    I and my family have been with Sprint (bought by T-Mobile) since 1998. I am a 60 something year old who has somewhat difficulty with today's technology. I needed a new cell phone but have waited almost too long to pursue this purchase. Two days ago, I walked into the T-Mobile office located on Gallatin Pike in Gallatin, TN. There were 2 very nice employees there, but CiCi stood out. I explained to CiCi my lack of being a tech savvy person. CiCi stepped up and talked to me (not over my head) and explained to me the information I needed to hear in a very sweet professional manner. She truly earned 10 stars for her caring nature.

    I did not once feel less of a person while I was changing out my phone. Not only did she make this transaction smoother, but she also noticed my plan was an outdated plan and talked me through changes that needed to be made inevitably saving me a good bit on my monthly bill. Not only did she help with my phone and billing, but she also introduced another product T-Mobile has and explained exactly just what I needed to know to make future changes. I have worked in corporate since I was 18 years old and I understand customer service completely. I have been on both sides of good/bad customer service. CiCi really made my experience VERY pleasant, and I just wanted to say THANK YOU to her!!! Gallatin, TN T-Mobile, please share this with your employee, CiCi!!! THANK YOU CiCi.

    I called T-Mobile to inquire about my 80-year-old father's bill. At first, I talked to Jennifer. She was very helpful and patient in trying to understand the problem and chip away at finding a solution. Unfortunately, my phone died. I then called back and talked with Jasmine. She was fantastic. She stayed on the phone with my dad and I for 75 minutes. She researched the problem, asked questions, and started solving the issue. She was never in a hurry to complete the phone call. She made sure to take her time and complete all the steps in the correct order. She double checked her work to be sure everything was done properly. She even reviewed everything with my dad and I to be sure she did not miss anything. She did a great job!!

      I had an outstanding experience at the T-Mobile store on North Monroe Street in Tallahassee, Florida. After dealing with a very frustrating situation elsewhere, I came into this location and immediately noticed the difference. The store was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. I was assisted by Hussain, and his professionalism truly stood out.

      Hussain was knowledgeable, patient, and very respectful throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to my concerns, helped me select a new phone that fit my needs, and made sure everything was set up correctly. What I appreciated most was that he did not try to upsell me or pressure me into anything—I felt like he genuinely wanted to help. The level of customer service I received here was night and day compared to my previous experience. I left the store feeling confident, satisfied, and taken care of. Thank you, Hussain, for your professionalism, friendliness, and excellent service. This is exactly how customers should be treated.

      I had such a great experience at T-Mobile, and I really have to shout out Kendarus for going above and beyond. I came in dealing with a frustrating data issue, expecting it to take forever to sort out, but he handled it so quickly and effortlessly it honestly surprised me. Not only did he fix the problem almost immediately, but he also took the time to explain what was going on in a way that actually made sense. On top of that, he ended up saving me both time and money, which is rare these days. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and not just rushing them out the door. If you ever need help with anything phone-related, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for him, you’ll be in really good hands.

      My comments and review are for store #9759 at 10040 Alabama St, Redlands, CA. First, some background. At 73 years of age, I have worked in customer service/project management positions for well over 40 years, in retail and transportation, as well as in the printing industry. The point is, I pay close attention not only to the service I receive, but also to the service provided to other customers, the attitude of the employees, and the way the "business feels." I observed the following: All customers who walked in during my visit were quickly greeted by the staff, even when a staff member was already busy with another customer. AS soon as a staff member had a free moment or finished with a customer, they followed up by walking up to any waiting customers, greeting them again, and briefly inquiring about the reason for their visit to the store.

      One customer simply came in to pay a bill. Another customer was returning what appeared to be a router. It appeared that, while the store does not handle returns, a staff member explained that the customer could drop it off at UPS or FedEx. The staff member printed a shipping label, provided a carton and packaging materials, and assisted the customer in taping up the carton. The customer was very pleased with the service they received. (It felt like she was embarrassed to return the item, and the way they were assisted made them smile and remark how great the service was.) Another customer (a senior citizen) needed assistance with their phone because they had downloaded some apps and didn't know how to remove them.

      I was there for two reasons. The first was to ask whether they could replace a phone battery. That they were not able to do. However, I assumed this might be the issue, so I also brought a new phone, and they were able to clone my old phone onto it. The store's atmosphere was warm and friendly. This happened on a weekday, just after the store opened. The store manager, **, whom I met for the first time upon walking in, was professional, very knowledgeable, had great customer service skills, and appeared to work well with the other employees.

      Not sure what else to write except that while most companies strive to provide or train their employees to provide good service, providing customer service at the level I witnessed during my hour or so at the store is beyond what is taught in classes. Please let the staff at this store know that they went above and beyond, and my shopping at this store was an enjoyable experience, not just for me, but for every customer that came in while I was there.

      If we could give T-Mobile a -5 we would. We would strongly recommend you find another carrier as this one's support and the ability to pay your bill is terrible. We have tried to for 1 1/2 months now to canceled our internet from this company what a nightmare. From support telling us we have to wait a month and then turning us into a collection agency. From not sending us bills, either by mail or email and then charging us a late fee on top of a reconnect fee. To not letting us pay with a credit card with out a penalty. This is a company that has reach a state of absolute disgrace. By the by we have been apart of T-terrible for over 10 years.. No more that is for sure.

      I had an excellent experience with this customer service representative name Brandon K at the 3298 N New Center point, he was very knowledgeable, attentive, patient and friendly. He took the time to listen to my request, also understand I was not very experienced with phone. His professionalism and caring attitude made a big difference, and I am very grateful for his helpful service.

      Use to be a T-Mobile fan. The past several years have gone downhill so I switched to AT&T. I paid and closed my account and ported my number. 6 months later I get a notice from collections for a T-Mobile bill. I call T-Mobile. They have nothing. I did in my mail find one letter. At my cancellation they opened a separate account for my wearable... I've called multiple times and no one can fix it. It's $111 but keeps billing monthly and they can't cancel it? Now I have a attorney sorting it out.

      Worst customer service and completely unreliable service. Was switched from U.S. cellular. Charged 92 dollars and had absolutely no network. Tried 4 times to resolve the issue in store to no avail. And then when I canceled service was charged 62 dollars for a phone that didn't work!! Felt completely ripped off by T-Mobile. Would never recommend.
