Have had Endurance warranty for several years. Only had to use it twice. Once for the warning light for sensor and one time for the back up camera. Had camera replaced in 2013 Ford Escape. All maintenance every 4,000 miles. Always good service. Will continue with Endurance.

When we purchased the car, 2012 Toyota Prius, we signed with your company and your Auto pay option, which has worked great since we purchased the car, until this month, January 2025 when a representative from your company contacted me wanting to know if I was going to pay the monthly premium payment, not in a very friendly manner I may add. I informed your representative that I didn't understand the reason for her call or the question, since we are and always have been signed on to your Auto Pay program and that the payment should be coming out of our checking account when the appropriate date comes along, to which she replied in her unfriendly manner, "Oh, alright", and hung up. Now I am left wondering if we are covered or not!

Having issues with a transfer case, mechanic had my car 2 weeks+ before they decided, I need me to pay $5800 upfront and maybe, they will pay if it's a certain item inside the transfer case! Waste of $

BE WARNED! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I decided to keep our vehicle because Endurance assured me that ALL major parts are covered. Last week the turbo failed and guess what - on page 39 in fine print - if the seal leaks it is not covered. Well - 90% OF THE CAR HAS SEALS! DO NO BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU! And of course they would not put the denied claim in writing!

I spoke with Angel. I was calling to cancel because I ended up finding a cheaper warranty. But he went over everything again with me and somehow got it cheaper than the one I was canceling them for. So he definitely got me to stay and to go cancel the other lol. Will recommend Endurance to friends and family.

I recently decided to look into acquiring an auto warranty after seeing a TV commercial, and that's what led me to Endurance Auto Warranty. To ensure it was a good choice, I even called Volvo to inquire about their opinion on Endurance, which confirm my decision to go with them. The experience during the sign-up process was exceptional. The representative was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to explain what our policy covered, including roadside assistance. This customer service was extremely satisfying, and they provided a better policy than I expected.
When comparing Endurance to CarShield, the feedback from Volvo truly favored Endurance, which influenced my decision positively. However, one minor issue I faced was the lack of information on how to file a claim. They didn't provide a pamphlet or details on what to do if I needed to file one, which leaves me uncertain in case of a breakdown.
Even though I haven't used their website or app yet, I think highly of the price I pay for the warranty compared to potential mechanic bills—it truly feels like pennies on the dollar. The waiting period for filing a claim was clear; they informed me of a 30-day period before I could make any claims. Overall, I'm delighted with my decision to go with Endurance and have already recommended it to coworkers.

I decided to get an auto warranty from Endurance Auto Warranty because we have quite a few miles on our vehicles and I felt it was a wise choice. I initially came across Endurance through online searches and TV advertisements. My experience speaking with their representative matched the advertisements, and they thoroughly explained everything to me. We opted for full coverage, and the signup process was straightforward.
I would recommend Endurance to anyone interested in auto warranties. In fact, my oldest son, who lives in Texas, also signed up after discussing it with his family. Pricing seemed competitive compared to about five other programs I reviewed, although I haven't used the warranty yet to fully evaluate its value. They mentioned that I could start using my policy after 1,000 miles or one month.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Endurance Auto Warranty. Initially, I needed to renew my extended warranty, and the process was far from smooth. The customer service representative I spoke with offered additional mileage and coverage because of a previous bad experience with Endurance. However, when it was time to finalize the pricing, we couldn't agree, and I was promised a callback that never happened. The direct number I was given turned out to be incorrect, leading to further confusion.
When I called again, a different representative sold me a warranty unsuitable for my vehicle because she couldn't locate the original agreement. If she would have took the time to look into it more, she would have known that I have a Mercedes Benz, and that the warranty she set up should not have been sold to me. Consequently, I couldn't use the warranty when needed, which resulted in additional time and effort to rectify the situation.
Overall, I felt misled about the coverage, as many services were not covered under the supposed comprehensive warranty. Navigating through the fine print became exhausting. While I've been dealing with Endurance since 2019, I cannot recommend their services due to the inconveniences and lack of clear communication.
Customer service was inconsistent; reaching the same person was impossible, despite being given contact numbers. The representatives varied in helpfulness, ranging from accommodating to indifferent. Unfortunately, my experience with Endurance was disappointing, and I am currently looking for an alternative warranty provider that upholds its promises.

I found Endurance online while searching for extended coverage for a Honda Civic. They offered the best price and coverage options. Signing up was straightforward; I called and spoke to a helpful young lady who answered all my questions. She was knowledgeable and pleasant, making the process smooth and easy. We opted for a 48-month coverage, which is already active.
The extended coverage was essential for me due to the car's turbo and the extensive electronics on new vehicles. Repair costs have become quite high, so having this coverage was a no-brainer. Although I haven't had to make any claims yet, my sign-up experience with Endurance was positive, and I would recommend their service based on the coverage options they offer.

I needed to renew my vehicle coverage as my current plan from another company was about to expire. Endurance reached out to me, and after going over their offerings, I gave them a try. The representative I spoke with clearly explained the coverage details, which made the signup process straightforward. Although I haven't used the service yet because I'm still covered under my previous plan, I'm already making payments to Endurance for my new coverage.
The handbook outlining my benefits arrived after a couple of months—a process that my correspondence helped expedite. Reading through it, I found everything I needed. What I heard and what I read in the book is something that I'm looking for. Should my car break down, they offer towing and partial payment for rental cars, among other features.
If asked by a friend about my experience, I'd share the facts about the customer service and ease of signup. The customer service was responsive when I needed assistance, promptly sending the booklet after my request. When you call and ask questions, they answer diligently.
Although I haven't had the opportunity to use their repair service yet, I found the signup process and the explanations provided to be very satisfactory. I'd rate that part of my experience a 5 out of 5 due to the clear communication and efficient handling of my queries.

I signed up with Endurance Auto Warranty as my dealership warranty was about to expire and I didn't want to be left without coverage for my pickup. I was quite pleased with the initial experience. The sales agents were very nice and knowledgeable, clearly explaining what I could do and the benefits I would have. They even worked with me on the cost since I still have coverage for the rest of this year. My new policy with Endurance will start once my current warranty ends, which I appreciate. I was particularly excited about the once-a-year payment option as it suits my needs. Overall, I'd rate my experience with them as excellent.

I end up speaking with one of the representatives which explained all these good things that the company do and I explained to him I was really just looking for liability. Not one time did he not say that this was not car insurance. Which caused me to almost get my car taken by police Christmas Eve. Also cost me to have to pay double for actual car insurance due to I thought that I had car insurance. The first payment I paid was 124 following up with the next payment 119 and also another payment of 119. Not only did they insult me as an only offering me $78 after being put through all of that mess due to a misrepresentation. One of the women and the refund department wouldn’t even allow me to speak with a supervisor.
I am very dissatisfied and I don’t even want to give this company no stars. Because after they get your money you don’t mean anything. And they need to train their reps a lot better. I am not the type of person that just sit around to complain and I am very easy to make happy. But I’m also not a doormat and I work hard for my money not to just give it away to a company. So I gave them my hard earned money to keep them rich. And just because they’re trying to protect their reputation because one of the reps misrepresented they insult me by only giving me a penny of what I paid them when I never ever ever use none of the services because I didn’t need them.

I spoke with a representative named Jeffrey who had good interpersonal skills and was very informative. This made me interested in the services Endurance provided, leading to my decision to join. They explained that having an older vehicle, like my Toyota Camry, means certain parts can be very costly to repair, and the warranty would help cover these expenses, which could save me money. It took just about a day to get approved; I made a commitment over the phone and provided my bank information. I chose a premium program that covers critical components like the transmission—essentially a top-of-the-line package.
However, I found the coverage somewhat misleading because certain aspects, like brake coverage, were not clearly specified. They should be more detailed about what's covered to avoid misinterpretation. Overall, I would suggest to a friend or family member, especially if they have an older vehicle, that Endurance offers a good security blanket considering today's expensive repair costs. Since I haven't needed to use the warranty yet, I can't provide a complete endorsement, but it's worth trying, especially for senior citizens like me.

I recently decided to purchase an auto warranty to ensure that both my new car and my other vehicle were adequately covered. Even though the new car came with a warranty from the company, I wanted the added peace of mind of having double coverage. The sign-up process with Endurance was straightforward and manageable. While the cost seemed slightly higher compared to a temporary warranty I had previously that was about a couple of hundred dollars cheaper, I felt the coverage was worthwhile, especially for my BMW.
To find the best option, I conducted an online search. My past experience with auto insurance showed that sometimes BMW dealerships hesitated to honor warranties, so I chose Endurance to avoid such issues. They came highly recommended and were ranked number one for not having these problems.

The only issue I had was, once policy was purchased, the confirmation email was sent to me and had a banner about the $300 reduction which I accessed to no success. So the $300 discount (was not explained well). Have had the policy only for six days, just in initial waiting period.

I first heard about Endurance Auto Warranty through a TV advertisement and then received additional information by mail. I chose Endurance because it seemed appealing visually, but my sign-up experience was quite aggressive. The reps were persistent and I had to repeat myself multiple times, which was frustrating. I still haven't received the policy paperwork via Gmail as promised, although I did get my receipt. I would have preferred a bit more flexibility, as I wanted to manage my bills better before starting the policy, but the rep kept pushing different options.
If I had to rate my experience, I'd give it a 2.5 because talking to them felt like speaking to a brick wall. I had to constantly explain my situation, which was not considered. Despite this, getting extended coverage was important for me because I have one vehicle and need it for numerous doctor appointments for my children and my spouse.

I decided to look into acquiring an auto warranty for my car since it was getting on the high side of mileage. I didn't have a warranty anymore and repairs were quite expensive when it broke down. I saw an ad for Endurance Auto Warranty on TV and decided to give them a call. The customer service representatives were really nice and helpful. They explained everything and went through all the necessary paperwork.
I opted for the powertrain coverage, which they call the Elite package. I haven't had the chance to read all the details yet, but I know it covers the powertrain and some interior components. If a friend asked about my signup experience, I'd definitely say it was easy. In terms of overall satisfaction, I'd rate Endurance with five stars. The customer service was excellent, and the pricing seemed fair to me. I also downloaded their app and used their website, which i would give another five stars.
Overall, I'm satisfied with Endurance Auto Warranty and would recommend them to others.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Endurance. Before I even started looking for a repair shop, I called Endurance and was assured by their representative that my heater core issue was covered under my policy. They provided me with information about two repair locations, but they looked sketchy to me, so I decided to go to a dealership that I trusted and that accepted Endurance.
After the dealership called Endurance with the part number, I was shocked to learn that my claim was denied, as they said the heater core was not covered under my policy. Despite having meticulously chosen Endurance based on their high ratings during my research, this incident left me utterly dissatisfied.
I've had the coverage since 2022, and this was my first claim submission. Given this experience, I've decided to switch companies and will not recommend Endurance to anyone. Overall, my encounter with them was terrible.

I recently purchased an auto warranty from Endurance Auto Warranty because my car is getting older, and I wanted some coverage since my previous warranty had expired. I discovered Endurance through a TV commercial.
When I contacted Endurance, their customer service was excellent. Although I had to hang up during the first call due to work, the representative was very understanding. When I called back, another representative helped me set up my warranty quickly and efficiently. The entire process was smooth and straightforward.
I opted for full coverage, which was very affordable, especially with the special offer they had at that time. I felt a sense of peace after setting up the warranty, confident that I was dealing with a reliable company.
I haven't had to file any claims yet since I take good care of my car, but my coverage begins after January 13.
Overall, my experience with Endurance has been fantastic. The customer service, pricing, and ease of obtaining coverage have all been top-notch. I would definitely recommend their services to friends, and I'm grateful for the peace of mind they have provided.

I recently sought an auto warranty for the peace of mind it provides, especially since my car is out of factory warranty. I opted for the maximum coverage available and chose the autopay option for payments. If asked by a friend or family member about the process, I would tell them it's easy and they should just call. Although I've downloaded the Endurance app, I haven’t had the chance to explore it yet.

I recently signed up for an auto warranty with Endurance. My decision was primarily influenced by my sister's experience with a similar company, CarShield, which provided excellent service when her Nissan needed a whole new motor. I figured having such coverage would give me peace of mind.
During the sign-up process, the sales agent at Endurance was really good. They thoroughly explained what the warranty would cover and tried to discuss additional coverage options for my other car. However, I chose not to pursue. My other car was giving me a lot of trouble, which was why I got this car. Ultimately, I was satisfied with what they could cover for my vehicle.
Overall, I had a positive experience with Endurance. The customer service I received was excellent, and I felt the price quoted was fair for the coverage offered. Moreover, there was no pressure during the sales process. Based on my experience, I would rate them highly.

I first heard about Endurance Auto Warranty through a friend who told me about it. After giving them a call and learning about the details, it sounded like a great deal, so I decided to go for it. I didn't really research other companies apart from looking briefly at CarShield, but their numbers were confusing to me. Usually, with a financed car, there's already a warranty included, but mine had expired, so this was my first time purchasing an extended warranty.
My experience with the protection plan specialist at Endurance was positive. They clearly explained the different deals and the duration of each plan. In terms of professionalism and knowledge about the product, I'd rate them a 10. I'd definitely rate the overall sign-up experience a 5.
For anyone considering an extended coverage, I think Endurance offers good prices for their plans. It was important for me to get the coverage because I've faced major car repairs in the past, and it's reassuring knowing everything will be covered. I would rate their customer service a 4, mainly because I had to find my own mechanic, which can be daunting, not knowing if someone might take advantage of you.

I first heard about Endurance from someone at my church who recommended it to me. I decided to get the extended warranty for both my truck and car. The sign-up experience was straightforward; I simply called, and they signed me up. The representative was knowledgeable and told me my plan would last for four years. It starts on the 8th of this month, and I found the representative to be friendly and professional.
If I were to rate the sign-up experience on a scale of 1 to 5, I'd give it a 5. Although I haven't had any issues with my vehicle that required me to use the warranty yet, I'm glad I have it. It's important for me to have this coverage in case something goes wrong. I want to avoid having my car stuck in the shop for a long time.
I would recommend Endurance to friends and family, but I mentioned that some other companies have lawsuits against them for not fulfilling their promises, like Car Shield. That's why I chose Endurance over others. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience so far.

Impressively, they responded with a phone call within just a couple of minutes. The customer service was very good, friendly, and did not feel pushy at all. The representative I spoke with even talked about having a truck similar to mine, which made the interaction feel more personal.

I've had a brief experience with Endurance auto warranty, primarily focused on the signup process. I decided to acquire a warranty because my cars are getting older, and I believe having coverage could be beneficial. I chose Endurance because they are one of the top two options in the market. So far, the signup process has been satisfactory, and there hasn't been anything I felt needed to be addressed differently. I haven't used the warranty yet, so I can't comment on its performance, but my initial experience has been average.

A few years ago, I purchased an auto warranty from Endurance for a car I got for my daughter, who was moving out of state. I wanted to ensure she had coverage since we wouldn't be nearby to help in case of a breakdown. I chose Endurance after researching online and finding they were consistently recommended in reviews.
My daughter did experience a breakdown, and Endurance handled everything. Neither I nor my daughter had to worry about any part of the process, which left me completely satisfied. For my second vehicle, when I called to inquire, the representative provided information about discounts and was very knowledgeable, helping me make an informed decision to purchase another policy.

I have had Endurance on my 2016 Grand Caravan for 4 yeras now and plan on renewing when the time comes. They work with my mechanic and makes service a simple deductible I pay to my mechanic no problems. I just purchased a 2023 RAM ProMaster and purchased the warranty over the phone on my way to buy the vehicle, I wasn't driving. Do yourself a favor, check out Endurance, you'll be happy you did.

I first found out about Endurance online. With my car's warranty nearing its expiration later this month, I thought reaching out would be a good idea. I didn't research other companies; I decided to go with Endurance directly.
My experience with the protection specialist at Endurance was fine. Everything seemed straightforward, and the specialist was knowledgeable. They explained the program's workings and its benefits, including tire coverage and a 48-month duration with the initial 30 months not requiring payment.
However, after signing up and within the 30-day period, I spoke with my dealership and discovered that I could obtain the same coverage for about $1500 less than what Endurance offered. Consequently, I canceled my enrollment with Endurance within those 30 days.
I was seeking extended coverage because my car's warranty was ending, and I felt it was necessary. I would suggest friends and family check Endurance out and see how they compare with other providers.

I initially decided to try Endurance after seeing their advertisement, but my current experience with them has made me ready to change. I'm 70 and when I brought my car in to the shop for servicing, I faced numerous hurdles as Endurance required documentation proving my car had been serviced from 2023 to 2024. They suggested my engine might be the problem but said they'd need to tear it down to be certain. Now, I'm left with a non-operational car and am considering taking it to an Audi dealership for a second opinion.
In contrast, peers from my church using CarShield haven't encountered such issues. When I signed up with Endurance, they offered me gold coverage without fully explaining what it entailed. I got the book they sent me, but as a senior, I found it difficult to understand what components are covered under terms like "transmission." Overall, my experience has been unsatisfactory, leading me to rate Endurance a 1 out of 5.

The backup camera on my 2015 Chrysler 300s started malfunctioning and there was no issues replacing by Endurance. The Chrysler repair shop inputted the claim with no issues. Also, I had a missing key replaced through the Elite Service. Since I had good service I decided to have Endurance cover my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica.

Biggest scam in the industry. Bought a warranty, and after 2 mo, my trans started to slip. Sent it to a reliable trans repair business who accepted Endurance. They told me upfront, don’t be surprised if they deny your claim, they have underwriters whose only job is denying claims, 2 days later, shop called me and said they denied it, needed another 500 mi or some nonsense. All the contract said was you could not file a claim for 1 mo waiting period, and then these people had the gall to try and collect more monthly payments.

I will. I was with them for six months my car need repair. I took it to Chevy dealership. The inspector from there and came inspect the car. They didn’t fix my car. It stayed there for two months. Question me same stupid questions about mileage and in the end, they didn’t fix it so I wasted all my money on renting cars paying for my pocket. They lied to me and never give me my money back, I cancel. They told me within four weeks. You should receive your money back but I called back. They told me that they can’t give me money back so this is the biggest company. I’m going after you guys. Anyway I hired two lawyers whether they pay for all the rental cars or my money back. Such a loser company. People take my advices. Don’t sign up with them with other companies.

I put a claim in on Friday January 10th at my certified Chevy dealership and it’s now the 17th and I’m still getting the runaround between the adjuster and inspector. I called this past Monday only for the warranty company to tell me they needed my last two maintenance records which stalled the process. Now I was told today possibly Monday before my claim is even approved. I don’t recommend you waste your money or time unless you have an additional car because you won’t see your car back for the minimum of a week.

I've been an Endurance customer for 4 years and I've NEVER filed a claim till now. I went to a Toyota dealership, the only one within 2 hours of my home. They determined that my carrier bearing and U joint need to be replaced, this was on Wednesday. As of today (Friday), Endurance approved my claim; HOWEVER, they will only pay $560 of the $1100 repair, for the following reasons: (1) the repair should only take 3 hours and (2) they don't believe in paying for OEM parts that are used by the dealership. They also refuse to provide a rental, even though my truck will remain in the shop for another 5 days.
At this point, I and the dealership have spent several hours on the phone with their EXTREMELY RUDE customer service representatives. I'm extremely frustrated by the lack of understanding and respect that they have for me as a customer, especially after being with them for 4 years and paying $6600 in monthly dues to ensure that I have coverage when something like this happens. Needless to say, DO NOT sign up for their services, PERIOD.

I had two policy, cancel my policy after in month. Waited for 4 to 6 weeks for my refund, I called To check on the progress of my refund. They told me that only one policy was processed for a refund and that I have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks for a refund on the other. Not happy with this company.

I will not renew with this company. They will find a way to not honor their contract. This is the second time in a few years that I have needed to use them. I have the secure plus coverage and they refuse to pay for lower control arms and on my other vehicle I have to pay for my air intake box out pocket. They have just been a payment I've had to make in addition to my vehicle maintenance. They cost more than they help. You've been warned.

Stay away - just a SCAM (0 stars if possible). I bought my warranty with them when my car had 116k miles. After 4 months water pump broke -$4200 for repairs. They denied my claim because no coolant flush after 100k miles. My car was serviced at the dealer and they didn't mention anything about. They will do anything to deny your claim - bad people.

Their ads say "all major parts covered". My oil pump was going bad, that's a major part, claim denied. Timing chain tensioner, major part, denied, I don't recommend this outfit. The money you pay to hear denied is wasted. Go to ox car.

I bought this warranty because my Ford dealer said it was the only one they would accept. So, I waited for it to go into effect. I had a light come on the dash of the car, and I took it into Ford. They checked it out and said it was an exhaust valve connected to the Turbo charger. Well, it would cost $3100 to get it fixed, so they checked with Endurance, and they said they would not cover that. It is part of the Turbocharger and to fix it they have to put on a new Turbocharger which is on their warranty. Just another way of getting out of paying to fix my car. I canceled it right away!

I would say it is a great company and my policy was short lived. I was reared ended and the car was totaled. So I called to let them know what happened and had to terminate the contract as no more car. I will be using Endurance in the future again when I add it to my new vehicle when the car warranty ends.

I want to share my experience with this insurance company. My car had a transmission issue, and I waited three months for my claim to be processed. During this time, my car was taken to three different mechanics, and each of them needed time to inspect and diagnose the problem. These delays added to my frustration. Despite all the time and effort, my claim was ultimately denied based on reasons I didn’t fully understand.
What made it worse was that payments continued to be deducted from my account, even though I wasn’t using my car during this period. When I contacted customer service, I found it difficult to get consistent answers, as different representatives gave me different explanations. In the end, I had to cover the repair costs myself. I believe this experience could have been handled better, and I’m sharing this review to help others be aware of the challenges that may arise.

I WAS DECEIVED!!!! My husband and I did a lot of research to find a good warranty plan that was reliable and that had good coverage, so we called ENDURANCE to get a plan for my 2020 BMW X7 M50i. We agreed to purchase an ENDURANCE top-of-the-line coverage plan and somehow, we ended up with a 3rd party ‘scam’ of a warranty, unknowingly (CCD Consumer Care Direct, also known as Gold Key Warranty). The Endurance salesperson who sold us the plan did NOT provide us with the plan we agreed upon over the phone and did NOT disclose he was selling us a 3rd party warranty. I wonder what the link between Endurance and CCD is as I am now seeing similar stories of being deceived in the way we were.
We paid just shy of $5000 (not chump change for most, may I add) for what we thought was a great coverage plan with Endurance and now we are having nothing but issues with the warranty that was sold to us, and we are looking at a LOT of money out-of-pocket for something that should have been covered without any issues. Endurance should step in and cover the cost of the warranty we got duped with due to what I consider a “fraudulent sale” by Endurance rep. To say that I am disappointed, angry and frustrated doesn’t begin to cover how I feel. I trusted Endurance, and they let me down and deceived me.

These reviews are obviously not from real customers of Endurance Direct. I purchased a warranty with endurance, and when my vehicle needed repaired, they refused to cover the repairs, even though they were clearly listed on the warranty as covered. They refused to communicate with me or with the repair facility, and have dragged the repair out over more than six months. I have had to resort to hiring a lawyer to sue endurance direct.
This company has no intentions of fulfilling their side of the contract. If you give money to them, they will take it, and give nothing in return. My lawyer refers to these contracts as 'garbage contracts', because endurance lists pages of caveats they can use to try and get out of payment. Stay away. Their contracts are garbage, and so is the company.

Would highly recommend, I had to replace transmission on 2015 Chevy and they paid very quickly. Only had to pay 100 deductible and 200 to flash the transmission. The only thing that slowed it down was they sent their own person out to diagnose the transmission and he approved what my mechanic had told them. Only took a couple of extra days.

I called Endurance as soon as my check engine light came on. They scheduled an appointment for me at a repair shop. With no notice from them, they declined my claim because a discrepancy in the van's mileage. I got the van from an out of state dealership along with the title and bill of sale papers. The mileage on the title and on the dash was the same.
I have been paying Mepco, the brokerage for Endurance, for six months. A payment was one day late because I thought we had set up automatic draft. Mepco sent an email that day stating that they were canceling my policy. Now I wish I had let them. My van has been at the repair shop over 2 weeks now waiting for Endurance to review the paperwork I sent them. That van is for transporting me to medical appointments. I don't drive because I'm a right leg amputee, but I got the van because I can get in and out of my wheelchair and get into a seat easily. Now I don't know how I'm going to get it fixed. I was told the price for the repairs is $2,300+ if Endurance pays, and $3,300+ if I have to pay. Something is so wrong with this situation. They wanted me to sign up for a new policy so they can keep all the money that I have paid them. Not on my life.

Would not cover minor repair! The oil cooler gaskets on my 2014 bmw x3, I have never never missed a payment in Six years!!! I'm disabled and a Veteran! Financially life is tough! The Auto shop I deal with Contacted Endurance, Spoke to three different agents, first agent I Spoke to told me I was Covered! Disgusting when a Company takes advantage of Disabled people, Veterans, anyone who on Fixed income! Even a Family with Children who depend on their Vehicle 24/7. Ended up Costing me $769.00 ! I had to many appointments coming up with my Cardiologist! V.A. hospital Tucson. Now I'm short on my RENT ! Have to pay balance, late fee next month!! Endurance RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!

I first learned about Endurance through a TV commercial. I'd been thinking about getting additional coverage for some time since my previous coverage expired about six months ago. I decided to finally look into it. The sign-up process was pretty straightforward and easy. I submitted my information online and received a quote quickly. The agent who assisted me was very helpful, answering all my questions and making the process simple. The program takes about 30 days to activate. As for perks, I'm aware that I have tire protection and rental vehicle coverage—though I’m not sure about hotel rentals. I believe I opted for the plus package.
Vehicle coverage is important to me because my truck is getting older, and I've experienced the benefit of having this coverage with my wife's vehicle. She had a major breakdown about a year ago, and Endurance made the repair process so much easier. Her AC broke down right at the start of summer, and after calling Endurance, we were able to take it to any shop we wanted. The repair was completed within two days, thanks to the coverage. Overall, I'd recommend Endurance to anyone considering an extended warranty. Was ghosted when call for a claim then took Me 2 month to cancel and they keep changing. Have to close the acc. Terrible. Very aggressive people. Never got reimbursed for the 2 month was trying to cancel. At the end was told need to print a letter notarised and mail it and there goes another payment.

They did not fulfill their promises after a claim. I was entitled to trip interruption benefits, but they were never paid. I always received calls for payment reminders; however, my emails and calls regarding reimbursements were always ignored. The roadside dropped my car in a tow zone, the city ticketed me, my car was towed, and I was left to retrieve it from impound and pay 300 dollars. To make matters worse I was 200 miles from home and Endurance didn't help me. No one would take ownership or repay me. This was a horrifying experience. Run, do not use. Waste of money!

I initially looked into purchasing an auto warranty because the 2014 Camry I owned ran out of its extended warranty. I learned about Endurance Auto Warranty through a TV commercial. Although I never filed a claim while I had the Camry, when it got flooded, I realized that wasn't covered. Thankfully, my insurance handled it. For my 2009 Honda, which my daughter and grandson drive, I wanted to transfer the remaining time from the Camry's warranty, but that wasn't possible, so I received a refund. Knowing I couldn't leave them without a safety net, I decided to get a new extended warranty for the Honda. In the past, I had a different warranty through either WCG or WGC that required paying only a $100 deductible for several claims.
Regarding my experience with Endurance, I found that during the time I had coverage for my 2014 Camry, I was paying around $107. The process of purchasing an extended warranty for the Honda was straightforward and handled by a pleasant and knowledgeable representative. Overall, I'd recommend Endurance, giving them a top rating of 5, for their service, and I had no issues with their customer service.

Just getting started. So far customer service has been fine. No long waits. Knowledgeable CSRs. I discovered I needed to drive 1000 miles before account was usable. I only drive 2-3 thousand miles year so it's gonna take 4-6 months. I honestly don't remember if this was mentioned when I signed up. So no blame assigned to Endurance. Just a be aware and check what's required before you're able to use their sevices. So so far so good based on short wait time to reach an excellent (LIVE) customer service rep.

I'm still within the grace period of one month and 1,000 miles, so I hope if my car breaks down, I can rely on them for assistance.

The most horrible experience. I paid a lot for the warranty and it takes days to get a diagnosis but while you are waiting you can't get a rental car. So you can be out a vehicle and possibly miss work and other activities etc. I first called on Jan 7th said the inspector had 24 to 48 hrs then I called Jan 8th then they said it was delayed until the 14th. Jan 8th they said the weather then today they said they didn't know the reason. They said they only cover rental up to $250 but remember the inspector hasn't gone out yet and I had the rental since Jan 6th.
So I will be out a lot of money that I don't have because I have to work and they have no hardship clause to help with the curve ball with the delay that's not my problem. I was told it's a 3rd party inspector and they have other inspection. All they do is apologize but it ain't them plus I live in Lubbock TX and my vehicle is at friendly Chevrolet in Dallas TX 5 to 6 hrs away. I spoke to everyone and they say the same dam thing. No help for the customer who bought that expensive warranty. They should be ashamed of themselves. They take your money then it's hell to get stuff done.

I recently purchased an auto warranty for my 2020 pickup through Endurance. Our truck is quite new to us with just 23,000 miles, but the original warranty expired due to the vehicle's age. This second interaction was particularly beneficial as she offered a more extended plan of 5 years and 100,000 miles for a slightly better cost compared to the initial offer of 3 years and 60,000 miles.

I recently signed up for Endurance Auto Warranty because, at my age, it's become challenging to handle car repairs myself, and buying a new car is just too costly. The signup process with Endurance was quite pleasant. The representative I spoke with was very friendly and informative, explaining everything thoroughly. However, I’ll only truly know if their promises hold up when I need to make a claim. But they sent me information that I had to download from the internet. And as I read through things, the same things they told me are on the paper so I'm hoping that they do respond. I wish it was a little bit cheaper to get a car fixed using a warranty like this than to get a new car.
I covered both my Subaru Forester and my husband's older Toyota Tacoma under the warranty. We chose full coverage, and the signup was smooth, thanks to the helpful representative. It's a considerable expense, at about $250 a month, but it seemed necessary as our cars age.
So far, I’d rate my experience as a 4 out of 5 stars because, although the process has been promising, I have yet to see how everything pans out if there's an actual claim. I would recommend them to a friend, noting, of course, that time will ultimately tell how effective the coverage is.

I went online, did a couple of research and that was where I found Endurance. I did my research, looked up the reviews and customers’ intake on it, and I called them up. They offered me a fair price and good coverage, so I went ahead with it.
The protection specialist who helped me sign up was excellent. She was thorough in explaining the details and wasn’t pushy at all, which made me feel comfortable proceeding with the purchase.
I did have to make a claim once for a repair involving a timing belt tensioner. Initially, the Acura dealership was hesitant to work with Endurance, assuming it wouldn't be covered. I then had my car towed to a local shop, which was also skeptical. However, once they contacted Endurance, the process was handled smoothly without any issue.
Overall, my experience with Endurance has been great. Their customer service is top-notch, and the claims process was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I recently purchased an extended auto warranty from Endurance for my 2006 Chevy Aveo LS, which only has 5000 miles on it and is in excellent condition. I recently purchased a nice used Mercedes, and I wanted a warranty for it, so I decided to go with Endurance Auto Warranty. I didn't get a warranty through the dealer because they wanted to tack it on to my loan and then I'll end up paying interest on it the whole time I'm borrowing money for the car. During my search, I considered options like CarShield, but I consistently heard great feedback about Endurance from actual customers, not just salespeople.
The signup process was seamless and professional. Everything was simple to do and the sales representative was great. He explained everything I was gonna be getting online, and I received all necessary documentation via email without any hassle. I don't know anything he could have done any better, and I'm happy with what I ended up with for the money. It's a good warranty. I haven't had to make a claim yet since the car was in excellent condition—a one-owner, non-accident vehicle with low mileage—and remains trouble-free.

Although I received an email with a link to view my contract, it led to a server error, preventing access. The program activates in 30 days or after 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. I first heard about Endurance through an advertisement on Facebook. I have an older car that lacks liability or any insurance, so I decided to give them a call. The person I spoke with answered all my questions, which led me to choose their service.
The interaction with the protection specialist who signed me up was positive. I found them knowledgeable and professional throughout the call. When I called, I was approved for the program that same day and arranged to pay the following Friday when I received my paycheck. The coverage officially begins 30 days after the initial approval.
Although I haven't used the insurance yet, if I were to rate my experience so far with Endurance, I would give it 5 stars due to the helpfulness of the representative. I haven't received any incentives or payments to say anything positive about Endurance.
If a family member or friend asked for my opinion, I'd say that based on my experience of setting up the coverage, it seems to be a good choice. However, I can't comment on making a claim or how the service functions because I haven't needed to use it yet.

They usually never accept any claim with a major repair. And they’ll deny any claim saying the issue is preexisting. And canceling the contract is very hard. They usually leave you hanging on the call or hang up the call. Overall there’s a lot of shadiness going on with the company.

I have an 08 Audi TT that happened to have electric power steering. I was not aware that I even had electric power steering and also wasn't aware that it isn't covered in my Endurance car care plan and was upset when I was denied my claim. BUT, I wish I would have gotten his name because I was lucky enough to get one of their top guys to give me a substantial credit towards my account to help the situation and help me how he was able to.
I wish it would have been covered because it is a major repair issue and they state in the commercials that all MAJOR repairs are covered but at least they made me feel like I wasn't getting completely left out to dry.. I am very happy with the person that I dealt with but, really wish that ENDURANCE would have honored my claim because this is something that should be covered. Hopefully someone will look into this and the next person won't have to go through the same thing.. If they do I hope they're lucky enough to get the same service as I did, because of him I stayed on as a customer.. So thank you again for helping me out..

Avoid Endurance Extended Warranty at All Costs. Endurance Extended Warranty is a complete scam. They will find every possible excuse not to cover the services they claim to protect. The entire process is designed to frustrate you: when you try to get help, they either put you on endless hold or drop your call entirely. It's impossible to speak to someone who will actually resolve your issue. Save your money and your sanity—do not fall for their promises. You'll end up paying for repairs out of pocket anyway, on top of the overpriced warranty. Go elsewhere if you want real coverage and service.

I’m happy with their sales tactics. I explained to two different sales representatives that I wanted to make a decision after I shop around to have something to compare it to. The first guy didn’t take no for an answer and kept asking why I didn’t want to buy today and I had to keep explaining to him I don’t want to make any decisions without comparison. He kept pushing. The second guy was just as aggressive and actually got angry and lied about what I said, putting words in my mouth and laughing in my face when I informed him the exact same thing as the first guy. I honestly felt highly offended and disrespected by the second guy. Neither person seemed to care about my business decision and was not professional at all. I just wanted to share my experience. Bullying and pressuring people is not a good sales tactic.

When contacted them the gentleman was very insightful and helpful. I received what I needed but I did prematurely. I called back to cancel and the young lady asked why, but non-judgmental and provided what I needed a full cancelation.

I have not had to use My Endurance Warranty yet - but during the process of establishing a warranty prior to taking delivery of my vehicle Laura ** was incredibly helpful when I ran into an issue with the car dealer. All went well - Laura was a lifesaver! I am at ease knowing I have chosen a company with a great reputation with great reviews and ratings. And, most comforting is in speaking with the repair facility I use - they said they recommend Endurance as well and that they have no issues working with them.

I have been waiting to hear from you guys. Still waiting on your inspectors to come to the shop. The shop is approved by you. The car went in Friday morning at 10. I am renting a car through Monday. I had a very positive experience with Endurance auto warranty, especially with Rita **. I was having some issues with my monthly payments and Rita made it right she really did and I felt like she cared about me and my situation. She is such an asset to Endurance and although I haven't used them for repairs, I like their customer service.

Background. I had a check engine light come on in my car, so I went to a local O'Reilly Auto Parts store to have the code read. The code was P00335, indicating an issue with the crankshaft position sensor. I purchased the sensor from O'Reilly’s and then drove my car—which was running perfectly fine with no noises or other issues—to the local Ford dealership for further inspection and repair.
The Nightmare with Endurance Warranty. Endurance Warranty sent an "inspector" to the Ford dealership. Despite the car running flawlessly, their so-called expert claimed the timing chain was broken and denied my claim, alleging it was a pre-existing condition. Their reasoning? They claimed that the P00335 code indicated the timing chain was going to fail—a blatant lie. Let me be clear: there is NO diagnostic code that predicts a timing chain failure. Multiple certified master mechanics have confirmed this. To add insult to injury, the Ford dealership’s service technician called this assessment "complete nonsense." The car was running perfectly with no unusual noises, which is a telltale sign of timing chain issues. This was purely a tactic by Endurance Warranty to avoid paying for the repair.
Endurance Warranty’s Dishonesty. After this fiasco, I researched Endurance Warranty and found out that I’m not alone. Just in December, the Better Business Bureau recorded 42 similar complaints about Endurance Warranty denying claims on flimsy or fabricated grounds. This is a disturbing pattern of customer exploitation and refusal to honor valid warranty claims.
Avoid Endurance Warranty at All Costs. Endurance Warranty’s behavior is disgraceful. They’re quick to collect payments but will jump through hoops to deny claims when you actually need them. Their inspectors either lack the proper training or are instructed to fabricate excuses to deny coverage. This company is scamming hardworking people out of money and leaving them with repair bills that should have been covered.
Final Thoughts. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Endurance Warranty. They’re not in the business of helping customers—they’re in the business of ripping people off. I’m taking this matter to court, armed with written statements from certified master mechanics to prove their wrongdoing. If you’re considering Endurance Warranty, don’t. You’ll regret it. I was warned and didn't listen.

Avoid at all Cost!!! I will start by letting you know I have been in the automotive industry for 26 years and worked with brands such as Oldsmobile, Nissan, Suzuki, Toyota, and Lexus. I have definitely seen my fair share, but in all those years I have never personally dealt with an Extended Warranty company that is so vague and deceptive as Endurance has been.
After purchasing a luxury vehicle with the company who claims to be the "BEST", I thought I had peace of mind that no matter where I may be traveling, my wife would be taken care of and could have her vehicle repaired without assistance from anyone. 6 months after purchasing the warranty there was an issue, the vehicle has now been in the shop for over 5 weeks, and the claims "Specialist" that is assigned to us, can only regurgitate from the script she is given. They are asking for a non-serviceable part to be taken apart before they would send out an adjuster to verify issues.
HOW can you verify issues if the part is taken out?? Furthermore, being a non-serviceable item (as defined by OEM) that requires a sealed unit for replacement, what are the expectations if someone were to tear the item apart? Endurance cannot/will not answer these questions and just continue to read off a script that would be valid if the vehicle in question was an early 90's 4wd pickup truck. This review could go on for much longer, but I believe it is enough to make my point that. THIS IS THE WORST CHOICE FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY, BUYER BEWARE!!!!

She wasn't rushing me as I had to go to my car several times for the odometer number, etc. I just wish it didn't go in effect until 1,000 miles from now. I had Endurance before but my Sister and Brother In Law suggested I cancel it. Just hopeful nothing happens until my coverage starts.

Really not worth the money. They basically don't cover anything when it comes down to it. Make sure you are interested in what they explicitly cover. Otherwise it's not worth the money since they won't cover it unless it's directly called out which is very few things.

There has been no communication at all post sale. I’ve messaged several times as documented here. I would NOT recommend this company. As you can see all my attempts here you can expect the same high pressures sales tactics and once they have your money they are finished with you apparently. I don’t have any evidence either. Just some screen shot of charges and a manual sent to me. Nothing more. Avoid avoid avoid. I’ve seen that credit unions and banks offer warranties that are more legitimate. Avoid Endurance at all costs. You’re going throw away your money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! I purchased this plan back in 2022 when a bought a used truck with high mileage and was concerned about big ticket items down the road. Chose the Secure Plus plan.. Shortly after I was out of the "grace period" that Endurance requires on used vehicles I began having transmission issues..
I took it to a transmission shop, they contacted Endurance, A rep came and agreed that the transmission was failing and would be covered to be replaced until I received a phone call from Branch Manager Art ** informing me that while I DID meet the grace period requirements the fact that is was only weeks after such time it was indicative of a ongoing problem so therefore he was denying the claim. But wait there is more... I have not submitted another claim, almost 2 years mind you, until this past week.. ONCE AGAIN the part is stated as covered under my plan and yet they are refusing to pay for it.. Bottom line it is my opinion that this company has a license to steal, they will sell you a plan then deny, deny, deny..
