    I’m an older person and my car is out of warranty, so I decided that getting coverage was probably the appropriate thing for me to do in case I have major repairs. I actually heard about Endurance from a television ad. I kind of looked at another company too, but I decided Endurance was the one to take.

    The signup was fine, and the representative was very good. He answered my questions and was able to tell me whatever flexibility there was, we were even able to work out a couple of things that I had issues with. One of those things was the period of time and mileage before the contract became operative. It wasn’t acceptable to me at first, so we worked something out that was acceptable.

    I’m a month into it now and I haven’t had to use it yet, but the overall experience went very well.

    A guy called me up on the phone and said that he was from Endurance, and he was very good. So, after he gave me the whole speech, I signed up with him. And then he explained that if anything happens to my car, I notify Endurance, they give me the okay, and I bring it wherever I want, and they repair it. He also said that it will be activated after 30 days, so it’s activated already, but I haven’t used it yet.

    We signed up with Endurance Auto Warranty last week, and it was a wonderful experience. The representative wasn’t pushy. He was very kind and gave us time to talk, think, and make our decision. He explained everything in detail throughout the process. We went with Endurance because we’re very pleased with him.

    We had gone through a couple of other companies, and we were very dissatisfied. Sometimes, other companies will start high, and then they'll go low, but he was consistent throughout the entire demonstration. When we talked to him, he really made us feel comfortable and really made it a company that you would enjoy being with, as far as our service is concerned. It was really a pleasant conversation with him. And now, we're thinking about even letting our daughter sign up with him.

    The Customer service of Edurance was nice. The person that I worked with, Lacey, did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

    I looked into acquiring an auto warranty because I know a couple of people who have warranty companies, and I think it's good to have. I seem to get full coverage from them. They just told me it covers the engine, AC, and electrical.

    The only thing is that I made a mistake on the mileage on my car. I never signed all the paperwork that they sent me in my email. Because signing is agreeing to what's on their paper, even the mileage on it is incorrect.

    What I did was take a picture of the inside of the car. I emailed it to Lacey, and I told her the correct mileage. So she emailed back and said thank you so much. I thought I was gonna get some new paperwork to sign, but no, it never came.

    So far, I’ve been pleased with Endurance. And I got it because I bought a basically brand-new car. It may have 5,000, but it's hard to tell because it has two sets of odometers on it. And see, when you get in a car, the dashboard will light up and say, “Check engine”. And nobody knew what that was. And the best way to fix it was with a piece of black tape. But I got into this one for the first time at night, and it was like a Christmas wonderland. There were lights everywhere. So, I've been getting used to it.

    But I took it in for its first service several months ago. And I'm getting ready to take it in again, probably prematurely. But that's better than going to the five-minute oil change companies that strip the molts on the oil pan, and you lose all your oil. And so, been there, done that.

    And the reason that I bought the car was that I was going to drive Uber. I love to drive. I have plenty of experience. I have never hit anybody, but have never been hit by anybody who had insurance. I wouldn't back out of the driveway without insurance.

    And so, I found Endurance. And from what I read, they sounded to be the most solid group. And everybody with Endurance was good and professional, and it just happened to be the best program. Plus, they would cover a car that was also going to be used to carry passengers.

    And even though I have not had to use the product yet, but just getting enrolled, and the courtesy and business-like conversation, and I have a sense of security. So, I hope I don't find out I'm wrong down the road. But I just felt very good.

    And there was a whole lot of stuff to read, and I've tried to read it, but I've had a little not-well spell. It's nothing major. But I just didn't read it all. But from what I can tell, I'm pleased. I hope that doesn't change down the road because I wanna keep on the road instead of on the side of the road.

    Signing up with Endurance was no problem at all. I did everything over the phone and didn’t have many questions, mostly because I’ve heard their commercial a million times. I told the gentleman that I needed a hard copy in my hand since my printer isn't working. I want everything in writing so I can look it up, and he said it should be here by the end of the week.

    I only just got the coverage on the 13th of March. They told me I have to have it for 30 days before I can even file a claim, but that's fine with me. My car is in good condition and I don't have any problems with it.

    I originally decided to get Endurance because I saw the commercial so many times and realized it’s just good to have. Even though my car is new and only has 20,000 miles, cars today aren't built the way they used to be. Anything could go wrong and it becomes very costly, so I figured I should have that protection.

    I saw the Endurance commercial on TV. I listened to the ads. It seemed like a pretty good deal. I had a vehicle with CarShield, and come to find out CarShield is being sued because they weren't holding up their policy. So I figure I'll find somebody who was dependable. The lady I spoke to on the phone is very pleasant. Tell me how it functions, the rental car, and the coverage. She explained the policy pretty doggone well. She did really good. If the program stint was five years, you only have to pay for three. I never used it yet, but it sounds good. They give you the warranty that they say you have, if everything stands right. It's just a pretty good program to be in.

    I have a vehicle that was getting some miles on it, so I was looking into an auto warranty program. But Dana Patrick, the race car driver, convinced me that Endurance was trustworthy. So I put an inquiry out there and then I got a call from Rebecca. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. You got a good feeling when you got through talking with her so that’s why I went with Endurance.

    When signing up, the rep was very uplifting, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She listened to everything I had a question about. She was very honest-sounding and she wasn’t forceful at all. She just answered all my questions and informed me about the program, so she was a very good representative.

    I quizzed them about what the program covered and they explained all the different coverages. They explained how I can contact my local dealers, the repair shops, which I did to see if they accept Endurance, and they did. They told me there was a 30-day waiting period. I told them what kind of coverage I wanted and they accepted that. I would tell my friends to look at Endurance. They’re one of the best offers out there.

    I’m not happy with my experience with Endurance. I was promised that when I paid for it, I would get a hard copy of my contract and my cards mailed to my home. So far, I have not gotten anything. I’m visually impaired and would like to have something in my hand when I take my car to the dealership to get it fixed.

    The representative was very kind and patient with me because I couldn’t see and give her the VIN number. She called at 8 in the morning on a Sunday. I realized the time differences, so I was not upset about that at all. I told her my husband was still asleep and asked her to call me back when he could read the VIN number for me.

    Then I had some fraud on my account, so Bank of America automatically kicked the payment out. She called me back and said we had to resubmit the payment because it didn’t go through. The bank was sending me a code to my phone, but I couldn’t see it. I had to wake my husband up so he could read the code, and we got it approved.

    We got all that ironed out, and you could not have asked for a better customer service person at all.

    I bought the Audi about six months ago and later received a letter from Endurance offering me a deal on an extended warranty. When I bought the car, I could have purchased the warranty but chose not to at the time. Then I got a letter saying it was the last chance to sign up at a lower rate, so I decided to take that opportunity.

    It was very straightforward. I called Endurance and spoke with a representative who explained the extended warranty and my options for how long I wanted the coverage to last. I chose seven years or 100,000 miles.

    He explained what the warranty covered and the different payment plans. I could either pay in full or pay monthly. The lower the monthly payment, the longer it would take to pay off, so I chose a 17‑month plan.

    I thought the customer service was very good. I can’t remember the representative’s name, but he was very nice. I live in Wisconsin, and he was in a town not too far from me. He was very friendly and helpful and explained the contract thoroughly. I was very pleased.

    I just did a little research and the reviews on Endurance was better than most of the others. Customer service was generally very good with one exception. They did not mention or explain this total aggregate claim number. And I've sent a note asking about it and didn't get a response. That was never explained to me and I'm not quite sure how it works.

    And when I read through the documentation, it was listed as the $10,000 aggregate maximum. And I don't really understand if that's per occurrence or the life of the policy. So I'm gonna have to find out about that before my 60 days are up. Because if it's not explained to me, I'm just gonna cancel.

    Other than that, it was very professional and very efficient. The gentleman I talked to was very helpful.

    As an Endurance customer for almost a year, I have had nothing but the runaround from them. I have their premium package on my 05 Tahoe. I pay almost $190 per month for coverage. In January of 2025 I have a blown head gasket. My vehicle has been sitting at a mechanic shop ever since. Endurance sent an adjuster in Feb to verify that indeed I have a blown head gasket. Since that time Endurance has refused and done nothing but obstruct my ability to use a service that I pay for. According to our contract they have the right to request service records and they have...all the way back to 2010! To date (April 01,2025) my vehicle is still sitting in the parking lot of the mechanic shop while Endurance is refusing to fix it. Beware of the ridiculous hoops they want you to jump through in order to approve a claim!

    I looked up car warranties, and Endurance seemed to be one of the top ones. I created a little email thingy, and then someone called me. They asked me for information, pulled up a good program based on my car, and explained what it covered. After that, I said, “Okay, let’s go with that.” We talked on the phone extensively before I actually went through with it.

    The representative was really good and very knowledgeable. He explained the different plans, but he also told me what my car qualified for since I haven’t had any major work done on it. That’s how I ended up with the plan I have now, and I felt that plan was sufficient based on the age of my car.

    The cherry on top was that it covered things I didn’t even realize were included, like oil changes and something related to brakes. There were a lot of smaller items I didn’t know were covered until he explained them, and I asked him about those. He was very patient. I’m very indecisive, so a salesperson has to be really good for me to actually swipe my credit card.

    I told the representative that I needed to see things in writing so I could review what it actually looked like and read over the contract. He sent me the details of what was included in the plan. One of the things I wanted to know was where I could take my car to be serviced. We talked a lot, and I asked him a ton of questions, so I don’t remember everything he said, but he was very thorough.

    I actually referred two more people to that rep. One friend I referred wanted to know what kind of hoops he would have to jump through, and I told him the process was really seamless to do online. I did think the price was a little too high, especially once you add the $100 on top of it, whatever that extra fee is called. He told me that was the best price available, but I still thought it was too expensive.

    Absolute FRAUD! Purchased a policy, ensured my lifted truck was covered and within policy limits. Took it to a shop for an engine problem, the claims adjuster denied the claim saying it wasn't within limits!! They had been collecting payment for a vehicle they never planned to cover! They refuse to pay the reassembly fee of 1,000 and refuse to refund any payment!! I am filing complaints and in talks with an attorney. It was BAIT AND SWITCH FRAUD!!! PATHETIC!

    I bought this extended warranty in January. Couldn't use it for 1k miles and 30 days. After the 1k miles and 30 days and paying them 214.00 upfront then 185.00 for the next month's payment. I needed the truck repaired and, After several calls to make sure certain things were covered since I am a single woman and people were telling me to make sure it covered certain known things that go wrong on f-150s. I was told by numerous people at Endurance that YES these repairs are covered, I have dates and names of who all I spoke to.

    When the truck went into shop for repairs I am told none of this is covered after being told by numerous amounts of their own employees told me yes! I cancelled the warranty and expect a full refund of money paid to them for this bogus warranty and now I am told since the vehicle was driven for the time of this warranty they charge for miles and are not refunding any money. They also state every conversation is recorded which they are gonna need to produce these recordings of their employees lying to me. I have spoken to an attorney and he advised me this is LEGALLY CONSUMER FRAUD. SO ANYONE that would like to join in this lawsuit my contact phone number is ** and I will be glad to pass your info over to my attorney, consumer fraud is a serious issue and they are gonna have to pay me more than the 214.00 and 185.00 I paid them. I didn't want to even give a 1 star but you have to post review.

    This place is just like your health insurance. They are going to second guess your mechanic. Tell them to use cheap or inferior parts and cut any corner they can. They are closed on weekends so good luck getting in touch with them if you break down and need their help on a weekend. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

    The representative was wonderful. He spent a lot of time with us and explained everything. Whenever we had a question, he had an answer. We haven’t used the coverage yet since we got it, but he was very informative.

    Signing up with Endurance wasn't bad and it was east to work with them. I just signed up three weeks ago and it hasn't started yet. Hopefully, I don't have any problems where, if I do use it, I won't have to pay the full bill. I also saw reviews stating that Endurance didn't want to cover the issues. So it seems that what is advertised in TV is not always trustworthy.

    Long story short I drive a 2015 ram 2500. I started the policy back in November and recently took it to a shop and it got denied instantly because they didn't add commercial on my policy. Stay away from this company. They will give you 10 different stories and take your money with a smile. Waste of time and money. Never again

    I have a 2016 car and had the warranty for four years from the car dealer. I signed up with Endurance prior to the warranty expiring with the car dealer. The sign-up was easy, and the representative was friendly. I’ve had them since 2020, and it is going to expire in April of 2025.

    The coverage itself is great. I dropped my car off this morning, and the repair place called Endurance. They waited 24 hours, and Endurance called the repair place back and said that they would cover the service. I had no problems with it.

    My only problem is that it's expensive. I received a letter from Endurance saying that it was getting ready to expire and asking if I wanted to continue. I called and signed up to continue the coverage, but it's more expensive than it was prior to. I don't know if I can afford the monthly payments for 20 months. I haven't called to cancel it yet. I'm looking into another car warranty that is less expensive.

    I googled the best car warranty company because I had CarShield at one time and they weren’t looking so good with the Better Business Bureau. Endurance covers a lot and I was pleased with what they covered. I wrote everything down, including what I didn’t have. I asked and they told me whether it was covered or not. But pretty much, everything on my car is covered. Their sales reps were great.

    Compared to what CarShield was, the price wasn’t very much more with Endurance. Also, I was told that if a timing chain broke and it tore up other parts, CarShield would not cover the parts that the timing belt tore up, they would only cover the timing belt. But Endurance told me that they would cover anything that it messed up if it broke.

    Endurance is the worse warranty company that I’ve ever dealt with. They do not and I repeat do not want to cover anything. When looking for a warranty company I advise you not to choose endurance. I recommend especially not for a foreign car. All they’re going to do is take your money and only pay for an oil change or wipers. I recommend saving your money to repair your own vehicle when it needs repairing. I’ve spent over 3,000 out of my pocket while bringing supposedly having a warrant on my vehicle with them. I just want to warn everyone about them and the type of business you’ll be dealing with when it comes to being covered by them. Really read over your warranty policy and make sure you read the hidden small print that they think you don’t see. My rising star for them is nothing!!!!

    Signing up with Endurance is like anything else. They'll tell you what you want to hear, and if you think it's good, you sign up. Without being able to read something on paper, I can’t be certain. He can tell you all kinds of stuff, but when it comes to the nitty-gritty, it’s what they want to pay for.

    The program starts after 30 days, and I’m approved for about 10 years. But the representative who signed me up never sent me a hard copy of the warranty when I asked him to. He said it’s only on the computer, but I told him I wanted a copy because I can’t drive the computer when the car breaks down. He said he was going to send one out, but it'd be my first 30 days in another week.

    I wanted extended coverage because my coverage on my pick-up ran out at 60,000 miles, and I had about 64,000 on it. It’s a 2019 pick-up, and knock on wood, I haven’t had any trouble, but you never know when something could happen.

    The warranty that I had was expiring, and I wasn't really pleased with the coverage. I looked at Endurance, and their coverage and policy seemed to be a little better than the other ones, so I switched over to them. Everything went well. The customer service representative was very good, knowledgeable, and helpful.

    The warranty hasn’t even started, so I haven’t had any experience with it yet. As far as the cost, it’s comparable to anybody else's. The best thing is that the deductible is half of what my old one was. I would think there would be no deductible. I don’t even know why that’s there. If you’re paying for a warranty service, it should be fully covered, but policy is policy. I understand that, even if I don’t agree with it.

    I just had a warranty service call on my old one, and after speaking with the mechanic and hearing about the different options at the shop, he said Endurance rates pretty high, but there are some better. I don’t know how much he knows about the deductible parts and all that. As far as I’m concerned, I think they’re at the top of the list.

    My wife went out on her own and signed up for one through a different company. She had it for less than 30 days. The one that we had selected, they don't take their policies at all. I looked online it seemed like they were number one on all the web pages, and decided we would make a call, and signed up with Endurance. It was easy. We had a good representative who talked to us and went over the complete policy. It sounded good. My wife's car, for its age, has really low mileage.     I see on the internet that Endurance is the number one insurance company. My brother also has Endurance, as well as my daughter. She took care of everything, told me what I needed to do, and then I was supposed to wait until I got something in the mail from them.     I was at the car dealership and their warranty was a little expensive. I was trying to pay cash out of pocket, and then they were going to take the warranty away.     I don’t have any experience with Endurance because I haven’t made a claim at all, but my experience signing up with them was good. A representative called me, and he was a very nice man. We talked and chatted, and then he answered lots of questions. And I like Danica Patrick. I remember seeing her. So, I’ve been thinking about that, but I haven’t gotten around to researching anything. And so, I decided to go ahead with Endurance instead of worrying about it, and trying to decide something else. So, since I haven’t compared any companies at all, I hope it’s comparable. 

    The only irritating thing about that is, after I first joined, I kept getting all this stuff telling me that I get so much off if I joined. But it finally stopped. I only get one every now and then. And I already got all my paperwork and the cards. And I’m just hoping nothing happens with my car, and this is just insurance that I didn’t need.

    The warranty on one of our vehicles is scheduled to expire in about 1000 miles, so we needed a backup warranty. Literally, an extended service plan. I've compared some of the other players in the industry, and Endurance seemed to be the most comprehensive.

    When I bought my vehicle, the dealership offered extended warranty. But I always heard that it can get cheaper if you go outside. So when I went to look around, Endurance is the warranty company that local dealerships work pretty closely with.

    And then they warned me not to go with CarShield, because they are under a few lawsuits right now. Plus, they will no longer take CarShield because they owe them money.

    The sign up process was quick and easy. And they work with your schedule. There's a couple of times I had to hang up because I had things to take care of, and they called me back when I was free. So, the interactions I had with the customer service representative was pretty good.

    I wish it was cheaper, but at least it was lower than what the dealership offered. And it gave me an extra year of coverage than what the dealership was covering me.

    At first, I was just inquiring if I was to be covered because my car was an older car. It’s a 2006 Chevy Cobalt with 148,000 miles on it. The agent from Endurance double checked and said that we’d be covered. We went through the different plans and explained everything. He double checked to see if I did get any discounts, because I wanna try to keep it a monthly thing as less as I could possibly get. But he said this is the best coverage for the best price that he can offer.

    Three weeks prior to the phone call, my car broke down. That was a $800 repair bill I didn’t need so I figured I better get some type of coverage as long as it’s within my budget. I didn’t get the top coverage ‘cause that would have been $280 a month which is a little out of my price range right now since I’m retired.

    I looked at the printed out for some of the coverages, which I have on my computer as well. The car will be good for a while. But if something breaks and that’s something Endurance won’t cover, I don’t know that would be great. But Endurance cover mostly everything.

    I just used the car this morning. But I could go out there next week and the car won’t start again. Hopefully, not. We’ll see if I can get through the spring and summer. But before next winter, I’ll probably have to buy another car because it’s getting to be where it’s unreliable.

    I don’t drive my car much. I only had 38,667 miles on it when we started. I got the Endurance warranty with the idea of having three or four years and not worrying about a major breakdown. Their coverage is pretty good, but I’m a little confused when I read all the paperwork because it had two or three different plans in there, and I’m not sure which one I have. But for sure it covers mostly everything like electrical and all the little joints in the transmission. And the price is not bad. I was just looking at my bank statement and saw that the first payment has come off which is good.

    It’s been probably two weeks. The guy said I could check with CARFAX and check on the mileage so people won’t be cheating ‘cause they would let the car sit there if it wasn’t for the 1000 miles, and then they would try to cheat you.

    I appreciated Endurance’s patience and consideration when I was signing up. It was good. Miles was able to save me a couple of bucks, so I appreciated him looking into discounts. There were also other gentlemen, who I was really appreciative of their understanding. I thought they were very good at what they do.

    There was some fraud and I had to change the card anyway. I thought I was insured, but I wasn’t. That’s why I had to speak with them again, but they made it pleasant. I did have one claim, and it was so nice because I had gone back to Liberty, and they just looked up the insurance number that was given to me and had no problem with it at all.

    I looked into an auto warranty for peace of mind. Right now, there's nothing wrong, but down the road, things just come up. I did some research, and a friend gave me a good word with Endurance, too, so that helped a little bit.

    The signup was a good process. It wasn't hard calling them – Some places, it’s more difficult. Here, it was like plug and play to me with the information. It was all good from there. I've done it in the past with others and I never received a phone call. And so I was surprised to receive a phone call from you guys. When something breaks and I have to make the claim, we'll go from there.

    When I purchased my car back in December, it had over 93,000 miles on it. And so, I'm hearing things about vehicles that sometimes when they reach 100,000 miles, some of them start having issues and I don't have thousands of dollars in an account. Endurance offered an extended warranty and I can afford it, and I don't want to have another payment out of the pocket.

    The sales rep offered the highest level. But I told him that I can't go that high so he offered me the lower amount. He told me I can cancel in 30 days but I’m not going to cancel because my care is at 96,000. My policy covers a lot. He told me they were going to send me a digital copy of my contract. After I figured it was sent to my email, I was able to print out the contract.

    The people at Endurance have been very kind and informative. I know prices are going up, but maybe their price per month could go down.

    We were excited to have peace of mind with Endurance Warranty. Unfortunately that peace of mind turned into a complete nightmare. We want to warn others about Endurance Warranty. We did everything they asked, sent them picture of VIN number, Mileage and all. Payments on time and never late. The check engine light comes on and we contact them as what we need to do. The lady sent us all information and list of shops that we can choose from. We thought that was very convenient. We had our vehicle sent in to the shop that is on their list.

    Shop said the parts to get fixed is covered. We then received another call from the shop stating Endurance Warranty said our vehicle is not covered and do not have a warranty. Shop did some digging and found Endurance Warranty entered our VIN Number wrong. They are now refusing to honor warranty. We have on phone recording Endurance Warranty Customer Service admitting their error. We will be seeking legal action against Endurance Warranty and want to warn others about this company! Please do not get scammed like we did.

    I am extremely disappointed with the services I've received.

    1) The name of the options are different in the booklet from the ones mentioned online.
    2) Lack of a simple explanation of coverages.
    3) Customer service and whomever ok's work are on different pages.
    4) Don't do preventive maintenance. It's got to be broken for them to repair. (Leaking transmission fluid).

    5) The only ASE certified mechanics you can use are the ones they recommend.

    The warranty was running out on my Jeep, I had to get some kind of warranty to keep it. My car has been in good service ever since I bought it. I've been taking it to a dealer, taking care of my car all the time and I thought Endurance would be the better bet to keep my car healthy. Signing up wasn't hard.     I just purchased an as-is eight-year-old Nissan Altima. And because it did not come with any warranty, I felt I needed protection. And I didn’t have a mechanic look it over ahead of time to see if there were any problems, so I thought it was a good idea to pick up a company like Endurance or CarShield. But I looked into both online and felt that there were better reviews with Endurance, and so that’s why I went with them.

    Signing up with Endurance was good. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. And I’m a senior on a fixed income, so I was explaining to him that the original quote was a bit too high for me, and he was able to do something and get it down, which I felt was reasonable. And so, I accepted it and signed up.

    Our current warranty was gonna expire at the end of the year, so I called the number from the flyer I got in the mail, and they talked me into it. We did it all in one go, and I didn’t have to shop around. I signed up at the beginning of the month. So far, it’s good, but I haven't received a hard copy of the card yet.

    Dealing with a salesman is not my favorite thing, but Endurance’s was very pleasant and helpful. He went the whole nine yards, found every loophole discount he could get for me, and it actually worked out. Waiting till the last minute does not get as much savings.

    It was a little pricey at the beginning, but then again, if I only have to pay for three years of a six-year warranty, it works out fine. Spending money is never easy, but I've got to protect my investment in a car.

    I was looking for an extended warning on my truck because my warranty was about to run out. The choice came down to Endurance and another service provider. Endurance had a better deal for the money for their elite program, so I chose them. Their representative told me what I needed to know, and emailed me the information that I wanted to check. After reviewing everything, I called them back and told them that I wanted to go ahead and purchase the plan. The purchase process went smoothly.

    Endurance costs a little more, $4 more a month, but has larger coverage for my vehicle. It covered not just the powertrain, but also the tie rods and all the other parts that the other service provider did not. Overall, it seemed like it was more of a better buy to me.

    My car has been in the shop since July 2024. Endurance sold me the auto warranty but then put it off on Ownershield. My car needed a teardown and an Endurance rep said it would only be covered if the actual problem was found and covered on the policy after the teardown. Well it was an oil pump failure which was covered. However, Endurance reneged on the tear-down coverage and said they were only going to pay for the engine. I said, "That’s not what you told me and the repair shop." They then ignored what their rep said and informed me that the car was worth $4375 and that’s all they could pay. The repair shop said the total costs would be around $10,000 and recommended that I take them to court because that’s not what they told the repair shop and me. Do not use Endurance because there are companies out there who will pay for the costs and not reneged on what they tell you.

    This company is nothing but a legal scam—stay away! No matter how convincing their sales department makes their service sound, the reality is far from it. They do not honor the terms of their contracts, and you’re better off seeking legal action to hold them accountable for their blatant breaches. I took my truck to a Ford dealership on March 7, 2025. The following week, an adjuster inspected it and confirmed that the high-side pressure hose and the 4x4 transfer case were covered under my contract. Yet, two weeks passed with no updates. Despite multiple calls from both the Ford service rep and me, we kept hearing the same excuse: the "master adjuster" was still reviewing the claim.

    By the third week, there was still no update. When the Ford service rep called again, the company suddenly changed its stance, offering only $500 toward the pressure hose repair and completely denying coverage for the transfer case. Their reasoning? A motor inside the transfer case had failed—which supposedly voided coverage. But here’s the catch: you can’t just replace the motor; the entire transfer case must be replaced. This was clearly their way of dodging responsibility. This company operates in bad faith and consistently breaches its contracts. I wouldn’t be surprised if the positive reviews are just fabricated to make them seem legitimate. In reality, they are nothing but a scam. Save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money—stay far away!

    If I could give Endurance zero stars, I would. This company operates like a Ponzi scheme, luring customers in with affordable policies only to deny legitimate claims when they’re actually needed. If you read through the reviews, you’ll see a pattern customers pay for coverage, but when it’s time for Endurance to honor their contract, they search for loopholes to avoid paying. Even when you provide proof of proactive vehicle maintenance, they go out of their way to fight you. It’s clear that their priority is profit over integrity. Just look at their 1-star rating on Yelp a true reflection of their dishonest practices. They manipulate their reputation by encouraging new customers to leave positive reviews immediately after purchasing a policy before experiencing how they actually handle claims.

    When I asked for transparency about the number of claims filed versus those approved, the answer was shocking. Do yourself a favor avoid this company at all costs. Instead of giving your money to Endurance, put $200 a month into a savings account. That way, when an emergency repair arises, you’ll actually have the funds to cover it, rather than throwing your money away on a policy that’s worthless when you need it most.

    I just requested a quote on a car I purchased recently. I was called immediately after making the request. I was forwarded onto a customer rep named Darren. We went through the coverage options and I explained I was only interested in drivetrain. He came back with a quote of 182.00 per month for 30 months which totaled $5,460.00. I told him I was not interested in that price as it totaled more than I paid for the car. He got absolutely butt hurt that I preferred not to pay that much. He tried to convince me that I was just throwing money away on the car and I am basically an idiot for thinking the warranty is not worth it. Then he hung up on me. If this is how they treat potential customers I can not imagine how they would treat a customer during a claim.

    What made me interested in auto warranty is that my 2020 vehicle already has almost 50,000 miles. I had to replace something at the dealership for $2,100, so I thought it would be smart to get an extended warranty. With so many vehicles, new or used, having issues, I started looking around and checking the Better Business Bureau, and Endurance seemed like the best option, and the person selling it did a great job.

    The representative was good. He didn’t push me or try to sell me. He explained all the positives, though he didn’t mention any negatives. It left me with a good impression, so I decided to try.

    He said it takes 30 days. I recently signed up, and I noticed that they don’t pay Endurance directly, they pay another company, which I don’t like. I thought it was all handled by Endurance. My payment is supposed to be monthly on the 22nd, It’s $145, not $245. It was confusing because I thought signing up meant automatic enrollment and service.

    I wouldn’t have taken it if Endurance didn’t seem right. Maybe later, if I use this product and it doesn’t work, I’ll go to my dealership Chevy, Ford, and others accept this program. I’ve been to dealerships where I’ve overheard people complaining to service techs or the cashier that their extended warranty didn’t help them, but that wasn’t Endurance, it was another company. I keep seeing those commercials, and I’ll see how it really works to decide if it’s good or not.

    I reviewed the contract as I had an uneasy feeling about investing this much money in my vehicle. I love my Jeep and the warranty is about out.     I wanted a warranty on my car for security. I had Endurance one time before years ago. This time, the price is a little bit higher than I want it. But it's lower than what I was paying for, so I'm just trying to weigh everything out. I've had to try and get new auto insurance, homeowner's insurance, and this insurance, so I’m bombarded with all this. Right now, I just wanna be covered. The salesman quoted me a price that was lower than a couple of others, so I decided to go with Endurance.

    He was very good at what he does as a salesman. I was satisfied with him. He answered all my questions. He was patient and understanding. There was one little issue. But after I looked back over it, I realized that was probably on my behalf, so I disregarded it. I got my paperwork in the mail. I feel more comfortable and secure having a warranty. I haven't had to use the service as of yet, but the initial signing-on went well.

    Try out Endurance. It would probably help you a lot in the future. There's great customer service. They're gonna be knowledgeable, and they're not gonna hide things from you.     I don't recommend using this company. The salesman/woman promised me that my truck would be covered with a 6in lift kit and bigger 37in tires. I had a claim today for my transmission going out and was told that my tires were .12 of an inch too big and they denied my claim even after paying a surcharge for having bigger tires and a lift kit, my total policy costs was $7100, at 1st they were prorating a refund, but I’ve never used the policy so now they say they will pay 100% refund, we shall see. 2021 Silverado LTZ 3.0 Duramax.

    I heard Endurance advertised on TV, so I called and spoke with a representative. He told us that Endurance pays Chevrolet directly, which I thought was a good thing. We haven’t had to use the coverage yet.

    The representative was very knowledgeable. He understood my concerns about dealerships not accepting certain warranties and understood what I needed. Overall, it was a good conversation. He explained that the coverage would start 30 days after the first payment, and I went ahead and completed everything with him.
