The Endurance rep I worked with was very helpful. She did a good job. She made sure she explained the coverages, the length and the payment schedules. One of my vehicle has a turbo charger on it and Endurance covers the turbo. The coverage I have is excellent.

The Endurance rep was really good in helping me get the benefits that I needed. She went over everything that I possibly needed. The price that they gave me was excellent too. Everybody else's price is way too high and they're not trying to qualify for what Endurance is offering me. I'm satisfied with my experience with Endurance.

I was very doubtful that the warranty covered as much as it says it does. But the rep explained it very well and answered every question I had. I feel comfortable with the warranty. However, it is very expensive. It is $180.

The Endurance rep who helped me was very kind and generous. The warranty worked pretty good when I took my car to the Cadillac place. Also, the Buick place doesn't take anything but Endurance and they've always been good. So I would suggest the warranty to others.

I went to the dealership because of a latch on my trunk. Something had gone out on it and I couldn't open my trunk. I told them I got the extended warranty with Endurance and they asked for the phone number. I gave the dealer the number and it was taken care of. Everything worked out and Endurance approved the claim. I just had to pay the deductible amount and I didn't have to do a call back to back or wait for somebody to call me back. It was hassle-free and I would recommend Endurance over and over again.

Endurance has been excellent. The plans are good because I had to replace a computer on my car and they paid everything except for the $100 deductible. I gave the dealer my Endurance information and they contacted Endurance. They set up everything that I needed to have set up. I have the car warranty on our Volkswagen and we're happy with it. They have me covered on anything that happens.

Getting a quote from Endurance was hard. You have to talk to somebody and they won't just give you one online. But it was easy when I talked to somebody over there.

I spoke to a rep over the phone and they went over all the specifics. They charged my credit card and we've had coverage ever since. Endurance is worth it and the system is pretty easy to understand. I'd recommend it.

The Endurance person that I talked to, Kelly, seemed to know a lot about the industry as a whole and what other companies were offering in relation to what they were offering. She was really professional and friendly. I signed up for a warranty for my 2022 Honda Insight and she told me that it includes bumper-to-bumper coverage and some other special things.

I had the best experience with Endurance. They're very dependable, on time with everything and I never had a problem. I referred a lot of my friends to join up with Endurance. Endurance is the best car warranty insurance. This is the best purchase I ever made and I intend to stay with Endurance. Their customer service reps were very knowledgeable, very professional, and made me feel very comfortable. Their people are fantastic. I got one of the best policies. It serves me very well. Endurance is very reliable. They take care of me immediately. You could take your car anywhere. They'll cover it, and the copay is very reasonable.

I like Danica, the spokesperson from Endurance. I told them I wanted my vehicle covered, and they gave me three options, and I took the one I wanted. It's gonna cover stuff that I wanna have covered that my regular car insurance won't take care of, and it'll save me money out of my pocket. Everything was good. Having Endurance is a good thing. You don't wanna have all this expense out of your pocket if something breaks. So, this is the way to take care of it.

The signing up process with Endurance was easy. I've got bumper-to-bumper coverage, including all electronics on my 2021 Ford Expedition. I had one question and a lady called me, and I asked her. She put my question in writing and she wrote me a letter and put my question with an answer in writing. So, I was perfectly happy.

I talked to a guy at Endurance and he was very nice. He went over the policy a couple of times and added some stuff to it, like electronics, and made sure I understood. He was very informative. He took the time to explain everything to me. They did a good job.

Establishing the contract with Endurance was very easy. Their coverage is extremely thorough. I ask a lot of questions, so I called them and was getting clarification on things. There were some exclusions in the policy, so I asked on the other components that were not in the exclusion. They told me that they're not in the exclusions and that they're covered. They provided me information on that. They're pretty easy to work with.
Right now, we're working on what could be a potential warranty claim. I gave the information to the local auto place and they contacted Endurance. Then Endurance gave them the authorization. So that part of the process seemed to go well. It seems like it's going very smooth. So far, it's my understanding that Endurance is working well with the dealership that I selected, which was also pretty nice. But the issue right now is that they're having problems finding this particular part.

These people are straight as scam artist, they sent me a letter saying that they “‘may not be able to honor the service contract” for my extended vehicle service plan. The only problem is I absolutely don’t have an extended vehicle warranty with them! When I called to see how full of it they’re, the representative tried really hard to pretend that my warranty was through a 3rd party with them, but couldn’t even give the name of this supposed 3rd party company. They attempted to lie to get me to scam me into buying their product.

The rep was very courteous and knowledgeable of what he was talking about. The big thing is if we break down, we can have road service. We can talk to the people and show them the card before we do anything.

I still have three more months on my warranty from another warranty company and I talked to one of the staff managers from Endurance. He gave me a good deal and he’s supposed to take one month off. My old warranty expires in June and he's supposed to take off the May warranty. He left me his email and told me to let him know because I was gonna cancel Endurance. I was gonna start over again. He told me to try to keep it on and he said he'll work with me. But other than that, it's a nice experience so far. The signing up process was great.

I had an ‘08 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer EL and when something went wrong with it, I used my Endurance warranty. I went to my mechanics who I've had for the last 10-plus years and they called up Endurance. I also spoke to somebody at Endurance and they gave the okay for the work needed on my vehicle. Then, the mechanics fixed it. I paid the thing I was supposed to pay for under the warranty and Endurance fixed everything else. I liked the service and how they help you if anything goes wrong. I now own a 2013 Yukon Denali and when the dealership's warranty lapsed, I went to Endurance again. My friends were thinking about signing up with CarShield but I told them not to do it. I told them to stick with Endurance because they're the best.

I got Endurance, kept it for a month, decided I didn't need it, then decided to come back to it. However, I looked through my package that's offered and it's not giving me the full details of what's covered. The only thing it's telling me that's covered is tires.

I need my car done. It was part of my wheels. The shop thought it would be covered. It was the wheel bearing.. After payment of 2 years with this company the one time I needed a 500 payment, I was declined. I cancel it and I'm with another company who after 30 fixed this.. Don't trust anything you hear. They won't help you in your time of need.

I was requested to provide my email address for a quote. At the providing it I was next advised to provide my name and phone number and when I did received and the message immediately that a specialist would be calling me about my request. This is not what I requested no wanted to deal with. Specialist is AKA salesman. What a deceptive way of doing business

I found out that my vehicle had been totaled in an accident before I purchased it, therefore could not be covered by the extended warranty. I had already paid the deposit and 1 monthly payment. Sheena in customer service, was very helpful and professional. She made me feel like I was family and she understood my issue. I was credited the deposit and payment. Do not purchase a Endurance Auto Warranty. This has by far been the worst extended warranty experience I have ever had. I paid $3000 12 months ago when I purchased a vehicle for my 16 year old grandson. I was told by Zee from Endurance that they will not cover an issue we are having with the engine on the 2014 Jeep. The inspector when he arrived at the vehicle got poor information from whoever he talked to. I found out from the service manager Mike that he never told the inspector the upper radiator hose had blown causing it to overheat. Zee told me the report says the upper radiator hose blew and caused the engine to overheat, That is not the case. The following is why we took the vehicle in for service.
We took the vehicle to get the emissions checked and it failed, we took it to the local shop because the emissions tech said it was the O2 sensor. The local garage said you have a serious engine issue because you have oil in the coolant. So I called the Jeep dealer to make sure they accepted Endurance and we took the vehicle to them. They confirmed there was oil in the coolant which was causing the hoses to become spongy but the hoses were intact, I also went to the dealer to see for myself and took pictures.. They said the error code was a thermostat error and I was told the oil in the coolant probably caused the thermostat to fail open, the opposite of overheating. Zee also told me the inspector said the head gasket was not blown. If so then there is another issue causing oil to get into the coolant, whatever caused the oil to get in the coolant is a serious issue and was not from a warped head or block.
There are dozens of YouTube videos showing oil in the coolant from a blown head gasket. They refused to do a reinspection on the vehicle because he said the head or block was warped. They refuse to cover anything at all. Now am going to attempt to get a refund for my policy from the dealer. I repeat do not buy Endurance policies. It's a waste of money.

I want to give a better rating BUT Endurance earned this! I had a 2012 Ford Focus automatic transmission failure. This was a factory auto trans that is sealed and required no maintenance. It does have an internal clutch that failed and Endurance would not pay any part of the repair because it was a clutch which is a wearable part. Cost me $2500. I will not renew my coverage. Read the contract!!!!!

PLEASE save yourself the trouble, time, and expense - DO NOT sign with Endurance! After researching, I chose Endurance because they supposedly cover higher mileage cars, and I have a special needs child, so keeping our ride secure is top priority. Everything was great when it came to the process of signing on/getting our money. But that is where the great customer service ended! After over a year, I had my 1st claim, and it was trouble from the start. 1st I was denied on the phone "because of rust"; called the shop and they said there was NO RUST. Also, what company who handles older vehicles should deny because of some rust - wouldn't most older cars have some? Lame! But I digress, as there was no rust on my car. Had the mechanic call Endurance and explain this, and Endurance then claimed that they require the submission from mechanic to be on company letterhead, so they complied with that as well.
A couple days passed with no new news or resolution. Whenever I called, I got the, "I'll connect you to that department" automation runaround. One supposed claims specialist hung up on me. I say that because they have my number, and she could certainly have called me back if we had been otherwise disconnected. She did not. There were a few things that fell under regular maintenance, and of course I had no issues with paying for those; that was fulfilling MY part of the contract. But tire rod ends ARE supposed to be covered under our agreement, and Endurance reneged on our contract every way they could. After the "rust" denial, and the "letterhead" time-suck, they then required pictures to prove there was no rust. The mechanics again complied. Then radio silence again.
When both myself and the manager of the shop called, I couldn't get a human to answer me, but claims then said they would need video. The shop complied. CRICKETS! I finally had to borrow the 500$ extra that was needed to cover what Endurance should have, because we had jumped through all the hoops to no avail, and I had to be able to get my autistic child back to his school schedule. Then Endurance denied reimbursement due to not giving prior approval.

I have Endurance Auto Warranty where if a car broke down, I would be able to use it. It's available. They are patient and polite, and they let me know. One time I called to find out how much more I had to pay on the extended warranty. They gave me the time that I would finish paying for it. They told me it was good up to 2027.

The rep gave me details about the policy, the packages I was getting, and the best price for me. He worked with me on the pricing. When I didn't have enough money, he cut it down to fit my price budget. He broke details down for me about my claim, the 30 days, and that I may have to do the 1,000 miles before I made my claim. And if I had any questions with him, I could always give him a call. He helped me. He told me I could call him back and think about it. He told me that they were gonna make sure that I was okay, which was what made me get the warranty with this company. And I love him for making me feeling more comfortable. Endurance has a good rating on their policy and they are a good company to work with in getting a warranty with cars than anything else.

I've had Endurance twice before from different vehicles and I've always had good service. So I called up Endurance and told them I needed a policy for my new car. The rate went up from the last time a good bit but it's along the same line as the rest.

I called another company first but they were quite expensive. So I called Endurance and talked to a guy there. He quoted me a price and even though it was cheaper than the other place, I couldn't afford to pay that kind of money. So he had me talk to the manager and he reduced it to 120 every month. But they disappointed me two days ago. The rep told me that the whole car was covered. I went to the dealership the other day because the backup camera on my car wasn't working. The dealership was gonna charge me $995 for that. So I had them call Endurance and lo and behold, it was not covered because I don't have the tech support for my camera and radio. But I'm covered for my harness and everything else.
When I called Endurance the other day, I talked to a guy and said that I was told I was covered for the whole car and that nothing was excluded. He said I didn't have the coverage, so it's not covered. If I would have added to it, he said it would cost somewhere around $7,000 just to have those three things covered. The camera costs $995 and it's not covered, but a computer might cost around $4,000 and it is covered.

I was comparing different companies and to me, it looked like Endurance was one of the better companies. So I got a quote, I liked it and I signed up. Endurance covered more items that were important. I was happy with my policy, but then they came out with a better one, which included maintenance and more broader coverage, and they allowed me to switch. They made it very easy for me to upgrade. I used the service at only one dealership and I'm 100% satisfied with Endurance. It's worth it.

I have full coverage with Endurance and signing up with them was very easy. They told me exactly what was covered and all about Endurance. They charged me 36 payments and on the 37th month, I called and said they didn't take it out. But the lady said I have paid in full. One time, my car's battery died. I submitted a claim and my experience was great. It was in my garage and I was facing front out. But my street is on a hill and they couldn't put the flatbed in my driveway to pull the car out. But somehow they managed to charge my battery then the gentleman with the tow truck said to take my car to a local shop and they would provide me with a new battery. He told me not to turn it off and he followed me all the way there. He arranged for them to come out with the battery then he took out the dead battery, and put in the new one. And I was on my way. It cost me $9.

I called Endurance and they got information about the vehicle that I wanted covered. They shared the various options and based off the information I gave them, they advised me on what they thought the best option was. They said that I was eligible for the new car coverage because the truck was so new. The options that they told me about sounded good to me so I went ahead with it. I have another vehicle that is under warranty right now but it's gonna be coming up due to that I plan on finding out what Endurance can do for me on that one too.

I've checked my email and I've asked Endurance about my copy of the warranty. I was told the last time they would put it in the mail and that I'd get it within five days in two weeks. But I've never received a copy of the warranty. Other than that, signing up with them was relatively easy and my experience has been good. My coverage comes with roadside assistance but not the oil changes.

Endurance asked me some questions and I answered all their questions. My automobile insurance has free towing and if I get locked out, they can take care of that for me. I have two cars that I have Endurance for and if the subject is brought up, I would put a plug in for Endurance.

The rep that I dealt with was very knowledgeable about the warranty situation. Plus he was pleasant to speak to and very cordial, and I like that. My experience was absolutely wonderful. Endurance was great. They definitely do what they say they're gonna do. When I filed a claim, it was covered and the process was painless. The place where I went to contacted Endurance. I gave them all the information and they followed through with it and there was no problem.

Endurance seemed like they had a better price and they covered more. The rep that I talked was very friendly. It's good coverage. It's a little pricey, but it's better to pay $105 than pay $3,000.

The renewal program turned out to be a cluster with the different people I spoke to. It took me three times to get it right because I kept on getting different stories from different people. The pricing is a shell game so it was very hard to say what the actual pricing was that I wanted to know. The first time, I told them I wanted to renew the policy I had and they said, "That's great. This is the lowest cost we have." I got to looking at it and it didn't cover what I had in the policy that was expiring, specifically seals and gaskets. It was a named component policy rather than all components except what's excluded. I called back and got that fixed. Then I got a call from somebody asking if I was ready to renew my policy. I told them I'd already done that and they were surprised that I had. I wound up getting a policy, supposedly, that was $200 less and implemented a payment plan, but I haven't seen anything on that other than the declarations page.
We have my wife's 2017 Yukon Denali with Endurance. The front struts went out on it and they had to be replaced. When the shop turned it into Endurance, it was turned down because the part listed as a shock absorber, even though the shop said it was a strut. I was able to go online and get it for half price, but I still think it should have been a covered component because it was a strut and I don't care how it was mislabeled. Other than that, the claims have been fine.

Endurance covers my 2013 Hyundai. It covers what I needed it to cover. When I was signing up, there was a short waiting period, and that makes sense so someone is not signing up a car that's dead or has pre-existing conditions. Signing up was really easy.

I went with Endurance because it was a good deal, but it really isn't. I've had issues already with them. I was about to cancel my policy because I didn't wait for the full 30 days and my car was knocking. They said it was because I didn't wait till 30 days, they couldn't do anything for me. And that was even after I waited 30 days. My car has reached 121,000. That was what the lady said on the phone, I gotta reach 121,000. They didn't tell me that was part of the agreement. They told me it was a previous damage or previous user because I didn't wait 30 days. But the reason why I bought the insurance is because I knew this car is gonna have problems.

My Honda Civic is covered by Endurance. They offered a couple of different packages that I can look at, and I got a modified version of the first one. The reps were helpful, they knew their business, and there were no problems. Getting signed up was an easy-flowing-type operation.

I had a gentleman call me from Endurance and he was persuasive but not overly pushy. He was very nice on the phone, and he took time to answer all my questions, then we came to an agreement. He offered me several different packages, and I took the best one he had. I'd tell people that Endurance is the one to go with.

I have recommended Endurance to people. It's easy to get. All you gotta do is go online and get it started. It covers everything that a warranty from a dealership covers such as transmission, drivetrain, motors. Brakes are not covered which I understand. That's part of my maintenance.

It was easy to sign up with Endurance. My husband had it on his car for a few years, and when my plan ended on my car, I called his provider and joined it. The rep offered me a plan for a bit more a month but with better benefits, and I took it. It has roadside assistance, and it took effect 30 days after I signed up or 1,000 miles. I was really impressed that I was only with Endurance for a couple of months and they already approved a claim to fix the fuel pump on my car. I was without my car for just two days, and they offer a rental, but I didn't need it. It was good, 'cause it's fixed already, and I haven't had any more problems. I already recommended Endurance to two people. I told my daughter first to definitely get a warranty on her car.

Endurance's customer service was great. I never got a contract through them, but I was able to get it, then I printed it out. It was good. A couple months ago, my car was in the shop for two days. The communication from the shop was beautiful. They took care of it and put a claim in. I haven't heard anything since then, so I'm assuming that they got their money.

The sign-up process went good. The reps answered all my questions, and pricing wasn't too bad. I'd tell people to go for Endurance. I had the extended warranty on a Toyota Yaris, then I called them back a month later and switched it over to the Nissan Cube. They did it right away, and it worked good. The cost went up a bit, but the extended warranty covers almost everything. My main concern was it covering the transmission 'cause Nissan has questionable CVTs.

I purchased Endurance a year and a half ago and had a claim six months ago. They had to ship the transmission from someplace and they told me that I had to pay for the shipping, which was $300. But other than that, everything went smoothly with my transmission claim.

Signing up with Endurance was fairly easy. The biggest thing I wanted to see was exactly what was covered and what was not. And that was an easy email straight to me. The other question was the payment method, if it was something that could be done in monthly payments or just one lump sum. All my maintenance gets done through the dealership. So that's another reason I bought the warranty, because as long as I get everything done for the manufacturer's recommendations, everything is covered. They're also the most reasonably priced and they have the best coverage.

Signing up with Endurance was simple and easy. I submitted an inquiry online, and someone called me back and walked me through the process. So, it was good. I ended up getting the policy on two cars, but one is older than the other. The policy that I got included everything, like oil changes and tires. But the other one didn't even come close so, I was impressed. Plus, Endurance was in Chicago. I'm sure they have many connections with local dealerships, mechanics, and car oil places. So, it's great. That was the selling point for me other than the reviews that I saw online.
I'm giving my niece my second car so I got the warranty on my other car and I told Endurance that. The guy said I can add an extra person on there and that way, she can use it at any time. So, that was helpful. I gave her all the information so she could make the payment. Paying $100 a month or however much her policy was, is a lot cheaper than paying a car new. I bought my car brand-new and I've had it since 2008, but it's in good condition. So, it saves her. She works five minutes away from home and was excited about it. Either one of us can take it in.

At first, I went with the lower grade then the rep upgraded it to the bigger one that carries me to 29 and 100,000 miles off the odometer. I got the plan I wanted and I'm satisfied so far. I get a loaner car or whatever I might need in the case something happens.

I got two cars covered with Endurance. I wish it was three, but I did a different one through CarMax. The reps at Endurance are always kind, helpful and responsive. They gave me every discount that was possible as a repeat customer and explained the different details. I was able to get Platinum coverage for one car. I wasn't able to get Platinum for the other car because the rep explained what the difference was and it was a couple of years older. He said that that makes them not eligible for that higher level because of cost concerns. I got the Diamond Plan and for the first year, there's roadside assistance and tire protection.
I have made one claim and that was seamless. It was a fuel pump on the 2017 Audi A3. There was a part I could have got them to pay for, but my son was on the phone with them instead of me. It was a compound part. When you replace a water pump, sometimes there are other pieces connected to it. If they don't have to be replaced, it's stupid not to replace them 'cause sometimes that can cause other problems. If I was on the phone, I could have talked to them about that and seeing if there was a different way because on compound parts, they should both be replaced. But Endurance covered almost everything on it. As soon as the diagnostic was done, they opened up a case. It was the very next day that it was approved. I'm satisfied with Endurance and unless they go drastically downhill or much more expensive, it's always gonna be through them.

There was a little downtime on the last deal with the transmission. I understand when it's high-ticket item, Endurance doesn't dot the i's and cross the t's. Their adjusters ask questions to try to put you in the trick bag. They try to get you to say something that voids their coverage. I ran across that a couple times on a brake job on this Dodge. But as it stands, Endurance paid off over five grand of warranty coverage and I only paid about 3,600 for it. They offer coverage for a lot of the stuff that break down, and I've had good experiences with them on everything. Endurance was the right choice in the end. The price of it has gone up and even though they're bang for the buck, I noticed they're advertising now. Any time a company advertises, they're gonna absorb that advertisement in the cost of the product.

Endurance has the best package for the price and I'm very happy with everything so far. I had some brakes redone, and they covered part of it. They give you an allowance towards having the brakes redone one time. They covered an oil change too. They cover some oil changes up to a certain point but they don't cover synthetics, which is surprising because all vehicles today use synthetic. They didn't cover the shock because that's not covered under the program. Endurance is excellent and I would recommend them. My cousin is a major stockholder in another company that offers the same thing and he asked me if I wanted to change over but I told him no.

The sales people are very friendly but when you need work to your vehicle they are hard to reach. I haven’t been able to get back in touch with the sales guy even after he gave me his email. Kinda shady.

Updated on 05/21/2024: The claim is not resolved. You denied my claim and as a result, cancelled my policy.
Original review: RIP OFF! BUYER BEWARE, THEY LIE, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Long story short, they circumvent ridiculous reason(s) to deny valid claims. Let me explain, They first approved my claim, then shortly there after (Nate -COO) denied my claim without notification. Their reason for the denial, my vehicle "NOW" falls under a different maintenance schedule. Simply, B/C I towed a trailer 1 week prior to the claim. My argument against the denial is simple. First, low miles on a 2015 truck (68k miles at time of claim), all provided documents, receipts, purchase date of trailer and its accessories as well as, RMV documents of all registered vehicles (current/past dating back to 2005). The fact I only towed once prior to the claim. Point of fact, my vehicle is equipped with a factory tow package and I purchased Endurance w/ 60,745 miles! Toyota’s recommends flushing their sealed trans. at or around 100k.
Instead Endurance INSISTED I should have flushed the transmission at 60k miles.. To further explain, I brought the truck into the dealership B/C the traction control and engine warning light came on. The Toyota dealership recommended to me that I flush the trans. and both transfer cases. This, they believed could fix the problem and is the “first step”. So, I did the $800.00 service. I had approximately 65k miles on my truck at that time. Endurance then used this to deny the claim as it was done to late, and the vehicle NOW falls under a “heavy use maintenance schedule" thus, I needed to flush the transmission at 60k. They provided the document stating so.
First, I pointed out "the heavy use maintenance schedule" is RECOMMENDED not REQUIRED and second line #2, under the heavy use maintenance schedule states; “vehicles needs to be used on a regular basis, as a towing vehicle to fall under this section”. As I explained, several times and backed up by every document that they requested and/or I provided in order to validate vehicle usage. I was not REQUIRED to flush the transmission or the transfer cases for ANOTHER (approximate) 40k miles. Finally, during a conversation with their claim representative Nate (possibly the COO). He stated under no uncertain terms “My claim is going to be denied AND I WILL NEVER BE APPROVED"! And that is their standard today. What a JOKE, TOTALLY RIPPING PEOPLE.

I have a 2015 Porsche Cayenne that I took to the Porsche dealership and it was found that I needed a new part for my heating system. Service was quick, however, I ended up paying out of pocket over $1,000 because Endurance capped the labor charges so I ended up paying the difference. If I am paying $300 a month for complete coverage and still have to pony up my deductible and labor difference, then I'm not sure this is the right warranty for me. Great customer service though.

SCAM -- absolutely horrible warranty! I paid nearly $3,000 out of pocket for warranty - after they paid out only $900 they said my warranty was over even though it was years before the expiration and still had 25,000 miles left on the warranty - TOTAL SCAM!! On top of that - there is a TON of stuff they don't cover and when they do cover something they won't cover the full cost of it so you end up paying the deductible plus about half the shop costs. They will not provide you with a summary of all your claims and how much they've paid off. Salesperson told me if I don't "use" all my warranty, then I can get a refund for that amount but that's false.

I feel like I was scammed. I was told one thing and given something else. I was also told I was emailed my policy which I never received. Even checked my spam and no policy. Their team messed up but I'm suffering the consequence. Have to pay out of pocket for repairs. Do canceling policy and they even make it harder because you have get it notarized. No matter what they tell you you're going to have to come out of pocket for repairs. They will find a way to not have to cover your repairs.

I contacted Endurance regarding their coverage and prices for a new Subaru I was purchasing. Remember this is "NEW" car and the manufacturer's warranty would cover it for 5 yr/60K miles. They wanted approx. $100 month, or over $9600. for 8 yrs! The Subaru factory warranty was only $2200 for 80yr/80K miles that covered everything including full roadside service. Even if you took their warranty for 2 yrs. when the factory mechanic warranty expires you would be paying $2400, or more than the Subaru "Bumper to Bumper" warranty for all eight (8) years as the full factory warranty expires in 3yr/36K miles. I went with Subaru's warranty and peace of mind due to their great reputation, and it was part of the financing package.

ConsumerAffairs (CA) - high-lights this company on just about every landing page you surf on CA's website, even when you are perusing OTHER auto repair companies; you get numerous Pop-up's, so it's their #1 company to promote. While Endurance has many favorable customer reviews on CA, and Other Auto Repair Warranty Review vendors, there are some Negative reviews... about Customer Service, and also they MAY not have vetted Auto Repair Shops in all states.
However, that is Not my Primary concern... my primary concern is that Endurance Extended Auto Warranty's Achilles heel, AND, ONE that CA does NOT ever mention is as follows:
1. Endurance Monthly Rate - captures a consumer for 2.5 YEAR's (30 months). Consumers are therefore OBLIGATED for 30 months. READ the fine print.2. Does not offer a Month-to-Month program.
3. Does not offer a Year-to-Year program.
4. Contact is only by Phone, regardless of which Time Zone you are located in.
...Replied to numerous email's from Endurance to get some clarifications, but, all of their emails are "No-Reply" type. And, they will keep Spamming you with the same notifications. Don't recommend listing your Phone Number, at least Not initially.

Did locate another company that appears to be a better "fit" for my needs, and will F./U with a Review, after I have been with them for at least 6 to 9 months.

I had a vehicle that was covered under an Endurance warranty. I sold the vehicle on 2/13/2024 and cancelled the Endurance Warranty on 2/21/2024. This was appx. a week after the last bill from their third party billing agency called Mepco. The Endurance agent was very difficult at the time of the cancellation, even after I told him that I recording the conversation, and so I had some doubt that the cancellation would be completed.
I checked the Endurance website a couple days later, and the account was marked as cancelled. Then to my surprise, I received a late payment notice for March from Mepco when I should have actually received a prorated refund from February-March. It seemed obvious enough that Endurance did not notify Mepco of the cancellation. then when I went back to the Endurance website, the cancellation banner was removed. So, it's fair to that I was pretty upset and I tried calling Endurance but was either put on hold or disconnected when "transferred". This is just simply unacceptable and I would like confirmation from them in writing that the account is closed with Endurance as well as Mepco. I would also like my pro-rated refund sent to me.

Bought what I was told was top of line Gold warranty 4 months ago. Paying 277 per month for my Lexus 400 gx. They never sent me the contract docs nor a warranty card, just an initial email with the warranty number when I signed up. Terrible service up front, AC went out last week. The reasonable mechanic I used for years came up with a 1700 $ cost to replace AC. Endurance approved 900 saying they must use aftermarket (Chinese) parts and not lexus parts and that they pay 125 per hour for the work (plus one less hour) not the reasonable 150 the mechanic charges.
When contacted to discuss this they were rude on phone and said to "read the fine print," they have the "option" to specify aftermarket parts or factory parts etc. My mechanic advised that the aftermarket compressor is not readily available and not warranted. I asked endurance if they would supply and they said no,- you can find it online. Overall a terrible and expensive experience I would not wish on anyone. I will of course drop them as my provider but I recommend you stay away from endurance.

Don't buy this extended warranty. You can see a lot of issues and when you write a review/complaint you just get a computer answers to call here or there. The old run around. But there's too may problems, nothings straight out problems problems

Updated on 04/04/2024: Follow up to my previous review.... The company responded asking me to email to "resolve" my concern. I emailed them the same information I told 4 people. They had a rep call me who recited back to me all the parts listed in the contract to justify the their ways. I asked how much money I would get back since I submitted a cancellation form, had no claims and was asked to reach out for a resolution....
The answer... "4-6 weeks after we review and prorate." Asking me to on a public forum to reach out to resolve my issue, to then read from a contract is NOT customer service. They will save face online and do nothing for the customer...... $370 down the drain..
Original: Such a scam. Do not purchase. They tell you that "everything is covered outside of normal maintenance". They send you a policy (that contains every policy they offer) so you end up trying to figure out what is covered. I even took my car to my shop and had them call because I do not know anything about cars. They were not told anything and told we had to "wait 30 days". Well... surprise... you can't cancel once the 30 days was hit. They will sell you and rip you off.... do not trust them.

A representative of Endurance called us to say our Protector warranty policy we purchased when we bought our car last year account had not been paid and so we didn’t have any coverage. The guy said they were the administrative arm for Protector insurance. He offered a new policy through Endurance and how to cancel our account with Protector. We agreed to buy a policy from Endurance because we were so concerned and gave him credit card for $1800. Stupid we know but we wanted the coverage.
After that call we checked immediately with Protector Warranty and found that we DO have current coverage and that they had no relationship with Endurance. We called Endurance warranty back immediately to confront them with fraud and they gave us a total credit for what we had just given them. So it is very obvious that they have someone working for them giving false information to customers trying to get customers to buy their product for much more. We felt lied to and deceived. The refund we received was from Endurance so these fraudulent efforts are a part of their company. We were shocked as Endurance has such high ratings online.

To be fair, I will reserve my star rating until my issue is resolved. I've been with Endurance for 4 years and made my last payment in December 2023. I have had my Cadillac CTS Lux Sports Wagon serviced as required. This time I needed brakes along with Calipers cover under my contract. We have been going back and forth with Endurance since Feb 1 and they have yet to compensate me for out of pocket paid because they failed to respond when the work was completed. I have called at least once a week. Several representatives were very helpful but always referred me back to an account representative. No account representative has resolved my issue or returned my calls or emails. Watch this space and other social media for final report.

I was taken back by certain rules they have like I have to wait 30 days and I have to have so many miles on before I can make a claim. I canceled and when I was talking to the lady when I canceled it, she said they don't take things that have already happened to the car. I told her I understand that but they need to take into consideration that the car is older and things are gonna happen at the drop of a hat. It made me feel like if something goes wrong with the car, it's gonna take them a minute to look into everything and make sure that this wasn't an ongoing issue and I'm in need of my car being fixed. Also, I'm not happy about their refund policy because I canceled it the beginning of March and they had said it would take four to six weeks for a refund. That got me upset but it's canceled. I'm not gonna worry about it anymore.

Customer service agent was very nice and knowledgeable and explained that my issue with the requested work was not the norm. I've had the policy for 2 never used it and the first time I do I can't get a rental car until the claim is approved. Which for me leaves me stranded for 3 to 7 days waiting on the claim to be approved. Over cover a rental myself for 4 hundred or better when I have the coverage but can't use it till my claim is approved for the work. Just be aware if you break down be prepared to walk or cover your own rental cost till the claim is approved. Pending if they need a Inspector to check the problem first.

Signing up with Endurance was a good experience. The rep was very professional and outspoken. But I really don't like Endurance now and I was gonna cancel the policy. I turned in my key fob because I needed a key fob for my car and then I turned around and something else was needed in the car before I needed the key fob. Endurance covered the key fob, which is great, but now, I'm stuck with a $600 bill to fix my car because Endurance didn't wanna cover the cost of the fix.

These people are completely dishonest and incompetent! We told them we had a lift kit and the tire size on our truck. They told us that this is covered and there were no exclusions. They are now denying a claim for a Transmission (nothing to do with the lift or tires). Their incompetent inspector is trying to say that our truck has a 7inch lift in the back of the truck and a 5inch lift in the front - which is never possible! They told us when they denied the claim they don't reverse decisions on their claims. They lied in the call telling us that the lift was covered and then failed to mark it on the contract. They won't pull the call to see they made the mistake here or honor the warranty we thought we purchased. Do not do business with these people - they are liars and scammers!

Endurance's salesman lied to me and I'm not very happy with my experience because I paid out of my pocket for something that I thought was being covered. I was told that, for what I was paying, my vehicle was covered from end to end, with the exception of brakes and tires. My vehicle broke down, my water pump went out, and I was told that that was not covered. The contract that I got had a little fine print that people had to have a telescope to see. It showed that my vehicle was not covered. I read through the policy eight times and didn't see it. Endurance pointed it out to me when I called to speak to a supervisor. They said, "Sorry. We'll look into what the salesman told you and he'll be disciplined." I was falsely sold this policy and the first time I had to use it, I came out of pocket for 2,500 bucks. Will I be recommending Endurance to anybody? The absolute no.

I recently encountered an issue with my Endurance insurance coverage that I believe potential customers should be aware of. The policy does not explicitly state that coverage decreases as your vehicle's value diminishes over time. The salesman definitely did not explain this. This critical detail is buried deep within the contract, which led to a significant misunderstanding on my part.
Three years into my policy, my Buick Enclave, with 186,000 miles on the odometer, was assessed to have depreciated significantly in value. Consequently, when I filed claims for repairs, including a failed transmission among others—repairs I believed were covered under my contract totaling $6,500—the insurance only proposed to cover $1,500 of the costs. The justification provided was that my car's age and condition no longer qualified these repairs for full coverage, despite these being types of damages explicitly mentioned as covered in the initial agreement.
This experience was quite disheartening, especially since I had chosen this coverage believing it would provide financial security for significant repairs down the line. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I urge others to carefully review and consider how the value depreciation of their vehicle might affect the coverage they are expecting before opting for this insurance. The reality is that, as your car ages, even supposedly covered repairs like a transmission failure may not be fully covered, leaving you with unexpected out-of-pocket expenses.

I always like to have a car fully warranted because there's too much computer stuff on cars nowadays. Endurance Auto Warranty's reps were good. I was more interested if something went wrong with the engine that I would have some kind of coverage. One gave me a quote for up to six years. But the original person put in my wrong phone number. And for a while, there was a hassle when I called in on checking on something for them to find me in the system.
I don't have coverage when I bought the car. And if something went wrong down the road, I have coverage to handle that because it's $100 deductible. But when I go into the shop, it's $300 just to have them figure out what's wrong with it. I like a little peace where I could take the car somewhere. The only thing Endurance could do better is getting more shops on board. In our area, we only have a handful of shops and they are all through our metro here in Oklahoma City.

Endurance Auto Warranty was among the only two that were of a caliber that would cover the powertrain, which is what I wanted. Also, I liked Endurance's pricing. Signing up went well and was friendly. I had a 30-day grace period. My car had a catastrophic event on day 27 out of 30. But there was not much I could do. I needed to get it done. I thought it would be okay. But I lost $9,000, and I traded in the car. I canceled the policy. It didn't work out for me.

The signup was great. The only complaint I have is I've requested three times now for a hard copy of the policy because I don't have any way to print it out. I don't know what all I'm covered if I take it to a dealership. They said they're gonna send it to me but they never did. Other than that, it was a positive experience. I like Endurance's advertising and when I called, I was satisfied with what they quoted me. As far as purchasing the policy, it was a breeze. The guy I talked to was great. All types of emergencies that I could figure out, they offer it. If you're out of warranty, I would recommend you go with Endurance Auto Warranty. But check before you choose any auto warranty programs to make sure that you're getting the right fit for you.

I'm not happy with Endurance and I plan on canceling it. Recently, I was driving out of my driveway and they're doing construction and I hit a hole. The car started acting up and I immediately called. When I took my car in, they were looking at the fact that I had just started my policy and they refused to fix it. The rep said that it was because of the continuation of movement and that they don't cover certain parts. I explained to them I did not use the car at all and I parked it when I heard the knock. I called, but the claims department was closed because it was a Sunday and I called the next day to make my claim. But now, I'm out of pocket $6,000. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Endurance Auto Warranty is one of the only extended warranties that I could find that would cover the truck that I bought, so that was a good plus. I went with Endurance because of the coverage that they had for those type of vehicles. I just hit my mileage and days not long ago for the warranty to kick in, but with not filing any type of claim, so far, so good. As far as the process of getting set up on it and getting it paid, it was fast, easy, and great. It was better than a lot of the packages that are offered by other extended warranties for diesels-- if they hold true to it. They also told me once this one ran out, I would be eligible to reup.
One thing about Endurance I like is most third party warranties have a middleman where Endurance does not. They handle their own claims in-house. If I need to file a claim, I can give the dealership my warranty number for Endurance, and they can file it, or I can contact Endurance directly, and they handle all their stuff in-house so I do not pay a company to middleman my warranty, and them having to contact the actual warranty company. I'm going direct to who's handling my warranty. That is a big positive if and when I ever have to use it for a claim instead of having to mess around with a third party person. I'm part of a Facebook platform for the Titan XDs, which is what I have in the diesel. And we got a lot of guys on there that buy these trucks, asking about extended warranties, and I'm already pushing Endurance to them. It's a great deal.

I used the warranty one time and my experience was great. I was satisfied with what they did and it only cost me my $100 deductible. The only problem I have is they don't tell you upfront some of the things they don't cover. They say they don't cover maintenance, oil changes, tires, basic filters and stuff like that but they did not say they do not warranty sensors on the vehicle. That's a big deal because sensors are very expensive. I was really upset but there isn't a whole lot I can do. I will tell everybody I talk to to make sure they go over everything.

I bought a 2017 Ultima and Endurance is providing a new car coverage, which will provide entry and cover all the things like air bags. I'm good with that. The representative was able to provide all the good information. I have the policy for five years but I have to pay for 24 months. If I have any issues, instead of paying thousands of dollars, I can use it for anything. And within a month, if something is going to happen, I have this coverage.

The Endurance rep I worked with was very pleasant. She did a great job of explaining everything to me. I haven't had to use my policy yet. But I feel comfortable based on the policy I bought that when I need it, it should be a reasonable cost. I was buying a used BMW and my thought was that repairs would be expensive. The man that signed me up was wonderful. When he was talking to me and told me all that was offered by Endurance, it was a good deal. He took the time to explain everything and knew exactly the answers to the questions I had. It made me comfortable in going with Endurance. I was very impressed with him. He helped me decide which way to go. I felt it was a very good price when he told me the amount which comes straight out of my bank account. I am very happy with the coverage. However, he told me that I should get paperwork and a card in the mail to tell me everything, but I still haven't got that pamphlet. I had a little light come on and I'm gonna need to take it in and let them see what's going on.

I am interested in how long the payments are gonna last. The rep said 30 months. I've seen other ones that are saying 18 months. I'm thinking about canceling Endurance and trying to go with somebody else that I don't have to pay for 30 months. I should have called around more and found a better plan that isn't so expensive. It's $122 a month and I'm not gonna be able to afford that. I added it all up and it's $4,000 for four years. I gotta find somebody cheaper. It's also gonna take me a long time to reach 1,000 miles because I'm a caregiver to my husband and all I do is go to the grocery stores and the drug stores. I'll never reach 1,000 miles in a year.

Endurance gave me the opportunity to use my vehicle with the miles I have while some other providers didn't. The sales rep was very persuasive, but there are a lot of elite benefits. I have roadside assistance, road hazard tire protection, total loss protection, key and key fob replacement.

Don't use Endurance. Purchasing was easy. You call them, tell them what you got, and they do it. But it sucks to find out that they have a 70% denial rate on all their claims. The transmission went out in my son's truck. It quit taking forward gears. We sent it to a transmission shop and they said the transmission needed to be rebuilt. But Endurance is denying the claim. They said I have a 5-inch lift in the front and a 7.5-inch in the rear. There's no lift kit on a truck made to that specification by any manufacturer ever.
When I bought the warranty, I told them it had a lift kit and oversized tires. I bought it that way and hadn't changed anything. They said, "No problem. It's covered." Now they're saying it's not covered. They can't even get their story straight. One of their people had said they cover up to a 6-inch lift and another one of their people had said they're only covering up to a 4-inch lift. The guy that went out and inspected it obviously don't even know how to read a tape measure. I'm not even sure about his qualifications as being a mechanic because a mechanic straight out of school would know the difference.

When I contacted the guy at Endurance, he was very personable. He explained the product and what it was about. He walked me step-through-step as far as what was covered and what was not. The policy that I got was for four years, 80,000 miles, and it covers everything on the vehicle. When we talked about the price, he told me because of certain qualifications that I fell under, I would get a reduced price for the cost and he was not gonna be able to find a better price anywhere else. As far as perks that they gave, the price is worth paying for the coverage. When I mentioned Endurance, the dealership where I do most of my repairs done said that they're an excellent company.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. To sum it up this whole company is horrible. They take your money and then they pay for nothing. I took the contract to my mechanic to look at and he said they find every little loop hole on ways to get out of paying and of course my claim was denied. The customer service there is horrible. Took me two moths to ever get a copy of my contract. When I went to cancel they were extremely rude. RUN as fast as you can away from this company, they are a scam!!!! Read reviews on reddit and facebook, not all the paid reviews on google.

Buyer beware, the salesman told us the premium policy would pay for dealer parts on everything except exclusions.
* Did not tell us our car would be held up in the shop several days waiting on adjuster inspections and to sent said parts.
* Did not tell us rental amount wouldn't cover a basic rental car.
* Did not tell us, nor is it in the contract, that there is an OUT OF POCKET MAXIMUM based on the trade in value of your car at the time of the claim. So once you get toward the end of your claim and your car has depreciated during the life of the contract, they will only cover up to its value at that time and what they have paid during the whole contract, regardless of its value in earlier years. So when your car really needs the work further into the contract, the less likely Endurance is to cover it. This is outright breach of contract, but they know it's not worth the money to take them to court.
Again, buyer beware. Before you sign the contract, ask these specific questions and get the answers in writing, though even that might not help.

Endurance has the lowest quote that I got with the best reviews I found online. Signing up with them was easy. It went really smoothly. They got to the point. They didn't try to sell me extras and they gave me good coverage within my budget. They said, if I have an issue and I need my car taken to the garage for repair, as long as it's covered under the warranty, the repair facility will contact Endurance and they'll go from there. I don't have to go to any third party. I also have an allowance toward new tires if I need new tires. Also, gap coverage if I get into a wreck and my vehicle is being totaled and my insurance doesn't cover the balance. Also, free roadside.

I called in January, 2024 and spoke with a very pleasant, helpful Agent. I wish I remembered her name. I did end up accepting a Warranty package for my 2009 Honda Element. I liked the coverage and the terms. Unfortunately, an unexpected financial matter arose here in late March, 2024, and I needed to call and ask to have my Policy cancelled. I did not know what to expect, but I ended up speaking with a VERY kind and helpful woman named, "Amber." She was AMAZING. She emailed a form for me to complete and return, and invited me to contact her if she can be of help in the future. I will certainly not hesitate to do so. The rep was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly when I was signing up. I told her that I had just retired and there was a discount that they offered for my age, which I thought that was really great. Also, signing on for the first time after seeing the ad, I got an additional bonus with the program. I'm looking forward to using it. It's like having the auto insurance on your vehicle. You may not ever use it, but in the event you need it, you'll have it and I'm feeling pretty good about that. There's a deductible for each time that you have to use it and that's very fair.

Endurance's reps were polite and answered questions and they didn't hang around and try to influence me to do something. It's your decision. When you're buying something and spending money on it, it should be about the customer. I have a Toyota Tundra and a 2014 Equinox covered. The booklet that they sent me was very thorough and you need to read it all first and see if it's something you need. Everything's great.

I've never had to use Endurance yet, but signup was as simple as pie. Everybody was cooperative and answered all the questions. I told the rep what I wanted, then he told me the option, what it would cost, and gave me all the facts, and I went with it. It didn't take more than 15 minutes, and the rep was knowledgeable. He went through and touched on everything. Once he got done, I had no questions. I'd tell people to go with Endurance. It's painless.

My biggest concern was how long would it be before the Endurance warranty actually kicks in. They said, "Well, you have to have it for 30 days, and then you have to have 1,000 miles." So, it's after 30 days and 1,000 miles.

I called Endurance and gave them the VIN number, year of my car, and the mileage. They suggested a package, told me what was included with it, the price and the terms. Then, I paid and signed up. They told me the warranty went into effect that day and there was a grace period of 30 days or 1,000 miles. They also told me it was a three-year thing and they discussed the roadside assistance and rentals if need be. Endurance is worth the money and the protection gives you peace of mind.

I just put in the year, the make and model, and signed Endurance Auto Warranty's paper. They asked on the questionnaire for the quote. And they gave me a recommendation of what they cover that would be for that year, make and model. It was simple. Also, Endurance's rep was great. I got whatever I was covered. They emailed it back to me and I was able to look that I was covered. The next day, they emailed it to me and said that I was covered. Once my payment went through, I was covered. I still have to do the waiting period. But the policy works good for me for now. It's the gold that they have. It covers all the major ones, like the engine and transmission.

Three days ago, my air conditioner went out, and the people that’s fixing the air conditioner for me sent Endurance Auto Warranty a request to get paid, but Endurance wouldn't cover it. I don't wanna pay $150 a month for something that wouldn't cover me. I've already got screwed by the insurance. They said I didn't have it long enough. I just got it. They told me that I'd be covered as soon as I made the first payment, but that was a lie. I'd tell everybody that wanted to get Endurance not to do it because warranties are just some sucker way of taking your money because nobody wants to cover the warranty. Had we known that the air conditioner was broken and we had to wait a certain amount of time, we would have waited, took policy and got the car fixed. We didn't know it was broken. We're 65 years old. We wouldn’t know that thing.

The Endurance rep was good. He answered my questions. He didn't pressure me. He just told me what the warranty consisted of. I wanted full coverage, and I ended up going with a four-year. My car was a 2014. Normally, they don't do anything that old, but I had 85,000 and some odd miles on it. So, they did a waiver. Signing up was very easy in every way. I followed the rep's directions, and they recorded it. They made sure that I knew what I was doing.

I had a good experience signing up with Endurance. It was quick and easy. The rep was very polite and very good at what he did. I have the premium package, which is the best package that they have and I've not had any issues so we haven't had to use it. But car repairs are very expensive. If you put the cost of the Endurance package against what it would cost just to have your vehicle repaired one time, then you would see the benefits of getting that. Everybody's needs are different but people should give Endurance a call and give them a chance. You never know what might happen down the road.

When I sent in my query to Endurance, a gentleman responded and I felt comfortable listening to some of the stuff he was explaining to me. I had been doing my own research. So some of the stuff he was talking about was valid. It was truthful. So, I liked what he was saying. I signed up for a package that's for 36 months, and it's $100 deductible.
Originally, I just wanted to make a blanket payment and call it quits. I was looking for 24 months. But in talking and him sharing information, some of the stuff that he was saying about this current package I ended up getting was better than what I was expecting to be able to get. Also in talking with him, realized that if I did the month by month, I was actually only paying for 30 months rather than 36 months. He said I had a 30-day waiting period and also told me about Endurance Elite for an additional $29. It seemed like a good deal for $29, so I got that too. He was excellent. He was straightforward and I appreciated that.

The rep talked to me about full coverage on my car, which is 15 years old and has roughly 90,000 miles on it. I've never had a moment's problem with it and I did all the maintenance on it as it came around but it occurred to me that sooner or later, I’m gonna have a problem. I don't go to the dealership because they're very expensive but they said I had certain problems. I went to a local company for oil change and 27-point inspection and it was verbatim what the insurance guy said. I put 15,000 miles on it and I should have had a breakdown by now so it was time to get an extended warranty.
I’m nearly 80 years old and I won't be driving much longer so if it lasts another two years, that's all I can expect. Cars are getting expensive these days, even used cars. So, I'll stick with a car that I know like the back of my hand and with an extended warranty. Endurance is ranked higher in the top 10 than the three companies on TV and I took into account too that they're on TV, trying to advertise to customers. My son does research for a living and he also said I made a good choice.

When I talked to the rep, she made the sign up process easy. She told me everything and how I would be protected. She also told me how I wouldn't be protected. She sounded very honest. There was no hidden anything and she gave me a great discount. She told me that if I have any questions, I can always call as long as I have the warranty. My policy covers everything but maintenance. You can pretty much take the car anywhere to a certified mechanic. I'm very satisfied with the experience.

The lady that I talked to was real good. But the cost is higher than I thought it would be and I'm still debating that right now. Something has to tear up pretty good to cover. If you don't do the normal stuff and something tears up, Endurance will not pay for it.

Everything was great with Endurance. Their rep was very courteous and he took his time in explaining the options to me. He did a good job. But I wish the price could have been a little cheaper because with CarShield, I was only paying $89 a month, but with Endurance, I'm paying $133 a month.

I haven't read my coverage completely, but it sounded like everything was covered. Then, I got to the fine print in the contract and it sounds like a lot of stuff might not be covered.

Endurance was the top of the list. I called and talked to the rep about it and he said, "It shouldn't be a problem taking care of this, that." The power steering pump wasn't covered, but that's an easy fix. It's just buying a $35 one and putting it back on there. I'm just worried about leaking seals in the engine. It's stuff that I'm thinking about down the road as opposed to what will happen tomorrow. I talked to the rep for 45 minutes talking about the parts that are covered and aren't.
The cost is a bit higher than I would like to pay, but since Endurance covers everything in the engine, the door handle locks, tailgate lock, all these things, I was like, "Well, okay." Not the power steering pump but the water pump, the radiator, the engine, all the stuff down the chain is covered. I would rather spend a bit of money and invest in something like that than have to worry about spending $700 on a vehicle that I don't have to spend.

My car and I have a good love affair. She's been very dependable since I got it. My warranty came up from the factory and I needed to get some protection to cover it because I plan on having it for another five years. The warranty with Endurance was good value for the money and it was about $4,000 cheaper than the other ones you see on TV. The salesman didn't answer the questions towards the end when I asked what the amount was but he wasn’t pushy and his script was written nicely. He asked me some questions and I gave him the answers, and he told me I qualified for special programming that they were offering to new customers, which I found intriguing. Overall, it was a good experience.

I had contacted Giles, made sure they took Endurance, did a bunch of walking on my own because I knew the industry. And I found out on my own that Endurance did not have a middleman. When the car goes in the shop, Giles calls Endurance, and Endurance pays them with a credit card over the phone. And my car is taken care of. There are no checks in the mail.
I wish somebody would recognize Connor. He was a sweetheart and was very direct with me. He found it not strange I knew what to ask. I'm a woman, and I know what to ask. It was the way he approached. He was my deciding factor because not once did he tell me anything the other ones would tell me. I had to take it that day. I have his direct phone number. If I needed him, I would pick up the phone and call him. He sounds like a nice man. And his intention is to help me and to give me the information. He didn't pressure me. I told him before I started my quote that I would get a quote and I had to talk to my husband because I do nothing without him. I told him I’d call him tomorrow. He said, “Okay.” My husband got online with Endurance that night to look at there. I had all the notes. Exactly what Connor told me was on the program. And he gave me the highest program.
I even called. He wasn't in the office. He texted me, “I'm not quite at my office yet. Give me a few.” I said, “Okay. I'll call you.” And he said, “For sure.” And that was it. I did and I took it. Connor did it word for word. He explained everything I had to ask. I asked about the 30-day waiting period because I already knew. He took my payment. I'm getting ready to make my first payment on the 15th. I made my 30 days on the 9th. I am on automatic withdrawal. He wanted to do it that day. I told him I live on a budget. He let me pick my day it was due. The car is a 2016 with only 25,000 miles on it. So, now, I have a rental car. If anything happens, my little car is covered.

They were very kind and helpful. They worked me through the process and explained everything very thorough in detail. I was on call with the rep for an hour and a half just asking him questions and he answered every single one of them with no issue. But I have recently canceled it because I ended up buying a new car. When I canceled, it took 10 minutes and then I got my money back the next day.

The Endurance rep I worked with was awesome. He explained to me everything. He told me that I could take the car to wherever I needed to take it to and that my deductible will be $100. If they have to keep it for a day or more, I can get a rental car. If I get in an accident and the car is totaled out, they will give a thousand dollars towards another car.

I called Endurance and told them what I needed and they were able to give me a price. My daughter's first time driving, so I needed a plan because the car is paid off. If any major thing pops up, like her sunroof will stop working, or her windows will stop working, I want to make sure she's covered. They have a $100 deductible and that's good. The rep I worked with was good. She was educated and she made it easy. I was able to get the app and information on payment. She also said it was 30 days before I could use it, which is the quickest than any other. She said that we will pay the premium for at least three years, and two years will be paid up. After that, we can renew if needed.

The Endurance is a good program for me. However, they said I would get a package. I haven't gotten the package from Endurance yet. I haven't used it yet. But I talked to a couple of people already that had engine problems and it was like $10,000. I said, “You go to Endurance, you just drop it off. They'll take care of it. It’ll cost you a little bit each month, but it's better than trying to get $10,000 on your own. "

Endurance seems to cover a lot and their plans are a little bit more flexible with what you can get and choose from. I called there a few times to try and figure out my plan and change some details on my plan and they have good customer service. Also, their website is super easy to navigate and everything's laid out pretty clearly. I felt like I knew what I was getting with Endurance versus some of the other companies. I signed up with them and I did it all on my phone. I was able to find and sign into the app really easily, too.

The rep explained what was covered based off the months and the mileage. There are different levels and he mentioned about being in an elite program and having different benefits. But the more I talked to them, I called and spoke to a different person and would get different information that wasn't originally told to me the first time. It made me question if the elite program was even something I should have purchased.
My sister had just purchased another program and the benefits with Endurance are a lot better than what I've had and heard from other companies. If you lose your key, they'll replace it. While your car is being repaired, they will give you a rental. The company I had didn't give me rentals. Depending on the cost, you may have to pay out of pocket first then be reimbursed. If you're out of town and your car breaks down, they'll pay for a hotel. The company I had didn't have that.

I purchased an extended warranty after 150k miles. I purchased it to cover major problems with the car drive train and electrical system. I took exceptional care of the car and had it serviced at the dealership where I purchased it. They serviced the transmission at 30k miles and then never suggested further service. The owner's manual does not list the transmission as needing regular service. After 100k miles, when I brought it up, the dealer said there are no serviceable parts, and you just replace the transmission when it fails. I was not convinced, but the owner's manual did not have the transmission on the list on page 354.
At 325k, the transmission began to shudder a little when downshifting on a hill or incline. I took it to a transmission specialist. They called Endurance. Endurance did not contact an adjustor for a week. It took another 4 days for the adjustor to see the car. The adjustor declined a new transmission because it was not serviced properly. It was considered a severe use experience and the transmission needed to be serviced every 50,000 miles; changing the filter and flushing the fluid. Something Cadillac said would ruin the transmission. Adjustors look for anything they can find to NOT cover the claim for the company.
I had a three-ring notebook with every service record as required by the owner's manual. Nothing lasts forever, imagine a transmission that was flawless for 325k miles. I protested to the company, and they said that drive train claims receive more serious investigations. Endurance has no problem covering small items, like my radiator, but will never cover a major failure to the drive train. Do your homework, follow the service manual in detail, and they will still find a way to deny the claim.

As an add-on company, Endurance Auto Warranty is great. The monthly amount and the benefits were great. It's just it wasn't what I needed. Every question that I had was confirmed. The rep answered them. He was very professional, and his knowledge was great. But I got confused because I thought Endurance was a regular insurance company. I didn't know they were an add-on insurance company. But they told me the benefits that I would get, so that was what made it more appealing. We get the rental car, which was the big one. Also, the price, road side assistance, and oil change. They made it more appealing to the policy.
