Really disappointing experience with BloomNation. I ordered through one of their “Premium” florists, and the delivery never arrived. The recipient confirmed nothing was received, yet I was told it was “delivered”—with no proof provided. The florist has been completely unresponsive, and even BloomNation couldn’t reach them. Despite that, their first solution was to tell me to dispute the charge with my bank instead of helping resolve it. I was also told refunds don’t apply in situations like this. No proof, no response, no accountability. I would strongly caution anyone from using BloomNation or their featured florists—you’re on your own if something goes wrong.

I ordered flowers from a florist that was in business for many years; they operate through Bloom Nation. Only to find out that the shop closed months ago, but their website was still up and taking orders. Needless to say, flowers were never delivered. I reported it as fraud to my credit card company. Even after this the website is still up and taking orders.

So far I have been charged 300.00 and now they want another 400.00. I had to change my credit card information or they would had continued to charge me. We started back in August and here it is December and I am no further ahead. Don't make the same mistake I did! Zero stars would be more appropriate.

Victoria went above and beyond! Despite my bereavement, despite our time difference me being in Maine, she in California, despite me requesting she deliver the next county over, despite me changing the wording on my note 2 or 3 times, she still fulfilled a greater special request of adding Tootsie Pops to the arrangement (only my family/friends understand). Victoria made a beautiful arrangement and sent me pictures before delivering.

I was extremely disappointed in what was delivered and the lack of customer service afterwards! I ordered Breath of Fresh Air, with the Deluxe upgrade, as a pick me up after my dear friend's husband passed away, but what was delivered was an entirely white arrangement. It looked more like something for a wedding. No color whatsoever. When I called to complain that what was delivered was nothing like the picture of what I ordered, I was matter of factually told that they "reserve the right to substitute flowers." I replied that I had no problem with that, but why on earth did they use ALL white flowers with no color whatsoever. It was completely inappropriate for the occasion and was embarrassing!

I ordered a bouquet for a special occasion from one of their West Chester, PA providers. I should have researched this flower shop before ordering. For more than a year, the shop was taking customers' money without delivery any product. Bloom Nation acted as if they weren't aware, but the reviews citing the fraudulent behavior were on the Bloom Nation site itself. I had to enlist another florist and email Bloom Nation repeatedly to resolve the issue and return my monies to me. I asked to be reimbursed for the other order for the inconvenience and their failure to monitor their providers adequately. They refused and instead offered a 10% discount on their services. I told them I was unsatisfied with the resolution - especially because the provider had been duping customers for a year - and as I have no intention of ever using a Bloom Nation flower shop again.

I wish I had checked the other reviews on your website before ordering. I live in Singapore and wanted to send flowers to our son and daughter in law in New York City for their anniversary. The entire experience was terrible, first the website was not showing same day delivery. When we called the stated number seems someone not authorised picked up and gave us a WhatsApp number that seemed to be of a third party who was very annoyed with it. They made me send all details first in the WApp and then by email. I sent the photo of the arrangement from the website and they confirmed that they would deliver a similar bouquet within a few hours. They sent a horrible bouquet not even close to the the one they confirmed and late in the evening.

I ordered flowers for my granddaughter's birthday on April 1st. The flowers delivered did not resemble the flowers depicted on the website in any way ("Sunny Day Pitcher of Joy"). The vase was not as shown, which was a bright yellow cheerful looking vase; She received something that looked like an old mason jar with flowers picked on the side of the road. Talked to Amy, the owner; could only apologize, no reduction, no refund. Adios Bloom Nation and Ivy Cottage Flowers.

Bloomnation is a scam. I ordered flowers on Valentine's Day, no less, and they were never delivered. Naturally I disputed the charges with my credit card co. only to find out Bloomnation lied and said they were delivered. I could not believe my eyes that they would lie about a $113 flower charge when the flowers were not delivered ON VALENTINE'S DAY! When I went to review their terms again, the only way they could dispute what happened that day was to lie. This is why they are a scam. They ruin Valentine's Day by not delivering flowers and then lie to keep their money?!? What a scam, this company should shut its doors and stop robbing consumers.

Used BloomNation to send flowers from Ca to SCarolina. I put the zip code in and they recommended a florist in S.C. I placed my order on Jan 2 2020. The florist My Darling Flower called that they were out of flowers. Can they deliver the next day. I said, "That’s okay." The delivery of flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. I spent $125.00 for a beautiful arrangement. They delivered 20 bucks of Trader Joe’s junk. I was in tears. BloomNation did not correct the situation at all. No new delivery of flowers no refund. I Would Never Recommend Using This Company Ever. Complete disaster and waste of money!!

Ordered at 3:00 AM. Flowers arrived near 9:00 AM on the same day. Good selection in the location I needed. Flowers were great, came with a custom note too. Expensive, but very happy with customer service. A woman even called me to confirm the address as she didn't want to call who it was meant for in case I wanted it to be a surprise.

It was quite lovely and they were very charming. I would enjoy having that sort of customer service everywhere. It had quite the variety but if it were to have more exotic flowers I would have enjoyed that more. What they did have were fine but it'd be cool to have a corpse flower at my wedding. The flowers weren't in perfect condition, but it's not like they were picked and moved ten feet to where they needed to be. I wasn't expecting perfect. They were nice but it'd be cool to have your flowers shipped in by a drone and just like dropped so instead of raining men it's raining dozens of roses upon you.

I think that for the price I paid I received high quality service. I think that overall it was a great value and I am very happy with my purchase. I found that I was able to pick the delivery service that met my needs. I was able to get my flowers to my mother when I needed them there and they were on time.

Flowers arrived on time and in good condition. There was no problem with the delivery and the deliverer was nice and caring towards the package and me. There was a great variety to choose from, and they were all at pretty decent prices. There seemed to be over 40 flowers to choose from. I would recommend this service. The value was good for its price and worth every penny. I was left satisfied with my purchase. There wasn't much of a variety, but I was happy with my delivery. I would recommend but not greatly. There was a wide variety of floral arrangements for my area which surprised me and I was satisfied with what they offered to me. I chose a rather simple arrangement and was happy with it. The price was slightly higher than other florists but I believe that the product was worth the price and I would happily pay the same thing again since the flowers were fresh and beautiful when they arrived. I wanted a black and white color palette and they delivered. They were very pretty. While the flowers were a bit expensive, they were good for what I got. Since my order was specific, I think it was worth the extra money to pay. I had no problems whatsoever with the delivery. They arrived on time and they were in good condition. No wilting or falling apart. Nothing was broken.
