I had Endurance before and I was satisfied back then. After I let it expire several years ago, occasionally, I get a letter inviting me back. I finally decided that it was time that I needed to get back in since I didn't have an original warranty anymore. I was able to give them a call, talk to them on the phone and get my questions answered. I signed up while I was talking to them, and it was easy. I would suggest to someone, like a friend, to at least consider Endurance if they're looking for an agency. They're considered one of the top, and I would say "You wouldn't be disappointed in talking to them or even going with them."

I was looking for a cheaper rate and the best service. I had insurance with CarShield and dropped them, then picked Endurance up. The rep was very qualified and professional. He told me what the policy would cover and that the service will begin after the first 30 days and the next payment. I'm an elderly person and I'm on a fixed income. If my vehicle stops, I don't have the funds to repair it, and I need stuff to help me out. Endurance is considered to be one of the best I've known for right now.

When my truck started about to go out of warranty, I knew I needed to get it before it did. It's a hybrid and there's a lot of electrical things on them nowadays. I couldn't afford for it not to be covered. The person I talked to during the signup with Endurance was very nice and courteous. I feel we got a fairly good deal, and they were very nice and very accommodating.

I had a policy with Endurance before, but I ended up being off work. When I called them, they were able to extend the month. But then I went back to work and ended up being right back off work. So I had to let the policy go. I recently returned to work and I wanted to pick it back up. The sign-up process was really easy. The person that I worked with was a rock star. He was cool and walked me through the process quite easily.

Endurance Auto Warranty's rep was very polite and knew her product. It was fairly represented. So far, everything's been fine. I haven't had any claims, and I probably won't have any. My car is really in good shape and I don't drive much. But I still want to be protected.

I got Endurance for my 2019 Cadillac Escalade, and the sign-up process was good. Customer service was good. I know it's expensive to fix the kind of vehicle that I have when it breaks down, but I've always maintained that Cadillac. So, it's a very good car. It runs well. There's nothing wrong with it. I just wanted to have the security to have something in case something goes wrong. I have other vehicles that I might be putting on Endurance soon.

I got a sprinter van in these last few weeks and I was using it for work. I wanted to be assured that I was covered with my parts and stuff like that. I saw that Endurance had positive reviews for the most part and everybody that ever did any business with them had a good experience. I checked that first before I gave them a call. They did a fantastic job during the signup. They explained everything thoroughly on the phone when I called and they gave me the opportunity to see if I wanna proceed. I liked it and I proceeded. They are a fantastic company for what they're doing. It's giving me that peace of mind that when I'm out in the road and something goes wrong with the van, I got the confidence that I'll be able to get it fixed and I'll be able to get back on the road.

I had to get a warranty for my truck because I couldn't afford repairs by myself. It was very good with the rep at Endurance that I signed up with. When he made a mistake, I told him about it and he corrected it immediately. He was very pleasant to talk to and he worked with me and helped me get things set up so I can have it taken out of my bank account. I've told a lot of people to go to them. It's easy to get into, what they offer is very decent, and they work with you.

I tried to get a quote online. Endurance Auto Warranty said they would email me. I got a phone call instead. It was a great and smooth process. It was a great process. Very informal. My rep was a great help. Endurance does a great job at training their reps and making sure that they have very personable and charismatic people. Sign up as fast as you can. Endurance is a great company to work with. Hopefully, you get the same rep I had.

Endurance Auto Warranty works for me. I shopped around. Endurance ended up being the better deal. I had an Endurance warranty for five years on my Camry. I put the warranty on my Colorado because the factory warranty ran out on it. It was very easy. I negotiated a price. I told Endurance my VIN number on my car. They knew exactly what the car is that they cover. I told them what kind of coverage I wanted. They quoted my price and ding, ding, ding, I was done. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. And from working with them for years with the different warranties, I know what I want.
I also like the fact that I pay for a certain number of months and I get a five-year warranty. I pay for it for three years. The last two years are free. After three years, it is paid up. That is an added bonus because I just pay it like everything else every month. When it's paid after the three years, then all of a sudden, I don't have that payment coming on. I'd recommend their service.

Updated on 08/28/2024: The guys have had my car stuck at the dealership now for almost three months now. They said they were sending a new engine two weeks ago and when I inquired why it have not been delivered I am always told two more days. This company is shady and I would give a negative 100 stars if I could.
Original: I would like to rate negative five stars!! It’s been 7 weeks since my engine failed and claim submitted. Still have not approved claim and do not know how much longer it will take. I have spent over $1000 over the last seven weeks for Ubers. Started with four week delay for oil analysis and further delays for tear down that has already been done. Communication to me has been abysmal!! If I did not call for an update I would have never gotten any communication. No sense of urgency and respect to the Customer. Impossible to get a customer service person on the phone with 1 hour plus hold times. Stay away from Endurance!!! Ripoff alert.

If you're looking for great coverage at a fair price, and one that is convenient and taken by almost any certified mechanic dealership available, you're better off with Endurance Auto Warranty than you were with any other plan. They offered the best plan for the money for what I was looking for. And with some of the previous plans, I had to travel a long way to get any service. A lot of dealers did not take the insurance. That's why Endurance offered a plan which offered any dealership or any certified mechanics to work on.
I spoke with the rep for 30 minutes. He was very professional, helpful, wasn't pushy, and answered all my questions. He described the coverage. How long it would last is four years. I would make the payments for the first 30 months. They would make it last 18. And coverage would not begin until I got a 30-day grace period I got to check over the plan. But it's 30 days before I could use it. If anything went wrong in those 30 days, I wouldn't be able to use it.

I give the Endurance Auto Warranty rep a 10. He was great. He told me that the coverage covers the engine, axles, and transmission. He explained what parts it covers. And he said if the car hit a pothole, the policy will cover the tire. I told one of my friends she needs to sign up with Endurance to put warranty on both of her cars.

The first policy we got with Endurance was a few years ago and we got a second one recently because we got a different vehicle. The rep was really good at what he did, explained everything to us, and helped us get a really good deal on our vehicle. I filed a claim and it was super easy. We took the vehicle to the shop and everyone from the shop handled it and the claim. They didn't really call us to do anything either and they paid it out. I always bring up Endurance when people are having car trouble, if they feel like they might start having it, or if they just don't have a warranty on a car that they have just bought.

I had Endurance a couple of years ago, and I wasn't able to afford it, so then I had to let it go. I purchased it this time, and the process was very easy. The lady was very helpful, and it went very well so I also enrolled my mom. I have a 2020 Traverse covered. I haven't used it yet, but so far, from what I'm hearing, they're excellent. I'm supposed to have the best one that they have, and it covers everything. The lady went over it with me. Also, my payment would be just about $100 and I can go anywhere to get my car serviced. I pay 173 a month, and that's excellent due to the fact of what it's gonna take care of.

I spoke to a person from Endurance who was very professional on the telephone. I decided to take the offer that day. He was very professional and was explaining everything. I got the warranty for my Lexus. I asked how long before it begins, and the guy said, “30 days plus 1,000 miles.”

The rep broke everything down for me that I could understand. Nothing was unclear, and everything that was said was based on the documents that was given to me. It was a great overall conversation that made me wanna join Endurance's team. I was also told that Hertz is one of the rental agencies that they recommend using when people are doing any type of work on their vehicle.
I did some research online and I did some quotes through different companies, even with the company that the dealership that I purchased my car from. I would recommend having this type of coverage and getting with Endurance because the monthly payments are reasonable, and they offer a lot of coverage when people need services to their car that they can't get through out-of-pocket expenses.

The rep with Endurance explained everything I needed to know and it was very easy to sign up. It's everything we wanted. We're covered for four years because at the end of the third year, it's the full amount that we have to pay for the coverage that we want. It's affordable. The rep also said that we would get the Elite service for a year which covers a loaner car and roadside service if something happens to the vehicle. I told him we didn't need that as we have AAA for whatever else. He said we got it if we need it and it will be dropped after a year unless we wanna pick it up.

Endurance offers a lot of coverages that some insurances wouldn't offer and don't offer. My rep was very nice, kind, and understanding. She explained everything very clearly and she said she would be mailing the packet out to me. I would tell my friends to give Endurance a call and talk with the representative. I would tell them to listen very closely to the offer and I'm pretty sure they'll be very pleased as I was.

Endurance is a good program. Setting up the program was good. The guy knew what he was talking about. He explained everything really well. He told me that there was no third party involved, and that sounded good to me. I told him I had to look at my policy that I already have but he said, "Well, if you wanna keep all the deals that I was gonna give you, then you have to put a deposit down for the first month." It's just that I bought a vehicle and it's got 77,000 miles on it. Then I found out that the policy that I already have covers it until it's paid off, and I've tried to cancel Endurance and I've not gotten any response.

Endurance was way less pushy than the other companies. The other salespeople really pissed me off, but Endurance's representative was very nice. The signup process was simple and easy. Endurance should keep doing what they're doing.

I had Endurance Auto Warranty when I first got my car, but things happened and I had to cancel it. I thought about going through different services. I just decided to call Endurance back. It was a good experience. The rep was very polite. He explained information and was eager to help me. My policy covers what my warranty doesn't cover on my car, because it's a new car. I asked the rep about tires. He said they would help if I ran over something. But just to buy new tires, it's not covered. I would take care of that. People need to have extra coverage. I've learned that with a lot of things, people need their extra services because life happens.

We're happy with Endurance Auto Warranty. Ruben was the guy that called me. He talked to us for a little while. And he was the one that signed us up for the policy that we have. I was a little surprised when I found the cost because it was more than what he had quoted me. But we pay on it for less time. We're only paying for 29 months instead of 36 like he quoted it.

All of these reviews are either written by Endurance or doctored. I have a Jeep Wrangler that needed a new driver be shaft which is explicitly covered under my contract. They denied it and had me on hold for 30 minutes without an explanation. Save your money

I know how expensive repairs are and I plan on keeping my vehicle for another four years. So, I signed up with Endurance. Their rep told me what the policy covered and the cost. I was told I'd be covered for four years and 100,000 miles. I was also informed that the warranty activates in a month or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. I would tell my friends about what's covered by the Endurance policy and how easy it was to sign up. My experience was very good.

My rep at Endurance was a really nice guy and he told me how to make the payments the next month. I was also told that if the vehicle was a total loss, they would cover a certain amount of the cost. I would also get roadside service. I would tell my friends to go with Endurance and I would recommend that they are better than CarShield.

Endurance has good coverage for a reasonable amount. All their reviews are good plus they've got that beautiful race car driver sponsoring it. I spoke with somebody then went online and finished the contract. It went smoothly. Their online tool was good considering I'm a pinball generation guy.

I've had issues with vehicles in the past where I wound up being stuck with a major car bill, and I figured an extended warranty would be something to check into and not have to pay a $5,000 car bill out-of-pocket at once. I had went through a website that sent my information out to multiple providers and Endurance was the first one that contacted me back. Considering the way the customer service agent was, how she explained everything to me and the price, it was worth it. She even repeated a couple things at times because I didn't fully understand. If I had any questions, she knew the answer to them immediately. It wasn't a scenario where she had to go find someone else. You could tell that she was well-trained in what she was there to give as a customer service rep.
I got the bumper-to-bumper package which covers everything besides routine maintenance and those wear and tear items. It's nice to know that I don't have to worry about anything because I have this as a security blanket to fall back on if need be. The only thing is, and maybe she mentioned it and I just don't remember, the payment was through a third party. But beyond that, signing up, making up the payment and navigating my way around was very easy.

The price was right and the customer service from the Endurance reps was great. But when I read my policy, I didn't know I had to have 30 days in and 1,000 miles before I could use my warranty. When I needed to get my car serviced, they said they couldn't cover it. So, I got to come out of pocket with $1,652 to get it fixed. That put me in a bad spot because I can't drive my vehicle for the issue that came up on it. So right now, my vehicle is sitting in the shop and I got to take a Uber to work every day. It's been an extra money that I don't need to be spending every single day.

The Endurance rep was extremely thorough. When he called, I told him, "I don't really wanna do this." I thought it was not as good as it sounded. When he told me that for the amount of miles, I could get covered and the extra years, like no other used car. Even if I were to have bought the warranty at the dealership, it would have only covered the amount of time that I had the vehicle financed. It never extends past that on a used car.
I had insurance through another company before that wanted me to pay all this extra for the rental car, in which on a car insurance policy, you only get a rental car if the car was wrecked, and not if you have mechanical failure. So that was a big point for me when the Endurance rep told me, "If the car breaks down and they're gonna have it for a few days or you've gotta have something fixed on it, we'll cover a rental car." He also added that, "If you are driving out of state and the car breaks down, we'll pay for a hotel." I go out of state a lot. I've got family that lives in Oklahoma and Texas and my kids and I take road trips constantly so that's peace of mind that I wouldn't have gotten out of just my car policy.
I've run into some personal issues so I called Endurance. I happened to have gotten a manager when I called in, and he said, "Let's do this. You have till the 1st, if you absolutely can't keep it. But in order to make sure that you're okay, because at that point, you're gonna be at your 30 days, your 1,000 mile mark. And if you cancel it now, what if you can pay it and you cancel it now? You've gotta start over again." He also said that, "So if something comes up and you absolutely cannot have that money come out of your bank account, let me know on August 1st. It won't come out on the 2nd. But to make sure that you're okay and to make sure that you don't have any other things on your plate, because it seems pretty full, if you're able to keep it, we will waive your September. And we'll defer it till the end so that you have that cushion and you're not also having to worry about something going wrong with your car." It was awesome.

When I called Endurance and told them what I needed, they said, “Sure. We'll do that.” The rep did what he did. It was easy. They just took all my information. He asked me if the payment that I was making was still good and I told him, “Yes.” Then he said, “Okay. We'll set it up.” The only problem that I had was I got an email saying that another company was gonna be doing my payment. I didn't know if it was a scam and I'm not that good on the computer. So, I called the Endurance rep this morning and I said, “I wanted to check on this because I wanted to make sure it's not a scam.” I told him what I wanted and what my email said and he said, “Everything is fine. They are a company of ours, but you don't have to do anything. Everything is already set up. Don't worry about it.”
Several things happened to my car that Endurance would have paid for if I had have realized they were as good as they were. But I didn't collect the insurance because I didn't realize that they would pay for electrical and all of this stuff. When I had trouble with my transmission and we had to replace the transmission. I called Endurance to see if they would pay anything on it, and they did.
My air conditioner went out. I took my car to three different places and they kept telling me there was nothing wrong with it because it would cool sometimes and then sometimes it wouldn't. They would stand outside the car and roll the window down and stick their hand in there, and if it was cool, when they felt the air coming out of the vent, they wouldn't do anything. So, I put it in Nissan. They checked it out, charged me for checking it out, and said it was okay. I took it to Modern Chevrolet and they checked it out and said it was okay.
I asked a guy at one of these Quick Lube places that changes your oil if they know a good air conditioner place and the guy said, “Take it down to Parrish Tire.” So, I took it down there and they had a real mechanic down there, not one that looks at a computer. He said, “You're gonna have to replace all this stuff.” So I called Endurance and I didn't think they would pay anything on it, but I tried anyway. The rep said, “Yes. We'll come out and check it." That was why I renewed my policy with them because they did me right twice.

I just signed up with Endurance and the experience was fine. I was pretty impressed. I went online, saw Endurance, and asked for a quick estimate. I was expecting an email back. But then they called me before the estimate even came in on my computer. So I was like, "Whoa." I talked to a human being, which was satisfying. It was awesome because nowadays, you don't get to talk to a human being. The rep covered everything. So everything went well. She went through some of the coverage because I asked specific questions on specific items, like things on my truck, injectors and things that are bound to go bad and expensive. The things that she said were really good and positive. Most of that stuff was covered in there and some of the other companies didn't cover it.
The customer service part of Endurance and the people you talk to were great. I'm a hard person to deal with but the rep that I dealt with was really good and very understandable. She was straightforward and everything went really fast. She went above and beyond. I’d definitely recommend her to anybody. It was probably one of my best experiences for something like that other than my own local insurance company where I go down and see face to face.

Endurance's customer service was good and the way they explained the process was nice. I'm hoping if I have a problem that they're correct in saying, “Oh, we're all American-based. The guy that I talked to was helpful, answered my questions, and was not high pressure by any means. It was a good experience. Their options were adequate. The cost was not terrible. But I was a little surprised that I couldn't just pay a lump sum for coverage over a certain number of years, and that it's a month by month, which necessitated a waiting period. But it is what it is. I was interested in the fullest coverage I could get and that was what Endurance had.

I liked what Endurance Auto Warranty had online based on what's covered and the monthly payments. They were very informative. They were friendly when I spoke with them over the phone. The rep was able to explain to me everything what would be covered. He explained everything in a way that I would understand of how everything would go and when the coverage would begin. He said 30 days. And he explained to me the importance of having the warranty on my car. Also, he answered all the questions that I had. Even if it were some questions that Endurance did not have the answer to at that moment, they would make sure that they would get back with me as quick as possible and with the information that I need.

Disappointed is what I would title this review. I had problems with the key getting stuck in my ignition switch. I contacted Endurance and they went over the warranty with me and assured me that it was covered. I made an appointment for the dealer, and it was a safety in the ignition that was causing the problem. Endurance denied my claim saying that this part was not covered, even though it’s part of the ignition. It’s very disappointing how they hide these little parts in their contract, I just wonder if it might be better setting a certain amount of money a month away rather than paying for a warranty that is not a true warranty. All they did was say they’re sorry which really does no good at all.

My son-in-law has Endurance. He was telling me how good it was and he has had it for about a year. I really didn't wanna do it because I'm real iffy about when you start something and stuff just start messing up. But he was just telling me to go ahead and try it for a couple of months and see if everything is okay. I was really interested because my son-in-law has it. I had an extended warranty through Endurance when I first purchased the car and when it was getting ready to expire, I called and they gave me a really good quote. They were very nice about explaining everything to me and I felt comfortable with them because they're a really good and well branded company. I pretty much got the policy to cover everything because I plan on keeping the car. I would recommend my friends to go with Endurance 110%. The associate that I spoke with was Sean and he was a sweetheart. I'm an older person and I had concerns because there's a lot of different companies out there and they're not exactly what they represent. So I did some background on this and after I talked to him, I was sold.

When signing up and being pitched on services, prices, perks, etc. I was very excited, a bit emotional even I admit, to finally have something to what I thought was a major gift being I was about to turn 50 yr, however nothing seems to be as promised....Give the put of and run around just to reimburse my out of pocket $100 for tire from a month ago which yet to be paid, they are hard to reach, unless you're giving pay to them..And when I was out of gas and broke down, and broke, I called for roadside assist, they said they would bring $2 worth of gas and I had to pay for it...Well gas is OVER $3 a gallon. Needless to say I feel duped and not much faith left in Endurance and most likely plan to cancel.

Just bought a Endurance warranty on my wife's 2014 Lincoln MKT. The Ford warranty ran out. Endurance issued contract for additional mileage, close to full coverage. They answered the questions I had. The reason I went with them is because of the rating that Consumer Affairs gave them.

Unfortunately I would have needed to drive an additional 1,000 miles before the warranty would become effective. For me, that would probably be 2-3 years away! Also, the policy doesn't begin until 3 months after you sign up for it.

We took our truck in to get a repaired but our claim has been denied due to an error on Endurance's part. They gave the third-party claim company the wrong mileage and now we can't get anyone to help us. We were told to call back in a couple of days. It's been a week.

I purchased my policy in December 2023. I gave all vehicle information and was sold my policy based on my info provided. I was just denied my 1st claim based on my vehicle and my policy having an exclusion to cover that type of vehicle. The very policy the sales expert sold me, could never be used for the vehicle I own. I own a 2500 series pickup truck and NYS requires commercial registration. I do not own a business and this is my personal vehicle, not used commercially. I was denied for having a commercial vehicle.

Horrible services. We have a 2015 Tahoe ltz. We do Ubering and door dashing. We told these things to Endurance when we first started shopping around for the best warranty. We even set on it for 2 weeks just to be sure we were on the right track but endurance was consistent on reaching out to us steadily telling me and my wife about the prime policy which supposedly covers engine brakes, transmission, suspension, air conditioning, tires and one free oil change. Well we have been with endurance since the end of April. We was told after 180 payment was made the warranty will be active in 30 days. So our first issue we ran into after 30 day period was the front brake's pads and rotors. When went to collect on it they say they only cover the master cylinder but we were told brakes in general. Nothing specific. So got brakes done myself. Another month passes. Another payment made. No issues.
So another month passes. Truck needs an oil change. We suppose to have one free oil change with the prime plan we've already been paying for but now that we trying to collect on it they are saying that it's a commercial plan. We have to make another payment to include when it's already supposed to be a part of the prime plan in which we have currently been paying for a little over 3 months now.
Long story short endurance talk a good game when trying to get you to go with their plan but as far as business I wouldn't even suggest my worst enemy to this company. A waste of time and money for absolutely nothing and still left with paying for your own repairs and still paying 180 monthly payments. Even in the beginning after signing we ourselves had to reach out and fight with them for our policy. After a little push the guy finally emailed it to us. These people that they have answering the phones get a commission off of every person they get to sign. That's cool but what is it worth for us customers being told lies paying for policies that don't exist monthly.

The F&I guy at the dealership where I bought my 2024 Jeep Gladiator did his best, which was not very good, to push their warranty on me. I had already made several inquiries into which company offered the best, most reliable, highest rated warranties and theirs was at the bottom of the list. That F&I guy offered me a longer period of time, which I didn't need, and continued to belittle Endurance which I had already purchased. Thanks to ConsumerAffairs I dodged this bullet, saved lots of money and got the best.

When I totaled my Chevrolet Equinox, I had coverage and with that coverage, I only had to pay $100 each time that I had an issue. I only had to pay $500 out-of-pocket because I had five work orders done on it. My car was in the shop more than I had it, and I only had it for six months. I got it back in August and got back on the road in March. It was totaled about a week after I got it back on the road. I recently needed coverage and when I looked around, the lady that I talked to was very nice. She told me the perks about Endurance. She said, "With you having a 2014 car, we're gonna give you the best coverage we can give you." She knew what she was talking about and gave me the elite package. It was good customer service. The only thing I had to do was pay the 29.99 down and the first payment was 140. I need to go find out what's wrong with my headlights and it's only $100 out-of-pocket. You can't beat it.

Every time I had something worked on, Endurance Auto Warranty would always say they don't cover it. I spent $750 on my air conditioning repair. I also had a bad oil leak and I had to get different things. They called and told me they don't cover it. But Endurance is a good company. I would recommend it. I just renewed it again. I called the rep and gave him my policy number. It was very easy. They're very nice people on the phone.

Signing up with Endurance Auto Warranty was convenient. The website explained everything. Endurance gave me a reasonable price they wanted me to pay. When I tried to use the warranty, they denied the claim but it was due to I didn't reach the term contract thing. So, I have to wait. Other than that, they're reasonable. Customer service is quick when I call them, and they explain everything pertaining to the contract.

I have a Cadillac that doesn't have a warranty on it anymore. Cadillac parts are expensive, so I need something to balance because times are tough for people. did some online research, and it said that Endurance was the best company to go through. If I have a claim, I hope things go good. But I wanted the best coverage. So, I believe I bought the best coverage. Endurance Auto Warranty's rep told me that they covered everything, including computer chips. And I got $500 deductible if I got in an accident, and that everything was covered on my car. And if I got a flat tire or I broke down on the highway, they would pay for my hotel, and give me a rental car if I needed one.

My Mercedes warranty ran out. I saw Endurance on TV and decided to go with them. They were very helpful. My only problem with it is I gotta drive 1,000 miles before it kicks in. That's the downside of this. I can understand 500 miles. I got five vehicles and I'm single. So, 1,000 miles may take a year. I've never used it yet. I had never been to a shop with anything that would be covered to know how they would fix it, but I presume it would be good. I gotta drive 1,000 miles before I can find out.

Endurance was cheaper and more flexible with certain things that I didn't have in my previous warranty. I was looking for full coverage to cover the basic things that will cost a lot out of pocket. I'd tell a friend to go with Endurance because they're more affordable next to CarShield, compared to Mopar and everything else. The customer service is good, and their app has very helpful information.

You need to get Endurance Auto Warranty. They're great people to work with. Their reps explained everything detail-by-detail. They went step-by-step. From what they said that they covered seemed good, from what the booklet explained to me. And in case something happened, they would cover everything. Hopefully, I don't have to file a claim, but it's good to know that they have that stuff. Endurance told me how much it would be monthly and asked me, "Would that be okay?" I said, "Yeah."
There were some bad reviews about Endurance. I called because I was curious because some people on the website were, "They don't do nothing. It's a scam." And it had me worried. So, I reached out to Endurance and the lady was very helpful. I liked that because she took her time to explain everything. At least there are people there that care about the place. They go out above and beyond their job to explain the details. They said, "Why don't you reach out to a dealer of Infiniti and Nissan and see what they tell you." And they gave me good reviews about them.

I haven't had a chance for the policy to kick into gear. It had a 30-day hold on it. My car hasn't broken down. But as far as the service and getting it set up and ordered, that was a good deal. Endurance Auto Warranty did a good job. I'm very satisfied. Do the same thing and sign up for it.

I have a 2008 Ford F150 covered with Endurance and getting signed up went very well. It was very smooth and easy. The gentleman was very knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of information about the plans that were available and helped me select the one that was best for my truck. I downloaded the app on my phone. It's very easy to use. I talked to a couple of companies but I didn't care for them and I got this very nice gentleman on Endurance and he worked with me. We talked about what the car was and how old it is. I told him that I have never had an extended warranty and he said it covers big things and some little things but it doesn't cover basic stuff, like oil changes or windshield wipers. When he told me all this, I thought it sounded like a very good deal. It's worth the money. What we had replaced cost us the deductible and that was it.

I have a historical 1991 Cadillac Allante and it turned out to be a lemon. Every single dime out of my pocket was painful and I said that the next car I get, I'm gonna be fully covered. I didn't wanna pay all my money to mechanics anymore. The rep was awesome. She was lively and very professional. I wish all customer reps were like her or everybody would make my day. I'm a horrible phone person. I like to fight with people when I don't get my way but I had a great time talking to her for about an hour and everything turned out fine. She gave reassurance, repeated everything and let me know what I was getting.
In the end, she recapped it and answered questions. So, she was very thorough. The product sells itself. You have to be able to listen to all that they go through because I wanted the product. So, she was helpful. I have to use the car for 1,000 miles. So right now, if I go 600, it’s gonna be a minute. But I'm not worried about that at all. It's a good car so the warranty is just for security.

Both of my cars have over 200,000 miles on them and the signup experience was good. Everything was easy. I've had Endurance before so I’m familiar with them. One car is in the shop now so I hope they come through. If you have an older vehicle with higher miles on it, get the warranty.

Signing up with Endurance was very convenient and easy, and the guy who signed me up was very nice and helpful. It was a very smooth operation. No fuss, no hassle. He told me I could go online to pull the coverage up and he explained it to me. However, I live in a remote area so my internet is sketchy and I had to work off my phone. So, I contacted them back and they emailed me a hard copy, which was very good. They answered all my questions and provided all the information they said they would in the hard copy I needed. So, to date, I'm very satisfied.

I like the cost of Endurance. The purchase process was easy. I just gave them my credit card and they started charging me. They sent me information on what the coverage was. I talked to somebody several times. I do have an email from them. I haven't opened it yet because the coverage doesn't start for a month, but I haven't been in a hurry to figure it out. I've had problems with other warranty companies, not on cars, but on homes that they say they cover everything until you call and say your ice machine is not working on your refrigerator and, "Oh, we don't cover that." I haven't had to make a claim on Endurance yet, but it seems good if they hold true to their word.

I have a vehicle with very low mileage on it that's five years old and we were talking to people. They said Endurance was the best company to go with. We were interested in having some additional protection and we knew of some people who had the service with Endurance before. Getting signed up was very easy and didn’t take a long time on the phone. They took our information and the process went very smoothly for us. The presentation was very thorough, as well as the follow-up to make sure that we had everything from the email that was sent and to see if we had additional questions. We had another one in mind but Endurance came highly recommended. Two people had another warranty and two people had this, and they shared some information about their experiences with both companies. The customer service satisfaction was about the same. The dealer mentioned some companies that they work in partnership with that they knew of and both those companies came up. But for something, we just went with Endurance.

I had a great experience with the customer service rep and the purchase process was easy. But in my recent activity with Endurance, I had to have roadside assistance and it was hectic to get one from them. I stayed at the side of the road for five hours before somebody called me back. I had to call them back at least six times before I could get somebody out to come and get my truck. I don't even know where they took my truck and I still haven’t been able to find it. I had to file a police report just to find my truck. So right now, I'm not liking it. My truck is in the shop and whatever shop it’s at, I gave Endurance the information to call them but I haven't heard anything yet. So, I'm just waiting on that now. I've been without my truck now for almost a week.

My grandson and I went in together on a Camaro and his extended warranty ran out. We didn't have the money to replace something if it was something very expensive so we looked into an extra extended warranty to make sure that if in case something does happen, we have some sort of insurance that we can at least have help to fix. Endurance had great deals and a very easy process, and we did a bumper-to-bumper on the Camaro. It's a very trustworthy insurance company. There are scams out there that people know about and that's one thing we were very worried about. But the rep was very good and helpful in explaining every detail and everything that Endurance would do for us if something were to happen. And it was not too pricey but it is worth what you pay for the coverage. People should ask as many questions as they can because Endurance will answer any questions anybody has and make it a very smooth process.

Endurance had the payment plan that I could afford and that was amenable to what I needed. The rep was very knowledgeable and polite, and worked with me on the payment plan. He was very agreeable. This is the second vehicle that I have insured with Endurance and I was down to my last couple of months when I got this new car. So we went through everything and he set me up with a new plan. The program is for three years and it should be in effect right now.
I am retired, on a budget and can't afford car repairs, and Endurance has been good about repairs. I haven't had to use it much but the car dealership that I use was familiar with them and got things expedited right away. The most recent thing I used Endurance for had to do with the differential and you get $40 on the oil change. Endurance communicated with the dealership, and they made their claim. Endurance paid what was covered but I had to make a small payment for a part that was connected to the part that needed to be replaced and the whole thing should have been treated as one.

Watch out. So I signed up and three days later I thought to myself, "I don't need this warranty." So they offer a 30-day money back guarantee. They do not tell you that you are going to have to work for that guarantee. So they sent me (via phone) to a accounting to end my contract. After about 30 minutes on hold I was connected to someone in accounting. I told Jerry that I wanted to cancel my contract. He then went on forever it seemed like about why that is a bad idea. I tried to interrupt him, in the most polite manner I could, that I just wanted to cancel, nothing more. He then started to talk more about what could happen if I did not have a warranty. I tried to stop him, but then he started getting pissed off and told me that I was rude and needed to listen to what he was saying.
I told him about 5 times that I just wanted to cancel, and he said that he could not work with me and transfer me to someone else. Another 10 minutes he was back on the phone telling me that he was the manager and deserved an amount of respect, and I should listen to him. So I told him fine. I then proceed to talk to my friend, about complications that he was having with family. This angered Jerry and he proceeded to lecture me about professionalism, and that I had none. I stated that he was talking for like 10 minutes about something I don't care about and that I get better service at WalMart.
He then told me that I was rude and unprofessional, and need to learn some manners. I then asked if we are done, and he stated, "Take your money and call us when your car fall apart, because we are not going to help you." I said thanks for my money, I am sure it is going to take a few days. He mumble something and hung up the phone. Great company. It only took me about 1 hour and 15 minutes to cancel my contract.

My car is older and the warranty is over. So, I felt the need to have something to cover it. I want to make sure that my car is covered for a lot of stuff like transmission. I went with Endurance because of what I saw as far as the coverage and what the car dealership said. I asked them, "I know you can't tell me, but which would be better?" I was told it is Endurance. Signing up was great. The rep was very knowledgeable, got a lot of information to me rather quickly, and met the needs I was looking for.

The lady that I talked to knew what she sold and what she did, and it was a good experience. I needed something on my truck because it is a 2006. When I called Endurance, the young lady that I spoke with informed me that they were one of very few who would put a warranty on a vehicle with many miles. I've got over 200,000 miles. And then she started running down the things that they would do such as brake coverage and oil change. I was like, “Okay. Sounds like a plan that I can deal with.” So, I decided to go through with it. The signup process was easy. The representative was very knowledgeable and she was extremely nice. I would tell others to take a good look at Endurance. Me going in blind, and the way the rep broke it down to me and made me feel, I would give them a heads up on this, that, and the third, and at least they would go in with some knowledge, and it should be a better experience for them.

I have a 2019 Dodge Ram and the warranty that I got when I first bought it plays out at 65,000 miles. I kept noticing on television how they were talking about Endurance and some of the other ones, and I went online and compared them. I even asked the dealer where I got it that does my repairs, "What do y'all think of this service?" And they said, "Well, they've had pretty good response with it." So, I decided on Endurance. The representative who signed me up was very knowledgeable. We talked about what I needed and what I wanted. He told me about the payments and I chose which payments I wanted. I also had to get it because of my husband. He passed away in '22, and I just wanted to make sure I have complete coverage. Endurance is great. I've made the right decision going with them.

The Baton Rouge auto dealers had those little companies that they use for aftermarket warranty. Endurance was one of them. I asked the guy in the back room which one is the best, and he said he thought the Endurance was. It was cheaper to buy it online than it was to buy it at that dealership because he added on a little bit for him. Other than that, it was a piece of cake. I sent them a few dollars. It wasn't even 200 bucks, and I was good to go. The one peculiarity is I keep getting messages. They're emails, and they're addressed to another person, but they keep coming up on my phone. And I also keep getting emails to buy an Endurance Warranty. It’s like, “Hey, fellas, I got one.” Other than that, the sign-up process was a piece of cake. If somebody asked me about Endurance, I would tell them, so far, so good.

Endurance was a little less expensive than a warranty I already had. The person on the phone really was kind and helped me out a lot figuring it out. And if I had signed up at that time, I would get a $300 discount on the policy. The rep was very easy to talk to and answered a lot of my questions and was very patient. He didn't give me any attitude about all the information I needed, which happens often these days. The cost is pretty good. It seems to be like most warranties. You had to wait 30 days and 1,000 miles, which is not unusual. And it was about $50 cheaper a month than the warranty I already had, which is a nice benefit. I've had other warranties before, and it's really in a good price range. It's not overdone and it covers all the same stuff.

I've always had extended coverage on my cars. I know cars break, down and the extended coverage that I had just expired. There were two companies that advertised a lot on TV. I heard about Endurance on the internet and I had it once before on one of my other vehicles and they seemed to be a very good company. I never used them but when you break down, you want somebody to be there for you and Endurance had a good reputation for being on the spot. I called them and told them I wanted to be on Endurance on two of my vehicles. I gave them the VIN and they signed me up, and I sent them a check. They took the payment out of my account. Some squirrels got into my pickup truck and ate the wires to my coils. My son is the General Manager of Ford and even though he's my son, I still had to pay. Normally, it's around $12,000 for all your coils to be replaced but because he's my son, it was 4,000. With this type of insurance, I just pay 100 bucks and they replace what has to be replaced and take the worries off of me. I could be on a road trip and with the insurance policy, they take care of the cars.
I have had plenty of experience with cars breaking down with no insurance on them. The windshield of my Honda has all these little microfibers there. When it rains, as soon as the water hits the windshield, the wipers turn on. With Endurance, if I have a problem, they take care of that. I’d recommend them to anybody. I was with another company and they filed for bankruptcy. They were good but the more I checked into it, the more they weren't backing their customers. And when I checked into Endurance, they were backing their people 100%. And that's what it takes to make a good company. They gotta be there for you.

I went online to read some of the reviews to make sure that I was making the right choice with coverage on the car, because I have a Volkswagen. Although my car is a 2013, it has a little over 80,000 miles on it because I don't drive it that much. But with it being a Volkswagen, I needed to extend the coverage. I spoke to a couple of people and they recommended Endurance. And most of the reviews being a successful rating, made me select them. My initial signup was good and simple. The reps sent the contract and I just had to put my initials on it. Then, they emailed the policy for me to be able to download it. Reading through the policy, there were some things related to the waiting period and the mileage on the vehicle that I was a little bit unclear about. But I was able to call back and the rep clarified that for me.
The monthly cost is affordable for me at this time and Endurance was able to set the date as close to my pay day as possible to be able to get their monthly payment paid and to have it to be paid on time. The only thing is, the previous provider that I had for my policy didn't have an enrollment fee and Endurance had one which made me almost not do it because it was 29 dollars that I didn't have but I still needed the coverage.
The guy I initially spoke with who started the policy was very open and kind. I'm hoping nothing happens to the car but when it does, I hope that I don't have to deal with all of the red tape, which are some of the things that bothered me on the comments that I read. So far, I haven't had to have any involvement with customer service other than the enrollment but I wouldn't be reluctant not to refer somebody to Endurance. I got what I needed on time and the only thing that I would suggest is to keep the card in the glove box, if they would send a hard copy.

I already had an auto warranty with Endurance and it worked out very well so, I just stayed with it. They were the only company I knew about. There was another one but I wasn't too crazy about it because of the mileage on the vehicle. They would only go 120,000 and some people have nice cars that have more than that. I wasn't too impressed with that so I went with Endurance. When I signed up, everybody was very polite and the experience has been very good so far.

I would not recommend anybody to get Endurance Auto Warranty. The person that I talked to was very informative. But a month later, I had a problem with my dash lights coming on and when I went to get it serviced, Endurance told me I didn't have that. They said 30 days and 1,000 miles had to be put on the car, which they didn't tell me before I got the policy. I just did a trip. It was 600 miles. And when I went to took my car to the shop, they told me that I haven't put more than 1,000 miles on it. When I talked to the rep in the first place, I told him I put less than 15 miles a week on the car. I just sat all the time because I retired and got another car. I decided to take it because it was just my wife and I going. And I came back and had a problem, Endurance wouldn't pay for it.
If they gave me all the information up front, I could understand that. I could make a better decision on whether I wanted it or not. But if they didn't tell me everything, and something happened and they won't pay, what happens the next time that I have a problem? And they told me, "We don't fix that part. We fix everything, but we don't cover that part." I'm not happy with Endurance. I'm debating whether I should go ahead and cancel.

I would highly recommend anybody to go with Endurance Auto Warranty. Go for it 100%. They took care of me. The signup process was easy. Natalie, the agent I spoke with, got me the best deal she could. She let me know I have to wait 30 days for the policy to go into effect, as well as 1,000 miles. I let her know I barely drive my car. She said, “All right. That's okay.” It's still 30 days. Whether I drove 1,000 miles or not, it would still go into effect. She let me know I was covered from bumper to bumper, and no deductible. I sent her an email, and she was nice and professional. She answered all my questions. Everything I needed to know, she made sure I knew it before we hung up. I was happy with her performance. I've been happy with Endurance ever since.

I had a good signup experience with Endurance because they called me back after I put an email requesting information. I explained my plight and the gentleman I talked to worked out a good price structure for me, which made it very affordable. He was good to talk to. He understood my situation and he worked with me quite well. I'm getting a divorce and my income is gonna cut in half. I wanted to know what kind of monthly payments he could get me. He worked out a good deal for me. He signed me up for a premier plan and it covers about everything. Almost like a new car.

Absolute crooks, they cost me my vehicle. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH ENDURANCE or SMART AUTOCARE, they write for them. They tell you to take your car to any repair shop. Tell the repair shop they have to tear into motor to get to failed part. Then, they say preexisting damage. I had just put $1500 in new tire on my 2017 Ford Explorer in June of 2023, bought my warranty July 2023, drove the car over 1000 miles. They denied my claim for miles then oil changes. When I was able to prove mile and oil changes they defaulted to preexisting. Nothing but crooks and thieves. Danica ** is much to blame for me signing up with them. I trusted her. But she doesn't care.

I looked at three companies and because Endurance was ranked as one of the top, I went with them. Also, I liked what I saw on their website. It was very easy to register to get the service and it was all online. It has been a very good experience so far and I'd tell others that they should have Endurance. I have a car that I'm gonna put into them.

When I brought my car to my car dealer, he said, "Endurance is great." My experience with them has been okay and when I signed up, it was fine. But I'm still not very happy with not getting anything in the mail. They didn't send anything.

It was easy to sign up with Endurance. I had an ‘06 Cobalt and it broke down. I called them and they said that it wasn't over 100,000 miles that I had driven it yet or within the period that it was covered. I had to take care of it myself. I'm glad I did because that encouraged me to buy a new car. I bought a 2024 Nissan Versa. Endurance is a good company. But if you think you're gonna get your car fixed right away, you’re not, because you've gotta drive it 1,000 miles, or it's gotta be within a certain amount of time.

I'm a senior citizen and my car is a 2017. I wanna make sure that if something happens, I can afford something major and Endurance was the first one I went to. Signing up was very simple. I gave them the VIN, mileage and year, and we took it from there. The rep explained everything that would be covered and I got an email with all the coverage in it. He also explained about making a payment very well. I paid the first installment and then, it's being automatically taken out of my check every month through my bank account. Endurance is easy to hook up with and has good coverage.

I just bought a truck and I gotta get a warranty because it’s the first year that truck came out. I don’t wanna be with a brand-new truck and it’s all messed up if anything happens to it. I called a lot of companies and Endurance was the one that came up with the best deal. I couldn’t say no to them. The lady was good. She knew what she was talking about. Endurance also has great deals on getting picked up like if my truck gets messed up, they give me 25 miles for free. People can’t go wrong with this company.

My father-in-law bought his Lexus and he had put an extended warranty on it. But that expired. I was contacted by Endurance. We discussed the circumstances and what we could do. The deal that Endurance offered us was extremely good, particularly since I'm a veteran and my wife's a veteran and our names are on the contract. The deal they made us was something we couldn't pass up. The price was perfectly acceptable. The fact that there are 18 months of the four years that would be free because of my veteran status, there wasn't much of a decision to make. Also, the two folks I spoke to were very knowledgeable and polite. Very pleasant conversation. They answered all my questions that we had satisfactorily and it made it easy for the decision to make. Endurance has been exactly as we expected and what they told us to expect. I would definitely recommend them to other folks who are looking for one.

I had a good sign-up experience with Endurance. They're a good company. The guy who sold it to me was good. He told me the ins and outs and didn't try to force it on me. I bought a car with a hundred thousand miles on it and I like to have that extra safeguard that if anything goes wrong with my car, the engine and transmission will be covered.

It seemed like Endurance covered more issues with the vehicle for the same amount of money. When I contacted the number I found, the person I dealt with, Leon, was very nice. He talked to me about the whole process and the discounts that he was giving me. I started on the end of May, but the policy goes through June of 2028. He explained why it was that way and he mentioned that they don't inspect my vehicle, so they don't know if there's anything wrong with it right now. And because of that, he said they were going to start my policy but I couldn't use it for 30 days and 1,000 miles.
I recently had a claim and the process was easy on my end at first. I contacted Endurance and they said I needed to take the car to a dealer who could set up a certified mechanic and they would contact Endurance. Then they would evaluate it and process my claim. But the claim was denied at first because whoever spoke to the dealership didn't really know how the warranty worked and there was some miscommunication. But once the dealership called me about the denial of my claim, I contacted Endurance and they were very helpful. They told me that I needed to have the dealership contact them again. Then they had somebody else that evaluated it and they approved it.
If I hadn't had to call and try to find out why they were denying it, everything would have been great because you couldn't really have asked for a better set-it-and-forget-it kind of experience. However, it turned out that I had to make an extra call and a little bit of a stress problem. But it worked out and everything's good now. We're going to pick up the vehicle today and I don't anticipate any problem because according to the dealer, everything but the deductible was paid. Looking at this repair that I had, if I had to come out of pocket for it, it would be a $1,100 repair. My policy is 125 a month and that's very reasonable. It seems like a lot, but it's peace of mind knowing that no matter what happens, I could have the issue solved thru the policy.

I put the Endurance app in my mobile device and I got the free quote, so I didn't talk to anyone. But once I got the quote, I figured I could handle it and everything was explained to me. During that process, I got the contract and booklet in my phone, then I decided to go with them. I’d recommend them because it was quite easy. Everything was done online and the price was fair.
During our heat wave here in Detroit, my air conditioning went out last week, and my 30-day grace period was up on the 9th. I understand I have a leak in the line and I already have a new shop that I'm looking at to do this particular work for me. So I can't wait to use the warranty because we still have some heat coming up and I can't wait to use my air conditioner after it’s been repaired. I like what the policy covers because this car has a lot more tech things in it that I've never experienced before. And with my physical condition, I can't really repair cars anymore like I once did. I picked the top-of-the-line policy and I'm hoping that it will be honored when it's time for me to go get my air conditioning fixed.

I looked into a policy with Endurance for their high rating, benefits and coverage. I was advised that warranty companies always find a loophole to not pay but decided to proceed anyway. After having my policy for 3 months I initiated my first claim. The tow pick up was fast. My mechanic whom I’ve gone to for 23 years said they denied the claim because they don’t cover seals and gaskets. Mike the account exec suggested I get a 2nd opinion which I did. Roberto another account exec sent me their recommended shops which consists of Oil Change locations.
I called 3 other Dodge service departments which all indicated that you can’t just replace seals on a rack and pinion and the whole thing has to be replaced. Now, endurance is saying it’s because of the seals that the part failed. I have literally spoke to 10 people this morning who reiterated the reason for claim denial. I am requesting a full refund. This is incredibly disappointing. Be aware that you know what is and is not covered before you buy a thing.

I’m blown away with all these recent to date through never ending negative reviews. I wish I read these before purchasing. In 2020 I bought a brand new ram rebel from dealer. They pushed this warranty on me claiming it was bumper to bumper minus normal wear items like oil, brakes, tires, wipers etc… Due to all the electronics and new age equipment I accepted. This was a 8 year million mile warranty (sounded great). At 61,000 miles just after my power train warranty ended my passenger side exhaust manifold cracked (common problem with these trucks). Also at same time passenger visor broke (hardly used but also common problem).
Endurance denied manifold due to being part of emissions system. Denied visor due to being a wear item. I’m confused with their coverage as I was told different. Dealer said they stopped using endurance due to denying claims on a regular basis. Seems they collect your money and deny practically everything. I was going to keep for drive train but fearful if something happens it will be denied also. I believe I paid around 5k for this warranty and seems as if it was a donation to a crooked company. Look at reviews before ever purchasing anything or any service in this day and age.

In purchasing a new truck, I know that once the original warrant expires after 36,000 miles, the repairs are expensive. So that made me look to find an extra warranty insurance for repairs. I searched online for the best 10 insurance and Endurance was the first or second one. The signup process was pretty quick. It was pretty good. I like the service. In that case, I was happy. I would definitely recommend them. The downpayment and the payment option were good. It's fair and easy to handle. Everything is fine. The only thing is that they said they were gonna send me a package with all of the information but I haven't received it yet. It's been two months already.

I needed an extended warranty on my vehicle because I don't have a warranty on it. I was told through my dealer that Endurance is better than CarShield. The signup process was good and it was easy to go through. The rep was very good with it and he answered all my questions. I'm hoping Endurance, if I have a problem, they're gonna take care of me. I'm 77 years old and I only got one car and I can't afford another one. I can afford the monthly payments. But if I had a transmission or the engine go out, then I got no ride. My signup experience was easy. There's a waiting period, but I'm well beyond that now.

I canceled Endurance a month ago. It was horrible. They didn't explain that the warranty doesn't cover anything. Whatever was wrong with my car at the time, they denied it. For example, the automatic wipers when it started raining, would come on automatically. They denied it, so I canceled it. I called the old company that I was with before and I got another warranty.

Endurance Auto Warranty is a terrible insurance company. Do not waste your money. Please look at another company. They will not cover any of your claims. I have had multiple claims requests with absolutely Zero Coverage. This includes a radiator, drive axle and towing services. All denied.

The purchase process at Endurance was okay. But a lot of the software that they use to fill things out and get it all done is not hooking up. I had to call back two or three times to make sure the warranty was in effect. I was also on the phone for a long time simply because the artificial intelligence they use is not very intelligent. But their customer service was okay.

I used to have CarShield and I didn't like their service. My girlfriend got something in the mail from Endurance for her car, but she never signed up. I looked more into them and then I signed up, and it was easy. They helped me with everything. I spoke with a representative, and he seemed to know everything about each package. When I finally purchased and went over my policy with him, he explained to me the pros of having a policy with Endurance. He also explained to me all of the stuff that it covers and some stuff that I didn't even know was on my policy. My car has a lot of miles on it and it's a little older, so if anything happens, I'm already well prepared with Endurance. The representative was really nice. He even knew who I was dealing with before I started dealing with them, and he told me that he's not surprised I was having a rough time with CarShield back then. He knew a lot about extended warranties.

I'm an international student, and I've been here for six months. I bought a car, but I won't know how it's gonna work and I didn't wanna afford a lot of fees in repair. I thought buying an extended warranty would help me with that and I don't have to worry about my car having some major issues like the engine or the transmission. I checked on Google, then I saw Endurance's ad and gave them a call. Signup was really good. It was quick, and the team was really helpful. They told me to make sure my car is running good and that I do timely service. They said, "If anything goes wrong, give us a call, but make sure that you maintain your vehicle really good." They told me that the warranty is effective after 30 days and it might be up to for 36 months or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Having an extended warranty is quite advisable to anyone who buys a new car.

If I can give Endurance Auto Warranty no stars. They are terrible trash disrespectful that do not respond to you and tell me fashion if you get a refund then make you wait months before you get it and do not give you all your money. And they deny you for things that you didn't ask about. I said the thing that's supposed to check out. I will not bother them. I will not mess with them. They are not no good. Up and until the point that I spoke with Teddly my account mgr I was done with Endurance! Ms. Teddly took her time with me, researched my issue then did what she could to rectify the situation. She went over and beyond for me. Some of the customer service agents were rude and unprofessional. Ms. Teddly was not. She listened, researched and went into action. I liked the way the information was read and the person I talked to at Endurance. I even took out the home warranty along with it. However, the signup could be a little bit more clear. The person I talked to didn't seem to know that much about it. I called back and talked to someone else. That person seemed like they were rushing me through it. I was looking for bumper-to-bumper and aftermarket coverage. I looked at a lot of companies when I was getting this warranty and it was between Endurance and another one. But I knew a little bit more about Endurance than the other company, and I hadn't heard any bad things from people I've asked about the warranties. Getting signed up with Endurance was very easy. All questions were answered, and I like the policy terms. I have the policy and read through it and I'm happy with that. The rep who worked with me was very good. It was no high pressure at all. He answered all my questions. We went through everything, and I was very satisfied with what I got. I would recommend anybody, at least, to take a look at the company.

We did not get an extended warranty with our new vehicle that we purchased two years ago and it was getting close to the end of our mileage. The minute the warranty goes out, you start having problems so we decided to get an extended warranty. We got it from another company but I was not at all satisfied with that company. I found Endurance and was impressed with them. They had a lower price and better benefits. Everything was smooth sailing and the sign-up process was wonderful.

Original Review: When I really need Endurance, they were not there for me. My timing belt went on my Honda Crosstour, and they didn't want to cover the claim. And I had the BEST they could offer too. Had all my receipts, and my Honda was very well maintained. The funny thing about it, I told my co-workers to get it, because I thought Endurance was the BEST, so 6 co-workers sign up. Boy I was wrong. They told me, be careful of extended Warranty that you see on TV, and the internet. I didn't listen, now I'm paying for my timing belt.

I signed up with Endurance Warranty 4/17/24 and said that after 1000 miles and/or 1 month is the effectivity of the contract. My car is a 2017 Lincoln & have only had it for 2yrs (I got it used). I normally get extended warranty upon purchase but the dealership I got it from said I can get it from outside source since there are a lot of auto warranty nowadays who can provide these. I kept up with all maintenance for the 2017 Lincoln until I received a recall letter regarding misfire that even if it’s on parked it may cause fire in April 8, I took my car to my local mechanic for a rattling noise when I started the car that morning but went away right away. My mechanic said it’s the spark plugs however they are seized & won’t have the ability to do a tear down to see why? They recommended I went to the dealership to have them check.
Eight days after I decided to get the warranty just in case (4/17) then made an appointment for the recall at the dealership (4/18) I was told it’ll take a while and would need the car longer due to tear down and how much it’ll cost me just for the diagnosis, I decided to wait & call other dealership nearby who can do the work (spark plugs replacement) I found one next to my work who can replace them after a month or so 5/22/24 to be exact- completed the work (spark plugs plus extra whatever I needed breaks + rotors). Car ran perfectly.
On 6/28/24 engine light came on - took it to same dealership where the spark plugs were replaced. They attached their monitor/scan thing to find out the code and it read some codes that meant engine needs replacement. I called for claim since it is effective, endurance warranty denied the claim even if it is obvious on all the invoices that the 4/8 problem was not related to engine and that problem was fixed on 5/22z Endurance auto denied it due to they said it’s an existing condition, which I totally disagree but they still won’t change their decision & will not help me at all. Do not buy warranty from them.

1/4/2024 I signed up for a car warranty on my 2009 GMC Yukon XL. I was never given any contract or terms of the service or contract until AFTER my payment was made. A few months later, I attempted to file a claim and get my vehicle repaired according to my contract! Endurance informed me that there was a mile discrepancy and they would need proof of correct mileage within 7 days of when I purchased the contract. I provided a receipt of service as they could have also verified that service and mileage with that service provider! They then informed me that it was a printed receipt with company info on it but it was a hand written receipt and they don’t accept those according to my contract terms. Again, the contract terms were never given to me until AFTER my payment had been taken.
I also was unaware of this term because when I spoke with the representative, they simply told me to supply them with proof of purchase and service and correct mileage within 7 days of the contract and I did just that! They informed me because it was written and they couldn’t accept that as a mileage verification that my contract was void due to mileage discrepancy and that they were unable to approve my claim or repair my vehicle! I spent $7700 on a new engine and $650 for a new alternator on the truck out of my pocket.
I also paid for this contract since 1/4 and cancelled it on 4/4 after going back and forth with Endurance since March and refusing to repair my vehicle, assist with repairs or refund me my full amount paid for a service that was refused. They said that the refund would take 4-6 weeks from 4/4 but I didn’t receive a refund until June some time. Again, I was expecting a full refund being the fact that Endurance specifically told me on a record line that the contract was never in place and void because of the mileage discrepancy. When I received the refund it was only for $148.xx. I called them back & that said that’s all they felt I should be refunded after reviewing.

I have used Endurance since 2020. They actually honor repair coverages and I have always experienced great customer service. Just got off the phone with Rodney who went over and beyond to satisfy my request. A well known dealership in our area spoke very highly of this warranty at my first repair. They told me I purchased one of the top warranties. I do, however, hope their billing service MEPCO does better. I've had quite a few issues since their system update.

Endurance had a real person answer the phone when I called. I don't like those automated menus and to have a real person pick up the phone and sound nice and polite is a big deal. I got connected with who I needed to be connected with immediately and skipped pressing numbers. The reps spoke clearly, explained things and frequently asked me if I had any questions about what had been discussed. They offered me different plans. I chose what I wanted based on what I wanted covered and they didn't push that I go to a higher plan. They listened to me. I wanted the policy to cover the technology in my car as well because that's expensive. I asked them a couple of questions and they answered all of them. The process was very simple and clear. They also emailed me the documents that were both downloadable and printable if I wanted to do that, so I can refer to them.
The whole process of deciding to go with Endurance was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them. I had a problem last month where the payment didn't come out of my account. It took me a couple of days to notice it but when I contacted them, they were very apologetic and took care of business. The price is more than I’m willing to pay but as things continue to skyrocket in price, it's something I felt I needed to have. I haven't had a chance to use it and hope I never have to but it could have saved me a lot of money had I had it five months ago when spent $5,000 on my car.

I went to the dealership about three years ago and my service advisor was telling me about Endurance. I had some issues way back then and I was telling her I was thinking about getting CarShield. She's a major dealership and she was telling me that CarShield gives a lot of trouble in covering parts. She said Endurance is not as bad as CarShield as far as covering the parts. She told me to go with Endurance if I was gonna go with anybody. So, that was what I did. I had no bad experiences with the warranty. The real test is if I have an issue with my car and I bring it in and if it's covered or not. So far, without me having to deal with them and all I'm doing is paying the bill, I don't have any problems. I'll stick with them for now.

I got full coverage with Endurance. I liked their reviews and, specifically, the guy that I deal with who works on my truck here in town. Getting signed up was extremely easy. They were very thorough and they let me pick what I wanted. I started my first claim with Endurance yesterday. I've got an issue that I need to work on. Overall, Endurance is very easy to deal with. Go for it.

I was satisfied with the sign-up process at Endurance. It was easy. I haven't used it yet, but they hooked me right back up.

If someone wanted insurance or a car warranty, I'd say go get some Endurance insurance. My signup experience was quick and the whole process was easy.

ENDURANCE REVIEW. Endurance took advantage of my 90-year-old mother who has been diagnosed with dementia. On Dec 30, 2023 my mother contacted Endurance to obtain a warranty on her 2003 Chevy Malibu that has an approximate value of $500.00. Endurance issued a policy for 164.26. per month. Later that same day my mother called Endurance again and they issued her a 2nd policy for the same vehicle for 161.03 per month. The monthly total value of these 2 policies was $325.21. Endurance made automatic withdrawals from my mother’s bank account for 3 months totaling $957.87, for a car valued at $500.00.
On April 11, 2024, we became aware of the situation and contacted Endurance to cancel both policies and ask for a refund. At a minimum we were expecting they would refund the total amount of the 2nd policy which would have been $483.09. Endurance informed us that they would review the circumstances and would let us know within 6 weeks. They acknowledged that 2 policies should not have been issued on the same vehicle but it got through their system because they were issued on the same day.
They sent us cancelation forms for both vehicles that needed to be filled out and notarized. We submitted the notarized forms on April 12 2024 via fax. We contacted them again on May 8, 2024 to get a progress report. Endurance informed us that they did not receive both cancelation documents. On this date, we resubmitted the documents and were informed that it would now be 6 weeks from May 8, 2024 for them to respond.
On June 24, 2024, we contacted them again to get an update. They advised that a check had been issued on June 18, in the amount of $246.18 for the 2nd policy. We contested this amount and stated our position that the 2nd policy should be refunded in total for $483.09. Endurance informed us that we exceeded their 30-day period for such issues to be raised. We stated that it was their error to issue two policies on the same vehicle and that had my mother needed car repairs they would not have paid twice for the same occurrence. We asked to speak with a supervisor and they advised that a supervisor would contact us within 3 days. We never received a call. Endurance should be ashamed of how they handled this situation and took advantage of a 90-year-old woman with dementia.

My car is seven years old and my warranty expired. The dealership had recommended Endurance. Signup was great other than they were not completely transparent in saying that before the policy could be in effect, I had to drive that 1,000 miles. I would have liked to see that they told me right upfront that not only was that 30 days that I had to wait before the policy began, but I had to drive 1,000 miles. Customer service was very annoying, too. In general, I would never use them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I was with a company but they wanted $145 a month. With Endurance, they wanted 120-something dollars a month only. I also had a lot of people telling me how good they were. I signed up with them and it was quick and fine.

Endurance called back right away. Their price was better and they cover more in a lower package. It included more things like diagnostics and electronics whereas with the other ones, I had to go to the higher packages to get that. When I talked to someone, they answered all my questions. I gave them my information but a mishap occurred and I paid for it later. When I finally needed the warranty and the shop I took my car to called Endurance, they said that the VINs were not matching up so they wouldn't cover it. When I first called to see why they weren't covering it, I had got a lady who was not very friendly to me. I understand that I made the mistake but she was pushy saying, “We have you recorded, so it was you.”
I had to start my contract all over again and go through another 30 days. That whole process was a pain. But I talked to a manager and he was the only reason I stayed because he was great. He threw in some other incentives for the inconvenience of having to go ahead and pay for my car that was in the shop at that time. He helped me do the contract over and made sure we put the correct VIN.

Just beginning our experience with Endurance. Our policy is fairly new and now we have a claim. We have never dealt with a warranty company before so it is new to us. The operators have been most helpful and have answered all of our questions. Looking forward to working with them.

The Endurance rep who signed me up was excellent. I also spoke to my kids about signing up with Endurance and I told them that the customer service is excellent. They also make me feel comfortable.

I got a home warranty and they said I could get the package with Endurance for a certain price. I took it and signing up with them went quickly. It was better than most.
