I signed up for the policy about 5-7 days ago and the policy still has not arrived. I did receive a e-mail saying that the policy was ready, but so far, I have not had any success in reviewing it. I am hopeful that it will arrive soon.

The rep was fabulous. He knew what he was talking about. He was self-assured in what he was selling and he was 100% right. The coverage is very good. The warranty covers all the major parts of my car. I'm in my 60's and I can't be paying large amounts for car repairs. The feedback that I've gotten from my mechanic is enough for me. So I'm very a very happy and satisfied customer.

My customer service representative name was Mike. Mike was thorough and a representative that cared about his customer. I called to cancel my plan with Endurance. I had it for 15 days & thought I found another plan that was better. Mike went above and beyond the call of duty explaining the difference between the 2 companies. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I'm glad he took time and assisted me. I'm definitely keeping Endurance Auto Warranty because of ALL the parts and labor that are covered. Also, the Extra benefits that's received.

I have no problem with Endurance. It was easy to sign up and it was recommended by a car dealership. Reason, I ended my plan was because I just purchased a new car with a warranty. There is nothing else to say. Never had to use your service.

Monico was very friendly and helpful. The quoting process was very easy and he made sure I knew what was covered. Switched over from CarShield because they always want to use, used parts and if you use the shops parts you have to pay the difference. Endurance seems more reliable and work directly with the shops and are well known so seems a lot more easier and smooth.

I’m only concerned about the maintenance and upkeep when it comes to my car! My deceased husband and I purchased the car after our 2002 Trailblazer was totaled due to a flood in 2015. We’ve always been loyal customers to our dealers and car insurance companies! I need to have a peace of mind that my car is going to be taken care of if I have any problems! Thank you.

I dropped my key fob while carrying in groceries, and it completely fell apart. I was able to put it back together, but it didn't work right. I called Endurance because I knew my plan included key fob repair/replacement. That's all I had to do. I called to start the claim, and the representative told me to have the car shop call them. That was it. From there, the car company took over the situation. All I had to do was make an appointment to get it fixed. It was amazing.

I could not be happier with the process. We had to get a complete electrical system and replace the air conditioning, both within a year. There were no "hoops" to jump through or "surprise" clauses in the contract. In fact they dealt directly with the mechanics and all we had to do was pick up the car when it was ready.

Being a single parent of two kids I can put my face in my comfort knowing that my vehicle is fully covered in case an emergency arises of a breakdown. Very easy, negotiable and very quick response with their customer service. I would highly recommend this company to all my family members and coworkers. I'll let the team members that I have ever spoken to over the phone have always been awesome, excellent and outgoing. Affordable rate. Have warranty on different car. No problem in getting claims fixed. Was able to get in touch with sales person every time I had a question. Easy to set up automatic payments and pick date for withdrawal. Contract easy to read and describe what the warranty covers. Hope this is successful review.

My experience getting the insurance was quick and easy. The gentleman I spoke with was friendly yet professional and didn't try to bully me into taking the service. However, I have not had an occasion to file a claim yet so I can't say what that process is like. Whenever I do I will come back and edit this review.

The customer service representative I spoke with was great. He made sure that he didn't pass Me along to someone else. He was the person to call Me the next day. He was friendly and made Me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Endurance just because of My experience with him. I hope that he will get recognized for his professionalism. Please stop your salesperson from speaking about your rating and everything when I’m trying to speak. I wanted a quote and information. I understand that you’re highly rated. THATS WHY WE CALLED!! I asked him several times to STOP the sales pitch that I’m buying a warranty coverage but NEED the details. He got upset and told me to “cut the crap”. I simply asked for him to STOP the sales pitch. I know what I want and I know what I need. I’m secure in my vehicle as it’s been 100% maintained. I don’t need the added 20 minutes of repeat “we are a great company for XYZ”. I already know that’s why I called.
This is an extreme turn off and once he told me to STOP, I had had enough and hung up. I am now calling another provider as I’m not dealing with this sales crap over and over again, nor am I going to be told to “cut the crap” because he’s frustrated. Good luck if that’s how you train your employees. Sounds EXTREMELY DESPERATE to me and I’m not having it!

I had a $60 a month plan and then I had 3 sensor failures, $500, $600 and $1000. None were covered under the type of policy I had. So Endurance gave me over $500 credit toward a new, expanded policy and I now pay $80/monthly and it covers just about everything. I am thankful for this policy. Thanks, Endurance!

Based on the experience I had with my Ford Escape, the length of time for repairs and them (Ford) not giving me the extended option that I needed because it took longer to repair to no fault of mine. So I was inconvenienced via transportation, I was on my own. Jacob thank you for your expertise. I have the extended warranty. According to my Ford dealership I needed a rear differential which should have been covered under my warranty. But because the adjuster said I had a leak and that is what caused the rear differential to break, because of the leak they would not cover it. The garage at Fred Beans Ford in Doylestown said there is no way they could have known for sure because the leak is encapsulated. Also, they assume that Endurance just did not want to put out the money since it is expensive. So apparently when something breaks and it's caused by something else, that something else is not covered under the warranty thus my rear differential was not covered. This makes absolutely no sense.
I also asked for a printout of what the adjuster said as to why he wouldn't cover it. They would not give me one. I could not speak to anyone from endurance except the first person who answered the phone. When I asked for a manager there was none. So basically when something breaks in your car that should be covered under a warranty endurance will blame the cause of the breakage and most likely the cause is not covered. So you will not get anything covered with this warranty. I plan on stopping my payments to this company. They were absolutely of no help to me. If anybody reads us, please do yourself a favor. Do not ever go with endurance car warranty program

I called to get a quote for an extended warranty for my car and I spoke with the customer service representative and she was very helpful and pleasant and explained everything very well. I really liked what I heard about this warranty. I felt like part of the family already just sighing up and she gave me all of the information and the discounts I would receive and I was so happy to hear about all of the coverage I will have like a new car. I would refer this warranty service to my family and friends. I am so Happy that my car is now covered again as if it were taking over exactly where my old warranty ended like a new car warranty. Endurance company paid over $5,000 to repair my truck. Everything went great! They replaced a suspension compressor, and the radio. I have Endurance on all 3 of my vehicles. I can recommend Endurance to friends and family. With parts so expensive, you have to have this added insurance on your vehicle.

My experience was great from the customer service person who answered the phone, to the agent who was able to assist me and get me onboarded. No feeling of being forced or made to feel stupid if I didn't get a plan. He listened to my circumstances/concerns and came up with great plan for me. He provided very useful information and was very helpful and understanding. Couldn't want for more and I would definitely recommend the company. I waited a very long time to do this - really wish I hadn't. Haven't "tested" the plan yet, but feel secure that if anything major happens to my car, Endurance will be there to help.

I contacted them because I was interested in getting one of their warranties. I specifically told the agent that the funds had to be taken out on a certain day and that's when you can start it. One he took the fund three days early. When I called to cancel the lady tried her best for me not to cancel. Fine. I still canceled. She then tells me oh it's going to take me two weeks for the money to go back into my account since I did routing and account number. When I called back a couple of days later to find out the other customer service person states that it takes 30 days for me to receive a check in the mail. I'm confused because it took you guys a day and a half to take the money from me and now it takes 30 days for me to get the money back.
I would never suggest anyone to get an extended warranty through them because they're taking your money as quickly as possible and then don't want to give it back when you're unhappy or displeased with their work. Now I have to wait 30 days to receive a check in the mail when it took them a date to take the money from me so no one get Endurance warranty. They are a scam. On top of scam.

My vehicle currently has very high mileage but now that I have secured a contract with this company I can relax and drive when and wherever I want to knowing I have a warranty that provides me with superior back up in case of engine failures that might occur. For at least the next another five years I feel safe and secure concerning potential part failures or breakdowns virtually of any sort. When they started to draft my payments, it was drafted from my account and I kept getting calls saying they could not draft it and if I could make a phone payment because it was overdue. By the third day, I gave into it and made the payment but when I got my bank accounts, it showed that they had drafted it like they said they had and also received my phone payment. I called them back to explain to them what had happened and they said they never got the phone payment. But my bank account shows that it was taken out. I had a little trouble getting it resolved and I was on the verge of dropping my account and switching over to another warranty. Some supervisor came on after a few phone calls and said that they would waive one of my payments to make it right and they did. Everything is okay now.

I did a lot of research when I first looked at purchasing a third-party insurance or a warranty. I have a Cadillac so I went and I talked to a number of Cadillac dealerships that I have done business with in the past. They said that Endurance is the better warranty company to go through on a third party because they get paid through Endurance. With other companies, they've had to fight like tooth and nail to get paid. I made a phone call to Endurance and I had a ton of questions. I told the rep exactly what I wanted and he gave me all the information. I didn't sign up that day and he emailed me the contract of the plan that I had wanted. I looked it all over and called him back within 24 hours and I signed up.
I got the top grade plan and every time I've had a problem, they've taken care of it. Within 90 days of getting the warranty, I had a front rocker arm that went on me. They replaced it and all it cost me was my $100 co-pay and Endurance paid everything else, which was to the tune of 1,800 and some odd dollars. If you don't have a warranty on your car or if it's just about ready to run out and you need to get an extended warranty, go to Endurance. I thoroughly recommend them.

If it wasn’t for the well knowledgeable, Persistent, and extremely focused on what her assignment being. I’m a hard nut to crack but the more I listen, she was really saving me a headache in case something happened under their coverage. I was trying to dismiss her. But her Selling Skills are phenomenal, and I settled on the 30$ increase for more time, I haven’t had to use it so far and expect to be treated with the highest quality of service.

I haven't had any problems for me to use the warranty but having Endurance is like gambling or life insurance. You don't know if you need it or not but if you need it, it's there. Their price was reasonable.

Don't go with this company! Read the fine print before buying! They won't cover issues that result from broken bolts and nuts. Insane! Why would you offer a warranty that won't cover that! Now I'm under water on my vehicle cause they won't cover an exhaust manifold issue! I bought this thinking it would protect me from American made vehicles. Never again will I buy a warranty with this company! Stay away at all cost! Not worth the headache and ** you will have to go through with these people!

I am very happy with my Endurance warranty. They covered an inspection and repairs on my 2014 Nissan Sentra with 100,000 miles on it without question. I highly recommend them. My warranty is for 100,000 miles and 10 years coverage. After doing research on after-market warranties I found that Endurance is the best value for the price of coverage.

I did a web search to compare warranties and Endurance had the best customer reviews. When I called, the agent who helped me was very courteous and answered my questions thoroughly. I believe her name was Katrina and she deserves to be commended. I received my contract promptly in my email and printed a copy for my files. I haven’t had to use your service yet and I may never have to, but I have the peace of mind knowing it’s there if I ever need it.

I checked out the competitors which were (OX Car Care) that came up very negative and as far as the better business goes they make it so difficult to complain. Most people just give up. I bought an older model and doing the quote with Endurance was easy, I could read the contract even before signing up and pick the right choice for us. I didn’t have a very good experience at all…the first time I used the warranty I was overcharged for the tow…still have not been reimbursed. Endurance would only pay for a sub-standard starter…which the dealer would not use because of failures in the past and I had to pay the difference in the price plus my $100 deductible. The second time they denied all the repairs both times my truck was at the dealers for over a week…I would NOT recommend Endurance.

The fellow who signed me up with Endurance was reassuring. He made me interested in the deal and made me feel secure to wanna have it. He made the whole package deal sound like it was gonna be something that was gonna be needed and Endurance is gonna be a reliable company to work with. And the additional offers, once I get to a certain point, he made this sound reasonable as a customer, too.
I mainly wanted just the maintenance on the engine. But the Endurance coverage provided me with more than that. I was surprised when I made new purchases, they had the extended coverage on the tires. It was something I wasn't expecting. And I can go to the actual physical dealership if needed be, if I just decided that was an option. And the deductible amount is so low. 100 bucks for the deductible and then just pay that and then the rest of it is covered. That was a win for me. My payment rate is slow at the moment but I don't plan on losing it at all. I keep calling and telling Endurance that I will make the initial payment.

I called Endurance by phone to sign up. Everything went well. They had a good plan and their customer service was really good. I had to use the warranty and all the work was done. It was great. I went with Endurance's Elite package that threw in the extra oil changes and some other incentives that it came with such as a reimbursement on a hotel stay if my car ever broke down out of town and the unlimited tows. Their reps were available for questions and they answered my questions very well. I've used the service several times for oil changes, repairs, and tows. The latest repair wasn't covered and I had to find that out the hard way. Also, I would usually be without a car for a couple of days when it would be under repair, but I always got reliable service. I will let others know that I'm satisfied with Endurance and that I feel protected under this coverage.

I used Endurance for oil changes and the process was easy. All I did was hand the shop my card and they did the rest. I paid $10 for an oil change, so Endurance paid the rest. Aside from that, the warranty covers everything I want and it costs me $119.75 a month. If I'm on the road and I feel like something happened, I got my card right there in my console so I can just call them.

The customer service I got from Endurance has been fantastic. I was impressed with their sales and marketing process. They weren't overzealous and they were straight to the point, objective, and not trying to upsell. Their reps were also polite and considerate. I signed up for a warranty on my 2014 Ford Mustang and the price was excellent. Previously, my car's warranty only covered the powertrain and transmission for $99 a month. But Endurance was able to give me bumper-to-bumper coverage, and provide a rental car and towing if needed that I used to have with my Ford contract. They had a lot of extra things for me and at less cost as well.

Something felt funny with my car. So, I took it to the dealership and they did a thorough check. They told me what was wrong and how much the repair would cost, then I called Endurance to get my claim done. Initially, there was a little back and forth because they started offering aftermarket parts and I wanted dealership parts. I didn't have my car for three weeks because of that and in the end, it was agreed that I had to pay a little bit to go towards the total cost. I paid $1300 to get the dealership parts but I didn't mind paying that amount because the total was 5,000. And since the repair, my car rides like new. I've recommended a couple of family members to come over to Endurance. I told them that their best bet was to go with Endurance so that they can get what they want for their cars. And you're paying for the warranty every month. It's insurance, so you may as well go with who can get you what you need.

I have a 2016 Ford Fusion covered with Endurance. They called me and I got signed up quickly. I made a downpayment, and then I made monthly payments after that. My car had 60,000 miles on it and they covered for 100,000 miles after that. It has really surprised me that most of the time when I take it in for an oil change, a lot of it is covered. They cover most things. It's really funny because I'll go into the dealership and they'll tell me, "Well, that's really for repairs." I said, "You never know. Just go ahead and try it." Then, when I go in to pay for it, I end up paying just a miniscule part.

They hooked me up to an agent and the agent charged me $20 while telling me about being charged $20. I had replaced both catalytic converters but Endurance did not cover that ‘cause bumper to bumper does not cover catalytic converters.

We were coming back from Mississippi when I hit a hole. The right front tire was busted and I had to have it replaced. Endurance did us right on that. On another instance, I took the vehicle to a Ford dealership and the claim worked out well too. I would recommend Endurance highly. They are a little bit higher than the other provider but I didn't want to take a chance on not getting the service that I've been getting. We like the way Endurance has treated us.

That made me do a little research on it to see what it was about because I have friends that have it and they have good reviews. I signed up with Endurance two years ago because I thought my truck was out of warranty. When I went back to the dealer, I found out I had two years left, so I called Endurance up and canceled the warranty. When my factory warranty ran out, I subscribed. I just had to call Endurance, and they had all the information they needed, so it didn't take but a couple of minutes on the phone to get the policy going.
I wanted something similar to the factory warranty where everything is bumper-to-bumper, and I like the coverage that I have with Endurance. In fact, not long after I got the policy, I had two incidents. One incident was when I had a check engine light come on, and the dealership fixed it. It came up to 300 something dollars and Endurance covered it with no problems. The next problem was when my air conditioner went out at the beginning of summer. I had to put it in the shop and get somebody from Endurance to come down, look at it and approve it. It was no problem, and the whole problem got solved. I have wonderful air conditioning in my truck now.

Endurance's salesman was aggressive and pushy, but I wanted the warranty so it wasn't a big problem. I had two cars and I signed both of them up. I was satisfied with the price. It was fair and so were the programs. Both of my cars had an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Endurance covered a certain amount of service work such as brakes and oil changes. Most extended warranties do not. I was pleased with that. The second or third time that I took my Camry to the dealer that does my oil changes, the lady there had Endurance's information on file and she automatically called them for approval when any service work was being done on my car.
It turned out that there was a misprint in my VIN and Endurance refused to honor the claim even though they had honored two before that. They ended up canceling my policy and giving me a new one. The new one isn't nearly as good as the one I had before. It eliminated all the service work and programs. Endurance said they gave me a credit. I can't figure out their system. The way it's set up, I pay for either three years or four years. Both of the policies are seven-year ones and the last three years are free.
Endurance said it was my fault that the VIN was wrong. It might have been. But I would think that they put the VIN into a system and see what kind of car they're insuring. That was something that truly annoyed me because I have fewer miles now on this second contract that they wrote and no service agreement. I talked to a lot of people about it. Initially when I called them after the garage said that they had denied the claim, they said, “No, we'll take care of that, but we have to rewrite the policy.” But they refused to take care of it and they put me on to a supervisor and said that what was initially told to me was against the law. I had to start over and I had to drive another thousand miles before it was effective. It was either 30 days or 1,000 miles. The whole thing really upset me.
That one problem was somewhat costly. But I've had quite a few pretty good experiences where Endurance lived up to the way I understood the warranty. There's roadside assistance. Having Endurance provides peace of mind knowing that I'm not gonna have a $2,000, $3,000, or $4,000 surprise. I'm an insurance guy and I've got insurance on everything I can take it on. I'd be ahead of the game if I just paid when something came up.

I bought an extended warranty through the dealership. But I didn't like it because I had to go to certain places. I asked my mechanic which one that they used and they told me Endurance. I called them and signed up. It's been a year since then. I did a claim for something that had to do with my air conditioning. I wasn't expecting it to be covered but it was. I didn't have to do anything as my mechanic did that. My vehicle was gone for two days. I'm pretty satisfied with Endurance. I passed on to others what my mechanic told me that it was easier for them to deal with Endurance than anybody else.

Endurance is a good company. Signing up was very simple. The only thing is my car is mainly garaged. I don't need a service contract. So, I want to cancel the contract. I bought my vehicle second-hand. This was in 2017. I didn't know how it was gonna behave. As it turns out, it doesn't need anything. It's a Jeep Renegade and it's fabulous. It had 44,000 miles on it when I bought it. I wanted to protect it but I'm not traveling. So, I really don't need the contract. One of Endurance's guys was so absurd. He was arguing with me. He said, “I don't think you understand what you're doing.” It was the most absurd conversation I've ever had with somebody. He's not a professional. I said, “I'm canceling this policy.”
Other than that, there's nothing wrong with Endurance. In fact, I've used them already. The most recent repair place I went to was my local guy in New Jersey. It cost me nothing. My brakes were squeaking. I brought the car in. He told me what it was gonna cost and then he called me back and said, "Your brakes are fine." Because of the traveling back and forth, it had picked up gravel in between the pads.

Endurance customer service was very nice, polite, and informative. I had them cover my 2021 Acura. Their rep explained all the details to me. I already had one policy through the company when we bought the Acura. This was just an extended warranty add on to that to make sure I had enough coverage. Always have a warranty. It's like life insurance. You never want to die, but it sure is good to have some life insurance to put your loved ones away if something does happen.
The only problem that I have with Endurance is that $11,000 is a little too much to pay for an extended warranty. I bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and I've never paid that much for a warranty before. The price was ridiculous. The car was $45,000 and the warranty is 25% of the price of the car. That aside, everything else was really good. Their website was very informative and that was what I needed. It's not difficult to understand. Endurance has taken care of me.

I had a claim for my torque converter and the guy at the dealership said that Endurance is a good company. He said normal places always give them a hard time but when they called Endurance, Endurance didn't give them any problems. The gal answered all my questions and seemed like she knew the program very well. She did a good job. Cars nowadays, with all these computers and everything in them, you never know. An electrical short could cause a major problem and it's my understanding that Endurance would be right there to take care of the problem and pay for the damage and get it repaired. I've got bumper-to-bumper, excluding oil changes and brake pads, brakes, and normal wear and tear. But roadside assistance came with the warranty.

I sent a claim for a switch on the bottom of the shifter for transmission, but Endurance didn't cover it because it's not in the specifics. I've done warranty several times and it has paid off at times. Things have gone up in inflation, but I call Endurance a better bargain.

The person I dealt with explained everything quite to my satisfaction. I had an experience where the vehicle that I had before was totaled in a wreck and Endurance gave me $1,000 towards shopping for a new one. I have a pickup truck and we have a travel trailer and I like the idea that no matter where I am, I can have my vehicles towed to the closest place that can fix them. One of my cars had 103,000 miles on it and yet they insured it. They completely covered it as if it was brand-new. I'm satisfied with them.

Everything has been great so far. I got the total package and I have two vehicles covered with them. The warranty doesn't include maintenance but it covers everything else. I had to have an air conditioning compressor and a sunroof folder replaced. I just paid my $100 deductible.

My experience with Endurance has been great. My AC unit compressor went out and I told Jim Glover that I had Endurance and they called that they would take care of it. So, I just paid my deductible. The AC has been working fine since. I also had a battery that went down and I called Endurance. They sent someone out to jump in and it didn't take long at all. I like the reliability with having Endurance and dealing with a place that I always take my car in and not in three different places.

Signing up was very easy. The rep explained everything and it was very thorough. The warranty provides roadside assistance and a rental car. If I run out of gas, they will fill my tank up. I've been telling everybody at my job how cheap Endurance is and what it covers. I tell them it covers my key fob too. My engine light came on and they fixed it with no challenges. I had to pay no deductible. I'm a happy customer.

I'm very disappointed with Endurance. I needed two repairs on my car (the bearing and the shocks) and I filed a claim with them last month, but supposedly, the plan that I was on didn't cover those two items. When I got the policy, they didn't tell me that the plan they were selling doesn't cover this versus the other. They didn't give me the option to pick, but I guess that's how they play their games. "Well, this stuff is probably already damaged and needs to be repaired. So we're not gonna cover that on this plan."
The reps need more training as well. When I went to my dealership to get my car repaired, I called and somebody told me one thing. When my dealership called, somebody told them a different thing. I called even before I went to the dealership, and I told the girl what I was told I needed to have done. Apparently, she couldn't determine from what I was telling her what plan it was on and if it was covered. I didn't even know they had two separate plans. I had to pay out of my own pocket the dealership price when I could have gotten it done cheaper somewhere else if I'd have known they didn't cover it. I've been busy, but I'm still pissed, and I'm about to drop Endurance.

After researching, I found out that Endurance was the carrier for many other companies under different names. I signed up and it went fine. The coverage was adequate for what I needed, and the service has been fine as well. We've had to use the warranty once, and it was quick and efficient. The dealer took care of it, and it was covered. Endurance is doing what it needs to do, and it's the direct underwriter. People aren't going through somebody else to get through Endurance.

Signup was good. The only complaint that I have is I wasn't told about the different levels of coverage that Endurance offers. The lower one was the only one that I was offered, and I paid monthly, then eventually, I paid it off in full. I have basic coverage, and one thing I don't like about it is it doesn't cover any gaskets or seal. I would like to have had better coverage. Still, it's an insurance plan. I've told a couple of people about it and I told them to ask about the different plans when they call.

The reps told us everything we needed to know about the insurance, and we were satisfied. Our policy covers mostly everything, including rentals for up to two weeks. Purchasing an extended auto warranty is a good choice.

Endurance did good when I had my air conditioning system go out. I called them and they gave me a list of shops that they work with. I chose Christian Brothers but they didn't do very well. I'm gonna send a report to Endurance because they don't need to be using Christian Brothers. When I took my vehicle over there for them to install my air conditioning system, they tried to get me to do all this other work. They did an analysis of the car and a lot of the stuff they had on there, my mechanic had already repaired. They tried to tell me my catalytic converter was gone. But my mechanic had already gone through that to get ready for inspection and he cleaned up everything. When I took my vehicle in there to get inspected in July, it passed. So it had no issues. But overall, Endurance did everything they said they would do.

The rep was nice. I said, "I haven't checked in anybody else yet." And she explained that Endurance Auto Warranty doesn't have a middle man like most places do. I said, "The price is high because of my age." She asked what my age was and I said I'm gonna be 70. She said I get a discount for that. She got it down to an affordable price for me. So, I signed up with her. She answered all my questions. She said, "You have 30 days to change your mind." In the meantime, I looked into CarShield and a couple of the other ones. And it just seemed good to stay with Endurance. I'm gonna cancel my AAA because Endurance does everything AAA does.
I asked Endurance to send me a monthly bill but they did not. They called me saying, "Your payment is late." I would give them the information over the phone, and the next month it happened again. I said, "You guys are supposed to send me a monthly bill." She said, "That comes from our other office." I said, "You know what? Just screw this. Let's just put it on auto pay. Here's my credit card." I got hacked last night. So, I had to call them today after I got back from the bank and gave them my new card.

It was a very good experience when I signed up with Endurance. They gave me a military discount. I was pretty happy with it. I just used it. But I have to use it again because it wasn't really fixed. I was on the road. I didn't go to a dealer to get it fixed and they put an aftermarket alternator in it. It's not really working that well. But, it wasn't Endurance's fault. Also, the people on the roadside assistance part took forever to verify my account. It was so weird. I gave them everything. But when I called on Monday morning and talked to the regular office, they verified it from my phone.

When I first got Endurance, it was good. But the first time I called them for help, it wasn't that good. I had to go through a lot of changes. A lot of different telephone numbers because they hadn't given me the right number. I was ready to cancel it. The first time I called them, I couldn't get my car started. They gave me a number. I called that number and then they said I called the wrong number. They gave me three numbers before they finally decided that I had reached the right number. Finally, they sent somebody out to jump my car. It was nerve-wracking for me. That was the first time that I dialed a roadside assistance number and it wasn't roadside assistance number. It was not pleasant at all. When I need them, I'd like for them to come and do whatever they have to do. I wouldn't have to wait all day and part of the next day before I get it done.

I had Endurance before on another car that I had a few years ago. When I got this vehicle that I have now, they wanted me to get something when I was getting financed. They chose Endurance again. This is my first time using it in three years since I've had it this time, and it hasn't been pleasant. They didn't want to pay for a new part. They wanted to try to find a part that was used and have it delivered, and I didn't wanna do that. So, I had to come out of my pocket for way more than my deductible. It wasn't hard to submit a claim. It's just hard to get the parts covered completely.

The woman from Endurance who helped me was wonderful. I initially spoke with a guy. He wasn't that great. Later on, I called back and spoke with the wonderful woman. I did a lot of research to see the best companies. I also asked some of the shops, and a lot of them said that Endurance was very responsive, and some of the other ones had a longer wait time and didn't respond quickly. They said it was easier to do claims with Endurance than some of the others. The plan I got was great. I have a fairly new car so I wanted to get everything covered.

I first called another company and it was a whole process that just went kaput. I looked at the Endurance and it was a much better and easier process, and more helpful customer service. The people were friendlier. The price was higher than I wanted to pay, but it was less than anywhere else I have seen. The quote that the rep gave me over the phone was higher and I told him I had been quoted online. He honored the lower price and answered all my questions and sent me all the material that I would need. People should try Endurance. It’s been good for me.

I have a car that I wasn't driving for nine years and it only had 16,000 miles on it. The warranty had long run out and I wanted to start driving it, so I figured it would be good to get a warranty on it. Endurance seemed like they handle everything in-house, which is a big plus. Also, the mechanics that I use here near my house are qualified to do the service and I talked to them and they had had people who had Endurance. They said Endurance paid very well and did very good. I went with them and the person I dealt with was extremely helpful. He got me a discount for being a veteran and for having a low mileage on my car. I was able to get the premium service and everything even though it's a 2014 Mercedes. He went out of his way to try to help me out on the thing.
The only thing is I would like for them to send me a hard copy of the warranty to stick in my file. But I was on their website to pull down the information about the warranty and it was pretty easy to go. Also, my payment was held up for a little bit and it was past the due date. I called them to straighten it out and they said it was no problem. I had 10 days or something like that to make the payment before they charge a late fee.

I was gonna make several inquiries about pricing but the rep said that I wouldn't get this price again if I didn't take it now. I didn’t like that remark. But he was very professional and Endurance is a service I needed or I would not have bought it. After I had taken it, I had 30 days to back out of it and I called a few dealerships and inquired. They seemed to think Endurance was one of the top at taking care of business. I had to place a $100 sensor on a tire the other day when I got my oil changed and I had to pay it on my own. The co-pay was $100 and the thing was just a little over 100. I wouldn't have fooled with it. My car is a Cadillac, so I'm getting my service and stuff done at the Cadillac store. So in case anything happens to it, I can take it there and feel assured that it’s gonna be fixed promptly and correctly. The rep from Endurance said I could go to anybody I wanted to get it fixed.

The gentleman I spoke to at Endurance was very easy to talk to. But I didn't get any paperwork in the mail or anything to show exactly what I am paying for. When I tried to go on the site to see what I could find out, I had an awful time trying to find out what my policy was and what it entailed. There are some things that I'm in dark with. The process of setting up with Endurance was not hectic at all, which I thought it was. The lady explained everything and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable enough to pick Endurance and they gave me a few extra perks, which none of the other ones will give me. I paid for four years, two and a half years at full price, and then, they said the last year and a half would be no cost if I didn't have a whole bunch of claims. They waived the initial payment which was $300 and I paid under $200 to get everything started right up front. I can pay them online and it's easy. I gotta hook it with my bank and I have the paperwork right here at my job. So, I have all the information I need to send in my money and 120.90 a month for full mechanical problem coverage is great. I am mechanically inclined, too so, I will make sure that everything on my vehicle is good. But to have that coverage reassures me.

Had a refrigerator decide to stop all operation. Made appointment for tech to visit and perform life saving repairs. My only concern is the time it took for the tech to order and receive the bad fan unit. Luckily we have a second refrigerator in the basement. Maintenance person was friendly and knowledgeable.

I never received a copy of my warranty! Is it possible to get one? It would be nice to have a physical copy in my car in case of an emergency. I was told when I renewed my warranty it would be sent out in the mail! I would appreciate your attention to this matter! Thank you.

I was looking for a third-party warranty for my car and I went and researched a little bit on Google. It was a little expensive compared to other warranty companies but they had good reviews. I signed up with them. I filled out a form on the Endurance website and they called me back. They did the first sign-up on the phone. I've called them a couple of times for different things. I talked to customer care a couple of times now about paying the bill and looking at my warranty pamphlet. I just do it on the app on my phone. Once I paid for the coverage, there was a one month waiting period before I could use the warranty and there should be another 1,000 miles from the miles that were on the odometer.
Endurance covers my Jaguar XF 2015. At the time of buying the car, I made a stupid financial decision because Jaguars, Land Rovers, Range Rovers, and Volvos are not that famous cars in the US so their parts are hardly available. Not a lot of repair shops fix them. My coverage with Endurance is not bumper-to-bumper but it covers the most important parts that I need such as electrical, engine, fuel system, and suspension. They even cover maintenance.
I actually talked to eight different warranty companies and some of them didn't cover my car because they put my car in a luxury category. Some warranty companies offer very basic coverage. I was looking for a warranty that also provides me maintenance so that my expenses on the car would be close to zero. Fortunately, Endurance was giving that. They also have three oil changes a year, brake pads replacement, and wiper blades replacement. They have all the roadside assistance requirements like battery service and towing service.
I have filed a claim for repairs with Endurance and that successfully got through. It's for the power window regulator that makes the car windows go up and down. There was some fault in it and it stopped working. I took it to a repair shop and they gave me an estimate of $1,300. I gave them my warranty details and the shop called Endurance. They covered everything except my deductible, which is $100. That was pretty cool because I did not expect that repair to be that expensive. If I was paying out of pocket, that would have been too much.
The car is again in repair for some basic stuff. There's gonna be another claim soon. They're just inspecting it right now. The current problem was something related to the EVAP system or the emission system. Every repair shop I took it to was not willing to do anything. The moment they inspected it, they said they could not touch it. I finally ended up taking it to the dealership, which Endurance will cover. Overall, I've had a good experience.

The first rep I spoke with said, "I will be mailing you something in a week to 10 days." Two weeks later, I still haven't gotten anything. I called back and said, "I wanna cancel this warranty.. You're not doing what you told me you were gonna do." But they put me with somebody else and we talked a while. And I decided to keep the warranty. My experience with them was fine except for the little glitch at the start. It's a pretty good policy.

Signing up with Endurance was very informative. I debated over the 1,000 miles because I don't put a lot of miles on my car but I'm plugging away at those miles. So far, I have over 500 miles on my car, which is unheard of for me. I've had my car for five years and I've only put 20,000 miles on it. Both the ladies that I spoke with were wonderful and encouraged me to take this particular plan because it supposedly is one of the best. They did all the work and everybody was aboveboard. You learn the first time you have an issue. But so far, so good. I have a very good price. I like that I pay for six months and then don't pay for six months.

This is my second Endurance product. My first was the insurance policy and they made good on the claims I made. Second as a more progressive plan and they helped out on vehicle maintenance and on a claim. So far, the two Dealers for my cars had not worked with them before but found Endurance was easy to work with came through.

Endurance was more expensive than I thought it would be. But the customer service reps explained themselves pretty well and why the prices were as they were. My rep did a great job and talked about how I would never be shut down if I had a claim. She was upbeat and confident. She told me that I got the best plan they have. I have a Mercedes-Benz and they said that they would recommend me to take it to the dealer because that's the best place to get service. I like that. They also told me that if I had two claims within the 90-day period, my claims would be honored. So I haven't had any problems. Customer service has been great. I wanted a lower price, but they didn't have anything, so I got what I got.

I told the rep that I just moved to Miami and I'm by myself. I have an older car and I said to him that the least thing I wanted was to be stressed out on the side of the road on the interstate with cars blowing by. He was so concerned and I did not feel that he was trying to make a profit. At first I couldn't his policy at 155. I told him I wanted the service but it was expensive. He broke it down and got the price for me down to 127. With my package, I know I have roadside assistance and I love that. I can also get a rental car while my car is getting fixed. They are there for me in case of any emergency. That is a blessing to me. I also love the fact that if I got a new I car, I can make the policy roll over to it. It's worth paying for the policy even if I don't have any accidents.

Never had a problem with claims. Always approve repairs, dealer has no problem accepting plan, have had many repairs done and covered, power steering, electrical, rear end, trailer wiring, etc. Liked it so much I bought a longer term policy for my truck, I've never been told where to go for repairs. I feel very comfortable telling people to buy a plan.

When we first signed up with Endurance, I called Customer Service and asked for a hard copy of our Contract. I was told you don't do that but then the Lady I spoke to said she had to ask her Manager. When she came back on the phone she said, ok that she was gonna mail it to us. Until this day we have not received a hard copy of our contract. We have not needed the Service as of yet so I cannot rate you all. I would like to get the hard copy of our contract. The Woman I spoke with in the beginning was very patient and listened to my concerns with keeping my Endurance account. (I am sorry I did not write down her name.) I could hear compassion and helpfulness in her voice. I was transferred to James. He started out in a rush. I could not hear concern or compassion. I felt like hanging up. However, I suggested he slow down, so I could write down his suggestions after repeating my concerns. He reminded me of an automobile sales person with the "slam Bam, thank you ma'am approach. He closed me. My monthly payment was lowered. I pray this is a good company, if needed. Have no idea if the CEO is wealthy beyond common sense or even if I am wasting my money.

On one of the hottest days in early September, my AC quit working. When I took my car to the dealer I was thrilled to find out that they accepted Endurance, was able to fix my car as there was something going on with the sensors, but it would take 4 additional hours to fix once they located the problem because of the location of the area. The only thing I was not pleased with was the fact that I had to pay extra due to Endurance having a cap on amount they pay for labor, otherwise, my AC experience quickly cooled down. Thank you.

I like the packages that Endurance Auto Warranty had. They told me what they had and gave me some options. I like the exclusive warranty more than anything. It was a pleasant experience. I had some suspension problems. They covered that. And that was 4,000 that they paid. I had a power window motor that went bad. That was 900. They also paid for that. I had an air compressor go bad and that was 2,000. They also paid for that. They have been good for me. I have peace of mind. And when I have a problem, I don't have to worry about coming out of a lot of money. Because if it's in the warranty plan, they would take care of it. They have been fair to me.

Endurance is the warranty co. I would recommend to any of my friends. They have covered everything that has been fixed on our RAV4 Just $100.00. out of our pocket and Endurance takes care of the rest. The gal from Endurance that I talked to was great. She went through everything and I decided to cancel my warranty with my other company and go through Endurance. I was impressed with her knowledge of the policies and what they offer and her willingness to work with me. I was frustrated with the fact that I didn't know what I got myself into with that other warranty. She helped talk me through the process of canceling that warranty and what I had to go through, and then signing up with Endurance. She humanized the whole process. She was very kind and she did a good job of explaining it to me.
I was very impressed with the coverage that Endurance has and what they offer, and I feel like I'm covered and I have everything I need. They're a little bit more pricey than the other one that I had, but it covers more. The sign-up process was easy as well. It was a little lengthy, but you have to be thorough with all the information. I've spoken with two people at Endurance when I've had questions and both of them have been great to work with. I had a little trouble with the app, as far as if I wanted to print off the policy, but I think that's because I have an iPhone and that's more of an iPhone issue.

Dealership called the Endurance Center and got approval for repair immediately. I’ve had no other issues. Parts were ordered and installed shortly afterwards. I paid a $100.00 fee. Anytime I need work on my car I know Endurance is there. They almost rebuilt my 2011 Dodge Caravan and now on my 2018 Hyundai Tuscon. Without them I would have probably junked my Caravan, with low payments for bumper-to-bumper coverage I would be crazy not to have it on every vehicle I purchase.

Took it to a reputable mechanic.. Also, the dealership takes this warranty I called there before I even got endurance.. Air conditioning job was only $100 out of pocket and everything is working great now. It was a $2,000 job. It's a pretty reasonable plan and for those costly things that happen to an older car, I think it's well worth it.

To Whom it may concern. We have had Endurance Ins. for my Nissan Murano for about a year or so. So I took my car for a oil change and then my husband emailed my invoice to Endurance for a reimbursement because we paid for it on our own but, was later told we have have our mechanic shop to contact Endurance before the service was done, but thank God still took care of the cost and more for us. Endurance took care of my tow expenses and all of the items (alternator and water pump) that were covered in my warranty when fixing my car. All I had to pay was the deductible. I just recently warrantied my second car with Endurance. I highly recommend them over any other warranty company.
