I recently reconnected with Endurance Auto Warranty after realizing I had accidentally gone without coverage for about five months. The initial setup process was very straightforward, and re-establishing my full coverage was equally hassle-free. The customer service was excellent throughout the process.
Initially, my auto warranty payments were part of my monthly car payment, but now I pay $150 separately, which has increased my payments. Although I preferred having it bundled with my car payments, the coverage is still satisfactory, considering the peace of mind it offers.
Overall, re-signing with Endurance was a positive experience.

I looked into acquiring an auto warranty because my vehicle was reaching the mileage where it would soon be out of warranty. I chose Endurance Auto Warranty for full coverage. My experience with their representative was positive. The process was simple and easy; the representative was very clear about what would and wouldn't be covered, explaining everything in a professional and easy-to-understand manner.
If a friend or relative were to ask about my experience signing up with Endurance, I would tell them it was straightforward and easy. If they are looking for that type of program, it's certainly worth considering. Although I haven't had to file a claim yet, I was informed there is a one-month waiting period before I could start taking advantage of the coverage. Endurance offers both a payment plan and an option to pay in full, which I found accommodating.
Overall, I would rate my experience with Endurance Auto Warranty as 5 stars, indicating that I would recommend them to a friend. The representative who helped set everything up performed excellently, and I appreciated the option to manage payments. My experience with Endurance thus far has been positive.

When my 2014 Buick's warranty coverage ran out, I received multiple offers from various companies, but chose Endurance because they provided a more flexible payment plan and better mileage coverage compared to others I checked, like Evercare. I examined four companies in total before deciding. The deciding factor for me was the monthly rate and the mileage offered over a 60-month period.
My experience with the Endurance representative was positive; they were always helpful with payments and services. However, I was slightly disappointed with the current package. It provides 15,000 miles a year, which is short for my needs since I usually drive around 20,000 miles yearly. I received a brochure suggesting a better deal, which led me to call and inquire since 15,000 miles annually doesn't cover my driving requirements. For example, if I actually run 20,000 miles a year, I'd run out of warranty coverage earlier. I got other places that are giving me 60 months but they give me 100,000 miles, and 100,000 miles would cover me.
I would rate the sign-up experience at 4.5 stars, mainly due to the mileage issue. For me, getting extended coverage was crucial because without it, I'd be responsible for future repair costs once the warranty ends. I would recommend Endurance to family or friends, emphasizing the importance of ensuring the mileage offered aligns with their needs.
The price of the warranty seemed reasonable, but missing my mileage needs lowers my rating to about 4.5. If the mileage were adjusted to suit my driving habits better, I'd definitely rate their services higher. My advice to others is to ensure they fully understand the relationship between mileage limitations and terms to prevent any surprises.

I was with Endurance Auto Warranty for about five years. I first got the warranty for a used car on my son's advice, and initially, my experience was quite positive. In the past, when I filed a claim, it went smoothly and the representatives were knowledgeable and helpful, which led me to renew the policy with them.
However, my recent experience has been frustrating. I've submitted all the necessary documents for a claim, but it hasn't been approved yet, and communication has been poor. I've been passed around from one representative to another, and they seem to lack coordination, unlike my previous experience years ago.
Currently, I'm quite dissatisfied with the service, although I rated their app highly for its ease of use and information. While I appreciate the positive aspects from before, my recent struggles have definitely affected my overall satisfaction with Endurance.

Nowadays, they construct vehicles in such a way that you have to take out a mortgage to get anything fixed on them. I looked into getting an extended auto warranty and did a lot of research. What I read about Endurance and the reviews about them made me sign up with them, and the experience was easy. The reps seemed knowledgeable about their product. They set my mind at ease as to what to expect if I ever have to use the coverage. I was looking for full coverage which I got with Endurance.

I signed up for an extended auto warranty with Endurance Auto Warranty. My sign-up experience was quite good. The representative who assisted me was friendly and explained the program as best as she could. She clarified the details well enough to make me feel confident about my decision to purchase the warranty.
Before choosing Endurance, I considered 2 or 3 other companies, but Endurance offered better benefits compared to others. I haven't started using the warranty yet, but based on my sign-up experience, I would recommend Endurance to friends and family. I recently signed up for an auto warranty with Endurance due to my original one expiring. Initially, I spoke with a representative who was not available when I called back, so they transferred me to another person. Though the second quote was slightly higher, I was prepared to proceed as my car needed coverage and I trusted the dealership's recommendation about Endurance's reputation. The salesperson I spoke with was professional and explained my options thoroughly. While the coverage seemed adequate, there were a few areas I felt could have been expanded. I haven’t received my contract yet but was informed that it might take some time. If there's any dissatisfaction, I plan to cancel. I'm considering contacting them to add my wife’s car to the warranty.

When I called to talk to someone about getting information about your plans, I was lucky to get Matt. He did a great job explaining the different plans and made me feel comfortable to sign up for the best plan you had. Now time will tell, if I like having to get an ok to get the repair approved when my repair place says it is needed.

Horrible plan and they don’t stand behind their product. Do not buy this worthless plan. Paid over $2,000 in premiums thinking I was fully covered with the superior coverage plan. Cooling hose blew on me, not covered. Air conditioner compressor literally the whole front end blew apart, not covered. Both turbos went out, not covered. They said I had to go up to the next level to get those items covered even though in my contract on the superior plan it says they will cover. Horrible, horrible, waste of money and the ladies on the phone were of no help. Run away and do not buy this worthless piece of crap coverage!

I discovered Endurance mostly through advertisements and then did some homework. I found that they offered the best types of warranties for the price, which prompted my decision to go ahead with them. I researched about 4 or 5 different companies before making the call. The experience of signing up for the program was quite personalized. I spoke with one of their representatives who walked me through everything, ensuring I understood what I was buying. He was professional and took the time to make sure I got the best deal.
I’ve had the program for about 4 or 5 months, and it was activated immediately upon payment. As for perks, roadside assistance was included, though most other features like rental vehicles required additional payment. But I didn’t need services like car rental assistance. I have mentioned to friends that for people with older cars who want coverage, Endurance is worth considering due to the variety of plans and coverage options that can save money in the long run.

I decided to look into acquiring an auto warranty because my dealership warranty had expired. I already paid for the warranty, but I'm not sure if I chose full coverage or powertrain since I've been busy working consecutive shifts. I selected the option that seemed best for me based on the cost and coverage they explained. The person who assisted me was extremely thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made an otherwise potentially stressful process smooth and easy. He is definitely an asset to Endurance Auto Warranty. If I had to rate my experience during the sign-up process, I would give it a perfect score. This is the first car I've ever bought, and my dad recommended Endurance since he's also with them. The price doesn't seem too expensive and it feels like I'm getting what I paid for.

I had the opportunity to sign up with Endurance Auto Warranty, and the experience was incredibly positive. The representative I spoke with was relatable, professional, and amusing, which made the entire process easy. If I were hiring people, I'd certainly consider him for a position! During our conversation, he answered all my questions and treated me with respect, which is something I truly appreciated as a woman. I decided to choose Endurance over other companies partly because my daughter had a different experience with another provider, and after doing my research, I found Endurance to be the best fit.
I've already recommended that my friends and family check out Endurance. The signup process was smooth, and I'd rate their customer service and quality of service a solid 5. I signed up with Endurance for a warranty service on my son's car after seeing their TV advertisements. The coverage and prices they offered were appealing to me, which made me choose them over other options in the market. My interactions with the representative during the sign-up process were very good and they provided different levels of coverage to choose from, which suited my needs. The representative informed me that an inspection at the dealer was required before the coverage would begin. This was all new for me, as I haven’t taken out an extended warranty since 1975 on a Dodge Tradesman. Being a mechanical engineer, I usually took care of maintenance myself but now, at 72, I prefer taking the car in for services like oil changes.
We had a negative experience with a dealership's lifetime warranty that wasn’t honored, which left us cautious about reliable coverage. But my son's vehicle is a 2015 model with under 50,000 miles, and so far, we've encountered no mechanical or electrical issues. So, the purchasing process with Endurance was smooth, however, as with any service, my opinion might change after using the actual coverage. For now, everything seems promising.

I recently had the experience of signing up for an auto warranty with Endurance when somebody at the Mercedes dealership told me about them. The sales agent who assisted me was fantastic. He explained the details of the policy thoroughly, helping me understand what was covered and the specifics of the premium package I chose. I appreciated having everything broken down clearly for me, especially since these policies can be complex.
Initially, I intended to extend my warranty with Mercedes, but unfortunately, I was not informed about the expiration of my initial 5-year, 50,000-mile warranty until it was too late. This occurred amidst my move from New Jersey to Florida, and I may have missed their notification. When I discovered the warranty was expiring, I contacted Endurance.
Overall, the sign-up process with Endurance was straightforward, and the representative was very helpful in providing all the necessary information. I would rate the experience as a 4 on a scale of 1 to 5.

Endurance had higher ratings than the other two companies I researched. My experience with the representative who signed me up was positive, mainly due to their knowledge. They informed me that the program would last four years, starting a month after enrollment.
One of my motivations for getting extended coverage with Endurance was that my vehicle is getting older and might require repairs. Signing up was a straightforward process, and I would describe it as easy. Initially, I had some payment difficulties and considered canceling, but they offered a special rate of $99 a month for people in my situation, which made payments easier.
While I haven't tried their online services, I would rate the price and overall product experience as a 4 out of 5. Overall, I would recommend them to friends and family for their convenience and the ease of signing up.

I recently extended the warranty on my 2017 Dodge 1500 Sport, and I chose Endurance Auto Warranty after reading various reviews. I decided to go for the most comprehensive policy they offered. The process of setting up the warranty was straightforward. I spoke with a rep named Tina who was very helpful in explaining everything. My only challenge was not having a printer at home to print my documents, but Tina assured me she would mail all the necessary information and she followed through, despite some initial delays due to weather conditions. I had to reach out to customer service for a follow-up, and they were responsive, promptly confirming that my policy and booklet would be mailed to me.
The only thing, the rep asked for the correct mileage and I thought I wrote down the right mileage, but it wasn't the right mileage, with 20 or 30-mile difference. It should have been less than what it was, but that's okay and it was no big deal.
Overall, I found the customer service excellent. I would recommend signing up with Endurance.

The signup process at Endurance was smooth and straightforward, thanks to the representative, Chris, who was very professional and took the time to explain everything in detail. He outlined the coverage and the monthly payment, which I found reasonable at $108 a month. I saw commercials for Endurance on TV, and it seemed like a good option to protect my car. My vehicle is a hybrid, so while some components are still under warranty, I felt it was necessary to have additional protection.
The sign-up process with Endurance was quite smooth. The representative I spoke with was very nice and answered all of my questions, which made me comfortable moving forward with the service. I own a 2021 car with relatively low mileage, but because it’s a hybrid, I felt more secure having extended coverage. The representative explained the program well, though, to be honest, I don't recall all the specifics.
Setting up payments was straightforward, as I decided to do it electronically through monthly deductions from my checking account. Contacting a representative was easy; I simply dialed the toll-free number after looking it up online. During our conversation, the representative was knowledgeable and professional, which reassured me about my decision to sign up for the plan.
If I were to rate the sign-up experience, I would probably give it a 4.5. The reason it's not a perfect score is that I haven't had the chance to use the service yet, so I'm not entirely sure how well it will deliver when needed. Nonetheless, I felt good about the decision and, if I ever choose to, I've been informed that I can cancel the service.
Overall, I would tell family and friends that I feel confident with the protection that Endurance offers and the ease of signing up.

Although I haven't used the policy yet because I haven't put 1,000 miles on my vehicle, I am looking forward to the coverage it offers. Most importantly, a $100 deductible for what is essentially bumper-to-bumper coverage on a vehicle of its age seemed very reasonable given rising repair costs.

In my research, I compared it to EasyCare, a company I already have a warranty with. I have had a bad experience with Endurance..December 17th 2024 my Engine Light came on, I went to my Service Dept at the Dealership where I purchased my car. They informed me we need to keep your car for further check. Now I am out of transportation. I rented a car, they said maybe 4 days. Called, informed me Engine problem. OK contact my WARRANTY COMPANY. Next WARRANTY Co wanted last 3 Oil Changes NOT Satisfied, so sent 2 more NOW no communication, Next it's Christmas and New years STILL nothing. Next it SNOW and then the Inspector working on case sick, finally Requesting Engine taken apart for Checking further.
Now it's February I am still Renting a car out of pocket waiting on decision. Finally Inspector said YES Engine need Replaced. Now the Claim Adjuster said we'll only $1,500 to fix Timing Component not Engine but problem will not be fixed. Car only have 75,00 miles. Paid 150.00 a month for 5 years for WHAT, OH and now can finally get a Rental for 5 days. Now it's just about the 17th of February. Not HAPPY with the situation AT All. Also When you call can only talk to Customer Service Rep and they are reading to you what is on computer. IF YOU ASK TO TALK TO UPPER MANAGEMENT, INSPECTOR, ETC THE ANSWER IS NO. Be careful of WARRANTY COMPANY PURCHASE.

Although I can't recall all the specific details of the policy start and end dates, the assurance that major repairs, like the $9,000 cost to replace my car's electronics, would be covered was a significant relief.
I decided to get extended coverage because, as a widow, purchasing a new car is not feasible if something happens to my current vehicle. The coverage provides peace of mind against unexpected expenses.

Not as seamless as advertised. They used a second party to collect the premiums and required double premiums initially. A bit of a surprise. I did have to use them for a broken rear spring. I used the dealers shop and they had a very difficult time getting trough to Endurance. An initial plus with Endurance was the fact that they dealt directly with the business doing the repair. With my repair, I was on the phone repeatedly with the insurance company and the shop to get Endurance to finally pay for the repair. Because it took so long, I had to initially pay for the repair. The process from July to October for them to reimburse me. Not a company I will deal with again.

I am a business owner and hate writing bad reviews of companies because I understand how it can hurt a business. But this has to be said. My experience with Endurance Auto Warranty has been nothing but a huge scam. I have spent $4,000 on this "extended warranty" and in the time I have had it they have only covered maybe $250 of oil changes. I have had to replace two different exhaust manifolds and they have denial my claims both times. The reason, "they don't cover warps" which, from my mechanic, is the biggest reason manifold have issues. Endurance Auto Warranty has written their contracts in such a way that in the fine print anything and everything can be denied whenever they want. As a consumer I would not recommend Endurance Auto Warranty to anybody.

The process is easy to follow to get an estimate on the policy that is for your particular situation. You get a contract that is a detailed explanation on each component covered. I paid for Endurance car repair insurance. Find out now that Better Bureau cancelled them. Car repair companies laughed in my face about taking Endurance insurance. From Panama City, FL they would not refund my $150. Stay away, stay away. This could be a total scam. A secondary insurance company farmed out by Endurance wanted my credit card number to try and hit me for another $150 in advance and said they would try cost recovery from Endurance.

My first experience with Endurance Warranty has not been positive at any point. My truck has been sitting at the dealership for 2 weeks with zero work done to date for a known flaw with a TSB from Nissan with step by step instructions on diagnosing and fixing the issue. 2 visits from their adjuster with no approval to date. When calling for updates they repeatedly spew the same pre written response, refuse to provide a supervisor and have just been plain bad to deal with. For a warranty that cost in excess of $4k, I’d say run away.

I recently bought the vehicle and the dealer offered me a warranty with ASC. That wasn't enough, so I looked around, did a comparison and Endurance seemed to have the best type of warranty. The rep, Mike, was very customer service-oriented and took time to explain everything to me, including my policy and which one was best for me. He did an excellent job. I'm very grateful.

I bought this warranty, the salesman ensured me how easy it was to make a claim, and if the shop found more work that needed to be done when it was in being fixed to have them fix it and then it’ll all be covered. This could not be farther from the truth. After paying this warranty for a year and a half my truck had some issues. I brought it to the service shop. Got it diagnosed. Both my claims were denied. I spent 2 1/2 weeks with the shop trying to work out the issues And Endurance came up with every excuse in the book on why they should not cover these claims. The shop I worked with was dumbfounded. Said it was the worst warranty company they’ve ever dealt with.

This company is a money grab. I would give zero stars if it was an option. The couple times, I needed the warranty after spending $3,183.18 for the warranty, all my claims were denied. They word the Contract vaguely. When your claims are called in they are able to deny claims for that reason. Example it says Fuel pumps are covered. If your goes out they have a stipulation which fuel pumps are covered but do not explain that to you prior. By wording it so vaguely they can switch up as they see fit as not to cover your claim.

My husband switched from another warranty company to Endurance several years ago. Last month, he decided to upgrade our warranty. Initially, it wasn't processed correctly by Endurance and did not go through as expected this month, so I called about the issue. I was extremely impressed with the assistance I received in correcting the problem. The woman I spoke to, Kim, went above and beyond to amend the problem and made it effective immediately. She also told me to call her back, should we have any issues.

2. You don't get to see the contract before you pay.
3. If you read ACTUAL customer reviews (like mine) they're 98% bad.
4. They're already involved in a class action lawsuit.
5. The "Account Managers" get very upset when you call to cancel. They will try to keep arguing with you about how they're the number one company for extended car warranties. They'll holler and berate you just so you'll give up and keep the policy.
BEFORE YOU HAVE TO ARGUE WITH SOMEONE ON THE PHONE FOR 30 minutes or longer, just SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND TROUBLE. DON'T USE ENDURANCE!

Well I’m currently in a claim right now. Issue that I see is all paperwork that I have is sent in the shop. Told me everything looks good. So far only issue I have is the third party Inspector has had the report for 5 days now and that’s all we are waiting for which is really crazy that Endurance don’t push harder to get the reports from the inspector. This is my 2nd week with rental which they only cover $150 of it which I went with the cheapest and yet it’s still over $200 with a discounted price.

I had another highly televised car warranty that failed me. My repair claims with Endurance has been great. My last claim wasn't paid because of my plan, not because of Endurance. I called and talked with Kay who explained everything about the policy I had and helped me upgrade to the policy I needed. She was the most helpful, professional, customer service rep I have ever spoken with. Kay is a strong reason I'm glad I have Endurance. Thus far… I am disappointed in this product and company. I chose this product instead of other companies and offers. I purchased a new to me used (2019) car from a dealership and it has been amazing. I took it in for an oil change and to inquire about a lurching motion that had recently started. The following things have happened since. 1. Endurance claims to have 24/7 service but fails to mention that they are not open on Federal Holidays- MLK Jr. Day to be specific. 2. The service department at FORD contacted them on Tuesday Jan. 21st to have an inspector come. The inspector came out 6 days later (Jan. 27th) unbeknownst to service dept. 3. The service dept again contacted Endurance on Jan 28th to inquire when an inspector would be out. Endurance failed to inform the service dept that someone had come the day before and made a determination. Endurance told the service dept that they will schedule an inspector and be in touch.
4. I contacted Endurance that same day to find out what is the delay and Endurance informed me that the claim has been denied stating that they find it "probable" that this problem was pre-existing before/during the policy wait time. I have had the car since Sept.(almost 5 month and over 6,000 miles driven). The vehicle was purchased at the dealership and they check to make sure that all was in working order when purchased along with being certified. The vehicle started lurching a little when it reaches 200rpm- The diagnosis is that the Torc converter has started to go bad. The vehicle has less than 58000 miles.
The dealership has had my car for more than two weeks and the situation is still unresolved due to Endurance. Each time I have spoken with Endurance they have restated what they have in their notes and when asked to speak to a supervisor or manager they have refused. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in this company and caution anyone thinking of using them.

Currently not happy with Endurance at this point! Truck is at GMC dealership and they found a new problem that must be fixed according to them and endurance denied the claim! Very disappointing to say the least! When you purchase the warranty from them they make it seem like it’s a breeze to file a claim but it’s really not! The quote received was reasonable for ensuring repairs on auto. They also recommend that you keep up your regular maintenance and go over everything in your policy with you. They also give you the opportunity to review your policy in private and 30 days to cancel if you decide it’s not for you.

Ensure that you have full understanding of your contract, there are options within the contract that does not apply to the service you pay monthly for. It's clear some of their employees don't understand the contracts either. My truck was in the shop, they sent their inspector, their inspector said they're not covering what I need due to misunderstanding within the contract.

Endurance Auto Warranty company is a bunch of thugs that will twist your arm extremely hard to keep you from canceling your policy. They lowered the price a lot and offered me a better policy for way less money. They say you can end at anytime, but be ready for a fight!

It was easy and the gentleman that help me took his time and answered all my question about purchaseing a warranty. He was very helpful and very polite. He helped me get my policy started and explained everything very clearly. We went online and was trying to get a price. I purchased the "Pre-Owned Elite Plus Used" plan for my 2019 RAM 1500, which I had bought new in 2019. I paid the full price of 3,368.75 for this plan (one of two available in California) June 2024, after my previous extended warranty through another company expired. On January 10, 2025 we were in Death Valley for a few days and on the 11th, while driving around the Check Engine Light came on. We drove back to out campground and the following day had the truck towed to a relative's house in Las Vegas, NV.
On Monday,1/13/25 we had the truck towed to a Chrysler Dealer for diagnosis and repair. The initial diagnosis was "Multiple Misfires" and later that day metal was found in the oil. The dealer contacted Endurance and an inspector showed up 3 business days later to look at the truck. He found a "Freeze Frame" fault of a misfire 11,000 miles prior to this breakdown. The misfire was never detected by the dealer that performs all of the service on this vehicle. There was no Check Engine light, ever and no notification of any type that this had occurred.
Because of this single misfire, Endurance would not cover the cost of repairs. I then authorized the dealer to tear down the top end to look for problems. What they found would not be caused by a misfire. One valve seat was pitted, a rocker pin was damaged and both head gaskets were leaking, which would cause the engine to misfire in the cylinders where coolant was leaking into due to the faulty head gaskets. The dealer contacted Endurance and spoke to a supervisor, who stated that they would not cover any engine issues due to the preexisting misfire.
These people don't know anything about engines or the way they work. They are happy to take your money, but do not want to cover failures. I would not recommend Endurance to anyone. They are owned by Security National Insurance Company, administered by MARATHON ADMINISTRATIVE CO INC., dba MARATHON COMPANY INSURANCE SERVICES.

I decided to get an auto warranty with Endurance due to stories I've heard about people getting caught without one, especially after purchasing a car. I received a flyer in the mail and, after reading it, decided to give them a call for a quote.
The person I spoke with, Dalton, was really good. He wasn't pushy or disrespectful, and he let me make decisions at my own pace, which made me feel comfortable. However, I'm still waiting for my contract in the mail. I was informed that it could take 3 to 4 weeks, which concerns me as I haven't received anything yet and my 30-day cancellation window is about to close. They mentioned the possibility of receiving the contract via email, which I plan to request since it's critical to have it for my records.
Other than this issue with the delay, the signup process was smooth, and I appreciated that everything was explained clearly. If they could improve the service, it would be ensuring timely delivery of contracts as promised within 24 to 72 hours. Despite the delay, I'd rate my experience highly due to Dalton's professionalism and the clear communication I received.

I received a letter indicating that my previous policy had expired, which prompted me to call Endurance as I wasn't sure I had it on my car. During the conversation, the representative highlighted the benefits of an extended warranty, such as extending my car's warranty from 100,000 miles to 125,000 miles and covering the electrical system, unlike my previous warranty, which only covered the powertrain. The sign-up process, however, was a bit confusing. I found myself needing to ask questions repeatedly, leading to some uncertainty.
The plan is set up for me to pay over three years, extending my coverage for a total of five years. I haven't yet received a hard copy of the policy, which adds to my concern. Although I might have checked my email, I still haven't received any documentation. Despite these uncertainties, my son feels that the plan is worthwhile, especially if it extends to 125,000 miles. I'm hopeful everything discussed was accurate and truthful.

She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Kim quickly corrected the error and ensured the contract reflected the correct details. She also provided her contact information for future reference, which was reassuring.
The choice to go with Endurance was influenced by their high ratings and reputation as a leading provider, which gave me confidence in their service. I felt very welcomed on the phone. He was knowledgeable and explained the coverage options thoroughly. It wasn't like it was a sale pitch like I had to buy a vehicle. He was very forthcoming. Since I have experience with vehicles, we had a detailed conversation about the truck's parts and my maintenance habits.
The representative discussed that I was eligible for another vehicle, but all my other vehicles are currently under manufacturer warranties. He also explained the requirement to drive 1,000 miles within 30 days before using the coverage, which makes sense to ensure no pre-existing conditions are claimed.
I've been maintaining my truck diligently and was proud to share that I'm still on the original brakes at over 83,000 miles. The representative seemed impressed. I recently had a great experience with Endurance Auto Warranty. Initially, I chose Endurance because I had used them for a previous vehicle, and I needed coverage for my new vehicle as the manufacturer's warranty was nearing its expiration. My experience with their representatives was wonderful; I had no issues reaching them or getting the coverage set up.
Though there was a 30-day waiting period after signing up, I didn't receive immediate confirmation or billing information, which made me a little uncertain initially. However, when I contacted them, they reassured me that everything was in effect regarding my coverage.
I have filed a claim before with Endurance for my truck. During the claim process, GMC handled the claim for me, and they did not encounter any problems in getting the necessary repairs covered. I appreciated that I didn't have to make any additional calls; GMC took care of it all.
Overall, I've found the quality of customer service to be exceptional, and I feel the price is fair for the services offered. I'm quite satisfied with my choice and the coverage I have with Endurance Auto Warranty.

The sign-up process with Endurance was excellent. The representative I interacted with was very friendly and informative. They patiently answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. At the end of our conversation, they offered me a larger discount due to my car being impeccably maintained and accident-free.
They informed me of a coverage requirement involving a 30-day wait and 1000 miles before it would begin, which was straightforward. When asked to rate my experience with the sign-up process, I gave it a 5 for how smooth it was.
As for the monthly price, I am mostly satisfied. Without much to compare it to, I decided to rate it a 4. I understood that claims could only be filed after the first 30 days or after the first 1,000 miles, whichever came first. The perks of the policy included payment for hotel stays if I was out of town and vehicle rental if my car was being repaired. If I were to rate the sign-up experience, I would give it a 5. I recently had an experience with Endurance Auto Warranty after a disappointing encounter with another company, Car Shield. Car Shield had promised coverage for transmission problems but refused to pay when the issue arose because it involved the clutch. In contrast, Endurance promptly reached out to me, making a strong impression.
Throughout my interactions with various representatives from Endurance, I was consistently treated with kindness and professionalism. I reached out to multiple people primarily to gather more information, which they patiently provided. A significant selling point for me was that Endurance didn't indicate that I would have to pay for parts, which is crucial since parts often affect other components in a vehicle.
There wasn't anything during the sign-up process that I felt needed improvement. Overall, I would rate my experience with Endurance as excellent. I hope others can avoid the costly mistake I had with Car Shield, where I ended up paying $2,800 out-of-pocket.
Lastly, I had a question regarding receiving a physical card for my warranty. I was advised that it might take some time to arrive, but to follow up if it hadn't been received after four weeks. Overall, I'm relieved to have found a more reliable warranty solution with Endurance.

I was looking for comprehensive coverage including powertrain, electrical, and bumper-to-bumper for my 2023 Outlander. For those who watch the television commercials. Regarding endurance car warranty, be careful regarding what it is you sign up for I found out immediately once I. Decided to give them an opportunity to show that they can be reputable, and a company you can count on during their commercials and their voice message. As you hold their statements, it's clear and precise as they state, "They are committed to providing excellent customer service."
How excellent is service when you are told a non covered part caused a working COVERED part to go out, so we are denying the claim. If that's the definition of excellence or service, I don't need either. Not only was I told the claim would not be covered, but when I inquired from the claims dept rep how he determined which caused which, there was silence. At which point Carlson, which was his name, then replied, "that's just how it goes. The claim is denied." Once again, not the definition of excellent nor anywhere close!
From there, an Endurance salesperson went as far as to locate the uncovered part in order for me to purchase, then find a location that would possibly do it for cheaper. Nevertheless, how this would help was beyond me when I pointed out to her how the company is still denying the claim AND connecting it to a non covered part. So it's not like doing one is helping the other. And I explained to her, along with the pictures and the numbers and the parts that were sent to their company, showing clearly what was going on with the vehicle of the part that was covered that it was no separate parts, therefore. By it, therefore, because it was one piece and the work had to be done all together. Nothing she was doing or saying was making sense as I reiterated this to her several times.
I even went as far as to recommend that if they were going to attempt to find loopholes in claims at least when they recognize there is a covered part involved, suggest that they cover a portion of the claim, a third of the claim half of the claim. Instead of denying an entire claim that has a covered part included. Additionally, if it is left up to your claims department to determine whether they will deny or accept a claim, they can always state that a non covered part cause a cover part and again, how they can determine which cause which is beyond me.
I also shared with them- to no avail, or no clear explanation- If a car is one gigantic piece of machinery, like the human body, with EVERY PART attached and working together, without having any disconnect one part to another, how can you allow this type or state that type of conclusion or determination? To be our make claim assessments to that magnitude , they need to come up with a better system or a better way of viewing and determining claims!
In closing, I want people to know the complexity of what they make you go through in order to cancel, hoping it'll cause you to say forget it! I definitely want to share my displeasure to the events that took place during the cancelation process!!! After speaking with David Hickey, an account manager. After explaining the entire ordeal to what was taking place after making several calls to the company to cancel.
I was informed that a form would be sent to my email and it would be easily accessible to open up and fill out when I received the form. It was not accessible, nor was it was there an ability to write in the form and send it right back. I then called back to see if this was one of their ways of making things difficult. So the people we have a longer and more difficult process to cancel, I then shared how It was very interesting to me how simple they made it to join Endurance and receive the payments, but how difficult it became to cancel with all the major details that were involved along with cancelling that are not told to the client!
After David realize, not only did the form get sent out correctly. But half of the form was never attached to the original email, nor to the original form that was supposed to be an automatic form. In addition, after seeing the complications in addition to the information that they needed back from me in order to cancel, was nowhere to be found in the email, he proceeded to give me the questions verbally. Now, mind you, from the document that did send it requested services of anomaly. After singing this, I was at a kiss for words as I inquired WHY this information was not given me as we spoke earlier that day?
I'm now in a state I know nothing about having to locate a notary. David ** attempts to help by looking up. Notaries and initially finds one an hour away. I absolutely refuse to drive an hour somewhere in an area in a state. I know nothing about after finding Some type of location I end up going and find Out There is no notary. I then begin to drive around on my own. Just stopping several places, such as banks or money stores. Moneygram stores to see if they notarized, of course, either notaries, were gone for the day, not in that day or did not offer that service!
As I was on my way to the location, he gave me details. To that ended up not having the service, he stated. He had to get off the phone I then refuse to allow him to get off the phone as I am a client and you are handling business with me. He went on to state his manager, informed him that he had another call and he had to take the next call in the queue. He then promised to call me back. Which of course did not happen! I then proceeded after continuing my own journey to a notary. After receiving services and paying out of my pockets, I called the company back which for the second time interestingly, inform me they cannot transfer me.
To David **, one individual stated they were not able. So David would call me. That's when I initially spoke with him again that day. For the second time, the second one informed me that they could- listen to this carefully- Connect me with someone in his department that could then connect me with him, so if you could connect me with someone in his department, why you can't connect me with him in the same department??? I explained this to the individual they connected me to which his name was James. He himself didn't understand that, but promised he would have David ** give me a call back. At this point I did a quick summary to James. Another account manager. And ended up in closing. Completing the call. Without touching base or finalizing a conversation with David **. The time on my end was going on 4pm which was 3pm their time Central.
Bottom line, do not, I repeat do not make Endurance your choice for car care and be careful regarding choices along that line of warranty. If you think about it, it's just like regular insurance. We are out here paying for. You pay every month yet, by the time you have paid into it for years and something finally takes place where you need it, there's every type of loophole to avoid giving you what you've paid into, which is shameful. Dishonorable, untrustworthy, so just be careful and make the best choices for you as possible without getting swindled out of your hard earned finances. By the time you've paid into it, you could just pay right out to have what ever is needed fixed and paid for directly.!!!

I was denied a claim which I posted on 1/17/25. I spoke with two account managers about my claim and find out what could be done. I was disconnected from the first agent. I called back and spoke with a different agent. The 2nd agent contacted the 1st agent. The 2nd agent relayed the message from the 1st agent, that 1st agent would return my call once he was done working with another client. Today is the 28th and no one has contacted me.
At this time I'm very dissatisfied with this company. I have a part (wire harness), which is covered by my warranty. The company won't pay for the repair because I have 20 inch wheels on my car and the car comes with 18 inch wheels. The offer a surcharge which will cover it. I have their most expensive package and this is not included. The salesperson tell you everything is included but in reality it's not. I also found out the company don't cover emission related parts as well. I'm paying this company 318.76 per month for no service. I'm paying for my own claims and no customer service return calls. I consider this no service. I give them 1 star because the salesperson did their job by getting me to purchase this contract.

I purchased a warranty that was described as "bumper to bumper". All claims I submitted were denied due to incredibly broad loopholes (i.e. exclusions) they inserted into the contract. An exterior sensor on my car failed and they denied the repair because that sensor got wet. It's not possible for anything on the vehicle exterior to stay dry! Water got into the sensor because of a failed connector seal. Not damage, not neglect, etc. This water exclusion is one of many insanely broad loopholes they use to deny claims.
They don't let you see these exclusions until after you've entered into the contract. The company reassures you that there's no risk because of their 30 day guarantee where you can cancel and get your money back. But you also can't use their coverage in the first 30 days. You don't get to experience how bad they are with denying claims until it's too late. They also make using this 30 day guarantee very difficult by requiring a notarized letter with your final odometer reading. Everything about this company is a scam designed to give you the illusion of having a car warranty. The actual coverage is not at all as advertised.

Have had Endurance warranty for several years. Only had to use it twice. Once for the warning light for sensor and one time for the back up camera. Had camera replaced in 2013 Ford Escape. All maintenance every 4,000 miles. Always good service. Will continue with Endurance.

When we purchased the car, 2012 Toyota Prius, we signed with your company and your Auto pay option, which has worked great since we purchased the car, until this month, January 2025 when a representative from your company contacted me wanting to know if I was going to pay the monthly premium payment, not in a very friendly manner I may add. I informed your representative that I didn't understand the reason for her call or the question, since we are and always have been signed on to your Auto Pay program and that the payment should be coming out of our checking account when the appropriate date comes along, to which she replied in her unfriendly manner, "Oh, alright", and hung up. Now I am left wondering if we are covered or not!

BE WARNED! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I decided to keep our vehicle because Endurance assured me that ALL major parts are covered. Last week the turbo failed and guess what - on page 39 in fine print - if the seal leaks it is not covered. Well - 90% OF THE CAR HAS SEALS! DO NO BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU! And of course they would not put the denied claim in writing!

I recently decided to look into acquiring an auto warranty after seeing a TV commercial, and that's what led me to Endurance Auto Warranty. To ensure it was a good choice, I even called Volvo to inquire about their opinion on Endurance, which confirm my decision to go with them. The experience during the sign-up process was exceptional. The representative was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to explain what our policy covered, including roadside assistance. This customer service was extremely satisfying, and they provided a better policy than I expected.
When comparing Endurance to CarShield, the feedback from Volvo truly favored Endurance, which influenced my decision positively. However, one minor issue I faced was the lack of information on how to file a claim. They didn't provide a pamphlet or details on what to do if I needed to file one, which leaves me uncertain in case of a breakdown.
Even though I haven't used their website or app yet, I think highly of the price I pay for the warranty compared to potential mechanic bills—it truly feels like pennies on the dollar. The waiting period for filing a claim was clear; they informed me of a 30-day period before I could make any claims. Overall, I'm delighted with my decision to go with Endurance and have already recommended it to coworkers.

I decided to get an auto warranty from Endurance Auto Warranty because we have quite a few miles on our vehicles and I felt it was a wise choice. I initially came across Endurance through online searches and TV advertisements. My experience speaking with their representative matched the advertisements, and they thoroughly explained everything to me. We opted for full coverage, and the signup process was straightforward.
I would recommend Endurance to anyone interested in auto warranties. In fact, my oldest son, who lives in Texas, also signed up after discussing it with his family. Pricing seemed competitive compared to about five other programs I reviewed, although I haven't used the warranty yet to fully evaluate its value. They mentioned that I could start using my policy after 1,000 miles or one month.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Endurance Auto Warranty. Initially, I needed to renew my extended warranty, and the process was far from smooth. The customer service representative I spoke with offered additional mileage and coverage because of a previous bad experience with Endurance. However, when it was time to finalize the pricing, we couldn't agree, and I was promised a callback that never happened. The direct number I was given turned out to be incorrect, leading to further confusion.
When I called again, a different representative sold me a warranty unsuitable for my vehicle because she couldn't locate the original agreement. If she would have took the time to look into it more, she would have known that I have a Mercedes Benz, and that the warranty she set up should not have been sold to me. Consequently, I couldn't use the warranty when needed, which resulted in additional time and effort to rectify the situation.
Overall, I felt misled about the coverage, as many services were not covered under the supposed comprehensive warranty. Navigating through the fine print became exhausting. While I've been dealing with Endurance since 2019, I cannot recommend their services due to the inconveniences and lack of clear communication.
Customer service was inconsistent; reaching the same person was impossible, despite being given contact numbers. The representatives varied in helpfulness, ranging from accommodating to indifferent. Unfortunately, my experience with Endurance was disappointing, and I am currently looking for an alternative warranty provider that upholds its promises.

I found Endurance online while searching for extended coverage for a Honda Civic. They offered the best price and coverage options. Signing up was straightforward; I called and spoke to a helpful young lady who answered all my questions. She was knowledgeable and pleasant, making the process smooth and easy. We opted for a 48-month coverage, which is already active.
The extended coverage was essential for me due to the car's turbo and the extensive electronics on new vehicles. Repair costs have become quite high, so having this coverage was a no-brainer. Although I haven't had to make any claims yet, my sign-up experience with Endurance was positive, and I would recommend their service based on the coverage options they offer.

I needed to renew my vehicle coverage as my current plan from another company was about to expire. Endurance reached out to me, and after going over their offerings, I gave them a try. The representative I spoke with clearly explained the coverage details, which made the signup process straightforward. Although I haven't used the service yet because I'm still covered under my previous plan, I'm already making payments to Endurance for my new coverage.
The handbook outlining my benefits arrived after a couple of months—a process that my correspondence helped expedite. Reading through it, I found everything I needed. What I heard and what I read in the book is something that I'm looking for. Should my car break down, they offer towing and partial payment for rental cars, among other features.
If asked by a friend about my experience, I'd share the facts about the customer service and ease of signup. The customer service was responsive when I needed assistance, promptly sending the booklet after my request. When you call and ask questions, they answer diligently.
Although I haven't had the opportunity to use their repair service yet, I found the signup process and the explanations provided to be very satisfactory. I'd rate that part of my experience a 5 out of 5 due to the clear communication and efficient handling of my queries.

I signed up with Endurance Auto Warranty as my dealership warranty was about to expire and I didn't want to be left without coverage for my pickup. I was quite pleased with the initial experience. The sales agents were very nice and knowledgeable, clearly explaining what I could do and the benefits I would have. They even worked with me on the cost since I still have coverage for the rest of this year. My new policy with Endurance will start once my current warranty ends, which I appreciate. I was particularly excited about the once-a-year payment option as it suits my needs. Overall, I'd rate my experience with them as excellent.

I end up speaking with one of the representatives which explained all these good things that the company do and I explained to him I was really just looking for liability. Not one time did he not say that this was not car insurance. Which caused me to almost get my car taken by police Christmas Eve. Also cost me to have to pay double for actual car insurance due to I thought that I had car insurance. The first payment I paid was 124 following up with the next payment 119 and also another payment of 119. Not only did they insult me as an only offering me $78 after being put through all of that mess due to a misrepresentation. One of the women and the refund department wouldn’t even allow me to speak with a supervisor.
I am very dissatisfied and I don’t even want to give this company no stars. Because after they get your money you don’t mean anything. And they need to train their reps a lot better. I am not the type of person that just sit around to complain and I am very easy to make happy. But I’m also not a doormat and I work hard for my money not to just give it away to a company. So I gave them my hard earned money to keep them rich. And just because they’re trying to protect their reputation because one of the reps misrepresented they insult me by only giving me a penny of what I paid them when I never ever ever use none of the services because I didn’t need them.

I first heard about Endurance through a TV advertisement and my experience signing up with them was very professional. I spoke with a representative named Jeffrey who had good interpersonal skills and was very informative. This made me interested in the services Endurance provided, leading to my decision to join. They explained that having an older vehicle, like my Toyota Camry, means certain parts can be very costly to repair, and the warranty would help cover these expenses, which could save me money. It took just about a day to get approved; I made a commitment over the phone and provided my bank information. I chose a premium program that covers critical components like the transmission—essentially a top-of-the-line package.
However, I found the coverage somewhat misleading because certain aspects, like brake coverage, were not clearly specified. They should be more detailed about what's covered to avoid misinterpretation. Overall, I would suggest to a friend or family member, especially if they have an older vehicle, that Endurance offers a good security blanket considering today's expensive repair costs. Since I haven't needed to use the warranty yet, I can't provide a complete endorsement, but it's worth trying, especially for senior citizens like me.

I recently decided to purchase an auto warranty to ensure that both my new car and my other vehicle were adequately covered. Even though the new car came with a warranty from the company, I wanted the added peace of mind of having double coverage. The sign-up process with Endurance was straightforward and manageable. While the cost seemed slightly higher compared to a temporary warranty I had previously that was about a couple of hundred dollars cheaper, I felt the coverage was worthwhile, especially for my BMW.

So the $300 discount (was not explained well). Have had the policy only for six days, just in initial waiting period.

I first heard about Endurance Auto Warranty through a TV advertisement and then received additional information by mail. I chose Endurance because it seemed appealing visually, but my sign-up experience was quite aggressive. The reps were persistent and I had to repeat myself multiple times, which was frustrating. I still haven't received the policy paperwork via Gmail as promised, although I did get my receipt. I would have preferred a bit more flexibility, as I wanted to manage my bills better before starting the policy, but the rep kept pushing different options.
If I had to rate my experience, I'd give it a 2.5 because talking to them felt like speaking to a brick wall. I had to constantly explain my situation, which was not considered. Despite this, getting extended coverage was important for me because I have one vehicle and need it for numerous doctor appointments for my children and my spouse.

I decided to look into acquiring an auto warranty for my car since it was getting on the high side of mileage. I didn't have a warranty anymore and repairs were quite expensive when it broke down. I saw an ad for Endurance Auto Warranty on TV and decided to give them a call. The customer service representatives were really nice and helpful. They explained everything and went through all the necessary paperwork.
I opted for the powertrain coverage, which they call the Elite package. I haven't had the chance to read all the details yet, but I know it covers the powertrain and some interior components. If a friend asked about my signup experience, I'd definitely say it was easy. In terms of overall satisfaction, I'd rate Endurance with five stars. The customer service was excellent, and the pricing seemed fair to me. I also downloaded their app and used their website, which i would give another five stars.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Endurance. Before I even started looking for a repair shop, I called Endurance and was assured by their representative that my heater core issue was covered under my policy. They provided me with information about two repair locations, but they looked sketchy to me, so I decided to go to a dealership that I trusted and that accepted Endurance.
After the dealership called Endurance with the part number, I was shocked to learn that my claim was denied, as they said the heater core was not covered under my policy. Despite having meticulously chosen Endurance based on their high ratings during my research, this incident left me utterly dissatisfied.
I've had the coverage since 2022, and this was my first claim submission. Given this experience, I've decided to switch companies and will not recommend Endurance to anyone. Overall, my encounter with them was terrible.

When I called back, another representative helped me set up my warranty quickly and efficiently. The entire process was smooth and straightforward.
I opted for full coverage, which was very affordable, especially with the special offer they had at that time. I felt a sense of peace after setting up the warranty, confident that I was dealing with a reliable company.
I haven't had to file any claims yet since I take good care of my car, but my coverage begins after January 13.
