The rep went out of her way to explain the policy. But it took a while before I got the email that broke down all the different things that's covered and not covered. Sending that out earlier on after somebody signs up would really help me.

I've had Endurance Auto Warranty before. I got a new car, and I signed back up with them with this new car. They've always been amazing. My policy now covers almost a full bumper-to-bumper warranty. Endurance is the best for me because they also covered a lot of the mechanical stuff with me doing DoorDash as well. Some of the other policies with other places didn't cover that.

Endurance was amazing. They explained everything. We never got pushed like, "Buy it. But it." I like it when I'm not pushed. We know everything in writing, how it's gonna be, and what they cover. Getting signed up was easy. It was done through the computer. We didn't have to go anywhere, and someone came on the phone and guided us. Endurance seems like it's covering everything. They asked us where the car goes to be serviced, we told them, and the rep sayid, "Yes, they're very reputable." So, I like to hear that, too. Then we already made one payment, and they made it very easy. You can send them like $120 a month. In six months, I'll have them paid for the amount. So, they made it easy on that, too. We don't like to make payments for three years.

Endurance was more credible compared to other companies and it was very simple getting signed up with them. The warranty handles the regular stuff and covers a little bit above the normal wear and tear, some break work, air condition and things of that nature.

The rep from Endurance was very courteous and explained everything good to us. The warranty covers everything on our car and everything that we're worried about. Our car is a hybrid so, it runs on batteries plus gasoline and it was important to us to make sure the batteries are covered if something goes wrong with them.

I called Endurance and told them I wanted to speak to a service person. Most of what they offered was full coverage on anything major that breaks, and it covers more things than some of the other ones do. They don’t cover brake pads, brake drums, or minor stuff. But I can build up on this one to where they will even pay my service cost where I have the oil and everything checked if nothing happens and I don't incur anything. I had a claim to change the oil filter and I had the Chevrolet place to do that. It costs $75. They rotate the tires, make sure the tire pressure is right and check everything. The oil they use is probably $40 a gallon, so 75 is not all that bad.

I had a wonderful experience with Endurance Warranty. I called them because of good things that I heard. They were very good to me. They helped me sign up and told me I had to put 1,000 miles on the car before I could have anything done. The coverage was excellent. We compared it with that other company that has the same kind of stuff. But Endurance came right on top. So, I recommended them to a couple of people. I haven't dealt with them as far as needing any work on my car but I'm sure that will be fine. I make my payments and glad to be a member. I already got my Endurance card that I have to show when I would take the car in for repair. They sent everything right away.

Endurance Warranty's customer service was great. They were very patient, and the rep understood that it was my first time ever dealing with that, because I told him, so it wasn't a rush order. I have the Secure Plus policy which covers a lot of options, including mechanical breakdowns. It covers certain parts of the brake system but does not cover the brake pads. That's something wear and tear.

It's easy to sign up with Endurance Warranty. When I joined it, my car happened to be in the shop. I didn't know what my exact mileage was until I called the shop. They looked on the car and read it to me. I gave it to the younger lady I was speaking to, and within two weeks’ time, somebody else called me from there and said they had to have the exact mileage. By then, the car was back home. I went out, got in the car and read them the exact mileage. My contract does not come with oil changes, tire rotations and other little cookies. I don't need towing service. I have AAA. There are some other little things that the other guys give. But if Endurance pays for repairs and do it timely, I'm okay with them.

The Endurance warranty is a good thing to have and it makes sense because it's only 120 bucks a month, which is less than paying something everything up front. And for $30 more, I got the tires covered for the year. The rep was great but when I tried to go online and set up an account, it won't let me.

The guy who sold the Endurance warranty to me was a great and nice guy. I liked him. He was cool. He told me that the plan that I bought was the best one I could buy. Right after I got it, my alternator seized up so I had to have it replaced and it was $1,000. He said if I would’ve had my warranty, it would've only cost me 100 bucks. And he told me everything on that truck was covered. If something happens, it's just $100. It sounded like a good deal and I took it. He sold me on it.

My son has Endurance with his vehicles so I always go to him and ask him for advice. He told me it was a good company. He likes it. They have two vehicles and he had a couple of coverages that he used on it. The enrollment process was okay as far as giving them my information and my mileage, and when I wanted the payment to come out. Because I only get two checks, which are my retirement on the 1st of the month and my social security on the 3rd week of the month. So I wanted them to take my payment according to my income. And that went okay.
The first payment went out automatically right away when I enrolled, around the 10th of the month. But this month, it came out at the time I wanted it to come out. It's gonna come out automatically so I had that set up when I had it enrolled in the policy. I had questioned the additional charge when the initial payment came out. They said there was an enrollment fee. But I wanted to look at it and find out exactly what it covers. I called Endurance about a month ago and asked them to send me a card with my insurance coverage number, policy number, and the brochure which would tell me what it covers and how much. And I haven't received anything yet.

I sent an email and the rep called me right away. We had a discussion and it went well. I was told to call them back if I would like to know more. I sat down and talked with my wife about it, and I called Endurance back and set it up. I have roadside assistance but the coverage doesn't cover tires. Endurance is a little on the higher end but the coverage and servicing are better. And the experience has been good so far.

I had an oil leak and I had to get a valve replacement. The dealer called Endurance and they declined the repair. It cost me over $500 to fix it. I was very disappointed when I got declined. I thought it would be covered and I didn't make any calls to get an explanation why it was declined. But I wanted to do that.

Endurance seemed to have the best deal and the lady was very knowledgeable about their product and gave me answers right away. Everybody seemed like they were locked into specific words they had to give for everything. I understand the contractual situations that they are in and I know that everything is recorded. So I understand what was going on. But it wasn't just two people sitting at the bar talking. It worked out good for the service Endurance was giving. The sign-up process was very good and easy but I was a little pressured to make the decision right away. It wasn't that I couldn't make the decision. I just don't usually make decisions in a snap. I'd point people in the direction of Endurance. I got their number locked in my phone and I’d tell them to call this person.

I did everything online. The process was hard. I just had a hard time trying to get my email and password and the right numbers to call when I need them. I called them to give me a card in the mail and a pamphlet that they're supposed to be sending out. Other than that, the coverage is good.

We looked around online and compared some companies, and Endurance's price was good. Setup was a couple of phone calls, and we were in the car when we did it. We talked to somebody first, then they transferred us to an agent. They went down the list of everything that the warranty covered and how long we could get coverage for because of the mileage.
The whole thing was really pleasant. I've done business with other extended warranty companies, and they were really pushy. The Endurance reps weren't. These guys were super friendly, and they offered us time to think about it, which was nice. They seemed more customer-centric. The warranty covers anything that would have been covered on the original warranty. I haven't made a claim yet, so I have no idea how Endurance is gonna be, but it sounds okay.

Signup was super easy. Endurance just asked for the basic stuff I expected them to ask, like the VIN number. However, the policy was explained in a different way than what I was given when I took the truck in to be fixed, and we had an issue with the tire warranty. When we took the tires in to be replaced, it was not covered, and they said it was due to tread. That was not explained. Yes, I can pull the policy and read through the millions of pages, but that's common knowledge to anybody. I would assume the tread is gonna continue to go down naturally. They said, “Sorry. That's how it is.”
The only bad part was that I had to fix the truck’s warranty portion because it was a little different than a normal truck warranty. Besides that, I have told people about Endurance. I have a 20-some-thousand-dollar truck and a car as well, and we don't have huge savings accounts. If people can afford a giant repair at once, they shouldn't get an extended warranty, but if they can't afford the giant maintenance repairs all at once, having an extended warranty would be valuable. I was upset the first time, but we'll see how it goes in two weeks. I have a claim coming up, and that's when I'll truly know because it's going to be a big one.

I got Endurance ‘cause I have a 20-year-old car, and God forbid, if anything happens, they're standing behind me. When I called them, they asked if I had any problems with the car, and I told them, “No. No problems.” What they offered me was decent, and I couldn't turn it down. I also asked them to send me an endorsement so I know what I'm covered. I'm paying 216 a month, and I'm happy with that. I’d give Endurance more than 5 stars.

The representative was awesome. He was very detailed, explaining what the coverage would be and what would be covered. Everything was to the tee. My car warranty covers the transmission and any expense, including if I have ETC light issues going on. I didn't use Endurance yet, but so far, so good.

I purchased a warranty from ENDURANCE WARRANTY CO and later found out that the car I brought had severe frame damage unbeknownst to me so I wasn't able to utilize their services I was paying for because of the damage to my frame. Get this. I cancel the warranty and they tell me that they're going to take some of the money which I paid into which is illegal because I never signed a contract stating that if I never utilized their services that I would be penalized from the money I paid into the warranty which was 4 months at 155$ a month. Never once did I get any work done on my car because no mechanic will work on my car because of the frame liability and it gets worst. It's been 2 months and they still haven't refunded my money.
They're playing it tag with a third party collector called MEPCO. Delivery time. I call it's a whole bunch of "I'm sorry" and I'm being gaslighted by being told every single phone call that, "I'm sorry. I'm sending my supervisor a email", so they can tag my case and get the refund started which is a bunch of horse manure. I would recommend this company to no one and I reported to the BBB and will be speaking to a lawyer asap. Be aware Endurance Auto Warranty is full of games and gaslighting.

They have multi warranty policy. They have Veteran's discount. And first timer's discount. Make sure to take advantage. The representative Jamie was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. Lots of different options available so make sure you choose what is right for you.

2017 Nissan Sentra transmission repair/replacement was denied due to a wheel change performed by the previous owner. Any changes to your original equipment will be used against you (even if the manufacturer of the car says the replacement is standard and original to the car...The repair shop and Nissan both sent documentation to Endurance to this effect). So if this is your case, do not buy anything from Endurance. The new Nissan supplied wheels were standard for that model car but were not stock per the placard on the car, so it was grounds for denial (supposedly) even though it is prohibited for them to deny a claim (per my state exemption clause in their own contract) due to pre-existing changes to the car which were performed prior to my ownership without my knowledge.
The Nissan service center said that there is no way those wheels contributed to the failure of the transmission. Endurance has dragged their feet for over 2 months and I still don't have a resolution. I have escalated to the contract manager who had the details reviewed again and each time they just come back to a clause in the contract which is not valid in my state. They shouldn't be allowed to do this especially since they are still collecting my money each month. I just want my teenage daughter to be safe and to not have to worry about car repair issues when she's at college which is why I purchased this in the first place. Each representative has been pretty nice but the company just doesn't do what they state in the contract. I will update this post so others can see what the final outcome is, and so they can make a more informed decision whether to do business with Endurance.

We have been with Endurance Warranty for the past 5 years. Our transmission went out, and we indeed got it replaced with a "re-manufactured" transmission. We were without a car for a month, using my kid's high school clunker. The mechanic at GMC suggested we don't put a remanufactured transmission in, but we were at the mercy of this warranty company. So, after a month of going back and forth, a "remanufactured" transmission was put into our GMC Yukon. The, GMC made us pay a $400 mailing fee that Endurance Warranty refused to pay. Our car works, but the transmission still is clunky and jerks and it has never been the same. From now on I will have a savings account that I put around $300 a month into for my car repairs. Warranties are generally a HUGE PAIN.
Every single time my car needed a repair the claims department purposely makes it really hard for the mechanic to connect to see if the part is covered. They either don't answer or it goes to an answering service, so a repair that would normally take 3 hours takes 2 days because the Endurance Warranty Claims department makes it SO hard to connect. Don't do it. Don't pay for a warranty, just go with a savings account and put away each month for repairs. You'll be WAY better off.

Early August 2023 I get an account with Endurance Auto Warranty. I do my research on who is the best because my car (2014 Nissan Versa note) hit 100,000 miles and I think it is wise to have a warranty on my car. I see the value in it. Note, I bought the car brand new in 2013 and have been the only owner, no accidents and always dealer maintained because I am OCD like that. 2.5 months and 1400 miles after I get the warranty I start having transmission issues in my vehicle. This is well after the waiting period of 30 days or 1,000 miles. I take my car to the dealer to have it evaluated the RPMs were bouncing all over the place in my CVT transmission. The dealer confirms there’s an issue with the transmission and it needs to be replaced.
They contact endurance and endurance sends out an adjuster. The adjuster confirms there is an issue and suggests they perform a breakdown of the CVT transmission to confirm the issue. The dealer warns me that it will cost $665.00 to tear down the transmission and that the warranty company may not cover it. So I call the warranty company before I authorize the tear down and ask them if there is a possibility of them not covering it. The rep over the phone reassures me it will be covered they just want to ktear it down to ensure that it’s actually the transmission so it doesn’t happen again after replacing the transmission. and I’m smart enough to realize that tearing down the CVT transmission will total the car. It’s a $6,500 replacement, Which will essentially total the car if you crack open that CVT because the car is barely worth $6000 on a good day.
You can’t put that together again. So I felt confident that endurance would cover it so I authorize the tear down. Then once the tear down happens they call out the adjuster again. The adjuster then denies the claim. All said and done the car was in the shop for over 20 days which was so frustrating because communication between endurance and the dealership was very weak. They denied my claim. They said that because there were shavings in the transmission hold that it was a “pre-existing condition” which occurred in the waiting period according to them. Anyways, I tried fighting it and they just kept apologizing that there wasn’t more they could do. I needed my car it is my daily driver so I had to secure a loan and I talked the dealership down to $5,350 instead of $6,500. Just wanted to share my experience - buyer beware using Endurance Auto Warranty.

ENDURANCE IS A SCAM. I secured my truck under 100K miles with the Platinum Plan. I paid a large deposit and monthly payments for almost 2 years and they had no problem handling that. They LIED and said $100 Deductible at the mechanic of your choice. My A/C Motor went out on one side. I called and they said go to any ASC certified. I go to the dealer and they tell me it will be $1200 out of pocket because that's all Endurance will cover. I call Endurance and they can't do anything. I go to 3 more shops in my area, missed work and paid for a rental car to keep leaving it and long story short they all said the same thing. Some were lower than $1200 but the point is NONE were less than $500 out of pocket and I'm asking why Endurance doesn't cover what IT SAID $100 & ANY ASC Mechanic.
Now it's weeks later and hundreds out of pocket and still no mechanic. Endurance then sends me a list of mechanics that they claim would be the $100 deductible and all of them were over 30 miles and not convenient to my location or my work schedule. I have a big GMC at it was burning hot. I ended up paying $922 OUT OF POCKET because at this point I am telling the Endurance supervisor the plan CLEARLY DOES NOT WORK AS SOLD TO ME. SO PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.
I wasn't going to PLAY THIS PAY GAME EACH TIME my truck needed a repair. That was the point of this insurance. Since June of 2023 they have been PRETENDING TO PROCESS MY REQUEST. They even went as far as saying they have to prorate my refund. I have no idea how if I RECEIVED NO SERVICE & COULD NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR but for jokes they never even sent that. I have sent certified mail, faxes, emails and have called so many times. I finally hired an ATTY Dec 2023 because it disgusts me that ANY COMPANY can lie and pretend to offer a service and just KEEP YOUR MONEY when proven to be a fraud. RUN.

We bought into the commercial and it seemed like it was a good deal. Signing up with Endurance was very good and so far, it has been a wonderful experience. The sales rep was very intellectual, professional, courteous and respectful. He had good customer service skills and was willing to do everything. He was awesome and went above and beyond his job duty. He helped us understand the situation and what we're getting so we didn't even need to ask any questions. This warranty is very valuable for us because we lost our warranty on our vehicle. We were stressing over stuff to how we're gonna pay for this or that. And sometimes, it took most of our check and then another check. So, it was a financial burden for us not to have warranty.

ENDURANCE has accepted my payments every month, and have been finding innocuous reasons to deny my claim. My car has been in the shop since September 18th. So if I want my car fixed, I'll be paying for it myself, after years of paying ENDURANCE!!!

Most people when they get hit with a big repair bill, it hurts the pocketbook. We could handle it but it was so much easier on my mind to have an extended warranty available so there wouldn't be a big hit. Endurance covered more stuff and it's less money overall. Their rep was very kind and informative. I was concerned about what would be covered. He explained it to me in detail and it was more than I was getting with other companies. The program went into effect after 1,000 miles on the vehicle. It came with roadside assistance, towing, and rental cars.

Go with Endurance because they take care of the people. It's not a thing where you're watching a celebrity talk about their service like one of their big competitors. It's very easy to maneuver through their website. Some of the company websites, hang up or there's a glitch. I've never had that with Endurance.

The rep with Endurance answered all my questions. I've since been able to read through some of the contract, and so far, so good. They're very clear and upfront. Once you use the policy for a component, you can't use it for that component again. You also have to have an oil change within the first 30 days. It's in there. The policy on the 2015 truck is very reasonable. The price I'm paying on the Ford Explorer is a little higher, but it's a 27-year-old vehicle so I get it. The coverage that I was required to get on that one was to make sure that I do the maintenance. But it pays for it like oil changes and windshield wiper blades.

I called CarShield first, and the lady that I talked to was evidently was new or wasn't very good. She didn't have very much information. When I gave her my car, she said, "Your car is not on here." I knew that wasn't true, so I just said, "Okay, thank you." I left it alone and thought, "I'm not calling these people because they're full of crap about with this warranty thing." I said, "Well, let me try another one," and my brother said, "Try Endurance." He has CarShield, and they charged him off the butt. I said, "I'm gonna wait until Black Friday. Maybe I can get a deal." I waited before I called Endurance, and sure enough, I got a deal. I even talked to a very good representative.
The representative and I talked about my car, and I told him, "I'm keeping my car. I really think I should continue to keep it up. I've always kept it up." I told him the mileage I had on it, and he said, "Wow, you've done good with it." I said, "Yeah, I take it every year." He was very helpful, informative and sold me the policy. He went over things with me, and any questions that I had after that, I have called in and asked those questions. I didn't think to ask questions when I hadn't read over things, but after I got my contract, I read over a few things and called back and asked a couple of questions so that I could fully understand.
My representative gave me a very comfortable feeling, and I should have written down his name because I wanted to call him out personally. It was late at night when I called, and he called me back. My car is in good shape, and I haven't had to file a claim as of yet, but I've had a good experience so far. I have good coverage. I love you at Endurance!

I bought a diesel truck and I wanted to make sure I was covered under specific items. Endurance gave me the coverage that I wanted on the truck without a bunch of extras that would have cost me twice as much money for not really that much more. They were extremely helpful. I tend to do my research a little bit before I make a purchase so I pretty much knew what the plan benefits included. Customer service was Informative and nice to deal with. The rep didn't tell me about how I have to go 1,000 miles and 30 days before the warranty would kick in, which I think is important to let people know. Two weeks later, I had to have a coil put in and it ran about $400. Other than that, he was really informative. I had a lot of questions and he answered everything. It was a little more expensive than I thought, but I think in the long run it'd be well worth it. What got me was that the deductible is really affordable. I would advise others to get Endurance.

Endurance Auto Warranty's commercial was good, where they could cover everything on your car and that's what I got for my truck. The only thing they don't cover is brake pads, which I know. So, it's bumper-to-bumper covering everything. So, I went on with them. They were nice and answered all my questions. I'm more comfortable going with them if something would happen to my vehicle.

I called Endurance and they told me what it would cost to cover my 2009 Subaru Forester. I would be covered after an additional 1,000 miles that I had to put on the car. The coverage was very good, which was why I gave the rep my credit card over the phone. I was signed up for the policy. They said they would send me the paperwork in the mail. I was very satisfied with their initial contact. But since I still haven't received the paperwork from them that they were supposed to send me, I've been very dissatisfied. They haven't contacted me, so I haven't been able to contact them. I don't have a number any longer to contact them.

I've been with Endurance from the time when I had my warranty with my vehicle. I would always get letters when they were letting me know that I was coming to the end of my warranty and if I wanted to extend it. I haven't had to make any claims as of yet. I know that I have their coverage, but I can't say whether they're good or bad yet because I haven't had an experience to go through yet. The signup experience was okay. They weren't pushy. They explained to me what kind of services I would be getting. Then they emailed me what the contract is. The person was very nice. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about, and surely recommended the service that they have, and how good of an investment it would be for me to do that.
I felt comfortable with the coverage. I have my vehicle that at this point is at 76,000 miles. I bought the service because I'll be a little concerned now that I'm going into those higher mileage and maybe things will start going wrong. So, my thought was that I'll be able to get a coverage that seemed a good price to be able to obtain. I did call once to ask a question about a certain part on my car that's sort of electrical, and the person that I spoke to wasn't too sure about it. This was just a few days ago. So, it made me wonder if I'm gonna be getting the coverage that I need to find out about. So, my intent is to be able to call them again and perhaps be more precise about what it is that I'm talking about, and find out if I'm gonna be able to get a coverage for what it is that I need at this point.

I looked into used car warranties, and Endurance is always listed as number one. Their people were really great and personable. The sign-up process was good and easy. They explain everything and they have a lot of incentives over the other ones. I just don't like the fact that Endurance is not listed on the card they send you that you carry in your wallet. The word “Endurance” is not on there and that bothered me.

I was trying to get him to talk about senior discounts and stuff like that and they didn't have one but other than that, he was nice. I like the package with the deduction as far as my out of pocket. I researched the top 10 list on a couple of different sites and Endurance was either one or two on all of them. So, I contacted them first and I liked what I heard. With what they offered me and what I was getting and what I was paying for, it worked for me. I was pressed for time at the time to do it and I just went with them. So far, my experience with the reps was very good. I started with one gentleman. I wasn't able to finish with him because I was at work at the time, but I called back when I got home that evening and talked to another person. They were both very pleasant, very professional, laid out what I was getting very clearly, and it was easy to understand, which was very nice.
For me, making payments is very easy because I just put it on a credit card on a monthly withdrawal. So, it's paid each month. I don't even worry about it. They set up automatic payments on my card. There's a towing perk and some other perks, and I did like that. I wasn't aware that extended warranties came with these other items. So, that was a plus. For rental cars, if I'm down for over a day, I can get a rental car up to so long. If I'm out of town and this happens, I'll even get a hotel room covered for X amount of days up to a certain dollar amount. So those things are nice to know. When I'm out, it's a nice peace of mind. Peace of mind is really what I want, and that's now given to me. I would definitely recommend them. If people I know are checking into warranties, I'd tell them to look at Endurance.

Endurance told me they were direct about what the deal was. The rep was professional. I gave her my mileage. She gave me the numbers. I thought the number seemed fair, and I agreed and paid. It was simple. My experience was quick and smooth. The coverage seems good. Also, one of the other nice things that I like is if you would ever lose your key, it covers your key and your key fob. If you ever get into a situation like that, that was a nice little benefit. I also got roadside assistance. So, I was happy with everything.

My elite program from Endurance is the best because if I have an emergency on the road, they will send me the tow or another car if we have to move. I have to pay just 100 bucks for extra if I have to fix my motor, my tires or my electrical. Whatever is wrong with my car, I have to pay just 100 bucks. So, I feel great for that.

I had a bad experience just now with Endurance. We were having issues with the car, but I had it fixed and I took it to the shop. When I got it fixed, I took it to a road trip. When I came back from Florida three weeks later, when I drove to work, the car’s screen popped up saying service is due. Something popped up saying, “Please pull over or turn the car.” It was reading something on the screen. So, I parked it on the side of the community center at my job, and I left it there. It was making a loud noise. It would hesitate to go like it was losing engine pressure.
I had it sent to the dealership, and they said that the manifold slid out and they were going through all other stuff, saying they need to be replaced. I said, “They don’t need to be replaced. You don't have to do that.” He was also gonna put the tires on there. I said, “I didn't even ask you for tires.” He added extra stuff on there instead of what I was asking to check. That was what made the price go up that high. It was 11,000. Then after I take that stuff off, I checked and the engine light was on. The car is still saying, “Cut off. Please set the engine off or you may lose control of driving.”
When I first got the warranty, the lady put my information in wrong. When their own claims department called me, the rep was like, “We have the same name but yours is spelled with one F, which is weird.” I said, “No, I spelled with two F's.” He’s like, “Well, whoever did this, they put the information in wrong.” Then it said 89,000 miles on one, then the same day, it said 189. I said she did it wrong and she had to transfer me to a supervisor. That was why I had to pay two different prices. I had to pay the difference with what I paid the first time because she put all the information in wrong.
I was like, “How is that my fault when she put all the information in wrong. Even spelled my name wrong.” That's a gray area right there, and then an Endurance worker put the wrong mileage on it, and she said she can't go back and change it because it was already 30 days old. I had to call CARFAX and do a report. My claim was denied. They said, “If you change your name and put the mileage right, then you can call the claims back and we can get this claim going.” I was like, “I called, and the lady was like, she couldn't do it because the people who I took it to previously on 10-31 put the wrong mileage in, which the lady said she couldn't change it. She apologized because it was 30 days old already, but she said she couldn’t change it and put the right one."
So, it’s jammed up. I was trying to pull up the CARFAX report to change the information on there, but I'm sure she didn't change my name. The rep was supposed to pay close attention when you’re dealing with people’s money. That was a bad experience right there. Still, I already recommended somebody to Endurance and they already have a claim with them.

Endurance was easy to use and the prices were reasonable. I got the Premier Plus package. My son has a '14 Land Rover and it's gonna be expensive to fix when things go wrong. It was the highest one I could get that was available for my year, make, and model. This morning, I had a little coolant warning light come on on my way in. But I don't know when the policy will take effect. I can't find that date on the declaration page that was sent to me.

Endurance was enticing. What they offered for the value sounds great. They said that they covered everything. I did asked, "What do you disclose when you say everything's covered?" The rep said it was suspension, anything electrical, motor, and transmission. They'd cover what a normal bumper-to-bumper would cover from dealer to factory. I also got roadside assistance and a free key fob and gap insurance. Having this coverage, I have peace of mind, so I'm happy. They're really good. So far, I haven't had any issues.

The Endurance rep that I talked to was very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions that I had. My previous company that I had before I got Endurance was, if I do my own oil change, I need to keep all the receipts. The Endurance rep said, as far as oil changes, I don't need to have receipts that show that I had my oil change on the engine or my transmission, if something goes wrong with those items. Also, if my car stays in the shop for a few days, I can get a rental vehicle. It's well worth it. Because some of the stuff nowadays costs outrageous to get repaired.

I changed CarShield to Endurance because I had a problem with them. I put my car in a Kia dealership. CarShield was not working there but Endurance was. I like the company. The application was very good because I looked at everything on the page. The coverage is good too. My problem is that the company that they are using for payments. That aside, Endurance is very good. I go to the dealer, I pay $100, and that's it.

Buyer beware! Don’t trust this company to be honest in their sales pitch! Would you pay $3,159.00 to cover your vehicle for 12,399 miles? I don’t think anyone would, but that is what this company tried to do to me. Had I not read the contract completely when I received a copy, I would have been stuck with a warranty that would expire in less than one year base on my past driving!
I was shopping online for auto warranty policy. At the Endurance Warranty site, I asked for a quote and I immediately received a call from their salesperson. After about an hour on the phone, I settled on a policy that the salesperson recommended. According to the salesperson, the policy would provide a warranty for 48 months from the date of warranty purchase or 60,000 miles over my current mileage (47,601 plus 60,000 or a total of 107,601) whichever occurred first.
Upon review of the contract, I found that the contract expiration showed mileage of 60,001 not 107,601. I called to have them correct the mileage and was told that I had bought a contract with only 60,001 miles or 12,399 over my current mileage not the 107,601. I was then informed that I could have what I originally bargained for an additional $17 per month. Really! That is not the price of the bargain I agreed to with their salesperson. I then ask the customer service person to cancel the contract and refund my down payment. If you can’t trust them to be honest in their upfront contracting, can you trust them to honor their obligations under the warranty?

I purchased Endurance Warranty so I can get more insured on my old car. But when something happened with my car they denied the claim because it was over $1000. Very disappointing service as I have been paying emdurance for over 3 months. I tried to explain to the manager and also the representative but the truth came out that Endurance doesn’t pay warranty repairs for more than $1000.

The rep with Endurance was the best. She was welcoming. We had a few things in common and she seemed to be open to answering any questions that I had. When I went to make my first payment, I called and they were closed. The next day a guy called me right back, and I made an over-the-phone payment. There wasn't a service charge in order to do that. So far so good. The price is little bit more expensive than I remember years back but things have all gone up.

I called Endurance to find out what it was. Mahogany was my salesperson and I liked her customer service. She called me on a Saturday and I wasn't quite sure. I wanted to do some research about it and I told her, “Is there any way you could call me back on another day?” She said, “I'm off on Sundays, but I will go into my office and I will make that phone call to you.” And she did. She went out of her way to accommodate me and she got the sale. The signup process was easy.
Customer service with Endurance is excellent. I only have one issue. I've not gotten anything in the mail. All I have is a number and all my notes. I'd like to have my paperwork in my hand within a couple of weeks. I'm not one that likes a lot of emails because I deal with emails all day. For my personal business, I like to have it in my hand so I can put it in my car. We were coming home from a trip and I was on I-35 South and I got hit by a drone. That crushed my windshield. It smashed it to pieces. I didn't have anything with me to say, “Oh, I've got Endurance. I can call them.” That's why I really would like to have the paperwork with me in my vehicle. That aside, try Endurance and ask for Mahogany.

I bought a used Porsche Cayenne. Anything like that's expensive to fix. Oil change is 200 bucks. I was surfing through Facebook and I saw an Endurance ad and I said, "Why don't I give it a shot?" I gave it a shot and I compared what they had with what the deal was offering for $7,000, and I said, "Why not?" And I went for it. The customer service was really good. They were knowledgeable and they were nice and helpful. So far, it's been great.

When I was getting the insurance, I was on the phone with the salesman and I told him that I wanted the package that could cover everything. He said the package he had for me was the premium plan. A week ago, I went to see a mechanic for an air shock problem. I gave the mechanic my instruments like code number or PIN number. He said that he called Endurance and they said they don't cover those type of things. He said they only cover for me the AC, the transmission and engine. So, I spoke to this guy and told him that the salesman didn't give me the information right. He said that they could cover $400 or $600. But why should I pay $200 for the insurance for all these years? It's not helpful to me.
When the salesman said that the best plan he had for me was the premium, for me it meant premium was gonna cover everything. I have to talk to the salesman again but I've been calling Endurance and nobody ever picks up. For my experience, I got cheated on because I don't have the information that I'm supposed to have. I'm not satisfied.

The Endurance rep I worked with did a good job and things went smoothly with him. The sign-up part was easy. I got the warranty because I'm concerned that the car is getting older, but it doesn't have many miles on it. If somebody is in that situation, they may want to consider Endurance. It cost about 100 bucks a month.

Endurance was supposed to send me all kinds of paperwork for me to read and sign. But I never got that. And when I called there to talk to the guy that signed me up, I could never get ahold of him no matter what time of the day I called. I didn't leave any messages, but that didn't make any difference. They were direct calls to his phone number and he never answered the phone. I also called the service number he gave me but I waited 15 minutes on it then I gave up. So I'm upset. They already took the money as I must have given him my direct account so that they could take it automatically.
But other than that, I never called the customer service. I just figured that the paperwork would get here. It was supposed to be here last Saturday they said, so maybe it's at the mailbox. The mailbox is a quarter mile down the road and my son goes and picks it up once in a great while. So I got to go there today to pick it up and see if the paperwork is there. Despite that, the guy that was talking to me was really pleasant and great. His name was Reed and we were on the phone almost an hour. He told me what the coverage would cover, which was great. And that I got to pay a copay, which I didn't care for. But the fact was I'm paying so much money a month. It's $119 a month. So when you average that out, I have over $1,000 a year for that, plus I got to pay a copay whenever you go to the shop.

The rep was nice. I told her, "I want to sign up" and she did it. I told her that I wanted my car fully covered, and she went through a list of stuff. It's 100%, bumper-to-bumper, and I even have roadside assistance. The price of repairs nowadays is ridiculous, so people can hardly afford not to have an extended warranty. I've never used Endurance yet, but as far as I know, it's good. I have a friend that had it and recommended it highly. I also talked to a service manager down at Chevrolet and he told me it's a good one.

I was babysitting at the time when Endurance called me and I told them to call me back because the baby was crying. So they called me back and I signed up. It was good. They were very thorough. I paid upfront for the deposit. But when it came time to take the payment, someone had to call me. So I hope that doesn't happen again. It's set up in autopay. But the rep fixed it. Endurance is a pretty good and thorough company. I would recommend them.

The sales rep was very detailed. All the options were explained clearly. They cover the major components on the engine and transmission. The brakes and most of the electronic components are covered as well. There's a year add-on for towing, roadside assistance, and lost key fob. When I did some comparison shopping, the price was better and the coverage was longer. It was four years versus three years. I tend to keep my cars for a very long time and well past when they're paid off. Having that coverage early on was important to me. The fact that Endurance covers more parts and components and for a longer period of time is a win-win.

Endurance offers a lot more than most warranties offer. I referred my mom to get a warranty and she picked up a warranty as well. They cover a lot of stuff including roadside assistance. They give you $500 towards your deductible if you have an accident. The representative was very knowledgeable about the program and very thorough about what it covered. They got an awesome website too. When I looked at it, it was specific in what it is that they covered. However, the price I paid is a little bit more. Most warranties are $100. Endurance was $139.

Endurance covers my van and my F-150. The rep gave me a full understanding of the program, how it works and how to go about it to my advantage. I went back to Endurance Auto Warranty. My daughter told me that the price had went up $10 from when I had first called and got a quote from them. I told her, “Okay,” so she signed me up. Everything has been okay. The rep was great. My quote was what they told me. The only thing was I had to download and print out what all is covered versus being sent something in the mail. Other than that, everything is good.

When I first signed up with Endurance Auto Warranty, I ended up calling back to cancel it because I figured it was too expensive. I didn't wanna pay that much out. But I talked to a second lady that got me a better deal and she was the one who talked me into staying. It was $15 a month less. I should have got the best rate available from the beginning. I called her and wanted to make sure that it was still the same coverage because what I signed up for was a bumper-to-bumper. It was their better program and I wanted to make sure that that would stay the same and she assured me it would. The only thing I was not happy about with them was I got a letter a few days ago in the mail saying that my policy will not be renewed because of price increases. That didn't make me happy when I haven't even had the policy for one month.

Endurance was pretty good compared to all the other places that I called. I have it for my 2019 Honda Accord. The coverage is for mechanical breakdown, the powertrain, the transmission, and the motor. The coverage also includes roadside assistance. Customer service was pleasant. They explained things and answered all the questions that I had. As long as a mechanic is certified, I can take my car there if something breaks down. Right now, I use Butler Honda. I've been using them ever since I purchased the car and I have all the records. I would recommend Endurance.

Carshield took a double payment out on me and gave me back my one payment, but they wouldn't give me back my other payment. They do not treat people right. I was tired of them, so I told them I was leaving them and didn't tell them why. I went with Endurance and everything was really well-handled. I really enjoyed the time that I spent on the phone. The customer service seemed like they were concerned and willing to handle things, and I talked to somebody that understood the needs for my vehicle. Currently, I'm getting ready to put in a claim for a replacement key fob. The key fob I was given for the the car that I bought is wrapped up in duct tape, which is trying to hold the key in it. I can't push the buttons, and sometimes the car doesn't even recognize the key fob in the car.

I researched auto warranty information on Consumeraffairs.com and learned about Endurance. Today, I received a call and was connected with sales agent, Jocelyn **, who was very pleasant, professional, courteous, patient, and thorough in explaining my coverage options and answering all of my questions. I received a very reasonably priced policy offer, which I accepted. My vehicle is nearly 11 years old with over 168K miles and it's only a matter of time before original parts will give out, needing repair or replacement. It feels good to know that if/when that occurs, my vehicle will be covered for major repairs. (Thanks, Jocelyn, for such great service. You're awesome!)

I have Endurance on my Toyota. I received a notice in the mail about my warranty about getting ready to be up. With it being a disability van, I figured I better have it all checked out because they had to redo the inside for my husband's handicap. But I wish they would send me something in the mail instead of it being on email.

We'd recommend Endurance. We had them on another vehicle years ago, and we had no problems at all. This time, the fellow that helped us out was great. I made the initial call, then I let my husband talk to him ‘cause he knew exactly what we needed. Everything was sent through an email. Now, everything’s set up, and it gets charged to our credit card. Ever since COVID, everything has went up ridiculously overpriced, but we've always had extended warranties on our vehicles and just in case.

One of my buddies said Endurance is a much better program than CarShield. I signed up with them over the phone and that was easy and simple. I liked the rep's product knowledge. She did great. I wanted coverage for the whole car as much as possible and the rep exceeded my expectations. I have a 2015 Lincoln MKC and I got put into a category based on the mileage of the car and what we were looking to cover. Endurance was much cheaper than anticipated.

Customer service was helpful. They explained what the coverage was. But I haven't gotten my card. So if I have a claim, I don't have any way of giving the mechanic any information. I have information that was sent to me as far as what the coverage contains but they said they're going to send another package. I haven't received that. Other than that, the coverage is adequate.

The rep with Endurance was concerned on getting me the right warranty and giving me the right information that I needed in order for me to make the decision towards the warranty. They explained to me in detail about what it covers. They cover more towards the motor than the other company did. But I'm not satisfied with it because I had to wait a whole month. I should have been covered right then and there. If you take somebody's money, you need to give them the coverage. Also, for the price that I'm paying, the warranty should be a lot longer.

I got the bumper-to-bumper, full coverage from Endurance Auto Warranty. It was pleasant, and they acted in a professional and business-like manner. We were unsure if we would get a warranty in the mail, by email, or cards. That's nebulous. I've never received anything written that says that we have a warranty except from things I've received in the email. But the rep was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions, got back to me, provided the information we needed, sent me a subsequent email, and we felt good about that.

We've already had to use Endurance Auto Warranty once and they have covered what the need was. So, we were very happy with that. The $100 deductible was all we had to pay. Everything else was covered. And they covered more than anybody else has. They were able to get it taken care of for us. They had the best customer service that we have encountered. Also, they don't call and bug me, and I don't get spammed with emails all the time.

The person who called me, Rudy, was real nice and he worked with me. He didn't put any pressure on me and he really did a great job. He told me when I made up my mind, to give him a call back and I did. I talked it over with my wife and we decided to go with Endurance. They sent me a copy of my plan through email and it wouldn't print. The gentleman I talked to said that he would send me a hard copy and he would try to get the email fixed. He was really good. He said it would be 5 to 10 working days for the hard copy and it took about four days to get the email problem cleared up. The policy covers quite a bit. I got the middle plan and I'm looking at checking to see what the cost would be to upgrade to the bigger plan.

I bought a vehicle and it came with the Endurance Premium, which serves my purpose quite well. Then I traded that vehicle for one very similar to it and I decided I would like to have the same program. So I signed up for the new program. Endurance was more than helpful. The coverage is wonderful. If something goes wrong, it'll cover that, at least for three years. With my previous vehicle, I had a transmission and a wheel bearing claim. It was a total coverage other than my $100. All of my experiences with Endurance were good.

The customer service explained everything about what was going on and everything that's covered by Endurance. They cover about much of everything. But I worry about taking the vehicle into a dealer and they'll say they'll work on it and then they'll say Endurance won't cover it and they're supposed to.

My father had an incident recently with his vehicle and he didn't have a vehicle warranty. I thought, for added protection for myself, I might as well get one. I was doing research into different auto warranties and Endurance looked like it was the best deal. I applied for the little quote, and then I got a call within 24 hours of that and the rep helped me set it all up. The customer service experience was great. He gave me a good insight on what I was gonna be covered on and walked me through it thoroughly. They also helped me set up an auto payment. They also helped me get set up on the app. I have everything available at my fingertips. They gave me a 30-day and 1,000-mile waiting period. I feel like it's good coverage for them so people don't try to apply for a warranty and then already have issues and then use it right away and take advantage of it. I highly recommend them.

Endurance is cheaper than the other people that I had researched and spoke with. Plus, I was having a family emergency and they followed up the next day. Their coverage is good. I really hope that it covers things that it says and does not try to find loopholes to not cover them.

I signed up for Endurance and the process was great. The reps were very professional and knowledgeable too. I have a 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche, and the extended warranty covers a great bit, including the drivetrain and a lot of electrical. I'd tell people to do their homework. However, Endurance is probably the best for the coverage and for the money.

I signed up with Endurance and it was simple. I did it on the phone, and the rep went over everything that I was going to get. He was very friendly and answered my questions. I like him. He was knowledgeable, and that, to me, is important. We picked something and went with it because with the car being a certain age, I didn't have many options. My car is a 2004, so it's almost 20 years old. CarShield's deductible is a lot cheaper, but Endurance's coverage is very good, considering what CarShield wanted. I would recommend Endurance.

Endurance was providing me with more services. They were ready to offer me wipers, oil changes, tires, and all that kind of stuff, whereas everybody else was just offering me basic services. That's why I chose Endurance to cover my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. Customer service was there for me and they walked me through everything. I told them I wanted this and that. They said, "Yeah. We can give you this. We give you that." My policy covers everything even down to the wiper blades, tire rotations, and tire changes. So far, so good. There is a waiting period of 30 days. I have come to the point where I'm getting ready to actually use the services. I can go to a Chrysler dealership for that.

I have a 2015 Mercedes S550, and when I purchased the car, it had low miles on it. I didn't believe that I was gonna have to drive back and forth to my office anymore, but I wound up piling a bunch of miles on the car. I said, "Well, I'm gonna need another warranty now," so I got Endurance. It was very easy to purchase the warranty and they were very fair with their plan.

The sales rep was excellent. I wanted something that would keep my car going for the next 10 years, and we talked about the different packages. He knew what he was talking about. There was a bit of pressure but nothing too bad. He's gotta do his job, and I understand that. Overall, I'm happy with the whole process. So far, Endurance has been great, and I'd tell people to go with them. The rep's personality and the way he went into explicit detail about everything was great. That was my key thing. I thought, "I'm gonna get some mumbo jumbo and I ain't gonna know what it is,” but that wasn't the case. My policy covers everything, from stem to stern. They'll even bring me gas.

I called and got things started with Endurance. The lady I talked to answered a lot of questions. She was really laidback and she went above and beyond. I got the warranty for my 2010 Toyota Tundra and from the way she explained, the warranty covers pretty much everything. If I had a flat, I would have roadside service. If my battery was dead, the service would be free and if there was anything major, it would be 100 bucks. Also, the price was a little high, but I've never had one before.

The rep was very knowledgeable and she talked to me about the warranty and the benefits that it offered. She also said that if I didn't really believe what she was saying, to go on the website and Google what was the best warranty. I did that and Endurance was the number one. She really sold me on it because I was just checking around at first. She gave me a lot of details, then I went through the policy for my BMW 2016 when it got emailed to me a couple of days later. I've got that priority package, so it covers pretty much everything. I would tell my friends who are looking for an extend warranty to do their homework and to try Endurance out because they were pretty good.

I never had a warranty before. I thought I got my car and I better see about putting one on it. I heard about Endurance from people so I looked into it. Customer service was very good and nice. They explained everything. The price is doable too. I'm very happy with the coverage. The book they sent me explains my whole warranty. I'm still trying to reach my 1,000 miles so the policy kicks in.

I just got a used BMW and I wanted to make sure that I was covered if anything happened. I heard about this other place but my friend said, "No, don't use them. Go with Endurance. They're pretty good." That's what I did. Their guy took me through everything. Everything he said to me sounded really good. I went with Endurance and I got an email on my phone. It was the whole booklet on my phone and then I got the card on my phone. Everything's good. The coverage is reasonable. I like the deductible because it's $100, which is not bad. I like too that you can rent a car if your car is in the shop. If my deductible is $1,000 on my car and they'll pay $500.

I'm a little upset about my Endurance coverage. When I signed up, from my understanding, everything was covered. But when I filed a claim today, what I needed wasn't covered. The customer service reps have been very kind. It's not their fault that I was told something that wasn't true, but I'm not happy. My claim was denied for something I thought was covered.

I reached out to Endurance about getting a new extended warranty because mine had expired and I missed the window to get another one through Subaru. Subaru told me where to go online and who they'd recommend. I talked to one lady, and she was absolutely amazing. I got a coverage where I do not have to have a deductible, which is great for me. I was able to pay out of pocket. I didn't have to make monthly installments, and that was another great option that they offered.
The lady told me, “Obviously, you have to wait for 30 days. They won't cover anything within the first 30 days once you purchase it just because they gotta make sure your car is what you say it is.” Then she sent me all of the paperwork that I needed. I can go to any Subaru dealership of my choice, which is what I wanted, to be able to file any claim if I happen to come across any problem.

The person I spoke to at Endurance Auto Warranty explained the warranty process, the coverages, and some of the limitations. It has limitations because it's an older vehicle, but it's still covered. It covers the powertrain and some of the electrical components. But the maintenance, of course, I'll pay for that. The rep was helpful in explaining how it worked and how long it would take before the warranty started. I got a month and 1,000 miles on the vehicle first, which is fine. He said it was a good buy, but he wasn't, “Come on. You need to get this.” He explained it, and it sold itself. It was easy. I'm still waiting for the need for me to use it to see how good it works.

The signing up was great but I didn't understand everything thoroughly. It was kind of a light hit or miss on the coverage. After about a week to 10 days or so, it took two or three days for them to send me the actual contract. I was reading the small print on the contract and I had to call and ask for some explanations on some of the coverage. The contract has some gray area. But other than that, everybody helped me out really well.
Also, they were saying I need to show all the oil changes in my cars from the last three years. The rep said it would be up to the adjuster when he or she looks at it, if there is an issue, what documentation they're going to need but she was sure it's just the last three. I guess I should have waited until I had three documented but it was all done at Firestone, so I can just call them and get all of that information. I gotta do the leg work to make sure I've got the last six just to cover my tail that everything was done on schedule.

I signed up with Endurance and that went okay. They had good customer service. The coverage they had offered was okay but it wasn't all that I expected. I have coverage for the tires but I would have liked coverage for the windows too. They should have more coverage for the outside body parts.

When the touchscreen in the vehicle stopped working, we took it to the dealership and we paid the $100 deductible. Endurance dealt directly with the auto dealer. The auto dealership replaced the screen and it's 90% working. They're waiting for a cable to complete the process.

I got a letter that said that the insurance would end because of price hikes. So I called Endurance to see what I needed to do to keep it. I wasn't even sure if I was gonna keep it or not, but I did. The reps were helpful. They got what I needed in my price range. They explained everything. It was excellent.

I checked to make sure that Endurance was the best and it is considered still number one. That's why I went with it. I wanted a bumper-to-bumper coverage. The representative was very knowledgeable and could answer any questions that I had about it. It went well and the signup was fairly easy. I was very satisfied. Endurance is a great product and covers just about everything. Also, sometimes the deductible is a little lower than what they said it was.

The rep explained to me what was going on, what would I be getting into, what would my car be covered up under, and what the payments would be. It was my first time ever talking to somebody there and it was decent. I got the silver plan and it covers my main things like the transmission and the engine. It covers basically everything on my car.

When we used Endurance, it was very good. They took care of everything. They were very good. The price is a little high. But for a year, they threw in some extra thing so it's probably worth it.

We had CarShield for a couple of years and it never paid for anything. We made a decision to try something different. We've seen the Endurance ads on TV and we decided to go with them. We're hoping that Endurance will cover what is gonna be with those vehicles. We called and working with their representatives was very easy. There was no pressure and no sales pitch. We became members of Endurance about two weeks ago.

One of my previous trucks was a Dodge Ram. Whenever you put gas in it, it would spew out the top and it wouldn't shut off at the gas pump. There was a valve on the gas tank that was molded on and the shop couldn't just replace the valve so they had to replace the whole tank. There were several other issues that they repaired. It took them about two weeks to get everything approved and get the adjuster over there to look at everything. They were there and I just had to pay a small deductible. Endurance was exceptional to me.
I recently added Endurance to one of my vehicles. They are better than a lot of the ones that you see on TV. There's peace of mind knowing, from past experience, that they're gonna be there and they back up exactly what they say. When they say that's what's gonna be covered, that's what they cover. Many other places I signed up with in the past would go, "Oh, yeah. This great, this good." But then when it came down to it, they go "Oh, we don't cover that." I had to pay that out of pocket. I just cancelled. CarShield was also terrible. Both of them are a waste of money. I went back with Endurance because they did really well.

It took the rep five tries to help me get what I was looking for, but she got it. They offered me 60,000 miles and five years coverage. They sent me a book but it only showed 46,000. I emailed them and I finally talked to the assistant manager, and he got everything straightened out. They worked with me. They even made sure I walked up to the truck to make sure I had the correct mileage.

I've called Endurance a couple of times to get an understanding of where I can bring the vehicle to and who are the authorized mechanics that they use. The reps were pretty understanding and very helpful. They sent me a link immediately and I was able to look at the different places I can go to if need be. But I was told I can go to any certified mechanic as long as Endurance approved the repairs. So far, so good.

I got the top policy they have. It was a 30-day waiting period. I didn't remember the mileage but I spoke to someone today and they clarified that. I'm satisfied with the process.

At the beginning, I felt that we were paying too much for the warranty. But when we needed their help and they were there, then the warranty didn't seem so expensive. From the beginning which was the towing to the claim to having the work completed, Endurance was helpful and informative!

The rep knew his product and explained it to me very well. It was my choice to select which product I wanted. He was very customer-service oriented and made me feel good about giving away my money. They need to continue to train people like him. You better pay Endurance now or pay later.

When I called Endurance, I talked to a lady on the phone and she said I had to pay for it that day. I was fine with that and then I asked her if she could send me a hard copy of the bill in the mail. But she said, "Oh, no, we gotta pay for it on the phone." I then asked her, "Okay. How can we do that?" She said if I had a check that we could use, that would pay for it. So we did that and she said I was taken care of. But yesterday, I got a phone call from Endurance again for the same stuff. I haven't paid my bill for November.
I explained to the rep that I never received the bill. I told her that I made a one-time payment with a check and it was taken care of. She said, "Okay. We can take care of that and we'll cancel the check that we have." Then I said, "I would like a hard copy sent to me on the computer with an address and the amount of what it's gonna cost me to pay monthly. I don't have a problem with that. I'd just write you a check and send it." She said, "I understand. We don't have a problem. As it sits right now, I've got you all straightened out. Your check that we had is canceled."
I figured I won't get it until after Thanksgiving. We were both happy. Then it turned around and I ended up getting a phone call from these people again today with the same excuse that they haven't received my check for November. Either somebody is not talking to somebody over there or somebody is just blowing it off and making you think that you're being taken care of. If I get one more call telling me I owe money, they're gonna wish I hadn't called because I'm just gonna cancel the deal with Endurance.

My 2017 Ford Explorer has been at the dealership for three weeks now and that's the same vehicle I was going to take on vacation early November. Also, I rented a vehicle and I had to pay for it out of pocket. But I've been told I probably won't get reimbursed. Also, when I signed up for Endurance, nowhere did I saw that I'd be having a contract with Smart AutoCare and I'm not real happy with that. Endurance said they're a really good company and that they wouldn't partner with them if they weren't. But the person I talked to is Smart AutoCare. They said they have to tear the motor down and to do that is $1,000. And if it's not covered, I'm stuck paying that. Then if it is covered, they’ll get me a used motor from a junkyard. But that means that the mileage on the engine won't match the interior mileage, so that would decrease the value of the car. So, I'm at a no-win with that other warranty policy.
Aside from that, the service manager of the shop had a hard time getting in contact with somebody at Endurance and when he did, they gave him two numbers to call for Smart Auto. He was on hold quite a bit and it was a fiasco. And he's not someone that can just sit at the desk, be on hold, and constantly keep trying. He got other cars in the shop besides mine. Right now, I don't know where I'm going to be at and I'm very upset with it.
I bought another policy from Endurance for my truck but when I took it in the shop, I had to pay for my own tow because they were too expensive to have it towed. Also, I called to cancel this warranty because of what I was going through with the other warranty on my Ford Explorer. But I talked to the lady and she explained to me that I got a really good deal from Endurance. I'm getting four years for 30 months of payments for this warranty. But at the end of the day, Endurance was not very clear about if they're selling your policy out to a third person or not and I'm not going to recommend them.
