Since adding Endurance, I have found the customer service to be excellent. Today I spoke with Madeline (or Maggie, sound at my workplace was loud) and she was helpful, understanding and patient.. Fixed my issue right away!

Updated 8/22/25. After Endurance responded here, I reached out to them again. This time they agreed to refund the rest of the money. Updated from 1 star to 3 but I can’t give higher than 3 stars because they refused to refund it the first time I asked and caused me extra time and effort, not to mention, charging me the fee in the first place was deceptive because the sales rep told me I had nothing to lose by signing up in the moment.

Got a quote and was unsure about purchasing the policy. The sales rep told me not to worry, they offer a full 30-day money back guarantee, so I could cancel within the first 30 days for a FULL refund. What he didn’t tell me was they charge a $29 fee that is non-refundable, so it’s not a full refund. Deceptive tactic to get you to make a decision on the spot by implying you have nothing to lose.

My husband signed up for Endurance back in March 2025. They were so friendly and wanted our money. In reality, they stole our money. Fast forward to June 2025. My transmission went in my vehicle and they denied the claim!!! The contract stipulation is 30 days and 1000 miles. My vehicle's transmission went at 1144 miles. The adjuster went to the repair shop and ran the vehicle for over a half hour even though the repairman advised him not to. It was mid-90s that day and he sat in it running with the air conditioner on. They denied the claim saying it was a pre-existing condition with no further explanation. We were within the parameters of the contract and it was DENIED.
We have been paying for a service that was not provided by this scam company. Their tv advertisement states, “Never pay for vehicle repairs again.” WHAT A LIE! And to make it worse, everyone but one lady was downright rude. We couldn’t speak to a higher up, we couldn’t appeal their decision. We couldn’t even get them to send the denial in writing. The repair shop even called to let them know it was a catastrophic transmission failure. We canceled the policy and are being charged exorbitant “fees” to do so.
We intend to contact consumer affairs and sue. So folks, don’t be sucked in by their misleading advertisement. We thought by seeing a television ad that “they were the ones to go with”. Our mistake was not researching this scam first. This has happened to many other people. Research it yourself and you will see they have done to many others what has been done to us. They have us so angry, I’m suing for everything!

Under this policy I have called Endurance twice, but made no claims as of yet Aug. 4, '25. My car has been acting up. My Sons believe that they found the problem, we have a scanner for the cars and it is throwing a code. I called Endurance and let them know what the code is reading and if it was under warranty. I do not like waste money. People work hard for their paycheck. The gentleman was very professional and courteous. He let me know that it is under warranty, this saves money. I am so satisfied with Endurance. If you can afford it get a scanner for your vehicle. It will save you money. You can diagnose the problem. Then call Endurance to see if it's under warranty. I would recommend Endurance for your extended warranty.

Don't do it. Not with them. Let me explain my point. 1st. you will notice a sharp negative change in communication and availability in talking to them. And remember, this will be during your most stressful moments (car issues). Even roadside service is hard to get and activate, tried 2x and reg insurance proved to be an only option..not just faster. 2nd when filing a claim the likeliness of getting denied high very high. I even had mechanics admit it not uncommon for this company. I was denied a 2k claim that had the category covered, but the catch is.. is that specific part covered or is it even named the same thing. If it doesn't match perfectly.. denied. 3rd when you decide to cancel..Ooh it is not easy.. You need to print, notarize, record data, mail and wait. It's 3 week process to cancel the contract. And the support staff as I said earlier is a lot different and intentionally less helpful. That's my experience. If you read this and still do it.. Good luck.

Had car checked for check engine light. Dealer installed $100 part and charged $400. Dealer said part not covered by Endurance. Total bill over $500. Thought the advertisement said all parts covered. Called Endurance at shop. Said it was covered but never reported. Told dealer he called and verified the part was not paid for. Paid over $500. Why was this part singled out?

I haven't had to make a claim with Endurance yet. I called and talked to one person, and then another person called me and I could not hear them well and hung up. They called me again and I could hear them better. They explained the process pretty good to me. We did do the full coverage for five years and for a certain number of miles. I set the payment for autopay because they made me a better deal doing it that way.

The rep was very understanding and pleasant. He wasn't in a hurry and he did a good job at explaining how it works. The coverage is expensive if you count the time and go all in at $4,000. But it also depends on your car. This is a BMW and when these cars break down, they're very expensive. I've been reading the reviews because there's quite a few out there and Endurance is one of the better ones.

They don't cover OEM parts on the repairs, which in my book should be a standard. Most repair shops won't do the repair because it's such a hassle to deal with the warranty companies. Endurance is better than others but still not ideal. It's pretty rare that you will need what is covered under this warranty within 100k miles.

I called three different shops to see which ones they had good experiences with. They gave me two and Endurance was the standard across the three. I signed up with Endurance and that went well. The process was painless and satisfactory. They said I could use the warranty after a month and 1,000 miles.
One thing Endurance can do a little better is when it comes to being able to possibly download sample contracts. They can have tools to possibly get quotes online. You put in your information instead of talking to somebody. In this day and age, I get it with sales. It should be an easy process just to put in your vehicle information and pull up different options.

I had taken my car in for a regular maintenance check. I asked the service manager what he thought was one of the better warranty services out there and he thought Endurance was number one. I haven’t had a chance to use the policy but the signup was good. The salesperson was patient and knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions.

I had CarShield, but I heard that a lot of places don’t take their insurance. So, I decided to go with Endurance. I just started my policy with them less than 30 days ago. And signing up with them was easy. I was impressed with the representative’s knowledge. But I haven’t used them yet.

Subject: Concern Regarding Sales Experience. I recently contacted your company after seeing a TV ad. I provided your representative with my vehicle’s VIN, mileage, and other details. He gave me a price and explained the coverage, which I appreciated. However, when I asked for his phone number so I could discuss the offer with my wife, his attitude changed noticeably. He became pushy and wouldn’t let me end the call to review the offer or follow up later. His approach felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch than a professional conversation, which made me very uncomfortable. Because of this interaction, I decided not to move forward with your company. The lack of trust from that call was enough to change my mind. Joke of a company. Will reject any expensive claim put in. I've gotten 2 bad reviews against my shop due to Endurance. They tell the customer one thing and the shops another to make us look bad and not them.

Welp! Back for an updated review from yesterday. I took my car to the dealership as it started shaking out of first gear. I thought it was a tire issue and took it to the tire place and they said it's not the tires, but the torque converter, so basically the transmission. The shop said they took it for a test drive and nothing show on the diagnostic and the car did not tremble. However, they told me about my control arm bushings being damaged. The mechanic called Endurance to file a claim and they said, I am just out of my probation period (It's been almost three months and they've received three payments) and the bushings issue must have been a pre-existing condition and they were not going to cover it.
Here's the thing. If it was a pre-existing condition, how would have known that. Before contracting they don't ask "what could possibly go wrong within your one month/1000 probation period?" The mechanic said Endurance is the worse company to pay claims. Should have known. All the good reviews are about the sign up process.... Filter to the "claims" section of the reviews. I won't give them another dime. They already stole three payments from me. I assume that how they stay in business, you don't know they are going to deny your claims until you have an issue, by then you've already invested hundreds of dollars in. That money I paid them could have gone to this issue they will not cover! Ask your mechanic first who they recommend for car warranty coverage.

I don't like dealing with the manufacturer itself. The third-party stuff wasn't for me. This is a new experience for me and I talked to a couple of different places. I've been shopping around since my factory warranty expired. I got it because I like comfort. I was very pleased with what the Endurance salesman offered me, and he was kind so I took advantage of it. He was very inquisitive, knowledgeable and very helpful with guidance.

My truck is 15 years old and I'm retired. I'm 77 years old. I don't feel like I could ever buy another new one so I need to take care of this one. The guy that I talked to at Endurance had a good sales pitch and made several promises. One of them was that I would get the paperwork. They would actually mail me all the terms, the contract, and how to file a claim. I wouldn't have to look at it on a computer. But they've already charged me for one month, and I've yet to receive anything from them.

I was considering Endurance against CarShield, but Endurance stood out with favorable reviews. The process has been smooth, beginning with the representative who assisted me. This individual went above and beyond to ensure my monthly rate was low, displaying exceptional patience and understanding during the setup.
The policy is set to run until 2028, which provides plenty of coverage. Although he forgot to adjust the date of my first payment, it's a small oversight in the grand scheme of his exceptional service. The policy comes with 30 days or 1,000 miles wait period after activation to file a claim.
Speaking of the policy perks, it includes roadside assistance, a one-time battery jump, and an oil change. Additionally, it covers major components such as the transmission and motor. The idea of being covered for impending vehicle issues feels assuring.
If I had to rate my sign-up experience, I would certainly give it a top score. I highly recommend exploring Endurance for their exceptional service and comprehensive vehicle protection plans.

I found Endurance's pricing appealing. I discovered it through a TV commercial, which piqued my interest. The representatives I spoke with were friendly and informative, leaving me with a positive impression of their service. They explained the program thoroughly, but I'm a bit hazy on the specifics of when the coverage kicks in and the perks included, like roadside assistance.
In our household, we have three vehicles that are out of warranty, so securing this extended coverage felt crucial. The transaction process would earn them high praise from me.

Very unhappy/dissatisfied with ENDURANCE. I was told by the sales rep that all parts to my car are covered (LIES). I have a 2012 Dodge Durango head gasket blow. Endurance with their sneaky untrue policy would not pay for the repair. JJ auto shop in Waldorf MD was no help with the claim maybe because Endurance recommend three party shop/insurance companies work hand and hand. Needless to say I have no car and paid ENDURANCE for 1 yr with a VERY BAD outcome. Would not recommend this warranty to NO ONE!!! Learned MY lesson by painful experience.

We have used cars and a key factor that influenced my decision to go with Endurance was their positive ratings on the Better Business Bureau and through Google reviews.
During my interaction with their representative, I found the conversation informative and enjoyable. The representative was knowledgeable about the product details and conveyed the information in a way I could easily understand, contributing to a positive experience overall.
I opted for a bumper-to-bumper coverage, which was important for both our existing and newly purchased used car. If asked by a friend or colleague, I would certainly share that I had a good experience; the representative was professional and clearly understood the product.

Needed higher mileage coverage for my Dodge Caravan... Explained options and gave me the best coverage package for my vehicle. Other companies offered similar services but this company has the best reviews and best coverage options for a vehicle over 170k miles.

I used to be 10 minutes away from my job and now, I'm 50 miles from it, which is a lot more wear and tear on the car. I first encountered Endurance via an email, which prompted me to look into getting coverage for peace of mind considering the added wear on my car.
During the sign-up process, the sales representative I spoke with was exceptionally helpful and not pushy at all. He was straightforward and ensured I had all the information necessary. Since I didn't have all my details on hand during the call, he kindly provided his direct phone number so I could forward the details later, and he promptly confirmed via email the following day that everything was set up.
We also discussed pricing, and he offered a discount because I am over 65, which I appreciated. It was also nice to get another discount for something else. I'd easily give the experience with Endurance a five-star rating for its ease and professionalism.

I saw a TV commercial about Endurance and when I reached out to them, I spoke directly to a representative by phone. This turned out to be a really good decision, as the conversation I had was both informative and easy to follow, which made the whole experience better than I expected.
The person on the other end of the call was extremely helpful and went out of their way to answer all my inquiries. I’ve had a warranty in my 2017 Ford Raptor with Endurance for 5 years. Never had a claim until now and it was quickly denied. I called and found Endurance had “ sold” the warranty to another company. Called the other company service advisor and he told me cam phaser's issue just caused noise and I should drive it. So frustrating. I have three endurance policies. I’m canceling them all as they are worthless. When I call endurance they say it’s not their problem and I should call the other company service advisor. Of course they gladly took my money.

When we bought a car from a friend, we decided to transfer the Endurance Auto Warranty they had purchased to my name. The transfer process, however, wasn't smooth. I had called Endurance several times because the transfer from our friend's name to mine took longer than expected; it spanned over two months.
On the communication front, Endurance was friendly and seemed willing to assist, yet I was left puzzled by the delay. The delay stemmed from the initial choice to use mail instead of email, which resulted in the need to resubmit everything online. Although the mailed documents had been properly tracked and received, they weren't acted on, necessitating a resubmission through the website.
While our experience hasn't been flawless due to the time involved, the overall interactions have been positive, save for the hiccup. My rating would stand at a four because of this drawn-out process.

They are the most horrible warranty company ever! They are having people write fake reviews to scam customers. My car was at the shop for 14 days before an adjuster reached out to me and at that point I needed my car so I had no other option but to take my car and then they told me if I did that they were no longer liable. I paid 175 dollars a month and I referred people to them that had the same experience. I had to get my cancellation notarized so they could return my funds and I never got the money back. They are a horrible company!

After considering different options, I ultimately chose Endurance Auto Warranty due to a disappointing experience with my previous provider, which refused to make payments on repairs that should have been covered. The signup process with Endurance was straightforward; one phone call was all it took to set everything up.
While they explained the benefits and claims process during the call, I found out later that the full details needed to be read in the contract. My only issue was the confusion regarding receiving a printed copy of the contract. Initially, I was told it would be mailed to me, but after realizing they’re a green company, I had to obtain it online. They were helpful in the end, sending me an email so I could print the contract myself.
I haven’t had the occasion to use the warranty since I purchased it in early July. Thus, I can't fully rate the service without making a claim or experiencing their fulfillment process. Nonetheless, based solely on how seamless the purchase experience was, I’d rate it well.

My initial sign-up with Endurance Auto Warranty was quite smooth, and the representative I spoke with was very nice and helpful in answering my questions. Initially, I opted for a trial, with the understanding that I could cancel within 30 days if I chose to. However, when I decided to cancel due to the cost, the process was unexpectedly cumbersome. It took considerable effort to even get in touch with someone in the right department. Even when I managed to speak with a representative and lowered my price slightly, it was still too high for our retired budget.
I attempted to cancel by sending a letter, as instructed, but whether it was received remains unclear. This uncertainty led me to reluctantly make another payment, as I was concerned about possible issues with non-payment. While I believe such a warranty can be beneficial, I felt a bit trapped in the process. Although the price reduction was a nice gesture, for someone like me, buying a warranty at the dealership when purchasing a vehicle seems more straightforward. Thus, I'm sort of neutral in recommending this based on the price and difficulties in cancellation.

I saw Endurance Auto Warranty on television. My car is five years old, and I plan to keep it for another five years. I'm approaching the 1000-mile warranty limit offered by the manufacturer, so I decided it was a wise time to secure additional coverage. When I contacted Endurance, the representative I spoke with was exceptionally thorough and patient, answering all my questions comprehensively. I had Endurance Auto Warranty last year because it was more affordable than an extended warranty through the dealership. Well, six months in, I tried to use it and was denied. Then I tried to cancel, and it was a nightmare. I was assured my warranty was canceled, but I still got charged the next month. This happened several times, and the supervisor was never available. What finally worked was calling every single day and requesting a cancellation, then asking for an email confirmation that my coverage was canceled.
Next, several months later, they are still sending me letters in the mail letting me know my policy has expired. I called today to speak to a representative because there is no opt-out option for mailers on their website. I gave the representative my account number, and he proceeded to try to sell me something. I had to abruptly interrupt him because he wasn’t listening and ask to be removed from their mailing list. After two requests over the phone, he finally paused his script and said, "I can do that." This company is a nightmare. You would be better off getting a credit card through a repair shop or paying for the more expensive extended warranty through the dealership to ensure that when it’s time to use it, you can.

Took my truck in for a new starter and was only approved for 300$ on a 900$ bill. I was also told that Autozone had a cheaper starter than the dealership where I took my truck. I was totally nickel and dimed. First claim and last. Total waste of money and time.

Endurance seemed to offer comprehensive coverage for all the lubricant parts in my vehicle. However, my experience turned out to be quite frustrating. When it came time to deal with an issue in the transition, the coverage I expected wasn't as straightforward. Despite them convincing me that I'd be well-protected, I encountered a failure due to permission issues, leaving me unable to cover the repairs financially.
The initial customer service was convincing, making the warranty sound like the perfect protective measure, but it wasn't long before I realized there were more hitches than I anticipated. Hearing about Endurance initially, everything appeared to be top-notch, but navigating this challenge has made it a real ordeal. I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.

The customer service from Endurance was wonderful, but the auto dealer that I bought the vehicle from, not so much. They had pamphlets and I had to call up where I bought the vehicle. The lady I spoke to went above and beyond to explain everything to me and make sure I understood what she was telling me and what I was getting. Before settling on Endurance, I researched three different companies, and what really tipped the scale in their favor was a call from a branch manager. I was initially concerned due to some negative reviews I had come across, but the branch manager addressed all my questions, explaining what was and wasn't covered, which helped solidify my decision.
When I went through the sign-up process, I encountered two representatives. The first person I spoke with was a bit pushy, but I found the subsequent conversation with another representative much more pleasant as he was less aggressive in his approach.
The main reason I sought this coverage was the used vehicle I had purchased recently—it had quite a few miles on it, and I wanted to ensure essential components like the engine, transmission, and drivetrain were covered. I wasn't focused on minor parts like the alternator.
I was informed that the coverage would begin after a 30-day waiting period, and the term lasts for five years, though only two of those years are without payment obligations. Ultimately, it was the detailed explanations from the branch manager that convinced me to proceed with Endurance.

Denied claim because the vehicle we bought had tires that were one inch bigger than factory. We had no clue was bought with those tire on it. What does tire size have to do with an air conditioner issues. They do not want to pay they got sticker shock at what the job cost. This did not do my children well in 100 degree Louisiana temperatures. So I guess you need to make sure the car is factory all the way to tire inflation caps so they will handle your claim.

This is a fraudulent company. They refuse to pay or anything and everything. Even After I called 3 times and cancelled my account and got a confirmation for cancellation, they kept charging my credit card for 5 months. They don't respond and don't answer the phone. Stay away.

Take vehicle to mechanic of my choice( if you can find one, that want to play the Endurance games)...1st repair I had done on my truck a/c evaporator was bad...that was cut and dry....they paid for the repair no problem...I guess I reached the amount of money they wanted to pay because all other issues have been denied...even though the contract has a list of parts they cover....next was a cv axle and stub axle on front axle vehicle is a 4x4....next was cracked exhaust manifolds they said because those parts were made on Tuesday and that week they were only covering parts made on Wednesday that week....or some other stupid reason...
Needless to say they did not cover parts, this was after hours wasted by myself and mechanic being on the phone with customer service....next the waterpump and clutch fan failed....that was another argument with customer service and hours on the phone....with the only result being a partial payment....I have 2 years of coverage left....This warranty is a rip off...Don't believe the tv commercials....They are not real....I hope I have no more issues...because I know it's going to be a hassle plus trying to find a shop to honor the warranty most around where I live won't honor Endurance anymore because of the difficulties dealing with them.

DO NOT TRUST ENDURANCE WARRANTY – They Left Me Stranded and Refused to Help When It Mattered Most. I bought an extended warranty from Endurance thinking I was protecting myself and my family — especially since I have children with special needs and use my car for work and daily life. I was sold the Supreme Used plan and was told that once I passed the 30-day and 1,000-mile waiting period, my car would be covered. I did exactly that. I drove past the 1,000-mile mark and well beyond the 30-day window. When my car suddenly had a serious issue, I thought I was covered. I followed every step I was told — called for pre-authorization, paid out-of-pocket for a diagnosis, submitted documentation, and waited.
But instead of helping, Endurance found a technicality based on guesswork to deny my claim — saying the mileage at the time of purchase couldn’t be verified. I sent them two separate documents showing the mileage on the day of purchase (73,465 miles), but they ignored my evidence and never sent me a single lab report or written denial. Instead, they started offering me a refund I never asked for. But only if I sign a form first. I told them I won’t sign anything without legal review — and they’ve been pressuring me ever since, without giving me any of the denial documents or proof they supposedly used to make their decision.
If you’re considering Endurance, ask yourself this: Why would a company offer a refund if they were in the right? I feel completely deceived. I trusted this company, paid for coverage in good faith, and now I’m stuck with a broken car and no support. Endurance gave me the runaround, left me out thousands of dollars, and refused to take responsibility — all while hiding behind vague excuses and refusing to provide documentation. They caused emotional and financial stress I didn’t deserve, and I’m not letting this go. I will be turning this over to my attorney and filing with the Attorney General next. Please protect yourself and your money. Do NOT buy a warranty from Endurance.

I purchased a vehicle service contract from Endurance in March 2024 for my 2016 Ford Explorer, paying over $3,400 in total. The plan promised comprehensive coverage under their “Secure Plus” protection. However, when I needed to use the warranty, Endurance failed to honor the agreement. My claim was denied without a valid explanation, leaving me to cover the repair costs out of pocket. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through their customer service, I received no meaningful support or resolution. I feel misled and frustrated, especially after trusting their advertising and sales promises. I do not recommend Endurance to anyone looking for reliable vehicle protection. After being with this warranty firm for 5 years, my premiums paid in full, I find out recently no service vendor in Hawaii will honor their warranty due to multiple complaints and lawsuits involving fraudulent practices. I was a victim of a $2500 deductible although the contract states $100. A class action suit should be formed in Hawaii as well.

The guy denied it so they lie. I don't like liars and I don't like people that steal money. So now I'm taking this up with corporate and an attorney. I really hope Endurance no longer exists because they are horrible people. They gave us the runaround. Take it from a manager at the Lexus place in Greensboro, he could never get through. I had to help him and call them because they would not help him or talk to him. This is what I'm talking about, do not get Endurance, they are terrible people, and steals your money out of your account. I think somebody should put them out of business because that's really horrible. I needed an extended car warranty with the new truck I bought and decided to go with Endurance. I saw them on TV and as a new truck owner, having comprehensive coverage was quite appealing. My sign-up experience was relatively smooth as the protection specialist clearly explained what the coverage included. While basic wear and tear elements like brakes and rotors weren't part of the package, I was content with what was offered given they signed me up for a four-year, 130,300-mile plan.
The communication during registration went along quite well. I haven't had to claim yet, but I appreciated the straightforward process post-signup, first needing to report my updated mileage due to initial repairs at the dealership before taking possession. The car lot fixed everything that needed to be fixed.
Several folks have asked me about my choice, and so far, I've told them that the warranty seems promising. There are some reviews out there that made me skeptical about getting Endurance, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I believe in having extended car coverage ‘cause it can be expensive to fix one's car when things break. I hope I never have to use it, but if I do, I know it's there.

We found Endurance Auto Warranty through the internet and compared them with other providers in terms of what we needed to get for our 2021 Toyota Highlander. The Endurance representative we talked to made a very good case for the price and how long we would be able to insure the car, and the sign-up process was smooth. The representative was extremely helpful and willing to provide honest comparisons with other companies. He was able to give us true facts about the ones that we looked at already, and the comparison was very positive for Endurance.
Regarding the cost, it turned out to be well within our budget and perfectly tailored to meet our needs. On the other hand, I was under the impression that we were gonna get a printed schedule of what the insurance covers through the mail. Instead, we got an email that said we could print it out, which I did so we could have that on hand. I thought the representative was also gonna send one in the mail, but I haven't received it yet.

I have a very good friend who had an extended auto warranty with another company and after checking into that company, I wasn't satisfied with their offer. So, I started to search, and then I saw Endurance Auto Warranty's ads on TV.
The sign-up process was pretty straightforward. They needed basic details about my vehicle, including mileage, and at the time, they offered me a nice discount. I found the representative I worked with to be professional and knowledgeable. She explained the policy terms clearly, including the activation period which starts 30 days or 1,000 miles from sign-up. I was particularly impressed with her deep knowledge about different vehicles and her ability to answer why the 30 days or 1,000 miles criteria was in place, and the reason was understandable. Some people already have their vehicle broken down, and they try to call and get coverage.
I rate my experience with Endurance Auto Warranty as a 4 out of 5, and the only reason it isn't higher is simply because I just joined and haven't had the chance to utilize the service yet. Overall, my initial impression was quite positive, and I hope I won't need to use the warranty services extensively.

I bought a 2018 vehicle with almost 100,000 miles on it, so I wanted something that was gonna give me the ability to be hassle-free. I heard about Endurance Auto Warranty through the mail and when I called, I spoke with a lady who explained it to me. My interaction with the representative who signed me up was awesome. She was incredibly helpful, explaining everything in detail including pricing and coverage options like electrical and fuel lines—which was way more than the dealership did when I bought the vehicle. It made a real difference, and she sold me on the program.
The problem was my truck already broke down no longer than I had it three weeks. It wasn't gonna be covered, but if I would have had Endurance earlier, they would have already covered it. Fortunately, the dealership covered it.

I've decided to cancel the warranty because I don't drive enough. And my car is old. If a very costly repair is required, the first 30 months is a bit limited. So, I'm gonna cancel. Unfortunately, I've already been charged for two months and wanted to cancel before getting billed again. It doesn't benefit me enough and it's costly. It's a good policy. It's just not good for me.

Though I initially struggled to afford the renewal, I ultimately decided to re-up my warranty with Endurance Auto Warranty. She said, I feel reassured knowing this coverage will kick in 30 days from my signup date. It's essential for me to have this peace of mind as I'm often out of state, and the warranty will provide my son with the necessary assistance should anything happen to his car.

Endurance Auto Warranty was on a TV commercial. I've been with them for several years now. The policy I was sold was the Gold package, which was presented to me as a bumper-to-bumper warranty. The price was supposed to be $112 a month, and they assured me it covered everything. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with what was promised. When I called them, I said, “It was a bumper-to-bumper warranty, ma'am. Why it didn't cover oil change?” But when the rep sold me the policy, she said, “It's a Gold package, bumper to bumper. It covers everything. If anything goes wrong with your vehicle, we're covered.” But it's not true.

The monthly payments are automatically set up, which makes it very convenient for me. So far, I haven't filed a claim to Endurance Auto Warranty, but I found the pricing quite reasonable at about $128 a month.
The process of signing up with the representative was smooth. He understood my limits on spending and managed to get me a reasonable deal. I was provided written confirmation, which reassured me that the monthly deduction wouldn't exceed what I agreed upon.
As for the coverage, I was only offered one type, which is called the "supreme" coverage. Based on the details I received, it appears to cover almost everything, though I guess I'll truly find out whenever I have to make a claim.
If someone were to ask me about my sign-up experience, I'd describe it as pleasurable. The representative wasn't pushing or rushing me, and he gave me time to consider before finalizing the decision. While I haven't used Endurance's website much, I did manage to print out the ID card with the roadside service details to keep in my car.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my experience with Endurance so far.

I bought my Endurance warranty about 18 months ago amd have never been late or missed my monthly $149.00 payments. My car broke down and I sent it into the shop almost 3 months ago, where it is still sitting BTW because Endurance just sent an inspector out to make sure it needed the work the shop claimed it needed. Now again it has been almost 3 months and 2 monthly payments later, I was told yesterday that they will only pay up to what my car's trade in value is which they claim is only $700.
Now let's do the math, I have been paying $149.00 a month for about 18 months which is over $2000 but they will only cover up to $700 for repairs, which was not explained to me or even mentioned when I bought my policy. So how does it make sense to pay into something indefinitely believing that your vehicle will be covered if something major happens only to find out that the warranty will barely cover the price of a brake job and you have basically given that money away for nothing? Unless your car is brand new don't waste your money on this service, you are better off putting that payment into an emergency car fund every month because Endurance will not even cover the repair cost up to what you have paid into it. That's over $2000 that could have gone towards the new engine my vehicle needs but they will only pay up to $700 of those repair costs.
Make sure you read the fine print and ask important questions before agreeing to use this service. Most of the contracts are 5 yrs, so if you were to pay into that for 5 years at $149.00 a month that's $8940.00 that you basically gave away for nothing because again they will not pay for repairs over what your vehicle's trade in value is. I also have to pay to have my vehicle towed back to my home after paying $100 to have it towed to the shop to begin with and have to start saving towards getting a new engine now because I was basically screwed out of the money I've paid into this scam of a service. In my personal opinion Endurance is a scam and a waste of money and I will be canceling my contract with this ridiculous company.

Dealing with another warranty provider, CarShield, had been quite the hassle for my mom’s vehicle in times past. Their answers were satisfactory, giving me confidence to proceed. I knew when I first got my vehicle, a warranty was not immediately necessary due to the new car warranty it already had. But once that original warranty wore out, I turned to Endurance.

I saw an online ad that made me feel confident in entrusting Endurance with the backup support I’d need in case my automobile broke down. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. Initially, my contract stated a $100 deductible. However, when my car required urgent maintenance due to an oil leakage, not only did Endurance not cover the cost as claimed, but I also ended up having to pay a $2500 deductible upfront, contrary to the agreement. Even with documentation to support my claims, it didn’t alter the fact that I was shortchanged.
When I needed further maintenance, Endurance provided a list of service providers, including Jiffy Lube, which wasn’t equipped to handle my car's requirements, like replacing oil ranges. None of the listed providers was willing to deal with Endurance due to pending litigation against them, leaving me completely stranded without available services for which I paid. This whole ordeal led me to join a class action suit against Endurance. Having the coverage proved to be only a piece of paper without any real-world application.
If I were to advise family or friends, I would strongly warn them to avoid Endurance, with my experience bordering on feeling scammed. It’s been completely unfulfilling and didn't meet expectations set by their assurances.

The Endurance team was very efficient in explaining their services. Though there was an initial snag due to my low monthly driving mileage and a required 1,000-mile usage before coverage activated, a customer service rep ultimately facilitated a solution that fit my driving habits by adjusting mileage requirements. My plan kicked in after adding only 200 miles to my car, and the affordability at $159 a month was manageable for me.
The rep detailed what the warranty covered — almost everything regarding repairs. Once the necessary mileage was added, I could go to any certified repair shop, and Endurance would cover the costs. This assurance was crucial for my peace of mind, especially on a fixed income.

I did a search when I had my 2019 Nissan Rogue and I looked at Consumer Reports to see who the best extended car warranty places were. I learned about Endurance and now that I have a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500, I have it covered thru them. The representative I worked with during the sign up was fantastic and really secured my decision to go with Endurance over other companies like Ox. The price seemed a bit high to me, but given my car's mileage—almost maxing out their limit—the deal was fair. I was pleased they offered me coverage for an additional 60,000 miles and I would have preferred if it was cheaper, but considering the coverage they offered, it seemed reasonable.

Noise popped up under the vehicle, tried calling Endurance. Spent 2 hours waiting for them to answer the phone, mechanic said bring it down before end of the day, I drove it down figuring it was a wheel bearing, come to find out it was the transmission and since I drove it 5 miles they say it won't be cover it since I drove after the failure cause they wouldn't answer the phone,.

I took my Mercedes in due not working, it was covered under the warranty but when the rep came to inspect the car at the dealership they denied the coverage due to tire size which are the Mercedes rims from purchase. They are a scam looking to deny claims for minor to no reason.

I had family and friends that told me getting an auto warranty was a good idea. They all do it. So, I said, "I'll try it out for a while." I chose Endurance Auto Warranty and my experience has been somewhat mixed. The young lady I dealt with tried to compel me to sign up for an auto warranty for both of my cars and I ended up doing it, but I wanted to cancel the one for my older car. I called back, and I couldn't get through to anyone. I didn't realize Endurance didn't have customer service on the weekends. By the time I called back, they said I was already charged for the sign-up fee, which was nonrefundable. That wasn't a pleasant experience.
I spoke to another lady and gave my information, and she activated the service. I was thinking about leaving Endurance, but the second representative I spoke with was notably helpful and patient, thoroughly explaining everything I needed to know. She's the bright spot in my experience.
When reflecting upon the cost, I have to be honest; I do find it quite steep, but perhaps that's just how I feel about such expenses generally. Thus far, my experience with Endurance Auto Warranty remains as neutral, with some areas leaving room for improvement, especially with the refund process. I'm also still hesitant about the auto warranty because I'm paying for it month after month. If I have a repair and I just saved that money, I can pay for the repair.

I bought a contract from Endurance Auto Warranty. I trusted Consumer Affairs to give me the info I needed to buy the best Warranty on the market. Endurance would not even talk to me. Claims said that they only talk to repair shop. It took over a week to get a claim rep to the shop, then another week for them to located a used transmission and get it shipped to the shop. Asked about rent car, told it could be approved only after total claim is approved. I had a $100 deductible, I ended paying the shop a extra $800+. Company does not have Support services, average wait time on phone was 30-45 minutes, and then being told we don't to customers, only repair shop. Needless to say, I canceled the contract, with 2 yrs left on 3yr term. Waiting to see what money I get back. Any Bets.

They don't pay the claims. They won't even acknowledge my correspondence or the bills that I have sent, including the towing receipts I sent them. They'll take money and never respond to you afterwards. There have to be better companies out there.

I had my contract with Endurance. I purchased the best policy they offered. I pay for 3 years and I get 2 years free. After making my final payment of my third year without any claims I had two years of free service however I needed work done on my vehicle so I filed a claim. First claim it was denied due to a loophole in the contract. Very very upset with this company. Very misleading and shame on them for playing with the loopholes like this. This is a terrible company to deal with especially when I take advantage of you.

My car broke down on July 5th, 2025, and Endurance has not provided us with a rental car yet. It's been 12 days now, and my husband has missed 12 days of work delivering for Door Dash putting us in a huge financial bind. They were also rude to me and hung up on me when I asked for a rental car like they promised in their advertisement.
They had us go and provide evidence of oil changes prior to the incident before they started a claim, which we did, but they keep making excuses. When I try to call endurance, I'm either put on hold or hung up on. I found out today, on 07/18/2025, that Endurance has denied our claim and the cost of car repair is $13,600. I would never recommend this to anyone. Shame on Endurance for wreaking havoc on our lives by not helping us like you advertised. Our family is struggling hard now, thanks to you! 😡

However, my overall experience with Endurance has been positive.
On a scale, I would rate my experience with them a 4. The customer service deserves a 5, and so does the overall warranty product and the coverage it offers. The pricing seems fair and not overly excessive. When it comes to payments, it goes through a separate provider named Mepco, which isn’t user-friendly, but that’s outside of Endurance's control.
In summary, I’ve had a good experience with Endurance Auto Warranty, having gone through a few repairs via them. Just remember to know the rules and the value of your vehicle as you go into it.

Endurance called me back promptly, and even after discussing it with my husband, I reached out again and was assisted by another representative who was equally friendly and helpful. I would describe the experience as excellent.
Though I haven’t yet needed to make a claim with Endurance, which leaves me slightly uncertain about that aspect, I’ve been satisfied with their customer service and the coverage so far. Their customer support has been outstanding, and I found their warranty coverage incredible. While I do think the price is a bit steep, I’ve found that to be typical across the board with these types of services, and I’d rate it a four. I joined this company to evaluate the benefits and coverage! I was told if I canceled within 30 days, my funds would be refunded, but this is not true! I canceled, and the next month I was billed and my credit card was drafted again, even though I had canceled before the 30-day period had expired. My Credit card company got some of my money back, but I lost approximately $175.

I bought one of the best plans available with Endurance I thought. I was stranded over the border in BC (which I am covered for with my plan) for 5 hours on the side of an interstate with no tow truck that arrived in that time. When I called the roadside assistance for my plan with Endurance on a Saturday July 5th on a hot afternoon, I was sent to a company called DPK. I could not understand most of what they were saying. All of that said, I was able to understand that they would send a tow truck. They sent me the initial notification that they had received my request but nothing ever followed up including providing me the name of a provider and they never sent the tow truck after multiple attempts. Then they canceled the request without me asking for a cancel. I would say probably seven phone calls in that time.
Luckily my car started to work again around the 5th hour and I was able to make it home. Then after not having a bathroom, food or water for 5 hours and being stranded on the side of an interstate, I brought the vehicle home and promptly took it to a dealership to have it serviced. I found out at this time that endurance only covers a mechanics rate up to $125 not up to the $200 that they charge here in the area that I live in. So that was another reason to believe this is not the company they claim to be. I am completely dissatisfied with this company and considering canceling the contract. Further, I would never trust that roadside assistance would ever come to your aid. As a diabetic who did not have water, a bathroom or food or anything in that 5 hours stranded on Interstate 1 on a hot Saturday afternoon I wouldn't trust them.

Endurance has been a nightmare, they tell you everything you want to hear to sell the policy. We have tried to file 3 claims and they have not paid a dime, they don't have a problem taking your money but will find any reason to not fix the issues. We are cancelling the policies and they want you to jump through hoops for that, they want a notarized copy of cancellation from and then they tell you it will be 4-6 weeks for them to send the check back to you. This company is a scam and after reviewing other peoples issues, that is when I decided we needed to get our money back because they will find unrelated things to deny the claim. I have never modified my vehicle and they are saying that my truck has been modified. I advise everyone thinking about getting this extended warranty "DON'T"

I initially aimed for a Powertrain coverage, but the competitiveness and quality of service from Endurance swayed my decision towards their offerings, considering what I was willing to pay. Even without extensive comparison shopping, which isn't my style, I felt comfortable committing to them.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Endurance Warranty that I feel compelled to share. After only two months of owning my vehicle, I encountered an issue and promptly filed a claim. To my dismay, after more than three weeks of back-and-forth communication, my claim was denied on the grounds of a so-called pre-existing internal breakdown. It’s baffling to me how they could determine that there was a pre-existing condition on a vehicle I had owned for such a short time. The car had been functioning perfectly fine until the issue arose. It feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic; when I signed up for the warranty, everything sounded great, and the representatives were incredibly reassuring. However, once it came time to utilize the warranty, it became clear that they can deny claims at their discretion, especially when the costs start to add up.
To make matters worse, when I called to cancel my warranty, the representative was pushy in trying to convince me to stay, claiming I was getting good value. If I’m going to end up paying out of pocket anyway, what’s the point of having this warranty? It’s simply not worth it. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before investing in Endurance Warranty. Save your money and look for a more reliable option. You deserve a warranty that will actually support you when you need it!

Initially, I hesitated about the cost-effectiveness since I drive very little—it seemed wasteful to pay for coverage as infrequent as my drives. One outstanding concern is that I've not yet received my membership card hard copy, though it was explained that this might align with the first billing draft.

Purchasing an auto warranty would be beneficial with the age of my car and initially, I was with another company that was quite prominent on TV, but their deductible was too high for us. The deductible with Endurance was considerably lower, making it a straightforward decision to cancel the previous policy.
The sign-up process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks in large part to the wonderful representative who assisted us. What really stood out to me was the lack of high-pressure sales tactics. I decided to opt for full coverage, but I'm currently a bit uncertain about the specifics of the coverage package I received. They mentioned a waiting period of about three months before I could use the coverage, which I thought was important to know.

I bought a 2022 Chevy Colorado, and since the extended warranty would only last for the first 6,000 miles, I knew I needed something beyond that. I researched a few companies and finally decided on Endurance. A major factor in my decision was the sales representative. She was incredibly thorough and persuasive in explaining the benefits to me, so much so that I felt compelled to go with their offer.
I signed up for bumper-to-bumper coverage, which was reassuring. The sign-up process itself was straightforward, thanks again to the helpful sales rep, and I would rate it highly. While I haven’t yet had the opportunity to use the service itself, the process of getting everything set up was seamless.
In terms of pricing, I found it to be very reasonable.
I also downloaded their app, which confirmed my elite membership status and provided quick links to towing assistance and my policy. However, beyond that, there wasn't a lot of additional information displayed. The appealing coverage of Endurance made me consider switching, especially after losing trust in my previous warranty provider. While the initial sign-up process with Endurance was fine, confusion set in with the paperwork. I expected complete documentation, including what's covered and not, and I didn’t receive any of that — not even a physical card for my wallet, like my last provider gave. It's frustrating because I was promised this paperwork, yet even after contacting customer service and waiting over 40 days, nothing came. It was kindly mentioned this should arrive within 7 to 14 days.
The Endurance representative who signed me up was quite professional and knowledgeable, which was a relief amidst all the paperwork chaos. I would tell others to be diligent about securing all the necessary paperwork if they choose to go with Endurance. I even heard from a support person that some paperwork services were discontinued, which only adds to the perplexity. It's unsettling not having a tangible document to refer to since I'm unable to print it out myself. Even if electronic formats are available, carrying a laptop everywhere isn't practical.

I went with Endurance Auto Warranty since I've had experience with them before. Throughout my interaction, I felt the enrollment process was fairly smooth. As for pricing, it's competitive based on what I've seen elsewhere–it's a solid 4 there. The actual coverage hasn't kicked in yet, since I need to drive an additional 1,000 miles and wait a month for activation. Nevertheless, carrying an extended warranty is important for me because it spares me from unexpected hefty repair bills in the future. I've used an extended warranty in the past, and it definitely covered much more than its cost in car repairs.
As for perks included, my plan offers roadside assistance and rental car coverage, though I'm a bit vague on the oil change benefits.

Everything was fine when I signed up with Endurance. However, I kept getting an email saying I would get my contract and I never got a contract. That’s my biggest complaint. I was disappointed that they didn't follow up on anything. If I could get that, that would be nice.

I’d seen Endurance's commercials and figured they might be worth investigating, especially after speaking with so many other warranty companies. The representative who assisted me was impressive – clear in their explanations, which I appreciated.
I opted for what I believe to be full coverage and I'm awaiting the documentation to confirm all the covered particulars. However, I'm not very adept at accessing online or mobile resources like their app because of my difficulties with reading and spelling. I attempted it once, and I'll probably need some help to make sure everything is set up correctly.
Overall, my experience signing up for Endurance was pleasant, and I’d rate the process a 4, mainly because of the challenges accessing my policy details online. The Endurance sales agent I interacted with was professional and knowledgeable, offering a comprehensive package that exceeded my expectations. However, I found the quote process a tad frustrating because I had to provide all my personal details before getting any pricing information. It felt like an exhaustive process, which is common in the industry now, unfortunately.

She focused on what was crucial for me—covering the main components of my truck, especially since costs can be hefty. With plans to keep my truck for the long haul, having new tires and clocking in at 60,000 miles, her information assured me that I was making the right choice.
If a friend or family member were to ask about my experience with the sign-up process and the talks with the representative, I'd definitely encourage them to go for it. I'm so glad I recently rejoined Endurance. During sign up, I was assisted by a representative from Louisiana, just like me, which made for a friendly and engaging conversation. As someone who's turning 85 soon, their patience and understanding were truly appreciated. In the past, I was with another company, but their service was not satisfactory. Whenever my car broke down, they took a long time to settle claims. But when I was with Endurance before, they were very nice to me and they paid like they were supposed to. I only got out because it was a little too much for me to pay at the time, but the service was really good.

I had difficulties with my previous warranty provider, Toco. I had been with them for about 2-3 years, but couldn't even locate their contact number—something that’s quite essential if you need to make a claim. Frustrated, I turned to Endurance, and after speaking with them, I found their estimates to be satisfactory, which is why I opted for their services. Switching to Endurance was quite smooth and easy, especially compared to my struggles with my prior company. The representative I spoke to was very understanding and knew exactly what I was going through, providing immense help during the transition. While switching, I made the decision to leave Toco behind when they reached out to win me back. I informed them that I already had new coverage with Endurance.
So far, I've yet to receive my warranty details via email or mail, so that's something I'm still looking forward to. Also, the Endurance representative did not dive into the specifics regarding how expiration from Toco might affect my coverage, possibly since my vehicle is currently parked in my garage, unused. In terms of cost, Endurance was slightly more expensive but came with additional benefits not offered by my previous company, which gave me peace of mind. Overall, I’m pleased with the nationwide coverage and customer service that’s been offered to me.

I received a flyer in the mail before from Endurance Auto Warranty and considering that my auto warranty had expired, I contacted them. The interaction with their representative was quite smooth; he was friendly and knowledgeable about the warranty details. He explained everything about it.
My primary coverage interest was comprehensive - ensuring key components such as the motor and transmission were covered, and I believe what was offered fit those requirements. All in all, the sign-up process was straightforward, and I was generally satisfied with it. However, I tried to call them today because I never received my paperwork in the mail.
While I rate the customer service a rating of 4 for quality, which was decent overall, I felt the pricing was particularly favorable, deserving a 5. As an aside, although I've not yet explored their app, I'm considering it for future convenience.
Overall, the experience with Endurance was positive, and I'd likely encourage friends or family to consider them.
