We needed a warranty service for our car so we started looking and purchased AA. Comparing the rates to other providers, AA is cheaper and they have made the payments more affordable for me. The protection specialist that I talked to was good and explained to me how everything worked. I like AA Auto Protection and I'd recommend them.

Acquiring an auto warranty brings peace of mind if something happens, especially as I drive a lot. AA Auto was great and everybody was very professional. Dianne, the protection specialist, was excellent. She explained benefits, how to file claims, and answered my questions. Also, the first package that was sent to me got lost in the mail, or maybe my wife thought it was publicity junk mail and discarded it. I called back and a gentleman helped me out and would send me another one. Very nice experience!

My warranty expired on my vehicle so I got one from AA Auto Protection. It was late in my office when I called and they were the only ones responding. I liked the fact that they were open at that time. It was easy purchasing a protection plan from them. The protection specialist had thorough knowledge. So far, its been good.

Greg, the certified vehicle protection specialist was excellent. He was very, very patient with me because I had so many questions to ask him. He made me feel comfortable because a while back, someone had called me up about an auto protection plan, but I didn't think it was legit so I didn't go with them. I didn't get that feeling with him and he told me that no matter what, if something comes up, I won't have to hesitate about making a claim. He went step by step telling me what I had to do if I have to file a claim to start the program because at first I didn't have the $3,000 upfront, and that's what made me not get the plan. But then he said, "Wait, hold, hold. You don't have to pay the whole thing upfront. You can make payments." That was the minute he sold me so I jumped on it. I'm trying to talk my sister into getting the plan as well.

AA Auto Protection was recommended by the auto dealer and it was easy and simple to purchase the plan. I didn't have to run through a little rigorous investigation. The specialist I worked with was very informative and answered my questions. I haven't had a claim so I don't know much about how things will go if and when the time comes that I need the auto protection service but as far as the customer service and getting the policy are concerned, they were great. I'm very satisfied.

AA Auto Protection had the best rates to offer and they have various payment plans. I chose to have my payments debited directly from my bank account and I just have to deposit whenever my due date comes up. My experience with them had been excellent and their specialist thoroughly explained the details of the warranty. In case something happens, I have AA Auto Protection.

AA Auto have good reviews from consumers and when I purchased it, the protection specialist explained the coverage, benefits and how to file claims. They also assisted me to make affordable payments. When I called back to get my insurance, the man had already set up the complete files. He was very helpful, patient and explained it to me. It was an easy and simple experience with AA Auto.

I have a Volvo and it would be expensive if anything ever went wrong. I researched a few auto warranty companies and AA Auto seemed like they were one of the best ones out there that a consumer can purchase on their own without purchasing through a dealership. The vehicle protection specialist guy was awesome and very, very good. And getting my payments scheduled for my warranty was easy.

Our old vehicle was out of warranty so we got AA Auto Protection. Their price was reasonable although they claim that they're the lowest price guaranteed, but they're not. Payment is easy since they only take it through my credit card. But I didn't know it's auto payment until the second month. I thought I had to authorize the payment, but they took away the money from the credit card automatically after the down payment. Then a month later, I keep receiving their email offering me $250 or $450 off, and I was thinking that the person I purchased the warranty from may not apply that offer. So I called them and requote again.
They quoted me lower than what I paid for a month ago so I was confused. How could they quote me even lower than what I already have when my vehicle drove at least 800 more miles. I called them and asked if they match prices, and they said yes. I told them the truth about my experience, and they haven't gotten back with me. I feel that I didn't get the best deal since different agents or different sales, they offer quotes differently. I know other companies do the same, so there's no guarantee. I'm hoping they would call me back and if they don't, I will call again and see if they can do anything.

I know the importance of having insurance on your car. I would hate to come out-of-pocket for the major parts of the car if anything was to happen that's why I extended the insurance. So far, it's so good with AA Auto Protection. Their vehicle protection specialist was awesome and their process of signing up was easy. Their plan was also affordable.

I already have AA Auto Protection for my other car and I purchased another one from them for another that I bought recently. Signing up was easy and their specialist was helpful and certainly responsive. In all fairness, AA is fine but like any warranty it's sometimes difficult to understand what is and isn't excluded and the written documents are not user-friendly. It would be better if they can make it more user-friendly and more illustrative.

My experience with AA Auto Protection started off pretty good. I don't know what happened with my last payment. I work, my wife is on disability and does the payments. I don't know if it was late, but they got it and they terminated my contract which actually left me screwed because now, I just spent all this money and I don't have it anymore. My contract would have expired in 2019 or the 100,000 miles on top of the miles I already have, whichever came first. I had 80,000+ more miles to put on the car and it's 2015, 4 more years and I no longer have that coverage. So I was not really happy about that and am very dissatisfied with them.

I acquired an auto warranty when I purchased a used car. I thought it would be better to have a warranty than not. I chose AA Auto because of their price. The certified vehicle protection specialist explained the benefits and how to file claims but they seemed to gloss over it. Even though they were able to answer any question that I had throughout the process before I made the purchase, I did notice that as soon as the purchase was made, contact between me and the representative kind of simmered out pretty quickly. I just got a letter yesterday saying that they cancelled my service contract. After it all, I'm quite surprised. And this is after we paid a portion of the plan. I spent a long time discussing options and comparing this to other plans. I thought I'd found the one that worked. Now, after having paid and thinking that I was protected, I got this notice of rejection. It's disappointing.

Everything was good with me getting AA Auto Protection. The representatives were real nice and helped me find all of the discounts that they could find for me. When they set it up, I explained to the lady if they could set it up for about the 28th of the month because I’m a cancer patient and a lot of times when I had my second treatment, I’d be in the hospital and half of my money go for my treatment and the next check go for my bills. But it came out that it was on the 13th and they said they would send it where it would be a paper bill and asking “Pay it on the 28th.” I don’t like being late. That’s the only thing I wish I could get straight because I would grab a phone to take it out of my account every month. If they got it set for 13th, it won’t come out because my check won’t be made.

Very helpful when buying contract (sales representative - Jordan **) although there were a few points, never properly explains after many questions, promising a lot. When it came down to pay for parts covered and all proven by both technician and mechanic shop, they still refusing to pay for damages! Also while on the phone they keep transferring to other representatives over the phone trying to avoid clients!!! Not leaving any other choice but take further action in court.

I had just purchased a car so I acquired an auto warranty from AA Auto Protection. I needed a warranty to make sure I wasn't coming out of my pocket too much. I googled two companies and they were the only one who actually allowed payments. The other one, I had to pay all the money. The protection specialist made it more affordable. The day I called it was 50% off on the down payment. So I only ended up paying half of what the initial payment was supposed to be. I'm glad I'm protected and I'm glad they offered that service.

I bought a car and wanted to get the car a warranty. I chose AA based on the deals that they had at the time. The protection specialist told me that if I had any problems with the car, I could take it to any shop and the shop will call them. He didn't do much explaining to me. The payment was $200 originally, but he let me get it for a hundred dollars a month. It was a great experience as far as the deal of the game, and how the service is getting started with it.

They're good and very professional unlike another lady who called and pressured me like "Get it, get it, get it." I didn't like that kind of approach so I had to say no. I had bought a used car and I chose AA over a different auto warranty provider because they seem to be the best price for the best coverage. At first, they were competitive but not great. And then, I got a better price from somebody else and I went back to change the price or to cancel the policy and start with somebody else because they got a premium like $40 a month. So, that's what I went with. And when I called them to cancel it he said, "Well, I can price-match that. As a matter of fact, I'll price-match it and give you 10% off of it." So, that worked for me. I started making the payments. I made a $250 down payment or something. I'm happy with the experience. AA Auto Protection is reasonable.

The car's still in good condition so figured if anything happened, I can rely on a warranty, because I can take it to any shop anywhere in the country. AA Auto Protection is the one I've seen on the internet website with the best customer ratings and my grandmother referred me to it. My experience in purchasing the warranty was pretty good. I'm satisfied with the gentleman that spoke to me from AA Auto Protection. I just hope that everything he's telling me is legit. I'm satisfied because I did go through with it and I think I made two payments so far. If they stick to what they're saying the claim I have are bumper-to-bumper. And I'll still find that out because right now the car's only three years old but somehow something happened, where it's leaking out of reason. I'm gonna take it to the dealer. Maybe they will do it without me paying and I won't have to use my car with AA. I'm not sure.
But, the gentleman was very nice and he's tried to reassure me. But of course, when I look in the computer and look for, AA Protection is not covered under the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and I called him and asked him. And he explained it to me. Everybody's trying to get my business, so, everybody’s calling and bad mouthing each other. I'm just gonna go ahead and just keep it for a while and see what happens.

I had purchased a used vehicle and I decided not to go with the warranty they were offering from the used car dealer. I don't think it was good enough. So I decided to purchase from AA Auto Protection. The certified vehicle protection specialist was fine. He worked with me to make payments and helped me to make it affordable. I need a warranty for my car. I was looking through and AA Auto Protection was in the top 5 and so I went with them. The representative was great and very nice. I was told everything word for word, what everything means, and what covers what. It was easy for me to make a decision because the man that helped me was talking to me like my father. My wife bought our car with no warranty so I need extended warranty just in case something happen. One of the guys at the headquarters in Goose Creek told me about AA Auto Protection so we went with them. The vehicle protection specialist was pretty cool. I had a warranty on another car that I already own, and it came in handy and saved us a lot of money when we had an engine problem. So when I bought another car, I paid a lot of money, so I wanted to get a warranty on it besides the basic warranty that they give you when you're buying a used car. I had a different warranty company for my other car, but when I was shopping around thinking of different companies to try out, AA Auto's specialist was so good, helpful, informative and made me feel very comfortable, so I decided to make the purchase from them.
The protection specialist called me back a little while after I had done it on my computer. I was in another car so I said, "Okay, I don't have the VIN. Can I call you back?" So, he gave me the number to call back and his extension. I didn't call back for a couple of hours, but when I did he knew exactly who I was and went right into everything. He answered every question I had, seemed very knowledgeable of the products, and we got it done real quick. That was very professional of him and I liked that because it was excellent customer service. That was a fast, friendly and great experience.

I decided to look into getting an extended auto warranty because when I bought the car, I didn't have extra cash to get one and I wanted to see if I can get one for emergencies because we never know what could happen especially with older cars. Purchasing the auto protection plan from AA Auto Protect was very easy. The guy that I dealt with was very nice. He gave me an upfront discount and did everything that he was supposed to as far as I know and I'm happy with it.
The only thing I'm a little confused about is that they dropped or gave it from AA Auto Protect to Omnishore which according to the website has a less rating than the one that I was using. When the payment came out yesterday, it was under Omnishore and when it came out the first time when I made the initial payment, it was AA Auto Protect. I wasn't told anything about someone else has taken my warranty. I called the claims line on my card and they told me that Omnishore was the underwriter. If that's the case, what's the sense of saying our warranty is going to be with a certain company and then after we make the initial payment we find out it's another company that has bad reviews online? AA Auto Protect has good reviews.That's such a big switch and I'm not very happy about that. I want to be with AA Auto Protect, not with Omnishore because their ratings suck.

I had an auto warranty prior to getting one from AA Auto Protection but I didn't wanna go without a warranty. After doing my research and everything, I just felt AA Auto Protection was the best option. The certified vehicle protection specialist was pretty knowledgeable and good customer relations. They worked with me to make payments and make it affordable. Hope I don't have to use it. But if I have to use it then I'd know more. I'd recommend them at the moment. They're easy to deal with and knowledgeable.

I have a 2009 GMC Sierra that I bought about a year ago. It got totaled out. In the meantime, I had to have some work done on it and it paid real good. However my first warranty company only goes through dealerships and I said, "Well, I don't know." The dealership didn't sell that brand. They waived almost $1,000, so they were marking the price up at the dealership, I think. Then AA offered that 6-year 100,000-mile warranty on my truck, I said I couldn't pass up, so my trucks got 100,000 miles on it now, but he told me, "you got to drive it a thousand miles" and I think three months or something like that before it actually kicks in. Thats fine with me, I believe in these warranty things now.
The gentleman was really considerate because I had a lot of questions, I've called them back. The only thing I need to know and I forgot which credit card I set up with them for the payments. I cancelled one of my cards and I don't want to lose my insurance because of that. Overall I'll recommend your company to a lot of people now just by the way that they treated me. The experience was fantastic.

I compared AA Auto Protection briefly with the current service center that I had. I was happy with AA's rate so I went with it. Their specialist was excellent as long as he was telling me the truth about everything he said. I won't know that until I see their actual service. I was about to pay it all upfront and he advised not to do that. He said that I put on a payment and then I can pay it off anytime I want thereafter. So he was very good about that. I'm extremely happy with AA Auto Protection although the policy seems too inexpensive to be real and I'm concerned if it pays off when I need the policy. But my agent assured me there won't be an issue.

I typically have extended warranties on all our vehicles. AA Auto Protection had a good rating. It was by Business Bureau and all that was a major factor. I purchased it a month ago. They worked with me to make payments and made it affordable. They're pretty straightforward like the ones I've had before. One thing though, I have not yet gotten my policy. Nonetheless, I'm satisfied with their service.

Allan, the gentleman who sold me AA Auto Protection policies, was a friendly person and he didn't make a sale like he's pushing on me. He basically said, "Let me tell you what I have and tell me if you have it or if you can beat it," and I said, "Allan, I can't touch that, but I am looking and we'll put it on my grandson's car first." I have two vehicles under their protection plan. The reason we got it for my grandson's car is because it was an older car. He's a college student and he definitely needed the car and we needed to put some warranty in case something did happen to it. And I also bought the warranty when I got the Equinox. You're not certain when you buy used car. I also have my brother buy that protection plan for his older model car. He called them to know what are covered so they told him. He called me back and said, "My goodness! One of the greatest plans I've ever heard of in my life. It's like buying a new car."
There was a time when my grandson was over his girlfriend's house and he had locked the keys in the car. He called me asking, "Grandpa, should I call the Auto Protection people?" I said, "Yeah, call them and see if we had that lockout service and see if they can help you. Call me back." 5 minutes after he had called AA Auto Protection he said they had come there, unlocked his car, hand him his keys, and they were gone. He said, "Grandpa, I have never seen a service that fast." I said, "You won't get that in McDonalds, do you?" I'm impressed - totally satisfied customer.

I just bought a car and then I looked at a consumer report and AA Auto Protection beat the rating so I cancelled the warranty that the dealer suggested. And then I purchased the AA Auto warranty. The protection specialist answered all my questions and he followed up pretty well. The sales person is very informative and very willing to work with me on pricing. He gave a great deal when it comes to what it would cover and what would not. It was a good experience. I'd recommend them.

I had an older car and I needed a warranty just in case anything happens, hopefully, the company will help me afford it. When I purchased the warranty with them, the guy was very nice. He was very explanative. However they never mentioned to have a thousand miles before the warranty kicks in and no one said its also 30 days, too.
The other thing was, when I called them right back the next day, no one answered the phone. The phone just rang and rang and rang. I called them, they're only three hours behind me and I called and left a message and no one has returned my call yet. It hasn't been 30 days yet, so we'll be calling them tomorrow anyway. I did call them today, but nobody answered the phone.
The guy from AA was very, very nice and I cant fault him for somebody not answering the phone there. He was very explanative. Also, I stuck with him because he did explain everything I thought that couldn't be explained. I haven't had the chance to use them yet, but based on phone calls and paper works they have sent me through my phone and email, it was great. I would recommend them.

Sales and purchase process was as expected - timely and coherent. No issues. 4.75 stars. However, AA should have advised me that my "then-current" policy needed to be 'renewed/replaced' 31-days prior to its expiration in order to avoid a 'gap' in coverage. Very poor, "catch-ya" procedure and policy. "0" Stars. First claim in five years of coverage was difficult - time consuming and extremely nit-picking in authorization of repair. Not surprising but very disappointing. The Incredibles like 3.75 Stars. Thank you for listening.

I got a friend with a brand new Mercedes 2008 C-Class. His transmission went out and it was over $4,000. I told them that I was still on warranty for about an extra month. He said I should be good because I have a warranty. I called the dealership and asked if I could purchase the extended warranty and they said no. So I looked online for extended warranties and AA Auto Protection is one of the first that popped up. So called it and asked the specialist a bunch of questions. I called them back once or twice to ask them more questions. It was a good experience signing up.
Making the payments wasn't all that difficult too. I didn't need a checking account or anything -- I only had to give them the debit card number. I'm happy overall and satisfied with my experience with AA Auto Protection. I like to be covered in most stuff. I got full coverage insurance. It’s just better to just be taken cared of. The extended warranty is doing what it’s supposed to be doing. Because I drive a lot, as long as the car’s taken cared of, that’s all that matters.

The regular warranty on my car expired and I was thinking about keeping the car a bit longer so I looked into a warranty. Most of the other companies were offering a maximum of five years and AA Auto Protection was the first company that offered six years, so we went with them. I was pleased with how everything was presented by the certified vehicle protection specialist and how he explained the policy and the payment plans. They worked with me to make payments affordable for me. The A's with setting up the policy was the key to my experience. I'll recommend them.

My warranty expired on my car so I decided to look into acquiring an auto warranty. I got AA Auto Protection through the dealership where I purchased the car. The problem was the purchase they gave me was different from when they sent everything in the mail. He told me it was going to cost near $900. When I get the bill, it's $1900, so that's a $1000 difference. I don't do business like that. But the gentleman was nice. He did explain everything about the services that they provide. It sounded like something I wanted to get and that's the reason why I got it. It was just the pricing wasn't explained.

I always have auto warranties on my cars. I was looking for the cheapest rates so I went with AA Auto Protection. I haven't used their services yet and my first payment with them is coming up on the 9th, but my purchasing experience was great. I always get an extended warranty when the factory warranty wears out. AA Auto Protection seems to be reasonable. Purchasing the warranty was fine. They sent that information in the mail. I don't remember getting all of that over the phone. I got it sooner than I needed to but they're going to extend it for that period that I have it.

My car is a 1999 so I acquired an auto warranty for security (if it needs any major repairs). AA Auto Protection was the first one that I found to cover a 1999 car. The protection specialist was great. However, I've had a repair that go in the shop about six or seven weeks after I bought it and that didn't go well. The AA team worked with me to make payments and to make it affordable. However, the claims guy was a jerk. I was not impressed.

Everything was explained over the phone and via email, including what the package included which made me decide to get it for my mom. She’s in her late 60's so she needed me to pull through everything and AA Auto Protection did not have a problem with that. I appreciated that because most of the time, dealing with somebody else, they always need to get the other party involved. So, overall, my experience with AA Auto Protection was pretty good. As of right now I would recommend them. The test is going to be once we actually use the warranty at some given point in time - how well they work at that point.

I was trying to look for a better car protection for my Cadillac Escalade due to some difficulties with the warranty the dealership had given me. I chose AA Auto Protection because it has a better pricing and same coverage compared to Endurance. AA was upfront and very good to deal with. They very straightforward and answered all of my questions precisely. They gave me a full detail of what the plan covered which I like. Paying wasn't difficult at all because it's automatically taken on my account on the first of every month. The only negative I may have is that staff sees the actual paperwork for the warranty. In case I would go have some work done with the car, I have to show it to the mechanic. Other than that, it's been good so far. I want to see what happens when I make a claim.

There were places like Fred Loya, but I heard too many bad stories about them. So I went with AA Auto Protection, because they are affordable and they sounded good to me. I had an excellent experience with AA Auto Protection. It was recommended to me and I was told that they were very good. Setting it up was very easy. I talked to a friend that had AA Auto Protection and he recommended it. Before getting the extended warranty, I bought a battery which cost me about 600 bucks. I used to go to Walmart and get one for $49.99. Those days are gone. So I decided to have AA Auto Protection because it's too expensive to work on the car if something goes wrong. It's better to have something after the manufacturer warranty expired or I better be prepared to pull the extra dollars. The sales rep was good. He explained exactly what they can and can't do and spelled out all the fine print well. I'm very satisfied with my experience with them to this point.

I've used AA Auto Protection before because cars go bad after the manufacturer's warranty runs out and also they're graded really well. The specialist was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and knew the exact cost. We bought a car that's a year old and he got the right type of policy that was much more affordable than what the extended manufacturer warranty would have asked. I wanted an auto warranty in case I have a mechanical breakdown on my vehicle to be covered. Their specialist was adept and explained things, although I wasn't happy that there were some that were not disclosed. It's easy to make payments but I cancelled the policy because I was having some trouble with my vehicle and they denied the claims and I had to pay $1,200 out of pocket for the repair.

My warranty was running out and I needed another coverage. AA Auto Protection had sent me a card and I held on to it. It was very easy with them to purchase an extended auto warranty. I just had to give them my credit card number and they gave me the coverage. Plus their specialist was very polite and gave me a lot of info - what it cost, what it covered. However, they did not send me any paperwork on that $100 so I don't know if I'm covered or not. I was supposed to call them back and I just haven't gotten around to it and I misplaced their number. I thought they would call me back. I'm not happy about this but I'm satisfied with the way they handled my payments.

I had an older car with high mileage and I was referred to AA Auto Protection by someone. I don't know if that person had AA Auto in particular or was simply telling me, "For cars with a lot of mileage, when you get them, it's good to have extended warranty because you'll be fine the 30 days you get the warranty from the dealer you bought the car from. But what after that?" I was skeptical at first, but I ended up saying, "You know what, let me get it." And it worked out in good timing because today my car is working properly.
When I made my claim, I first called roadside assistance because I dialed the wrong number. They told me they were gonna send somebody out, but the office already had people on their way to come tow the car for me because I was able to push the car off to the side and let it sit there. So with that, the people who came to get me were two hours late. During the whole time, AA Auto was calling me and asking, "Did they come yet? Do you want to make a complaint? Do you want us to send somebody out?" With that alone, they showed me that they were trying to look out for me to make sure I was good. I think I'm in good hands with them for that. That part that they kept in contact with me really stood out. They didn't simply leave me for dead and they called to make sure I was okay and safe. They even told me that if I didn't feel safe, I could always call them.
As far as my claim, it is pending. They said I had a leak in my transmission and I have to have somebody come out and diagnose the car. The lady from AA Auto said she's gonna call me once they finished the diagnosis. Aside from that, the payment to purchase my warranty wasn't hard too. It wasn't bad because they did 50% downpayment from me and that was good. The only thing was I was supposed to pay on the 9th, but they never took the money from my account. They said they attempted to take it out, however. So I had to do it all over again and I paid some money yesterday. But that aside, so far, it's been fine with the company.

I can't stand AA Auto Protection and I’m still waiting for them to refund me my money. I bought my car from somebody and I didn't know before I got it that somebody messed it up. AA let me put the warranty on my car without doing due diligence, doing their end of work. They also expect me to read that booklet they sent me. Two days after my car broke down AA tells me that they can't fix it, so I go to dealership. Then they start nitpicking as to why not, saying this or that happened. My experience with their specialist was like garbage as well. This company sucks.

We were buying a vehicle that historically have been known to have very high-priced repairs and wanted the assurance of having extended warranty with it since we didn't really know a whole lot of the history of it. We got AA Auto Protection for our peace of mind of having it covered as they were one of the few that could write a policy for the car.
Initially we had a very poor experience because the first specialist we talked to was very difficult to deal with. He talked incredibly fast and kept trying to close me over and over again, very much a salesman. He didn't like to be asked questions since we wanted to better understand the coverage. We called back and talked to a different person and explained our first experience. They were fantastic. They talked much slower and did a great job of answering all of our questions until we got so comfortable with everything. We got it on Auto pay and it comes out every month automatically.

One of the other finance people who had AA insurance on his car told me about it. I asked for a quote and their specialist was very informative. We're under a two and a half year system with AA Auto for the payments on the warranty and from there it will end in 5 years with 100,000 miles so I'm satisfied all the way around. It's tight but I'm a mechanic so I know the cost of getting your vehicle fixed. It's crazy and I don't need an extra added cost or unexpected surprises because I just bought a house. I got a 2006 GMC, the thing is great and I'm going to keep it for a while but I want some peace of mind so that if the engine or tranny goes, it's going to get done. I've already had this particular product on another truck so I know the routine. My other truck was a diesel and somebody ended up putting gas in the diesel fuel causing $5100 of damage and its warranty didn't cover ejectors or turbocharger. I've learned from my experience and now I know what I want and what I'm getting ahead of time.
We got the gold package and everything was well explained to me by Bruce, the specialist. He will work every time I call and always calls me back which is really good but we have a small issue. My nephew had the same name as I do and he moved in here, then to Las Vegas. Now all my mail has been going there even if I'm in Rochester, New York. So I have my policy number on my email and everything is enforced but I still haven't received physical paperwork in my hand since we've opened this account. I called Bruce and he said he sent it out many times but I still haven't got anything.

I had a different auto warranty before but it was very limited. I couldn't find any company that would offer me a warranty for a BMW except for AA Auto. The lady rep gave me different packages to choose from and was really nice about it. My experience with AA Auto has been simple, easy, and didn't take a lot of time. I just had a very bad experience with AA Auto Protection this week. I haven't had any problems with my vehicles yet but everything was going good up until this past week. I changed my cards from my bank so I gave them a call for my new information. They never took the payment out. It still hasn't been processed when I already gave them my information. I tried calling and it took me 2 hours to get in contact with someone. I had to try different extensions but none of them were answering.
When I finally got hold of someone, he took my information and said that it was gonna be processed no matter what. I left them a voicemail a couple of days ago saying that it was never taken out of my account. It's just ridiculous. I don't know when they're gonna take it out. Theft goes on and people can scan my wallet when I'm walking by and take money off of it, so I don't feel comfortable leaving money in my account. But other than the poor communication with their customer service, I couldn't say much yet until something actually happens with my vehicle. The only thing that worries me is when something happens with my car and I need to file a claim, but I can't get a hold of anyone and all the money's coming out of my pocket.

I thought about getting AA Auto Protection because I don't want to experience again what I have experience before that as soon as I pay off the vehicle, it'll begin to mess up. I'm purchasing a truck and I'm going to put a warranty on it and pay cash for it. It is for security knowing that if something goes wrong with my vehicle, I'll be okay. Their specialist was helpful, sweet and a good person. He helped out a lot, explained everything to me bit by bit and he didn't get an attitude when I asked questions. He did a good job. My payments are kind of high at $119 a month and that's pretty steep for my budget but he got it as low as it would go. He was trying to get it lowered but I guess he couldn't. But that's a lot of money to be paying even if I won't have problems for years. Overall, it was a good experience.

My car is getting older. It's '06 and it's got 100,000 plus on it. I thought I'm going to need some extra protection in case something goes out because I don't want to pay all those big bills. I was convinced by the presentation of the manager that AA Auto was a reputable company. He did a great job explaining the company service contract. After doing a little research from the Better Business Bureau and some of the complaints there, I called back and was satisfied with the response that I received from AA. In addition to that the service contract was reasonable and a little bit more economical for my budget compared to some of the other ones. And the amount of coverage, mileage wise, was a little better than some of the ones that I had talked with.
I had a great experience with the representative who was very knowledgeable about the service contract that they provide. He gave me information on how the service contract works as far as filing a claim and the various plans. He also helped me make a decision on what would work best for me, depending on my driving habit. Then He told me what my downpayment would be and how much a month I should pay.

I bought a new Mercedes and wanted to be protected if anything happened because the car parts are expensive. I have roadside assistance under my AAA Protection. When I saw AA, I called them thinking it was AAA but it was not. However, purchasing the extended coverage from AA was a good experience. The guy I talked to was good and he made me get it. I have two other cars and one of them is an old Mercedes. I told him, I was going to cover all three cars, but the Mercedes still has under 30,000 miles on it. They said it still has seven more years or 70,000 more miles before another warranty can be purchased. The other one is not yet covered so the specialist wanted me to have it. He was very generous and nice andsaid, "We're gonna stand by whatever happens. Don't worry. You're gonna be protected, you're covered." At this point, I'm waiting to have a complaint to see if they really are what they say they are.

I was purchasing a pre-owned car. A good friend of mine who has used AA before spoke very highly of them, so I went that direction. It was the safeguard that I was buying. I spoke to a great protection specialist. He was helpful, quick with the quotations and answered all my questions. It was also very easy to make payments for purchasing the auto warranty. I signed up via credit card and set up the payment plan. Overall, they seem to be a very good customer service-based company. I got the car on 04 and I got 58,000 miles on it and I plan on keeping it. I figured I might as well get a warranty. I went to the dealer before I purchased the protection plan and I talked to one of the service writers and they told me, "Now, make sure when you get a warranty for your vehicle, it covers seals on the car and gaskets."
So when I talked to the guy down there I asked him "does this cover gaskets and seals?" "Oh, yes," he said, "it sure does." But when I got the policy after I paid them, they emailed me everything and I looked it over, it says it will cover gaskets and seals if there are some other reasons for the problem, but it will not cover gaskets or seals if they leak. And that was one thing the service manager of Toyota told me I should make sure that's in there, and it is not. Unless there's a major problem with the vehicle then they will cover the seal. At this time, I'm very dissatisfied. I don't think it's right that I paid even the upfront fee if they don't abide by what the agent who sold it to me said about it.

I bought a used 2007 Mercedes Benz from a dealership which a warranty didn't come with the car. The prices of the parts are really high and the smartest thing to do is to get a car warranty. I have a used 2007 with 80,000 miles on it. I got the numbers of extended warranty companies and AA had the best offer. The certified vehicle protection specialist was wonderful, persuasive and broke down everything down. She also answered all my questions. I've talked to other people and she was the best one. I bought my car in a place that didn't even offer a warranty. Afterwards, I realized they were a hole in the wall and I know I needed a warranty because the car is not a cheap car. The guy from AA Auto Protection was knowledgeable. He helped me to appreciate some things and helped me to go ahead and get an auto warranty. The only down part is that it came out at a different time the next month, so I wasn't expecting it at all. But overall, it was a great experience and I'd recommend them.

I wanted to get extra warranty on my car. Getting one from AA Auto was all right but I realized that I didn't have enough money to pay for it so I decided to cancel. I called them about it and they didn't answer. I was wondering what was going on with my auto-pay because I didn't want to pay for it again. I wanted to get my money back because I was under the 30 days and had to call their specialist but I kept getting his voicemail so I just left a verbal cancellation. He didn't call me back for two weeks. He said he would give me my money back but I don't know if he sent it or not.

I know what my payments but I don't know yet if I can pick a day that to make payments. But so far, all is good.

I talked to some companies but they didn’t give the right feedback and answers, so I went with AA Auto Protection. I had an excellent experience with their specialist during my purchase, and they answered everything I needed to know. Also, the customer service tech informed me that he would be my agent during the payment process, so making payments was easy too. The warranty on my automobile was about to expire and I wanted to continue it on the parts and labor. I purchased AA Auto Protection. The specialist explained everything very thoroughly and professionally. He gave me a number, and said I can always call him and he'll answer any questions if anything happens. I have no problems with them at all, but I was hoping that they can send me a monthly statement in the mail. I haven't received any in the mail so I have to try to remember when to send payment. I might forget when I have to and I don't like being late on my payment. I want to make sure I don't lose any coverage. Overall, they've been okay.

I bought a car for my son and I figured it would be better if I can get a warranty on it. I've checked out a few and based on the terms and everything, AA Auto Protection worked well into my budget. I had a bad experience with their first protection specialist, but the rest of them were okay. In addition, there was a little issue on the payments. I had requested them to take it directly from my checking account, but they had gone to my debit card so there was a little bit of confusion. But everything is squared away now. The last guy I spoke to was very friendly and as far as correcting the way the payment should be, they had done it well. Even though I was a little past due, they understood what was going on and they corrected it. Overall, it was a very simple process and they made it simple for me so I don't have any complaints against them so far.

My car is still practically new and I'm trying to keep it like that, so I got an auto warranty from AA Auto Protection. I asked the underwriter about the city I'm in - the potholes, big old bumps and other stuff we have no control running over - and they guaranteed me that if my car would be broken at the bottom, that they would cover those types of incidents. That kind of relaxed me more with AA Auto. Their certified vehicle specialist was great. He was very nice, courteous and was the one who got the underwriter on the phone to assure me that any broken parts on my car would be covered. And the way they set up the payments and everything was great. They take it right on out.
I haven't dealt with them long enough but right now, I consider them the best auto warranty company I dealt with. They seem to be dependable and from what they told and assured me, I'd recommend them. I just hope that they honor their warranty and don’t be like the other companies.

I bought a used BMW and I had one previously that gave me problems so this time I wanted to make sure that if I got another one, it would be covered with auto warranty. Purchasing the warranty from AA Auto Protection and paying it have been good and easy. A few times, as of now, I couldn't make the payment on time and they went above and beyond to do whatever they needed to do to accommodate me within the guidelines. My friend Rosa wanted to make sure that if anything happened that she would be able to be protected. She chose AA Auto Protection because she said something about the other company having a bad attitude with her and she had just lost her brother. She had not received her package or anything as promised. The guy she talked from AA was very compassionate with the loss of her brother. Showing compassion is something very important and she would like to work with someone like that. She was satisfied and decided to go with AA. I have a new vehicle and the dealership warranty on it had expired. AA Auto Protection top-rated a lot of other companies so I decided to give it a try. The specialists were nice and did an excellent job. I called back a couple of times to make sure how the deposit and payments go, and they knew exactly what they were talking about. They were on time and topnotch.
I love AA Auto Protection - great experience, very reliable and answered all my questions. I would refer them as many times as I could and, in fact, I have referred them to a couple of people who told me that they needed an auto warranty. It's my first time ever purchasing a diesel truck. I'm kind of new to it and don’t know that much about them. My car's factory warranty was going out. I have an expensive car and I didn't want to be without a warranty for it. So I called AA to inquire about AA and the specialist that I talked to was nice. Now the payment is extremely easy because all I did was get my account number, do an automatic bank draft and it was taken care of. I deposited the money and he waited till the day and time that I told him to do it, and he called, let me know that he was gonna deduct it and if it was okay. And I told him it was fine.
The only thing that got me was when I thought all my money was gonna be taken out on the 21st, but they waited until the 28th and I almost spent it because I thought I got extra money in the bank. I’m not sure what day it’s supposed to come out on so I do need to get that clarified. Another thing is that they want me to wait 30 days and put 1,000 miles on my car to try to make sure I don’t have a lemon. People wouldn’t want to put that kind of miles on their car just to prove that their car is running. This is a lot of miles and it's just stupid. But I’m happy with them and I’m gonna keep them.

I haven't had any problems so far with any warranty I've purchased. I have a few friends that worked with AA Auto Protection before and they told me about the warranty the company offers. My Cadillac was an older vehicle and as far as motor and transmission is concerned, that's top dollar, so that made me call and get coverage for my vehicle. The reason why I kept and transferred it to the Durango is because the Durango is now out of factory warranty, so I had to get it an extended warranty. I asked Allen from AA Auto Protection if I could transfer it and he said yes. He's awesome and very detailed when he described what it covered, and worked with me well. Everything is excellent, sounded reasonable and very inviting.
The people at AA Auto Protection worked out payments with me as well. I only have to pay this much and then I make monthly payments of about a hundred dollars, so it’s not hard at all. I'm just hoping it’s time for me to really use them if I ever need them, but I don't. I hope it’s just as easy as it was for me to sign on and get my vehicle serviced. I always talk about this warranty to everybody I know that don't have a factory warranty anymore.

I have two cars. One is Infiniti J30 and the other one is a BMW. When I went to the mechanic, the mechanic told me that my warranty was expired. He fixed my car and I paid $2,500 out of my pocket. I have all the paperwork. The mechanic told me that I better have a warranty on this car. I looked up at the internet and saw AA Auto Protection. I did buy a policy from them.
My car was fixed, but when I was driving the car I have the flat tire signal. I brought the car back to the mechanics and they told me that it’s the problem of the sensors. I called the insurance and told them. The agent I called that day told me that I bought the policy when my car already has some problems on it and I was doing an insurance fraud. That is the thing that made me mad because why do I have to do an insurance fraud when I just bought the policy? To fix a sensor is less than $100. AA Auto Protection is not able to cover a sensor and on top of that, the agent told me that I’m doing an insurance fraud. That is not good. He hurt my feelings. I’m in engineering and I’m making $90,000 a year. I don’t have to do insurance fraud, it doesn’t make any sense. It was a very bad experience that I have with AA Auto Protection. That’s why I ended up canceling my policy with them.

My experience with AA Auto Protection was awesome. I bought a 2007 BMW which is a very temperamental car. I've owned a few German cars and I've learned that it's better to have some sort of back-up for the maintenance or repairs that could pop up out of nowhere, so I looked into acquiring an auto warranty. I did some research online and the overall service of AA Auto Protection seemed to be exactly what I was looking for in terms of the bumper to bumper coverage and the flexibility that they offered.
In the process of purchasing my warranty, the certified vehicle protection specialist was very informative. He actually let me know and offered me some things that I didn't know and haven't even thought about. Since I had done some research online before I called them, I had a bunch of questions, all of which he answered, and he also tailor-made the coverage specifically for what I was looking for. It wasn't difficult at all to make payments for my extended auto warranty. They allowed me to pay out of my debit card every month and it's perfect.
About three weeks after I got the service, the alternator coincidentally went out on my car. I needed to get my car towed back to the dealer so that they could do the repairs on the alternator. It turned out though that it wasn't the alternator, only the battery. But the roadside assistance was great and overall the service was exactly what I needed at the right time. I've already referred them to a few other people and my sister has signed up with them as well.

Jason from AA Auto Protection helped me a lot and he was great. Overall, amazing customer service. I know a lot about cars and he didn't treat me like I was stupid. He explained to me stuff I didn't understand. He told me what was and was not covered. He broke it down for me, let me know what all was going on and what I was paying for. Even when I hadn't talked to him, the people I talked to when I was calling to try to talk to Jason, tell me he's not there and tell me when to call and they would leave a message for me. Jason would then immediately call me back the next day. They are on top of their customer service.
Jason tried to help me get the best deal that he could. I know he talked to his manager about getting me a discount on my warranty. I only had to put down $200 at that moment and he made it to where I put that down and then put $135 a month for 24 months, so he made it doable for me because I told him I can't do more than $150. I plan on paying it off before then but he tried his best to make it affordable and to make sure that I was happy. He had to go through his manager to do that because he said that normally you have to put the monthly payment down. I'm hoping the warranty actually works out. My car didn’t qualify for emission package and e helped me get that. I had to pay a little bit extra but he got that for my car. They were just overall amazing at customer service.

When I first purchased a car, it already was certified. But something went wrong with it so I just turned it in to the dealership and they fixed it. After it reached a hundred, I just want the same peace of mind when something goes wrong as far as what it’s warrantied for, just to bring it in the dealership and get it taken care of. A sales representative, a lady that called me, was convincing. She had walked me through everything and told me about the specials they had going on. That’s the reason why I chose AA Auto Protection. It’s been great. I haven’t had the chance to use it but it was great when I signed up for it. Paying is not difficult at all. I just gave them my credit card and they take it out every month and its fine. Overall, it's excellent -- great customer service and looking forward to staying with them. I feel the rep was very polite. The only problem I have is that I did send Mr. ** an email asking what the difference is between Powertrain coverage Sapphire and Car Guard Select. I had a car wreck so I was forced to buy a new vehicle. The vehicle I purchased had 2000 miles left on its bumper to bumper warranty. I was kind of freaked out about it so I went and purchased an auto warranty. After doing my research and speaking with other car owners, I realized that bumper to bumper is not what you need in as much as the power frame. I had several years left in my power frame. I added a bill that I didn't require at the time.
The certified vehicle protection specialist that I talked to was excellent and helpful. Very knowledgeable, very understanding and very eager to help. In the initial program they gave me, they waived the initial deposit because I still had my own stuff on my bumper to bumper. I appreciate it. I'm happy with my experience with AA Auto Protection and everything's okay for now although I haven't sent a claim. I was skeptical about who to choose so I went with them. Bruce was very nice and patient with me. He sends me whatever he had and he explained everything. I hope I don't get problems when I have a claim to send in. Just in case my truck broke down and I have to bring it into the shop, I wouldn't have a problem. Making payments wasn't difficult and I hope things work out for the best because it's very expensive for 100,000 miles more. The premium is almost $4,000 but I have to put a $200 down payment and then $149 for 24 months.

I had a car that had real bad reviews on the motor, and most of the things that I have to do on it would be a lot more difficult so I was going to need a warranty because I wasn’t going to do the work myself. I went online and looked at a couple of sites. I called one of the representatives from AA Auto Protection and it was a real good talk. He was honest with me that’s why I decided to do business with them. I was told I had to do an initial payment. After that I was given directive to wait a certain number of months and to drive many miles. The 15th or 16th last month, I called to make sure that the payment came out of my checking account. Long story short, the payment was taken out of my account. Everything was pretty good and I got my card and booklet in the mail. When it comes to that part of serving, I really appreciate how quick they did everything. I'm satisfied with the buying experience but I haven’t got my car serviced yet.

We purchased a car and our warranty had run out, so we wanted coverage and went with AA Auto Protection since they covered the most stuff. Their vehicle protection specialist was great. I contacted him several times with different questions, and he was very patient. Also, making payments for purchasing my extended warranty was fairly easy, and my overall experience with the company has been great, and not hard at all. I’d recommend them.

I bought a car that had a higher mileage than I liked so I bought an auto warranty. I called different companies and I saw that AA was easiest to deal with. It was easy to set up. I just called and it didn't require much. I gave them my card information and they take the payment straight out of my account. However now that I've got it set up and I've tried to use it, they don’t pay for anything. When I try to call and make a claim, it’s not the same company. They have a different company that does the claims for them. Surprisingly, I've tried two different things to claim and they said they didn't cover either one of them. The guy on the phone when I set up the account said those items would be covered so I’m going to cancel it. It is a waste of money.

My extended warranty was up so I looked at a couple other insurance. After some comparative shopping, I just felt that AA Auto Protection was a better fit. It took about two weeks to really decide. I don't remember the specialist's name, but he was very informative, very helpful and very nice. He was actually the one that directed me to your website to get additional information before I made a decision. He was probably the tipping factor because he was so informative about the company. It was a good experience. Outstanding customer service.

I was looking through the internet, and l like how AA Auto Protection's service worked, and I also like the comments about it. Overall, I recommend them. Their vehicle protection specialist was nice. Making payments is really easy, I like that I got automatic payments. Also, I really like their salesman, he was really good. I love my experience with AA Auto Protection.

I decided to look into acquiring an auto warranty because I needed one for the car - my insurance had ran out and I needed to protect my car in case something happened. When I purchased the warranty, I didn't have any problems with the payments. Also, the specialist was very nice, pleasant, and very helpful. I would recommend AA Auto Protection. I bought a used car that didn't come with an auto warranty, so I looked into acquiring one. AA Auto Protection was the warranty provider I stumbled upon that I liked when I got on Google, looked up extended auto warranties, read the reviews and read over the website. My experience with the certified vehicle protection specialist in purchasing my warranty was fine. It seemed like a decent price to get a warranty. But I haven't dealt with them at all and I've only been paying the bills.
They do direct withdrawal, so I don't have to worry about paper bills in making payments. They were lenient about my down payment and keeping the warranty. My car was sold before I was able to use a warranty and they were able to reimburse to me my deposit to make the next payment, so I didn't have to cancel it and that was quite convenient. My overall experience with them has been great so far. They've been good to me, helped me out, and were very cooperative.

The car was getting old and I wanted to make sure I have warranty on it before anything happens so I decided to sign up for AA Auto Protection. They offered a good rate and their salesperson convinced me to get it. I gained more confidence in getting it knowing that they're well known and that they're in the Better Business Bureau. Their protection specialist explained well too. We're still trying to set up proper payments, but I would want a clear interaction after sales to make sure everything is connected correctly. I had to follow-up with them – found out my name or one of the account numbers or the address was wrong, so I didn't receive any welcome packet. In general, AA Auto Protection provided what they promised, so I was happy I didn't have to negotiate.
