I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a cremation arrangement for the urn to sit amongst at a memorial service. I received a call from my sister a half hour before the service that it hadn't arrived at the funeral home. After going round and round with their automated system, I finally got a person. They said no one had the flowers and that they emailed me to let me know. I didn't get an email. Why didn't someone CALL me?!?! So disappointing at an already difficult time. I then had to ask for a refund! If they knew the order couldn't be filled, why didn't they automatically process a refund?!?! Absolutely horrible! Will never use them again!

On Wednesday, May 13 I set an order around 8:30 AM and paid extra for same-day delivery for Flowers to be delivered. The flowers were also supposed to be delivered before 2 PM. Not until 3:45 PM did I receive an email stating that my flowers could not be delivered. Their customer service department closes at 4 PM with 15 minutes left in their business day. I waited on hold for 32 minutes with a representative across seas, that would check in every 2 to 3 minutes waiting on someone from their customer service department to come on the line.

When someone finally came on the line, I gave them my order number and they said that the reason that it could not be delivered was because of high volume in an area that I know does not have high volume. When I challenged that statement, they began to tell me that the floral arrangement that I purchased through 1800flowers.com could not be made because they did not have the specific flowers to make it. In the email that they sent they said that they would upgrade the purchase free of charge for the inconvenience. I then gave them the opportunity to deliver it today on Thursday, May, 14th again I received an email later in the day specifying that it could not be delivered. These are horrible business practices and I understand that floral arrangements are outsourced to local places, but there needs to be better accountability between 1-800 Flowers and those they utilize to fulfill the orders.

My son sent me flowers for Mother's Day. They arrived the Friday before and are droopy and wilted. Not wanting to tell my son I contacted customer service online. I was on the computer for at least 40 minutes saying the flowers were in bad shape and reminded them of their 100% satisfaction guarantee. They said they would send me a replacement which I never received!! No stars would be a better review!! They are not trustworthy!! Do not purchase flowers from this company!!!! Disappointed mom

I ordered an arrangement this past Saturday for my fiancee, from her daughter. When the arrangement arrived. It was completely destroyed. The

person delivering the flowers just left it outside the house in the pouring rain. By the time my fiancee received notification of the delivery. Look at the attached photos. This is what she received. Customer service promised a full refund. Have yet to see any refund. Filed a complaint with my financial bureau. They are taking care of the situation. Stay away from 1800flowers. They are horrible.

I ordered a medium-sized arrangement for mother's day. The arrangement was delivered on the day selected. However, what my mother got was a disastrous and embarrassing arrangement. This is the SECOND time in a row that this has happened. The delivery was made in the Cobble Hill section of Brooklyn, NY, which is a high-end million-dollar neighborhood. I don't know which florist was used. I have seen better arrangements thrown out in piles of dead flowers at cemeteries. The arrangement this time was sparse; the flowers were delivered Friday for Mother's Day, and by today, Sunday, the crappy arrangement was dead. However, I was promised a refund; we shall see. I tried to upload the pictures, but the system won't upload them to the site.

Ugh! I ordered three bouquets to be delivered to my niece, who is hosting Mother’s Day Dinner. On Friday, only one bouquet was delivered. On Saturday, I called the local florist who said they only received one order. Flowers.com was very apologetic and said the other two would be delivered later that day. They even called my niece to apologize. Later on Saturday, only one more bouquet was delivered. My niece (the gift recipient) called to tell them only one was delivered and though they said they’d call her back, they did not. Today, Sunday, Mother’s Day, I called flowers.com again and all they would do is refund me for the bouquet that was not delivered. No compensation for delivery (lack of), time, frustration, disappointment. Boo Flowers.com. Now only two of the three moms at Mother’s Day dinner get flowers.

I ordered flowers for my mother, who lives in another state, and paid extra for Saturday delivery. Not only did they not arrive on Saturday, but on Mother's Day the were three states away. They offered a re-delivery attempt, but that is wholly inadequate. It doesn't help my mother feel appreciated on her special day. They also won't refund the extra I paid for delivery.

Ordered three arrangements for Mother's Day. None were as advertised and I know I did not receive my money's worth on at least one arrangement (per their substitution policy). This has been a consistent issue with 1-800-Flowers. I'll be adding a calendar reminder to never order from them again and recommend against giving them your hard earned money.
