The times I have needed to ask a question and even when I called to cancel my coverage on a car we no longer own, the service was excellent. Very nice people to speak with and listen to any concerns. Great experience.

Already noted in previous correspondence. I requested a refund that was denied 3 times when a Supervisor called me to say she was issuing a refund because of the circumstances. I don't have another vehicle to transfer coverage to that would be worth it. A 20023 Ford Explorer with 200,000 miles on it and a similar 1997 Cadillac with similar mileage are not even worth $800 together. If anything would go wrong, I would Junk them, not cover them.

The CSR was very patient and extremely friendly! We resolved the issue and I'll be calling back today to see where I can take my car. Couldn't get the mileage for her off the car due to something electrical. She was so patient and waiting. But couldn't get the odometer work so I could see the mileage. She assured me everything will be just fine if I called back with the mileage! What a great team you have!

I have recommended to many of my friend. I don’t know why they haven’t got it yet. Believe me this is one of the best thing I have ever purchased. Car repairs are really high. When you have someone in your corner that would back up over half your cars it’s a no-brainer.

I tried everything to get fob working. Auto Shield called a tow truck and in the meantime I called Cadillac service and figured it out. It started to work and I called CarShield to cancel the tow to the Cadillac dealer.

CarShield gave us good experience. I spoke to a representative and I let her know that the Better Business Bureau had some negative views about the company. They are friendly and knowledgeable, I have had nothing but a positive experience with any of the customer support staff. I can tell that they are well trained and are easy to talk to, I have had very few be as friendly, they are respectful and I have not had one of them give me the impression that I was interrupting their day. In my interactions they have shown that they want me to keep the product. I would highly recommend your company on your customer service representatives alone.

I asked for a copy of something reflecting that the account was paid for 1 year since the papers I had only showed that I am paying $79.00 monthly, which is not the case. The person that I spoke to had to get a manager to be able to process my request, and seemed very reluctant to do so.

The person that took care of me was very knowledgeable, patient and interested in helping me the best he can. Everything went smoothly and I understood why the payment was not processed. I have a brand new debit card so I Registered and cancel the previous one. The payment went through easily and everything came back to normal. Optional my experience with Car shield have been excellent.

Was a member for two years - plus; wasn't helped not even $1 on my work order on my vehicle covered. Paid a monthly charge towards my vehicle; PAID on time, no help towards my work order. SUCKS ---- SUCKs. No your coverage gets a F rating. ZERO rating.

I received a email saying my card is going to expire. And I didn't realize it was about to. So I called and the representative had a very upbeat positive attitude. She answered all my questions and before she ended the call she asked me one time if I had any more questions. You should hire more like her.

Needed to update credit card information to 2013 Chrysler 300S and Angel from Customer Service was very helpful in updating the Credit Card information and prevented the cancellation of my coverage and savings on any costly repairs to my vehicle. The $89.00 payment has been paid for on my Chrysler. Thank you Angel.

Well... I use the CarShield mobile app. when paying my bill each month. I changed my date to the 15th of each month. The app. tells me the 15th But when I looked on the MEPCO website, it was showing my bill was due on the 5th. I spoke to a CarShield rep. and she told me to continue to use the app. The rep. didn't know why it was different but she was glad that I brought this to her attention. Can you please double check with MEPCO and get this cleared up? Thank you. All in all... Great coverage and awesome customer service. Keep up the good work guys.

When I signed up for Carshield I apparently did not understand that there are levels to this service and since my car is 7 years old I cannot get the "good package" gold, silver, etc. I have had 2 issues with my car and Carshield has not covered either, however if my car engine blows up I'm covered.

We had an appointment with our dealer for our lube oil and filter as well as normal servicing. When my wife drove into the service bay the attendant heard a loud squeal from under the hood. It was determined that a bearing needed to be replaced. The dealer called you and received the okay right away. This is the type of service that was always done in the 1950s and 1960s. You have proven that all companies are not out to get the client, but to stand behind your words and take care of the client. Thank you for being there when we needed you. All was handled well and I had no problem talking to the salesperson. I was given good advice. The rep was knowledgeable. Gave me discounts that fit my budget. This the first time that I ever gotten an extended warranty from an on-line company. I was real impressed with the help I received.

I have a 2012 BMW 335is. Have had the car for nine years with no issues. I joined Car Shield due to a recommendation from my mom. She has them and speaks very highly of them. I joined in Feb 2021. Had an issue with my vehicle in April. Had the car towed to the dealer. They contacted and received approval for the repairs from Car Shield. This was a great experience. I wasn't stressed out having to deal with any back and forth. BMW dealer and Car Shield were on contact with each other. I had very little worries. The repair was completed with no issues. The tow truck was scheduled by Car Shield as well.
The tow company was very informative about arrival time and was very prompt. Great customer service all around. This entire process was seamless and stress free. I did not utilize the rental car, I got a loaner vehicle from the dealer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Car Shield. If you do not have a manufacturer warranty, I encourage you to get Car Shield. They are NOT a scam and stand behind what they offer. I will always have a vehicle warranty with them. I was not offered anything in return for my review. It is based on my own great experience with Car Shield.

Why isn't the Air Conditioner system not covered? If the Air Conditioner is not working on the automobile and the cost for repair is if $850.00., I think this is a major failure and should be covered. Mine was declined after the dealership performed a diagnostic and the repair bill reflects a complete hose replacement in order to get the air conditioner to cool the car and to stop smoke/steam from coming out from under the hood. The temperature gauge never went off "cool" so I know it was not the radiator causing the smoke/steam from emitting from under the hood.

Having signed up because of advertised no hassle claims, I found out differently. Having taken my vehicle to reputable Chevy dealer, to my dismay, I found out that their labor schedule was different, costing me an additional $351. This was not as advertised performance. Had I known, I would have take it to a dealer that utilizes the same schedule. This was also after your adjuster approved the repair. I was also informed that dealers do not like working with Car Shield due to the long claim process. Their dislike of Car Shield severely limits my dealer repair options. I have used the Chevy dealer many times in the past and trust them.

!Sneered quickly. Accepted refund promptly. Seemed like a good value for the car. Did not end up buying the car but wanted to know how much it would be to warranty it. Other problems with car stopped me. This was a luxury car and I thought it would cost much more to protect it.

I was sceptical when originally signing up but Carshield has already come through for me twice. Their monthly fee is a small price to pay for saving their clients from unexpected and costly repairs. Be sure to read your contract thoroughly as there are some types of repairs that are not covered by the extended warranty.

I have had Carshield for several years and have only ever had one other occasion to use them for a cv joint. Had zero problems at all. Now my car is in the repair shop, which the carshield rep found for me, to have the other cv joint, blower motor and actuator/blend door for air conditioning repaired. Not only have the representatives been so very kind and knowledgeable but they are also lining me up with a rental car while my car is being repaired. I am the primary caretaker of my dad who has dementia and heart issues and to be without a car is very scary for me. Everyone at carshield has been understanding and caring of the situation. I highly recommend

They said cover engine but they never cover engine. If you have cover CarShield you will know when engine is not working. They you 100 Questions. Them in deleting or not cover is happening to me. Good luck everybody

The problem I have is the fuel tank filler neck, which was not covered by you! But as I see it without this part you cannot get gas into the fuel tank. I believe this is an overlooked part. My opinion!

I had this for 6 months and I could not find a mechanic that would take Car shield, every mechanic I went to said car shield doesn't pay and they are the worst for approvals for fixing your car!! Finally I traded my truck in and got a brand new vehicle. I canceled the warranty 2 weeks after I paid and no refund. I am so glad I'm away from them. I live in Orlando Fl and I promise every mechanic I went to said no to them and told me to go get another warranty because car shield does not pay!! Now imagine believer I went to Pep boys, Tuffy, Aamco, and plenty of others that refused them. Stay away.

When I discovered my car had a flat tire as I was heading to work, I called CarShield with my first "claim" as a member. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and caring, and she acted quickly and efficiently. A towing service was sent, and my car was taken to a local repair company. I could not have asked for better service, and I would enthusiastically recommend CarShield to anyone! Based on this experience, I have great confidence that my needs will be met if I have a future incident.

Phone call with Brandt, he was excellent, and went over and above, finding an auto repair shop near my home after I was unable to find one myself. My first experience was that this company is the worst that company that I have ever dealt with.... Before I signed up.. The gentlemen had gone down the list of things that were covered, axle, transimission etc.. He also include brakes and routers..so it sounded good... So I had to bring in my car and found out I had to get brakes.. According to this gentlemen I had talked to before I signed up said that they were covered.. So I had told them (my mechanic) that I was told that and then they did them.... Unaware that they were not or I never would have them done.. (It was false information I was given and now I have to pay out of my pocket 500.00 dollars)..
I'm not sure if you really read this but I'm on a fixed income due to work related injury and I find this not fair to me..I have talked to so many people in this company and have been told 8 different answers.. I do belive I was lied to and false information was told to me.. I had talk to two people there and they told me that I could probably get help with 500.00.. I talked to someone in claims,. a gentlemen,.. and he really has to work on his nice moods.. Very rude.. Got frustrated that I would even ask a that question, but the women sent me over to claims because she thought they could help me with this situation..
I would never recommend this company to anyone... The only reason why I signed up was because my friends that have this told me it was a great company,... Now I see you're not going to at least help with the brakes even when I was told they were covered.. or I would had never had them done... You have my email **. I am awaiting your response on this.. I bought a F250 from Chevy dealer in pristine condition with 144926 miles when I called Carshield for a warranty. It runs so good but the Gold contract gave me great peace of mind in the event of mechanical breakdown. Awesome, that you can buy the truck you can afford and still get a warranty. I am telling everybody about you guys. I hope I don’t need it but it's a gift from God if I do. Thank you Carshield!

My husband's vehicle went down at his job and had to be towed to the dealership. Unfortunately, our insurance didn't pay for the car rental because it was a repair of my husband's vehicle and not an accident. Therefore we had to pay out of pocket for everything.

Although I personally have yet to file a claim, I am hesitant to continue my coverage based on reports of your company denying claims on small technicalities. Example, a woman in Phoenix was recently denied coverage for her transmission repair because of a small fluid hose that most people don't even know about, failed. It was only because a local news reporter called your company that this person got her monies back to pay for this repair. I was recently told that a power steering pump repair I had done wouldn't qualify for reimbursement because it was caused by a seal leak. So technically, any repair submitted, can be denied because of the smallest reason, such as a bad seal or hose. Perhaps consumers like myself should look to other companies that are better rated.

Every step of my experience with Carsheild has been horrible! If I could sue them I would. I have been paying on my policy for over 2 years. When I needed to use it, they did not pay the auto garage. I had to borrow the money and pay out of pocket. Every time I called they said the repair had been approved and the money was there. I wanted the money sent to me since I paid out-of-pocket. That was months ago and I'm still waiting for the check. I also sold that car and want to cancel the policy. Every time I say that, I am put on an endless loop of hold and NO ONE answers the phone! Even when the issue in question was supposed to be cover, they denied to do so! The dealer (Bomnin Volvo) didn't charge CarShield for the repair of the air conditioning that had a leak that took them an enormous amount of hours of labor to determine the origin of the leak. But when trying to fix an electronic issue with the key switch that was supposed to be covered they denied it!!!

I've been with you guys for over a year now, I miss two payments after being consistently on time with every payment! We fall into a pandemic which causes the entire world to fall into financial problems and they cancel my coverage. I call them to see if I could make the double payment and bring myself up to date. They tell me no because my policy was already canceled and that now because of the new mileage I gained I would now only qualify for the platinum package instead of the diamond package I had the entire time. But the thing is I gained my new mileage while covered under the diamond package and never once made any claims!
My car is still running perfectly fine. I just wanted the coverage back that I had since I've been paying it so long! But I forget in business the only loyalty is to the dollar! I understand it's not personal it's just business! But I take the business I do personally! Majority of businesses really undervalue the power of great customer service. But if the goal is to just gain the customers money then I guess the customer service is great!

Had a transmission issue and they agreed to replace it. When finding out why they did not cover another part it was fully explained though a mistake was made when told how long we had rental reimbursement. Contract number #** was not paid for services performed. Contract specifically states alternator, defective tires and car rental are covered. I paid service center $1314.37 and will now enter into arbitration and cancel my contract. The agent the service spoke to was completely unaware of costs for this type of car repair. The entire process is not fast, but worth the wait. The company must conduct their due diligence prior to the repairs proceeding, and that takes time, However, so does obtaining parts in an interrupted supply chain. Therefore, patience awards those that want the work done under warranty!

Had good conversation with customer service and felt comfortable about purchasing your services. Have not used your services yet, so can not really comment on the value of what you offer. If my vehicle has a problem in the future, I will be able to make a judgement on your actions and performance towards fixing my vehicle.

So far so good. Some things I wish were covered isn't. I know when I call the company I know what to expect. The employees are friendly and nice and handle the problem in a professional manner. When I get to the dealership I just hand them my coverage. They pull up on computer how much is covered.

I don't typically recommend products to others. I figure it is their responsibility to figure out what they need. In addition, I have not had a claim (maybe never will) so I have not really tested the coverage. Therefore, I am not sure how I can describe my experience. Mostly, I can say everyone seemed professional and explained the product well and were cordial.

Car taken to shop for diagnosis. Awaiting to hear from the shop and CarShield. Hoping to get a rental in order to make to work tomorrow. Due to holiday the shop is behind in making a diagnosis. I hope that CarShield will make an exception for a rental.

Cant be happier. When we needed Carshield, they delivered. There were a few occasions when I needed to get a hold of Carshield.
