    They say they cover everything, but in reality they try not to cover nothing. Even when you try to cancel your prescription, they sell your info to a company named Mepco and they bill you. This is a scam!!!

    Well I just enrolled with Endurance and now I am in their "probationary period of 30 days and 1000mi. Nonetheless, I feel better about the future and the investment I have made with my vehicle. It is very important to me to have a plan B in place in relation to car repairs. There isn't anything better than the peace of mind I now have concerning my vehicle. I was surprised at the amount of coverage I was able to qualify for at 93930mi and on a 2019 Honda Civic Sport Coupe. I look forward to see how they handle the first repair, whenever that happens.     I called different places and I got one of the best quotes from Endurance. I am still in the trial right now. But I have called to get more information on the things offered, because I know it said that they pay up to $50 to help me with the oil change, which is amazing. All of these amazing things that they are offering is what pulled me in.

    The rep that I dealt with was amazing. The conversation that I had with her felt like she understood me. She was able to communicate or sync with me in the conversation to get what I was looking for. Her way of communication was great. She explained to me how Endurance offers more items that are covered. So, it's more peace of mind. I also looked through the document she sent me. I went through everything with her.     This is a scam! My husband purchased a warranty from this company and they did not cover ANYTHING! Beware! The injector went bad causing failures with other parts that are covered. They wouldn’t cover anything because that one part went bad first. The contract doesn’t state any of this.

    The gentleman whom I spoke with at Endurance was extremely knowledgeable about the whole program, and for what level of protection my car qualified for. He didn't oversell anything, and didn't keep asking me after every sentence he said if I was ready to sign up for the benefits. He explained it so that I could understand the benefits I qualified for with my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe, any questions that I had, he would patiently answer them, and when I ran out of questions, that's when he asked in not a pushy tone if I thought I would benefit from the protection he just quoted me, which of course, I did. So, he apologized but that he had to read me a 3 minute disclosure before finalizing everything.

    After it was all said and done, I've been able to read the entire booklet online of the ins and outs of my new policy, and it was exactly as the gentleman who I spoke with had told me over the phone. There were no hidden fees or charges, and no exclusions other than what I had already been advised of. I think that this is going to be the beginning of a good partnership, because it was started out with the total truth being told, and respect.

    Maybe I am missing something. I see all the 4 and 5 star reviews but I had a horrible experience with Endurance. I talked to the salesperson on the phone and she gave me everything that was covered. I have a Hybrid and she told me the hybrid batteries were covered as well as shocks and struts and all suspension. She told me that all brake components are covered except for the pads. So I sign up. Then I get the actual Policy Book and none of those things are covered. In fact, there were significantly more exclusions that actual items they do cover. Basically they do not cover hardly anything. I cancelled right away. I was lied to. Seriously, almost everything was excluded. They have almost three pages of exclusions. I am very disappointed.

    This company is a scam. I was denied a claim because my “used” vehicle I bought from a Ford dealer did not have correct size wheels/tires specifically from factory. First of all I did not put these on. Ford dealer put them on. Endurance claims it was “modified”. If dealer thought it was ok to change size with factory wheels and then I think it’s “modified”. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

    Everybody at Endurance was really clear about what the warranty covers. When I went online and I was checking, Endurance was better than CarShield by an astronomical amount as far as even deductible and what they covered. I also found out that CarShield is not doing very well. Endurance has a high star rating, too. The person that I spoke with was very kind, helpful and informative. From my understanding, it was better to not use it the first 30 days until everything went through. And then if I need to use it, then I can use it. It covers so much. I can't afford a new car. I can come up with $100, but some of the stuff that it will fix would help my car almost be like new. It just now flipped to 172,000. It was just a little before that when I got it.

    I googled a couple of companies and I chose Endurance. I got a premium policy and I was approved right away. But I didn't get the explaining of the contract. They also said they were giving out a 30% discount but when I called back, they wouldn't give it to me. I haven't gotten anything in the mail telling me what I'm covered for, as well. I got an email but it was so long and long. I'm 70 years old and I can't read those things. I need it on paper. I've never spoken to anybody since I signed up or received anything in the mail. I know they're very good but their service was horrible. All they did was take my money.

    I kept seeing the ads for Endurance Auto Warranty on TV and I got to thinking. I began to consider the extra protection an extended warranty could provide for our frequently used vehicle. The signup process was fairly smooth and only took about 35 minutes over the phone, resulting in a policy that starts on the 14th of April.

    I was pleasantly surprised with the affordability of the coverage options, which came in under $150 a month. Although possibly cheaper options would have been welcome, I understand the need for the company to remain profitable.

    As I haven't yet had the opportunity to use the warranty, I can't provide feedback on claims. However, I keep receiving emails and texts requesting service evaluations, which I find a bit premature. At this point, I would rate my experience with Endurance auto warranty as a 4 out of 5, considering my experience has been quite positive thus far.

    As an Endurance customer for almost a year, I have had nothing but the runaround from them. I have their premium package on my 05 Tahoe. I pay almost $190 per month for coverage. In January of 2025 I have a blown head gasket. My vehicle has been sitting at a mechanic shop ever since. Endurance sent an adjuster in Feb to verify that indeed I have a blown head gasket. Since that time Endurance has refused and done nothing but obstruct my ability to use a service that I pay for. According to our contract they have the right to request service records and they have...all the way back to 2010! To date (April 01,2025) my vehicle is still sitting in the parking lot of the mechanic shop while Endurance is refusing to fix it. Beware of the ridiculous hoops they want you to jump through in order to approve a claim!

    Absolute FRAUD! Purchased a policy, ensured my lifted truck was covered and within policy limits. Took it to a shop for an engine problem, the claims adjuster denied the claim saying it wasn't within limits!! They had been collecting payment for a vehicle they never planned to cover! They refuse to pay the reassembly fee of 1,000 and refuse to refund any payment!! I am filing complaints and in talks with an attorney. It was BAIT AND SWITCH FRAUD!!! PATHETIC!

    I bought this extended warranty in January. Couldn't use it for 1k miles and 30 days. After the 1k miles and 30 days and paying them 214.00 upfront then 185.00 for the next month's payment. I needed the truck repaired and, After several calls to make sure certain things were covered since I am a single woman and people were telling me to make sure it covered certain known things that go wrong on f-150s. I was told by numerous people at Endurance that YES these repairs are covered, I have dates and names of who all I spoke to.

    When the truck went into shop for repairs I am told none of this is covered after being told by numerous amounts of their own employees told me yes! I cancelled the warranty and expect a full refund of money paid to them for this bogus warranty and now I am told since the vehicle was driven for the time of this warranty they charge for miles and are not refunding any money. They also state every conversation is recorded which they are gonna need to produce these recordings of their employees lying to me. I have spoken to an attorney and he advised me this is LEGALLY CONSUMER FRAUD. SO ANYONE that would like to join in this lawsuit my contact phone number is ** and I will be glad to pass your info over to my attorney, consumer fraud is a serious issue and they are gonna have to pay me more than the 214.00 and 185.00 I paid them. I didn't want to even give a 1 star but you have to post review.

    This place is just like your health insurance. They are going to second guess your mechanic. Tell them to use cheap or inferior parts and cut any corner they can.     Endurance is the worse warranty company that I’ve ever dealt with. They do not and I repeat do not want to cover anything. When looking for a warranty company I advise you not to choose endurance. I recommend especially not for a foreign car. All they’re going to do is take your money and only pay for an oil change or wipers. I recommend saving your money to repair your own vehicle when it needs repairing. I’ve spent over 3,000 out of my pocket while bringing supposedly having a warrant on my vehicle with them. I just want to warn everyone about them and the type of business you’ll be dealing with when it comes to being covered by them. Really read over your warranty policy and make sure you read the hidden small print that they think you don’t see. My rising star for them is nothing!!!!

    The warranty I had was expiring and I wasn't pleased with the coverage. I looked at Endurance and their coverage and policy seemed to be a little better than the other ones, so I switched over. Everything went well.

    The customer service representative I interacted with was very knowledgeable and helpful. As for the cost and coverage options, my warranty officially begins on April 1st, so I haven't had any experience with it just yet. However, the cost appears comparable to other options, and the deductible is half of what my old one was. I would prefer no deductible because if I'm paying for a warranty service, it should be fully covered, but policy is policy and I understand that. Just because I don't agree with it doesn't mean that I'm not the pro on it.

    I had a service call on my old warranty, and the guy at the mechanic shop said Endurance is rated highly. Overall, based on my initial impressions and what I've heard from mechanics, I would rate Endurance a solid 4 out of 5.

    We were excited to have peace of mind with Endurance Warranty. Unfortunately that peace of mind turned into a complete nightmare. We want to warn others about Endurance Warranty. We did everything they asked, sent them picture of VIN number, Mileage and all. Payments on time and never late. The check engine light comes on and we contact them as what we need to do. The lady sent us all information and list of shops that we can choose from. We thought that was very convenient. We had our vehicle sent in to the shop that is on their list.

    Shop said the parts to get fixed is covered. We then received another call from the shop stating Endurance Warranty said our vehicle is not covered and do not have a warranty. Shop did some digging and found Endurance Warranty entered our VIN Number wrong. They are now refusing to honor warranty. We have on phone recording Endurance Warranty Customer Service admitting their error. We will be seeking legal action against Endurance Warranty and want to warn others about this company! Please do not get scammed like we did.
