Traveling overnight and ran into TERRIBLE weather. I called to book and explained that I needed a room right then. The room was booked. When I arrived I was told I had to wait until check-in hrs. The booking took place around 1:45am. Check in is 3:00pm. I canceled and contacted customer service who stated I would receive a refund and sent a text confirming. After sending the text the refund was voided. I'm now unable to get anyone and I've been hung up on twice. I would NEVER attempt to book with any Days Inn again.

I’m not sure what to think at this point.. I stayed 2 nights. I checked my checking account the day I checked out.. My entire checking account is pending except for $40.00. I had enough to get lunch and gas.. How do they know how much a person has in their checking account?

If you looking for a good, well kept hotel room Days Inn is the place to go. The breakfast in the morning is enough to get you full. And coffee is great. They keep the check in office well kept. My place to go for a nice stay!

Days Inn Orlando, Florida. Our flight got in late so we missed our rental car, had to spend the night to get car in the morning. Uber driver, very friendly recommended Days Inn and took us there. It’s midnight by now, checking in took 45 minutes, only to get a bedbug ridden room that was disgusting, mold, broken pipes to the sink which was clogged. See pics.

If I could they were extremely rude and borderline harassing me at this location. The individual in the red hat was hovering around me after and when he realized I was observing him do that he had his cellphone on speaker as I was waiting for my ride in order to record what I was saying on a personal phone call that had nothing to do with them... A few minutes after this, another employee asks me why I have my stuff in the lobby as a guest that just checked out and is clearly waiting for my ride to arrive. As I am still on the phone, the employee that was hovering around me also commented in my looks after asking me if I was okay???

I felt as though that was very unprofessional and slightly manipulative based on the obvious climate of the situation and I stopped engaging in conversation with him after that comment and he proceeded to walk away. This same employee was giving me a hard time with a paid in ADVANCE reservation the previous days stayed as well for no apparent reason other than her perceived prejudice. I am a ** woman of course. I also noticed the day before my checkout date that the sink was mysteriously leaking after I also had to get my key "fixed" for the second time after returning from being out and about all day. Lol. I would not recommend staying at this location if you can avoid it.

I hate to say this but I'm going to leave a horrible review because of the horrible place we stayed in Topeka, Kansas. Not only was the hotel dirty the door wouldn't lock without the lock and so when when you went into the room if you didn't lock the door it stayed open. There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling which was all brown from dirty water or something and then there was mold in the bathtub. The TV would not work. The front doors to the hotel were left open when the staff left at 12:00 midnight. Whoever heard of not locking a door. If the stuff the staff leave. The only thing good about it was the front desk clerk. On the night shift. I will never stay in a Days Inn again.

The elevator made creaking noises and shook whenever it moved. Having heard of incidents where people were stuck or injured in faulty elevators, my son and his friends became concerned about safety. They noticed that the elevator inspection certificate was expired, so my son took a photo and showed it to the front desk, politely suggesting that maintenance should be scheduled.

Instead of addressing the safety concern, the front desk clerk reacted with an unreasonable attitude. She called the police, falsely accusing the boys of harassment, and had them removed from the hotel around 1 a.m.—even though they were supposed to stay two more nights. This is completely unacceptable. Your hotel failed to maintain a safe environment and treated guests with disrespect. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, and if possible, I would rate it zero stars.

This place is filthy with bugs crawling all over the room. The microwave is rusted and there is no plate like there is supposed to be. The refrigerator is about to fall out of the tv stand because it does not belong there.

Anyone wanting to stay at Days Inn-Airport in Colorado Springs, please rethink it. Worst place I have ever stayed. And, I have stayed at some pretty crappy hotels. There was no coffee, no mini fridge, no towels. I asked, and the front desk told me they don't have any towels, the sink is plugged, and I waited all night for maintenance to come unplug it. The advertisement stated breakfast, not continental; all they have is prepackaged muffins that are older than I am, and I am pretty old.

BUYER BEWARE DANGEROUS – Unsafe, Overcharged, and Poorly Managed. I had a very negative experience at the Days Inn by Wyndham Bend and do not recommend staying here. The property felt unsafe after our vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot, and management was unhelpful. To make matters worse, my card was overcharged, and I witnessed another guest complaining that their room key was activated without any ID check—the exact same issue I later experienced myself.

Key issues during our stay: Reservation trap: Pressing “1” when calling their main line sends you to a third-party booking system. Their strict policies don’t allow early checkout, even if you feel unsafe. Serious security concerns: Staff repeatedly activated key cards without confirming names or ID. This puts every guest at risk. Billing problems: My credit card was overcharged, and staff offered no clear explanation. Poor amenities: WiFi was almost unusable, the bathtub was broken (shower only), and the so-called “free breakfast” was just a couple of packaged snacks. Overall, this hotel felt unsafe, unprofessional, and poorly maintained. If you’re looking for a secure and reliable place to stay in Bend, Oregon, I strongly suggest choosing another hotel.
