    Customer service is wonderful! I just recently spoke with a representative about an issue with my billing (on my end). The representative was very friendly.     Read your Policy thoroughly.. Not everything is covered as was stated by Sales when I purchased the Policy. Make sure you get a paper copy. Customer Service is excellent once you get to the right department.

    I have a 2016 Ford F 150 with a transmission issue. 84K miles manufacturer recommends fluid replacement 150 K. Endurance will only assist me with a used transmission with 80 k plus miles. Basically same junk. or rebuild assistance of 3000K. Rebuild retail cost 6500k..After calling customer assistance I received no assistance on the rebuild. I would NOT purchase an Endurance Warranty. They are not customer friendly.

    I got the premium warranty and they denied the first claim on the basis of the age and mileage of my Audi A5, which only has 35,000 miles and is 6 years old; the rep that sold my the plan said that they covered suspension, anti lock brakes, etc but denied sway bars, a total misrepresentation, I would not recommend this to anyone, it is a total rip off and waste of money.

    I would suggest for coverage to begin after 30 days or 1000 miles, whichever occurs first. Also to have an extended offer available after the 48/48000 period. I wish coverage would include tires and rims and windshield coverage. My coverage was a lot cheaper and more coverage than Carshield. My experience over the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm very satisfied with my call to Endurance.

    Updated on 01/22/2025: Just got the final reply from Endurance, they are refusing to pay the claim because they said we have the "Apex" plan and are required to show every receipt. As a good will gesture they offered us $100 and then up to 250 to sign off all rights to voice our displeasure of how they treated us. Us turning down that insulting offer is worth warning others of how you might be treated.

    Original review: While driving our Tahoe we had an engine light come on so we had it towed to Huston Chevrolet. They called Endurance to get approval to inspect it, once they did that they found it needed engine work. They had to wait for an inspector to look at it and he said it did need work. A couple of days later he called back and said they were going to deny the claim. They asked for receipts of oil changes which we sent them and they still denied it because of some gaps in between where I changed my own oil. At first they only needed some more proof, we sent it in and then they said we needed more since we bought the policy from the dealer we bought the car from. Had we bought the policy directly from Endurance they would only need the last three years.

    Nowhere in the contract does it state they have 2 different requirements on a time frame for proving oil changes (they record phone calls so this is easy to prove their agent did say this). We have had Endurance repair our transmission and ac without any runaround or questions. We had to come out of pocket $4768.36 to get the repair done. We would like them to take care of this issue by paying the claim. If they would have treated us like this on the first 2 claims it would have been a 1 star.

    Just I would look into Endurance and see what they had to offer. I had car shield for a year and a half and when I had a claim they told me to call my insurance company because it was external. No it wasn't,...it was my monitor screen in a 2015 dodge challenger. That monitor is the brain to the car!! It cost me 1356 dollars to replace. Endurance told me if had of been covered by them it would have cost me 100 dollars deductible because they would have covered that component.

    The first time I was denied the guy who I purchased the contract from wrote the wrong mileage down for repairing my crank shaft and the second time I was denied they said that they don’t cover thermostats or brakes which I needed back brakes and pads and I also needed motor mounts and transmission mounts which they didn’t cover saying that the shop didn’t pre authorize it first and I am stuck with a $4400.00 bill to get my car out the shop and I should’ve cancel it to the first time when they the ones made a mistake and I were you I would not buy a contract with Endurance because you will get ripped off twice like I did and they have all kinds of loopholes to get your money for nothing!

    The only thing I can say is you really should send out a hard copy or paper copy of the contract and ID Cards especially the ID Cards.     They are a "bait and switch". They denied any claim I applied to them. DO NOT USE THEM!! I applied for a new keyfob, but it was denied because I didn't lose it in the time allowed. I tried getting them to replace my oil pan because it was leaking. It was also denied.

    I called Endurance to purchase the premier plan. I was asked "for the mileage" by the representative and I told the rep that "the vehicle is not in my possession, so the mileage that I'm giving you is an estimation." Their response was "ok". Went to file a claim 3 months later and was told, "there was a discrepancy with your mileage so the claim can not be fulfilled." Ok, cool, let's get the mileage correct so there wouldn't be any issues going forward; Right? Unbeknownst to me a new contract has to be started according to the customer service rep. "Well, let's get it started", I replied. Gave all the required correct information, requested to even keep the new plan on auto pay. Fast forward 3 months, I needed a repair to my vehicle, no problem because I have Endurance I am good to go. Logged into my app, contract is canceled, the customer service rep never "activated" my new contract, according to Endurance.

    This company is a complete sham. I was sold a service plan that wasn’t even the plan I was told I was getting and after a month and a half of having the service plan, my Acura needed to be repaired the parts that needed to be replaced were parts that I was supposed to have covered in the plan was told I was getting and that they told me they sold me and after the dealership Contacted endurance to let them know what it was that needed to be replaced. They told me that my plan none of it so I called them and come to find out the guy that I bought it from. I was told it must’ve clicked the wrong plan somehow on accident, and not only that with the plan that they did sell me my catalytic converter is my manifold on my car one of the same on my Acura.

    They don’t cover the catalytic converter on my service plan, but the manifold is covered and they told the dealer today that the only way they’ll cover that part is if the manifold completely fails which it has failed because I got carbon monoxide poisoning last week from the exhaust coming in my car and there is only one code For that part and they are trying to tell me that it’s only catalytic converter that failed and refused to fix the part even though when you order the part, it says catalytic converter/exhaust manifold.

    So anyone that thinks about this company think twice and not just that they say that you’re covered for towing and for rentals but yet the only rental company they deal with is Hertz. Which isn’t anywhere around where I am and they didn’t even tell me that until after they booked me a reservation for Enterprise and after I asked what I was going to get for a discount that’s when they said they only use Hertz yet they never said anything to start they went ahead and booked a reservation with enterprise and were going to hang up until I asked for the price

    I allowed Endurance to handle my warranty for my 2016 Escape last year starting in June. My payment is taken out automatically, with no worry at all. I have discovered that I can use my own local Ford dealer for all of my warranty needs for my vehicle. I know when I really need them. I am covered. I also had the security in my policy after the proper time, will be paid for me. Last but never least, I have locked myself out of my car. They cover to bring a person to unlock me and I'm on my way. It's good to have the security of a company that says it's straight and backs it up..

    Company is basically scammers. Took my payment and I didn’t even have the car anymore. Do not auto draft for this company. They will not refund your money if and when you cancel. I called to speak with supervisor. They act like none are available.

    Overall I've had a good experience with Endurance, however there are some things that should be covered that aren't. Sunroof and headlights and I feel like that should be covered under electrical and it's not. My dim lights don't work, and sunroof won't open or close.

    Being a Service Advisor, Endurance IS the best contract company to work with. They will pay the dealership directly and all the customer pays for is the deductible if they have one. My only recommendation to the customer is to keep up with your maintenance and keep the receipts of them. You do that and I can pretty much guarantee you will never have an issue with this company. They are outstanding!

    I needed struts replaced on my 2018 GMC pickup. They insisted they were shocks, not struts and would not cover the repair. All the info for the parts said struts. 2800$ just for parts and they would not pay. Their terminology is totally different than everyone else. Very pissed and unhappy!

    I took my car to T Town BimmerWerks, they charged ME 250 for the initial diagnostic. Then presented a quote to Endurance for the engine tear down to repair a timing problem. 1500+ dollars, This is just for the tear down. Endurance rejected the claim, and if you can’t find the problem then you cannot fix the problem, right? I called several people at Endurance and got the runaround. Reading from a book, or so it seemed to me, Saying the customer had to Authorize the service. OK, I authorized the repair pending payment from Endurance. They declined to pay and the repair shop would not proceed and I do not begrudge T Town Bimmer. I am on a fixed income and can’t pay out of pocket for repairs, that is why I paid Endurance for a policy. I will never listen to another warranty company in their advertising to help you, it’s them they are helping to take your hard earned money.

    The dealership I bought the car from sent me a coupon in the mail and said it was time to have the cooling system checked.     Endurance is 50% too high on the price but they are the only company that would give almost 100% coverage on the vehicle for an extended warranty. The sales rep was a little bit strong on some of the conversations, but the service was good. They did touch bases on six items that were extra perks including roadside assistance, which I was not aware of. They were informative.

    Back when we had the first round of the insurance with them, we used them three times, and they did well. But in one of those instance when we took it to Diehl Ford in Bellingham, Washington, I found out through the service rep that they were having a hard time for Endurance to give a yes for certain coverage on the vehicle, and there was a fight on them. It's no old news that I'm finding out that many of the shops don't want to take the insurance because it's a fight with Endurance to get covered.

    We had an auto warranty, but every time we took the car in for repairs, they found about 10 things they weren't gonna pay for that I thought were included in the payments. I decided that I needed to find a new company. Signing up with Endurance was wonderful. They were very understanding and they answered all my questions. When I finally said yes to the policy, I was perfectly satisfied that I knew exactly what I was getting and exactly what I would have to pay if my car was in the shop.

    I really think that they're gonna be a lot better because I questioned the rep on how much am I gonna pay on an air conditioner if we had to replace our full air conditioner. They told me all I would be paying is $100 and everything else would be included. I asked them about the shop parts and things like that and they said those are included in everything. We've been having a little problem with our air conditioner and we wanna try and get it fixed before summer comes in next year. It has never been replaced or repaired in any time. So I'm hoping that they'll take care of that and do it in the winter time when nobody's working on wanting to do air conditioners.

    I chose Endurance off of a commercial. My fiance's car broke down a couple of months prior and it was hard for him to drive everybody. We had to ask for help from friends. When I saw the commercial, I saw that Endurance will fix my car and provide a rental car. That was the most important thing to me because I need to have two cars, even though right now, there's only one on my policy. I'll get the other one when I can afford it. I needed a rental car to make sure that everybody can still get to their destination. That was the main purpose. Auto insurance only gives rental cars for accidents. It doesn't pay for rental cars for repairs. So now, I'm covered both ways. I have a rental car for accidents and a rental car for car repairs. It would be cheaper than getting a rental car.

    The sign-up process was simple. The guy who initially signed me up was really cool and really explained the whole process, and so far, I haven't had any issues. I had to push it back a couple of payments because I had surgery a couple of months prior. I couldn't pay it the very next month, then I couldn't pay it the following month because I was still trying to catch up from being off from surgery. Endurance worked with me and that means a lot to me. They're not cut-and-dried.

    I'm still in the probationary period, but I've already told people about Endurance, especially here. We live in Fayetteville, Arkansas and here, there are no transit options to get around. So if someone doesn't have a car, they're stuck or they will be ridesharing or asking people to take them places. It's very expensive. Everybody who lives here knows they're screwed if they don't have a second car, and sometimes, even if they have a second car, they're still screwed because they have kids. They gotta go to the west, then they have to work at the east. People need two cars to be able to achieve both.

    I don't like to depend on people, and Endurance takes that off the table. I'm all about eliminating problems and I would tell people to get Endurance with the rental car option because it eliminates two problems. They're not going broke to fix anything, and they're getting a rental car until the car is fixed, so they don't have to depend on anybody to do anything for them. I don't see a downside to it, and if Endurance targeted places that don't have transit options, that would boost them up.

    I've always bought an extended warranty at the time of purchase. I totally believe in the extended warranty offering because I know it only takes one serious thing to go wrong with a car and you've totally gotten what you've paid. I've always driven cars for a lot of miles, and I get the fact that eventually they start wearing out. I just don't ever know when, and it seems like the newer the cars, the sooner they wear out.

    I was already using Endurance on my Lexus when I did another contract with my Nissan, and the reps were efficient, quick and helpful. There's a waiting period before the extended warranty takes effect, but that's not a big deal to me because hopefully, I don't need it in that timeframe. With Endurance, I like the fact that instead of paying all of the amount upfront, I'm paying it on a monthly basis. If cash flow is important to someone, the option that's afforded by Endurance is good. However, I can't say how well they pay off on things because I haven't had to use it in that way yet. The extended warranty is like insurance. It's also peace of mind, and the Lexus is an expensive car, but I've had it for 13 years. However, it only has 40,000 miles on it.

    I searched online for the top extended warranty, and Endurance was number one. The purchase process with Endurance was easy. I didn't have to ask the rep questions. I already knew from the other people. Then when the rep said what she said, I figured I would go with them. I asked a couple of people about extended warranties, and what I should be looking for. The dealer wanted $4,000 and Endurance is pretty close to that. But they wanted the money now. I've got the money now, but I wanna leave it in the bank. I like that I can pay with Endurance monthly. I have bumper-to-bumper and it works for me.

    Endurance called me and then I constructed the plan with them. In the first 30 days, I have the option to decline the offer before 30-day period is up. But I'm gonna continue. The rep seemed to be knowledgeable about the plan. He was from Florida, which I always find interesting that a lot of these companies are soliciting for programs in California and they're from all different parts of the country. But that's not unusual for this kind of industry. He was pleasant in describing what they offered. He was informative and enthusiastic.

    Their definitions of wear and tear as opposed to an actual breakdown of parts that require some service seems to be fairly liberal. So they can sometimes decline offers that the consumer would assume would be something that should be covered by the plan. The rep didn't alleviate my concern about that in terms of Endurance because he's not in that position. He's just selling policies. But I still have a concern about that. But I haven't had the reason to make any claim on my car at this point anyway.

    Endurance seemed like they had good reviews and good commercials and I picked them. The sales rep was very friendly and polite. He waived all the fees and I just paid a down payment of $127. He didn't charge me any of the other additional fees that he said they usually charge people. But the coverage goes up to 106,000 miles and I've already got 66,000 miles on my truck so it's not very long that I'll be covered. I'm covered for four years, but I don't know if the 100,000 miles won't come before that. I was trying to make it cover me until four more years regardless. But I understand it's getting up there. I don't see a problem with it. It's always better to have more than less.

    I was sorry that I got an auto warranty because it's so expensive. My car is in good shape with low mileage. I probably don't even need it. And it was never explained to me that I had a contract for four years. I thought I could cancel it any time. I did speak to somebody at Endurance last week and I am getting it reduced a little bit because they had a $300 offer advertised on Facebook that I never got. I'm just not sure I'm gonna keep it because my car is in good condition. It's garaged all the time and I have a low mileage. My son's a mechanic so he could fix it if I needed it fixed. I'll keep it for a while at least until I make that major decision.

    During sign-up, the rep didn't explain anything to me, and that's what was so discouraging. He didn't say it was a four-year contract that I had to be in because I would never have signed up for a four-year contract. As far as the coverage, it looks like it covers pretty much everything with my understanding from everything I've read.

    I like my car covered at all times. I got advice from some dealers that Endurance is the better company that pays up. I signed up, and their reps were very informative. I'm just having a problem with them every month. My payment's supposed to come out of the bank account and every month they say they reject it. I have to call the bank and then I have to call them, then I have to call the bank, and it's a back and forth. In September and October, I've had to do that both times when the payment was due. They said they didn't know why it was happening, but they took my information again and I'm hoping it doesn't happen again in November.

    I have spent more than $10,000 with Endurance, 3 vehicles and every claim denied. Never can get a call back. I haven't even been called to say claim denied. Truly a fraud. Wouldn't recommend. No one should be ignored after spending that amount of money. I called everyday and still never got to speak with a supervisor. I was told the same thing repeatedly, "due to millage, wear and tear, claim denied."

    I purchased a gold package for my 2007 Silverado truck with 100,000 miles. At 110, 000, engine light came on. Shop advised one of the lifters broke on my truck. Endurance had me ask the repair shop to send them pictures of the engine broken down. They did. 4 weeks later after calling almost daily I was told claim denied due to normal wear and tear. After reviewing my contract with the agent and reading that the lifters were covered the agent advised you have to speak to a supervisor. Left vehicle in shop for 2 additional months, still waiting on that call back after calling every single day. No call back. Had to pay the shop $1,400 for breaking down the engine and Endurance contract said that they would pay for that but since my claim was denied I couldn't get even $1 from their company. It's been 3 months now and still no call back from the supervisor. I'm still calling everyday.

    I have a 2014 Cadillac that I got from my father that's got low miles on it. It's in very good condition but it has hit 50,000 now. Things are gonna start going wrong on them and they're not gonna be covered. I did some research on the various auto insurance policies out there and it was the general consensus that Endurance was the best one. I called them and spoke to a gentleman on the phone. He was very knowledgeable and was very proficient. He cut through to the chase and saved me some money on some usual fees. It was a pleasant experience. Endurance approved the program right away but it has a 30-day activation period, which is understandable. They didn’t say you had to take your car in to get it serviced but when I got the papers, I read that that is waived in the State of Georgia for whatever reason. It's a state law. I got my oil changed anyway. I take care of the car.

    My dad was a mechanic and I generally do most of the work on my cars. I'm a little older now and this Cadillac is nice and I wanna keep it that way. The price is 128 a month and that's expensive but Endurance is a valuable policy to have. If they cover the things they say they'll cover, it's worth the price. You can blow out one transmission and on that car, it’s about $8,000 so it's a good deal. They also have road service and provisions if you get stopped on the road for lodging so that was good. I'm not technical so I don't feel confident with information on my phone because I don't know if my phone's gonna break or I'm gonna screw it up so I asked the lady if she would have the information sent to me in writing and she said she would handle that. I haven't received it yet but I'm looking forward to it.

Even though I knew exactly what I wanted to do, I was still skeptical. But he reassured me and he gave me all the information I needed to continue with signing up.     My dad always told me that I should get an auto warranty. He had a car warranty which covered his issue the first time he had to use it and it saved him a lot of money. When I got my first new car and I passed the default warranty that came with it, I thought of getting a warranty on it as well. Endurance popped up quite a few times every time I was researching car warranties. I requested some information and when the guy called me, he went over all their stats, the percentage that they pay out, what they provide services-wise and what they cover. He was very quick to be able to respond. I had a lot of questions, and he was a nice gentleman - very knowledgeable, thorough and patient.

    With all the benefits that Endurance has for the price, it's a fair price. It's an extra 150 bucks a month and it pretty much covers everything that's not wear and tear. They'd give me a rental whenever my car needs to go into service. I got the extra package so if I have a collision, they help me with giving me money towards the money that I have to give back to my insurance company. I have roadside assistance as well.

    Don’t go with this company. They are very good at making their services sound amazing. They promise the world, but when it comes time to providing their service, you will have to fight tooth and nail to get it approved. First time I used it, they tried to switch my policy to make it look like it wasn’t covered. Of course I had the paperwork to prove them wrong, but it was a bunch of arguing. Wasted hours of my time calling them to prove it.

    Now my car is back in the shop. The mechanic has diagnosed it. But they want actual tangible proof. AND they want me to sign off as being responsible for the tear down so that when they get that part in their hands, if they deny it, I am then financially responsible. That’s like someone being in kidney failure, the doctor sees the signs. Knows that’s the problem. Submits it to your health insurance and they say, “you’re gonna need to take that kidney out and we’ll send our own guy down to look at it before we’ll agree to cover it”.

    I purchased an auto warranty from this company. On the front it was expressed to me how I would have such a high level of customer service and peace of mind. Here is when the nightmare began. My car quit on me on the highway during rush hour. Luckily someone was kind enough to take his car and push me off the highway. I reached out to Endurance for a tow. They transferred me to a third party. The tow call center did not have my information in their system. I then had to call Endurance again advising of my situation. Of course I was on the line for an hour then got message office is now closed. I called tow call center back, spoke with a manager, NOTHING! I recalled I have AAA. Called AAA. No problem with tow to my home.

    Got back on the phone with Endurance the following day. I finally got ahold of someone. Trying to find out why I was having these obstacles, but payment was collected for service. Rep stated policy was active and good to go. Reached out to tow call center. Had to do a verification. Mind you this was another two hours because of call transfers to out of the country. Finally got tow straightened out. My car was towed to repair shop. Here is where things went from bad to a nightmare. My car ended up needing an engine. Endurance declined claim due to not driven enough miles.

    Although explained one way in the beginning, policy has 30 days 1000 mile holding period which ever one is hit first. Mind you, I had no idea my car would breakdown really years down the road. The technicality Endurance is although I had policy beyond 30 days, but I did not drive 1000 miles. Meaning both have to be met not either or like any other warranty situation. I work from home at times so I don’t drive as much. The bait and switch is if you don’t drive just to drive to rack up 1000 miles or more in one month, they will not cover you. I will discourage using this company as much as I can. They SUCK!

    If I could give this company a negative 10 review in stars I would. They are the worse company I've ever dealt with. After paying on my contract for almost a year I needed a transmission repair. They demanded a teardown twice (which you are on the hook for paying for if they don't approve the repair) of my transmission. Which my shop did and sent them pictures the first time and video the second time. They NEVER sent one of their inspectors out to look at my car and lied and said they did and had the nerve to use the pics and video that my shop sent them and claimed it was from their inspector.

    Not only did they not send one out they gave the name of the inspector they said they sent out to my shop who the shop happen to know and I heard it with my own ears from the inspection company. They never got an order to go out and look at my car. They denied my repair saying it was wear and tear. How does a CVT transmission have wear and tear?? Either it works or doesn't. The shop had my car for 6 months fighting with them to cover the repair which they never did and left me on the hook for the tear downs. Never do business with this company. They do not stand by their word or brand. Run don't walk in the opposite direction!!!!! By the way the reason they have 1 star is it wouldn't let me leave a review without putting a star... Go figure.

    I took my 2016 Suburban to my mechanic for its 150K service. He found my transfer case needed replacing. I called Endurance to confirm the replacement was covered. Customer Service told me it’s covered and instructed me to just ask my mechanic to file a claim and the work would be approved. After he filed claim, my mechanic called me to let me know Endurance wanted the last three service records for my car (customer service never told me to provide that when I first called) So I submitted my last three service records. My mechanic proceeded with the transfer case replacement. But after installation he was told an adjuster needed to come to his shop to inspect the failed transfer case. And after that adjuster came to his shop, the adjuster denied the claim because the new part was installed.

    Now I am ten days without my car. I then called Endurance Customer Service to appeal the decision. The rep on the phone told me the decision was not negotiable or reversible. But she went in to say the communication issues I described were common. So why pay for Endurance when they do not have your back when a covered part needs to be replaced? I will now need to pay nearly $1000 for the transfer case that’s a covered part. I plan to contact Justin Thomas, the CEO of the company to let him know I’m just not feeling the love. I also plan to reach out to Danica Patrick to suggest she might want to reconsider putting her name with this company.

    My experience was great from start to finish... I did end up canceling within the 30 days but that had nothing to do with their customer service. Mr. ** was solid. He knew the ins and outs of everything, he spent an hour on the phone with me answering all my questions, in detail. He was patient when I needed to review other information and prior questions. Ms. ** cancelled my policy for me and she was just as great. She went through quite a few issues that I had and she too, was extremely informative. They both displayed the highest level of professionalism. Unfortunately, BLUF, there are other companies who are offering more coverage for less.... which says a lot because Endurance covers a lot. I will not any companies but you can get everything Endurance offers plus wheel AND tire coverage (aftermarket included) for around $1k less. Hopefully Endurance reads this and takes another look at their competitors because they're catching up.

    My truck is a 2018 and it didn't have any miles on there, but I always hear tales about transmissions and engines going out. If one thing goes wrong on the engine or transmission, it's going to be $6,000 to $10,000. So, I looked at buying a new truck. But when I started looking at the price of new trucks, they were 20,000 more than when I bought mine. So, I decided it was not the time to buy a new vehicle and instead, just buy an extended warranty. I signed up with Endurance and it went well.

    I reviewed the 25-page thing they sent me and I had a couple of questions. So, I've called a couple of times and their reps were very knowledgeable. They really made me feel good. It turned out that I signed up for something I didn't realize I had. It's a separate part to that insurance and I paid $29 extra for service when you lose your keys or need a new key or roadside service. So, the first guy that signed me up for all that stuff did me a favor by introducing me to that and me not knowing what the $29 extra was at the time.

    Endurance Auto Warranty's rep was very personable, professional, courteous, and a good representative for the company. We had a good conversation. He worked me through the whole process. He was detailed. He was well-trained in how to present the product. He's not a newbie. The only true question that I had to ask at any point in the time was towards the end of when we were figuring out everything. Instead of him volunteering the information, I had to ask him, "What's this gonna actually cost me?" It should have been disclosed by him as part of the presentation and said, "What you can expect is that your overall cost should be this. You can either pay it all up front. You can break it down in the monthly payments. This is how we do the financing." I'm sure he would have got to it at some point, but I wanted to go and get the number out there so I knew what I was dealing with. Besides that, he did a wonderful job. We got it taken care of.

    When I bought my car, Endurance Auto Warranty ran a special where it came with the price of the vehicle. Weeks before the extended warranty ran out, I had a problem on my car and Endurance acted upon it. They paid for it, took care of it, and I paid my part of it. That sold me right there because I had my doubt. I always use this one place here in Griffin since 1999. It's called Mr. Nobody and it's a mechanic shop. I called them one morning. My car made this horrible racket. They said, "I don't know what it is, but if you can limp it down here, then we can tell you." I got it down to the shop. The guy looked at it and said, "It's the air conditioning compressor gone out on it." I said, "It's fixing to be wintertime, so can we just bypass it and just not make it immobile right now?" because I had my doubts about the warranty.

    I heard all the scare tactics about, "It ain't no good. They won't pay." I thought, "That's gonna cost a lot of money." And I'm on a retired income. I said, "I've got an extended warranty." The mechanic said, "Well, you shouldn't have no problem because this involves the running gear of the car and the car will not run unless you get this fixed because the belts are all hooked to this compressor." I called Endurance and the gentleman there that I spoke with was very helpful. He paid attention to everything I said. He explained it to me. He said I would have to pay the $100 deductible and I would have to pay the Freon, which was 150. He said any shop towels or things like that that they would use on the car, I would have to pay for that.

    It ended up costing me a few dollars less than 300. I paid my 300, Endurance took care of the rest of it. There were no questions asked. All he did was look it up and said, "Yes, ma'am, you're covered." I thought, "What? Does that mean it's gonna pay for it?" He said, "Yes ma'am." Endrurance's part of it was 700 and it took care of it.

    I was sold and I've been telling everybody, "I don't know about these other warranties, but I know how Endurance works, and it does work because I'm a living proof of it." My car would have been parked if I had to come up with that. It was a little less than $1000. If you're thinking about getting an extended warranty, try Endurance because you can't go wrong with them. As long as it's a covered thing in your policy, they take care of it. They would fo it with no problem.

    I called my mechanic back four days later, and asked, "Brian, have you heard anything from the warranty thing?" He said, "Yeah, we got our money. It's taken care of." When I told him the other day I had to take my car in for its regular oil change and the rotation of the tires, and I said, "I've got my warranty starting back on October the 1st. Does that mean I'll have to go somewhere else or you're gonna take care of me again?" He said, "We'll take care of you. Just don't tell nobody because we can't do all warranties because they don't pay like yours did."

    I wish I could give this company negative stars. I spent 3 months and countless hours on the phone with this company trying to get them to uphold their contractual obligation to replace a covered component of my car. I was lied to countless times, yelled at on the phone, hung up on, and even had an employee swear at me. Yet the company insists that after review of my case they have done nothing wrong. I was given multiple different reasons as to why my claim was denied, none of which were consistent with the previous one, and they attempted to have me pay for an expensive diagnostic "tear down" of my engine (which they refused to pay for). Only after insisting that I pay for the tear down did they state that the results of the tear down would not change the outcome of the claim anyway.

    My car was examined by 3 different mechanics and given a "cause of failure" that should have been covered by this warranty, yet they continued to deny the claim due to a supposed lack of identified cause of failure. Three months after I provided my maintenance records (which I had to provide 4 times because they supposedly "never got them" and "lost" them) they "suddenly" discovered an issue with the maintenance records that they say justifies denial of my claim. Not only have they still not paid for any repair of my vehicle, they continue to be consistently rude in every interaction.

    After filing a Better Business Bureau complaint, I was contact by John ** in Endurance's resolution department, and he was one of the worst human beings I have ever interacted with. He yelled at me on the phone at every interaction, refused to lift a finger to help my case. Every conversation with John ** turned into him bragging about what a great person he was and him yelling at me when I tried to interrupt his rants about himself to get back on task. He refused to listen to anything I had to say about my experience with Endurance stating "it's in the past and we need to move forward" - as if we could move forward without him even understanding the problem. He made promises that they didn't keep, took weeks to call me back, and lied at every opportunity.

    Don't get scammed as I did. Endurance agent wrote a 5-star warranty which cost me $153.15 per month. I met the month/miles requirement and they refused my claim. Also, they do not service their contracts as another party does. I spent an entire day on the phone with Endurance and contract servicer trying to resolve the issue without success. Meanwhile, my car sat at the dealership. These guys are hustlers.

    I got Endurance coverage for two vehicles. The sales reps were great. They were very knowledgeable, very helpful and listened to what I said. The only thing is I had to sign up right then. I told the lady that I spoke to that I couldn't do that because it was my husband's truck and he needed to make that decision. We both made the decision on my car together.     It's the worst company ever. Don't buy any warranty from them. They are the biggest scammers. I got a warranty for my 2013 Chevy Malibu, and when the time came for them to do something for me, they let me down, saying that nothing was covered and that I was not eligible for any repair this time. I have been paying them for three months; the eligibility criteria were that I had to drive the car for one month and 1,000 miles.

    I had originally signed up with Endurance, but there was an adjustment in the mileage so we had to sign up again. We're three months down the road now and I've already paid in about $500 for coverage. I brought my car in because the air conditioner went out but they said it was not covered because it was a pre-existing situation. They thought that the situation had already happened before I got my insurance. They said that whatever went wrong couldn't go wrong in that period of time I've had them. If the first policy had gone through, then they couldn't have told me that it was pre-existing. I thought I would be covered, but evidently, I wasn't. It's gonna be $2500 to fix the air conditioner. I asked the account manager, Mike. What if I bring it in the future, they're all gonna say it's pre-existing? Endurance doesn't work at all.

    I was shopping around for an extended warranty as my grandmother was buying a used vehicle. I was looking for something that covered the engine and other mechanical things with the vehicle that the dealership did not cover under their warranties, which were short warranties. When I found Endurance, I found out that they also partner with Kia, which is the car my grandmother bought. I thought that would work perfectly. She can take it to any Kia dealer easily and she doesn't have to really find a mechanic. She can just go straight to a Kia dealer for that.

    The price is also right for the coverage for the years. We were able to get in the door at a better price because we had not bought the vehicle yet and it was coming from a dealer. Everything was good with signing up with Endurance. We haven't had to use anything yet as we just bought the car less than a month ago. Everything is well, so far. The rep was really helpful and educated. It sounds like she had been in the business for a long time. Not pushy. Just answered all the questions I needed.

    I purchased Endurance after reading reviews and having very long conversations with the representative who answered my questions. For the first claim I had, I did the footwork by calling them after I scheduled my vehicle for maintenance to tell them what the problem was and see if it was something that would be covered. After a lengthy conversation with the representative, I was told it would be covered. The day before my scheduled maintenance I called back because I had begun hearing rumblings that they were hard to work with and they did not like to pay and asked again was something that was covered. I was told then yes it was covered.

    I took my car in to be covered and the service gut at my shop called me when they sent the claim to Endurance and said that they denied the claim. I was shocked. He also explained to me that the reason that they gave to him for denying the claim was the actual reason for needing the type of repair that I needed. I was floored. I then called Endurance and I was met with a very rude representative who spoke to me very rudely and told me to deal with it! I immediately canceled the policy. This was a very HORRIBLE experience and I would not suggest anyone going with this company!!!

    I had Endurance on a car, and I still have it. It's the top of the line. It's had three claims on it and they've approved every one of them. I just have the deductible. Today, I did a claim for a transfer case module. I took the car to the Jeep dealer in the town where I live, and they did all the repairs. I took out another auto warranty with Endurance. It's for my truck and the signup was fine. The lady that sold me the policy was really nice. All in all, I've had good luck with the company.

    I called Endurance the first time before my warranty was gonna run out with Infiniti. I talked to a young lady who was pretty cool and funny. She was telling me all the things about Endurance including the price for the warranty. I waited a good three months and once my warranty went out with Infiniti, I called Endurance. I had a young man this time, and he was pretty cool too.

    However, the first rep had more coverage than his yet her price was different from his. Because I had lesser miles, her coverage was more and his was less. My first coverage had my wheel bearings, sway bar links and calipers in there, but this time, they're not. I don't like that. That should be covered because they got something to do with the wheels. But I like that I'm not locked in with Endurance. I can get out of the contract if I want. I would tell others to get Endurance because it's worth it. If anything goes wrong with your car, you won't have to think what to do.

    When I inquired for a quote, I found out that Endurance has competitive services because they offer quite a good range of it. I wanted to make sure that if something breaks down, I have somebody to take care of the issue. While some providers don't cover this and that, Endurance looked like they take care of the customer. I was satisfied with the way the rep handled the sign up process. He answered all my questions and explained the coverage very clearly. I was able to understand what Endurance stands for and how they do business. I was approved right away and was told that it takes one month and at least 1,000 miles before I can file a claim which is fair enough.

    I searched on the internet for the top 10 best aftermarket warranties and Endurance came up with the highest score and easy to work with, with dealerships or local mechanics. The rep who did the signing up for me answered my questions. I told him what kind of coverage I was looking for. I wanted all the major components of a vehicle, the engine and transmission, the whole nine yards, and kind of like what my budget was gonna be like. He got it down to my liking. I put basically a bumper-to-bumper warranty on my vehicle for five years and an almost another 60,000 miles.

    The customer support has been good so far. Also, I've downloaded the app on my phone. I got the contract on it -- what's covered and what's not. It's got tow assistance and replacing the key fob if it's lost or stolen. The price is a little on the high side and for the coverage I got it, it's steep but times have changed. You can factor inflation and the way the economy is going and everybody try to make a buck.

    When I purchased another vehicle, I signed up with Endurance. My husband knew someone that had them and said he heard good things. Signup was simple for the most part. I spoke with a young lady, got the vehicle, and told her what we wanted.     So far, Endurance has been good. They sent me umpteen letters. I wouldn't look at them. They bugged me on the internet and through my emails. And then, the guy that used to sell me new cars every two or three years quit working at where he used to work and retired. So the other day, it hit me, "If something happens to my car, I better worry about fixing it." So, that was how I picked the warranty. The sign-up went easily. Everything was nice. I have the policy for 48 months, and I have a $100 deductible. It's a good price, but it's still gonna make it tight for me. The rep went through everything. He answered any questions I had and he was very polite.

    Endurance Auto Warranty's rep seemed very knowledgeable. I wanted to get coverage for the Tesla as well, but he told me that I would have to get it through Tesla themselves to get it through Endurance.     There was no problem with Endurance's signup process, but the only thing with my old warranty that’s different than Endurance is I got two more payments, and then I got three years for free. My last three years are free because I'm a retired senior citizen. Endurance doors doesn't have that. Other than that, I'm good with everything. This year, it worked out when I had my first claim, and they did work for it and get it done.

    We already had a warranty and I had called them to ask them if something was covered and they told me it is not. We had Endurance before. So, they called me and I got to going over everything with them. Endurance was a better deal than what I had. The rep that signed me up was very knowledgeable and friendly, and it was a perfect process. I was asking him what was covered and he knew exactly what was gonna be covered. He knew more about the policy than the other company did. He explained that for the policy, you pay two and a half years on it. Then the last of it, you don't pay on it. He also explained about the waiting period and the deductibles. It's a 48-month program. He told me quickly into it that there was a 30-day waiting period, but I knew that.

    We only use one mechanic. He's our son's best friend. He has a really nice little shop that's about a 10-minute drive from our house. They will pick up a car if I need them to. They will bring the car back to me if I needed to. And I told the rep, "I prefer to stay with them." He said, "Not a problem, as long as he is an authorized dealership or authorized shop." I said, "He is." He said, "But you can also pull up a list of other places." I said, "Yes. I know that. But as long as I can stick with the guy that services our cars, that's where I prefer to take it." I would recommend Endurance to family and friends. For the price and the coverage, it's a good buy.
