I decided to explore Endurance for my newly purchased hybrid car, because it's got a lot of features I'm not familiar with. When I bought the car, the dealership recommended Endurance, and the sign-up process was straightforward.
Initially, my monthly fee was $163, but a customer service rep informed me that due to the low mileage we expect on the car—less than 10,000 miles annually—we qualify for a reduced rate of $147. However, my recent statement still reflected the original charge of $163, so I plan to contact them to clarify this discrepancy. Despite this minor issue, I've been satisfied with the service so far.

The sign-up process at Endurance was relatively smooth, and the representatives I dealt with over the phone were excellent - very helpful and friendly throughout the process.
Regarding pricing, I found it to be acceptable, though there was room for it to be a bit more competitive.
My overall signing-up experience was positive, though I haven't had to actually use the warranty yet, I hope it stays that way!

I called Endurance as the warranty on my car is up. I need my car covered 'cause I can't afford to pay big repairs on it. I didn't quite trust the rep, but I had to do something. I signed up and was supposed to get some paperwork from them, but I haven't got it yet. Also, my payment is due the 21st of this month, but I have no information on how they are gonna send me the bill.

The agent was very knowledgeable and courteous. I think I will be very happy with my contract. I had another policy with another company, I sold my car and canceled my policy. I told them I would shop. They could not match your price. I have better coverage for less money. Can't beat that, a win, win!

If I could rate less than 1 I absolutely would! I’m so lucky my friend is an attorney that will support me on this NIGHTMARE! I signed up with Endurance because I fell for all of the “good reviews” I read on here. But PLEASE take note. My transmission claim was denied due to the fact I had “new aftermarket tires”. First of all, WTH does that have to do with the transmission!? They said it “should’ve been mentioned” in the sign up call because it’s “in the script”. Well I tell you it wasn’t and if it was, WHY on earth would I deny that??? Doesn’t make sense. I pleaded for the recording but conveniently “they can’t produce”.
I will be contacting the BBB on these crooks. Truly should be ashamed of themselves working for a company that practices such bad business and taking advantage of hard working people. After SEVERAL phone calls (including 4 as in just as many days) they finally tell me they could “loan” me the $$ to fix my transmission. So I’d pay back the $$ to fix ON TOP OF MONTHLY INSTALLMENT for the “ELITE” option for TWO DIFFERENT VEHICLES. This has been the absolute worse business experience EVER. It may sound like I’m on a crusade now, because I AM! Along with the BBB I will be warning anyone who will listen…. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They will screw you as soon as they get the chance. My family member warned me but I didn’t listen, thinking it couldn’t be that bad. Well here I am. Took a chance and feel for the good reviews. I’m here to tell you WATCH OUT for these guys. A few months back I was driving to Dallas from Colorado and I clicked on a link for Endurance. I can’t call me back trying to get me to sign up. I asked for a copy of the policy. He said they couldn’t give it to me until I signed up. I said no thank you then about 30 minutes later Tiffany a supervisor called me back. She asked me what my concerns were. I told her that a few years back I went with Carshield and they didn’t cover wheel bearings, upper and lower control arms because of the mileage on my vehicle. She assured me that they were the best and they were nothing like Carshield, that all of my concerns were covered. I asked her to put that in writing. She said everything was on a recorded line.
Then, when I finally did file a claim, they did not cover wheel bearings and control arms. It was just for a sale! I asked for a transcript of the conversation I had with her. They denied me. Do not believe them I specifically asked about suspension components and they’ll say anything they can to get you to sign up. Luckily, I caught this within the first couple months. I’m definitely canceling and will never go back with the scam artist.

Brandon ** was my rep and helped setup a 4yr 100k mile plan for my car which I commute a lot of miles in at an affordable price. He got the best discounts and the monthly is a lil over $100/mo but well worth it for near factory warranty program I signed up for. I haven’t had a claim yet but I know that the key to these plans is making sure you take care of ALL scheduled maintenance per the guide created by the manufacturer for your specific vehicle.

I just signed up and found a contradiction in sales statement. When I made an inquiry to discuss my issue, I was happy to be transferred to Mike, who resolved my issue in 10-15 minutes. Took out a warranty on my Toyota Tundra in January 2025, in April 2025 I broke down on a weekend over 800 miles from my home. Using the roadside assistant was VERY difficult, since they couldn't pin point my location. It's been 3 and a half weeks so far and Endurance hasn't approved the claim. It's next to impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone - message is "longer than anticipated wait lines - we will call you back". Sent documents through email to 3 different customer service representatives and yet they say there is nothing posted in my file (UNBELIEVABLE!) I have paid over $1200 in out of pocket rental car expenses, plus 2 nights in a hotel, then had to rent a car to drive 900 miles back to my home in Wisconsin. I might be the exception here since all reviews seem to have 5 stars. I have documents to prove all of my statements.

I have had no good luck all week. I got into a car vs deer mva and the insurance company deemed it a loss. Well I called Endurance to cancel my coverage only to learn from Tanya that I had the elite package for the year and I had down payment Reimbursement of certain amount of money. If it wasn't for Tanya I would have never known that. She was so polite and Tanya first concern was if I was ok. I have never had that kind of treatment when dealing with extended warranties. I am a 64 year-old disabled combat veteran purchase a policy for my 2005 Ford Excursion. Recently my transmission went out. Took it to the shop. After two weeks. They finally got to go take a look at it, took pictures and all that. Come to find out they disqualified my vehicle and my entire policy was null and void because prior to me buying it from the previous owner it had a performance chip and that spot where you check the code unbeknownst to me. So now I’m out of six grand for the policy and now I have to spend the same amount of money to replace the transmission in that vehicle. This is pretty sad. They call it a modification upgrade. Pretty sad.
These people will find any way not to pay off a policy. It’s bad business but they get away with it anyway so buyer beware. If you do purchase one of these policies make sure you don’t put any additive in your gasoline tank. As far as injector cleaner make sure you use the proper oil when changing your oil filters. All this don’t hang anything from your rear mirror that will cause your transmission to go out, putting stickers on your windshield that will cause your transmission to go out. As far as they’re concerned any pulling up trailers or anything like that that void your policy. Buyers beware. Good luck.

I never had a Warranty with them but they still email me ten to twenty times a day. Impossible to block the emails and even harder to get on the phone. I filed a complaint with the BBB and The FBI. Stay away from these scammers. I’ve read thousands of complaints from Facebook and the BBB. They only take action when they get caught.
It sounds like the emails you’re receiving may be spam from an unaffiliated sender, as Endurance does not send excessive emails, and all our communications include a functional unsubscribe option.

Beware! Be available to stay on the telephone line for up to a half an hour before you ever get to speak to anyone, then you are transferred from one person to another. Read the fine print, they will deny your claim directly from the dealership. Cancelled my warranty after first claim denied!

May have been a little cheaper but otherwise so far smooth sailing. Can get a little off if you negotiate. You get discounts. Other downside is a 30 day waiting period. Warranty is worth having a peace of mind.

Contract claims to cover the engine but has enough loopholes included to ensure that they can avoid coverage. They insist on thousands of dollars worth extra diagnostics before meeting the claim so you have to gamble on spending more in the hope that they don't wriggle out of their obligation. Not worth the upfront cost. Dishonest business. Representative Jeffrey even lied about emailing a copy of my policy.

So I purchased this car and sent it. Got my Ford building very very serious because Jefferson said nothing comes around me now! It's small and richest girl. My mother is still 18 was just a little small. I didn't even know but they did. I pay for my car because of that. I don't just don't understand how they are getting away with this. If I was you I would think twice and get clear understanding about what you are signing up for with this company because they look for any reason to pull out of covering your claim.

We love that their rates are reasonable and that they pay directly to the dealership for repairs rather than us trying to get reimbursed by them or finding out later the repairs might be capped like some warranty companies do.

The rep was pleasant to speak to. I was going to cancel coverage on one of my vehicles because I already had coverage from a different company. After speaking with the rep, it made since to keep Endurance coverage and cancel the other company. I've not had any bad experiences with Endurance.

The Endurance coverage looks good. It was a lot better than what I had gotten from Ford. Ford wanted ridiculous cash payments a month, and they wanted a whole lot. I just hope Endurance covers everything that the rep promised me. They mailed me a brochure, ‘cause I asked for the policy book. I told them if they don't send me out anything that I can read, I'm going to cancel. Other than that, I'm also recommending my son to give Endurance a call.

Great at billing; horrible service! They put you on hold for extended periods (30-45+ minutes) of time and don't payout claims as promised. I paid into my contract for 6 months, fulfilled their mileage requirement on my vehicle, and didn't receive service when I needed them for a small claim. A huge waste of time and $900+!!!

I would recommend Endurance to my family and friends. I've been with Car Shield, everything breaks and. Both places were not like I was expecting. One place had kept me waiting for an adjuster to come out, and the other one took so long to pay my claim out. I had paid for it out of my own pocket. And now I'm still waiting for my reimbursement.

It was fairly easy to sign up with Endurance because the rep just didn't talk about sign up, but we were talking about different plans that Endurance has, and what would be right for us, not just payment-wise, but having a vehicle covered. He was also giving us different options of payment. I was looking for a bumper-to-bumper. He brought me down to a nice price. I'm on a good plan and we worked around some things. As a comparison to the other companies that I had talked to and found out how they worked, I had asked him about some of the things that other companies were telling me about, and that made it a little easier for my wife and I to, “Let's take it because it's at the right price, and I might as well do it now.”

The representative was very helpful and covered all of the specifics and answered every question. If I were to change anything at all I would prefer to set things up in two steps. I like to do research and talk directly to the representative, which Endurance does allow. But if I don't do the purchase on that call I can't get the salesperson's contact and then call back after discussing with my spouse to make the final decision. My coverage cost $4500 which is a fair price but still a lot of money to commit to with just one phone call. While it is not going to affect me I don't like to do business that way. It actually put pressure on the sales person to close the sale and they may not be as helpful as they could be if they could talk and then everyone agree that I will follow up. I buy cars that way and furniture sometimes that way. That came close to me not actually doing the deal.

I was recently navigating through some challenging times, as my husband had just passed away and I discovered that we had an Endurance auto warranty for our Jeep. Though I haven’t had a lot of dealings with insurance myself, especially during this period, I have a few insights to share.
From what I observed, the customer service at Endurance has been good. One highlight of having this warranty has been its cost-effectiveness. There was, however, a bit of an issue when explaining to mechanics that I have an Endurance warranty, as they seemed inclined to push for charging full price despite the warranty coverage. This appears to be a common experience but nothing overwhelming.
Overall, my experience on that front was quite pleasing, warranting a strong recommendation.

I wanted the security of an extended warranty for my vehicle once my current policy, which covers me up to 100,000 miles, runs out. The sign-up process went smoothly without any issues, but there was one aspect that could have been improved. I wanted the ability to delay the start date of the coverage. Although there's a standard 30-day wait period, I would have preferred the option to align the start of my payments and coverage with the expiration of my existing warranty. Unfortunately, I couldn't set future start payments, which was a bit disappointing since I was not going to drive the 7,000 miles remaining on the old plan immediately. However, the overall experience remains positive, and I have not encountered any problems thus far.

Paying 259$ month and was not made aware to check what your NADA trade in value is before you purchase this insurance. If transmission, engine or large ticket repair is more, they will only give you that amount. I paid more because they said Infiniti know to cost more to repair. Transmission 7300$. They paid 1650$. That is the lifetime maximum liability. That is based on NADA value. Fine print there was 2 sections that addressed limits of liability. One said 60% trade in. Another section said 10k or less pending trade in value. There was another 3900$ repair not covered. 24 hours after I spent >10k in repairs, O2 sensors bad and another 490$. Obviously I canceled policy.

I just sold my house in Seattle and moved to Ellensburg and I sold one of the vehicles that I had covered by Endurance. I called to make sure that was closed, see what the status was, and make sure that the coverage on the vehicle I kept was still good. The coverage had expired on the vehicle I kept and thankfully, I made that call. I still had coverage on the truck that I sold and they were able to apply that on my vehicle I kept, which was great. I hadn’t even considered that and it really felt like they went beyond. The team at Endurance did a splendid job resolving this. I'm awaiting the physical policy document at my new address but have already received a couple of confirming emails. Overall, I highly recommend Endurance to anyone who asks me. It's nice to know that there's people out there that still work hard at their job.

I had a warranty with CarShield, but when I changed cars, the new price was just too high. So, I started looking for other options and came across Endurance. When I got in touch with them, I spoke directly with a representative, as I wanted full coverage similar to what I'd had before. Initially, they tried to sell me on a plan that didn't really meet my needs, a 4-year/48,000-mile package, but I drive more than that. It took some back-and-forth before they offered a 5-year/100,000-mile plan, which was a better fit. Other than that, their price was better than my previous provider. Also, I downloaded their app and found it to be pretty user-friendly, though it could still use some enhancements.

The only complaint I have is you didn't explain well that on an older vehicle the total amount that can be paid out over the- 4 year contract can not exceed the trade in value of the vehicle. The follow up phone call I made for clarification was good and explained to my satisfaction.

Me and my wife went in to have our vehicle repaired and they denied our claim saying that our policy was no longer good and that we had reached our limit, but they still kept taking money off our bank account for eight months knowing the above and never informed us at all about anything. We didn’t find out about any of it until we took our vehicle in for repairs a few days ago when the mechanic told us what they said. Endurance refused to refund our money back for the eight months that they had been taking out of our bank account, which they should of stopped doing eight months ago knowing that they were not going to cover the vehicle no more.
Endurance is as crooked as the day is long. Me and my wife damn sure won’t ever use them again, and we don’t recommend them to anyone else. They will keep taking your money even after knowing they won’t cover you and will not inform you of a damn thing about it until you go to the mechanic for repairs and get an unpleasant surprise. CROOKS!!!

We had Endurance Auto Warranty several years ago, and unfortunately, we ran into some financial issues, medical bills. Our car went down, and that was about $1900. We looked at everything and said, "I think we may better get back into Endurance." Because we just have the one car. The experience signing up again was notably positive. The representative I spoke to was excellent—truly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They worked with us to find a payment plan that fit comfortably within our budget, acknowledging the financial hiatus we took from them.
When it comes to their auto warranty coverage, it appears consistent with our previous experience. My main focus was ensuring that in the event of a mechanical issue, we could take our car to our trusted mechanic. Owning an Endurance auto warranty provides me with a certain peace of mind. I hope to not need it anytime soon, but it's a good coverage for five years or 60,000 miles. One aspect that caught me off guard, which may have been mentioned but I don’t remember, was the waiting period. There’s a requirement not just of 30 days, but also 1,000 miles, which I find somewhat excessive. It would make more sense to have either a time or mileage requirement, not both combined. I opted for the premium plan as it covers everything down to key call-outs. However, I have noticed a significant increase in cost since I first began with Endurance. Originally, I was paying around $80, and now it's $149, which struck me as quite steep.

After considering the upcoming college journey of my niece, we decided to secure an auto warranty through Endurance Auto Warranty. My niece is gonna get ready to go to college for the summer semester and we got her a nice Chevy Trax, which has low mileage. Still, I wanted her protected when she's away at school. The Endurance sales representative who assisted us was very helpful and explained everything; the entire process was straightforward, quick, and all the necessary documentation was provided. The rep did good.
The coverage options offered for my niece's vehicle were impressive. Initially, I started this process a few months earlier but I was busy and didn't complete it until closer to summer; however, the team called me a few times and followed up kindly without being pushy. We actually came across their services through a commercial on Fox News, and it turned out to be quite promising.
We haven't needed to use the warranty yet, thankfully, but reflecting on the experience, everything went well, and there wasn’t much else they could have improved upon. My AAA warranty expired and they were not renewing the program, so I looked at a couple of different auto warranties in comparison. The Endurance program is what most closely matched my previous AAA warranty.
I signed up and the process with Endurance was smooth; customer service was exceptional. The representative explained everything thoroughly and answered all my deep questions thanks to my past experience with AAA. Even though I wasn’t planning to buy immediately, the pricing and extensive coverage they offered convinced me to go for it over the call.
As of now, I haven’t made a claim because there’s a waiting period, and I just purchased it a week ago. However, I did receive perks such as a year of an elevated membership level. This includes things like car rental, towing, and reimbursement for tire damage.

Well, I didn't get a chance to look at the other companies like Car Shield. I was pressured into signing up, I was told that the other companies are all priced the same. So I will try Endurance and if I find another company less expensive I will cancel. The young man was very nice and he did explain the payment options and what they all covered. He did his job well. But I still wonder if there's a less expensive plan out there.

Just had my truck repaired. The parts they used were about 1200. The 600.00 part was covered by the warranty in the morning then not covered in the afternoon so of the 1900 repair cost Endurance paid nothing for rear rotors, breaks and sensor and hub and seal.

Pushiest, rudest saleswoman I've ever encountered. I called shopping for quotes and this woman liked to hear herself talk for one, secondly, when she finally got to the point of numbers, I said thank you but she wanted me to sign up on the spot or I would lose the rate. I told her I felt cornered and didn't want to make a decision impulsively. After 40 minutes of her rambling of stories and persuasive tactics, I said I was not going to sign anything immediately. She very rudely and condescendingly said "Well, good luck to you, GOOD LUCK!" and hung up. Definitely left me saying 'wow, that's how they treat potential customers?' I seriously hope that was a one-off and they use that monitored call as an example of how NOT to go about sales. Such a turn off.

We purchased a vehicle and because it was equipped with numerous electronic features, I wanted to ensure it was covered. The Endurance representative who assisted me during the sign-up process did well and although I haven't submitted a claim yet, I feel positive about the coverage offered based on what was explained to me.
However, I faced a slight hiccup with the billing handled by a third party called Line 5. I received a notice indicating that my payments were canceled. I'm assuming Endurance canceled them because the lady I was talking to said that they may or may not be using Line 5, but I haven't heard anything since last Wednesday or Thursday. Nothing new has come into my computer.
Overall, I would rate my experience with Endurance highly, as their service during sign-up was commendable. However, clarity regarding billing cancellations would enhance their service even further.

My car started making a rattling noise, so I took it to one of the repair shops on their list. The repair shop told me that since it was a foreign car, take it to a dealership. I took my car to the dealership, they contacted Endurance with the issue. Both issues that the dealership stated are listed on my plan coverage, but the repair was denied. They told my daughter who took the car to the dealership that it was existing issue (it was not). When I called they told me that it was not anything actually wrong with the wear & tear of the part but something internally, so they would not cover it. Do not give Endurance your money, choose another warranty company! STAY AWAY FROM ENDURANCE!!!!

I acquired an Endurance contract with the expectation of receiving reliable coverage for my vehicle; however, my experience has been profoundly disappointing. After I took my automobile to an ASE-certified repair shop for necessary repairs, the shop submitted a claim on my behalf, which was subsequently denied by Endurance. The reasons provided for the denial were "too many miles" and "wear and tear." It is particularly ironic that one of the essential components requiring replacement is explicitly covered under my contract, yet the claim was still refused. The ASE-certified mechanics expressed that they had never encountered a similar refusal from Endurance with any claim.
Furthermore, the customer service experience with Endurance has been among the most unsatisfactory I have ever encountered. Should I attempt to file another claim, I am concerned that I will face the same justifications regarding "too many miles" and "wear and tear." I purchased this contract to protect my vehicle up to 134,000 miles, while I currently have only 92,000 miles on the odometer.
This situation represents a troubling trend: the company makes assurances of extensive coverage but fails to fulfill these promises when it matters most, all the while continuing to collect monthly premiums. As an employee of one of the largest organizations in my state, I feel compelled to advise my colleagues and friends to exercise caution and consider alternatives to this company. They appear to be adept at finding excuses to avoid honoring claims. My research indicates a significant number of complaints against them, and it is noteworthy that they are not even a member of the Better Business Bureau. This speaks volumes to me about the company and the culture.

I bought this extended warranty in February. Couldn't use it for 1k miles and 30 days. After the 1k miles and 30 days and paying them 2 upfront, then 115.00 for the next month's payment. I needed my daughter's car repaired and, after several calls to make sure certain things were taken care of, it wasn't. I was told by numerous people at Endurance that YES, these repairs are covered, and I have dates and names of who all I spoke to.
When the car went into shop for repairs, I am told none of this is covered after being told by numerous amounts of their own employees told me yes! Now I am told it was in probation period, so I clarified the dates it was out of probation by 1 day, and they said now that after an attitude from the representative, she said I would contact the adjuster. I should have listened to the garage when they said they were not going to pay they never do, it's all a scam, consumer fraud. I have contacted a lawyer, and I will be joining the class action, so my recommendation is to avoid these companies at all costs. I will also be contacting my state congressman

My factory warranty had expired and the one from Chevy was too costly. I discovered Endurance and signing up with them was uncomplicated. I had been taken by another company and saw Endurance on tv so I called a rep and purchased the plan after the time and miles expired to get coverage. I got a code, took my car to dealership where I had purchased the car, they checked out the car and called endurance. They sent an adjuster out that told them I would need to authorize a tear down which I did still waiting on decision. They also said maximum coverage would be no more than 2400 dollars for the year. The inspection is 900. The torque is 1700 plus the sensor of which I don't know yet. Still in limbo but not what I was told when I bought the policy. I was at the dealership and I asked them who they use when my warranty goes out. They suggested Endurance because they rarely face issues with it, and it’s one they accept without trouble. This convinced me to choose Endurance over other options.
The customer service was quite satisfactory when I signed up for the warranty. I wished the signup process could have been quicker since I was trying to get it done while at work, and the timing was a bit tight.

We found Endurance Auto Warranty on the internet. It was the highest-rated service of that type, and when I talked to the guy, Dave, he explained it all and I felt good about it. He was straightforward and transparent with me, which I appreciated.
I opted for a plan that would pick up where the existing warranty left off. Although I haven't had to make use of the warranty yet, the setup process was smooth. Considering everything so far, I'm satisfied with the coverage I secured and would rate the initial experience highly.
When it comes to costs, even though I don't know how to compare it, I feel the price is reasonable. I've also downloaded their app. While I haven't explored it extensively, the initial setup with assistance over the phone was quite easy. I had great experience with Endurance Auto Warranty. The representative I spoke with sold me from the start and I enjoyed speaking with her. She was exceptional—explained everything thoroughly. One thing I like is customer service that would explain in details what they're offering. I haven't had a need to use the warranty yet, but the level of customer service I received was impressive and much appreciated, especially these days, people want to be able to pay for what they're getting and not buy fakes.
When the representative detailed what was covered in my plan, it met my expectations; I was looking for extra and she went over everything that I thought was extra, which was good. Whenever I speak to somebody from customer service and they're good, I always like to recommend them. I had AT&T for over 30 years and I just stopped with them a couple of months ago because I find that customer service went all the way down to the ground.
I always believe in good customer service, and when I get good customer service, I stick with what I have. Overall, I’m quite satisfied so far and hopeful for future interactions should I ever need to use the warranty.

Endurance has polite customer service. They also seemed more efficient than other providers I contacted. The purchasing process was smooth except for a small issue. I requested to start my payments in May since my current vehicle warranty expires then, but they charged me this month already. Otherwise, I got the Premium Elite plan which fits my needs. Despite minor hiccups, the deal I got was satisfactory.

Endurance is not a 3rd party. They deal directly with the dealership or you can pick the mechanic of your choice without any hassle. Customer Service is excellent and you have 24/7 service. The rates on their plans may seem higher than the 3rd party planes but on the expiring end you get no payments due for 2 years.

He stood out because he didn't push me to buy anything. Instead, he talked about the company and the affordable monthly rates, making it feel more like a conversation with an old friend than a sales pitch.
When discussing the policy, Troy explained that I should wait 30 days after paying the fee before canceling my existing warranty, which would ensure continuous coverage. This thoughtful advice reassured me, especially as a single woman relying on the reliability of my vehicle. As for the payment setup, it seems straightforward with a monthly draft plan they arranged.
The experience was even more necessary because my Jeep came with its fair share of under-the-hood problems in its early weeks. Extending the warranty felt like securing a safety net. I don't want anything to happen to my vehicles and not be able to afford to fix them. Initially, I went with Endurance because they were supposed to be highly rated. However, after reading more reviews, I'm not so sure about their reputation. The sign-up process was straightforward and quick, which didn't surprise me since it involves taking your money. I think the cost is a bit high, and my hope is that they'll cover expenses if something happens to my car. So far, I haven't had to make any claims, so time will tell. I signed up with Endurance Auto Warranty thinking I was signing up for CarShield. Somehow during the process, it switched without my knowledge, and I ended up with Endurance instead. The salesperson communicated that the coverage I was enrolling for was bumper-to-bumper and would activate once my vehicle reached 101,000 miles. However, I didn't want them to automatically withdraw money directly from my account; I preferred handling payments myself via my app.
Despite expressing this preference, I never received mail confirming the details of the package, making me feel uneasy about how my information was handled. I even confirmed with CarShield, who had no record of my policy, heightening my suspicion of having acted in vain. While I acknowledge the professionalism and knowledge of the person who onboarded me, I felt misled. She failed to clearly communicate that the services would not be provided by CarShield, causing significant confusion on my end during follow-up with them directly. The whole ordeal was frustrating—if I had known it would all lead to this, I would have reconsidered my decision.
