Signing up with Endurance was excellent. The representative was very knowledgeable and gave me the best plan he could possibly get for me based on my vehicle and condition of my vehicle. The sign-up process at Endurance was very easy and pleasant. They asked me many questions, including serial number, and mileage. Then I received the quote. I was told about the roadside assistance, key replacement and different things that I was not aware of. It was good to know I got a few extra things in the policy. I'm very satisfied so far.

The rep was was thorough and informative. Paying $200 a month to Endurance is not bad when I'm driving a luxury car where the repairs could be much more. But they were supposed to send me a package in the mail and I haven't gotten that yet.

The things Endurance offers is a little bit better as far as having more options. If you want something and don't wanna pay a whole lot of money, then you have that option too. The rep told me he would be done in three minutes but he was done with that process in six minutes. I said, “Next time, you need to make sure you tell people six minutes. That way you're not lying to them.” But so far, I'm pleased.

We got both vehicles on Endurance then we found out one vehicle has a salvage title on it. They were supposed to reimburse us all the payments that we made on it. They said it would take a month. They tried looking for a way around it, but their system wouldn't allow it so they canceled it as opposed to reimburse us five months’ worth of payments we made on it. I was getting ready to call them and set up a claim on the backup camera but you can't put in the claim on their website without calling them.

The first person I talked to was very informative. Told me a lot of things that I didn't know and explained a lot of stuff to me. It was an all-around good experience with the customer service person I spoke with. So the second time I started looking for a maintenance plan, I came back to Endurance Auto Warranty. Every question I had, they had an answer right off the top because I'm not good with automobiles. I asked detailed stuff about transmissions and what would they pay. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and anything you need to know, they will explain it to you. Everything was handled perfectly. I was very satisfied.

Where things are, everything is so high, I pay 140 some dollars a month for three years. I got a brand-new car. It's gonna be good for a while, but I'll never know. If I gotta take it in, at least, I got a zero deductible where I don't have to pay anything. So, a warranty like Endurance is a good service. The rep was friendly.

I called Endurance Auto Warranty, and they talked to me about what they had available, and how much it cost. I said, "Okay, that sounds good. I wanna go ahead and sign up." The rep gave me his direct contact number so if I had any question, I could go back and talk to him. I emailed him a question and he emailed me back within 24 hours.

Endurance Auto Warranty explained fully what I would be covered. And to be on the safe side, we went with them. They were very professional. They knew that I had never had an extended warranty policy on any of our vehicles, and they did not apply any pressure. It was strictly our idea. I'm more likely not to buy something that people try to pressure me into buying. They explained that any kind of trouble with the motor, drivetrain or any kind of problem, all I had to do was to show them the Endurance card and it would be handled immediately. I take the car in. It would be fixed. Go with Endurance.

I asked Endurance Auto Warranty for what the benefits were and what wasn't covered. I was more concerned with what was not covered than what is covered. There are more things to cover than not. It's the things that aren't covered that are scary, and I would want to make sure that I didn't get a warranty that I would find out that if it was a third Tuesday on a month with an R and it doesn't qualify. So, I asked for a policy that lists the exclusions, so I could look at that. The plan I got is called Elite, and it only excludes maintenance items, like tires and oil, and wear and tear like the tie rod and a spring in the suspension.

Everything was great when I signed up with Endurance Auto Warranty. It's 5 stars above all of them auto warranty companies. I liked the things that they offer, which includes towing. Also, the person that I talked to was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Endurance answered every question I asked or every concern I had. It was awesome.

The Endurance rep who called me explained the program. She wanted me to go to the highest level, but I didn't wanna do that. She explained to me what the differences were. She was quite knowledgeable about the product. She was thorough in her explanation of how it worked and what the benefits were. I knew what I really wanted and she tailored the product to what I said that I wanted. She did a good job.

Endurance has the most comprehensive plan for the money. The reps were very knowledgeable about all the plans that were offered and were able to get me set up with a plan that fit my budget. Endurance is worth the money. It's pricey, but it covers everything. We've had claims and it's already paid for itself. We just took our vehicle to the auto shop, told them we had the Endurance plan and they took care of everything. All we had to do was pay the deductible. But though the app is easy to navigate, it doesn't show everything that you'd wanna know.

I recently started dealing with this warranty company after reading how fast and great it was but after today I'm very disappointed! I had this plan for 5 months, did the waiting period and 1000 miles requirements just to have me take my vehicle in for service, I called to make a claim, they asked for prior oil and was given 4 prior and as a bonus whole Carfax history from car insurance with work history of my car. Sent first adjuster out and agreed with mechanic. Then came back to say need tear down for a lifter and oil filter housing leak??? For giggles that was done mind you no mention of a engine was told to me.
I just wanted what mechanic said I needed not what the adjuster suggested due to easiest. When I and mechanic called had claim denied due to normal wear and tear really internally roller arm and lifter. Mind you I have a 2015 Chrysler 300 with a 3.5 engine there cause saying I drove my car with preexisting issues and that why. My reply was if you drive on a bad lifter and roller with misfire and cause all types of damage which was not damaged they had all that they asked for and my mechanic told them the same first adjuster came out then second just for them to lie. I didn't call them, they called me. I didnt trust warranty companies for this reason and know I have to do this

I haven't had a claim yet but when I renewed my policy I received great customer service. I think I need something checked soon, so I may make a claim soon. Only thing I would change would be that they should tell you an outside company does their billing.

I have had nothing but issues from this company since purchasing my jeep. I have had my vehicle for just over a year, we have put approx. 20,000 or less miles on it. It needs new motor per the mechanic we took it to for a look over and a sensor light that was on. I have sent this company a year's worth of receipts for oil changes on 3 different occasions, and 3 different agents. An adjuster still refuses to come look at vehicle because 1 of the receipts is hand written. I only found out they would not accept it after my mechanic's office called the company, they have poor communication skills as I have had to deal with multiple different agents as no one will return calls or emails. This repair is going to cost me over 9,000 out of pocket and they are refusing my claim for "improper records". I wish I had stayed clear of this company as now they have my money and we are without a vehicle.

This company is a TOTAL scam. I purchased the their auto insurance product. They said it would cover my engine and transmission should they fail. Transmission replacement denied. Leaky seals not covered. Scam.

05/08/2024 I have pre paid 4317K+4152K = over 8K for an extended warranty with endurance for my Cadillac Escalade. The current contract EVPU2115904 expires on 7/24/24 before that we had contract Escalade - 2034790BRR. So my car that has had no issue needs a new engine and has been in the shop for 2 weeks because endurance giving me the run-around. I also have another car that I paid almost 3K for Endurance insurance. Total over 12k Endurance wanted to deal with my shop Hogans and sons -sterling VA 703-444-6426 and Endurance came out and said ok. Now they are saying No for no reason.
I am very upset that I did everything right and spent over 8k with them for this car and over 3k for my other car to be told no, They have my receipts for oil change. This is not acceptable. I can provide all the paperwork. I am a honest person and if I knew that Endurance was going to lie to me I would put the money in the bank and paid outright for my repair. Please help me get this resolved asap as my car is in the shop waiting. I called Endurance to resolve this and was told to get this resolved for me. Have not received it yet. I received a letter that said that I had a deadline of May 2nd to get back to this company to be able to NOT have my rates increase and if I didn't, then they would not be able to honor the service contract I have for my vehicle. I called in, because it is not May 8th and I was worried. The lady that answered, (and I hope it was recorded both times that I called) was forcing me to tell her what vehicle I had. I said nope. You tell me what vehicle I have and if I even have an account with you or not. She hung up on me. Then I called back and my number was blocked....are you kidding me? Then I used a different phone and was able to get through again, and talked to another lady and she finally admitted that I didn't have an account and that this was a sales call/letter I received.
Not that my coverage was going to increase, not that I missed the deadline, etc. But that none of that was relevant. So all that drama, all that time I was forced to spend finding out about this "sales" VERY misleading letter. NOT happy. So I asked for the corp number and she said this was the same number and they would transfer me. Well, I was on hold for 6 more minutes, waiting, and then they hung up.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR ATTEMPT AND AWFUL ATTEMPT AT TRYING TO GAIN MY BUSINESS BECAUSE OF THEIR UNACCEPTABLE NOTICE OF ME MISSING MY DISCOUNT AND MY POLICY GOING UP...FOR A SALES CALL???? No, I would NEVER recommend a company nor do business with a company that tried to bully me into getting a policy or coverage with them. NEVER and I hope anyone who receives a letter writes in about the same thing!! THIS IS NOT RIGHT, JUST NOT RIGHT.

I was highly interested in buying a auto repair policy for a while, but did not know a lot about them. The truth is, not intending to put any company down, but I called one bigger name, and their customer service was awful. Watching Fox News one day I saw a commercial for Endurance coverage. I called and was warmly received but had to be transferred to someone in another dept. A woman answered the phone and, it turned put to be perhaps,...the one of the finest customer service reps I have ever spoken with.
Her name is Kelli ** and she was so knowledgeable on every point and with every detail. What impressed me about her was what a kind woman she is along with knowing all the answers I needed. She explained in such a easy way how Endurance works and what my policy, the "Supreme policy" consists of. I am so grateful I came upon Endurance and Kelli. I highly encourage anyone needing auto repair coverage to just call Endurance because they really are the best.

I purchased Endurance warranty after doing research on a few of the other companies. I had a 2016 Chevy 1500. I bought the Supreme policy. It was well worth it, even the dealership I take my truck to couldn't believe what the policy covered. Unfortunately I now live in a state where I no longer can use Endurance and I'm very disappointed When I tried to transfer the policy to my new vehicle. This is not Endurance's fault but my state's laws.

I felt comfortable with the person I talked to at Endurance. They were honest and I was very satisfied with the conversation. The amount of money that I would pay is 118 a month. That's a good price to be totally covered for my car. I gave them permission for automatic withdrawal from my bank account per month. I haven't received the policy yet though.

I had heard from somebody that Endurance was good and they had good reviews. I signed up with them and the process was good. They answered all my questions and the policy says it covers everything except for tires. I would tell others that it would be a good place to sign up for.

I spoke to a representative for Endurance, and he represented the company very well. He was easy to talk to. He was trained the right way and to make sure that I understood clearly on what they were offering and how long it was good for. I like that Endurance is a one-stop shop. My deductible is $100 cheaper than another provider. The salesman had sold this to me for 170 some dollars a month which seems still high, but at the same time, the coverage that I'm getting for it is bumper-to-bumper. I would be covered transmission, engine, electrical, calipers, the brake system, the suspension on the front, and roadside assistance.

I came SPECIFICALLY to start my research into extended car warranties and was assured by signing up right away I'd get the best rate possible. I specifically stated I was beginning my research and would need to shop around, research and read reviews. I was then told I wouldn't get the top tier package because of my car's age and mileage unless I signed up during that initial phone call and I had 30 days to shop around and if I decided to go with someone else I could get my money back.... Who in their right mind would do this? This strikes me as a shady company I wouldn't trust to pay a claim if something DID happen to break on my car....

The rep we dealt with was a young lady, and she was so great. She explained everything to me, then she even explained it to my husband. We signed up for our 2019 Toyota 4Runner, and it went great. I was really pleased. I just wish Endurance would get rid of that 1,000 miles. I can understand the 30 days, but not the 1,000 miles. We don't drive the vehicle often. So now instead of staying home, we have to try to race to add on miles to it. Besides that, I would recommend Endurance. The young lady made it a good experience.

Endurance has an easy process. The rep was good. He was probably an older gentleman and had to look up a lot of stuff but overall, it was a good experience. I got a deal for paying everything in one shot up front. I was happy that I got a discount. The online site is good, too.

No warranty for real cars you might actually need a warranty for. Have low mileage Mercedes which was and is perfectly maintained with no problems ever and surprise it's not covered. This is great if you have a pick up truck with 25,000 miles. LOL

I like that there are more local people that deal with Endurance. Their customer service is good and the cost is okay. I haven't used the service yet. I don't even think my 30 days is up yet. I got 1,000 miles on my vehicle, though. So, that's good to go.

Endurance did good customer service. I did a quote in March and told them I would hold off on it. They still sent me emails but when I came back at the end of March, they still had my quote ready for me. The price was still the same.

The representative I talked to from Endurance was super nice and friendly. He told me I have up to 400,000 something miles to go under warranty and that also helped because most companies will not go over 200,000 miles. He was great at his job.

The reps were to the point. They got the details of my car, set up my plan easily and sent over my email confirmation of plan quickly. It came with roadside assistance, free towing and $100 deductible for most repairs. I have already recommended Endurance to a few friends with older cars.

The rep was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I got the end-to-end warranty with a $200 deductible. They don't cover any of the normal wear and tear items like wiper blades and brake pads. I'd like to pay less but the price is reasonable.

I had a gentleman from Endurance call me and he was a little bit under pressure. He offered it for 130 a month versus the 157 a month. But Katie was excellent. She answered all the questions I asked her. I wasn't quite sure what the Elite plan was and she explained that very thoroughly to me. I even got my son on a three-way to help me understand better. I got tire rotation and towing with the plan. If I break down 100 miles from home, they help with hotel setup. Another thing that I liked when I went into doing my research was their rating. They're also not pushing stupid commercials.

I'm very happy with Endurance. I Googled the top best warranty companies out there, and Endurance was the first one that came up with the best reviews. I hadn't considered buying it that night, but I felt so comfortable that it was easier to do it right then. There was no high pressure sales. They just told me all the benefits, gave me time to write it down, and gave me the price breakdown. It was cheaper than I thought it was going to be. Then they told me that if I wasn't satisfied, I could cancel within 30 days. Also, the payment process was so easy.

My signup experience with Endurance was really good. The gentleman thoroughly explained the package that I would be receiving. He broke it down exactly what was covered. We recently purchased, and we got the booklet and the contract on email. We were told we would get hard copies, an actual booklet and a paper type copy of the contract, but as of yet, it has failed to arrive. It's almost like the experience of the check in the mail. We ended up talking to the general manager at Endurance for the paperwork department, and I can't say enough about how nice the gentleman was. He listened very nicely and understood what we were asking for, and that's why he did it as quickly as he did. He shot me an email to my computer that had everything on it, the 15 pages of the booklet and a copy of the contract. That was fine except my husband doesn't even know how to turn my computer on, much less go in and do anything with it.
My husband prefers a paper copy that he can sit and read and drink a cup of coffee with, and supposedly, it's still in the mail somewhere. We were told to allow 7 to 10 business days. The hard copies were mailed out last April 16. Endurance must have found the slowest pony express horse that they could. They dropped the ball on that part, but that's the only problem that we've had with Endurance. We hope that we don't have to use it, but if we do, it's there. We have not contacted the dealership that we bought the car from as of yet to see if they take Endurance, and hopefully, they do.

I have a 2018 Ford Explorer, and the entertainment center module, the media computer and the touchscreen went out completely. I had to have the whole thing replaced. I did that with the Ford dealer, and Endurance covered 80% of it. All in all, I’d recommend the extended warranty. People have to make a value judgment on, “Do I self-insure or do I sign up for somebody?” I've been getting a lot of calls lately saying, “Oh, the extended warranty on your vehicle’s run out. You're exposed.” I must be on a bunch of lists for people to call me, and I always just tell them I've got Endurance and I've got it for the next three years.

Endurance gave me $300 off of my service contract, and the sign-up process was good. Every question that I asked, the sales rep explained. Plus, he explained everything to me in details. My service contract covers most of my major parts, like my engine, transmission, and air conditioner. It also covers my tires if anything happened, and if I run out of gas, they'll bring me some. If I need roadside assistance, they do that too. There are some nice things that they do, and the price is good for the years and the money that I'm paying. I got the contract last week, and they said that I had to do a 30-day waiting period and 1,000 miles before my service contract kicks in.

I'm very disappointed with Endurance. I was sorry that I signed up with them. I would not sign up with them again. Signing up was pleasant and they were eager to accept my money, but there was no explanation offered. I told the rep that I wanted extended warranty. She said, “Well, it'd be $130 a month.” I said, “Well, do you want my credit card number?” She said, “Yes,” and she signed me up. She didn't ask me anything about preexisting conditions or any problems that I had. It was like, “Just give us $130, and we will give you an insurance number.”
I didn't expound on any situations on the pickup. I assumed that anything would be covered if I had my money, and it didn't turn out to be that way. I had a claim that was denied due to preexisting condition. The company that is still working on my pickup called them. The representative came over to the dealership and then informed the dealership that it was a preexisting condition and they were not going to cover it. They were eager to sell it to me, and now I have no confidence in them at all.

I ran into some financial difficulty. For the next several months I would not be able to pay for the coverage on my vehicle. They understood and they covered both months for me. In reference to me being with them for a long period of time. What they did here was guaranteeing myself to stay with the company and not go somewhere else. They were very understanding and very helpful. The prices for your coverage aren't bad.

The Endurance rep who signed me up was good. He gave me all the information I needed and answered every question I had. There was no pressure put on. He explained everything to me. The process was broken down well, it was understandable, and he showed me how it works. I couldn't afford out of pocket what they were charging to get my vehicle fixed. Paying the deductible that they have is a whole lot easier on me and my pockets. It also made more sense.

I called Endurance to renew and made a payment. It cost me $29 plus another $300 to $400 for the first month. They told me that after my 30 days, I could use the policy. Right now, I'm having a problem with them because they're saying I canceled my contract and that is not true. The provider that's fixing my car said that the Endurance people said I don't have a contract with them.

The rep that I spoke to when I signed up was able to answer all my questions. But I didn't know my contract didn't have gasket and seal, which was what I needed done on my car. They didn't bring that up and I didn't know to ask. Also, it's a little pricey. Talking to other people who have Endurance, they pay less than I do. But they signed up before I did.

Endurance is always good. They had a couple of perks that they explained to me. They told me that when I take my vehicle into the dealer, it's not a second-hand place. They deal with you directly. The sign-up process was good. I got my Nissan Rogue covered. They said the warranty would cover the engine, the drivetrain, the electrical system, the master cylinder and a couple of other stuff. They also gave me another perk where if I'm ever in an accident, they'll go ahead and pay the deductible so I don't have to pay it.

Endurance's reps were very helpful. One time, I took my car into the dealership and they asked upfront if I had an extended warranty. I told them that I had Endurance and they took it from there. They called Endurance and got the approval. They took care of everything and all I did was go in, pay 100 bucks for the deductible, and pick up the car. The process was pretty dang good.

I’m a unhappy Endurance client. I’m want to know why you all would insure a car with over a 160,000 miles. It’s a lot of miles my motor mounts needed to be fixed and claimed denied, cars with these high mileage is highly likely something is gonna give out but Endurance didn’t hold up to their end. 30 days and a 1000 miles and you suppose to get help. That’s not the case. BEWARE of Third-party warranty companies.

I have a Land Rover, and I love it. However, it's a very expensive vehicle, and if anything breaks on that, it is very expensive to fix. I was looking for full coverage, and I saw a commercial for Endurance on the channel my husband watches all the time. I reached out to them and the rep was able to keep not only what I saw on TV, but also added promotions that made sense. I was able to negotiate too. Overall, Endurance was great. I also got my mom to sign up for it on her Nissan, and she said it was really easy to do.

When I called Endurance, what they had to offer met my needs. It was a young man that discussed it with me and answered all my questions. He offered me a discounted rate if I paid it upfront the first time versus doing a monthly set up. When I initially had it, I handled it over the phone and was emailed all my documentation. I didn't need to use it until towards the end of my warranty. We had to get our fuel pump and a sensor in the front replaced. They covered everything except for the $100 deductible. I'm satisfied that they covered. Now, it's almost time for the warranty to expire and I'm looking at possibly continuing.

DO NOT get a warranty with Endurance. They will find away to not honor your claim. They use methods that other warranty companies have never been known to incorporate in denying claims. I had to spend quite a few hours trying to get my claim honored and never got it. I then spent time trying to get my money back. I was promised a FULL REFUND without any proration but the refund came in about 300 dollars short of what I had paid. Whatever they tell will be untruthful. A 4 to 6 week refund promise was actually 3 months! STAY CLEAR of Endurance unless you just want to give your money away!

I would not buy from them. They sold me on the high end plan that supposedly covers bumper to bumper. I asked does this cover manifolds, bolts and gaskets and lifters because I bought a ram. I know they are known for those issues just like Chevy is known for their electrical and transmission problems and Ford with their cam problems. I was lied to. I had a manifold bolt break after I purchased the warranty. They refused to cover the problem even though I was told it was cover. Spent over 500 with this company. I’ve learned not to trust them. They will take your money. Don’t make the same mistake I did also asking to cancel you have to fill out paperwork and get it notarized and you don’t even get your full amount back to me. This is a scam. I will not trust them. It’s poor customer service. This company sucks!!!!

When I talked to Endurance, they gave me a really good rate for my new vehicle that I had that's already had 100,000 miles. And I decided, "Well, let's give them a try." So, I gave them a try and I've been with them ever since. Signing up was not at all complicated. It's easy to make my payments. It's easy to talk to them. They told me I have to keep records if I do my oil change myself. They're very upfront about what needs to be done and I do it.

I am just about to reach my first 30 days and I’m wondering if I should cancel or not because I don't trust any of the car warranties. I don't even know if I trust Endurance. The rep who signed me up was very helpful. The trouble is, when I called to ask questions, I was at work and I work as a receptionist in a car place so I kept getting phone calls and I just decided to buy the warranty. I'm not 100% sure on everything that I got. But the rep tried to explain things so it's not his fault. When you sign up, you have 30 days to back out and after that, you have to pay for it for a contracted amount of time. I don't know if that's true but I should try to find out. But other than that, the reps were very nice, kind and thorough.
The warranty is a four-year contract. The rep said I would pay the monthly payment for the first two years and the second two years are free. It sounded too good to be true but I was rushing and I couldn't dig in. When I signed up, it was $300 off. Then, they added one year of special benefits, such as key fob replacement, towing and rental car.

We had Endurance a few years ago, and the vehicle that we had through them was total loss. When we got another vehicle a few months ago, we did CarShield for three months and we were dissatisfied, so we canceled them. Endurance is better. We went back to them, and the guy was nice, very polite and knew his stuff. He went through all the details, what was covered and different things about the warranty.
There's a lot of things included in the warranty. We have older an vehicle, and I was concerned about what was covered. Plus I asked Endurance if they deal with the Dodge company that we have here, and they do. The other warranty that we had, Dodge didn't deal with them. Overall, we were very satisfied with Endurance. In fact, I even recommend them to a relative.

I had CarShield and me and my godmother took it out at the same time but when her car broke down and had issues, she took it to the shop and they didn't pay for it and she had to pay out of pocket. I said, "Oh, no. CarShield is not for me." So, I went with Endurance. With Endurance, I kept telling them I don't know how many miles I had on my car. I got a 2016 Q50 and I only had 74,000 miles on it when I took it. They kept calling me asking me about my mileage. I have no reason to lie about my car. So, I did send them a photo of it. That was the only thing I didn't like about them. I have no reason to lie. As far as the signup process, I enjoyed it. It was easy and simple to do. As far as the person I worked with, she was so nice, very polite and detailed. She explained every bit of the benefits of having Endurance. She went over everything.

Endurance had a better program and was gonna cover more things on my vehicle. I have an older car but it's a nice car. It's a Chevrolet Tahoe four-wheel drive. I have a nice suspension and everything else on it. So, even though it is a 2010, this vehicle has always been professionally maintained as long as I've ever owned it and there's no reason to get rid of it, but still, I'd like to have that warranty. Hopefully, if I have an issue, Endurance is gonna stand behind me and take care of everything. But even so, just having the warranty and the towing package and knowing that I'm gonna have somebody to call if something goes wrong is a good feeling.
The signup with Endurance was great. The guy I spoke with was good and thorough. They worked with me on my particular vehicle, the package that I wanted and the price that I wanted to pay. I'm mad at Endurance because they didn't tell me and my husband that I needed 1,000-some miles on my car to even put it into the shop. It's gonna take a minute for me to accumulate 1,000-something miles. They told us after the 30 days were up, I'd be eligible to put my car into the shop to get my car fixed. And then, they took me to a runaround just to reimburse me back my money. They know people are not gonna go through printing paper off any phone and going to get it notarized when they could have simply put that money back on my card. They didn't even tell us that we would have to go through all that just to get our money back. If they had told us all that, we would have never gone with that policy.
My son is about to go to prom on Saturday and I don't have any money to help my son because I was depending on Endurance to put that money back on my card. They said that if I didn't like the process, they would reimburse me back my money but they didn't say that we got to go through hoops and chains just to get that money back. They didn't even tell us how long. I thought that it was a paper on my email that I could just sign or do over the phone. You gotta go print that off. I have an autistic son I take care of on a daily basis. I don't have time for that.
My husband is an accountant so he went through the paper. We read the policy and it never stated that we needed 1,000-something miles. Because if we knew that, we would have never given Endurance that money. We told them that we did not want to do autopay. When I looked at my cash app card, they were trying to pull my money off my card and we told them once we get the money, we were gonna call in to pay them. They tried to take it off my card anyway. I would not recommend them to anybody.

I was on the website and filled out a form saying that I was interested in getting a quote, and then I got a call less than three minutes after I submitted the form. He explained everything, asked me some questions, and I chose a policy that fit my budget and they gave me the coverage that I needed. It covers the engine, the transmission, and oil changes. It was comprehensive. Endurance has a really easy process. Everything is explained to you. The communication was really good. Even after the call, I received emails right away with what I agreed to with the policy. Then I was given a certain amount of time that if I changed my mind, I can cancel it. Everything was really easy and explained, and it's what I agreed to. Plus, it's affordable.

Signing up didn't take a long time and they went through the paperwork with me thoroughly. They made sure that I understood everything. For some months in there, I didn't have to pay and I was impressed with that. The only thing that I didn't like was when I was talking to the Endurance representative, he said they don't use used parts on the car, but on the TV, it says so. I don't know what to believe. I told the rep that I chose Endurance over another provider because that provider said that they use refurbished parts and I don't like that.

I've never had to use Endurance Auto Warranty, but if you want quality and friendly customer service, go with them. Their rep was very nice and understanding. She was a supervisor over making the quotes. I was gonna leave the company for another, but she recommended me to go on Google and check out the reviews. That's what I did, and I decided to stay. I live on a fixed income. She didn't know why my bill was that high. They didn't offer me anything at first. That was the reason why I wanted to go to another warranty company. I would pay $136 and when I signed up for it, there was no asking me about my driver record. They just gave me a price and I went with it.

Whatever I paid to sign up with Endurance Auto Warranty was cheaper. And they were friendly and helpful. I said, “Let me just think about this.” The rep said, “Here's my direct number. You can call me or I'll call you back at a certain time.” He worked with me and explained what was going on. Instead of saying, “Would you rather her have big car repairs?” he was, “I understand that you'd want her protected.” Concerned, caring. I couldn't ask for any better service. I wanted to set the payments up online so I could pay. Endurance sent me the thing about Mepco. I called to make the first payment. They took the payment over the phone, but they walked me through setting it up so I could do it online now. I've been very pleased.

I'm in the automotive business and I saw Endurance through other customers who had them in the past. And every time I call a claim for them, they're pretty good about dealing with them. They're easy to deal with. So I bought it for my personal use. My very first claim was because the AC was not blowing air out of the AC vents. Recently, my claim was for maintenance. The claim process was easy. It was nice. I didn't know I had maintenance help, so I did brakes on my own through the store not knowing that they would help out if I needed brakes. There was one claim that was declined. My door was making some popping noise, and they told me someone hung it. I said, “No, I called you, told you about it, but I bought the truck that way. It’s always popped and I thought it was something else.” But that was the only thing that had been declined, and I let it go. It’s no big deal. It's $100 to get fixed. But their coverage is good. I like it.

I'm not sure how all of this works. I figured it was time to protect myself from a car that was notorious for breaking down. I found Endurance and spoke with a rep (Demetri) and when I told him I needed to speak with my husband later that evening so we could talk about it. The quote and price were as good as garbage if I hung up without signing up. In my book that is a red flag. I read the reviews and I am certain that the insurance is reputable for the most part. I see a lot of discrepancies on what is all covered otherwise mostly satisfied customers. I don't ever want to be forced to make a decision like that prior to communication I needed to have first. It's bad business.

The reps were helpful when we signed up with Endurance. Everything was explained pretty good. We're happy so far with our package. Roadside assistance was included but there wasn’t anything said about the rental car while our car was being repaired, although I thought that was included. It also included our backup camera that was shot and that was covered.

Commercial say regardless of miles they can warranty it, either it is or it isn’t. This is not a true statement and should be changed. Misleading claims, will not use them for any of my vehicles. The person on the phone was pleasant. One star for (zero if I could) for not living up to their ad, 5 for the person who I spoke with

They gave a good deal. I was happy with the price. The highlight of it was that I would pay a pretty significant amount upfront, a little over a year's worth of premiums, but it would last for about five years and it was transferable. So far, I'm fully satisfied.

I've had Endurance for a long time. This is not my first rodeo with them. I had it before for about five years when I had a Nissan Quest. They stand up to their reputation. I just got them back again the year before last year. I haven't run into a problem yet.

The signup process on the phone was straightforward. I asked what the policy covered and how long it would take. For instance, "Would it be right away? If I get it today and I take my vehicle in tomorrow and they found some problem with it, will it be covered?" Endurance said no. I have to wait a certain amount of time or surpass a certain amount of mileage and it wouldn't cover any pre-existing problems. They explained to me when the policy would be started, for any type of repairs, what it covered, and the different options and payments. The reps were thorough. They wanted to see if I was a vet or if I was over a certain age, I can get reduced payments or at least a coupon special. They also asked questions like my current mileage and if I do upkeep on my vehicle.
I have a family vehicle and I have my children in it. I wanna make sure that if I have a problem with my vehicle, it's not going to be an exorbitant amount that's coming out of my pocket. I feel secure that I have this warranty ready to assist me if there's anything going on with my vehicle. They have also roadside assistance that's attached to it, and they have a rental service as well. It's for a certain amount of days, which is good.

I like that Endurance is US-based with their customer service because I have had to call back and that's important to me. The gentleman I dealt with was very helpful and easy to understand. We discussed what was covered and the price. He was very professional. I was very happy with him. Overall, it was a painless experience. All my questions were answered.

It was really easy signing up with Endurance. It was done in a matter of a day. I like that if you have met an accident, you’ll be given a rental. I'm very satisfied. Three times, I submitted claims for my car and there was no headache. They said they needed a certain part, and I just told the lady to call and it was done in no time. I got my car to go home in less than two hours.

The reps explained the process as far as signing up and when I asked questions on when the warranty can be used, they explained everything. I was satisfied with the explanations and after a while of talking, I decided to sign up. The customer service rep didn't pressure me into doing something I didn't wanna do. He didn't hesitate to answer my questions if I had to stop him in the middle. I said I wanna know that now and that I may forget the question by the time he finished. My sister, at one time, had Endurance on a vehicle she had and was satisfied with it. Somebody hit her in the rear and totaled that car. So, the car she got after that still had a manufacturer's warranty on it. But overall, she was satisfied. So, I had talked to her too before I decided.
I've read through the policy cover to cover and the coverage is what I was looking for. We have to pay some of the things ourselves but I've had a good run with this car, so I've been keeping up with my maintenance. So I was okay with it. I've had the car since 2015 and I haven't had any major problems. I kept my paperwork to show that I had stuff taken care of on my own and the dealership that does the maintenance also has it. Considering what's covered for me, the price is reasonable because I see what the max is over the course of my plan that would be paid out. There's a maximum amount and if you don't use it, there's an amount you get back. I could have got a cheaper plan, but then it would cover less. I was anticipating a little cheaper but when the Endurance rep offered me this plan and told me how much more it would cover, I had a choice to go with that one or another. But they offered me that one, so I decided to go with it.

I called Endurance and spoke with an agent who told me she could get me a veteran discount at a reduced rate. When I called again, I got another agent on the phone and he said he was going with what was in the computer, which was what we put in there initially. He wouldn’t give me the reduced rate and didn’t even bother to look into it. I got the full deal bumper-to-bumper coverage and I'm paying $148. I should get it cheaper than that. It’s a little too steep. I am thinking about calling Endurance if they can give me a reduced rate or a little cheaper package.
I would recommend friends to go to Endurance and go with what rate they can give them. They should bargain with them because that’s what I did and why I hold off. But when I called back, I didn't get the same person. So that one was a big thing. She gave me her name but the representative didn't wanna transfer me. He said he didn't know her and didn't try to get her. He wanted to take the sale, which was what he did.

When I made a claim for my lost key fob, the process with Endurance was flawless. I was easily reimbursed. Their customer service is good but they should have a website where you can change and update things on your own. It's unique that you can talk to a person, and I appreciate that but the fact that I can't even change my address without speaking to a person is a little unusual.

When I called Endurance, the reps spoke in a way that they weren't throwing big words at me. It was a clean platform, talking about who they are, what they stand for, and what the policy entails. I set my payments up online, and they send me a statement every month. It's very clear and easy to read. It tells me what I owe and how many more payments before the policy expires. When I take the car for maintenance, there are no issues with Endurance with what they have to pay.

Have had 3 family members on plan and have paid for almost 2 years and first claim on our car they declined because we did not change transmission fluid at 150 000. Be careful using them because they are not consumer friendly. Even though you pay lots of money for policies they will do anything not to pay.

Bought this policy for the wife’s car for peace of mind. It’s a Toyota and has under 100,000 miles always serviced at the dealer. Three months later took the car into the dealership for a regular oil change, and they found some of the motor mounts and a transmission mount needed to be replaced. They contacted Endurance where their agent abruptly denied the claim. I called Endurance and the agent told me the parts were wearing at the time we bought this warranty three months before therefore they would not cover it. (What?) Are you kidding me? They were wearing when we bought the warranty. I guess they could say that about any part they wanted to!
The agent was also very rude and mean. I want everyone to know about our experience with this company and I’m sure we’re not the only ones exclamation. The dealership believe it as well. We had made three payments. Drove the car 1200 miles which exceeded both of their Parameters for the warranty to take effect which is one month and 1000 miles. Buyer beware!

I purchased this contract over a month ago. At the time I was a customer of Car Shield for many years. I decided to shop around for a better price on our newest cash purchase and decided to give Endurance a try because of the extra benefits (which by the way are also not useful). Fast forward to current day now. My car check engine light came on and I took my car to the dealer to have it look at. I was told that my car has a Oil Leak in the coolant area and that it needed to be replaced. Surely, ENDURANCE would cover the repairs because it is a OIL LEAK in the ENGINE!!! Boy was I WRONG.
I called and spoke to several people! The first young lady I spoke to told me that it was covered (hints the reason why I gave permission to the dealer to repair). But when the dealer called ENDURANCE about the ENGINE OIL COOLANT LEAK they denied it!!!! WHAT!!! SO, you either need to educate your reps or someone MADE a costly error that affects my POCKET!
When I first Called this company the salesperson DID NOT offer me options of the different levels of coverage, he just came back with a price and the plan!! NO ONE! Expect the salesperson to NOT be on point with offering you the BEST coverage for the yr make and model of your car and had I known that I have options I would have picked the best of the best! So here we are coming out $1000's of dollars with a useless warranty that I will be cancelling and going back to car shield where at least I know NO ONE will give me a bunch of fluff and my 3 vehicles will (which 2 are still under the Car Shield policy) be covered!!

Filing a claim with Endurance was easy. It was the deal they said they would do. The dealership where I took my car to dealt with Endurance and everything was taken care of. I also talked with the Endurance reps and they were nice. They're an excellent company.

I purchased my policy in 2021 when my truck reached 100,000 called my dealership and they suggested them because they pay the service when it due. I paid my bill every month never made a claim. So I was pure profit for them. Went to dealership today for a oil change only to find out they canceled me in Dec 2023 because they were unable to charge my CC for the payment. They say they tried to call me. But when they called in May I answered the phone and fixed the issue. So I don't believe they called me at all. As I told the man on the phone I have been a good customer and feel like I am being punished because I have to start over.
I was paying 118.00 a month for their platinum plan. But because I am starting over it is now 250.00 a month so I had to take a less inferior plan to keep my payments with what I can afford. Mot to mention I have to wait 30 days and a 1000 miles when I told them I don't drive more than maybe 500 a month and it would take me 3 months to reach a 1000 a month. I found my new company. Their customer service answered my questions. They're a no contact company. I called my dealership and they haven't heard any negative about them. And they will give me their platinum plan for a little higher down payment but it still under 200 for down payment and monthly. So I suggest you do your due diligence and look elsewhere because Endurance isn't a good customer friendly experience! I wish I could give them negative stars!

They look for loopholes and anything to not honor your warranty, I replaced my valve body on my transmission out of my pocket. 8000 miles later my reverse went out which I filed a claim for and they told the dealership they weren’t paying for it and told me it had prior issues, my valve body isn’t the issue. My reverse gear is, 8000 miles later, anyway I lost Everything dealing with them. They took my money and left me in the cold, just use carshield. At least they buy you a drink before they bend you over.

I was pressured into buying the warranty that day for their "best deal." When I found a better deal, their customer service person was not what I would call exceedingly joyful. I felt pressured to stay. However, even though I could have saved $300 from what I bought from another company, due to the attitude, I took the loss. Customer service is very important!

I am very upset with Endurance and our Secure Plus plan. My mechanic jumped through hoops with multiple Endurance requests with an end result of a $0 payout. After reading the contract, I could not figure out why fuel injectors was not covered because it was not listed in part VIII for Exclusions - What is not covered. I am a repeat customer with Endurance after researching the best extended warranty company but I am now regretting my decision to get an extended warranty. Misleading contracts and loopholes is what give extended warranties such a bad name. I will be canceling my contract with them, never to return again. Extremely upset with Endurance.

Their warranty sucks, I had to put my truck in for a fuel pump replacement. It's a 2014 Dodge 1500 which has a electric pump on the tank so it's not covered (they only cover mechanical pumps). What vehicle after 2000 has a mechanical pump, the towing/roadside service is terrible. They dispatch a tow truck that's over 60 miles away for a tow when I only needed to go ten blocks which first truck never showed up. Had to call back for a second truck. That one was an hour away, (called a friend and towed it myself) had to rent a car for a week then they informed me that since my claim was denied the rental car coverage was also denied, when repairs were done so I'm out of pocket about 1800.00 for repairs and rental car plus out all the money in payments for the warranty.

I called to cancel my policy within 30 days and got a huge run around. Besides being on hold for over 40 minutes, I kept getting sales pitch after sales pitch to keep it. I called twice and to the same thing both times. It was finally cancelled.

What a joke. This company is not honorable. I was with Endurance for a few years, paid my fees on time, when my engine went out Endurance refused to do anything about it. They kept coming up with excuses. Do not trust this company. When I asked for a refund they told me the check was in the mail. That was over three weeks ago and still no check. Buyer beware. Hay Car Shield get ahold of me so I can do a commercial for you about Endurance and how they are a joke. I highly do not recommend this company. You can be paying your fees like me and when you need them they will stab you in the back.

This company is scam. I pay like almost $5000 for my BMW warranty. I had brought my car to dealership for fix yesterday. It had several issues. Need to repair. That was none for cover. Even like basic stuffs are not cover at all like water pump, brake, transmission, transfer case. Not even pay with car diagnostic. I paid this warranty for 2 years already and still have 8 payments to go and I never use their warranty and basically, I pay this company for nothing. I had bought some other car warranty before. It would be some issues were cover and some were not cover. I totally understand that. But not like this company, everything's not cover. For introduction, it said it is almost full cover only beside the engine.

This time when I was doing my claim has been Terrible. The claim has been in limbo for over a month. Thankfully the dealership is great and have given me a loaner until my Jeep is repaired. I have never been through anything like this. They told me at first it was maintenance so they would not cover it but the issue was found because the motor had to be torn down. It was nothing visible. The next excuse was that my tires were oversized but my Jeep isn’t even lifted. They have been going back and forth with me and the service manager about the issue because no one said I couldn’t change the tires and that every time I had a repair that I had to have them break the whole car down. I feel like they are just looking for any reason not to pay for the repair and that’s not cool cause I have to pay almost 8k for my Jeep to be up and running and they have had me waiting on the escalation department for two weeks!!!! Never again will I deal with this company!!!!

I like the way Endurance wrote out how their warranty was because I read most of the stuff that was covered and not covered. Recently, my car died out and I had to get it towed in. Endurance did not cover a few things that my dealership wanted to be replaced, which is disappointing. They covered $3,800 and I had to pay almost $2,500 out of pocket. Other than that, the claims process was okay. It took four days for them to approve it as they had to send someone out to the dealership because they weren't understanding it. I also sent them the tow bill because I had to pay upfront for it. I had to get towed to the house first then AAA towed it to the dealership. We'll see if they'll pay for that.

I made a call to Endurance and spoke with one of their representatives. He thoroughly explained the different packages that they were offering and how much it would cost me monthly in order to get it started. He did not pressure me. Customer service was real nice. They had several packages that I could be able to financially afford. It's pretty much what I needed that looks out for my motor and the transmission and the other things mechanically that's covered under the hood, as far as my tires and brakes.
Endurance advertised that they will handle everything and it pretty much takes the worry out of my lap. I'm good with it. It's the safest way to go without having the worry and the hassle of trying to find a mechanic, trusting a mechanic, and being able to afford what the mechanic is going to ask for payment in the end or at the beginning having you buy particular parts. At least with Endurance and their coverage, I could take it to a reputable mechanic and get a warranty. If they didn't satisfy that warranty, then they have to deal with Endurance. I can call Endurance back and let them know and they'll have to take it up with them for not handling the situation because Endurance will pay them for handling my problem.

We weren't happy with the provider we had and we got something in the mail about Endurance. They're the same kind of program but they don't use second and third parties. They handle everything themselves so I chose it. I was very satisfied with getting enrolled and all the information they gave. Also, I have roadside assistance and I can get a loaner if my car is damaged and had to be repaired.

I would compare trying to get a claim approved with Endurance with pushing a bowling ball up a hill with your nose. Very difficult and painful. I canceled the coverage and I can't even get a refund of 3 months of premiums for a policy I couldn't even use.

The Endurance rep answered my questions and laid things out for me where I can understand it. I made one claim once before, and it was expedited efficiently and without a problem. I just took my truck to my dealership where I bought it brand new, and they said, “Yes, we have dealt with Endurance before and we have no problem.” Sure enough, they got my truck fixed and Endurance paid for their part and I paid my part, and I'm happy.

Today I canceled my car warranty because it was almost done, with only a few more miles left. The woman that helped me cancel the warranty and tried to get me a lower price with more mileage. I wasn't able to and she understood why. She hassle and was very friendly.

Endurance is all right except they don't cover all parts that they advertise. I had to call some time and they quoted me one price and Endurance paid it, but I wound up paying more than my deductible. So, the experience has not been that good because they don't practice what they preach. The latest claim I tried to make was for my sensor, and I was going back and forth with them. They looked it up and they said it's not covered. When you listen to everything, it said it covers most parts, but that part wasn't covered. Also, the backup camera is good. They put the camera in, but I had to pay for the synchronization.

Endurance had good reviews, and so I called and got some estimates. They were willing to negotiate with me on the estimates or get the estimates to get the price. So, I went with them. Signing up was good. Everything was fine. They explained that I need to keep records on my car, and if I had an issue, the company that I will take my car to would have to notify them if it’s okay, or send someone else to look at it before they fix it. The coverage is great.

My car broke down on me on Saturday. I called today and spoke with Tabitha which is on Monday and she gave me the information I needed to call roadside assistance to have my car towed from home to the shop. Roadside assistance came on Saturday and told me from the place where I broke down to my home and they came in a timely fashion so this morning I spoke with Tabitha and she gave me all the information I needed to make it easy to talk with roadside assistance. Once speaking with roadside assistance they also let me know that there's a 72-hour grace period between towing for free services so other than that my experience with Tabitha was excellent. She's very knowledgeable about her job. Thank you.

Endurance gave me a pretty good spiel and I liked it. I signed up for a maintenance contract and it also had repair. The price was worth it. I paid it off and it's still active. And I still have odometer miles in months. So far, I used them at least five times. When I needed a service, they told me to go to the dealer and that when I got in, I should tell the dealership that I have the Endurance warranty. They told me to give them the number and that they'd call in the claim, then they'd give them my information and account number. Afterwards, Endurance said they'd pay for it then the dealership did the work. And then I was on my way. I used the warranty for mostly oil changes but one time, I had a bad tire and Endurance took care of it. They covered it all and I didn't have to pay anything. I haven't had to use the warranty for anything engine-related but I have no doubt that if I did, my experience would be good.

I'm well pleased with Endurance. Their customer service is good. The first claim took about two weeks which was a little slow but the last one that I did was straightforward and accurate. They were right on top of it. They ordered the part and did it. I got my car in less than a week. I was also able to get a car for my wait.

I like Endurance as it's cheaper. They told me what they offered and what it cost, bare bones. However, I pay them $117 a month for extra car insurance, but I never got anything from them stating what they cover. They only texted me that they just renewed the policy.

Endurance has different levels of coverage. The one I ended up getting was like what was on the car before it ran out. It has roadside assistance. If you lost your key fob or your tire's busted, within so many months after you got the coverage, they will cover that.

We had one claim, and Endurance paid for a partial on it. I've only needed to use them once in a couple of years, so the cost versus the need is a little out of balance. We have paid out a lot of money. All in all though, I’d definitely recommend Endurance. It's like having insurance. It's nice to have it there if you need it. We haven't had a need, which is a good thing.

I recently purchased a used vehicle with low mileage, and I was looking to get an extended warranty. I did a research online of the best warranty companies and Endurance came out with the best rating. The signup was professional. It was detailed, and the purchase of the insurance was confirmed to me and sent via email. I was able to print out documentation of the company and the service, what they cover and so forth. My policy goes into effect on April 27th. It covers everything, except wear and tear items like light bulbs, rotors and brakes. As of right now, everything seems to check out okay.

We had some issues because we were told when we got the policy that we would be dealing directly with the rep from Endurance and we found out he signed us up for extra stuff that we didn't want. So we had to go back and forth to get everything straightened out. We got credited but we ended up spending more money to begin with than we should have. He said I would be dealing directly with him and to give him a call if I have anything wrong. And that wasn't the case. He was trying to sell. But once we got everything straightened out, we were fine.
We've used the policy on each of our vehicles and it works perfectly. We had a heater core go on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler and it was $2,200 but all we had to pay was 100. We gave the servicemen all the information and they dealt directly with Endurance. We were only without the vehicle for a day and we already have another vehicle. We have rental and a couple of other things. But we didn't have any problems. Endurance is a good company for an aftermarket warranty.

Working with the Endurance rep went well and wasn't harassing like other companies. He was very helpful and he explained everything to me. I had no questions by the time I signed up for the full coverage and he sent me over the right plan. So far, I'm still going through the waiting period. But I looked over everything and I was very satisfied with my pricing and the services that I will be receiving. Having the warranty makes me feel very confident and I would tell my friends to go with them.

I recently purchased Endurance and the customer service was very nice. They said I could get a refund. My husband wasn't home. I asked the rep, if my husband came home and he wasn't happy, then I might have to cancel.

I was looking for full coverage and the Endurance reps were very helpful. With Endurance, I'm able to manage what I have to pay without it causing me hardship. I haven't had to use it yet, but I believe that if I ever have to use it, it will be okay.

The signup process at Endurance was good. It took a couple of hours and the reps were great.

The transaction went smooth. I had to wait a couple days for the money to show up before I could actually make the purchase but when I made the purchase, everything went smooth.
