volvo dealer. There have only been a couple of small claims, but Volvo and Endurance handle it all directly. I don’t have to do anything! Extremely pleased.

Endurance has been great. I've been with them for over three years now. I haven't had any claims with the new vehicle. The previous vehicle was a Dodge Ram pickup, and I had one problem that wasn’t taken care of to my pleasure, but that's how it goes. It was on the transmission. It was displaying codes on the master computer, and Endurance said they wouldn't cover the cost of pulling the transmission out to verify if there was a problem. I got the vehicle back and I sold it to a mechanic who said if anything happened, he wouldn't have a problem fixing it. But Endurance covers everything and has reasonable rates.

My car still hasn't given me trouble, but since I'm on a set income, I don't wanna take my savings and pay bills that would put a hole in my pocket. Endurance Auto Warranty's salesman was the biggest difference. Because he quoted me some stuff, and with my age and not working, and I drive once a week, the quote was good. The rep was easy to talk to. And after he quoted me some things and I was fading away, before he let me go, he started asking me more questions. It was the way he talked to people and the price was right. When I hit the road, it feels better. I wanna have this peace of mind when I'm traveling. I told people about Endurance, and I told them the price. I told them it's a better place to go.

Even though I have AAA, still roadside assistance works out. That was something that drew my attention to Endurance Auto Warranty. I was up to almost $250. I might as well bought a brand-new car if I would have to make this car payment and extended warranty, which I thought would take me way above what my budget was. But since I was gonna cancel it, the rep started offering me all kinds of discounts and was able to get it down to a more affordable price. They could have offered me all of those discounts before, and I wouldn't have gone through that. But they worked with me. I would recommend them.

Signing up was easy. They just asked me the year and make of my car and gave me a quote. After 30 days or a certain mileage, my warranty was ready to go. It's worth it. They gave me what I asked for and that's the part I can appreciate. I had multiple cars and there was a multi-car discount if the purchase would be for more than one car. That made it good.

My car’s still running in good shape right now, but typically, once you hit the 10-year mark is when it starts to nickel-and-dime you. So, I wanted to make sure anything in the drivetrain was gonna be covered. It was $80 a month with Endurance and I only pay it for so long. But it lasts longer. And knowing that if I decide to sell the car in a year, I can just cancel the extended warranty or transfer to them and add it to the cost. I had to wait at least a month to use the warranty, which was fine, and it was 1,000 miles. But I'm over that now.
Signing up with Endurance, the rep was very easy to explain everything to me. She answered all my questions and was not trying to sell me anything extra, so that was nice. I wasn't going into it and getting way more than I wanted. Talking to the rep was a very good experience. She was very friendly. I was asking if it was gonna be as easy as it sounds, if they are gonna cover this and if there is a fine print that I don't know about. But I don't worry about that because Endurance has a very good rating. I saw a lot of the reviews. The warranty is a little pricey, but cars are pricey.

The woman was very nice and informative when I signed up. I was asking her if Endurance was gonna cover it if my flywheel broke and she said yes. It might have already run out or maybe I had a year with it but if my car broke down and I need a rented car, they would give me one. She said my electrical system, my AC, the cooling system, the engine and the transmission are covered. If I have a rear end, it is covered. But my Impala is a front-wheel drive. So, the differential is inside the transmission on my Impala. So, just about everything is covered except for normal stuff like the tires because they got wear on them. I wouldn't even expect general maintenance to be covered like changing your oil, the transmission fluid and the coolant because all that wears out. I have had Endurance for a while and it’s almost time for an oil change. I'll probably do that this coming weekend. Other than that, everything's good.

I did not realize that the labor is not included with the warranty. The labor itself is expensive. When I called to get the quote, they talked so fast. I looked at the paperwork when I downloaded the manual but never could find it in there to add it. I call the numbers but can't get through to anybody or get stuck on hold forever. Other than that, Endurance was right on the claim for the alternator.

I called up Endurance and got on coverage for my 2014 Subaru Legacy. I looked at a couple of others that are also out there and Endurance has a better plan and a better cost. They were very helpful. In July, I was having a grinding in the back of the car. I called Endurance before I brought the car to the dealership. The rep said, "Yeah, just set it up. Have them call us." She gave me an ID number, which I didn't have readily available, and the phone number for Subaru to call. The rep set me up perfectly to go into the dealership. They took the information and took it from there.
I took the car to my dealership and they called Endurance. Out of three different items that needed to be fixed, two were under warranty and one was not. It was a same-day service. Between Endurance and Subaru, I was offered a free rental car and then to come back. But I just took the car home because it was very drivable and it saved expenses on both sides. I drove back on Wednesday and sat there. Subaru fixed the car and then I went home. I ended up paying about 300. The total bill was 2,100. I was very impressed and Subaru was also very impressed with dealing with Endurance. They said it was one of the easier companies. I also love the coverage. It's been great and everyone should have it.

Endurance Auto Warranty did a good job. They gave me what I needed to know to answer my questions. They share the deductibles. They shared that everything is covered total on the car, except for wear and tear parts. So if it's electrical, mechanical, lights, my interior, the computer, everything's covered as if it was a new vehicle. Bumper-to-bumper. I expected to pay something like their price, and the coverage is great because that car I got, if anything goes out of whack, it's gonna cost me more than what the warranty costs.
I had to get a 30-day period with 1,000 miles that I had to put additional on the car. Once I did that, I called them and they took care of everything. They said, “Fine. Okay. You're covered.” Because they would not give me coverage from the minute I called because they had to make sure I was not scamming them. Endurance is a great company and they have a good warranty coverage thing, but it all depends what kind of vehicle you got and how much you're willing to spend.

I was very satisfied with the signup process with Endurance. I appreciate the way they handled changing over my automatic payment withdrawal from my bank because a lot of companies aren’t that easy to switch. And when you've got all that work to do on the computer, plus your other things, it helps to have somebody smooth that over and Endurance did. I did it on the computer and it went very smoothly. I had trouble with Nissan Repair where I bought the car and they charged for things they never did. Firestone picked it up for me. They take Endurance and now, if I have any repairs done that may occur, Firestone is where I'll take the car.

Initially, Endurance didn't meet my budget as far as the warranty. About a week later, they called back and gave me an incentive and I signed up. The rep was very knowledgeable, extremely polite and professional. I was looking for a bumper-to-bumper warranty so, it covers the vehicle along with a maintenance plan as well such as oil changes and replacement of brakes. People should go for Endurance. I haven't put a claim in yet and I don't intend to. But I hope that they meet the standard that they set as far as the reviews I read online and my research. They seem to be a solid company. So, I'm hoping that they prove me right.

Endurance was very informative. When a tire came off a car going the opposite way and crashed through my windshield, I called them, and they were very, very helpful in telling me what to do when I got my new car. When I purchased my new car, I called them back. The coverage was good because it was something I didn't know I could get. I had to fill out paperwork and stuff that I didn't know, which was helpful. Everything was wonderful. I was happy.

Endurance is one of the better extended warranties I've ever worked with. We did the signup everything online and I received an email saying I was gonna get my contract information after 48 hours. I never had received that email, so after my first payment, I called. The rep was able to email me the contract. Overall, it’s easy.

I'm working on a claim with my car stationed at Buick to get it fixed on. It's a 2012 Buick Enclave CXL and I have it under a warranty with Endurance. I wound up getting into a little bit of backup situation, so the payments to Endurance have stopped. But as soon as I got out and got that rejuvenated, it moved forward. They were very good with their processing department and had the stuff in a specific manner of time.

I have Endurance for my 2015 Grand Cherokee for three months now, but I've never received the card of any kind or any information from them except telling me that I owe so much money and that it was so much a month. I've called and asked them to send me a card or something with a number that I can call if something does happen but I haven't got anything in the mail. Other than that, when I signed up, the rep explained things and the price was within my budget.

I talked with Endurance and everything they said sounded good. I signed up for a policy that pretty much covers everything and the price was not bad. I would tell my friends to get it as well because you never know what's going to happen. Especially if you got an older model car or a car with a bunch of miles on there and it's used.

The reps were very clear about the requirements before the coverage would start, and any questions about payments that I may have had, they were able to answer those very quickly. The total coverage I have is 5,000 and it should cover it if anything major goes wrong, like a crank shaft or a rod. If you drive for a living, you have to have an extended warranty.

A girl from Endurance called and she was very nice and went through all the stuff. I was impressed with her knowledge of the product and what I was looking for. Since I was a first-time buyer, I got a promotional offer and it didn't cost more than when I bought my car, which was used. The price seems a little high, but by the time I got done with it, it was really not that high. My experience was easy, clean and nice, and I'd tell people to go for Endurance if they hadn't found something else.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with ENDURANCE (Scam Company), and I must say, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, their service was a complete disappointment and a waste of my time and money. First off, their customer service is abysmal. Whenever I tried to reach out for assistance, I was met with long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and an overall lack of professionalism. It's as if they have no interest in helping their customers once they've secured your payment.
But the real problem emerged when I actually needed to use the warranty. My car broke down, and I thought that's what I had purchased the warranty for – to have peace of mind in case of such situations. However, when I contacted Endurance to file a claim, they suddenly became experts in finding loopholes to avoid covering the repair costs. They argued that the issue wasn't covered under the warranty, despite their vague and misleading terms and conditions. What's more infuriating is that I had paid a significant amount of money for the warranty, thinking I was investing in a safety net for my vehicle. Instead, I was left stranded with a hefty repair bill and no assistance from the very company I trusted. It's clear that Endurance is more interested in making money than actually delivering on their promises.
The whole experience left me feeling frustrated, ripped off, and deeply regretful for ever having gone with them. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere, because dealing with this company is a headache you don't need in your life. In conclusion, my encounter with Endurance was a complete disaster. Their terrible customer service, evasive tactics to avoid paying for repairs, and overall lack of integrity make them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the trouble and go with a reputable and reliable car warranty provider instead.

The signup was good but I never received any paperwork from Endurance. They sent me an email after I called and inquired about it. They said they don't send out anything anymore. When they pull it up at the shop, they'll let me know what it covers. I was also trying to make my payment on my account before the 17th but I couldn't make it. They wouldn't let me use the PayPal card. I called them. After it took so long for them to answer the call, they said to leave a number and they'd call me back. But when they called me back, I was at the ATM machine and got the money out there to put in my account. They waited until I put the money in my account. It didn't make sense because I had to pay $2.50 to get the money out the the ATM machine.

I like Endurance's coverage and price. After 30 days, I get full coverage. The rep said I'd also get a rental. I'd like a brochure with the coverage on it sent to me.

I called to sign up with Endurance and everything went really smoothly. The information they gave me was accurate and it was good. My 33-year-old son was in the room with me and he said it sounded like it was better than the one that I had. The lady who was representing Endurance made everything easy to understand when I signed up with them. She was knowledgeable about cars and what type of warranty that they were offering me. I felt like that was exactly what I needed for my vehicle, so I decided to go with them. She told me once I make my payment, that I would be a member. If I ever took my car to a car shop to get it inspected and they found something wrong, the only thing I would have to pay is a $100 deductible and they would cover the rest. I like the coverage. I'm covered for my mechanical stuff and my electrical stuff. The tires, too. I would recommend them highly.

I was looking to find information and pricing for a Mechanical Breakdown Insurance policy. They have a vague list of coverage information on this website and different info on their own. I could not get any information from the CSA at all. He told me he would not give me any coverage info unless I first bought the product and then they will send out a policy describing what I’m purchasing and that I could apply for a refund if I didn’t like it. He was rude when I explained that I would like pricing and a detailed list of what I’m paying for. He gave me a spiel about how Endurance is the #1 in the country and that I needed to act now if I wanted to lock in the price he quoted, but when I asked what I’m purchasing he would not elaborate.
I told him I would like to do some more research and would make my decision after I can get information. He told me if I hung up and called back, I may not get the same price. I advised that if they can’t agree on a price or even tell me what they are trying to sell me, then I would need to pass. He got rude with me and hung up. I will not be doing business with this company.

This fact that I can’t have a hard copy of this fraudulent contract mailed to me is the first red flag!!!! I was paying them for 3 to 4 months my car had an unexpected issue!!! I needed a fuel pump (would not move if this was a preexisting condition). I was told I need 30 days before my warranty was activated. It’s been over 90!!!! Come time to use the warranty fine print page 3 on a digital contract say 30 days and 1000 miles. I drive my car 550 miles so I have been paying them and I am not covered????

I called the Hyundai dealership for a recommendation and was referred to Endurance. The coverage was okay and I needed that. It covered most of what I would have a problem with. I had to wait to get at a certain mileage before they would accept a claim. Endurance covered what was necessary. It covers me to 100,000 or 112,000 or something mileage or five years. I'm not even close to the mileage. I'm only maybe 75,000 right now. The year thing will come up first.
I used the plan so far at the beginning of the year. It was for something that had to do with the oil cover gaskets. The people who did the services filed the claim for me with Endurance. In the end, I had to pay some money but not as much as the dealer tried to get me for. I took the car to a Hyundai dealer and they charged me for new front brakes, which was not covered. I later found out from the people that did my rear brakes that I shouldn't have needed front brakes. Plus, the Hyundai dealer told me I needed some other things but I got another opinion from the people that did end up doing the work. It was a lot cheaper and it was covered under the Endurance warranty.

I no longer own the car that the coverage had expired on. I had to keep repeating multiple times that I no longer owned the car. It was like they were ignoring that simple fact. I asked to cancel the coverage. I didn't owe them anything. Next thing I know I am talking to a different person who was aggressive, rude and who asked so many questions including some that were just not any of his business and I told him so. I had to demand, several times, that the coverage be canceled. Yet he went on and on. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said that he was the supervisor and there was no one else for me to talk to.
Finally, in an unpleasant voice, he told me that he was sending me forms to fill out in order to cancel the policy. I told him that the call had been recorded, which he acknowledged. No other companies I have dealt with would require a form. Just cancel the policy, and I was not going to pay again, so it was a done deal. He refused and angrily said that I would fill out the form and return it or else. I can't imagine what the "or else" was. I hung up. You would have thought that the success or failure of the company hung on me continuing my policy. The whole experience was very unprofessional and disgusting. I will never have another policy with this company and I will not recommend it to others.

Updated on 09/19/2023: I tried to go to the website I was given and it can't be reached! I am really pissed off and at my wits' end. I don't know where to go from here. I would really like someone to give me a call at ** to resolve this problem.
Original: They have different part numbers then what the part really is and deny claims because of that. I have tried 3 times to put in a claim and get nowhere with them. False advertisement at its finest. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!

Everything went well. The gentleman who did the policy for me called me back and told me about a better deal than what I heard originally. He was very professional and he explained the coverage in detail. They cover some things that other policies do not. I read that Endurance offers an incentive for oil changes, and roadside help is a part of it as well. I recently signed up and the experience I had setting up the policy was nice. I was pleased with it.

I'm hard to please, but I'm very pleased with Endurance Auto. The customer service reps were very good and courteous. I provided them with the VIN on the vehicle and if I'd had any claims on it recently. The policy was a reasonable price, and the purchase was seamless. The representative from Endurance was amazing and he answered my questions. The response was really quick, which was really satisfying to me. When I was missing some information, he was reassuring. He explained it and didn't talk over me. I experienced the same thing with the young lady that eventually called me back to get the rest of the information. The reps were very informative and when I had questions, I got a response from them the same day. I decided to put the warranty on because I'm a widow living on a fixed income and it would be a good option to do if something goes wrong. Having the warranty is very valuable. I've never had to use it, but I'm hoping that if I need to, everything will be easy. Not everybody accepts those warranties, including the car dealership where I originally bought the car. I had a window that broke on my car, so I brought it to the dealership and got it fixed with them. I paid for that window because that happened all of a sudden, but I asked them if there's anything else that I would need, if they honor Endurance policies, and they said they didn't. However, they gave me someone in another town nearby that if I ever need to use the warranty, I can get in contact with those people.

When I first decided to sign up with Endurance, my experience was good. The customer service has been good as far as getting ahold of them as well. They were nice when I called. However, nothing got covered when I needed it, so it has not been a good experience so far. I got the Expert Pro that they offered, but they didn't tell me that was a third party. I called and told them I needed the Expert Pro. My key fob needed to be replaced because it rattles when I shake it, and I also ended up getting a hole in my tire. They were supposed to cover road hazard tires. I called Endurance about that to see if they covered it, and they said, “Yes. Take it all in at once and just have everything done at once." So I didn't have to pay another $100 deductible.
I took my car in and I haven't had it since last Thursday, because they said, "Well, it sounds like it falls in the pre-existing part of it." I had already paid a month, driven a thousand miles and met my 30 days. It already been a week before that engine light came on. I had to pay $347 for the diagnostic fees 'cause they didn't cover anything. I got a car payment and I'm gonna be behind on my bills because of this mess. I haven't had my car for the weekend, so I've had other people help me get back and forth to work. I live in Southern Indiana, and I work in Louisville. My partner and I both work at the same place, and we have had to shell out over 80 bucks just to pay for other people's gas and/or Uber. Plus, we gotta pay $347 to get the car out of the shop, and I can't pay that till tomorrow.

I could directly speak to somebody at Endurance when it came down to my claims. But with my previous provider, they'd pass me on to someone else to get my vehicle fixed and I did not like that. Aside from that, the reps at Endurance provided quality information. They ask for a payment every month which they takeout of my bank account, and as easy as Endurance gets my money, I expect it to be as easy when I'm getting my car fixed. I had some work done on my Corvette and Endurance came right through with no problem. And my service guy at the Chevrolet dealership had no problem in getting my car done. So, everything's been great. Also, I researched and Endurance is, so far, a quality company that I can put my trust in. So, I passed the word on to some people, even to my daughter.

A lot of little things go wrong with your vehicle, like if your airbag deploys, the computer goes out in it, and a lot of little unforeseen stuff. Those are all covered under my Endurance warranty and it's going to be a lot better than what I had with another company. Also, I paid about 600 bucks more for my other policy than what I'm having to pay for Endurance. When I called them to set up my policy, they were helpful and they explained everything to me. They told me how the payments would be deducted, so they were thorough. I gave them my Discover card and they took out their payment. And they'll get it each month.

I had an auto warranty through my dealership, and I received a call from Endurance and the representative was very pleasant. He showed me the benefits of making the switch over. It would be cheaper, and I'd get a lot more coverage with their extended warranty. I liked that there wasn't any high pressure to it. He wasn't trying to sell me nothing. He was just stating the facts and following through on my policy that I had prior, and what they were offering, how they had some shenanigans in their paperwork and what they did. What he mentioned to me held true in my investigation, and I was really pleased with that. The offers Endurance has are great, but the app on my cellphone is not that informative and they need to do some work on that.
I went over to the dealership to remove the other coverage that I had with them and by the time I walked out of there and got in my car to head home, I called the representative back. By the time I got home, I was already signed up. That's how convenient and customer-friendly the sign-up process was in my situation. I just have to see if the warranty works out the way they said it's supposed to. I have to take my car in because I'm having some problems with the back door and the auto start on it. All in all, Endurance would be a good value for a car that has to have an extended warranty. My son's getting ready to get a new car, and I'm gonna recommend the agency to him.

When I bought my 2014 Highlander, Endurance was the the policy that Toyota had on it for seven years. Even though it didn't have very many miles on it (only about 60), I figured with me being a widow, I didn't want any big surprises. My service manager at Toyota recommended that if I was gonna keep my car for any length of time, I might want to renew the policy. I went on and renewed it a few weeks ago. It was simple enough, and I had no problems. The customer service was perfect.

I had a good experience with Endurance. The guy I dealt with was really cool and nice. I was asking him all kinds of questions and he answered them all the way. He was very knowledgeable and I was good with the coverage I got. It's bumper-to-bumper with 150,000 miles for four years. It was a very good price and that's why I did it. I was looking at some other ones and it was way more money for less coverage. I got it as an insurance policy. I just got a new engine, so hopefully, I won't be needing the warranty for a while.

Endurance has the best price that I have found out there for an extended warranty. At the time that I called, I couldn't sign up. I asked the rep to put me on her calendar for a call back in a week. She called me in a week and I signed up for it. It was a series of questions. I had to take a picture of my odometer and send it in. Then they offered me x number of miles on top of the odometer over a period of four years that I pay, then I don't pay anymore because I would've met the max of the contract. If I sold the car, I could carry it to another car or sell it when I transfer the car. If I ever sell it to somebody, they can take over the policy.
I can do the payment by credit card, by ACH or out of my checking account. I went with the checking account. I had to give them the routing number and the account number, and it comes out of the account on the 11th of every month. I get a notification from them that they're taking it then they pull it. They have roadside assist. They have car rental if your car is in the shop for a certain period of time. They have hotel in case you get stranded somewhere. You can use the rider on the insurance policy to stay in the hotel till the car is fixed. They have fobs. You can get a new fob if you lose your fob at $100.

Endurance is a good thing to get in case your car breaks down. It's better than paying $2,000 out of pocket when you can pay less for it by being up on the warranty. It was easy signing up with Endurance. The rep was good. She asked me a couple of questions and what type of plan. I asked them and she explained what it covers. I signed some papers and made a deposit.

We've had Endurance for a while and we just renewed it because their customer service was on it. I didn't have to wait for anything. I called the other day asking for the customer service and wanting to know what I needed to file a claim. The girl was nice and she told me what to do. We had changes the spark plugs and the wires in the truck. But one of the wires wasn't connecting well. We had to get a new wire put on it.

I sent in the request for a quote and Lewis contacted me and took me right through the process. He was willing to talk and spend time. The only thing that did not work right was they sent me a username and a password to get into it but the password didn't work. They got a problem with their software. When I see a software that doesn't work, that reflects on the company. It was Mepco, the people that collect the money. But they're tied to Endurance. Other than that, I'm happy, so far.

I called Endurance and I signed up that day. It was like a dream come true because every time I call, they're there. Every time I need something, it's an easy question. I'm only on the phone for a few minutes and get exactly what I need. They're great. I like Endurance. They gave me exactly what I wanted. My 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan is covered. I hardly ever drive. We do go on long trips, and just the fact that I can make a phone call, get it towed, get it fixed with no problem is great.

Endurance Auto Warranty's rep told me what was offered and it matched the one I had previously almost to a tee from the manufacturer of the car. And they offered incentives. It was $300 off of the plan. And the price was right. It covers everything on the car, including brakes and the powertrain. By the time their short probationary period was up, I was already covered. I went on the website to check that the policy was active and that I have availability of my cards online. It's easy to follow.

The rep that I talked to seemed remarkable. He actually said that he had Endurance. I'm very satisfied, so far. We've only used it one time and it was processed easily. The technician misstated a service that would not be completed. But after I called Endurance, they assured me that I was fully covered. Then when I returned the call back to the technician, he had the same information. Everything was perfect.

Endurance told me what plan was available, and I picked one that suited me. Once I made the payment online, I got the confirmation. It was easy to do. I asked them to send me a bill in the mail so that I would be more aware of it each month, but I haven't gotten it yet. They changed my plan up so oil change would be included, and I asked them if I could get a hard copy when I can pay for it. The rep said, "Yeah, we'll make notation of that." But I haven't gotten it yet.

Prior to taking Endurance, I had a different one. And they didn't pay. I had something wrong with my car that they wouldn't pay for Endurance said they would have paid for. So, I canceled that and went with Endurance. Now, I wish just did my extended warranty through Subaru, knowing how long it's now taking. I had a problem with my radio. Endurance Auto Warranty fixed it. I also had a small issue. But it takes forever for the service technicians to get through to the people they need to talk to to get approval for something to be fixed. The rep sat hours on the phone waiting for someone to pick up. And these are technicians that have to service me when I call in, would say when my car would be done, along with everybody else that's coming in that don't have Endurance. It takes a lot of their time. And I was very upset about that.
My check engine light kept coming on. And it was a sensor piece that needed to be replaced. I wasn't happy with Endurance having to send a part in to save a little bit of money, that they wouldn't let the dealer use the Subaru part so I could get my car back and get back on the road doing what I needed to do. Also, Endurance didn't pay for the whole thing. The dealership ended up giving me a discount, so I didn't have to absorb any extra costs. Because they wouldn't use the Subaru parts. They mailed them in, which took a couple of days.

When I signed up with Endurance, there was good communication. They made it easy for me to understand what the problem was, and they addressed it really quick. I had a claim when my starter was bad and needed to be replaced. So they placed the order for the parts that I needed and they sent it off to my own home. Everything was covered.

When I checked out Endurance, the guy was very helpful, and I got a six-year policy. I was very pleased. I told him that my car is a Lincoln, and I wanted full coverage on it, where if something goes wrong, it's covered. He got me that policy. He knew right away where to go look for it, and he told me where to look when I got my paperwork. He told me to look at page 13. It shows the Supreme policy, and he went through all that and said everything is covered. So that made me happy.

I've had two claims with Endurance. One of them was for the differential and they took care of the bill for that, which is great. But I recently had the truck in for a transmission issue and the parts weren't covered. But it is what it is. It's been working, so far. When I signed up with Endurance, the customer service was great. They helped me out and answered all my questions. When I turn my car into an ASE mechanic and give them the PDF or the printout of my warranty, it is great because it's out of my hands. Also, the mileage is more than I expected. A standard warranty from a dealership is 60,000 but Endurance goes all the way to 100,000 from wherever you purchased your vehicle. So that was great.

The rep was very knowledgeable and told me everything. Also, I went through price checking and it seemed like Endurance had the best one going. I have a 2009 Nissan Armada that has 189,000 on it and the policy is fully loaded with everything. I got the full package on all the electrical, undercarriage, drivetrain, oil changes, and just about everything. I was really super surprised because a couple other places I called wouldn't because of the mileage.
I asked a bunch of questions and they answered them. They showed them to me in writing, which is what I like. And they were really accommodating. Sometimes I don't understand and I'll have to ask them two or three times but they're really nice. It didn't matter how many times I asked them the same question over, they answered it. I go on the website and pay my bills and it's real easy. I can figure out where I gotta go and what I'm looking for. Also, I've had to call them to ask if something is covered under my warranty, to double check, and they were really cool at it. They went right to my warranty and read it right out of there. Endurance has been really good about everything.

I already had a extended warranty, but I canceled it because of the service I received from Endurance Auto Warranty and the discussions I had with them. The person was fantastic. Very customer service oriented. Provided a tremendous amount of information. Allowed me to make a more informed decision about my investment. The most important thing was the bang for the buck. Each policy was about $3,000 to $6,000 a piece. I was looking to get more mileage, greater coverage, more miles, and more increased years. Instead of three years, I got six years. I'm associated with many Audi TT clubs and associations throughout the country, and I recommend Endurance to all the members.

The warranty on my 2018 Silverado ran out back in January and I went back to the person I talked to in my dealership. They didn't recommend Endurance at all. But I have some friends who have had to deal with these companies and nobody had a bad word against Endurance. I requested information from Endurance and instead of having to wait for an email to come back, a rep called within five minutes. I thought that was good and we went over it all. They were upfront with the cost and the way it works.

My experience with their rep was pleasurable. There was no pressure and he just explained what the warranty did and what it wouldn't do. He gave me the limits of the policy. The price is fair, especially with car repairs cost. There's peace of mind having Endurance if your car’s out of warranty and there isn't anything minor when something breaks down. I've had experiences before with other vehicles where they cost thousands to get fixed depending on what it is that breaks.

I checked with the prices with another company, and Endurance's price was much better. Their marketing is excellent. The website is very easy to navigate. Setting up the program was very simple. I have the Elite Plan. I have the key fob replacements, roadside assistance, and rental car. I've read through the policy and I think the product's gonna fit me very well. The guy that I talked to was really knowledgeable. He explained everything to me really well where I could understand. He even told me about the experience he had with Endurance on one of his cars. He said he had not a bit of trouble with filing the claim or to get them to pay off.

It took a long period of time with the dealer & the Endurance representative to resolve the claim. A substitute part provided by Endurance which had to be delivered by the supplier. It was used by the dealer but it took a few days for dealer to receive the part. Eventually, the dealer was able to complete the repair that was required. The deductible portion I had to pay was higher than I expected.

I ended up really liking Endurance after I talked to the guy that got me signed up. He was extremely helpful for the help that he gave me. I was just getting my oil change, and I got about 1,000 miles before I run out, and I know they want a grace period of 1,000 miles before the warranty kicks in. He talked me through it. I'll pay $108 a month for three years, but it will cover up to 100,000 miles, which is about five years of driving for me. Not very many companies will cover that high of mileage. My warranty will run out when I have 244,000 miles on my car. To me, that meant a lot. Getting in contact with an Endurance agent was easy. The price is reasonable.

The first person I got gave me one price and Endurance emailed it to me, but when I asked the new person about the quote I got earlier, she said, “Well, no. It changes every few minutes.” I didn't get exactly what I wanted, but I'm okay with it. I don't drive the car very often, and I choose my battles. I didn't get 48,000 miles. The new person said, “No. We can only do 42.” "I'm good. I'll take the 42. I'm sick of calling back." She should have taken the email, but I know Endurance has several people who work there, and I'm not stressing about the difference. Besides that, the signup process was very easy. I already knew what I wanted and the new person explained 30-day the waiting period. It didn't matter to me though. There's nothing wrong with my car.

Everything's been good. The only drawback I had was not being able to see exactly what's in my policy until after I had already purchased it, and then it was all online. I would much rather have the paperwork sent to me, what each policy covered and not, to make my choice. Still, I like the policy I got, except there are two things that I didn't realize weren't gonna be on there, which are the cooling system and the fuel system. I got the Secure Plus, and the next one down has those two things on. So far, I haven't had to use Endurance yet, but I don't have a problem with the cost at all especially if they pay like they say they do.

The repairs tend to get expensive as cars get older, and this is the second time I've signed up with Endurance. I have a 2016 Honda HR-V, and I ran across them when my car first went out of coverage. I've not had to use them that much, so there are still some areas I need to check on, but I was able to get a rental car, at least, in the initial coverage.

When I took my car in for 90,000 mile service, I was told it needed head gasket replacement, which would cost about $5000. I was concerned that Endurance would find some way to deny coverage for that. They sent someone to inspect the problem, and, based on his report, they said they would cover it, and they did. I only had to pay $100, for which I was very thankful.

My experience signing up with Endurance was good. I got the number online and called and talked to a representative who gave me all the information I needed. The rep seemed very knowledgeable. I got the diamond policy. Supposed to be the best policy. I would recommend it. Only thing that I didn't like was I didn't receive anything by mail. I had to go online and get that. Had to download the app. I didn't know how important it was to get that app. But I didn't get any information until I got the app.

I bought this warranty back in October 2021. Each time I have used this warranty service I have had nothing but trouble with this company. Now here I am with a major breakdown “which they advertise they cover” and they requested I turn in service records. I admit I’m horrible at keeping receipts so I ran around and gathered all my service records from each shop that had service done on my engine. Since then they have now denied my claim 4 separate times. I have proven I have maintained my vehicle each and every time. But yet every time they deny the claim they come back with a new excuse of why they are denying the claim. So here I am 5 weeks later with another denial and without my vehicle!
This is unacceptable as I have proven on time maintenance to this vehicle and have not voided my warranty in no way. Honor your end of the contract Endurance or this is going to cost your company more than the repair cost on this vehicle! Time is money and I will be reimbursed for all the time I have had to sit on the phone with your so call claim reps! Also being the paying customer one would think I would have the right to speak to my so called adjuster that keeps denying my claim!

Endurance sent me an email regarding a quote for warranty on my 2017 La Cross. I had a policy with Endurance on a previous car. When I needed repairs on that car the claim process was a breeze. I took my car in to be repaired and gave my account number to the technician. The dealership billed Endurance and I drove away with a like new car. I made my decision then and there that I would buy an extended warranty on my next car. Being a procrastinator I was glad Endurance sent me that email to give me a nudge. The price was what I expected. I highly recommend Endurance to anyone wanting to be sure their car will be fixed should an issue arise. Endurance will be there when you need them.

Our experience is still a work in progress. We need a new seal on our truck. The dealer says it'll be $3 grand to replace because the whole engine has to be removed to replace. Endurance wants to know why. Endurance and mechanic from Auto Nation Ford in Orange Park, FL are suppose to talk next week. So hopefully Endurance will cover the cost.

I purchased the extended warranty from Endurance after doing some research and they seemed better than all the others so I bought 2 for my 2 cars, a 2004 Honda Odyssey van with 150k miles and a 2014 Lexus ES-350 with 60k miles. I had the both vehicles state inspection before purchasing the warranties. One year later I had some vibrations in my front end on the Honda and I thought it might be my power steering pump (direct drive) since a slight leak from a hose was replaced during inspection a year ago. Turned out it was the front axle and a seized front caliper so my warranty saved me $400 on a $800 job.
Took my Lexus to the same local state inspection shop and it failed because of an engine exhaust manifold leak. The mechanic explained to me that in that most cars have a heavy cast iron manifold but the Lexus has a sheet metal type and it was rotted out and leaking. He talked about cutting and welding and I decided that I’d rather take it to the dealership, it will cost a lot more but I have the warranty to help with some of the costs and it’s a Lexus dealer. Lexus dealer tells me that there is more work needed besides the manifold, the radiator has a leak and the front brake caliper needs replacement just like the Honda. He calls Endurance and they will not cover the manifold or caliper due to corrosion? I really don’t understand?
If those parts were damaged by any other means would they be covered? Endurance WILL pay for the radiator but not the hoses? Besides the manifold not being covered the studs that attach it to the engine are also corroded and not covered. Now the job to replace the manifold requires the engine to be “dropped” and 6 more hours of labor tacked on for a price of $4k! Also not covered for lost key fob with the Elite membership that I have printed out? Looks like Endurance will only cover up to $2,500 for a repair, not sure if that is for each breakdown or lifetime of warranty. A transmission or engine replacement will be much more than $2,500 on almost any car.

I was feeling something wrong in my front end & went to my GMC dealer for needed service. After it was diagnosed, it was determined that I needed either replacement, or rebuild of my front differential. The rebuild was performed as required, and everything went very smoothly and was easily handled by the GMC Dealer working with Endurance. Great job and wonderful Customer Service! Endurance refuse to cover a repair for a part that is listed in my contract. Lone Star Chevrolet submitted a claim on my behalf to fix engine harness on my 2015 Chevrolet. It was denied because of a fastener was damaged or not tight. Mechanic stated it was rubbing against the frame of car. I never have had any work done on this part, but was told because of the fastener I wouldn't be covered. Immediately ask the administrator to send me a copy of the denial, which she said she couldn't do. Then I asked for them to resubmit the claim and she wasn't willing to do that either. Asked for supervisor, Nothing. Was directed to a copy of my contract and the exclusion thats not an exclusion.
When I was paying monthly for the Endurance contract had no problem with claims however, after I paid it in full, can't get anything done or resolved. Talked the second time to someone in claims and she said that she would send me a copy of my contract with the highlighted portion of why it was denied. She sent to a copy of contract, with nothing highlighted.

Called in with questions about filling a claim for my A/C. Great customer service instructions on how to complete it. Took my car to a repair shop and instructed them to contact Endurance with the estimate for the repair. They contacted Endurance and the wheels were set in motion. The only problem I had was that I called several shops that said that they did not work with Drive Train warranty companies. Finally found one that would.

My timing chain had begun to rattle, and I took it in to have it checked, and sure enough, my F150 needed timing work done on it. My mechanic was grateful to learn I had Endurance coverage, and Endurance worked with my mechanic in a seamless way. My truck is back and running great! It was a $4000.00 job, of which Endurance covered $2700.00.

I purchased an Endurance warranty and service plan about 2 years ago for my 2011 Ford F150XLT. So far the plan has been easy to use, and I have had no problems redeeming the discounts and service included in my plan. I take my truck to the nearby Ford dealership now because the service plan has made dealer service more affordable. My last oil change, set of windshield wipers and transmission calibration were completely covered. I also feel more secure knowing that a breakdown won’t break the bank, which when you work in outside sales is a nice feeling to have while being on the road everyday.

My father had Endurance on his 2015 GMC TERRAIN DENALI. Great customer service and efficient. The dealer had set me up with a company called ALLY. I told dealer I wanted nothing to do with that company. The warranty was cancelled and Endurance was purchased. Good reputation. Claim’s always taken care of.

Upon calling Endurance and discussing coverage! Some information given is not the same as a Tech that handles your claims. Phone calls to the Tech are close to one hour hold time on the phone! My auto mechanic called twice and was on hold for one hour each call. There was another question but my mechanic would not call them back unless I agreed to pay for the time spent on hold! So I sent three E-mails out canceling my policy and wanted a refund. After not receiving a refund and contacting Endurance, I was told there was no E-mails which I have on file! And I keep receiving (Out of coverage notice).
So I call and the telemarketer says I never sent no messages! It keeps on going in circles!!! My next call is to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau! Endurance is another loud mouth company that don't come through! All I want is a full refund and we will part our ways! Otherwise Ill just keep bashing this company!! By the way! You have a terrible business model. Sincerely, Dennis **.

The value and efficiency of using Endurance had been top notch. I accidentally ordered for my older car a wrong insurance and didn’t use it. It was very early into contract but nevertheless they canceled and reimbursed me for the difference I paid on policy minus minimal fees. If you find a decent mechanic that takes Endurance you will find this warranty easy to use and value added and peace of mind.

The claims representative made the process very easy. He explained the process and what was covered under my plan. He also answered all other questions I had in reference to coverage. Took my Chrysler Pacifica to the shop because it was having some "electrical" issues. Problem seemed to be with the electric windows. Dealer said it needed a new high-end battery as the one in it was weak and old so we bought a new battery and had it installed. Endurance paid 100.00 toward that. About 2 weeks later the "radio" went out. A LOT of the electronics is ran through the radio, Dealer got the radio and a switch for the windows and the engine light came on, so they did some further checking and found there was another switch bad. Altogether the repair would cost almost 1400. With the discounts etc I paid 440.00 so saved about 1000.00 because I had the warranty. I am very happy with the service, Once I gave the van to the dealer everything was handled between the dealer and endurance. Payment made to dealer before I even paid a cent.

I have utilized the policy two times and the repairs was quickly approved by the repair shop. The repair facility has to call several times to receive the final payment however they said that response was customary with all extended warranty companies. I researched all extra warranty companies and found Endurance to be the most highly rated.

This is my first experience with a car warranty. I emailed and they returned with a call. I was skeptical at first and thought the warranty would be out of my budget. After talking with the representative, I decided to obtain the warranty on my car which is an older model, but it's in great shape and I want to keep it and continue the upkeep on it without breaking my pocketbook or having to buy another car until I am ready. With this affordable warranty I will be able to achieve my goal.

I was pleased to not have to feel pressured by a salesman type of person. The woman who helped me out was very genuine and polite a pleasure to converse with. Turned out we had no problems with our brakes! Just a company trying to take advantage of two female customers!! The business recommended by Endurance looked at the brakes and said there was no problems!! And did not charge us for the inspections. You are a lot more reasonable than other companies that offer automotive services.

My Initial contact with Endurance was very informative.. The agent explained what benefits I would have and the cost. He was professional and knowledgeable in explaining the benefits available to me. I called Endurance about a benefit concerning the oil changes. The agent explained that it was part of an offer made upon purchasing the Endurance Extended Warranty. Otherwise I have not had to utilize my benefits, otherwise I was satisfied with my interaction with the agent.

Could not be more satisfied. Repaired Transmission and heating fan along with a complete check up on 2012 Buick Enclave at my Buick dealer with no hassle whatsoever. I did not know I was late on my bill because I had not received a bill as I'm a new customer! She problem solved and gave me more info. about my policy and the billing company and Endurance which I did not receive when I purchased the policy!!! She was patient and very understanding of "seasoned" customers! Meaning older!! Lol She allowed me to vent my concerns about the company being paperless as Everyone does not have access to a computer or a printer! I would like a list of repair shops sent via mail vs. me having to find a computer with a printer and go online and print out my own info. that I need, that the company should offer to customer that request it. Anyway, she listened! I don't know if she can do anything about it; but she did listen!!
