I would recommend Endurance to my family and friends. I've been with Car Shield, everything breaks and. Both places were not like I was expecting. One place had kept me waiting for an adjuster to come out, and the other one took so long to pay my claim out. I had paid for it out of my own pocket. And now I'm still waiting for my reimbursement.

It was fairly easy to sign up with Endurance because the rep just didn't talk about sign up, but we were talking about different plans that Endurance has, and what would be right for us, not just payment-wise, but having a vehicle covered. He was also giving us different options of payment. I was looking for a bumper-to-bumper. He brought me down to a nice price. I'm on a good plan and we worked around some things. As a comparison to the other companies that I had talked to and found out how they worked, I had asked him about some of the things that other companies were telling me about, and that made it a little easier for my wife and I to, “Let's take it because it's at the right price, and I might as well do it now.”

The representative was very helpful and covered all of the specifics and answered every question. If I were to change anything at all I would prefer to set things up in two steps. I like to do research and talk directly to the representative, which Endurance does allow. But if I don't do the purchase on that call I can't get the salesperson's contact and then call back after discussing with my spouse to make the final decision. My coverage cost $4500 which is a fair price but still a lot of money to commit to with just one phone call. While it is not going to affect me I don't like to do business that way. It actually put pressure on the sales person to close the sale and they may not be as helpful as they could be if they could talk and then everyone agree that I will follow up. I buy cars that way and furniture sometimes that way. That came close to me not actually doing the deal.

These folks are always friendly and helpful. If the representative doesn't know the answer, they quickly find the answer for their customer. When facing the higher new car prices today, it is nice having help keeping what you already have on the road.

My husband just passed away and I just found out we had Endurance. I love that I have it with my Jeep. I like cost-effectiveness of having it. It is hard to tell the other mechanics that you have Endurance and they try to get you to pay the full price.

I switched to Endurance due to the ineffectiveness of my previous auto warranty and their refusal to cover a repair that should have been covered. I saw one of their commercials and that's what prompted me to call. I was impressed by the rep’s knowledge of the product and just overall outstanding customer service. My truck was getting older and I’m getting older too, so I decided to get an auto warranty. My sister-in-law looked Endurance up, and it was the best match for me. I called them, and the person I talked to was friendly and helpful. She explained everything and she was not short-tempered or pushy. She made the process comfortable. So, that said a lot to me. I am on fixed income and the pricing works for me. It was a nice experience overall.

The warranty when I bought the van was expiring. I was not able to renew it so I started looking around because I’m close to my due date, and then I saw the reviews. Endurance is at the top of the list of all the different ones that are out there.
During sign-up, the rep and I talked for about an hour, back and forth, going through the whole policy. He was detailed and told me what they offered and all that, the benefits of going through Endurance. And answered any questions or concerns I had. And he said, if anything came up in the future, I can call him back or just call the 1800 customer service number and they'd answer my questions.
Then I got the email for the contract that evening by the time I got home.

No problem signing up with Endurance. When I had called to get the pricing, I wasn’t necessarily pressured because I wanted the extended warranty, but I was hoping to delay the activation period a little while because I still have another warranty plan on my vehicle. I wanted to set it up for future payment, and then 30 days after that it goes into effect, but I wasn't given that option.

Paying 259$ month and was not made aware to check what your NADA trade in value is before you purchase this insurance. If transmission, engine or large ticket repair is more, they will only give you that amount. I paid more because they said Infiniti know to cost more to repair. Transmission 7300$. They paid 1650$. That is the lifetime maximum liability. That is based on NADA value. Fine print there was 2 sections that addressed limits of liability. One said 60% trade in. Another section said 10k or less pending trade in value. There was another 3900$ repair not covered. 24 hours after I spent >10k in repairs, O2 sensors bad and another 490$. Obviously I canceled policy.

I sold my house and moved across state. In the process, I sold one of the vehicles that I had covered by Endurance. In the process of moving, a lot of my paperwork got buried. I called about canceling the warranty, making sure it was done and making sure that the coverage on the vehicle that I kept was still good. It had actually expired and thankfully, I made that call. I still had coverage on the truck that I sold, which they were able to apply on my vehicle I kept, which was great.
When they started looking at what I had, they actually came up and said they could do that for me. They extended the warranty and transferred the time I had on the old vehicle to the new vehicle. I was very pleased. They did a very nice job of helping me out and I considered what they did above and beyond because I hadn't even thought of it. It's nice to know that there's people out there that still work hard at their job.
I'm now waiting for my hard copy of the policy to arrive at my new address because I gave my new address and phone number. I've seen a couple of emails from them saying, "We're glad you're with us," and it's nice to know that they’re still on top of it. I'm pleased with the service so far. I highly recommend them to anybody who ask me.

I was looking for full coverage at Endurance and I spoke to a person. They were pushing me for an initial package, which is a four-year plan with 48,000 miles. I do a lot of miles, and this doesn't work for me at all.
I had to actually say that I don't think that’s really not gonna work for me. And then, they finally offered the plan that I needed, which was a five-year, 100,000 miles. And I said, okay, now we're talking. Nonetheless, I still would take the service, but that wasn't good.
I previously had a CarShield, but their price changed. I had changed cars, and the price on the new car was gonna be too expensive. So, I was trying to find a good alternative. I didn't compare prices at that time because I didn't have a chance to do the in-depth.
In the past, I've had some extended warranties on cars. So I had an experience before with the type that Endurance offered. So I felt comfortable enough with them, they’ve been very good. It seemed like it was the highest level of coverage.
I do have the app right here, but I haven't done it with their website yet. It needs to be a little bit more developed.

The only complaint I have is you didn't explain well that on an older vehicle the total amount that can be paid out over the- 4 year contract can not exceed the trade in value of the vehicle. The follow up phone call I made for clarification was good and explained to my satisfaction.

I got a letter from Ford saying I may be out of warranty soon, because my car has a computer that they could see I was at 32,000 miles. I called them first, then I called Endurance. The person I spoke with was wonderful. She explained everything to me and all my questions were answered. I'm so glad I signed up with her because Ford never called me back. They said, "We'll be back to you,“ but never followed up. Aside from customer service, I chose Endurance for the product they offered, and I'm a difficult sell. When I had a call-in to Ford, I was gonna weigh the two. With Endurance, there was no pressure. Everything was explained perfectly and I walked away from the experience really satisfied. I had a better understanding of how it all worked. It really was wonderful with them.

I had just bought a nice used car. I want to be safe for the first couple of years, that’s why I decided to get an auto warranty from Endurance Warranty. The sales representative was great. I got a copy of the contract. I’m still under the 30-day period, so I don’t know what it will actually cover.

My car is older, and as soon as I paid it off, it broke down, so I looked into an auto warranty. I looked at a couple of companies and listened to a couple of friends. One that I thought I would really be interested in had things it didn’t cover. Endurance may be like that, however, I hadn’t heard any bad reviews, so I went with them.
I signed up with Endurance a couple of days ago, and my experience was great. The representative, Elijah, was very informative and answered all my questions with clarity. I’m not an easy buy, but he was knowledgeable about the products and sold me on them.
I had spoken with friends who had their extended warranty packages, and they weren’t pleased. They said one thing in the beginning, and when they made claims, it was an entirely different story. I’m hoping Endurance does not do that.

I had a good experience with Endurance. The gentleman answered whatever questions I asked, so that gave me everything I needed to know. He sent me everything over email, so I could print it out. Now, I got a file folder full and placed some of them in the car. I chose a full coverage plan, and the price was reasonable. I'm satisfied.

I was seeing the advertisements on the three main ones. Endurance was one of them. I looked at all three of them, and I decided Endurance would suit me better. They told me their coverage, and it sounded good. The representative who helped me seemed to be well-versed in the whole company and what it had to offer.
I would rate my experience 4 stars for the simple reason. I got a letter about three days ago saying that they were gonna have to adjust my premium, and I should call them. I called them, and the girl that I talked to said she doesn't know why I got that letter. So I need to disregard it.

I decided to go with Endurance honestly because I was a big fan of Danica Patrick who does their commercials. Their representative was very nice and explained everything very carefully to me. Still, I’m very happy so far with that decision. I live on a fixed income, and the cost of the warranty does take a little bit away from my groceries. I needed Endurance because I'm still not quite sure about the car that I bought. My car runs great but has more miles on it. Endurance Warranty gives me peace of mind. I'm very satisfied, and I have told a lot of family members about Endurance.

From where we got our vehicle, Endurance was recommended. The girl we talked with during sign-up was very nice and helpful during sign-up. The only thing was that we didn't really care about having to wait for 60 days or a whole month before anything happened.

I had a different extended warranty company, and Endurance called me. I found out my company was being sued because they're not honoring their contract with the people who fix the cars. When I called to cancel, their agent said she would check on something. She made calls in Reno, and the first call she made was Pep Boys, when they're not even certified to work on a vehicle. I canceled them and went to Endurance. Endurance explained everything, and I had a great experience signing up with them. Their price is a little bit more than my former warranty company but they're covering more, so it’s fine.

My vehicle was not under warranty and it had got a few miles on it, and I have a couple of friends that have had some problems and that they paid a lot of money. Signup with Endurance was very simple, and customer service was very good. I was agreeable to the cost, and as long as the way they explained the claim options to me works that way, it is going to be great.

I went with Endurance for the price and the coverage of the warranty after seeing Endurance on TV. I now have CarShield, but Endurance won’t kick in until the 23rd of this month, and Endurance is just totally, totally better than CarShield. The customer service was excellent. The lady I talked to explained everything and was awesome.

What made me decide to go with Endurance is that I did not have to deal with the warranty company, and that dealership can deal with claims. When I signed up for the policy, I spoke with a representative from Endurance and it was positive. Afterwards, I bought the policy.

I just paid a very large amount for what I thought was a pretty simple repair, so I looked into Endurance Warranty.
The sales rep told me what the insurance provides and answered my questions, but I don’t know anything more than that because he explained something to me that I know nothing about.
I don’t know if everything was accurate as far as what is covered. What is not covered, of course, I understand that. I don’t think they’re gonna replace my tires when they wear out.
I do have a copy of the contract. It was emailed to me but I have not opened it and read the policy carefully. That’s my next step.

Endurance seems to have pretty good service. They were perfect over the phone and they were able to answer all my questions. The coverage was excellent. I have a mid-range, very expensive car and it doesn't have a lot of mileage on it. Overall, my experience was fine.

Me and my wife went in to have our vehicle repaired and they denied our claim saying that our policy was no longer good and that we had reached our limit, but they still kept taking money off our bank account for eight months knowing the above and never informed us at all about anything. We didn’t find out about any of it until we took our vehicle in for repairs a few days ago when the mechanic told us what they said. Endurance refused to refund our money back for the eight months that they had been taking out of our bank account, which they should of stopped doing eight months ago knowing that they were not going to cover the vehicle no more.
Endurance is as crooked as the day is long. Me and my wife damn sure won’t ever use them again, and we don’t recommend them to anyone else. They will keep taking your money even after knowing they won’t cover you and will not inform you of a damn thing about it until you go to the mechanic for repairs and get an unpleasant surprise. CROOKS!!!

I called Endurance, and it sounded good. So, I went and bought it. But as it turned out, I called the other day and told them that I have never received a policy or a membership card. And the lady who answered was really helpful. And the problem was they had my email address incorrect. So far their customer service is good.

We had Endurance several years ago, and unfortunately, we had to leave for a while. Then our car went down, and that cost us about $1900. So, we decided to sign up back with Endurance. The representatives were great, very knowledgeable, and friendly. They knew what they were doing. Our coverage is the same as it was three years ago. If there is something that happens to the car, all we need to do is take it to our mechanic, let him know we have Endurance, get the estimate, and then get back to Endurance.

Everything has been great with Endurance so far. We haven’t needed to use anything yet, but when I first called, the gentleman named Stanley, He was great. He was very patient since I didn’t have all the information I needed. I was calling to explore options, but before I even finished, he had me convinced.
He did a great job. Then I started wondering if I’d made the right choice, so I called the other company since I had 30 days to decide. In the end, I talked myself back into sticking with it.

Jamal was the customer service rep I dealt with during signup, and I was very well pleased with the experience. He explained everything in detail. I asked him to wait because I wanted to discuss it with my wife, and he did. I did not call him back with an hour as I told him since I was busy, but he called me in about two and a half hours later. He is a good, very well-versed salesman.

I don’t really know too much about Endurance Warranty yet. We just got it for a newer car – a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica disability van – full of all these computer parts and everything.
The signup process was very good. We printed off the book. The man with customer service was very friendly and explained things. It was fine. He even told me about warranties with Chrysler, so that was good.
I’m hoping this is a good thing. I looked at the pay company that goes through, and they weren’t known very well, which had me wanting to cancel it. Overall cost is good, so we’ll see.

I have seen Endurance advertised on TV, and then my cousin recommended them. Since my car was a 2010, I thought that Endurance would be the better one for me. The sales rep who helped me was an A1 salesman. I like the way he explained everything to me. He explained to me that I had a 30-day waiting period or a thousand miles. Also, I like the coverage I got because some warranty companies do not offer that extensive coverage.

I’m glad that I have Endurance on my car, and they actually provided good details and good information during the sign-up. Everything else was clear, and I got coverage for five years or 60,000 miles, so that’s good.
But one of the things that I did not know when I purchased it, and it may have been explained, but I don’t recall, was that you guys have a waiting period that is one month and 1,000 miles. I thought the 30-day wait combined with the requirement of 1,000 miles was a little bit onerous. To me, it should either be the time or the mileage, but not requiring both. You could drive 1,000 miles, but if it hasn’t been a month, it still doesn’t cover any problems.

Endurance emailed my phone and blowing it up, and I was looking for something for my wife’s car, I thought, why not give them a shot? Her warranty ran out, so I figured I better get something on it. I usually just buy her a new car once she gets 100,000 miles, but she really likes this car and wanted to keep it. I had to make two little repairs on it. As long as it’s under warranty, I very rarely ever have a problem
The sign-up process was really good. The lady was really sweet and nice. I couldn't ask for any better. The price wasn’t that bad, and the plan seems pretty decent. I don’t even think I’ve had the policy a month yet, and I haven’t had a claim, so I don’t know how that part’s going to go. Hopefully, I don’t ever even need it.

I felt comfortable with Endurance after talking to the sales representative. He was very nice and considerate of my needs. At first, I was reluctant, and then he thoroughly explained everything to me, including how long the warranty would last. He went over it not one time, but two times. After we discussed it, he went over it again. Then, after I said, “Okay. I'm going to try it,” he went over it once more. He was very thorough.

I've got a 2017 Hyundai Sport and the sign-up process with Endurance was fine. The lady that I talked to was Rose and she was good there. I've got the premium thing and it covers everything, all the way down to a key fob. I'm happy and satisfied. It could be cheaper though. When I first started with Endurance, it was $80. That's what it wound up being the last time I had it. This time, it's $149 and that's a little expensive. I've been a prior member on two separate occasions for the last seven years.

My mother‑in‑law had Endurance, so I just went with it myself. I didn’t check out anybody else. Setting it up was easy, and the rep was very nice. It took half an hour, if that. I had a AAA warranty that had expired, and they weren’t renewing it. I compared a few options, and the Endurance program most closely matched my previous AAA warranty.
Customer service was great and explained everything. Since I had previous experience with a AAA warranty, I had some questions. The gentleman was able to answer those for me. Even though I wasn’t planning to buy right away, the pricing and extensive coverage convinced me to get it while on the phone.
I have a year of elevated level of membership that includes car rental, towing, tire damage reimbursement.

But I still wonder if there's a less expensive plan out there.

Just had my truck repaired. The parts they used were about 1200. The 600.00 part was covered by the warranty in the morning then not covered in the afternoon so of the 1900 repair cost Endurance paid nothing for rear rotors, breaks and sensor and hub and seal.

Pushiest, rudest saleswoman I've ever encountered. I called shopping for quotes and this woman liked to hear herself talk for one, secondly, when she finally got to the point of numbers, I said thank you but she wanted me to sign up on the spot or I would lose the rate. I told her I felt cornered and didn't want to make a decision impulsively. After 40 minutes of her rambling of stories and persuasive tactics, I said I was not going to sign anything immediately. She very rudely and condescendingly said "Well, good luck to you, GOOD LUCK!" and hung up. Definitely left me saying 'wow, that's how they treat potential customers?' I seriously hope that was a one-off and they use that monitored call as an example of how NOT to go about sales. Such a turn off.

We purchased a vehicle with so many electronics on it, so I got an Endurance Warranty to make sure it was covered. I had Line 5 who was going to be handling the billing, but I got a notice that the company canceled it. I’m assuming that Endurance canceled my Line 5 payments, because the lady I was talking to said that they may or may not be using Line 5. I haven’t heard anything since last Thursday, and nothing new has come into my computer.

My car started making a rattling noise, so I took it to one of the repair shops on their list. The repair shop told me that since it was a foreign car, take it to a dealership. I took my car to the dealership, they contacted Endurance with the issue. Both issues that the dealership stated are listed on my plan coverage, but the repair was denied. They told my daughter who took the car to the dealership that it was existing issue (it was not). When I called they told me that it was not anything actually wrong with the wear & tear of the part but something internally, so they would not cover it. Do not give Endurance your money, choose another warranty company! STAY AWAY FROM ENDURANCE!!!!

I acquired an Endurance contract with the expectation of receiving reliable coverage for my vehicle; however, my experience has been profoundly disappointing. After I took my automobile to an ASE-certified repair shop for necessary repairs, the shop submitted a claim on my behalf, which was subsequently denied by Endurance. The reasons provided for the denial were "too many miles" and "wear and tear." It is particularly ironic that one of the essential components requiring replacement is explicitly covered under my contract, yet the claim was still refused. The ASE-certified mechanics expressed that they had never encountered a similar refusal from Endurance with any claim.
Furthermore, the customer service experience with Endurance has been among the most unsatisfactory I have ever encountered. Should I attempt to file another claim, I am concerned that I will face the same justifications regarding "too many miles" and "wear and tear." I purchased this contract to protect my vehicle up to 134,000 miles, while I currently have only 92,000 miles on the odometer.
This situation represents a troubling trend: the company makes assurances of extensive coverage but fails to fulfill these promises when it matters most, all the while continuing to collect monthly premiums. As an employee of one of the largest organizations in my state, I feel compelled to advise my colleagues and friends to exercise caution and consider alternatives to this company. They appear to be adept at finding excuses to avoid honoring claims. My research indicates a significant number of complaints against them, and it is noteworthy that they are not even a member of the Better Business Bureau. This speaks volumes to me about the company and the culture.

I bought this extended warranty in February. Couldn't use it for 1k miles and 30 days. After the 1k miles and 30 days and paying them 2 upfront, then 115.00 for the next month's payment. I needed my daughter's car repaired and, after several calls to make sure certain things were taken care of, it wasn't. I was told by numerous people at Endurance that YES, these repairs are covered, and I have dates and names of who all I spoke to.
When the car went into shop for repairs, I am told none of this is covered after being told by numerous amounts of their own employees told me yes! Now I am told it was in probation period, so I clarified the dates it was out of probation by 1 day, and they said now that after an attitude from the representative, she said I would contact the adjuster. I should have listened to the garage when they said they were not going to pay they never do, it's all a scam, consumer fraud. I have contacted a lawyer, and I will be joining the class action, so my recommendation is to avoid these companies at all costs. I will also be contacting my state congressman

I posted an earlier review but wanted to post again. Endurance agreed to pay for the transmission on my 2017 Traverse. I had only had the warranty for less than two months. It has now been repaired by my local Chevy dealer and works great. I am so elated I purchased this program and would gladly recommend it to anyone considering such warranty. I got full coverage from Endurance. I compared them to CarShield and they seemed to be a lot better. For a little bit less, you get more coverage. I sent a request for a quote online and followed up with me right away, in a couple of days. The rep was very easy to talk to. I asked him a bunch of questions and he answered them. I was very satisfied with our communications. Overall, the process was very easy, and the experience has been very good. I would recommend them.

I had Endurance Warranty when I bought my car. The rep was polite and well-informed. She told me I was covered from bumper to bumper and told me about the roadside stuff. I asked her several questions about the car if something happened with the electronics, and she said everything will be taken care of. In the 47 years that my wife and I have been married, we’ve never bought any kind of extended coverage. But being on a fixed income, we felt getting it is a better deal than buying a new car.

Signing up with Endurance was easy and simple. I knew what I wanted and the price wasn't that bad, so I took it. Customer service was friendly. He informed me about everything and told me everything that was covered under the warranty.
With Endurance, I have a $100 deductible. Not a big deal. The payment seemed okay, so I didn't really choose so much. I just figured out that it wasn't too bad, so I took it.

This is my first time using Endurance, I thought I had a 100.00 deductible and I was told my bill would be 220.00 because Endurance was only going to allow 26.00 for the part needed. This has been a waste of my money. I am going to cancel my policy and take my chances.

I had been taken by another company and saw Endurance on tv so I called a rep and purchased the plan after the time and miles expired to get coverage. I got a code, took my car to dealership where I had purchased the car, they checked out the car and called endurance. They sent an adjuster out that told them I would need to authorize a tear down which I did still waiting on decision. They also said maximum coverage would be no more than 2400 dollars for the year. The inspection is 900. The torque is 1700 plus the sensor of which I don't know yet. Still in limbo but not what I was told when I bought the policy. The dealership told me they accepted Endurance and they’ve never had any issues with them. The signup was good, but I wish there was a way to make it faster 'cause I was at work, and I was in a rush to get it done.

I had Endurance in the past so I got them again. Coming back on board was great. It felt like home. Their rep was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Endurance’s price could always be cheaper. I shared with a random customer at the dealership about Endurance. I told him the least they can do is get a quote. And if it's not for them, it's not for them.

I buy used cars these days and I was looking to buy another one. The people at Enterprise said they were better than CarShield. They seem to have a little better rating and the rep was very professional and knowledgeable. So those two things impressed me.
I received the contract but it was very small writing. My glasses aren’t very good and I was hoping to see something from an email on the benefits. Other than that, it was a good experience for me and I would tell my friends to check it out.

My car is a 2017 model with over 120,000 miles, and my extended warranty with Toyota had run out. I thought I could either go with them again and deal only with Toyota, or I could get one of these other warranties I see on TV. I looked it up on the web, and Endurance was the first one that came up. I read what they said, and it sounded good to me, so I got one of their guys to call me and tell me all about it.
During the call, the representative was very nice and pleasant. He explained what the deductible would be and also mentioned that because I'm old, I get a certain discount. My deductible was about 100, which sounded fair. As for the cost, I pay about $106 a month, which is certainly reasonable, and Toyota was going to charge me about the same as they were going to charge me. What I heard didn’t dissuade me from using them.

I had a great experience with Endurance. The representative I spoke with, who sold me from the start, was really good. I haven’t used it yet but she explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I like customer service that takes the time to explain what they’re offering in detail.
She did very well, which I appreciated a lot. These days, you don’t want to buy fakes and want to make sure you’re paying for what you’re getting. She was excellent, the person I spoke with was very good, and I really enjoyed talking with her. I was basically looking for extras, and she went over everything I was interested in, which was really good.
Whenever I speak to someone from customer service who’s good, I like to recommend them. For a bit of context, I had AT&T for over 30 years, but I stopped a few months ago because their customer service had really declined. For me, I’ve always believed in good customer service. When I get it, I stick with the company.

I went with Endurance because of the coverage that they had even for my vehicle. If it was totaled out, that amount, used something back towards that. The salesperson was friendly and professional, and he explained everything. The quote they offered was fine, but I found one provider that was lower. Still, I would recommend them.

I got Endurance after calling around and checking various companies. They seemed more efficient, polite, and on the ball, and they offered a better deal. Also, the representative, Lacey, gave me a good deal, but my only problem was that I told her I didn’t want my payment to start until May, since that’s the month my warranty on my car is going to be given up. However, she charged me this month, so I have to pay next month too. As for the plan I got, I didn’t get the oil change or tire perks. I got the Supreme or Premium Elite plan. The coverage is fine because I don’t drive very much. My 2022 Honda Pilot only has 5,800 miles, so it wouldn’t help at all to get extras like oil changes when I probably only get it once every year.

We went with Endurance because wanted to make sure that, if we had any problems, we have something to help cover it. We tried one company with an older car and they wouldn’t ever go up on us. And then, within a year, they were doubling up the price on us. And we dropped them and told them to take it. And then we heard people who had Endurance that they didn’t have that problem.
And so, we decided we would try Endurance and see what would happen. And it has been nice and they have been doing what they said. The reps who sent us up were so reasonable listening to us instead of telling us what all we had to do. They were able to give us the coverage we were looking for.

I had Endurance on my Honda for three years and got down to the last two payments. Then I sold the Honda, traded it in, bought a different car, and asked for an Endurance warranty on that car. Switching over was absolutely seamless.
Their customer service was great. The person I talked to was excellent. She explained everything to me and how the process worked. Even though I had had it on a car previously, this was exceptional customer service and made me really confident that I had extended the warranty to the new car, and it was the right deal for me.
As for the cost, it was a little more, but the new car was much newer with lower mileage, so I thought the price was normal. It should cost more to insure this car.

A friend of mine had Endurance and she told me about it. I looked into it and decided I was gonna get it. The person who signed me up was nice. I got an email and I tried to figure out who was sending me junk mail. I talked to a representative from Endurance. I asked what the email was about and the rep said, "Oh, we're part of Endurance. The person that signed you up, she didn't mention that to you?" I said, "Well, no. I get so much spam mail."
She went into more detail about my insurance. She said, "When you signed up for it, they didn't tell you about Line 5? We handle all the contracts and stuff like that." They have it set up. She or the one I signed up with set up the autopay. I got more good information from Line 5. I had a nice experience.

Endurance is not a 3rd party. They deal directly with the dealership or you can pick the mechanic of your choice without any hassle. Customer Service is excellent and you have 24/7 service. The rates on their plans may seem higher than the 3rd party planes but on the expiring end you get no payments due for 2 years.

When I talked to the representatives, they were very nice, helped me with the sign-up, and I felt Endurance would be worth its value because my vehicle is getting older, I'm a single lady, and didn’t know anybody who could fix it if something happened. They were really nice and it was very easy.

I was looking up coverage for my vehicle that has a lot of miles on it, and I know that most companies go to 250,000 miles, but I have way over 300. The rates with Endurance are very cheap, and for two vehicles, I pay $100 per vehicle. The customer service representatives were throwing all kinds of discounts at me, and they contacted me and waived some of my fees. It was lovely.

The salesman did a good job. He made the conversation light and I enjoyed talking to him. If he gave me a deal and I asked if he could do something a little bit better, he went searching and found me something better.
So far, I’m happy with Endurance. I have a Jaguar and for the first year, if something goes wrong with my tires, Endurance will replace them. I also have coverage for key fobs for the first year if I lose one or one breaks.

Endurance is a really good company. My vehicle is a 2017 GMC, and it's 6 years old. It’s been a wonderful car and I haven’t had a lot of problems with it, but it’s the only car I have. I’m retired and a senior citizen, so I feel like I just needed that extra support. I don’t travel a whole lot, but I figured I have to be prepared if something were to happen, because I don’t have the money to replace this and that and the high cost of when your vehicle breaks down.
I actually had Endurance before, and then I went to CarShield. But CarShield was going through a whole bunch of stuff, so I went back to Endurance. Then I had some issues with my income and I couldn’t keep it up. The signup was great and it was easy. I just went online and looked up the number. The representative was wonderful. She was easy to talk to and she handled everything and explained everything to me. My policy is not in effect until after 30 days, and I'm covered for three years. Overall, it was a good experience.

My truck’s warranty was up and it’s a diesel which is horribly expensive to fix if they break. Endurance Auto Warranty had the highest rating consistently. The sign-up experience was good. I’ve never had to actually use it yet, but you never know.

A co-worker of mine told me about how good Endurance was, and because the cost of repairs now is astronomical, I decided to purchase an auto warranty. When I called, the guy said Endurance was number one in the country. I didn’t believe him and thought he was just saying that because he was a salesman. He told me to Google it, so I did, and it came up that Endurance was number one. That’s what made me sign up. I had a good experience with customer service.

We had a truck that’s 10 years old and a five year old car. I and my wife are on disability and Endurance was cheaper than the other companies so we got them. We got the three-year service and they approved it 30 days after the service has been conducted, with no preexisting problems with the vehicles.

So far, I had a good experience with Endurance. I’m just waiting to see if anything happens to my car so I can use my service. And I got the warranty because of one of my brothers. Because I had to have a new catalytic converter put on my car. And the mechanic who was working on it didn’t research the VIN Number. And so, he put a standard catalytic converter on. And my car was manufactured in California, so it meets California standards. And he wasn’t repairing the car to meet their standard, which the computer was set to. So, my check engine light would not go off.
So, I finally went to another mechanic, and he checked it out. And he said he doesn’t think he knew what’s wrong with it. He says the mechanic has been using the standard converters, and it needs a California catalytic converter in it. So, he replaced it, and it’s fine now. I finally got the check engine light off it. I spent over $3,000 with the catalytic converters and everything, trying to get this thing fixed.
And it was just upsetting the heck out of me. And so, when I told my brother about it, he said that I should call Endurance because he just saw their advertisement on TV. And he said that I should check out getting a warranty on my car because it’s getting up in years.
And at one point, I had a problem with the rack and pinion, and I just told my mechanic to replace it, because I’m very picky about my car. I want it to be in total top running condition. I use it for every day. I drive it every day. And I’m 73 years old. So, I don’t wanna have problems in my car. So, when the rep kept telling me more and more, I thought that this coverage was magnificent. I even bought a dash mat for the dashboard. I don’t want it to get aged. I keep the interior really clean. I clean the leather regularly. I wash my car about three times a week. And I pay only $30 a month for unlimited car washes. And I wax my car regularly. I take exceptional care of it.
It’s a 2005 Buick LaCrosse, but I’ve only got 110,000 miles on it. So, the mileage is really low. So, I just decided that it was a good idea to go ahead and get this warranty, and that’s why I got it.
And the gentleman that I talked to was wonderful. He was very congenial, and he answered all my questions. And he gave me uninterrupted attention, and I was very thankful for it. And I couldn’t believe that everything was covered. I couldn’t believe how much coverage was involved in the warranty. I thought it was amazing. So, I think it was a good value for my expense. So, I feel comfortable if something goes wrong with my car.

I highly suggest Endurance Auto Warranty. My vehicle’s already paid off and I haven’t had any issues with it now. I had no warranty, so I figured the parts would be expensive, especially if I had to take it to a mechanic.
I got a phone call after I clicked on it through Facebook and a form popped up to put my information in. He was pretty professional. What made me sign up for it was that he explained everything to me, how it was gonna work, and then the price on it. I wrote everything down.

I had extended coverage but it expired. I saw the rates for Endurance online, and when I talked to the representative, it was what I was looking for. Gave them a $99 deposit and he said it was effective immediately. I wanted to have my payment made through my checking account, and he said customer service could arrange it for me. He was very knowledgeable.

I had spent so much money on my car. After the warranty expired, I didn't renew it like I should have, so I decided I'd go ahead and get another warranty. Endurance has a better price than the one I previously had. Their rep was fine. He answered everything that I needed to know. He did everything that I was expecting him to do. He answered all my questions.
The only thing that concerns me is that I have to put a certain amount of miles on my car. And by the time I put those miles on there, what I pay Endurance all up monthly if I had to fix it, I've already paid for it by paying them off. Because it was 30 days and 1000 miles before it really goes into effect. So it's just like a savings account to me.

I signed up with Endurance Warranty for my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. The representative was excellent. He told me everything, particularly roadside assistance, oil changes, rental cars, and hotels. I was approved for the service for four years and 75,000 miles. However, I had to wait a month or 1,000 miles for the probation period.

I decided to go with Endurance because of their documented track record. The communication with them was very satisfactory. Their representative was very informative enough to entice me to sign up.
Having a foreign car, the price is typically higher than that of most. My warranty on my car had expired, and I had gone to the dealer. I needed that extra coverage, regardless of whom I signed up with. I'm sure the prices may change, and with our current environment now, I need to decide sooner rather than later.
I haven't used it, as I'm in the initial stages. I have several people who told me that I probably should stick with the dealer. But I also have friends who have gone to the dealer for post-warranty service, and it was horrendous.
Service was good, but cost and convenience were the main factors.

My truck is a 2018. It doesn't have a ton of miles on it and my factory warranty ran out. I want to keep it covered and I don't plan on buying a new one. This is my last truck. Signing up with Endurance was awesome. I went online, got their phone number, and called them. I did it on a Sunday and they called me back and gave me a quote. I said, "Let's go with it." It was very simple.

I only talked to Endurance one time, and they were really good at helping me figure things out. The representative was very nice and answered all of my questions. He was on my car phone, so my husband and I were both talking to him. They were very upfront, and we felt comfortable, so we bought the policy right then and there. It was a pretty good price too.

The sales rep knew what he was talking about, so he was good. I thought it was a little high but compared to some of the others Endurance’s coverage was good, and I liked the 24/7 tow service. I'm 84 years old, not in good health, and my wife would need that in case something happened, so it’s more for peace of mind.

The agent that I spoke with was very informative and polite. I shouldn't say I look forward to dealing with them, but it's reassuring if I have to deal with them. I thought Endurance was an insurance company as I was looking for insurance on my vehicle. I was also supposed to call them and ask them how they do this stuff. I then realized they weren’t that kind of insurance. But I signed up and it was good. After that, I called back the rep and asked some more details, and wrote them down. I only know like 10% as far as right now.

I don't want anything to happen to my vehicles and not be able to afford to fix them, which is why I decided to get an auto warranty. I went with Endurance because they were supposedly highly rated, although after I read the reviews, that was not so much the case. The sign-up process was easy and pretty fast when somebody wants to take your money. I feel like the cost is a little high, so I’m hoping that if something happens to one of my vehicles, they’ll pay it.

I've been with Endurance for a few years and upgrading everything and getting another car added in was pretty easy. The representative, Matt, is real friendly and very patient. He allowed me an opportunity while we were talking to review everything and look at the math. I was very pleased. He was a very good representative who took care of to getting me signed up.
Most of the items of the vehicles will be covered and we'll be able to afford all that. I have not filed a claim yet except for normal wear and tear like the batteries or brake pads. Other than that, I've never had engine or a powertrain blow. Getting Endurance is more for peace of mind.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable. She explained the coverage to me, that I had bumper-to-bumper, that it would kick it at 101,000 miles, told me to make sure nothing was wrong with my car, and the packet would be sent to me. It wouldn’t have been so bad if she told me she was from Endurance because I thought I was signing up with a different company. I told her not to take money from my account, I’d rather have it on my app and pay the bill that way, but they did it anyway. I needed something to be fixed, and I called the other company, and that’s when I found out I wasn’t with them. So, I feel like I was defrauded, and I haven’t received the packet from Endurance yet, so I cannot go over the contract.

I signed up with Endurance online and it took about a day or two before someone reached back out to me. I got the bumper-to-bumper warranty for two vehicles. The representative had very good customer service and was knowledgeable. The signup was a great process and very simple. It laid it out real well so I could understand everything was I was getting. I got the Endurance warranty that covers bumper-to-bumper repairs. There price is reasonable, but there is a 30-day waiting period, so I haven’t had to use it yet.

The guy I talked to at Endurance was very nice. He explained a lot of things to me and went over everything, so signing up was fine. The cost is unbelievable, and my payment is low. I even have a Buick dealership right up here in Wheeling, and I've already been up there to talk to them, they said they dealt with Endurance, which is good.
I bought my car brand new in ‘18 and it’s ‘25 now, so you just don’t know when anything is gonna go wrong. My car didn’t have a warranty anymore because it ran out. I’ve been seeing the Endurance commercials on TV, so I decided to give them a try.

Extended coverage is important for us because nobody wants to pay for all the repairs if something goes wrong. It may cost you money just to keep it going, but when it breaks down, you don’t want to have to drop four grand. I wanted to try something different with my warranty and see what better service I could get with the warranty that I got. I’ve been hearing about Endurance, and I kept saying that I was going to try it. I’ve been blessed with my car, and, so far, I haven’t had any major problems with it. But, I still want to have it covered in case I do happen to have any problems with it.
The gentleman I talked to was nice and polite, and he serviced me well. He was very courteous and he explained everything to me. He answered all my questions in regards to the paperwork. He told me as well that policy will get activated 20 days after receiving it. I have a copy of my policy on the phone, but I haven’t received any paperwork yet.

I had no problems speaking with the Endurance representative over the phone. It was just another policy. It wasn't an add-on because the policy that I got the last time cost more than the policy I had at first. It was about $40 more.
Endurance is better than other warranties because it covers a lot of stuff. The representative read them out to me.. He's supposed to be sending me some paperwork on that that lists everything Endurance covers.
I think I'm gonna be pleased with the service if anything ever happens.

I was a service advisor at a dealership, and I used Endurance. I also used to recommend it to my customers. My husband drives his vehicle quite a bit, and I want to make sure that we’re covered long term for any major malfunctions. The protection specialist named Moses is fabulous and he was helpful. He answered all the questions that I had and found the best plan for what we were looking for. I did not feel pressured like he was just trying to make a sale.
We purchased a three-year plan, unlimited mileage, and it’s active in 30 days from the time I purchased it. The warranty also came with roadside assistance, the keys being covered, oil changes, brakes, and all the maintenance. That Endurance is the best extended warranty you can buy.

Endurance was wonderful. I’ve had them now for almost two years. During the time when my warranty ran out on my vehicle from the past and looking for something to help keep the cost down that I couldn’t afford if something major happened, I found out that Endurance was better than a lot of the other plans. I researched them, canceled my old one and got an auto warranty with Endurance.
I got a luxury car and I ain’t trying to pay out of pocket. When I take it to the Cadillac dealership, they would tell me that they’d check with Endurance what’s covered and that they’d let me know. Normally, you already know because of what the contract tells you, but they still do a diagnostic. Then they come back to say that it’s covered and all I have to do is pay a $100 deductible. It’s a really good product and I’m happy every time. I even had my husband that had his car added on there.

I’ve never used my warranty until just the other day, even though I’ve been with Endurance for a while. I originally got it years ago because I bought my wife’s Volvo outright. It has 101,000 miles on it now, and I still have another six years on the plan I took out.
It was pretty easy for me when I finally had to bring the car in. The Volvo place contacted Endurance, they replaced the pot on it, and the warranty covered it. All I had to pay out of pocket was a $100 deductible.

Terrible experience. I do not recommend this company. I spoke to very nice people, I asked questions in detail and informed upfront why I was getting it. Anything to make a sale. Of course, when it was time, I was denied. Denied. Denied! I figured it would be best to cancel and just pay for my own work on the car. I asked before cancelling what the fees and all other hidden fees were to cancel (just as I did before I purchased) and was told the same thing, $50. In the end I did my own work and they kept $500 of my money for spending my time, additional out of pocket (at their request) going to get different opinions of mechanics, and they kept just under $500. Straight up robbery if you ask me. They need to implement professional ethics.

A family member was talking about extended warranty, and Endurance came up. I have had to do the purchase process twice so it was a little complicated in the beginning. First, the fellow gave us a price, and it was a little high, so I called back to cancel it. Then, I talked to someone else, and he said that they could do a better job than that. And they gave a better price, and so we went with it that way. In the end, it worked out. The plan options offered were fine. However, I’m waiting for a new contract because they spelled my name wrong. It has been eight days already, and they said it would be here in two or three.

I have a 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup covered by Endurance. I compared them against a couple of other auto warranties here in Arkansas, and they had the better rating. Signing up online was easy and the plan options seem good. I haven’t filed a claim yet, but the cost seems okay for right now.

I’m recently widowed and I’m trying to think of my future. When I initiated the call, the customer service was great. Everything seemed to be very forthcoming and thy answered any questions I had. I felt comfortable after the conversation. I decided not to make monthly payments, and I went ahead and paid it off. Everything went well during the signup with Endurance.

Signing up with Endurance was great. I called them on the phone and the rep I spoke to was very knowledgeable. I knew nothing about it and he informed me of what it pertains to. I was looking for full coverage for my Jeep and I got it. I could use the policy after 30 days and 1,000 miles.

I had Endurance about four years ago and I decided to go back with them because the time that my car did needed service, they took care of everything. The customer service and everything else was great. Their rep was very good. I gave him a thumbs-up. He answered all my questions and he was nice and very patient with me. I liked him.
Filing a claim was very easy. I took my car to Hyundai where I purchased my car from and they took everything from there. I didn't have to do anything. I also called Endurance to let them know that my car needed service.
I have the full coverage like when I got it first. Their price is reasonable and I’d definitely recommend them to a friend. That's why I came back.

I was talking to a gentleman about my car after I got it, and he said the only problem I would have is the transmission. I know that's not covered under the general warranty. So I got to looking around, and I found Endurance. I called them, and they told me everything I needed to know, explained everything in detail, how much it would be, and what it would cost me if I had to file a claim. And so I thought that was very compatible with what my payment abilities were at that time and would be in the future. So I decided to go with Endurance. I personally like them. It's very, very good.

I liked the fact that the Endurance deductible is just $100 and I get the same thing that I would have if I had gone with other warranties. The conversation with the representative was really good. I asked a lot of questions and he explained and answered all my questions. Their coverage has everything that I needed and I mainly wanted it for the transmission.
I've been on the website and I'm in the process of reading the packet. The representative also told me take the packet and show it to the dealership. If the dealership does not use Endurance, then he also said I could call and cancel the warranty. He didn't just tell me I was locked into it. He gave me another number to call. If I just had questions with customer service, I could call and ask them additional questions.

My son knew a representative and he talked to him about the cost. He gave me a call and signed me up. I got seven years of coverage. That’s three years' pay off and a monthly deduction from my checking account. I had to do the downpayment and the rest was set up for autopay. It's very affordable for me.
The agent has been doing it for many years and the knowledge was on point. It satisfied my son and me. The only reason I got it is that I didn't have many miles on the car to get an extended warranty. But I paid the car off so I knew I had to have something. They bumped my coverage the day after I signed up.

I was looking for a warranty for my vehicle, and I was doing some research, and they said that Endurance was the best. So, I requested a quote online, and then the representative called me, and we just went through it that way.
I felt like the quote was a little high. But outside of that, I think it was pretty much what I needed because I was looking for a full coverage warranty.
And the representative, Doug, whom I talked to, was very knowledgeable. He was a great guy. He made it easy for me to get signed up. And their website is very well laid out and very well-designed.

It was easy to sign up with Endurance although there's a lot of information involved. I was able to understand what the rep was saying. I got good coverage for my Dodge Charger. The reason I signed up is that my car broke down and I had to pay $3,700. I'm paying $160 to Endurance. These days, everything seems expensive. But $3,700 is expensive too. I would like to keep the car for at least another two years. And even if I get a new car, I can always stay with Endurance. It was a great experience.

I saw Endurance on TV, and then my wife checked it out to make sure it was legitimate and to see how good it was. She confirmed that it was a good deal. The rep we dealt with was very patient with us and he was friendly – my wife was looking at the information up on the phone while I was driving. I got a bumper-to-bumper coverage with Endurance. The rep outlined to me what the policy was about, how much it was gonna cost me, and what it covered. It seemed fair. They weren’t pushy at all but just straightforward with what they got. They can be better on their price. Still, I would recommend them.

The signup process with Endurance was real easy, and the price seemed real reasonable. I’d been seeing something on my phone on Facebook almost every day, so I finally decided to call and just check it out.
The lady I spoke with was real nice. She explained everything and just seemed like she was trying to get me the best deal I could get. She really helped me out in all she could and made sure I understood everything. I ended up getting the full warranty. I think she said I could use the coverage after 30 days or 1,000 miles. Overall, it was a good experience.

I haven’t had an experience with Endurance yet because I just signed up with them. We got the warranty because, with the new truck here, it would come in handy later. And the sign-up process went great. I spoke to a guy named Dennis who was really good. He explained everything on the papers. I can hear him flipping the papers as he’s telling me everything over the phone. So, he was really a nice guy, and he was good at talking with me and explaining everything that I needed to know.

I purchased a warranty but before the 30 days of the purchase my Auto was totaled so I called to cancel my plan and was told, "No don't do that, you can be paid $1200 when you have an active warranty and your vehicle is totaled." I continued to make payments on my Taho I punched next. After three months my AC needed a new switch. I got a list of repair shops and began to call. I found one shop willing to work with Endurance problems every time with them. The shop said claim denied because my auto warranty was for a Avalanche. I called many times to resolve this but had no luck. Went to my bank and ask for the charges to be reversed so the bank rep called Endurance and explained who she was and why she was calling and ask the Endurance rep to verify the policy and the rep told her I owned a Taho but as soon as I got back to the repair shop it changed back to an Avalanche. Never got it repaired or any of the $1200 for the totaled auto.

We submitted our vehicle for repairs and we were denied. The rear differential gears are locking on the inside and it needs to be replaced. Company is saying it is regular wear and tear and denied it. We submitted evidence that we maintained the fluids as recommended. And followed all other maintenance on the vehicle. They cannot give us a good reason for the denial except that it is regular wear and tear. Not recommending this warranty company to anyone anymore.

They input the incorrect mileage and never corrected it after showing proof of the correct mileage and a Carfax report. I was given the runaround for months and eventually had to sue them. Customer service is nice until there’s problem. Each time you call the representative would say something different. With all the detailed information submitted they never corrected the problem.

So far have got Endurance as the warranty of choice. Chose another warranty company first. However, believe that the experiences in the future with endurance will be a much better investment for the vehicle that to be good a good steward of rather than the first one.. Yes I would recommend you guys insurance. The representatives are very friendly and very helpful. They're interested in your concerns. And very willing to assist you professionally. Well my warranty with endurance expired I did not renew because I knew I would be ripped off again charging too much. My mom has endurance and will not be renewing her warranty when it runs out. My mom hays some repair work done on her vehicle. While also it took almost an hour to get someone to answer the phone Endurance told her they will pay 800.00 dollars. My mom had to foot the rest of the bill paying 2,000.00 dollars. The commercials are lying to you people. Do what I did. Get an emergency credit card and use it if you need it for any breakdowns. It's cheaper.
