I called on Sat July 17. I just wanted information on plan coverage and costs. The representative who I spoke to was using very high pressure selling tactics. Several times I tried to end the call with no success. I decided to accept the plan so that the call could be ended.

I wish that my service plan covered more items so that I wouldn't have to come out of pocket so much. It was a bit of a hassle between the body shop and Car Shield. I think that if a part has other parts inside of it those should also be cover by carshield.

Very pleasant conversation with the gentleman that took my call. He was very helpful and very polite. He put me at ease right away. He let me know that he was very knowledgeable about Car Shield and about my contract and the fact that I already had car shield as I never received my contract from car shield and I had forgotten that I already made a payment to this company.

Had a flat tire so they sent a tow truck to change it but due to our vehicle being without a jack towed it to the nearest Les Schwab and they ended up putting four new tires on in the morning because of it being destroyed. All steps of the process went excellent and made me thankful that we have our policies with Car Shield!!

I have been with you guys for a couple of years. I really enjoy the service you provide and I look forward bring it on my next vehicle with you. I hope you all have a wonderful year. I will be bringing on about three more vehicles. You guys have the best warranty I have ever seen. One is a 1986 Chevy pick up, in Great condition, very low milesm 65,000 original miles and the other one is a Volkswagen 2018 with 32,000 miles then I have a 2010 Corvette convertible with 1900 miles on it original.

The technicians did an excellent job. The representative for Car Shield was very professional and did a great keeping me the loop throughout the entire process. A shoot out to the adjuster who call several times to ensure I was taken care of.

Worst consumer experience I’ve ever had. I’m canceling my membership and demanding a full refund. No one in my circle of influence will ever into a contract with you. You ran me in circles and got us nowhere. An exasperated, retired customer service exec!

Issues with my RPM & brakes. My RPM went to 2 and 3 RPM and kept jerking when trying to shift to the next gear with no warnings. Dropped back to 1 RPM and jerked really bad. My brakes went straight to the floor with no warnings also. I was able to find a place to take my vehicles and now I am waiting on a rental car to get around.

I had an AC issue... Went straight to the Acura dealership.... They diagnose the issue and 2 days later Car shield wrapped it up.. Paid my 100 deductible. No questions asked. I had my car back! Fresh AC for these upcoming summer days!

The young lady did a very good job of going over everything as well as explaining things. I had a few questions, like the amount of time before the coverage starts and specific parts that are covered. She was very attentive to the questions as well as knowledgeable.

CarShield currently doesn't allow one account to have multiple vehicles. The MEPCO system will only allow a single email address that can only be used with one account. So if you have multiple vehicles, you need to have multiple email addresses, which is just ridiculous. A change needs to be made in either CarShield to allow multiple vehicles per account OR in MEPCO to allow one email address to be associated with multiple accounts. Getting my claim processed faster helping me get my car worked on and understanding my explanation in why the first shop was not granted the claim to work on the car. The whole conversation went well and a sense of peace was established.

I do not usually have issues with CarShield. This last go-round, however, I did encounter some issues (first being technical as they could not locate my account - which caused quite a bit of irritation on my end) and second being timing of inspection. Beyond the belated inspection which then resulted in the dealership having my car for two weeks, any time I did have to speak with a representative, they were very patient and kind. They explained why inspections would take longer - which eased some concern, but not much. All in all, CarShield has still been very great and usually (outside of my deductible) cover most of any costly repairs. I am pleased with the services provided.

I spent the better part of an hour trying to get my car towed only to find out my problem was not covered. The associates had no clue that older policies fall under the united car care umbrella so most of my time was spent listening to people tell me I didn't have an account.

I have had a very traumatic experience working with CarShield/Auto Shield! First of I was congratulated on being a Hero serving and working during the Covid and really appreciated. I got a discount for Heroes. Because of me working as a Health Care provider. And the sales pitch was extraordinary! I even placed 2 vehicles on the warranty. I must tell everyone that it took me a month to even begin to write this review because I am unmotivated and depressed because of the circumstances of life during the Covid period. So dealing 3 months with a nonsense rude company didn’t help my situation. Because my car is still in the shop for 3 months! I thought having a plan like this was to have my back when I needed them. But I was let down. Being a Nurse has been draining mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I was sold a Lemon of a warranty. I had no one to have my back when I needed help!
My car has been in a repair shop since May 15, 2021! I only had my car for one year prior to my car having mechanical issues. I purchased this warranty because I am still paying for this car. I recently got a divorce and I filed Chapter 13. So my vehicle was included in the plan. I can’t drive my car! I haven’t driven it for 3 months! The first few weeks of reporting the breakdown to the Warranty company was a disaster. The mechanic could not get in touch with a live person to even speak to anyone in the Claims department.
Then when I get in touch with the Customer Service I was given the runaround. I was placed on hold for more than an hour. The mechanic shop is a very humble gentleman from Honduras. He is an exceptional mechanic and a neighborhood trustworthy mechanic for families and younger adults who have difficulty paying their bill when he’s complete the job. The gentleman will let you make payments on very expensive work. The warranty company disrespected this gentleman because of his Native tongue. They made up a name in their notes. Jerry is not hard to say. I understand him very well. So that’s where it went wrong. The profound miscommunication between the Customer service and the long untimely unprofessional way of not returning calls or any feedback or follow up.
The second month I was still trying to have some faith In this company. Mind you my car is still sitting at this lot broke down. (I have had previous car warranties in the past, and it was never an issue to fix a mechanical breakdown!) Btw.. Ice T is being misrepresented in speaking for a low down company as Car Shield/ AutoShield)! So my car still broken and I finally speak to someone in the Claims department.. His tone toward me was very authoritative and rude. (I communicate with Doctors and Therapist for a living so I can articulate my idea to any live being.!) I was told to provide repair bills and a tow bill and oil change receipts! I asked if I could possibly be a case by case repair because of my recent divorce and and my filing Chapter 13! I informed these people that it is against the law for me to speak to my creditors.
The place I bought my car provide free oil changes. But I can’t talk to them. It’s against the law! And I surely was not going to involve my lawyer. Because I would have to pay him. If he calls me or write me a letter it’s a fee for his time! I tried telling Thea people that. I yelled telling these people that! Nobody listened to me. So the 2nd month 1/2 of my car being broke down with no one communicating with the mechanic because they had his name wrong! I complain to a manager and I asked for some results. She returned my call. Her voice was very pleasant and comforting. So her solution was to give me a discount. $20 off my monthly payment and I’ve never heard a word from her again! The “Reach out” baloney she blew up my behind.
The third month every one was on the same page. The being on hold for more than an hour. The customer rep reading off the items I need to provide. And another discount.. Because they really don’t want me not to go without coverage. So I was given another $10 discount because I have two cars under the warranty. So I never got any results. My car is not repaired because the mechanic need money to buy the part for the car. So basically I got no results from anyone. Just my car sitting in a shop for more than 45 days!
I had no motivation, no drive, no nothing to write this. Because I’m disgusted I got some motivation and typed this extremely long review! Today I did my research and bought a different car warranty. I pray that my car will be repaired in a timely fashion. And that I never will have to experience the disrespect and disregard of someone’s trust and robbing me of my hard earned money! This Hero got Zero from Car Shield! Cheers!

I recently went to Car Shield for the repair of my passenger rear window. I have not been able to use it for the last 5 months. I called in and take to a representative before taking it to the Valley BMW store in Fayetteville, NC. I was told that it was declined because my policy covered the motor, but not the regulator. Which in my opinion was stupid, because they are connected and one, does not work without the other. Moreover, I felt that I was not getting my money worth and there was no help for me.

I paid CarShield $135 a month for more than 3 years and NEVER had a claim so in all honesty I can not truly evaluate them. I will say that I did leave my policy with a repair facility and they lost it, it took me over 3 months to get another copy of the policy from Car Shield.

Although I was already under contract with CARSHIELD, I received a letter that stated I had not activated my vehicle service contract. The rep, Gayla, assured me that I was. She said these letters are sent out, but in my case, it was not necessary.

Received a letter stating that my account had not been activated. I have been with Carshield for almost two years now so did not understand the letter. Customer Service Rep was friendly and very helpful and clarified. The issue was resolved.

Good experience and good service is what I'm looking for! I have not had really good coverage experience on my previous Automobile. I hope Car Shield will be a better extended warranty Company than my previous. I just want to be a satisfied customer. That is my #1 priority. I had a brake problem that never got solved with my warranty. I ended up bringing my car to my local mechanic and changed the rotors and put new brake pads and solved my problem. The dealer had cut the rotors too much when they shouldn't have to start with. The car only had 16,000 miles on it when I purchased it.

I called to inquire if some service work was covered. The representative was very helpful and answered my question quickly. I was given the information I needed to provide the the dealership. They gave me my contract number and the phone number the service provider needed to call. I received a call from the dealership they called and was given approval to complete the work. They were able to order the part and are waiting to complete the work.

First off, I rarely complain. They would not cover a power train issue even though my expired manufacturer PT warranty would have. I was told it would when I bought it. $2000 in CS fees and I was denied!

My vehicle issue was unable to be resolved by the dealer but CarShield was very helpful. They answered all my questions. The dealer however was not very helpful and wanted to keep my vehicle for 2 weeks just to periodically check for the problem which I could not do at the time.

Had my vehicle at the shop on July 3rd for diagnosis but AAMCO auto shop stated that they don’t have any contact number with CarShield, I had to do all the calls to CarShield and the shop so they can send the diagnosis and this is Saturday July 10 2021 and still don’t have a claim number so I can take my vehicle back to the shop for repair.

It's easy to work with CarShield and while my car has low mileage (46k) I do not have an extended warranty. The proactive service and info received without a "hard sell" wound up with me getting a good price and all the information I was concerned about! Yes I was provided with a transmission but it was a defective transmission and now I have to see how I pay for the defective part that I should not have to pay for. No parts were required as the system was overfilled and. The tech evacuated the system. He added dye for a leak check, then added freon to the proper pressure. Now cools very well.... lt would have been covered less any co-pay had parts been required...

We clarified that in any case they would cover a blown engine among other things. Carshield denied our claim due to the cause being electrical components failure. First, they blamed it on the seal attached to the wiring harness claiming that it was an electrical component failure. Next, they blamed it on a glow plug. Last, they blamed it on lack of lubrication. Save your money!

When I spoke to a Car Shield Representative, I felt like I was harassed and threatened when trying to get a quote for a warranty plan for my car. When I explained to her that I had to call back later today, She was very pushy and rude. Every time I tried to explain why I couldn't purchase the warranty right now and ask questions, she interrupted me.

My wife and I purchased this for our car and when signing up for this was just informed of the monthly fees and what to expect if something happened. So, we did have an issue with our car and ended having to placed in Bob Steele and had to get a engine repair. We never was able to speak to an adjuster when we called we always got the information that someone will reach back out to us. We have multiple emails where we have attempted to contact in and no response. This was the worst experience I have had with a company. Because the company adjuster slow-walked the service and getting back with Bob Steele we had to wait over a month for our car to be fixed and the rental fees was out the roof.
We ended up paying over $2000 in rental fees and this company didn't cover but only $360 worth. Then not to mention they didn't cover all the fees that dealt with the car so I ended up coming out the pocket an additional $2000 and some change while you guys only paid $1900 and some change. This whole experience would of been that I shouldn't have even bought it this CarShield because I was ripped off cause it costed me more out of pocket because I also paid an additional $699 in monthly fees to you. So all in total I ended up coming out of pocket roughly $4,699.

Technician was on time and well knowledgeable at his job. Explain the work well and job was complete in timely manner. The service was excellent, I would recommend Safelite to my family and friends. Technician clean the area he work on.

It was difficult to find anyone who takes CarShield except like 20 or 30 miles away. Actually I think you really should give me credit since I couldn't use you after I was told Mercedes Benz dealership would honor it. That was a lie. Sorry just being honest. Thanks anyway.

This is literally the worst company I have ever been associated with in my life. I would really appreciate a call from the director CEO of the company. I'm getting ready to write a letter to them in the meantime. I am furious that I trusted this company to do the right thing the first time around. I am even more upset that I recommended family and friends and they would have to be subject to the unprofessionalism that was given to me. When I initially signed up with my first car I told them the low miles. Which everything is on a recorded line. What they did when they wrote my contract was put down 120,000 miles.
When I initially told them I only have 49,000 miles. They said I will have to give proper paperwork. In which I did my last goal change in the last time my car had work done at a mechanic shop. I have called being over 60 times in one month to get this situated. They don't notate the account correctly. They don't give you the call back they promised with the supervisor. I will speak to one person thinking everything is situated. They would give me a timeframe to call back. When I called back for the 10th time in one month. The next representative I spoke to has no clue of what I'm talking about.
I really hate that I pay over $200 a month and I get this lousy customer service. I wouldn't recommend it and I'm shopping around for new car warranty. Simple things should be made simple. But they make things so difficult because one person won't do the right thing in that department. I really wish someone would give me a call **. My name is Allison **. My email is **. I called this company for a quote on a used car I bought as well as other companies to see whose prices was better. Car Shield prices was off so I went elsewhere and I told them that. They obviously cannot take "I NO LONGER WANT THEIR SERVICES BECAUSE I FOUND A BETTER PRICE". The initial call was in June 2021. Here it's July 6th 2021 and on average I get 2 or 3 calls per day wanting my money. They cannot take no for an answer. I'm an attorney. I sent them a letter stating to stop calling but they don't stop. This is harassment so they can keep on calling and as soon as I file a judgment against them they will not like it with the amount of calls that they call per day. Since keeping tabs on how many calls they have made wanting my money is 62 calls. The certified letter I sent asking to stop calling was at 34. I'm keeping a tally as to how many more calls they want to make.

So far, my experience with CarShield has been only calling and setting my account and paying bills. I have yet had to use the service they provide (thank goodness). The associates who take my call are very friendly and helpful.

I recently sold my vehicle and cancelled policy number **. The contract states that upon cancellation I will get a prorated refund. I had approximately 84 percent of my policy time and mileage remaining, yet I only received a refund amounting to about 26 percent of what I paid. This is unfair and not right. I never filed a claim while I had the contract. If I could give a negative rating number, I would.

When I got a quote from Car Shield I made the payment and the representative told me it would be 500 miles or 30 days whenever came first. When I made my claim three days prior to the date of the 30 days but I did have the mileage over 700 miles within the month and they refused my claim. I did not claim the transmission until after the date. I was very fortunate to have another car. I just felt my truck wasn’t running right.
Also John was my adjuster and he was very unprofessional with the way he was talking to me and he also lied to me telling me that everything was going to get paid and now my claim has been denied. I think Car Shield is a total rip off. What do you guys advertise on TV is very untrue. That is sad that you have customer service people that say one thing and it’s another.
Also I never got my contracts sent to me so I never knew what the contract said to begin with. When I was talking to the representative after asking him why I was denied and told him I never had a contract he said, "Well let me send you one now." Well what do I need it now for? It was ready tonight. Very sad that you advertise falsely.

I was assisted changing my method of payment since my old credit card was replaced by the provider, the Car Shield rep was knowledgeable and provided a timely resolution by updating my payment information and actively assisted me in making my payment on the day it was due, I had concerns that my payment was interrupted due to the credit card account had changed.

Two shops recommended a new motor, American Auto Shield said they would not pay for a motor, l canceled my contract with CarShield and will recommend everyone l know not to purchase a warranty from CarShield. Will not pay for a contract that won’t honor their warranty, bad experience.

I didn't get to use the service as I decided to sell my car shortly after signing up - but they did give a full refund which I was not expecting - since I had signed up for nearly a full month (28 days out of 31). Outside of that the entire process of the purchase was great, everything was explained thoroughly. I would definitely purchase this again in the future.

My representative was very helpful to me. She was very understanding to helping me try to keep my car covered with CarShield and I appreciate all her help. I didn’t have to wait on the phone long to get to talk with someone and the conversation was strictly about helping me keep my car covered. These are some really good people to deal with so I advise everyone to get CarShield because we all need that security knowing if our vehicles break down we can certainly not worry about getting them fixed.

Transmission is not working in the Murano. Needs another transmission. I have been getting the runaround from the people answering the phones. Not good business. I am not satisfied with CarShield. When I first got the we policy I was actually satisfied and excited to know that my vehicle was cover if need be. Boy was wrong. The service so far has been so substandard that I'm at my wits' end. Please, please fix my car. I’m literally asking for rides to work and back because I cannot afford to pay upfront for a rental for over a month. Help!!!

I believe it was something that came out of the front of the transmission and it was put back in. And the insurance took care of it immediately, and I was able to drive it home. This is a good and honest insurance.

My experience with the towing service was above my expectation. It only took the driver less than 30 minutes to get to me. This was my first experience with Carshield for I really wasn't sure if I should continue my service with AAA but so far everything is good.

Great experience getting my timing chain fixed. Santiago was very helpful in helping me understand the process. I needed help when my car wouldn't start in my driveway. I called Car Shield. They came with a tow truck. The car was towed to the service station where it was found that all I needed was a new battery. That was taken care of at the service station.

I didn’t know what you advertised on Television is fake. You are deceiving the public with arranged advertisements. What is insurance? Is a provision which a wise man made against some future losses. So why is insurance or warranty companies liars. When premium are paid to you, you glorifies but when is time to indemnify, you play games and denies your responsibilities? Shame!
My car air conditioner went off and I took my car to Park place Mercedez, my car was there for 10 days before an adjuster was sent to check on the car. Two days later, I was asked to take the car to a facility that will accept their parts or else, I have to pay $1,851 out of pocket while they will pay $750. Your company made me to pay over $250 for diagnosing my car and pay $890 for the car rentals that was given to me. I’m ashamed of CarShield. Even when I finally got a facility that accepts CarShield’s parts, I was told they cover only one part and I have to pay $850 for other parts instead of my copay of $100. Shame! Shame!! Shame!!!

Gave 2 car repair referrals located near my home address. Explained someone would call me to follow up to let me know when the tow truck would arrive. Tow truck took my Volkswagen Beetle to Bulldog Power Repair Shop; received a telephone call from Scott to say their repair shop does not work on foreign vehicles such as my Volkswagen Beetle and that I will need to have towed to another car service that worked on Volkswagen Beetles 2001.

I took my car to the transmission shop 3 weeks ago and my car is still sitting there. Mind you I have a job and kids as well so I have to move around getting back and forward to work and other places which left me hopeless because I cannot afford a rental car Etc. Finally got a call today from the shop where my car is for them to tell me I have to give them the okay to break my transmission down because that is how Carshield works when it comes to repairing a car but if I do that (give the go-ahead) I am held responsible for the repairs which are 1000 if car shield is not willing to pay for the repairs.
That is just for the breakdown and other fees and that is not going towards fixing the car. Which they have seen them do numerous times to different people. Deny people repairs so that the customer will be left trying to find a way to pay for it all the while their car is stuck at the shop. I don't know who came up with these contracts but they did not think it through before they decided to go ahead and proceed with it. Nothing has been resolved yet. Still waiting and furious about making a decision.

How fast customer service worked with me to get my vehicle towed and a rental. Professional and efficient. On June 29th, which was my birthday. My 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck ran hot. My temperature gauge had came on and the alarm had started I was on my way back home, and I was in the middle of nowhere to stop and I was nervous that my engine had blown. I was able to make it to an open parking lot and I called the dealership and car shield. I was instructed by the dealership to have it towed to them and that is when CarShield did their thing.

I had to have my transmission replaced on my 2913 Chrysler Town & Country. I dealt with Santiago ** and he was very helpful during the entire process. He answered my calls, texted me and called back in a timely manner. He was courteous and professional which meant a lot because the transmission took a while to be delivered and he let me know what was going on and kept me informed. Customer Service Representative was courteous and professional and provided information concerning my contract. Under the Platinum program, the repair I need is authorized. Additionally, if the repair will require four or more hours I will be able to obtain a rental car.

Was easy. Got my car towed and the issue fixed in 2 days and saved 650.00. Loved it. Was recommended this service by Aunt and would recommend to friends. Was even told that I would have to come out of pocket by the dealership for more than deposit which turned out to not be true. They handled everything and helped a bunch.

Bait and switch. Sounds all good in the sales call. Salesperson didn't explain what he was asking and when we ended up with a claim it was denied because of the way the salesperson asked a question and how I answered it. My odometer was entered incorrectly on the contract. I had to jump through hoops to fix that issue. Then they promised callbacks about the denied claim, I would wait home all day, and no callback. I have paid for this service since October 2020 for nothing. Just canceled the contract. Steven was the most condescending Supervisor I've spoken with. Maybe he should listen to our call and see how he spoke to me!

I had put my F-150 Ford pickup in the shop and was told that I was not covered but she went a little deeper in the situation and found out that no one at East West Lincoln did not put a claim in but she told me to mail in my receipts and I will be reimbursed. Original Review: Natley and Jarris are very professional but I would like to know if it's possible that I could get a copy of my contract mailed to me showing what is covered on my 2018 F-150 XLT and what's not covered. Thanks in advance.

Just had a lot of concerns and the representative rest my worries through our Conversation. The representative was informative, helpful and very friendly. Really rested my nerves in these times when we all dealing with so much. I don't know what I would have done without Carshield services

Your advertisement is misleading. I have been paying for months. I had to use the services and you guys didn't even cover it like you say you would. I understand the deductible but partial pay didn't make any sense to me.

Was not happy with the company that fix my vehicle, the length of time it took for them to fix it, and after receiving my vehicle I still having the same problem. I like to get my money back or that they fix my vehicle right.

CarShield been helping me throughout the process with the dealership. They were threating to hold my car until they are paid and I called car shield and they made sure they sent the payment that day. Now dealership won't finish my repair. They have the part but won't put it in. Car shield called the dealership for me and made sure it will be completed on Monday. We will see. Thank you car shield.

My transmission repair was approved. However, the time taken for repair approval could have been shorter. Also, there was a small time differential between repair time and car rental duration. In some cases, a car rental duration, may need to exceed the 7 day max. There was a three day differential due to Car Shield's delay in delivering the transmission to the shop. This differential has been put in a claim and may be approved. Nevertheless, the total experience was a positive one. My wheels are rolling.

Wonderful Plans to cover EVERYTHING you need covered. You can choose what you want to cover on your vehicle and you can add multiple vehicles. Even get discounts for having multiple vehicles on Car Shield plans. I wouldn’t be without it. So why would you.

I am a CDL TRUCK DRIVER and I use my car to get back and forth to work. I took my car to the shop to get fixed as CarShield asked me to. My car is 10 years old and only has 82000 miles. There was an old life sticker in which I DO USE my car for. So now it’s taking way too long for me to get my car fixed and back.

They kept me informed about the process all the way. I never called them and did not receive an answer. It gives me peace of mind to have them. We had no idea that our transmission was going bad and it tore up just out of the blue. We are so grateful for this warranty.

All my questions was asked. The call was helpful and she was able change my payments date for me with no problem. They always take the money out on the day they say will which helps out a lot with my bank because I know when it going to be taking out the account which helps out a lot.

Transmission needed to be repaired. Carshield paid no problem all I had to pay with my deductible. I only wish there were more dealers and mechanic shop that I can go to with my warranty with Carshield. Otherwise I give a five star for service and customer service.

Car Shield is the most horrible company you could ever spend your money with. All shops do not recommend them, call for yourself and see. I brought a car that had nothing wrong with it for months, later my transmission had a little slip so I took it to the shop and called car shield. These guys took literally three months to even look at my claim. Then they say they will give you a rental but until your claim gets approved they will not pay for your Uber or anything that you have to pay for out-of-pocket until they decide to look at your claim. They will send an adjuster out to to look at the damage part. They even told my mechanic to open up the transmission and take a picture of the part. At that point they said they see the damage they’re going to fix it.
After two months I called and see what was taking so long. They literally pulled up a phone call I had in the first week within six month waiting period, and told me that was the reason why they denied my claim. The phone call had nothing to do with the claim or the car it had to do with the representative attitude towards a customer. She put in my account that I said something about my car that was pre-existing but when I asked them to listen to the phone call they said they didn’t have to. I contacted them multiple times to have another adjuster sent out. I told them too damage was under contract why would they not fix it and they’re using the phone call against me that never happen!
Every single shop has multiple cars that have car shield on the car just sitting up there because they take forever to look at their claims. The repairs cost me 4000 and the bad thing about it is if car shield wouldn’t have asked them to take apart the transmission I would never need it to pay that money to get my car fixed. Even the representative says most customers say no when it comes to breaking anything down to the point of failure. This is a scam. Do not waste your money with them. Call around to shops and ask about car shield before spending a dollar with this fraud company. They do not care about customers or what you are going through. I went through all of this at the beginning of coronavirus and they still didn’t care. I even caught coronavirus because I was forced to take public transportation because they were taking so long with my car. Please do research before getting with car shield. Do not waste your money.

I did not had to use CarShield to fix anything on my vehicle but it's just comforting to know that they are there when I need them without a doubt and I'm grateful to have them. As I said it's comforting to know that you have somebody's got your back in a time of need. The car very can be very expensive and I know you got somebody as CarShield in your corner in your corner.

I recommend Carshield to everyone I know. I have a 2019 that I can't afford to fix and pay the note on should it break down. With Carshield I don't have to worry about that. I have not had to use it but, should I need to I know it's there to save the day.

I already have a CarShield Contract, but was called yesterday by another car Warranty Co., the Automotive Services Center, who recommended that I look up the Better Business Bureau 's rating for Car Shield... It was a big F, yet I'm looking at 5 Star reviews and wondering Who am I supposed to believe? It was suggested by the representative of the other company that I should Immediately cancel my Car Shield contract, stop payments and sign a contract with them. I intended to do that, but now I'm not so sure. Being a impartial Consumer organization, I was hoping you may be of some help. Could you help clarify the my dilemma? Do I believe the BBB rating or the 5 Star Reviews? You may not be able to tell me what I should believe about this, but perhaps you can help enlighten me, why such a gap in the ratings? I have had CarShield for going on 3 years. I like the fact that is not a contract and you can end at any time without penalty. My monthly amount is inexpensive and my coverage has been great. I am very pleased with the service and I have recommended them to others.

The rep. was excellent. I have no complaints. I was ready to cancel my service, but she was able to work with me. My sick time ran out and my short time does not kick in for another two weeks. I would hate to lose my deposit so I'm very happy.

I've only had to use one time and there was no problem getting my car fixed. Customer personnel always to the point, only reason for leaving is I'm down to one vehicle which is fully covered and at this time I have no need for CarShield.

Not many repair shops will accept Carshield due to the fact that Carshield doesn't pay them in a timely manner and encourages them to put used or substandard parts on your vehicle... 3 separate shops told me this as they turned me away for repair service! Even with the Platinum coverage! I traded my vehicle in for a new one! Thanks Carshield!!!!

I was not comfortable attempting to cancel one contract and activate a new one and enquired about transferring service rather than canceling. The representative was patient and willing to answer my questions in a warm, professional manner. I was advised how to best achieve my goals and provided the assistance, support requested.

Rejected by Auto Nation, they refuse to deal with Car Shield!!?? This is the same response I received from O'Steen Volvo, I cancelled the contract because it don't make sense to have the warranty if the dealer, the manufacturer of the vehicle refuse to take it!!??
