We have 5 phone lines, 2 watches and 3 tablets on our account at T-Mobile. My daughter deals with all the billing, specials, upgrades, all of that. I deal with the 80 yr old with poor eye sight & panic attacks over her phone, the 65 yr old non-phone using person and my own issues. We always go to the Arundel Mills Mall store & I usually ask for Big Kevin but today I had Blake. They are both very thorough, knowledgeable, patient & easy to understand. Today we were making the new Samsung be set up EXACTLY like her old Pixel with the same fonts, set ups and transferring all texts from 1 phone to the other. He fixed everything, made it all look easy, explained why I was having trouble doing some things & made it over all a very pleasant experience.

If you are not tech savvy or just need things simpler or fixed when you are stumped, these guys both are wonderful, all while not making me feel incompetent. We do not use a Gmail for our email, can never remember the correct Gmail address or know the passwords. That does not cause them any issues but drives me crazy. I highly recommend TMobile & I fully appreciate all the extra effort Blake went through for me today. You can go to the store for any issue or to get things set up on the phone, not just for broken phones.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Outstanding Service from Wesley—A True Mobile Expert\!** After more than 20 years with AT&T, I walked into T\-Mobile simply to explore my options and left as a new customer\. I traded in my paid\-off iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro and walked out with brand\-new iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Pro phones, along with cases and screen protectors\.

After a recent AT&T outage and frustrating congestion—especially when using my phone as a hotspot for backup internet—I did my homework and decided to seriously consider T\-Mobile for my area in Deer Pines Subdivision in Conroe, Texas\. That’s when I met Wesley, a T\-Mobile Senior Mobile Expert, and he truly deserves the title\. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and never pressured me\. He explained the military/veteran plan options, compared plans and phones, answered all my questions, and handled the entire transition from start to finish\.

Wesley made what could have been a complicated process incredibly easy\. I left the store confident that I had made the right decision and excited to have my new service before heading to Austin to celebrate my birthday with my son and daughter\. Thank you, Wesley, for your professionalism, knowledge, and outstanding customer service\. You represented T\-Mobile extremely well\. As they say in the military, I salute you\! 🇺🇸🫡 If you’re considering T\-Mobile, ask for Wesley\. He knows his stuff and truly takes care of his customers\!

I had a wonderful experience with Helen **, Mobile Expert Representative at T-Mobile. I came into the store extremely frustrated after my phone had been stolen, and Helen was so attentive, compassionate, and helpful. She took the time to explain everything I needed to know, gave me the information I needed to move forward, and even offered to call the phone insurance company to help me with the process. Helen is extremely knowledgeable and provides exceptional customer service. She truly went above and beyond to make a very stressful situation a little easier.

While I was waiting to be helped, I also observed Helen assisting another customer who was very upset and blaming her for the situation. I was impressed by how calm, patient, and professional she remained. She explained the process to the customer several times, and each time she did so with the same patience and professionalism. She never showed frustration or allowed the difficult situation to affect the way she treated the customer. Helen is a true asset to T-Mobile. Her compassion, patience, knowledge, and dedication to helping customers really stood out to me. Thank you, Helen, for making a difficult day a little easier. You are truly appreciated!

To Management: I can't say enough good things about Jeff ** at the T-Mobile store in Middletown Commons. Today, after my phone was either lost or stolen, I was stressed and expecting the process to be a nightmare. Jeff immediately put me at ease. He was incredibly professional, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. He helped me set up a new phone and transferred my existing phone number, which meant I didn't have to worry about changing my number or updating all of my accounts and contacts. He took care of everything and made what could have been a very frustrating day completely manageable.

Jeff is a perfect example of what outstanding customer service should look like. He genuinely cares about his customers, explains everything clearly, and goes the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. It's rare to find someone this dedicated and helpful. I will be telling my friends and acquaintances, if you need assistance with anything T-Mobile related, I highly recommend asking for Jeff. He turned a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Thank you, Jeff, for your exceptional service! A VERY satisfied customer!

My mom had T-Mobile as her service and she had recently passed away, so I was left with canceling her line. I had help set it up for her, so there was a bit of confusion as I was on the account, but she had the phone line. (My service was with another company). I was bounced around from going into the store, to calling customer service multiple times. I had to visit 4 different stores and call 4 different times before someone could finally cancel her line. I already had to deal with the passing of my mother on top of all of this. I would never use them as a carrier and would not recommend them to anyone. I would give them 0 out of 5 stars if I could.

The WORST customer service experience. I had T-Mobile for many years and never an issue. I upgraded to the family 4 line and EVERYTHING went downhill. They falsified promotions at the time of signing up and once disputing the billing they kept telling me they would investigate. Close to the time of bill being due they had me set up a payment arrangement while they “further investigate” so phones would not be cut off. Then close to time of arrangement being due then they ASSURED me they phone would not be suspended while they are still investigating and would call me back in 2 days.

Every time they say they will call back they NEVER do. My phone needed up being suspended and had to pay $800 just to get it turned back on and another $400 payment arrangement set into place due to restoration and late fees dealing with it all! The money was needed for a burial but I needed my phone for work. Upon calling to make a formal complaint against T-Mobile they then tell me there is nothing they can do for me besides offer a $20/ month credit for a year.

I am so disappointed and disgusted with them. Throughout all this I wanted to cancel service and return phones within my return period but they kept assuring me they would take care of it until it got to the point they then told me it was out of the return period and not an option. I highly recommend ANY AND EVERYONE staying away from T-Mobile. They are a manipulative and deceitful company. They scam you and gals advertise. If they mess up your billing then I advise cancelling immediately and do NOT trust they will handle it. They will sway you along until you have no other options but to pay.

Their customer service is TERRIBLE and the managers customer service is even WORSE. They don’t like being called out and then when you tell them calls are recorded and to pull them up then the managers customer service tells you calls are only for training and quality purposes and T-Mobile doesn’t and won’t use them. Families are struggling out here and T-Mobile is the last phone company you want to trust in. A similar situation happened to someone I know who transferred over to T-Mobile as well and hits you with all hidden fees and breaks moral code based on being mislead on what you are getting. I can’t say enough to stay away from T-Mobile.

The Company is so disorganized. They give all customers the runaround. Whether it's signing up for new service, disputing a bill, getting a copy of a contract, cancelling service, or anything else. They just can't get it done for you in an efficient manner. I tried to sign up for service. I had to give up because they were taking my whole day just to sign up. Then after that, they came up with a bill that I owed from US Cellular from 1 1/2 years ago. They said I owed them $99 plus late charges of $175. THEY HAVE NEVER SENT ME A BILL IN THE 1 1/2 YEARS SINCE I SUPPOSEDLY OWED THE BILL. And now the first time I hear from them is from a collection agency because they bought US Cellular. But they tell me they can't give me a copy of the breakdown of the $99 charge, or a copy of the contract. So the bottom line is they say I owe money, they never sent me a bill, and now won't give me the breakdown as to why I owe them. Pathetic.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 6 years, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The biggest issue has been the constant and unexplained bill increases. Every month feels like a guessing game because I never know what my bill is going to be. Recently, I called customer service to resolve a billing issue that was caused by a T-Mobile representative. The agent assured me that switching to a different plan would keep my monthly payment consistent and close to what I had been paying. Instead, my bill nearly doubled.

When I called back to get this corrected, the situation got even worse. I spent hours on the phone, multiple times, during my workday, being transferred from department to department with no resolution. Not only did nobody take ownership of the mistake, but I was also treated disrespectfully and felt mocked by customer service representatives who seemed more interested in passing me around than helping solve the problem. The lack of accountability, inconsistent billing, and poor customer service have completely destroyed my trust in this company. No customer should have to spend hours fighting to correct a mistake that was caused by T-Mobile in the first place.

After 6 years, I can honestly say that dealing with T-Mobile has been a constant source of stress and frustration. If you're considering joining T-Mobile, be prepared for billing surprises, endless transfers between departments, and customer service that does not stand behind its promises. I no longer trust T-Mobile and would not recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst phone service I have ever had. I switched from Verizon after being with them for over 11 years because T-mobile offered all these discounts and rates that seemed way better than Verizon including the T-life app. However after over a year in using t-mobile I couldn’t be more disappointed. My bill increases by at least $20 every single month with hidden fees, the customer service is slow and you can’t barely get ahold of a live agent over the phone to talk to physically instead of using the chat option. They charge astronomical fees for every little thing. The Tuesday perks are always the same thing like little ceasers pizza or 7’11 discounts which are not a perk for certain geographical areas. The perks are more situational to big cities. The 5G connection falls off constantly. Their solutions for refunding a fee that should have not been charged is a trick as they will refund an amount back to you but then will find a way to recharge it somewhere else!

The Netflix and other channels on us is really not a deal because it’s the exact discount as going to the app directly. I am truly disappointed as in the beginning I thought I was making a better choice switching my phone service and it has been nothing but problems from day one. It is my bad for not researching this phone service more accurately.

Switched to Verizon to get service at my house after Tmobile map shows they have full service at my house, when we called the lady said, "Oh sorry. You will probably have to switch providers!" So we did just that, was on Tmobile for 6 hours of the last billing cycle and they charged me 50 bucks more for that month than normal.

Called in. Guy said it was a mistake and to wait until the next billing cycle and it would credit back. We did that. It did not credit back, in fact they put a late fee on it to boot. They also sent it to a collection agency. We called back several times and told each time it would be taken care of or hung up on after hours on the phone. I finally paid it so it didn't show up on my report, I truly hope they lose their current class action suit against them for billions and the president and management gets fired!

T-Mobile has the worst customer service. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years, and I pay $20 per month for extended warranty and insurance coverage on my device. This means that if my device stops working and the issue is covered under the warranty, it should be replaced. My issue began in May 2026, when I contacted T-Mobile about my device. I was told they no longer had a replacement available for my phone and would have to replace it with a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. At first, I was reluctant because the S22 Ultra does not have a memory card slot. However, I was told that this was my only option, so I accepted the replacement.

One month later, the S22 Ultra stopped working and would not turn back on. It would only flash the Samsung logo before powering off again, essentially becoming unusable. As a result, I lost access to all my information and missed a day of work because I rely on my phone to log in to my work VPN. The phone was replaced, but a little over two months later, the same thing happened again. It was replaced a second time, and the issue happened yet again. Now, this is the fourth time in less than a year that I have had the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra replaced for the exact same problem.

This time, I asked to speak with a supervisor because I wanted to know whether there was a known issue with these devices, given that the same problem keeps occurring. The young lady I spoke with told me that it just seemed like I was unlucky. That response was unacceptable and did not address my concerns as a paying customer.

I needed my phone, and since it was around 7:30 p.m., the representative instructed me to go to a T-Mobile store before it closed at 8:00 p.m. She assured me that the store had the replacement available. I drove to the store, only for an employee to tell me that they did not have any Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra devices available as replacements.

I then had to call customer service again to request that another replacement be shipped to me. I was told that the replacement would be sent overnight. I also requested to speak with a supervisor because I had been given incorrect information by a representative. However, I was told that no supervisor was available and that someone would call me back within 24 to 48 hours. Not only was the replacement phone not shipped overnight as promised, but it was ordered on Wednesday and did not arrive until Saturday. To make matters worse, I still have not received a call from a supervisor.

After more than 10 years as a loyal customer, paying $20 per month for insurance and extended warranty coverage, I expect better service, accountability, and a reliable solution. Instead, I have experienced repeated device failures, wasted time, missed work, misinformation from customer service representatives, and a complete lack of follow-up from management.

T-Mobile needs to take responsibility for this situation and provide a lasting solution rather than continuing to replace my phone with devices that develop the same problem. I should not have to keep going through this process when I have consistently paid for the protection and service that are supposed to give me peace of mind. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and T-Mobile's handling of the situation has left me questioning whether the company truly values its long-term customers

I am extremely disappointed with T-Mobile’s customer service. I spent nearly three hours between visiting a store and making phone calls, trying to get my devices unlocked, and I still have no solution. The agent at the store told me to call customer service to unlock my devices. When I called, the representative refused to help me without an account number and was extremely rude, telling me not to waste my time calling if I did not have it. Another representative then told me that my information was not in their archives and that I had to go back to the store, even though that was exactly where I had started! I gave them my account number. How can a major telecommunications company in 2026 have no records of a former customer’s name or phone numbers, yet offer no alternative way to resolve the issue?

I was sent back and forth between the store and customer service, with each side refusing to take responsibility. The last representative kept me waiting for nearly an hour to speak with a supervisor, and the situation was still unresolved. The lack of communication, professionalism, accountability, and basic customer support is unacceptable. I felt disrespected and completely ignored. Customers should not have to spend three hours going in circles just to get a straightforward answer about unlocking their own devices. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in T-Mobile. I expect better from a company of this size.

No issues with phone or connectivity, but if you ever need customer service, forget it. They transfer you from one department to another with no one taking ownership or doing warm transfer, meaning you start right back at the beginning every time. No follow-through or delivering on promises made. Asked for a written email or letter stating the balance due and that the phone would be unlocked once paid in full. Only requested this because they thoroughly messed it up when they unlocked my husband's phone. Literally had to tell reps how to do their job. We knew how because we spoke with so many different reps. Supervisors will not take calls. Reps used the same exact, scripted responses. 6 hours, 8 different reps, and no resolution, and I was trying to pay my bill.

We've been with T-Mobile for about four years now. As seniors, the phone fees and the rest was attractive. So much so that we took them up on their $200 offer to switch our WiFi to them. We did and three months, six months, eight months later still no rebate. Then multiple phone calls and a trip to the store and more run around until they finally offered $100 instead. This was a 180 for me. A company that I'd enjoyed and trusted was suddenly a fraud.

I have been with T-Mobile for the past 10 years, and for the past few months, they've given me so much trouble; no one is trying to help me, and they don't know what they are doing. One rep is telling me this, and another is saying that; it's been 1 month since my line got canceled, and I'm trying to restore it. One rep was trying to help me, but there was so much backlog. They don't care about you; they only care about their money, even though they didn't inform me that my account was going to be canceled. First, they told me that they could help, and after a few days, they told me they couldn't help me.

I'm writing a review to share about a pleasant experience I had with a in-store retail associate of T-Mobile located in Mobile, Alabama. Her name is Daysha. She is AWESOME! She helped me every step of the way with our issue. Customer Service couldn't help us after speaking with 5 different reps. I would highly recommend stopping by the store and ask for Daysha she is wonderful and great at her job and goes beyond what her job duties may entail. Great Customer Service!

I wish I could give them less than one star! I was with them since they bought Sprint. I was with Sprint for 10 years before that they had overcharged me $40 for four years for no reason and only reimbursed me for a month now they turned my service off. I had a dispute with my bank and my bank paid for two months. Suddenly, my bank took back the two months and they turned my phone service off with one day notice wouldn’t allow me to speak with a customer service agent unless I paid $300. I am so disgusted. These people robbed me. I will go to the end of the Earth to discourage people from using this company!

I have been with them for many years. I left. I came back. 1 day gave me a guarantee of this. Is your price for life? Which was not true. I turned around and decided to add a line to my account. I was told 55.00 for the first line. 25.00 for each additional line up to 3 lines, that's when I first came back to them. Guaranteed price for life. Last year, I decided to add a line to my account, which would have brought me up to 3 phone lines. I got an iPhone 14. I told him I was just gonna buy a refurbished one. The $300 they talked me into their deal, where I'd pay $300 for the phone. The person that I discussed my account where it would be. Additional twenty five dollars, and in a year, I would probably be adding an additional line. What's everything took place?

I realized that they had overcharged me. So I called in, spoke to a very rude person, I ended up hanging up on them. They were so rude. Called back, told the lady on the phone I wanted to return the phone, and I was going to take my services elsewhere. She told me not to worry, she'd get to the bottom of it and get it straightened out. She told me she got it. Fixed. Not to worry about a thing. I had expressed to her when I called in. I wanted to return the phone. A year later, my phone bill goes up. And then just a matter of weeks later, it goes up again from a hundred and thirteen dollars to a hundred and thirty one dollars to a hundred and fifty five dollars. When I called in approximately three weeks ago is when I found out the girl didn't fix the problem. Or find out where the problem was.

All she did was give me a discount for an entire year which meant it was going to fall off and I was going to basically be right back in the same boat. I was told by supervisor give her a little bit of time. She would call me back with the resolution. She did not call back when I called in today. I was hung up on by accident, but no one ever called me back. I called back in. Spoke to a young lady that was very nice. Got transferred to a supervisor named Oscar, whom was very rude, made it clear. He was the one handling the call today, and there was nothing more that was going to be done. Nor could I speak to anyone else. When I try to explain to him exactly what took place and told him the woman last year who falsely told me, she took care of it took away my ability to cancel the new phone line.

I have the opportunity to return that phone and not face any consequences of paying on it. Now a year later, I've paid almost a $180 towards that phone cannot return it. And we'll have to repay the balance. Not only do they lie, they mislead, but she took away my ability to cancel that contract, pertaining to that phone by lying to me telling me that she took care of everything. In my opinion, this is a breach of contract. I should be credited back the entire amount of money I paid on that phone and should be able to return that phone. So I can leave and go somewhere else. They clearly do not value us as customers.

This review is going to get me nowhere. They could care less about their customers unless they're getting more and more money from them. This should be illegal to lie to the consumer. And when they say they're recording the conversation, it's okay, but when you tell them you're recording it, they tell you that you're not allowed to do that. While the lady who lied to me and took away my ability to return that phone I had that entire conversation recorded. Horrible, horrible customer service. If you wanna be lied to then, stick with T-Mobile, otherwise. May I suggest you hold out until Starlink? Gets off and running.

My Experience with T-Mobile: $700 Refund Dispute and Extremely Disappointing Customer Service. I would not recommend T-Mobile based on my personal experience. What happened to me was unacceptable, and the way the company handled my concerns was even more disappointing than the original problem. I signed up for a family plan with multiple phone lines. Approximately eight to nine months later, I realized my phone bill was unusually high, so I contacted T-Mobile to review the charges. During that conversation, a representative brought up a phone number I did not recognize and told me that the number was not even connected to a phone.

I had been paying for a line I did not recognize and was not using, totaling approximately $700. I requested a full refund of my money. T-Mobile offered to refund only half. When I refused that offer and explained that I wanted the full amount returned, the communication stopped. I could no longer get anyone to respond to my calls or help me resolve the situation.

The way I was treated when I tried to get my money back was absolutely unacceptable. I was a paying customer who was trying to resolve a serious billing concern. Instead of receiving a satisfactory explanation or a resolution, I felt ignored and dismissed when I would not accept a partial refund. It is one thing to have a billing problem; it is another to feel that a company will no longer communicate with you when you challenge a charge and ask for your money back. That experience completely destroyed my trust in T-Mobile.

I ultimately canceled my service and took my business elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed that I had to walk away feeling that my concerns were never properly addressed and that approximately $700 remained unresolved. I would strongly encourage anyone considering T-Mobile to carefully examine every line on their bill and question any charges they do not recognize. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The lack of resolution and communication I experienced was unacceptable, and I would not want another customer to go through the same ordeal.

I transfer my number, call T-Mobile to let them know, but T-Mobile continues to bill me after, never notifies me or gives me access to the app so I can pay anything due then sends me to a collection agency. Phone people send me to the store to resolve the issues & the store sends me back to the phone people repeatedly.

T-Mobile is a scam. They told me about this promotion free phone $165 value free if with a trade in phone. I confirmed with 10 staff from customer care and local store staff that this promotion is valid. They assure me it's true, so I gave them a trade in phone. However, after you sign up, they try to charge me $10/month for 2 years. You have to call in and argue for hours every month to get your $10 back. So they basically sold you a $165 defective phone for $240, and they don't want to return the trade-in phone they stole. Furthermore, they raised the phone price because they feel that now you are locked in for 2 years contract. So never sign up anything with T mobile if you don't want to be exhausted arguing with their customer service.
