I heard that Endurance was good so I signed up. I did an interview on the phone. Their sign-up process went good. I didn't have any problem with that. I just wish it was a little cheaper.

Going over the internet and looking at different programs, we found that Endurance was rated highly. We have a 2019 Ford Escape and we considered Endurance, but the first guy we talked to so turned us off. However, we wanted to go back and look at it again. We signed up after speaking to the second salesperson because he wasn't pushy. All in all, I would recommend Endurance. For what we have and how they described it to us, it's a good value for the money.

My car is getting older and I felt unprotected. I signed up with Endurance, and it was very nice. It took a while, but that's to be expected. The rep led the conversation and answered my questions. He explained everything in a language that I could understand and told me how the claim process works. I haven't had a claim, but on the internet, Endurance was marked as the number one company and I read reviews and they seemed to keep their promises.

The reps were honest and forthcoming and I liked that. They said what they did and didn't do. I went with Endurance because they do most of the handling of GM products. They're also a better company. My brother-in-law had problems with another auto warranty provider, so I knew I didn't want it and it was the only one that was advertising on TV most of the time.

It went to the end of the warranty with my car and I really need my car because I have a lot of traveling to do through the week with my husband who's on dialysis. I wanted to make sure that I could continue to use that car. I did a little research, and it seemed as though, from what I read, Endurance made its way to the top over the other couple that I was looking at. The signup process at Endurance was a little strange. I told them it was too much for me, what they told me it was going to be. They took it down just a little bit and I thought, "Okay. They're willing to take it down a little bit." But in hindsight, I wish I had stuck to my guns because it was a little bit too pricey for me.

Endurance has done everything they said they were gonna do. They've satisfied me so far. I haven't received my policy yet, but so far, so good. The price was a little higher than I expected, but it is still worth it.

I was skeptical at first but then they said they work directly with the dealership when it comes to repairs. I was able to qualify for a good deal so I took it. The service representative was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I have not had the chance to use their service but look forward when I do.

I and my wife use our vehicles very little, but we take excellent care of them. Their maintenance is always done on time and the cars are in good shape but for us to get our miles till our policy is good if we were to continue at the same rate, we are, which is 19,000 miles for five years that would mean it would take over three months for our policy to become good as far as my truck goes. I used it when I was working, but I don’t use it anymore that much so same thing with it. So what’s happening here is you're forcing us to go out and put 1000 miles on each of our vehicles. Other than that the plan sounds great and the representative was wonderful but you’re forcing us to get out of town for a while. I understand the 30 days. The thousand miles is a little hard for somebody that doesn’t drive very much and that’s why you’re getting a four star rating instead of a five. Thank you.

I enrolled, then I contacted Endurance because I thought maybe I had not investigated this company, and maybe I did not need its services. I contacted the company and spoke to one of the managers who explained everything, and just as importantly, told me he could reduce my payment--and he did just that. He was patient, knowledgeable, and after all he had managed to do, I decided this was a company I could trust, and the product was something I should have for my 2011 Ford Ranger. I no longer worry about repairs.

Endurance Auto Warranty should look at more of a discount for veterans. Even though a senior citizen is all right with them there, but I'm also a veteran. I got more benefits for being a senior citizen than more than being a veteran. Everybody gonna get old to be a senior citizen, but everybody not gonna be a veteran. But the reps treat me all right.

A couple of friends and colleagues all transferred over to Endurance and then, a couple of family members also told me about it. So, it'd be beneficial for me to join Endurance. The representative was very knowledgeable about the products and materials he was educating me about and what was being sold. He also knew exactly what he was doing in terms of selling the product. I got the Secure Plus and it’s supposed to cover everything that's inside of the contract. However, when I got my car diagnosed, it was different. I was having issues with the air conditioning and cooling system as well as with the spark plugs or the cabinet air filter, the oil filter and the cooling exchange. I have a whole list of things that was going on with my vehicle. And when I got it serviced, everything that was listed on the contract was not what Endurance covered. So, it's like I'm paying for coverage and still not able to get my car serviced at all.
I looked at the contract and it’s there. And when I got feedback, the contract may be there but it has some certain restrictions. I was also told certain parts of maintenance will be covered. Endurance should be very transparent with me if I'm gonna spend my money monthly, and tell me what is and what isn't going to be directly covered. If the policy and the coverage were very accurate, I would recommend any friend, church member and colleague. Endurance is an immaculate service to have for car maintenance issues. The different packages that they have that are available to other customers are well known and are very direct.

I talked to a rep where I have my vehicle serviced. I asked him about Endurance and the other big provider, and he backed Endurance more so than he did the other one. He said they were both good, but that he's never had any problem servicing a car and getting paid from Endurance. When I called Endurance and talked to the gentleman, he was awesome so I decided to make my decision to go with both cars with Endurance. He said I had to have put 100 miles on them before they go into effect. My wife drives the Kia back and forth to work and we've already got the 100 miles on it. But I very seldom drive the Bronco, so I'm probably gonna have to take a short little trip. So far, it's been good with Endurance.

The sales rep that I talked to was very good. The coverage was very good. He asked me if I had any issue and asked about the Mercedes, whether there were accidents. We ended up getting 75,000 miles for it, so it worked out great for us. The only challenge we have is getting the 1,000 miles on because we don't put many miles on it. It's gonna take some time, but that's fine. It was a very good experience.

I understand that I have to wait 30 days to activate the plan. My only problem is that I don't know if I can put 1,000 miles on 2 vehicles in a month. The other problem, I could not put my other vehicle's information for the card on the computer.

To anyone looking for extended car warranty service. I highly recommend you avoid this company. I invested over a $1000.00 on a monthly plan I had for about 9 months. When finally I had some issues with my vehicle and tried to use my warranty they did not cover 2 items and the 3rd item I had to call the 3rd party company they use to resolve the issue. Horrible after sale service, mislead and scammed. I learned my lesson the hard way. If I can save just one person from using this company then I feel better. Either way for the rest of my life I will tell everyone I meet and know to avoid this company. We all work too damn hard to have another big corporation lie and steal from us!!!!

I get my truck serviced with Frank Fletcher and they told Endurance to call me. The sales rep was a nice guy, and I signed up for Endurance and got the good plan. They told me several things, and I got the thing in the mail saying what it covers and what it doesn't. I have a problem though. Endurance is taking money out of my account automatically, but I got a thing in the mail the other day, saying I need to call this other company up, and I need to pay them instead of Endurance. I don't understand that.

The warranty when I got my car had ran out and I started to think about how expensive the cars, parts and labor are. The car was just three years old but I knew I couldn't cover any transmission, motor and electrical. So, I got some coverage for myself and my car. I never heard of the company until I first got that car and I forgot about it, and then I just googled Endurance. They worked with the Ford dealership, which was why I chose them.
The sign-up process was great. My representative talked me through it and I told him that I was a veteran. He said his boss was a veteran and they gave me a little discount. We did it over the phone and the rep was very professional and knowledgeable from what he was telling me. He explained my entire coverage, including the mileage, how much mileage I have and the year that it will run out, either by year or mileage. It worked out well and if I don't reach the mileage, I will be through paying for it. If people had to choose, it's up to them to search but I would go with Endurance.

My warranty had played out and I was trying to find some other type of warranty, so if anything happens to my car, I'll have some type of way to pay for it. I was looking online and I came across Endurance. I was reading some of their reviews before I signed up, and all the reviews that I received were great. Signup was a great experience too. The rep explained everything to me and I had no problems at all. He was very knowledgeable and he helped a great deal with the type of warranty that I wanted and the type that I could afford as a senior citizen on a fixed income.

I kept getting notices saying that my warranty had expired and when I checked with my Mercedes Benz company, they said it had. The guy told me he used Endurance with his company. So, I said that I'll use that for mine. I signed up and everything went smoothly. It was pricey. But I drive a Mercedes so I thought it was gonna be high.

I started to go with this company, but ran into some financial issues and couldn't afford it at the time. I'm 75 years old and forgot all about them and canceled the policy I had forgotten I had taken out. I know I would have had good service with them. I have heard nothing but good things about them. I hope to be able to work with them in the future.

The rep that I talked to was awesome. Her name was Sandra. She explained everything in detail and I understood everything. I was shopping around for insurance protection and a lot of companies I talked to didn't explain thoroughly. But Sandra did a good job. I signed up the very first day after I talked to her. I was able to get the full coverage at the same price that was offered.

I needed a warranty for my car that was losing its initial warranty. I used Endurance in the past and signed up again. It was very easy and quick. They were very pleasant. The rep was knowledgeable and willing to work with me on pricing. I asked about the requirement I would have to reach before the coverage would begin. The rep didn't bring it up. But knowing the program, I already knew about it. Endurance is worth the money.

My Endurance rep explained everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions. She gave me everything I needed to decide that I was going to take the policy because at the time, I was unsure. A co-worker just told me to give them a call and once I talked with the rep, I was sold. Her service was beautiful. I wanted my truck to be covered from head to toe and she made me very comfortable when she helped me in finding the right policy for myself versus just pushing anything on me. She listened to me in what I was looking for then got me the right policy. I would tell someone to give Endurance a call.

Signing up with Endurance was great and easy, and the reps were polite and answered all my questions. I had my 2018 Dodge Journey covered and the rep was supposed to send me a welcome letter but I haven’t received that yet. The price could be cheaper but that’s their policy.

We’ve never had to use this insurance, but it makes me feel secure having it if we do need it. I had never heard of Endurance insurance until we purchased our 2020 Chevrolet Equinox. We were offered Endurance when we purchased our vehicle and I really am glad they did. The person who I talked to over the phone was extremely nice and helpful.

We had a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country. Once it hit about 150,000 miles or so, we decided to get an extended warranty in case anything went wrong. We were close to paying it off and wanted a little peace of mind. At 175,000 miles, the car's transmission failed. We worked with a reputable transmission repair shop who said they would contact Endurance. Endurance sent out an inspector who agreed we needed a new transmission. Our car has regular oil changes at a dealership and is in really great condition. We recently even had the shocks and brakes replaced, and at that time, the mechanic told us the transmission did not need to be serviced.
Endurance denied our claim because we didn't have the transmission serviced at 120,000 miles. Mind you, our van already had more miles than that when we bought the warranty. We even turned in written documentation from our mechanic that he recommended our transmission did not need service. Endurance still wouldn't pay our claim. I cannot tell you how frustrating it was to pay $5000 for a new transmission knowing we have given our monthly premium payments to Endurance on time and taken good care of our vehicle. I would recommend putting money in a savings account for when your car breaks down instead of giving to this reprehensible company.

The only good thing I can say is that Leo ** customer service rep was exceptional. As far as the company's policies horrible. My only reasons of canceling my contract is because I was denied services after my contract went into effect. I almost stayed on because of Leo **. You guys better count your blessings. I wanted to be protected with my car if anything happened to it, so I won't have to spend too much money. I had an extended coverage before and when my engine went out on the car, the mechanics put a new engine in there and the warranty covered it. All I had to pay was the 250 deductible. I recently signed up with Endurance and my experience was good all the way through. When I first had the policy, things were perfect. Then, I had to renew the policy and the rep I talked to answered all the questions I had so I could understand what was going on with the insurance. I didn't have any problem talking to him.

I had a policy when I bought the car. When I had a problem, they covered it immediately. When that warranty finished, I thought I'd look into another one because it saved me about $2,000. I asked around some of the mechanics which one they felt was the most easy to work with and they told me the one to stay away from. Their batting average wasn't very well about covering things and Endurance was one of the best ones.
The communication was good when I signed up with Endurance. The rep was easy to understand. He explained everything and answered some of the questions that I had. He knew I was gonna ask probably because other people have asked him so many times. He covered the policy and everything that was with it. I felt very comfortable with his spiel. I'm surprised because the car was a lease, and I bought it before the lease was up. When he registered the VIN, I ended up getting the best warranty Endurance had simply because the VIN had never been registered because it's never been sold.

I've had Endurance on several of my other vehicles, and I've filed four claims with them. I used them when the AC compressor on my son's vehicle went out. I took it to a repair shop, they submitted the claim, and it got approved. The car was in and out in four days. It was very easy. They explain to you the procedure and what the warranty covers and doesn't cover. I'm happy with their service.

I have a car that came out of warranty. It's paid off, so I want to make sure that I still have extended coverage because if something should go wrong with it, I wanna make sure I'm covered for it. I don't wanna be surprised with a 4,000 bill. I talked to Chris at Endurance and he told me he could get it for me for a lot less. But I couldn't do it at that time because I was trying to buy some property.
I called Endurance back when I knew I wasn't gonna make the move anymore. I told them that I wanted to talk to Chris, but they couldn't get me to him. But the one that I talked to told me he could sign me up for it. It was quite simple and easy. He's got me set up and also sent me the PDF outline of what I'm supposed to be covered for in my email. I'm very pleased at how quickly it went through. I’d tell others that if they need an extended warranty, to go to Endurance first. I went to somebody else and that cost me a fortune. Now I got the same coverage that I had with them for a lot cheaper price with Endurance. It is awesome.

My factory warranty went out. I like having coverage and being protected ‘cause I don't have the money to spend a lot if there's engine or transmission problems. Signing up with Endurance was very straightforward. By me signing up, they cut me a deal and I was impressed. The rep was very thorough. He covered everything very well. Most extended warranties don't go for the life of the vehicle. But I thought the point was good and what Endurance covers is really good. It also comes with rentals, roadside assistance, and towing.

I was with Endurance when I first bought the car. A year after, they wrote to me and told me they were gonna jack up the price. I left them and went with another company who was just taking my money. When something went wrong with my car, they couldn't even give me a rental and told me I got to rent the car first and pay for the rental then they'd pay me back. I don't do business like that. I got rid of that company and on the same day I got rid of them, I was checking on my phone, saw Endurance and thought of trying them again. The rep did well. The only thing is they did not send me my package in the mail yet and it's been 2 weeks now. I had to call them back yesterday and find out what's going on.

I picked up a used 2018 Pathfinder and didn't wanna take a chance. There's a potential for expensive repairs if the car is not maintained. It's better safe than sorry. Endurance seems to have a good reputation and they're also tied in the preferred company with Nissan, with the dealership by me. They're already connected and I would hardly have to do anything. The mechanism is already there. Plus if I never file a claim, I get my money back.
The rep was able to answer my questions and explain this whole thing about getting my money back. It's a three-year payment, but it's good for five years. If I I never file a claim, I just tell them to cancel it and they give me all my money back. If I file a claim, but towards the end, I paid more than they've paid for repairs, I can cancel it and they give me the difference back. It's like a little savings account, where I'm putting 160 dollars away each month and I can collect that after five years or whatever is left of it. It's only $100 deductible per visit which was another thing. If I brought the car in for three different claims, it's only one charge of $100. I felt good about signing up with Endurance. I didn't have any buyer's remorse after I got off the phone.

I was with CarShield and the place that I take my car to didn't take CarShield. They take Endurance. I said I'd switch over. They said that since I was a CarShield customer they were gonna waive the sign-up fee. That saved me almost 400 bucks. The guy that I talked to was extremely helpful. He explained what was going on. I've got the email now and I've got my contract. The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that I've gotta do 30 days plus 1000 miles. I don't drive my car that much. I'm retired now. So, it's gonna take me more than a month to get 1000 miles on it. But that's the only downfall. I'll just play the game and keep going.
One time, my Social Security check was late. I had it set for the 21st and I didn't have my check yet. I had to call them and say, "Let's cancel it for now and move it to the 26th, which is a Monday." But when I looked at my bank account, they had taken out the 109 plus the 39. I called them back and said, "Okay, we got a problem. I called the guy this morning, I told him I wanted to stop the payment on the 21st because I don't have my check yet, and move it up to the 26th. He said it was done, but it came out anyway." I talked to a lady and she said, "Because we made a mistake, I'll waive the $39. All you're gonna get is 109 bucks a month." I said, "Sounds good to me."

It was nice to know that there was a good company out there. I had a wonderful woman from Endurance Auto Warranty to talk to. She helped me get things done. I felt very comfortable about it. She was excellent and helped me to understand a lot of stuff. So, I appreciated that. If I have a claim, I wanna see what happens. But I feel more protected. I was very happy to have the policy on my car because it's an older car and there's not that many miles on it for a 4Runner. It's another tool to help me feel safe in the country.
God forbid my car break down on me, and if it comes down to a question of, “Do I have the money to do this or don't I?” So, I decided, preventative, Endurance was the better way to go than wait until something major happened, and I would have to try to divvy out all that money. I put it out every month a bit and be more preventative. I could have the money if I needed to fix something.

The vehicle that I have now is our second vehicle that we had covered with Endurance Auto Warranty. My husband asked about getting it on his vehicle. That's the one that we just signed up for. We've had good service with the package that we had on both vehicles of mine. And we felt that was a good thing to do for his vehicle because it is getting older. The guy was a great representative of the company. When I told him about the vehicle, he asked about the mileage. And he explained the package to me. He told me in detail what it covered, what it didn't, and went over the prices. He couldn't have been more helpful.
Repairs are not cheap. I would rather buy the policy and pay a bit for coverage than coming out of pocket for some of the stuff that we've had to come out of pocket with. Like in the first vehicle that we had Endurance on, there were six of them in the motor, and they failed one at a time. That would have been a massive amount of money out of our pocket if we had to pay for those one at a time. And we had a broken motor mount. Before we got rid of the vehicle, we had to use the policy multiple times, and it always paid well.

I've been with Endurance for quite a while and I've told people about them. I also got my girlfriend to go with them. I can't do anything but tell good things about them because so far, they've been okay and I have not had a problem with them. I checked to see who's the best warranty program, and Endurance was number one, supposedly. I'm always skeptical. It's just my nature, but signup was easy. They answered everything that I asked about the policy, and it covers everything that I want it to. I'm still under the 30-day probation, so I'm still thinking it's okay. Endurance, right now, is number one as far as extended warranties.

I bought Endurance three years ago on my truck and when it was time to renew, I renewed it. I couldn't handle any big repair bills coming so I figured if I paid monthly and kept myself covered, I would be okay. Megan took care of me and was great. When one of the electronic controls went bad, I took the truck to the Ford dealership and they took care of everything except for the deductible. I'd tell others to get a warranty from Endurance ‘cause they do what they say.

I got a warranty from Endurance last month but decided today, Sept.10, to cancel and get a refund on the first payment. It was well within the 30 day period for a full refund. I spoke to an agent named Peter. He was the most condescending person I have ever dealt with. I was talked to like a child. Mind you, I'm 65 years old and have owned cars since I was 18. I got it canceled after a 10 minute lecture and him telling me "Well, you're done. You now have no coverage and your car is old and it's going to break down. But you know best so good luck. You'll remember this conversation when it happens. You'll remember me..Peter." Let me tell you, I wouldn't give this company 5 cents after that conversation. Never. The very idea that they would have someone talking to a customer that way is mind boggling. Horrible customer service.

I found the customer service was great, however, I'm disappointed in the having to wait 1000 miles. I don’t drive my car everyday and it’s going to take a while for me to get to that point. If something happens before then I will be cancelling my policy. My car is a 2013 and I’m just afraid of something happening before I can claim it.

I purchased this warranty on July 30, 2024. By August 9, 2024 I was charged $144.48 + 29.99 for the elite plan I didn't ask for. I called them directly stating I could not afford what offered. They started I get a ch back within 2 weeks. It is now September 9, 2024 and after asking when I'd receive my refund that it would be released Sept. 17th 2024. And it may take longer. I don't believe this is a reputable way to handle a refund.

Be careful with Endurance, it’s totally a scam. You will just end up paying them and not having your car fix especially if you have engine/transmission problem in the future. I gave all what they needed from but they will always find a reason that will tell you that the problem is not covered by their warranty.

My name is Alphonso ** and if I had to rate Endurance 1 star is too much for the service they provided. They are scammers. I originally got a quote from Brittany which included a list of services. When I asked for Brittany the other sales associates made it extremely hard to be redirected to her. They insisted that they could help me and offer the plan Brittany offered. I accepted the plan, which they assured was the same plan Brittany offered. I specifically confirmed with the sales associate all that should be in the plan and the associate confirmed all was included. That was a lie! A couple of months after I had an issue with my car and it wasn't covered.
I called to file a complaint and they said that what Brittany quoted and what I got was different! How could this be! I wanted to cancel my plan and get a full refund for the lies that were told. They refuse to give me the full amount of my refund! Endurance hasn't been honest and now I'm paying for it. They are scammers and it is sad. I would like all of my money because of the lies.

A friend told me about this service, and he reached out to Endurance on the phone and told them that I was looking for some coverage. A lady called me and I told her I was purchasing a vehicle. She told me a bit about the plan, including the coverage, and she said she was gonna send me the information. In the midst of purchasing a vehicle, she said she could sign me up right then. I would tell people to give Endurance a call and see what they have to offer.

When I decided my car was not getting any younger and kept seeing ads on TV for auto warranties I decided I would look into it. Unfortunately when I decided this it was Labor Day weekend and no one seemed to be working. I did my homework on the internet comparing reviews and plans of five of the major auto warranty companies. Wouldn't you know Endurance was the only one to call me. The gentleman I spoke with took all the time I needed. He answered all my questions, gave me a quote that I could live with and the rest is history. My mind is at ease about my car and I really appreciate the fact that someone actually took the time to call me on a holiday weekend.

Endurance called posing as Car Shield which I have a policy with and claimed they needed to raise my rates so I paid what they said I needed to pay to continue being covered and then they started taking 154 bucks month out and when I stopped further charges threaten to collect $5000. They are scammers preying on the elderly.

I found that the plan, mileage and cost of everything was better with Endurance Auto Warranty than the others. The rep gave me all the information I asked for and needed, and was pleasant. They were able to do stuff electronically. They sent me the policy by email. I had to look for it, and I printed it out at home. They were more than pleasant. They answered all my questions, and were specific. They offered help if I needed it, any questions. That's why I called them back and went to them because I like good customer service and they gave excellent service. When I called back and talked to a supervisor, he also was very nice. He said he would forward my message to Andrew, thanking him for his service and time. And he explained everything thoroughly. I had a couple of other questions. So, everything was good.

I have a son and I live on his property in a camper, a fifth wheel. If something were to happen to the vehicle, I wanted to have a backup so that I could get my vehicle taken care of. I work at Dollar General and I have my Social Security. But I don't have a lot of money coming in right now. Steve helped me get set up with Endurance and he was a very sweet man. He took his time with me and explained everything quite well about their product. He was very professional but very personable. It's funny how when you're talking to people, you build a relationship with them. He seemed experienced at what he was doin and he didn't leave anything out that I could tell. I was quite satisfied with the service in that direction.
I was told that if my vehicle had a problem with a particular part, Endurance doesn't give a service for 30 days. I was also told that I can take my car to a mechanic of my choice and that there are mechanics that are contracted with Endurance. Steve said that there was a place that I could look it up if I ever had anything happen. If I didn't have somebody that I used, I could find a quality place in that area on the internet. If someone needs insurance, I'd tell them about my experience with Endurance.

Full of it! They will make any excuse to not pay for what they do cover. Do NOT recommend!! Policy states covered parts and they refused to cover them. They refused to speak to the shop owner when asked to reconsider the denied claim.

I purchased a contract with Endurance on a rebuilt 2021 Ford Explorer. I thought it was amazing that if you didn't use the contract and you got to the end of it, you can cancel and receive your money back. However, in June, my credit card expired and they sent me three Emails which got sorted into other places other than my inbox so I never saw them. At that point, they went ahead and sent me a cancellation notice by mail saying that I could resign back up. However, they will not let you back policy. I have health issues issues is why I put things on auto pay and they claim they made a call, but when ask if they left a message, I never got an answer.
I should've known better because my sister had a transmission issue with her car and argued with Endurance. She ended up buying a new car, but she got her money back as she canceled the plan. However, mine was canceled for nonpayment, so I'm not eligible for a refund. From my point of view, It is an exploitation loophole because I don't very often have issues with bill pay but anytime I have tried to be diligent companies meet me in the middle. Customer Service talks down to you when you try to explain your point of view and just keep repeating your contract like anyone knows the time of contract what could go wrong and how it's going to affect them. It comes down to do you want contract or do you want your customers to be valued. I should've listened to my sister and avoided them and I hope that this review helps you to do the same. I understand why providers often don't want to work with warranty companies after this experience.

At first, the rep at Endurance told me he couldn't help me because the vehicle had too many miles. But two days later, somebody called and I went with it. They were very helpful, informative, and clear with everything. Sometimes you got questions right away, sometimes not. But they gave all the information to find out that information later on. The price is not terrible. You're gonna pay $5,000 by the time it's finished. But that could be the price of a motor or transmission or whatever the case may be.

I enjoyed my time with the representative that spoke to me. He explained more than I could absorb. I am in my 70's and need my paperwork to refer to but it has not come yet. He said it would be up to 2 weeks. Something came on the internet that would not let me copy it when I clicked on it. I will be glad when my official paperwork comes, and I can see just what I have in writing. If it can be sent it would be better for me. I can't work the computer very well to get it to get the code and get back to the previous page to finish. I think I got my money's worth and am happy though.

Endurance Auto Warranty had the best option. They said after I applied, I had to wait a month before I can file a claim if something happened. And now, by me just being behind, they said I had to wait. If something happened, I had to wait until I catch my payment up to file a claim.

The car had been under warranty with Endurance prior to my purchase and the car dealership recommended them and provided me with the contact information. The salesman was wonderful. He explained the coverage spot on. I took the car in for servicing to an auto mechanic that was recommended by Endurance and the coverage was great as well as the rep’s customer service skills. I had just purchased the car so I was very unfamiliar with how things worked with it and he helped navigate me through some of that process. He needed me to give him the mileage and I couldn't get to the mileage. I took my phone to the car and he walked me through it. It was a good experience and I've already made recommendations to a couple of other people I know.

I called CarShield first and after I talked to them, I preferred Endurance. They were straightforward and I was impressed with their level of professionalism. You have to put 1000 miles on the vehicle, which on my truck, I've already put. I like that Endurance didn't charge you for the waiting period. So, you didn't pay for a warranty when you weren't getting it. The price was commensurate with CarShield. They were within $20 of each other. But CarShield didn't cover all kinds of electrical items and inside like power seats, which my truck has. So, Endurance seems to cover a lot more and they change your oil because they wanna make sure your engine is maintained properly. They pay for three oil changes a year and my waiting time is up next week so I was gonna exercise my right to free oil change. We’ll see if they do what they said they would do.

The extended warranty ran out on my 2016 Chevy Silverado and I'm not mechanically inclined so I wanted some backup. I called two different insurance warranty people and Endurance walked me through the benefits of their company compared to others. The sign-up process was fairly routine. Whatever they did was okay to me.

I bought my truck in April 2021 and we moved from Michigan. I had to put a lot of miles on it and the warranty expired. I had to have my air conditioner compressor replaced for 1,400 and some bucks so I decided I needed some more coverage. I tried Ox and the reviews were bad, and Endurance was a little bit cheaper than CarShield. The customer service was medium when I bought the policy from Endurance. It was nothing bad or extra good.

The signup process was no problem for me and it was easy. It's for my 2021 Toyota Venza and I got the same coverage I had with the manufacturer’s warranty. But I haven't gotten anything from them other than talking to them over the phone and them signing me up and I'm waiting.

I just got helped by Amber, she was the first person and she was awesome. Good customer care skills. She was pleasant to talk to. Down to earth and genuinely left me with the impression. She cared. Endurance made a random phone call to us and it happened to be at the right time. We had been with Endurance before at one point but because of financial strains, we had to drop them. When they called, we were in the right spot to be able to reinitiate service. We discussed what we felt we could afford and they were able to accommodate it. Signing up went pretty good.
The only thing that is negative with companies like Endurance that aggravates me is they start out with one offered price and then when we absolutely convince them we can't afford that particular price, the price starts dropping. Everybody knows that everybody is having a harder time these days stretching a dollar so why not just start at the lowest price they can offer? It's annoying.

I bought a vehicle from individual and since I bought from a person I was told to buy auto warranty like on T.V so I called around and I purchased one then Endurance called me about beating the price so I cancelled other and went with them and they know I just bought the vehicle! Unfortunately after some months my vehicle started to malfunction and ended up in the shop so the problem was transmission and then the hurricane came and shop had no power or internet so I rented a vehicle to go to work and back so shop is finally up with power and internet and called in for the warranty and this is 3 weeks into the rental and endurance ends up asking me for a bill of sale so I send them a bill of sale that the original owner sent to me because the original bill of sale was in the vehicle and they left window open and got all soaking wet and ruined so then they tell me they won’t accept the bill of sale because it was handwritten.
So now they ask for a title so I send them a picture of the title which I had not yet transferred into my name because the hurricane had a lot of set backs! So I send the picture of the title and now they tell me that they will not accept it because my name is not on the title but my signature and info is on the back when I purchased the vehicle with date, name, mileage and address! But still they want a TITLE IN MY NAME!! They look for any reason to break the promised service contract So I borrowed $700 to transfer title to show them and now after another week. They have denied the claim to fix saying that the issue was there before and it was wear and tear! I have been renting vehicles and using Uber and Lyft and paying to get around and tow and these people had the shop first diagnose problems and the told shop to take transmission all apart and NOW I AM STUCK WITH ABOUT $8000 on all expenses and to repair trans

I had an Endurance policy on my Ford Explorer and when I traded that vehicle in and got my truck, I contacted them and asked if I could transfer the policy over. They told me I couldn't do it, so I got another policy for my truck. The guy who signed me up was pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained to me the coverage and the benefits of the warranty. It's an 84-month policy and it expires on the 12th of September 2031. I would recommend Endurance.

I've always had extended coverage. If something breaks down, I'm gonna like to fix it. I was with Ford, but my plan is almost over. I was reading the reviews of Endurance and they were positive. So I made a phone call. My signup experience with Endurance was easy. It wasn't pushy, it was mellow. The rep was good and knowledgeable, too. I have a $50 deductible with Ford, which I understand was hard to get. I have a $100 deductible with Endurance, but I also wanted to make sure I could bring it to my Ford dealer. I don't want any hassles. They fix it, they call it in, and it's approved.

Signing up over the phone with Endurance was easy. They were nice and they knew things. I've got a hybrid. I need to know if my electrical is covered under that too. But the rep never went into everything that was covered. Their rate is also not horribly high, but higher than what I was thinking at first.

My purchasing experience with Endurance was very good. The rep went over everything and explained everything to me and how to use it. I got whatever discounts I could with my husband being in the military and me being a senior. I really enjoyed it. It surely has paid off for me 'cause I've had several things go wrong with my vehicle. And even the lady that works at the shop that I take my car to said that the warranty company is so easy to work with. My last claim was for my air conditioner. Something went out of my air conditioner and my claim experience was easy and it took just a few hours.

My Endurance policy goes into effect on September 14th and I have to put X amount of miles on the car. But I haven't received my policy yet. I checked around and everyone said that they are one of the best companies to go for. I've got the bumper-to-bumper policy and they told me I was totally covered on everything, even tires. Previously, I had an experience with Hyundai and this insurance man that they had there. They sold me a policy for four years which they said was bumper to bumper. But when I brought my car in to have it serviced, the agent said that I wasn't covered. So, Hyundai ended up picking up a $1,400 tab, then they gave me almost $2,000 back on a policy that cost me $2,700. So this time, I want to read the policy to make sure that everything is kosher.
Also, I got the $2,000 back from the other policy that I paid $2,700 for that I thought was going to last me for four years. But the policy I now have with Endurance costs $217 a month. In a year's time, I'm going to hit over $2,400. So, that is a much different price than what I got from the dealership. Aside from that, the Endurance rep who helped me sign up seemed very knowledgeable.

I worked with Matt when I signed up with Endurance and he was very helpful. I got my 2019 Ford Edge covered and Matt went over everything about the warranty, from top to bottom. He also told me that there was a 30-day grace period to make sure that there were no pre-existing issues. It was a good and easy sign-up.

I've got a car that would be expensive to maintain if I had to buy parts. It's a Corvette, and I don't use it that much, but parts are rather expensive for it. I signed up with Endurance and it was easy. The rep did a good job. She was knowledgeable and knew what the product was.

If I could give 0 stars I would! When buying my policy I was told everything was covered on my 2019 Kia except for some hoses and gaskets. Took it to the shop and the air compressor valve on the air conditioner was out. Endurance refused to pay for the $989 part. Called the claim line 4 times with a promise of a call back. No one ever called back. It took me over an hour to cancel my policy. I will NEVER buy Endurance again. Buyer beware!!!!

Winston was nice to deal with. He explained the coverage fairly well. He did not mention MEPCO. I don't trust anyone who does not mention 3rd party payers. I received an email from MEPCO asking for payment information. I DO NOT TRUST COMPUTERS!!! I got ticked off after being swindled into having to pay $ 132 / month and then having another company wanting my personal information. I gave my information to your company already. You already deducted $ 132 from my account. What gives. Not very happy!

I called Endurance and they explained the policy to me. They gave me something that I needed and I went with it. There was a small misunderstanding. They called me back twice and asked me about the mileage. I don't know if it was a robocall but it kept asking me that I needed to update my mileage. Other than that, the experience was spot-on.

I had another car warranty company and the monthly rate seemed cheap, but they didn't pay for diagnostic of what was wrong and that was $250 a pop and they also didn't pay the tax, and I still had to pay my deductible. I figured it out and found if I broke down the monthly payment for Endurance it was cheaper for the term of the policy than my old company, not to mention I will no longer be paying a diagnostic fee or taxes. That's right with Endurance, all I pay is my deductible. Endurance is a far better deal.

This company managed to sway my otherwise skeptic nature. I should have listened to myself because this auto warranty company absolutely STINKS! They are only open to their customers M-F 8-5. Really? Warranty needs don't occur on the weekend? They will rip you off on a weekend, but that's it. Can't log in to see my actual contract. All I'm shown is a type of coverage that's not even listed as an option. Don't know all the details because they fail to provide them, even when you're logged into your account. Expensive as HE_@# with horrible customer service. More like NO customer service. What's covered? I read some crap when I signed up, now it's nowhere to be found. Can't call, it's the weekend. My bank is open Saturday so I'll call them and cancel this garbage. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES!!

In my opinion Endurance is a good car warranty company. Whenever I call them I get friendly customer service and when I first started with company there was a few hiccups but they were able to offer me a good price that fits my budget and I have noticed that they don't advertise that much compare some companies because they have awesome reviews that's why I like this company. I would recommend anyone to sign up for warranty. You won't regret it. I don't.

I bought a policy when I bought my pre owned Yukon and after the waiting period I needed to use it on two separate occasion and both times they said that part wasn’t covered. I immediately cancelled the policy.

I currently have two cars with warranty coverage by Endurance and the monthly payment is very affordable for the list of items that's covered. No Stars. Won’t let me give them what they deserve. No Stars. Endurance Warranty isn’t worth $.01. I paid their full premiums for 3 years so I could ride for free, with full coverage, for the last 2 years. The only ride I got was the one they took me for. Going to pick up my truck with the new fuel pump I paid in full for. I asked the garage to kick in a can of RustOleum. If I paint the new fuel pump every year, maybe Endurance will give me a few bucks the next time. They don’t cover any rusted components. Read your fine print NY. I think we get rust here?

I had bad engine failure. They didn’t even try to help me or fix it. I feel like they wanted the money for the warranty, but they didn’t want to fix anything on the vehicle when it came time. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Beware of this company, they will not honor what’s in their contract and say everything is pre-existing. My compressor clutch went out and they said the seal that went out because the clutch exploded in the compressor was pre-existing. They will send out one of their certified mechanics to override what an Audi dealership mechanic says. They will look for any way to not honor the contract on what you’re paying for. If you sue them, you have to spend thousands of dollars for a civil lawsuit as well. They are not a reputable company in my opinion from my experience with Endurance Auto Warranty.

I don't know how they sucked me in but my bad. Canceled after reading over contract and was told the $29.99 fee is nonrefundable which the agent never mentioned. Oh well worth that cost to be out if a scam contract. People must not read the contract because if they did they would not want it. Endurance is a scam!!!

The Endurance representative I had made the sign up really easy and she explained everything to me. I got full coverage and as long as any issue I may have is covered, the price is okay. It's only 160 bucks and the warranty is worth having. If my friends didn't have a warranty on their car, I would tell them to get this.

A dealership lead me to driving off with a vehicle until not long after I noticed there was a need for an extra coverage directing a more than used vehicle circumstances to regulate fixing if needed. So far, everything is good with Endurance. I researched them and they were really good. I also heard a lot of good things about them. I haven't had to use them yet, but the signup process was very straightforward. They gave me a lot of discounts. They answered all my questions. They gave me peace of mind. I signed up with Endurance this month and the process was good with the way, the rep, Clifford, explained to me all my options in my vehicle. When I reached out to Endurance, their rep called me on a Sunday. I was renting a lawn mower to go do some lawn work and she took the time. I stayed on the phone with her and based on what she told me, I hadn't made up my mind yet, so I told her to email the information to me. I wanted to see it and I got to do my research. So, she sent everything to me and I compared it with what the dealer offered.
Then, I decided to go with Endurance because I didn't like the dealer's numbers. I got a different guy when I called Endurance back but everything that the previous rep said as well as what was written in what she sent to me was still true. Plus, they were rated pretty high and I got another customer that uses Endurance who was pleased with her experience with them. So, they sealed it for me and I got my 2019 Toyota Tundra covered with them. I described things to them and made sure what was covered, what wasn't. Then I read everything that they said was covered and it seems to be okay. Their deductible is great, too.

I felt that the rep was being sincere but he didn't explain what the elite coverage covered. It was my fault for not asking but I was more concerned about what the warranty was gonna cost me. The problem I have with Endurance is they want me to drive the truck 1,000 miles before the coverage kicks in. You gotta call them back within 30 days. I don't drive that truck that much. I told the guy, "This is the first vehicle I've owned that didn't have 20,000 on it within a year before I bought it. I don't wanna start racking unnecessary mileage up.” He said, "Call with what you got on there and see if they can work with you on it."
One thing that's misleading on the commercials is it puts it up on the screen that there's unlimited mileage but the unlimited mileage never came out of the guy's mouth when he was talking to me. The service I was given was 5 years, 60,000 miles. It wasn't explained to me if it's 60,000 from the 20,000 miles I've got on the truck, which would expire at 80,000 or is it when the odometer hits 60,000? If that's the case, then I'm only receiving coverage for 40,000 and for the price it costs, it's awfully steep. I'm not paying $5,400 over three years for only 40,000 miles of coverage. That doesn't work.

I was with Geico, but they kept going up on my insurance. I left them and tried Endurance, and so far, so good. The rep was sweet. He explained everything and asked me what was I looking for. I told him and he found me a good rate. He said my coverage is for the whole car. There's no oil change or brakes - that's wear and tear. But around the car, if I was in a accident, it'd be covered. I also have roadside assistance and if I needed to put my car in a shop for repair, I would get free rental. I've already been telling my sisters and my brothers about Endurance ‘cause I got a lower rate than them. I got full coverage for $177 a month. They're thinking about coming to Endurance as well.

When I signed up with Endurance, the guy was nice and went over a lot of information with me. He wasn't rushing to get off. He was answering my questions and explaining. The process wasn't hard at all. The only thing was they didn't tell me it was another fee they charged me after the rep charged me. They didn't know if I had that in my budget. It just came out of my account. I'm retired, so I am on a budget and I notice every little bit. It was a $20-something fee which I don't know what that was for. I called and asked them. The rep said that was some fee. I told them they didn't tell me that because it seemed like they would've just done one transaction, not two.

I have a 2018 Chrysler 300. I was originally gonna sign up with CarShield but a friend of mine recommended Endurance because they don't have a cap on any liability that happens to the vehicle. I can bring it in, and they'll repair it. They won't say after $4,000 that you can't use the warranty anymore. The reps at Endurance were very outgoing, patient and knowledgeable. They assisted me with any questions that I had and did a review quickly with me. They told me that if there's an issue, to bring it to a certified mechanic. Once I bring it in, the mechanic will contact them and let them know what the situation is as far as what needs to be fixed, and it'll be taken care of right away.
At the beginning, it was a little pricey compared to other car warranties that are out there. But when the reps went into it in detail as far as what's covered and the amount of coverage I have, it's reasonable. I'm recommending Endurance to a couple of my friends already. Once their factory warranty is up, they're considering going with Endurance. I got my daughter to sign up with them too. She's got a 2018 Volkswagen Beetle.

We have a nine-year old Toyota, and I'm trying to plan for the future with the big expensive repairs that might be coming up. We like the car too much to trade it in right now. I did an online search for extended warranties for automobiles. A website rated Endurance among the top five that I could deal with, so I went in and checked on it. I also went to call two dealerships that we've been dealing with, the one that we bought the car from and the one that we're dealing with right now to do the maintenance on it. Both shops had their plans come out more expensive and not nearly as complete as what Endurance offered us. I went for Endurance, and they were very easy to work with. They advised me of a 30-day wait period before anything could be claimed on the policy.

The rep with Endurance had good customer service and was knowledgeable. His professionalism was on point. The coverage comes with towing and oil change. I have Endurance for the safety. I have coverage on my home and everything else, and it works out perfectly.

My car has been in storage for almost a year. It's in Charleston and I am gonna be moving back there. When I took the contract out with Endurance, I told the guy I could not give him the exact mileage until August 30, when I got back to Charleston and got my car out of storage. He said, "Oh, that's no problem." I could call them and give it to them then. Everything was good until I started getting emails about the mileage. I called and told the guy, "I told you all, I could not give you all that exact mileage until I got there." I gave them the VIN number and everything else. I just didn't remember the mileage.
Endurance keeps emailing and texting me about the mileage. That's a little aggravating because they're blowing up my email and message box. I wish I wouldn't have gotten them, but I've already done it. Other than that, the guy told me about all the other extras that I could get for just a little amount, and he was nice. I just wish he would have explained to me that I would get emails and text messages about the mileage. He didn't do that. I can't fault him though.

I liked what Endurance had to offer, and I am very satisfied with the signup process. Everything was great. I was speaking with Desmond, and he was awesome. He was a seller, and he went over everything. He said my coverage would start a month later. Desmond was very knowledgeable and polite, and I really enjoyed speaking with him.

Aiden was very professional. He explained everything in great detail when I had a question. He answered my questions for me. Aiden sent all of my forms by email to my phone. I received them, I read them and I understood everything that I read and if I had any questions, I would’ve called Aiden right back to talk to him to get a clarification of any questions I might’ve had.

My car is a 2018 Buick Envision and there is nothing wrong with it. It drives good but I had no warranty on it. So, I called Endurance and talked to a lady about getting on their plan. She was very nice and she explained everything to me. The price was very high but I gave her my first payment. Then, she told me she was going to send me the contract through the email and I never got the contract. So, I emailed her and told her that I did not receive the contract. I have sent them an email twice and got no response. So, I figured it was a scam. She told me that if I did not get the contract, I had 30 days to drop it if I wanted to. Since I have not heard from any of them, I told them to drop it. Now, whether they will or not, I don't know.

My brother-in-law looks and researches a lot of stuff. He said Endurance is in the front of everybody else in the business. So, I signed up with them but we got a screw-up from the get-go. The warranty is in my name but their sales rep sent mail to my wife and she knows nothing about it. I kept giving this information and they wouldn't take it. They kept giving my wife's name. I called the gal at customer service, Tameka, and she didn't know what to do. So, she said she was going to rewrite it all because the guy that I originally talked to must have been new and he didn't do it right. Hopefully, she's got it squared away. I'm supposed to be getting a hard copy of my contract in the mail plus the email that she sent me. I was also told that I got to put on 1,000 miles, then I can make a claim a month after that. The warranty is for 15 months. She said she gave me a little bit more and that she gave me the plan Superior.

I have two vehicles and the first one has a warranty that I hoped to get on the second vehicle, which I insured with Endurance Auto Warranty. The first one was lifetime warranty, unlimited mileage, unlimited time. So, I hoped to find that again. But because the vehicle is over five years old, I wasn't able to purchase that. I hunted around to see who had what and doing a lot of comparisons and Endurance came out to be the best bet. The best coverage.
The rep explained the program well. Did a very nice job explaining everything to me, breaking down the prices and coverages. She went through the contract significantly and it was a very good phone call. Before I made my decision, I had all the information I needed to sign up. Out of the warranties out there that I was eligible for, this is the best one for me.

I went to the mechanic because when my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen, its fobs got reprogrammed. So, we were having a lot of issues. At the time, I had CarShield and when I asked him if they took that, he said they had so many problems getting payments from CarShield. CarShield gives them some push back on doing a diagnostic where Endurance doesn't. He said that if I wanted a company to get with, hands down Endurance was the one. So, I called and got connected with this guy from Endurance. They trained him excellently and his passion, you can feel it from his heart. He gave me information and took his time in explaining it. It wasn't such a rush, rush, get my money.
I let him know I'm a senior and a disabled vet 100%. I've got four cars and my wife got a little sports car. He walked me through the process and I didn't even wait until the CarShield warranty ended. I got Endurance on top of the CarShield because I wanted to have continuous coverage. So, I got it for the 2018 Toyota 4Runner that I drive every day and I got it for the 2013 Cadillac that my wife drives. Now, we're finishing up the process of having the Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired. Then, we're getting ready to get a Range Rover Velar and we're going to be calling Endurance back to get coverage on that. So, the guy that I spoke to was phenomenal. My wife and I were on a speaker phone with him, and it was a great engagement. We were close to the same age, so we just chopped it up and it wasn't so much about Endurance. We were just talking about life, people stealing cars, and the direction this world is going.

Go for Endurance Auto Warranty. I went with them because they reached out to me. When I purchased this vehicle, I bought it from a dealer and the policy came with the car. I activated it and they've been helpful. Endurance stood out to me. There was nothing wrong with the car, but I had a couple of things I had to get looked at on the car. So I was, "Let me go with Endurance," and it was better for me. The process to sign up was easy. When I reached out to them, I was on my first break at work. I only had 30 minutes and they processed me through the system with 30 minutes. We made an initial payment from there. I got my Endurance policy active.
I just started with them these past 30 days. I'm waiting on my first bill. Throughout the 30 days, I spoke to a customer service representative and she was happy because we had to correct my mileage. Because when I started with Endurance, I called on my break at work because I looked for auto repair and I remember this paper kept coming through the mail. So, I called them back and we started. She said I had to wait 30 days and she was a nice lady. I'm still waiting to pay them so I could get my car renewed.

Endurance was good to sign up to. The company is pretty much faithful. The Endurance rep I worked with was very professional and respectful. She acted like she knew what she was talking about and I liked the way she tried to help me. If I had any questions, she was always right there to answer for me.

We got several letters over the last couple of months and I just kept one of the letters because I was impressed with it. It seemed very professional and wasn’t like the average one that's on TV all the time. The rep who helped us during signup was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. She was very thorough and wanted to make sure I got everything written down. She double-checked everything she told me and explained everything about as good as you could explain something over the telephone.
I told Endurance what I wanna do with regards to payments and they told me what they had to do. Instead of monthly payments, I wanted to make it a quarterly payment or every six months. I wasn’t ready to buy this thing but I just kept seeing it and thinking about it and I don’t trust my car. All these new cars got so many things that go wrong with them and I don’t wanna have to pay out the pocketbook one time. I already gave them the first payment. The next payment is in September, which suits me. Oil changes are not part of the program but I have roadside services, towing and car rental. I'm just waiting to see what's gonna happen. Time takes care of everything. I feel like I'm gonna have a good experience with Endurance. I look to the positive side instead of the negative side because my mouth can get very ugly.

I'm satisfied with the signup process at Endurance. But it went fast. It was like we were on a script and couldn't get off of it. It was click, click, click, and I was off the phone and I was like, "Okay, wait a minute. I have six more questions." But it was too late. I was off the phone already.
