    At first, let me say, the sales agent does an exceptional job getting you onboarded during the buy-in process. However, once that is done then you are passed on to the machine which includes the customer service team and claims department which works just as well UNTIL you execute the warranty processed and are passed off to their 3rd-Party partner, in this case TEAL Parts, LLC (San Diego). Once you have been processed through then Endurance releases ALL LIABILITY of advocacy and thus holding their 3rd-Party partners liable for withholding their contractual obligations without the unnecessary hassle needed to remediate solutions in a timely manner.

    Purchased a plan that, under my contract, covers the water pump. Claim for water pump has been denied and no adjuster will be sent out to review the findings to understand why this claim should be covered. Went back and forth with Endurance multiple times but no matter how many times it was explained, they kept saying no EVEN THOUGH IT IS IN MY CONTRACT! BBB has been contact and the statue attorney general has been emailed along with the consumer protection office.

    What good is it to have this warranty, when in fact we know, that the actual parts that break down are gasket seals, oil cooler pipes for the intake and outtake. No real big items unless the vehicle was made badly with defects. Or people don't take care of their vehicles and they burn up or break down! These warranty are not working when you don't look at the other wear and tears!

    I bought the insurance policy & was paying about 170 a month for my Infiniti QX60 when the transmission went out. They canceled the policy and offered a refund, but would not repair the transmission as they said the tires were undersized for the car and their inspectors weren’t wrong. The manager at the dealership said those tires were most certainly not undersized but oversized by 10 mm 245/60. This is definitely Not what we expected. When we had an $8000 repair coming our way we thought we were protected, but instead, we were only given the runaround and transferred around.

    I have had Endurance for a little over a year for my 2007 Nissan Maxima. They claim they pay for engines and transmissions. My car needs a new transmission which the Nissan dealership stated. My car has been at the dealership since Nov. 7th. Endurance tells me on Nov. 19th after I called them that they needed service records from 2023-2024, which I sent. Still never heard anything back from Endurance.

    I called again on Nov 22nd for them to tell me they only received one invoice. Now it's Dec 2nd, I called this morning to only be informed that the dealership needs to break down the transmission and send pics. I called the dealership and my service rep says it cost $2340 which Endurance doesn't pay for. I called Endurance back and told them what the dealership said and I was told that's right they don't spy for break down. I have already paid for a new transmission with the monthly payment they receive every month. Endurance is a rip off and don't communicate with the customer or the dealership. Do not get Endurance for ext. warranty. It's all lies!!!

    Not a good service plan. Went in to repair air conditioner and refused to repair. I had to call 3 times to work with me. They refused to pay bill until receiving final bill and then said I could send it in after I paid for it. It was a waste of time. I still had to pay 200.00 after deducting 100. So much for smooth sailing. I will only get a warranty from a dealer from now on. Beware of this company

    I saw a commercial for Endurance and I trusted Danica Patrick so I thought I’d try it out and see what it’s like. I'm 72 years old and I've got an automobile that I'm planning on keeping until I die or it finally falls apart and I can't drive it. I hardly drive anywhere right now. It's a 2010 Avalanche and I've got 92,000 miles on it. But I live here in the middle of Missouri and I have to drive up from Jeff City, which is about 200+ miles to Saint Louis to make sure my grandson gets to school and then after school down to practice in downtown Saint Louis. I also have to go to Overland Park, Kansas. So, before all that, since I didn't drive the truck anywhere, I didn’t worry about it. But now, I have a full warranty. Endurance had a special and for a year, it's the Elite Premium.

    The sign-up process was easy and very simple. I just dialed in on it through the computer and then I got a phone call and the rep asked me about the mileage of the vehicle. I had some great jobs before I retired so I have a good retirement system. My wife told me to just put what I pay for every month to Endurance in the savings account if something happens. But if something more happened, the warranty would be worth it. Right now, the truck purrs like a kitten and I don't expect any trouble.

    Brought my 2014 Ford Escape for a routine oil and filter change and told them that the factory installed turbo charger was not functioning correctly and making noise. The Ford mechanics found five items that needed immediate attention. First the tubes going from the inter-cooler to the inter cooler needed to be replaced, second, the inter cooler was leaking and needed replacement, third the turbo charger was on the fritz and needed a rebuild, fourth drive shaft needed to be replaced and fifth the rear wheel hub axle bearings need replacement.

    Ford called Endurance and their response was the following:
    1). tubes to inter-cooler to turbo-- not covered, normal wear and tear,
    2). leaky inter-cooler-- not covered, normal wear and tear,
    3) factory turbo-charger--not covered, normal wear and tear,

    4) drive shaft--not covered, normal wear and tear and finally

    5) rear hub axle bearing, not covered reason being they are part of the suspension. Every item listed here is supposed to be covered by my warranty but they just deny coverage. A clear violation of my contract with them. A series of small claims court appearances is in my future plus spending over $4,000.00 to get my vehicle back.

    I looked into auto warranties because my car is a 2013. I use it in the winter and put it away in the summer. Also, I have a child and I wanna make sure that I’m covered. Everything is expensive. Everybody wants top dollar money just to even look at the car. Another thing is, I had another car with a warranty before. It wasn't with Endurance but it was just warranty in general and I like how the whole system works. You pay a monthly fee and if nothing happens then nothing happens. But I have the guarantee and the insurance that when I'm driving around and something happens, I'm covered. I feel safer.

    I don't have to pay my whole paycheck just to make sure I can drive the car the very next day. Sometimes the paycheck is not even enough. You have to give three paychecks. Endurance covers me a little bit more than other ones that I've been looking into for around the same price. I've been recommending it to everybody because it was too good to be true. I hope never to put a claim in but I hope that it's as easy.

    I used to have Endurance on a 2016 Chrysler 200. It got totaled in an accident, so I never went back until now. I have a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek and I decided to get an extended warranty from them over one other company. The first one took advantage of me and didn't really explain to me what was going on. But Endurance laid everything out and they were a lot cheaper than what the other company was trying to charge. The coverage also sounded better with what all they covered and how many miles, because I already got 128,000 on my car and they cover up to 400 something. But I'm responsible for my own oil changes and they said that was regular maintenance on my part. Endurance is a fair company. I haven't had to go through and have a claim so far and I hope I don't have to do that. But if I do, it's good to know that they're there and I could depend on them.

    My wife said around the Pacific Northwest, Endurance Auto Warranty is probably one of the more reliable and easier ones to use.     I would recommend Endurance Auto Warranty to a friend. I talked to the rep and I got the warranty. He talked me through a lot of stuff. There was another guy I talked to, and he told me the same things. It was a good experience. Endurance said as long as I paid my premium every month, if something happened to my engine, I could get it fixed. He also said I could get a tow truck up to $100, and I would just pay the rest. That's great. I needed something like that just in case. I got a 2006 and it never gave me problems before. One day, it will. I wanted some coverage on it. The rep said that Endurance has some shops that they deal with. I would go to the shop and while the car is there, I would tell them all what was wrong with it. When I go back, it would be another $100 charge. So if I put it in the shop, I better tell them everything that was wrong so they could go ahead and fix it on there.

    I was researching a company, and in the process, I got a phone call from Endurance. And while I was on the phone with a lady, I started to research the company and I found more good things than bad things about it. Since I was looking to buy extended coverage, I decided to go with Endurance instead of going with that first company. They seemed to offer the best deal. I like that Endurance manages their own stuff. I don't have to go through a third party.

    The lady I was working with was very honest with me about the program. She told me that it was 30 days or 1000 miles. She was very straightforward. I felt a little bit of pressure from her at the beginning, but she was very informative. She did a good job. She was doing her job. I checked and everything she told me was spot on and she was very knowledgeable and she listened to every question I had and I was real with her.

    I received some stuff in an email that I printed out and I looked over all of that stuff, and I learned some things that I didn't quite understand when the lady sold me on it that all the stuff I get for the first year, that goes away after a year. I wasn't real clear on how that worked because I just kept saying, "Well, I got AAA and my insurance company will cover me if I'm left walking and blah, blah, blah." I didn't give her a chance to finish saying what she was saying. But for the money, Endurance is giving out a good product.

    Vehicles today need extended coverage. People can't afford breakdowns. I heard about Endurance on their advertising on TV, looked it up on the internet, and checked them out a bit. The website is very good, and it's complete.     We purchased an RV that is used and it's not exactly the model we wanted. It has some problems with transmissions at times it's been known to. But it was the right price and it fit our needs. So, we wanted to be covered for breakdowns. I looked up online for coverage while my wife was on the phone with somebody else. She checked with two people. I saw Endurance and I called. Their guy was really nice and worked with me very well. He was really knowledgeable and he pointed out a lot of things, that his coverage was better, and worked with me on which state to insure it in because we have two properties, one in Florida and one in Maine. So, we were very happy with him.

    Also, their price was much better than the others and the coverage was better. So, we chose Endurance and the package that we signed up for covers everything with some exceptions of parts that wear out, like brake pads, rotors, and tires. But it covers the engine, the transmission, and the drivetrain. We've got a whole list of them and the list is shorter with the ones that they don't cover.

    We got our RV covered for four years. We pay for 29 months, then the rest of the period of time is free.     Endurance has a fair price and I'm happy with it. The rep was very nice. She went over everything and repeated what I didn't understand because she was pretty fast talking. But I'm still waiting for my contract. I asked her when I first joined, and she said she'd mail it. A week ago, I asked again. It's been a month but I still don't have it. If my car breaks down and I have to go to the Lincoln Ford company to have it fixed, I don't know how that works and if I have to show them the ID card that I have coverage. I also don't know if I can cancel the policy if I don't want it anymore. She mentioned I could be covered for four years. If I wanted to get a new car and would give this car to my daughter, I don't know if the insurance would still be active as long as it's being paid.

    Signing up with Endurance was easy. Chase was my rep and I liked him immensely. He was good. However, the claims process took a long time. I had a mishap with my car. I side-swiped a pole that was not visible from where I was parked. I got the outside of the car fixed, but we didn't know at the time that underneath my car was also a lot of damage from sliding against the pole. Endurance would not cover that and I couldn't get anybody to listen to me. I don't think the people at the garage could get anybody to listen to them either.

    I just bought a brand-new vehicle and the extended warranty is financed in the loan for close to $5,000. Instead of financing it for six years, it doesn't make any common sense. I'd rather pay the premium every month. The program that I have with Endurance supersedes the contract that I would have had with the Ford dealership. Their extended warranty that I was paying five grand for only went for two years whereas this other contract is gonna go for four years. And in the long run, it will be cheaper and a better product.

    I got the whole nine yards concerning coverage. But you gotta get your 1,000 miles in and the 30-day waiting period for any pre-existing kind of issues that might have been going on with the vehicle, which will be up in another day or two. So if something were to happen today, I still couldn't make a claim because it hasn't been 30 days. I’ve had Allstate and it has a similar program. But this one with Endurance will outperform that other contract simply because of the benefits with it. Signing up was easy. It's just having the patience to go through the rigmarole. I wouldn't even hesitate to recommend Endurance.

    I had done my research before I contacted Endurance. I was with CNA National Warranty when I bought the car and it expired in April of this year. The car has such low mileage on it and I was wondering if I wanna buy another warranty. But the rep from Endurance was very professional and explained everything. He gave me the discounts for being a veteran and with the shape that the car's in, I prepaid it all at once. The gentleman was straightforward and very nice. I would do business with him again. I never met him but it was good customer service. It was a very good experience with Endurance. I've contacted my younger daughter. Her cars are running out of warranty and I told her to call them.

    Endurance is one of the best in the business and so is CNA. All my new cars have always had CNA warranties and my newest car has a CNA mechanical wrap warranty. But Endurance didn't offer that. I usually hang on to my car anywhere from 10 to 14 years and the only way you can get your money out of your car is to keep it running good. I had a 10-year, 150,000-mile warranty on the car when I purchased from CNA. Endurance is aftermarket and this is not quite 50,000 miles for four years. So, it's still expensive even with the discounts, which is why I would prefer to have a wrap warranty offered at the time of purchase. Because if I have to pay $6,000 out of my pocket for a wrap warranty, it's worth the money than trying to renew it down the road and then you end up with a four-year warranty that costs quite a bit.

    I bought the top warranty from Mathew **. He assured me that my led lights in my 2020 Mercedes e450 cabriolet would be covered. I questioned it. He again said, "Absolutely it's covered." He said he worked there for several years and he knew they were covered. The whole inside of the car is all ambient lighting through the whole dash and vents.     This company Endurance/Everything Brake's took my money out of my account every month. After 4 months of paying with auto pay I tried to make a claim because my truck broke down and I was humiliated, called ugly names and this guy said all kinds of accusations towards me and told me I would more than likely not be covered and anything over $100 dollars. I would have to pay for towing, that was not what I was told to begin with, and I would more than likely not be covered because my truck was old. I said you knew that when you took my money the day I signed up?

    I recorded everything from day #1, every conversation. I'm so glad I did because the Lady I signed up with said everything was covered from bumper to bumper and the man that said I was lying said no one would ever say that but I have the recording of her saying just that so then he said I wasn't covered and sent me a total different contract then the one that was sent to me the first time so they sent two different contracts that doesn't match.

    We've since lost our business and in the process of losing my house because this is the second month and they're saying if I don't keep sending their payments they'll turn me over to the credit bureau because of the lies told by Endurance/Everything Brake's. Endurance takes your money but line 5 is who you deal with and they don't want to fix your vehicle. My family is devastated and almost homeless now because of Endurance Everything Brake's so no My experience was humiliating and not a good one at all. You would think someone from corporate office would try to reach out being is how My payments were on time every time with Auto pay and no problem getting the payment. But I've only been threatened with them trying to ruin my credit after being lied to and humiliated by their employees.     I had to get a water pump replaced one time and that the process wasn't very seamless. It was like a back and forth. But then again, I don't know what BMW was trying to get out of Endurance but it wasn't as seamless as I thought it would be. I thought it was like, “Hey, look, water pump doesn't work anymore. The water pump doesn't work anymore, and I need it fixed.” It was something where the water pump wasn't working and, normally, because my car has high mileage, they have to take off your thermostat. In either case, they have to take your thermostat off to get the water pump off.

    The guy told me, “Hey, look, we gonna change the water pump, but you might as well change the thermostat. They come together. And if you put the old one back on, more than likely in the future, that's gonna become an issue.” So, it makes sense to change both of them. Instead, they didn't wanna change them. They was like, “No. It's still working. We're not gonna pay for that. And put the old one back on.” Which it just seemed stupid, because I'm pretty sure my car is gonna need a thermostat pretty soon anyway. So, then little stuff like that, that it may have cost extra. But again, I'm gonna come back to you anyway and tell you, “Hey, look, now, this is not working.” It just seemed really inconvenient and unnecessary. Especially if you have to take it off anyway. It's not like they have to do something extra.

    I've been left with a broken car twice now and got denied both times over some technical crap that they pull up and word in their own way. They have taken my money every month and refuse to hold up their end of the agreement when i finally needed them. The plan they stuck me with clearly states the turbo charger is covered and all internally lubricated parts. But when mine started failing, they deny me because it was leaking from a seal??? What else is gonna happen to it? I feel like they have screwed me the only 2 times i needed them, they have turned their back on me and weaseled their way of helping me. They make it sound good, but then find some way somehow to get out of doing their part.     Endurance Warranty is a scam company. I have a 2008 Honda Civic covered and paid for over one year. I called them to see if they could cover the exhaust system and muffler before the repair. The representative told me that they would fully cover the exhaust system but not the muffler. She said the mechanic needed to call Endurance to start the claim. After that, I told my mechanic to start the repair. After the mechanic finished the repair, he tried to call the endurance to start the claim multiple times. My mechanic has difficulty time to contact them.

    Once the claim was filed, the endurance representative told me that they denied the claim. They covered the claim if there was prior authorization and covered the exhaust valve only. They were playing words with me about the contract. I was so mad that they didn't tell me especially about the prior auth and only covered certain parts over the phone. They were so cunny and dishonest. They must be shut down for this dishonesty and reported to consumer fraud.

    I went to ConsumerAffairs and Endurance had the best warranty to go for. But when I called at first, they didn't return my call. I reached out to them again and this time, I talked to somebody and we discussed everything. The company I had at the time was a third party deal, which I wasn't too happy with. But Endurance was dealing within their own offices. Then, it turned out that they were cheaper than what I was paying with more benefits than what I had. When I called the other company to cancel the plan, they tried to get me to stay by cutting my price another $40. But to my mind, "they could have given me that deal the first time. So, I went with Endurance. Their sales rep, Casey, was extremely helpful and nice. She didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want and she just gave me the facts. I've also done my own research and some things she told me I already knew anyway. So she sort of solidified my decision.

    They got everything I needed but they could have done better with the communication. I made another call yesterday to somebody because I had an issue when I was trying to set up my Endurance app on my phone. I put in my contract number and my VIN number. Then I put what was on the paper, but the last number got cut off and I couldn't get in the app. I called them about it and the rep sent me another copy of the contract where it had the number. And still our contract was wrong. But the number at the bottom was correct. So, I used that number and that got me in the app. Other than that minor issue, I didn't have any problem. The price was very reasonable and their app is very easy to use once I got it set up.

    Signing up with Endurance Auto Warranty was quick and easy, not like a claim. My repair place put claims for two vehicles. It has taken forever to get answers back. I've had a warranty on my Honda for years. Never got to use it until 2022. I tried to use it again in 2024. They have been giving me the runaround about oil changes when the repair has nothing to do with oil changes because the oil change has all been on time. I'm still having trouble. Endurance has to speed up the claim process. They couldn't combine one thing with the other. Mine is about struts and the timing chain, and they have been talking to me about oil changes to hold it up. I don't get it.

    I did the internet research, and the Endurance warranty appeared to be the one that best fit my needs. Signup was excellent. Upfront, transparent, understood everything that was contained in the contract. I got all the information I needed. One of the things that other companies would do would start the effectiveness immediately. But I still thought Endurance was the better product even though I had to wait 30 days and 1,000 miles. I have a friend I had dinner with last night who is looking at doing the same thing, buying not a new car, but something with low miles. If it does not have a warranty, I'm going to put him in contact with Endurance Auto Warranty.

    I signed up with them about a month ago. I did a little bit of research before I signed up and I called the dealer and asked if they take Endurance. The rep said they accept Endurance and with that in mind, I went ahead and I signed up. I didn't have any issues with the signup process. They explained everything and I was able to verify from my personal research that everything they were saying was accurate.

    They did not try to force me to sign up or to buy their product. The rep went through all of the details of the different plans that they had, what they offered, each step, and the pricing with it. At the end of it, he said that if I'm interested, I could let him know or I could give them a call back at my convenience, which to me says that they didn't have to force me into signing up or bully me into saying, "Hey, you have to buy this product because I went through this whole spiel with you." Also, there was a clause that said the price doesn't increase for X number of years. For me, that was important. And they have an app, which I downloaded. It's very user-friendly. The information as well as the policy number is there. The information that you would need is readily available.

    An extended warranty was something I would need. You always wanna have protection, just like if you own a home. You want warranties on new appliances.     I replaced the car that had some repair issues that caused me to sell it and buy another one. I was worried that I would face those same issues again and I saw on the internet the top 10 car warranties. I researched and saw Endurance so I gave them a call to see how much it would cost. Larry, the sales rep, was sharp and polite. He wasn’t pushy. I told him what I wanted and he understood and got me hooked up. It was simple and didn't take very long at all. Everything went well. The price is around 100 and when they amortize it over 48 months, it's $118 a month. It’s cheap insurance for something that can cost $10,000 to fix.

    Larry said I could go to the dealer but my dealer wasn't listed as one of their affiliated repair shops. So, I contacted him. He said I could and told me about the process. At first, I thought I gotta use somebody else's repairman. But that wasn’t the case. So, he straightened that out for me. I talked to my dealership for the car and they said they've used Endurance and that they're way better than the other company. Endurance pays and all the other ones do is put you on hold and give you the runaround.

    I was gonna go with CarShield, but I looked on Better Business Bureau, and Endurance is there. When I signed up with Endurance, I talked to Chris. He sent everything the policy covers on my phone. I can open it up and tell everything I got. He said I had a 30-day grace period, but he didn't tell me anything about the 1,000 miles I gotta put on my car. I had to go through three people to figure this out. Chris never called me back but Rafael tried to explain everything to me. He told me since Chris didn't tell me the truth about the miles that I had to put on my car, I don't have to make a payment next month. He also lowered my payments every month after that to 96.50, which helps. I had a great experience and plan on staying with Endurance.

    I was making sure that I had my vehicles covered in the event of a breakdown and I have two cars that I covered with Endurance. Before, I was with Everything Breaks and I only had one car covered with them, but I had a hassle with them trying to get an object fixed, which I ended up paying out of pocket for. I found out that it's something that Endurance doesn't cover either. But because my cars are over 100,000 miles, I couldn't go with the full bumper-to-bumper warranty. So I chose the next step down and I'm satisfied with that. My cars are running fine and I keep them in good shape.

    Signing up with Endurance was very easy and they were able to explain to me exactly what everything was going to cost, how much the policy would be, and when it will go into effect, which were things that I wanted to know. The policy won't kick in until November 22nd, which is just a couple of days away. The price is a little bit more than I was paying initially, but it's still good because of the quality of the service. My first payment is due tomorrow and I have two cars which are under separate policies. Their payments are also separate and I can't combine them. I've asked them about it but I was told that they don't do that. I want to make sure that they're both set up on autopay, so I'm I'm going to call today and verify.

    I had some smoke come out of the back of my exhaust. So I contacted Endurance and they told me I could take my car anywhere, and then they would cover it because I was already past my 30-day waiting period. I asked them, "Okay, can I take it to an actual dealership?" They said, "Yeah, sure." So I took it to the dealership and they told me that I needed a whole new engine and Endurance didn't want to cover any of it. I ended up having to pay over $200 out-of-pocket for them to assess it when Endurance told me they would cover it.

    I took my car to another shop because it ran smoothly. So I knew there was nothing wrong with the engine. It was not making any noise. It just had that smoke, and then it had a slower start when I mashed my little start button than it usually did. The other shop said, "No, there's absolutely nothing wrong with your engine. There's a code coming up about the timing." He said it could be the timing chain or a timing solenoid. I happened to be in Gadsden, Alabama at the time because my mother was in the hospital. So I was there for two weeks. But luckily, I work from home so I was able to bring my equipment with me. Now I'm back home and I've got my car at another shop right now. He's gonna be looking at it and let me know what they say. But I don't know if Endurance is gonna cover it or not.

    When the first shop lied and said it was my whole engine, they were just wanting to make money off of me. Endurance wasn't gonna cover it. There's a guy here in town that I use any time I've ever had issues over the years. So, I'm getting a third opinion from him and then find out exactly what's going on because I trust him. The girl that I spoke with on the phone from Endurance was extremely friendly and she did explain everything. So I was happy about that. I did get really good customer service. But I was frustrated, and I don't know what the process is gonna be yet. Once I get my guy's final say-so, then I plan on contacting Endurance.

    I was looking for full coverage on the car and the rep went through what was available and what I could get on my vehicle. I picked the one that had the most coverage and that's what I wanted because a lot of the electronics on them, you don't know what's gonna break first or next. He went over all of that. He said, "A lot of the companies that do this type of thing have a cap." He added that they have no cap. So if the mechanic says it's gonna cost $300 labor, they pay it. A lot of these have a cap of 100 or 150, and then you gotta pay above that. But Endurance doesn't do that. So that was a good thing for me and one of the selling points as well. At this point in time, since I haven't really used them to have something done, I just did the signup process and they said they would send me an email with the information, which they did immediately.

    The mechanic who works on my car referred me to Endurance. Everyone that I've talked with, even in signing up for it, has been so nice. I pay my bills online and I had a problem with the check for my first payment. It took longer for it to get there than when I pay my regular bills because they have a post office box. But they have been so patient with it and it finally got there. One time, I was concerned about the mileage. There’s a certain way you have to have a certain number of miles and the rep gave me his name and told me that I’m gonna have the number of miles by the date that he said. If I don’t, I could call him.

    I had Fidelity Warranty Coverage and it was about to end in a few days. I was calling to see if they had extended warranties and they didn't. Endurance’s name came up in the list of folks who had car care. I've seen commercials and heard of one person who said that they had Endurance for a minute. So, when I got the interview with Endurance, I tried it. The rep talked me through everything and at the end, she also drilled me to see if this was what I wanted to do and if I wanted to go with Endurance. She told me what the cost would be and she was great in getting the cost to an even dollar for me for my budget. Budget issues are important and I get my money’s worth. They’ve met my expectations so far, especially as far as the coverage cost. I could work with the price. It’s not too bad. She explained what they would cover and what's covered, which was just about all of it.

    I didn't have to do much work. If I needed help, all I needed to do was just call them. I didn't have to be between them paying a bill and the mechanic. They would take care of everything once I put in a claim and I could pick any mechanic that I wanted to. Endurance would deal with them directly. Folks should try them for however long they need to try it. So far, things look good for me. I would share the paperwork and whatever outline they have with someone that I'm trying to convince to go with Endurance.

    I purchased my Secure Plus warranty in 2023. This was the biggest mistake I ever made. When I filed a claim in 2024 the claim was denied. When inquiring about the denial no one could explain why it didn't pay when my contract stated the repairs was covered. The repair shop and I emailed the list of repairs needed. Long story short I paid out of pocket over 4,000 for engine repairs and rental while my vehicle was being repaired.

    The Endurance car warranty company refuses to pay for my front struts. My warranty (policy **) says they will pay for struts but they will not pay for shocks. They are claiming I have shocks, not struts. I checked with Lexus and they said The Lexus GS 350 has struts in the front (and shocks in the back). When you look up the part numbers for this vehicle, you will find that the parts are called struts. I checked with Google on the definition of a shock versus a strut and here's what Google said: Shocks are primarily designed to absorb and dissipate energy from road imperfections, reducing vibrations and improving ride comfort. Shocks are a separate components that work alongside a spring. Struts are integrated units that combine a shock absorber and a spring within a single assembly. They are often used in the front suspension of many vehicles.

    Endurance Warranty has come up with their own definition of a strut just so that they don't have to pay for the repair. They claim that a strut is defined as shocks and springs and upper control arm and lower control arm, all integrated together. Nowhere does anybody in industry call that a strut. Industry defines a strut as a shock absorber and springs integrated together in one unit. My car is in the shop right now. I want Endurance Warranty to pay $1,700 for the repair of my front struts.

    I feel like I got taken with this warranty. My car broke down 4 hours from home. Called Endurance and was told by administrator that I could not start a claim. The repair facility files. Repair facility told me who to call for a tow. So endurance won’t pay for the tow. Told me I had to have a claim to pay for a tow but it isn’t at repair facility for a claim to be filed. Then repair facility called endurance and everything that was wrong was not covered. Denied. So I paid for oil change towing, troubleshooting, systems repairs, hoses, and gaskets to get car back on the road. Do the emergency section on contract is bull.     I'm not a happy camper, I called and got two different answers and got stuck paying for something because they didn't pay for the repairs. I just feel like when I call in and asked for whomever is answering the phone to explain things to me, I'm hoping they know what there explaining and that, they know there product. Well long story short I was told to take my car in to get a diagnostic and they will pay for that and if they don't do the claim. Then I asked what was covered and the first person told me I was covered for all that would need to be done, but then the car place called and everything was denied. Now I'm not only stuck paying repairs but also the diagnostic too. I'm just disappointed, I was told you got the premium and that covers everything, not I got to pull money out my bottom when I been paying for something thinking it would help cover things like this. But I guess that's what I get for not hanging up and and doing what I always do is get a second opinion. Signed very disappointed.

    The representative who helped me today was very kind and knowledgeable. I was calling to cancel because I'm trying to make some cut back as finances are very tight right now, I need to find ways to save and I am trying to buy a home within 12 months before I'm priced out of my rental. Let's face it.. the rental market is brutal since there is no rental cap. She offered to defer my upcoming payment to allow myself some time to think it over and reconsider and lowered my payment a little. She is absolutely correct and I know this from experience having to make repairs every year on my vehicle. I know it sounds like she may be trying to keep me under contract, but let's be real. I do see a pattern with my vehicle that is almost 10 years old. I do not plan to replace it if I can keep it running.     I was interested in two warranty companies for a single vehicle. I had received mail from both Car Shield and Endurance. I decided to call Endurance first and connected with Shawn Mitchell.     I purchased the Endurance because we bought a older truck and after been told all the lies from them signed up. When we got the contract it was written so small it could not be read especially by 76 year old. Took several calls to get the card. They changed the payment to the prime program to something else and increased my payment to $165.00 monthly. They make it hard to cancel program. They refused to pay for service on our first repairs. If it sounds too good to be true, DON’T DO IT!!! They require you to have cancellation notarized. There is so much more to tell you about, but don’t see the point. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

    Don't waste your money with Endurance. I've had plenty of extended warranties and dealt with many different companies. Endurance utilizes a 3rd party claims department to put someone in between the customer and the company. They will look for every way possible to reject your claim and if you try and talk to someone about it, you get the runaround like nothing I have ever experienced. It's unfortunate they have forgotten why they are in business - to assist a customer rather than create a system that makes it difficult to get a problem resolved!

    Have been with Endurance for over a year. When my transmission was going out in my 2018 Toyota Tacoma I took it to my dealership for a diagnostic as required. Endurance sent an adjuster out and denied my claim immediately. I was never sent any paperwork when I enrolled. They denied my claim because they said it had a leak on the tail shaft. Mind you there were no leaks visible in my carport or during the oil change 2 weeks before. This is a sealed transmission therefore there is no dipstick to check transmission fluid levels and no leaks were detected either in the carport or during the oil change. The 2nd excuse for denying the claim was because we drove it to the dealership, a short distance away and they claimed it should have been towed because driving it 3 miles to the dealership caused more damage.

    My dealership disagreed with the decision and spoke to a senior adjuster to appeal the decision. He was basically blown off by the senior adjuster. This company is a ripoff and refuses to pay eligible claims. I was advised by my service director to drop my coverage with them. That also turned out to be a horror story within itself. If I could rate them a negative amount of stars I definitely would. Now I'm having to pay over $6000 out of pocket for a new transmission.

    I signed up with this Endurance. My vehicle is 10 years old. The promises made, I would be covered with a comprehensive bumper to bumper policy. 7 months later, I had an issue and submitted a part repair. It was rejected and told it wasn't covered on their printed list of coverages. I list over $700.00. This is a deceptive company, be aware of the lies promoted on TV ads. No regulations enforced of these companies.

Basically same junk. or rebuild assistance of 3000K. Rebuild retail cost 6500k..After calling customer assistance I received no assistance on the rebuild. I would NOT purchase an Endurance Warranty. They are not customer friendly.

    I got the premium warranty and they denied the first claim on the basis of the age and mileage of my Audi A5, which only has 35,000 miles and is 6 years old; the rep that sold my the plan said that they covered suspension, anti lock brakes, etc but denied sway bars, a total misrepresentation, I would not recommend this to anyone, it is a total rip off and waste of money.

    I would suggest for coverage to begin after 30 days or 1000 miles, whichever occurs first. Also to have an extended offer available after the 48/48000 period. I wish coverage would include tires and rims and windshield coverage. My coverage was a lot cheaper and more coverage than Carshield. My experience over the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm very satisfied with my call to Endurance.

    Updated on 01/22/2025: Just got the final reply from Endurance, they are refusing to pay the claim because they said we have the "Apex" plan and are required to show every receipt. As a good will gesture they offered us $100 and then up to 250 to sign off all rights to voice our displeasure of how they treated us. Us turning down that insulting offer is worth warning others of how you might be treated.

    Original review: While driving our Tahoe we had an engine light come on so we had it towed to Huston Chevrolet. They called Endurance to get approval to inspect it, once they did that they found it needed engine work. They had to wait for an inspector to look at it and he said it did need work. A couple of days later he called back and said they were going to deny the claim. They asked for receipts of oil changes which we sent them and they still denied it because of some gaps in between where I changed my own oil. At first they only needed some more proof, we sent it in and then they said we needed more since we bought the policy from the dealer we bought the car from. Had we bought the policy directly from Endurance they would only need the last three years.

    Nowhere in the contract does it state they have 2 different requirements on a time frame for proving oil changes (they record phone calls so this is easy to prove their agent did say this). We have had Endurance repair our transmission and ac without any runaround or questions. We had to come out of pocket $4768.36 to get the repair done. We would like them to take care of this issue by paying the claim. If they would have treated us like this on the first 2 claims it would have been a 1 star.

    Just I would look into Endurance and see what they had to offer. I had car shield for a year and a half and when I had a claim they told me to call my insurance company because it was external. No it wasn't,...it was my monitor screen in a 2015 dodge challenger. That monitor is the brain to the car!! It cost me 1356 dollars to replace. Endurance told me if had of been covered by them it would have cost me 100 dollars deductible because they would have covered that component.

    The first time I was denied the guy who I purchased the contract from wrote the wrong mileage down for repairing my crank shaft and the second time I was denied they said that they don’t cover thermostats or brakes which I needed back brakes and pads and I also needed motor mounts and transmission mounts which they didn’t cover saying that the shop didn’t pre authorize it first and I am stuck with a $4400.00 bill to get my car out the shop and I should’ve cancel it to the first time when they the ones made a mistake and I were you I would not buy a contract with Endurance because you will get ripped off twice like I did and they have all kinds of loopholes to get your money for nothing!

    The only thing I can say is you really should send out a hard copy or paper copy of the contract and ID Cards especially the ID Cards.     I called Endurance to purchase the premier plan. I was asked "for the mileage" by the representative and I told the rep that "the vehicle is not in my possession, so the mileage that I'm giving you is an estimation." Their response was "ok". Went to file a claim 3 months later and was told, "there was a discrepancy with your mileage so the claim can not be fulfilled." Ok, cool, let's get the mileage correct so there wouldn't be any issues going forward; Right? Unbeknownst to me a new contract has to be started according to the customer service rep. "Well, let's get it started", I replied. Gave all the required correct information, requested to even keep the new plan on auto pay. Fast forward 3 months, I needed a repair to my vehicle, no problem because I have Endurance I am good to go. Logged into my app, contract is canceled, the customer service rep never "activated" my new contract, according to Endurance.

    This company is a complete sham. I was sold a service plan that wasn’t even the plan I was told I was getting and after a month and a half of having the service plan, my Acura needed to be repaired the parts that needed to be replaced were parts that I was supposed to have covered in the plan was told I was getting and that they told me they sold me and after the dealership Contacted endurance to let them know what it was that needed to be replaced. They told me that my plan none of it so I called them and come to find out the guy that I bought it from. I was told it must’ve clicked the wrong plan somehow on accident, and not only that with the plan that they did sell me my catalytic converter is my manifold on my car one of the same on my Acura.

    They don’t cover the catalytic converter on my service plan, but the manifold is covered and they told the dealer today that the only way they’ll cover that part is if the manifold completely fails which it has failed because I got carbon monoxide poisoning last week from the exhaust coming in my car and there is only one code For that part and they are trying to tell me that it’s only catalytic converter that failed and refused to fix the part even though when you order the part, it says catalytic converter/exhaust manifold.

    So anyone that thinks about this company think twice and not just that they say that you’re covered for towing and for rentals but yet the only rental company they deal with is Hertz. Which isn’t anywhere around where I am and they didn’t even tell me that until after they booked me a reservation for Enterprise and after I asked what I was going to get for a discount that’s when they said they only use Hertz yet they never said anything to start they went ahead and booked a reservation with enterprise and were going to hang up until I asked for the price

    I allowed Endurance to handle my warranty for my 2016 Escape last year starting in June. My payment is taken out automatically, with no worry at all. I have discovered that I can use my own local Ford dealer for all of my warranty needs for my vehicle. I know when I really need them. I am covered. I also had the security in my policy after the proper time, will be paid for me. Last but never least, I have locked myself out of my car. They cover to bring a person to unlock me and I'm on my way.     Being a Service Advisor, Endurance IS the best contract company to work with. They will pay the dealership directly and all the customer pays for is the deductible if they have one. My only recommendation to the customer is to keep up with your maintenance and keep the receipts of them. You do that and I can pretty much guarantee you will never have an issue with this company. They are outstanding!

    I needed struts replaced on my 2018 GMC pickup. They insisted they were shocks, not struts and would not cover the repair. All the info for the parts said struts. 2800$ just for parts and they would not pay. Their terminology is totally different than everyone else. Very pissed and unhappy!

    I took my car to T Town BimmerWerks, they charged ME 250 for the initial diagnostic. Then presented a quote to Endurance for the engine tear down to repair a timing problem. 1500+ dollars, This is just for the tear down. Endurance rejected the claim, and if you can’t find the problem then you cannot fix the problem, right? I called several people at Endurance and got the runaround. Reading from a book, or so it seemed to me, Saying the customer had to Authorize the service. OK, I authorized the repair pending payment from Endurance. They declined to pay and the repair shop would not proceed and I do not begrudge T Town Bimmer. I am on a fixed income and can’t pay out of pocket for repairs, that is why I paid Endurance for a policy. I will never listen to another warranty company in their advertising to help you, it’s them they are helping to take your hard earned money.

    The dealership I bought the car from sent me a coupon in the mail and said it was time to have the cooling system checked. They said it wouldn't be long, that something would have to be done on it and said it was out of warranty because of the miles. My son told me it could be time I check on one of those extended warranties.     Endurance is 50% too high on the price but they are the only company that would give almost 100% coverage on the vehicle for an extended warranty. The sales rep was a little bit strong on some of the conversations, but the service was good. They did touch bases on six items that were extra perks including roadside assistance, which I was not aware of. They were informative.

    Back when we had the first round of the insurance with them, we used them three times, and they did well. But in one of those instance when we took it to Diehl Ford in Bellingham, Washington, I found out through the service rep that they were having a hard time for Endurance to give a yes for certain coverage on the vehicle, and there was a fight on them. It's no old news that I'm finding out that many of the shops don't want to take the insurance because it's a fight with Endurance to get covered.

    We had an auto warranty, but every time we took the car in for repairs, they found about 10 things they weren't gonna pay for that I thought were included in the payments. I decided that I needed to find a new company. Signing up with Endurance was wonderful. They were very understanding and they answered all my questions. When I finally said yes to the policy, I was perfectly satisfied that I knew exactly what I was getting and exactly what I would have to pay if my car was in the shop.

    I really think that they're gonna be a lot better because I questioned the rep on how much am I gonna pay on an air conditioner if we had to replace our full air conditioner. They told me all I would be paying is $100 and everything else would be included. I asked them about the shop parts and things like that and they said those are included in everything. We've been having a little problem with our air conditioner and we wanna try and get it fixed before summer comes in next year. It has never been replaced or repaired in any time. So I'm hoping that they'll take care of that and do it in the winter time when nobody's working on wanting to do air conditioners.

    I chose Endurance off of a commercial. My fiance's car broke down a couple of months prior and it was hard for him to drive everybody. We had to ask for help from friends. When I saw the commercial, I saw that Endurance will fix my car and provide a rental car. That was the most important thing to me because I need to have two cars, even though right now, there's only one on my policy. I'll get the other one when I can afford it. I needed a rental car to make sure that everybody can still get to their destination. That was the main purpose. Auto insurance only gives rental cars for accidents. It doesn't pay for rental cars for repairs. So now, I'm covered both ways. I have a rental car for accidents and a rental car for car repairs. It would be cheaper than getting a rental car.

    The sign-up process was simple. The guy who initially signed me up was really cool and really explained the whole process, and so far, I haven't had any issues. I had to push it back a couple of payments because I had surgery a couple of months prior. I couldn't pay it the very next month, then I couldn't pay it the following month because I was still trying to catch up from being off from surgery. Endurance worked with me and that means a lot to me. They're not cut-and-dried.

    I'm still in the probationary period, but I've already told people about Endurance, especially here. We live in Fayetteville, Arkansas and here, there are no transit options to get around. So if someone doesn't have a car, they're stuck or they will be ridesharing or asking people to take them places. It's very expensive. Everybody who lives here knows they're screwed if they don't have a second car, and sometimes, even if they have a second car, they're still screwed because they have kids. They gotta go to the west, then they have to work at the east. People need two cars to be able to achieve both.

    I don't like to depend on people, and Endurance takes that off the table. I'm all about eliminating problems and I would tell people to get Endurance with the rental car option because it eliminates two problems. They're not going broke to fix anything, and they're getting a rental car until the car is fixed, so they don't have to depend on anybody to do anything for them. I don't see a downside to it, and if Endurance targeted places that don't have transit options, that would boost them up.
