I signed up for Endurance Auto Warranty to have peace of mind with my vehicle, and overall, it has been a decent experience. The coverage options are flexible, and the pricing felt fair compared to other warranty providers. The signup process was smooth, and customer service was helpful when explaining my plan. However, when it came to filing a claim, I faced some delays. The approval process took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. Eventually, my repair was covered, but the back-and-forth was frustrating. If you're patient and willing to deal with some extra steps, Endurance can be a solid choice for extended warranty coverage.

I feel really good about getting the warranty that I got because, I have full coverage from the front to the rear, and I even got electrical with it, and I feel that that's amazing. It made me feel really satisfied with what the guy said about everything that's included with my plan. I was really satisfied with the whole conversation.

I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado with approximately 198K miles. Purchased Endurance Gold Package. First mechanical issue, Power Steering Pump totally went out. Confidently, took vehicle to Chevy Dealership for Diagnostic test. Problem identified on the first day. Dealership contacted Endurance to initiate claim. At this point, the vehicle must stay with the dealership until repair are complete or claim is denied.
Three days later, I get a call that the claim was denied. Called Endurance to get clarification on the denied claim. After I spoke to customer service, I made the decision to cancel the policy. Got transferred over to another department to initiate cancelation. The agent spent almost an hour trying to justify keeping the policy and attempting to explain why the repair wasn't covered. In the end, the agent suspended my payments for about 4 months and lowered my monthly payment to convince me to keep the policy and compensate me for the issue. I took my vehicle to a local mechanic to have the work done for a reasonable price and excellent service. The owner of the shop, said that the extended warranties are not worth the hassle and to simply put money aside for unexpected repairs. Advice that made sense and advice that I actually took.
At this point, I still have the extended warranty, due to the compensation package the agent gave me, so I'm still covered just in case something major happens that's actually covered by my policy. Fast forward four or five months, I started having issues with my transmission, which is definitely covered according to the policy. Once again, confidently took it to the dealership. Once again but this time, after a week and half, without a vehicle, I received a call that the claim was denied. At this point, I'm done!
Called to cancel again. Different agent asks me to reconsider. Recommends another payment deferment and possible lower monthly premium. Didn't finalize the cancelation, was asked to think about it and the agent would call me back the next day. Next day no call. I contacted Endurance again, a different agent started talking about a cancelation letter and trying to convince me to keep the policy. Couldn't finish the call due to an appointment. At this point, I'm done with Endurance. Will call back later today and finalize cancelation.

I purchased a $3000 service agreement with Endurance. This ended up being a very bad decision. It took them 6 weeks to approve my claim. They tried everything in their arsenal to try and deny the claim and I was offered no help whatsoever by their customer service and claims teams. They also only cover up to 5 days of a car rental so this whole 2+ months without a vehicle I've had to pay out of pocket. Don't waste your money with them!

I called in for the very first time and my representative Mrs. ** gave excellent customer service care. I didn't have any information before I called. She gave everything I needed to get started. We had a frustrating incident with our previous warranty provider where we were left stranded on the side of the road for eight hours when our transmission failed, and it took three weeks for them to resolve the issue. So, we decided to switch to Endurance. My wife is a big fan of Danica Patrick, who endorses them, and we had seen many of their commercials over the years, which piqued our interest. Purchasing the warranty from Endurance was straightforward. I did it over the phone with a representative who coincidentally lived nearby.
The coverage seemed promising, and although we haven't needed to use it yet, the terms look good according to the part of the policy I've read. Our trusted mechanic, whom I've known for over two decades and who managed my company's fleet vehicles, also recommended Endurance, which gave me additional confidence. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing, especially given our car's age and mileage. An employee at a dealership recommended Endurance and the sign-up process was straightforward for me. They explained the coverage thoroughly, covering everything at 100%, unlike my previous warranty provider where I had to pay out of pocket for services despite having a warranty. Endurance offered a plan which included all accommodations at a reasonable price, covering my new and used vehicles. The program activates after 1,000 miles or approximately 30 days, which was important because of the age of my 7-year-old vehicle that I rely on for work.
The customer service at Endurance was commendable. Initially, they suggested a plan that was a bit pricey, but they worked with me to find a suitable financial option by extending the coverage term to 60 months. Essentially, if I paid for two years, I received an additional two years at no extra cost, which was a better fit for me than my previous provider.

I had my car repaired at Adams Auto in Houston, Texas and I asked one of the service guys for good recommendations on extended car warranties. He gave me three of them and Endurance were the first one that I called. They offered everything I was looking for, and I was really impressed with the price and the warranty details. The young lady who signed me up was very informative and explained everything clearly. Her thorough explanations and knowledge made me happy with my decision.
The signup process was smooth. I was pleased with how professionally everything was handled, and all my questions were promptly answered. I would definitely recommend Endurance to a friend or family member. The coverage perks are attractive, particularly the rental car availability if my car goes into the shop, which offers peace of mind if my car breaks down. Also, I was told that if I break down out of town, they'll put me up in a hotel, and having just a $100 deductible while Endurance covers the rest of the repairs is a major plus.

After reading a recommendation just like this I purchased a "warranty" from Endurance. Worst possible choice I could have made. I ended up needing to use what I had purchased from Endurance only to lose my vehicle and end up battling the finance company in court. I contacted Endurance about needing to use the "warranty" I had purchased, went to the dealership that I was instructed to take my vehicle to and had the dealership contact Endurance once they submitted the paperwork to get the things done my vehicle needed. Endurance told me that I was 100% covered for what the dealership submitted to them. Halfway through the work Endurance backed out of their commitment and left e with a bill I could not afford. I lost my vehicle and now I'm in court battling the finance company.
I would not recommend Endurance to my worst enemy! Not only did I lose my vehicle and am fighting money issues in court, my credit rating took a nose dive and I am still unable to get financing to get another vehicle. Never again will I purchase something by Consumer Reports recommendation and never again will I do business with Endurance.

I came across Endurance after doing some research through Consumer Reports and ConsumerAffairs. Our warranty had expired about a year ago on our Jeep, and knowing how costly repairs can be these days, I felt it was necessary to find the right extended coverage for our needs.
The interaction with the representative during the sign-up was very pleasant. She was knowledgeable, clear, and made it easy for my wife and I to discuss our options together. The representative stood out for her ease of communication and focus.
We’ve been approved for about a month now, and the policy activates after 30 days and 1000 miles. We haven't reached those yet. Getting this coverage was crucial because of the high cost of potential repairs — like those for the transmission or brake lines — as well as the complexity of modern cars that makes it hard for anyone to do their own repairs anymore.
The coverage is comprehensive, essentially bumper to bumper, reminiscent of the old terms we used to use. I would rate my experience with Endurance as a 5, indicating I am very satisfied, and I've already recommended this service to friends. The process was smooth and I believe it will allow us to keep our car longer than we initially planned.

My experience during the sign-up process was good, although I wasn't thrilled about needing to join that particular day with my vehicle. I ended up using the coverage with my brother’s vehicle instead, as I decided I couldn't afford it with mine. Overall, the sign-up process was satisfactory.
During the sign-up process, the customer service was good. However, the sales representative mentioned things that I felt were typical sales tactics, like urgency to join immediately for the best deal. It seemed like standard sales pressure, which is common in the industry.

I signed up for an auto warranty with Endurance and although I haven't had to file a claim yet, the process so far has been decent. I transferred my existing plan to a new truck, and I found their warranty to be more favorable than what dealers offer. The customer service team was helpful throughout this process, and I've already recommended Endurance to three of my friends.
However, I encountered some challenges with their website and app. The platform wasn't comprehensive enough for specific tasks like canceling a policy and transferring it to a new vehicle, which required me to make several calls and even send a certified letter. While I understand the need for verification, the website could be more user-friendly.
Overall, I've been satisfied with the service, and I rate it highly for customer support. The products and coverage seem promising, although I'm hopeful I won't have to use them. The pricing is reasonable but could be better given my truck's new condition. I rated it a three due to the room for improvement. While I was at my doctor appointment, an advertisement on the TV caught my attention. The program highlighted their commitment to excellent customer service, which is something I value highly. Whenever I receive good customer service, I'm inclined to engage with the business, and the advertisement seemed to align with my expectations of great service. The representative who signed me up for the program was very professional and did an outstanding job. Although I don't recall every detail of how the policy was explained, they did send me a packet afterward. Initially, I paid $29.95 down, and the monthly payment is set at $189. This was part of a promotional offer at the time, and I didn't need to negotiate.
Having this extended coverage is crucial for me because you never know when your car might stop or encounter issues, as it's man-made and can fail unexpectedly. I would tell friends and family that Endurance Auto Warranty provides good customer service and, in case of a problem, they tow your vehicle to an authorized shop to diagnose and fix the issue. Though I don't remember receiving perks like roadside assistance or oil changes, I keep track of my own maintenance records.

I first heard about Endurance through my local BMW dealership when I purchased a used BMW X5 about a year ago. People online often talk about the risks of owning a luxury vehicle without warranty protection, so I took the dealership's advice and got Endurance once my factory warranty expired. I encountered some issues with my car, specifically with the transfer case and differential, within six weeks of purchasing the warranty, and Endurance effectively covered these repairs. However, they were a bit slower with the second claim as they needed to inspect the vehicle.
The protection specialist who signed me up was great, like chatting with a friend. We had a long discussion about the importance of adding my vehicle under the protection plan, especially after my earlier experiences. The package I selected was for four years or 100,000 miles, with activation starting after 30 days and 1,000 miles. I definitely recommend having a warranty like Endurance for vehicle repairs, as even minor repairs can be quite costly. In my experience, having this protection plan pays off in a few years.

After previously having to let my warranty with Endurance Auto Warranty go for financial reasons, I reinstated it. When I got back into a better position, I chose to pick it back up, mainly because I had a positive experience with them in the past.
The purchasing process with Endurance was smooth and overall great. I found their options to be quite reasonable, and the cost was cheaper than what I had been offered before. Currently, my 2013 Silverado is covered under their plan.
Though I haven't had to make a claim yet, I have had a great experience so far in terms of getting back with Endurance. I would definitely recommend them to others based on my experiences with both the product and customer service.

I like that Endurance has a direct connection, meaning no third-party involvement, which I preferred over other companies like CarShield. I live in Reno and, after winning some money unexpectedly, I bought a new car. Due to my previous good driving record, I felt more comfortable getting an extended warranty rather than full insurance coverage since you never know with used cars.
The sales representative, Steve, was excellent. He understood my concerns about auto payments since I'm on Social Security and helped arrange for payments to be taken out after the due date. I haven't gone through my contract completely, but someone looked at it and assured me it covers main components, like the transmission and 4-wheel drive, which I was worried about.
Overall, the sign-up process went well. I rated the process, sales representative, and policy price as excellent. The website also provided a good comparison between different companies. Regarding the coverage, I'm satisfied with what I've seen.

Definitely a scam. Make sure to read the fine print. I purchased a used vehicle 10 years ago that had custom wheels on it. Filed a claim for engine repair and the claim was denied due to tire size on the vehicle being different than what was on the inner door. Remember that’s how I purchased the vehicle and made no modifications to the car. Paid for several months with no benefits. Buyer Beware. The goal of endurance is to not pay a claim. I guess that’s how they pay for the expensive commercials.

My husband, who was my mechanic, passed away and I needed someone to take care of my car. The sign-up process with Endurance was smooth and straightforward. I had to call them back to change account numbers, but that went smoothly too.
I would recommend their sign-up process to others. The customer service has been excellent; everyone I've interacted with has been nice and very helpful.
As for the product and coverage, if they deliver what was promised during the sign-up process, I would rate it a 5. The price of the coverage seems fair, so I rate that a 5 as well.

While Endurance also tried to make the deal on the spot by lowering prices, they did return my call as promised, which was appreciated. In terms of coverage, I opted for a comprehensive plan offering bumper-to-bumper protection. There was a slight increase in monthly cost due to my vehicle's four-wheel drive feature, which I found reasonable. One suggestion for improvement during the sign-up process: When customers indicate they're merely shopping around, sales agents should respect that and refrain from aggressive price cuts. I'm more comfortable with a warranty on my used vehicle, especially since it's paid off. The cost of $144 a month seemed like affordable insurance for the next three years.
During the sign-up process, I found the representative to be decent, though I did wish for more detailed answers to some of my questions. Even though I didn't sign up immediately, the steps were straightforward. I believe the sign-up was simple; they asked a lot of questions, mainly needing my vehicle's mileage.
While I'm satisfied with the sign-up and customer service experience, rating it highly, I have some reservations about the coverage details. The representative mentioned it covers the motor, transmission, and air conditioning, but I haven't received comprehensive documentation outlining everything that's included. This lack of clarity is the reason I would rate the coverage discussion a bit lower.
The sales process was pretty good. I learned about Endurance through a letter and was prompted to call after seeing their ad on TV. I signed up partly to get more information, although I ended up agreeing to the coverage. For this aspect, I'd also give a decent rating.
In terms of pricing, I think it's fair, but I'd like more specific information about what my plan covers. I've heard it won't cost more than $100 out of pocket, which sounds great, but I'm still unsure about the exact coverage.
Overall, I hope and expect this to be a good experience. As someone who is semi-retired with paid-off vehicles, this plan feels like a beneficial deal.

Endurance is definitely one of the best warranty companies, if not the best. I had over $6000 worth of repairs On my car. I had a lot of suspension work to be done and none of it was denied. The claim process is absolutely amazing. You get what you pay for with this company. And when it's time for renewal, I will definitely be renewing my extended warranty.

The Endurance rep I spoke with was very helpful and guided me through the contract process, explaining what to expect. I opted for full coverage for my car, even though initially I wasn't entirely sure about the difference between full and partial coverage. The rep clarified that partial coverage pertains to extending a warranty that's running out.
If a friend were to ask about my experience with Endurance, I would tell them they shouldn't have any problems. The setup process was smooth, and I found the customer service to be quite satisfactory.

The Endurance rep informed me that having multiple warranties was possible, which was new information to me. Although there was a moment of concern due to insufficient funds for the bank draft, the process went smoothly since the rep was very understanding.
He was very polite and helpful, which left a positive impression on me. They explained the coverage thoroughly, mentioning a waiting period of 30 days and that I needed to drive 1,000 miles before the warranty took effect.

We recently extended our coverage with Endurance after having positive experiences in the past. We've used the coverage two or three times and each time the repair was paid off without any hassle. For instance, we had issues with wheel bearings and an oil filter case that cracked. Both repairs were completed in less than a week, and I was quite satisfied with the way Endurance handled the claims.

I had Endurance before, but I thought it was stupid since my car was still under warranty, and I didn't need double warranty. Then before my car was going to lose its warranty, I figured I'd get something. The sign-up process was very easy. While I'm satisfied with the signup, it's the handling of claims that will truly test the company's quality, which thankfully, I haven't had to experience yet.
I can't fully endorse Endurance until I have a claim experience, but based on sign-up, I'd give it a 4 out of 5. The customer service during the process was excellent, and I hope the coverage will prove to be a 5. In terms of pricing, I rate it a 4, as I'd always prefer lower costs. Everybody wants things lower.
Overall, I'm hopeful about the service but will reserve my complete judgment until further along my customer journey.

I heard about Endurance Auto Warranty through a TV ad, just as the original warranties on my Toyota were expiring. I called and my customer service experience was very good, which made me comfortable continuing with it. I found the plans they offered to be reasonable, and currently, I've covered my husband's handicap-accessible Honda Odyssey van and my Toyota Avalon with their warranty.
While I've had a positive purchasing experience, I haven't received my copy of the warranty details in the mail yet and am unsure about how to use it. Nonetheless, based on my experience so far, I would recommend them.

I switched to Endurance Auto Warranty at the beginning of February after a disappointing experience with EasyCare. I had to pay $4000 out of pocket for car repairs despite having coverage with EasyCare. Meanwhile, my sister has had a positive experience with Endurance. They took care of three cars of hers with no questions. I thought, "I'm going over to Endurance, in case something else happens to my car."

I was impressed by the straightforward explanation provided by the protection specialist at Endurance. The only drawback was the sheer number of pages in the documents, which was a bit overwhelming and felt like a book.
The policy allows me to take my truck to any shop, like the Chevrolet dealership I frequent in Mississippi, and they handle the rest. They get authorization for repairs and send the payment directly. While I haven't used the policy yet, the sign-up experience itself was excellent, earning a perfect score in my book.
Endurance works with automatic withdrawals from my credit card for payments, which was convenient. Overall, I'm optimistic about its benefits, but time will truly tell once I need to file a claim.

After speaking with them, they clarified that the company's primary transactions involve loans and they're considering a name change to avoid such misunderstandings.

I encountered an issue where I thought I was enrolled in automatic payments, but when I got a new credit card, the automatic payment didn't go through, leading to a lapse in my policy because I missed two months. I ended up renewing the same coverage as before, the silver plan, since I was happy with it.

I had a warranty that was getting ready to expire, and I found out that they're not reputable, so I signed up with Endurance. However, I encountered an issue with signing the paperwork online. Although I could download the documents, I was unable to find a way to sign them. I've already made a payment but need to get my paperwork finalized.
The representative I spoke to was very thorough in explaining the program. Having always purchased cars with about 50,000 miles on them and buying extended warranties, it was important for me to understand the coverage. I was approved for the Endurance warranty as soon as I signed up and made a payment. Their willingness to explain everything and work with me on the price affirmed my decision.
Living on Social Security, it's crucial for me to have coverage for major potential repairs like a transmission or motor failure, as I wouldn't be able to afford such costs otherwise. I drive very little, just reaching nearly 20,000 miles over several years, and my car is already paid off. The payments I previously made toward the car now go toward the extended warranty, which is beneficial because it offers financial protection in case something major goes wrong.

I was dissatisfied with the warranty that I purchased through the Ford dealership. That made me start looking for something else. Facebook was where the ad was. The sign-up process with Endurance was straightforward and efficient. The representative guided me through everything, completing the process in one phone call, which took about 20 minutes. Regarding the policy, I know it starts after either 30 days or 1000 miles, which is quite clear to me. Some perks included roadside assistance and rental coverage if repairs delay my vehicle, which is beneficial.
I opted for extended coverage because my truck's mileage is increasing, and it's a diesel, so repairs can be costly. I haven't had to use the repair service yet, but based on the sign-up and payment setup, which was easy to handle with my credit or debit card, I believe I made the right choice. I've been with Endurance Auto Warranty for about seven or eight years now, and it's my second extended warranty on my 2012 GMC. Even though I've renewed it several times, I've never filed a claim. Recently, I added my 2017 Audi to the plan, and the setup process went smoothly with agents answering all my questions effectively. I opted for extensive coverage, and although I haven't received the plan booklet yet, they're sending it soon. The coverage excludes tires and brake pads but covers most other components.
I had a previous issue where a dealership in Little Rock caused me to pay out of pocket because they commenced repairs without insurance approval. It cost me $7000, although it was more of a dealership problem rather than Endurance's fault. Despite this, I've been satisfied with their service overall.
Regarding pricing, I pay about $129 each month for my truck's coverage, which seems reasonable. Although I've recommended Endurance to friends, I've yet to fully utilize the warranty myself. In contrast, I've had a negative experience with another provider, Car Shield, through my mother-in-law's dealings. They failed to cover critical parts of her car's transmission, leading to unexpected costs for her.

I recently purchased a car and felt the need to secure it with an extended warranty because I didn't fully trust the vehicle's reliability. I decided to go with Endurance Auto Warranty, and I'm extremely satisfied with the experience so far. During the sign-up process, the representative was excellent, thoroughly explaining what would be covered and what wouldn't. The process was straightforward and easy. It's a good process of going through as a warranty instead of getting a warranty with your insurance company or somebody else or other things. One of the major benefits I see is that the monthly payments are manageable, and the deductible is only $100, which I find reasonable. Endurance requires either 1,000 miles or 30 days to pass before the warranty becomes active, which was clearly communicated to me. I've been so pleased that I've already recommended Endurance to a couple of friends.

Our car's manufacturer warranty had just expired and Endurance reached out. Their offer seemed appealing to me due to the competitive pricing and the convenience of being able to take my car to my dealership with everything covered.
When another company contacted me, their representative was overly pushy, which really put me off. In contrast, the agent from Endurance was fantastic; he was informative, patient, and didn't push me into a decision. Having run multiple businesses myself, I value excellent customer service, and he handled everything perfectly.
The entire sign-up process with Endurance was smooth and hassle-free. If all insurance interactions were like this, I'd be thrilled. I've even recommended Endurance to about 20 people already. My sister-in-law highly recommended Endurance based on her positive experience. She described it as excellent, so I decided to investigate further, considering both Endurance and CarShield. After careful consideration, I chose Endurance and signed up on the 12th. Overall, everything seems fine so far.
The sign-up process, however, did have a hiccup. They initially misspelled my name and emailed incorrect information. When I requested a hard copy of the policy, the errors persisted, which was frustrating. Despite this, the representative handling my account was very professional, exhibiting solid knowledge and helpfulness, although I still don't know how the error with my name happened.
I was informed that the policy would commence within 30 days, and I received approval within about a week. If I were to rate the sign-up experience, I'd give it a 4 out of 5 due to the initial mistakes. I am still waiting for the corrected paperwork to arrive.
Regarding perks, my coverage includes roadside assistance and oil changes, although I haven't thoroughly reviewed everything yet. It was important for me to have this extended coverage since my vehicle's previous warranty expired after I finished paying for it.
So far, I can confidently tell others that Endurance provides a solid warranty policy, and everything appears to be functioning well at this point.

I signed for an Endurance auto warranty after seeing an advertisement on TV that mentioned a $300 discount. Unfortunately, during the sign-up process, the representative did not offer me that discount, and I forgot to ask about it at the time. The sales experience was positive overall since the representative was polite, spoke clearly, and answered all my questions. They even provided some discounts for things like the fact that my transmission was already replaced.
However, there was a misunderstanding with the payment terms. I was initially told there would be 30 monthly payments, but I was later informed that there was an additional payment required as a down payment, making it 31 payments, which was not communicated upfront. Despite pointing this out, the contract was finalized with the 31 payments.
Overall, I'd rate my experience as a 4 out of 5 due to these issues.

I have been with Endurance Auto Warranty for quite some time and recently renewed my policy. The sign-up process was very easy and went smoothly, which I appreciated. Endurance offered superior coverage compared to other companies. Although it's a bit pricey, it covers more parts of the vehicle than many competing warranty providers. The sign-up process was straightforward and involved a phone interview followed by an email application, which I completed online after making an initial payment.
The process of activating the policy was smooth. I would recommend it based on my experience with setting it up, though I haven't used it for any claims yet.
Endurance's customer service was exceptional—they took time to explain all details thoroughly. I did have a question regarding the 30 days or 1000 miles condition, which I'm still unclear about, as I forgot to call back for clarification.

Although I haven't encountered any service issues myself, it's common to experience initial enthusiasm with salespeople, only to find service lacking when you actually need it. My representative, Leon, was very thorough, explaining everything Endurance covers, including an exhaustive list of components from the engine. He frequently checked to make sure I understood and answered all my questions.
I verified his LinkedIn profile during our conversation, which built my confidence in him and the company. We even talked a bit about our families, discovering shared connections like a family member named Andre.

I came across Endurance through ads and internet searches, and I was comparing it with CarShield initially. There were a few complaints off in there in CarShield, and when I looked at Endurance, I didn't see those kind of complaints. When speaking with the representative who signed me up, I was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. They explained that Endurance handles the payments directly without involving a third party, unlike CarShield, which often leads to confusion.
My coverage with Endurance starts on March 9th, and I've been approved for a 4-year plan. However, I'm waiting to see details about perks like roadside assistance, as I wasn't sure about everything they cover. I did expect to find more information through their app, but details were sparse. Also, I keep getting emails from Endurance so I called and the girl assured me that everything is set up to where the payments will be coming out automatically every month. But they've sent me another email saying that I needed to confirm it. Since it's gonna be taken out on the 9th, I didn't know if I needed to contact them or if I just need to leave that alone.
Currently, I'm satisfied with the sign-up process and would rate it highly. However, I'm a cautious person by nature, and my real assessment will come once I start using the service and experience how well they deliver on their promises. Being single, it was crucial for me to have coverage, especially since I recently paid off my car and wanted to ensure I could manage expenses if any major repairs came up. The 2016 Jeep Compass Latitude I purchased was a used vehicle and I decided to look into acquiring an auto warranty. I chose Endurance Auto Warranty and found the initial contact with their representative quite helpful. At first, I was looking at a cost of $200, but the representative managed to get it down to $158, which I found more reasonable. I discovered Endurance through a quick search on my phone and didn't bother considering other companies. I haven't had the car for long, only about two weeks, so I haven't had to file any claims yet.
If a friend or family member asked about my experience, I would say that the sign-up process was not hard at all. I would rate my experience with the representative as 5 stars and in terms of price, I'd also give it a 5, even though I'm not entirely certain what a competitive rate should be. As for their website, I've visited it a few times. From my experience, I haven't encountered any issues with navigation, and I would rate it a 5 as well.

I happened to go online and look for who can cover my car. I looked at the Google reviews, and in 99% of the Endurance reviews, the people gave a 5-star rating. I went with it and I haven't used their services to cover any repairs yet, but I was initially attracted by the good deal they offered when I called. They worked with me.
The customer service experience so far has been excellent. The representative was very friendly and helpful. I'm also impressed by the fact that Endurance promises to use only manufacturer parts for repairs—in my case, Nissan parts—rather than aftermarket or junkyard parts. This assurance gave me confidence in the quality of coverage they provide.
Although I haven't needed to make a claim yet, I was particularly pleased to learn that I can take my car to a dealership for repairs. When I was looking at a couple of other companies, I wasn't impressed with them. There was a lot of reviews wherein people said they got the coverage, but they really had to fight for it.
So far, I would rate my experience a 5. Everything has been satisfying, and I feel ready to recommend them to others looking for auto warranty coverage.

I have had three contracts with Endurance Auto Warranty in the past, so I was already familiar with them. My sign-up experience was similar to the usual; the protection specialist was quite pushy, but I had already decided to go with Endurance. I was just waiting to hear back from my dealer about their service contract, which they couldn't approve through the bank.
Endurance offers different levels of coverage, and I selected the one I needed for my car, which is a convertible. I’ve had a previous experience where 22 months after my warranty expired, the convertible top failed, and they quoted me $18,000 for repairs. So this time, I wanted to make sure the convertible top was covered. Initially, I saw it was excluded and called to cancel, but the account manager later clarified that while the top itself might be excluded, the convertible motor was indeed included. Due to this clarification, I decided to keep the plan.
My program started two weeks ago, but I have to wait 30 days and drive 1,000 miles before coverage kicks in, which is slightly frustrating. Overall, my sign-up experience would be rated a 5, as I would recommend it to a friend.

Endurance Auto Warranty has been regarded as one of the best warranties out there, which is why I chose it over other options. My car is a 2009 model, and unfortunately, the dealership no longer covers warranties for vehicles from that year, though the mileage wasn't an issue.
The representative who assisted me, Stephen, did a great job. He was professional and helpful throughout the process of providing me with a quote. Despite the age of my vehicle, I felt confident in what Endurance could cover.

After setting up the plan, I was informed that the coverage would be active 30 days from the setup date, and there were no particular mileage restrictions mentioned.

However, I am still awaiting the arrival of my contract to confirm all details of the coverage.
At the time of enrollment, I was assured that the coverage would include bumper-to-bumper protection. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a physical copy or an email of my contract, which is somewhat concerning. This delay is especially notable since, in past experiences with other warranties, I typically received documentation promptly after enrolling.

I recently decided to get an extended coverage plan from Endurance Auto Warranty for my 2018 Cadillac. The reason is simple: any repair on my Cadillac could easily cost $1,000 or more. I've had a sunroof issue before that nearly set me back $3,000.
During the sign-up process, the protection specialist I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable. Although I haven't had to use the policy yet since it's only been a short time since my approval, I feel that the insurance will be worth it should any part of my car need repair. The entire sign-up experience felt smooth, and I'd rate it a 5 out of 5.

Although I haven't had a chance to use their services yet since my coverage period hasn't officially started, the sign-up process was smooth and professional. I conducted some research before committing and chose them based on their positive ratings online, which seemed credible to me.
I decided to go with an extended warranty due to the complex electronics in my vehicle. I'm aware I have a month to cancel if I change my mind, but so far, my interactions with their team have been positive; they've been professional and helpful. While I can't yet speak to how the warranty performs, I'm optimistic.
If I had to rate my experience based on the sign-up and customer service alone, I'd give it a 5 because of the friendly and informative staff. I was with Endurance one time and due to the shop that was dealing with them could not deal with them, I canceled the warranty and went elsewhere. Now, the other company is no longer in business so I have opted to come back to Endurance but the issues continue. I haven't received any paperwork, ID card, booklet, or any information from Endurance, yet they keep trying to reach me through mail, which has been quite frustrating.
When signing up, I dealt with two different representatives due to having two vehicles. While one was perfectly fine, the other seemed quite confused, which didn't help my situation. If a friend asked me about Endurance, I'd suggest looking around before making a decision.
On a rating scale, I'd give Endurance a 3 out of 5 overall at this point, mainly due to the mixed experience with their customer service and confusion during the sign-up process. On pricing, I'd rate it a 4 because it seems fair.
Overall, my situation with Endurance is unresolved, but I hope to see improvements moving forward.

I inquired about an auto warranty with Endurance as I have a truck I bought four years ago with some mileage on it. Since the factory warranty had expired, I wanted to maintain my truck for the long haul and ensuring peace of mind was important to me. I recently received an email from Endurance about their vehicle protection plans, and since my car is getting older, I thought it was a good idea to explore my options. The Endurance rep who helped me was very informative and professional, making the process smooth and easy to understand.
I signed up for the program on February 7th but haven't received my warranty details yet. As far as I know, the coverage starts after 30 days and 1,000 miles, which seems reasonable. I decided to get this extended coverage because I currently have no warranty, and a couple of years ago, I had to replace my timing belt, which cost about $1,500. Having this coverage could save me a lot of money if my car breaks down in the future.

I was contacted by a Endurance seller offering me their coverage, I've been skeptical about these companies but I decided to give a chance if I could see the future. Well, I purchased their most complete options where I've been told everything would be mechanically covered, guess what, the only thing that doesn't cover is exactly the problem I'm having with my car, I have 3 fuel injectors that need to be replaced, I was quoted almost $8k to do the job, apparently is an engine out job, and once you change the 3 defect ones, you need to change all of them, I asked the seller (Connor) many time if I would be covered if something goes wrong, he said yes, apparently there are 2 companies, Endurance that sells the contract and another that handle the claims.
They keep you going back and forward waiting hours on the phone on purpose so you give up. I would stay away from this company, they take your money and don't honor what they offer you when they are selling the plans everything is wonderful until you need them to repair your vehicle, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, STAY AWAY.

Not real happy at this point. My 2017 BMW has an alternator bearing going out, dealer gives it a month or two but insurance turned the repair down. Says it must fail completely which would leave me stranded

This is quite possibly the worst company to deal with and I assume they must write their own reviews - please beware!! They are so bad that almost all repair shops refuse to take your car in if you want to use Endurance as they are so hard to work with. I foolishly have both my cars with Endurance. I wanted peace of mind and despite paying into the warranty for 3 years as soon as I need to use my coverage they find ways of avoiding paying so you have no choice but to pay out your pocket or risk taking the car from the workshop with an issue. They then of course refuse to pay after the fact.
In one instance my car was in the shop for 3 weeks and I had to pay myself in the end just to get the car back! Excuses they use range from not having my updated rego on file, then taking days to acknowledge it by which time I have had to pay, questioning mileage over a year after taking my payments, being unresponsive. I am in a dispute at present and the “contract manager” has avoided me for almost 4 weeks despite regular calls and emails because they know I want to cancel my contract and I am entitled to a full refund.

I have Mercedes s550. 2015 I had called this company for a warranty, the agent lied to me about that policy, said that it covers the car bumper to bumper and I was paying for almost a year and when I went to fix my sunroof I had told that it doesn’t cover because I have coverage on only the mechanical and when I called the supervisor told me that no one gives bumper to bumper coverage so I just got scammed from the company.

I was lied to about my coverage and given the run around for almost 2 months while Endurance treated me like a suspect instead of a valued customer that is paying for services!!! They worked with me and the shop that did the repairs well. When I sold the suv had no problem transferring the remaining time over to the grandson. They e mailed me a form that we and grandson had to fill out and send in.

The company refused to warranty my transmission. I had paid $1300 for my policy and they will not cover my transmission. 6 months I've been fighting with them. Scam company, they take your money but won't cover anything.

This company play games when it comes to paying for a covered claim. It is unreal that I never received a rental car as agreed in the contract. No roadside assistance, and refused to pay for a covered repair. I requested reconsideration fast so I can get to court for breach of contract. Beware!!!!

I think I selected the right coverage for a used car with low mileage. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. My used car only has 9,600 miles on it and it is still technically new for being a 2019. First time I have needed to do this. Really don't know what else to say.

I just tried to email customer service at the address shown and my email was rejected. I know it was the right one because I copied it. It was easy to talk to them by phone. The lady who gave me a quote was very knowledgeable. And friendly. I had heard about Endurance from TV commercials.

This company is a scam. I had oil consumption that started and I filed a claim. They asked for last 3 oil changes in which I provided. They denied my oil consumption claim because my tires were 1/2 inch smaller than recommended size (in which I had no idea discount tire did that). I asked for something in writing telling me that and they told me they can’t and that they can only do it verbally. When canceling, you have to get a letter notarized.

I heard about Endurance through their television advertisement, which caught my attention with the slogan, "Do you want to pay for your next repair, or do you want Endurance to pay for it?" Intrigued by the commercial, I researched more about them online and decided to give them a call.
My sign-up experience was quite positive. My agent, whose name I have noted at home, was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable about the company's offerings. He represented Endurance very well, which left a strong impression on me. He patiently explained everything and asked about my car's insurance status while working diligently on the computer to provide all the necessary information. It was clear he was well-prepared and managed to verify that my car's warranty was nearing expiry.
We discussed various coverage options, and he offered suggestions that aligned with my needs, considering I had done previous research and contacted my car dealer. Although I can't recall all the details offhand, I have them noted at home. For the sign-up process itself, based on the information and interaction, I would rate Endurance a five for delivering a seamless and informative experience.
I would definitely tell my friends and family that if given the choice, I'd prefer for Endurance to handle my next car repair costs.

I got an extended warranty with Endurance after frequently hearing about them and CarShield on TV. What attracted me to Endurance was that they didn't use a middleman to handle claims, which seemed like a more direct and efficient process.
Though the initial signup was a year ago, I remember the representative being quite knowledgeable and professional. He explained what would be covered and the cost clearly. I haven't had to file a claim yet, luckily, but when I did call customer service with questions, they were helpful and attentive. One representative even checked my car's value to help clarify my policy coverage.
My main reason for getting the warranty was after the unfortunate passing of my husband, who usually handled our car repairs. With him gone and as the sole caretaker of my special needs son, I needed assurance that my 2017 Nissan Rogue could be maintained without unexpected repair costs. This decision feels especially prudent given that we live in a time where many are paycheck to paycheck, making unexpected expenses difficult.
Overall, my experience with Endurance has been smooth, and I would rate it a 5 so far. I appreciate not having to deal with third-party payers, a real selling point for me.

I heard about Endurance Auto Warranty through a TV advertisement and at the time, I was on the lookout for some car maintenance insurance. The ad impressed me with how good Endurance seemed to be, so I decided to choose them for this service. The approval process was pretty smooth, though. I got approved right away, which was a relief since I needed the insurance urgently. They mentioned perks like roadside assistance and oil changes, which were attractive features. The payment amount also turned out to be manageable, surprisingly, as I initially expected it to be higher. Although, if it could be a bit cheaper, that would be even better.
The experience following the sign-up wasn't quite what I expected. I thought once I got the insurance, I could take my car to the shop, call the insurance, and they'd cover everything. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I found myself unable to get my car out of the shop because I didn't have the funds, and nobody informed me properly about when I'd be able to start using the service. I was under the impression that it would be immediate, but I later found out there was a 30-day period and I had to drive 1000 miles before activation.
I'd rate my experience around a 5, acknowledging that there was some misunderstanding on my part about how the coverage worked. It was really important for me to obtain this coverage because my son and I didn't realize how expensive car parts could be, and the prospect of only paying $100 out of pocket was appealing. Overall, I appreciate the benefits of the package, and I look forward to fully utilizing them once the waiting period is over.

She explained everything, including the need to wait a month and 1,000 miles before the warranty takes effect. If I had question, she went over it very well. The service is approved for five years.
I chose extended coverage for peace of mind as I own an '18 F350 and prefer having coverage for my vehicles. I decided to get an extended warranty for my car since the dealership's warranty had expired. I decided to get an auto warranty for my wife's 2011 Cadillac, which has very low mileage, around 73,000 to 74,000 miles. I had considered it a couple of years ago but didn't proceed for some reason. Eventually, it seemed like the right time to get the coverage. I chose Endurance because they appeared to have a well-organized system.
During the signing process, the rep had a very positive attitude and did a good job. They explained that there is a full month waiting period from when I signed up before the coverage begins, which is expected. The process was straightforward, and we completed it quickly. When we bought our car back in 2018, the dealership recommended Endurance, and although my husband was initially hesitant, I insisted we go for it. Thankfully, we did because not long after, our transmission went out.

I managed to return home after adding some transmission fluid and then contacted Endurance. They instructed us to take the car to Harts Body Shops. I was relieved to have the Platinum Plan, which covered the transmission replacement costs entirely.
Although the whole process didn't include a rental car due to availability issues at Hertz, the repair took about a week. Dealing with Endurance was incredibly smooth. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend Endurance to friends and family.

I signed up for an extended auto warranty with Endurance because I have an older car, and I wanted reliable coverage. However, my experience has been a bit of a hassle. Initially, I asked them to send me monthly statements instead of automatic charges on my card, but I never received any. When I reached out to them, I was transferred between departments and even told my account was red-flagged because Honda supposedly didn't accept Endurance. I called back later and spoke to an account manager who explained that people were misrepresenting Endurance and reassured me by setting up my account again, supposedly resolving the issue. I first heard about Endurance from a friend, and seeing as I have an older car and drive quite a bit for work, I was interested in the added safety of having a warranty. My sign-up experience with Endurance was smooth; they explained the benefits clearly, provided a reasonable quote, and the process was easy, largely because of their professionalism. The representative was knowledgeable and provided comprehensive information without taking any shortcuts. I was informed that after providing mileage details, the policy would be effective, but claims could not be made for the first 30 days. Initially, this was fine as my car was in good condition.
Later, my transmission seemed to act up. However, upon consultation, it turned out to be an issue with the motor mounts, axles, and the steering box. Fortunately, the warranty covered most issues except the steering box, which was a costly $1200 expense. Despite this, I found Endurance to be a legitimate option and would recommend them. Their customer service deserves top marks for effectiveness. The price was on the higher side, but given my car's age, it was understandable.

And being a retired Master Auto Technician I have keep up with all required service. But am no longer able to due necessary work. So I go to dealer of my choice Manufacture of my car.
