    My auto warranty went out on my Mini Cooper. The Endurance rep I spoke with was very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the process. They didn't force me into anything. They just told me what it would be like. I told them the mileage. Whatever questions they asked, I gave them information and it was good. I wanted bumper-to-bumper coverage and some of those brakes. Because when I take my car to the shop, I just don't wanna be bothered. I wanna be, go in, sit, get it back without writing a check. I recommended Endurance to quite a few people. I told them, "When your car's warranty runs out, go to Endurance." Because my ex-husband had a good experience with them and he gave me some good reviews too. I have another car, too, with Endurance.

    I was looking at CarShield and I was looking it up on the internet and Endurance popped up. So, I compared the two. Endurance had more coverage for what we needed and it also was cheaper than CarShield. CarShield wanted a $500 deductible and ours is 100. Endurance also covers almost everything except for the gaskets and the regular maintenance. The signing-up process at Endurance was fine as well.

    The policy seemed okay. I realized if I don't have any repairs, it's not gonna be a good deal, but if I do, it'll be worth it. I signed up online a month ago, and I haven't received anything that tells me what's covered and what's not. Besides that, signup was easy.     I contacted Endurance, which made me more comfortable because we get a lot of auto warranty calls a week and I am not comfortable being cold called on things like that. The rep that I talked to spent time asking me why I wanted a warranty. It was like he was not out to just get business. He wanted that business to make sense for them. So he spent quite a bit of time quizzing me and then he ran some information to be sure that my car qualified. Then he proposed the plan that he felt fit with what I was doing with the car as far as miles and time. That was kind of nice, but I told him, “Wait. I don't really have a choice. This is the one you're giving me.” He said, “Well, that's why I asked you all those questions, to be sure I was giving you the one that fit for what you needed.” So I appreciated that.

    I wish the warranty would cover some more things, like the electronics but they don't do that in that old car. He said they would, but it was crazy more expensive. Being as I haven't had any trouble and I'm not having trouble with my car, he felt that I should concentrate in the one that he was proposing. So we picked the plan, and I wanted to talk to my husband before I committed to it. He gave me some sort of discount for it being the first time that there had been any contact. He gave me 10 minutes to talk with my husband, and I did that. So it was pretty easy. He gave me the opportunity that felt like I did due diligence that way. We talked about it for a little bit more and went ahead with it. He went through all the administrative paperwork to get it set up.

    I thought Endurance would mail me the paperwork, but they didn't. They sent me links in my email to get the paperwork and I had to get a code to get the link. But when I got out of my email to get the code and came back, it started over again. So I still don't have the full blown official paperwork. It is a little annoying. Everybody else is able to do that. It would probably work if I was working off of my computer, but I didn't. I was working off my phone and it's not well interfaced that way. If they're just gonna do it by links, they need to be sure that it works well enough.

    Fix whatever trouble I might have with the car. Outstanding and true. They do what they say. I couldn't help but wonder if they would really fix my car. Being I had not had such luck with manufacturer warranties. However, my concern was unfounded. The times I had to use them for an unexpected repair My car broke down and I took it to my mechanic, we reached out to Endurance to find out if the repair is covered and it was.     Endurance reached out and they asked me the mileage of my car and the year. They said, “Well, you still are under warranty but you may wanna take out this insurance for extended warranty.” I said, “Well, okay. That sounds good.” They said the coverage would cover the powertrain and anything that would go wrong with the car with the exception of things like tires and light bulbs. I accepted and paid them and haven't heard anything back from them yet. I'm waiting for my card to come to show that I have coverage.

    I called Endurance Auto Warranty and spoke with a representative. It was a good experience. But I had one problem with the first representative that I purchased the package from. He quoted me one package. I've never heard of the other package that he put in his notes. So, I called back, because I did spoke with my son who also had Endurance and the price that Chris gave me was different. So I called back to ask what was going on.

    I spoke with a young lady. She read the notes and that's how I found out that Chris told me about the Diamond package, but he gave me Premium. Which made no sense to me because I've never heard of a Premium. She was very nice. She said, "He put in his notes that he quoted you the Diamond, but he gave you the Premium," which made no sense. She said, "I can give you the Diamond package." She gave me what I was quoted and what I assumed I paid for. She made it right. I pray that I don't have to use it. But at least I feel protected. Because the experience was good. Make sure that you get the package that you were quoted.

    I wouldn’t recommend this warranty company to anyone. It's very clear that they are not here to fix, just take the monthly payment. I wish I had read reviews prior to obtaining their warranty services. Once you actually need Endurance, you can’t get any assistance. I've been getting the run around from this company for two months trying to get a simple claim resolved.

    The representatives I've worked with so far are Jaime ** and Ashley **. I've been constantly placed on hold, given misinformation or contradictory updates while trying to get my claim approved. Endurance continuously asks me to send in documents that have already been submitted and now it seems they've resorted to countless transferred calls and increasingly long hold times just to tell me the documents I've submitted multiple times are still being reviewed.

    Further contributing to inconsistent information—several representatives have stated that the aforementioned documents have been approved while others have insisted denial of documentation for reasons that are either inconsistent or that have been already deemed rectified by endurance. The final update—over a week ago—was from the supervisor Ashley **. She apologized for the continued miscommunication, offered to again resubmit the documentation I'd previously provided and assured me she would reach back out. Although I have reached out to endurance for updates, the run around is continuous and I have had no correspondence from Ashley whatsoever.

    I like that with Endurance, you could do the signing up process online, and you could pick your plan online, and you could pay for it online. Their website is also easy to navigate. All the other ones would call you and I didn't wanna talk to a salesperson. I picked out the plan, then they sent me an email. I didn't do it at first.     I initially signed up for a four-year extension warranty then found out the person that I spoke with didn't give me any other options. When I spoke with somebody else, I found out that I could get an eight-year policy and a coverage if I decide to pull a camper at some point, a commercial rider included on it at a very good price. We went with an eight-year, 120,000-mile warranty extension. It was a very good experience getting signed up with Endurance. The pricing is much lower than what the Audi extended coverage is, and I could go to any Audi dealership all over the United States and get the service.

    When I called Endurance, the rep explained a lot but gave me some spiel that if I hung up and didn't sign up at that moment, it would be a different price and that I needed to do it right then. I'm not clear on it 100%, but it seems a good deal. She wanted the credit card information at that moment and she put it on the credit card that I've already given her for my mother's policy 'cause she said that would be easier.     The coverage was very broad for a reasonable price. The representative was great.     I had Endurance before on another car that I had and with that plan that I had, they were good. But the plan I have right now isn't as good as my other one just because there are more miles in this car. When I did the plan for my BMW 550i, customer service explained everything. But for my Chevy Silverado, not so much. I wanted to ask because I wasn't sure if the plan was the same policy that I have in my BMW. I asked if a couple of things were covered or not and customer service hurried me up. The rep was nice and she was explaining stuff. But I didn't know exactly what she was explaining.

    On the old plan that I had, that was a full wraparound of the car. They covered the bumper and the seals and gaskets. I asked the rep if this was the same kind of plan that I had before and she was like, “Yeah.” But when I was looking over my plan, I realized that it was not the same plan and it didn't cover the seals and gasket. That was upsetting.

    I have a warped sense of humor so the rep and I had a good time. We probably took longer than usual to sign me up with Endurance. The rep was patient and went over everything.     Transferability was a must-have when I made my purchase with Endurance. We bought a couple of cars that we were gonna gift over to two of our children so we're gonna have to change the title name and Endurance said it was feasible.     I had already seen what Endurance was gonna do. I’m an insurance adjuster and I see contracts all the time. So, I read them. I looked at everything and I felt more comfortable. And when the rep called, he was great. So, I decided that this company was the one. I was glad I had done what I did. Endurance is a bit pricey but I’m 68 and when you get to be my age, you just gotta do what you gotta do. You have to make sure that everything is okay and that you can take care of everything. I'm betting that this car is probably gonna run for 10 years if you do it right. Subarus are incredible and I'm glad I have it because it's so safe. But I don't want to have to worry that I'm not gonna be able to use my car because I can't pay for a repair.

    When this gentleman explained everything that they offer, it sounded like a good deal. The race car driver, Danica, seems to endorse it and I see things on television about how good Endurance is.     Where shall I start? At first, this warranty seems like a good buy. They're a little pricier than some of the others but, according to "covered services" list they provide, they seem like a better deal. I could not have been more wrong. Let's start with how they determine "limits of liability" - they use JD Powers website TRADE IN value as the limit of what they will pay. So, if your car is out of manufacturer warranty and your engine or transmission fails, you're not getting a replacement from Endurance either. Go to JD Powers website and look at the trade-in value of your car... That is the MAXIMUM THEY WILL PAY DURING THE ENTIRE LIFE OF THE CONTRACT. Not only that, but THAT NUMBER DECREASES as you put miles on your car and it ages. Let's face it, people buy these warranties because they want to protect their cars after the manufacturer warranty expires. If you can't get it serviced, what good is it?

    I thought this warranty was a good idea. I was mistaken. People told me that Endurance Warranty was a joke, that they try to get out of paying for repairs. But I did not listen to them. I got a warranty on my Chevrolet Traverse. I took it the the repair shop. The repair called Endurance, told them it needed an alternator and the o2 sensors needed replace. Endurance called me to tell me they were not covering the repairs so I got my money back. Now I will pay for the repairs myself. I would not recommend Endurance to anyone. They are not to be trusted. Do your checking around before getting an extended warranty with Endurance.

    This company denied my claim (camshaft failure) under the opinion the failure "in all reasonable mechanical probability" occurred prior to the expiration of the waiting period (It didn't). An inspector cranked up the truck and filed his report. I appealed and they offered to send a second inspector for a deeper look if I had the engine torn down (at my expense). I did. They then changed their mind and refused to send the inspector for the deeper look. They were wrong and their finding is definitely unprovable but they denied the claim anyway just because they can. I initiated a dispute via email as instructed in the policy. The email was never answered. I paid for the repair in full and canceled my policy. Worst service imaginable. Stay far away.

    It was pretty easy to sign up with them, but the only thing was that it was a telephone conversation. I spoke to an individual and they got my information. But I never received a contract, and that was my concern. They had one online but there was no way they could send me a paper copy of the contract. But I have always had very good customer service when I've had to speak to them. I was told that I get a number of free oil changes per year and the company that does the oil change would just have to call Endurance. I went to some drive-through oil change place and they would not make the phone call to Endurance to get the payment. So I had to pay cash for that.

    The Endurance Adjuster approved a claim on my car for a new alternator. A follow up call from Endurance asked my mechanic for the price of the alternator and labor costs. My mechanic started work on my car. The next day Endurance called to say the alternator was not covered due to bearing dust and noise. Called it Long term failure. The problem was discovered when I brought my car in for a tune up. My car is a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with a 125, 000 miles on it. So my question is why do they insure an older car knowing that things are going to break down and then come up with some lame excuse not to cover the part? Sorry I ever got Extended Warranty from them.

    I started out by calling Endurance and then, I realized that all I had to do is just take it to service and they would do it. I go through Unique Mercedes and they take care of it for me. Endurance doesn’t do everything I want to do, but they do whatever they say they're gonna do. The B service on a car includes changing the fluids and doing the filters. And Endurance pays for oil changes. It’s about $550 and they pay about $100 of that. I normally keep a couple of warranties at the same time because they wanna limit so much, but that's the only one that Endurance did, and they did that twice for me. I'm satisfied with the price I paid for Endurance. They gotta get paid and they get a little extra. I got a couple of other vehicles and I wish I could get them. They just have more miles on it.

    Endurance has a longer term and they cover more parts. Signing up with them was all online so it was simple. They have roadside assistance which I've had to use and tire coverage.     My husband gave Endurance a try and we've been very pleased. Right after he purchased the car, there was trouble. He took it to our people that handle our oil change and mechanical issues and told them, "You've got to call and get permission after you diagnose it." The man called my husband back and told him what the problem was and had already fixed it. My husband went through the roof. He said, "Endurance is not gonna do this. This is not what I told you to do. I told you you can't touch the car." My husband called and pleaded our case to Endurance. The rep got back with us in a day and said, "We're gonna honor that one time." That even put them more over the top for us.

    In the end of August of '22, I was driving the car and on a trip to Charlotte to see my children and the alternator went bad. I pulled over and we had AAA haul it into the Jeep dealership in Charlotte, North Carolina. I did the explaining too and told them to diagnose it and to call Endurance before they even touch anything then get back with me. They did all of that and within a week's time, everything was perfect. It needed a new alternator and Endurance paid it with no problems or questions asked.

    Endurance helped me very much. I am going in on the 25th to have my window fixed. There's a motor on the inside and the window does not go down or up. I called Endurance and asked them if they would take care of it and they said yes.     I had my car in for maintenance at my local place and the gentleman that helped me set me up with Endurance. They've been doing maintenance on my car, so they have all of my car's information as well as my credit card information and my driver's license. I have a card that says I have Endurance and it says when my coverage ends, but I haven't had to use it. Still, having an extended warranty is very wise, and I would love to know how I can go about renewing it. My vehicle is getting older and I don't intend to buy another one. I'm getting older too.

    I had to pay for two and a half years, but the warranty itself was for five full years. So, I finished paying for it and I still have over two years to have it. They replaced my transmission and all I had to do was pay a $100 deductible. I danced because I couldn't imagine buying that transmission if I didn't have a warranty. They did something good.

    I had an overheating problem after the transmission was done by the dealership and they changed the transmission for me. I found out it was a coolant hose that only cost $10.15 because I called Endurance and they said, "We don't do hoses. It's not a part of the warranty." At first, I was, "Why y'all don't deal with hoses?" But it was in my contract and I had it. So, it's just something that sometimes you don't read everything until something happens and you wanna try to find it. At least Endurance spent an hour back and forth with me, gave me a link for different mechanic shops, and told me how much the whole cost was. And when I went to use the shop, they charged $170 an hour, which was the same as the dealership. They only charged me $260 to put the hose on.

    I have a 2014 ATS Cadillac covered with Endurance and so far, they paid part of the cost for my two brakes to be repaired and some oil changes. They also put a transmission in recently. They ordered it, so it took a week for the transmission to get to my service station and they had my car about three weeks to finish the job. I wish Endurance paid for a rental car a little longer. I paid the bill and it took a while for me to get the report to them, so they're still going to process to pay me back. But they paid the entire price of the transmission and I just paid the deductible of $100. I had CarShield before I went to Endurance, and I've been more satisfied with Endurance than I was with CarShield. Their customer service has been good and hey gave me a discount because I'm a veteran and I'm a senior.

    I decided on October 5th to buy an extended warranty for my granddaughter but she traded it in for another car. I then called Endurance to cancel the warranty and explained why. They told me that money would be returned to my credit card within three to five business days but what they failed to tell me is that I would not be getting back my full payment when I call back to request my balance. I was at that time informed that Endurance was keeping part of my deposit for processing fees. I was never told that only part of my deposit. My account had not been processed because it had only been a few days. I never received a policy. When I inquired about the two separate payments that was taken out for the deposit I was told that was just the way that Endurance take out their payments. Once again you have a company ripping off the consumers and not giving them full disclosure of their product.

    I took my BMW to the dealership. I gave them the number that was given to me for them to use. They called and gave that number to Endurance Auto Warranty, and it was straightforward. BMW did all the work. They called Endurance and worked with them. They gave Endurance a list of how much it would cost for those parts. They called me and said, "This is what Endurance will pay for. What do you wanna do?" I said, "Just go ahead." They saved me 600 bucks, with all the things that they repaired. Very simple. The only problem is, Endurance only pays for aftermarket parts, not OEM. But they paid for a third of the cost of the actual part that I needed and their service was on the spot.

    We have 32,000 miles on our Chevy Trax. I wondered if Endurance is reputable if I had transmission trouble, that I wouldn't go through a lot of pressure, but the experience has been marvelous. Whenever I call and ask a question, Endurance Auto Warranty doesn't fail to answer whatever I'm concerned about.

    I try to keep my warranty paid up in case we run into a problem. They will cover a lot of things according to the contract that I have. They said, after a few years, there would be a time when I wouldn't have to pay any fee for a couple of years. That's a great asset. I never heard anyone say anything like that. I like what they said upfront. And I'm in agreement with them. If something is wrong with my car, I prefer taking it to the dealership because a dealership knows their product, and they didn't have a problem with wherever I want to take it.

    I bought an extended warranty in March 2022 for my Porsche from Endurance. After doing research I landed on this company as the best warranty for my type of vehicle. After having the service until I cancelled in Aug. 2023. I've had so many problems with this company. I would file a claim and it takes them over a month to respond approve or deny. Then when they deny they try to skirt around responsibilities that honor the contract I signed. After some time I decided to do more research and found out Endurance does not even cover my type of vehicle. They sub my warranty contract to a terrible company called Consumer Care Direct. Every time I call in they hang up or send you to voicemail and give me the run around for weeks. This company Endurance and Consumer Care Direct are scams. They do not cover what you sign up for. I was charged $6934 to be treated like they're doing me a favor. I want my money back from this scam company.

    So where to start. I bought a used vehicle and considered whether an extended warranty would be right for me. So I put in my information, and the first call that I got was from Endurance Extended Warranty. They gave me a quote of a little more than $150 a month. I told the rep that I could not agree to anything until after I spoke to my husband. So he gave me an even cheaper rate. I told him that I would still have to discuss it with my husband, so he gave me a senior citizen's discount even though I wasn't a senior citizen. I told him fine that I would allow him to institute the policy, but I still had to speak to my husband, and there was a strong possibility that I was going to cancel. He assured me that it would be okay and that I would receive my down payment back as long as I did it within the first thirty days.

    The down payment was about $136, and the monthly was $116.43. The plan was for 5 years because they gave me an extra year, and the mileage was for 80k. It was a 24 month payment plan. I went online and looked the plan over since even though they told me they would send me a hard copy of the warranty contract, they never did. After reviewing it, I noticed that the payment was scheduled for 29 months, the mileage was only for 70k, and it didn't cover what he told me it would cover.

    I called back to cancel, and they decided that they would give me an even lower rate. They told me it was a hardship discount. The new rate was $77, and some change. It was a 36-month policy, and they gave me 6 years. What they didn't tell me was that the "lower rate" was for a lower tiered policy. After I did the math, I wasn't saving anything. They simply stretched the payments out over a longer period of time. After doing the math the amount for the total policy was a minute amount less for less coverage. I told them I would give it a few days and discuss it with my husband. I told them I would still most likely cancel. A few days later, after I talked about it with my husband and we reviewed our budget we decided it wasn't something we could swing. I called them, and after having to be very forceful, they canceled and refunded the down payment.

    Now, this is where things get a little messed up. On 10/10/23, I noticed that I had a withdrawal from a company called Walco in the amount of $116.43. I didn't know what this charge was, so I found Walco's number and called them. They can inform me that they were a payment processing service for Endurance's Extended Warranty. They also informed me that I would have to call Endurance to get a refund. So I called Endurance. I was assured that the policy had been canceled. They also told me that my payment processor was Medco. I asked them how did Walco have my info then. They even tried to make it out like somehow I had caused the mix up. I told them I wasn't in control of their payment services. It was their mistake made. They hemmed and hawed. The rep then told me that after the "rewrite" they had failed to cancel the payment on the first policy.

    The first payment was set up to be process with Walco while the second was Medco. She told me that I would receive a refund in the amount within 3-5 business days. They gave me the typical "we are so sorry for the mix up". Except they weren't sorry because six days later, I checked my account, and there's no refund. So I called Endurance again. After being put on and off hold for 14 minutes and 23 seconds, I was informed that their computers were running too slow. The rep was unable to help me and would have to give me a call back. So after an hour I called Endurance back. Or at least I tried to. When you call Endurance, you get a menu that asks you to press 1 for a quote and 2 for existing customers. I pressed 2. It just kept repeating the same line. It would not put me through to the next menu set.

    Being industrious, I called from my sister's phone. It must have been a miracle because after hitting 2 I was put through. The next rep continued to put me on and off hold again for 23 minutes. This rep gave me the same line that the computers were slow, and she could not give me an estimated time of when I would receive my refund. She informed me she would have to call me back. So I called Walco again to make sure that the account had definitely been canceled. The next payment was scheduled to come out on 11/11/23. It hadn't been canceled until today, 10/18/23. They didn't cancel on the 10th. They lied. Walco informed me that they had received the order for payment cancellation, but they couldn't do anything about the refund.

    I explained what had happened when I tried to call Endurance again. The representative at Walco offered to put me through since it would show that a Walco rep was calling, and so Endurance would answer. I took the offer. The third time must be a charm. I was immediately put through. I informed the third representative that I would not be put on hold again. I also informed her that I wanted to speak to a supervisor. Of course, a supervisor wasn't available. She was very apologetic for the other two representatives and their failure to do their jobs. She assured me that I should have my refund within 3-5 business days but was going to try to expedite the refund sooner. She also assured me that a supervisor would be calling me. Still have yet to receive a call. I don't think they will give me the refund just a runaround.

    A few takeaways:
    -When you call they always they are experiencing longer than usual wait times but it's a lie also. Imagine that. If you wait a few seconds it connects you to the ever so busy reps.
    -Had I not canceled the second policy, they would have been double charging me.
    -Had I not caught the withdrawal, they would have charged me every month on the first policy they never canceled when they rewrote for the second policy.

    -And they still won't give me the money that they have taken out even though I called on the 10th.

    This company is awful. I wonder if they don't pay for reviews. I would be wary of this company. They appear legit but you can't believe everything you see online.

    I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee covered with Endurance. They sent me the contract and I signed it. Customer service was pretty good. The sales pitch convinced me. But they asked me for one price and I said, "You know what? Let me think about it." Then, they put in a representative, and he gave me a little better price. They told me I could take my car to anybody who's a certified dealer. They say they have a lot of shops, so I could take it to my mechanic if he's certified and if he takes that plan. So, it was simple. After the three years that I'll pay for the warranty, my car is still under warranty for an extra two years. So, if anything major breaks, it's guaranteed to be covered.

    Endurance said that most of the coverage for the car, the AC, the engine, and all that stuff would be covered. I was looking to cover the main components on the car. I don't have that package anymore, but they told me that if I got another vehicle, they would switch it over. The representative was being an agent, trying to keep me to keep that plan. When I first got the plan, they did send me something on the phone about that policy. I didn't really read it because I was looking for a hard copy. I thought that was gonna come through the mail.     The transmission and the driver side-view mirror needed to be worked on. I also needed another key fob as the I had wouldn't crank the truck up and if you would stick it in, the alarm would go off. I called Endurance and told them what I needed to have done. They said to take my car to the shop that I preferred to take it to, so I did. They towed it into Gator Dodge for free, then Gator called Endurance. They told them what was covered and how much they'd pay. So, they did that pre-claim. Then, we had the vehicle fixed, paid the deductible and the difference, and Endurance paid the rest of it. It was very easy. We had the upgraded plan and we got the key fob replaced. We had a good experience with Endurance and I would tell my friends that if that's what they're looking for, they should call them.

    The rep that I talked to was good. He answered my questions. He filled me in on what was going on. The only thing that I was surprised is they didn't send you a book. They said they were a non-published thing and I had to go on the computer to download whatever. Then a few months back, I called. I was talking to somebody, and I said, “Can't you send me something?” So they sent me a little booklet type thing so I know what I'm covered and then they sent me a membership card. I'm 82 years old. I do email and that's it. Most senior citizens aren't computer-familiar, whereas the kids nowadays, they're raised on a computer. Endurance should consider when they sign up these people if they're up in age, and send them a book. But overall, I'm happy with Endurance so far.

    Working with customer service was really easy. They're very friendly and knowledgeable. They aren't trying to twist your arm. They told me about each type of coverage and let me make my own decision. I enjoyed talking to the person I was speaking with. I got the Platinum coverage and I'm thoroughly satisfied. I have my car at Russel & Smith now, and I'm praying that Endurance will send the adjuster out because I'm having to rent a car on my own. They're not gonna do the five-day rental until after they get the claim in.

    I've been without a car now for almost two weeks, and it is very expensive. I took it to one place, and they said that it was the transmission mounts that needed to be repaired. But I had taken the vehicle to a dealer, Russell & Smith, and they were supposed to have fixed that back in December 2021. So when Endurance got the claim, they went back to see if they had to pay for that. In 2021 they did, so they told me I gotta take it back to Russel & Smith because it's still under warranty. So that's what I did.

    I've been very happy with Endurance. I have been sending them customers because they are so good. They're fair too. When I had my first experience with them repairing my car, the adjuster found other things that were wrong and needed to be repaired. He told the shop to fix those as well and put them on the bill. They paid for the whole thing. I couldn't have asked for better.

    I looked up a few warranties like CarShield and most of them had really bad ratings on BBB. Endurance wasn't bad though. I then talked to a couple of dealers that I would be working with around the area and they said that out of all the warranties, they had pretty good working relationships with Endurance. The warranty was easy to get.

    I spoke with a ton of reps and all of them were pretty pushy. That's their job and they wanna sell the warranty to you. That aside, it was fairly easy. Endurance was expensive but the first time you use it, it would probably pay for itself. Also, the coverage is almost a bumper-to-bumper. I have their app on my phone and I also use their website to look up my policy number.

    I've had the warranty for a few years now and I made two claims. One claim was for the AC and Endurance did what they said. I had the car at a dealer and I gave them my info and they called the Endurance. They worked directly with them and I didn't have any kind of hassles. Endurance paid the dealer directly while I paid 100 bucks. They didn't fight me. I just picked the car up. My second claim was for a strut, which I knew was not covered but I tried anyway. I had to make sure.

    It has all been pretty positive with Endurance. I had two different cars and had policies on both. When I sold the one of the cars and I called Endurance to get rid of the policy, it was all very easy and they didn't give me a hassle on that.     I was with Endurance for years before then I got a new car and I canceled the warranty. I reinstated Endurance once my factory warranty was up and the sign-up was easy.     Purchasing Endurance was as easy as can be. The only thing I don't like is they're paperless and they wouldn't send anything in the mail. That aside, I recommend the warranty. My rack and pinion was bad so I took my car to an auto dealer. The dealer analyzed it and found out that it was a bushing and it had a bad tie rod. They submitted a claim to Endurance and they paid it. The whole process took about a day.

    Ever since I first used Endurance over 20 years ago, they have been excellent. I've used them for two other vehicles after that. With one vehicle, I had some engine repairs that needed to be done. They took care of the car within four business days which was awesome. So, when I purchased a Mercedes in New Jersey, I gave them a call. The cost was high but Endurance has never given me a hard time. I just paid my deductible and everything was taken care of after that. I wish the warranty was a little less expensive, but it is what it is.

    I liked the customer service from Endurance. The one thing I wanted to make sure was if I wasn't satisfied with it, I could cancel with no cancellation fee. And Endurance did that. The other ones didn't give me answers on that. The customer service rep was very good. She called me back and went through my options, and told me what I needed. I told her I wanted to discuss it with my husband and make sure that we were getting the best deal we could possibly get. I was very pleased because she was very helpful, informative and patient. When I finally got the claim going on, she followed up to make sure everything was going alright, if I needed anything or if I understood everything. Customer service is the most important thing and having the reliability of having my car fixed right. It was a very positive experience.
