Endurance's salesman was aggressive and pushy, but I wanted the warranty so it wasn't a big problem. I had two cars and I signed both of them up. I was satisfied with the price. It was fair and so were the programs. Both of my cars had an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Endurance covered a certain amount of service work such as brakes and oil changes. Most extended warranties do not. I was pleased with that. The second or third time that I took my Camry to the dealer that does my oil changes, the lady there had Endurance's information on file and she automatically called them for approval when any service work was being done on my car.
It turned out that there was a misprint in my VIN and Endurance refused to honor the claim even though they had honored two before that. They ended up canceling my policy and giving me a new one. The new one isn't nearly as good as the one I had before. It eliminated all the service work and programs. Endurance said they gave me a credit. I can't figure out their system. The way it's set up, I pay for either three years or four years. Both of the policies are seven-year ones and the last three years are free.
Endurance said it was my fault that the VIN was wrong. It might have been. But I would think that they put the VIN into a system and see what kind of car they're insuring. That was something that truly annoyed me because I have fewer miles now on this second contract that they wrote and no service agreement. I talked to a lot of people about it. Initially when I called them after the garage said that they had denied the claim, they said, “No, we'll take care of that, but we have to rewrite the policy.” But they refused to take care of it and they put me on to a supervisor and said that what was initially told to me was against the law. I had to start over and I had to drive another thousand miles before it was effective. It was either 30 days or 1,000 miles. The whole thing really upset me.
That one problem was somewhat costly. But I've had quite a few pretty good experiences where Endurance lived up to the way I understood the warranty. There's roadside assistance. Having Endurance provides peace of mind knowing that I'm not gonna have a $2,000, $3,000, or $4,000 surprise. I'm an insurance guy and I've got insurance on everything I can take it on. I'd be ahead of the game if I just paid when something came up.

Endurance treated me real well when I first called them. I asked if I could pay one term thing and it cost me a little over 3,000 bucks, which I was okay with because I was getting peace of mind.

Company doesn't stand by its own rules and guidelines. Met all of criteria for coverage and company still denied the claim. Company is not honest and their representatives are rude. Canceled my account after 3 month. Still waiting for my refund. I wouldn't use this company or recommend it to anyone.

I bought an extended warranty through the dealership. But I didn't like it because I had to go to certain places. I asked my mechanic which one that they used and they told me Endurance. I called them and signed up. It's been a year since then. I did a claim for something that had to do with my air conditioning. I wasn't expecting it to be covered but it was. I didn't have to do anything as my mechanic did that. My vehicle was gone for two days. I'm pretty satisfied with Endurance. I passed on to others what my mechanic told me that it was easier for them to deal with Endurance than anybody else.

It's very important to have a warranty because things are just so high. I called Endurance on the phone and I was very pleased with customer service. My experience has been good. I wanted something that would cover as much as possible. I ended up buying what they offered. I would tell friends about the signing up and how easy it was. Since I've signed up, it's paid for automatically.

Endurance is a good company. Signing up was very simple. The only thing is my car is mainly garaged. I don't need a service contract. So, I want to cancel the contract. I bought my vehicle second-hand. This was in 2017. I didn't know how it was gonna behave. As it turns out, it doesn't need anything. It's a Jeep Renegade and it's fabulous. It had 44,000 miles on it when I bought it. I wanted to protect it but I'm not traveling. So, I really don't need the contract. One of Endurance's guys was so absurd. He was arguing with me. He said, “I don't think you understand what you're doing.” It was the most absurd conversation I've ever had with somebody. He's not a professional. I said, “I'm canceling this policy.”
Other than that, there's nothing wrong with Endurance. In fact, I've used them already. The most recent repair place I went to was my local guy in New Jersey. It cost me nothing. My brakes were squeaking. I brought the car in. He told me what it was gonna cost and then he called me back and said, "Your brakes are fine." Because of the traveling back and forth, it had picked up gravel in between the pads.

Endurance customer service was very nice, polite, and informative. I had them cover my 2021 Acura. Their rep explained all the details to me. I already had one policy through the company when we bought the Acura. This was just an extended warranty add on to that to make sure I had enough coverage. Always have a warranty. It's like life insurance. You never want to die, but it sure is good to have some life insurance to put your loved ones away if something does happen.
The only problem that I have with Endurance is that $11,000 is a little too much to pay for an extended warranty. I bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and I've never paid that much for a warranty before. The price was ridiculous. The car was $45,000 and the warranty is 25% of the price of the car. That aside, everything else was really good. Their website was very informative and that was what I needed. It's not difficult to understand. Endurance has taken care of me.

I had a claim for my torque converter and the guy at the dealership said that Endurance is a good company. He said normal places always give them a hard time but when they called Endurance, Endurance didn't give them any problems. Also, I did the math and what it cost me for the warranty, I would have paid more if I didn't have the Warranty.

The gal answered all my questions and seemed like she knew the program very well. She did a good job. Cars nowadays, with all these computers and everything in them, you never know. An electrical short could cause a major problem and it's my understanding that Endurance would be right there to take care of the problem and pay for the damage and get it repaired. I've got bumper-to-bumper, excluding oil changes and brake pads, brakes, and normal wear and tear. But roadside assistance came with the warranty.

I was impressed. I called the number and they sent me the information I needed for my review. If I decided to proceed, to just fill out the paperwork and email it back to them. I did and everything was processed within a couple of days. I pay Endurance for three years, but they'll cover me for five years.

The lady with Endurance was knowledgeable on what she was telling me. I was very pleased. If I had questions, she was able to answer them quickly. It made me feel comfortable going with Endurance. I have no regrets in purchasing this. Now I feel like I'm covered well again. The price was bit high but she told me after three years, I don't have to pay that premium each month. I am on autopay and I get an email each month saying the payment is gonna be ready to be withdrawn from my account.

The options are good, but Endurance could be a lot more specific on different things. I saw a commercial yesterday where if you had a sensor out in your seat, they would cover that. But I hadn't seen that being covered with Endurance. Nevertheless, it's a very worthwhile purchase.

I sent a claim for a switch on the bottom of the shifter for transmission, but Endurance didn't cover it because it's not in the specifics. I've done warranty several times and it has paid off at times. Things have gone up in inflation, but I call Endurance a better bargain.

The person I dealt with explained everything quite to my satisfaction. I had an experience where the vehicle that I had before was totaled in a wreck and Endurance gave me $1,000 towards shopping for a new one. I have a pickup truck and we have a travel trailer and I like the idea that no matter where I am, I can have my vehicles towed to the closest place that can fix them. One of my cars had 103,000 miles on it and yet they insured it. They completely covered it as if it was brand-new. I'm satisfied with them.

Everything has been great so far. I got the total package and I have two vehicles covered with them. The warranty doesn't include maintenance but it covers everything else. I had to have an air conditioning compressor and a sunroof folder replaced. I just paid my $100 deductible.

My experience with Endurance has been great. My AC unit compressor went out and I told Jim Glover that I had Endurance and they called that they would take care of it. So, I just paid my deductible. The AC has been working fine since. I also had a battery that went down and I called Endurance. They sent someone out to jump in and it didn't take long at all. I like the reliability with having Endurance and dealing with a place that I always take my car in and not in three different places.

Signing up was very easy. The rep explained everything and it was very thorough. The warranty provides roadside assistance and a rental car. If I run out of gas, they will fill my tank up. I've been telling everybody at my job how cheap Endurance is and what it covers. I tell them it covers my key fob too. My engine light came on and they fixed it with no challenges. I had to pay no deductible. I'm a happy customer.

I'm very disappointed with Endurance. I needed two repairs on my car (the bearing and the shocks) and I filed a claim with them last month, but supposedly, the plan that I was on didn't cover those two items. When I got the policy, they didn't tell me that the plan they were selling doesn't cover this versus the other. They didn't give me the option to pick, but I guess that's how they play their games. "Well, this stuff is probably already damaged and needs to be repaired. So we're not gonna cover that on this plan."
The reps need more training as well. When I went to my dealership to get my car repaired, I called and somebody told me one thing. When my dealership called, somebody told them a different thing. I called even before I went to the dealership, and I told the girl what I was told I needed to have done. Apparently, she couldn't determine from what I was telling her what plan it was on and if it was covered. I didn't even know they had two separate plans. I had to pay out of my own pocket the dealership price when I could have gotten it done cheaper somewhere else if I'd have known they didn't cover it. I've been busy, but I'm still pissed, and I'm about to drop Endurance.

After researching, I found out that Endurance was the carrier for many other companies under different names. I signed up and it went fine. The coverage was adequate for what I needed, and the service has been fine as well. We've had to use the warranty once, and it was quick and efficient. The dealer took care of it, and it was covered. Endurance is doing what it needs to do, and it's the direct underwriter. People aren't going through somebody else to get through Endurance.

Signup was good. The only complaint that I have is I wasn't told about the different levels of coverage that Endurance offers. The lower one was the only one that I was offered, and I paid monthly, then eventually, I paid it off in full. I have basic coverage, and one thing I don't like about it is it doesn't cover any gaskets or seal. I would like to have had better coverage. Still, it's an insurance plan. I've told a couple of people about it and I told them to ask about the different plans when they call.

The reps told us everything we needed to know about the insurance, and we were satisfied. Our policy covers mostly everything, including rentals for up to two weeks. Purchasing an extended auto warranty is a good choice.

Endurance did good when I had my air conditioning system go out. I called them and they gave me a list of shops that they work with. I chose Christian Brothers but they didn't do very well. I'm gonna send a report to Endurance because they don't need to be using Christian Brothers. When I took my vehicle over there for them to install my air conditioning system, they tried to get me to do all this other work. They did an analysis of the car and a lot of the stuff they had on there, my mechanic had already repaired. They tried to tell me my catalytic converter was gone. But my mechanic had already gone through that to get ready for inspection and he cleaned up everything. When I took my vehicle in there to get inspected in July, it passed. So it had no issues. But overall, Endurance did everything they said they would do.

The signup experience was good. I talked to a young lady, and she gave me all the information that I needed. It was very easy. Endurance was up-front with everything, including about the mileage I needed to drive before it came into effect and that I had to wait at least 30 days. Having an extended warranty eases any anxiety I might have about a big bill that I might receive.

I'm very happy with Endurance and I was very satisfied when I used it. Also, I make a monthly payment on it but it doesn't affect my car payment, which is a wonderful thing. It's so much better than buying a warranty when you buy the automobile, in my opinion.

I just show the mechanic the card, and they do everything from there. It has been easy for me. Endurance Auto Warranty gets back to the mechanic quickly. And it's resolved the same day that they called. On my part, there's no paperwork involved. I'm very pleased. I've referred to everybody to get Endurance and insurance like that.

The rep answered all my questions. They have a three-year plan paid for two years so my third year is free. I went with that. It has unlimited mileage. I drive a lot and I don't wanna pay for breakdowns.

The rep was nice. I said, "I haven't checked in anybody else yet." And she explained that Endurance Auto Warranty doesn't have a middle man like most places do. I said, "The price is high because of my age." She asked what my age was and I said I'm gonna be 70. She said I get a discount for that. She got it down to an affordable price for me. So, I signed up with her. She answered all my questions. She said, "You have 30 days to change your mind." In the meantime, I looked into CarShield and a couple of the other ones. And it just seemed good to stay with Endurance. I'm gonna cancel my AAA because Endurance does everything AAA does.
I asked Endurance to send me a monthly bill but they did not. They called me saying, "Your payment is late." I would give them the information over the phone, and the next month it happened again. I said, "You guys are supposed to send me a monthly bill." She said, "That comes from our other office." I said, "You know what? Just screw this. Let's just put it on auto pay. Here's my credit card." I got hacked last night. So, I had to call them today after I got back from the bank and gave them my new card.

It was a very good experience when I signed up with Endurance. They gave me a military discount. I was pretty happy with it. I just used it. But I have to use it again because it wasn't really fixed. I was on the road. I didn't go to a dealer to get it fixed and they put an aftermarket alternator in it. It's not really working that well. But, it wasn't Endurance's fault. Also, the people on the roadside assistance part took forever to verify my account. It was so weird. I gave them everything. But when I called on Monday morning and talked to the regular office, they verified it from my phone.

When I first got Endurance, it was good. But the first time I called them for help, it wasn't that good. I had to go through a lot of changes. A lot of different telephone numbers because they hadn't given me the right number. I was ready to cancel it. The first time I called them, I couldn't get my car started. They gave me a number. I called that number and then they said I called the wrong number. They gave me three numbers before they finally decided that I had reached the right number. Finally, they sent somebody out to jump my car. It was nerve-wracking for me. That was the first time that I dialed a roadside assistance number and it wasn't roadside assistance number. It was not pleasant at all. When I need them, I'd like for them to come and do whatever they have to do. I wouldn't have to wait all day and part of the next day before I get it done.

Endurance offered me a lot more compared to other companies. Their website is also very good. Explains all the services, what is covered, what is not. When I signed up with them, it was very good. Endurance is a good company. They cover a lot on my vehicle. I'd tell others to give them a try. They're worth giving a try. A friend told me about Endurance, too. I had Endurance before on another car that I had a few years ago. When I got this vehicle that I have now, they wanted me to get something when I was getting financed. They chose Endurance again. This is my first time using it in three years since I've had it this time, and it hasn't been pleasant. They didn't want to pay for a new part. They wanted to try to find a part that was used and have it delivered, and I didn't wanna do that. So, I had to come out of my pocket for way more than my deductible. It wasn't hard to submit a claim. It's just hard to get the parts covered completely.

The woman from Endurance who helped me was wonderful. I initially spoke with a guy. He wasn't that great. Later on, I called back and spoke with the wonderful woman. I did a lot of research to see the best companies. I also asked some of the shops, and a lot of them said that Endurance was very responsive, and some of the other ones had a longer wait time and didn't respond quickly. They said it was easier to do claims with Endurance than some of the others. The plan I got was great. I have a fairly new car so I wanted to get everything covered.

I first called another company and it was a whole process that just went kaput. I looked at the Endurance and it was a much better and easier process, and more helpful customer service. The people were friendlier. The price was higher than I wanted to pay, but it was less than anywhere else I have seen. The quote that the rep gave me over the phone was higher and I told him I had been quoted online. He honored the lower price and answered all my questions and sent me all the material that I would need. People should try Endurance. It’s been good for me.

I have a car that I wasn't driving for nine years and it only had 16,000 miles on it. The warranty had long run out and I wanted to start driving it, so I figured it would be good to get a warranty on it. Endurance seemed like they handle everything in-house, which is a big plus. Also, the mechanics that I use here near my house are qualified to do the service and I talked to them and they had had people who had Endurance. They said Endurance paid very well and did very good. I went with them and the person I dealt with was extremely helpful. He got me a discount for being a veteran and for having a low mileage on my car. I was able to get the premium service and everything even though it's a 2014 Mercedes. He went out of his way to try to help me out on the thing.
The only thing is I would like for them to send me a hard copy of the warranty to stick in my file. But I was on their website to pull down the information about the warranty and it was pretty easy to go. Also, my payment was held up for a little bit and it was past the due date. I called them to straighten it out and they said it was no problem. I had 10 days or something like that to make the payment before they charge a late fee.

I was gonna make several inquiries about pricing but the rep said that I wouldn't get this price again if I didn't take it now. I didn’t like that remark. But he was very professional and Endurance is a service I needed or I would not have bought it. After I had taken it, I had 30 days to back out of it and I called a few dealerships and inquired. They seemed to think Endurance was one of the top at taking care of business. I had to place a $100 sensor on a tire the other day when I got my oil changed and I had to pay it on my own. The co-pay was $100 and the thing was just a little over 100. I wouldn't have fooled with it. My car is a Cadillac, so I'm getting my service and stuff done at the Cadillac store. So in case anything happens to it, I can take it there and feel assured that it’s gonna be fixed promptly and correctly. The rep from Endurance said I could go to anybody I wanted to get it fixed.

The process of setting up with Endurance was not hectic at all, which I thought it was. The lady explained everything and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable enough to pick Endurance and they gave me a few extra perks, which none of the other ones will give me. I paid for four years, two and a half years at full price, and then, they said the last year and a half would be no cost if I didn't have a whole bunch of claims. They waived the initial payment which was $300 and I paid under $200 to get everything started right up front. I can pay them online and it's easy. I gotta hook it with my bank and I have the paperwork right here at my job. So, I have all the information I need to send in my money and 120.90 a month for full mechanical problem coverage is great. I am mechanically inclined, too so, I will make sure that everything on my vehicle is good. But to have that coverage reassures me.

Had a refrigerator decide to stop all operation. Made appointment for tech to visit and perform life saving repairs. I was looking for a third-party warranty for my car and I went and researched a little bit on Google. It was a little expensive compared to other warranty companies but they had good reviews. I signed up with them. I filled out a form on the Endurance website and they called me back. They did the first sign-up on the phone. I've called them a couple of times for different things. I talked to customer care a couple of times now about paying the bill and looking at my warranty pamphlet. I just do it on the app on my phone. Once I paid for the coverage, there was a one month waiting period before I could use the warranty and there should be another 1,000 miles from the miles that were on the odometer.
Endurance covers my Jaguar XF 2015. At the time of buying the car, I made a stupid financial decision because Jaguars, Land Rovers, Range Rovers, and Volvos are not that famous cars in the US so their parts are hardly available. Not a lot of repair shops fix them. My coverage with Endurance is not bumper-to-bumper but it covers the most important parts that I need such as electrical, engine, fuel system, and suspension. They even cover maintenance.
I actually talked to eight different warranty companies and some of them didn't cover my car because they put my car in a luxury category. Some warranty companies offer very basic coverage. I was looking for a warranty that also provides me maintenance so that my expenses on the car would be close to zero. Fortunately, Endurance was giving that. They also have three oil changes a year, brake pads replacement, and wiper blades replacement. They have all the roadside assistance requirements like battery service and towing service.
I have filed a claim for repairs with Endurance and that successfully got through. It's for the power window regulator that makes the car windows go up and down. There was some fault in it and it stopped working. I took it to a repair shop and they gave me an estimate of $1,300. I gave them my warranty details and the shop called Endurance. They covered everything except my deductible, which is $100. That was pretty cool because I did not expect that repair to be that expensive. If I was paying out of pocket, that would have been too much.
The car is again in repair for some basic stuff. There's gonna be another claim soon. They're just inspecting it right now. The current problem was something related to the EVAP system or the emission system. Every repair shop I took it to was not willing to do anything. The moment they inspected it, they said they could not touch it. I finally ended up taking it to the dealership, which Endurance will cover. Overall, I've had a good experience.

The first rep I spoke with said, "I will be mailing you something in a week to 10 days." Two weeks later, I still haven't gotten anything. I called back and said, "I wanna cancel this warranty.. You're not doing what you told me you were gonna do." But they put me with somebody else and we talked a while. And I decided to keep the warranty. My experience with them was fine except for the little glitch at the start. It's a pretty good policy.

Signing up with Endurance was very informative. I debated over the 1,000 miles because I don't put a lot of miles on my car but I'm plugging away at those miles. So far, I have over 500 miles on my car, which is unheard of for me. I've had my car for five years and I've only put 20,000 miles on it. Both the ladies that I spoke with were wonderful and encouraged me to take this particular plan because it supposedly is one of the best. They did all the work and everybody was aboveboard. You learn the first time you have an issue. But so far, so good. I have a very good price. I like that I pay for six months and then don't pay for six months.

Endurance was more expensive than I thought it would be. But the customer service reps explained themselves pretty well and why the prices were as they were. My rep did a great job and talked about how I would never be shut down if I had a claim. She was upbeat and confident. She told me that I got the best plan they have. I have a Mercedes-Benz and they said that they would recommend me to take it to the dealer because that's the best place to get service. I like that. They also told me that if I had two claims within the 90-day period, my claims would be honored. So I haven't had any problems. Customer service has been great. I wanted a lower price, but they didn't have anything, so I got what I got.

I told the rep that I just moved to Miami and I'm by myself. I have an older car and I said to him that the least thing I wanted was to be stressed out on the side of the road on the interstate with cars blowing by. He was so concerned and I did not feel that he was trying to make a profit. At first I couldn't his policy at 155. I told him I wanted the service but it was expensive. He broke it down and got the price for me down to 127. With my package, I know I have roadside assistance and I love that. I can also get a rental car while my car is getting fixed. They are there for me in case of any emergency. That is a blessing to me. I also love the fact that if I got a new I car, I can make the policy roll over to it. It's worth paying for the policy even if I don't have any accidents.

I could hear compassion and helpfulness in her voice. I was transferred to James. He started out in a rush. I could not hear concern or compassion. I felt like hanging up. However, I suggested he slow down, so I could write down his suggestions after repeating my concerns. He reminded me of an automobile sales person with the "slam Bam, thank you ma'am approach. He closed me. My monthly payment was lowered. I pray this is a good company, if needed. Have no idea if the CEO is wealthy beyond common sense or even if I am wasting my money.

On one of the hottest days in early September, my AC quit working. When I took my car to the dealer I was thrilled to find out that they accepted Endurance, was able to fix my car as there was something going on with the sensors, but it would take 4 additional hours to fix once they located the problem because of the location of the area. The only thing I was not pleased with was the fact that I had to pay extra due to Endurance having a cap on amount they pay for labor, otherwise, my AC experience quickly cooled down. Thank you.

I like the packages that Endurance Auto Warranty had. They told me what they had and gave me some options. I like the exclusive warranty more than anything. It was a pleasant experience. I had some suspension problems. They covered that. And that was 4,000 that they paid. I had a power window motor that went bad. That was 900. They also paid for that. I had an air compressor go bad and that was 2,000. They also paid for that. They have been good for me. I have peace of mind. And when I have a problem, I don't have to worry about coming out of a lot of money. Because if it's in the warranty plan, they would take care of it. They have been fair to me.

Endurance website is very easy to navigate for new customers. As of this date I have not had a need to use any of the many services Endurance offers. However, main reason for choosing Endurance was the car dealership that services my car accepts Endurance unlike another leading extended warranty company that stopped paying for auto repairs performed.

Endurance is the warranty co. I would recommend to any of my friends. They have covered everything that has been fixed on our RAV4 Just $100.00. out of our pocket and Endurance takes care of the rest. The gal from Endurance that I talked to was great. She went through everything and I decided to cancel my warranty with my other company and go through Endurance. I was impressed with her knowledge of the policies and what they offer and her willingness to work with me. I was frustrated with the fact that I didn't know what I got myself into with that other warranty. She helped talk me through the process of canceling that warranty and what I had to go through, and then signing up with Endurance. She humanized the whole process. She was very kind and she did a good job of explaining it to me.
I was very impressed with the coverage that Endurance has and what they offer, and I feel like I'm covered and I have everything I need. They're a little bit more pricey than the other one that I had, but it covers more. The sign-up process was easy as well. It was a little lengthy, but you have to be thorough with all the information. I've spoken with two people at Endurance when I've had questions and both of them have been great to work with. I had a little trouble with the app, as far as if I wanted to print off the policy, but I think that's because I have an iPhone and that's more of an iPhone issue.

Anytime I need work on my car I know Endurance is there. They almost rebuilt my 2011 Dodge Caravan and now on my 2018 Hyundai Tuscon. Without them I would have probably junked my Caravan, with low payments for bumper-to-bumper coverage I would be crazy not to have it on every vehicle I purchase.

Took it to a reputable mechanic.. Also, the dealership takes this warranty I called there before I even got endurance.. Air conditioning job was only $100 out of pocket and everything is working great now. It was a $2,000 job. It's a pretty reasonable plan and for those costly things that happen to an older car, I think it's well worth it.

To Whom it may concern. We have had Endurance Ins. for my Nissan Murano for about a year or so. So I took my car for a oil change and then my husband emailed my invoice to Endurance for a reimbursement because we paid for it on our own but, was later told we have have our mechanic shop to contact Endurance before the service was done, but thank God still took care of the cost and more for us. I only had the car for 9 months, but during that time I had an AC failure, and they processed the claim immediately and called me to clarify what they were and were not covering. Just felt like they were doing the right thing. It was also easy to cancel the coverage when I sold the car.

For peace of mind, I decided to get the premium warranty for my Mercedes S class, thinking I probably would not need it. Well, within 2 months I found issues with my car that could not be foreseen. (Air suspension, Seating issues, and steering column issues) I was very happy they paid the majority of the repairs quoted by my technician and what was approved by Endurance. Very much worth the monthly cost.

Endurance has been very good. I've talked to some mechanics and they said that was one of the better ones to deal with. I'm very satisfied signing up with them. I had a couple of instances where I wasn't very happy, but it's my fault for not reading. There are some things that they wouldn't cover. But they came in good this year. They've covered a transmission and an air conditioning system.

Signing up was quick and easy. The rep gave me a lot of information and made everything nice and clear. It was my first time getting an after-market warranty so he did a lot of explaining on what type of packages I was looking for. He explained that I will be out-of-pocket first by $100 and my claim would go to the insurance adjuster. I have the Elite coverage which covers suspension, the engine and transmission. It also covers ball joints to keep the wheels intact. It matches or is even better than my factory warranty. Purchase this warranty as soon as your warranty is up at the factory.

My sister-in-law told me about Endurance and I've been seeing it advertised on the television. They were pretty reasonable. I signed up with them and their rep was very pleasant. The price could have been better but she explained to me that I have a pretty good coverage. I like my car and I wanna keep it for a long time. I'm currently having it diagnosed. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and reasonable with me yesterday when I told her what I had to do like bringing the car to the shop. She let me know there was no problem and to bring it to the mechanic that I chose to. And if I have to pay for the diagnosis, Endurance would reimburse me. Customer service is really good. I tell all people about this warranty. So far, it is pretty good.

They will find a way to say ‘NO’. They will always say… is it related to existing conditions. They denied my claim every time and took almost $1K. Bad business service. They will also charge a high monthly payment for first 24 months.

I liked Endurance Auto Warranty's package and with the rate. It covers anything with the engine, the transmission, brakes. I have free oil changes, roadside assistance, rental if need be, if anything major is being done to the car. Those are my main things, the brakes, transmission, the engine, anything of that nature, it will be covered.
The rep sounded like he enjoyed his job. He was knowledgeable about what he was talking about, and sold me. Easy process. He told me that before my coverage, it would be 30 days after I purchased the policy before my coverage starts, which has passed. He also said that I would pay $100 deductible on any of the work that would be done to the car. Hw said everything that I wanted him to say. He hit on all the good points in my brain. He was very thorough about what he told me.

When I signed up with Endurance, I thought I was getting a good deal. But I felt like some information was left out during that communication before I signed up. They put me on automatic pay, which I was not made aware of. Then they told me that I could file a claim after my 30-day waiting period. They didn't tell me I had to drive 1,000 miles also. I had a problem with my car and then tried to file a claim. When my mechanic talked to Endurance, they said, "He has not reached 1,000 miles, so we cannot honor his claim."

I have an old car and I know eventually it's gonna start breaking down on me. I knew that Endurance would help with covering major repairs and things of that nature. When I signed up with them, it was quick and easy. The person that was giving me the quote made it easy to answer all the questions that I had. The rep also told me how they covered most engine problems. The rep went through all the things that they cover, engine repair and other repairs. The rep also told me that I need to make sure I tell them the mileage and any problems that I'm already having that's already occurring, because they don't fix anything that's already broken.

The person I talked to explained everything wonderfully. He was very informative. I like the fact that Endurance has more mileage than most companies do. I asked, "What if we sell it? Do we still have to pay this?" He explained that we could transfer it or we could stop paying on it and get a different one. We didn't have to keep the warranty. So far, the monthly payment's been affordable. On the first year, there's roadside service and $150 per tire. If the car is totaled, there's $1,000 towards vehicle replacement. I also have the app on my phone and I'm all about that. I've already told my mom and my daughter to get Endurance on their cars.do.

I was at the dealership one day and the guy told me that I should look at Endurance. I signed up with them and they all worked with me. My main thing was how much it was gonna cost and if I could afford payment. I wanted to make sure I was covered with the engine, suspension, and the whole nine yards. The rep sounded like a pretty good guy and he knew what he was talking about. I work on cars when I have the time so I knew he wasn't jacking me.
I deal with the dealership and not backyard mechanics. I wanna make sure that I'm covered and that whatever work they do is gonna be done right. I had CarShield before but when I needed something done, there was no dealership on CarShield. With Endurance, the Nissan dealership accepts them and that's the main reason I went with this warranty. My only thing with Endurance is I’ve been asking them to mail me a copy of their policy instead of emailing it to me. I want to read over the policy.

We settled on a choice at CarMax and I asked for details on the service package. Then, it occurred to me that since I'm an AAA member, I should call them. They have a relationship with Endurance and they referred me. I had a great experience. And even when I explained to the people at CarMax what I got from Endurance, they said they couldn't match it. The whole enrollment process with Endurance was very thorough and detailed. All my questions were answered and was very collaborative and I'm happy with the coverage I got. I had follow-up questions and Endurance was always there for me. One time, my person wasn't available for a couple of days and they explained that she had taken some time off. Everyone's entitled to that.
I have a 2018 Acura MDX and high mileage. So we went with a five-year protection plan. It's a very thorough coverage, except on consumables, like tires and brake pads. And because I'm a AAA member and there's a service center near me, I can leverage its towing. I can ride a bus home. I'll get a guarantee on all of the repairs from AAA though I'm sure Endurance would also. But the combination of AAA and Endurance, if you live near a AAA service center as I do, is unbeatable.
People don't take into consideration getting their vehicle serviced and what that means. If I had had to take this vehicle to CarMax, it would have been a much longer drive. I'd have to have a ride back, or I'd have to stay there all day. But having an authorized servicer in my area, whom I already had a relationship with that was very nearby, it's hard to put a price on that. I love the coverage and when I got down to comparing item by item the plan I chose and the highest level plan, I found that the advantages of the higher level plan didn't offset its cost. That was based on having the AAA relationship and the service options available and various discount sales. These things are expensive but it's five years of coverage. I paid for it all upfront and saved $400.

I'm incredibly frustrated and disappointed with this company. I cancelled my policy back on May 10, 2023. I followed their specific instructions. I had my letter of cancellation notarized, as they requested and sent it to them. I was told by the company that I would be receiving money back since I hadn't had any claims. It was a good amount of money that I would be receiving.
As of today, Friday, September 8, 2023, I still haven't received a dime from them. On top of this I've contacted them numerous times over the four month period. Their customer service is terrible. I've lost count of how many times I've called them asking them to give me information about the check I haven't received from them. No one has followed up with me from the company. No one from the company has called, emailed, or sent a text apologizing for their non-communication. I have wasted so much time and energy on this.
I've never been in a position where I've wanted to report a company to the Better Business Bureau, but I feel like I should. Potential clients need to be warned about this company that boasts about their excellent customer care. It's a scam and I'm so frustrated and disappointed with this entire experience. Please seriously consider my review before you sign up with Endurance. They are not a company that cares about providing quality customer care. They are the worst! Be warned. Dan G

I was surprised by Endurance’s rates. What I was quoted was a good price because I'm only paying about 169, and I have the Diamond package. My deductible is $100. I have towing benefit and trip interruptions, roadside service, and rental benefit. I just got service on my Jeep, and I have another issue with my car. The engine light did also come back on right after that initial service which Endurance was able to cover, which was a starter. I only had to pay for labor. Now with this next engine light, I spoke to the tech the day before I left the lot and told him that I was worried if it were to come back on. When they handed me over my keys, I saw that the engine light was still on. He allowed me to reset my car. He told me he couldn't do it himself, so he asked if it was okay for me to give him permission. He did it. It was fine for two days, and then it came back on. I asked for another appointment for a diagnostic.

Endurance had very knowledgeable and helpful reps. I was concerned about how long would it take for the warranty to take effect and what was not covered, and they told me that I had to at least have 1,000 miles before it would become active, to make sure that there were no problems with the automobile. They also told me that the coverage lasts as long as you pay for your coverage. It's a five-year plan, then you renew. When I had a $4,000 issue with one of my former vehicles, Endurance covered the entire balance except for $100. They handled my claim very well and if somebody asked me about Endurance, I would tell them that they are a good company.

I had Endurance before, and I just reupped my policy. The rep informed me how much to pay per month, the deductible if I take it to Toyota and what the policy covers. The coverage is good, but they never sent me an email so I can pay them. Besides that, having Endurance will help me out if my car gets messed up. I've never done a claim, but my window on the other side doesn't work, so as soon as I get the package and card, I'm gonna take my car in and see how it works.

Endurance had more coverage and better pricing. The first time I called, I talked to an individual. I was just calling to get information. It was basically a fact-finding mission. It was during the second call that I signed up based on what I had gotten from the first call and also from going on to their website and looking at the coverage that they offer. The sign-up process was simple. They asked me all the right questions and I gave them the information that they needed. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. Customer service was very friendly and courteous. They were trying to get as much information as they could so they could tailor a plan for what I needed. They were very attentive to what I was requesting in that type of situation. They went above and beyond as far as their service.
I have a 2016 GMC Canyon pickup truck and Endurance pretty much covers the engine, transmission, and electrical systems. It's just some of the stuff that could possibly go wrong after having a vehicle like mine for so many years. There was a 30-day waiting period for the policy to start. If you're looking to purchase a warranty for your vehicle, do your research and make sure you're selecting the right company. Make sure that the coverage that you need is available. Make sure it's affordable and it fits your budget. Make sure that you're very knowledgeable about what the company provides.

The sign-up experience with Endurance was good and easy. I liked it and I’d give it an A-plus as well as the rep. I just wanted better coverage than the insurance I had on my truck and she explained to me what they cover and it was the perfect coverage right there. My truck broke down and I called a tow company which charged me $260 to tow my truck. I had Endurance but I didn't know that they did that at the time so I ended up paying all that money. I have to call Endurance today because my truck was in the shop and I just got it out last week and I got to send them the paperwork showing them how much it was. I have two friends who I'm trying to go with Endurance. I'm explaining to them how it works to the best of my knowledge. I was talking to them last night and they said that when they get off work, they want to talk to me more about it.

The rep was great when I was setting up the program with Endurance. I explained that I already have an extended warranty that I was paying for at that time and he was explaining and giving me the other options that came along with Endurance if something goes wrong with the car. I'm only gonna have to pay the $100 fee and everything else was fully warrantied and covered, which was awesome because my other one was just extending my warranty and wasn't covering anything else. He got my mileage down and Endurance gave me through 2028. It was a much better extended warranty than what I was already paying for. He set me up with one of the better ones because they were running a special, which was why I was locked into the price of only 134 for everything.
You always end up paying for something separate if you lock yourself out of your car, you need a tow or any type of roadside assistance, and all that are included. I've never had to use roadside assistance but you never know. I have locked myself out one time out of my car. So, I had to call the locksmith to come out and open my car for me at one time and that wasn't too fun. The price was good as well. I love it. You can't beat it. Extended warranties are expensive so, I got a good deal. I've only gone on the website once and checked but it gave me all my info and showed me everything I had with my coverage.

The process to get Endurance was very good. It was easy. They explained everything to me. Their rep was good. I love good customer service. He told me my policy covers everything. It's just that it doesn't cover regular maintenance. I have three cars and I have three different policies. I have a Ford Fusion, a Journey, and a Nissan. As far as the price of the warranty, it's not expensive. It's not too cheap. It's just right. The only thing is I asked them to send me some paper policy, and I never got it.

I started having transmission problems within 20,000 miles into my warranty. They paid the full price to replace the transmission. They sent a claims adjuster to the dealership and he approved the claim. I purchased my plan for another 100,000 miles or 5 years. I paid $3600 and they paid over $5800 for my new transmission. I'm very pleased with the handling of my claim.

The last time I had an oil change on my vehicle I was charged for it when it should have been free. According to my plan I am entitled to three free oil changes. I've been a customer for less than a year. This was my first claim and it occurred literally in the middle of a Hurricane Warning. The work had been previously scheduled with the dealer and the Endurance adjusters were able to get a "virtual" inspection in order to get the repairs completed. Despite the weather conditions, the job was finished within 24 hours. All things considered, excellent service!

Great car extended warranty- investment all around. Plan on using 13 Elantra as long as possible meaning maintenance is vital. As of 9/23 have recouped approximately 50% Endurance investment via their paid claims and benefits. Compared to other auto extended warranty companies, Endurance ranks the top in customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for extended vehicle coverage.

In August 2022 my family and I were out of town and I heard a noise coming from the transmission area of my truck. I went to a local dealership in that city and they said it was the flywheel but, I could make it back home. After getting home and taking my truck to my local dealership and they did a thorough inspection of the transmission. The dealership said that I need a new transmission and they would contact Endurance. About three days had gone by and Endurance contacted me and said that the transmission was covered and for me to pay my copay and they would handle the repairs. The total was about $6000 and I have no complaints. Thank you Endurance for the transmission and the discounts on oil changes and wiper blades. Endurance is the best and keep up the great work. A. **

Fortunately, I have had no reason to contact Endurance since I signed up initially. The person I spoke to was the kindest, friendliest person I have ever spoken to when discussing insurance! She reviewed everything and I felt comfortable with going with Endurance for an extended warranty on my 2014 Subaru Legacy. I won't even go into the rude person I had spoken to previously when calling another carrier. Going online to see who was rated the number one carrier was the best thing I ever did. That search led me to Endurance!

Was recommended by my Chevrolet dealer over other big-name providers. As told this company is more reliable and easier to navigate by the repair providers to get approved for service. Using the Endurance Extended Warranty for the first time was a learning curve for me. But now I know how the process works, it should be easier the next time. I was disappointed that the running board motors are not covered. They are part of the original accessories. As an original accessory, the running board motor should be covered.

I had a great experience. Went in for a routine oil and filter change and Endurance paid $50 towards the change. Also was informed my battery and windshield wipers were bad and Endurance paid $100 towards a new battery and $20 towards new wipers. Claim process is as easy as it gets. All I had to do was inform the tech I had an Endurance policy and gave him the policy info and they handled the rest.

I called this guy and he said he would get me a quote. It was interesting because the factory warranty had just run out. So, I said I needed to get covered and I needed the best he could get me for the best price. He called back and took the information and got the description of my car. The next thing I knew, I got an email and the warranty was on.
The only thing I've had since I had Endurance was oil maintenance and they covered it because they cover two a year. Then a week ago, for the first time, I had to get my brakes done and I was surprised. I always go to the same place for my service. They called Endurance, which covered 140 bucks for the brakes. I had to do the remainder of 428 bucks. I know different parts are tricky on their warranty and it's weird they didn’t cover this part of the brake and not that part. But other than that, I'm good because it was a blessing to get that 140 off and I was able to get the 428. So, that's all that matters. I got my car. They did both my front brakes and the mechanic said the back is good for another six months. I like to keep my car maintenance. He tells me what I need to do and that's what I do.
The customer service with Endurance is good. Every time I call in and make a payment, they're right there and get it done. The coverage is good because from asking a couple of times, there's a lot of stuff that's covered that is very important to keep your car running. If you stop, it’d be your loss if there’s something that breaks down. So, I don't even entertain that. I just stay on top of it every month.

The rep was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and friendly when I signed up. It was a good conversation. He gave me a ton of information and he also provided me with some discounts that were obviously of interest to me. On my maiden voyage with Endurance, I had several interactions with them. I had the oil change at a location that did not work directly with Endurance for the payment of that so I had to submit my receipts for reimbursement. The date of that service was July 7th and I spoke to them on not less than five occasions about the reimbursement.
I spoke to them on 7/13 as well as on a phone call a day after that. I spoke with them on 8/8 and 8/22 and I was told that the check was mailed on 8/18. I still have not gotten it, which is 12 days I still haven't gotten the check. I spoke with a customer service representative and I told her what my experience was. She didn’t ask if she could help me or offer to get somebody to help me get that problem solved. She just thanked me and said goodbye. So, I'm not feeling good about it. But I need the coverage so, I'm between a rock and a hard spot. Endurance hasn't performed as they said they would at this point.

The rep was good, and the signup went smoothly. I got the best package that Endurance offers, and the perks include roadside assistance. I've owned several cars and had several break down. I've had to pay for several out of my pocket, so I know and understand how expensive that could be. To have coverage where I am covered and I just pay a deposit, I can’t beat that.

My rep was awesome. He explained everything and he knew what I wanted to hear as far as coverage. The covered car is a Prius and the issue was on the brake actuator. That's an expensive part and having that installed would have come out to be $4,000. When I told the dealership about Endurance, they knew how to handle the procedure. They just had my car to two days and they fixed it. I recommend Endurance. The warranty is definitely worth it. They came through.

As soon as I had an issue and my warranty was in effect, I was able to take my vehicle to the dealership. Endurance fixed more stuff on my car than I paid for the warranty. It's worth it whatever the cost is. You can enjoy having and driving your vehicle without worrying about it breaking. You can even take it on road trips and stuff and not worry about having to take a mortgage out on your house if something goes wrong with it.

My policy covers the main stuff in my engine. I already had to use it on my Sedona and they took care of my claim with no problems. There was jerking in the transmission after I had 50,000 miles on it. The dealership put in a new transmission and it cost me 100 bucks. The price of the warranty was certainly worth it for me because the transmission would have cost more than that. It took too long but that was more on the dealership and them getting what they needed more than Endurance. They stepped up pretty quick.
Also, they have all kinds of perks I couldn't even name them all. I've called a tow truck once and they have that on the policy. They also have free oil changes too. Everything I need to know is in the app. It's very user-friendly.

2. The tow customer service sucks. They don’t understand once you give contract number you should pull up all services and there is more to say, not enough space here.
