I talked to a girl the first day. She was wonderful. Then I called back the second day after doing some research. I spoke to a gentleman that day and he was excellent as well. He gave me the information that I needed. He was not pushy at all. He couldn’t have been more helpful. We negotiated the price and got to a point that we were all comfortable with. With the information that I've received and reading through the literature that Endurance sent me, we're gonna be well covered.

Endurance has very good plans. They are much better than the dealership plans. The reputation of the company also seems to be very good that's why we feel safe. However, we are not very happy with the rep who sold us the policy. He was trying to push. He also gave us a much higher price than we had gotten a week before. Why should the prices of warranty change from day to day? The previous rep gave us a lower cost, and this guy gave nearly $5,000. The difference was $600 more. But the previous guy was very good. He gave us all the information. Unfortunately, we couldn't reach him back. I got some repair done on the vehicle. I was not sure whether it was covered or not. I registered with the dealership and asked them to submit them. I thought they have done it, but they never did that so I had to pay.

I found Endurance on the internet and left a message, but nobody got back to me. When they did, I told them I already got a different company. They said, “We're the only company that is still self-insured. All the other companies use other insurance. They just sell you the policies.” The guy went into what was better about being direct. He explained a lot of things, especially what to read about in their documentation that sets them apart. There was no pressure at all. I canceled the other one and went with them. I have one problem with them, though. All I have is the policy number that they gave me in the beginning. They never sent me the document and every time I try to sign up on their app, it tells me I'm not in their system. But they keep charging my bank account, so I'm assuming I am in their system.

I took my car to the Jim Coleman Cadillac. My service advisor got on those technicians. Being that the car has high-tech things on it, some things were baffling. But she was very adamant about getting this thing done and I really appreciate all that she has done as well as having this good warranty that I have. The issue was the sensor for the windshield. The backup camera wasn't showing. It was a black screen. Also, one of the sensors went out for the blind spot. When the claim was put in, Endurance was supposed to pay the reimbursement for a certain amount of money back. I sent the information in, but I didn't hear anything. I took it back in three times because the sensors kept reading up on my dash. The whole time that this was going on, Jim Coleman loaned me one of their vehicles to be able to get around and I really appreciated that. But Endurance covered everything.

The Endurance representative was very persuasive on the phone. The customer service was very good. Signing up with them was smoother than I thought. They went over a few packages with me and I chose which one would benefit me. They didn't force anything on me. I was very satisfied because it was very easy to sign up. I've used the service a few times to get repairs on my vehicle and doing the claims was a smooth process. I just gave the auto shop my information and then Endurance called and asked some questions. Then they approved it. The shop told me I have a good warranty. If you're looking for a reputable warranty company, go with Endurance because they are very good and reliable.

The rep took my information and then I got a call from somebody and that Endurance couldn't cover me. I found out from Endurance that I have a salvage title to my truck, which I didn't know. That means they couldn't cover it under the policy they had it under, and the rep had to redo the policy for me. The only thing changed was that I could up it and get almost having a warranty on a brand-new car where I could get more coverage. The coverage was more than what I expected.

Endurance was ranked the highest among extended warranty companies. I signed up my 2020 Ford Expedition and the process was easy, very simple, and straightforward. It took 10 minutes. My rep was very good and the cost was comparable. My plan essentially covers all critical kinds of powertrain components and electrical systems. It's not bumper-to-bumper but covers any of what I would consider major issues. For the coverage to start, there's a requirement of 30 days and 1,000 miles.
The thing about Endurance which is good is it’s a $100 deductible for all covered repairs. Whatever the sticker price of the coverage is what it is but if there's one major engine issue over the course of your policy or one major vehicle issue over the course of the policy, it'll be well worth it. As long as the repair ends up costing you more than 4,000, it's a win. That’s how I look at it, for 100,000 miles in coverage.
The only thing about Endurance is their website is poor. They screwed up my address on the policy even though I spelled it 40 times. That was where there was some confusion because there was no profile. All the website has is your policy and there's nothing for you as the consumer to be able to update information. You should be able to just do that, as opposed to having to call them and through that whole process, which was what I did. It wasn't that bad but I was just surprised in today's age that the website didn't have that kind of functionality. It would be a little bit easier if there was better integration between the Endurance site and the third party pay services.

I got roadside assistance with my Endurance coverage. It's just if I would have had a preexisting condition, I couldn't have gotten Endurance, and I thought that was pretty bad. I'd tell others to get Endurance because to me, it's a better program than CarShield. The copay on it on every visit is cheaper than what CarShield wanted.

Endurance Auto Warranty's rep told me what they would have to offer, and how much I have to pay. He gave me information regarding how everything goes through. He went through all the steps on what I'm covered and not, and said that I don't have to pay the full four years. Two years and the last year is for free. It was enough to get me to sign up just talking to him for 45 minutes over the phone about Endurance. It covers towing, there's roadside assistance, and my key fob. Those had me excited. Also, I have a deductible. So, if I get charged if my car is wrecked and needs to be fixed, I don’t have to pay an arm and a leg for a deductible. It’s $100 and it covers everything.

Signing up with Endurance was easy, fast and simple. I looked over some of the paperwork and so far, the coverage looks good. It covers pretty much everything. And I've talked to a few people who said that they used them and they’re good too. We hopefully don't have to find out but it’s there if I need it. I asked Endurance to send me a thing in the mail so I could pay by mail every month and I've yet to receive anything. I've made two payments over the phone. But I talked to someone last week and they said they would send it out. They had misspelled the city and that may be why I wasn't getting it.

When I called Endurance and inquired about an extended warranty and how it works, the reps explained it to me, what it covers, and about the car rental and the cost. My policy covers axles and if you have to break the vehicle down and take the engine apart, it will cover an internal repair and the seal. But it doesn't cover all seals. It depends. People should get an extended warranty. It's worth it.

Everything was great with the signup process and I just passed my grace period. I got an oil change and the dealership called Endurance. They gave the guy whatever he was supposed to get, which was $50. Everything was cool.

I have had Endurance for over a year and I tried to make a claim on my 2017 Ford Explorer. The dealership said the transmission needed to be repaired and after 2 weeks, Endurance denied, this has been a nightmare for my wife and I. I took it to another shop and had the same outcome. Endurance has seriously let us down and we have no explanation for the rejecting the claim twice.

They gave me such a great offer for my insurance. I got bumper-to-bumper coverage and my deductible is 100 bucks. The warranty covers almost everything until I have 150,000 miles on it. It was funny because the next month, I had a camera go down on my back, and they covered the camera. Getting a warranty is a great opportunity. Whenever I get another vehicle, I'll definitely go with Endurance.

The rep was knowledgeable when we spoke and was very helpful. I was told that I got an all-inclusive policy. But I had an issue recently that left me sour on the company. The display was not covered. It was a $1000 deductible. I ended up paying $1,200 to have that fixed. I also had a wheel that was cracked and they paid nothing for that. The parameters of the policy were not clearly defined.

The vehicle we purchased didn't come with a warranty, and when I told my husband that I added an extra warranty, he told me to take it off because he already added Endurance. I called Endurance and talked with a lady about it and we set everything up. I have been thoroughly pleased with everything that's going on. I had a claim where something had flown up off the road and damaged my car and there was no problem at all with it. They covered the repair. Endurance is a class-A act. It's a good purchase for what's involved, and everybody that I've talked with there even during the claims was very nice and very helpful. I'm very satisfied with Endurance.

I've had great luck with Endurance. When I reached out to sign up, I got to talk to somebody and she explained how it would work and how much it would be a month. They made it really easy. I have great coverage. It's bumper to bumper. I still have it today, and they have not let me down. I have a $100 deductible. I have run into a few issues with my car, and they're more than glad to pick up on it. I'm grateful for it. I pay 108 a month. It's covered everything it needed to but one. It's fair that they didn't.

The starter went and I wanted to get it fixed. I thought I had coverage but the problem is the policy says 1,000 miles before we can use it. I've been paying $180 a month for three months and I'm gonna pay probably six months on it before I can even use it.

It was a pleasant experience talking with Endurance Auto Warranty's rep. But some of the things he told me when he sold the policy aren't true. I was under the impression that I had a service plan because he said that they pay $50 per oil change. But when I had my when I had the truck at the shop, they said I didn't have that policy. I had to pay the whole $90 for the oil change. Other than that, Endurance said they would reimburse me for food and if I needed to stay in a hotel, they would pay for it. They also offered roadside assistance. They would replace up to four tires per year.

I explained to Endurance Auto Warranty what I went through, and they told me that they cover exclusionary. So, I ended up getting something done on my car, and they paid half of it. But I didn't know that I had to end up giving up $100 deductible. But the bottom line is my car is fixed. I expected more when I got the car fixed. Other than that, I'm satisfied. Any time I got in touch with Endurance, they were able to explain stuff to me whenever I asked them.

The customer service was phenomenal. The rep walked me through every question I had and didn't badger me into getting the warranty. I told him, "I can't do it right now. I'd have to talk to my husband first," and he said, “Okay. Talk to your husband. I'll call you back.” The other places I've called, I got “If you don't do this now, the offer goes away.” I can't do anything without my husband. Together we make the decisions, but he makes the majority of the money. If you're a married person, you discuss things with your family.
I wanted to make sure that I could do the bumper-to-bumper coverage, so that if something happened down the road, everything would be covered. The car is not brand new, so there are gonna be flaws to it. I got Endurance and I had 30 days before the policy could take effect, then after the 30 days was over, I could use it if I needed to. I have emergency roadside service and rental car perks as well.
I tell everybody about Endurance. Even people that looked at CarShield, I said, “No. Call Endurance.” I haven't used them yet, but the reviews are really good. Some of them are negative, but some people might have had a bad experience that day. By my own, I will go by, and when I have to use Endurance, I hope I can call them up and be done with it and use it right away, and not have any issues.

Endurance's sales rep was friendly, very clear, and precise, as far as explaining everything and making honest comparison to what I already had when I told them. They listened, let me talk, and didn't pressure me. I signed up for a warranty for my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the process was easy. I'm 70 years old, so you got to be slow and take care with me to get me to understand. But they were very attentive and slowed down enough that I could comprehend and understand exactly what they were saying. My policy is going to cover the drivetrain, engine, and most parts like brakes and water pump. They explained that to me and I also got an email after I signed up. The correspondence is like a service after the sale because they keep me abreast on what's going on, then offer me other things that I could do.
I would tell others that even if they've got CarShield, they should just cut their loss and call Endurance. I got more coverage with them than I did from CarShield, because CarShield only covered the engine and drivetrain, and they didn't explain it to me. I also passed Endurance on to my daughter and they gave her a family discount. She's pleased with it, too.

Signing up with Endurance was very easy. They did the date I want my payment to be on, and I gave them my banking information so that they can do automatic withdrawal. That was really easy. I had 6,000 miles on my car, and I was under the amount of mileage that Endurance wanted.

When my air conditioning went in my car, Endurance Auto Warranty came through. My compressor went. I took my car several places to be assessed. The initial repair place made it sound like it would take them forever to fix it based on the fact that when you deal with a warranty company, they sometimes take some time coming through. So, I went to a different repair place. They estimated it and I gave them the information. They reached out to Endurance, who approved the repair. My deductible is $100. I ended up paying $300. I was fine with that. They came through promptly. It took a week and a half with the finally getting to the right repair shop for them to deal with Endurance and getting the parts to fix it. Since it took so long, I had to get a rental car, which Endurance was kind enough to reimburse me for.

I like Endurance Auto Warranty because there was not as much pressure to buy. They were more interested in me making my own decision about a card if I needed service. I discussed it one day and I said, "I need to think about it and talk to the rest of my family." Two days later, I signed up for it. The rep was knowledgeable and let me know what would be covered in the plan and how it would be dealt with at the repairman. And if I had problems beforehand way away from a dealership, I could get it towed to the dealership and they would give me a rental car. I kept trying to get Endurance to get lower payments and they did. I got credit for being a veteran, a senior citizen, and having no accidents.

I asked my dealer if he knew of any extended warranty programs that I could join. He gave me a list and Endurance was there. My dealer said, “Dealers take that warranty.” That's the reason why I stick with them because I like my dealer. The sign-up process was easy and there was a 30-day requirement. Their rep was very good and she tried to break everything down to me.
My vehicle is a GMC Terrain. I got a five-year warranty for it. My husband looked over the policy and said it was a good one. One of the main things that the rep told me was if my key gets broken, it could be replaced. It's a good thing to have an extended warranty. For one visit or a couple of visits, they fixed out stuff and I would have already paid for the coverage.

Endurance pays promptly and they cover a wide range of repairs. My experience has been very good. My vehicle had a rear wheel hub replaced. It's had brake cylinders and rotors replaced. I like the claims process. I don't even get involved. There's a $100 deductible, and the dealership handles it all. There was only one instance that they didn't cover what I submitted, and that was some brake cylinders’ rubber sleeves, and it says in their contract that they don't cover rubber parts. Overall, having Endurance has saved me more than I paid for it.

They were willing to come down a bit to lure me in, because they knew they had a great product and there was room to wiggle a bit as far as giving me a a discount. The original price was 96 a month. They got it down 90. It seemed little, but it was something. Also, you submit your claims, they check to see what's covered, they pay out. When I went to have my car mechanic get paid, he got paid right on the spot.
I had to pay $30 more than what Toco charged me, because I was with Toco for years. But Endurance offered me much more, and I experienced Endurance twice. I was shocked that they would cover the things that I thought were not covered. I had twice to bring my car in for repairs. I had one sensor that went out on me, and Endurance paid for half the cost. They also covered half for the struts.

My car was in the shop for about two weeks. I called the shop and they said the investigators had not been out yet to investigate the problem that I had. I was borrowing a car every day to get back and forth to work. I didn't like that. I was mad and frustrated with Endurance. I had to take my car out of the shop and I fixed it myself. That cost me $1,800 and Endurance wrote it off as, "Okay. Claim closed." That's because they took too long to investigate my car. They never discussed anything about reimbursements. I'm about ready to leave Endurance and I'm gonna cancel in a few days. I am dissatisfied and would not recommend them to anybody. You better find another warranty company.

When I called to check on Endurance Auto Warranty, they started talking about something that interested me, so I was willing to give them a chance. I had to pay a little more out of pocket, but it was well worth it. Their representative was sweet, courteous and professional. And she let me know how everything is, what I was getting into and what it would be. I get free oil changes. I would recommend anybody to Endurance. You can't go wrong. And you don't have to look further.

Overall, Endurance was better than CarShield because I went with CarShield and that was really a big rigamarole. There was just a little bit of confusion with Endurance. An oil filter that connects in the car was cracked, and they wouldn’t cover it. That could have been human error where somebody tightened down too hard, so I kind of understood. There was a little bit of confusion on the amount covered. I think the auto advisor that they use in the dealership plays games with the numbers. When they know it's a warranty, I feel like they jack up the price.

My first experience with Endurance was good. They fixed my engine gaskets with no problem. But the second experience, we couldn't find the problem. It was a headache. It would just cost a lot of money to try to find out what the problem was, and Endurance doesn't cover the diagnostic. If it was something that they didn't cover, I would be paying out of pocket, so I didn't wanna take the chance. I still got them. I'm gonna keep them, too. I don't have a lot of expenses as far as car issues. They paid for my gasket the first time. It was just very difficult to get in contact with somebody. This one guy wasn't calling back, but when I dug deeper and spoke with the manager, everything got resolved.

The rep from Endurance discussed everything with me. Otherwise, I wouldn't sign up. It was easy getting signed up. The price is fair, too. I had to file two claims, and the people that I brought my truck to did all the legwork on getting everything set up with Endurance, and they said they don't have any issues with them. Endurance Auto Warranty was good to work with. It was easy for me to do. I had went online, then called in and told them what I was looking at. The website is very good. I've downloaded the entire policy and my options. It was explanatory for the different offers that they had. They were very professional, very easy to explain the things that I had seen for what they had to offer. They explained well to me. It aligned with what I was looking at online. It was an easy, professional way of picking Endurance and going with them. The policy has a better coverage than any other plan I had looked at for what I was willing to pay for it. It was more expensive than some, but not astronomical. I was pleased with the cost that I'm paying for what I feel I would get if I have an issue. I have recommended Endurance since. Read about them.

The Endurance rep answered all the questions. The original policy I bought was to take over after the 30,000 mile or three years on the car. It got to the point where the car got 55,000 miles on it, and Endurance wanted to know if I wanted to insure the rest of it. It took effect when they called last summer. It covers the brakes, transmission, and all the stuff like my previous policy.

They told me what they would be able to do for me far as my warranty. I have the platinum package and it covers the major stuff that I would probably need help with. I had the policy on my truck before I got the one on my second vehicle and I like that you only pay for it for a certain amount of time, but it's good for double that. I spoke with a young man and it was a pleasant interaction and experience. It was handled very well. I wanted whatever I had similar to what I had with other companies. Everything was covered bumper to bumper on my other coverage and I wanted everything to continue to be covered. The customer service rep was very efficient and pleasant. Our interaction, though minimal, was fine. I had a claim with Endurance and it was a matter of me going to my dealership and them telling me what needed to be replaced. Recently, I had the radio replaced and it would have been over $1,000 to do it. But because I was under warranty, it was replaced. I am insured with them up to 72,000 miles. Then, I just extended it with Endurance again. They filed the claim. It was all a matter of waiting for them to call and see if it was covered, which it was.
Endurance replaced the radio with a minimal amount for me out of pocket. It just started blinking out on me. The clock setting would keep coming up even though I'd already set the clock for my time zone. The channels kept switching on their own and when I pressed a channel, it would not hold it in. It started out to be minimal, but it got worse over time. So, when I took it in, they said the radio was going out so I needed to replace it. Endurance also replaced tires for me and a few other things that have gone wrong with my Charger.
I am pleased so far with the service that I've received because any time I don't have to pay money out of pocket for something exorbitantly expensive, I'm happy about that. I always take my car back to my dealer so they reach out to the insurance company. And I wait. Whenever they get back to Endurance, they'll let me know what's going on, how much is covered and what I might have to pay. But normally, I don't have to pay anything out of pocket.

My truck is '09 and I was looking for some extra coverage from front to back. The guy I talked with was telling me all the stuff that Endurance covers and it met what I needed. The representative from Endurance explained everything right. I was gonna pay it upfront and she said I better just pay monthly and I liked that, so I do. I bought the best coverage and it has a $100 deductible. It covers rental, whatever we need, and all the parts of the truck. I don't wanna go to the dealership and Endurance would say I don’t have records that I even take it to the dealership and I don't have records for this and that. And then outright it's not covered. That was the first thing I asked them. They said not to worry and it’ll be covered. So, hopefully, that's the truth.

I was looking for a bumper-to-bumper coverage. I've looked at several companies and for what they offered to me, Endurance had the best value. The sign-up process was fairly simple. I just talked to their rep on the phone and we got things done. They gave me my options and let me pick what I wanted. Endurance has been great and I've had to use them a couple of times. Generally, the shop always took care of things. I would give my Endurance card to the shop that I was gonna have working on the car and they would call it in and get authorization. I have also reached out to the warranty company a couple of times with questions and they were always able to answer them. I've already recommended them to several friends.

I did a little bit of research with Endurance and found that it worked out better for me. It seemed a better fit. I like their payment schedule and that they have more contracts in my area. My rep was really cool and made sure I understood everything then followed up a few days later to make sure everything was okay. There was a thousand-mile or 30-day requirement for the plan. On the whole, customer service is awesome. I was having some problems with my AC and I thought the compressor went out. I called Endurance a couple of times to check on whether my policy covered it or not. Each one I talked to told me the same information. I only needed Freon so that was an easy fix.

I liked the idea of Endurance and that it had some extra coverages for oil changes and tire rotations. When I was going to a doctor's appointment out of town, my transmission went out out of the blue. I called about getting the car towed and I got it towed to the transmission place. They took it from there and someone went out and looked at it. It didn't take too long. That was a big one and I was relieved to find out that it would be covered.
Not a month later, my air conditioner started acting funny and I had to put the car in a shop for that. There was a little bit of a discrepancy with that one. I had somebody else look at it before and they couldn't get the parts they had apparently filed with Endurance. I had to get it to where theirs was completely canceled. I had to get something in writing and that took a little while, but they got it done before the other place could take over. On the whole, Endurance covered those expenses because it was probably about what I had paid into it. I wouldn't have had it all upfront.

I've always had coverage on my vehicles. My extended warranty through the dealer expired. I'm retired now and I don't have the income I had five years ago that I could just throw a couple of thousand every time the vehicle breaks down. Endurance's rep was good and very helpful. I like the Endurance guy I was talking to on the phone better than everybody else. He took the most time to speak to me about everything and answered all of my questions. The other ones seemed like they were trying to rush to get me to sign up. But this guy was very comprehensive and personable. He had that same warranty with his own vehicle. He explained to me that it's the easiest claims process. You just file it and take your vehicle to any dealer or any auto shop that's licensed to do the work then they pay them directly with an Amex.

Since I don't have a printer, setting things up with Endurance took a little bit longer. I had to call twice to try and get a card, and copies of the receipt and the warranty. They mailed the contract and it comes in a little book. It took a little longer than I figured it would but I got it. Also, the price is a little on the high side, but you pay for what you get.

But, Endurance did pick up the tab for service at Ford on my prior vehicle, a 2010 Ford Taurus that was rear ended, and all my insurance payments were expended. I showed Essential Ford, Stuart, FL my Endurance card. Justin, Svc Mgr, took my card and very shortly returned with my receipt. This was several years ago, and I am thankful that I haven't had to pull my Endurance card out again. But it gives me great comfort having it in my wallet when I put my Ford Edge in Drive. We experienced headlights, AC, and transmission issues with our 2013 Nissan Altima and we only had the responsibility to pay $100 deductible on each repair. There were no hesitation whatsoever concerning the repairs which were submitted to Endurance from the authorized repair service technician. Endurance honored what was stated in the contract for extended automobile coverage.

Endurance Auto Warranty seemed to be the most cost-effective. The rep was a super good, young man. He answered all my questions. I liked him. However, Endurance needs to work on the roadside assistance. They're incompetent, and not here in the United States. When I started having problems with the transmission, I was told to take it to the shop. They evaluated. Said the car had to have a transmission. They had to get a close adjuster out there to look at it, which blew my mind. They put a transmission in the car, I picked it back up, paid my deductible, and everything has been good. It worked out quicker than when it took to get the adjuster out there.

The rep was able to sell me on all the little things here and there. I knew what the known problems on my car are and according to that, I was able to build a package with the representative. I called Endurance and inquired about their extended warranty to see what they offered, which was what made me join. And I've referred other people as well. The sign-up process was fine but I have a problem with the billing because they're not open on the weekend. So, if I wanna call and talk to somebody, there isn’t anybody there but Monday through Friday and I realize people want their weekends as I do. I get that and that's understandable. The price is reasonable and decent. Everything's good. The reps that I have had in the past have been very knowledgeable and cooperative.

I got the top tier and the rep told me it wouldn't take effect for 30 days and also till I had an additional 1,000 miles on the car so they could make sure that something wasn't wrong with the car already. We had an issue with a repair place but Endurance was honest and above board. I appreciated that. They did a real good job. With the most recent claim, Endurance saw that the part was still under warranty, so they didn't cover it but they did negotiate getting the warranty kicked in, which still saved us money.

Richmond Ford seemed more willing to want to work with Endurance Auto Warranty. I have the best package and it covers air condition, engine, electronics. I also have the tire program. So, if there's a flat tire, it would cover up to $150 of that. I had another fairly costly repair that was also covered through Endurance. It also covers hotel if I needed it or rental car. I went to the dealership that I chose and they called Endurance and got it approved. Once that came in, the work immediately started, and they covered the cost of the repair. All I had was the deductible that I had to pay. It had to do with the braking system. It was covered, which was exactly what was promised and it was great.

The salesperson went over and took the years of the cars. My wife's was 2019 and mine was 2012. He said there would be a $100 deductible and quoted my wife's car a monthly cost of 113. I asked about my 2012 Hyundai and he said the price would be at 110 per month. I liked the idea of being able to transfer the warranty over. I'm 83 and I'm not going to spend for five years paying out for these expensive cars.

Endurance Auto Warranty looked like they were more of a solvent company compared to the other car insurance companies. Their financials look better. Also, they cover vehicles up to 20 years old. If your car has a branded title, will still cover your car. And it's a bit more expensive if it's a car with a branded title, but they still honor the warranties. My car had hail damage in Colorado. Colorado law states that if your car is totaled regarding hail, the title of the car has to be branded as such. Endurance looked at that, and they insured my car due to the extended warranty under a branded title. But they charged a bit more for that. Endurance's rep was knowledgeable about the different services offered. He went through the technicalities of the contract. I asked several questions, and he answered them.

Endurance Auto Warranty was the only people that called me back and offered me a lower price. I called back because I wasn't willing to pay that amount of money. And there was nothing wrong with the vehicle now. So, if there's nothing wrong with my vehicle, why am I paying something wrong prices? I don't mind paying for it if something’s wrong, but there's nothing wrong when I entered into the contract. So, why were they charging me something? The guycalled me back and said, “We have another option for you.” And that price was much better.
I understand that they offer prices upfront. The first time they called me, they thought I should say yes, because I'm a consumer and consumers consume. If I had said, “Yeah,” I would pay $190 a month. And I said, “No. That's too much.” I drive my truck from Wisconsin to Mississippi all the time with nothing but an oil change. I had other things go wrong. I had to have an alternator. And I didn't know that I was covered for a $600 alternator. Wow. But I had to have it done. So, I did. Stuff like that, I don't mind paying them when I have to pay. So, when I don't have to, stop getting me. It’s like car insurance.
I needed to know how things were covered. I worked on my own vehicle, so I didn't send my vehicle to the shop to have things done. I've done it myself. Physically, I can't work like that anymore. So, if I have a flat, I would call somebody. So, I just needed to know who can do what they say they can do, when can it get done, and what shops I need to go to. And they didn't offer those things that I asked for. And the guy told me those items will be listed in the contract. The whole list of things they sent to my email.
I tried to use the program once. This happened a couple of days ago. I'm having some issues with my vehicle. I called to find out who I should call. They gave me a number to call. But I held on forever. When Endurance knows my name when I call them, I shouldn’t have to call them and give them all these numbers. They know my my Social Security number. They already have those information, those other things about my vehicle. I got to go outside and get those numbers off my vehicle. So, I was not pleased about that. Because if they already have it, why do I have to verify it again? Also, I was not pleased with the information I was given, but the rep was very professional. If I had a question, he answered it. I've told my family they should get Endurance. They're affordable. And that's better than them paying that aftermarket insurance that would only last them for 12 months.

We have Endurance for the Honda and we are satisfied. They are very good. The service technician worked with the people at Endurance and we had a very good experience. I had an electrical problem and they took care of everything. The car cut off and I couldn't get it going. I had it towed to them and they fixed it. My service technician had to make a couple more calls to Endurance and was explaining to them what the deal was. It took about three calls and everything worked. The bill was 2,500 but we only paid about $300.

The rep from Endurance was very thorough when I signed up. It was what would make sense and what was best for me and my family. So, it was much appreciated. I made a claim last week and it went well. I took the vehicle to an accredited repair shop and it was hassle-free. Everybody has been helpful in every phone call that I've made. They go above and beyond to get you the help that you're looking for. It's not the old passing you around to the next person and 10 phone calls later type of deal.

Using the Endurance plan, I have saved as much as I already paid for it. I've been taking my car to anyone I want, so long as they're able to handle Endurance. My car model, apparently, is the most repaired SUV in the world. Last year, I was afraid I was gonna be someplace and I couldn't turn it on or off, so I took my car in. That was a couple of thousand dollars. Then recently, I had a couple other things, and Endurance took a big bite out of the bill for me. The only thing is it took a long time to get an approval, and I don't know why. Somebody was on the phone waiting for an approval before they'd start with my car. So, I was sitting at the dealer for hours. I even said, “Take care of it. I'll pay it. Worry about that later.” Other than that, I had good service.

We've always carried an extended warranty on vehicles in case something major went wrong with them, and I kept getting notifications that the one that my late husband took when he bought the car needed to be renewed. I'm on my own now, and when I tried to find something, I found that Endurance's coverage is good. Also, I've used it when the vehicle wouldn't start a week ago. I called them for a serviceman to come out, and he was prompt and got me going. He told me what to do next where if it was the battery, that I wouldn't be stranded again.

I was doing a search for Chrysler's extended warranty and Endurance popped up. I was looking for the same coverage that Chrysler offered on their extended new car warranty and somebody that was gonna stand behind it. From my research, I figured Endurance would do that. I called the number to get a quote and they called me back. The rep, Moses, was outstanding. He's the one that actually sold the product.
I've got a car that's a hybrid and I wanted to make sure I had full coverage on it. The company didn't make that much difference except Moses made the difference. If he had been no better than the Chrysler representative, I probably would have gone to the Chrysler dealer. Moses had all the information right on the top of his head and he never had to look anything up. He gave me all the answers that I wanted without fluffing it up too much. There was not a bunch of baloney. There was a 30-day grace period. The plan covered roadside assistance and all that stuff in the interim. That was a good program.

This was my first claim and I learned about my role in the procedure which is quite simple. I was a bit disappointed finding that you don't cover the cost of sales tax. I ended up paying an additional $200.00 because you would not cover a portion of the bill air conditioning diagnosis which was necessary.

I've always had extended coverage on all my vehicles. Endurance had the best deal and customer service was very friendly and helpful. I had a very good experience. There was a ton of perks. Within the first year, there was towing and a key fob replacement up to $500. The coverage will take effect after 30 days and 1,000 miles. Endurance was very easy to deal with. I had a claim already and it went very smoothly. It was some sensor that went bad. I was without a car for two or three days. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The lady I talked to explained everything fully and said that she would be giving the information in an email, which I got relatively quickly, and she walked me through everything very nicely. I got a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe XL covered with their platinum level. It covered everything except wear items, including electronics, which was something that I was concerned about. They explained to me that I had a 30-day waiting period and that makes sense to me. There are some companies that are a little cheaper but with Endurance's customer service, it is well worth a little bit of extra money. They have some interesting offers on there, too.

Endurance doesn't cover everything but my Jaguar XF has over 100,000 miles, and it covers the mechanical and drivetrain activity. I already had a claim which was handled perfectly. They answered the phone immediately, and they authorized the mechanic to do the work. They paid him promptly.

I had a wonderful experience with the Endurance representative. She was very courteous, friendly, and informative. She went over everything with my husband and I until we understood completely what we were getting. I'm so glad that she answered the phone when we called her. She knew all about the policy, what we needed, and she helped us with that. We were with CarShield and the only place I could use it was with Starr Motors. I have a Cadillac, and I've always used Duke Automotive. I asked her, "Where can I use this warranty?" She said, "Any place." She is an awesome representative, and we became friends on the telephone. I've done oil changes and routine maintenance. Endurance paid $50 per oil change, and then I submitted a claim for the routine maintenance and they paid for some of that. I travel and I like that with Endurance, I can take my car into a dealer and if something goes wrong with the work they did, I can take it to any dealer across the nation and they honor their service.

I liked the accessibility of the representative that I spoke with and the knowledge base, and the information that they gave to make it relatively easy to understand and know what I was getting for what I was purchasing. It covers all of the really high-expense things that would have to be or would potentially need to be replaced or repaired on the vehicle. But it doesn't cover oil changes or tires. It started the day that I purchased.

The reps explained my policy well. They let me know what it covered and what it didn't cover. They let me know the timeframes and how many miles it was good for. They did a thorough job. The warranty covers the engine, transmission, air conditioning and break parts. It does not cover the wear items. Recently, the rack and pinion steering went out on the car. They sent me a list of mechanics that were on their list and I took the car to one of them. Once they got the estimate done, Endurance approved the claim and shipped them the part. They had it the next day. I just paid the deductible. If you plan on keeping your car, purchasing a warranty is going to be worth it long-term. But if you're just buying it and reselling the vehicle, then you wouldn't wanna invest your time and trouble in getting a warranty.

Signing up was easy and smooth. The reps knew what they were talking about. When I said was gonna cancel the warranty just for the sake of canceling, not because of a problem, the young lady gave me alternatives to that, and it worked out. It was less cost and it was terrific. I had claims for the camera and the automatic cruise control device. They took care of all that. My vehicle hung in the shop for four days until they got the parts. The shop got paid and they were happy. My car works and I'm moving along.

Ever since I began my car warranty with Endurance I've had peace of mind knowing that if anything happens to my car I can get it repaired without having to pay a huge bill. The bearings on the right side of my car came off. It was $2,600 for me to fix and I needed to make sure that the other side was covered. Purchasing a warranty will save you a lot of money and I wish I had done it early. I had been thinking about it but I've been putting it off and when it happened, I couldn't put it off any longer. The rep was excellent. He called me back when he said he was gonna call back. I'm customer service-oriented so that sold me right there. He was telling me some things about what I should do and what was gonna happen and when it was gonna happen. The customer service I received from Endurance was top-of-the-line. Overall, I was very satisfied with the warranty and the coverage. I was blowing my mind with the quality of the service that they rendered at that particular time. It went well. The price was good because I could afford it. I pay 160 a month and it's not bad at all.

The rep gave me the different quotes for what Endurance would cover. They have different amounts depending on your budget and what you want to look for. She explained all that as well as how many miles versus the 30-day waiting period. She was very informative. I had to have my car towed in today because it had some issues and the Endurance reps were very cooperative. They made sure I had my policy number and told me the procedure. When I call them, I don't have to wait a long time to speak to anyone and I get a real person. There are no recordings and I like that. Endurance has the roadside assistance and they deal with you directly. I spread the words to my family and friends. I told them they need to go with Endurance.

Everybody that I've talked to at Endurance was more than willing to work with me and was very polite. They told me how much a month it would be and they explained what it warrants. I got a couple of older vehicles that I wanna keep up-to-date and they'd cover the engine, the transmission, and the air conditioning. Also, when I go on a vacation, they'd come after me and get a tow truck and all that stuff. It covers everything that I would expect them to cover. I got a policy on my truck and I just started on the car today.

I called Endurance for a quote and talked to the lady. She was good and kind. She talked me through it and told me I couldn't go wrong with Endurance. My dad had passed away and I have his Porsche so I wanted to make sure that it was covered bumper-to-bumper. It had a lot of miles on it. He traveled back and forth to see me. So that was important. Then the BMW was my baby. She's paid for and she's always had a warranty on her. The lady said the extended warranty would take in effect within 30 days and my deductible was $100. If I used CarMax, it would have been 50. So I asked her why it would be $100. She explained that you can go anywhere that accepts Endurance and use it. So that was good business.
Endurance has towing and car rental and she mentioned oil changes too. But because of the type of cars I have, I'm a stickler just taking it anywhere. I'm a dealer person because I'm a woman and sometimes you got to pay a little more if you know they're doing the right thing. I was kind of pissed off with the price at first. But you gotta look at the type of car you have and I wasn't gonna be angry. I'm hoping that it pays off. I kept Endurance because it worked for me. So that was a win-win. I recommend them to about 75% of my friends.

During the first contact I had with Endurance, the rep that I spoke to spent more time trashing another company than trying to sell their product. I had another Endurance rep contact me again and I told them exactly what happened. They were the total opposite of the first rep. They were very professional, knew what they were talking about, and went into detail about their product. They ended up offering me the same coverage as the other company but a better rate.
I arranged to do monthly payments and it was super easy to set up. I'm only paying for three years and the last two years are covered for that same price, meaning I don't have to pay after the third year. I get two years for free. Whereas with the other company, I'm just paying the same amount each month until I cancel the coverage, whether it’d be three years or five years.

I had a claim and they didn't cover what was wrong with my automobile. It had to do with my tires. I was buying new tires about every two years and I couldn't understand why. Finally, I took it to the guy and he went under there. He said something was wearing my tires out and I needed to get that repaired. It was a lot of money so I'm not happy about that. I've been with them several years now and they've taken care of one very small thing.

The first claim I had was for the timing chain and cam phasers on the engine that went out. The second claim was for the front differential for the four-wheel drive. It's pretty easy when I submit claims and I pay 100 bucks. The dealership would take care of everything and it would take a couple of weeks to get the issue fixed. Endurance has always been good to me.

The purchasing of the plan at Endurance was very easy, quick and very cordial. They said that I would have an acceptance and a copy. They would send the contract information within three days after they took payment. It's been over 30 days, and I still have yet to see the contract. That's the only problem I had. By not supplying me with the contract, they didn't give me the opportunity to review it to see if I was gonna continue or if I was gonna shut it down right away. But the gal that I worked with was very good and cordial.

The first claim was quick and easy but the process for the second one was stretched out. The adjusters ended up having to inspect the vehicle twice. It took the shop five days of waiting for Endurance to send the inspectors in total. But they paid for both repairs. Now I have to look at my policy to send them my car rental that I had to have for a week. My policy only covers 150 and it was a $1500 rental.

I used Endurance's website when I first got the warranty and it was easy to understand and access. The policy covers everything on my vehicle, even my key fob. I had one replaced and I got it right away because I paid upfront. Then, I had to file the claim and Endurance sent me a check for it. Filing the claim was easy enough. I thought I was gonna get all this talk and no action when the car actually breaks. But that's not true. They did everything they said. I got two more years with them. So hopefully, I don't jinx this thing.

I dialed the number that I received off the internet, spoke with the customer service rep, explained to him what I had, and they explained what their procedure was, what their warranties covered, what the deductibles were and the guidelines, and made it very simple. Endurance is one of the top warranty companies. During the sign-up process, the lady was really nice and helpful. She explained the policy very well. It covers motor transmission and the bigger items. The warranty would start on the 2009 Chevrolet Malibu after 30 days. The price of the warranty is a little high but it is one of the best warranties. My grandson is very happy with it.

I got a letter from my dealer and they were offering an extended warranty. They give you a while to make up your mind. I bought from Chapman Honda for years so I went ahead and said yes. And then for some reason, I decided to check online and the reviews on it were terrible. Endurance came up as the best one so I went with it. Customer service was great. Their rep explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I was told the plan would be bumper-to-bumper. I hope that's the case.
Endurance worked out great and the process was very easy. It took maybe 10 minutes. Based on what I was told and the fact that it is bumper-to-bumper for everything, go for this warranty. I live in Green Valley, Arizona and there's a place there that I've gone to for things that needed to be done. Out of curiosity I called this place and I told them that I was signing up for Endurance and their guy said, “Oh, we've never had a problem with them.”

People should go to Endurance. They are who you wanna get because everybody else will mess you over. The reps were on it and had an answer for every question I came up with.

I called Endurance and they got me a little plan set up which fit my budget. I could see how some people could say that purchasing a warranty is confusing, but it wasn't really confusing to me. I figured out how to pay it out with the username and password they sent me and everything was cool. Also, the purchase process took 10 minutes because I was sitting, getting my oil changed and I got it done before I got the oil change done.

When I needed towing a couple of times, Endurance got somebody to me very quickly. One time, it was one of the fuel lines that broke on my car. They got my car loaded up onto the truck. They had to take it to Pensacola because that's where the Cooper dealer is, and they had no problem doing it. They came back, got me and took me back to it, so I was quite happy with it. I also got a Toyota RAV4 XLE. It's used, and it's got a lifetime warranty on the engine and the drivetrain through the dealer that I got it from. Now, I have Endurance covering the rest of the car. I've had a couple of their competitors call me, and as soon as they find out I got Endurance, they hung up on me. That means they don't think they can handle any better or more price-worthy. The only problem I had with Endurance was I couldn't understand the person that was talking to me one time.

My experience was a little bit shaky at first because I had nothing. It would take 48 hours before they’d send me anything in an email. Also, I never could get ahold of the rep again when I was calling to find out where the stuff was but I got billed for the policy, so I knew I must have it. I never received any paperwork on it, just an email. But other than that, I haven't had any problems.

The setup was all done over the phone and it took 10 minutes. They explained the policy pretty well. It's full coverage and it pretty much covers everything. I read the whole policy and I've also read some negative things online from some of their customers about certain things that weren't covered where it was spelled out in the policy. But there's bias and two sides to that story so I took it with a grain of salt.

Endurance has a lot better reviews than the company I was with and they seemed to be a more responsive company so I switched. The first rep I talked to was excellent and she sounded like she had my interest at heart. She was the reason that I called back but then when I called back, I talked to her boss and he went up on the price. There was some type of added cost. He came across as a used car salesman to me and he tried to charge us more for roadside assistance but the first rep had already included that.

I went online, put an inquiry in, and within minutes, somebody from Endurance called me on the phone and went over the whole policy and what I was getting. I felt good about the whole process and I felt that the reps I talked to understood what I was asking about. I wanted as much coverage as I could get and I think I got as much coverage as I could get. It's pretty much bumper-to-bumper. I’d tell others that if they're looking to sign up for a warranty program, they should do what I did and I’d tell them how easy it was to sign up with Endurance.

I found that Endurance was rated top in West Virginia and my contact with customer service has proven this to be true! Although my car has around 14,000 miles and is in excellent condition, I feel comfortable knowing I have a service that will keep it that way! I thank you.

I have a five-year new car warranty on a used three-year-old car. Endurance covers practically all wear and tear components especially engine and transmission. I've finished payments over two years but have three more of coverage. Not all components are 100% of cost but it helps offset a bit. Endurance supports my local mechanic.

I was reluctant to make a claim, thinking it was gonna be hard and difficult. But no, the representative was very helpful and very friendly. It didn’t take too much time out of my life trying to explain what was wrong with the car. I definitely recommend Endurance to anyone who wants Extended Warranty.

It was very easy signing up with Endurance and the gentleman was very nice and easy to work with. He explained it very well. The policy covers pretty much everything except oil changes and tire replacement. He said if something happens, I need a wrecker, to call them first instead of going on my own. It also was a good price for what I was told it would cover.

So far, I enjoy. I like what they say they gonna do and yes, I would recommend you to family friends or whoever need it. I was recommend by my friend so I would recommend you to a friend also. I have not used it all yet, so I don’t know why they probably will be if I would use it. When I called Endurance, the lady that answered was very helpful and she explained everything. I tried with CarShield and the lady wasn't that presentable. But Endurance were very explicit. My warranty with them covers all the main parts of my GMC truck, from transmission to engine to the main expensive parts. If anything else comes up, I will have to call and get their approval, then they'll let me know if they're covered or not. One time, my truck didn't start and I found out later it was the battery and I took care of it. But when I tried to call and call Endurance on a Sunday, they called me back on Monday telling me that they're closed on Sundays. I didn't like that because if you're driving on the weekend and something happens, you can't reach them. But other than that, between them and CarShield, they were $15 cheaper.

The Endurance rep gave me an option of going with some kind of premium plan and the price seemed reasonable, so I accepted. Getting signed up was easy to do. They talk you through everything, and they'd take the payment straight out of your checking account. I'm happy with the overall warranty product and the coverage.

Endurance was supposed to send me a copy of the plan right away. I finally got it, but it took probably a month to get it. It wasn't a big deal other than the guy told me it'd be here within a couple of days and it took me two phone calls to finally get it within a month. Other than that, the customer service has been good. I called and they answered the phone right away.

Endurance's rate is good. The sign-up process was very easy. It took us about 20 minutes. I was impressed with the representative's professionalism and his knowledge. I got a bumper-to-bumper coverage. The problem I have right now is I haven't received any communication from them yet. I was supposed to get my deal in the mail.

I got the premium service, and the coverage satisfied me for what I wanted with the car. The price was doable as well. I'm good with the customer service I received so far. It's just that the vehicle that I had covered was hit while it was parked, and I'm not driving it anymore. In fact, I anticipate Endurance totaling it out because I'm not gonna pay a set amount to fix it. The people had taken the money out of the account after the vehicle got hit. I hadn't notified them so I was fine with that. As soon as I spoke with Endurance, they stopped the automatic payment. I had a special type of coverage, which is called a total loss coverage, and I was happy to hear about that, although I hadn't taken advantage of it.

When I first signed up with Endurance Auto Warranty, it was good. But when I got ready to use it, they kept telling me that it had to be in the motor, not just on the outside of the motor. So, I thought about canceling it, but I let it go. Something else came up, and I still couldn't use it. It was a pan gasket that leaked my oil out, and the mechanics would have to go in and change the fuel injectors and something else, and they said that Endurance would not cover that stuff. But that was my first policy. I just renewed it for a different policy. I hope if something else went wrong with the car, Endurance would pay for it this time. I hope the newer one does better.

I have had Endurance Auto Warranty on two cars. I have never had to file a claim. Having insurance gives me peace of mind because I travel a lot. I keep my cars maintained and have been fortunate to have had no problems. I have insured a 2016 Ford Taurus and a 2019 Lincoln MKZ hybrid.
