    I wanted to make sure I got protection on my car in case something happens that’s why I got an extended auto warranty and I live by a monthly income and on a budget. If I have an extended warranty, they will cover my engine and transmission fully. It’ll be a good help to me. I went to AA Auto as I was pleased by the presentation they made and it's guaranteed. I was comfortable with the 5-year, 100,000-mile warranty coverage that they offered me. They told me full coverage for inside-out, and that I’m able to do it monthly and give them $100 a month, and that I could take it to the major dealership if I want anything done.

    Their vehicle protection specialist was excellent has good customer service skills and gave me his information. I’ve referred five people to him and they have accepted the offer too from AA Auto. Making the payments was easy. I have automated draw setup and everything is perfect. If I have any problems, I just give them a call.

    We bought a vehicle that had a little mileage, and wanted to keep up on the motor train. We know that it's very expensive upkeep, so we got AA Auto to make sure that if something were to happen, we would be covered. They had good ratings online, with the Better Business Bureau on it.     I acquired a BMW with over 150,000 miles. It's a new car for me, and to avoid big bills in repairs, I decided to acquire a warranty from AA Auto. The rep was very thorough, although it was a lot of information to take in one call, especially when you don't know a lot about cars. So at some point, I was feeling apprehensive. I was wondering if I needed to consult with somebody who knew more about cars because he was going over a list of parts that are included, and it was meaningless because I didn't know what to think. But it's not the rep's fault, it's how the information was presented that needs some redesigning. Other than that, there are a lot of payment options. I'm 30 days in, so I'm pretty new, but everything is okay so far and it was easier than I thought. I will definitely recommend it to a friend.

    I drive a good amount of mileage with my vehicle and so I'm trying to help offset cost in the sense of buying the policy from AA Auto. I chose them because they offered installment plan. I pay extra months down and I can pay monthly for it. However, talking with their rep was not so great. I got the truck out of the shop yesterday and when they called in with all the issues that the dealership had checked in for me, all of the claims were denied. At this point, I am stuck with a $4900 bill. I called and they now told me there was another plan above the plan that I got that was only extra amount of dollars more that would have covered it. But because it wasn't offered, now I'm stuck with this huge bill. At this point, I haven't heard anything back from them. I plan on cancelling their policy because it does me no good.

    Also, I didn't get a copy of my contract before the 30 days and 1 thousand miles that I have to achieve. So after that was all said and done, I took the truck to the dealership for evaluation. My assumption is that I know I paid right around two hundred dollars of downpayment. And then, my bill is 130 a month. I will not continue to pay the plan considering the fact that I'm not getting any type of service. Out of the entire $4000 worth of claims that the dealership tried to process, they didn't cover one dime of it. I was told everything would be covered which sounded like an amazing deal and would have been great. As soon as I said that I was ready to cancel, they said they would email me a copy of my contract.

    We've had a warranty on our car for many years. It costs big money every time we take it in to have something done, so we protect ourselves that way. AA Auto walked through it with us more than the other companies. They were more detailed when we were picking a warranty.     The manufacturer's warranty expired so I purchased a warranty from AA Auto Protection. The price was competitive and they have good customer service. Edgar was a good salesman. However, it was not explained clearly that making payments for the purchase was going to be a direct withdrawal from the bank. He asked me obviously for the down-payment and said the next payment is going to be on the 30th but there was nothing in writing. So the payment terms were a little confusing. When I needed to make changes and make a payment, I called and they put me on hold for about two hours - the customer service never answered. Everything else was positive. I had the paperwork I needed and he sent it through email as well as regular mail. They're very efficient and I got what I needed.

    When I buy used cars, I always get a warranty on them. I looked at some companies and other warranty providers don't do monthly anymore so that led me to go with AA. Also, the AA agent who enlightened me on some things like some of the things that the others were telling me practically didn't exist like the rental car coverage. Some of them say that they would cover the car from day 1 versus me getting it and be reimbursed but I found out that wasn’t true. AA Auto made my payments very easy because the down payment wasn't that much and I have 30 days to try it out. If I change my mind, it would work.

    I had purchased a used car and it didn't come with a warranty. I called and talked to the AA Auto rep and he was very, very personable. I saw the coverage and the price was amazing. The specialist was very professional and he took the time to answer all questions I needed answered and he gave me quite a bit of information about the policy. Making the payment was easy but it was upsetting as a consumer that the company makes me pay their service fees. I thought the rep told me that I could pay with my bank account information and they wouldn’t charge but they still do so there’s no getting around that service fee.     I bought an expensive, used vehicle and when I checked auto warranty prices for it with three different companies, AA Auto wasn't the least expensive but had the most coverage and value. The broker that sold the warranty to me did an excellent job, but since then I've had poor experience with AA Auto. Making the first payment for the warranty was very easy but to confirm if the second one was made is not. I've been trying to reach their customer service but it took almost an hour to reach a live person. I wanted to see if I was on auto-pay because I didn't recall if it's on the contract. I had some simple questions and couldn't get them answered.

    Bruce did call me back within an hour of me contacting, but I wasn't trying to reach him, I was trying to go through the regular numbers. Bruce did a great job but he isn't gonna be the guy I call when I have a claim and that's my concern. Their customer service people need to be more available. So far, the service from AA Auto has been less than satisfying. If it wasn't for the broker, I would've canceled.

    When purchasing the AA auto warranty, it was awesome! But the gentleman didn’t explain everything for me until I had a claim. I took my car to the shop and the dealership told me that there's one job that has to be done and they can't do it without all of these parts. AA Auto insurance said that it's actually two jobs, and they won't pay for the other parts. They called me back and told me that they can't approve it until they open up my engine and that costs $600. So if it's been proven that for whatever reason it's not covered and I have to pay the $600.

    The policy itself is garbage. It doesn't protect me from anything at all. They’re not doing anything illegal but I don't think that it's ethical at all to sell somebody a policy without explaining it to them. I could be out of my pockets hundreds of dollars, before I see a dime of anything paid by them. I didn't know that, or I wouldn't have bought the policy and I don't have $600 for them to open my engine up. That was very underhanded of the company. That should be explained to people from the beginning. I’m still waiting on them to contact me right now. I'm very dissatisfied.

    I bought a vehicle with low mileage from an old person that was maintaining it and that person chose not to drive anymore because of age issue. So for safety's side, I decided to have extended warranty for longevity of the vehicle. I don't believe there's any problem with the vehicle right now since the mileage is very low. However there are some issues with the mileage - problem between 49,900 to 47,971 - which should not have been and I've been trying to discuss it and been having some kind of runaround. Most of the time they put me on hold and have me listen to music for 40 minutes to an hour.

    So I decided to cancel the policy and look to have business with a company that'd be willing to without all of these issues. AA Auto Protection seems to be a company that just sell the customer something quick, take their money and don't have time to dedicate themselves to communicate with the customer. They are "money-greedy". I'm very dissatisfied with AA Auto Protection and I won't recommend them to anybody.

    I purchased an expensive and used car, and I know any mechanical problem is going to be very expensive. The price was one factor I chose AA Auto Protection and I had a good feeling of the person that sold the insurance to me. He explained everything to me very well and helped me choose the right one. It took me some time to make a decision. I traveled out of the country and he kept calling me and was persistent, which is a good feeling. In the end, I had a really good talk with him.

    The only concern that I had was when I had a problem with my car a month ago. I was in a really bad spot on the highway, and I was told that I wasn’t covered. I didn’t really understand when I signed up that it was both a month and a thousand miles for the policy to become effective. I was three days off the month, so I wasn’t covered yet.     I won’t be able to afford it in case my car breaks down, so I acquired an auto warranty from AA. The other auto warranty providers are more than a hundred dollars a month, and AA is cheaper so I went with them.     I had an extended warranty on my previous older vehicle and it really came in handy. So when the vehicle got totaled, I purchased another used vehicle and figured it would be a wise decision to have a warranty again. With the previous warranty, I did not know I needed to purchase it before 30 days of owning the vehicle. So I googled and AA Auto Protection came up. Jordan, the rep who assisted me, has been able to answer the questions I had when I called and has been a great help. The only issue I'm having now is that I'm wanting to have my payment changed from one credit card to another. I'm still waiting on that because I and the person handling it are pretty much playing phone tag due to our schedules.     I pulled up a couple reports to see which one has the best ratings, and the number one in the auto warranty deal was high-priced and annoying because they kept calling back.     I've been trying to reach AA Auto because we contracted with them on December 31st. They went ahead and charged our credit card the same day but we have not received any information regarding their program. I have left two messages for them, none of which have been returned. I'm trying to contact them today and the first time, I was told there was a 10-minute wait time and then the call got disconnected.     My warranty had expired and I just sunk $5,000 into my diesel truck in August to enhance the injector, when I should have gotten a warranty plan before. I signed up for AA so I wouldn't have to deal with that out of pocket. AA Auto Protect was reasonably priced. Once I got the quote, I was able to call and get somebody fast. I did it on a weekend at 8:00 at night. Their customer service is there beyond regular business hours.

    The vehicle protection specialist knew what he was talking about and was able to answer promptly my questions. I asked about things like even though I just got the warranty, how long technically until I could have a breakdown and it would work and what is covered in the warranty plan. I've had to reinstate my car insurance for three times. And each time, I've lost all my money because the payment was late or there was a misunderstanding.     The people from AA Auto sucks. It's all wonderful and beautiful until after they got my money, which what they only care about, and then nobody gives a crap. Purchasing from them was frustrating. I signed up, sent my money and wound up not having received anything. I had my starter replaced, then I called the guy that I bought it from and I asked questions. Then he says, "Well, you paid out of pocket? And I said, "Well, what choice did I have?" And he said, "Well, I emailed you everything that's you were supposed to have, that it had to be inspected to put it into your car." And I said, "You did?" So he said, "Yeah." And I said, "Well, okay, I'm not aware of having gotten it. I'll go back and look." He gave me the date to track it down. But I said, "So, how do I file a claim for reimbursement?" He said he wasn't sure of the procedure; he would transfer me to the claims people.

    I was on hold for 20 minutes and was cut off. I subsequently located the email he sent me but I didn't see anything in there about how to file a claim, just a receipt for my money and that I supposedly have coverage. So, I really haven't gotten around to pursuing it. I've been traveling between South Carolina and Denver and I've also been sick but I'm glad for the follow-up. It's the first indication that anybody really gives a damn about doing anything but taking my money. However, I still don't know how to file a claim, and nobody seems to be at all concerned about that like it's my problem to figure out how the system works. I've done nothing but pay the money and was given the runaround. So, they're profoundly unsatisfactory.

    I had an extended auto warranty with AA for my previous car, I had no issues, and they pretty much fixed all the stuff that was wrong so when we bought a Mercedes van, we thought we can use them for the same coverage.     I've had a good experience with AA Auto. Every time I've called, they've been very helpful and so far I have not had a problem with them. My old warranty was expiring around February and I did not want to be in a lapsing situation or wait till the last minute to make sure that my car was covered.     AA Auto canceled my policy with them due to miscommunication in the beginning about the car mileage. When I got my paperwork, it said that the mileage was at a certain number. When I did the Carfax, Carfax showed that it was a different mileage. They couldn't give an exact estimate or straighten it out but they're costing me a whole bunch of money. There was a period of time where I wanted to buy and then something came up and I couldn't come up with the down payment but he kept in contact with me. The company seemed to be more willing to work with me on a payment that would be affordable for me on a monthly basis and the down payment to get started. So compared to some of the other ones they were basically offering the same coverage but for twice as much money. From the research that I did with them, I couldn't find someone that said, "No!     I purchased a Ford Expedition 08 so we got an extended warranty. The gentleman from AA Auto Protection, Liam, offered me the best rate for a 5-year, 6,000-mile extended warranty at the rate of $1,800-$1,900. I thought that was pretty reasonable compared to others.     The warranty on my vehicle went out, so I was looking to renew. AA Auto came along and I was kind of curious, so I checked them out. The protection specialist said that to file a claim, you just call in and set it up. He also mentioned the benefits such as roadside assistance, where I can rent a car if my vehicle is in the shop for more than a couple of hours, or that they will come and tow my vehicle if I'm out of town and kind of stuck.     I have a BMW and a Jaguar. I got an extended auto warranty because it gets a little expensive towards the end.     So far, so good with AA Auto and if I have a friend or a relative that is looking for an auto warranty, I would recommend them. I don’t have any issues with the company and I haven't made any claims yet because the car I bought is in perfect working condition and so far it looks good. I bought the vehicle as is and the auto protection plan was way too expensive and they wouldn't break it down into monthly payments. And I wasn’t able to afford such a huge payment so I started shopping online to get a company that would give me both a reasonable price and monthly payments.

    We discontinued the service from AA Auto because of the lack of respect of one of their customer service reps. The lousy rep gave me an attitude despite me talking to them so nicely. I went to a garage and I was told that they had to take out the transmission to find out why it failed. They also said, "look, there's a possibility this will be denied". So I said, "okay". So, I was told, "you have to call AA Auto up and tell them that they need to give you a yes or no if they're going to fix the transmission. If they deny the claim, they don't want to pay for the transmission and then you have to pay for it". I did say that to them and they said, "we're going to decline your claim", so I was not happy with the way their customer service handled everything.

    I didn't have a normal warranty when I purchased a Mercedes because I only qualified for the exact amount of the car. I needed to have warranty knowing that the car and its parts are expensive. I got AA Auto and didn't enjoy it. When I told them I had an issue, the gentleman who sold me the policy said that perhaps my car had a pre-existing condition. 10 days after having the policy, I found out that it didn't cover something that it did not state in the verbiage which was a little bit misleading to me. It's disappointing to pay for something and not be covered.
