When I spoke with the Endurance rep, it was wonderful. I told him how expensive it was at the dealership and I needed something to cover a used vehicle. He listened well and he came up with a great solution with some discounts. I asked a lot of questions and it boiled down to the ones that could commit to answering my questions. Somebody willing to deal with me in a respectful manner was very important.
We got the coverage for the mechanics, the motor train and the electronics of the vehicle. There was no waiting period. It started the day that they got their money. They said the only process that I will go through is calling them and they will take care of everything. I can go wherever I'd like to get the vehicle fixed and make sure that I notify them where I am and they will take care of everything else.

When I signed up with Endurance, they explained the coverage pretty well. We would recommend them. My husband's a mechanic and he said they're one of the most legitimate ones. We do a lot of traveling too in our truck. He wanted to make sure that we have the best in case anything happens. It's worth it.

My customer service experience at Endurance was okay. However, I have a problem. I canceled the policy on one of the cars and for some reason, it didn't get to the account people, and they charged me, and I'm supposed to get a refund. They withdraw from your account, but then when it's time for a refund, it takes longer. But getting signed up with them was simple.

I called Endurance to inquire and talked to a gentleman. He was informative. He told me about Endurance and how it would be very beneficial for me to get it. The timeframe was perfect and it would take at least a month for me to wait for them to approve it or disapprove it. He answered all the questions. When I wasn't sure and asked my brother to listen in, he welcomed him and talked to both of us.
He said that if something happens to the car for me to call and check to see if it's covered or not. There's a number that I have to call and they would help me with it immediately. He gave me the monthly amount of how much I would have to pay. We talked for quite a while. He discovered that I was a senior citizen and told me what the rate would be as a senior citizen and how the monthly payments would begin if I started it upon the conversation with him versus waiting and calling at a different time. I normally don't make quick decisions. I was calling just to inquire. But after talking with him and he and my brother talking, I felt comfortable enough with making a decision on that day with Endurance. I have the paperwork in front of me and I will have to call the company, Mepco, and confirm with them the information that I gave them so the deductions will begin next month.

The guy that I talked to at Endurance was pretty nice and very informative. I was satisfied with the coverage that I got but when they sent the paperwork to me in the email, I could not open it up. This guy, Pete, called me back and when I was talking to him, I got interrupted and I couldn't finish talking with him, but he's supposed to be sending the stuff to me by mail. So, I'm just waiting on the mail to deliver it, which might take a week or 10 days.

When I had a problem with my car a few weeks ago, I took it to the dealership and they handled it there. It had to do with the battery. The car wouldn't start. They replaced that and Endurance paid for it. I'm very happy with the service. I was even surprised I had it because I had forgotten a year later that I had bought it. They told me at the dealership that I had it and it covered the claim. The cost to me was $100 and that was very cheap compared to if I had to pay for the whole work.

I highly recommend Endurance. I had good initial contact and follow-up with the reps. They were very accessible via phone and email. I got one of their higher-rated packages. It's good for 80,000 miles or four years. It has 24/7 roadside service. It covers lost key fobs which is good because those things are not inexpensive from the dealer. It also covers anything mechanical and electrical.

Maria, the customer representative who answered the phone, explained everything, answered all our questions and was very patient. It was wonderful with Endurance but I haven't gotten any paperwork yet. We decided to have 24 months of payments for 48 months of coverage. It sounds too good to be true that's why I want to get the paperwork as soon as possible. We have 30 days to review it and if we don't like it, we can cancel it and send it back.

Had issues with drivetrain, and Endurance would not cover the repair bill. The wheel bearings wore out and needed to be replaced or the vehicle drive train would not work. Ford motor called Endurance and explained it was part of the drive train and Endurance did not want to hear it! So, I cancelled the policy, for breach of contract!

I never thought I needed a warranty but the salesperson was a good sales guy. He had a great personality and was knowledgeable on what Endurance was offering. He said Endurance was the number one car warranty place. It wouldn't cost me $300 a month and I could insure my car even though it had 100 and some odd thousand miles on it. I got the top-notch package that includes roadside assistance and all kinds of key fob replacements. They cost a couple of hundred bucks if you go to the dealership. If your car gets damaged or breaks down. I have rental coverage.
I was about to order some parts to repair my vehicle and I thought my warranty would kick in but it did not. The salesperson told me I would be covered bumper-to-bumper at about 1,000 miles. I did 1,000 miles and waited for 30 days, and I had an issue with my car. I put it in reverse and it jumped in reverse but after that, it won't go in reverse anymore. I called the salesperson because I was under the impression that he sold me just a roadside assistance package. He told me I was covered and to take it into the local dealership and they’ve worked with them before, and I'll be good to go. I did that. The local dealership did a diagnostic and the claims person from Endurance said they were not gonna cover it because it was pre-existing or it wasn’t catastrophic. He said I wasn’t covered because I was only 25 miles over the 1,000 miles and that the issue wouldn’t have happened within 25 miles. I’ve only had a policy for eight days.
I bought the policy because I thought I'd be covered if something happened. I didn't know when it was gonna happen and I didn’t have any problems with my car prior to this. I was under the impression that I was covered under the warranty and it was obvious that I wasn't for whatever reason. I asked if I would have been covered if my engine had blown up. And he said yes and told me after I repaired this vehicle, and then after that, the next time it happened, I'll be covered.
I talked to the Prince Automotive guy and he said the reason they took Impalas out of the market is because of this same transmission problem and that it's very common in Impalas. He said he had one come in with 12 miles on the vehicle, at 10,000 miles, at 20,000 miles, at 230,000 and at 40,000. He was surprised my car lasted as long as it did. I won't buy another Impala. I inquired about adding another vehicle because I was thinking about purchasing a Tesla. My homeboy, Chuck, convinced me into buying the Plaid. And I asked what I needed to do to add my Tesla to their program. He said I would wanna wait until my factory warranty wore out because Tesla covers you for a good little bit. And then after that, they cover everything except for batteries. You can't get battery coverage on anything. And batteries aren’t worth two cents nowadays.
The sad part about it is they don't let you talk to the adjuster so you can get an explanation. They just tell you why. But the sales guy at Prince let me hear the conversation. When the guy told him what was going on with my vehicle, he stopped him on the spot. Instead of just saying they were not gonna cover it, he figured out what was wrong with the vehicle. He figured out what was the cost of my complaint. I would never say anything positive about Endurance. Had they not been a member of the Better Business Bureau, I probably wouldn't, because I know how scammers operate.

We selected the Secure Plus plan for peace of mind for our new car purchase. Online reviews seemed overall positive and the sales reps were able to answer my questions and get us promptly enrolled. Fast forward a couple months and our car developed a noise while on a road trip so we began the claims process for the needed repair. I did not receive any calls on updates so contacted them, only to find that service had been denied over a week prior. I have submitted service records and documentation, but unfortunately only get to talk to a customer service representative, not the ‘adjuster’ who approves the claims.
It has now been four months of calling weekly to find out what other documents they will need that week. Customer service reps are pleasant, but are limited to seeing the stamp on the policy and have no usable information to provide. The repair shop has tried to reach the adjuster numerous times and the phone number continuously rings with no answer. Despite the positive initial reviews, I am disappointed at the service being provided and would not recommend this company based on my current experience.

Brendon from Endurance was very helpful and friendly. He was also honest and wasn't pushy. At the time, the two girls that I adopted were running around, so I was hearing bits and pieces. But he was very patient and explained things to me easily. The signup process was easy, too. But right now, Nissan's had my car for a week and I've not had anybody contact me from Endurance. So I'm not sure how that claim is going to go. I have reached out to them and I'm not getting an answer. So I'm a little leery. Also, I have the app on my phone and I'm an older lady, so these electronics are hard to navigate. It was difficult to figure out what I was doing but once I got it, I'm satisfied with it. I'm also happy with Endurance so far.

I called Endurance and found out that I still had it until the beginning of the year. I went ahead and got another one. The rep got it all worked out and answered my questions. I had to remember that I paid for something that after so many years, it would be paid in full, and the remainder would be there to use. He told me, "This one's gonna be doing the same thing." I got the card on my phone but I didn't get a physical card and I was wondering when that was gonna happen because I thought that was gonna be mailed.

I spoke with one of the Endurance representatives and he told me all of what the extended warranty consisted of and what Endurance represented based on their quality and professionalism and how they treat their customers. He didn't have to persuade me, but based off the benefits and the things that it consisted of, it propelled me to go with Endurance. He took me to the Endurance site and broke it all the way down to me in increments so that I can understand what Endurance was about, what they sell, and what I was actually purchasing for my extended warranty. Everybody from the first person I spoke with and all the way up until the ending person I spoke to who set up the claim for me was so professional. It was very satisfying just to be a valued customer with Endurance. So, that was beautiful to me.

I got a much better deal at Endurance so I decided on them. I have a 2020 Subaru and by having this warranty, I feel comfortable. I just took my car in for a check-up and found out that it had $4,000 worth of work -- struts in the front and wheel bearings. Endurance covered it and instead of paying 4,000, I'm only paying $500. I was very happy.

I was impressed with Endurance because I had a claim and there were no hitches. It was a whole steering issue with the truck I had and the steering linkage had to be replaced. It was $1,700 worth of parts and labor, and all of that was paid by Endurance. I got got another warranty from them again and the sign up process was easy. They went over the coverage and what the payments were going to be. They were very clear. I wanted a decent payment per month and the length of coverage compared to what I got to pay per month. But getting Endurance is worth the peace of mind, especially knowing how they fixed the last problem. I would tell others to use them.

The Endurance rep I had kept checking to see if she could give me a better rate. And when I told her the mileage I wanted on there and the length of coverage, she did her best to get me what I wanted. But I would tell my friends to be careful when dealing with Endurance. When I signed up, I bought a 2021 Corvette and I put Endurance coverage on it. But I turned right around a month later and bought a newer Corvette. So I had to cancel the coverage on the '21 and that was harder than I expected. I didn't like the process with the notary and when I called them about the guarantee on the the mileage, they said there was a simpler way to do it, which was to take a picture of the mileage. So, I did that and I faxed it to them, but I haven't heard anything back.
To avoid all of that, their rep said I could just simply move this coverage to my new Corvette, which I could have done and avoided the hassle of the discontinuance. But my wife said we weren't ready to put coverage on this newer Corvette because it only had 1,200 miles on it and it was still under a year and a half of factory warranty. So my wife told me to wait until we're close to the manufacturer's warranty being off it, then we'd call back to get some extended warranty.

The signup process was fast, and the rep made it easy. Since it was my first time signing up, I got a deal with Endurance. It's convenient and not too pricey as it usually could be. Also, the rep told me about the proper steps to take when I needed my car fixed and that they would give me recommendations on places that I can take my car to. I will recommend Endurance for sure.

I looked at the reviews on Google about Endurance and was impressed. Then, there was no high pressure from the salesperson I talked to. She was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. My vehicle is a low mileage. It just turned over 30,000 miles when I was calling Endurance about getting a warranty and they said, "You get a better deal because it's low mileage." My package came with the rental vehicle, towing, the jumpstart, and all the good stuff. It is a good policy. I wanted to have something to protect my car in case something did happen to it. The price is right.

The reps answered all my questions. Everything went great and I liked what I heard. Hopefully, I don't have to use the warranty for a while, but they cover all the angles I needed covered. My friend who has Endurance also said that he never had an issue when he needed his vehicle fixed and that's all I needed to hear.

The lady I talked to was nice. She went over all the options and at first, I said no but she helped and I ended up setting it up a few days later. The cost is pretty decent for everything that I'm supposed to get. But she told me that I was gonna receive paperwork and I never received it. I'm worried about that.

I felt like Endurance was my best option. So, I called and spoke to them. Because it was during the holiday season, they were giving an incentive. They were giving money off of the actual policy. It's going to save me money going in and coming out if something should happen to my car. The explanation of the benefits were very clear. Initially, before you can view the contract, you have to sign up, which was fine because I took the rep's word for face value, and she was honest with me. She did not mislead me in any way. There were no hiccups and no questions based on what she told me versus the coverage that I received. So, it was all good. It was a positive experience.
I got a really good coverage based on the mileage of my car. My car is eight years old and I can drive without feeling apprehensive about getting in the car and going. It runs well. I've only had it for two years, but it's a great car and I would hate for anything to happen to it. It's a hybrid and I get great gas mileage. If something major happens to my engine, transmission or my nav system that's in my dash, it's technically paid for. If two of those things go out, then they're paying more than right.

Endurance was very good. The reps were very friendly and professional. I told them what I was looking for, the year of the car, and the mileage that was on it, and they gave me 100,000 miles for a very reasonable price. It was bumper-to-bumper too. Prior to that, I've gone to the dealership twice and every time I do something with a battery or a tire, it's not covered. I wanted to make sure that I had something that was totally covered, and Endurance says that they would do that.
My son and his wife had run out of warranty on their Chrysler, and I told them what happened to us, so they signed up for Endurance too. It worked just by a casual talk. They looked into it and said, "That's a really reasonable price." I already paid for a third of it with what I would have done with a repair on my car. It worked out good.

My signup with Endurance was easy. I did it all online. I didn't have to speak to anybody and I got what I needed. However, being able to use Endurance's warranty is where I wouldn't recommend anybody to sign up for it. They do the 30-day or 1,000 miles waiting period, and I get the 30 days, but some people don't drive 1,000 miles if they don't go anywhere in town, if they're just in-town people. Also, dealing with the customer service side of it, everybody I spoke to when I was trying to get my car covered when it blew up was very rude and not very easy to deal with. They didn't treat me or the dealership very well, so I canceled.
The Endurance reps were accusing me of criminal act when it's not a criminal act that I got coverage, and then after about 45 days, my turbo went out. I'm not a mechanic that goes and tests my car and then tries to get a warranty to cover it. That's not who I am, but that's who some of Endurance's employees think I am. They said that I knew about the problem and that's why I got the warranty. They said I didn't wanna have to pay for it and I was trying to make Endurance pay for it, which was stealing. I hung up because I wasn't gonna deal with that. I called back and dealt with a different person and they told me a different reason why I couldn't use the policy. It was very inconsistent. They told me that I had the coverage for 45 days, but I was 150 miles short of the 1,000 miles.
I read other people's reviews saying that the reps are very friendly and they help you. One person even said that they did everything for them to try to help them get their vehicle covered. After dealing with Endurance though, I believe that some of the reviews that are on their website are either coming from people that were getting something to make a good review or they're fake accounts and that company is making their own reviews. Because I've heard other people that I've known have Endurance in the past and they weren't very happy with them as well.

The process was hassle-free. The representative I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I didn't have a problem. I have two vehicles covered with Endurance. One is an SUV, which is a Yukon, and then I also have a Dodge Avenger. I have to wait 1,000 miles before I can make a claim, but they said everything will be covered 100% and it's supposed to include towing and rental car service if my car ever breaks down. So far, so good.

The guy that did the quote for me was very helpful. I asked about the pricing and the coverage, and he explained to me what is and isn't covered and what Endurance can do. He also explained the package to me. I felt comfortable, so I went with them. I'm a repair shop in business for 8 years. We are one of the most respected and trusted services in the Salt Lake Area. We go to our clients making it easy for them to have their vehicle serviced. We only use master mechanics. We came across a long time customer that purchased an Endurance Warranty, we came out to the client's location and diagnosed the issue. Then after 4 hours of work Endurance said they would not allow their customer to use us as a service because we were mobile. The customer was furious and we were out a day's pay.
Don't believe that they care about the client because they don't. Endurance needs to figure out where their money comes from because no scam can last forever. Don't waste your money. They are like any insurance company that will do anything they can to get out of paying. Save your money for repairs and keep control of when and how and who you get to pay instead of giving your power away to someone else that doesn't care about you.

I've been an Endurance customer for almost the last decade and a recent encounter has me thinking of switching companies when my current plan ends. I have had three plans - 2 paid completely off and 1 almost paid off - approximately $10,000 spent of my hard-earned money. The third plan - For my BMW X5 is where I have had a very disappointing experience.
I had $500 left to pay for an over $3000 plan and it was cancelled. The series of events that occurred were very suspicious and deceptive. I scheduled a payment, but due to extenuating circumstances, it got returned. During that time, I was traveling to visit my mother who was hospitalized with a serious illness. Once I realized the payment wasn't successful (I didn't receive a call as I normally do or a letter in the mail), I called immediately to rectify the situation.
When I did call, the representative told me I had just called in time (30 day window) and sent an escalation to get it resolved. Once I got a callback, I was denied the opportunity to pay the entire balance and instead was told I can purchase a new policy and that my coverage was ending in a year anyway - which was untrue, we had until 2/2026 to have had coverage, which is very disappointing and misleading.
It wasn't until I checked my postal mail dashboard that I see yet another solicitation to pay over $6,000 for 2 years of coverage which I should have been premium-free. I guess we have not harbored enough goodwill by being a loyal customer and one who specifically had not filed a claim at all on this particular vehicle. I feel that it is very insulting to get solicitations to start a new policy and I only had 2 payments left to have a paid up-premium free policy and coverage for 2 full years.
We feel there was not an effort or measure of extreme customer service on the part of Endurance when handling our situation, not to mention the amount of misinformation we received in trying to resolve and pay our entire remaining balance. I held off on contacting you all just because of the sheer disappointment my family and I have faced when it comes to protecting our vehicle and the feeling of wasting our money, but we've finally felt it necessary to tell our story to you and to others.

I bought their coverage and a few days later I decided I don’t want to keep it. They have a 30 cancel policy where you get a full refund. When I called, they put me on hold several times for an extended amount of time. When I finally got someone to help me cancel my policy, it took her about 20 minutes to try to talk me into stain, and I finally had to just tell her cancel my damn policy. Once they get you, they don’t want to let go.

The signup process with Endurance was good. The guy that signed me up was very helpful. I liked that Endurance doesn't have administrators from what I've been told. I used to have CarShield and they have administrators. Administrators won't pay. They say they cover you, but they won't cover your loss. Endurance does things themselves. They don’t put it out to other companies.

Signing up with Endurance was very pleasant. They explained everything. I didn't think it would be that easy. The rep was very understanding when I was telling her that we have an extended warranty that ends in the end of January. She was explaining the options that we had. She also told me about the different plans and what we thought would be best for us. She made some suggestions and if I didn't wanna take them, I didn't. I just told her what we wanted and that was it. Nobody tried to talk us into anything. She was just offering what they have. I wanted one with no deductible and she said they don't offer that. The lowest one they have is $100 deductible which we took. She pointed out it's a lot easier to come up with $100 than it is for some of the higher deductibles. I appreciated everything they told me. When they sent me the papers, I went through it and it was everything that they said was there. There were no tricks. I was pleased with that.
I had requested the date when they take out the payment. When I got a notice when they were taking it out, it wasn't the date that I had requested. I called them up and the girl told me they'd change it right away. I asked, "Am I gonna get something in writing?" She said, "We don't usually send something out, but we will." Two days later I got it in writing and they corrected the date. Our payment is gonna be $208 a month for four years. It covers bumper to bumper on the car. Our car now has 67,000 miles on it. This is when things start to happen. For the amount of money and what could happen to the car without any warranty coverage, it's a good price.

I had another company and my service advisor said they don't take that company anymore. He gave me several names and Endurance was one of them. He told me that they had less problems with Endurance than with any other company. I called Endurance and had everything taken care of over the phone. Endurance has better price and covers the car longer. I went back to the dealership and it was way more money for less time and miles. Signing up with Endurance was easy. There was a glitch in it though. The rep was supposed to send me a card. I had to call back to have him send the card. But the lady was nice. She apologized and said she'd have it in the mail.

I have Endurance for two vehicles now. I had some repairs done on the first vehicle, and the coverage they gave me was adequate. It was a smooth process, and they gave me the right plan. They matched it up well with the vehicle, and the price was great. However, it went up significantly on the next vehicle I got, but they said they had to increase their rates because of changes in the market. Besides that, setup was very easy. I would recommend Endurance. People should definitely look into it and get a quote.

My first experience with Endurance was not good, but my second and third experiences were. The first time I called, I just wanted information, but the person that I spoke to turned into a used car salesman on me. She wanted me to sign up then. She said, "Well, if we hang up, you're not gonna get the the special rate." I said, "Okay. Well, you never told me that, to begin with. So, I'm gonna hang up." I ended up getting a call back from Endurance to follow up 'cause I didn't do anything. I talked to somebody who was more helpful and ended up going with a plan.
The coverage is decent. I've asked for the paper copy mailed to me twice and I have yet to receive it. However, they have emailed it to me and I looked it over and it looks all right. I'm mainly more concerned about the engine, transmission, and powertrain, and if that gets covered with no hassle, then I won't have a problem. I also read some Google reviews and I didn't see any big complaints that alarmed me on them when filing a claim.

I kept seeing the commercials and I told the lady that I work for, “There's a reason I keep seeing these commercials. Something's fixing to happen to my car.” I called Endurance, talked with someone and got a policy. I've only had it since the 1st of December, but I'm going to be filing a claim on Monday. Besides that, signup was super easy, and thus far, customer service has been great. It doesn't take too long for them to get on the phone. I have downloaded their app and that is very easy to navigate also. Overall, I would tell people to sign up and that it doesn't take too long. They're very kind and they give good deals. People definitely get on the better end of the deal.

It's been a rocky road with Endurance. When I first purchased the policy, the gentleman that sold it to me told me the 30 days or 1,000 miles. A month later, I took it in and found out something that apparently was not covered. When I bought that policy, it was supposed to be under it. But they were telling me that it was on a different coverage. I was a little discouraged. I talked to the supervisor, and she went ahead and told me what the situation was. I told her I didn't understand why it wasn't mentioned to me back then. It was preventive maintenance where I could come in and get oil change or brakes done so it wouldn't cause major damage on other parts down the road. When I asked her to pull up the recording of that sale, she couldn't do that. I don't get that they were telling me on the phone that they were recording and when a customer tells them the proof of the sale, they don't wanna pull it up.
But now we got that covered, and I'm waiting my 30 days then I'm gonna put it in the shop to get the oil change. When I originally bought the new policy, I paid 138. I had the same coverage that I wanted all along, which I come to find out now it's gonna cost me 180. They gave me the difference back to the first payment of 130 because they used 50 out of that to put towards the 130 I just paid, showing that I paid 180. For the original $29 I had to pay, they waived that the second go-around.

Endurance covers my 2020 Ford Fusion. Signing up was very good. I liked that the rep fully explained to me what was going on. She was pleasant. Sometimes when people call, they could be rough and expect you to buy something from them, and she wasn't rough. My policy covers the motor, the transmission, the drive axle, the axles, my radio, my air conditioner, and those are what I really needed them to cover. I'm 56 and I'm on a fixed income. If my car breaks down, I can't afford the payment, but I could afford $107 a month for the coverage that Endurance gives me. I'm satisfied with the price.

When I called in at Endurance, I really liked the guy who I talked to. He was polite, knowledgeable, and he told me all my options. I explained to him that I had just paid the $1,100 out of pocket for something that was wrong with my car and I didn't want to continue to pay out of pocket since my car was not under warranty anymore. He told me that whenever I have car trouble, I should take it to a preferred mechanic and let them know that I have Endurance. And he said, the car would be covered for anything. He said that I get road service and that if I need a rental car, they'll pay for that. He also said that eventually, I can get oil changes for free. I liked their payment options, too and I feel more comfortable now that I have them.

Endurance offered me a zero deductible when I first talked to the people. When I went to sign up, they signed me up with $100 deductible, and it never was made right. They said I had to have $100 deductible. But the coverage is good.

I have an excellent experience with Endurance. The car I have covered now only has 49,000 on it. It's a 2019, it’s five years old. I called Endurance and the signing-up process was very easy. I gave them my name. They looked up my record. I told them what I wanted and it was no problem. I had to use them once on my other vehicle, and that was an excellent experience too.

The man who was representing Endurance was a wonderful guy. I signed up mostly over the phone and it was pretty simple. The only difficulty I had was getting a statement of what they covered on paper. I like a PDF so that I could print it and hold it and I had trouble getting that because their program wouldn't transmit into my program. They had to reprogram or send it by a different email system but we got it.

My experience with them was excellent. I like that it didn't take long for them to answer the phone. Also, once I get my car towed, I made it to Nissan, and then they contacted them. The Endurance rep was very nice and helpful. He gave me a lot of points and information that I wasn't aware of, that when I first took the warranty out on my other car, I would have been much happier. Because I ended up having problems that hadn’t been covered. But when he explained everything to me about the warranty I took out this time, it was much better ‘cause he told me everything. And it gave me a good idea what was covered and what wasn't. I got a warranty like if it was a brand-new car.

My experience signing up with Endurance was very fine. They extended mileage and the year by one year over the other company. Endurance wasn't the cheapest, but since they were highly rated, it was worth the extra money. I'm also doing monthly payments instead of having to pay it all upfront. It also covers everything except standard maintenance.

I thought that I had a good warranty. When the time came time to use it, they found a way to refuse my claim. They use not keeping a receipt, before I had the policy, to refuse my claim. I can not recommend this company to anyone. I cancel my policy.

I was satisfied with what she was telling me. I did call CarShield and I compared the difference, and Endurance got me in a heartbeat. CarShield wanted $500 where Endurance just want $100. Whenever I go to get my car checked out, all I have to pay is $100. On top of that, I then heard from my girlfriend. She talked me into how well Endurance did.

Signing up with Endurance went pretty smooth. It was really easy to deal with them and the person I talked to was very knowledgeable. It was really easy to deal with them and the person I talked to was very knowledgeable. I got a policy for my Lincoln Navigator and it covers all the working parts. It covers the towing experience for me to get to the garage, the electrical system, the computer system, the transmission, and the powertrain. They said to make sure that I drove the car back and forth to Cape, two times, so that would have been 200 miles within the first 30 days, before the policy would take effect. They said that then you would know that everything was okay.

I called my garage where I do my work, and I asked them who's the best extended warranty company, and they said, "Endurance." They pay the claims. They don't have any problem with them. That's how I picked Endurance. Also, I understand they're owned by Ford. The rep gave me the price on the phone. He told me it was $179 for the first month. Then after that, it's 150. It covers four years and 160,000 odd miles. I only paid for three years, but I had four years. So I said, "Fine, I'll take it." They were explaining everything to me. I got the policy in the mail. I'm very happy.

I signed up to Endurance a little over a month ago, so I haven't had too much of an experience. I did ask them to send me the contract in the mail, and they said it would take 7 to 14 days. I waited the 14 days, and I never received it. So, I called again today and they said they put it back in the mail so I should get it within 7 to 14 days. I loved the guy I talked to. He was very informative and nice.

I brought my car in and determined it was a covered expense. However even though I was beyond their initial mileage and time exclusion, the claim was initially declined. I submitted new inspection paperwork and appealed. That was 4 weeks ago. Expedition means nothing. Deny and delay is the name of this company's game.

The rep I had at Endurance was extremely helpful and she answered all my questions. She went over everything very meticulously and I liked that I could cancel the contract any time. I also liked the fact that it was a monthly pay-as-you-go kind of a situation instead of trying to do thousands upfront because if I sell my car, I can cut the coverage. Whereas if I had paid thousands upfront, I wouldn't get that money back. I'd advice others to give Endurance a shot.

I called the dealership where I bought my car from and they gave Endurance a glowing report. They said that every time they get in touch with them, they're right there and they get their money very quickly. I called Endurance and the gentleman that I talked to was most helpful. He was very professional and articulate. He answered all the questions that I had and I was very pleased. I asked him if they were members of the Better Business Bureau and I asked him what their grade was. He told me what the grade was and that was exactly what I found when I googled it. I asked him about the price and I found it to be in line with what I would expect to have to pay.

At the beginning from day one, I purchased the extended warranty and informed the salesman that I have aftermarket suspension on and bigger wheels. He said everything was OK, my truck will be covered if anything goes wrong. Now I try to file a claim and they declined to pay saying that I have installed aftermarket suspension. I tried to explained to her that I did inform that before I purchased and was confirmed but she keep ignored what I say. She doesn't want to hear any explanation and rejected my claim. All she said that "oh we don't go with aftermarket stuffs". So I been paying over 6 months for my vehicles but now knowing the fact that when something happens to your car, they try to find a way out and not paying. They are thiefs and not friendly to deal with. Endurance just robbed my hard working money people, stay away from this company and save yourself headaches.

Signing up with Endurance was simple and very quick. I have a Mercedes E550 2014, and it's very expensive. It’s the last year of V8 without buying an AMG, so it's right under the A. My car has two turbos that cost $3,000 a piece, and to buy a used engine is between $8,000 and $12,000. That's why I have a warranty. I have the second highest plan on a 10-year-old car, and it consists of a lot of stuff. People should go for Endurance.

Endurance has really been good. The policy was really good. The rep I talked to made it seem really good and that's why I went with it and it seems like a low rate. I feel safer. The only thing that I have a problem with was I talked to another representative and she's gonna mail me the actual documents of the policy and I haven't received that yet. She said in five weeks, but it's been longer than that.

We canceled Endurance a month ago. It was so many miles that I had to do in addition to the other. So, that's why I canceled it, because we don't put that many miles on our car and it wasn't effective until 1,000 miles. We just forfeited the money that we put down on it, but we canceled it and do not want it. The rep failed to tell me about it and I never got a hard copy of the policy that I requested. They said that they sent it to through the email but that doesn't work for me. It was very easy to cancel the policy until I got reminders from this other company that the payment comes out of, that I've got a late payment. I had already canceled it and, evidently, somebody didn't let them know that.

Endurance Warranty's specialist gave me the information in terms of the contract, how long it lasted, what it covered, and how much it would cost. He gave all the relevant details, and was professional and knowledgeable. The rate was much higher than the original rate that I signed into when I got the coverage three years ago, before it had increased a bit. I have requested the catalog that normally is mailed much sooner. And when I reached out to request the catalog, I was told that it would be mailed to me, but I have not received it. And since I was not able to see what it covered, the experience that I've had in the past is a lot of times, the repair that I need is not covered in the packet. So, I was concerned that the rate had increased, but I was unaware of what it covered. I have used Endurance, but I have never filed on the plan. So, I don't have the experience to know if it pays or if it covers what my needs were.

Endurance’s app was not very friendly but the sign-up process with them was great. The person I talked to was good at sharing with me the things that they can go. So I was cool with them. The lady explained that Endurance is not a third-party. They pay for your repairs and don’t bill it out. There’s a $100 deductible, which is not a big deal. They take care of the stuff that's wrong. The rep was straightforward and told me what it was gonna cost me a month for how many months and then I get X amount a month for free. So, it was a good deal. I don't drive my car a lot and I have to put 1,000 miles on it before I can have anything repaired on it. That wasn't all that great. But you gotta do what you gotta do.

My dealership recommended Endurance so I contacted them. I was satisfied with the information that they gave me about their company. They sent me information on what they cover and what's not covered and they told me the cost and when it's gonna start. They told me it's 30 days or 1,000 miles before I start to be covered. They were able to convince me that they're a good company. They also told me that I can cancel it any day at any time. I just hope and pray that when I do have an issue, they step up and take care of whatever the problem might be.

The policy sounded like it was covering everything that wasn't covered by the manufacturer's warranty so, I'll find out what it covers once I file a claim at some point. The claims process plus others always seem to be very seamless. You contact and file a claim and then, Endurance would take it from there. So, it always sounds good. I've purchased numerous new cars and after going through some previous experiences, I waited over a year or so because I see it as a double coverage. You got a factory warranty and then, all of a sudden, you start receiving these notices about an extended warranty. So, I didn't see the overall importance of having it. After the car gets older, there might be something, as they always try to convince you that it's peace of mind to have insurance coverage. There are always some aspects that come into play. So, if it pans out, I'm happy. If it doesn't, I'm gonna be disgruntled like so many other people.
We're under the impression that a thing is covered. It seems to be an ongoing conversation I've had in the past where I'm hearing people say a thing is not covered. Every day is another experience. So, you find out as you go along. There are constant multiple mailings that your warranty is expired. I've gotten stuff from mailings that go back three of four cars. It's almost like they never take you off the list. And my wife was getting things too. We haven't had that car in 10 years, and they're still sending this stuff out. So, I see it as a promotional thing and most of the time, I just discard it. It's become somewhat aggravating because I'm getting mailings not just from them but from a whole lot of other people, and it just adds to a whole lot of chaos and confusion.
The warranty is expensive. You're always paying for something the company created called peace of mind and I'm not sure if it's giving me peace of mind for that monthly rate that they're charging. Endurance could use some improvement on the price but at the same time, you gotta pay for what you get. So, if you're getting something, they’d convince you that it's something worthwhile. But I'm glad it's not more expensive. Things are out of control these days. They just snatch cost out of the air and they explain to you the reason why they're charging you this price. And I'm not sold that that's an airtight type of explanation.

I was very happy with the knowledge of the rep I worked with. The policy covers the motor, the transmission, the air condition unit, and the electrical unit. Offhand, that's all I can think of. The car warranty is a very good thing to have, especially with an older vehicle.

I got the Elite plan from Endurance. They said it is like a new car warranty. It covers normal wear and tear and pretty much everything. The only thing is they never said anything about the $300 off promotional. I'm disappointed in that. Them being supposed to be professionals, they should have mentioned something like that. Still, I'm somewhat satisfied with Endurance.

A lot of places have called me since I got Endurance and offering this and that, but none has come close to what Endurance had offered me initially. The sign-up process with Endurance was awesome. The lady was very well-versed in every question that I asked. I wanted to see the coverage in writing and she was able to do that as well. That was one of the things that brought me over and made me feel comfortable that this was the best going. They're very lenient on the payment. They told me that, at any point, if I wanted to pay it off, I could. I was paying for two years but I'm receiving three. The coverage includes tires replacement.

Endurance covers the powertrain, the air conditioner, the sensors and electrical on the vehicle. It's $121 something a month. The reps were very respectful and I felt they were telling me the truth. But I'm waiting on them to send me my hard copy and my card. I've been trying to get that for a month now. They had my address wrong but it was supposed to have been straightened out.

When I was having issues with my shifter, my dad said that I should probably get some extra coverage and gave me Endurance's number. The guy with Endurance explained what was covered. They have more options that are covered. I asked him about my shifter if that would be covered if it happened later on, and he told me yes. He was very polite and willing to answer my questions. He didn't try to push it on me. He talked to me like I was a human being even though I'm a female. A lot of times, when men in the auto industry see a woman coming in, they think they can pull the shades over. Then when you try to ask questions, they just brush you off. But he didn't do that. He listened to my concerns.

Endurance has great customer service. I understood everything that they were telling me. If I had any questions, I called them. They were very professional about answering the questions and not making me feel like I should know that. I have two vehicles covered with them and one of the vehicles is my son's. He read the booklet and said it sounds like they do a good job covering what we need to be covered. He's satisfied with it. You can bring the vehicle to any service station you want. You don't have to bring it to one that they specify. I'm very happy with what we did and I was very surprised at the low price it was for what they cover.

The rep with Endurance was so helpful and pleasant. She went over the coverage with me. It seemed to be better than the other ones. Also, they were very informative and told me some things that the other company didn't tell me, that you have to drive the certain amount of miles and the 30 days, not one or the other, but and the 30 days, before your insurance could kick in, which I thought was reasonable. Also Endurance doesn't do a third-party markup. I like that. It was a lower rate. Endurance is the best to go with as far as the rates and the perks.

Endurance has a good high-mileage warranty. I called them to set up the warranty and they did it over the phone. Within 10 minutes, it was done. They said that any claim with the car, I would just bring it to a mechanic, get a call for a claim number, and they give authorization to go forward with the scan of the car. If they find out there's a code and you need this or that fixed, the mechanic has to call them back. Part of the coverage is maintenance. Oil changes are included. When I went to Monro and researched how I was gonna do this oil change and get it covered, Monro has a list of previous warranty companies that they deal with that are already on their list. If it's on their list, then I just call up, get the claim number and Monro is already signed up with them.
When I called on a Saturday, there was nobody there. You have to call back during business hours. That didn't make me happy because sometimes you could be after hours doing stuff. Also, the price is a little high though. You have to pay $239 for 24 months. It's three years of coverage with unlimited mileage, but you pay only 24 out of the 36 months.

The Endurance rep was honest with me. She said, "It has to be at least 30 days and 1,000 miles before they'll do a repair on your car. If something happens before that, they won't cover it." I've never heard that before. By her telling me that, that made me trust her and it made me sign up with her. She explained the coverage thoroughly where I could understand it and she answered all my questions. But on this paper that they sent me, it says it's 132 a month. They had a slash out and said 112 but I still ended up paying 132. I don't know what's going on with that.

My truck broke down last night, but Endurance was no help. I thought it was my battery. Apparently it was not. It started snowing yesterday, and it was cold outside. I was outside for two hours waiting on them. They never showed up and left me stranded where I was. The last person that I talked to wasn't nice at all.

The signup process with Endurance was good, but when I read further into the contract, I felt a little misled because the extended warranty is not exactly what it's cracked up to be. They should come out and tell people that if they have to replace a tire or rim, there are dollar limitations. They did not tell me that. The tires on my brand new C8 Corvette alone are $350 apiece, and per episode, if I have to have a tire replacement, my cap is $150. That doesn't even buy half. All these benefits are great if we're talking about a Honda Civic or a basic vehicle, but if we're talking about any of the cars like mine, the tires today cost $250 to $500 each.
I'm in a position where I can write a check for the difference, but it's pay now or pay later. The extended warranty offers peace of mind, but now that I've digested it all after a couple weeks, it's a waste of money. Would I do it again? Probably not, knowing what I've read in those legal documents. Any time people get lawyers involved in any of this stuff, they start reading into the fine print.

Endurance Warranty interested me. The last representative I called and asked about the paperback form said Endurance would have it sent to me, but I haven't seen it. They said, “You can do it on your email.” I said, “I want that, but I also want some paperwork.” Other than that, their rep was nice and worked with me. He explained how things worked and were going on.

There was front-end business that needed to be done on the steering part and initially, some other items were done with the vehicle. Endurance covered certain points of it, but not everything. This was the first time I dealt with them and overall, I'm happy with the way it transpired. Hopefully, things are okay in the foreseeable future if there's anything else that comes up.

Very dishonest. They do not tell you all the details in order to file your claim at first. They told me that I had to pass the 30-day window before filing a claim. But they did not told me that I also had to drive 1000 miles. So you have to have both 30 days and 1000 miles. Which is I ask prior to getting the warranty. So basically when they don’t want to fix your car they keep moving the bar. The company is very dishonest and there are better companies out there to go with. Don’t waste time and money with this company. And when you try to cancel the policy they put you on hold for long periods or hang up on you.

Have had Endurance for a year now and am looking for another warranty. Bought 1/2023, didn't receive $300 as promised. Even emailed to enquire; car had an issue April/May. Didn't meet their 1000, so didn't cover; had another one Sept/Oct repair that it didn't cover; now in Dec 2023 took it in for service and they discovered water pump needed repair. Guess what? Wasn't covered. So, on the hunt for a better warranty.

Purchased policy six months ago and attempted to use it recently for a oil leak and thermostat issues only to find out that neither were covered. As the repairs were being made the shop found a leak on the radiator and another claim was submitted that was denied. I found out that my policy did not cover valve covers, thermostats and radiators. The policy was sold to me as "bumper to bumper" coverage and did not think that these parts would not be covered. I am now out over 2k for repairs on a policy that cost me 3600. I am now debating on cancelling my policy and getting some form of refund to help pay for these repairs. Make sure to ask about the coverage of normal parts before purchasing. This needs to be named a "catastrophic policy" instead of elite.

I signed up just over two years ago. I have filed three for three repairs. All of them have been denied. I not only out for the repairs they didn't cover with their most expensive plan but two plus years of monthly payments. Now totaling over five thousand dollars. Plus the customer service is terrible. Long waits to speak with someone and have dealt with a very rude person. Stay Away from this Company!!! Stay far Away!!!

01-01-24 my comm veh has been in the repair shop. 11-22-23 review are taken over 5 days to complete. 04-23 veh in shop again 25 days, 05-23 promaster 30 days. Endurance turnaround time for reviews despicable. Took a week for an inspector to get my assignment. My mechanic advisor has literally called every day for results. So for the holidays I could not make a dime, instead, I spent money for 2x7 day rental out pocket.. Thanks for everything you do. I guess all that matters is that the work is getting done.

Endurance was very helpful. They came across and explained quite a bit and I decided to go with them. I did call a number of people and it seemed to me that Toyota has more affiliation with Endurance than anybody else. The reps were real good, and pleasant. The only bad part about it is that a lot of times, I prefer face-to-face. But it was okay. The coverage was pretty much the same as anybody else. But Endurance had a little better time frame on warranty.

Signing up with Endurance was a simple process. The rep who assisted me was knowledgeable and he explained all the aspects of the insurance, what it covered, and my requirements. As far as what they say they offer, it looks pretty good to me. I would recommend to my friends to talk to them and see if it is fitting for them, and go from there. They're a little pricey but there are a lot of things they say they offer and you want to make sure that you got something that if you do have a breakdown, that they're going to cover it and not give you a whole bunch of flak. You could have one major breakdown that could supersede the cost of the entire insurance.

I got a full coverage with Endurance and it's pretty good. When I signed up, their rep went over everything well and it was fairly easy to do. It wasn't really a quick thing where you didn't understand what they're talking about. I would recommend them to a friend. When I was looking at the policy, it shows what's covered and what's not covered, but on one page, it's confusing because it's written one way in a different page on the policy. They're going by an owner's manual of scheduled regular maintenance and they have a list of places they deal with for claims. In the link they sent me to look at my policy, it says "Schedule repairs online with Repairpal." But I'm not really sure how it works since I haven't got any work done.

I called Endurance and had a good conversation with their rep. We talked about them compared to a couple of other companies and he walked me through what he thought would be a good option for me. It was right after Thanksgiving at the time and they had a Thanksgiving $250 savings of some sort. I went ahead and agreed to move forward. Also, after my call to Endurance, I called the service manager at the dealership and he recommended Endurance. I felt comfortable moving forward with them based off of his recommendation. And based on what I see that they cover, I think I'm in pretty good shape if something was to happen.

I've had Endurance Auto Warranty before. I got a new car, and I signed back up with them with this new car. They've always been amazing. My policy now covers almost a full bumper-to-bumper warranty. Endurance is the best for me because they also covered a lot of the mechanical stuff with me doing DoorDash as well. Some of the other policies with other places didn't cover that.

Endurance was amazing. They explained everything. We never got pushed like, "Buy it. But it." I like it when I'm not pushed. We know everything in writing, how it's gonna be, and what they cover. Getting signed up was easy. It was done through the computer. We didn't have to go anywhere, and someone came on the phone and guided us. Endurance seems like it's covering everything. They asked us where the car goes to be serviced, we told them, and the rep sayid, "Yes, they're very reputable." So, I like to hear that, too. Then we already made one payment, and they made it very easy. You can send them like $120 a month. In six months, I'll have them paid for the amount. So, they made it easy on that, too. We don't like to make payments for three years.

Endurance was more credible compared to other companies and it was very simple getting signed up with them. The warranty handles the regular stuff and covers a little bit above the normal wear and tear, some break work, air condition and things of that nature.

I called Endurance and told them I wanted to speak to a service person. Most of what they offered was full coverage on anything major that breaks, and it covers more things than some of the other ones do. They don’t cover brake pads, brake drums, or minor stuff. But I can build up on this one to where they will even pay my service cost where I have the oil and everything checked if nothing happens and I don't incur anything. I had a claim to change the oil filter and I had the Chevrolet place to do that. It costs $75. They rotate the tires, make sure the tire pressure is right and check everything. The oil they use is probably $40 a gallon, so 75 is not all that bad.

I had a wonderful experience with Endurance Warranty. I called them because of good things that I heard. They were very good to me. They helped me sign up and told me I had to put 1,000 miles on the car before I could have anything done. The coverage was excellent. We compared it with that other company that has the same kind of stuff. But Endurance came right on top. So, I recommended them to a couple of people. I haven't dealt with them as far as needing any work on my car but I'm sure that will be fine. I make my payments and glad to be a member. I already got my Endurance card that I have to show when I would take the car in for repair. They sent everything right away.

Endurance Warranty's customer service was great. They were very patient, and the rep understood that it was my first time ever dealing with that, because I told him, so it wasn't a rush order. I have the Secure Plus policy which covers a lot of options, including mechanical breakdowns. It covers certain parts of the brake system but does not cover the brake pads. That's something wear and tear.

It's easy to sign up with Endurance Warranty. When I joined it, my car happened to be in the shop. I didn't know what my exact mileage was until I called the shop. They looked on the car and read it to me. I gave it to the younger lady I was speaking to, and within two weeks’ time, somebody else called me from there and said they had to have the exact mileage. By then, the car was back home. I went out, got in the car and read them the exact mileage. My contract does not come with oil changes, tire rotations and other little cookies. I don't need towing service. I have AAA. There are some other little things that the other guys give. But if Endurance pays for repairs and do it timely, I'm okay with them.

The Endurance warranty is a good thing to have and it makes sense because it's only 120 bucks a month, which is less than paying something everything up front. And for $30 more, I got the tires covered for the year. The rep was great but when I tried to go online and set up an account, it won't let me.

The guy who sold the Endurance warranty to me was a great and nice guy. I liked him. He was cool. He told me that the plan that I bought was the best one I could buy. Right after I got it, my alternator seized up so I had to have it replaced and it was $1,000. He said if I would’ve had my warranty, it would've only cost me 100 bucks. And he told me everything on that truck was covered. If something happens, it's just $100. It sounded like a good deal and I took it. He sold me on it.

My son has Endurance with his vehicles so I always go to him and ask him for advice. He told me it was a good company. He likes it. They have two vehicles and he had a couple of coverages that he used on it. The enrollment process was okay as far as giving them my information and my mileage, and when I wanted the payment to come out. Because I only get two checks, which are my retirement on the 1st of the month and my social security on the 3rd week of the month. So I wanted them to take my payment according to my income. And that went okay.
The first payment went out automatically right away when I enrolled, around the 10th of the month. But this month, it came out at the time I wanted it to come out. It's gonna come out automatically so I had that set up when I had it enrolled in the policy. I had questioned the additional charge when the initial payment came out. They said there was an enrollment fee. But I wanted to look at it and find out exactly what it covers. I called Endurance about a month ago and asked them to send me a card with my insurance coverage number, policy number, and the brochure which would tell me what it covers and how much. And I haven't received anything yet.

I sent an email and the rep called me right away. We had a discussion and it went well. I was told to call them back if I would like to know more. I sat down and talked with my wife about it, and I called Endurance back and set it up. I have roadside assistance but the coverage doesn't cover tires. Endurance is a little on the higher end but the coverage and servicing are better. And the experience has been good so far.

I had an oil leak and I had to get a valve replacement. The dealer called Endurance and they declined the repair. It cost me over $500 to fix it. I was very disappointed when I got declined. I thought it would be covered and I didn't make any calls to get an explanation why it was declined. But I wanted to do that.

Endurance seemed to have the best deal and the lady was very knowledgeable about their product and gave me answers right away. Everybody seemed like they were locked into specific words they had to give for everything. I understand the contractual situations that they are in and I know that everything is recorded. So I understand what was going on. But it wasn't just two people sitting at the bar talking. It worked out good for the service Endurance was giving. The sign-up process was very good and easy but I was a little pressured to make the decision right away. It wasn't that I couldn't make the decision. I just don't usually make decisions in a snap. I'd point people in the direction of Endurance. I got their number locked in my phone and I’d tell them to call this person.

We looked around online and compared some companies, and Endurance's price was good. Setup was a couple of phone calls, and we were in the car when we did it. We talked to somebody first, then they transferred us to an agent. They went down the list of everything that the warranty covered and how long we could get coverage for because of the mileage.
The whole thing was really pleasant. I've done business with other extended warranty companies, and they were really pushy. The Endurance reps weren't. These guys were super friendly, and they offered us time to think about it, which was nice. They seemed more customer-centric. The warranty covers anything that would have been covered on the original warranty. I haven't made a claim yet, so I have no idea how Endurance is gonna be, but it sounds okay.

Signup was super easy. Endurance just asked for the basic stuff I expected them to ask, like the VIN number. However, the policy was explained in a different way than what I was given when I took the truck in to be fixed, and we had an issue with the tire warranty. When we took the tires in to be replaced, it was not covered, and they said it was due to tread. That was not explained. Yes, I can pull the policy and read through the millions of pages, but that's common knowledge to anybody. I would assume the tread is gonna continue to go down naturally. They said, “Sorry. That's how it is.”
The only bad part was that I had to fix the truck’s warranty portion because it was a little different than a normal truck warranty. Besides that, I have told people about Endurance. I have a 20-some-thousand-dollar truck and a car as well, and we don't have huge savings accounts. If people can afford a giant repair at once, they shouldn't get an extended warranty, but if they can't afford the giant maintenance repairs all at once, having an extended warranty would be valuable. I was upset the first time, but we'll see how it goes in two weeks. I have a claim coming up, and that's when I'll truly know because it's going to be a big one.

I got Endurance ‘cause I have a 20-year-old car, and God forbid, if anything happens, they're standing behind me. When I called them, they asked if I had any problems with the car, and I told them, “No. No problems.” What they offered me was decent, and I couldn't turn it down. I also asked them to send me an endorsement so I know what I'm covered. I'm paying 216 a month, and I'm happy with that. I’d give Endurance more than 5 stars.

The representative was awesome. He was very detailed, explaining what the coverage would be and what would be covered. Everything was to the tee. My car warranty covers the transmission and any expense, including if I have ETC light issues going on. I didn't use Endurance yet, but so far, so good.

I purchased a warranty from ENDURANCE WARRANTY CO and later found out that the car I brought had severe frame damage unbeknownst to me so I wasn't able to utilize their services I was paying for because of the damage to my frame. Get this. I cancel the warranty and they tell me that they're going to take some of the money which I paid into which is illegal because I never signed a contract stating that if I never utilized their services that I would be penalized from the money I paid into the warranty which was 4 months at 155$ a month. Never once did I get any work done on my car because no mechanic will work on my car because of the frame liability and it gets worst. It's been 2 months and they still haven't refunded my money.
They're playing it tag with a third party collector called MEPCO. Delivery time. I call it's a whole bunch of "I'm sorry" and I'm being gaslighted by being told every single phone call that, "I'm sorry. I'm sending my supervisor a email", so they can tag my case and get the refund started which is a bunch of horse manure. I would recommend this company to no one and I reported to the BBB and will be speaking to a lawyer asap. Be aware Endurance Auto Warranty is full of games and gaslighting.

They have multi warranty policy. They have Veteran's discount. And first timer's discount. Make sure to take advantage. The representative Jamie was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. Lots of different options available so make sure you choose what is right for you.

2017 Nissan Sentra transmission repair/replacement was denied due to a wheel change performed by the previous owner. Any changes to your original equipment will be used against you (even if the manufacturer of the car says the replacement is standard and original to the car...The repair shop and Nissan both sent documentation to Endurance to this effect). So if this is your case, do not buy anything from Endurance. The new Nissan supplied wheels were standard for that model car but were not stock per the placard on the car, so it was grounds for denial (supposedly) even though it is prohibited for them to deny a claim (per my state exemption clause in their own contract) due to pre-existing changes to the car which were performed prior to my ownership without my knowledge.
The Nissan service center said that there is no way those wheels contributed to the failure of the transmission. Endurance has dragged their feet for over 2 months and I still don't have a resolution. I have escalated to the contract manager who had the details reviewed again and each time they just come back to a clause in the contract which is not valid in my state. They shouldn't be allowed to do this especially since they are still collecting my money each month. I just want my teenage daughter to be safe and to not have to worry about car repair issues when she's at college which is why I purchased this in the first place. Each representative has been pretty nice but the company just doesn't do what they state in the contract. I will update this post so others can see what the final outcome is, and so they can make a more informed decision whether to do business with Endurance.

We have been with Endurance Warranty for the past 5 years. Our transmission went out, and we indeed got it replaced with a "re-manufactured" transmission. We were without a car for a month, using my kid's high school clunker. The mechanic at GMC suggested we don't put a remanufactured transmission in, but we were at the mercy of this warranty company. So, after a month of going back and forth, a "remanufactured" transmission was put into our GMC Yukon. The, GMC made us pay a $400 mailing fee that Endurance Warranty refused to pay. Our car works, but the transmission still is clunky and jerks and it has never been the same. From now on I will have a savings account that I put around $300 a month into for my car repairs. Warranties are generally a HUGE PAIN.
Every single time my car needed a repair the claims department purposely makes it really hard for the mechanic to connect to see if the part is covered. They either don't answer or it goes to an answering service, so a repair that would normally take 3 hours takes 2 days because the Endurance Warranty Claims department makes it SO hard to connect. Don't do it. Don't pay for a warranty, just go with a savings account and put away each month for repairs. You'll be WAY better off.

Early August 2023 I get an account with Endurance Auto Warranty. I do my research on who is the best because my car (2014 Nissan Versa note) hit 100,000 miles and I think it is wise to have a warranty on my car. I see the value in it. Note, I bought the car brand new in 2013 and have been the only owner, no accidents and always dealer maintained because I am OCD like that. 2.5 months and 1400 miles after I get the warranty I start having transmission issues in my vehicle. This is well after the waiting period of 30 days or 1,000 miles. I take my car to the dealer to have it evaluated the RPMs were bouncing all over the place in my CVT transmission. The dealer confirms there’s an issue with the transmission and it needs to be replaced.
They contact endurance and endurance sends out an adjuster. The adjuster confirms there is an issue and suggests they perform a breakdown of the CVT transmission to confirm the issue. The dealer warns me that it will cost $665.00 to tear down the transmission and that the warranty company may not cover it. So I call the warranty company before I authorize the tear down and ask them if there is a possibility of them not covering it. The rep over the phone reassures me it will be covered they just want to ktear it down to ensure that it’s actually the transmission so it doesn’t happen again after replacing the transmission. and I’m smart enough to realize that tearing down the CVT transmission will total the car. It’s a $6,500 replacement, Which will essentially total the car if you crack open that CVT because the car is barely worth $6000 on a good day.
You can’t put that together again. So I felt confident that endurance would cover it so I authorize the tear down. Then once the tear down happens they call out the adjuster again. The adjuster then denies the claim. All said and done the car was in the shop for over 20 days which was so frustrating because communication between endurance and the dealership was very weak. They denied my claim. They said that because there were shavings in the transmission hold that it was a “pre-existing condition” which occurred in the waiting period according to them. Anyways, I tried fighting it and they just kept apologizing that there wasn’t more they could do. I needed my car it is my daily driver so I had to secure a loan and I talked the dealership down to $5,350 instead of $6,500. Just wanted to share my experience - buyer beware using Endurance Auto Warranty.

ENDURANCE IS A SCAM. I secured my truck under 100K miles with the Platinum Plan. I paid a large deposit and monthly payments for almost 2 years and they had no problem handling that. They LIED and said $100 Deductible at the mechanic of your choice. My A/C Motor went out on one side. I called and they said go to any ASC certified. I go to the dealer and they tell me it will be $1200 out of pocket because that's all Endurance will cover. I call Endurance and they can't do anything. I go to 3 more shops in my area, missed work and paid for a rental car to keep leaving it and long story short they all said the same thing. Some were lower than $1200 but the point is NONE were less than $500 out of pocket and I'm asking why Endurance doesn't cover what IT SAID $100 & ANY ASC Mechanic.
Now it's weeks later and hundreds out of pocket and still no mechanic. Endurance then sends me a list of mechanics that they claim would be the $100 deductible and all of them were over 30 miles and not convenient to my location or my work schedule. I have a big GMC at it was burning hot. I ended up paying $922 OUT OF POCKET because at this point I am telling the Endurance supervisor the plan CLEARLY DOES NOT WORK AS SOLD TO ME. SO PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.
I wasn't going to PLAY THIS PAY GAME EACH TIME my truck needed a repair. That was the point of this insurance. Since June of 2023 they have been PRETENDING TO PROCESS MY REQUEST. They even went as far as saying they have to prorate my refund. I have no idea how if I RECEIVED NO SERVICE & COULD NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR but for jokes they never even sent that. I have sent certified mail, faxes, emails and have called so many times. I finally hired an ATTY Dec 2023 because it disgusts me that ANY COMPANY can lie and pretend to offer a service and just KEEP YOUR MONEY when proven to be a fraud. RUN.

We bought into the commercial and it seemed like it was a good deal. Signing up with Endurance was very good and so far, it has been a wonderful experience. The sales rep was very intellectual, professional, courteous and respectful. He had good customer service skills and was willing to do everything. He was awesome and went above and beyond his job duty. He helped us understand the situation and what we're getting so we didn't even need to ask any questions. This warranty is very valuable for us because we lost our warranty on our vehicle. We were stressing over stuff to how we're gonna pay for this or that. And sometimes, it took most of our check and then another check. So, it was a financial burden for us not to have warranty.

ENDURANCE has accepted my payments every month, and have been finding innocuous reasons to deny my claim. My car has been in the shop since September 18th. So if I want my car fixed, I'll be paying for it myself, after years of paying ENDURANCE!!!

Working with their rep was a good experience. He was very helpful and he explained everything to me. He designed my package for me. The only thing is waiting for the documentation. I had to ask them for a booklet that explains the warranty as they only had it on the internet. I wanted a printed copy so they're gonna send me one. They were really good about that.

Most people when they get hit with a big repair bill, it hurts the pocketbook. We could handle it but it was so much easier on my mind to have an extended warranty available so there wouldn't be a big hit. Endurance covered more stuff and it's less money overall. Their rep was very kind and informative. I was concerned about what would be covered. He explained it to me in detail and it was more than I was getting with other companies. The program went into effect after 1,000 miles on the vehicle. It came with roadside assistance, towing, and rental cars.
