I wanted to make sure I got protection on my car in case something happens that’s why I got an extended auto warranty and I live by a monthly income and on a budget. If I have an extended warranty, they will cover my engine and transmission fully. It’ll be a good help to me. I went to AA Auto as I was pleased by the presentation they made and it's guaranteed. I was comfortable with the 5-year, 100,000-mile warranty coverage that they offered me. They told me full coverage for inside-out, and that I’m able to do it monthly and give them $100 a month, and that I could take it to the major dealership if I want anything done.

The warranty on my truck went out so I decided to get an extended warranty from AA Auto Protect. The rep was very pleasant. They take my payments out of my credit card which I pay off every month. Good experience with them.

The second time I called, I was told that there was a 12-minute wait time and after about 2 minutes, I was told "Please leave us a message." I left a message and the call ended. I am reconsidering our membership with them because we can't get hold of anybody and it's now been a month. I am not very pleased.

I have an expensive car that I need to make sure is covered. The warranty's out, so I need to get an extended warranty. We had one, but the warranty provider didn't do what they said they were going to do. Then I searched online for warranty providers and AA Auto Protection seemed to be a reputable company. When I talked to the guy who sold me the plan, he seemed very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with AA Auto. However, I haven't gotten to use them yet. My policy may not have come in effect yet.

I wanted to have the peace of mind of having a guarantee in case something goes wrong, so I signed up with AA Auto, and it was easy and painless. I told them what I was trying to pay and they gave me a list of options. We then figured one that worked and was within the budget that I was trying to stay with.

Their certified vehicle protection specialist was great. He looked for the lowest cost he could find and his customer service skills was excellent. It was easy to make payments because the rate was so cheap. I was able to afford it, so I paid it. The customer service rep made it easy too. He didn't try to pressure me. He's a good customer service agent.

What was more than likely the reason why I went with AA Auto Protection is because of the young man that I spoke with. He was very nice, professional, and gave me a lot of information. It was a good experience as far as asking questions. I’m afraid I had another company that just pressured me and just hurried me along, but the guy from AA took his time and explained any questions to me that I asked. He was a perfect customer service agent.

Since my car is old, I needed an extended auto warranty. I called a lot of companies and most of them didn't want any mileage exceeding over 150,000 miles but AA did, so I chose them. Also, I liked the way the rep talked on the phone. He has some funny questions.

AA Auto canceled my policy with them due to miscommunication in the beginning about the car mileage. When I got my paperwork, it said that the mileage was at a certain number. When I did the Carfax, Carfax showed that it was a different mileage. They couldn't give an exact estimate or straighten it out but they're costing me a whole bunch of money. I'm not with them anymore and I found another warranty place.

We bought the policy from Bruce who answered all my questions very quickly and with good definition. That was very important to me. We've had the policy for about a month and so far, it's fine. I got another car and just bought an AA Auto policy. I've always had warranty on my vehicle and I know the benefits of having a extended warranty versus paying out of your pocket. Their rep was knowledgeable and courteous. He was straightforward about the pricing and in trying to get me the best possible deal. This is my third policy but the first one from them. I emailed them this morning because I haven't heard back from them in terms of the billing cycle or the payment process. But all in all, I would recommend them.

AA's protection specialist was very helpful. There was a period of time where I wanted to buy and then something came up and I couldn't come up with the down payment but he kept in contact with me. The company seemed to be more willing to work with me on a payment that would be affordable for me on a monthly basis and the down payment to get started. So compared to some of the other ones they were basically offering the same coverage but for twice as much money. From the research that I did with them, I couldn't find someone that said, "No! Don't buy from them. They're awful." So I felt comfortable with it. AA is good value for your dollar.

The gentleman from AA Auto Protection, Liam, offered me the best rate for a 5-year, 6,000-mile extended warranty at the rate of $1,800-$1,900. I thought that was pretty reasonable compared to others. I was told that payments would be easy and I thought I could manage it so I went with them. Although, I called AA Auto Protection once to see what was covered and they weren't very helpful. They tried to shoo me off the phone. Overall, as long as it's going to pay if something happens, we shouldn't have any problem.

I've gotten a warranty from AA Auto before for a different vehicle, and when I had bought a used pickup, I knew that AA's warranties were substantially less money than getting one through a dealer. The dealers always try to talk you into it, but I just knew AA was a better deal. Having had these warranties before, I pretty much know how to look up information. We didn't think it was even possible for me to get a warranty on this vehicle, but the guy that helped me kept looking and found what I feel is a really good one. He was great and my experience with them has been fantastic.

The warranty on my vehicle went out, so I was looking to renew. AA Auto came along and I was kind of curious, so I checked them out. The protection specialist said that to file a claim, you just call in and set it up. He also mentioned the benefits such as roadside assistance, where I can rent a car if my vehicle is in the shop for more than a couple of hours, or that they will come and tow my vehicle if I'm out of town and kind of stuck. The customer service was pretty cool. The rep was a cool dude, and he made me feel comfortable. They've been excellent.

I have a BMW and a Jaguar. I got an extended auto warranty because it gets a little expensive towards the end. I went with AA Auto Protection because Jaguar wanted me to pay the whole warranty upfront which was $4000 which I didn't have to do with AA Auto Protect. I got a little frustrated because the gentleman I first spoke with didn't want to answer my questions. Then I spoke with a lady who's much nicer and switched me to another lady that was more than willing to help me, so everything was okay.

So far, so good with AA Auto and if I have a friend or a relative that is looking for an auto warranty, I would recommend them. I don’t have any issues with the company and I haven't made any claims yet because the car I bought is in perfect working condition and so far it looks good. I bought the vehicle as is and the auto protection plan was way too expensive and they wouldn't break it down into monthly payments. And I wasn’t able to afford such a huge payment so I started shopping online to get a company that would give me both a reasonable price and monthly payments.

We discontinued the service from AA Auto because of the lack of respect of one of their customer service reps. The lousy rep gave me an attitude despite me talking to them so nicely. I went to a garage and I was told that they had to take out the transmission to find out why it failed. They also said, "look, there's a possibility this will be denied". So I said, "okay". So, I was told, "you have to call AA Auto up and tell them that they need to give you a yes or no if they're going to fix the transmission. If they deny the claim, they don't want to pay for the transmission and then you have to pay for it". I did say that to them and they said, "we're going to decline your claim", so I was not happy with the way their customer service handled everything.

I didn't have a normal warranty when I purchased a Mercedes because I only qualified for the exact amount of the car. I needed to have warranty knowing that the car and its parts are expensive. I got AA Auto and didn't enjoy it. When I told them I had an issue, the gentleman who sold me the policy said that perhaps my car had a pre-existing condition. 10 days after having the policy, I found out that it didn't cover something that it did not state in the verbiage which was a little bit misleading to me. It's disappointing to pay for something and not be covered.

I had acquired auto warranty before from Auto Protection and this is my second one. Payments for it is very easy and simple. I use a credit card on the Omnisure website and they take it out every month. Jason is the sales rep and he is good. I called him direct and he explained everything very thoroughly.
