    I was very, very upset with the Endurance representative who should have and should tell all clients or patrons that your payment comes out automatically. He expressed to me every single benefit that I get, and how I could call him personally on his personal line, which was not his personal line. The line is for whatever representative that's available when you call. I spoke with other Endurance representatives who assisted me and they were nice. They took me off the auto pay.

    We paid half of the policy on both cars on Monday, and the representative told me, "Oh, you don't have to worry about making a payment right now 'cause you made a payment of half of the whole policy." It was almost six grand. I left the phone happy and pleased. I ain't got to stress out about making the payment. Then for me to get text messages stating that my payment needs to be paid on the 12th. But I don't get paid around that cycle. So, I told Endurance that I might have to pay it between the 12th and the 15th. I was just very upset about that. The representative should have called and apologized because I even left a message for him to call me. The representatives should not do whatever just to get somebody to sign on. I was really inclined on closing the account and get my money back in some kind of way. But I'm just gonna go ahead because I need the warranty.

    I asked for Pier 66 and the rep said I was connected with Pier 66. I didn't know it was Endurance. The whole time, I was thinking I was getting Pier 66. He told me that the warranty was gonna be billed with a different name because they use a credit union, so it didn't kick in when I saw it done. When I called Pier 66 to ask a question, they didn't know anything about me. That was how I found out that it wasn’t Pier 66.

    Endurance took out my first month payment, and it was gonna be my second month but I cancelled it right off when I found out it wasn’t Pier 66. I gotta sign some paperwork and have it notarized to get my money. But I probably won't because I’m a commercial driver and they'll probably use that against me even though it says I’m a commercial driver.

    It was a pleasurable experience signing up with Endurance. They explained it to me, what I qualify for, what it covered, the breakdown on how it works. It was really a beautiful, great help. But the one thing on the app that I do not like is I requested for tow service and the number on the app is an incorrect number. They're saying they couldn't find my contract. They gave me a completely different number to call for towing service. The app needs to be updated with the right one.

    I researched reviews online. There are a couple of sites I go to and trust, and the Endurance reviews on it were good. There were bad ones, but there were very few of those as opposed to positive ones and some of the digs were minor. It was little personality conflicts. As far as the service and what they cover, Endurance was what I was looking for.

    Signup was easy and everything was fine. I got the information and coverage I wanted, and the guy was very polite. The only thing is they financed through Line 5. I set everything up from the get-go, but I got emails right away from Line 5 saying, “Hey, did you do this? Did you do that?” I was busy and it started freaking me out whether or not I did, but then I got an email from Endurance saying that auto pay was set up. I don't like correspondence if there's not a problem. I'm that way with my mortgage company as well.

    Endurance does a really better job of covering more on your vehicle than their competitors. I did research before I bought the policy, and they're better than everybody else. The customer service rep that I dealt with was fantastic. She helped me get signed up and went over everything about the policy when I purchased it. She did a great job. I didn't really have any questions except for what is all covered under the warranties. I qualified for the highest one. She told me how much all was covered under it, and it was even $14 cheaper than the competitors.

    My experience in getting signed up for my Endurance policy was very good. I looked at other providers but the cost was a big factor for me in going with Endurance. They also covered some things more than other companies did so I was happy with that. The first rep and I spoke at length a couple of times and that was on a Thursday and a Friday. I was gonna call him again on Monday after I had done my research. I was going to sign up. On Saturday, I got a call from someone else.     I had bought an extended warranty on my vehicle when I bought it, and that was for five years because I knew the manufacturer's warranty wouldn't be enough for me. The five years was up in May, and I don't ever feel comfortable about driving without a warranty because you never want anything to happen, but there are times when it does. I've had warranties before and never had to use them, and that's great, but I've had a warranty on one vehicle that, unfortunately, I had to use several times. I researched warranty companies because I wanted something legitimate. I researched Endurance, and everything I was looking at looked good. I went to the garages in my area where I would take my vehicle, and they said they've never had a problem with Endurance.

    The sales rep I worked with was great. I couldn't have asked for a better representative. He answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the product, and that was what I was looking for, not someone that is just stuck at the phone. I got the bumper-to-bumper coverage. I could have gone down one step, but it didn't make any sense. I wouldn't have saved that much money, and there was a lot less coverage.

    I bought the Endurance warranty the first time because their fee was considerably lower than some of the others. I was so impressed with their rep that we signed up as soon as I called to talk to him. I had it with my other car, and I transferred it over to this car. As it ran out, Endurance sent me a message saying, “You run out this month. If you want, we can get you back on to the same thing. You can qualify to get it for the same price you've been paying. Just renew.” I did. However, I have not had to file a claim that they paid. I tried to file a claim one time. It was my fault because I didn't call ahead of time.

    I had a motor mount go out. I took it to my garage, had it fixed, and sent Endurance the bill. They sent back and said, “That ain't the way it works. You gotta call us first.” I read my contract and it's exactly what it says. I wasn't mad. It's my stupidity. They have always been very detail-oriented. If there are any changes to your policy, they fire me a message right away so I can change my book so there will be no misunderstandings. It’s very consumer-oriented.

    I tried Endurance Warranty because another auto warranty company left me with a bill approaching $7,000 due to denied coverage. I sought Edurance out and I explained what had happened and why my coverage was denied. That agent explained to me everything. It was similar to what CarShield told me in the beginning, but Endurance seemed more upfront. The price is high, but it's probably what I would have paid with CarShield, had it not been that the agent just tried to get me signed up and cut corners. It ended up burning me. Also, Endurance's policy covered more than what my CarShield coverage had.

That right, they will say we found a problem with the mileage not matching the CARFAX at signup. It's a scam, check with Dealership service departments and they will verify the Endurance SCAM is real. Try the INFINITI Dealership in Indianapolis, IN | Dreyer for starters.

    I am requesting cancellation due to Endurance denying a claim based on false information. On 11 September 2025 we dropped off our Honda Odyssey at Precision Tune to replace the master cylinder. The shop stated Endurance denied the claim because they were told the vehicle was claimed as a total loss in September of 2023. I contacted Endurance and provided a copy of the Green, clean and clear Oklahoma title received in January of 2024. With no resolution or response. This is not the first denial from Endurance. They denied a $1200 fan clutch replacement and covered less than half of a $1600 air conditioner claim.

    Initially, I thought this company was decent but now know differently. My CVT transmission went out some 800 miles after the waiting period. The adjuster made the mechanic break it down to see if it was covered. It's been on the only rack this shop has for two weeks. They are having problems making it to the shop. I'm one thousand dollars $1,000.00, out of pocket in a rental. They don't care that they requested an inspection and are holding up the mechanic. The adjuster told me that my Nissan Murano has a history of being trouble. One month in the shop is unreal and I would never have purchased Endurance had I seen all of the poor ratings that this company has. They don't include the customer in anything, they won't let you have any communication with the adjuster or their inspection company being used either. This company is HORRIBLE!

    Don't believe most of the reviews. I had two claims denied, one for a door actuator, another for an a/c sensor. Unless the part is specified in the contract, they will not cover it. There are thousands of parts in any car, most are not covered.

    Very Disappointed in this company. Especially went it comes to Transmission work. I will not recommend anyone from my family and friends to this company. They will find loopholes not to fix your car. My car sit in the shop for almost a week without a rental cause they said they don't do rentals unless your car didn't work done and really don't care how you get to work or get around and then refuse to repair my transmission. I really thought this was a good company but in the end they will turn out to be the same. Find ways not to fix your car and then you have to pay for market prices. But a lesson learned well. I will deal with CarShield instead of coming back to this company or recommending anybody.

    Picked up this warranty after I purchased the car a year ago and every single claim has been denied for parts- the repair looks like it’s covered but the fine print says no. Anything that requires a seal or gasket or hose will be denied. They will even ask you for proof of maintenance and still deny you. Many repair shops even say most of what endurance de Ira a company like car shield would have easily paid for. What a scam this business is. I looked around online in Reddit and Quora and it seems to be the same bad news- stay away from Endurance Warranty.

    Endurance paid an initial claim on my engine for a cam phaser issue, but when I got a check engine warning, I took it to the shop right away (2 miles). They said the transmission was shot and Endurance sent an adjuster to verify it. The adjuster said it was the torque converter and the the transmission was shot also. Had it towed to another shop for a second opinion and was told the same thing. Had it towed to the dealer and they agreed. Endurance said they would pay 1/3 the price to have a transmission put in. All phone calls to Customer Service took a minimum of 25 minutes to answer and emails were never answered. 2 operators (both male) were very uncooperative and one was downright rude. I'm cancelling the service. Why pay if they're not going to honor the policy? All 3 shops said they've had horrible experiences getting Endurance to pay claims and will no longer deal with Endurance. Neither will I.

    I called Endurance a few days ago. A representative answered the phone and quickly went over the details regarding all of the various coverages. When I told him that I needed to discuss this with my Wife when she gets home, He became irate. He started to challenge me by making statements like there is nothing to discuss, we are ranked number 1 in the business. He also said that if I hung the phone up that I wouldn't get any of the discounts promised. He said other things that I believe were pressure tactics. I left the phone call feeling upset, stressed out, and confused. I would love to call and learn more, but I'm concerned that I will get the same treatment.

    Bought a Premium plan over the phone a few months ago. Paid the $165 per month premium. Made a claim yesterday only to have it denied. Endurance rep said I only had the lowest basic plan. I told the rep I bought the top plan. They supposedly record all sales calls, but they said that I can't listen to my call. Recordings are only available for employee training. How convenient. These people baited and switched me. How can $165 per month (almost $5000 when done) be a base plan? And of course, they have no way to put me in contact with the sales rep that scammed me. I wonder if Car Shield is more trustworthy.

    I received a notice in the mail from Endurance stating that I have approved service coverage opportunities because my warranty for a car I purchased 17 months ago has ran out. I called the number to question it and instead of looking up my account the agent transferred me to Tanner who tried to force me into getting the warranty. He continued to ask questions like I was calling to get the warranty instead of providing the details of my already existing warranty. When I told Tanner i had to research and would call back, Tanner told me that if I do not get the warranty NOW I will not be eligible when I call back. I did record the call. I am sick of these scams.

    It’s not all that true and easy as they advertised on TV. It’s long process for approval and long waiting for claims. You have to leave your car for weeks at the repair shop for repair approvals. Not guarantee when their adjuster will show up. If you are in living in remote place may even take longer time. This means you are without car for weeks. Once your claim approved than shop order parts and availability.

    We had an issue on highway and Emergency Service took more than 6 hours as they couldn’t find local towing company. Most services are excluded. You will only know when you are in most trouble with your vehicle. Remember Endurance is there to make money and false advertising and maybe paying professional actors on TV. It’s lots of money for warranty. It’s better to take little risk than pay for warranty which we may never use!!

    Read the very small print. I went in for a oil change. On a spot check I was told I should replace a wheel bearing. I called Endurance and explained what the mechanic said. Since I drove my truck home, Endurance said it was not covered due to the fact that I knew about it and driving the truck would cause more damage. I went in for a oil change not knowing about any other problems. I was unaware and unprepared to have to leave my truck set in a lot for over a week before it could be worked on/ repaired. A LARGE loophole for Endurance not to cover the cost. I was duped!!!

    I am very disappointed with Endurance warranty services, I wish I could rate my experience as a "0" I would. I purchased an Endurance warranty in December 2024 and followed all policy requirements, including the waiting period. Yet when my vehicle needed repairs in August and September 2025—both clearly covered under the policy—my claims were denied without explanation. Despite multiple requests, I was denied access to basic information like claim numbers, inspection results, and status updates. Endurance insisted all communication go through the repair shop, excluding me entirely from the process. This is not only unprofessional—it’s unethical.

    To make matters worse, I received a retroactive request for invoices months after the policy began and after the claims were submitted. It felt like a tactic to justify denial rather than a genuine effort to resolve the issue. As a paying customer, I expected transparency, accountability, and fair treatment. Instead, I encountered evasiveness and disregard. I do not recommend Endurance Warranty Services to anyone seeking reliable coverage or respectful customer service

    Endurance charged me an extra month's fee after I had exhausted my limits of liability. Because they dragged their feet sending an investigator out to approve the repair on the car--it took a week rather than the 24-48 hr they claim, the repair was delayed. Once it was completed, the mechanic sent in the information for payment--a payment amount already determined by Endurance at least week before the payment request was submitted which was well below the total bill because of the limit of liability. Endurance knew that my policy was at that point worthless. They had paid out all that they would ever pay for a repair.

    When I called to formally cancel the contract, they said the charge to my account for the following month had been made 3 days prior and that they would not reverse or even pro-rate the charge. I asked for consideration and leniency and a little customer service. Forget it! They knew there was no future liability for them and no service they could offer me but still charged my account. Shame on Endurance!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

    This was continued insurance from a policy that we had with the car loan that ended...We were told to get our own insurance because we had reached the 100,000. I called endurance and the salesperson was more than happy to take my money and guarantee that all would be covered with the car except the regular maintenance like brakes, battery, tires, etc...

    Had an issue just yesterday and we had paid many months on this policy... The oil pan/seal was leaking oil and needed a repair per the code on the car, Ford looked at it and called in the claim. We also had to rent a car during all this. Car rental was not covered unless a claim was issued and we were certain it would be covered because the sales person said so... ENDURANCE DENIED the claim and said seals and gaskets are not included and they denied it. NEEDLESS TO SAY if I had just put the 179 a month away in a separate account I would have been able to pay it myself... They will not pay and of course I'm out monthly payments to them, car rental and now I have $1,000 repair,,, THANKS A LOT ENDURANCE AND YOUR VERY UNETHICAL SALES TEAM. I bet he sleeps on a Mattress Firm mattress

    These other reviews must be employees because this company is a scam. I got the policy this year 2025 and need repairs but they denied my claim because I drove for Lyft back in 2020 and tried to make it seem like I was still driving for them. When given proof that I don't drive for lyft they lied and used me getting a ride on lyft as me driving someone. Then when getting that proven wrong and being a lie they denied the claim again and didn't want to give a reason. After speaking to someone again they tried to use the same excuse but when they couldn't they came up with some crap about in the future I could drive for lyft so they have to deny the claim even though the future has nothing to do with the claim. My car has been in the shop for a month now and it has affected my family's lives. If I can sue them I surely will.

    My parents are in their mid 70s and wanted to get their vehicles covered so they called and spoke to Michael **. My dad was so frustrated he added me to the phone call since I currently have a policy. I asked Micheal a question, about the referral policy. He dismissed my question. My parents were trying to obtain a clear understanding of what they were purchasing but Micheal was impatient, rude, unpleasant and very unprofessional for a customer service operator! I continued to ask questions so I could help explain but he continued to cut me off and would not allow me to complete my question. I got so upset, because I wanted to assist. I hung up! I called back and asked for a different representative. We got Freda Phillips and was able to get a response and resolution. If you get Micheal **, don't purchase from him.

    My experience with Endurance has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I met every requirement under my contract and provided proof that my vehicle had no pre-existing damages. Despite that, my transmission claim was denied. Endurance told me to authorize a teardown of my transmission for inspection, which I did in good faith. That decision left me with a $1,600 teardown bill when they ultimately denied the claim. Their reasoning? They claimed the failure occurred just 280 miles past the minimum mileage requirement, even though I have had this contract for five months and maintained my vehicle properly.

    On top of that, Endurance hit me with a $500 surcharge because my stock Chevy tires measured only 0.9 inches larger than their listed limit. This was never explained upfront. It also took Endurance over a month to even tell me I was denied. By that time, I had already lost over $2,000 out of pocket, not including the five months of payments I’ve made toward this contract. Meanwhile, I am still no closer to getting my Tahoe fixed. This entire process has left me in a terrible situation financially and without the vehicle protection I thought I was paying for.

    Their customer service was just as bad — it took them over a week to take my initial payment, during which I had to call repeatedly and was promised call-backs that never happened. Only later did they admit their payment system had been down for a week. In my experience, Endurance looks for loopholes to deny legitimate claims rather than honoring their contracts. I trusted them to give me peace of mind, but instead I was left with unexpected bills, delays, hidden charges, and broken promises. I would strongly caution others against choosing this company.

    I recieved a cold call from an Endurance Sales Rep in 2022. I specifically asked for the highest tier policy and purchased said policy over the phone, trusting Endurance that I had "bumper to bumper" coverage for 36 months. THEY LIED. Come to find out, the sales rep selected middle-tier coverage. THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. I paid the premium for 35/36 mos without using the policy until today.

    First and only claim was denied on a technicality. Factory Turbo/Supercharger is covered in my contract (see attached picture). Unless you are a mechanic, you have no possible way of knowing that a $2400 Turbo Sensor IS NOT part of "housing and "all" internally lubricated parts." This is intentionally misleading and predatory. If Endurance had even an ounce of integrity, they'd make it clear when expensive electronic components are excluded. The only way to avoid getting ripped off is by having a mechanic review the entire 35-page policy BEFORE purchase!

    I am sorry to say I have a very bad experience going on with Endurance today. I have a lubricated front differential that is bad on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My mechanic said the front differential had lost 75 of its fluid due to age and a leaking seal. The inspector from Endurance told my mechanic that due to lack of maintenance that I should have been aware of this. My mechanic disagreed and replied that the leak was so small that over a matter of years, there would be no way I would be able to notice this. I have a letter from the mechanic saying this information and it was forwarded to Endurance customer Service on 9/4/25. The total amount for the repair including parts and labor is fourteen hundred dollars. I have made 6 calls to customer service, and my mechanic has made 2 calls to customer service, and you get a different customer service person with each call.

    I asked if I could speak with someone above a customer service agent and the reply was no. Even though the mechanic has torn down the front differential (there is nothing more to tear down with this part) and the root cause is a small leak, but they insist more tear down work is needed. Either Endurance isn't listening, or they are avoiding paying for the repair. The 6 phone calls and the back and forth is exhausting and frustrating. I am an elderly man with a disability, and it is hard to get around without a car. I pay one hundred eighty-five dollars a month for this insurance and when you need them you can't count on them.     Updated 09/15/2025: I regret ever signing up with Endurance. They make the claims process as painful as possible. Every single claim is challenged, delayed, and buried in endless paperwork. What should be a straightforward process drags on for days (sometimes a week or more!) with little to no communication. Last claim took over 10 days total **. When I finally did get updates, they were vague excuses instead of actual progress. It’s clear their strategy is to stall and hope customers give up. The whole point of a warranty is peace of mind, but Endurance delivers the exact opposite. I’ve paid for coverage that’s practically worthless. They advertise protection and reliability, but in reality, they do everything in their power to avoid paying. Total rip-off. Bottom Line: Don’t waste your time or money on Endurance. You’ll end up frustrated, out of pocket, and without the coverage you were promised.

    Original Review: When I heard about Endurance, I thought the coverage was decent and the price was fair. What they did not tell me was how long the claims process would take. As of now, I am a week without my car, waiting one more day for an adjuster to review a repair claim from a GMC dealer. I wish I had known about the hoops or the time it takes to process a warranty, I would not have purchased the warranty from Endurance, not happy with their service. Yes, the claim was initiated the day it went into the shop for an oil change and tire rotation service.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Endurance. Despite being a loyal customer for years and paying $5,000 for a comprehensive warranty, I have been met with nothing but frustration and unhelpful responses. Trying to get through to management is nearly impossible — every email I send is rejected, and getting any meaningful assistance feels like an insurmountable task.

    My claim for a cracked axle, which should be clearly covered under my policy, was outright denied. The reason given was that the parts exceeded the value of my car — a claim that was not communicated to me by any salesperson or representative beforehand. In fact, I was led to believe that my coverage was comprehensive and would protect me in such situations. The denial feels like false advertising, especially since I was never warned that parts would cost more than my car’s worth. To make matters worse, the mishandling of my claim began with a mechanic’s misdiagnosis, which I corrected promptly, yet my claim was still unfairly rejected. As a disabled 62-year-old relying on this vehicle, this experience has been incredibly disheartening and unacceptable.

    Endurance’s website boasts over 11,000 reviews, yet my experience suggests that customer satisfaction is not a priority. The difficulty in reaching anyone in management, combined with the outright rejection of my legitimate claim and the false advertising from sales representatives, has left me feeling ignored and betrayed. I trusted this company to provide reliable coverage when I needed it most, but instead, I have faced nothing but obstacles, dismissive responses, and a sense that my concerns are being completely disregarded. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and does not match the promises made when I purchased this policy.

    I strongly urge future customers to exercise caution and thoroughly scrutinize what is actually covered versus what is promised. Endurance's lack of transparency, poor communication, and refusal to uphold their contractual obligations have severely damaged my trust.     I went on the internet and found that Endurance was rated more. So, then I called and got on with them. After I did that, I had the oil changed in my truck at the dealership. And they didn't have a whole lot good to say about Endurance, so I was gonna cancel it. And then I talked with one of the representatives of Endurance. I ended up not cancelling. She gave me her own number and, if I had any kind of problems, I can call her.

    I got their policy on two vehicles, both are 2022s. One's a Ford F-150 pickup, and another one is an Explorer SUV. During the sign-up, everything was really cool. They were all nice about it. They didn't try to talk you into nothing. It was more or less, you agreed on it.

    I don't have any complaints about Endurance at all. Matter of fact, after I bought it, I cancelled the insurance I bought from another company. Endurance was a little higher than the other company, but on the time wise of the financing part, Endurance was cheaper because it was for less months.

    I received a letter from Endurance and it stated that I had insurance with them when I had insurance with somebody else. And so, I called, and I told the lady that I needed to cancel it. She said that I don't have insurance with them. I think it's one of those scam letters. So, when I talked to her, I found out that I could get a better deal with them. And I don't have to pay a huge co-pay when I take my car in. The other insurance is $500, Endurance is 100. Also, they covered everything the other insurance covered. So, I went ahead and got their warranty. So far, so good.

    I'm in my late 50s and I was taking a trip to my camper in Florida. I wanted to be responsible and got an auto warranty with Endurance. The first rep that I talked to was kind of wishy-washy. They could have been more assertive and they should know what they're dealing with. But the second one was great. I wish the policy was a lot cheaper though. I was also told that there are 30 payments but in actuality, there are 31 payments. You pay an installment fee for the enrollment until the 30 days then it starts over for 30. They should explain that. Other than those, everything else seems great. I'm happy with Endurance and I have a couple of people that would like to sign up too.

    I had Endurance years ago, and I started with them again. Getting signed up was easy but the prices went up considerably. They’re maybe a little bit above fairly charging but they're not bad. I had a little issue with them on the last claim I had over a transmission, but I'm not sure whether it was the shop that screwed up. The guy came in and inspected it, and it turned out that the shop did something that he didn't like, so they didn't do anything about the transmission. In any event, I had only one problem after that and they took care of it quickly.

    The signup process at Endurance was very good. The reps were nice and they were easy to work with. The rep I talked to answered all my questions. I'm 80 years old and I can't afford to have large car repair bills. I'm paying a monthly bill for two years and then it's done. They'll fix everything that I need fixed up to 70,000 miles. I am about to use it because my air conditioning is not working right and there are some limitations on that. They won't pay for free. But anything else, parts that go out on it, they will cover.

I didn't have a hard time. However, I just like to get a little literature to read and I haven’t received any reading material or a contract to look over the details presented during the call.

    I've always wanted to get Endurance. I called once before to check my information, and someone dropped the ball and didn't insure me because they didn't do it. Then I called back a month later and they said, "Let's talk through this right now," and they did. The rep was very nice. Because there was a time where I had given him a card and I didn't wanna use that one, and he waited till I got the right one. He couldn't get any nicer than that. He called me the next day. However, I was disappointed not to receive the $300 discount they promised.

    Endurance seemed like the best option for me. I only had one con. Everything was pros. The rep I worked with explained everything and I understood everything. I was at work when I was doing it and he said if I hang up, I would lose the chance to get some discount. They wanted me to pull the trigger right then and that wasn’t fair. But I like the fact that you can pay for it for three years on a five-year plan. Also, the premium does not go up regardless of how many claims you have to make and I also like the fact that even if I paid into it three, four years, and never use it, I get my money back. They offset whatever is the difference. If I claim 2,000, I paid 3,000, I’ll receive 1,000 back.

    I like Endurance Auto Warranty’s higher mileage coverage, which was beneficial as we put significant miles on our vehicle. While the dealership's warranty was more expensive, Endurance offered a 100,000-mile coverage instead of 60,000 miles. The deductible with Endurance is higher at $100 compared to $50 at the dealership. However, the dealership offered if we did the service there, brake pads, batteries, things that wear out are covered. Where Endurance does not cover those items. But the sales rep was very informative, polite and courteous. The only thing that I disliked was I couldn't discuss anything with my spouse. I said, "I need to call you back." But she said, “We can't offer you these discounts if you call back because you're a first-time caller." Yes, taking the warranty at that time saved me roughly $500. But that should be the same discount if I call back.

    The Endurance rep I worked with was patient, excellent, very explanatory. He answered all the questions I needed. He gave me that choice, whether I wanted to take it or not. He just laid everything out on the table.  I said, “Can I get back to you?" He said, "Absolutely." He gave me his number. I thought about it, went over it with my husband who also has Endurance. And we made a decision to definitely take it. So far, we've been happy. It was very nice.     When I bought my car, a 2019 Murano, I bought the extended warranty that came along with it, 100,000 miles or five years. Unfortunately, the five years was up first before the 100,000 miles showed up. I went to Google search and tried to compare what the reviews were for the different warranty companies. I got price quotes only from Endurance Auto Warranty and one other company, and Endurance's price quote wasn't bad.

    I tried to give the warranty some additional thought ‘cause I wound up purchasing an additional 60,000 miles. Nissan Motors corporate sent me something talking about an extended warranty from their end, but they wanted $7,000 and they were only gonna cover an additional 50,000 miles. So, I said, “no.” I remembered watching the Endurance commercials and thought I'd give it a try. When I signed up for Endurance, my car only had 75,400 miles. The rep was helpful and I was pleased with his approach.

    I've been thinking about putting an extended warranty on my Ford F-350 for a long time. I got an email from Endurance and after I clicked on it and checked into it, I decided that it might be a good idea to have some coverage on that truck. I called and their rep explained how everything worked. He was very knowledgeable, and he helped me a lot trying to figure out what I needed. He also gave me some options. The price was fair. So, we went ahead and purchased a bumper-to-bumper warranty from them. It was simple.

    I haven't had the extended warranty for very long, but Endurance seemed like a good company to work with. I have an extended warranty through somebody else on a different truck, and Endurance's policy looked as good as or better than the one I had with the other company. Also, I'm not very high tech on computer stuff, but I could navigate through their website good. I looked it over really good before.

    I bought a used vehicle. I went online and did an inquiry which caused me to get multiple phone calls from multiple organizations, and I happened to answer, the one from Endurance first.

    The sign-up was really good. The rep was very knowledgeable. He'd been with the company for 10 years. He was very professional, tactful, and very good manner. The policy was pretty standard, but he spoke about the high customer service that Endurance is known for. And there was a monthly pay option. That is not the cheapest way, but it's a manner in which to budget for a plan like that.

    I signed up for three companies, and I was gonna do my homework and see which one I wanted. And then I decided, no, I'm gonna cancel them all. The cancellation process with Endurance was the most respectful. It was pushy, but I expect that. It's a conservation effort. A couple of the other ones were horribly disrespectful.

    I have Endurance Auto Warranty on my vehicle, but when that car got totaled, I called them up to see if I could switch the coverage to another vehicle we had that hadn't had an extended warranty on. It was something I wanted in case I have my vehicle break down 'cause my old warranty went out from the manufacturer. The rep went over everything with me and it was excellent. I've told a couple of people that Endurance is good to get. They cover everything. Mostly, if you break down, they get it towed. If you qualify with your vehicle there, you won't pay that much to get it fixed.

    I would really give zero Stars if I could. Anytime you have a claim, you're lucky to reach anybody that same day. If you select to have them call you back, most of the time, they do not. They do not cover everything and even the items they said they would cover, they do not. They lied to me about tire coverage and then gave me a warranty that did not have tires included. I wound up having to pay a $2,000 car total and they covered one item for $300. Then, you're told that you will get a reimbursement check, which is a scam because you will not receive any money back. I definitely did not receive money back after staying with them for 6 months. I do not like to leave negative reviews unless I feel that people truly are scammed. This company does not work with you and they only want your money.

    I would strongly advise against purchasing a warranty from Endurance. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. When I decided to cancel my policy, I was hit with an outrageously difficult cancellation process. They required a notarized, signed, and dated cancellation letter, which I promptly provided along with all the required documentation. Despite following their instructions to the letter, they came back asking for more "additional information"—information that was already clearly included in my notarized documents.

    The level of incompetence and disorganization in their customer service is astounding. Every time I contacted them, I was given vague responses, transferred multiple times, and left without any real help or resolution.     My car is getting older, and getting an auto warranty would be best. I saw Endurance in several commercials, and I watched them all and looked them up.     Representatives are very nice but misleading. I was sold a high priced warranty they said was their Best which covers everything which is why it was more expensive, but they said it was the only one available for my older truck. This was a lie. It was their basic minimum coverage. Then when needed a repair, they make up excuses as to why they don't have to cover it which are not in their policy. Also, They are more expensive than other companies out there... I am in process of trying to get a refund. Not happy. Buyers beware!! Make sure the plan they describe is the plan name on your Contract page right away! Then look at what the actual coverages are in the policy for the Plan Name you have... Don't believe the reps on the phones.

    What does BMW mean? Buy more warranty. When you're out of the BMW warranty, you're left hanging. But they're beautiful cars. I have a 2017 740i BMW and it rides gorgeously. We take very good care of it but when we have it maintained, we don't want it to be $20,000. So we keep a warranty on it that'll cover anything. We had a warranty with a different company and that company just let it go quiet. They never reached out and asked if we wanted to renew. So my husband was very sad and upset. We started looking for another company of high quality and ended up signing with Endurance. It was an easy process. The rep we talked to said that he worked in the main office for the warranty company and we talked about the options, the condition of the car, and our reason for getting it.

    We got a pretty all-encompassing warranty and it's bumper-to-bumper. We paid a small fee, then we're going to pay a monthly fee. The price is fair and the policy goes into effect after 30 days and 1,000 miles. We were satisfied with Endurance. The guy was nice and the warranty is what he said. Everything came through. All in all, the warranty was not a bargain, but it was good.

    I saw advertisements, and then I called Endurance. We were about to purchase a car and it was 10 years old, and so getting an extended warranty was the best thing to do in case we had problems with it.

    During the sign-up process, the rep gave me the facts. I knew what I wanted, and he explained the way the process works.     Don't waste your money on this company. I called and spoke with a rep over a year ago and was sold a bill of goods which would sounded good but ultimately was worthless. My kids needed a car and I had one but it was older. I was concerned due to it's age and called Endurance they informed me they would take care of the vehicle if the were issues and after speaking to the wife I agreed to the monthly payment. All appeared to go well each month the car kept working and they took my money. Then disaster the transmission threw a code and stopped working. Me being the fool I was to towed the vehicle to a shop which Endurance listed. Had the vehicle looked at and when the repairs were sent to Endurance they denied the claim.

    Understand I don't need a new transmission, I need several items replaced which are separate but total $2000 and it caused the code to drop. After several calls back and forth the refuse to pay to make the repair. Save your money. If you are worried take the money you would pay them and put it in the bank for the repair if you can. Otherwise you will pay and receive nothing in return. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Don't waste your money

    Worst policy ever bought. I was told when I bought the policy that the actuators for the heating system were covered. Now that one of the actuators went out, they tell me that they are not covered. I should have read the fine print when I bought this policy, not trusting what this ** told me to get me to buy the policy.

    I had Endurance in and thought that was going to be a wise decision since I own a 2015 Chevy Equinox AWD. Really, the ad has no issues except for the normal replacement parts and maintenance but, I knew it would be just a matter of time before something was going to break down. After right around a year of having Endurance, my car started making some weird crunching noises and whining noises from the front of my car. I called my mechanic and he said that a middle piece in between the muffler needed repaired. After he quoted me a price, Endurance didn't go ave that repair as being covered nor would my mechanic accept that insurance. Too many pop problems and they don't want to pay the price of the parts and service. So, I paid out of pocket.

    A few months later, my transfer case was going bad. 5 different mechanics in my area would not accept Endurance for the same reason as the other mechanics. After I called Endurance, I was ready to cancel my insurance and demand a reimbursement for the payments that I had previously paid. They said that I hadn't contacted the repair shops on their list. That's not what they advertise nor tell you when you sign up. So, I took my car to one of their mechanics and they had my car for over a week because they needed to send an adjuster to investigate the repair work. Asked for invoices that had nothing to do with the transmission. The invoice they demanded to see was an invoice from the windshield wiper recall that was fixed and somewhere included the word transmit.

    Then, after all of that, they themselves would not cover the cost of a new part (transfer case). At first, the repair shop they sent me to quoted me a $3000. + repair. Then when all was said and done. The shop called to inform me that a person from Endurance went around to find me a used part to put on my car with no warranty whatsoever. So, what they all tell you and what they advertise, it's a whole new ballgame. Damn, isn't there anyone that will tell you the truth these days. So Fed Up!!!!

    My vehicle is a 2018, so all my warranty is gone. I asked my mechanic him which company he works with, he said the one that gives him the least amount of trouble when it comes to getting things fixed and using quality parts was Endurance. I called for a quote, I liked what I heard, and signed up.

    The person I worked with was very personable. She gave me the information, but also was personable. She was giving me the facts, but at the same time, she was asking questions, saying, " Okay. You have to wait 30 days, 1,000 miles."

    She did mention car rentals. She's like, "Because, obviously, if your car is in the shop, you need to get from point A to point B." She mentioned roadside assistance as well. She explained how it works. And then I had a few questions of my own, and she was able to answer those as well.

    I just procured a Chevy Trailblazer and it has some problems. Endurance says it covers these things, and they gave me a list of stuff they would cover. I went on and took out for the 30 days, and now I'm having second thoughts on that.

    I have some problems with the truck now so I need to get it fixed. Just wondering if Endurance will cover what they say they would cover. The drivetrain, I don't have problems with it, but it's a four-wheel drive. And if something happened to it, I wouldn't have the money for the parts or the labor. It got electrical problems right now.

    I didn't get any kind of information from Endurance ever since I paid my money, if something happened, how to contact them. I didn't like that at all. And I'm really considering just letting it go, but I don't want to let it go, because if something happens with the vehicle, I don't have the money to take care of it.

    I have been a customer for two years with Endurance Warranty, with no claims. When I filed my first claim in TWO years, when my transmission went, Endurance denied my claim. Due to a clause, I knew nothing of. Which was they don’t cover the repair if it’s due to wear and tear. Then they had the repair shop tear it down to find the problem and since it was denied, I had to pay for the teardown. And they were the ones who ordered a teardown. Endurance left me with a $8000.00 dollar bill. The frustration and disappointment is overwhelming but that’s how they get you. READ THE CONTRACT, please and ask questions. Horrible company policy.

    I have made my monthly payments on time for them to claim that they can’t fix my car due to a faulty oil change. They have been giving me the run around between two auto places where both of my claims has been denied.     The rep from Endurance answered all my questions. I'd called to get some pricing and I was going to call a couple of companies that I'd seen on TV. But I liked what he said and how he represented the company. He was outstanding. He should be the teacher for all the other reps. I liked how he presented himself. I liked the professionalism he gave me and the fact that he was answering more questions than I had. It was a very pleasant endeavor. And it solved the problem.

    I was offered the premium plan, which is what I was looking for. I wanted the premium one because I was worried about my grandson driving. And we talked about him going back to Michigan. The place is near Canada so they can go across. And they said we’re covered in Canada.

    They emailed me the contract and I had to sign it and sent it back to them. I wanted to get a hard copy too. If Endurance would treat people the same way he treated me, they'll be a client real soon.

    My Honda has 70,000 miles on it. It's in great shape and everything's hunky-dory, but I do all the routine maintenance. I've seen TV ads of two different companies and Endurance sounded a little more professional. I called and had a short conversation with someone, then about two weeks later, I got another mailing. My quote got reduced by a large amount, by a third at least, and it reduced my initial payment by some. I called back and talked to an agent. He was terrific and as cordial as possible. We took quite a while on the phone and I also ran out to the garage to update the mileage. He was as patient as could be and I knew exactly what was going on. I've had experience with extended warranties from manufacturers, but I've never had any with this type of service guarantee from Endurance.

    The representative I dealt with from Endurance was very nice and friendly. He answered a lot of my questions and gave me a lot of information about what the program was about. He went page by page through the coverage, and we were on the phone for a while. I signed up in the beginning of August, and he told me the coverage was gonna be effective August 31st. I would have to pay $134 a month and I was comfortable with it.

    However, my husband previously had a Cadillac enrolled in the program. We only had the vehicle for two days before it was totaled in an accident. When he called to cancel the coverage, the representative was apologetic about the car being wrecked and was glad that no one got hurt.. But my husband became upset because he felt the guy was very demanding when he wanted to cancel the program. He was sick at the time and the guy just wouldn't stop. He was really pushy.

    I didn’t have a warranty on my vehicle, so I needed to do something. And so, I went on the web, and Endurance contacted me immediately. And it was first-come, first-served. The only thing was that when I signed up, I thought I was doing a one-time payment, and I could set it up on my payment platform. But they will be doing an automatic withdrawal out of my account, and I didn’t want them to do that. So, I would need to call their customer service and let them know.

    Total scam. They purposely failed to sell me a policy that actually covers the necessary work. So after nearly a year of payments, I applied for a repair and was told I selected the wrong policy and didn’t have enough coverage to cover the repairs. Bear in mind, I specifically asked if I would have everything covered and was told yes. But when it came time to get a repair, I was told I selected the wrong plan. I wasn’t even aware there were multiple plans at the time of purchase. I gave them over $1800 and still had to pay out of my pocket for a $2500 repair.

    They are a scam company. They stole my money and I closed my account with them. I would have come out better putting the $225 a month I was paying in a bank account because I still had to pay for the repairs myself. They will mislead you, take your money, fail to repair your car and you have no recourse. No one will help you. Don’t get scammed. They will NOT repair your car.

    This is the worse company I have done business with. Bad customer care and disrespectful staff. I called for a claim status and a rental for me car which is at the shop. Ms. ** was very unprofessional and very rude with her response. I don't know why she did not want to listened to me. She finally dropped the call and never called back. I will advise everyone not to do business with Endurance warranty because, they will lie to get you in and unleash their unprofessional staff on you if you claim. A word to the wise ...!

    Do not and I mean do not mess with these rude liars!!! The commercials say they cover parts but in reality they give each customer a limit. So they order parts from the junkyard so they don’t have to spend!!!! My transmission went out and they ordered part from junkyard and when my mechanic installed the transmission it did not work! Unfortunately the claims people don’t even deal with the policy holders only the mechanic Smdh!!!! So you don’t get any information!!! Crazy part is I left a google review and they told me to reach out to them via email to make things right, enduranceeffects.com something to that sort and I did email and they did not respond!!!! This company is a fraud and she be reported to the BBB for lying. You can only pray that they come through with the cheap parts and risk it working! But they are not it. I wish I could give a negative 5 star! The ** worse.

    Terrible extended warranty. Try to deny every claim, and when a claim is finally approved they will not allow the mechanic to use good reliable parts. Save your money and a lot of headaches and find a different company.

    I have this insurance on both my cars and my claims always get denied. The insurance was not cheep I would hope that they would be a bit more understanding before denying all claims.     HORRIBLE SERVICE! It's just a money making scheme. DO NOT PURCHASE a warranty from them. I've had personal experience with them, they decided all 3 claims. If you don't have cover you butt paperwork they will take any opportunity to deny your services. I have a 2014 GMC Yukon with perfect service. It has 200,000 miles on it and it's in cherry condition. The 1st 3 claims were denied including a transmission which they said I was at fault for non-service even though I provided them with the detailed records. They're in control, get pre-approval before you do any work or even better...self insure, Save you money and pay yourself, they will not cover what they say they will.

    I had to use my Endurance extended warranty product for a massive oil leak problem that developed with my 2018 Santa Fe. They insisted they DON'T cover oil changes, even though the shop needed to "spoil the oil" I had just paid to change with a dye. I paid for 3 synthetic oil changes before the problem was discovered, a bad oil sensor. Endurance left me paying for $1700 on a $2300 repair! They said the defective part wasn't covered due to WORKMANSHIP! From the manufacturer. I thought my liability would be my deductible; boy was I wrong. I then developed a radiator leak from the leaking oil destroying the "harness" and connections to the engine.

    Needed a new radiator from the dealership along with a total assessment of the damages from the oil problem. You guessed IT!, Endurance doesn't cover a new radiator, just a rebuild which the dealership would NOT install. That was another couple grand worth of repairs that Endurance only covered $800 of. I cancelled the policy after this total BS experience!!! If you want headaches added to your car disaster, buy an Endurance policy. I'm just banking the balance of the money I saved by cancelling their policy, I'll fix any new problems myself!!!

    I had Endurance warranty till today when I canceled it. I purchase endurance in April, got the elite package. Before I purchase I explain the vehicle I was purchasing had 22" rims and agent said no problem this is the best package, which I like because the vehicle I had before with them was a wrangler with lift kit and wheels never had problems but like that they take care of the customers.

    The reason why I do not recommend them was they did not honor there side, I have my jeep at the dealership because my electric power steering went bad and they declined it because of my wheels. I call and they transferred me to Patrick ** the manager that had no power. He kept putting me hold to ask if he could anything and then to tell it's my problem sorry the agent didn't do his job. DO NOT TRUST THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR PART.... STAY AWAY.... THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE. I'M A FIRM BELIEVER OF EXTENDED WARRANTY. THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY. TWO THUMBS DOWN.

    My experience within third's warranty company has been very rewarding and that they have extremely isn.     I would not recommend this company to anyone. I filed a claim and never received a response by phone or email. I called multiple times, waited over 20 minutes each time, only to be told “someone will call you back”—yet no one ever did. Their customer service is extremely poor, and their policies feel misleading. Even my mechanic told me this is one of the worst warranty companies to deal with.     If I could give you zero stars I would. When you called for a claim they lie and say it is not able to make a payment, because it was not under the warranty.     The reviews from Endurance are what really got my attention. They seemed to have a more positive aura about it. I went by what people were talking about as far as their experiences with the other companies and there were not as many negatives with Endurance. Based on that, I would recommend Endurance. They have the best track record with actually taking care of people.

    The plan is for four years and 45,000 miles. Everything is covered from bumper-to-bumper. That was a big benefit for me, especially for covering the electronic control module that can go up to $1,500. They have someone put the parts in, but they always charge you a lot of money to do it when you go to the dealer.

    Bought the Endurance extended warranty for my vehicle because it was advertised “peace of mind” and “worrry free”. It’s far from that. My vehicle needs an engine and they are not going to pay for it all. I still have to pay about $5000. The reason because my vehicle was not worth the amount to fix it. I purchased the platinum warranty. I was told this warranty covers bumper to bumper. I was not told they don’t cover more than my car’s worth. They requested a complete teardown of the engine, even after the dealership mechanic and one of Endurance inspector said it needed an engine. This completely raised the labor bill. They just want to try and find a reason to not fix or pay for it completely. They couldn’t with my vehicle, just told me it not worth for them to pay to fix. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend this company, all lies and deception.

    This company is so crooked and dishonest. They are more than happy to take your money and offer a warranty, but when it comes time to pay for a repair they search through all of their fine print and make inaccurate interpretations of their own contract to avoid paying. We are now left paying for the rental car they were supposed to cover. We are stuck paying $8000 for a transmission, they should cover. We were without our vehicle for 3 weeks already and now have another week to have the repair done. They took their sweet time to investigate.

    The dealership that is repairing that truck is astonished with the excuses and the denial of covering this claim. I will speak out to help others to not go through this. Please don't buy a warranty from this company, they are dishonest and will not hesitate to screw you over. If there were zero stars, I would have done that.

    Hands down this company is the most comprehensive and affordable that I have found. The claims process is smooth. Deductibles are reasonable and customer service is top notch. If you're looking I would suggest you stop and go with Endurance.

    They are big on sales but little on support. I have had major claims denied even though they are covered in policy. Contract has hidden loop holes that even contract attorneys cant recognize. Don't throw your money away..it sounds to good to be true rule applies here.

    My husband was not happy with his previous warranty. I suggested Endurance to him, so he signed up for it. He’s very comfortable with them. But it’s only been a couple of months and he hasn’t had to use them yet.

    He said the people were nice. The program and the offerings were a lot better than his previous warranty. He convinced me to sign up as well, so I did. It was very easy to sign up with Endurance. Sometimes, there was a little language barrier but not too much.

    One thing I had a question about is the $29 I paid in addition to my $128 monthly fee. When I was signing up, the representative said this was a one-time fee for glass or other coverage that wasn’t in the regular coverage. But when I read part of the contract, the $29 was an additional monthly fee.

    Signing up was fine, and it was very easy. Everybody answered my questions. I know I could take it to whoever I want, but if Endurance have somebody they prefer, I would do that. I had a gold plan where it covered everything, and that’s what I wanted.

    I just got Endurance and haven’t really put a claim in yet. I kept seeing the TV ads and did a little research, it turns out y’all are one of the ones that are the best as far as customer service. The signup process was really easy. I answered the questions they needed answered, and as things go, I thought it was rather easy myself. The pricing was very good. It had a lot of perks. They gave me a lot of stuff. I got like a 30-day and a 1,000-mile before I can start making any claims. I was a GM technician, so there’s some things I’m just gonna do myself.

    The representative was a 10 out of 10. I signed up after he told me the benefits. I like the amount of time that the policy covers and all the coverages that came with it. The price was also decent for the year, make, and model of my vehicle. My car is older than a decade, so I just knew eventually things will happen with it and I would need some form of coverage.

    I was told the program activates 30 days after enrollment, but the company gave me extension on my first payment because I didn't have it. The reps will work with you as far as the pricing is concerned. I thought that was really nice.
