I came across an advertisement for Endurance Auto Warranty and decided to give it a try as my vehicle is getting older and out of its manufacturer's warranty. I'd seen a few letters in the mail before but hadn't paid much attention until a promotion finally caught my eye.
Signing up for the warranty was a straightforward experience, and the customer service I received was pretty good. Although I haven't yet had to use the warranty, the process of enrolling was smooth and professionally conducted, which left me with a positive initial impression.

My co-worker recommended the services of Endurance and signing up was straightforward and didn't involve any complications.
I found the customer service to be quite knowledgeable, which made the experience more reassuring. Our conversation did take some time, about 30 minutes, as the representative went over a lot of details with me.
When it came to the cost, it seemed reasonable at first. However, after initially considering cancellation due to my financial situation with a new car loan, they offered to lower the price, which was commendable. In my current circumstances, I have full coverage insurance on my car and I'm still figuring out if having the warranty is feasible for me. But overall, I'm pleased with the initial experience.

I saw Endurance Auto Warranty on several advertising campaigns on TV and through the mail and it's been just about a month since I got the warranty. One of the main reasons I chose Endurance was because they do not involve a third-party, which really appealed to me.
The customer service I experienced during the sign-up process was good, making the whole experience smooth. I would recommend Endurance.

I was initially hesitant about whether I should commit with Endurance, but the representative I communicated with was incredibly helpful. He provided me with all the information I needed and assured me that if I needed more time to think or wanted to cancel later, it was possible without any pressure.
The experience was certainly impressive. I haven't had a chance to use the warranty yet, but based on the service alone, I would rate it highly, a full five stars. The reassurance and customer-friendly approach of the representative encouraged me to hold onto the warranty instead of canceling.

I have a 2012 used car and having a warranty seemed like a smart precaution just in case. The signup process with Endurance involved both online elements and direct communication over the phone. The service representative came across as knowledgeable, personable, and kind, which made the process seamless. I sought full coverage, which fortunately fit within my budget. Though I haven't had to utilize the service yet, I am confident in their offering. The price was another highlight, as it was comfortably in my price range.

I consulted my mechanic about Endurance Auto Warranty and he didn't have any issues working with them, which reassured me. I signed up and the customer service was quite good; however, they misspelled my name on my email, which caused delays in receiving my documents. It took about a month and a follow-up call to resolve that, but once it was sorted, everything was fine. Also, the plan options and costs seemed fairly reasonable to me.

I haven't started coverage yet.. It starts in June with a 30 day or 1,000 miles.. I'm glad I saw the ad online.. I have my contract and my membership card. I don't have anything else to add at the moment. The reviews for Endurance look excellent, compared to some other companies!! Thank You!!

I declined to purchase an Endurance Warranty. I'd attempted to get a quote from Endurance Website. It repeatedly advise me that there was a "problem" with my detailed submitted information. So I finally called their contact number and was greeted by a very congenial man who somehow had his hands on my complete application including all the details I'd entered. From there the conversation deteriorated. I was seeking written details of what would be covered, and what not, and a breakdown of costs and option. Instead, he kept offering me a continuing parade of changing options.
Every time I asked a question, he would reply with something like "Oh, you know we can factor that in, and give you special price for that today." Every question I asked provoked a new proposal from him. I kept asking for a written summary of details, but he repeatedly said, "we don't offer written quotes." Every time I said that, the price dropped by a couple bucks, and/or the terms he was verbally proposing changed again, supposedly in my favor.
In sum, I never got what I needed to properly reflect on coverage from Endurance. He also kept repeating words to the effect, "we can't duplicate this deal if you call back, later. These are first-call options." He kept ramping up the pressure to make a "sale" entirely over the phone. I finally said, "I think we're done here. This isn't the way I do decision-making." Although remaining congenial throughout, he replied, "I think you're making a big mistake," and hung up before I could finish saying, "thank you for your time." With those kinds of sales practices I will never trust this company with my business.

From start to finish, dealing with this extended warranty company was a nightmare. I was constantly given the runaround, and the representatives failed to explain critical details—like the fact that there is a cap on repair costs, depending on where you take your car. I was told I could take my vehicle anywhere for repairs, only to find out later that the warranty wouldn’t fully cover the costs because the shop exceeded their cap. As a result, I had to pay $1,200 out of pocket.
To make matters worse, it took nearly a month to get any real answers about my claim, all while I was paying for a rental car on my own. No one communicated clearly, and I was left in the dark throughout the process. This is by far the worst place to purchase an extended warranty. I highly recommend looking elsewhere—save yourself the stress, time, and unexpected expenses.

The Endurance representative who assisted me was quite professional, which convinced me to move forward with it, despite initially being unsure.
I opted for full coverage, however, I've faced some confusion about the start date of my coverage. I've paid the initial amount, but haven't received solid confirmation on when the service kicks in, which is a bit frustrating. Pricing seems okay from my perspective, but with several calls and uncertainty about my coverage status, it's hard to be completely sure.
One major drawback was my experience attempting to contact their customer service. I tried for an extended period without success. My difficulty in reaching them left me very dissatisfied overall, so my experience would translate to a low rating. Despite this, the initial setup with the representative deserved a high rating for professionalism. Their customer interaction left a bit to be desired, but the initial service kickoff by their representative was impressive.

I took Endurance last month and while the overall process seemed straightforward, I felt rushed to make a decision to take advantage of the special pricing. I didn't have all the time I would have liked to compare other options, which I didn't particularly appreciate. Saving money is important these days, so I decided to go with it after evaluating my situation. I didn't wanna be without a warranty and my previous plan was running out in July.
Regarding customer service, the representative I interacted with was helpful and guided me through the process efficiently. I would rate this part of my experience at a 4 since everything went smoothly on their end. In terms of pricing, I hope that I chose the best option for my needs, as I didn't have the chance to compare other quotes thoroughly. However, compared to my previous plan, Endurance seemed more competitive, so I’d rate their pricing a 5 in that specific context.
Overall, although my sign-up experience had its pressures, I am optimistic about Endurance and look forward to seeing how their service pans out in practice.

I got a new car and as a retiree, I'm mindful of my finances since my income doesn't increase. I settled on Endurance Auto Warranty because it offered an affordable and reasonable coverage plan. I explored various other options advertising on TV but felt that Endurance had good reviews online and fit my budget.
The sign-up process itself was smooth. Initially, the price was a bit higher than I was comfortable with due to my car's age and mileage, but my contact at Endurance adjusted it, offering a better deal. This adjustment made me quite pleased with the service.

The customer service person I spoke with knows her job quite well. She made sure I got all the information I was looking for! She went above and beyond to make sure I got to where I needed to be to get all my questions answered. She is definitely one of the best I have worked with!! I purchased a warranty on my 2011 Ford Taurus Limited. The car had 127000 miles on it so I knew not everything would be covered. After 2 months I need to file a claim. I had 128950 miles on it and I blew a brake line. I took the car in to a repute shop and was told kid needed new rear brakes. I looked at my warranty and it said the rear calipers were covered under my plan. Call the claims center and spoke with the agent along with the mechanic. The Mechanic told the agent brake fluid got on the brakes a cause the brakes to fail and that they needed replacement. The agent said he researched the reason and said only the brake line was covered.
When asked why essential the calipers right and left covered he stated that within the details of the warranty the brake fluid spraying on the brakes voided the calipers being covered and rejected all but the brake line. He stated $40 would be covered none of the brake fluid, calipers or refilling the brake line and blended the brake lines. So of the $1,000 break job would be covered except for the $40.00 for a new brake line. When I called the help desk they said that’s correct and that was it. I cancelled this scam right there. If it sounds too good to be true don’t believe it.

Sales people in the phone never pointed out my "elite" policy would never pay more than 2500 for any repair. When the cvt transmission went out my wife's Nissan, two shops established in the neighborhood of 7000 for parts and labor and both warned me there was a limit on what endurance was likely to pay. After reading the very small fine print in my very small policy booklet, I decide we would be better off just to get a new car. First time I called to cancel the policy, the "salesman" on the phone tried to talk me out of it but promised to send me the necessary forms but never did.
When I finally got in touch with an honest associate and actually got the forms, you about know they must've dated, signed and notarized, and an actual pro-rated refund will not come quickly. In the meantime you will get several notifications that your policy has lapsed, when you stop payment, which is through a 3rd party billing company. THANKS DANIKA, BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have been with Endurance since November 2024. I found out I had needed a transmission. I was told there was a discrepancy with the mileage, so they refused to pay my claim. My car was driven roughly 0.8 miles to my friend’s apartment and wasn’t driven for three weeks, due to the fact I was in New York dealing with a family crisis.

My car is getting old, therefore, I sought to have additional insurance for it, naturally. I am a recent customer of Endurance and can attest to their inability on providing the customer with reliable service. When I initially contacted them, they basically promised by word rental car service when in need, hotel discount if car broke down in different city etc etc. To my surprise, the insurance representative never asked for pictures of the car mileage or vin, nothing. It was on the contract to be able to take the car to a shop and if they find a need to cover that need. I took my car to the Nissan to check on it when contract stated I was able to. An investigation was to be made by Endurance claiming that it was too early to make a claim. 3 weeks of waiting (my car at the shop) me paying for rental car $500+ and making me pay for tear down of transmission ($700) for further investigations, Endurance did not accept the claim.
I am a single mother who needs her car to get to work. This company failed to come through as they promised they would. I would not enter into a contract with them ever again. Nor do I recommend them due to this and unprofessionalism in that O attempted many calls and left voicemails. They never got back to me with an answer and took 3 weeks and the car dealership rep calling them to get any news. Unreliable. What a waste.

When I signed up this time with Endurance, I encountered some unexpected challenges. Previously, they sent a booklet and a card with all the details when I first signed up years ago. This made everything easily accessible, and I kept it in my car. But recently, I received a bill without any accompanying paperwork or booklet. After waiting and eventually calling them, I discovered they expected me to print everything out myself. Unfortunately, my printer's ink ran out, so I wasn't able to do that yet.
The process of needing to print out all the information felt quite inconvenient compared to the organized previous experience. Although I'm familiar with Endurance and trust them because I've had a little claim before, this new system feels a bit frustrating. I appreciated the ease of having everything physical and ready to go in my glove compartment.
Nonetheless, despite these hiccups, it's comforting to have coverage, especially since other options like CarShield don't feel as reliable to me. I have always found peace of mind sticking with Endurance, even if the sign-up process could be smoother. I hope they consider bringing back the booklet and card option—it was much better. Overall, I'd rate my current experience with Endurance around a 4. Not the worst, but there's room for improvement, especially in the signup process.

I purchased their warranty a few months ago with excitement on how many parts were covered. Recently my check engine light came on and was brought to a shop they recommended. Upon diagnosis, I need an entire new gas tank which is covered under my warranty. Endurance denied the claim. I then spoke with them getting transferred to numerous different people, some even hanging up on me. Some explained to me I don’t need a gas tank but referenced online forums of vehicles that aren’t even mine. When I asked for an inspector to come out to confirm they refused. I would stay away from this company as they do not follow through with their contract.

2012 Mazda 6 had check engine light. Christian Brothers automotive said it was due to cat converter. Failed due to manifold issue. Endurance rep examined the vehicle. We were told it was covered. After we authorized the repair, we were informed that Endurance corporate refused to pay. Unacceptable corporate behavior. Will likely cancel both warranties and switch companies. We were left with a costly repair.

Sortly after signing up on May 2nd, I realized it wasn't the best move for my situation. I've been dealing with financial stress because of an increase in my mortgage, so maintaining this warranty alongside two others feels unnecessary and impossible when tight on funds. I really don't need three warranties on my vehicle. Unfortunately, none of them, including Endurance, cover the catalytic converter, a point of inconvenience when I had to personally fund a $3,000 bill to replace it. I feel the frustration, especially since a warranty for my Kia covered the converter for only eight years before failing. When I interacted with the customer service at Endurance, I found them polite and helpful enough, with my initial experience being quite good. Despite this, faced with choosing between keeping my home or maintaining yet another car warranty, living in a house seems wise.

I work at a car dealership. And I was privileged enough to have Endurance Auto Warranty when my factory warranty went out. I was picked up by Endurance when I was checking on different coverages. Initially, my experience was pleasant, given the smooth transition to their service. Unfortunately, just two weeks ago, I had a significant issue when my truck's coolant system malfunctioned, causing an unexpected repair expense. At that point, I found out my coverage had lapsed due to the mileage on my truck, a vital detail unknown to me until it was too late.
Throughout the two years with Endurance, I hadn't interacted much with their customer service because my interactions with them were mainly through the dealership that handled my repairs. That process went smoothly back when I did have coverage. However, I found the lack of communication regarding the status of my coverage disappointing. Being unaware of the mileage limit on my warranty led to a surprise $500 repair bill during a stressful incident.

A friend with a similar truck recommended Endurance and I wasn't sure at first, but the idea of having warranty coverage seemed appealing, and it made sense to look into it further. I learned about Endurance from looking up options online, and after a bit of thinking, I ended up choosing them.
The process of signing up was straightforward, though it did take a while. The representative was persistent, which was a bit overwhelming since I wasn't financially ready at the time to pay the initial cost. Despite the pushy tactics, she was polite, and I understood she was doing her job. Ultimately, I decided to go through with it.
If a friend were to ask me about Endurance, I'd recommend them. So far, my experience with signing up has been positive despite the pushy sales tactic, as the representative was friendly and helpful. If rating this part of my experience out of five stars, I'd go with a five. It was an alright experience overall, and I appreciate the support I received during the sign-up.

My experience with Endurance has been excellent. The customer service was particularly noteworthy. I called twice and believe I spoke to a lady who was very helpful and polite. Endurance was recommended by me to my sister as well, who had her vehicle's warranty expired. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Endurance’s service and would confidently recommend them to others.

I purchased an older car with many bells and whistles, and while I was nervous about it, I thought I’d make a wise decision by getting a car warranty. I signed up online but never received the information they said I’d receive. I downloaded the app, and after reviewing the documents included in that, I realized the coverage wasn’t what I thought I had signed up for. So I call and spend no less than 4 hours on the phone, continually reiterating my need for comprehensive coverage precisely because I was buying an older vehicle in which I had limited information about. The girl I spoke with was nice but clueless, and the whole thing felt like, forgive the pun, but an exercise in endurance on my part. I wound up with a plan I was satisfied with, but unfortunately it voids my older contract and my wait period has to begin again.
Roughly 15 days after my newest waiting period ended, my car began making a noise- not constant, and so faint you could only hear it with the radio off. We thought perhaps it needed new tires, but took it in to a licensed service provider to be safe. It was diagnosed with needing struts and a wheel bearing. I verified those were covered in my contract and much to my delight and surprise, they were. I patted myself on the back for that dreadfully long phone call upping my coverage! But wait…My mechanic called Endurance and was told those were regular wear and tear items and my claim was denied. Since I was literally looking at the contract, and this denial surprised him too, he advised me to call about it myself. While I also was told my claim was being denied, I was given a different reason. Endurance denied my claim, stating it was pre existing.
The problem with this, is on an older vehicle, almost anything could be considered pre existing. Rarely does anything go from good to bad in a day. Secondly, nobody demanded an inspection beforehand, nor does the contract note any sort of timelines next to each covered service (such as must have Endurance for a year before we cover struts, or must use us for six months before we cover a wheel bearing.) All the customer has to go on is what you are being told is covered, only to find out they’re still denying your claim based on a formula only they are privy to. If you sign up for health insurance and unknowingly have cancer, it cannot be pre existing. If there’s no record, how can it be proven you were aware? Just as in this case, my vehicle drove great, had a clean Carfax, and an inspection at the dealer who sold it to me.
I had no way of knowing these parts were going bad, but Endurance found a loophole to get out of paying the claim, and ran with it, despite my having the biggest, most comprehensive coverage they offer. Adding insult to injury, the script-reading customer service agent delivering this bad news, showed me their idea of world-class service, by telling me she could hook me up with one of their partners for financing the repair. You know, so I can get hit with interest and finance charges on top of paying for the repair myself, while also paying Endurance for absolutely nothing. So I emailed them to let them know that I think they’re a scam and will be doing exactly what I’m doing now with this review, and they said how sorry they were and after reviewing my claim, they wanted me to call for assistance. There’s some back and forth here because I don’t want to call and sit on hold forever again unless they’re actually going to help me.
Yet they refuse to give any details in writing whatsoever. Finally I give in, only to learn not one thing has changed. They’re still denying my claim and offer nothing new. For fun, I emailed them yet again to tell them how unbelievable it was that they email an already ticked off customer and demand they call, only to give them the same exact bad news a second time. Guess what? They emailed me back and asked me to call again! It’s actually comical they care so little. I think my case pretty much disqualifies two of the most recent commercials I’ve seen from Endurance. The one where they discuss filing a claim right after their wait period ended and having no problems whatsoever, and the one where Danica asks, “Who’s going to pay for your next car repair? You or Endurance?” Well, unless you’re just a seriously lucky person, I can assure you, it isn’t going to be Endurance.

I purchased the warranty for my 2018 Suburban. 3 months later while on vacation, the transmission went out. Had it towed to dealership 150 miles from home. Endurance representative went to dealership. Acknowledged transmission failure and took pix of vehicle. Claim was denied because the vehicle had 3 bumper stickers on it from my business, claimed it was a commercial vehicle. I appealed with email per policy and was totally ghosted. No one ever contacted me and when I called to determine status, was told over a 4 month period that my appeal was still in the review process. I did get 3 calls a day for 5 months telling me my payments were overdue.

I totaled my E250 Mercedes Benz 2 weeks ago. The agent I spoke with was extremely customer service oriented, knowledgeable, and knew every necessary steps to transfer my warranty to my new car. He provided excellent customer service. Once we were finished with the call I had a much greater sense of the warranty.

I have the luxury package on my 2019 ford Raptor. It has been about 6 months since warranty purchased. Transmission was slipping, took it to my Ford dealer (never been driven off road). Ford service department called endurance and was told fix is denied because of something called TSB which is a report the dealers use internally to have techs gain a heads up on what problem might be. They all do that and by saving time saves customers some money. I was traveling when I purchased plan, told salesman I would not be home when plan was to be sent for me to look over. I said just tell me if trans, motor, electronics were covered 100% and was told yes. Well folks they are not with this company. My service tech told me he had never had a warranty company turn down in a TSB bulletin or even for the repair I needed.
It has been almost 2 weeks I picked up my truck today and paid for my service with Ford paying part. Every work day for these weeks I have called Endurance asked for claims manager to discuss this and he has not returned a single call. His name is Parm, beware. The co will not give you his number or email. DO NOT Do Business WITH these guys, they lie and will not call you back. Good luck out there. Don **

What I was told by the representative for Endurance about the warranty program that I bought into is not what was actually represented or covered. I bought my package in September and then the following month I bought another package for my husband‘s truck. We had no problems. We’re paying each month no issues until April. My husband’s truck has a mechanical problem so we took the truck to the mechanic and lo and behold the problem with the truck wasn’t covered under his contract so all the money that I paid for this extended insurance I could’ve had in savings and paid cash for the problem with my husband‘s truck.
Next month, my car needs the PCV repaired and fuel injectors replaced and on behold, wouldn’t you know it of course naturally although I was paying for the top tier contract those two particular things were not covered so once again all the money that I paid to endurance I could’ve had in my savings and would be able to fix my car which I can’t because I paid cash $2600 to fix my husband‘s truck and being a military family and I’m on permanent disability from a disease that I didn’t ask to have so we are on a very tight budget and still have three children in college that were helping to pay for.
This did us zero good so I’m upset because what I was specifically told and I went over specific problems with an engine that could happen. Fuel injectors was one of them and was told that they were covered. I was lied to just manipulated into buying this contract and making this company more money. Congratulations. Hope they feel good about themselves so now I’m stuck with my car in the garage not able to run and I have to save up the $2200 is going to cost to fix it so basically the contract wasn’t worth the paper it was printed on.

Updated on 06/25/2025: Not what advertised. I have been waiting since April for a reimbursement for a repair. No assistance or answer when calling.. They can’t provide or won’t provide solution. If I had known that not being service is not as advertised I would not have purchased the policy. I would not recommend purchasing this service.
Original: I would not recommend this company to anyone. I filed claim in early April and not been paid yet called several times and get same response under review. Nothing they advertise is accurate. Bunch of scammers.

Buyers be aware! When I purchased this warranty for our car, I was told that except for normal wear and tear on the car, the policy will cover all other costs of repair with $100 deductible. I also was not told about exceptions! When a car camera needed to be replaced, they would not pay for programing it! Fine print in the contract that I was responsible to read, and salesman not ever bring the exceptions up during sales! I found a host of other exceptions that makes this warranty very expensive and not worthwhile.

I spoke to operator Kim from Missouri. She explained why Endurance is so important and the many benefits that are specific to Endurance auto warranty. She also explained you can go to a dealer and how it is so simple. She offered that when I didn't know about it. I thought I'd be charged way more. I think from now on I will go to a dealership! Because of how the policy works and they send someone out to check to see what you need, you wouldn't be taken advantage of because whomever they send out wouldn't say you need extra things that you don't!

Took me getting a notary to cancel this coverage. Paid premiums over year before I filed a claim. Never received my contract or ID card. Filed first claim which was denied. Said it was excluded in my contract. How am I supposed to know it is excluded if I have no contract? This company is a complete scam!!

Buyer beware! Please if you do business with this company, make sure you read the fine print and read between the lines to see what is not covered in your contract. They will find a loophole and you will be the one with the bill.

My AC went out this morning on my way to work. Endurance denied the claim. In 1 phone call, I was bounced from one operator to another. I spoke to 5 different people. I spent more than 4 hours dealing with these people. I was transferred from one rep tp another. Waste of time and money. Don't do it!!!! I'd like all my money back from both my vehicles.

I felt the need for extra protection as my previous warranty had expired. My sign-up experience with Endurance was positive, primarily due to Joyce, who assisted me during the process. She explained everything clearly, making it easy for me to understand.
Although I haven't had the opportunity to file a claim yet, the assurance that Endurance provides makes me feel secure. The decision to go with Endurance was also influenced by a recommendation from someone I trust—my nurse, who's been with me for about eight years. She's had a positive experience with them for her older vehicle, and her word carried weight.

I gave Endurance Auto Warranty another try after initially signing up around 2019 when I bought my car. It turned out my policy had expired, but they made the renewal process incredibly straightforward, and I found myself enrolled again without any hassle. The representative assisting me was excellent and communicated the policy details clearly. Although I never had to file a claim previously, it's reassuring to have the coverage, even if I never need to use it. Overall, my experience with Endurance has been fantastic, and I'm very satisfied with their service.

I signed up with Endurance Auto Warranty but didn't know I needed to put 1,000 miles on my car just for a repair. This came as a surprise since the representative didn't mention this requirement. The person who set up my coverage provided all the necessary information about my full coverage but didn't answer any further questions, as I didn't really ask any. Despite these hiccups, I would commend Endurance a satisfactory rating because these are lessons learned for me as well.
I had an issue with my vehicle, involved in an incident with oil leaks and couldn't file a claim right away. I drove my car short of the 1,000-mile threshold, and I still need to find someone to fix the car once it meets the required mileage. Despite this, I found the pricing reasonable. For two vehicles, I pay approximately $130 per month each, totaling around $270, which I think is fair. The overall setup experience was decent and while not perfect, the value of the warranty seems adequate.

A close friend, akin to family, had a positive experience with Endurance Auto Warranty's policy, especially when their vehicle needed an $8,000 transmission repair. This peace of mind was precisely what I was seeking. While signing up, some warranty companies passed me between agents for pricing information, making the process feel like a hard sell. In contrast, with Endurance, the initial representative provided all the necessary details and pricing seamlessly. It was a more straightforward and supportive experience.
Since my husband used to handle vehicle-related issues and I'm stepping into these responsibilities now due to his health, it's been reassuring to have a reliable warranty. Endurance offered the best deal for the vehicle we wanted to cover. Even though it's a new policy and we haven't used it yet, the signing up process was a bit lengthy due to a phone conversation, but we were pleased to receive some discounts, and the representative was very nice.
As for the cost and coverage, we agreed to the terms and found them satisfactory. The customer service proved to be helpful when we initially forgot to ask for the veteran's discount. Upon calling them back, we were able to secure it, which was a pleasant experience.
We are happy with Endurance so far. Based on my initial purchasing experience, I would recommend them.

Endurance covers our 2007 BMW. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. We were told by a salesman named Greg that as long as the BMW met a 30-day ownership requirement and exceeded 1,000 miles, repairs would only ever cost us a $100 deductible per visit, regardless of the number of repairs. However, this has not been the case.
Things initially seemed fine, but when my son experienced a car issue involving check engine and tire warnings, more complications arose. Despite our initial understanding, Endurance has been a nightmare to deal with. Upon taking the vehicle to BMW, I was instructed to pay between $800 to $1,000 out of pocket for a transmission fluid issue, as Endurance would only cover up to $2,100. Further, the policy was supposed to cover rental cars if needed during repairs, yet this hasn't been true as the claim adjustor confirmed they won’t cover such expenses.
Moreover, with Greg's assurance, we believed tires and other essentials were covered but later were told otherwise. His failure to return my emails has only heightened my frustration, as clearly indicated the issues might be coming back to him. Countless attempts at communicating with Endurance left me bouncing between various agencies receiving little to no resolution. I expected Endurance to handle my son's car repair with only the agreed upon out-of-pocket expense, and this warranty plan clearly fell short of that promise.
Throughout this entire ordeal, not only was I incommunicado with Greg, who has gone radio silent, but I was also served rude service through a back-and-forth patience-testing encounter with third-party reps who employ stalling tactics. It's an understatement to specify how dissatisfied and upset I am with this process. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend Endurance Auto Warranty based on this disheartening experience.

My vehicle warranty is running out soon. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about trying another warranty service, given some mixed experiences. Although I've had CarShield before without any direct issues personally, my grandson experienced troubles back when his car faced problems—this history made me cautious. Thus, I switched, understanding trust is key, and when claims arise, you want that assurance they will be addressed promptly.

Endurance gives me a sense of security, which I appreciate. I've had them before, however I'm now finding the cost high, as I pay more for Endurance compared to my regular car insurance. That aspect has been somewhat frustrating.
There was a time when I attempted to make a claim, but I was told I needed my car to have at least 1,000 miles before any action could be taken. Consequently, I ended up paying $1,400 on my own. I hope for better coverage with future issues.
As for customer service, the team was excellent—helpful and accommodating throughout the purchase process. Overall, I'd say I'm somewhat satisfied with Endurance.

After considering several options, I signed up with both Endurance Auto Warranty and CarShield. I heard about both through online searches, I filled out forms, and received calls from both on the same day. Ultimately, I chose Endurance because their coverage appeared to be more comprehensive, even though CarShield was half the price.
To date, I haven't used the warranty service, which is a bit concerning because I've read reports about them both not paying out. I was informed that when a claim is needed, the information is provided directly to the mechanic, and they communicate with Endurance on my behalf, which offers some reassurance.
Regarding customer service, I haven't had much interaction beyond the initial purchase. The representative I spoke with was knowledgeable and made the purchase process smooth. However, without having made a claim, I can't fully vouch for the service. My primary reason for obtaining the coverage was for added peace of mind in case anything happens.

I saw Endurance advertised on TV and I was under the impression that they were the ones that my dealership took but upon visiting my dealership, I learned they no longer work with them due to past issues with some customers. The purchasing process with Endurance was smooth, with no problems in securing the coverage. However, discovering the lack of local acceptance meant I had to cancel the policy; traveling to Sarasota, 30 to 45 minutes away, for service wasn't practical for me. Thankfully, the cancellation process was straightforward and handled efficiently.
The coverage from Endurance mirrored what my dealership offered, but since they wouldn’t accept the Endurance warranty, it didn't benefit me. All in all, while the product itself might have been fine, I couldn't utilize it as intended.

I went with Endurance Auto Warranty again after a previous stint with them left me quite dissatisfied. Initially, when I had Endurance on my Lexus, I was disappointed as they opted for aftermarket products rather than the genuine Lexus parts that my car required. This led to significant out-of-pocket expenses since their coverage didn't meet my expectations when needed.
The journey back to Endurance happened because I found myself entangled between different warranty providers who seemed to work in tandem under different names, a confusing switch-out situation that led me to Omega Auto Care. I eventually realized that even though I tried another provider, they, too, wouldn't cover repairs with the original manufacturer parts, pushing me back towards Endurance.
Once back in contact with Endurance, I made sure to question if they would indeed use the original parts specified by the car manufacturer if a claim arises. Although I haven’t yet called in a claim for my Mercedes under the new policy, so for now it's a waiting game to validate those assurances. The sign-up process was pleasant as the representative was courteous and patient, making me feel valued, though ultimately real satisfaction hinges on how well they handle any upcoming claims.

After much research, I chose Endurance Auto Warranty on the advice of some friends who recommended it. However, my experience hasn't been entirely seamless.
The main issue I encountered was with the claim process. When my vehicle required repairs, it took an unusually long time—7 days—to receive approval. This delay led to additional costs as I had to rent a car for almost 14 days, even though the coverage only includes 5 days for a rental. Additionally, Endurance's insistence on using their vendor prolonged the turnaround time for getting a replacement transmission. Their vendor shipped the transmission in 3 to 4 business days, while the repair shop could have obtained it within 2 days, further adding to rental costs.
Communication hurdles between Endurance, the repair shop, and myself caused additional delays. I had to spend hours on hold to verify if requested paperwork was received and note that paperwork submitted in the same email sometimes seemed overlooked.
Overall, although the repair costs were eventually covered, the delays and communication issues left me bearing an extra $700 in rental fees—a significant outlay. Improvements are needed in Endurance's approval process and communication to make avoiding prolonged out-of-pocket costs possible.

This interaction happened about two months ago, and since then, the only communication from them has been an email confirmation about the payment being received. I have their contact number from a printed document but haven't received a physical card, which I was expecting. After much deliberation, I opted for Endurance Auto Warranty over my previous provider. I initially had CarShield for a couple of years and faithfully serviced my Honda Pilot at the dealership in Tulsa. However, I faced issues with CarShield when trying to get coverage for certain claims, which led me to look into other options. I did some research and discovered that Endurance is often recommended, so I decided to make the switch.
Signing up with Endurance was straightforward and not much different from my experience with CarShield. The process was smooth and hassle-free, which was appreciated.
Regarding the cost, while everyone wishes to get more value for less, I'm waiting to see how things pan out when I actually need to file a claim. My vehicle has 151,000 miles on it, and my work requires a reliable car. So far, I've had multiple Honda vehicles and trust their durability. As such, I'm optimistic about the potential benefits of my current coverage with Endurance.
In terms of rating, I'd give Endurance a 5 for now, hoping that they would prove this rating valid during a claim process. I like to stick with one provider if they satisfy my needs, so I'm looking forward to our future interactions.

I paid for a plan with Endurance for over two years never missing a payment and claim that was asked about was denied. #1 air conditioner went completely out in one of the hottest summer and because it needed a gasket endurance would not cover the Air conditioner even though their conditioner was cover under my plan. Do I paid a total of 1,500.00 out of pocket. The following year my shocks on my car was going out and again my claim was denied and all the services were under certified repair companies. Then I decided to cancel my plan and had to pay to get my cancellation form certified before sending it to Endurance. Endurance did not refund any of my money.

My truck, which is now around 95,000 miles, needed coverage after the manufacturer warranty expired. Originally, I had an extended warranty from the manufacturer, but once that ended, I felt I needed a new protective plan. I initially went with CarShield but eventually chose to drop them and sign up with Endurance instead.
The coverage with Endurance seemed to offer more benefits compared to my previous provider, although it does come at a slightly higher cost. My interaction with the Endurance salesperson was particularly positive. I was contacted by a representative who was very professional, informative, and genuine in her explanation of the services Endurance offers compared to others. Thanks to her assistance, I enrolled both my truck and my wife’s vehicle under Endurance.
I like what Endurance offered. Thus, I signed up with them. But I haven't had a chance to use them yet. However, based on the information and customer service provided, I rate them a 5 in terms of explication and professionalism.
As for pricing, while it seemed reasonable given the coverage, I'd give it a 4. Overall, I feel positive about choosing Endurance and look forward to experiencing their services as needed.

Two claims that I made were denied by CarShield and I eventually discovered that their customer satisfaction rating was a mere 6.9%. In contrast, Endurance boasted a much higher satisfaction score between 9.4 to 9.6%. This, alongside the comparable price, convinced me to switch to Endurance.
The sign-up process with Endurance was straightforward and efficient. Although I can't recall if I initiated the call or whether they did, my enrollment was handled quickly. The representative I spoke with was very helpful. Currently, I am approaching the mandatory 30-day waiting period and 1,000 miles before the coverage kicks in—we have been taking several trips to Nashville, which has helped rack up the miles.
While I haven't had to use the service yet, I'm pleased with how well the sign-up went. I willingly rate my experience so far as excellent, thanks to the seamless onboarding process. I’m hopeful this positive streak will continue if I ever need to use my coverage.

I didn't know when my policy will expire because I never got anything. All of a sudden, I got a letter from Endurance Auto Warranty and said that my policy would expire soon. The sign-up process was smooth; the representative explained everything clearly, and I felt informed at each step. Although I received an email copy of the contract, I'm awaiting the physical paperwork, which the representative assured would arrive soon, given the usual 30-day timeframe. I prefer having physical documents as they're easier for me to manage.

After signing up with Endurance in December, I had my first claim, which dealt with rear struts. To my disappointment, while the total cost was approximately $1400, Endurance only covered $500 of it. They offered reimbursement for cheaper parts that would require a two-day wait, as opposed to the original manufacturer parts the repair shop intended to use, which were much more expensive. The coverage didn't align with what they initially promised—they didn't account for the costs beyond my deductible. As a result, I'm dropping their service and would rate my experience a 1 out of 5. It just hasn't met my expectations.

The price of Endurance seemed reasonable, and I appreciated the flexible cancellation policy. Initially, everything appeared smooth, and the sales agent seemed knowledgeable. However, it rapidly became an issue when I discovered an error in my coverage. I was asked for a 6-inch lift coverage, and they assured me it was included. Later, I found my claim for a starter was denied simply because the policy only covered a 4-inch lift, lower than what was required. The sales agent had made a mistake, yet the company did not address this properly.
Despite my attempts to rectify the situation, customer service refused to amend the contract or offer a refund. They suggested purchasing a more expensive package, which was unacceptable given their initial oversight. This experience was quite frustrating and led me to cancel the policy entirely. Their unwillingness to resolve the issue or honor their commitments was disappointing. Due to this negative experience, I cannot recommend Endurance to others.

I saw Danica, the race car driver, in tons of commercials and when I got my WRX, I decided to give Endurance a shot. While the plan turned out to be a bit more expensive than expected, initially sounding great at $130, but with additional recommended plans, it felt like the right choice for peace of mind. Even though I wished it were cheaper, I haven't had any real complaints.
As for the customer service when I signed up, it was excellent. The representatives were knowledgeable and approachable, not sounding as if they were just reading off a script. My water pump broke, damaged pulley, a serpentine belt, the pump was covered, everything else was my cost. Antilock & anti-skid lights on. Endurance won't cover wheel bearing with sensor for antilock and anti-skid functions which is not working

I bought Endurance Extended Warranty (Policy **) for my 2006 Mercedes E350. Engine issues commenced after probationary period. Mercedes dealership diagnosed several problems. Endurance’s inspector then concluded that my car’s advanced onboard computer recorded onset date and mileage of my car’s problems; each of which began during the probationary period. So, Endurance denied my claim.
But, Endurance’s actions constitute a complete fabrication and a fraudulent scheme. As corroborated by both the Mercedes repair technician and service writer, Endurance’s inspector never saw my car and certainly never inspected it, either. Furthermore, my Mercedes lacks the capability to perform any of the actions inspector claimed.
Only information available to Endurance and its inspector was Mercedes-provided diagnostic report. Mercedes steadfastly insists that, armed only with information Endurance had, it is absolutely impossible for anyone to determine either the onset date or mileage of my car’s problems. Endurance failed to provide me any other evidence to support its denial of my claim. I am a 72-year-old 100% totally and permanently disabled retired United States Army veteran and cannot afford the car repairs. Endurance is an absolute fraud and I do not recommend it to anyone interested in a trustworthy extended car warranty company.

I currently have coverage for my 2008 Jeep Wrangler and received everything I asked for. Though I haven't needed to use the warranty services extensively yet, my interactions with their team have been positive, without any issues to note. One downside was the system was not set up for autopay, so I need to log in each time to make a payment, which is slightly inconvenient.
