We got a Ram 1500 covered with Endurance. My wife was the one who ended setting it up, but I talked to them one day about what it was gonna cost. We got a full coverage. Our experience was quick and effortless.

The Endurance rep I worked with was very professional. He explained everything in detail. He took his time. I asked him a couple of questions and he answered all of them. He was very respectful and he convinced me into this being a better plan to take. For the price that they're offering, it's not bad. Because of the services that they give you in return, it's worth it. The tires and everything that comes with it, it's a great package. You'd be a fool to pass up on it.

The Endurance rep was very professional. The concerns that I had about the coverage for my engine and transmission were answered. They ran over everything for me, and that sealed the deal. The program comes with rental and roadside assistance. The deductible was good. My son-in-law has Endurance and he told me it was a good warranty company for a car. I'm also gonna tell my daughter about it today. I'm gonna tell her that Endurance has given us a good policy, which is the same one that matches my car. Right now, I can't get it for the truck because of the funds, but I'd find out if she can help me because she also is a driver of the truck. They did offer good incentives on the one that I'm looking at that I may try to give for my truck.

I just started with Endurance a couple of weeks ago. My car is paid for and I don't want to run into the problem of having major repairs. The purchase process was straightforward. The young lady was very professional and knowledgeable. I expected to pay a little bit more for a direct service. I asked about veteran discounts and she assured me what she gave me was all the discounts that they afforded.

I thought Endurance was the best deal. If something happens to my car, Endurance will pay the bill. I talked to a guy named Roy when I first called. He was very friendly and professional and really talked me into the sign-up because he told me about all the benefits that Endurance provides. Roy was very good.

The Endurance rep I signed up with was very thorough. I kept trying to ask questions about it and she answered them. But I still have questions. I felt like I was pressured into it because it was like, "If you don't do this today, the price will change." It was high pressure and since I needed one, I went ahead and did it. But she was knowledgeable about the warranty and she knew exactly what she was talking about.

I have used Endurance on a previous vehicle and the process was smooth and everything was fixed in a timely manner. The problems covered were fixed with no stress to me. The availability of a rental car gave me peace of mind. The repairs were made at my choice of location. The reps were very nice. The rep that helped me sign up took quite a bit of time and was very patient with me. I had a lot of questions of what it covered and didn't cover, trying to figure out whether it was gonna be worth it or not. He knew what he was talking about. I got my contract, but I never got the contract on my wife's car.

I have an older Mercedes Benz that I love. I hate to part with it, but I also know it's a expensive vehicle to repair. When I called Endurance first, I could tell that the person that I initially spoke with couldn't sign me up. They transferred me to somebody possibly working from home. But the rep was very patient with me because I had a lot of questions. It was excellent signing up with Endurance.

The Endurance rep I worked with was great. She told me everything I needed to know and how it worked. It was great. I'm very satisfied. Others need to try Endurance, if they don't have a warranty on their car. You'll never know when something's gonna happen and that way you're covered. Their deductible is not that bad either.

My fiance had purchased the Endurance coverage for me. And by having a used car, he didn't want me to go without a warranty on the car. He wanted to make sure that I had coverage. The signup was great because he had it before and he reached a financial hardship. So, he made sure that it's affordable and I could pay it. He turned it over and added my name to the policy. Endurance is a very good policy. We would recommend it to a friend.

My sister's car broke down and it cost her $1,700 to fix it. So, I decided to get an extended warranty for my car. I went online and researched a bunch of different companies. I found Endurance to be the better deal and their guy was really cool. His name was Bill and he wasn't pushy. I'd asked him questions and he explained the answers to me. There was a lot more to it than I read online. He knew everything, all the little ins and outs, and what the policy covered. My daughter has a Nissan and it's about eight years old. She drives quite a distance for work and I told her that she needs to check out Endurance. We're not destitute, but you have to watch your money. And if I have to pay $150 a month to have a peace of mind, that's good for me.

The person from Endurance when I called them the second time was much more helpful and seemed to be more knowledgeable. Signing up was painless. They told me what things were covered and that I had a 30-day waiting period and a certain amount of miles that I had to reach before the warranty would kick in. The only negative is being on a fixed income, it's expensive to me.

Endurance is doing a good job for me. We had a problem with something in the engine on the Volvo. It's a strange one because it was losing oil. The garage said they needed to replace several parts. Endurance is straightforward. They don't mess around. They just do it. They also kept me informed on the progress of this particular claim.

I signed up with Endurance and it was fine. The person I talked to was very helpful and he gave me all the facts and figures. He set it up at the price that they had quoted me a year ago. I called about it. But at that point, I couldn't afford it because I still had a car payment. I paid my car off and, as I was talking to my friend, she had said that they had paid off on her car when she had had a problem. I decided I would go with it.cThey got it set up nicely and easy over the phone and they were fast about it and the person was very nice, too. Hopefully nothing ever happens with my car. But if it does, I'll find out.

At first, I was a little anxious about signing up with Endurance because it was a first-time call. I never had this kind of service before. When I was hesitant to sign on that morning, the salesman made a nice deal where it was only a $100 deductible and I would only get that offer from the first phone call. If I called in a second time, I would not get the same offer as what I paid for. But after the offers of signing on with Endurance, I felt very good about it.

I was running out of regular warranty on my truck, so I had to get an extended. Endurance was referred by a friend and the sign-up was excellent. I had to call back a couple times to give them the correct mileage and everybody was excellent.

This is the 3rd vehicle that I have had Endurance for. I have had claims on my 1st vehicle. All taken care of. The transfer from one vehicle to the next has been very easy. I had the pleasure of speaking with Isai (Izzy), a manager. He was extremely pleasant, friendly, and gave awesome customer service. I would highly recommend Endurance for everything it has to offer.

Their people were very helpful and made sure I understood everything they were explaining. Their prices seemed to be a much better deal for the dollar than either of the others I got a quote from. Also they were happy that I was shopping around and didn't pressure me like another big name warranty company, told me that they were confident in their offering.

Rated 1 out of 5 stars. 9 minutes ago. ENDURANCE IS A SCAM. I own 2014 Jeep Cherokee with 80000 miles, that keeps throwing a problem light alert on my dash concerning a problem with my automatic transmission. I took it to a local jeep dealership who advised that the transmission needs to be replaced. A claim was filed with endurance which was denied because endurance wants the transmission taken apart and diagnosed for the exact problem. The jeep dealership advised that this is not done anymore because of the type of transmission, the cost and the lack of available replacement parts. The dealership advised that this replacement policy is common practice, and I will not find any place that will tear it down to examine it. Endurance still refused the claim.
I then took it to a major transmission shop who examined it and advised it must be replaced. I have called every shop endurance has ask me to call, with the same results, it has to be replaced. It even cost me 215.00 dollars out of my pocket to have it looked at one shop. Endurance still refused to pay the claim. Every time I call them, I have to start all over again, they will not provide me a name or number of someone in management, I just keep getting the runaround.
I have paid the full contract amount and owe them nothing with two years remaining on my agreement. I am in the process of contacting a local TV channel to tell the public what kind of scam Endurance is running, and in the process of contacting an attorney. I am not going to drop this. I am retired with numerous medical problems and can't even make my medical appoints because I don't have another car to use. I'm not asking to be treated special, but I am asking to be treated fairly.

Purchased a Warranty for my BMW 640i Convertible with 5000 miles on it, 2 years old. No discussion that the Warranty would not cover the hydraulic mechanism to open and close the top although the Salesman knew it was a convertible. 2-1/2 years later top would not fully open. BMW Service manually opened and discovered faulty pump, BMW called Endurance who said they had to send an adjuster. Adjuster came, took picture & notes. Adjuster said he had what he needed and left. Next day Endurance denied the claim, no explanation to BMW or a call or notice of any kind to me, the owner, with respect to why.
Owner (me) called an Endurance Claim Representative who then revealed that the Adjuster asked the BMW technician working on the car, how long would it take him to get the car reassembled so he could see it fail, reply was one hour. Claims Rep said the Adjuster could not wait since they have other client appointments. Explained I thought there was a video and was told Endurance does not work from videos. So with an $8,100 repair estimate looming, the Rep left it at "too bad for you".
Asking to speak with someone with higher authority the Claims Rep explained they will only tell you the same things I told you. Here I was told this information that since the Adjuster couldn't wait one hour for the technician to reassemble the top mechanism, it was Endurance's decision to deny the claim, no concern about all the expense going to me. If I had not called I never would have know any of this. I wonder if Endurance would have done anymore to review the situation. I can well afford the $8,100 repair, I can't understand a denial when Endurance didn't question an apparent incomplete evaluation of the investigation. Nor was there any explanation until I called.
My payments for the Warranty were complete in May 2024 with coverage through June 2026. This incident this incident happened in July 2024. My issues: (1) the salesman knew this was a convertible and did not advise me that the top repair might be an issue; (2) the Endurance adjuster could not wait for an hour at BMW for the technician to reassemble the mechanism, so the Claims Rep told me, not the adjuster, making this one hour now more important than the $8,100 this is costing me; (3) someone at Endurance just denied the claim seeming to think no explanation was necessary until I, the owner, called them, therefor (4) no contribution to a $8,100 repair was approved, just flatly denied, and (5) the warranty is paid in full!
BMW has sent a request for another visit with the Adjuster, so far no word for an adjuster to return. After again relaying my complaint to a courteous second Endurance Claims Rep, I was told that maybe my warranty might pay for some of the diagnostic charges, wait and see if there is a second Adjuster sent. I can well afford to pay for 100% of the repair and was not asking for anything but a legitimate response. With all the accolades on this site, the public needs to know that until now, any claims were satisfactory reviewed and appropriately paid by Endurance however this was a shock. It was as if Endurance felt it should not be questioned, and acceptable to relay that attitude to me when I called for an explanation. Having searched for another warranty on a car I purchased this week, Endurance called me from an internet lead, but I had to question getting further involved. There you have it.

Make sure you explain to wherever you take your vehicle to get fixed that they have to call the warranty before they do the work. I guess this is a stipulation. I personally just think it is Endurance way of trying not to pay while you pay them. No one told me this when I was sold the plan. They just said tell the service center that you have this warranty and if they accept it you're all good. The lady from endurance was rude as well and for my first claim you would think they would help but nope. All about the money.

I was about to purchase a pre-owned vehicle (and ended up buying it) and I checked into Endurance since the dealership offered one, I didn't recognize. I was told there was existing coverage for another 9 months or mileage that was transferable by two different representatives on different days and no cost to transfer (there is a cost but minimal, I expected it not a big deal). I could renew near the end of the policy, no need to waste $3.1-3.4k on another warranty. Buy the vehicle, call to transfer it and I get the runaround over multiple days and hours and transfers and disconnects. Then them knowing some information they already had would be difficult to obtain which one of their own reps on a different call gave me while calling to confirm coverage again. FYI, not a great job of securing your info (gave owner's name & policy number with the VIN).
I called back to transfer to policy. Then all of a sudden there's a form and I have to contact the original owner who had sold the vehicle to a dealership a while back sign-off and they refused to contact the owner. The policy was tied to the vehicle only. They refused to assist and said I can sell you a new policy. Another FYI, I called three dealerships that had serviced the vehicle, they didn't like dealing with Endurance (look it up - long waits, don't pay, use unverifiable excuses to deny claims).
Needless to say they offered to sell me a new policy, I was curious. It was $2k more than if I had bought at the dealership for half the mileage and a year less. I could have bought it with the car but went off what they said already being covered. These people are liars and crooks. I read a lot of the reviews, I wondered if they bought the lesser policies or didn't read the policy but now I have to say I put more credit into the negative reviews. I believe a lot of those positive reviews are faked or paid for.

Since my contract does not have a dealer in my area I will cancel my Warranty!! Why wasn't this checked before the warranty was written. This is a failure on your end. Should never happen for a very large business with computer accessibility. Consequently, please send me a refund!!!! Why would you even write this contract???

I was shopping for an extended warranty to evaluate replacement vs keeping my vehicle. The original specialist laid out the plan benefits and recommended purchasing the plan to lock in the first time inquiry discounts as it could be canceled anytime. This plan was definitely superior to the others I priced for a better price. I opted to replace the vehicle and as promised, the next call to cancel the plan went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Endurance and will keep them in mind if I run this car out that far.

Run away. They will take your money then run also. Endurance Auto consistently ensure that they deny and all claims I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that they are in meetings and don't answer their phone. I have had two claims with them that they denied right from the start.

I had a Nissan and I saw Endurance’s commercial. So, I said I would give it a try. The experience I had was good because a sensor blew out on my Nissan and they paid it in full and all I had to pay was a 100 deductible. And you don't pay for towing. CarShield makes you pay in full. I wound up paying $600 total and they said they would only pay 180 charge, which made me go to Endurance. The rep was good. He told me how it works and the coverage I would get. He did alright. But my Cadillac is dead so I don't have it. I'm driving my sister's Jeep now and I already called Endurance. They told me they'll refund my $150 and that's good. Once the warranty wears out, I will call Endurance again. I told my friends about Endurance and they kept asking about their number and I gave it to them.

Customer service has always been good. I spoke to a couple of reps and they're very informative. I understood everything. They broke everything down, the tiers of what is covered and what's not covered in the policy that I received. I had a couple of concerns coming with my vehicle, but I haven't met the threshold of 30 days. My 1000 miles have came up, but I'm still waiting the next few days to put a claim in.

I investigated the companies that I could pull up on the computer trying to figure out which one would be the best fit, and Endurance seemed to be number one, so I went with it Customer service is awesome. They're as helpful as they can be. I couldn't find my information so I called. I didn't know when the payment was due. I found out it's on the 17th. So far, everything's good.

Robin with Endurance was great. I'm old, but she was patient. But when I called back because I hadn't gotten anything in the mail, the gal was rude. She said, "It'll be there when the post office gets it there." I called back and talked to Mike. He was nice to talk to. I've got the book now and my husband and I are gonna read it through. I hope we won't have any problems but if we do, it sounds like Endurance will be there for us.

My vehicle is getting older and my son passed away, so I have nobody to work on it. Endurance was the first ones I called just to get information and I liked what I heard. They seem to cover the stuff that I'll need and it's only $100 deductible. The rep seemed to be very knowledgeable. I told her I couldn't afford what they wanted. I still can't, but she did make it a year longer to drop the payments down. She's been very helpful.

My 2005 Dodge Magnum broke down and I needed it towed to a tow facility less than 5 miles away, and I got the run around from Roadside assistance. First they claimed that my policy was invalid, then that I didn't have it on my policy, and lastly after hours of waiting I called endurance and put them on on a 3 way call. Once my policy was verified, it was hours of "searching" for a tow truck service.... they called back and attempted to charge me 200 additional dollars above my policy for a 5 mile tow, and then said it would be a three day wait before they were available. After being highly disappointed, I called my insurance company who had my car towed in less than 2 hours... they searched the same companies! Roadside through Endurance is a joke and a hassle.

I have had multiple instances where Endurance finds loopholes in the contract to weasel out of paying for repairs. When we first signed up many years ago we thought we were getting the top of the line plan that covered almost everything including the electronics. Then later when our satellite radio broke they would not fix it because they said the names of their plans changed and it wasn't in our coverage. Then on a long road trip far from home our alternator broke, and they normally would cover it, but found an error in the mileage recorded by a previous dealer visit. Said they wouldn't cover it and accused us of rolling the odometer back, which isn't even possible on new electronic dashboards.
We even got a signed letter from that dealer where they admitted to the error and cited two other prior repairs which corroborated the correct mileage. They also won't cover replacement of almost any kind of seals and gaskets, including CV boots, which cost me over $1400 to replace. Better to put your warranty payments into a separate savings account for car repairs than wasting it on Endurance

I purchased a second-hand vehicle, and I wanted to put a warranty on it. I was going to buy one from the dealership, but it was a warranty that nobody knew about. On the other hand, Endurance has the best reviews from customers. Everything is exceptional, so I said, "I'll give them a chance," and my signup experience was great. I enjoyed Endurance. Everybody was polite, confident and gave me the best deal they could possible. They told me about the package I had and when I can use it or whenever I need to use it and how to go about putting a claim, if needed. I haven't used Endurance yet, but I heard so many good things about it. I know it's worth it.

The sales representative from Endurance was real nice. The only thing is it's been at least a month since I bought the policy but I'm still getting tons of advertising on my email. I don't need it because I've already bought it and I have but one vehicle. Every time I get one, I have to look at it to see if it's a bill or a question they have about what's going on with my policy, but it's nothing but the same old advertising. I'm worried that if I unsubscribe from Endurance that I would miss my bill.

I filled some stuff out on the phone and had a nice conversation with the rep. It did not take time at all. So many of these other places try and say as little as they can to get you hooked into something that's more. With Endurance, they let me know the drawbacks as well. There are gonna be problems but they try and let you know where there are gonna be problems and what you can do about it, if we change from one program to the other. That's the way people should be doing business. This other stuff with trying to slide something in there is disgusting.

I liked that Endurance warranties lifted trucks. They would cover my entire truck. My rep was David. I used him on both vehicles and they were at different times. He was good. I haven't had to use the warranty yet, which is good. If I ever have to have anything done, I'll be glad I have it.

I received a notice in my mail about the extended vehicle service plans for my car (KIA FORTE 2020). I called to get some information about it since I do have really bad problems with the car and the way it's been running. A gentleman on the phone was really nice and helped the best way he could. I was told what I need to do before they can help me which was really helpful and informative. I will be sure to call back when I get those car issues fixed and taken care of.

They are a bunch of LIARS trying to fool you. Ask your Mechanic before you buy their policy. No difference which Mechanic. I had a problem with my Car in the 30 Days period. Called to cancel my policy and the agent advised me hold on until after the 30 day period and they're going to pay all cost for fixing. It was all documented on their side but they refused to Honor their own AGENT. A bunch of scammers. BE AWARE!!!

My other warranty lapsed and when I saw Endurance, I said I could give them a shot. The rep was awesome and a great guy all the way around. He answered all my questions. People should sign up because it’s only $100. The other company I was with three years ago told me it was gonna be $150. But I told them I wouldn’t be able to afford that and they brought it down to $100. My daughter’s vehicle had too many miles on it but I told her that Endurance is way better than the other company I was going with. I'll get all the bells and whistles here, where before, I had to fight for them just to get all that stuff and that’s not fair to me. The rep walked me through everything and told me that I would get it all in Endurance and they would take care of me. It was what I was looking for. If I break down, I can call a tow truck and it isn’t gonna cost me an arm and a leg. With Endurance, I definitely can.

I talked to their rep and it sounded good. Also, the rep was very helpful. Once I signed and went through all the paperwork, I felt like it was really good. I was really interested when it came to rentals and knowing that if my fiance was driving my car and something happened, it would be okay as long as I put her on there or whatever. Having that option was good. What was sold me was the fact that it covers the loan amount which is six years and 100,000 miles. I don't expect to drive that much but having that and then only paying for four years worth of payment or something like that were good.

I've been with Endurance a couple of years in the past and I recently renewed my contract. I'm always gone a lot so I wanna make sure that I'm covered for if I have to stop anywhere. But as soon as you renew your contract, something goes wrong with the car and I have to wait 30 days which is what I don't like.

Whenever I talked to the girl at Endurance about the policy, she explained things pretty much where I could understand it. She told me about the different things that I'd be insured for like the motor, the transmission, the wiring, the windows, and the electric switch. I got road hazard, tire protection, collision, discount program, total loss protection program, and key fob replacement. But so far, I haven't got any paper on this. They were supposed to send me one. I know that I am an Elite member and the expiration of my policy is on 9/29. But I want a paper showing what coverage I've got.

The Endurance rep was awesome. He asked me a lot of questions about my vehicle and told me it had a lot to do with the vehicle to see if I qualified. I gave him all the information about my vehicle and he told me I was. He explained everything about the coverage very well. He told me all of the things that were included and what it covered. He also sent me everything thru email. But I don't do much email stuff, and I wanted something on paper. I lost my keys and he said that it covered lost keys but I haven't been able to call them back to let them know.

My family member was talking about Endurance and she said that she's had it for a while and was quite pleased with it. She takes her car to a Toyota dealership, and she said that she's always had great experiences and no problems. Apparently, my mechanic screwed me. So they got me on Endurance for a year, then it ran out and I had already moved from there. Endurance sent me a letter, and signup was no problem. The customer service was good.

I'm a widow and I live on a fixed income. I need coverage for my car because it's over 100,000 miles. I don't wanna get stuck with something happening with the engine or the transmission or something big like that because I can't afford that. Endurance is the best that I have seen for coverage. They cover more things and the deductible is lower than the other company I was looking at. The lady told me that Endurance uses all new parts and the other company doesn't do that. She was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile.

Something that Endurance covered was interesting to me. I have a Buick and some companies are particular about what they cover, but Endurance covers what I need. Their rep was very informative. He was a good salesperson. I would let others know how helpful Endurance was and that if they need that kind of warranty, they should talk with someone at Endurance before they make a decision.

The bumper-to-bumper Kia warranty is expired. It's a 2017. It's got about 68,000. I don't have any problems with it. But I decided to protect myself a little bit in case I had a big repair bill. I talked to several companies, Endurance, CarShield and Enterprise. I felt all of them had strengths and weaknesses, but Endurance had a little more strength in some areas. The signup process at Endurance was fine. Their reps were also polite and professional. They laid out what was covered and what wasn't covered. I took the premier one, the top-of-the-line one and I got a good price on that.

I called three companies and I got different estimates. Endurance was the only one that told me the truth somewhat. The rep that I talked to was real knowledgeable. He helped me with everything. Endurance offered better payments, better rates, and more help. The rep was good, nice and sweet. He broke everything down. If I had a question, he was there to answer it. He explained everything from bottom to the top. I'm very satisfied. I signed up with Endurance on the phone driving home from work. I had a great experience with the representative. I took a 60 months exclusionary warranty. The program has a one month exclusion period. I haven't used it yet, but so far, I have not had any issues. I was full on expecting I was gonna have to pay for the thing upfront but Endurance has a payment plan and it's no interest.

Also, the coverage options were good. I like how it covers a wide variety. I know that, for signing up on my first car, I got the Elite membership. So, it covers from, he said, motor to key fob. I attempted to get my air condition checked, and I would make an appointment but I didn't have a card. So I called, and that was when I found out, “You’re still in the waiting period.” I didn't know about that. But I got the full coverage.

I was happy with the coverage because the others were a lot higher. And they were kind to me. I didn't have my speedometer reading because I was in the house. So, they took one that they had found off of something else. And they told me when I went to my car the next day to call them and give them the correct speedometer reading, which I did. I'm waiting on the new contract to come with the right speedometer reading on it. Also, I told them that I was on a fixed income. I had just lost my husband and having to pay for his funeral and short on cash. So, they rearranged my payment so I could make them.

Do NOT Trust this company! They did cover a few small items that arose, but when my Transmission started acting up...they denied the claim. Why? Said I had a commercial vehicle. Because my company name and License number was on my truck, it had a roof rack and a tool box (NONE of which is in what their policy describes as a commercial vehicle). I told them It was required for a contractor to have his name and license on his truck, the Nissan Frontier came with a ladder rack and that tool box is my trunk. Denied again! I showed them their policy on commercial vehicles. Denied a 3rd time! Don't trust them with your money, they will not follow their own policy.

The customer service side is amazing. I spoke with DJ about a situation and he did not let me off the phone till he had it resolved. The actual claim side is lacking. The customer service side of claims is amazing as well, but the adjusters and the people who handle the claim on the dealership's side act like they get paid by the hour. I dropped my truck off on the 18th, got back from my trip on the 29th, found out that the claims guy never went to look at the vehicle until the 26th. Then I still had to wait for his decisions and didn't get my vehicle back until the 4th of the next month.

I normally don't write negative reviews as I know things happen. But in this case the one time I needed to use the coverage it gets denied. The AC went out and the dealership said the compressor needed to be replaced. They said the freon leaked out due to the seal and caused the compressor to stop. The seal is part of the compressor and you can't change one without changing both. But due to some loophole in the contract that says they don't replace seals they will not replace the compressor. WOW. So disappointed but should have read all the negative reviews.

Endurance does not cover as much as they claim and customer service is so rude, My back driver side was leaking and Endurance doesn't cover this,1900 dollars worth of repairs I had to pay out of pocket, one excuse was I had driven 400 miles in one month, no I did not. My car was parked at my home and I borrowed my roommate's car, I have no clue where they got that info and wouldn't provide proof, also when I called the first time customer service was so rude, he said, "We can give you a website to buy the parts cheaper but that would of been 800 out of pocket." When I told him, "No. I can't afford that," his response was to cancel my policy.
The second guy I spoke to his solution when I told him I wanted to cancel my policy he said, "Well you could of gotten a different plan that may have covered the cost," I had elite plan, I told him no, he said, "You will get a cancel email," which that was 5 days ago and no email, this company is a scam and I could of saved my money instead of paying Endurance because I received no help from this company.

This is a TERRIBLE company. Avoid at all costs! They are refusing to pay a claim, insurance agent would not even give us her full name insisting she didn’t have to. She said her name was “Dee” and she wouldn’t transfer us, claiming she was the head of the department. My parents are both disabled and needed a rental car while their car was in the shop. They have documentation for when the car was left at the shop, and how many times the mechanic called and couldn’t get through to anyone. Now they are claiming that they don’t have to reimburse for the rental. We will be reaching out to the media and hiring counsel.

I've called Endurance a couple of times, and used their online quoting also. I felt that their reps were inexperienced, and one was downright weird/offputting. Their coverage is extremely expensive (even granted I am pricing for premium vehicle), and they don't give any options either in the quoting process online, or over the phone. You are immediately boxed into what they need you to want, rather than having a transparent process. This all smacks to me of just being shady, and I will go with another warranty provider for these reasons.

You need to keep a close eye on these guys. First off their contract is massive. Anything not specifically mentioned is not covered. They do not keep you informed if your "coverage" is lowed because of a claim. Or if you need to refigure your coverage because of a claim. I've had issues with service providers not accepting Endurance because of slow pay. Just be careful.

We had a previous warranty with Endurance. No problems at all! We needed another 'warranty' for a second vehicle and we compared others for good judgement. Endurance was rated "highest" by most online referrals and it is for a good reason! Both CS agents I spoke to with Endurance were superior in their knowledge of the 'product' they were selling. Answered every question and actually answered questions I had never thought about...! I hope that any 'claims' we should have to make are as easy as it was to 'sign-up'. Keep up the good work!!!

I bought an extended warranty on my 2018 q5 that had 36,000 miles on it when I purchased the extended warranty. We made sure that all the major components of a vehicle were cover (engine, brakes etc.). I had to bring my car to Audi because the engine was making a noise (out of nowhere). We maintain all of our vehicles with regular service and oil changes. My car has been at Audi since May 23rd. Audi has been calling them to discuss the claim that they originally denied. Audi was told a supervisor would get back to the in 2-3 business days. It has been almost 3 months and a supervisor has not called Audi back. I have been calling EVERY single day to see if the supervisor has got back to Audi and the answer is NO! How are they still in business? How do you take money from people and not have the decency to return a phone call? I have never had such a horrible experience with a company!

It was very pleasant signing up with Endurance. They were professional and welcoming. They expressed all the benefits of being with the program including roadside assistance. More importantly, they were willing to match the price that another provider had given me. The policy lasts for four years or up to 160,000 miles, whichever comes first. Endurance is a company that stands on its own. There are no third-party companies that they deal with. However, I didn't know how to pay my bill. When I first did, I did with my credit card. I called today wondering when I had to pay and they told me that it comes out of that every month. I told them no so they switched that up. The rep explained to me where to go online and how to go about filling out. That way, I can pay online. The website wasn't hard to navigate through.

I've leased cars for the last 15 years. Every three years, I turn the car in and get a new one. But now I decided to keep my car because the leasing prices were insane when I went to re-lease a car. It's cheaper for me to pay $100 a month for an extended warranty and keep my car. I have a 2018 Dodge Durango, and I had a Chrysler extended warranty on it for three years. But the new extended warranty would only cover me for an additional two years, and it was extremely expensive. I checked a bunch of other companies and Endurance was the one that seemed to cover everything that it covered.
I filled out an application online then decided to call to make sure that the coverages were right. It took all of 20 minutes to answer all my questions and finally get it covered. They left me with what my monthly would be if I wanted to pay it upfront or if I wanted to pay it monthly. Endurance is relatively inexpensive. The cost to replace an engineered transmission is already worth twice the price of the policy. For that reason, it's a perfect idea to have this unless you've got an extra $5,000 - $7000 lying around the bank that you can get rid of whenever something goes wrong.

Endurance was advertising and I thought I’d give them a try and see what the price is. I got full coverage and the sign-up process wasn’t difficult at all. But after the salesman and I got through the whole thing, I didn’t quite understand where he said I probably will have a $100 deductible.

Updated on 08/14/2024: I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Endurance Warranty Services. I was contacted by their team regarding a refund of $814.38 that I paid into my policy. However, the offer came with a stipulation that I sign a contract essentially acting as a gag order, requiring me to remove all negative reviews from various sites. Silencing my grievances while offering a refund is not an equitable solution and is completely unjust. Moreover, Endurance labeled my vehicle issue as pre-existing, which is now recorded in the Mercedes-Benz system and Carfax. This false pre-existing condition has significantly impacted my ability to obtain a new car warranty. I firmly assert that this issue was not present prior to obtaining the warranty with Endurance.
It is disheartening to see a company rated highly when customer satisfaction is evidently not a priority. Throughout my interactions with various representatives, including Tyisha, Tiffany, Joe, Heather, Tony, Joseph, and Will, there was a consistent lack of concern for how I was treated. The primary focus appeared to be on denying my claim rather than thoroughly investigating it.
Furthermore, Endurance expected me to perform the legwork to overturn my claim. It should be their responsibility to request and verify the necessary documentation or visuals to validate the claim. When I spoke with Joseph, he instructed me to obtain and submit the documents myself, which is entirely unacceptable. From this point forward, I insist that all communications regarding this matter be public and not private. Transparency is crucial in ensuring that concerns are addressed fairly and justly. In short, my experience with Endurance has been utterly frustrating and disappointing. I would advise others to think twice before engaging with this company.
Original review: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Endurance Warranty Services. Three months ago, I obtained a warranty from this company for my vehicle. During the initial setup, I spoke with a sales representative and informed her that I did not know the accurate mileage of my car. She assured me that it was not an issue and that she could obtain this information by looking at the Carfax report. This assurance came after she quoted me a monthly price, which I found too expensive. She then claimed that by reviewing my Carfax report, she could provide me with a better quote.
Unfortunately, I did not record the name of the representative who set up my warranty because I did not anticipate any issues. However, three months later, after taking a road trip, my car experienced issues, making it impossible to drive over 65 mph. When I took my car in for servicing, I was shocked to learn from Heather at Endurance Warranty that my claim was denied due to a mileage discrepancy.
I explained to Heather that the representative should have correctly recorded my mileage since she had accessed my Carfax report. Heather then reviewed my Carfax report and confirmed that the mileage matched the dealership's records and the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle. Despite this, she required a report from my dealership, which I promptly provided. Heather supplied her email address for this purpose, and I also sent the report to Joe.
Seeking confirmation, I spoke with Tyisha, but she was unavailable. Tiffany, the first person from Endurance Warranty to proactively call me, informed me that my warranty was approved but required an additional $400+ for claim review. After paying this amount, I received a call from my dealership stating that Jon had denied my claim, asserting that the issue with my vehicle could not have occurred within the warranty period.
Adding to my frustration, Tony informed me that Jon, my claim reviewer, does not even work as an employee for Endurance but as a contractor. This means that Endurance dictates whether to approve or deny the claim, and Jon has no bearing on the decision; he merely follows Endurance's strict orders. This revelation underscores the company's manipulative practices. Since then, neither Tiffany, Tyisha, Heather, nor Joe have accepted my calls. I eventually spoke with Tony, who suggested I apply for an additional service called Dignify to cover my repairs, requiring me to pay it back monthly. This suggestion is bewildering since I already have a warranty with Endurance.
Tony concluded that there was nothing more Endurance could do for me, advising me not to call back as my claim would be denied indefinitely. This company is a complete scam. They are only interested in taking your money with no intention of honoring their commitments. I will be initiating a chargeback for every payment made to Endurance and lodging a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to their gross negligence. Do not sign up with Endurance Warranty Services. They are in the business of deceit and exploitation.

I had just signed up for Endurance, so I haven’t gotten much experience with how they operate. I can tell you that I switched over from Carshield for many reasons, including the lawsuit that is ongoing and worried about their so-called reliable service. I look forward to seeing how endurance does For any mechanical needs. I have excited to be a part of endurance family for my car repairs. I think they have a lot of great options and the plans are great for your benefit and financial needs and wants.

My vehicle hit 100,000 miles and I'm going to continue to drive it for a few years. I called around and Endurance was the only one who covered my motor. It's a hardtop convertible. Endurance has been great every time they've ever done anything. I renew it every year and recommend them to all my family members who don't have an extended warranty on their car. I give them Endurance's name and number all the time.

Endurance warranty is good and something to rely on. I recently filed a claim with my Kia Motors and it worked out fine. A few months ago, I cancelled my Endurance policy because there were so many things I was paying for and I needed to find out who were these people that were taking money out of my account. Then I picked up Endurance again and the process was good.

I spoke to a representative at Endurance and found the individual super helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the coverage for the price. There is a waiting period which makes sense but that felt very reasonable the time frame and mileage. I wanted full coverage on my car that was getting older. I'd been paying out of pocket for few years now and needed to try to get something. Signing up with Endurance was easy and the rep was great. In fact, I've referred three other people to her. I was on the phone when they did the three transactions. I told them I wish they had a referral fee 'cause I've sent so many people to them.

I liked the plan but needed to discuss this with my wife due to cost of the plan. I told the agent this, but he insisted on discussing lowering the cost and I told him politely he was pushing the envelope! He was pushing to make a sale and I told him that we always discuss major purchases. Then he just hung up. Very impolite!

They were very helpful in getting a policy that I could afford and made sense for my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Endurance to anyone who is buying a used vehicle, or is looking for one for their current vehicle. They are very flexible, and the choices for auto shops are much better than one of their popular competitors. Endurance has several options available, with optional extra coverages, like key fobs, among others. I am very happy with the service and experience I have had with my Endurance warranty.

THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AREN'T EXAGGERATIONS, STAY AWAY! I signed up and was told something false about when I would be billed, I wanted to start a couple days after signing up not the next day so I canceled two days later when I was billed the next day. I was then falsely told I would be receiving a full refund including the $29 dollar fee that is "non-refundable" by two different employees, I'm still waiting for my refund 45 days later and was also told upon calling for an update that those employees were both wrong and I will not be getting that fee back.... Really? $29 dollars Endurance? Not a good sign. They would rather refuse to refund that than me writing this review everywhere I possibly can.... Just out of their employees lying and bad business practices, stay far away from them.
Will I even get the amount they're willing to refund? I don't know at this point but I wouldn't be surprised If I never do at which point they'll be hearing from my lawyer, sometimes the principle is worth more than the actual money. I can't speak on dealing with actual claims but from other reviews it also seems like a terrible process where they use every excuse in the book to deny claims.

I cancelled my policy within the first 30 days and a told I would receive a full refund and that was on June 14th, 2024. I still have not received a check for my refund that they said I couldn’t refunded back to my account. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and have been told by several CSRs that there is no one available anytime I asked. They have the worst customer service and take advantage of their customers! Please do not use this company! I am in tears because I feel like I’m being taken advantage of.

I have a warranty that just expired. I checked into CarShield, a couple of others, and I talked to my Hyundai dealer that works on my car, and they were not in agreement with CarShield at all. They recommended Endurance. When I talked to the Endurance agent, the first thing they said was, "You can take it to your Hyundai dealer." That sold me right there that Endurance was the way I wanted to go. I'm also gonna call back on Monday and sign up for their home warranty, too.
Signing up for the auto warranty was a very simple process, and I can't wait for it to go into effect. It's a 30-day waiting period and 1,000 miles. I initially talked to Brandon, and I didn't sign up at that time because I was still researching. When I called his number back, he wasn't there but another agent answered the phone and he was just as knowledgeable as Brandon. As I was talking to this guy, Brandon saw that I had called and he tried to call in on the call, but I finished with the agent that I had on the phone. It was the same price that Brandon had quoted, so I wasn't displeased. Both of them were very professional and knowledgeable. Brandon was very nice. He didn't keep calling me back the browbeat me. He said, “When you make a decision, give us a call.” I liked that part, too. When I called him back, I had already made the decision based on our discussions. Also, based on what I found through research on Endurance, they're very easy to work with.

The rep that I talked to impressed me a lot. He was very good. But as we went through the whole thing, Endurance asked me what my mileage was, and I said, “I don't know. It's between 27,000 and 28,000 miles. I'll have to get it back to you.” So I did that and it was 27,079 miles. All the paperwork kept coming through at 28,000. So I called them the other day and said, “I put this change through.” They keep showing me the change has gone through, but I keep getting paperwork from them showing 28,000. I only do about 150 miles a month, so it'll be Christmas before I'd even get covered. My cutoff date for resending the policy is on August 8th or 9th. So I told them that will call and cancel. They promised me they'll get it out, but they promised several times. So far, I haven't seen it. Otherwise, it looks like a good program.
The price started out high, but then I got military discount and old age discount. As far as marketing, somebody should look at their list because I keep getting these invitations to look into Endurance and they tell me, “We don't know you're a customer.” I had a marketing company for 45 years, and that's not good marketing.

The rep with Endurance was a little pushy. He told me that I had to lock in a certain fee at that moment or I couldn't get it. He gave me 15 minutes and said he couldn't close out his computer, that his boss would yell at him if he left it open on his computer and he had to close it for lunch. They said the coverage was bumper-to-bumper, but the more research I do, it sounds more of a scam than a service. Others are saying there are a lot of hidden things and Endurance does everything they can to not pay. I also got a link to some other company to pay for that now per month. That sounds like a big headache and I am thinking about canceling it.

It was a pleasure signing up with Endurance. The rep was very nice. We talked about a lot of things and it made me feel right at home. I like the way it was all described to me and that there are no questions. I'm glad that I signed up. However, I wish they would have been able to cover my other vehicle. It's newer but it has more miles on it. The rep said they wouldn't cover it because it has too many miles.

I have been getting emails about Endurance since I signed up and they're not a hard-sell company. I signed up with them on July the 15th and I understand there's one month waiting period and about 1000 miles. The rep said I was gonna get a written description of my policy. I got it over the email, and it was 36 pages. The guy said that they were gonna send me a hard copy through the US mail but I have not received it yet. He said that I was gonna get it within 10 days. I called a couple of days ago and the rep said she was gonna have it sent to me but I don't have anything yet.

The agent I talked to was very informative. He told me about all of the little things that may occur, and that was very helpful for me. I also explained to him that I am retired, disabled, and in a tight budget. Everything was up front, and I was very impressed with that. The agent was very professional, easy to talk with, and understanding of my situation. It was very good for me, and right now, I'm very pleased. The test will come if I get a chance to use the warranty plan.

I love the commercials of Endurance and going over the booklet, there are a lot of things that they cover. The rep was very professional and knowledgeable and he even stated to give them a call back if anything was to come about. They gave me their number and extension. So, it was great. I'm signed up on the Cadillac. The rep got all the information from me and Endurance needs some disclosure, and I have to agree with it. Somewhere in there, we got cut off and the rep never bothered to call back. I waited for her to call back instead of me going through the nightmare to get to her. I've been trying to get signed up for a week and it seems like only one person can take care of it. She either went home early or wasn’t there that day. I’m not very impressed with the rep. I've never had a problem before but this time, it's a little hard signing up. But I'll get Endurance. It’s okay. But there are a ton of these companies out there so somebody might like something else better.

Endurance Auto Warranty was the first I called, but I was happy with it. After I spoke to the rep and he was so nice and his quote was reasonable, I didn't have to keep shopping around. He acted like a human. I shared with him personal crazy story I'm going through. He was a nice guy, and the terms were reasonable. Good price and good plan. I might not live here in six months or a year, and he was upfront about all the cancellation stuff. I'd recommend Endurance. It was easy.

I signed up and didn't get any confirmation. Endurance Auto Warranty didn't send me the policy, so I had to call and find out about it. Everything was fine other than that.

Endurance Auto Warranty told me what I needed to know. Everything went fine. I'm satisfied with the coverage. When it ran out, I renewed it because Endurance has done good work for me. When I've had difficulties and problems, they have paid what they were supposed to.

Signing up was fine. It was to cancel that was horrible. I took my vehicle to the Hyundai dealer to get my repair fixed, because it was covered under the warranty that I have. The dealer I bought it from misled me to believe that I had no coverage when I did have coverage. That's why I went and canceled the Endurance Auto Warranty policy, which I went through hell to try to do. They kept offering me all kinds of deals. They would drop at $70. They would save me $1,000. But I don't need to pay double coverage, and they would not accept that.
They did have an excellent coverage. It's only good for four years but it's something better than nothing. They just wouldn't comprehend the fact that I did not need to pay double coverage. I did not need to have this policy because I had policy. And they kept telling me I would drive that many miles. Where I live, everything is very close. And I'm gonna have surgery again so I will not be driving as much as they think I would. Not to tell them my private story, but I felt I had to because they weren't listening to me. I'm on a set income and I don't need to shell out 100 bucks a month for something I don't need that I already have. I went through two different people to try to cancel. I have yet to see anything that says it's canceled, which I was told I would receive something. But I've seen nothing. It took me two weeks to cancel this.
I saw that Endurance has a lawsuit after the fact, but their pressure on not just me as being an elder person, but if that's how they pressure everyone that finds out they don't need it or maybe they found a cheaper place to go to, it's unbelievable. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. I would never go back to them. The peer pressure alone was uncalled for.

It was a good setup. I believe in it. I liked it. The good old fashioned insurance company with some reputable things, and when my car breaks down, I had extended warranty on this, which I used it. It made my card correctly. Endurance Auto Warranty isn't a fly-by-night company. Danica Patrick ain't no flake. And she wouldn't go in with the company with a bunch of shadetree mechanics. I just wish Endurance would send me a card because I'm not a computer literate individual. You gotta give me a hard piece of paper. Also, I would like that if we don't use them for a bit, they would put our name in a bucket and get pulled out, they send us a Ferrari. We get to use it for a day or week.

I looked into an auto warranty because of the age of my car and how well it's running. I don't wanna have to get a new one. I chose Endurance between the price and the service and everything was fine with the signup.
