Showing off my sports car to my Grandkids in Indiana was a bit of a disappointment. “It’s noisy!” They complained. It was so loud it was difficult carry on a conversation with them. It sounded like a B52 bomber taking off the runway. With no idea what the problem was I took it to the place that understood the construction of a Mazda better than any place else, the dealership. Also, the check engine light was on. I believed the gas cap was the problem so asked them to replace it.
On August 23 the dealership tore it apart and performed a full circle inspection. Chris **, service advisor from Mazda, told me and could not be driven. I was in danger of the wheel coming off. It needed rear hub bearings, hubs, snap rings and axle nuts. I asked Chris to call Endurance. He told me they do not deal with that company. The car was torn apart. I had no choice but to tell them to fix it. We sent Endurance a computer-generated repair invoice from the dealership. When we tried to negotiate with them they wouldn’t discuss anything because we didn’t take it to a preapproved location. And they didn’t preapprove the repair.

It was easy signing up with Endurance. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and nice. The coverage was good, too. If the car breaks down, I won't be stuck trying to take money out of my pocket that I might not have at that moment.

The sign-up process at Endurance was good. The woman who signed me up was nice. She told me they do home, too. It is pricey for me, though. But it covers everything bumper-to-bumper, but not service.

The Endurance sales rep who signed us up was great. We were very leery if we could even trust him. He stayed on the phone and waited while my husband called and verified that he was legit and not a scam. We were calling around. Everything went smoothly and it seems like everything is legit on their side. The sales rep was very helpful. He explained everything that we questioned and all the issues that needed to be explained and addressed.

I've been a customer of Endurance for eight years now. I filed a claim a couple of times. My local mechanic company filed the claim for the problem with the automobile and everything was handled. I never even got involved. They even have the policy on record, so they don't even have to call me. They deal directly with Endurance.

I googled auto warranties and found an article that had the top-rated companies and I called the top one which was Endurance. The signup process was a lot easier than I expected. The customer service rep was excellent.

Endurance answered all my questions about the coverage. It's just it's been a month, and I'm still waiting for the hard copy. I haven't needed to use the warranty yet, but I was satisfied with the sign-up. Otherwise, I would not have signed up.

Endurance was a good place. They convinced me to buy their warranty. I do NDT testing where I'm all over Texas and I wanted to make sure something happened, my truck is covered. Overall, I had a good experience with Endurance.

Endurance gives me very good service. I had them one time before. The rep who signed me up this time was great. He was very personable and listened to my needs. We had a good conversation and then we went over everything. The warranty is active immediately on the day I signed. It's just if it would be less money, it would be better.

I saw Endurance on TV and thought, "You know what? Let me call them." I asked them what kind of warranties they had, the amount and how long for the warranty. It was to my liking and suited my needs. It was not too much nor too pricey and it lasted long enough for me. I can always get extended, and whatever I needed, they had it, so I didn't see any need to go any further.
The sales reps were very nice. They answered my questions and kept saying, "Is there anything else that I can answer for you? You got any more questions? Was I making you happy with the way I was explaining?" It was different. I love Endurance and I ain't going nowhere. I love the way they treat me. I can call them, and they answer my questions. I'm happy. I'm a picky one, but I would tell people they better get Endurance.

I got a letter in the mail from Endurance, saying that my policy had lapsed, and it really shook me up because I just came out of the VA hospital. But when I called, they said “No, disregard the letter.” Other than that, everything is all right in my experience with Endurance. The signup process was easy. The reps did a beautiful job.

The whole process of signing up was very easy. They answered all my questions and and they're budget friendly too. I did my research and comparing Endurance to other companies. They offer the best for your buck. Even include road hats around your tires. If you compare them to other warranty companies, they just isn’t any comparison.

I had an extended warranty, but I went with Endurance. They kept sending me advertisements and I liked them. So, I thought I’d try and see if it’s any good. The reps told me what I needed to know, and right now, I'm happy with my coverage. I've not used it, but I hope it's good when I need it.

I was looking for car insurance for days and all the other insurance company was giving me all these high price insurance per month and were not even covering most of everything on my car but after I call Endurance they were so easy to talk to and let me tell you they cover everything on my car and in minutes I was covered.

I have friends that have had problems with their trucks around the 150,000-mile range. I just cleared 100,000 miles, and I just lost my coverage. All that was offered through the dealership I was working with trying to get insurance was bumper to bumper, which is a high product. I went with Endurance. Their price was within something I decided was worth the money. I worked with someone on the internet, and the friendliness of the site for the user was easy.
My only concern is I haven't gotten my policy yet. It's been three weeks. Besides that, the coverage started immediately after I made the purchase, and it stops after 40,000 miles. I have the full drivetrain and all electronics with a small deductible covered for that 40,000 miles. I'd tell people to look at Endurance and see if the coverage fits their needs for the amount of time it's good for.

I trust Endurance. I had them before and it's a good warranty. I reapplied for my car and the process was great. The guy explained everything and gave me a great plan which was the Diamond Plan. It covers everything on the car from the front to the back. I also have roadside assistance and a bunch of things on the policy that I was approved for.

We had CarShield last time and they didn't pay for anything. They wouldn't even answer their phone so it made me apprehensive, but I gave Endurance a try. I thought it was the best choice. The reps were cordial and very helpful, and it was a good experience signing up. The price is not too bad as well.

Endurance has great customer service. The representative who I spoke with when I called for my car warranty was very knowledgeable. I told her what I was looking for and she found the best warranty for me. She told me what it covers and that it would take 30 days or 1000 miles before I could use it. She also told me the price of it, which was doable. I'm very satisfied.

Yes I would recommend to family & friend. I called for the estimate and asked questions. The representative was very friendly and patient with me… once he gave me the quotes, I signed up quickly… I haven’t used the Auto Warranty yet… I haven’t had any issues with my 2013 Subaru yet.. Very Pleased with customer service.

Was fast and easy to become enrolled, have only been with Endurance for one week. Found with a internet search and decided on Endurance. The person I worked with was great and efficient, and answered all my questions. The process only took about 15 minutes of time to complete. Ronald was fantastic to work with through the enrollment process.

Paid over 5 grand for this. Finding things not covered that should be. Seals and gaskets not covered. Many electrical components that run the car not covered. Told rep exactly what I needed. Assured things were covered.

I've had Endurance for a few years and have one of their top warranties as I have an expensive car. I've needed to call them twice in that time with a problem and to submit a claim, today being the second time. Now twice it's been denied! This is what I've supposed to have been paying for all this time, and I'm not talking about a broken wiper blade! My warranty is supposed to cover practically everything; that's what I trusted them to honor in good faith. Terrible! Unfortunately people get duped by their commercials showing "clients" happily being paid for expensive claims. The reality of those commercials is the "clients" are paid professionals as listed in the fine print.

I have had the best experience in all aspects with Endurance. You get great coverage without breaking your pocket. Every time I've called the person on the other line has always been friendly and helped with whatever issue fast and very thoroughly. I had the best experience with one employee today, I called to upgrade my plan and Izzy really went above and beyond for me to make sure I got the coverage right for me and at an even better quote. Super nice guy! I highly recommend endurance if your in the market for a warranty.

I want to advise nobody to use Endurance. They are ripped off and they are not really worth the money that they are charging. They overcharged and then is a certain things that they tell you to get you to sign. Yes not correcting that because if you do from the beginning of that they wouldn't help you. Then I'm pretty sure and that you wouldn't spend your money with and I want to buy somebody in the world to use them and I hope everybody reads this. That company need to be shut down because they are fraud. What company doesn't have a corporate phone number that you can call with a discrepancy besides the worker that says they are corporate over the phone.

Don't do it. They will find anything to deny your claim. I paid a lot for this coverage and when I need it they denied it. I talked to the dealership and they said that Endurance allegedly said I had a pre existing issue but I have records that say it has had no issue. Very bad company to work with!

This company has denied everything from O2 sensors to transmission to oil leak. They quote differences in millage, lack of proof of maintenance services and request for parts that were not included that would deny the whole service. BBB grade of F. This company is a scam

I purchased this warranty for my 2019 Cadillac Escalade because the warranty I bought when I purchased the vehicle in 2021 ran out. I took it in because I was hearing noises coming from the transmission. The dealer did a diagnostic on it and determined I needed a new transmission. Endurance sent an inspector out to take a look. The inspector wanted the dealer to tear down the transmission.
About a month later the inspector came back and wrote up that the transmission went bad due to overheating and Endurance denied the claim. Nowhere in my contract does it state that transmissions are not covered due to overheating. It does state engine and engine blocks are not covered due to overheating. Now I'm going to have to pay $7K out of pocket to replace my transmission after paying for a warranty that is suppose to cover it. Do not do business with this company. Find another one. They will come up with all types of excuses not to cover your repairs.

They fight you on every claim. Send a inspector with an outdated phone to take poor quality photos so they can claim corrosion. Terrible experience. Definitely not worth it unless you like being frustrated with nonsense

I've had this company for 2+ years and have no need for assistance to this point. They provide the coverage that I need for really fair price. I've had 2 previous companies that didn't have the same coverage for a higher price point. I'd like to see another survey at least once a year. Long term comparisons work best for me...

Very misleading. They represented their selves as my current warranty company saying its about to expire. I told them to sign me up for a new term but after checking I found out my warranty didn't expire for another seven months. I was told I could cancel and receive a full refund. I called to cancel and was told I have to get a notarized cancelation notice to them to cancel contract. After charging me over 300 dollars I sent a second notarized cancelation form. This time after almost a month they sent a 104 dollar check. From my opinion this company "Endurance" is a total scam. Just check some of their answers to questions and they said 300 to 700 a year. After 300 over a three month period, that seems to be another misleading lie.

If I could, I’d give them a 0. This company had our vehicle in the shop for over 2 months just to come back and deny the claim and state an issue completely opposite of what the body shop advised. I’d go the opposite direction if I were you.

The customer service person Larry, was courteous, kind and understanding. He took care of the Vehicle key problem, informed me that the vehicle tires was nearing its end and that the vehicle inspection is due in November. I told him to take care of take care of the inspection which he did.

HORRIBLE!! I've spent thousands of dollars on this policy. I purchased the best tier.. never have had to use them in 3 years. My jeep went in for repair and they refused to pay any of it. Not to mention they were above and beyond Rude to me and the mechanic at the dealership. This company is a Total SCAM!!

I purchased a warranty from them and went through the 1000 miles and month wait and then tried to file a claim and they denied the claim because they got the incorrect mileage from the dealership because I was there a month and a half earlier with a different set of issues because the car got damaged in an accident. I liked the service I got there at that mechanic, so I took it back there once I had my AC go out. They denied the AC and then I tried to call back in and they offered me a free month of coverage but would not rectify my claim and actually fix my car. This is only a $1200 AC fix, what are they going to say when it’s an engine problem or a transmission problem for thousands and thousands of dollars?
I have literally zero faith in this company to help me and I’ve been on the phone for two days now and have made five phone calls to try and get different people and managers. Also I was not allowed to speak to a manager ever and was hung up on two times out of those five phone calls. Please steer clear of this company because they give trash customer service as well as they deny small claims that are clearly within the contract to make and will not use common sense to work with the customer and will try anything to get out of paying you. Also when I went to cancel, they didn’t even give me all my money back, they are giving me a prorated rate as well as making me drive to a bank and get a form notarized of my cancellation…
I have three kids and I am starting a new job, who has time for that… This is 2024, it should be an email not me driving to a bank to get something notarized just to cancel a car policy. Also, they are charging a fee for cancellation, so they are basically taking all of my money. I will get a small fraction of what I paid them back. I even let them know I was 100% disabled veteran of the United States Marine Corps and they still treated me this way and took advantage of me. You’ve been warned.

In 2021 I purchased a 6 year or 200,000 warranty on my 2011 BMW 328I. I’ve had it since 2019 with 70,000 and just made 100,000. I have 2 payments left. When I attempted to file claim today they said that I only have 41.00 that they will cover for the duration of the warranty.

I was very upset and ready to cancel. I felt I was mislead and I actually was by the representative. I called to cancel however the customer service rep was able to explain the contract completely and make the contract right and I decided to stay with the company. I appreciate her patience and the time she took going through line by line showing me in writing what was covered and the waiting period. Leave her where she is because she's saving business but give her a huge raise!

The person that I talked with was stronghandling me, trying to get me to sign on, which I was looking for it to check out other options. But then I hung up on him. Another rep called me four days later, and she presented a better offer than what he was presenting. The plan that the first rep was offering me was $119 a month, but the plan she's offering me is $199 a month. It's pretty steep. So I'm gonna sit down and read through the actual contract this evening. The second person that I spoke with there was more professional than the first guy.

My experience with Ms ** was very exciting. I told her my intention. She was very professional. Once she got my information, she was very knowledgeable about the product that was being discussed. In a timely manner, she analyzed the situation, found a better solution and I was feeling much better with her options. I chose a better answer for the problem that I had. We went on to the better.

No rating for Endurance from me. I bought a used vehicle that had no warranty so I got Endurance warranty for my car. About 2 and half months after AC went out and took it to repair shop. They filed for repairs for AC and Endurance denied the claim for the inner coil of the AC compressor which you can’t get another without the coil because it automatically is part of a compressor. The compressor will not work without it. My coverage with Endurance covers complete AC repairs and nowhere on contract does it state that the coil isn’t included or claimable. It does state that the AC compressor is included in complete AC repairs and which the coil is part of the compressor.
Endurance was and is a ripoff. Please double and triple-check each and every component of your vehicle coverage before you get with them. They are a joke. I demanded a refund of any and all money paid for this policy. They took about almost 2 months to send anything back to me. I did get my AC repaired on my own. Never ever would give them business and I will continue to tell my friends, family, and associates of what a terrible company they are. I believe there are other that may be way better than them knock-off Endurance.

Getting a quote was easy. The associate was friendly and pleasant. Thorough information was provided. Information about Endurance was easily accessible which allowed me to go to any mechanic or dealership in my area, if needed. After searching around for a quality warranty service Endurance seemed to be a more suitable company as opposed to others. I haven't had to refer to Endurance for as of yet, being though I'm a new customer, but by the contract presented, I'm looking forward to excellent service. Endurance Warranty service by a friend who was satisfied with the car warranty so I thought I'd give them a try. It's great to know that there is a car warranty service that you can reach out to and that is dependable.

Please move on to another warranty company. I chose Endurance because of their positive reviews, but they were lies! Unfortunately, I actually had an issue with my vehicle and when it came time for Endurance to approve the claim they didn't, and to make matters worse the customer service agent lied to my husband about why. When my husband contacted the dealership confused about what Endurance said, they confirmed that that was never said. Endurance is shady and will do anything to avoid dealing with your vehicle repairs. If you want to avoid a headache and being put into a terrible position, please look for another company.

I paid them over $600 with nothing to show for. They took over a month until they received payment again from me just to denied my claim due to repairs shop's failing to report maintenance work on my car for an oil change. So when I questioned them about it, they never replied with a direct answer. The representatives were all rude when questioned and treated me like I was harassing them They buy good reviews but no real people I know had a good experience with them. I ask them what else are they going to assist me with and they refer back to the contract with no clarity. The money I spent on the them for nothing I could have spent it on getting my car repaired on my own. They are some swindlers with paid reviews.

Do not be fooled by the positive reviews about Endurance Warranty. They will find every way and use every excuse to deny your claim. This organization is a scam and will gladly take your money and then deny your claim. I had a transmission problem. Endurance demanded that the dealer drop and disassemble the transmission and then denied the claim. I have a car without a transmission. The shop is demanding $1800.00 for taking the transmission out and inspecting it. If I put a new rebuilt transmission in it will cost a minimum of $6500.00. Endurance claims no responsibility for having my car in the shop for 30 days while they got around to sending a adjuster, mandating the transmission be removed or standing by the contract. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

This warranty is a complete joke. Had it for 4 years the first time we tried to use it. They denied and canceled it yet keep sending advertisements to us. They refused to pay on a transmission because of a 1 inch size of tires. Dealerships sell trucks with bigger wheels and custom accessories and still honor their warranty. But, for some reason if it isn't a basic bottom of the line vehicle with absolutely no modifications they will not honor their warranty. They will cancel then say, "We can write a new policy," that is going to exclude anything to do with the part they canceled on you for. So essentially you pay for a warranty that doesn't honor any breakdowns. When it was being written they asked if the wheels wasn't stock and it wasn't a issue when they wanted the money. But, as soon as a system failure happens they will look for any excuse to not fix and blame you.
Look up BBB and read numerous of the same thing. So if you are going to give them your money. Make sure your vehicle is completely stock and save all receipts on and regular maintenance. It still won't guarantee they will fix your vehicle for you. I find this place to be completely a joke and untrustworthy. We had 2 more years left when they canceled and all we received back was $ 900.00 for 2 more years. So they just took our money for nothing. More than likely this review will never see the public on how this company works.

My car is more than 10 years old and you can hardly find anybody that will give you an extended warranty even if your mileage is low and Endurance does that. That was one of the main reasons why I inquired about it. The young man that helped me when I signed up for Endurance was phenomenal. He had all of his facts straight and he answered my questions. He made it super understandable and I had a very nice experience signing up with Endurance.
Also, he said that the biggest thing is that Endurance really wants you to use a dealership. After we hung up on the phone, I called my local Ford dealership and I talked to the manager of the billing department. He said they love working with Endurance, which was a big assurance for me. Plus, one of the other options was I could add my wife and my daughter on to the account. If, for some reason, they're driving my car one day, and something happens to it, they can go to the Ford dealership and they can authorize work to be done to the car if I'm not with them.

The mechanic was working on my truck and took it apart. And they’re waiting on the inspector to come. It shouldn't take any inspector the whole two weeks. I submitted the claim last week and I'm without a vehicle right now. I hate that I got Endurance. If they're not trying to give me a rental or take care of my vehicle right now, I don't want anything from them. I wish I could get out of it when I’m through. When Endurance started on the vehicle in September, they told me I would have a rental car up to five days. That’s what they will pay it for. I got to go to work today and I’m without that vehicle and a rental. It’s inconvenient. I'm still paying these people, which is what I don't understand. I would not recommend them to nobody. If they ask me again over and over, I hate that I got them.
I had CarShield for a whole four years and I hate that I used them too because I got a lot of backlash from people who wouldn’t deal with them. Endurance is based on the same thing because I'm having a problem and still have a problem. Any of them isn’t any good. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't get either one of them. I'll take the chance to pay out of my pocket. They want you to be loyal to them but they are not loyal to you. They take the payment out of my check every month with no problem. But I have a problem with getting my vehicle fixed.

I've owned my truck since it first came off a lot. And there's no warranty on it. I thought now that I have a little wiggle room in my finances, it would be a good time to get an extended warranty started because I have to have 1,000 miles and 30 days and all of this. Endurance is the best. The other ones sound good, but when you look into them, like CarShield is on the Better Business Bureau and they have a three out of five rating as far as customer referral or customer reviews. I found that Endurance seems to fit me better.
Their reps were always pretty formal. They didn't sound like they were terribly interested in their job. But it went over fine. They got me the best rate. When I talked to them a few months ago, they had given me a rate of 147. But things have gone up a lot since then. It went up to 170 something seemed about right. But if others wanna get a warranty on their vehicle, Endurance is the one that they need to go with. It's the one that has the best rating.

I just got a car that I had been driving for a while from a friend of mine that I was doing work with. I acquired the car from them and it is an older car. I wanted to make sure that things were being covered. I thought I'd give Endurance a call. Everything was really easy in my signup experience with them. The rep explained everything. She said everything and what I was to expect, when the billing was gonna happen. It happened automatically, when I put it for automatic through my checking. She made it very easy to take care of it and help and set it up. I also have a couple of friends that are with Endurance. Somebody had a transmission problem and it was taken care of. They said, "Thank God, we had that or else we would have been without a vehicle for a long time. 'Cause we wouldn't have been able to afford it.” Everything was fine.

I purchased a Mustang convertible and I decided to get an auto warranty. I got a quote from CarShield then I called my local Ford dealership that I would be taking my Mustang to for service to ask them if they accepted the CarShield warranty. They said they wouldn't take any CarShield warranties there and that they've had nothing but bad luck with them. They said CarShield only covers part of what they say and if the dealership has to replace something major, CarShield wouldn't cover nuts, bolts, and gaskets. I then asked who they use and they named off three companies, one being Endurance. I've heard of Endurance because they are highly rated if you go online, so I chose them because of that.
I spoke with two different reps and they were both fantastic. They didn't pressure me at all. But when I originally called CarShield, that was a major pressure and I couldn't get that guy off the phone. I finally told him he needed to shut up and hang up the phone. CarShield is terrible as far as customer service, but Endurance has great customer service so far. Their reps were also very thorough in explaining what was covered.
I was a little concerned about the 1,000 miles and 30 days. With CarShield, it was 500 miles and 25 days. I like that on the CarShield better than Endurance, but the vehicle I bought had really low mileage. It was almost brand spanking new, so I wasn't concerned. Also I already did the 1,000 miles and I signed up a week and a half ago. So I'm fine but I can see where it might be problematic with some other people. In selecting warranty companies, it's really important that the people to check who does accept their warranty. CarShield originally told me that they partner with all Ford dealerships and that all dealerships throughout the company accept their warranty. But that was a complete lie.

I told Endurance that I was going to pay for the warranty at once and they said I would get a discount. They were really nice and very friendly. They explained everything and answered all my questions. But I called the people that I'm going to use and they weren't happy with Endurance. They said that once they diagnose the problem with the vehicle, it takes at least a week for Endurance to okay the repair.

If you have a older vehicle, get your insurance. My car is a 2010 my brother gave me and I know stuff is going to be needed up to date. So if I can't afford it and if I can get some coverage, that's what I'm going to get. I was getting quotes and the one I received from Endurance was right up my alley. My car has over 100,000 miles on it right now and after your car gets over 100,000 miles, a lot of times, the parts go bad on it. Then the alternator, water pump, and everything on there have to get replaced. So, I was scared something was going happen to it and I wouldn't have the money to fix it. Endurance gave me a pretty good deal and I told them to sign me up. Their sales rep was wonderful and they gave me a discount on the warranty. But they're supposed to send me paperwork in an envelope but I still don't have it. I hope this is policy is legitimate because I’m paying money for it right now. It's been less than 30 days since I called them last and I hope it's a good warranty. One time, I had to pay $1,000 for a brake booster and the warranty company I had at the time would not pay for it. After that, I called up that company and canceled the warranty.

Romero took me through signing up with Endurance and let me know what was covered. The program runs for five years. I pay on it three and a half years, and there's no fee on the other year and a half. I'm very satisfied with Endurance and I'd recommend it to friends. The rates are good. It looks like they take care of everything, especially for a warranty that comes after you then had the car for a while. It's everything I was looking for. What got me sold on it was paying three and a half years for the five-year coverage.

I called Endurance Auto Warranty and spoke with this wonderful woman. She was so nice. She explained everything. I know it would be expensive when you have a high-end vehicle that it has so much electronics on it. You don't get something for nothing. She told me the good news and the bad news, and how much it would cost and everything else. But with what information she gave me, she didn't say, “You get it today or the price is gonna change.” It was not high pressure. That high pressure, "Take it right now or it's gonna change" does not work with me. If she had said that, I would have hung up on her. It raises the red flag for me.
The start of the coverage is an "and". It has to be 30 days and 1,000 miles. I thought it could have been an "or". I work from home. I said, "Oh, my goodness. So, I need to make some road trips." It was a pleasant experience. That's what I want. I want people to be civil. It's not, "You either take ours" or "I don't like you" and "This is not a good place" and all that good stuff. Tell me about your product. Don't try to sell me your product by telling me how bad other people's are. That's the second red flag. When I get that one, I generally say, "That's okay. I will just think about it.”

I had my two vehicles in my home with CarShield and I had filed a claim and they denied it after they sent a technician out here and I had to come up out of my pocket with almost $400 and they denied the claim. I canceled everything. Endurance was the next best one on the list. I called them and I didn't have the mileage of my Cadillac. They said, "We'll reach back to you." They reached back out to me and I gave them the information for both my vehicles. The representative was kind, nice, and helpful. The price was a tad bit higher than CarShield, but it wasn't too bad.

Endurance had a better maintenance plan. I was with CarShield and then I went into a maintenance shop, and they wouldn't pay for half the stuff that was happening. I said, “Oh, no. This is not right.” So, then I jumped on the phone and went to Endurance, and then I did a little research on Endurance. I don't think Endurance would have me sitting there and have me waiting a couple of days, waiting on the part if they don't accept what CarShield did.
Endurance told me that they will honor their contract, and to go ahead and they would do a lot better than CarShield. So before I called them, I did a little research and I found out that they do a lot better. I dropped CarShield and went to Endurance. It goes in effect the day I signed, and then I have to wait 30 days if I have something before I can go to a car shop.
They offered me a rental service if something happens to my car. If I pull my car in the shop, they will honor the parts, and I don't think they would have to talk to me. I just pull my car in there, tell them I'm with Endurance, pay my deductible I have to pay. I don't have to worry about a phone call and they were talking to me and saying, “Hey, this place won't accept the parts so we have to wait a couple days.” I enjoyed the guy who signed me up, and I'm talking to him and his knowledge.

Everyone at Endurance was friendly. I appreciate that. I had to back out one time because I wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing. I wish I would have stayed. They offered 100,000. I backed out at 100,000 miles, and I have 105,000. I wish I had stayed with that initial amount, but I wanted to study it more. So, I got the 80,000. I wish I could go out on the 100,000.
For most people and including me, it takes me a little while to determine my answer and to study it. They weren't aggressive, but just allowing me the time to be able to consider it and still offer the same discount. I appreciate the follow-up. So, I thought that was good. It wasn't pushy. I wish I would have stayed with the first decision I made, but that's okay. If they give me a chance, I'd probably change it.

He told me every detail and information that I needed and had me speechless. I did not have to ask a question because we were answering them already. He told me Endurance covers engine work, trans and key fob. He also told me about the policy and how to pay, and that we would pay a higher rate that day but it would be lower after that payment. If anything happens, we could get a rental and roadside assistance, and if something was to happen and we were out of town, Endurance covers hotels as well. It is worth every penny.

Rebecca was a fantastic individual. I had a great time talking to her. We asked a lot of questions about it because we had had an extended warranty on our Dodge for a while. But having to deal with the factory warranties and everything else were quite astronomical, and they didn't offer a lot. We had to make a second appointment because I couldn't talk to her as much as I needed to. She called me back. We set up an appointment, and then she called me back right at the time that we were doing it. I've been impressed with Endurance.

I've got a friend who has Endurance. He's only had one claim, but it was a big one. He said it was smooth as cake. I did some research on Endurance and they get the best ratings of any I could find. Their rates were better too. Not the lowest, but second to the lowest. The guy that I spoke with initially explained everything immensely. I also did a claim online and it was great.

I was online looking for an extended warranty for my car. I called three different places and Endurance was the one that I went with because of the fact that when they put parts in your car, they're not gonna use used parts. Everything would be brand new. Also, the rates are great. The person I talked to broke it down in sections on the rate it would have been, versus the rate with the discount. We kept the car up and she broke it down real good. She was on point and knowledgeable. I would tell family and friends to go with Endurance if they haven't got any extended warranties on their car.

The Endurance rep I worked with was very attentive, punctual and right to the point. Talked about what I would be gaining from Endurance and all the parts that are covered and that I could take it to any dealership. He was very informative about that. I got the package where they cover the tires and all of the electrical motors and sensors. The only thing that it doesn't cover is the brakes. But Endurance is better than some of the other coverage companies. It's also very affordable. I pay $100 a month for the coverage.

I never used CarShield until I went in and wanted my battery changed, and they told me they would not cover that. I went with Endurance and the sign-up process was very easy and nice. The process with Endurance was quick and well-explained. In the beginning, there was a quote that was sent to me, and I followed up on that. The offer seemed pretty good to me with the 50,000 miles that was provided. Even though I have an insurance through GEICO, I would be a bit more secured with the extended warranty from Endurance on my Porsche. I might even add one more car to it.

I called up Endurance and got an extended warranty and another plan for $29. The rep was fine with me. We discussed what plan I would get and how many miles were on the vehicle. She talked about the coverage I would get and how much the cost was, and as far as I know, it's covering everything. The rep said I had to wait 30 days or 1,000 miles for it to be activated. The 11th of this month will be 30 days, and I've been recommending Endurance already. I've told a couple of people, "This is what you wanna get. Because that CarShield, there's been too many complaints with them not paying their claims." I didn't wanna have somebody that's gonna cause me problems with claims, and that's why I went with Endurance.

I work at a dealership and called a waterpump replacement and was DENIED due to it being a wearable item? All parts wear out! Never have I had a extended warranty decline a waterpump. The adjuster tried everything trick to decline it. I told the customer to get rid of that lousy scam contract asap.

Buyer beware. Have a vehicle in the shop for transmission issues. Just found out Endurance won’t cover a single penny. The truck has a 1-2” lift with slightly larger tires than factory. I disclosed all this when they sold me my plan. Endurance knew they wouldn’t cover and sold to me anyways. I’ve seen some shady stuff but this takes the cake. Next call will be to the Oklahoma Insurance Commission.

Buyer beware!!! This company is a misleading company for warranty coverage. Make sure you get your contract before you agree to a verbile over the phone they will take your money then send you your contract!!! Their sales team is a "yes, yes, yes you're covered"!!! My wife and I before we purchased our vehicle that was still under a power train warranty that was almost up so I talked with ENDURANCE sales team and yes, yes, yes you're covered (I BOUGHT THE SUPREME PACKAGE) So "EVERYTHING IS COVERED GUARANTEED". We buy the vehicle, my wife calls to confirm our warranty, she was told the same thing from a different sales rep "EVERYTHING IS COVERED GUARANTEED IN THE SUPREME PACKAGE" (and they recorded both conversations) so we sign up PAY THEM and we had to asked them to send us our contract. They send You a booklet and inside is terms that NO SALES REP SAYS anything about!!!
10 months later my wife's truck breaks down, we put it in a DEALERSHIP shop, I was informed this would not be covered under factory warranty. I explaind I got ENDURANCE SUPREME package, fix it. Endurance DENIED MY CLAIM AND HAD THEIR CANCELATION MANAGER explain that their cancelling my policy and "our team made a mistake" we will refund your money (we will see) SORRY THIS HAPPENED!! Now My wife's vehicle is in the shop with a $7,456.00 repair needed. This Company is a SHAM, JOKE, and a RIP OFF to the people. I wonder if DANICA PATRICK HAS THIS ISSUE OR IF SHE KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT THE COMPANY SHE IS A SPOKESMAN FOR!!!!

I don't usually write a review but if this one can save a brother to steer away from this burglars, I’d be happy to write this one. Had been a customer on them for 2 months (unfortunately). Check engine light came on, took my car to the shop & finds out that I needed a new engine. Filed a claim, got DENIED 'cause they said that was an existing problem already. What a JOKE! They would do anything & everything for you to get denied filing a claim. Their customer service reps are trained crooks too 'cause they will make you buy their insurance to the best that they can but if you’re in trouble, no one would help you. Even my mechanic & local body shops in my area said DO NOT make business with them 'cause they are by far one of the most HORRIBLE warranty companies to deal with.
I canceled my policy and it's been 2 months now & I’m still waiting for my refund 'cause I haven’t use anything from them. Not to mention, now that I am not a customer with them, every customer service rep that I talked with are rude & unhappy to deal with me anymore 'cause I was asking for my OWN MONEY BACK! I advice to get the dealership’s extended warranty next time. Again, STEER AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Prior to purchasing my contract, I asked what seemed like THOUSANDS of questions (especially being on a limited income) because I wanted to make sure that this was something that I could find the scarcely funds. Nevertheless dealing with a 2009 SUV the things that were important to me were supposed to be covered. The time comes when my SUV needs to be serviced, and basically next to nothing was covered "UNLESS" it was connected to something else that was in the contract, etc....Then as for the rental (smh), that portion in itself WAS/IS a DISASTER. There are limited areas and the policy is a ripoff....I'm supposed to tell the TRUTH in this review, and that's what I did. I told "My TRUTH". I doubt they will even allow this to be posted. Very misleading. Told me they would cover my vehicle and gave every detail about my trucks, meeting the requirements of my policy. As soon as I had an issue with my truck, they tried not to find anything they could not to fix my truck and told me I needed a different policy for my truck that they tried to upsell me on but said they weren't going to cover anything now. They tell you what you want to hear and give you a peace of mind but it's just to get a sale.

I am very disappointed with Endurance. I choose their service because of the reviews. My warranty cover my vehicle for seals and gaskets. My car is having issues and now they don’t wanna cover. Also, it does cover fuel injectors and now they don’t wanna cover it neither.

I just got Endurance, and I'm still within that 30-day limit to use it. Signup was absolutely great. Nick, who I dealt with, explained the coverage. He was easy to understand and when you're 85 years old, that's important. We discussed everything that needed to be discussed, and he signed me up. I got all the documents I need, and it's very smooth. The first perk was that I got a discount being a military veteran. I got another discount. So, it brought the payments down, which was good. I like the method being used that I pay up to a certain point, and then I won't have to pay anymore for a year or for the life policy. The roadside assistance is good. I'm not into the oil change, but those are good perks if I need them. When we did call and signed up, it was so easy that I recommend that to anybody. It was fair enough what they charge and what they'll do for you.

I have my 2009 Hummer H3T covered by Endurance. They explained things, but I still don't know what is covered on my vehicle because I had another one. To me, it all sounds fine and dandy. They still convince you to move over or buy from them. I was like, "Well, it does sound exactly like the other guy, like, 'Oh, well, that's not a good one because we cover this." I was like, "But these are the exact same thing." The biggest reason why I went with Endurance was because it was $2000 cheaper.

I thought the last car I had was a very good make but the transmission went out and we don't ever want to go through that again. I saw Endurance online and then I called the Ford dealer that I have my car serviced at. I asked them about it and they said they don't have problems with them. The first guy only told me about the very first warranty and didn't even go into the other ones. So, I called back the next day and talked to a nice guy. My car had a brand-new engine put in at 50,000 miles because the EcoBoost engine was defective and Ford had to put a new one in. So, the guy said that because I have a new engine put in, I was able to obtain the bumper-to-bumper warranty. I asked him if there was one that wasn't the very top, but the next one down for me to afford. And he said there was. So, he gave me that information, which I ultimately went with.
The reason I asked him about the difference between that one and the other one the guy told me about, which was a bit more expensive, is because he said the first one didn’t apply to my car since I have a 2016 model. That one covered sensors I don’t even have in my car. So, I’m glad I called back the next day and got that warranty.
I work remotely so, I don't drive that much and it's taken me a long time to put the 1,000 miles on it for me to have it go into effect. Maybe Endurance should drop that down to 500 because 1,000 is a lot. I had 71,695 miles at the time I purchased it and I'm at 72,142. So, I still have several hundred more to go and I don't know how long that's gonna take. I could be paying on this for three months and it's not in effect. That's my only gripe and other than that, I was satisfied. I understand that Endurance does it because there are scrupulous people out there and a couple of days later, they would say their transmission is out.

I purchased coverage with Endurance for my 2017 Ford Edge a few months ago. I purchased it used about 2020 from a Ford dealership. At approx 119K miles the engine developed a coolant leak into one of the cylinders. The owner of local garage said I needed to replace the engine. When I filed a claim with Endurance I was asked to provide records of my last 3 oil changes and the proof of the latest coolant system flush. Depending on who I spoke with I got 3 different answers as to when a coolant flush should be done. Also, this problem was already known to Ford but any recalls I received from Ford had to be delayed since parts were never available. I had no alternative but to have the engine replaced and pay out-of-pocket. $6000 is a lot of money for someone on Social Security. I feel like I should get a refund from Endurance for my monthly payments since I received nothing for the money I paid them.

I am going to repost this review once a month until my Endurance warranty expires in 2027. 09-29-2024 update Crickets from Endurance or the 3rd Party that processes their claims. 9-13-2024 Update. Future BUYERS OF ENDURANCE WARRANTIES BEWARE!!!! NET, NET!!!! FOR ALL REPAIRS, ENDURANCE WILL ONLY PAY UP TO THE MSRP FOR AFTERMARKET, USED OR NEW (oem) PARTS.
WHAT THEY WON'T TELL YOU IS THE IT'S THE MSRP OF any and all VENDORS THAT CAN PROVIDE THE PART AT LOWEST PRICE (AFTERMARKET, NEW (OEM) OR used). So all consumers are stuck with either Aftermarket Parts if available from the LOWEST MSRP Vendor that supplies the part. If the Aftermarket part is not available, anywhere and you have to get a OEM part. They will only pay up to the Lowest MSRP amount of the Aftermarket Part. The only time you are going to get reimbursed for that OEM part is if there is not a vendor on earth that sells it on the aftermarket. For all I know they will look for a used part to settle the claim.
You won't find a Franchise Car Dealer on this planet that will install aftermarket parts, shipped from an Endurance supplier So, buyer beware. Spend the extra money and get your Extended Warranty from the Dealer/Manufacturer of your car. The Endurance Contract is contrary to what they advertise. On this repair I am out of pocket $2200. The difference between the lowest Aftermarket Part Cost, from some supplier in Bangladesh and the Cost of the OEM part from Audi, plus the $30 per hour difference in the hour rate of Audi Dealership and what Endurance would pay. I been had!!!! Endurance is trash!!!! I am glad some folks are satisfied with Endurance. I am just not one of them.
I bought this warranty 4 years ago on a used 2017 Audi A7. This warranty was on top of the Audi certification and extended full coverage on the car for 7 years, 100,000 miles. I use this warranty for the first time last week to cover a crankcase vent and water pump repair. Suffice to say Endurance covered half the cost of the repair because they refused to pay for OEM parts or the full Audi Dealership hourly rate. They had a limit for the area of $160 per hour, and the Audi rate was $190. Audi dealerships do not install Aftermarket parts... Endurance would only pay the cost of Aftermarket parts shipped from their supplier. So, I was out of pocket for the difference between the labor rate and the aftermarket parts cost.
The Endurance adjuster had the audacity to suggest that I take the car to an endurance referred repair shop if I wanted the full cost of the repairs to be covered. And referred me to a statement in the warranty contract ( the small print in 2 sections) that says something to the effect that " it's up to the administrators discretion as to weather aftermarket, used parts are to be used if available". Why would I want to take a 7 year-old car with 60 000 miles on it to someone other than the dealer. Especially if I have an extended warranty.
In addition, why would I want to put aftermarket parts in a car when OEM parts are available. This is contrary to all advertisements for endurance warranties about using nationally certified repair shops of your choice. In addition, when on the phone with the administrators/adjuster for Endurance, there's nobody to complain to or escalate the dissatisfaction with the decision or process.. Plus, all phone calls by the dealer service rep and myself, a total of 4 calls, one being a three-way call... We waited on hold for over an hour on each call before somebody picked up.
What I will say at this point is you live and you learn. While I was referred to Endurance and I have referred others, friends, and family, who have secured a warranty contract through them over the last 4 years.... I will never purchase again or refer anyone to Endurance for a extended car warranty. I should have spent the extra money and accepted an Audi extended warranty even though it would have been for a shorter period of time. Not a satisfied customer at all....period!! So Endurance replied to this 5 days ago. And as all can say, they gave me an email address to send my complaint to. Which I did immediately. It's day 6 and "crickets"! Waiting for a response, Endurance!

Somebody called me because I had clicked on it on my computer, on an email, because I get six of them a day just from Endurance. It sounded good and the rep was all right. I'm an old person. I questioned a couple of things, and he was a little short, but I understood that. He was fine. Otherwise, I wouldn't have signed up. I never got the contract though. I even called and the company said they would send it back right out. I never got it again, so I decided I'm just gonna cancel it. I haven't paid anything other than the $29 that they took out, but that was non-refundable. We also had Endurance as an extended warranty when we first bought the car, but I've never used it.

Endurance told my boyfriend, his heater core was covered. We drove the vehicle over 50 miles to their certified mechanic. They did a diagnostic, now Endurance says it's not covered. We wouldn't have taken the truck up, if it wasn't covered. We are out time, gas and cost of diagnostics. Not worth it for endurance

I purchased this plan to cover full power train, cost was in total 6800$ 130$ per month. For a Ford Flex 2009 when my engine went, they pulled a limited liability clause that they will only cover up to trade-in value 3200$ out of a 8200$ repair, won’t even pay the repair shop for tear down they requested, this company is a scam and Florida should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a company to operate in this manner.

Bottom line first – my Audi is covered by an Endurance Platinum Vehicle service contract so I took my car into an authorized Audi dealership after it had developed an intermittent drive system & check engine light. Audi diagnosed the problem and then fixed it for which they charged me $1859.19 for parts and labor. However Endurance only reimbursed the dealership $1070.65 which means that in addition to the $100 deductible, I had to pay an additional $688.54 out of pocket!!! I reached out to an Endurance manager and the BBB and Endurance refuses to pay the full cost of the repair.
I purchased a 4 year Platinum Vehicle Service Contract from Endurance in 2023 for my 2019 Audi. At the time, I was specifically told that I could take the car to any repair shop for service, including Audi dealerships, and that labor and parts would be fully covered minus my $100 deductible. As part of the contract, I also paid for the enhanced labor rate. Seemed pretty straightforward which is why I bought the contract and paid so much for it.
In September 2024, I took the car into my authorized Audi dealership after it developed the drive system problem. After diagnosing the problem, they replaced the ECM unit (8W0-907-551-B-8WF) and charged me the MSRP of $1270.46 (plus tax). This price can easily be verified with an internet search (keeping in mind that Audi is not a parts discounter and charges full MSRP). However, Endurance only reimbursed $949.67 (plus tax) claiming this is what their Forte database says the MSRP of the part is. Clearly, their database is out of touch with reality.
Additionally, the dealership charged 2.5 hours for labor which included finding the intermittent problem in the first place, programming the ECM, and installing it. However, Endurance only reimbursed for 0.5 hours claiming this is what their Identifix database shows. Once again their database is out of touch with reality. It is unbelievable that Endurance would say that an authorized Audi dealership is charging me the wrong price to repair my car and therefore I had to pay $688 out of pocket. As we all know, repair prices at a dealership are not negotiable just because Endurance says it's “wrong”. I don’t care what their databases say the parts and labor should be, I just care that it cost me $1859 to have the car repaired at a legitimate dealership and that is what I expected Endurance to cover (minus the deductible). This is not how a reputable company functions and thus I caution everyone not to use Endurance.

The lady, Nina, was quite good. I wasn't sure 100% of a couple of things, mileage-wise and the VIN number. I have the VIN number in my phone, and I was able to find it without losing her. With the mileage, I was a little unsure and Nina said that we could always correct that. At a later time, Endurance sent me a thing and I could correct the mileage. Nina was so thorough, nice and cordial that I did not want to not have her get credit for assisting me. However, I expected my policy as a full month-to-month, year-to-year, but not long-term contract. I was looking at it a little this morning and I'm a little concerned that it appears it's a long term contract. I wasn't fully aware of that. I might consider canceling the thing if, in fact, it turns out that it's a long-term contract.

I have a vehicle that's up for high mileage and I'm not able to work on it anymore. It’s got 140,000 miles on it and anything could happen at any given time. I signed up for an extended warranty with Endurance and their rep went over everything that it covered. I had a few questions after his little spiel and he was very polite. I enjoyed the conversation we had in the little time we were on the phone. Also, I got a quote online but when he called, it was a little even lower. He gave me a little discount because I'm a veteran.

The whole thing is a scam, I had the top-of-the-line package from them which is supposed to cover just about everything. So bottom line is I had 2 rear wheel bearings go bad on my truck. Took it to my Dealer like they said. I could only find out they would not pay the labor rate the dealer charges so I would have to make up the difference in cost. Then they told me that they wouldn't cover the cost of parts because they are OEM. They wanted to ship into the dealer the cheapest parts that they can, well the dealer and everyone else in my area refused to install parts from 3rd party. So my $2,300 dollar bill cost me $1,400 out of my pocket and Endurance paid a whopping $900. Now the next step is to try and cancel. Good Luck

Endurance Auto Warranty is on time with their service, and always there, anytime 24/7, like family. They're great people and I would recommend them to anyone. If you want quality service, and people that would be there for you, those people at Endurance will. I tell people about it at my job. They were amazed by it. They would tell me, “Tony, I want that number. I wanna call the people. I wanna get away from the people I got. They're not right.” I explained to them about the good things Endurance had, their service, and how they treated me very good.
Endurance was concerned about me getting taken care of and showed me all the options, and it was great. My wife passed away a few years ago, and I was wondering how to keep my vehicle up, and with the payments of getting the car fixed, it overwhelmed me. Endurance came in. God blessed me, and I’ve seen them on TV. I kept forgetting. I said, “I need to call these people.” God would say, “They can be a great help to you financially on your vehicle.” Some time over the year, “Tony, you’re out of that. You don't have to worry about how you're gonna pay bills or to get your car fixed.”
I was looking, hoping I could find somebody that could help me in my situation. I said I had to give Endurance a shot. I live on my own and living paycheck to paycheck. I make decent money, but it always still isn't enough. I just kept postponing. One day, I called Endurance and said I was ready to do it. The rep explained to me, and it was a wonderful conversation she had with me. She was polite and we talked like we knew each other forever. She was glad to help me out and showed me all the good deals Endurance has if I need a vehicle or to be put up in a hotel, or be taken somewhere else.

I contacted Endurance for the warranty for my vehicle and I haven't received it. It's going on two weeks now. I called last Friday to talk to somebody about when was I gonna get my warranty package in the mail delivered to my home, and I haven't talked to anybody else since then. The customer service was pretty good. But my main concern is when I'll get my paperwork to give me some kind of peace of mind on the coverage that I have for my vehicle.

The customer service rep was very informative and explained to me the way the warranty is supposed to work. So all in all, it was pretty good experience. My initial impression of Endurance was a very good one. If I ever need to use the warranty, I'm hoping that they would also provide a great service and not try to wiggle out of the warranty work. One thing that confused me was that the company was marketed as Endurance Warranty, but then the actual warranty paperwork mentions a different company. One of the things that's confusing to me within that warranty paperwork is that it mentions another company that you're supposed to call. So there are three different names. Endurance is like the front name, but you're not really dealing with Endurance at the end of the day.

For many years my spouse took care of all the insurances and I took care of the bills, the kids, the home. 35 years later had a massive heart attack and a stroke still alive but very affected by the stroke. He took care of the car insurance is for all four cars so we all had to take ownership of our own cars back and I'm a senior living in senior housing with some health issues nothing that affect my driving. I was so confused that I wanted to scream. If I called one company for car insurance I wound up with another company. I didn't understand the Monopoly of it. All I know is back in the day probably 30 years ago she called Geico for house renters insurance and car insurance you got Geico.
I don't know who Endurance is but I know the people that I worked with assured me that I've got the best plan by far. They were kind, courteous and understood my situation. I have no family living, senior, disabled, housing and really don't take trips with the car basically go to the store, take the dog for a ride and I've never had a serious car accident that was my fault. Great teamwork. Thank you for everything and I look forward to a smooth transition on the 7th of October. That's when my contract kicks into place that's so new to me but your staff took good care of me in my time of really needing the help. Thank you for everything.

My car is a 2023 Nissan Rogue and I've been having issues with it. I only got a seven-year bumper-to-bumper policy and that consists of approximately 30,000 miles, so I wanted some kind of insurance to cover my car just in case. I did some research and Endurance has a better plan than CarShield. I called Endurance and they told me that they would cover me because my vehicle is brand-new. I purchased my car in February of last year. They said they would cover me up to 100,000 miles. So, I said, "Hey, I'll take it." I did everything on the phone and they told me what the policy is gonna cover, but I've never gotten any paperwork yet. I'm still waiting. Besides that, I would recommend Endurance highly.

I've been hearing a lot of pop-ups on my phone and I looked into it and thought it was time for me to give extended warranties a try. I was looking at my old insurance on my car and it was a very cheap one. But when I found out about Endurance, I called them and they gave me more details about it. They got me interested in it because I liked the details they were telling me. The rep spoke to me and told me that I called at the right moment and I made the right choice switching. He was a very outstanding person.
I was paying about 230, which is still good because of the amount of time they give you and how much of a deal is worth it. The dealer doesn't tell you the whole plan. They just call and give you a cheap deal. But Endurance tells you everything from the beginning, what they're gonna do, how they're gonna do it and what's your coverage. So, I spoke to my brother. There's still a lot more people I wanna talk to about it if they're interested. I wanna talk to my friends and tell them that even if they bought their car, it doesn't matter where they bought it from. Even if their car is already paid off, they could still have a warranty for it. All they have to do is call and I never knew that. I had to find out the hard way. So, I would love to share more with people and try to communicate for them to join Endurance.

My husband’s car is so old and he needed something to help him with the cost of the car. It’s a 2007 Hummer and most likely, something will happen soon. It would be a good time to look into an extended coverage. There were two that were advertised on TV and one was Endurance. I've heard some things about the other company that I didn't like. I checked both of them out and Endurance seemed like it would be the better company for my husband's car.
I told the rep the year of the car and how many miles were on it and he went through what the warranty would cover. It suited what my husband needed. He went through the whole process. He was very nice and I could ask him any question about the coverage. It was very informative. The coverage would activate a month after I signed up it's for four years. So, it seemed right for us. We could take the car to any place we wanted to. So, that was a bonus. Endurance has their own shops, but we weren't told that we have to only take it here. So, that was something that was good that I liked about the plan.

The sales rep was very good. He was very knowledgeable. I had CarShield, and they were terrible. Their rating is very low compared to Endurance's, which is the highest. I went with Endurance and canceled CarShield ‘cause I brought my truck in to get it fixed, and they wouldn't do it. It was not covered. The issue is something that's not that important right now and Endurance said they'll take care of it, but I gotta put about 700 more miles on the truck and October 4th before they start covering stuff. They have a limit, which makes sense. It’s something that broke already, and I want them to fix it. If they cover what I want, they're great. If not, I'll drop them too.

I was looking for a warranty on a car that I recently acquired. I did a bit of homework and checked the firms out. Endurance seemed the most legitimate to me because, in the past, I've always been a little leery of car warranties. About six years ago, I had one on a car I acquired and it was amazing how they found reasons not to pay for things that they initially said they did.
I felt good about what I read about Endurance. I called them, and the guy was very professional. He was very straight with me. I signed up and it was easy. Now, I'm in that stage where I haven't had to use the service. I'm in the 30-day period. However, if someone's desire is to get a car warranty, if they're serious about it, it'd be a good investment.

I signed up with Endurance but I did not receive anything other than the original paperwork. I went with them because you're fully covered from the first payment you make. Whereas CarShield, you have to be on the site for a year or two before you'll get full coverage. The Endurance rep who helped me get signed up was eloquent, intelligent, and not apologetic or rambling. He just did his job, which made me happy. I have a 2008 Dodge Avenger, which has been amazing. I had one sort of medium repair, which cost about $700, for the thing that connects the gas pedal to the carburetor, and I haven't had any trouble since then.

Endurance Auto Warranty offered a lot better service than anybody else. The only thing that I got mixed up on was I didn't know that I had to drive my car 1,000 miles. I thought I only had to wait 30 days. It was just a miscommunication. The tech said all the main parts, the transmission and engine, like sway bars on the car are covered. Also, I would get a rental during the time the car would go into the shop and I would only have to pay $100 of whatever the cost was.

This is the absolute worst insurance company ever!! I got this so-called insurance and then just 7 months later, my car broke down. The repair was going to be $8,000, but Endurance said they would only cover $2500 because that’s what they think my car is worth! I was beyond mad about this but tried to accept it. So, I decided to cancel my contract since there was no way I could afford the $6000 I’d have to pay out of pocket. When I canceled, I had already paid them $900 in premiums and was told I would get it back. But when the refund came after two months, it was only $100! They refused to cover my repair fully and then basically stole my money. This company is ridiculous and just plain awful! They are literally stealing from people!!

This place is a scam, I have a claim and they're doing everything in their power to not pay. They keep wanting me to come out of pocket for something they should cover, even their own inspector said the part needs to be replaced and they go against his word to find another reason to not honor their policy. Don't go here. #scam

First time I used this policy it cost me 400 plus out of pocket because I refused to use a aftermarket front diff solenoid locker that they wanted to pit on my truck, and the 2nd time I had to use it cost me 3020.00 out of pocket due to oil cooler failure which destroyed my entire cooling system, radiator, water pump, thermostat, heater core, block flush 6 times only thing policy covered was the oil cooler failure, none of the other parts it destroyed, so sum this up don't waste your money and I had the so-called Supreme or Elite policy that was supposed to be bumper to bumper coverage...and also their rental policy has 150.00 max pay out... terrible experience. When I called to cancel policy, they required me to get a cancelation form notarized and email it back SO BUYER BEWARE!

I would recommend a friend. The customer service was great and everyone took the time to answer any questions I had. Even when I had to call back. I have told a co worker, my parents and my husband about the plan. I also plan on telling my neighbor. This comes at a good time because I was worried about my previous extended warranty expiring. I have never had a need for any repairs that weren’t warranty items but this is a blessing and one less thing to worry about.

My policy doesn’t go into effect for about 25 more days, but the quote and initial set up process was very easy. Maybe I can add more to this review when I actually have to use the warranty. I do wish the time period was longer than 3 years or 36,000 miles though.

When I saw that Endurance Auto Warranty was recommended, I was very happy to call them and very trusting of the deal because they weren't out to get my money and not cover it. The information that the rep gave me was the coverage that I was looking for. It was positive because I had an impression I was talking with among the top warranty companies. Everything they told me, I was very happy with. I walked away smiling. I was concerned about how much I would pay every month, and I would just pay over $120 a month for the next three years. That comes to 4500 for six years. So, it comes out 50 something dollars a month for six years or this way. That helped me decide, too.

As of yesterday, I have paid my 12th month payment of $187 per month for a 24-month contract. Two weeks ago something happened with my car with check engine light on. Took to Nissan and mind you for almost 12 months I never used this warranty I was thinking only to be used when needed to save money on repair.
My car has been in the shop for almost 2 weeks now, it was Wednesday last week the service advisor spoke to Endurance and was told the inspector will come max 48hrs which was Friday. Friday came, no one came. I waited the weekend day comes I called Endurance they guaranteed inspector will come that day. No one showed up. Tuesday I called again almost end of business hours they finally come. Took 4 business days before they showed up. Then another 48 hrs to get a report from claim department that they will not pay the $3700 turbo replacement and labor.
The mechanic said he was told it's because seal on turbo was the main cause of the problem yet he pointed out that seal in the turbo has doesn't get replaced or fixed anyways the whole turbo has to be replaced no matter what. You just can't replace or fix the seal. I called Endurance and they said it's because of the seal. It is so crazy to think that they rip people that they know seal is the part they can easily break yet they will not pay for the whole damn thing for the turbo replacement that comes with a seal. If seal can be replaced or fixed on obviously it's an easy fix and less money and I don't need to call Endurance but they know how to scam people in little things that they can escape just to avoid paying $3700...in total I have paid $187 for 12 months for nothing. I cancelled my policy today. Save your money. Never trust any of this company.

I was originally not happy signing up with Endurance. It was recommended to me by a car dealership that I would take my vehicle to because they would not take another extended warranty. But for some reason, the representative did not tell me that once I purchased the Endurance warranty, it would be covered by another company. So, I ended up canceling that one because my car was in for service and a lot of things that needed to be done were not covered under the warranty that I purchased. That was because the representative did not tell me anything. When I found out about the warranty issue with Endurance, I was to cancel it, and one of the representatives was able to get me a better coverage, ensuring me that it would be with Endurance. The only reason I decided to stay with them was because of the representative that I dealt with. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got the right warranty. She explained all of it.
