    Original Review: I purchased the top tier warranty. They talk a good game. When it was time to use it towed the truck to the shop. Shop owner told me it would be 2 weeks before he can look at it because it sounded like the timing chain. While I waited I decided to put new tires on it. When the inspector came he agreed with the mechanic it was the timing. The claim was denied because it had bigger tires. My father was a mechanic. That would not cause the timing chain to go bad. I explained to the customer service rep the tires were put on after the car was already at the shop. They asked for proof. Not only I provided the receipt from my mechanic I also provided his invoice from where he purchased the tires proving that the tires were put on after the car reached the shop. Surprisingly they still denied the claim because when the inspector showed up the tires were on. Plain and simple like they will look for any excuse to deny your claim. Simple scam.

    The warranty on my 10-year Jeep has ran out, and anything could happen. I was driving without a warranty for two months. I can't afford to pay for it out of pocket and need coverage for it, something to help me out with the bill. Endurance was in my email. I decided to call and give them a try and see what it was all about, if I could afford it, and what was included in the packages. There's five years in the program. I had to wait 30 days and pay 36 payments. Also, it was really pleasant with their rep during sign-up. She explained everything and took her time. She was professional and easy to talk.

    I wanted to get coverage because I have a car that's about 12 years old. As soon as the phone rang, somebody picked it up. The reason I signed up was how he explained the package I signed up for detail by detail to me. He was very good. But I'm gonna see how Endurance really does when I take this car to the dealer. I got about 1,000 miles already, so I'm gonna call them sometime next week to see if I can take my car to the dealer and have them give me a diagnostic to see what the trembling is about, and to check my AC which has been acting up. If I have to go back and forth with nonsense, I'm gonna cancel my package.

    Don't trust Endurance Auto Warranty. I am a mechanic and like to do my own oil changes, because of this, they will not cover any engine issues because I couldn't provide that a dealership did the oil change. When I told them I am a mechanic and do my own oil changes they told me to prove it. I then gathered all the receipts I could find and went to different Auto Part Stores to get past receipts to show I purchased oil and filters for my vehicle. When I provided the receipts, they said this doesn't prove anything and said they will not cover any engine issues with my vehicle. They said it is in the fine print of their multipage contract. What a SCAM.

    I purchased an extended warranty from Endurance on my vehicle over two and a half years ago. My vehicle met the requirements for both years and miles. Had paid over $3500 of the cost of my particular package, which was a little over $4900. I took the vehicle to the dealership on three different occasions for three different problems that I was having. Each time, Endurance denied the claims; claiming that the problem wasn’t covered in my plan. The third denial was proverbial “straw that broke the camel’s back”! That has left a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to Endurance. Why the hell would I continue to waste my hard-earned money paying them and not getting anything in return. I had no other choice but to cancel that agreement.

    I took out Endurance as an extended-extended warranty. I’ve decided to keep my 2018 truck, and I already had an extended warranty on it. I asked the shop who’s easy to deal with, and they said Endurance was one that they had good working relationships with. That was a plus for me. The rep who signed me up seemed to be professional, very knowledgeable, and competent. We chatted about some things, and he didn’t give me a canned response. It sounded like he dealt with stuff before. Overall, it was an easy sign-up.

    I had a claim on my truck for the window regulator, the thing the motor pulls to make the window go up and down. I used to be able to fix them but not anymore. The rep assured me it was covered. When I got the policy and looked at it, the level didn’t cover the power window motor and, I’m assuming, the innards of the window. It was on a different level of coverage. I may have misunderstood it, so I called Endurance back and talked to the customer service. The one I have now listed the window motors, but the power window or the window regular isn't listed. The rep I talked to assured me it’s a wrap-around policy.

    I got Endurance because they rated number one in the Kelley Blue Book. I was basically taken advantage of by a warranty that I got from a dealership from Ford. Not through a new car, through a used car.

    So, the representative from Endurance was very knowledgeable. He offered me everything he possibly could. He let me vent, and he was very understanding.

    He understood where I was coming from, that I got taken advantage of, from the recalls and the technology that should have been covered under my warranty. And that they billed me $200, plus $80 for my towing. I hadn't even had my car for 14 days.

    Their customer service is awesome. Any time I call them, they're spot on. They answer my questions. And I haven't had any claims. So far, so good. And I hope I don't have to do a claim.

    But so far, everything's great. I haven't had to do a claim. And because I dropped them, I wound up having $5,000 taken off my car payment, so that was a big plus.

    My dad just signed with them less than five days ago. And he doesn't do email, so they're supposed to mail him his contract. Even though they say they're paperless, they gotta send his stuff out to him.

    I had done a different auto warranty but I did some research and found out it wasn't so good. I did further research and found out that Endurance seemed to be good. The rep was great. He definitely knew a lot about it and he was willing to negotiate a little bit on price for me. The cost is fairly reasonable for what I'm getting.

    I've been going to the mechanic that I brought my car to. He's a certified mechanic, but he doesn't have access to that national database. So I'm having him send emails with invoices. Hopefully, that should be sufficient if Endurance needs to check to make sure that maintenance has been done.

    I live in a 10-storey building and there’s 300 people living in it. A lot of the people here have problems with their older cars. Then I talked to this one lady and she got a nice Subaru. I’ve been trying to buy it from her to give to my son. But she was telling me the problems she had with another warranty. I told her about Endurance and how they offered more, rent-a car and all these other things. That’s why I went on and tried them. There were a lot of companies trying to get in touch with me but I liked Endurance better.

    The lady I talked to signed me up and and she was nice. She sent me everything through email. Whatever she told me I was gonna get, they put it in a contract. Endurance is a good company and the whole company has been treating me nice. I haven’t tried them out yet because my car is running perfect but I go by what I see when they send me mails. And their commercials are really good. They’re funny people. There’s no joke about this and I wouldn’t have never spent my last dollar to get it.

    I did a web search on the top extended warranty companies and saw Endurance. I also see their stuff on TV. The experience was very good when I signed up. The person who I dealt with talked to me about the ability to end it if I was not happy with it. He told me about the 18 months and the upfront signup payment, what my monthly was going to be, how the coverage worked, and where to find the information on it. So, I felt comfortable and moved ahead because he did a good job explaining it.

    I previously had a policy with Endurance for a previous vehicle and it was no hassle at all to file a claim. I decided to sign up with them again and the signup was quick. I had no problem. Their customer service was better than I expected. Endurance has been great, especially with my last vehicle. I don't have any problems and I actually recommend them to people over any other warranty.

    I have had my Endurance policy for about a year and I am still making payments on the policy. My mechanic submitted a claim on 6/4/25 and was told the need to send out and inspector in 24 to 48 hours. On 6/6/25 inspector went to shop. I called Endurance on 6/9/25 and was told they are waiting for inspection report my mechanic was given the same story.

    We call back on 6/10/25 and was told that they don't have the report and that another inspector would be out in 24 to 48 hours which would be today 6/12/25, 6:07 P.M. As of this writing no inspector has been to the mechanic shop. The mechanic called Endurance again only to be told there is nothing they can do. I am a 67 year old disabled widow and I have been out of my vehicle since 6/3/25 and today is 6/12/25. I am not able to rent another car and I am not able to get past the customer service staff to register a complaint! I feel cheated and robbed. My mechanic says that he works with a lot of companies and has never had this much trouble. We are at 2 weeks with being no closer to a resolution than I was on the first day. Please do not use this company.

    I had Endurance for my car that ended up being totaled. When I called to take it off I was told I could transfer my equity over to my new car. Miah went through everything with and even offered me an upgrade that offers maintenance. She was so thorough with everything and patient with me while I gathered all the needed information.     Be extremely cautious! I have now called regarding my warranty repair 3 times and have never gotten an agent in less that 1 hour. I had a head gasket leak which the adjuster inspected and approved the repair after I paid for the diagnostic. After the mechanic spent 10 hours at $190 an hour getting to the headbolts, he discovered one was stripped. At that time Endurance denied the entire claim since "bolts" aren't covered in the Supreme plan. They are refusing to pay for the $1900 worth of additional work completed only because they gave authorization!

    I work in a shop and we used to accept this warranty but after today I will no longer honor them. They are actually worse than CarShield. Any time you call you are guaranteed to be put on hold for at least a half hour. When you complete the job you are required to jump through hoops and wait over two days for payment. We do not get paid on the garage side to deal with this nor do we have the time to, and I can guarantee you when you call a shop and ask them to work with your extended warranty company we are already rolling our eyes and now if you say it is Endurance I will tell you to find another shop

    I had to have my Truck towed for repair. I called Endurance at the number on my card, I told the lady that not one towing company would accept any insurance. I also told her it was 200 dollars to tow the truck. She said, "You pay them and send us the receipt and we will refund your money." I paid and sent the receipt to the address she gave me. They refused to pay anything more than 50 dollars. They said I called for the towing not them but they would not call anyone for the towing as they said that I had to call the towing service. Under my contract in the additional benefits it shows that the towing will be paid in TOTAL in case of a breakdown. CATCH 22 people. They are liars and nothing more than a ripoff. I have all the emails to and from them also their contract which shows they are liars in black and white.

    I was a CarShield customer for 14 months. I ended up switching to Endurance because the rep on the phone made it seem like I had more and better coverage for a lesser monthly payment and lesser deductible. Well the person lied. I've had two major issues with my truck and Endurance cover neither of them. So I've been paying my monthly dues and am now 3400 dollars out of pocket expenses for truck repairs and 4 months worth of payments. Looked at my old CarShield coverage and both issues would have been covered by them. False advertisement if you ask me!

    The account manager Karolin ** was amazing. I have taken a financial hit and couldn't afford my payment anymore and instead of canceling my contract she helped me out by making my payments cheaper.     Sales rep sold me a bill of goods. Said he couldn't think of any reason why any problem with my car wouldn't be covered. Well after paying $1,155.20 in premiums, brought my car in to have oil leaks fixed. Their bill some $5,000+. Endurance denied claim saying none of it was covered. I was assured by sales rep leaks and many other things were covered. Canceled policy, was inferred I'd get full refund, nope, $400+ pittance of change. I'm elderly, no anything about cars and was told it's my fault for not understanding items not covered in booklet. Which must have been everything that could go wrong. I unfortunately took sales rep at his word.! Guess in today's world, one's word means nothing. Unfortunate! STAY AWAY. Their word means nothing. Not all work done, but what was cost $2,746.

    We paid off our automobile and the extended warranty that we have was questionable. We signed up with Endurance and the gentleman was very professional. However, with his language skills, I had to ask him to clarify some of the stuff he was saying. He was going too fast with his presentation and it was confusing. As we were at the end, I asked him again, "Please clarify." I did get the paperwork yesterday for both vehicles, so that came in a timely fashion. But with Endurance, they need to be able to be understood by the people that they're trying to sell no matter what, whether it’s lower-income people or those who don't have a college background, or higher income that doesn't always grasp what the person is trying to say.

    Be very aware of what they will actually cover!!! They would not cover my RAM exhaust manifold warping and breaking off two of the manifold bolts! They said that they don't cover anything if there is a broken bolt!!!! I'd be better off taking what they charge me for a month and putting in a savings account and pay for it myself!!!

    It's pretty easy getting signed up with Endurance. It was simple to do and no problems. I was looking for something because my warranty is running out and Endurance was more reasonable than a couple of others I had checked on. So, it made it attractive. It was mostly a kind of a menu of things that you pick out yourself, pretty much what you wanted. I’ve been with them for a month now and I've had a pretty good experience so far.     I had a CarShield and my daughter had it too. So when her 2015 Nissan went into the shop, she had quite a bit of work done and CarShield didn't fix any of it. So she told me to check what plan I have with CarShield. I had a full plan on my Mercedes but only the engine and the transmission was covered for my Explorer. And that was the plan that my daughter had. So, I canceled my warranty with them.

    My daughter told me where my 401(k) is with Fidelity, that I could go through that and they gave me the number for Endurance. The customer service at Endurance when I signed up was really good.     I checked out Endurance and it sounded real. The sign-up process was not too long. I was an insurance agent for 40 years, so I kinda know about cars. And so far right now, the coverage and the cost is fine. But I told the guy that it will depend on what the federal government does with my Social Security if I'll be able to continue or not.

    Then I got something in the mail the day before yesterday that said there's gonna be a rate increase probably on June the 12th and if that happens, they can't guarantee the price. And so, I called Endurance and they said that was a scam. I would have just canceled it because when you buy in at a guaranteed price, done. And I have concerns about my Social Security. I don't want to live broke in my old age. Other than that, the purchasing process was good.

    My wife got a letter, but she didn’t have her car anymore, so I called and talked to an excellent sales rep, liked the deal, so I signed both me and my son up for Endurance. The issue I have now is at the time I got the policies, I didn’t know the mileage on my son’s car, and when I called them back to give them the actual mileage, this lady told me I had to pay more. But when I spoke to the guy I initially dealt with, he said it didn’t really matter, and he would be sending me hard copies of the policies, so I felt reassured. But I only got the one for my son, and I haven’t received mine yet. Our policies start on June 13, and I don't want to have any problems when I take my car in and they tell me it’s not covered because I didn’t pay more.

    I just purchased Endurance and only made three payments so far. But the experience of getting signed up was not a big deal. It was straightforward. And the representative was knowledgeable.  I’ve got full coverage for 75,000 miles. It’s a limited time. My car will be close to 300 when it runs out anyway, so that’s pretty good. And the price that I pay Endurance is less than what I pay for maintenance.

    I got a Prius that I got brand-new. It’s a 2013. I have had it into the shop every 5,000 miles, so I wouldn’t expect it to break down. But it did. And it was my first breakdown. It was a water pump on an electric motor. It was not a well-timed and planned breakdown. It was something that just happened because it got tired of working after 200,000 miles. But other than that, there was nothing else that ever happened with that car. So, when I heard the commercial on TV with Danica, I went online by looking up Endurance, and then I called the number that was on there.

    So far, my initial experience with Endurance has been positive. But since I’ve only had the policy for two weeks, I haven’t gotten the chance to get the benefit from it. Because if I make a mistake, I have to wait at least a month plus 1,000 miles before I can actually activate the policy to get a benefit from Endurance.

    The sign-up process was fine. The gentleman that I first contacted was Alex. He gave me a couple of days because I wanted to go check. Because if I have to have any major thing done, I would take it to the dealership, and that would be my repair shop that I would go to for anything major that's under the agreement, and what the guy was telling me. And I also talked with a lady who was pleasant and professional.

    So, I went down and talked to the Toyota people and asked specifically if they had ever done business with Endurance to see what kind of feedback they have. And everything that they said was positive. They also gave me some cautionary tales, not necessarily against Endurance, but against other companies that are in the same business as Endurance. They told me what to be wary of or look out for.

    The only other thing that I have to finish is the financial part. They got it through Line 5, the finance company. And right now, it’s a direct deposit from my credit card. But I want a paper bill sent to me. But they were saying that under the rules, I have to do at least the first two months on the credit card, and then I can call customer service back, and they will call Line 5. So, after June 15th, when the next payment comes out, then I can call back and request that I get a paper bill through the mail. At least And they said that, normally, it’s no problem to get that taken care of. 

    I had heard of ADT and seen their commercials. And I was on my computer late one night, and it was just saying the top five businesses that insure, like Endurance. And I just clicked on it. And I didn’t even finish the form and just deleted it, and the next thing I know, I’m getting a phone call. Endurance called me, and then we started talking, and it just went from there.

    I’ve been very satisfied with Endurance. I researched the different companies and their reputation, and found Endurance to be what I thought would be the best. They could be a little bit cheaper. But for what I’m getting, it’s a good deal. I was also impressed with the way their rep handled everything. We went over everything and let me know all the benefits.     I felt like I needed Endurance even though there’s nothing wrong with my truck because it’s 11 years old. I got the full coverage.     I clicked on something online that said “top five”, and Endurance was in the top five. The customer service guy was very good to speak with and very knowledgeable. He went over the plan options with me. The only thing I need him to get fixed is he got the mileage wrong. He put down 143,000 miles as the mileage on my truck but it actually has 153,000. For the warranty to go full four years in that or the mileage that's supposed to be on it, it's supposed to go to 202,000 miles, not 192,000. I’ve talked to him twice and called Endurance to tell them about it. I still don't have the updated policy booklet. If they don't get it fixed, then I'm gonna be a little irritated.

    Customer service is good and the warranty is ok. My only issues is that, they will not pay for factory parts at their rate. My Volvo xc70 t6 is a high end vehicle and parts are more expensive. So if I use dealer parts, I have to pay the difference which can be expensive. However, dealer offers a life time warranty while Endurance after market part offers warranty until the coverage ends. This is a major issue I have but, I have no choice. I paid $1500 on my last service while Endurance pay a little over $700. This doesn't really help me out with paying to have a lifetime warranty from Volvo dealership.

    I had another warranty, and I was checking Endurance out and theirs was a lot better. Their signup process was easy. When I was looking at the policy, it said 30 days and 1,000 miles. I called and I was going to cancel it. I talked to someone and they said, "Well, you can use some of it. You can use the towing or anything like that. But you can't replace an engine or transmission or something." If they didn't have that 1,000 miles in there, then anybody could just wait 30 days and get their engine replaced. I understand that. It's just I don't drive that much. It might take me a year for 1,000 miles on my car. Still, overall, my auto warranty policy is a good deal.

    This is the worst car auto warranty we have ever used. First when we tried to get a hold of claims department it took me 5 times to try and get through, first wait was 1/2 hour and gave up. I waited a couple of hours and tried again was 10th caller in line and asked to call back at my number, never got a call. Next tried again and waited another 1/2 hour or so and gave up. Took my car to the dealership to get fixed and they called and waited over an hour to get to someone, and THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE OUR CAR ON RECORD WITH THE CONTRACT NUMBER!

    When we called to cancel, they send us a cancel form that we have to TAKE TO A NOTARY AND PAY! We even have to have the Notary view the odometer reading and then send in a cancel copy to them before ANYTHING HAPPEN! We paid $168 a month for 5 months. Hope to get our money back or at least some of it. This is the first of my reviews and going to go viral now. I'm so mad!

    I originally signed up to become a member 4/12/25. Unfortunately the rep at the time was NOT clear about the pre-existing issue clause in their contract as well as that you cannot immediately go service your vehicle after you purchase a package with Endurance. I was very clear that this was my FIRST time ever doing an extended warranty and that my truck needed attention to the transmission and it had gotten worse. Fast forward after dropping my truck off for 3 weeks, I’m now advised I didn’t approval from Endurance to service my truck because it has a preexisting issue and that’s in Endurance policy. The same policy I wasn’t told about the day of signing. Still waiting on full refund for this complete inconvenience and nightmare of an experience.

    Endurance warranty promises to fix things in their warranty but they do not honor it. And they come up with excuses and offer to give you free monthly payments but they do not fix your car.     I needed to get some warranty on my car. So, I called Endurance and the guy who sold it to me was really nice and gave me a great deal, and I took it. He let me know everything that I needed to know. And if there were some discounts that I could get, he made sure I got them. I had some financial problems. The payment was a little high because CARFAX was going to charge me $99, but I went ahead and went with him because I think that Endurance might be a better company. I pay 126 for Endurance. The salesman did his thing. He made me want it because he gave me discounts that he could give me, and he told me the things that would be covered. So, he sold me.

    My uncle works with Endurance. He has a Mercedes-Benz S550. And I was buying a Range Rover. These luxury vehicles definitely need to have an extended warranty if they're not within the factory warranty. And he told me that extended warranty was a great company to go with until I found out recently that Endurance doesn't actually work with Range Rover dealerships anymore.

    I still have it on the Range Rover but I'm looking around for other extended warranties. I've heard good things about Endurance but after I got it, I've been hearing a bunch of negative things about them. So, I'm not even sure that I'll stick with them.

    The shop will use Endurance if Endurance will pay. The problem is they charge $265 an hour for labor and Endurance only pays up to $150. If I’m paying Endurance, I shouldn't have to pay anything out of my pocket. If I'm under contract, everything is covered.

    When Endurance explained it to me, they said everything will be covered. New parts will go in the car. I could send them to any Range Rover dealership. And now all of a sudden, I can't. When you're hearing it from a sales consultant or whoever that's setting you all up for this, tells you one thing and then you come to find out you really can't do everything that he's telling you that you can do. So, that sucks, honestly.

    It’s easy to get signed up with Endurance, but some of the information that was provided to me was false. Make sure to fact-check them, make sure you get every other information that you need, and make sure they work with a certified dealership that works with your car.

    Regarding their pricing, I would rather have them split it out over the five or six years instead of just doing three years. That would have helped me in my pocket payment-wise. When you're talking about giving out $273, a $10,000 contract and they don't work with the actual dealership, that's a lot of money. When Range Rovers was offering me a five-year extended warranty and it's payments for 18 months with five-year warranty and their payment was $279. So, for 6 bucks more, I can actually work directly with the actual dealership.

    I was once a member of CarShield and they totally screwed me over after a year and a half. Endurance seems to be the other company I could go to so that’s where I went with. I signed up a month ago and the process was fantastic. The guy I talked to on the phone was absolutely tremendous in helping me out.

    In terms of pricing, they’re better than CarShield. I’m paying $10 more per month for Endurance and the $30 application fee. But it’s no big deal. I’m paying for 36 months and I get the last 12 months for free. It’s a four-year deal so it’s great. I’ve recommended them to a couple of people.

    Called Endurance and the representative came on. I asked her was I able to take my car to the shop, the representative said, "Yes you available to take your car to the shop." When I take my car to the shop, the shop called Endurance and Endurance telling them that they cannot pay for the repairs because he didn’t put 1000 miles on the car. He only did 800. So I called Endurance and ask him. Why did they say I could take my car to the shop and now they don’t wanna pay for it, they telling me that you need 1000 miles as the contract says but I’m explaining to them that the lady I spoke to on May 23 didn’t ask me how many miles I had on the car. All she said was, "Yes you could take your car to the shop." I don’t think it’s right. Now I can’t fix my car because Endurance does not want to pay for the repairs. I do not recommend Endurance at all. I even offered to pay the $800 because I’m short mileage 200 and they still didn’t do it, this is unbelievable.

    My car is a 13-year-old Mustang with 117,000 miles on it. I had CarShield for a couple of years, then I found that they weren’t giving me even 90% of the repair price. One repair was $1,10,0 and they only paid $700. That happened twice, and that's not good. They also said with a $100 deductible, they’ll pay for car repairs. They pay less than that, so finally, I said, “To heck with it.” I got rid of CarShield and said, “Let me try something else.”

    With Endurance, there were no forced sales. If somebody gets too pushy, I would hang up and say I'm done. But I called them, they didn’t call me, and the rep said, “You can sign up and you have 30 days to cancel.” It's a $100 deductible and they pay you full price and the rep stressed that several times. I told him that I left CarShield because they said they're gonna pay for repairs but didn't say full price minus deductible, and the Endurance rep said, “We're gonna pay for car repairs.” That's ambiguous, but this guy made it very clear. He goes, “We pay for everything like electrical and air conditioning, except brakes and tires.” That's reasonable and I understand that. It was a good experience.

    I have a 2013 150 and it only has 49,000 miles on it. The auto warranty I was with went bankrupt so I went with Endurance. I trust Danica Patrick, a NASCAR racer and patriot. Kris was my rep and she was awesome. She knew that I was really not trusting. She said, “Larry, you can trust it.” That was one of my main concerns. They're gonna mail me a copy of my booklet in paper so I know what they are gonna cover. I don't like my phone as I'm not technology savvy.

    I love my car and it's my dream car. It's a Dodge Challenger, and I keep it nice and clean. I'm disabled and I get just a little over $1,000 a month on my disability. And that pays my bills. If anything goes wrong with my car, I can't afford to pay it. I don't want to leave it on the side of the road, so I have AAA insurance also. And I have roadside assistance with them 200 miles, because I don't ever drive that far.

So far, with my car, being a 2014 and not the old style that we used to have here, everything's made cheaper. And so, things are going to go wrong sooner than these million-mile cars we used to have.

    I was getting some emails from Endurance and I asked my mechanic if he knew anything about the company and if he had good feedback. He said he hasn't had any issues working with them. Their plan options were fairly reasonable. Customer service was pretty good too except they spelled my name wrong on my email. I never got my documents for a month. I was like, "They took my money. Why have I not gotten anything?" But once I got that straightened out, it was fine. I would recommend Endurance.

    I declined to purchase an Endurance Warranty. I'd attempted to get a quote from Endurance Website. It repeatedly advise me that there was a "problem" with my detailed submitted information. So I finally called their contact number and was greeted by a very congenial man who somehow had his hands on my complete application including all the details I'd entered. From there the conversation deteriorated. I was seeking written details of what would be covered, and what not, and a breakdown of costs and option. Instead, he kept offering me a continuing parade of changing options.

    Every time I asked a question, he would reply with something like "Oh, you know we can factor that in, and give you special price for that today." Every question I asked provoked a new proposal from him. I kept asking for a written summary of details, but he repeatedly said, "we don't offer written quotes." Every time I said that, the price dropped by a couple bucks, and/or the terms he was verbally proposing changed again, supposedly in my favor.

    In sum, I never got what I needed to properly reflect on coverage from Endurance. He also kept repeating words to the effect, "we can't duplicate this deal if you call back, later. These are first-call options." He kept ramping up the pressure to make a "sale" entirely over the phone. I finally said, "I think we're done here. This isn't the way I do decision-making." Although remaining congenial throughout, he replied, "I think you're making a big mistake," and hung up before I could finish saying, "thank you for your time." With those kinds of sales practices I will never trust this company with my business.

    From start to finish, dealing with this extended warranty company was a nightmare. I was constantly given the runaround, and the representatives failed to explain critical details—like the fact that there is a cap on repair costs, depending on where you take your car. I was told I could take my vehicle anywhere for repairs, only to find out later that the warranty wouldn’t fully cover the costs because the shop exceeded their cap. As a result, I had to pay $1,200 out of pocket.

    To make matters worse, it took nearly a month to get any real answers about my claim, all while I was paying for a rental car on my own. No one communicated clearly, and I was left in the dark throughout the process. This is by far the worst place to purchase an extended warranty. I highly recommend looking elsewhere—save yourself the stress, time, and unexpected expenses.

    Endurance kept calling me and offering me stuff, and I figured that if something was to happen to my car, I might use them. So, I went on ahead and got it. The reps who worked with me to get everything set up were professional. I was not even going to get it, but they convinced me to get one. I got a full coverage, which I can use it after 30 days. I, however, tried to call them one day so I could make a payment. I was going to have my mom sign up for it, was on the phone for an hour, and couldn’t get in touch with anybody.

    I purchased a warranty on my 2011 Ford Taurus Limited. The car had 127000 miles on it so I knew not everything would be covered. After 2 months I need to file a claim. I had 128950 miles on it and I blew a brake line. I took the car in to a repute shop and was told kid needed new rear brakes. I looked at my warranty and it said the rear calipers were covered under my plan. Call the claims center and spoke with the agent along with the mechanic. The Mechanic told the agent brake fluid got on the brakes a cause the brakes to fail and that they needed replacement. The agent said he researched the reason and said only the brake line was covered.

    When asked why essential the calipers right and left covered he stated that within the details of the warranty the brake fluid spraying on the brakes voided the calipers being covered and rejected all but the brake line. He stated $40 would be covered none of the brake fluid, calipers or refilling the brake line and blended the brake lines. So of the $1,000 break job would be covered except for the $40.00 for a new brake line. When I called the help desk they said that’s correct and that was it. I cancelled this scam right there. If it sounds too good to be true don’t believe it.

    Sales people in the phone never pointed out my "elite" policy would never pay more than 2500 for any repair. When the cvt transmission went out my wife's Nissan, two shops established in the neighborhood of 7000 for parts and labor and both warned me there was a limit on what endurance was likely to pay. After reading the very small fine print in my very small policy booklet, I decide we would be better off just to get a new car. First time I called to cancel the policy, the "salesman" on the phone tried to talk me out of it but promised to send me the necessary forms but never did.

    When I finally got in touch with an honest associate and actually got the forms, you about know they must've dated, signed and notarized, and an actual pro-rated refund will not come quickly. In the meantime you will get several notifications that your policy has lapsed, when you stop payment, which is through a 3rd party billing company. THANKS DANIKA, BUYER BEWARE!!!

    I have been with Endurance since November 2024. I found out I had needed a transmission. I was told there was a discrepancy with the mileage, so they refused to pay my claim.     My car is getting old, therefore, I sought to have additional insurance for it, naturally. I am a recent customer of Endurance and can attest to their inability on providing the customer with reliable service. When I initially contacted them, they basically promised by word rental car service when in need, hotel discount if car broke down in different city etc etc. To my surprise, the insurance representative never asked for pictures of the car mileage or vin, nothing. It was on the contract to be able to take the car to a shop and if they find a need to cover that need. I took my car to the Nissan to check on it when contract stated I was able to. An investigation was to be made by Endurance claiming that it was too early to make a claim. 3 weeks of waiting (my car at the shop) me paying for rental car $500+ and making me pay for tear down of transmission ($700) for further investigations, Endurance did not accept the claim.

    I am a single mother who needs her car to get to work. This company failed to come through as they promised they would. I would not enter into a contract with them ever again. Nor do I recommend them due to this and unprofessionalism in that O attempted many calls and left voicemails. They never got back to me with an answer and took 3 weeks and the car dealership rep calling them to get any news. Unreliable. What a waste.

    I had bought a newer truck and I know that these trucks were known for some problems. So I wanted to have a warranty in case I have a problem. I'm a mechanic, but the parts are expensive, so I'd rather just pay somebody to do it. Endurance seems to be highly rated and I have a co-worker that I work with that has Endurance so I went with them. The signup experience with them was good, and the representative was very nice and knowledgeable. I think that everything he told me about the plans were good. The plan that I have right now is a good value for the price. I am interested to see if I can upgrade my coverage to the one that covers the suspension as well.

    I first signed up with Endurance in 2017 or 2018. And so, I went back with them because I believe in them. And I thought I would just stick with what I know rather than trying something different. And I like Endurance better. I had a small claim before, and it wasn’t over $200, but still, I’d rather go with somebody I know than somebody I don’t know.

    The only thing is that I got a bill for them, but I never received the paperwork in the mail, other than the fact that I had signed up. And then I called because I was getting worried. Because when I first signed up years ago, I got a little book about them and a card. It had the number and all that in it. As a matter of fact, I kept that little book in my glove compartment, and it's still in there, and I know I can’t use it anymore. So, I thought I was going to get one, and I never did get one. And now, they told me I had to print it out. So, it wasn’t the best. It was’t like the first time I signed up.

    And I haven’t had time to print out the 24 pages because my printer was not working. My ink died on me. And I just got back from vacation, and I’m going again this weekend. But I guess that’s the way they’re doing it now, which is not good at all. And it’s a little inconvenient to do it the way they’re doing it now.

    I have a truck that was reaching 100,000 miles, and I know a lot of times, once they get older, they have issues. So, I decided I should get a warranty for it.     My car warranty is expiring and it covers hardly anything, so I decided to change. I researched the different warranties and Endurance seemed to be one of the top ones. The mechanic that I know told me that it’s a good one. It’s kind of tough for my budget. I found something a little cheaper somewhere else, but I thought Endurance would be better.

    The people there were very patient with me in trying to answer all my questions. I signed up over the phone and the person I spoke with was very good trying to get it as low as he could for me. My warranty doesn't start till June. I have to wait a month and do 1,000 miles. I asked them to send me a hard copy of my documents so I can look at them. I don't have a computer and I just use my phone. I'm waiting for them.

    I purchased their warranty a few months ago with excitement on how many parts were covered. Recently my check engine light came on and was brought to a shop they recommended. Upon diagnosis, I need an entire new gas tank which is covered under my warranty. Endurance denied the claim. I then spoke with them getting transferred to numerous different people, some even hanging up on me. Some explained to me I don’t need a gas tank but referenced online forums of vehicles that aren’t even mine. When I asked for an inspector to come out to confirm they refused. I would stay away from this company as they do not follow through with their contract.
