    So far, the Endurance policy is very good. The young man that I talked to on the phone listened when I was asking him questions and he was very nice in telling me what the whole insurance was and how I had to pay for it.     I initially went with CarShield, but I jumped the gun a little. Then I decided to check out Endurance and found it was a bit less expensive. So I canceled CarShield and went with Endurance instead.

    We had older vehicles and they needed to have a bit of a service warranty on them before they broke. Endurance was rated pretty well online. They were a little bit above the rest. The representative was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. It was a great signup process. The coverage was good. The price was a little bit high for somebody on a fixed income. It's not easy to put that much money out every month. But I know everything's going up. When your car breaks down, it's not easy to pay for that bill either.

    I had a very good experience signing up with Endurance. I’m very satisfied with the process. The agent assisting me was very professional. He explained the things I didn’t understand about the product.

    I would recommend going with Endurance. I haven’t tried it yet since I’m still in the first stages of it, so I’ll see what happens. They say a lot of things on the phone, and sometimes when it comes time to using it, there can be problems. But I haven’t heard that with Endurance. I’ve heard that they take care of business right away, and I like that.

    I'm on a budget and no longer working. I'm on disability and SSI, so I just have enough to pay the bills. The plan offered to me by Endurance was better than the other companies that I've looked into. With all the other companies, I have to pay out of my pocket and then they reimburse me.

    The Endurance rep made it very clear to me that I only have to pay $100 out of pocket. Then they take care of everything else. The representative was very clear in telling me everything that I needed to know. He broke down the payments. I just don't understand why I have to do 1,000 miles and 30 days before they cover me. But it's worth it. I might do 80 miles of that in a week, and it would take a long time to get to that 1,000 miles.

    Endurance gave me a good deal for a good product. One more year and my truck's gonna be done, and I needed coverage. It's a GMC Canyon pick-up, and it has these computers that's so scary. They work, but when they get old, they get slow, and then they don’t work so good.

    I liked the sales rep. He knew what he was talking about, knew what he was trying to sell. I looked at my booklet and it's pretty much everything he said. He answered my questions and even went above and beyond for me. I thought it was gonna be a lot higher, but the price was right, so I can’t complain. I’ve never used it, and I don't wanna use it, but if it breaks down, I can go to the mechanics where I get my work all done, and if they do what they say they're gonna do, everything's gonna be fine. Just like the old lady in the commercial said.

    My car is a 2022 model, and it is used. I decided to go with Endurance Warranty because it’s better to be safe than sorry. Another reason was that my other car was wrecked by someone I loaned it to. I know that the warranty doesn’t cover incidents like that, but I went ahead and got it anyway. I was just really happy.

    You never know when something’s going to happen to a car that’s not covered by your regular insurance. I’m not married, so I don’t have a man that can work on cars. I thought it would be better if I took out a warranty.

    The customer service was very pleasant. We had to make two or three phone calls to get everything right, but it didn’t take very long. The cost was very reasonable. I didn’t have any problems.

    Endurance treats me well and I am happy. There were some things they said that I didn't like, but I'm in the automotive field, so I understand. I pay a little bit more than I did for the first five years, but I get it. The vehicle's technically getting older and the closer it is coming to breaking down. I can complain about it, but it won’t do any good. I've had no issues, though. I'd rather pay for the warranty and have the vehicle than break down and not have a warranty. I paid my dues and they stepped up to get me on board. If I put a standard of being honest, I feel comfortable that they're gonna set the standard of being honest with me. All that matters to me is the service and hopefully, they give me the same good service if the vehicle breaks down.

    2012 Mazda 6 had check engine light. Christian Brothers automotive said it was due to cat converter. Failed due to manifold issue. Endurance rep examined the vehicle. We were told it was covered. After we authorized the repair, we were informed that Endurance corporate refused to pay. Unacceptable corporate behavior. Will likely cancel both warranties and switch companies. We were left with a costly repair.

    I just signed up with Endurance on May 2nd. My experience with the customer service during the sign-up was good. I was happy with everything. He was nice. But I need to call them because I need to cancel. My mortgage went up, and I can’t afford this bill right now. So, I have to decide either to pay for my house or the car, and I choose to live in a house. I’m not where I hate it, but I just can’t keep paying. I can’t pay the bill for next month. 

    And I already have two warranties on the car, but somehow, I got talked into getting a third warranty. I don’t need three warranties on a car, especially when they don’t cover the catalytic converter. Endurance doesn’t pay for a catalytic converter, nor the two other warranties. And then the warranty I had for the Kia only lasted for eight years for the catalytic converter. And it went out last year, and then I had to pay  $2,900 or $3,000.

    We paid the vehicle off, and of course, the warranty we were carrying on it went with it. So we decided we need to go ahead. We don't intend on buying a new car anytime soon, so we just wanted to get some extra coverage. It was very cordial, a very nice person I was talking to, who went over everything that is covered under the Endurance warranty, or most of it anyway. He said I'd be getting the paperwork on it, and I printed it out from my computer this last weekend. I haven't had time to sit down and read all the way through it yet. But I have it. As far as explaining the policy and everything. We haven't used it yet because we don't need it yet. But as far as dealing with them over the phone and everything, it was very good. They explained how many months it would take to carry out and how many years the vehicle would be covered and all.

    We bought a used Ford truck that was seven years old and had 13,000 miles on it. The factory warranty was pretty much out because of the truck’s age, so I looked into Endurance Auto Warranty. The representative on the phone was fine and explained things, although there wasn’t too much to explain. We decided to take the warranty and hope we don't need it, but you never know with these vehicles today. I'm from way back. The cost of these repair shops or dealers used to be $15 to $20 an hour.     My car has high mileage on it and Endurance covers high mileage in cars. I had a good experience signing up. They asked me my mileage and I went outside and I had to get my owner's card. I looked at the mileage wrong but they called me back and they said they put down the right mileage. Then they told me that I was going to get a copy of the policy in the mail. But the only thing that they sent me is a copy on a PDF. I got 19 pages and I need a freakin' magnifying glass for me to look at it. Any other contractor would send you a contract and you could sit there and read.

    I'm not gonna pay for something where something would go wrong with my car and then they have in fine print that they don't cover this. What is the sense of me having that warranty then? I did have a good experience. I'm gonna contact them and ask if they’re gonna send me a paper contract that I can sit down and look at.

    Last week, my truck had an issue. My truck is equipped and I have an app on my phone. When the incident happened with my truck, the app notified me that I had to park it. Something in the truck malfunctioned causing all the coolant to leak out so I couldn’t drive it. It was scary and very traumatic.

    I brought it into the dealership and I was told I had no more coverage but I didn’t know that. When I called Endurance, they told me I was no longer covered because my truck had 143,000 miles. So I got on the phone and found another provider. I had to pay 440 something dollars to actually get my truck to the nearest dealership and pay for the services.

    I was wondering why I wasn’t told that by Endurance, why they didn’t notify me the warranty is going out because of the mileage. I work at a car dealership and I was privileged enough to have the insurance when my factory warranty went out. I was picked up by Endurance when I was checking on different coverages. I purchased and just kept it moving. I have used it once or twice and when I did, I didn’t have to personally communicate with them.

    The dealership contacted Endurance and did everything. But sometimes, they don’t call the providers and sometimes, maybe for some unforeseen circumstances, they don’t have the correct information. I had to find out in a crisis that I no longer have coverage and I didn’t like that. There’s always room for improvement but as far as signing up, it was fantastic.

    I was already a previous customer of Endurance. I got a paid off policy with them on my wife’s car. When I bought my truck in 2019 from a lot, it came with a little warranty that you get when you buy the vehicle. But it didn’t expire because of mileage. It expired because of time. It went over the years but not the mileage.
    I had to get a warranty company to cover my truck, and I’ve experienced Endurance before. They cover more stuff for less money than the competitor, so I came back with them.

    I was out of town on work when I signed up for my policy. The representative was very understanding about updated mileage. I gave him an approximate, but he gave me a chance to get the exact mileage because on the policy they need the exact mileage. He wasn’t hounding me or nothing. I might just get a text message every once in a while saying, “When you get a chance, send me that exact mileage.”

    I purchased an older car with many bells and whistles, and while I was nervous about it, I thought I’d make a wise decision by getting a car warranty. I signed up online but never received the information they said I’d receive. I downloaded the app, and after reviewing the documents included in that, I realized the coverage wasn’t what I thought I had signed up for. So I call and spend no less than 4 hours on the phone, continually reiterating my need for comprehensive coverage precisely because I was buying an older vehicle in which I had limited information about. The girl I spoke with was nice but clueless, and the whole thing felt like, forgive the pun, but an exercise in endurance on my part. I wound up with a plan I was satisfied with, but unfortunately it voids my older contract and my wait period has to begin again.

    Roughly 15 days after my newest waiting period ended, my car began making a noise- not constant, and so faint you could only hear it with the radio off. We thought perhaps it needed new tires, but took it in to a licensed service provider to be safe. It was diagnosed with needing struts and a wheel bearing. I verified those were covered in my contract and much to my delight and surprise, they were. I patted myself on the back for that dreadfully long phone call upping my coverage! But wait…My mechanic called Endurance and was told those were regular wear and tear items and my claim was denied. Since I was literally looking at the contract, and this denial surprised him too, he advised me to call about it myself. While I also was told my claim was being denied, I was given a different reason. Endurance denied my claim, stating it was pre existing.

    The problem with this, is on an older vehicle, almost anything could be considered pre existing. Rarely does anything go from good to bad in a day. Secondly, nobody demanded an inspection beforehand, nor does the contract note any sort of timelines next to each covered service (such as must have Endurance for a year before we cover struts, or must use us for six months before we cover a wheel bearing.) All the customer has to go on is what you are being told is covered, only to find out they’re still denying your claim based on a formula only they are privy to. If you sign up for health insurance and unknowingly have cancer, it cannot be pre existing. If there’s no record, how can it be proven you were aware? Just as in this case, my vehicle drove great, had a clean Carfax, and an inspection at the dealer who sold it to me.

    I had no way of knowing these parts were going bad, but Endurance found a loophole to get out of paying the claim, and ran with it, despite my having the biggest, most comprehensive coverage they offer. Adding insult to injury, the script-reading customer service agent delivering this bad news, showed me their idea of world-class service, by telling me she could hook me up with one of their partners for financing the repair. You know, so I can get hit with interest and finance charges on top of paying for the repair myself, while also paying Endurance for absolutely nothing. So I emailed them to let them know that I think they’re a scam and will be doing exactly what I’m doing now with this review, and they said how sorry they were and after reviewing my claim, they wanted me to call for assistance. There’s some back and forth here because I don’t want to call and sit on hold forever again unless they’re actually going to help me.

    Yet they refuse to give any details in writing whatsoever. Finally I give in, only to learn not one thing has changed. They’re still denying my claim and offer nothing new. For fun, I emailed them yet again to tell them how unbelievable it was that they email an already ticked off customer and demand they call, only to give them the same exact bad news a second time. Guess what? They emailed me back and asked me to call again! It’s actually comical they care so little. I think my case pretty much disqualifies two of the most recent commercials I’ve seen from Endurance. The one where they discuss filing a claim right after their wait period ended and having no problems whatsoever, and the one where Danica asks, “Who’s going to pay for your next car repair? You or Endurance?” Well, unless you’re just a seriously lucky person, I can assure you, it isn’t going to be Endurance.

    I purchased the warranty for my 2018 Suburban. 3 months later while on vacation, the transmission went out. Had it towed to dealership 150 miles from home. Endurance representative went to dealership. Acknowledged transmission failure and took pix of vehicle. Claim was denied because the vehicle had 3 bumper stickers on it from my business, claimed it was a commercial vehicle. I appealed with email per policy and was totally ghosted. No one ever contacted me and when I called to determine status, was told over a 4 month period that my appeal was still in the review process. I did get 3 calls a day for 5 months telling me my payments were overdue.

    I have the luxury package on my 2019 ford Raptor. It has been about 6 months since warranty purchased. Transmission was slipping, took it to my Ford dealer (never been driven off road). Ford service department called endurance and was told fix is denied because of something called TSB which is a report the dealers use internally to have techs gain a heads up on what problem might be. They all do that and by saving time saves customers some money. I was traveling when I purchased plan, told salesman I would not be home when plan was to be sent for me to look over. I said just tell me if trans, motor, electronics were covered 100% and was told yes. Well folks they are not with this company. My service tech told me he had never had a warranty company turn down in a TSB bulletin or even for the repair I needed.

    It has been almost 2 weeks I picked up my truck today and paid for my service with Ford paying part. Every work day for these weeks I have called Endurance asked for claims manager to discuss this and he has not returned a single call. His name is Parm, beware. The co will not give you his number or email. DO NOT Do Business WITH these guys, they lie and will not call you back. Good luck out there. Don **

    What I was told by the representative for Endurance about the warranty program that I bought into is not what was actually represented or covered. I bought my package in September and then the following month I bought another package for my husband‘s truck. We had no problems. We’re paying each month no issues until April. My husband’s truck has a mechanical problem so we took the truck to the mechanic and lo and behold the problem with the truck wasn’t covered under his contract so all the money that I paid for this extended insurance I could’ve had in savings and paid cash for the problem with my husband‘s truck.

    Next month, my car needs the PCV repaired and fuel injectors replaced and on behold, wouldn’t you know it of course naturally although I was paying for the top tier contract those two particular things were not covered so once again all the money that I paid to endurance I could’ve had in my savings and would be able to fix my car which I can’t because I paid cash $2600 to fix my husband‘s truck and being a military family and I’m on permanent disability from a disease that I didn’t ask to have so we are on a very tight budget and still have three children in college that were helping to pay for.

    This did us zero good so I’m upset because what I was specifically told and I went over specific problems with an engine that could happen. Fuel injectors was one of them and was told that they were covered. I was lied to just manipulated into buying this contract and making this company more money. Congratulations. Hope they feel good about themselves so now I’m stuck with my car in the garage not able to run and I have to save up the $2200 is going to cost to fix it so basically the contract wasn’t worth the paper it was printed on.

    Updated on 06/25/2025: Not what advertised. I have been waiting since April for a reimbursement for a repair. No assistance or answer when calling.. They can’t provide or won’t provide solution. If I had known that not being service is not as advertised I would not have purchased the policy. I would not recommend purchasing this service.

    Original: I would not recommend this company to anyone. I filed claim in early April and not been paid yet called several times and get same response under review. Nothing they advertise is accurate. Bunch of scammers.

    Buyers be aware! When I purchased this warranty for our car, I was told that except for normal wear and tear on the car, the policy will cover all other costs of repair with $100 deductible. I also was not told about exceptions! When a car camera needed to be replaced, they would not pay for programing it! Fine print in the contract that I was responsible to read, and salesman not ever bring the exceptions up during sales! I found a host of other exceptions that makes this warranty very expensive and not worthwhile.

    I spoke to operator Kim from Missouri. She explained why Endurance is so important and the many benefits that are specific to Endurance auto warranty. She also explained you can go to a dealer and how it is so simple. She offered that when I didn't know about it. I thought I'd be charged way more. I think from now on I will go to a dealership! Because of how the policy works and they send someone out to check to see what you need, you wouldn't be taken advantage of because whomever they send out wouldn't say you need extra things that you don't!

    My AC went out this morning on my way to work. Endurance denied the claim. In 1 phone call, I was bounced from one operator to another. I spoke to 5 different people. I spent more than 4 hours dealing with these people. I was transferred from one rep tp another. Waste of time and money. Don't do it!!!! I'd like all my money back from both my vehicles.

    A lady named Joyce helped me with signing up for Endurance. She was very pleasant. It was a good experience. She explained everything to me in a way I could understand.

    I got the warranty because my truck is already four years old, and I know things can happen. My other warranty also had already run out. It’s always good to be protected, but I haven’t used my warranty yet. I just purchased it.

    I got full coverage on my car and a dude set up it up for me. I pay about 130 something a month for Endurance. But I got misled. The dude never told me I gotta put 1,000 miles on my car just to get it fixed. But I ain't mad. I can't file a claim because the car was kinda down when I got it. I got a little oil leak.     I talked to one other company and they seemed like they would give you to the hard sale salesman. They wanted to add this and they wanted to add that, and I did not have time for it or want to flow with it. With Endurance, the girl I talked to was able to give it right there as well as the information. I liked her. They then told me to keep the copy of the contract on the car glove compartment, so I put it in there.

    My husband has Parkinson’s and he is getting to the point that he cannot handle things. He is a mechanic and he could anything before. And so, I’m new at this, and I have never had to handle this kind of stuff before. Now, my car is a ‘22, so I figured it was probably about out of warranty. A very good friend and her husband have Endurance, and they had some major things, like a $8,000 transmission in one of their vehicles. They said that Endurance did a nice job, and that there were no problems. It goes a long way when you know someone who has it.

    I’m about to snap a gasket with the people at Endurance. So far, they suck. I’m getting nowhere with them and I’m fed up with them. They charged me twice. I made two payments. And if we don’t get satisfaction, not only will I end up cancelling them, I’m going to get an attorney and sue them.

    About two months ago, I had a conversation with Greg. He represented himself as a salesman for Endurance to sell me the warranty. And he said we were covered on this 2007 BMW as long as we meet the minimum of 1,000 miles and 30 days. We met the 30-day requirement, and we exceeded the 1000-mile requirement by an additional 1,000-mile plus. And under my oath, everything was fine with the vehicle. Everything was fine, and I even test drove it before my wife and I bought the car for our son, because he has been going through some difficulties. So, a week ago today,

    Our son works as a delivery driver and he does not get home usually until 7:00 in the morning. So, on his way to work, a week ago today, in the afternoon around 4:00, he had a blowout. He put the spare donut on and went to work. On his way home Saturday early morning when it was still was dark, a check engine light appeared on his dashboard and it scared him.

    So, when he got home and I was already up, and he told me about it. I said that I would check it out and I went out there and saw that light. I made a call to BMW, asked if we could drop it off and get it there, and have them check it out Monday. They said, “sure.”

    I asked for it to be towed, and it was. I covered the cost to have it towed. Greg reiterated several times that the only out-of-pocket cost I will have would be $100 per accident any given time we have to take it in for repairs or replacement. He went over a plethora of items that was covered, from transmission to engine, to electronic components such as door locks, windows, drivetrain, wheel hubs, tires if they get blown, etc. We went over everything.

    I wrote it down, and reiterated what he told me. So, if you go to the dealership or repair shop today and you have one item, that is $100. If you go in tomorrow for another item, that is another $100. But if you go in today and they find six items wrong, it is still $100. I thought that was perfect.

    On that good faith, I agreed to purchase the policy. Lo and behold, we take it to the BMW. And a Brian had advised the service adviser that she was to call me or my son Daniel and get approval for his requirement to have them drain the transmission. Apparently, the plate was leaking and to get that fixed and refilled with fluid was at the tune of $800 to $1,000 at our cost.

    And Angela told Brian, “That is not my job to call the customer. That is yours. You are the warranty company.” And he went, “By the way, we’re not covering the tire, a car loaner, and the most we’re going to cover, if we have to replace that transmission, is $2,100.” Greg told me that the policy would also pay for a rental if the car is in the shop longer than a day. And Angela, the technician, you could hear it in her voice, when I saw her last Saturday, that she was almost in tears with what I told her was going through. She kept apologizing.

    And all of a sudden, now, I’m having chest pains, and has not been sleeping all week long and well. I’m exhausted because I’m so pissed at Endurance. I can’t get anybody to talk to me. I find out that Brian is with a third-party entity, not an actual employee of Endurance. And Endurance and this third-party company is just bouncing me around like a ping-pong ball. After I yelled and screamed about once or twice a week for three months, we finally got my car out of the shop, good as new.

    If I had a sharp attorney, I’d make it to where I had no out-of-pocket expense except the $100. And then get Endurance to pay to get my son’s transmission repaired or replaced, whatever it takes. And stop this shady insurance, non-paying tactic. I want that thing replaced. If it can be repaired, repair it, but I want that transmission warrantied. I am going to do everything I can through social media and any other means necessary to get Danica Patrick involved and get her out of that commercial. If I’m having issues, somebody else is having issues. And there could be a potential class action lawsuit.

    I had CarShield at one point for three months, and I never had any problems with them. But my grandson had been with CarShield for a while, and as soon as his car was having issues, they had issues taking care of it. So, that’s why I stopped dealing with them and went with Endurance. This was something to keep just in case my insurance won’t cover my car. That’s why I always have a backup that will.  

    And the thing is that I’m paying $124 a month with Endurance, and I feel that that’s steep. And even though I have Endurance, I hear of other companies as well that offer oil changes and battery stuff. But the representative I talked with at Endurance informed me about other things that Endurance would do. And I like that whenever I feel like bowing out gracefully, I can do that. 

    The representative was knowledgeable, and she did explain different things to me. She reassured me about a lot of things and convinced me. I feel she was on a game and she wanted to make sure that I understood everything. I have no problem with the agent, but she was also telling me things that they don’t do. Some companies offer a free oil change or tire rotation, and it’s something that they don’t do. But she did say that whatever I put into it, and I’m not satisfied, they will refund my money back, which CarShield did not do.

    I’m a senior, and I’m not working. I’ve had major surgery, so I can’t go to work at this time. And it’s just my husband. So, I don’t wanna waste my money with a company that claims that when you get their policy, they’re gonna do this, that, and the other, and it doesn’t come through like that. 

    But so far, I’ve been blessed with this car. I have never had any issues since I’ve had this car. But due to the fact that I travel back and forth from Mississippi to New Orleans, my thing is that whenever anything comes up, I’m covered. So far, I’m paying for it, so whatever they say that they’re going to do, I’m going to expect their word that they gave me. I’m hoping that they stand behind what they said.

    My son was here and was telling me that he had Endurance. I told him I was looking at CarShield’s commercial. He said not to use them but get Endurance instead.

    I asked what his co-pay was, but he was trying to explain it to me in a hurry so I didn’t get too much information from him. I went and made the call to get it for myself. I had my contract sent to my email and had it printed out at Home Depot.

    The representative was very nice and friendly. She touched bases with me and told me about the 1,000 miles. She also said that if I was to ever need the service, I wouldn’t have anything to worry about.

    It was a fast conversation. That’s why I had her email me the contract so I could read it. I suggest talking a little slower so the person can understand what they’re saying clearly. The representative was talking so fast that I forgot what it was I wanted to ask about.

    Endurance Warranty gives me security, but the cost is a little high. I’m paying more for it than I am for my regular insurance on my car, which is kind of frustrating.

    I tried to make a claim, and they said no because I needed to have 1,000 miles in my car before they would do anything. So, I ended up paying $1,400. Hopefully, the next time something happens, they will cover it. The customer representatives were great and very helpful. I had no problems with them.

    I can’t say I’m satisfied with the service, but I’m not. Apparently, the guy told me I bought a lemon, so I’m sure something else will come up sooner or later. Right now, it’s in good shape.

    I had Endurance on my Lexus and dropped them because they didn't cover some things, and they use aftermarket products.     I bought a used car. The reason why I bought a used car was because in one of my previous cars, the engine blew on me and I only had it for two years. And then the other car I bought had issues with the drive train, and it was slowly starting to break down on me and I was not able to afford it.

    So, I ended up buying this vehicle that I have now. Because I have had such bad luck with vehicles in the past, I was hesitant about getting into car payments and not knowing if I was going to be able to afford anything that could arise because it was a high mileage car. I then decided to purchase a warranty that was offered with the vehicle from the people that I bought it from.

    But I did not go with them just because I felt they were being way too pushy, and I didn’t have enough time to research the process because I never heard that you can get a warranty for a used car. So at first, I thought it was a scam what they were doing. And I did research and I found Endurance.

    The agent who helped me was phenomenal, and he worked with me. I don’t have anything but good things to say about him. I called in not knowing that my car, the VIN had never been put through the system to have a warranty applied to the car. He told me, “We have these offers for first-time person whose car has not been put through a warranty process. However, you will have to pay X amount of dollars today in order to get it started.”

    I explained to him that I would have the money the next day but I just did not have it that time, and he was able to post-date the payment. And I ended up calling back the same day and processing the payment. He went above and beyond to help me. I felt like he was personable, and I am very grateful. I feel like I’m 100% covered. I have had people telling me mixed things about warranties in general, and it scared me because I was after my 30-day period.

    I have had to call in a couple of times, back and forth, trying to get this policy started, and everybody that I’ve spoken to is very well rounded and knowledgeable. They were friendly, willing to help, and simply top tier customer service. And customer service goes a long way, especially when you’re investing in something. I’m happy with the decision I made. People will try to do anything to not honor the warranty, and that puts a bad taste in my mouth. But, at the end of the day, I still feel protected.

    The signup experience with Endurance was fine after some people I knew recommended them, but the process took much longer to get approved than I anticipated. My vehicle went into the shop for a claim, and it took seven days just to get an approval on the repair. I’ve had to rent a car for almost 14 days, and because Endurance only covers five days, I’m coming out of my pocket for most of that rental since it took over five days just for the approval.

    On top of that, Endurance required that they supply the transmission, but their vendor is going to take four business days to get it here. The transmission shop could have gotten it in two days, so that’s just more days added to a rental that I really don't want to extend because it’s costing me every day. If they require a specific vendor, they should be more prompt, because that’s another $100 out of my pocket.

    There was also a lot of back and forth with paperwork. Instead of contacting me directly, Endurance would contact the repair shop, and I spent at least half an hour on hold for six different phone calls, that’s basically three hours of waiting just to find out what paperwork was missing. I even sent two pieces of paperwork on the same email and they said they only got one. Then three days later they requested more documents, which took me more time to get from the dealership and pushed everything back. At this point, the repair is covered, but it’s still costing me about $700 in rental fees.

    My factory warranty was about up, I was right at 36,000 miles, and I wanted to make sure I got something taken care of as fast as I could. In the initial call, I told the rep that I wanted to think overnight about it, and I called him back in about 10 minutes. He was not pushy, and signing up with Endurance was wonderful. Their coverage sounded great, and that was the reason I went with them. Their pricing is good, too. I have seen all the commercials, and they seemed like they were a little step above.

    I had CarShield for a couple of years, and I had an instance, maybe two. I have a Honda Pilot. I've used the dealership in Tulsa here pretty much exclusively. I've tried a few other things along the way, but they seemed pretty not necessarily resistant, but not very helpful in trying to get CarShield to cover part of my experiences. That's the reason I switched out. And I've heard rumors about lawsuits and different things, and you wonder why they are continuing to advertise and all. I did a little bit more deep-dive into checking about the leaders in the industry, and it looks like Endurance is kind of the people to go with. So that's primarily why I chose Endurance. The sign-up process was not really that much different than CarShield. It didn't appear there was anything unusual compared to what Endurance was asking, and it's kind of somewhat the same, but it was fine. It was smooth. All things considered, of course, everybody wants less. I have a lot of faith in the product. I don't know how great a value it'll be, what I'm spending my dollars on if I seek a claim or two.

    I checked with some auto companies and a lot of them cover nothing. I had a bad mirror on my truck. It’s a retractable mirror. It took me three weeks of fighting with the dealership and the warranty to get it covered. As an ex-mechanic, I've dealt with companies in the past and I’ve spoken to a couple of other people. They said Endurance was more expensive but it was the better way to go. Seeing that I no longer have the dexterity that I used to have with arthritis in my hands and I plan on doing some traveling, I said, "There's no sense in me getting stuck in Podunk and not having some kind of coverage."

    I signed up with Endurance and everything was very good. Judd was my rep for that. I had an issue recently. I had signed up for the program and the credit card that I had provided had fraudulent charges against it. I spoke with someone this morning and gave them my new banking information and everything went very smoothly. My rep was Irving this time. I still need to download my paperwork and read all the fine print. The general maintenance on my truck has been maintained.

    I had a couple of other things with the warranty company that they would not cover. The washer pump went bad and they said it was a blockage in my line. I pulled off the line and still no pressure. They would not change it. For the $15 and the 45 minutes it took me from start to finish, I did it myself. It was ridiculous stuff. That, to me, should have been covered. It's a safety warranty. With no washer fluid, I can't see an accident. That aside, I've already spoken with other people about the Endurance program as far as how smoothly things went. They have good coverage. I've been a mechanic so I've experienced dealing with them on the other side as a business partner.

    I love Endurance. I haven't had to use it yet, but we'll see. The signup went great. I am referring them to people. I got my referral from their commercials.     My husband said Endurance Warranty is a good company. They show commercials and they cover things like that. My car warranty had expired. The mileage hadn’t, but they go by the year. I did need to get a warranty on my car.

    It’s been a long time since I had to buy a warranty. My cars have always been under warranty through the car company. Now that I’m retired, I’m giving Endurance a try, and I’m pretty sure I'll be happy.

    The price is okay. I pay for what I get. I want to make sure everything’s covered, and I might pay a little more. If the air conditioner goes out or anything happens with the engine, it’s fine. I can’t afford it now, but you get what you pay for. If I go with a cheaper warranty company that doesn’t cover everything, then that’s no good.

    The customer service was very nice and knowledgeable. I even called them back at one time to see when my next payment was due, and I didn’t have to wait. It was fine and easy to do. I’ll keep them.

    I paid for a plan with Endurance for over two years never missing a payment and claim that was asked about was denied. #1 air conditioner went completely out in one of the hottest summer and because it needed a gasket endurance would not cover the Air conditioner even though their conditioner was cover under my plan. Do I paid a total of 1,500.00 out of pocket. The following year my shocks on my car was going out and again my claim was denied and all the services were under certified repair companies. Then I decided to cancel my plan and had to pay to get my cancellation form certified before sending it to Endurance. Endurance did not refund any of my money.

    The coverage was better with Endurance but a little more expensive. Well, I got a truck, and now, it's got about 95,000 miles on it. I had bought an extended warranty on it from the manufacturer, at the start. But when that went out.

    I wanted to be covered by something. And so, I went with CarShield. But we dropped them, and then I went with Endurance. As a matter of fact, I had to have some work done on my truck in between trying to find an insurance carrier.

    So, I missed out on trying to use one because I had to go ahead and pay quite a bit of money to get my truck repaired.

    The representatives from Endurance had called me. I've had their 1-800 number. I was going to call and see what it would cost. But some lady called me. And she was really informative, professional, and nice about the way she explained everything to me about Endurance.

    My wife's vehicle, we it from dropped CarShield. And both our vehicles now are on Endurance, my truck and my wife's vehicle. I haven't had much dealings with them. But I like what they offer. Thus, I signed up with them. So, I haven't had a chance to use them yet.

    The signup process with Endurance was simple. The guy I talked to had us signed up pretty quickly. They've got a 30-day waiting period and you have to do 1,000 miles. I haven't quite covered that yet, but we're getting close. So I'll officially be on an Endurance policy after the weekend. We've made three trips to Nashville. That picks up about 600, 700 miles of it right there.

    I had another company before and I made two claims with them, and both were denied. I was getting very frustrated with that company. Then I saw a survey that they have about 6.9% customer satisfaction rating while Endurance has 9.6%. Endurance was not much more than that company. But it's been great so far.

    I’ve heard some positive reviews about Endurance. The length of time they’ve been in business, and looking at the reputation of other companies, they don’t compare to Endurance. Customer service is positively a hundred percent excellent.

    I received a letter from Endurance saying that my warranty was gonna be expiring soon. But I didn’t know because I never got anything. So I renewed my policy two weeks ago and the rep was really good about the whole thing. He explained everything to me so I understood all that and gave me all the information like telephone numbers if I had a problem. The rep even asked me if I was in any accident but I haven’t been in all the years that I’ve had the car.     I was with another company for about six months. After looking into it, I saw that it only covers certain items. Also, my car has about 200,000 miles on it. If something else went bad, they wouldn't fix it. So I looked further into Endurance Auto Warranty, and they offer bumper-to-bumper coverage which I was looking for, because I would never know what part might go bad if something does go bad.

    So I signed up my Kia Optima a week ago. It was a good experience. The representative that I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't pressure me on anything. He just laid the program out and answered my questions, and we went forward from there. The policy provides coverage on everything that I needed it to, like the entire engine and its components, the transmission and power train. I felt like it was good coverage. If something goes wrong, like AC, switches, or heating system, that's covered as well. Endurance is a little more expensive, but they cover a lot more.

    I have an older car, so I needed an extended warranty. So, I signed up with Ednurance in December. And the first thing I needed was struts in the rear. The whole bill came to about $1,400, and they covered 500 of it. So, as soon as everything is taken care of, I’m dropping it because I’m very disappointed. The coverage isn’t what it says. The parts they were gonna send us would have been $181. And the real parts that the shop was putting in were twice the price. So, they were giving me money for cheaper parts, and I’d have to wait two days for them. And they didn’t cover what they said. I expected them to cover the cost of what it was gonna be minus my deductible, and that did not happen. So, I’m done with them.

    I went with Endurance not quite a month ago when I signed up. When I bought my truck, I wanted to put a warranty on it. After 50 years of turning wrenches, I could no longer do it. The reason I ended up with them was that one of our commercial customers recommended them because they've had a very good rapport with them.
    The person who helped me set everything up was not overly pushy. I told him I was calling and I was gonna get a couple of other prices. We agreed on a time he was gonna call me back. He wasn't the "Well, you gotta do it today" type of person. At that point, I decided to go with them.

    I would call the coverage bumper-to-bumper. I was really concerned about the drivetrain, the engine transmission, and the rear end, and I know there's other stuff that they cover. I don't think the price is terrible. It's a 2015 automobile, and if something breaks, it would be very expensive. I pay them $183 a month, and I don't have a deductible. I pay it for 30 months, and then I get 18 months free. I'm happy with that aspect of it. Fortunately, I haven't had to use it. I don't even think it's ready.

    The sales agent seemed to be pretty knowledgeable about the product until I found out that he checked the box of a 4-inch list instead of a 6-inch list. So, when I filed a claim for a starter, they denied my claim. And I'm upset because they actually saw in the notes that I was asking for a 6-inch list coverage, and I was paying extra money for that. They said they would sell me a bigger package and include a 6-inch list. But to me, I already had that package because it’s what I paid for, and I asked them to stand behind their name and make it right. They chose not to, so I requested a full refund. I already canceled my policy because if they're not gonna cover me, it makes no sense to continue to pay. I don't know why they took my money when they knew that I was paying for something that they could not deliver.

    I had a different warranty through Ford, and it was a blood contract. It was horrible, so I looked for a different one, and I was hoping for a better one.     I bought Endurance Extended Warranty (Policy **) for my 2006 Mercedes E350. Engine issues commenced after probationary period. Mercedes dealership diagnosed several problems. Endurance’s inspector then concluded that my car’s advanced onboard computer recorded onset date and mileage of my car’s problems; each of which began during the probationary period. So, Endurance denied my claim.

    But, Endurance’s actions constitute a complete fabrication and a fraudulent scheme. As corroborated by both the Mercedes repair technician and service writer, Endurance’s inspector never saw my car and certainly never inspected it, either. Furthermore, my Mercedes lacks the capability to perform any of the actions inspector claimed.

    Only information available to Endurance and its inspector was Mercedes-provided diagnostic report. Mercedes steadfastly insists that, armed only with information Endurance had, it is absolutely impossible for anyone to determine either the onset date or mileage of my car’s problems. Endurance failed to provide me any other evidence to support its denial of my claim. I am a 72-year-old 100% totally and permanently disabled retired United States Army veteran and cannot afford the car repairs. Endurance is an absolute fraud and I do not recommend it to anyone interested in a trustworthy extended car warranty company.

    Based on the research I did and talking to some people, Endurance seemed more credible. As I looked at Endurance compared to the others out there, I felt better about them. I talked to some friends and they have Endurance, they still do, and they were satisfied. The representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable and went into great detail. I was very pleased with that. After looking into things and talking to my representative, the additional features that were offered when I first signed up made the warranty a real value.

    I was looking for the full package. The other thing was that I wanted a more extended plan. I got the four-year plan with Endurance. With some of the others where I had gotten quotes, I only received two years and 24,000 miles. I do a lot of highway traveling with my vehicle, so I was very concerned about a longer policy.     I bought a car a couple of months ago, and it’s a hybrid, so it has a lot of things that I don’t really know much about. The dealership suggested Endurance for my auto warranty.
    The signup process was simple. But there was one thing I was concerned about that I still need to call them back on. When I initially signed up, my monthly fee was $163. I later spoke with someone in customer service who said that since the car isn’t a daily driver and we put less than 10,000 miles on it a year, I qualify for their low-mileage rate, which would lower it to $147.

    But looking at my statement last month, I was still charged $163, so I need to call them to remind them of what I was told. Other than that, I’m pleased with it, though I haven’t had to use it yet, and hopefully I won’t.

    If I could rate less than 1 I absolutely would! I’m so lucky my friend is an attorney that will support me on this NIGHTMARE! I signed up with Endurance because I fell for all of the “good reviews” I read on here. But PLEASE take note. My transmission claim was denied due to the fact I had “new aftermarket tires”. First of all, WTH does that have to do with the transmission!? They said it “should’ve been mentioned” in the sign up call because it’s “in the script”. Well I tell you it wasn’t and if it was, WHY on earth would I deny that??? Doesn’t make sense. I pleaded for the recording but conveniently “they can’t produce”.

    I will be contacting the BBB on these crooks. Truly should be ashamed of themselves working for a company that practices such bad business and taking advantage of hard working people. After SEVERAL phone calls (including 4 as in just as many days) they finally tell me they could “loan” me the $$ to fix my transmission. So I’d pay back the $$ to fix ON TOP OF MONTHLY INSTALLMENT for the “ELITE” option for TWO DIFFERENT VEHICLES. This has been the absolute worse business experience EVER. It may sound like I’m on a crusade now, because I AM! Along with the BBB I will be warning anyone who will listen…. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They will screw you as soon as they get the chance. My family member warned me but I didn’t listen, thinking it couldn’t be that bad. Well here I am. Took a chance and feel for the good reviews. I’m here to tell you WATCH OUT for these guys.     A few months back I was driving to Dallas from Colorado and I clicked on a link for Endurance. I can’t call me back trying to get me to sign up. I asked for a copy of the policy. He said they couldn’t give it to me until I signed up. I said no thank you then about 30 minutes later Tiffany a supervisor called me back. She asked me what my concerns were. I told her that a few years back I went with Carshield and they didn’t cover wheel bearings, upper and lower control arms because of the mileage on my vehicle. She assured me that they were the best and they were nothing like Carshield, that all of my concerns were covered. I asked her to put that in writing. She said everything was on a recorded line.

    Then, when I finally did file a claim, they did not cover wheel bearings and control arms. It was just for a sale! I asked for a transcript of the conversation I had with her. They denied me. Do not believe them I specifically asked about suspension components and they’ll say anything they can to get you to sign up. Luckily, I caught this within the first couple months. I’m definitely canceling and will never go back with the scam artist.

    Took out a warranty on my Toyota Tundra in January 2025, in April 2025 I broke down on a weekend over 800 miles from my home. Using the roadside assistant was VERY difficult, since they couldn't pin point my location. It's been 3 and a half weeks so far and Endurance hasn't approved the claim. It's next to impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone - message is "longer than anticipated wait lines - we will call you back". Sent documents through email to 3 different customer service representatives and yet they say there is nothing posted in my file (UNBELIEVABLE!) I have paid over $1200 in out of pocket rental car expenses, plus 2 nights in a hotel, then had to rent a car to drive 900 miles back to my home in Wisconsin. I might be the exception here since all reviews seem to have 5 stars. I have documents to prove all of my statements.

    I am a 64 year-old disabled combat veteran purchase a policy for my 2005 Ford Excursion. Recently my transmission went out. Took it to the shop. After two weeks. They finally got to go take a look at it, took pictures and all that. Come to find out they disqualified my vehicle and my entire policy was null and void because prior to me buying it from the previous owner it had a performance chip and that spot where you check the code unbeknownst to me. So now I’m out of six grand for the policy and now I have to spend the same amount of money to replace the transmission in that vehicle. This is pretty sad. They call it a modification upgrade. Pretty sad.

    These people will find any way not to pay off a policy. It’s bad business but they get away with it anyway so buyer beware. If you do purchase one of these policies make sure you don’t put any additive in your gasoline tank. As far as injector cleaner make sure you use the proper oil when changing your oil filters. All this don’t hang anything from your rear mirror that will cause your transmission to go out, putting stickers on your windshield that will cause your transmission to go out. As far as they’re concerned any pulling up trailers or anything like that that void your policy. Buyers beware. Good luck.

    I never had a Warranty with them but they still email me ten to twenty times a day. Impossible to block the emails and even harder to get on the phone. I filed a complaint with the BBB and The FBI. Stay away from these scammers. I’ve read thousands of complaints from Facebook and the BBB. They only take action when they get caught.

    Contract claims to cover the engine but has enough loopholes included to ensure that they can avoid coverage. They insist on thousands of dollars worth extra diagnostics before meeting the claim so you have to gamble on spending more in the hope that they don't wriggle out of their obligation. Not worth the upfront cost. Dishonest business. Representative Jeffrey even lied about emailing a copy of my policy.

    I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience!! Tamika went above and beyond, she was extremely pleasant and helpful. This was not the easiest call, the car and plan was an inheritance from my grandmother but the conversation felt like 2 girlfriends chatting, I really appreciated her help!!!     So I purchased this car and sent it. Got my Ford building very very serious because Jefferson said nothing comes around me now! It's small and richest girl. My mother is still 18 was just a little small. I didn't even know but they did. I pay for my car because of that. I don't just don't understand how they are getting away with this. If I was you I would think twice and get clear understanding about what you are signing up for with this company because they look for any reason to pull out of covering your claim.

    We love that their rates are reasonable and that they pay directly to the dealership for repairs rather than us trying to get reimbursed by them or finding out later the repairs might be capped like some warranty companies do.

    The rep was pleasant to speak to. I was going to cancel coverage on one of my vehicles because I already had coverage from a different company. After speaking with the rep, it made since to keep Endurance coverage and cancel the other company. I've not had any bad experiences with Endurance.

    Endurance agent was great, gave me all the info. Switching everything to my other vehicle, take in the policy from the old one. Have not had any problems with any of my vehicles since I've been with Endurance.

    The Endurance coverage looks good. It was a lot better than what I had gotten from Ford. Ford wanted ridiculous cash payments a month, and they wanted a whole lot. I just hope Endurance covers everything that the rep promised me. They mailed me a brochure, ‘cause I asked for the policy book. I told them if they don't send me out anything that I can read, I'm going to cancel. Other than that, I'm also recommending my son to give Endurance a call.

    Great at billing; horrible service! They put you on hold for extended periods (30-45+ minutes) of time and don't payout claims as promised. I paid into my contract for 6 months, fulfilled their mileage requirement on my vehicle, and didn't receive service when I needed them for a small claim. A huge waste of time and $900+!!!
