I tried Endurance, and it's a four years pay for over the 30-month period. The sign-up was very easy. It didn't take all that much to set it up. The rep explained the first 30 days it takes to really go into effect. He emailed all the stuff I needed.

I got a 2012 Nissan Altima covered by Endurance. I've been paying them. This is my second month. They told me that I have to put 1,000 miles on my car before I can start using their services.

I was gonna renew with my dealership, but they wanted too much money. I signed up with Endurance and the process was good. The rep was very helpful as well. I've called other people too, and the only thing I don't like about Endurance is I have to wait 90 days or 1,000 miles before my coverage becomes active. It won't kick in till April, and that's a long time.

The rep explained everything and was very in-depth of what the warranty covered. I have roadside assistance if my car breaks down on the side of the road. I've had Endurance four months, and I got it just to be safe for the next few years. However, I learned quickly that when I'm in dire need, they won't work with me. My car had to go into the shop and they would not work with me. They said sorry about my luck but that I was not out of my probation period, which is 30 days and 1,000 miles. I was over my 30 days a couple of weeks, but missed my miles by 10.

When I called Endurance, I asked them if the coverage included computer stuff like electric windows, wipers, and they said everything was covered. I also asked about the radiator and they said it was not covered. They said what's covered is the drivetrain. When the radio stopped working, I called them if I could take it to the dealer, because my regular mechanic that worked on the car said that it had to be done by a computer from the dealer, but Endurance said that that wasn't covered. I got a feeling that's going to be expensive because it ties in with a lot of other stuff besides just the radio. It's not a separate computer. When I signed up with Endurance, they said it would be 139 a month, so I paid from January to February. It's not due yet in March but I don't know if I want to continue it or not.

When I placed a phone call, somebody at Endurance answered right away and took my information. It was very easy to sign up. The policy covers all repairs and wrecker. It covers a rental car as well.

The letter from Endurance Auto Warranty guys was professional. And it had a friendly enough tone where I sat and called right then. The guy that helped me was also not just great, but he, without my asking, volunteered phone numbers to call if there was a problem. It was forthcoming.

There was a shop that put the wrong mileage on file. It was 130,844 and the shop put in 13,844. So I had to jump through a bunch of hoops. Luckily, at the end, I was able to prove what the mileage was and Endurance is moving forward with the claim. They did an inspection yesterday and I haven't heard much about it yet.

Endurance seemed to be the best one out there. Signing up was easy. The sales rep was great. He was knowledgeable. I hit him up some hard questions and he came up and he answered them all. I didn't feel like he was wishy washy or trying to paint a rosy picture. He was down-to-earth. I got my 2016 Chevy Colorado covered. It carries all the electronics on it, all the mechanical transmission and everything except the basic services. Towing is provided in there as well. Rental cars are also in there. I'm happy with it. I got the app on my phone. I like it. It is simple to use. I started reading everything diligently and I'm well versed in what the policy covers and what it doesn't cover.

I had a little issue with my car, but Endurance didn't cover the claim. They said I didn't reach the agreement on the waiting period. They said I passed 30 days, but I didn't put 1,000 miles on my car. I had put 966 miles on my car. So, I was 34 miles away and they didn't help me cover anything. That was the turnoff. I didn’t understand why they didn't help me out with anything. I was about to cancel the service.

So far, I've had a fairly decent experience with Endurance. I've had to use them a couple of times and they've come through. Most recently, it was my oxygen sensors on my truck. I took the truck to the dealer and they called Endurance. Endurance gave them the approval and I had my truck back in a couple days. I just renewed the policy and I got coverage for 60,000 more miles on my truck. It's either 48 months or 60,000 and then I get one year free after my total payment's over. Also, it's not that difficult to get in touch with their rep. I had to go through all those automated stuff but it's not that bad. I'd recommend Endurance.

I'm getting older and I didn't wanna put in any expense into purchasing a newer vehicle. I signed up for an extended warranty with Endurance and didn't have any issues at all. The rep explained to me what the coverage was and what I would need to do to utilize it. I have roadside assistance, and car rental if I needed it.

We purchased a 50,000 mile power train warranty for a used 2017 Chevy Silverado, which costs us $2,449. Shortly after purchasing the transmission went out as well as the oil pump. We started a claim with Endurance and they towed it to the repair shop that we requested. After two weeks of our truck being in the shop we were informed that our claim was being denied because it was not a "catastrophic failure". It was a failure that happened over time. They called it a "preexisting condition". We purchased a USED truck. That was the whole reason for purchasing the warranty. Everything would be a preexisting condition. Do not give this company your hard earned money. It's such a scam.

I bought the extended warranty. 3 months later needed to turn in a claim. Said it wasn't covered. I explained that I wanted the best coverage from the start and I wanted to upgrade. Went to turn in a different claim denied again. Always finding a loophole not to pay. But will gladly take your payments. Rude customer service and a company that will back up what they claim.

I needed insurance right away and the Endurance rep said the coverage was in effect right away. I'm in my second month of paying for it and everything was running smooth except when I needed help. On Saturday, I was driving and my car died on me and I noticed that my clock was off. I panicked because I don't know what was covered and I had no ID to check anything in with. The rep said I'd be getting my ID card and contract on the computer but I haven't received it yet. I called in on Sunday and and it was a hassle for me to get in touch with anybody. I had seven members and they all said, "You reach this phone. We're not open. Call us back on a regular day." I just called my previous insurance and I'm gonna cancel Endurance. I can't handle the pressure. Twice today, I even called to find out what the emergency roadside covered and they hung up on me twice or got disconnected.

I have this warranty for my car and have tried to contact them about my transmission in a vehicle I just purchased 7 months ago and the customer is horrible. My vehicle has been in the shop for over a week and I’m a single father with no vehicle. I have contacted them over and over and all I have gotten from them is lies. I spoke with numerous people and over three supervisors and they have made promises after promises that was not kept. Why are we paying for this service if we’re not getting the service. I do not recommend this company to anyone. This has been completely horrible and they will not get me a rental car. I have to pay for it and they will only cover 250 of it so I’m still out of a lot of money when all they have to do is call and give a approval to fix my vehicle!!! Please do not waste your time or money on this company.

Do not waster your time or money with Endurance. I signed up for their premier plan then find out they actually signed me up for a lesser plan and when I tried to upgrade to what I originally purchased, I was told I had to pay more. I tried to cancel and it has taken them 4 months to process my refund. Horrible company. I’m surprised anyone has had a positive experience with them…

I have submitted 3 different claims and all have been denied for totally different reasons. These included worn out motor mounts, needing replacement struts in truck, and under body damage caused by a tractor trailer that blew a tire in front of me! A policy that refuses to pay off is useless.

I was looking for a warranty for my mother's car, because she just went through getting ripped off at a dealership. Her car was paid for and not under any warranty. I found Endurance and the signup process was good because the person that I dealt with offered what they had and explained it. He went over and beyond and offered a little more. I ended up doing my mother's car and my vehicle as well. I would have never done it if it hadn't been for the person convincing me, because I already had an extended warranty. It was through my dealership, so I was comfortable with that. Overall, Endurance was great. The warranty that I already had did not come with a maintenance plan. Endurance gave me a maintenance plan for the same amount of money I was already paying.

After checking other companies Endurance had the best price and best warranty options. I tried another company when I bought it with only 80,000 miles. Turbo went. That company didn't pay. I Paid out of pocket back in 2021 to Audi. Dropped the other company. No problems Since but decided to go with Endurance as they had much better price and more coverage just in case of any future problems. Better safe than sorry.

When I talked to a guy at Endurance the first time, he wasn't welcoming or inviting at all. He was more just straight business. That turned me off right off the bat. With the other insurance company, the girl was trying to sell me about their policy. I called Endurance back and the second guy did a great job. One of the things I liked that he did was he wasn't one of those people where he put down his competition. He just told me what they had and explained everything. He also told me about I could get a warranty with my home.

Endurance was awesome. The sign up was quick and simple. And they gave me half off. Paying is super easy as I'm on autodraft. Anything that runs the vehicle is covered under the warranty and I would recommend them.

I called in and Monaco, the rep, went through step by step what would and wouldn't be covered. He was professional and knew his stuff inside and out. I got the top-of-the-line package and I have bumper-to-bumper coverage. I saw that gaskets are not covered, but I have roadside assistance. If anything goes wrong, I'm gonna pay the $100 deductible and Endurance is gonna send whoever a check for the balance. They're lined up with the dealers. Otherwise, if I'm going to a private shop, I can just call in and get it approved beforehand. Endurance is as simple as can be, and they give the best bang for the buck.

The customer service was good, but the reps were a little pushy trying to get me to do something and not giving me time to think about it. However, the only thing I've seen different after I bought the warranty was there are a lot of other ones offering free oil changes through the policy. Other than that, I've not had a chance to use Endurance yet. It might be a different story when I have to use it.

I like the service with Endurance. Everything went well during the purchase. The product was explained to me. Sometimes when you get stuff, and then later on, this or that appears on your bill. I've made my payment to Endurance. Overall, I haven't had any complaints about it. The cost is perfect. It's affordable. The only thing that I do wish that they would include is the oil change in those because that can be costly at times.

Endurance explained everything. I had 172,000 miles on the truck and they said I could get up to 220,000. It's $65 for some charge and then 159 a month for 30 months and that it covered the major stuff. I would feel more comfortable if I had printed information about the policy. But they told me to go online and print it out, and I hadn't had time to do it.

I called Endurance and the person I talked to set me up with an agent and he took all the information I had on my car, my VIN Number, and how old it was, and the mileage, and set me up. I paid the first month and the activation fee and got started. Signing up with them was great. I would tell others, "If you want a good subsidized insurance for your car, for your electronics and your drive shaft and motor and transmission, go to Endurance."

I called this guy from Endurance, and he was very helpful in setting up my payment plan for the car. He did a great job. He explained everything. The cost was reasonable in terms of the cost of the plan and how long it was gonna be. Endurance has been good so far. I just had an issue with the payment of it. I got a call saying that my payment was past due. It was because my Amex card thought that Walco Funding was some suspicious thing, and then they blocked it. My payment will be a little bit delayed because I'm still waiting for my card to come in the mail.

I've had a very positive experience with Endurance. They seemed to have better coverage for less money. During the signup, they just asked a few questions and it went right on. It was really smooth and not complicated. Their rep was very pleasant and explained everything to me. As far as my extended coverage, if anything goes wrong with the vehicle, it'll be repaired and it'll be covered. If it has to be in the shop, they're supposed to provide a rental vehicle.

Endurance Warranty better not get rid of the girl I talked to. I wanted to pay right upfront so I didn't have monthly payments. She got back to me and said everything went through fine. The warranty covers everything the dealer covered, electronics and everything else. I'll find out when I have to use it.

I found out with Endurance Warranty that they cover comprehensive. So I said, "Okay. Well, I will make the switch." I contacted them. They gave me some good information. The sales guy was a little pushy, which I didn't care for. But as far as it goes with the product itself and what they were said they could offer and what they could do, the price is a bit high, but they cover more so I get it. I ended up calling them back. It was that day and took the offer that was made for the warranty I was looking for. Give them a call and see what you could do.

During signup, the Endurance rep was very helpful, and what I really appreciated was that he wasn't pushy. He let me decide what I needed. He put out all the options on the table there. He got information on what car I have and what shape it's in. It's been in good shape. It's mechanically sound, but it's got some cosmetic issues that I need to deal with. It's nothing that I'm gonna get the insurance company involved in. The rep explained thoroughly when the coverage would start. I was surprised that it's so wide-ranging. This is excellent insurance. I've recommended it to my friends. I've got a couple of friends, and they've got older cars too, and cars that they have to put a lot of mileage on.
Endurance is great. I'm very happy. It's very reasonably priced too, which is a good thing because I'm not a young woman and I live on a fixed income. The payments were set up conveniently for me. Their advertisements are very straightforward, and they get the point across, and they do that which is a good thing. They're not annoying, which is nice. As far as the salespeople, the guy I talked with, Sam, was excellent.

I wanted to stop high out-of-pocket repairs. Signing up with Endurance Warranty was easy. I filled out the information that people normally do online and someone called me right back.

I saw someone at the dealership using Endurance so I went with them and the signing up process was good. I'm a senior citizen and they told me that, by my car being fairly new, I could pretty much get a good deal with them and it was just like a brand-new car warranty.

I called Endurance Warranty to see what an estimate would be, and I never had a chance to think about it. So, it was almost like a signup right away type deal. I didn't like that. But I've been watching some of the programming on it. I needed to get something, so I signed up. They gave me one option. The only thing I went from is a higher mileage option.

When I first got the Endurance Warranty advertisement off the television, I wasn't pleased because I didn't use it and they didn't refund my money. But that was my fault because it was 30 days and I would get my money back. But I let it go for four months. I was upset with them. I didn't know that what I needed for my car, because I have an INFINITI, and for what I needed done on my car, Endurance told me I either had to do 30 days or 1,000 miles. That stuck out because of my not being knowledgeable and reading up on things and know how they are. But I'm back with them again, and I'm gonna try them again. If I didn't like them, I would drop them. I'm hoping that what I need on my INFINITI, when I do it, they would cover it.
The rep was personable and knew about the product. We would want to talk to someone that knows their product. I joined just in case, because just the time people don't have any coverage, they start having problems. It was easy for me. The first young man I spoke to was good. It took close to an hour, but he sold me on it. And with her, it solidified it, saying that, “Yes. We know that this is this or that is that.”

Endurance has better coverage. Signing-up was really easy. Their rep was very helpful. I asked her a couple of questions and she explained everything really well. Our policy covers our 2011 Ford Ranger's powertrain, engine transmission, four-wheel drive, and all the expensive stuff. I'd recommend Endurance to other people. There wasn't any pushy salespeople.

Signing up with Endurance Warranty was well done. They were very knowledgeable. Low pressure. I'm an ASE-certified mechanic. I asked questions that were off the wall. But the things that impressed me was he was very low-pressure, he had the answers to my questions, and when he didn't have the answers, he said, "I don't know the answer, but I know where to get it. And if you'll give me a chance to call you back, I will." I got two other vehicles that I wanna get signed up through them. I looked at all the other warranty companies. The other one that I was going to go was CarShield, but they were more expensive and the young lady I spoke with didn't seem to know as much as the young man I spoke with at Endurance. I felt more comfortable with him than I did with her.

I have a 2018 GMC Terrain and I bought it a year ago and it only has 29,000 miles on it. It had no warranty at that time and I was looking for full coverage. The lady that I talked with was very nice and helpful. She offered discounts based on different things like my military service. Getting set up with Endurance was very easy and they had a lot of different plans to offer. It was not a short thing and they asked a lot of questions. I'm on auto pay and you only pay for the first three years.

The rep was able to answer all my questions in great detail, and clarified what was covered and what wasn't covered. So, all in all, it was a good preponderance of knowledge. The price is a little high, but then for the service that you get, it's very good. Endurance covers just about everything you could imagine and it's easy to get it paid for. But the other competitors are right around the $100 a month. So, I've yet to see whether it's worth the extra 60 bucks a month.

I got a letter in the mail from Endurance and I called them up. It only took me 15 minutes to a half an hour to get everything set up and done. The rep helped me with everything I needed to be helped with. He was great.

With Endurance, there was no haggle on what it was gonna cost me and it was all upfront. They gave me my payments until I was done paying and that was it. The rep who signed me up was very knowledgeable, professional, and answered every question I asked. Also, there's coverage for transmission motor, all electrical, tire rotation, tires, key fob, 24/7 roadside assistance, and a few other things too. Nothing about oil changes, though.
But my daughter had Endurance and when she had issues with her car, they got it fixed and all it cost her was $100. I was happy with that because we didn't have 10 grand to fix her car. Also, I used their rental service because my daughter wasn't old enough to have a rental car. They picked me up from the place where I was getting the car fixed and brought me over to car rental. I gave him $50 to rent the car and when her car was fixed, I picked it up and I got my $50 back when I dropped the car back off. I had the car for about a week.

Before my wife passed, I was a member of Endurance extended warranty. I had a 2007 Explorer and my transmission went out. It was 1,900 to get it fixed and they told me to take it to a mechanic. Endurance took care of me and did me good service. When my warranty went out, I reinstated it. The sign-up process was reasonable and everything worked out. The reps were glad to have me back on the team. The only thing I had to do was put a battery in the truck and change the brake. The price was reasonable. I was paying $99 a month and now, I'm paying 120. But the years went by on me, so it's decent.

I contacted Endurance to cancel my policy for personal reasons. I requested in December to have my policy terminated but received a bill yesterday. The customer service representative I spoke with today was Kim R. At 8am, she was a breath of fresh air. She was very kind, polite and eager to help. I would admit prior to the call I was a bit annoyed by the bill, but Kim's personality helped change my outlook on today. She was affirming and I believe has done everything she possible could to help my issue. Every company needs a Kim. I give her 20 stars and hope she has an amazing year.

I have two vehicles on Endurance now. The first one is a Pathfinder. The second one is a Chevy Malibu. The first time, I sent an email just to get some quotes because I wasn't calling at that point. I was just trying to find out what my options were, and within 10 minutes, I got a phone call. It was rapid. We went over everything I wanted, what I was expecting, what I needed, and what the vehicle was used for. I gave the VIN and the mileage. They completely explained all the dos and don'ts, how to access my policy, and who to go to. They were thorough. It wasn't like a rushed job. Any question I had, they had an answer. On the second time, they did have to put me on pause for about a minute, which was just long enough for them to pull up and make sure that they had the Pathfinder pulled up because the Malibu was the second one I got.
One of the big questions I had was if I am gonna be able to see the Malibu when I add it or do I have to have two different accounts. I do have to have two different accounts because they are separate vehicles, but I can access them easily online. All I have to do is pull up the app and I can see everything. I've also got the card online. I've got anything I need. As far as the company that takes the payment, they're thorough as well. I do mine as an automatic draft, and I got a message saying, “This is when we're gonna be taking out. This is how you access your information. You can go to this website, and add your stuff to it. You can pull it up and see at any point in time exactly how much you owe, etcetera, etcetera.” The app is self-explanatory. It tells me how to file a claim, too.

Endurance wanted me to drive my 2014 F150 crew cab for 1,000 miles in a month and it doesn't get driven that much. So that's something I don't like. But the coverage is good to have because the truck has the twin turbo V6 on it. It's a good motor but you never know about them turbos. Endurance also seems friendly enough and the prices seem good.

Endurance was the best rated. The guy that I talked to was very nice and very easy to work with. The signup experience was okay. The after was not great, though. I waited a while and then I sent an email to the guy who signed me up and said, “Hey, I've never received a hard copy of my plan so I could put in the car,” and I never heard back from that. I still don't have a hard copy. I did check my email, and I printed it off but to me, there should be a pamphlet or something that's printed that you receive that you put in the car. That looks more official than me printing something off a computer. Other than that, I would recommend the product.

Save your money! If anything costly needs replacing they will find a way to deny it. I've talked to several people there with no luck. First they said the transmission didn't need to be replaced (even though the service tech said it did) and then when he explained it to them they said they wouldn't cover it because it was drove to the dealership and I did the damage by driving it when it broke?!?! So it's a good warranty if don't actually drive the vehicle I guess. The $4200 I paid for the warranty would've help with the $6100 repair bill (plus rental car while they dragged their feet and then denied the claim)! There's a reason a lot of repair shops don't want to deal with them.

In today's computer age why can't I just see prices of the products. So many companies offer this. I don't like talking to sales people. Just show me the prices. Or are they just shady companies that get you by bait and switch.

So I give my mechanic my warranty info. He contacts Endurance and they give him the runaround, My Transmission went out, we get needing paperwork and we get it and still nothing, I have had to get a rental car to get to work and they don't pay till they approve the Claim on Rental cars. This is not acceptable, I pay for a warranty and they blow me off, I have had the warranty for over 8 months, Don't Trust this Company. They are going to SCREW YOU!!!! when you need them the most. We have been paying on our extended warranty for 16 months and this week we had a dealership call Endurance to file a claim for a water pump that needed replaced. We have the Secure Plus coverage and in section one of this coverage, it states that a water pump is covered yet Endurance denied the claim. They stated that it was not a covered part. This is not the first time they denied a covered part, several months ago I called and inquired about coverage for Rocker Bushings and I was told it was not covered... I took their word at the time, but now upon reviewing my coverage I see this too should have been a covered part. They charge us every month, but always deny any coverage when needed and never give a straight answer as to why!

Been waiting on a refund from canceling contract because I purchased a new car. Sent the cancelation fax on December 9, 2023. It is now February 19th 2024 and I am still waiting. I was told that the ck was in the mail. Only to find out it was never even mail. Ask to speak with a supervisor and was told 2 to 3 days. My request for my ck to be overnight and was told no. And the mail out day again will be 3 more days. We'll over 2 months now.

I purchased a policy with Endurance September. In October I started the process to cancel my policy. On Nov 3, I send the corrected form that was notarized to them by email. On Nov 20th they were contacted about my money for the policy that was canceled. They said that they never received the email. Sent the email again on Nov 20th and the rude woman said it would take 6-8 weeks for check to be sent. I asked from what date would that start Nov 3rd or Nov 20th? She said Nov 20th. Called back on Jan 8th and representative said that they still have not received the email. I forward all the previous emails to him directly showing that emails were sent. He told me not sure why they “Didn’t get them email” but would try to get process speed up but could possibly take 6-8 weeks to get the check.
Called back on Feb 2nd and they said that it was being processed. After 2 hr wait on the phone they told the check would be cut on Feb 8. On Feb 19 called AGAIN for them to tell me that my check did “Not Make the Batch” to be cut on Feb 8th. The next batch to be cut is Feb 22nd. Tried to get them to help me understand why it “didnt make the batch”. She said all depends on what my Q number is. Basically I will have to wait for Feb 22 to hold my money hostage without interest. After that point a lawyer will get involved.

Updated on 02/15/2024: I would like to continue with this review to demonstrate how awful the service is. I spoke with one representative (I will withhold her name for the time being) that tried to convince me the part was only a $20 or $30 dollar part as though the Ford Dealership may be taking advantage of the situation. She even used YouTube Video trying to tell me that it only took about 18 minutes to replace the part. I called the dealership and asked them about the part and the Assistant Service Manager and a person in the Parts Department confirmed that the part is question controlled the flow of gasoline from this assembly to the engine and was a release valve for emissions as well. The part is an integrated part that has multiple functions allowing the gas to get to the engine. Since the part number falls technically under emissions, Endurance refused the claim.
This does not build confidence when paying for an expensive policy that covers the fuel system. I have already paid to Endurance Warranty a total cost of nearly $700.00 to date. I cancelled my policy today and asked for a full refund, which could not be given a guarantee. Due to this incident, I regret ever having spoken to a representative of Endurance Warranty. Their picture of how wonderful they are is far from being wonderful for me.
Original Review: This is fact! I tried to use Endurance Warranty for the first time to make a claim on my vehicle. All I received is a bunch of excuses as to why they could not fulfill a legitimate claim. The Fuel Assembly system on my vehicle needed to be replaced after a check engine light came on. I spoke with customer support and they said because of the part number, I could not make a claim.
The part in question is the assembly system which costs 225.00 for a 2017 Ford Escape that is vital to get gasoline from the tank to the engine. On a technicality, they claim that they cannot cover the part and service. I sent the information to them and asked that they reconsider since this is going to be $755.00 dollars out of pocket. They refused. I have an elite policy paying $154.00 to initially begin, and thereafter $123.00 a month. I have been paying for this since September. Do not be taken in by Consumer Affairs assessment that this is the best rated Warranty Company. Buyer beware of words like Building Confidence and their slick advertisements.

I have an Endurance extended warranty, and I am trying to have work done on my vehicle that it needs. The dealership has already done the diagnosis, and there seems to be a fight between Endurance and them. Endurance wants a tear down on a differential, yet the manufacturer does not have tear down instructions for the shop to follow. The manufacturer instructions state to replace the entire differential as they do not supply replacement parts for this differential. The information system that Endurance uses acknowledges that the differential only comes as an assembly. Yet, it has been 2 months of back and forth between Endurance and the dealership, with me being caught in the crossfire. This has been a complete and utter nightmare experience for me.

I recently paid for an extended car warranty with Endurance that promises to cover any engine issues. This type of insurance is for older cars that may need engine work in the future. When the time came and I needed to get work done on my car there was no help from Endurance. They require that the machines at the mechanic shops read and send over a report showing the issue with your vehicle but they make sure that the verbiage or codes that pop up on the machine do not comply with the verbiage in their contracts under what parts they will replace. Basically they make sure that the codes that the mechanics use are not listed under the covered parts in the endurance contract and are in fact listed under completely different names than those listed at the mechanic shops on purpose and this is the scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

When I signed up with Endurance, the process was quick and very informative. I had a lot of questions and the rep had a lot of answers. I was told that they had a car rental, roadside assistance, and oil change. She was also saying that for my payment schedule, they are flexible. If I need to for this month, depending on how the week falls and my pay week falls, she said I could just call in advance and move it to the day that I need it without any issue. A day after I signed on with Endurance, I gave the girl's number to a friend because I felt like she listened and I felt comfortable with her.

They filter out the bad review and auto generate positive ones. Company is a scam. Just simply type in the Google search "Endurance car warranty scams". The repair facility I used for my repair produced the proper documentation for my policy to be fully covered. Endurance denied it. The repair facility once again followed up with more documentation and Endurance backtracked and was making up reasons to deny the claim. Put money back each month as a nest egg. PLEASE do not allow Endurance to steal from you like they did me.

I was looking for something better than what I had. Endurance costs a little bit more money, but when you go on the internet to check it, they've got a good rating and everyone else I talked to were just fair to medium. When I signed up, they were friendly and helpful. They didn't try to pressure me into somethin and I thought they were a upfront company. They told me about some perks like rental and stuff like that. They called it 100% bumper-to-bumper coverage.

We covered our 2011 Equinox with Endurance's premium plan and it covers everything. It's 197 a month only, which isn't bad considering transmission, front end, or transaxle goals are all covered. I was pretty impressed by that. I was also very surprised, given the mileage we had, that our vehicle was covered. Also, the signup process was very good and the rep, Anthony, made it very easy. He explained it all very good.

Luckily, I was two months ahead of getting Endurance because my Durango took a little poop on me. I just did a $7,000 transmission through the dealership. One of the representatives from Endurance, Alex, wasn't trying to give me a roadside assistance. He was giving me a hassle. I hung up, called back, and talked to a lady. She was reliable on understanding what was going on and was saying I had five days until I could do a roadside assistance. But I was telling her I was gonna be with them. She helped me a lot to get the roadside assistance and take my car to the dealership. They got the roadside assistance within 45 minutes. I was talking to another rep, Lord, about adding my BMW. I could talk to him as a friend. When he gets a chance, he pops up in the email, writes me back with no problem and tells me, "Do you want me to give you a call? What time?" I recommend Endurance. The only thing that is not good is you can't do any claims within 30 days.

I have my vehicle at the dealership yet Endurance won't authorize anything to be fixed due to past oil change documents I have provided them with a passed oil change document from a quick service center the last few of them myself. The current issue of my vehicle has nothing to do with oil changes. It is a timing chain belt and a front cover gasket yet endurance has not authorized the dealership to even start repairs.

I like that Endurance has a good reputation and they have been in business longer than most of the others I looked at. The price was also better than another provider. The rep was very thorough explaining about the warranty and what it would and would not do. In a short period of time, she gave us a lot more information than we got from the fellow that was trying to sell the extended warranty at the dealership. Plus, she returned my call very quickly that morning.

I got good reviews from three different dealers that Endurance is easy to deal with. When I signed up, the rep was very patient with me. At no time was it high pressure. He told my if I signed up that day, I would get the $300 off. I told him I needed to talk to my wife first. He told me, "If you call back, you may not get me." I asked him, "Can I put you on hold and try to get ahold of her?" I got my wife on the phone, explained what the rep had told me, and she told me to go for it. It was a very simple process. Now that I've read about it, it sounds a great deal. I would definitely recommend Endurance.

Everything went pleasantly with the signup experience. The person that I dealt with was good and he enlightened me on the coverage, the payments, what I had to do and what I needed. He also told me everything that they covered with the policy, and I was more satisfied with them than I was with CarShield. I had a policy with CarShield, and when I went to have my other vehicle repaired, they didn't cover anything that they said they covered because of the year of my car and the policy that I had. I was disappointed and canceled my policy with them. Overall, I would tell people to get Endurance.

The rep said it goes into effect in 30 days plus 1,000 miles, and at that point, if I have problems, I can bring the car in, and hopefully, it's covered. I've recommended Endurance to a friend.

We have a car and a truck covered with Endurance. We just started them and the customer service was fine. Two different people talked to us. The lady I dealt with, Sarah, explained things to me step by step and I enjoyed it because she said I could call Better Business Bureau. We then had to follow up with my husband, and it was another lady. Our policies cover oil changes and mostly what's under the hood of the vehicles, and the price is worth it. I understand this is the world we live in, and in order to survive, people have to do what they have to do. I'd tell people to give Endurance a try.

The whole experience with Endurance was straightforward. The gentleman who helped me was informative, friendly and helpful. He explained everything as much as he could. The coverage is good. You hear horror stories all the time. When you take these insurances out and if you have a problem, they want to fight about everything and say it’s not covered. I read what is covered and I'm happy with the things that I've seen that could go wrong. I understand the things that are not covered and I'm not worried about that. I just hope that if I ever have a problem, I'm not gonna be one of those people saying ugly stuff about Endurance.

Endurance offered better things that the other company didn't offer and the other one kept leaving me with loopholes. The representative told me that if I have four or five items that need to be done on my car, all I do is just pay the 100 deductible to Endurance. There are no loopholes. I asked him about the sensors and he said that's covered under the electrical. So, when he said that, I was sold, because everything is electrical down that hood. As long as it's covered, I'm good. I'm on a fixed income and I'm retired. So, I'm trying to look for something that's gonna be reasonable for my pocket that I can stand on and if I go out of town and something happens, I can call my warranty company. The problem is covered and all I gotta do is just have $100. That's the confidence I wanted to have because I do a lot of traveling.
I'm trying to get my car together to go to Huntsville, Alabama this year. So, I wanna make sure everything is right on my car and the representative said that Endurance deals through the Nissan dealership quite a bit. That way, I could always go to Nissan. They'll know more about my car than anybody else would. My main thing is traveling somewhere with confidence, knowing that I won't have to search around in a small town and look for some mechanic that may or may not take you through. A dealership is gonna take you.
The representative was very knowledgeable and very proficient because he explained the coverage. He answered every question I had. He broke down most of the electrical, what Endurance covers and it sounded good to me, about the tune-up and the oil change one time on each one. I could go with that because that's the vote of confidence that they’re bringing in with me. If they’re gonna do something one time, then the rest is left up to me that day. I could deal with that as long as I know that if I get it done, everything is gonna be covered. All I need to know is what's not covered. That way, I know what I can and cannot, what I will and will not be able to pay for it myself and I know how to approach it. Any problem that I may have right now, I believe that Endurance will take care of it for me.
The representative represented the company very well to me. I had to miss his call one day because I was in the shower and I didn't hear my phone ring. But since then, I got some paperwork from Endurance and they got their first payment yesterday. So, all I need to know is when I would be able to use this. It says I have to wait 30 days.

I got the Endurance policy two months ago and the Endurance rep explained all the coverages and what was covered and what wouldn't be. Roadside assistance came with it too. It was very simple to get started, a simple phone call, a short conversation. I gave my information about my vehicle and everything was taken care of from there. The rep also said I had to have at least 500 miles on the car before the package went into effect.

Endurance seemed very professional. The rep explained everything to me very well. I got a 48,000 miles coverage and I liked that you have to pay for 30 months, and for the last 18 months, you don't have to pay. It averaged out to $100 a month for it. I had a good experience with the rep because I was concerned and had to make sure that everything was legit and I wasn’t getting scammed. I had questions on what was covered and how much I had to pay. I asked when the coverage would take effect and he said 30 days. I recorded it and I'm gonna listen to what I said. I'm gonna have to call them back because I must not have understood that. I don’t think I was informed of that. So, I'm not too sure if I would give anybody a recommendation. Endurance is good because they cover a lot but if a friend is asking about Endurance, I’d tell them to ask questions.

In the commercial, Endurance said they have all these amenities so I checked it out. When I called and found out, they did and it was cheaper than the other people. Signing up was great and the rep did a good job. He was very professional and courteous. I had signed up with another company previously and I was telling them that I had to run this amount of money to get my car fixed before they would kick in. He was totally understanding.

I checked consumer ratings and Endurance came out very high on the list so I went with them. The signing up was wonderful. The gentleman I talked to was very nice and talked me through the process. He put me on hold once or twice to check rates, but it wasn't more than 15 minutes. He was looking to see if there were any discounts and he asked me about how old my car was, how many miles were on the car, and things like that. He went through different screens to find me the best best price and coverage and it made me feel like he was quite knowledgeable. It was very easy and I was totally satisfied.

I like what Endurance offered and the response time was quick. The gentleman was very pleasant. He explained everything I needed to know. The only thing that I didn't care about is the policy doesn't become effective until I have 30 days or 1,000 miles. I don't drive very much. I don't put many miles on the car. It's gonna take me 9 or 10 months to put 1,000 miles on there. I'm paying a premium all that time but I can't even use it.

My warranty doesn't kick in until the 11th. But my transmission went out so I got the car in the shop. I called to get to see when I will get my card from Endurance. While talking to the young lady, I asked her when would my policy going to play. She said, “The 11th or after 186 miles on your car.” So I called my mechanic and asked him how many miles that I had on my car and he said 188. So I told him to not do anything and I was gonna have Endurance take care of this.
My mechanic sent in a quote. Endurance called and asked me some questions about how long had it been happening. I told them that it was kind of been slipping but it went out a few days ago. The next morning, I got a call saying that they declined my claim because I did not fall within the warranty guidelines. I asked the rep, “What are you saying?” He said, “Well, it's after 30 days, which would be in a couple of days.” I said, “Okay.” Then he said, “You have to have 1,000 miles over the amount when you signed up,” and I had 185.
I told the rep that the young lady I spoke to a couple of days ago told me that on 186, I could kick in the warranty. But he said that was not true. I said, “Well, she's your employee. She's your customer service rep. Why would I send my car to get it fixed?” They wanted to charge me $800 to check it out. I told them, “Well, why would I okay that with them and send that and okay it if I didn't think I was covered?” So they said, “We just go by the contract. It doesn't matter what she says.”
I told the rep that when I talked to the young lady, I called just to get a copy of my policy, and I happened to ask her this question. I already knew the answer. But when she said ‘or at 186,000 miles,’ I said, “I'm pretty sure it might be close to that. Let me call my mechanic, and you guys can take care of it.” That made no sense at all. I could have just waited. The 11th is two days away. It sucks. Endurance doesn't stand by their employee. I'm not satisfied at all. I wouldn't tell anybody to deal with them.

This company is pretty nice and I got a good deal. The plan covers my engine, transmission, and all my axles. They even threw in for me a special that I could get four new tires once a year for up to $250 a tire.

I have purchased Endurance prior to this time I had it but I was out with an injury and I couldn't afford to keep paying the premium. So, I had to let it go, but I knew that it was something I would like to have for my vehicle because I was getting ready to have my warranty expired at the first time. Knowing that I didn't have an extended warranty and the experience I had with them prior to this, I thought it'd be a good choice to make again.
When I signed back up, the gentleman was very nice, very informative, understanding to what my needs were for my vehicle, and explained things thoroughly. I requested something in the mail as far as the plan, and he also made sure that that was sent out to me. I just wanted to know the coverage plan, what the top tier plan was and the payment arrangements for it. Everything was based on my needs and he explained that thoroughly which I was satisfied with. My plan does offer the roadside assistance and it does have a rental coverage on it.

If you're looking for an extended warranty, Endurance Warranty would be the place to go. They will make it easy, and even the other packages that only cover so much still covers a good amount of what's needed. The money per month that Endurance was able to work out, worked out for me. The guy laid it out for me 100%. I had to still talk to my wife about it, so I told him that, and he said, “Not a problem.” He emailed me everything we talked about, the whole policy, so I could show my wife and I just called them back a couple of hours later. He set me up with the best program so it's the bumper-to-bumper, and the roadside.
He also said something about rental. It covers a bunch of stuff for four years. I would only pay for 30 months, and the last 18 months, I would not. But I'm still covered for that four years. I was looking for something like that. Somewhere between that three to four year range and not crazy expensive. I haven't had to use it, and hopefully, I don't have to, but it's there if I need it.

Endurance Warranty appeared to be one of the better auto warranties. They made the offers, and gave me different prices and incentives to stick with them. They offered for another six years. I know I will have the car in six years if it still treats me well. But will I still be driving in six years? So, it worked out the way I liked it to.
Jeep sent me an email saying, "We have an extended warranty." I thought they would have done it beforehand, but they never did. So when I got that, I said I could stay with them and let them service the car. Since I was comfortable with them, let me stay with them. And it was cheaper than Endurance. But Endurance said, "We price match." And that was a good thing for me because I could take it any ASE certified mechanic. And both of them were still the same. I have to keep my routine maintenance up-to-date. It gives me more value for my money.

I had a bad motor mounts and bad struts which are both covered under the high-end warranty I pay for so I thought I had I called them today and they're trying to be dishonest and Shady trying to say that the parts are pre-existing when they're not so they're going to have an out every time when you have something that's supposed to warrantied.
They will say, "Oh it's pre-existing. Oh it's pre-existing" and they're not going to cover anything and today I asked for my money back and they're going to prorate it even though nothing has been taken out of any claim and today's claim was denied today for $3,000 dollars even though I paid for the warranty for months and didn't use it so they are a very dishonest company and have absolute bait and switch tactics and disgusting business practices. Do NOT buy anything from them ever!

I regretfully bought an extended warranty from this business under a 30-day money-back guarantee in November 2023. I changed my mind and wanted my money back. I called the business and had to fight for what felt like forever and threaten the representative (John Bahamon) with legal action to give my money back. He kept trying to get me to stay after I had plainly told him I wanted out. They refunded me after I threatened to call my credit card company but continue to harass me by mail after I had explicitly told them via email and physical mail to cease all communication and remove every piece of my data from their system which they have not. They are disregarding my written orders and infringing on my rights. This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. It is now February and I am still being harassed. THIS COMPANY PAYS FOR REVIEWS.

Endurance sent me information without them calling me 50 million times and bothering me with it. The price was good. The product looks like it's what I expected, and it covers everything I need it to. The website's good. Everything worked when I clicked it. There was no confusing items on there. Anthony called me back up after I clicked everything that I wanted. He was a perfect gentleman. He gave a summary of everything then asked me if I had any questions. Every question that I popped to him, he had an answer immediately for it. There was no beating around the bush about anything. I would call him up any time to ask him questions or to do business with him no matter what it was because he knows what he's doing. He said, “If I don't know the answer to something, I will get it for you.” He also said, “We've got three different plans, but I would recommend this one to you because it covers these additional items.”
I priced four different competitors, and Endurance has more bang for the buck. A competitor may have it for $15 cheaper, but when you read the fine print, they only cover up to a certain amount towards an item. I had one of the other insurances before, and when I had an issue, it took five days to get the issue taken care of. I had to go to one of their registered mechanics to get it fixed. But with Endurance, I could take the car to my mechanic or wherever I wanna take it. I pay the first 100 and they fix the rest. That is straightforward.

When my wife called Endurance, she got irritated trying to talk to the rep. So she said I should call them and that she was not talking to them anymore. When I did, I got a lady and talked with her. Then I sat down with my wife and we figured out how much it was going to be. Then I called back and I was transferred to this guy who was very helpful and awesome. He did a really good job and I bought the extended warranty.
The signup process was pretty easy and the two times that I've had to take the car to the dealership, they diagnosed it and they fixed it all. The dealership dealt with Endurance. I just presented my card to them, and we went from there. When I had a claim because my policy was fixed to run out, it was also handled. But I had an issue with the dealership when they kept my truck for a while. They had an issue with the availability of the parts but Endurance paid the dealership what they wanted and I paid my deductible, then I was good to go.
I've got the warranty until 2028 and the cost is almost $4,000. That was a little pricey but that truck is a loaded truck and I didn't want to own it without some extended coverage on it. There are so much electronics on these vehicles nowadays. So, if I have to replace another alternator, which was $1600, that's getting close to half of what the policy would cost me.

The rep told us all about the warranty, explained it, and then sent me the paperwork. I completed the paperwork and sent it back. Then they signed me up. They mailed me the stuff and then we figured out the payment in a month. Then we gave them our account number and they're gonna deduct it every month. But it bothers me that I keep getting emails about signing up for Endurance even after I've signed up for it.

When I was signing up with Endurance, I wanted to know as a future reference if Endurance would cover the repair on my car I take it in and they find some things that's wrong with it. It's an older model car, but I only have 122K miles on it. So, it's in great condition. The gentleman informed me that it would be covered and that gave me a bit more reassurance. So, I was making sure I was getting the right deal because it's $117 a month. It's not cheap. But I'd rather pay that every month knowing that my car is covered. He also mentioned that if I did get stranded on the road, rentals would be included in my coverage as well as roadside assistance, but outside of Progressive, which is part of my insurance. I would tell my friends to give Endurance a call and rest assured, their car would be fine.

Endurance was the only one that would cover my truck. It's a 2021 Ram 2500, but it's got a lift kit and bigger tires. It got some money into it so other warranties won't cover it. Endurance's customer service was good. I got the most expensive plan. It was the best one. It seemed affordable for what they're warranting.

Signing up with Endurance was easy. The rep knew what he was talking about and made it easy to understand. He made me feel like I was gonna be covered. All of the items that are covered were all of the items that I was most concerned about. These include the engine, drivetrain, electrical, and almost anything that could break other than the stuff that is normal wear and tear. The program has not gone into effect yet. When they first set it up, they asked for the number of miles on my car and it was rainy and snowy outside and I didn't wanna go outside and get it. So, I guessed and I guessed way wrong.
They called me back a week or two before we had signed up. They asked me for the actual miles. I told them what the actual miles were and I missed it by 50,000 miles. So, they had to redo the policy for the new miles that I had given them. When you get that policy, they require a 30-day wait period to make sure they're not covering some pre-existing condition. As of this moment, my 30 days is not up yet. With the updated mileage, my new policy does have scheduled oil changes that the old policy didn't have when I had fewer miles listed. Roadside assistance is also part of it. I haven't read the whole book yet because I haven't gotten it in the mail yet, but those were things that the rep mentioned that I was really impressed with.

There's also one that lasts for a year. They take care of everything in my car, and it's a $100 deductible. It's only one time, and after that, I don't have to pay anything. If someone's car runs out of warranty and they wanna keep it, I suggest they get a warranty.

Endurance's customer service was great. The price, the offer and the coverage were good. Every research I went on, Endurance was at the top. Plus, I talked to the dealer and I was told they never had any problems when people come into the shop and they call Endurance. They always pay. Other companies, sometimes, put them on hold for four hours, and sometimes, they come back and they won't pay, or they wait for them to hang up. They don't answer back. So, Endurance was really good.

Signing up with Endurance was straightforward. I think all of the signups for all of these programs is a little bit lengthy and difficult, but this one was as good as any that I've been through. The reps were very knowledgeable and professional. I was looking for a package that would cover all of the things that could happen to the drivetrain on my car. My package is complete and thorough. They've explained it all in detail. It covers everything that I was interested in. I got the premium coverage. So, there were a few things that are covered that I didn't have before like towing and some tire maintenance. Endurance is a little bit pricey, but it has a premium coverage compared to some of the others.

I hope Endurance Warranty can take care of the big issue that was detected before. The rep offered me the Bronze with some Elite additions to it. That something extra is what sold me. She said it covers anything that has to do with the brakes but no rotors. But I'm very happy I made the decision. I would recommend Endurance because you never know.

Endurance Warranty explained the coverage good. They told me I would just take the car to the mechanic shop and they would make the claim for me. Endurance said I would just pay a 100 deductible. I spent 200 dollars with them when I first got it. And the monthly payment would be 155. So, if my car were to mess up, I would take it to the mechanic shop. They would just charge me 100 bucks, and everything would be covered for. I would recommend Endurance.

I wanted to see if I could get a better price with better coverage and that's what I got with Endurance. The rep answered all my questions and got me a price right away. I was looking for general coverage and they cover pretty much everything except a roof. Also, it has some perks, like roadside assistance, a car rental, if you run out of gas, tires.

The young lady I spoke to was very nice and informative and she helped me register. Also, I was really specific about making sure that I could go to a Lexus dealer and I even called the Lexus dealership. I asked if they work with Endurance and they said yes. The rep said he hasn't had any issues with Endurance. I felt a lot better at that point. It's good to know that I can go to my Lexus dealership and I won't have any problems.

The signing up process was very simple and the rep was able to do everything I wanted. Also, I didn't get the feeling they were hiding anything. I was very comfortable with the fellow that I spoke to.

I shopped for various products and Endurance kept coming up with a positive ring to it. I looked into it and I gave them a call. While I was debating the purchase of the plan, I talked to four different agents and in each case, they all picked up where the other one left off. They all gave me consistent information and everybody was really nice. The last guy I talked to was very patient. He was personable and he filled in all the information. I was satisfied and I’m expecting if something goes wrong, it'll be taken care of. They've left me with the impression that's the way they roll.

The rep was very knowledgeable and helped me out with a lot. I was looking for full coverage but the warranty companies only cover 75% of the vehicle because of the year that it is. People should do their research like I did. I had to use the coverage but it was a part that they didn't cover.

The team from Endurance was quick. I was just looking for some information online and I filled out the information. Then, they called me five minutes later. I was impressed. The vehicle has 159,000 miles and I didn't know if they were gonna cover it or not based on that amount of miles. But they were gonna cover it for four years or 48,000 miles. Carshield was a lot more expensive but they’re similar. You gotta wait 30 days and 1,000 miles. I told Endurance that my wife and I changed the oil and refilled the antifreeze, and gave the miles. They said okay.

My husband and I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Nicole **, Customer Service. Ms. Nicole's salutation was an inviting 'I want to talk with you' professional pleasant invitation. I explained my need of a duplicate contract for my husband and I; she said "I will be happy to assist you"; she explained what she will do and how we would like to receive it, we wanted email route. Ms. Nicole had us to hold for moment, she returned promptly and started with my contract then proceeded with my husband's. We needed our debit card change due to fraud, she taken care of that and maintained our new card on file for auto-pay; we weren't sure of our monthly payments, she gave us the price; we asked other questions, she gave us the answers. Ms. Nicole knows Endurance products and services, we were very highly Satisfied.
For us, we enjoyed receiving efficient, professional, compassionate service, we felt Special! We would love for Ms. Nicole to be our customer care Endurance representative! Super job Ms. Nicole! I had a great experience with Endurance. Signing up was effortless. The gentleman answered all my questions and made everything clear. I wanted it for peace of mind. Especially when you're retired, coming off of $2,000 for a repair will hurt somebody if they're financially strapped. The policy I got goes for 30 months. The first payment was 120 but it's 130 and some change every month.
