    Updated on 08/14/2024: I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Endurance Warranty Services. I was contacted by their team regarding a refund of $814.38 that I paid into my policy. However, the offer came with a stipulation that I sign a contract essentially acting as a gag order, requiring me to remove all negative reviews from various sites. Silencing my grievances while offering a refund is not an equitable solution and is completely unjust. Moreover, Endurance labeled my vehicle issue as pre-existing, which is now recorded in the Mercedes-Benz system and Carfax. This false pre-existing condition has significantly impacted my ability to obtain a new car warranty. I firmly assert that this issue was not present prior to obtaining the warranty with Endurance.

    It is disheartening to see a company rated highly when customer satisfaction is evidently not a priority. Throughout my interactions with various representatives, including Tyisha, Tiffany, Joe, Heather, Tony, Joseph, and Will, there was a consistent lack of concern for how I was treated. The primary focus appeared to be on denying my claim rather than thoroughly investigating it.

    Furthermore, Endurance expected me to perform the legwork to overturn my claim. It should be their responsibility to request and verify the necessary documentation or visuals to validate the claim. When I spoke with Joseph, he instructed me to obtain and submit the documents myself, which is entirely unacceptable. From this point forward, I insist that all communications regarding this matter be public and not private. Transparency is crucial in ensuring that concerns are addressed fairly and justly. In short, my experience with Endurance has been utterly frustrating and disappointing. I would advise others to think twice before engaging with this company.

    Original review: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Endurance Warranty Services. Three months ago, I obtained a warranty from this company for my vehicle. During the initial setup, I spoke with a sales representative and informed her that I did not know the accurate mileage of my car. She assured me that it was not an issue and that she could obtain this information by looking at the Carfax report. This assurance came after she quoted me a monthly price, which I found too expensive. She then claimed that by reviewing my Carfax report, she could provide me with a better quote.

    Unfortunately, I did not record the name of the representative who set up my warranty because I did not anticipate any issues. However, three months later, after taking a road trip, my car experienced issues, making it impossible to drive over 65 mph. When I took my car in for servicing, I was shocked to learn from Heather at Endurance Warranty that my claim was denied due to a mileage discrepancy.

    I explained to Heather that the representative should have correctly recorded my mileage since she had accessed my Carfax report. Heather then reviewed my Carfax report and confirmed that the mileage matched the dealership's records and the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle. Despite this, she required a report from my dealership, which I promptly provided. Heather supplied her email address for this purpose, and I also sent the report to Joe.

    Seeking confirmation, I spoke with Tyisha, but she was unavailable. Tiffany, the first person from Endurance Warranty to proactively call me, informed me that my warranty was approved but required an additional $400+ for claim review. After paying this amount, I received a call from my dealership stating that Jon had denied my claim, asserting that the issue with my vehicle could not have occurred within the warranty period.

    Adding to my frustration, Tony informed me that Jon, my claim reviewer, does not even work as an employee for Endurance but as a contractor. This means that Endurance dictates whether to approve or deny the claim, and Jon has no bearing on the decision; he merely follows Endurance's strict orders. This revelation underscores the company's manipulative practices. Since then, neither Tiffany, Tyisha, Heather, nor Joe have accepted my calls. I eventually spoke with Tony, who suggested I apply for an additional service called Dignify to cover my repairs, requiring me to pay it back monthly. This suggestion is bewildering since I already have a warranty with Endurance.

    Tony concluded that there was nothing more Endurance could do for me, advising me not to call back as my claim would be denied indefinitely. This company is a complete scam. They are only interested in taking your money with no intention of honoring their commitments. I will be initiating a chargeback for every payment made to Endurance and lodging a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to their gross negligence. Do not sign up with Endurance Warranty Services. They are in the business of deceit and exploitation.

    I had just signed up for Endurance, so I haven’t gotten much experience with how they operate. I can tell you that I switched over from Carshield for many reasons, including the lawsuit that is ongoing and worried about their so-called reliable service.     THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AREN'T EXAGGERATIONS, STAY AWAY! I signed up and was told something false about when I would be billed, I wanted to start a couple days after signing up not the next day so I canceled two days later when I was billed the next day. I was then falsely told I would be receiving a full refund including the $29 dollar fee that is "non-refundable" by two different employees, I'm still waiting for my refund 45 days later and was also told upon calling for an update that those employees were both wrong and I will not be getting that fee back.... Really? $29 dollars Endurance? Not a good sign. They would rather refuse to refund that than me writing this review everywhere I possibly can.... Just out of their employees lying and bad business practices, stay far away from them.

    Will I even get the amount they're willing to refund? I don't know at this point but I wouldn't be surprised If I never do at which point they'll be hearing from my lawyer, sometimes the principle is worth more than the actual money. I can't speak on dealing with actual claims but from other reviews it also seems like a terrible process where they use every excuse in the book to deny claims.

    I cancelled my policy within the first 30 days and a told I would receive a full refund and that was on June 14th, 2024. I still have not received a check for my refund that they said I couldn’t refunded back to my account. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and have been told by several CSRs that there is no one available anytime I asked. They have the worst customer service and take advantage of their customers! Please do not use this company! I am in tears because I feel like I’m being taken advantage of.

    I have a warranty that just expired. I checked into CarShield, a couple of others, and I talked to my Hyundai dealer that works on my car, and they were not in agreement with CarShield at all. They recommended Endurance. When I talked to the Endurance agent, the first thing they said was, "You can take it to your Hyundai dealer." That sold me right there that Endurance was the way I wanted to go. I'm also gonna call back on Monday and sign up for their home warranty, too.

    Signing up for the auto warranty was a very simple process, and I can't wait for it to go into effect. It's a 30-day waiting period and 1,000 miles. I initially talked to Brandon, and I didn't sign up at that time because I was still researching. When I called his number back, he wasn't there but another agent answered the phone and he was just as knowledgeable as Brandon. As I was talking to this guy, Brandon saw that I had called and he tried to call in on the call, but I finished with the agent that I had on the phone. It was the same price that Brandon had quoted, so I wasn't displeased. Both of them were very professional and knowledgeable. Brandon was very nice. He didn't keep calling me back the browbeat me. He said, “When you make a decision, give us a call.” I liked that part, too. When I called him back, I had already made the decision based on our discussions. Also, based on what I found through research on Endurance, they're very easy to work with.

    The rep that I talked to impressed me a lot. He was very good. But as we went through the whole thing, Endurance asked me what my mileage was, and I said, “I don't know. It's between 27,000 and 28,000 miles. I'll have to get it back to you.” So I did that and it was 27,079 miles. All the paperwork kept coming through at 28,000. So I called them the other day and said, “I put this change through.” They keep showing me the change has gone through, but I keep getting paperwork from them showing 28,000. I only do about 150 miles a month, so it'll be Christmas before I'd even get covered. My cutoff date for resending the policy is on August 8th or 9th. So I told them that will call and cancel. They promised me they'll get it out, but they promised several times. So far, I haven't seen it. Otherwise, it looks like a good program.

    The price started out high, but then I got military discount and old age discount. As far as marketing, somebody should look at their list because I keep getting these invitations to look into Endurance and they tell me, “We don't know you're a customer.” I had a marketing company for 45 years, and that's not good marketing.

    The rep with Endurance was a little pushy. He told me that I had to lock in a certain fee at that moment or I couldn't get it. He gave me 15 minutes and said he couldn't close out his computer, that his boss would yell at him if he left it open on his computer and he had to close it for lunch. They said the coverage was bumper-to-bumper, but the more research I do, it sounds more of a scam than a service. Others are saying there are a lot of hidden things and Endurance does everything they can to not pay. I also got a link to some other company to pay for that now per month. That sounds like a big headache and I am thinking about canceling it.

    I have been getting emails about Endurance since I signed up and they're not a hard-sell company. I signed up with them on July the 15th and I understand there's one month waiting period and about 1000 miles. The rep said I was gonna get a written description of my policy. I got it over the email, and it was 36 pages. The guy said that they were gonna send me a hard copy through the US mail but I have not received it yet. He said that I was gonna get it within 10 days. I called a couple of days ago and the rep said she was gonna have it sent to me but I don't have anything yet.

    Signing up was fine. It was to cancel that was horrible. I took my vehicle to the Hyundai dealer to get my repair fixed, because it was covered under the warranty that I have. The dealer I bought it from misled me to believe that I had no coverage when I did have coverage. That's why I went and canceled the Endurance Auto Warranty policy, which I went through hell to try to do. They kept offering me all kinds of deals. They would drop at $70. They would save me $1,000. But I don't need to pay double coverage, and they would not accept that.

    They did have an excellent coverage. It's only good for four years but it's something better than nothing. They just wouldn't comprehend the fact that I did not need to pay double coverage. I did not need to have this policy because I had policy. And they kept telling me I would drive that many miles. Where I live, everything is very close. And I'm gonna have surgery again so I will not be driving as much as they think I would. Not to tell them my private story, but I felt I had to because they weren't listening to me. I'm on a set income and I don't need to shell out 100 bucks a month for something I don't need that I already have. I went through two different people to try to cancel. I have yet to see anything that says it's canceled, which I was told I would receive something. But I've seen nothing. It took me two weeks to cancel this.

    I saw that Endurance has a lawsuit after the fact, but their pressure on not just me as being an elder person, but if that's how they pressure everyone that finds out they don't need it or maybe they found a cheaper place to go to, it's unbelievable. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. I would never go back to them. The peer pressure alone was uncalled for.

The good old fashioned insurance company with some reputable things, and when my car breaks down, I had extended warranty on this, which I used it. It made my card correctly. Endurance Auto Warranty isn't a fly-by-night company. Danica Patrick ain't no flake. And she wouldn't go in with the company with a bunch of shadetree mechanics. I just wish Endurance would send me a card because I'm not a computer literate individual. You gotta give me a hard piece of paper. Also, I would like that if we don't use them for a bit, they would put our name in a bucket and get pulled out, they send us a Ferrari. We get to use it for a day or week.

    Just want to share my experience with Endurance. Before I brought my car to the shop, I called them to check if cooling problem will be covered. They advised be to bring the car to a "licensed repair shop" and if the problem is compressor, it would be covered. I then brought the car to dealership and told me that compressor needs to be changed. They informed Endurance about the scope including the diagnostic fee and the total labor, compressor, refrigerant reached $2000 per their estimate. We have been following up for 2 weeks before they get the decision and gave a go signal over the phone. I even rented a car for a week because I need to go to work.

    The dealership told me they followed up for the confirmation email and told me Endurance would only cover 280 for the compressor including refrigerant and 387 labor cost for 2.5hrs of job. This is literally unacceptable. I know that the quotation of the dealership is pricey but Endurance coverage cost for the job is ridiculously stupid. Endurance told me this is what they found the cost of compressor is. I told them I can ask my 12 year old kid and she might be able to find this cost in Google but no shop will get this work for this price. This is madness! I can't believe I was talking to a warranty company that knows what they are doing. I even paid for a week of car rental. I felt that I could have saved more if I don't have Endurance and allowed them to make the repair works on day 1. They might have good reviews from those new customers who just got their policy but wait till they make a claim. I was scammed!

    I called to have them remove my car and my name from their mailing list. After verification of the mail piece I was sent and my car and name, I was transferred to their sales department. I told him that I do all my own work and have never needed an extended warranty, and never will. I then asked to be removed from their list again. He said he needed my vin #, and mileage to verify it is me calling, and it's my car. So in short, there is no way to stop these pieces of dung from harassing mailers, and this company is the worst of them all. They have no respect for me, or you! Now I will spend all my efforts bad mouthing them online, hope that works for them, this is war!

    I have two cars on my Endurance plan. I made sure I had the top plan with all they have to offer to make sure both vehicles were covered. I even added on the extensions for the radio and other stuff… I have tried to file 3 claims over the years and each claim was denied for various reasons.. 1. The part wasn't covered. $1200 I had to pay dealership… 2. They said it was an add on coverage for the transmission on my husband’s Ford 350. $3500 we had to pay. 3. My Ford Edge the water pump is out (which is a covered part BUT car is in shop now and it's almost $3000 and they are denying the coverage because I didn't have the radiator flushed at 150000 miles… They never told me any of this when I purchased the plans. I just had to pay $1200 on this Edge two weeks ago because that part wasn't covered and the Ford dealership never said I needed any maintenance!

    I have a 2020 Silverado trail boss that has a transmission problem which the chevy dealer states I need a torque converter for the automatic transmission. When I purchased the policy the salesman informed me I have the best policy. It cover everything. Not true. The adjusters told me they don't cover torque converters but they fix all lubricated parts on the inside. Really. It's a fraudulent company that will set up your payment and then deny your claim. I just canceled my policy. Do not buy. I repeat. Do not buy. Then some salesperson got on the phone to tell me, "We will waive your policy payments for 2 months," and then reduce my payments to get more money. They are a scam.

    Endurance is amazing. They're great customer service-wise. As far as my payment, it's very affordable. I'm very satisfied. I'm a single parent and if something happens to my car, I can't afford to pay these outrageous prices. It costs a lot to get these cars fixed. I asked the place where I got my car which company would be best and he recommended Endurance and another company, but he said Endurance is good. So, I did my research for two months and then I signed up. The process was so quick and easy. I was looking at it online and they happened to call. I spoke to a rep but I couldn't talk for too long because I was busy at work. A lady ended up calling back on a Sunday and she was amazing. I made my first payment on the 12th and she said that the program won't be good until the 12th of next month. It's a month you have to wait.

    An Endurance warranty would be a great asset to have for any vehicle and I really love the fact that they cover older vehicles because a lot of the companies don't do that. I was concerned about the benefits of having the warranty on my vehicle and Endurance stood out of all the companies I checked. If I have a breakdown and I'm out of town, they'll put me in a rental. If I have to get a hotel, they pay for that.

    I also like the benefits of being able to take my vehicle where I wanted to take it to get it fixed. And I don't have to have to go through the red tape of waiting on a check or waiting on them to make the payment. They'll make the payment immediately so that I can get my vehicle fixed. The rep I talked to when I signed up was awesome. She took her time and explained everything to me and my husband. Making my payments to their is very easy and their rates are awesome. I talked to a couple of my first family members about Endurance and they're going to sign up as well.

    05/10/2024 took 2014 GMC Sierra 4x4 because we felt a pull. Advised our GMC advisor that we would be using Endurance insurance. Gmc called endurance to inform them of the situation that was going on with the truck. Endurance stated they would send out an inspector. We did not hear back from Endurance until 05/15/2024 when we got a call from GMC advisor that Endurance requested maintenance records. We sent the records right away. 05/16/2024 I called to get a follow up and they advised that it was denied due to perceived tire modification. On the same day I emailed them to get a clarification of the denial and to get everything in writing.

    I got an email 05/17/2024 to call them. I called them and tried to get a manager but they sent me to Chris A who explained to me that the denial of my claim was attributed to tire modification and consequently, my claim was being canceled. I did contest that assertion since the tires were equipped with oversize rims and the tires in question were changed due to maintenance. The slight increase of less than 0.5 inches fell within the 3 percent of tire modification. I questioned Chris A. about the impact of the minor tire size adjustment on the transmission to which Chris A. reiterated that the denial was solely based on the supposed modification not any impact on the transmission.

    On Endurance website under learning center it makes it seem like they abide by the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act of 1975 and that the warranty cannot be voided unless it can be proven that the modification caused the problem being claimed under warranty which is false advertisement. This helped my case after I emailed Endurance warranty by two means on 05/21/2024, emailed through reconsideration@endurance.direct.com and through the Better Business Bureau website.

    I received a call on 05/24/2024 from Scott C. Senior Resolution specialist once I sent the email through the BBB website but never an answer from the email they have in their contract. The only good thing that Endurance has is Scott C. Senior Resolution specialist, he helped me understand the process and helped me get partial resolution. 05/24/2024 Scott asked me to send a receipt of the tires that were installed and spoke to claims about my case. He stated that there would be a surcharge of 500 since the tires were slightly bigger and that they could not void my warranty but could not approve anything due to the tires and that he would get back with me on Tuesday 05/28/2024.

    I had already had GMC dealer proceed with the transmission being fixed since under their contract it states Emergency repairs can be done if Administrator’s office is closed and must be reported within the 5 days. Which in my case it was a long weekend and the truck was already looked at by their inspector in May and it was an emergency because the truck had been sitting at the dealer for almost a month since we could not move it. I followed up with Endurance 05/29/2024 and got nowhere so I spoke to Scott again.

    On 06/05/2024 Scott called me with the approval from claims to process the 500 dollars so my warranty could be effective again. On June 7th GMC dealer received a call that they needed the transmission to be disassembled to find fault. John from GMC spoke to Endurance at noon and in the afternoon to inform that the transmission was already disassembled and waiting on the inspector to look at it. He also stated that the cause of fault was the torque converter and that the adjuster saw himself in May that the truck would not move. Endurance stated that they would have the adjuster follow up on Monday.

    Nothing happened on Monday, no call from Endurance or the adjuster until I called Scott on Tuesday 06/11/2024. He stated that all they were needing was a bill/estimate of the repaired work. That was sent by John from GMC 06/12/2024 and I got an answer from Endurance that they would only pay 4,432.34 which is equivalent to what I paid for the policy including the 500 extra dollars I gave.

    When I spoke to Scott he stated that due to the quotes they got from different transmission providers they could only pay GMC 4,432.34 and that I would have to pay the rest of the bill to GMC. Endurance warranty’s advertisement promises and quotes by Danica Patrick retired race car driver in their website “With Endurance YOU pick the mechanic YOU trust- and you never see a bill for covered repairs” are deceptive and misleading. Their handling of covered transmission repair exemplifies their true intentions- they prioritize cost- saving measures over customer satisfaction and integrity.

    We put our second car on Endurance, and so far, we haven't had to use it, but it's there if we need it. We did use it with the other car before, and we had wonderful experiences. The dealership that we dealt with at that time was able to handle most of the claims with Endurance. So, it wasn't like I had it and had to find a reputable place to get my car serviced. That was really what made the difference. Endurance works for us. I would tell others to look into it. It might not be for everybody, but it was something that was very helpful for us. We already outdid the miles on our new car. So, when I called them to see what we could do, because I didn't know if they would cancel it or what, there was another program we could enroll into for higher mileage, and they made that very simple.

    My truck was getting old and I got an extended coverage for it from Endurance. I also added another car to it recently. Signing up was great. The first time, the female explained the coverage to me really well. Then the second time, some guy had explained to me everything that it offered. When I asked a question, he answered it right away. I was told that I can start using the warranty after I drive my vehicle for 1,000 miles. There are perks that came with it like roadside assistance and oil changes. They have explained to me how the payment works and they just pull it out of my check every month until it's paid off. If someone asks about Endurance, I'd tell them to jump on it right away.

    I got my first warranty with Endurance in 2017. They had the best rating. My warranty expired on July the 12th but during the whole time on my car, I didn't have any claims, which is good. But then you pay for it, but you don't get anything out of it. I renewed my warranty with them. The dealership that I take my car to didn't take the other folks because they said they didn't pay and they wanna use aftermarket parts. So, I decided to stay with Endurance.

    The only problem I have with Endurance is they tell me now, “You need to drive your car 1,000 miles.” So, I'm trying to get 1,000 miles so my warranty becomes active just in case something does happen. Other than that, I haven't had any claim per se. There were claims that I did try to claim. They weren't covered in their warranty. Just recently, I had an issue with my past year seatbelt. The warranties don't cover any sensors or the airbags and the seatbelts. So, I ended up having to put 1,600 some dollars out of my pocket. The thing was my car only had 64,000 miles on it but I did it due to safety reasons just in case I got in an incident and the airbag didn't deploy properly. So, I went on and paid.

    I don't know yet per se how the warranty is gonna be, but I know the dealership that I go to takes it and I got the same warranty that I had last time, although it cost me about 1,000 more dollars than I paid for the other warranty. Also, they didn't throw in this thing for this other plan that's good for one year that would cover up to replacement of four tires and the fob. If I wanted to renew that after years of it, it's about $29 a year. If the dealership would have taken CarShield, I would’ve went there because the price is about 40 some dollars less per month for that plan. Overall, Endurance is top rated according to everything I've been reading. It's a top company as far as warranty service by reading and following up on it and looking at the reviews from all of the companies that offer service warranties.

    The mechanic that I deal with swears by Endurance. He deals with different providers and said Endurance is the best one to deal with as far as their representation and how they get through things.     My experience was good. I called around and Endurance Auto Warranty had more options. They do tune-ups and oil changes, which the others did not include. Endurance was a bit more but it would still make it better for me for doing the tune-ups. They also cover brake pads. So, it's worth my while a couple more. Also, they're customer service oriented.     At first, signing up with Endurance was great. I am paying $120 a month. My truck is a 2016 low mileage, and I could do without paying $120 a month because I'm not gonna need to use Endurance. The next week, as soon as I called in and told them I wanted to cancel my service, the guy told me, "We could put this payment on the back end. That way, you'll still have another 30 days and catch up with some of your bills and still be able to pay."

    A week later my 4x4 went out in the back of it. I took it to the dealership, and we called Endurance. Something happened with the 4x4 drive shaft system and the lady said it was covered. I ended up renting a vehicle for $250 for three days. The mechanic called me four hours later and told me Endurance won't cover it. I ended up having to go back yesterday and he was telling me I gotta pay $863. I'm very dissatisfied about that.

    I made a impulse buy. I emailed the man I was dealing with and told him I wanted to cancel after 10 days. Absolutely nothing wrong with coverage that all sounded great. I heard nothing back. After 5 days later I called and canceled. I was given to a supervisor that said he will not refund me and I could not cancel because I was getting a good deal. He would not cancel me. I said I wanted to cancel at least 30 Times talking to this guy. I thought it was taken care of. Then I get a call yesterday asking Where my payment was. Not in a rude way. She was very nice.     I had a warranty before that just stopped because it went its full period of the policy so I talked to my son and he told me to go with Endurance. The person who answered the phone was pleasant but I wasn't assigned an agent, which would have been nice. The person answered my questions according to the way Endurance does the policy but not according to the way I want it. Overall, it was not the best experience but it was good. I'm just glad they took me on. They do very well in training their personnel and I was very pleased. They took their time. I told them to wait. I had to get some information and you couldn't ask for better people. Whoever talked to me was very good.

    I get things on the internet that Endurance wants me to read and I read it. But right now, I'm not able to print them off. I gotta take it to my computer so I can print everything off and that's the only way they send things. So that's a negative for me. When they send things and say “Respond” on the computer, I'm not good at that. So, if they don't see me responding to different things on the computer that I should, I want them to understand that it isn't that I don't want to. It's just I'm not knowledgeable in the area to resend and do that. I'm older and a paper trail would be wonderful. I signed up and I did everything I was supposed to do. And that's it. I do want the policy but I'm not savvy enough to follow through with the papers they send.

I contacted Endurance and talked to the very sweet and very respectful young lady who had answered the phone that day. She walked me through the process and everything was smooth sailing. I didn't feel pressured. I just felt like I was talking to a childhood friend. That was how easy she made it for me. She came straight from the truth.     I worked in customer service, and the rep at Endurance has excellent customer service. He was very patient and answered all my questions, and I had a lot of them. He went over the plan with me and some of it twice. He helped me better understand the two different plans that my car qualified for so that I could choose the best one. He explained the fees to where I could understand them, using layman's terms.

    However, I found out something that I was not happy with. They had said that I could use my mechanic. That's not untrue, but I called my mechanic who I've been going to for a long time and he said that Endurance underestimates the labor fees and get the cheapest parts that will break through the year for the vehicles instead of what the mechanics suggest. My local mechanic has had bad experiences where Endurance didn't wanna pay all the labor fees or get cheaper parts that he doesn't wanna use ‘cause he has a reputation to maintain. I'm disappointed to know that Endurance is gonna use cheaper parts.

    Endurance offers a good deal, and it's a good thing to have, especially for older vehicles. I had Endurance for a couple of years, and they did a good job, except for one representative. He was very rude and discourteous. When I told him I wanted to quit, he kept arguing with me. I tried to keep telling him that I could no longer afford the payments, then finally, we got that settled and I had the warranty canceled. Recently though, I decided to extend that because my car is gonna be paid off at the end of this month and the warranty was going to expire.

    Endurance is definitely a scam. I had the advantage plan for my truck. It specifically covered water pumps. Mine went out. They denied my claim because I didn't do the 60,000 maintenance which is Fluid replacement and flush. I told them that I had the radiator replaced and they did all of that a couple of years ago and I had the invoices, but they would not accept that. They have been faithfully taking my payments for about 2 years and when I needed them, they find any way they can to get out of paying the claim.

    I had a 3rd party warranty the dealership partnered with; I forgot the name, but I really loved them. They didn't give me a lot of hassle. I had one very expensive repair, I just took my truck to the shop, they sent their representative to confirm and make sure I wasn't getting fleeced by the shop, and they would approve the repair. I was liking third party warranties. When I tried to renew though they got expensive. That's why I changed to Endurance.

    Endurance was giving me the same coverage; they were cheaper, and their deductible was cheaper but getting Endurance to pay for anything they will find anything they can to not pay a claim. I had some other claims with them as well and they were denied also. They are completely opposite of the experience I had with the prior warranty company. I am trying to cancel with them, and they make you go through a process of filling out a form, you have to take it to a notary and send it in. They are really something terrible. Do not get Endurance, they are a scam, and you will get frustrated with them.

    I have been paying for Endurance warranty for over a year with no claims. My electric steering has gone out (which my warranty is supposed to covered) but ENDURANCE DENIED MY REPAIR! My dealership told me the day that I dropped my car off that Endurance was not paying for anybody’s claim and they were about to stop accepting that warranty company.     The lady at Endurance was awesome. She answered all my questions and if she couldn't answer it, she talked to her boss. She told me everything about the policy and what I had covered on the car which is the engine, electrical, transmission and suspension. I was impressed with her. She was very upfront and formal. I had figured it'd be $1,900 down payment. When I asked how much it was gonna cost me, she giggled and said, "Are you ready to be shocked? It's $125 then it's $120 a month." We're taking the Nissan to Nissan Gadsden and have a complete check-up and overhaul done on it. I told them what I had and they said, "When you bring it in, hand in your numbers. I talked to three reps and two claims adjusters. I was out double the price for what endurance was charging me monthly. The first repair shop told me the clutch and pulley were locked up. The second repair shop told me the compressor blew up inside.

    My car is getting older, and I'm very proud of my car. This is a Subaru and I've never ever had an issue with it. All I've had to do is take it in and get oil changes, change the brakes, change the battery, and routine stuff. I'm thinking if I'm gonna keep it for five more years, I wanna keep it running. I don't wanna have to spend $4,000 on an issue because I know it's coming. So, I wanted to get an extended warranty. I looked Endurance up, did some reviews and compared them to CarShield. I looked at comments that have been made and I decided to go with Endurance.

    Their rep was very helpful. I had a lot of questions. She answered them all. She was very patient because I questioned her to death. What I was mostly concerned about was when I did the online estimate, it gave me some options but when I called her, all those options were not available. So, I wanted her to explain to me why, and she did a really good job explaining. My car had 113,000 miles on it. So, it wasn't eligible for all of the options that the online gave me. She explained to me the difference in the ones that were available to me, and what most people with my needs were choosing.

    We had to do a little finagling because, initially, she gave me the quote for four years of 50,000 miles. I told her I want to keep my car for five more years. So, then we discussed mileage, how many miles I use per year and what would be the best. We extended it to a five-year warranty with 75,000 miles. I had 30 days to review the contract and if I wanted to cancel within that time, I could. The rep was extremely informative and very kind. I enjoyed the conversation.

    Horrible customer service and they are not upfront about their services. The repair shop agents and I were placed on hold for hours in order to get answers to my car repair claim only to be told that my claim was denied because of things that supposedly happened to my vehicle years before I bought it. Their roadside/towing and rental car services are awful and if you are stranded on the weekend or late at night, no one is available to help.

    I went with Endurance Auto Warranty because they have no middleman. It was very straightforward. It was a very easy process and not time-consuming. The rep gave me a rundown of all the different packages and what they cover. I gave him the information on the Traverse. And he gave me a quote on what it would probably be. He did that when I got off the phone. Because we only have 72,000 miles on that vehicle. We were eligible at the same cost if not less for the highest package they had. Which I ended up getting because you never know. And it's something that I could cancel at any time if I wanted. He told me, "You cannot make a claim within the first 30 days," which I could understand. And he told me it's good for five years.     I had spoken to someone with Endurance when I first purchased my car, which was in 2018. But at that particular time, there was another company that I had on my list and I decided to go with that particular company. Then recently, I had to get a new debit card so I ended the car warranty that I had with them. Also, my dealership was saying that they wouldn't accept the coverage that I had so I switched over.     With some reputable sources, endorsements, and online, Endurance is out there as one of the best warranty coverages and is noted for its outstanding customer service and warranty knowledge and imparting that to customers. Also, they pay for breakdowns and repairs. I've had a car warranty elsewhere and that was not the case. Endurance's customer service was exactly what I read in reviews online and my rep was very knowledgeable of the product, was very courteous on the phone, and wasn't at all pushy.     With the information given to me and the explanation of everything, Endurance is a product that I was interested in becoming a part of. I haven't had to use it and I'm hoping that I don't, but I like the comfort level of knowing that if something goes wrong, I have coverage. My signup experience was very easy. The rep, Angie, was excellent, very pleasant, very knowledgeable, let me know what was what, and gave me some different options. Also, I didn't have to put a lump sum down to pay for the two years’ worth of extended warranty.

    I spoke with Angie on the 18th of June and the program would take effect a month later.     I wanted to buy a new car earlier this year, so I spent a lot of time looking, but I finally decided, "No. This is dumb. I better not."
