I've used CarShield for years. But I was convinced Endurance was the better product from what I read. Also, the cost of the Endurance covered more than the same cost for CarShield. Their plan options are very good, too. There were four of them. You can move about the plan options, you're not tied into one until that one ends. Their signup was a standard process. You buy a policy and then you wait for 30 days. I'm only 30 days into it. Their customer service has been wonderful. They explained that to me, and it made me feel better about having to wait. Because when I first signed up for CarShield years ago, I didn't have to do that. And I thought, "Why do you have to do that?" And they were very nice about it. Everything was good so far.

Endurance sent me something a few months ago and I decided to call because I got three cars. I got one that's newer and one that I could do a lot of work to. But the build of the car now is compact and I don't wanna fool with it. Just in case anything happens to it, I won't have to come out of my pocket with a whole lot of money that I don't have. Signing up with Endurance was great. Everything that the rep was telling me sounded good. It was a wonderful experience and easy as one, two, three. It didn't take me 15 minutes and the rep came up with a good price. I also asked him if there was a senior citizen discount and he said yes. And I got another discount off of it. So, it's great for me and my friends, and people around my age. Everything went well and I'm just waiting to see if something happens. I wanna know how that experience goes.

We were buying a couple of very expensive used vehicles and and I didn't want any surprises. So, we were searching around for a good extended warranty. We liked the pricing, coverage, and customer service of Endurance. So, we signed up with them. The reps I talked to were very knowledgeable. They asked me a lot of questions to see what I was looking for and they found a plan that would suit our coverages. We have two different plans with them. One is for 60,000 miles and the other one is for four years to 198,000 miles.

They said the policies would take effect 30 days after we purchased the vehicles. They also told me that they would provide a rental if the car needed repair in the shop. They'd provide the roadside assistance as well and they would give you another key fob if you needed a key fob. Of course, none of the maintenance things like brakes or tires are covered. But the main electrical components, engine, transmission, rear end, and other expensive stuff are covered. As long as we maintain the manufacturer’s maintenance recommendations on the vehicle, they would cover the works on them.

I’ve had no trouble with my car and I do oil changes every three months so it’s been fine. I still have all the original parts except for my front windshield. But the car is 10 years old and I was afraid that, being metal, something would eventually need to be repaired. My brother always told me I could trust ConsumerAffairs and Endurance seemed to have had a good rating then. The reps were very good in getting everything set up and explained things to me. I was impressed with the way they helped me. They understood. My only thing is, it's a month and 1,000 miles. The month is not a problem. But I'm gonna have to drive my car around my neighborhood a million times for the 1,000 miles.

I have full coverage. The rep said bumper-to-bumper because I told them I don't have anyone that can work on it and nothing's been done on it. When my husband and I bought it, it only had 13,000 miles on it and I've had it long enough to pay it off. We've had it about a year before he passed away. So, it's been a good car and it can be a good car as long as I take care of it. But if something major happens, I wouldn't have the money to repair it and I wouldn't have anyone to repair it. I'm on a fixed income. I wouldn't be able to fix my car if something happened to it. Sometimes it seems high but for the coverage I get, it's a good price.

I've been telling friends signing up with Endurance was easy to do. Since most of my friends have a car around the same age as mine, I said that if they could afford it, I would do it. Some of them have sons or husbands who can help. I don't have a husband that can work on my car. I have grandsons that could but won't. So, I said okay. It was very easy to tell Endurance what I needed, why I needed it, and for them to help me.

I had to lower my car payments, so I bought a less expensive car. Unfortunately, the warranty is coming up on that car in January. Aside from that, my wife and I live on Social Security, and she has huge medical bills which keep on mounting up. So, I had to lower our monthly cost. I tried going through my dealership to get an extended warranty and they told me I had to pay it off within one year, which would be over $500 a month and I couldn't afford that. I checked around and Endurance seemed to be a company I could afford for the present time. So, I called them up and their payments were in line with what we can afford.

Before we even got started, they ran down a list of things that the car was insured with, things that they would take care of in case of a problem. And it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. Then we started talking about the monthly cost and how many months I'd be paying, which is approximately 30 months, and I'd be still be insured for five years. So, that seemed to be okay. He answered all my questions and I made up my mind that they were my best choice. They said the policy would be activated one month from the date that I signed up and I'm assuming that that is customary with all plans. Everything went very well with my sign-up. I was prepared to answer all the questions and I had questions of my own. They answered them for me. But I found the process to be a little bit lengthy. There were things that they were asking me or we were talking about that just kept lengthening it. Other than that, I'm now paying $100 less a month.

Extended warranties are important because you can't afford new vehicles nowadays. You have to buy a used one and used vehicles tend to break down after a few years. I'm subscribed to ConsumerAffairs and I found Endurance on their website. Then, I talked to a representative and he explained everything thoroughly. The contract is pretty much self-explanatory and he verbatim read the policy to me. He told me my coverage was for 60 months, that it would cost me X amount of dollars over a 30-month period, and that there was a perk for a year at no cost to me. There's rental vehicle coverage and if I lose a key fob, there's replacement. The price was reasonable, too.

Spent 5k for an extended warranty on my used truck. Long story short, they use NADA trade in values to determine value of your vehicle (lowest possible value) and regardless of how much you spent on the policy, they will cover only up to that amount. Sales guys will never explain that part to you. I spent 5k on $2400 in covered repairs. Asked for a refund and I am supposed to getting $200 as a refund. They won't cover repairs regardless of my truck being in the mileage and timeframe of the contract and kept $2200 of my money. Total scam for anyone with a used vehicle. STAY AWAY!

First time using warranty after paying on it for about two years. Not a good experience. My car is leaking oil. I was able to get it to the shop I wanted to repair it. I had to make a total of 3 calls. I was assured my policy showed active. The dealership called. Was told it was inactive. I had to call again. The rep I spoke to told me there was a glitch in the system then she asked me what was wrong with my car and where I want to take it. I told her where it was. She told me just because it's the dealership doesn't mean it's the best mechanics. They raise the price and she went on this whole spiel about how much the part should cost and labor and how the dealership is gonna double that price and recommend things I don't need.

She told me I should take my car to an affordable shop. I told her with the oil leak I didn't want to risk ruining my engine driving it somewhere else. I can't make this up. She told me she can tell me how to check the oil. She told me to pick up a quart of oil and just check it to make sure my car won't run out of oil. I asked her why would I do that when I have it at the repair shop I want to fix my car then she started to try to shame me for wanting to stick with a dealership.

I'm already stressed about my car being broke down. It seems like they are trying to find any reason not to pay. She called the dealership on conference, asked them how much oil was in my car. He told them with the leak it was like a quarter short. She kept asking him if he was sure that was accurate. It was a whole nightmare and if they play with me and don't cover this job I'm canceling this contract. It's not worth the hassle. I did have to callback again because when the dealership called them again my account was inactive. I spoke to Roneisha. She got the glitch taken care of and now I can file my claim. Just waiting now to see what excuses will be used to not approve it.

So, I studied and read a little bit. I said I would call and see what type of information they could offer me that might help and save me even though the policy that I had previously was a little bit more affordable. This one's a little bit higher. The sales agent was very courteous and had good customer service skills. He explained everything and told me that I could start my policy. They have my policy in a computer so that at a certain date, it'll take the payment off and I'll be starting my coverage. Some of the things that were covered by my old policy were covered under this policy, too. So, I need to see and I’m waiting for the booklet. I hope Endurance covers a couple of more items.

We have a 2018 Ford Explorer with 122,000 miles on it and we had an extended warranty when we bought that car, but it ran out at 100,000 miles. We love our car and there are no issues with it at all. So, we decided to find another extended warranty. We've seen some of the commercials for Endurance and I had also looked at reviews and they were good. There were some other companies that weren't that good so we decided to call Endurance. We enjoyed talking with the gentleman very much. He was very plain and well-spoken. He was never pushy. He didn't try to sell me something I did not want or need. He was very personable and explained everything very well. He even told us the options for payment. So, the whole experience was very good and we decided to sign up right then and there.

We live in Texas right now but we are in the process of moving to Wisconsin. We go from Texas to Wisconsin about four times a year and that's quite a few miles. It’s why the car has 122,000 miles on it. Once we get moved up there, we'll be close to family and we will not be driving back down to Texas. So, our mileage is going to go down greatly. So, everything seemed to fit. The coverage would be appropriate for where our vehicle is and where we are. It was exactly kind of what we needed and expected for a vehicle with over 100,000 miles on it. The price that the rep explained to us was reasonable. It wasn't outrageous so it didn't seem like a problem.

I have a Dodge diesel pickup that I drive a lot of freeway miles and I was concerned about the mileage on it. It's a great truck, but I just wanted to make sure I was covered if I had any issues with it. Cars and trucks are expensive today. So far, it's been a great experience. I didn't wanna spend $300 a month so the policy that I have covers drastic things, engine, transmission, and special electric things is fine with me. For what Endurance covers, it's well worth the money.

I've had Endurance for almost a year and I went in to increase my mileage but I found out they charged me for both the old plan and the new plan. When I talked to somebody who knew what they were talking about and wasn’t just a salesman, she explained the best way to do it where I would get the most for my money. So, we kept the old plan until I get close to the higher mileage and then we'll buy the new plan instead of losing out on two years of my old plan and starting another plan. It's like I have never used it.

The lady I talked to about fixing the mistake was excellent. If I had any friends and she could help them, she'd be the one I would refer to because she knew her stuff and was concerned with getting the right program for the customer. The second rep could have been better because he made a mistake that cost me double the money. I have a warranty up on there for five years and they told me that it covers transmission, battery, brakes, flats, and oil changes. But now, I need to ask them some questions. I had a accident and my car is down at home right now. I'm waiting on my insurance to call me and tell me they’ll come and get my car. I also got to have my battery charged up on the car now. I got to take it to a body shop and I know that Endurance doesn't do that.

The rep I talked to knew about my previous warranty with them and he asked me a few questions about the new vehicle that I have, which is not a new vehicle. It's just a vehicle I bought because it was offered to me. The coverage is good. It covers engine transmission, electrical, and air conditioning, which is the most important parts of the car. The price is a little high but you just have to take what you get. It's nothing to argue about. If your car is newer, then you probably would fight for more stuff. But my car is 14 years old and I'm just happy I got the coverage in case something goes wrong.

I chose Endurance Auto Warranty because after talking with the representative, I felt very confident about what it all covered. The only thing that I didn't like about the coverage is that it isn't a full gap coverage, meaning if I had an accident, it wouldn't cover the full difference. It would only cover $2,000 of the difference. That's concerning. But because I had a bankruptcy, I couldn't get a better deal. So, for people like me who are stuck in this situation, this is a great deal because it covers tires and oil and all those parts that I would not even think of that would cost $3,000 to $4,000 out of pocket. Endurance was able to quote me very quickly, and assured me it wouldn't be very expensive. It covers my car for only 120 a month.

The rep was very understanding that I didn't know what car stuff is. I said, “I need something that covers car stuff.” He said, “Okay. Let me tell you which plans we have and what they cover.” He went through each one of them for me to make sure I chose the one that I wanted. I picked one of the bigger plans because it covers transmission, axles, carburetor, and covered major pieces inside with the engine. I felt that would be the best deal because those are the things that break on older vehicles. My vehicle is a 2016, so I wanted to make sure that I had coverage for all of the little things that I couldn't think of. For the value and the price, if you can't get a warranty through your car dealership, this is the way to go.

This company is little more than a scam. BEWARE of their advertising. They claim to be BBB A- Rated. They are NOT rated by the BBB and in fact said bureau had reported over 3000 consumer complaints in the last 3 years, with over 1300 in the last year alone. Facebook has a customer sponsored site, Endurance Warranty are liars...!!!" , that lists dozens of complaints, all similar in nature. Endurance refusing to pay for repairs blaming most denials on "pre-existing conditions". In addition, many dealers/repair facilities will not longer accept Endurance because of their lack of customer care and refusal to pay for repairs. I will use my own case involving my '07 Mini Cooper as a classic example of how Endurance handles warranties.

    1. Car developed a miss. Took it to the repair facility. Was told the turbo had a leak and should be replaced. 2. Endurance demanded all maintenance receipts along with parts/labor estimates. (This process took nearly 3 weeks. Their paid advertising "actors" stating their vehicle repairs were completed in 24/48 hours are simply false. They violate Endurance's standard claim procedures". After this information is submitted, it goes to a "underwriter" for approval. 2. Underwriting then contacted the me to see if I would agree to a "used" turbo, that they would warranty for 1 year. I agreed. This process took another week.

    3. The used turbo was installed, but an engine miss was still apparent. The shop suspected valves. Endurance was contacted again. 4. Endurance informed me that I would have to pay for a complete engine teardown, ($1200), and that pictures and additional parts/labor estimates would have to be submitted. Another week in the shop. 5. After this was done Endurance denied my claim, stating I operated the vehicle, (20 miles to the repair shop), and that was the cause of the valve failure. Valves do NOT fail in 20 miles. The repair facility manager told them this. Their response was "pre-existing condition". If you read Endurance's FB reviews, you will find that response is one of their favorites to deny claims.

More and more of Endurance's customers are filing complaints with the BBB, Consumer Affairs and ther respective state's Attorney General's Office. Many names/emails have been exchanged and list compiled in attempts to file a class action lawsuit. Many of us just don't want other consumer's to fall victim to this company's shady practices.

I was fortunate. I owned my car. I simply signed over the title to cover the engine teardown and storage costs. Others have not been so fortunate. They owe on their vehicle and many are now stuck with a repair bill that in many cases exceeds several thousand dollars. Last year alone television news station in NC did a story about Endurance refusing to pay for covered repairs on her Audi. It was repossessed. It was only after the story was televised and Endurance contacted, that they agreed to pay. Too late.

Another tactic Endurance uses is that when pressed with legal action, they only offer to refund/partially refund your premiums. That does little more than get them off the hook for a repair bill. I have no doubt that this company may have paid for repairs here and there. Especially in Illinois where they are incorporated and can be sued in small claims court. In states outside of Illinois there is little recourse because they cannot be served.

    The point of this review?:
    1. Their advertising is false.
    2. The terms of their warranty are false.
    3. Their claim of a BBB A- rating is false.
    4. The advertised customer satisfaction reviews are in many cases false.

    5. Please do your diligent research before purchasing a warranty. Many of us purchased this warranty based on their false BBB rating and false customer review claims. Don't fall for it.

My wife and I have a '22 Chevrolet Traverse and our mileage was a little over 80K and I decided to look for some warranty companies. I Googled and Endurance popped up so I gave them a call. After talking to the gentleman who was working with me on setting up my account, he inputted the information and gave me a lot of good feedback about the rates. Even though I have a '22, he was telling me that it would benefit us. Because in the system, it showed that it would be registered as a new car. So the rates that we were able to get were decent as far as the year term that he gave me. So, I went forward with it and everything seemed to be perfectly fine.

I hadn't had a chance to utilize the service yet so I can't say whether or not it was gonna be to my benefit but I have faith that it would. However, after purchasing the warranty, a couple weeks in, later after that purchase, our truck ran into some problems. We had not been within the program for over 30 days and we didn't have over 1,000 miles. So, we couldn't use it. Me and my wife agreed to cancel the warranty with Endurance because there's no point in us paying for a service that we can't use at the moment. And we need to get our stuff fixed now. So it's unfortunate how that worked out. But I talked to the representative who closed the account and I told him that once we get our truck fixed, we'll be back with them to open our account back and move forward.

Endurance is one of those extended companies that cover you whether your warranty expires or not. The price of 100 plus dollars that I pay per month is worth it compared to paying for long crazy amounts of cash if something goes wrong whether it's my transmission, muffler, Cadillac converter or any of those parts that tend to wear and tear on your vehicle. Endurance has been outstanding. They offer coverage for vehicles which the warranty wouldn’t cover or the manufacturer would not replace at no cost. Also, I wasn't satisfied with the amount of money that I had to pay out of pocket based on the repair. While waiting for my car to get approval for them to pay for the repair, I asked the shop on what car warranty places do they usually deal with where I would not have to go through a lot of jumping through hoops. Endurance was the first one that they mentioned, so I contacted them.

A rep named Steve called me and I was telling him what I had gone through with my previous company and all the hoop stuff the dealership was having to jump through to repair my car. When I went to go through everything, she asked me some follow-up questions, being law enforcement and things like that. She's like, “Well, you qualify for this, the law enforcement discount.” They automatically upgraded me to an elite member. Then she went over a few more options and then said, because I was preemptively looking to cover my vehicle before the warranty was already up, that she was gonna apply a different discount as well for being ahead of the curve and not waiting for the warranty to run out. The rep was very conscientious when she was explaining everything and what would be covered. She asked for my VIN number on the truck. When she pulled it up, she even told me about a common issue with the motors and that they've covered it before. I've had one of these vehicles before and had that issue. So, if there was ever anything to go wrong with the truck, I know what to look for. 100% a waste of money. Do not trust this company or its employees. When I called about the warranty, Lawrence assured me it was bumper-to-bumper coverage after a 30-day, 1,000-mile waiting period. I asked about specific scenarios, and he repeatedly said, “You’ll be covered.” Fast forward 2.5 years, and my first repair claim was completely denied. The Ford Service Advocate said the warranty’s wording and exclusions made it worthless.

When I called Endurance, I was given the runaround by Hakim, who claimed to be the highest-ranking person in the company but refused to escalate my concerns. Canceling the warranty is no better; in Wisconsin, there’s a 10% cancellation fee ($422 in my case) plus a prorated refund. On a $4,222 warranty, I’d get about $1,000 back after 2.5 years—and I’ve never had a claim. Now I’m stuck with a $2,700 repair bill for a vehicle I thought was protected.

This company operates like a criminal organization, incentivizing agents with 100% commission, which leads to predatory practices. Frequent upper management turnover is another red flag. When I purchased the warranty, there were few major complaints, but now thousands of people report the same issues: no coverage, no refund, no help. Instead of protecting clients, this company exploits them. I intend to expose their fraudulent practices publicly and in court.

He explained what was covered under it and took me through the process of what I needed and everything that was involved. He said I had to go one month or 1,000 miles before I could get my coverage started and that I had towing, roadside assistance and a rental car if it was going to take more than a couple of days to get my car fixed. The rep was very friendly and if I had a question, he knew the answer to it. He seemed like he was very experienced at what he was doing.

My experience with Endurance car warranties was absolutely terrible. They charge me twice for New York State sales tax in February 2023 in November 2024 because they said they were tax exempt in New York State. I file a complaint with BBB in February 2023 and receive a call from Endurance offering to pay me $43.22 because they said they made a mistake and sent me a check for $43.22 to pay me back for the sales tax I had to pay. In November 2024 I had to file a complaint with BBB for $71.22 because Endurance said they were tax exempt from New York State. I received a call on December 4, 2024 from Endurance, who offered to pay me $71.22 for sales tax. I paid in New York State. I have a contract that states I have $100 deductible and nothing in the contract states that I have to pay sales tax on any claim. My claim was for $855.00. Endurance paid $555 of this bill. And left me with a bill of $329.00 to get my vehicle out of the garage.

I asked for proof of being exempt from New York State sales tax. I was told by employee they didn’t have to, they told the manager the garage but they didn’t have to send him proof either. endurance it’s not a company that you wanna buy a warranty from because they find all kinds of reasons not to pay the full amount on your claim. I was put on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. When I finally got to talk to somebody, they put me on hold for another 15 minutes then I got cut off and had to call endurance back only to be put on hold again. This is my experience with endurance. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

At first, let me say, the sales agent does an exceptional job getting you onboarded during the buy-in process. However, once that is done then you are passed on to the machine which includes the customer service team and claims department which works just as well UNTIL you execute the warranty processed and are passed off to their 3rd-Party partner, in this case TEAL Parts, LLC (San Diego). Once you have been processed through then Endurance releases ALL LIABILITY of advocacy and thus holding their 3rd-Party partners liable for withholding their contractual obligations without the unnecessary hassle needed to remediate solutions in a timely manner.

I saw a commercial for Endurance and I trusted Danica Patrick so I thought I’d try it out and see what it’s like. I'm 72 years old and I've got an automobile that I'm planning on keeping until I die or it finally falls apart and I can't drive it. I hardly drive anywhere right now. It's a 2010 Avalanche and I've got 92,000 miles on it. But I live here in the middle of Missouri and I have to drive up from Jeff City, which is about 200+ miles to Saint Louis to make sure my grandson gets to school and then after school down to practice in downtown Saint Louis. I also have to go to Overland Park, Kansas. So, before all that, since I didn't drive the truck anywhere, I didn’t worry about it. But now, I have a full warranty. Endurance had a special and for a year, it's the Elite Premium.

The sign-up process was easy and very simple. I just dialed in on it through the computer and then I got a phone call and the rep asked me about the mileage of the vehicle. I had some great jobs before I retired so I have a good retirement system. My wife told me to just put what I pay for every month to Endurance in the savings account if something happens. But if something more happened, the warranty would be worth it. Right now, the truck purrs like a kitten and I don't expect any trouble.

Ford called Endurance and their response was the following:
1). tubes to inter-cooler to turbo-- not covered, normal wear and tear,
2). leaky inter-cooler-- not covered, normal wear and tear,
    3) factory turbo-charger--not covered, normal wear and tear,

    4) drive shaft--not covered, normal wear and tear and finally

    5) rear hub axle bearing, not covered reason being they are part of the suspension. Every item listed here is supposed to be covered by my warranty but they just deny coverage. A clear violation of my contract with them. A series of small claims court appearances is in my future plus spending over $4,000.00 to get my vehicle back.

Everybody wants top dollar money just to even look at the car. Another thing is, I had another car with a warranty before. It wasn't with Endurance but it was just warranty in general and I like how the whole system works. You pay a monthly fee and if nothing happens then nothing happens. But I have the guarantee and the insurance that when I'm driving around and something happens, I'm covered. I feel safer.

I don't have to pay my whole paycheck just to make sure I can drive the car the very next day. Sometimes the paycheck is not even enough. You have to give three paychecks. Endurance covers me a little bit more than other ones that I've been looking into for around the same price. I've been recommending it to everybody because it was too good to be true. I signed up and Endurance is 100%. I looked at all that they repair and roadside service, and if anything happened to my car, I'll be covered. However, I wanna know what date they will take out the 170 a month.

We purchased an RV that is used and it's not exactly the model we wanted. It has some problems with transmissions at times it's been known to. But it was the right price and it fit our needs. So, we wanted to be covered for breakdowns. I looked up online for coverage while my wife was on the phone with somebody else. She checked with two people. I saw Endurance and I called. Their guy was really nice and worked with me very well. He was really knowledgeable and he pointed out a lot of things, that his coverage was better, and worked with me on which state to insure it in because we have two properties, one in Florida and one in Maine. So, we were very happy with him.

Also, their price was much better than the others and the coverage was better. So, we chose Endurance and the package that we signed up for covers everything with some exceptions of parts that wear out, like brake pads, rotors, and tires. But it covers the engine, the transmission, and the drivetrain. We've got a whole list of them and the list is shorter with the ones that they don't cover.

We got our RV covered for four years. We pay for 29 months, then the rest of the period of time is free. The sign-up process was very easy and I like having the policy knowing that the parts and repairs are expensive. Endurance also covers things like hotel coverage and rent-a-car. Aside from that, we do a lot of traveling and the policy allows us to take the vehicle to any ASE-certified mechanic and not just pick one that is in their network. I would share my experience with my friends and if they were looking for something, I’d recommend for them to check out Endurance.

I drive quite a bit and my vehicle didn't have the extended warranty anymore. It wore out. I kept hearing about Endurance, saw the commercials and thought it would be a good thing to have for the future, in case something pops up later. I signed up and the reps were excellent. They weren't pushy. The warranty costs a lot, but I've had always excellent customer service. They said if I had any problems, I had to have the extended warranty a month, plus 1,000 miles before I could make any requests.

Endurance has a fair price and I'm happy with it. The rep was very nice. She went over everything and repeated what I didn't understand because she was pretty fast talking. But I'm still waiting for my contract. I asked her when I first joined, and she said she'd mail it. A week ago, I asked again. It's been a month but I still don't have it. If my car breaks down and I have to go to the Lincoln Ford company to have it fixed, I don't know how that works and if I have to show them the ID card that I have coverage. I also don't know if I can cancel the policy if I don't want it anymore. She mentioned I could be covered for four years. If I wanted to get a new car and would give this car to my daughter, I don't know if the insurance would still be active as long as it's being paid.

We bought the warranty for my new Ford F-150 with Endurance. Though the price was not as good as I wanted, it was a pleasant surprise to know that it wasn't as expensive as the dealership had said it would be. The rep made the sign up process easy. He was also very informative as to what they covered. I was looking for full coverage, 125,000 miles, and I got that. I'm happy with Endurance.

Signing up with Endurance was easy. Chase was my rep and I liked him immensely. He was good. However, the claims process took a long time. I had a mishap with my car. I side-swiped a pole that was not visible from where I was parked. I got the outside of the car fixed, but we didn't know at the time that underneath my car was also a lot of damage from sliding against the pole. Endurance would not cover that and I couldn't get anybody to listen to me. I don't think the people at the garage could get anybody to listen to them either.

'Cause when I first talked to her, she was telling me about it and after she went through everything and she gave me my price, I said, "No, I ain't got the money in my account right now. Could you call me back the next day?" She did just that. I told her what time that I was getting out of work and she called me at that time. They did an awesome job.

I wanna be insured on my truck and Endurance had better rating and reviews than everybody else. The reps were good and had all the answers to the questions that I had. It was a very easy experience. I would highly recommend Endurance. It won't be a fully covered truck especially on parts that are very expensive at the dealerships so it would be worth it. Plus you get more certified parts.

I just bought a brand-new vehicle and the extended warranty is financed in the loan for close to $5,000. Instead of financing it for six years, it doesn't make any common sense. I'd rather pay the premium every month. The program that I have with Endurance supersedes the contract that I would have had with the Ford dealership. Their extended warranty that I was paying five grand for only went for two years whereas this other contract is gonna go for four years. And in the long run, it will be cheaper and a better product.

I got the whole nine yards concerning coverage. But you gotta get your 1,000 miles in and the 30-day waiting period for any pre-existing kind of issues that might have been going on with the vehicle, which will be up in another day or two. So if something were to happen today, I still couldn't make a claim because it hasn't been 30 days. I’ve had Allstate and it has a similar program. But this one with Endurance will outperform that other contract simply because of the benefits with it. Signing up was easy. It's just having the patience to go through the rigmarole. I wouldn't even hesitate to recommend Endurance.

I had done my research before I contacted Endurance. I was with CNA National Warranty when I bought the car and it expired in April of this year. The car has such low mileage on it and I was wondering if I wanna buy another warranty. But the rep from Endurance was very professional and explained everything. He gave me the discounts for being a veteran and with the shape that the car's in, I prepaid it all at once. The gentleman was straightforward and very nice. I would do business with him again. I never met him but it was good customer service. It was a very good experience with Endurance. I've contacted my younger daughter. Her cars are running out of warranty and I told her to call them.

Endurance is one of the best in the business and so is CNA. All my new cars have always had CNA warranties and my newest car has a CNA mechanical wrap warranty. But Endurance didn't offer that. I usually hang on to my car anywhere from 10 to 14 years and the only way you can get your money out of your car is to keep it running good. I had a 10-year, 150,000-mile warranty on the car when I purchased from CNA. Endurance is aftermarket and this is not quite 50,000 miles for four years. So, it's still expensive even with the discounts, which is why I would prefer to have a wrap warranty offered at the time of purchase. Because if I have to pay $6,000 out of my pocket for a wrap warranty, it's worth the money than trying to renew it down the road and then you end up with a four-year warranty that costs quite a bit.
