Very informative and gave me great break on plan. Very happy with my plan and will save me lot of money if something happens to my truck. The person was very nice and helpful on the right plan to get. You can take your vehicle any place that have certified mechanic in the USA. Looking forward to using plan that has towing, car rental and tire replacement or fixed your tires. There is a 30 day waiting period and you have 30 days to cancel for 100 percent refund.

HORRIBLE from Claim 1. They worked at a snail's pace, costing me an arm and a leg in rental car fees. Then, they didn't approve what they were going to approve in time for me to get my truck before leaving on vacation. Now I have NO IDEA how I will be able to get to work, let alone get out there to the shop to pick it up.

Updated on 05/05/2025: Do Not even consider buying an extended warranty with Endurance! I purchased one over 18 months ago and after paying over $1900 my first claim has turned into a disaster. On April 24th I had a noise that my dealership has confirmed to be axle wheel bearings in the rear differential. I was told it had to inspected by a third party, and completed within 24-48 hours. 68 hours later it was inspected but the adjuster said it was not properly inspected and another inspector is now required. I’ve no idea at this point when this will happen. I’ve been without my vehicle now for 8 days without any repairs or resolution. To add to this debacle, I’m paying out of pocket for a rental. My advice, purchased an extended warranty from the dealership so repairs will be covered and in a timely manner.
Original Review: Denied coverage, said that the rear axle bearings aren’t covered. Service advisor called to verify the correct verbiage. Now we have to wait to hear from a 3rd inspector with an unknown schedule. Customer service was so inept that words cannot describe. DO NOT purchase an Endurance warranty.

The rep I spoke with this morning she answer all questions, very knowledge about my policy. The rep made me very happy. Been a customer with Endurance, I love the outstanding job she did. The only thing I have to say bad about Endurance Warranty, I wish your company would cover hands blue models for car radio. Customers like me who have a older car that have lots of models inside their vehicle, also I wish your company covers EGR valve. All in all endurance warranty been a good investment for me ever since I had them with my first car. Keep up the great job. Please try to have a bit more coverage for older cars. Thank You 👍

I purchased an Endurance warranty for my car after replacing my brakes and tires, as my car is getting old and repairs are getting expensive During the purchasing time, they asked for my car mileage and gave car mileage number, and after 3 months, my A/C stopped, and it is not cooling the car and check engine light started and took my car to the shop and they submitted an estimate then they asked my proof for my miles document a week before or after the purchase date lucky that I have document because day before purchase I did tire replacement did a Uber and submitted the document. Later they said they gonna send inspector to inspect the car to check all the claimed items are correct then inspector submitted a report stating all are accurate in claim.
Now again they are asking to tear down the A/C component to see if there is rodent damage to internal component (if outer components has rodent traces then it makes sense to request that outside is clear and there are no traces of rodent, how can rodent enters inside with out leaving the entry traces outside unless rodent have some super natural powers). Now repair shop says if that part is teardown and claim don't get approved then I have to pay out of pocket for repair which will cost me 3200$. This company is just trying to extend the time so that customer gets frustrated and completes his repair by own money. This is not a real claims payment company. This is the first time I am working with such a type of company. Please don't go with them.

My process of my claim began on March 23 2025 and today is April 22 2025 and no resolve in site except million excuses. I'm a senior and I need my vehicle and these people don't care. They have called me twice once requesting oil change records and we emailed them. 2nd time telling me we are working on it. Almost a month and still working on it.

I purchased a contract in 2023 paying a high fee. Thinking I would be treated fairly. Not! I have paid over 4,000 dollars. Car broke down got a tow in to the mechanic and once it was diagnosed the dealership contacted Endurance and they denied the claim. This company is a big scammer and should get what’s coming to them. It’s not fair to take people money the way they do. They only paid 1,500 on claims. I just thank God I didn’t finish paying this contract to be ripped off like this. They should be investigated.

Our car had an expired warranty and the other car is older with more mileage. It made sense since Endurance would do some coverage, especially my older truck. It seemed like it was worthwhile to attempt. The representative was really good. Good information, good details. He was a joy to talk to.
he coverage sounds like what I typically would have to buy or purchase if I bought a used vehicle at a dealership, like a bumper-to-bumper, except for brakes and tires, the common stuff that nobody covers. Endurance covers everything down to interior stuff, like if a window goes out or the radio goes out or the camera goes out. The only thing that wouldn't be covered is a heated seat, they said.

Had good customer service when requesting a quote, initially purchased a policy, but then subsequently decided not to keep the policy. Spoke with a manager to cancel the policy. He pointed out the benefits of Endurance and offered me a further discount. I was still not interested in keeping the policy. He did not pressure me to keep it and agreed to refund me the first month's payment.

My truck runs out of warranty on the 24th of this month. I talked with the service adviser at Sarasota Ford. He said that they've had the best luck with Endurance. It was very easy. I just gave him my information, the information on my truck. I got paperwork. I manually signed everything or electronically signed everything and then sent it back. And that evening, I had all my paperwork. It doesn't go into effect for 30 days. As far as the program, they were gonna warranty everything up until four years or 100,000 and 70,000 miles. They would take care of anything. They would also have free towing if I needed that. It was very seamless. They do have roadside assistance. They have towing. They even have a place where they'll give you a loaner. I have that with my insurance. I've been with my insurance company for many years. So I don't have any problem with that. It was very simple, very easy. It wasn't difficult at all. Everything went real smooth.

I needed an auto warranty and I was browsing. Mine was going to expire and I want my 2021 vehicle to be covered. I got a full coverage with Endurance and the guy I spoke with told me it was the highest. He walked me through the process and it was easy. It only took about 20 minutes to be completed. I signed up for something which I could file for an immediate claim. Endurance is a good deal. It‘s easy and looks reliable. I'll know when I start trying it but right now, I'm satisfied.

Endurance is very easy to use and sign up for. I got all the information right away and everything was done online, so it was very simple.
I was thinking about what to do because I had the premium extended warranty on my Mazda when I got it in 2018, and it’s up this month or the next, so I went online. Then they started sending me emails and texts, but I blocked them because I wasn’t ready to decide yet.
Somehow, Tom got hold of me and gave me all the information. He looked up my car and told me what that model’s problem was. He agreed that I could probably go about 200,000 miles on my car, so that made me feel better.
His plan sounded reasonable and a good thing to do, and that’s why I signed up. He also told me the difference between CarShield and Endurance, so I think Endurance is the best way to go. I already referred them to a friend.

I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my experience with Endurance Warranty Services, which I believe engaged in misleading sales practices and made a bad-faith effort to deny legitimate claims under my vehicle service contract.
Misrepresentation During Sale: The sales representative employed high-pressure tactics by emphasizing the potential high costs of repairs and maintenance beyond 100,000 miles, and assured me that these concerns are covered under their service. The contract was finalized over the phone, and only after the verbal agreement and payment transaction was complete was, I provided with a copy of the agreement for review. They tell you there's a 30 day Money back guarantee but the contract is active only after 30 days and a 1000 miles driven.
Unfair Claims Practices. Delay Tactics: I was told I could not receive a rental vehicle until a claim was approved, even though the process for it to be signed to an adjuster to start the inspection itself could take 24–48 hours. So, you can be stuck paying for a rental out of pocket... if they even approve it
Omissions: When you call to cancel then they finally want to hand you over to your account manager who places the burden on you for not understanding the legal and mechanical language of the contract because if your claim doesn't fall within THEIR guidelines then it won't be covered. This behavior demonstrates a lack of transparency and integrity, and suggests a systemic practice of misleading customers and denying valid claims.
Outcome: I’ve now paid $175/month for over four months ($697.28) for my contract with no meaningful benefit. After three weeks, I was left without a decision, without a rental, and with a repair bill (approx. $4,000) and escalating rental car expenses ($2176.90). I ultimately canceled my warranty due to a total loss of faith in the company. Rather than addressing my concerns, the company representatives simply asked me to “wait and see.”
Conclusion: I believe this company engages in systematic misrepresentation and bad-faith claims practices. The sales process is deceptive, the contract terms are unclear or purposely omitted, and the claims process is built to exhaust customers into cancellation or accepting denial. The only scenarios you have with this company is to not get their service and pay for your own repairs or what they wish for is for you to get their contract. Get denied and still pay for your own repairs.
I am requesting a full refund of the payments made to Endurance, rental expenses, and an internal investigation into this matter. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I am prepared to escalate this complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), my state Attorney General, and a consumer protection attorney.

I heard about Endurance on the television commercials and also received several mailouts explaining their program to the consumers. And I decided to get Endurance because of the vehicle that I'm driving. It is past 100,000 mile mark and the warranty had expired. So I just needed to get extra guarantee in case something happens.
The sign-up was simple. I spoke with some gentleman. There were no major obstacles or questions that I needed to answer. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about Endurance. He extended some things for me with the mileage and shared with me that I can't do anything until a month or 5,000 miles. But it was easy to do. I received my contract the next day around 12 noon.
I have a really nice car. And I'm at a certain age that I don't plan on buying anything else anytime soon. Endurance is the way to go. I have not had to use it and I pray I don't have to use it, but I wanted it in case I would have to.

I don’t know if they’re totally true about saying that they help repair your car if it’s thousand dollars worth of damage because I just recently purchased a car, I put this extended warranty on my vehicle and they did the inspection and this and that. They called me and told me first that it was a limited warranty and I had to pay some out-of-pocket because I need a whole new engine. And now I just got a call today saying that they denied my claim saying too much combustion in the engine and I guess from idling but if you’re driving a used vehicle there’s going to be combustion in the engine.
I haven’t had the car six months not even a year so I got this thinking my warranty is up Soon and now my whole engine is broken apart because they told me I had to break my engine apart so they can check on what happened internally. Now I’m stuck with a car paying a note Insurance, my engine is broken apart and they won’t help me and paying for this extended warranty. I’m a very upset customer with this company, with the company that I bought the vehicle from and everything so think twice.

I haven’t had a warranty for a while, and I keep getting these advertisements in the mail for Endurance and for CarShield. One day Endurance called me, and that was when I signed up because I had an Endurance card right in front of me. The person who assisted me during signup was very nice, thorough, and he explained everything well. I feel like I’m well-covered on this deal.

I haven't used Endurance yet because I am on my 30 day trial period so I can't have an opinion regarding coverage and how well they do honoring coverage. I chose Endurance based on reviews, I hope not to be disappointed. My car is running fine, technically, I don't need it, but it is better to have a peace of mind. I am leaving five stars because customer service is great so far. I just made a phone call to ask a couple of questions regarding coverage and the person who answered my call was very helpful and courteous. If they offer the same customer service quality when people file a claim I would feel that choosing Endurance was a very good choice and that it will be a great experience. I am happy to be a member. So far so good.

Most companies wouldn’t cover a car with over 150,000 miles on it, but Endurance did, so I went with them. The gentleman I spoke with went through the whole policy and explained the terms to me. He told me what the contract would be and set up an auto draft payment. I got a bumper-to-bumper coverage that includes my powertrain, water pumps, and anything to do with the suspension system. It’s not gonna cover brake pad replacements, tires, and wear and tear stuff. They told me they would cover oil changes too. I have a BMW Diesel that requires a certain type of oil that fairly expensive than Mobil 1. They said as long as it’s a certified mechanic or oil change place, they would pay for it.

My son said he has Endurance and that it’s good. He said he had to use it once and they came forth.
Signing up my 2013 Dodge Caravan with Endurance was all good. The young man that I talked to was very nice and answered questions. The plan options were great. I don't have a problem with it.

I was warned by my husband not to purchase the warranty because they couldn't be trusted. My car requires a new torque converter which is covered by the contract. They refuse to pay because I am unable to produce a receipt for a service that was done BEFORE I signed the contract. However, they also refused to cover a similar service for my daughter and she actually had the receipt for the service citing the service must have been done wrong. Their goal is always find a reason not to pay. Very disreputable.

Nicholas, the salesman from Endurance, explained everything in detail to me. He was so good because he convinced me to purchase it. I was approved earlier this month for a four-year service, and it will activate on the 2nd of April. I got several special perks, such as the rental and towing.
Getting it was important because my warranty was expiring. I'm getting old, and I don't have the money if my car breaks down. I'm a retired person with disabilities, and I'm on a limited income now.
Things are getting hard out here. I had to cut some life insurance on my wife because I couldn't afford it anymore. But I can afford Endurance’s price, and the customer service was excellent.

Purchasing the Endurance Warranty went well. Their representative helped me get the plan that I wanted, which is a little more than what I was paying my previous warranty. However they couldn’t cover my Freightliner Sprinter van.

I got the full coverage from Endurance. Signing up was pretty easy. I got a quote online and then they called me back. I wasn’t too familiar about the coverages, but the agent talked me through it. Endurance was the first one I’ve seen, and even though I haven't had to file a claim yet, I would recommend them.

I traded cars and it had with no warranty. I almost went with another company but I saw that Endurance was advertised on TV so I decided to call and find out about them. The lady who helped me did a really good job explaining it to me so I decided to go with it and try it. I had to make a downpayment and I'm still on a waiting period, but I don't have too much longer to wait.
The price is okay. None of it is cheap, but you have to think about car payment, your car insurance, and what can happen. When you have a few miles on the car, things start to happen. Some things are 100% deductible. If your car breaks down and doesn’t move and you need towing, you can immediately call Endurance.

I went on because I like Endurance. All the things y'all had to offer, rental car, towing, all of that. The representative, I love it. He is honest. He was so professional. He answered all my questions. And I like what he talked about and stuff. When they said, if your car gotta go to the shop for over 24 hours, they give you a rental car. Some companies say you gotta have full coverage to have a rental car through a warranty. That was the deciding factor right there. I got a2014 RAV4. My wife got another car, so she gave me this one. That was a year and a half ago. That had 68,000 miles on it. It's all it had on it. So I wanted to keep the tip-top shape, and next time I go to the dealership to get it repaired. I got to 102,000. It's still running fine and perfect. The only thing come on some time would be the maintenance, like when it's time to get the oil changed. Other than that, I have no problem with it. I already recommended one to my son-in-law. He just bought a 2020 Escalade. I told him about Endurance, so he went on sign up. If you wanna extend, go to Endurance. Be honest with you, I had CarShield, and they didn't honor their warranty.

I received a written communication from Endurance about extended vehicle warranty on my car. That was the first time I heard about them. I went with them because of their reputation. The research that I did highlighted Endurance as being one of the top extended vehicle warranty providers.
The representative tried to let me know everything that's related to the product offerings and the benefits of having this type of coverage. In the event something happens to my car, I would have some coverage. I wouldn't have to go out of pocket and whole extensive Endurance, the wider range of coverage that they provide. She was very thorough in explaining all of that to me. She said that based on the mileage of my car, it’s up to 150,000 miles or four years, whichever comes first, will trigger the approval for the service of my car.
Extended warranties help prevent the likelihood of having a breakdown anywhere. And knowing that I would have coverage even though my car is 2019. Plus it’s very affordable.

I went with Endurance Warranty because I felt a little more comfortable with them given their history, and Lexus uses them for their warranty. So that settled it for me. The experience with signing up was fairly easy. The representative was very helpful. He was quite knowledgeable about the contract and worked with my questions. The coverage was adequate. This is my first time with an extended warranty like this.

I got a warranty with Endurance because it was something that I felt like I needed because of the car that I bought, and the expensive bills if you do have to have some work done.
During purchasing, the only problem I had was that they were asking me to do things when I didn't have the book to read. They put it online for me to print and everything, but I'm 82 years old, and I don’t want to do that. I want to have the little book in my hand and read it. So, I told them that until I had the book in hand, I couldn't reply. Other than that, everything was great.
Aside from that, I hope Endurance is as good as they say they are. One thing I liked was that this policy can be used anywhere that I break down. I will only use Lexus dealerships because it's a Lexus, and that was okay with them.

I heard about Endurance from a friend ‘cause he has a truck just like mine. It's just a different trim. He encouraged me to get it, and I also wanted to get it because it's a good warranty. I just recently got my truck, and then the warranties that the dealers give are probably for six months or a year. I need a warranty that's gonna be worth it, even though I gotta pay. And my friend told me about this one, it sounded really good. When I spoke to one of the representatives, he was kind. He told me every little detail about it. I remember him saying electrical, engine-wise, transmission-wise, and it covers the tires. And there's a tow truck benefit as well that comes with it. They told me it doesn't kick in until a month, and it'll start on May 9th. This is for 48,000 miles, or it expires in 2029. I really like it. I told one of my co-workers not so long ago this morning. He really liked it, and he got Endurance as well.

The warranty of my 2020 Ford Escape expired. I was looking up different providers, and somebody referred Endurance to me as the one that was reliable. Sign-up was very smooth. They were very pleasant and helpful over the phone. They made things very clear. With the things that they said they covered, I thought it was excellent. I was using CarShield prior to this one with another vehicle in 2017. The price is about the same. All in all, my Endurance experience was cool.

I kept a letter from Endurance that tells me I have to make a call by a certain date, and I passed the date. But I went ahead and called that number and got the information, talked to the person, and I decided. There was nothing about the representative that turned me off, so I must have liked it because I went ahead and signed up.
This is something I knew I needed to do, even if I wasn’t sure if it was gonna be affordable. I know my car has had coverage the whole time I’ve owned it and I didn’t want to be without insurance on it. I received a copy of the contract by email but I have not looked it over yet.

My car is a 2011 and I had a warranty on it and it wasn't a very good extended warranty. So I looked online and they said that Endurance was one of the top that's why I changed. The other companies I used were horrible. The rep that I spoke with was very knowledgeable. He told me I need to wait for 30 days before I can use it. Their customer service was excellent.

I went with Endurance because they had the best rating as far as reviews. And my experience with them was good. But now, I see that Endurance is offering $300 off of your thing. So, I’m gonna call tomorrow and see why I didn’t get that. Because I haven’t even made my first payment yet, and I don’t think that’s right. Technically, I could cancel them and sign up again, but I don’t wanna do that. So, the $300 would be nice because that’s like a free payment.
But I haven’t had any issues with my car, thank God. But as far as someone talking to me on the phone to get signed up, it was good.

My other warranty expired, so I looked for another one. And I ended up choosing Endurance because when I read about it, it had the most stars and people’s comments that I liked. We chose Endurance because of its reputation, and my daughter has it as well. I haven’t been able to use the warranty yet. I tried to use it, but it doesn't cover seals or gaskets. The mechanic that I took the car to look at said that he got in touch with Endurance, and they didn't cover what happened to the car.

I’ve never been with Endurance before, but I had a lot of trust in them. Although I had several options like CarShield, I felt like Endurance would be most likely what I need. I had great customer service with them. When I signed up, the first representative I had, Jose, was very knowledgeable and straightforward. Another representative I talked to, Tony, was trying to tell me some more, but I told him I'm fine with what I have. I feel pretty good about my warranty, especially with the vehicle that I'm driving. I would recommend them to a friend because they seem to stand behind what they say they're going to do. Although I haven’t filed any claims yet and my policy starts on May 3rd, I am hoping that if something goes wrong with the vehicle, they will cover it like they said they were going to do. They also said I can take it to any dealer.

Endurance lies about what they cover. I have been trying to get my refund back for over 3 months. I have called over the last 3 months and all the say is that they will send it to upper Management. My warranty with my automobile was going out, and I needed new coverage. I checked with the dealer, CarShield and one other. The deciding factors were getting the period of time I needed for my truck and the actual coverage for things that could potentially go wrong with the vehicle. I had been looking at it for some time, and the people at Endurance knew what they were talking about and had what I wanted. I chose it. Having the coverage provides a measure of comfort knowing that if the vehicle goes sideways on me, I can get it fixed. The process for submitting a claim is fairly explanatory in the paperwork.

Researching extended warranty options once my factory warranty runs out. Found the persistent sales close techniques to be irritating at best - felt like a used car sales approach, not a consultation. Decided not to pursue at this time since I have a few months left on the warranty - and that became yet another attempt for the sales rep to try to close "Why would you wait?"

I just signed up with Endurance Warranty. We've had a lot of trouble on and off with our car. We just had to put it in recently, and it was rather expensive. I should have gotten it then. I forgot my original warranty ran out in January. For some reason, it was stuck in my head that it was July. Right now, I’m waiting on a check so I can give it to the repair person so he gave my car back, but it’s $1,400.
Everybody I talked to from Endurance was very pleasant and made me understand what I can expect. I haven’t had anything done. It’s not an old car, so I wasn’t expecting everything to go wrong.

We had coverage with CarShield before, but our Buick dealership will not do anything with those people at all because there have been some problems with them. The dealership recommended Endurance, saying they had worked with them and that it would be our best bet to go if we're going to pay monthly. Based on that recommendation, we set it up and transferred our coverage.
The customer service was really good. They seem to be very knowledgeable. The fee is a little higher than what we had with the other company, but that's okay. At least, I know that if I have a problem, I can take it into the dealer, and they're going to take care of it.

It started out good, the lady was very helpful, at first. Well, I try to file a a claim, so I call Endurance and they said I didn't have a policy, this is 2 months after I got the policy. And then the woman put me in hold she then connected me to another operator. He told me if I give him another payment of 205 dollars that he could reinstate the policy, I never cancelled. So now my van having issues, and yes Endurance screwed me over. BIG TIME.

So far, everything has been good. I signed up a couple of days ago. I wasn't sure about the mileage so they put a generic number in. When I called to change it, I got a call back saying with the mileage, I didn't qualify for the best coverage. But, they changed it to a similar coverage that actually gives me more mileage, which is a good thing. It went from 48,000 to 60,000, but still 48 months.

The representative at Endurance was extremely friendly and helpful. I was impressed by his knowledge. They offered me vey good coverage. They should just make sure that the signature page is available when sing up. I went on to the signature page and it said that it wasn't available, so I haven't actually signed the deal for Endurance yet.

We like our vehicle very much. When we originally got it, we leased it for three years, bought it at the end of the lease and got to the point where we thought maybe it’s time to replace it. But we decided instead to go back to having two vehicles. So, we leased another new vehicle recently and decided to have a good extended warranty coverage on our car.
I initially reached out to family, my son, my son-in-law, and at least one friend, to see if they had experience with extended warranties and any kind of recommendations. My son sent me some information on two or three of them, which included Endurance. I did some research on my own online and made my decision to go with Endurance. It’s the closest thing to a bumper-to-bumper warranty that you could get with a new car.
Their rep were very cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. I asked a couple of questions like paying for the whole amount upfront as opposed to paying monthly and his answers were excellent. I appreciated them as they were very helpful.
My experience from the beginning to the end has been excellent, including their call to follow up which I appreciated. My wife and I both have quite a experience in customer service. I am retired, but I was with Xerox Corporation for a long time as a technician and as a field service manager. My wife worked for Walt Disney World for 44 years before she retired. Customer service is in our bloods so we recognize good customer service when we’re receiving it.

My truck was getting older so I needed to get it checked out. I called a bunch of providers but Endurance seemed more up and up and I didn’t have to wait six months to get coverage. The coverage seems comprehensive as long as you didn’t change the truck. It said everything was covered up. The sign up process was easy. I did it over the phone in the truck while I was driving.

I already have Endurance in my last car. I had a Nissan Altima before with the same extended warranty, and when I got a new truck, I put the extended warranty there from Endurance, too.
I kept the same thing to see what happens, and now, I'm having problems with the truck, so it’s perfect.
Customer service was good and the signup satisfactory. The prices are pretty good, and everything that it covers is pretty good too. It's fast and easy.

I bought a car at the dealer and was supposed to get their warranty, but it was too high. There was another guy there who told me about Endurance, so I purchased that one. It was easy signing up. The rep answered all my questions about the copay. They said that if I pay it two years straight, I’ll have warranty for five years. The rep gave me his number, so if I have a claim, I’ll just call him.

The representative from Endurance was surprisingly perfect. He was wonderful, and somebody needs to let him know that his training and what he did with me were perfect.
He was informed, polite, and attentive. He listened to my questions and what I needed. And he did not try to force me into something I didn't want. But he did inform me of the best option, what I'd get, and how much it's gonna cost.
I even gave him my catch-all question, and he went through everything again and explained to me why I should be happy, and I am.
I called around and talked to everybody. It's a new experience for me, and my service hasn't even kicked in yet. I'm still in my 30-day, 1000-mile pre-check, I guess. But I'm super happy, and I don't feel abused.
I got off the phone with their guy and explained everything to my wife. Then I called my family, and laid out why I personally think this is gonna be a great deal.

The actual signup experience with Endurance was very easy. The representative was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I can speak to a representative directly and not have to go through two to three phone numbers. He explained the mileage and what was eligible. I picked the one that would fit with the mileage and maintenance of my vehicle.
I would tell anyone that Endurance is a reputable company with reasonable rates and it's very easy to understand the policy. I will be paying the policy for two to three years, and then they will cover the next two years.

I started using my daughter's car, it’s an older vehicle and I'm not in a position to afford expensive repairs. I called up Endurance, and the sales rep was knowledgeable, very patient with me, and walked me through everything. He was very good at this job. I don’t think it needs to be as expensive as it is for my situation, but it's business and I understand a lot of things are rather overpriced now. The only thing I'm concerned about is the policy is very lengthy, and I haven't had time to review it. So, if there's any gotchas in the contract, I think it’ll take some time to know if I made a good or bad decision.

I like Endurance. I had them before, and they were pretty good. The only reason I stopped my coverage with them was because my old PT Cruiser broke down. Now that I got my Range Rover, I wanted to get that under coverage too. I got a good package that covers everything.

I got a new vehicle that I needed the extended warranty on, and I went with Endurance after hearing about them on TV. During the purchase, the customer service messed up at first because I wasn't making a downpayment. I was paying for a year of service. I called back because I got a bill from Line 5, and I wasn't supposed to have a bill for a year. I talked to Troy, and he got it all straightened out and fixed everything for me. Overall, I was happy with the cost. The plan got the perks, like roadside for if I pop a tire or something, or towing and a rental car if needed.

I was impressed with the representative’s knowledge and how clearly they explained what was covered and what wasn’t. I tried to sign the contracts online, but it wouldn’t let me email or e‑sign them. I had to download the documents, sign them, and mail them to the PO box listed on the website. The coverage is great, which was important to me because vehicle repairs are expensive. Overall, everything went smoothly.

When I first reached out to Endurance, it was about six months ago. I had been contemplating on whether I wanted to proceed or not. The first person that I spoke with didn't have enough information, so it didn't win me over. But my relative had a good experience with them, so I went ahead.
The rep who signed me up was knowledgeable, very polite, and very detailed. She had every answer to every question. I would recommend everyone to get that experience with her. It was excellent. She should be a trainer. She went into detail with me with the policy. It activates 30 days from the date. I was filled in on everything. I have roadside assistance and rental. The main thing that I was looking for were the maintenance side of it like oil changes, and brakes, that type of stuff. It was pricey, but she did work with me.

I contacted Endurance through my phone. The gentleman called me back immediately and explained everything to me. It was a good phone call and it was what I was wanting to find out. I got the full coverage, but I would have preferred to go on a longer term. I got a 48,000-mile or 48-month warranty and I don't know if they go further than that at one time. I'll just renew it when it comes up. It was a good experience. They were real helpful and professional. I was pleased.

16 Apr 2025. Today I spoke with Brittany **, a CSR for Endurance AUTO Warranty. I had to cancel a new policy with them due to the deal with the seller 'falling through'. Brittany was extremely helpful and understanding. She listened to my issue and responded with immediate assistance in affirming with their accounting dept that my refund would be credited back to me within five to ten days. She also provided me with her email address to follow up. She over-exceeded my expectations!

This company is terrible. They ripped me off charging me over $6000 for a warranty on my 2015 BMW X5. I didn't use warranty for months and then had issue with my engine and followed their instructions. Brought to authorized service center, they determined I had a bad valve and then sent inspector who agreed and said that it needed repaired or replaced as per warranty. Then they stalled another 30 days to have another inspection after opening engine and claimed it was not covered because I had carbon in my engine that caused failure and they don't cover that. Every engine has carbon it and they just left us stuck.
My wife is now taking Ubers to get to work and take our kids to school because car is stuck in the shop and they refuse to honor warranty we paid for. They are a compete ripoff. I would recommend avoiding them completely. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general in Illinois where they are based and with BBB and hope that no one else gets ripped off by them!

The dealerships where I live in Michigan take Endurance, and that’s the reason why I got their policy. The coverage is fine, assuming that they do what they say they’ll do if I have a claim. On signing up, I was treated fine and I didn’t have issues with whoever. The only thing is when I talked to them, they just started off with the basic plan and didn’t mention the others. I had to ask them if they had better plans and what’s included. I think they should present their options and the riders a little better.

It's a brand new vehicle, I've driven it about 1,200 miles since I've had it, and I just wanted that peace of mind because it’s an expensive vehicle. I no longer wanted my extended 2019 car warranty and called the number listed in the plan booklet & spoke with CSR who argued with me about cancelling the coverage. I finally had to demand a cancellation and requested a confirmation email. Next called Mepco sponsor and was transferred to another Endurance CSR who proceeded to cancel the coverage. They have a class action lawsuit pending and I can see why. Do not use this company. I have yet to receive the confirmation email.

Endurance is the absolute worst company! We bought a plan for our Ford F150 platinum and Endurance hasn’t covered the repairs for anything except the starter. The exhaust manifold was denied because a bolt broke. Sensors or modules weren’t covered. We paid $3000 for our policy and it has been a total waste!! I would never recommend this company. Danica Patrick as their commercial representative lies every time the commercial runs!! This is infuriating!!

I was passed back and forth between Endurance and Carco which also carries their policies. Each time the representatives of each company said that the other one didn't know what the hell they were talking about so finally I was told the proper terminology that I needed to use this was after four phone calls to each company. I've never been as frustrated as I have today. I'll never get into a warranty company like this again.

A shop told me that Endurance was better than a certain warranty company. They were more affordable and offer a lot more too. The rep I worked with was very knowledgeable and helped me pick a plan. I got the highest plan they offered, and it has roadside assistance and something about hazard tires. It’s affordable. It’s good to have it than not have it since it’s so expensive to fix new vehicles. Everything has to be calibrated, and the technology is more advanced now.

We purchased the Secure Plan policy and 6-months later, needed to have our compressor replaced. This is specifically stated to be an inclusion on the policy, so we filed a claim and were denied. Endurance claimed 'the o-ring was the point of failure' and therefore refused to cover us. We shared this with the mechanic at the Subaru dealership and he told us that was a "sorry excuse and any other warranty company would have covered that" and they work with them all. So, I recommend any other warranty company.

I've had Endurance since December of 2024 and so far it's not lived up to my expectations. I was mislead with the wrong information at sign-up and had to pay out-of-pocket for some repairs. In addition, I keep getting letters warning me about my rates are going to increase exponentially if I didn't call to stop it. I have called 4 separate times to resolve this issue and still receiving letters regarding this issue, even though they promise the annotate that I have called already. I just want the information I am given to be correct and clear cut, and the communication on the customer service representative side to be more efficient.

Worst experience in my life with a warranty company. I have a Volvo xc90 and bought a diamond policy from Endurance. Upon my first claim I found out my policy isn’t with endurance but with Smart Auto Care, which will take over an hour to answer a call, and then will only cover parts they ship to the repair shop which are not original parts, will not approve a claim until the repair shop takes apart the vehicle and send them proof of the damaged part, if they deny the claim you are stock laying for all this. The Volvo in Athens had my car on the bay for 3 days waiting on their approval and part for a simple air conditioner compressor. A nightmare I tell you!!! And all my paperwork says endurance but I can’t even file my claims with endurance, they send me to another phone number.

My vehicle has been sitting at the repair shop for over two weeks—not because of the complexity of the issue, but simply due to delays in obtaining the necessary parts. Once the part finally arrived, the repair itself took just one day. After the repair was completed, the shop promptly contacted Endurance for payment, and they were told to email the invoice with the assurance that payment would be issued within an hour or two. Yet, over 24 hours later, the payment still had not been processed. I personally called Endurance to understand the holdup, only to be told the delay was the repair shop’s fault for not submitting the correct documentation—something the shop strongly disputes. Endurance provided me with a phone number for the shop to call to supposedly “expedite” the payment, but even after this, I’m still without my car.
To make matters worse, Endurance has only approved 53% of the total invoice, leaving me responsible for the remaining balance. Based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Endurance to anyone. Their advertisements promise fast, reliable service and full coverage—yet my reality has been delay, blame-shifting, and unexpected out-of-pocket costs. Their claims feel not just misleading, but blatantly dishonest.

To all those considering using Endurance for an extended warranty, I am writing to inform anyone considering using Endurance Extended Warranty that they are totally dishonest and do not cover repairs when necessary. I have had extended warranty coverage with this company for many years and recently renewed my coverage. I was never told that the coverage would not be valid until I had driven 1000 miles from the time of the renewal so when I submitted a claim for repairs of the ABS system, they told me it would not be covered since I had not driven 1000 miles since renewing. This is bogus since I have had this policy for many years.
I waited until I had driven 1000 miles and resubmitted the claim at which time they said that I was not covered because it was a preexisting condition. I feel that using this company's extended warranty is not a good investment because of their dishonesty. I recently had to pay over $2500 for the ABS repair and Endurance should have paid this. Their coverage is definitely not worth it as they do not honor their commitments.

My experience with my customer service Rep Karolin ** was nothing short of extraordinary. Karolin was patient, knowledgeable, candid, accurate, precise & practical. Not happy with this company. We have Supreme coverage. I have a tire that shows it needs air. I took it to a mechanic and he said our senor is bad and needs to be replaced. Endurance says they will not pay for it. We have SUPREME coverage. So, when I drive my I am expecting them to say to something else will not be covered.

I purchased an AUDI in 2020. It recently occurred to me that my original service contract might be close to running out. Indeed it was expired. After seeing a commercial for Endurance, I called them to purchase a service contract. The process was seamless. Their staff was professional and knowledgeable. Bought the warranty - upgraded the coverage. Only tried to use two times on stated covered repairs only to have them find a way to deny!! I only have 1 star because I had to. I do not recommend them for car coverage!

I bought a used vehicle and didn’t wanna pay for a warranty since I had to finance some of it. I didn’t wanna finance a warranty through the length of my loan. Everything’s so expensive, and I just wanna be covered in some way, shape, or form. I always bought new vehicles and always got extended warranty. I can’t afford to get a new vehicle anymore, so I got one that had some miles on it.
One of the customer service agents I talked to said that Endurance helped them out, were thorough, and were able to get something done to their vehicle. I thought that was a pretty good thing. I gave Endurance a call and started talking to them. It seemed like a good deal, the $149 a month and a $100 deductible. I wanted to find out how long I could have the coverage for, and they were very upfront. The reps were very convincing, professional, and explained how to get started. Since I have a 10-year-old truck, I feel a little more confident having the warranty.

Before I picked Endurance, I was with another company that I wasn't satisfied with it. And when I told them that I sold the car, they kept blowing my phone up before I even bought another car. Then I went online and Endurance was the first one that came up and I read the reviews about it. The sales agents were very polite and answered all the questions I needed. And I'm comfortable with them.
The difference between Endurance and the other one was paying month by month and that I got four years or 60,000 miles. I'm comfortable with knowing that. With the other one, there were no miles. I was just paying monthly. And now I think about it, the whole time didn't make sense to me.

My car was out of warranty, and although I've not ever had an accident, it gets expensive if I should have some trouble with the car. So I decided, for my peace of mind, I wanted a warranty. When I went online, Endurance came up and it had an excellent rating. That's why I went with them.
Signup was easy. In fact, it was rather interesting. I had called and talked to someone, and they gave me a quote for $87. I said I wanted to think about it, so I thought about it some more. I talked to my son, and he asked if it was not worth it for my peace of mind. So I went back and called again. I talked to somebody else, and they quoted me $131. Well, I couldn’t afford that. He said, "Well, you're not gonna get a cheaper rate than this online." But I said it won’t hurt to try. I went back online and got a cheaper rate. I thought it was interesting to get a cheaper rate to go online than it was to talk to somebody. But both of them were patient and very accommodating.

I looked around a little bit, and Endurance had the best recommendation, and I happened to talk to Thomas. He was great and he answered all my questions. He told me on how it worked and he gave me all the information I needed. He was very trustworthy.
The price was right, and so I went with them. I appreciate him doing military discount. That's always nice to see that people care about us serving in the military, and everything else was great. It's something that I don't know if I'll ever use, but it's nice to have the insurance that I do have it if I need it. I have recommended Endurance to other people already.

I’m not very happy with Endurance, honestly, and I’m thinking about canceling it. I took my truck in for service, and they didn’t cover the work that was needed. They said they only pay for certain things. It feels like I’m paying for a warranty, but the warranty only covers certain parts of what actually needs to be fixed.
So I went to get an actuator installed on my truck and have the sunroof fixed, and the only thing Endurance would pay for was the motor. They wouldn’t cover the track that it runs on. As for the actuator, I don’t even know what they said about that. The representative explained that they cover the brake caliper, but if the caliper causes the brake pads to wear down, I don’t understand why the brake pads wouldn’t be covered as well.
Endurance needs to make adjustments so people know what to expect. At this point, I might as well have been saving the money and paying out of pocket instead. What I’m paying Endurance, I could just be putting that money aside and using it when repairs come up. I was disappointed.

I just got Endurance Auto Warranty, and I have no issues with them. I bought an Audi, and peace of mind over repair costs is what made me get it.
Endurance gives the most coverage for the least amount of money. Signup was fine and simple. They were up front with everything and real smooth. It shouldn’t have taken as long as it did, but they went in-depth with everything, so that’s good.

The customer service rep who helped me was awesome. Endurance have longer coverage options available too. I, however, wish that they would send a printed copy of the service agreement or service contract. I have a PDF copy but I don’t have a printer, so it would be nice if I could get a paper copy mailed after the waiting period.

When I was looking for a warranty, I checked out the top 10 companies to see who was the best and decided to go with Endurance. Now, we actually have it on both of our cars. Their plan options are pretty good and the customer service was great.
The only thing is the cost, it’s higher than I expected it to be. I like the coverage they have, I just wish it was cheaper.

My hairdresser has Endurance, and that’s why I signed up. Her car had broken down, and she was explaining their services to me, and it sounded like a good deal. Around that time, I also started driving my husband’s car, and it’s about 12 years old.
They’re quick. I was looking up Endurance online and putting in a little information, and not even five minutes later, my phone rang. The sales rep was very nice, and I felt comfortable with them. I told them I’d take it and pay for it, and there was no problem. They just looked up my car and told me how much it would cost. That was it.

I bought a used car and my manufacturer warranty expired. The sales agent at Endurance was great. He told me about my car and the problems I can have with it, and he did that all on his own. He gave me the quote and I told him I couldn’t afford it because I was on a limited income, and he offered me the senior thing, and I was very impressed. He explained everything in detail, told me what all it would cover. Overall, Endurance is a better warranty.

I bought a vehicle and I bought it as is, so I know I had to get a warranty on it. Then, I put a lot of miles on the vehicle in a year’s time and the auto warranty that my dealer was offering me wasn’t sufficient. The sales agents at Endurance were great, and they were on top of everything. What they offered was a lot better than what the dealer was offering me for the amount of money they were going to charge me. Overall, they did a good job.

I got a 2018 Jeep Summit. I took it to a Jeep dealership and I was gonna buy a new one. They wanted $52,000 plus my car for a new one and I thought they were nuts. I thought, "The hell with it. I'm just gonna buy an extended warranty." I shopped around looking for extended coverage on my vehicle. I ended up calling three different companies. I never got to the final deal where I agreed to sign up.
In the end, I called Endurance and I bought the warranty. I was trying to get somebody in Minnesota but I ended up going with somebody from Florida because I just wanted to get it over with. I was told there were a couple of things that would happen. You have to wait 30 days or put on 1,000 miles in a car before it's really effective from the date that you sign up.
I never asked the guy a question. If I signed up on the first of last month and I didn't drive, I wouldn't have put 1,000 miles on. That means that I probably have to wait until I get 1,000 miles on. I don't think that was ever explained to me. When I get 1,000 miles, I gotta call Endurance back. Another thing is I'm not sure if I get a policy or if it's on the Internet. When this deal is done and I get a policy in my hand and I know my vehicle's covered, I'll be satisfied. Other than that, I would recommend Endurance.

Most of my friends who got cars say that Endurance is the best, so I went with them. Signing up with them was no problem. Pricing is okay and I can handle it. If they can go cheaper, it would be better. Overall, they are the number one business, and you aren’t going to get anything for free.

I googled the top five after warranty companies and Endurance was in the top three. I did a little research first, so I feel comfortable. The signup was pretty straightforward and very informative. It pretty much pushed me over the edge because I started to go with another company. But Endurance was number one as far as the reviews were concerned so I went with them. I had coverage with another company before but it expired and I wasn't able to renew because the price was outrageous. It was probably double what Endurance was gonna charge me.
The signup process with Endurance took five minutes or less. I’m approved for three years and payments are a direct deposit from my credit card. Customer service was above average. They had to call a second party to explain things in more detail, but they did a good job. They explained how to submit a claim. In fact, I told them that I only deal with the dealership where I bought my vehicle from. They said that wouldn't be a problem. As long as they're able to service my vehicle through the dealership where I bought my vehicle, that's a big plus for me.
The only this is I have to call Endurance because I went online to check my policy and they still have my old vehicle on the website. They don't have my new one. I need to find out why the vehicle I just had covered is not under the warranty. They had the vehicle I sold about three years ago.

I had a good experience. I was looking for a reduction in insurance and I came across Endurance. The sign-up went well and I’m waiting for my paperwork. I’m not sure if the $116 that it’s costing me is per month, I wasn’t clear on that when I did it, so I need to clarify that with Endurance.

I found Endurance on Facebook, so we talked to the representative and got quotes. Their plan options are pretty reasonable right now, although I don’t remember him saying oil changes were included with our plan, and I wish they were, because I could use that. I haven’t used the warranty yet, so I really can’t say much about the experience, but overall I’m satisfied with the purchase and customer service.

I initially contacted another service provider. I gave them the specifications of my mileage and the year of my car, but they said they couldn’t accept my car. So I called Endurance, and they accepted my car. I only got the beginner because this is my first time trying this out. Endurance is just a precaution just in case. The car is paid off, and I only have to pay liability. We have that extra comfort of knowing just in case anything goes wrong. That is what insurance is for, and that is what Endurance is for. Since I purchased the vehicle, nothing has gone wrong with it.
The representative at Endurance mentioned that I could get a key fob, a tow truck, and tires if I punctured my tires. Ironically, I purchased four new tires at Costco which are not even a month old and I got a new key fob two months ago. I have AAA and pay for the year. Everything he’s offering, I actually had just upgraded and got it all. The guy was awesome and very thorough. I listened to every offer that they had including the military discount which was a big help. I really felt appreciative of the fact that he repeated himself for my husband. He did the whole spiel over for my husband. So, kudos and thank you.

Account mgr Chris was outstanding. He lowered my rate for me the supreme policy, was quick and thorough. He went through my policy, made sure everything that I needed was in there. And walked me through the steps needed to file a claim if the need ever arised.

I would not buy Endurance it was the last thing on earth. I used them and every time something's wrong with the vehicle they say, "Well this isn't covered" and it cost me another $1,000 to get my vehicle fixed. First it was a blower motor won't cover then it was the AC wasn't covered and then it was the wire and and covered. They're full of crap. I wouldn't turn away from them and just save your money in a savings account to pay for anything that needs to be fixed on your car. I am now going to cancel my policy and call the Better Business Business Bureau.

I would not recommend this company. My engine blew in my car. The dealership had to battle with them to get the engine replaced. The first engine they sent was broke. The second engine was caked with oil. It took more than 6 months to get the engine replaced and within less than 5 months the engine they put in my car blew. I called and left numerous messages and never got a call back. I then decided to cancel and still couldn’t get someone to call me. I ended up having to go through my bank and put a stop payment on the withdrawals. Worst customer service experience I have ever had!!! Beware of this company! If I could leave a zero I would.

I never had to use the warranty, but the customer service representatives I spoke with were knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Starting the contract and canceling were both smooth processes. I would sign up for another warranty through Endurance.

They were very helpful in changing my starting date and refunding me my money and also lowered my monthly payment installment to accommodate me financially. I had a truck, and I was gonna keep it a little longer. I used it for a couple of years. And these trucks cost you a lot of money to keep them. And so, I decided to check on insurance. I’m 84 years old, and I’ve never taken out any insurance like this. And so, when I googled the best insurance or the best coverage I could get through Google, Endurance was number one. And then, of course, I remember their ads on TV.
And then when I called Endurance, I talked to a nice gentleman, and he led me through all of it. And he was very courteous. He told me the plan and how it all worked. And I thought it was pretty reasonable for the possibility of what it can cost to keep these things. So, that’s what led me to Endurance.

I liked the price Endurance had. It was very good. The expensive price at the dealership was about 75% more than what I could have gotten outside. It was super easy to sign up with Endurance. They say they cover everything, but in reality they try not to cover nothing. Even when you try to cancel your prescription, they sell your info to a company named Mepco and they bill you. This is a scam!!!

Before, I had CarShield and I never had to use them, but people told me things about them. With the rest of them, the down payment was way too high. Endurance did not have a down payment, and I just made the payment. I also went with Endurance because of what they cover. Endurance has stuff better than the rest.
The representative who did the signing up process with me was good and he explained everything. He told me at the beginning or towards the middle of when we agreed to, when I would pay. Because he started at the 15th. I paid on the 14th because that was when I got paid that day. I’ve contacted the rep to ask and question or two, and it was easy to get in contact with them. I like all the perks that they gave me.

I only had them for a month and canceled due to being low on income at this time. But the Account agent Matt ** was very quick in helping me and I took his name and number so I could reapply when I am able to afford this warranty. He was very nice and did a good job at helping me.

Our original warranty ran out and we were looking for full coverage. We had Endurance on a former vehicle so that was the reason we went with them. We never had to use it on the other vehicle but they were easy to deal with. We called and left a message and they called back and got it set up. We also downloaded their app and it was easy to use. Well I just enrolled with Endurance and now I am in their "probationary period of 30 days and 1000mi. Nonetheless, I feel better about the future and the investment I have made with my vehicle. It is very important to me to have a plan B in place in relation to car repairs. There isn't anything better than the peace of mind I now have concerning my vehicle. I was surprised at the amount of coverage I was able to qualify for at 93930mi and on a 2019 Honda Civic Sport Coupe. I look forward to see how they handle the first repair, whenever that happens. So far so good but has only been day 3. I will let the universe handle the rest as I have done my part for myself and family.

I wanted to get some warranty for the car, so we looked several of them up and went with Endurance. Laura, the sales agent, was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. She was very professional, knew the business, and was a pleasure to talk to. She sold what she said Endurance would cover to me. The price is fair, but there is a grace period before the insurance starts. You pay for it, but you cannot use it for 30 days. So, the first payment did nothing for me other than sign me up. The first payment should be after their grace period.

I did my research, and there was no comparison between Endurance and CarShield. It was like going to McDonald's, then going to a steakhouse. Endurance is the steakhouse, where you're going for a quality meal, whereas at McDonald's, you're just going for something quick and fast, run-of-the-mill food. You can also get a McDonald's everywhere. With a quality steakhouse, you're making time and investment.
Endurance’s customer service rep was outstanding. Any of the questions that I had, she explained them and reiterated what they were about. Also, before we moved on to something else, whether it was something about deductibles or how the plans worked or how I would go about a claim, she made sure I had a thorough understanding of what my question was before we moved on. Coming from my world, I was very appreciative of that. I was in the sales business before I retired from the military. Talking to the rep was more of a conversation instead of a sales pitch, which made it a much easier decision.

I bought a Cadillac about a year and seven months ago that had a year of warranty with it, but it did expire. For the last six months, I thought I needed to find something because my car means so much to me. I got an email from Endurance Warranty first, and after calling different places, I got one of the best quotes from them.
The representative who helped me sign up was overall amazing. The conversation that I had with her just felt like she understood what I was looking for. She also explained to me how Endurance offers more items that are covered than my previous warranty. I went through the document she sent me with her. I’m currently in the 30-day trial, for which I could get a full refund if I decided not to continue. There was also a deposit, but the representative waived that amount, which was amazing. I called to get more information because it said they pay up to $50 to help with oil changes, which is amazing. All these amazing things they offered are what pulled me in.
Also, my car has a rebuilt title and had an accident before I bought it, so this coverage is way better than the last one that I used to have, which had some powertrain situation. Everything is perfectly fine with the car now, and I still use the same dealership that advised me to get a policy. I have more peace of mind now and can drive safely knowing I’m covered. The policy Endurance offers for people like me is just amazing. I’ve already been telling everybody about the 30-day trial, my great first-time signing-up deal, and how they’ll help with state inspection. I called my mom first and said, “Mom, you have to call,” because we have the same insurance and Endurance has helped me.

Signing up with Endurance went very smoothly. I was so happy with the representative. He told me that when I decide to sign up my other car, I can just text him, he’ll call me, and we’ll set it up. I’ll probably do that soon. So far, everything is okay.
The gentleman I spoke to is out of Jersey. He was very cordial and knowledgeable. He was straightforward and told me what I needed to do and not do. If something happens, he explained what’s covered and what isn’t. I was like, okay, just be honest. That’s all I need.
He also told me I had a 30‑day, 100% guarantee. After that, it’s prorated if I ever decide to cancel, which I’m not going to. Now, I just have to figure out how to put miles on the car, so I guess I’ll be driving around in circles or something.
The only thing I was warned about is that the dealership I use has a higher labor rate than what Endurance covers. They’ll probably negotiate later on, but for now, I’m okay with it. So far, I haven’t filed a claim yet.
So far, everything has been seamless. I’ve had extended warranties on my other cars, and they’re expiring soon. They wouldn’t extend the warranty on my wife’s car because it’s too old, but Endurance would. I like my car, and like I said, in a month or two I’m going to call and set up the extended warranty for it. So far, so good.

This is a scam! My husband purchased a warranty from this company and they did not cover ANYTHING! Beware! The injector went bad causing failures with other parts that are covered. They wouldn’t cover anything because that one part went bad first. The contract doesn’t state any of this.

The gentleman whom I spoke with at Endurance was extremely knowledgeable about the whole program, and for what level of protection my car qualified for. He didn't oversell anything, and didn't keep asking me after every sentence he said if I was ready to sign up for the benefits. He explained it so that I could understand the benefits I qualified for with my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe, any questions that I had, he would patiently answer them, and when I ran out of questions, that's when he asked in not a pushy tone if I thought I would benefit from the protection he just quoted me, which of course, I did. So, he apologized but that he had to read me a 3 minute disclosure before finalizing everything.
After it was all said and done, I've been able to read the entire booklet online of the ins and outs of my new policy, and it was exactly as the gentleman who I spoke with had told me over the phone. There were no hidden fees or charges, and no exclusions other than what I had already been advised of. I think that this is going to be the beginning of a good partnership, because it was started out with the total truth being told, and respect.

Maybe I am missing something. I see all the 4 and 5 star reviews but I had a horrible experience with Endurance. I talked to the salesperson on the phone and she gave me everything that was covered. I have a Hybrid and she told me the hybrid batteries were covered as well as shocks and struts and all suspension. She told me that all brake components are covered except for the pads. So I sign up. Then I get the actual Policy Book and none of those things are covered. In fact, there were significantly more exclusions that actual items they do cover. Basically they do not cover hardly anything. I cancelled right away. I was lied to. Seriously, almost everything was excluded. They have almost three pages of exclusions. I am very disappointed.

This company is a scam. I was denied a claim because my “used” vehicle I bought from a Ford dealer did not have correct size wheels/tires specifically from factory. First of all I did not put these on. Ford dealer put them on. Endurance claims it was “modified”. If dealer thought it was ok to change size with factory wheels and then I think it’s “modified”. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Signing up with Endurance was very easy. They explained the policy and cost. It seems to cover the same as other warranties do except they're excluding issues that commonly go wrong with the vehicle. Other than that, they are covering the major items.

I was with another warranty but The prices at Endurance were cheaper. Not that I was dissatisfied with the other company, but the price is what got my attention.
Setting up my policy was wonderful. The representative was great. It was a very simple procedure. She explained how it works, and I kind of was familiar with that already. It was just very positive. She’s a very engaging person.

I went online and compared Endurance with CarShield, and Endurance was better by a large margin, especially in terms of the deductible and what they cover. I also found out that CarShield hasn’t been doing very well. Endurance has a high star rating too. CarShield was one of the first companies I looked at, but after researching and talking to someone, Endurance clearly came out as the better deal.
The person I spoke with was very kind, helpful, and informative. I received an email asking me to complete an online survey, and it wouldn’t accept my response because it said I needed to write more words.
I haven’t used the warranty yet because I was told it’s better not to use it during the first 30 days until everything goes through. After that, I can use it if I need to. The deductible with Endurance is $100 from the start, compared to CarShield, which was $1,000 for the first 90 days and then $500 after that. My 30 days with Endurance should be coming up pretty soon.
I can’t afford a new car, but I can manage a $100 deductible. And some of the repairs the warranty covers would help keep my car almost like new. It just recently hit 172,000 miles, and it was a little before that when I got the extended warranty.

I had Endurance before on a car that I had sold and my experience was fine. I never had a claim, and I got back half of the money I paid in, so I was happy with that. I was satisfied with the salesperson. He wasn't high pressure, but he didn't have to be, because I was well sold anyway, and it didn't take us very long to get it done. It was higher than I wanted it to be, but after a few months, they got the payment down to where I could deal with it. I’m basically living on my Social Security and I was afraid of a big bill coming that I couldn't handle, so I could work in this monthly payment into the budget and not have to worry about a huge bill down the road.
I have some concerns, though, because I was looking over the contract the other day and I noticed that if the problems with the car exceeded the value of the car or the trade-in value then they would pay that amount instead of fixing it. And say they paid that, and suddenly problems come up with the transmission, I don't have any coverage left on the car because I've already exceeded the trade-in value.

I googled a couple of companies and chose Endurance. I was approved right away for a premium policy. But I’m dissatisfied with them because I didn’t get what I want. I know they’re very good, but the service was horrible. The explaining of the contract, I didn’t get. And all they did was take my money. And then after I signed up, they said they were giving out a 30% discount. I called back and they won’t give it to me. I never spoke to anybody since I signed up nor received anything in the mail.
Right now, my car’s in the body shop because somebody hit it. I didn’t get anything in the mail yet telling me that what I’m covered for. I’m 70-something years old and I can’t read emails. They’re so small and long. I need it on paper.

I did an auto warranty a long time ago when I first purchased my car, and that might have been way back in 2019. I renewed with Endurance over the phone. They read the disclaimer, let me know what’s covered and what’s not, and how the policy works. I wanted the one that covers everything so I have the higher coverage on my car. Overall, Endurance is transparent. The process is clear and I understood as far as how they explain things.

I wanted to have coverage for peace of mind. The sales agent at Endurance was okay, and he explained that brakes, motor and transmission are covered. But, he could have given me more detail about my coverage, considering that the price is steep. I have received a copy of my contract already, but I need another copy sent to me that I can open up. I couldn’t open it up for some reason.

I had two cars with CarShield but they’re in big troubles. I’ve seen the Endurance commercials with Danica and I looked into it and it seemed like something that I would want. I called them and the reps were great. They were very professional and they explained everything thoroughly.
