    If I could rate a 0 I would. You pay all this money and when something happens, they use every excuse to not pay. The person they send to look at the vehicle knows nothing about vehicles so you are screwed with the bill. Would not recommend.

    I have been an Endurance customer since October 2023. I filed my first claim in May 2024, and after being without my car for 6 weeks and paying for a rental car out of pocket even though I specifically asked when purchasing my policy that I wanted car rental coverage when I would be without transportation and assured I would be covered. I was not! I was told my vehicle needed to be in the shop worked on a total of 8 hours a day to have a rental paid for that day. It took 3 and half weeks for an adjuster to come out and evaluate the issue when the vehicle was all prepared per their instructions and ready for them to view it. Mind you, I was still paying out of pocket for a rental when they were dragging their feet to do their job.

    After 6+ weeks and 21+ hours of labor required by Endurance, they denied my claim. Save your money and purchase your warranty with a better company that will take care of their customers and not just take your money and deny your claim without providing detailed written and photographs of why/how they came to deny your claim when this information was requested several times.

    I had the supreme policy and was told I would pay $108 which was a good price to cover everything. But when I got the paperwork in, it was $155, which was above my budget. I called Endurance and cancelled the policy. I was told I’d get my money back because it hasn't been 30 days but I'm very dissatisfied because they said they couldn't give me my money back.

    I bought my son a car and his car came with an extended warranty. I forgot about my daughter's car. I got online and started looking up different extended warranty programs. I looked at the reviews as far as what people had to say about Endurance and I liked the reviews that I've seen. I gave them a call. The sign-up process was very easy. There weren't a whole lot of extra questions. I had all my information. The gentleman I talked to gave me a good explanation of how the process works and how to file a claim if I needed to, and then we set up my automatic withdrawal, which is nice ‘cause we know we all forget sometimes. It was a great experience. I got an email of the policy. But I wish I had a little cheat sheet card with my policy number on it that could go into my wallet. I think that would be helpful.

    I purchased the warranty and decided to cancel a few months later because I traded my car in. I called to cancel. The salesperson told me I needed to get this notarized to cancel. I did it all on the same day, scanned all information and was told 4-6 weeks for a prorated refund. I called and each time they said the refund is on its way. Today I spoke with a gentleman who said someone didn’t push the button until yesterday so that’s another 4-6 weeks. I asked to speak to a manager and he was a manager! He apologized but I suspect Joseph ** is behind delaying my refund since he was the one emailing me and upset he couldn’t sell me another policy for a brand new car?!?

    This place is unethical and unprofessional! To delay a refund under $200 tells you a lot about this company! Please read all the reviews and pay attention. They are al very similar! The complaints are real. The staff is not customer friendly! I jumped through hoops to get the refund that they will probably delay again just because they can!

    The sales person they have at Endurance are liars and they are deceitful. The sales person never told me that my car has to use 1000 miles for the coverage to kick in. He only told me that I had to wait 30 days. I brought my car to the dealership and I was not eligible for coverage and the dealer is charging me $975 only to diagnose my car. The dealer is also refusing to give back my car until I pay. I am a victim twice and keep in mind that these people don't care about you. They only care about getting your money any way they can.

    If you want a good warranty company Endurance Is the company you want to get.. Endurance has never let me down.. With endurance it's like having bumper to bumper warranty. I'm so happy with the endurance. I have my children going through endurance. They're the best company. They covered practically everything in my car.. From timing chain to fuel pumps.. A lot of electrical units they have covered that's going to cost an arm and a leg. Thank you endurance for always being there for me..

    Gunnar**. 1 review. Disappointing, Sad and unbelievable has been my experience with Endurance. I foolishly trusted the sales rep and customer service that there word meant something when I pre purchased their plan on a vehicle I was purchasing. The purchase fell through and emailed the sales rep and called customer service within 14 hours of purchasing their extended warranties. I was going to cancel the plan but instead went it with the suggestion that was in their terms an easier solution of me just not cancelling and they would hold my money and rebates deals until I find my new vehicle.

    I hung up feeling ok about Endurance Warranties holding my 265.00 until I purchase a new car. Fast forward 40 days. I get a notice that I am late with my payment. I called and explain the circumstance to the customer service agent who sent me to two other people who told me there was nothing to worry about. My message would be noted and the late notice payment should be ignored. When I purchased my vehicle an Audi S8 I was denied a warranty with no reason why. Bummer but no big deal. Was I mistaken, after another run around I was finally given this form that I needed to fill out that needed to be notarized. A real hassle if you work to get a notary and have the vehicle's information. Impossible if you never owned the car. When calling about my situation I was told that my plan was cancelled because of a non payment and that I was not going to get a refund and there was no one else to speak to about the Issue.

    I have never lost my cool on a Customer service person who was helping solve my dilemma no matter the outcome was not in my favor. Because of this woman’s tone, splaining and dismissive attitude towards my wanting my refund. I lost my cool and said some things I shouldn’t. I don't know a person who would not lose their mind when being robbed while being talked down to laughed at. I never have been treated so poorly by a customer service person or a company in my 57 years on this planet.

    The rep that I talked to was very informative. We spent about 15 minutes on the phone and ended up getting about exactly what I had had before. But there were a couple of other options available to me price-wise, which worked out a little better. It was fine. They were professional and informed and it seemed to be a pretty good deal. I didn't realize it was an ongoing payment for a while for a number of years. And actually, it was more than I wanted to spend. I called them back and was gonna cancel it and they worked out something that actually was even better for about the same, actually, for a lesser cost that was more accessible to me.

    My F-150 has been in the shop for over a week awaiting approval for repairs from Endurance Warranty Services. They were sweet and quick to sell me an extended warranty for my 2014 F-150 but they treat you like an insignificant number when you file a claim. Do not purchase a policy from this company. My truck is sitting at the Nogales, Arizona Ford dealership, Horne Ford awaiting approval for repairs and the dealer suspects that they will deny my claim to repair my truck. I am so upset at Endurance.

    My mother is 85 and has paid this extended warranty in FULL! She had the full package. Now we have a problem and they refuse to pay to fix it. The motor blew up due to a problem with the Oil Control Valve. It was full of oil and had just been recently serviced by the dealer. It has been almost a year that we have been battling with them and they refuse. I get sent to one person then another. We have jumped through hoops for them. Sent them paperwork from the dealership, had it checked by a certified mechanic and they won't even inspect what the mechanic did. They refuse to pay the bill for any of it, won't even let the inspector come out to inspect the issue!!

    The rep who sold me the warranty was great. However, I lost my job a week after getting coverage and called to cancel. WHAT A HASSLE. The first person I talked to tried to talk me into a lower price and I said I really don't wanna hear it and he kept going on and on. I got angry and said please just cancel and he had the nerve to ask me what is wrong with me for being angry. Uh, I LOST MY JOB. Very unprofessional for him to ask that. And then proceeds to put me on hold for 10 minutes as if to avoid me. I called back and was hung up on.

    Called again and was automatically put on hold because they know who's calling and was on hold for 10 minutes again so I hung up. Another call and ask for a supervisor, and the operator said the warranty has been canceled so there's no need to talk to a supervisor. Are you serious, I asked for a supervisor, that's what I expect to happen so I can voice my frustration of how difficult I find the process to cancel. Because of that, I won't consider Endurance again. And if you think you're just going to do the 30-day trial and see what the policy is all about and if not impressed or something happens that you have to cancel be prepared for a run around.

    It was easy with Endurance. It only took me 30 minutes once we agreed on the package. The salesman was a very polite young man, gave me all the info I needed, and made sure I got what I wanted at a decent price. He wasn't pushy and offered up everything to me. I'm in sales and the one thing that I do not like and teach my men is do not push. When a customer says no, it's no. Recommend, require, and move on. I'd tell others to call Endurance, especially for the different warranties they carry. They have excellent warranty. They cover things that I didn't think they were gonna cover like the air conditioning and the electronics. I have a new BMW and my concern was if one of those $1,000 sensors goes bad, it's gonna come out of my pocket or theirs. But between that and the deductible, Endurance went above and beyond on what I expected.

    NO STARS--I purchased an extended warranty with Endurance to cover my recently purchased 2014 gmc yukon. 1st time financing a car so I wanted to make sure it was taken care of and covered god forbid anything were to happen to it. Well something did happen. We were driving it and it started acting funny out of nowhere and the check engine light came on. We parked and had it towed to a shop to get looked at and come to find out that the cylinders were collapsed on 3&7 and as well as the camshaft had damage. The car has been in the shop for 3 weeks going now and they have denied my claim even though every part and thing that is wrong with my vehicle is stated as being a covered part leaving me with a 9000 bill at the dealership as well as in debt for the car that now cannot run.

    I bought this for the security of knowing if something were to happen it would be taken care of and I was reassured many times that it was going to be approved because as I stated it was all covered parts. I am now involving a lawyer to get to the bottom of this because it is BULL you pay for a 5000 extended warranty over 5 years but now that it is time for them to pay up claim is denied. There are no supervisors ever that know anything or that are willing to help and their 3rd party ccd claims company are rude, not helpful at all and are impossible to talk to or get any information from. Don't do it. I highly recommend looking into other companies. They had no problem taking my money but now that it's time for them to pay up they are refusing.

    I got Endurance at the end of April and the beginning of May and initially, I had to pay $150. I had to wait 30 days and I got back to them when I was ready to go. And then, the rep said 1,000 miles. And I asked what it was for. She said I have to drive 1,000 miles before my warranty kicks in. I asked if that’s 30 days or 1,000 miles, whatever comes first or both. She said it was both and I said I won't put 1,000 miles on this car in a month. I told the rep she didn't mention these 1,000 miles a week or so ago and she said she did. She didn’t because I was reading off my notes.

    To get that warranty to kick in on May 30th with the payment, I had to google the town that is in the 500-mile radius and the only one was Redding. That was 442 miles. So, I drove 897.5 miles in two days to get that warranty to kick in because Endurance is gonna take the money no matter what and I had to get it out of the way. I didn't appreciate that. I went the 1,000 miles and it was fun. But to a degree, it's dangerous to drive in California with all these semis. I'm in no rush for something to occur with the car. Chevy will diagnose it and if it could be covered, they'll call Endurance like we do with CNA. And either they say yes or no, and we just take it from there. I have a $200 deductible on this and 18 months of payments but that’s fine. That'll give me time to get other stuff out of the way and see what I wanna do with the car.

    Even though I had read good reviews about Endurance, I wasn't real sure of myself, nor did I know what all this would involve, when I did call. So, encouraged by the favorable reviews, I was feeling more confident and hopeful. In just a couple mins, a very upbeat, friendly person, by the name of Peter, came on the line. He was very polite, and listened carefully, trying to sort out all I was sharing about the car, and what might be a good plan for me. It was getting late in his work day, but he remained patient, and positive. He told me about a couple diff plans, but then zeroed in on one that really stood out to me. He gave me a few quotes, and options. When he got done, I said, "Are you sure?" It just sounded too good. So I just let him talk a little more, to refresh my memory, but thinking to myself, his calculations must be a little off.

    I was embarrassed, but again I said, are you really sure? Thinking it should be costing more. Poor guy, bet he's glad to be nearly done with this call! And he was done. At that point, I didn't have to think about it anymore, or sleep on it. I agreed to the offer he presented to me. Throughout our conversation, he would refer to Endurance, and the good things he liked about it. I could tell he was proud to be a part of it. That showed me how much he respected the company he worked for. When that kind of a msg, from a stranger, comes thru on the phone, that's really saying something. He's representing Endurance, and it was genuine. Thank you for letting me share a very good experience I had, talking to Peter, as this may help others faced with a difficult decision, but turning it into an easy one. Thank you Peter.     I saw a commercial for Endurance by Danica Patrick. I think that Danica Patrick is an upstanding person and would not be endorsing a fly-by-night company. So, I called Endurance and I talked to their representative for about an hour and decided to buy the product. The signup was great. The representative was very forthright, told me everything, and answered all my questions. The product is fairly priced in comparison to some of the other quotes that I had gotten, but I have not had any claims. I've only had the product for a month, and I'm not even sure I'm out of the waiting period already, but so far, nothing's happened with my truck.

    I’m not satisfied. I took my truck to the shop yesterday, and about two hours later, the rep told me I should go ahead and have it towed back home because he didn't think it was gonna make it home. AAMCO said that I was gonna need a transmission, and Endurance isn't willing to pay for what needs to be fixed. I have an older model car, but that was the whole reason I bought the coverage, because I knew I was gonna put it on the road. If something happened, I wanted to be able to protect myself, and something did happen. We did a few road trips for the summer.

    What is a transmission? How much is that, and how much will Endurance cover? The rep said that it depends on the Blue Book value at the time. When they were selling me this warranty, that was never mentioned. It was about this great thing and what they do. Now, I need them to do it, and they're not coming through. I also took my truck to my friend for him to do a diagnostic on it, and he said about the same thing AAMCO said. So I'm wondering, “Who's gonna fix my truck, and what am I paying for?”

    I've been on the Endurance website, and it's very user-friendly. Unfortunately, it's on with MEPCO who does the automatic draft from your account. The MEPCO website is a nightmare, and the customer service person that I spoke with yesterday was very rude. Still, the rep I dealt with during signup was very professional. It all depends on who people get over the phone, because every customer service rep is not the same even within a company. I'm a customer service manager on my job and it runs the gamut. Endurance's price is also a little high in comparison to the other ones that I've looked at, but I will know more when I have to use it if it's worth it.

    The reps were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They talked about what the rate would be and went over the basic coverages that the policy would cover. When I asked about the senior citizen discount, they went on and gave me a different estimate as far as the price for that. They told me that I would have 30 days to determine whether or not I wanted to keep the policy. So, it should be 30 days from that initial down payment. I gave them the information as far as getting a direct debit from my account. And 30 days later, which should be coming up pretty soon, they would go and begin the policy if I decided I wanted to keep it or if I didn't decide I wanted to keep it. As long as I didn't contact them back and say, "No, this is not for me," then I would expect the policy to be in place within 30 days.

    The gentleman who signed me up sold me a bill of goods. He told me I was gonna get my booklet in the mail. I told him that I needed two of them because I want my mechanic to have one and I wanna have one. He said, "Okay, we'll take care of that." He made Endurance sound like it was the greatest thing. He was very nice and polite. Hopefully, what he said is true. According to him, it covers everything except maintenance product. Maintenance being batteries, tires, brakes, windshield wiper blades, and oil changes.

    If you have an account that's got money in it and you're willing to set up monthly payments, Endurance will take it. I signed up with them and it was easy. Then, I got a letter saying that due to the price increase, they could no longer do the deal. We got it straightened out and I got a different policy. Within a month, I got another letter and had to call. They told me that didn’t apply to me because I was not trying to get another vehicle or starting a new policy. But it does not explain it as that. Just this last week, I got another letter and went through the same process with them. I don't believe too much in contracts anymore because of what happened, not just with Endurance, but with other companies too. I haven't had to use the warranty but I want it just in case because repairs could almost be more than the car's worth.

    Endurance Auto Warranty seemed to be a well respected company and to have the best policy. So, I thought I'd give them a chance. A guy called me back within half an hour to see if he could answer any questions for me. And I signed up. The cost was less than what I had found through a car dealership, which was not surprising, and seemed better coverage.

    The rep was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He might have stuff in front of him, but he rattled off all the things that it would cover and the cost. And I like that I didn't have to buy into a 10-year policy. It's a month by month, which was nice. Because in that way, if I sell the car, I would not be under any extended contract that I would have to try to get out of, or try to sell off to somebody else with the car. Nobody else did a month to month. It was 48 months, and this is what the cost is. And I would have paid the whole thing up front. So, a monthly plan was a better option. If my experience with Endurance continues with any type of a claim, they're a very good company.

So the 10th, I'm calling to make a payment, and they were telling me I don't pay until next month. I was like, "I don't understand that because that's never been explained to me." Then next day, I look on my account. They've taken an automatic payment out. I didn't sign up for automatic payment. That's what I got a problem with, but I'm not worried about it.     My car is eight years old and just went over 100,000 miles. The rep told me what he thought the best package was because the car would probably have stuff start going wrong with it. I took the Diamond package at $129 a month. Getting started with them was fairly easy and they didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want. I wanted every major thing covered. With the car going 100,000 miles and being as old as it is other than when you put it in park, sometimes it doesn't sense that, so you get a deal on the dash that says, “Shift to park.” The car won't turn off unless you get that off of there. But there was a recall on that so it was fixed.

    We took our 2018 Honda Pilot into the dealership on Friday May 25, 2024 for a check engine light and a noise we heard while driving. The dealership informed us on Tuesday May 28. The issue was a valve in the transmission, and we would need a replacement. Endurance was notified that day, and we were assigned an adjuster. Our dealership had to reach out several times before finally showing up on Friday June 7th unannounced at 4:00 pm. Our dealership representative had already left for the day and was not able to speak to the adjuster. The adjuster took the car for a 5-minute drive returned to tell a mechanic on duty that there was nothing wrong with the car.

    As of today, June 14th the issue has not been resolved with NO response from Endurance. We called Endurance ourselves and were told that we couldn't go get the car because we have a claim that has been started. And they would not pay if there were further damage to the car. We are stuck with no car. Endurance is the worst Warranty insurance company ever.

    I sold my car and called about my warranty and wanting to cash out the policy. The gentleman I spoke to told me I had paid over $1000 into it and I would only receive $199 back. He told me the best thing to do would to be a freeze on the account. I explained that I wasn’t sure when I planned to get another vehicle and he said that wouldn’t be a problem and we could continue payments when this happened. I also moved and asked to update the address on file. My old neighbor gave me mail that was coming to the old address and I saw a letter from Endurance showing my policy was terminated.

    I immediately called and wanted to know why this happened. The man I spoke to told me it was non payment and the account was closed. I explained I called and told him my story and I asked to speak to someone above him. He put me on hold for 10 minutes to tell me someone above him would not take the call due to non payment. This is robbery. He even saw in the notes where I spoke to someone about the cash out. They said they attempted to call and left a message which I didn’t receive and the only letter was termination. I never received a warning letter and if I did the address was never updated so I wouldn’t have received it in time. How many other people are they doing this to? I deserve my cash out that I asked for.

    I purchased an extended warranty from them 4 years ago when I bought a 2010 Audi S5. I have had 3 things happen to my car during this time. My radiator went out, something with a gear and lastly my transmission needed some work. Each time they denied the claim and work. Always stating that yes we cover radiator, we cover transmissions however we do not cover the thing in the radiator that caused the damage...same logic with the transmission. Needless to say they are worthless and a rip off. Buyer beware.

    There was some discrepancy in my records with Endurance. I read my mileage wrong. But that was cleared up and so far, I'm pleased with them. When I signed up, their reps were very personable and informative, yet very professional. So, I appreciated them. They said that everything was covered mechanically from the front to the back of my vehicle. They also said that the policy includes roadside assistance, tire rotation, electrical coverage, transmission, and motor. Plus, if need be and for some reason I couldn't utilize my car, I could get a loaner. Even though I'm spending a little extra money every month, the warranty is well worth it. With the cost of cars now, the best thing you could do would be to invest in Endurance insurance where you could not have to go into that money of buying a new car. And whatever problems or concerns you're having with your car, it could be well taken care of for $126 a month. That works for me since I'm on a fixed income.

    The only thing I don't like about Endurance is, that they have the thing that's 1,000 miles and a month. The other companies don't have that. I had a problem with my vehicle and they wouldn't cover it because it hadn't been 1,000 miles yet. We got it fixed and had to pay it out-of-pocket. But the coverage seems good and when I signed up, it was easy. I called and talked to a rep. He explained things to me. He talked me through everything and signed me all up. It took about 15 minutes.

    I signed up my daughter's car on April 17th and on May 17th, I was looking at the app and it said my payment hadn't been received. So I called Endurance and I said I don't understand because I have an automatic payment. The automatic payment didn't come out that day for the first month. The girl said that when I signed up, I had given them 125,000 miles on the car and they gotta update the mileage. They switched me to somebody else and the guy said that it’s been more than 30 days since I took out the policy. It was 31 days so they would have to rewrite the policy. We had to start all over again. They rewrote it and that was the 17th of May. They said that it was effective then.

    On the 30th of May, I got a phone call from Endurance saying that they had taken out a $29 reinstatement charge. And the guy called me up and said they were gonna refund the $29 but there's a $95 start-up fee. They said there was no equity in the account. They’ve taken out two payments from me already and they said that was the old account. And now it’s a new account. I was just looking at my policy and it says that if it was canceled within 90 days, they're supposed to give me all the money back. But it says that if I cancel. And because they canceled it, they don't have to give me the money back. I told the guy this sounds like fraud to me. Regardless, I gave them the $95 and asked if this policy was gonna go into effect on May 17th, which was when I took it out. They said yes. But then I got the policy that starts on May 30th.

    I put my son's car on there on the 17th of May and that's all in effect, and that has the right mileage on it. When I took my son's policy, the very next day, I got an email asking me to update the mileage, because I didn’t have the exact mileage on me that day. I called Endurance and I updated the mileage, and everything went through fine.

    Signing up was very easy, straightforward and nice. The reps were very cooperative with signing up. But then this. I even asked what would happen if I didn't call to find out why it says that my payment is late and the next day, I went in and brought my car in, and they have an active policy. The guy said they probably would have honored it because the mileage would have been past 1,000 miles. So it's past 1,000 miles from 125, but it's only 2,000 miles more, so it's not considered crazy. And they probably would have done that. He said that if I read my contract, I’ll see that it says I have 30 days to update it. But I got an email about my son’s and I asked why I never got an email about that.

    The guy said that the guy who was talking to me was new. I asked what that had to do with me. They didn't train their people properly when they were selling it and I gotta pay two months payments. They won’t even credit me for the $95 out of the 200 that I paid them. Now I'm wondering what's gonna happen if I submit a claim. But the overall price is good and I don't have any problem with that. I had to pay extra as a first-timer, so it was comparable to the extended warranties I put on the car when I bought the car.

    The representative was great. I wanted to make sure that I got the best price and what would meet my needs without hitting my bank account so hard, and given the consideration of how much it costs to get a car repaired. I only have one vehicle. So, if something goes wrong, I'm up a creek without a paddle. I continued looking and talking with Endurance and they were able to work with me to get good coverage and get what I needed for a reasonable price. I particularly like that I paid for three years and I still got two more years' worth of coverage. I'm 73 years old. If I'm still alive five years from now, I'll be satisfied.

    The customer service told me I was gonna get a hard copy and an email copy of the contract, and I didn't get the hard copy. I wanted a hard copy to keep in my car so, I was a little disappointed in that. I eventually ended up printing off what I got but I'm still not satisfied. I wanna be able to sit down and peruse it at my leisure and I can reference it easily without having to see if my computer or internet is working. I pay $104 a month to Endurance. I live in Florida. So, I'm looking at over $3,000 a year in homeowner insurance and $1,200 a year in car insurance. So, it was a hard decision to make. Endurance is not the cheapest but sometimes getting the cheapest is what you get.

    I got to go to the Mercedes Benz service center because there's a problem with the engine turn-on of my car. There's too much noise and shaking. The dealership said that I should use my Endurance warranty and that they could call them. But they said that the labor charges are high and Endurance doesn't want to pay something like that. My warranty is paid and I have full coverage. So, I have to pay the $100, then they'd have to pay the full amount. But the problem is the dealer is very busy and they need to do the appointment.     I used the policy once when my car had an issue and Endurance covered the majority of the work. My car had the check engine sign and it wasn't even a big issue because it was just the gas cap.     Terrible company, liars and smoke throwers, they messed me over on my repairs, I had to come out of pocket! Left a review on the BBB and was promised a refund check in June/July last year. Check was never sent (wow). Fast forward a year later they say "You didn't sign the email." Ok fine, I sign it and am guaranteed a check (2 months ago) guess what...It never came, of course. Now they're saying they have to do an investigation about if it was cashed. (Doubt they ever did) now they're just holding it more saying it's still being investigated, even though it was promised this week. Save yourself the drama and go with someone else. I use Carshield now and they're much better. Oh! And they had the nerve to send me a policy lapse letter in the mail this week...Wow!!!

    I would not use Endurance Warranty. I purchased my car in 2023 and because the previous owner had it diagnosed in 2022, they will not cover my repairs, stating preexisting conditions. How was I to know the car was previously diagnosed with the same issue. It didn't have any issues when I purchased in 2023. I didn't have any issues until 2024.     Not interested! Had very bad experience with Endurance and CarShield!!!! It's all a legalized rip-off for customers!!! I paid 260 a month to Endurance for two vehicles over a year!!! To be covered! So I wouldn't have to pay out-of-pocket expenses in case something happened to my vehicles! And on one of my vehicles front calibers went bad and seized up and burnt through the brake hoses causing very expensive repair! Contacted Endurance Auto and ask and made sure that calibers were covered! They said yes and they told my vehicle to get repaired! Once the claim was filed and the mechanic explain what happened that the calibers seized and no lubricant due to hoses burnt because of heat from calibers seized!

    My claim was denied due to the explanation of the verbiage of using the words seized and no lubricant! That the mechanic used to describe the reason the calibers broke! How else, do you describe calibers not working? Endurance denied my claim and left me with out-of-pocket expense of over two thousand dollars!!!! I was highly upset and canceled my policy on both of my vehicles and I have yet to be reimbursed!!!! And I went through the same experience with Car Shield a few years ago!!! With that said that's why I do not trust or am I going through any more car coverage warranties because it's a waste of money that I don't have! False advertisement, and they can deny any claims if they choose to and come up with clauses in the claims like certain verbiage used by the mechanic to describe why your vehicle needs to be repaired!!!

    I had a policy a few years ago on my BMW. I had this policy for a year. My drive shift shifted and hit my oil pan gasket and all the oil leaked and blew my motor.     Trash they needed me to approved, tear down of the engine before they would even accept anything. They said it would be accepted, then they denied it now. I have to pay seven thousand dollars from a little loophole they had in the contract. They are a huge scam and the dealer said they are not going to work with them anymore because they are a big scam.

    I'm with this company that's really patient. Kind sweet understanding to make sure that you understand what they're talking about. They are not going to get off the phone until they are done with your questions. If you do not understand it after that you see the price and stuff, they still gonna have staff. That's gonna be patient to explain everything to you correctly. I still didn't understand it for past couple days. But then all of a sudden, I caught on to what they're saying. There's 2 different companies. They work with and I have one of them. And I'm glad I have this company. Cause my car be down so many times can we spin out-of-pocket just pay? For the dispenses of our cars.

    Signing up with Endurance was fine. The only thing that left me questioning my decision at the end was the fact that there's a 30-day and a 1,000-mile waiting period, and that was not made clear. The rep said it was 30 days or 1,000 miles. When he reviewed everything he had told me, then I heard it has to be both. So, that that needs to be clarified when you're trying to sell that. He also told me that I got the super secret package, which also included certain other things. It was for a couple of months and that was one of the reasons I went with Endurance but at the end when he was recapping everything, none of that is available until 30 days and 1,000 miles. One of the things I wanna do is get an extra key fob, which was part of the additional package that apparently was included but I had to wait 30 days and 1,000 miles.

    The sign up process was very easy. By the time you get to the end and get ready to do the payment, Endurance gives you an idea on what your pricing is. So it made it very easy to make my decision. They sent me a couple of emails and gave me links to their terms and conditions in the contract. I downloaded all of that and it was very simple to do. I've been very pleased with everything so far. The only thing is that if you ask them real specific on a specific item, they're no help at all with their chats. So it's good that they do give you a phone number. You can actually talk to a person and get more in depth on what you're trying to ask and get a better answer.

    My policy with Endurance covers everything but normal maintenance. Signing up with them was easy but they should have a more adjustable pay period. For example, if you sign up on the 15th, you got to pay a month, then you can move the due date to another day of the month. You need to be able to sign up for a certain day and you can't with them. You also pay a late fee if you drag it out until you get the money. Other than that, their rep was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

    I would give these guys a negative number if possible. I bought a warranty 6 months ago, 3 times I had a issue, 2 times they would NOT fix it. Then they tried to tell me because it's converted it's a commercial vehicle, which they knew 10 months ago I drove it as such. Part time. But not since 8/4/2023. I took warranty out 12/18/2023. I had double surgeries. I'm still off work. Then just a few days ago when I was arguing With them about this, they told me they would sell me a commercial vehicle policy add on, and I would have to start my waiting period all over. After they knowingly sold me a policy they wouldn't pay on!!! Why wasn't I offered that in the beginning. They just took my money, SCAM.

    Signing up with Endurance was easy to do. It doesn't cover the simple everyday stuff like oil and coolant leaks but it covers the bigger ticket items. If something major happens, the price would be worth it. There's also a partial coverage for roadside service and tires. If you have a tire on your vehicle that's $500, they give 100 bucks towards that. I like that Endurance has a 20-year limit on the vehicle. The mileage is limited to another 100,000 miles. The contract is five years long so you're limited to 20,000 miles a year. The average vehicle is 12,000 miles a year.

    There's 30-day grace period that they give you so you have time to read the 45-page policy and if you don't wanna do it after you read the contract, you can cancel it. You don't know exactly what's covered until you read everything. There could be better ways to print it out so that it's easier to understand. There could be one column of everything that's covered, another column to show a certain percentage of compensation like for the tires, and another column for what's not covered.

She also informed me that they have home warranties available if I was ever interested. Nothing like Guardian company. Rude, wouldn't request a supervisor as I requested multiple times. argumentative and disrespectful. Refused to inform me of the cost. etc. The price was about $150.00 more total, but It was well worth it in the end.     I had a gut feeling when I purchased this policy in March of this year I was going to have regret it and have buyer's remorse. Well it has been proven true. The customer service is lacking the service part. Emergency road side assistance is non existent and operated by a third party whom treats you that way. For a company tag line to be Confidence driven I have NO Confidence and would never recommend or refer. If it took 2 days to get a tow God only knows how long it will take to get my reimbursement. Buyer Beware.

    STAY AWAY, THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS. I bought a warranty about 2 months prior on my wife's 2015 Mini Cooper, with 50,000 miles, running well. The car started running badly, so we took it to our local Mini Cooper dealership and had it checked out. They called ENDURANCE to file a claim, so they came out and denied the claim due to sludge in the engine and said it was poorly maintained. This was verified by Mini of the woodlands, not be true, and said the car was well maintained, like it should be. We also provided Endurance with all of our receipts of oil changes. And my service advisor called them that they did not know what they were talking about, but still denied the claim. STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN, TOTALLY A SCAM AND WILL DO WHAT EVER POSSIBLE TO NOT PAY YOUR CLAIM. SCAM, SCAM SCAM COMPANY!!!!

    I purchased the top-of-the-line warranty for my 2016 Cadillac ATS in February 2024. I was told it was the best coverage, just like the factory warranty. A month ago my car started having some driveability problems. A lack of power in second gear. I took the car to a ASE-certified repair shop. Long story short, the connections on the ECU had corroded from a coolant leak. It had to be replaced and reprogrammed. The repair shop submitted a claim. Bottom line is I’m out $3700! So much for $100 deductible. Don’t waste your money on this warranty.

    My experience with Endurance did not work out well at all. Every single problem we had, they claimed they didn't cover. All we kept getting, "That's maintenance, that's maintenance, that's maintenance." They were big items that happened to the car a month after we got the coverage and everything that we went over with them at the time was, "We don't cover this, we don't cover that. Anything that's maintenance, we don't cover." But they don't tell you that at the time that you're signing up and putting out the money, that they don't cover maintenance situations. I was impressed at the time that we were signing up with them. But I'm really regretting it.

    On 5/21/2024, I contacted Endurance for help in getting new strutts or shocks on my 2015 Lincoln MKZ. When I initially received my warranty, I was given the incorrect one. I should have had the Diamond Extension since this was what I received on our Explorer XLT 2015. I asked the rep if I had the same coverage, and she alluded to the fact that I had the same coverage. At this time, I had 74,406 miles on my car. When I finally received my warranty book and my warranty card, I realized I did not have the Diamond warranty.

    This was changed on March 25, 2024. At this time I had 77,000 miles on my car. At the time that I spoke with Tim, when I realized I had a problem with my car, he said since I had did not have 78,000 miles on my car, the warranty was not valid to pay for the repairs. If the correct warranty had been issued, I would not have had this problem. I am upset that Endurance did not go back to my initial warranty, that was not done correctly, and the mileage should have been recognized for 3,000 additional miles on my car.

    Endurance refused to pay for any repairs on my car. Since the Diamond warranty is pretty much, Bumper to Bumper, I feel my repairs should have been covered since I had 3,000 more miles on my car from when the incorrect warranty was issued. To say the least, I am very upset with Endurance. I will keep this coverage, but since I had paid Endurance around $2000+, then I feel my repairs should have been paid, or even a percentage.

    I asked to speak with a manager, administrator or the CEO, but I held for over 30 minutes, then the phone was disconnected. Everything is fine when you are set up for this warranty, then when you ask for their help in paying for repairs, there are too many loopholes that they find to deny a claim. I am so upset I feel the Attorney General in NC needs to be aware of my specific problem.

    I have not been offered plans with pricing? A gentleman called me yesterday after I requested info and he sent 1/2 of the call telling me how great Endurance was, and the other half talking down CarShield and the other top companies. He couldn't or wouldn't quote me any prices. I told him I wanted to pricing on the different plans but never did. Just kept talking about how great Endurance was. I told him I would never purchase from ANY company without offers in writing. He finally agreed to send me quotes by email (Like 2 others have) already. 2 days later and he has sent me nothing!!

    Horrible warranty company. Had an issue and after taking my car to the dealer they denied the wheel bearing as "pre existing" yet the issue just started. They can say anything is pre existing based on the contract verbiage on page 4. So here I sit with a $2K warranty and a $1500 bill for a covered service. Now I am stuck with a trash warranty company. I should have known better than to buy one of these after market warranties but thought a big company like this would stay true to their word. Obviously not. DO NOT BUY!!!!

    I have a Secure Plus plan with no claims for 3 1/2 years. I now have a problem with starting or shutting down. My Kia dealer says it is due to a Gear Shifter Assembly. It is a sporadic issue but what happens if I am out of town and it won't let me turn car off or on? Dealer and I have called Endurance and they indicate this part is not covered?? They are sorry but can not cover the claim. So now I have an expensive warranty plan and it fails to cover a problem starting or shutting down my vehicle. This is a sorry coverage when a specific part is omitted from coverage.

    Purchased Endurance insurance for my car. The first claim I put in they denied because they say the car had carbon build up which is normal but it was due to clay in the engine which is not normal.     When I purchased my policy the customer rep insured me that my 2020 Murano, was covered quote "Bumper-to-bumper" Premuim, and the first claim I made was on the seat belt light was denied. I had to pay over 7 hundred dollars out my pocket. The Nissan tech couldn't believe I was denied. I didn't hesitate to notify Endurance customer service. My claim was denied!

    I called customer service management, and they claimed it a safety issue and by law not no company insured that type safety issue. The Nissan tech told me that wasn't true, Allstate covered the same issue two weeks prior. So, I called as a new customer and asked the customer rep specifically hypothetical about a seat belt issue, just as I thought, the agent said the same line, sure "Bumper-to-bumper" so I asked to speak to the supervisor and revealed who I was, and my situation. She then backtracked and said no it's no included. Now I wonder what's the next issue and what Endurance will say. It won't matter because Next month I'm canceling my policy.

    Thieves, stay away from them! After 3 months, I tried to cancel my policy on a used jeep I had just purchased since Endurance wouldn’t pay for the repairs the jeep specialist said it should have because Endurance said it had a lift kit. I bought the jeep as is; I didn’t know anything about a lift kit. The Endurance rep on the phone was so rude and mocking. I completed the required paperwork for cancellation that same day. I had to call this company 5 times because they kept sending me bills and notices of out of warranty. They delayed a check to me, taking two weeks to cancel the policy. Of the $506 I paid them, they sent me a check for $92.43. This company kept over 80% of the money I paid, and they did absolutely nothing!

    I signed a contract for a warranty in 2019 for my F150. I have had zero problems with my truck thus far (68000 miles). Started having an issue, so I brought it to my local dealer to find out the problem. Turns out, I need a new torque converter and main control. Endurance specialist dragged their butts for 5 days reviewing the claim. This morning I am told by the dealership that Endurance will only cover around 75% of repairs. I feel cheated. I was told if I ever had a problem it would be taken care of and all I had to pay was $100 deductible. And the rental coverage is crap as well. $50 a day/ 5 days max. There is no way in hell I can rent a vehicle even close to mine for that price. Will not be renewing my contract in November.

    Our Cadillac CTS had transmission problems. Cadillac dealer determined that it needed replacing with a new transmission (roughly $9000 total). Endurance paid for only the transmission part that initially failed and caused the damage to the entire transmission, but only that part. They paid $3500 and I paid $5500. They said that the first time the transmission slipped, I should have known that it must immediately be parked and not driven any further. All damage after the initial part failed is my expense. This company is not what they advertise. Big promises on the advertising side, but they do not follow through with the protection. I would recommend finding a better auto warranty company than Endurance.

    We purchased our warranty from them and although it was easy to sign up AND the agent was knowledgeable, When we went to use the warranty and make a claim, it turned into a nightmare. The claim was denied because they said (It was an existing condition that was happening for some time) not very specific on 'some time' what does that mean -They couldn't provide an answer for us on that front.

    Also the fact that we did not see any leaks from the car and/or had any coolant issues (from what they said) 'You would not have seen the issue as it was internal to the motor itself'. Again WTH does that Mean!! And BTW according to Mazda USA, this is a known issue with a service bulletin for it. Don't recommend. Wring the BBB as well on these clowns. Even getting the car towed was a nightmarish process!!!

    There are loopholes in their policy coverage sections allowing them to deny claims, especially large ones. Contract lawyers write these types of policies and know how to "word" them so they get out of paying. We filed a claim when our power steering failed and they said it was "electrical" and denied the $4300 repair. The section under steering in our policy listed all types of components covered including "electronic control." The plan costs $4300 so they would not have made any money with us. We believe this is why they denied the claim. We are ending our relationship with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

    I was told Endurance would cover bumper to bumper. I accepted that but foreign cars have different parts and names. Which don't always match Endurance parts and names. Didn't read contract until after signing via docusign. I had accepted all that was said to me over the phone. Still I was working with a great guy who understood my part needs, over a period of a few months....although could not cover the parts I needed for replacement.     Misleading when you sign up, they will accept my monthly premium but will not cover any work needed that is covered by their services because it is just over the 1000 miles, that the require and 5 months after paying their premium will not cover any work needed.     Very bad experience with Endurance. Fast to take your money, slow to pay a claim. Did not cover what they said was coverable when I signed up. Would not cover my window regulator which was covered in my policy which was covered under electrical components. Very dishonest and untrustworthy. Very hard to cancel the policy. One big fraud. Do yourself a favor and put away $100 dollars a month in savings to use for car repairs instead of throwing away your hard earned money to these scammers. I threw away a $1000 plus and got nothing in return. Warning warning. I repeat run away.

    I like the amount of coverage that Endurance has on their extended warranties. They seem to cover more parts than their competitors. They're covering about 90% because they even allow you to add on electrical, which is something that I've never gotten the opportunity to do in another place.
