We always have a great experience in Vidanta, there isn’t a single person that doesn’t make you feel welcomed. Everyone is super attentive and friendly when it comes to helping you and make your stay the best experience possible.

Stefan was a great guide for our experience. He was very patient and great and showing us around Vidanta. His professionalism was outstanding and he gave us a great tour of the facilities. We were very amazed by the facilities.

Estefan did a wonderful job! He made us feel very welcomed. He gave a great tour and gave a good breakdown of what to expect f on the membership. I would highly recommend his services. He doesn’t make the experience feel pressured.

Fernando is an amazing representative. Very knowledgeable.. The property is amazing and I can't wait to come back. It is definitely a place I will come back and visit all of the properties and go to the theme park..

Offers a great product, vacation resorts beautiful, staff and hospitality. Great third trip to Vidanta resorts, rooms and restaurants very nice. Recommend visiting Los Cabo and Riviera Mayan as my favorite places, many more to go!!

The overall experience was very good and informative. The Vidanta properties are some of the best properties we have visited. Spencer was great in explaining all the options and very personable. Which made the entire experience pleasant.

Candace, our presenter, was very thorough and very patient. Her team leader was not very professional and nearly blew our update. However, Candace was willing to preserve and obtain our understanding. Only because of her diligence, we stayed and signed a new contract.

Okay. Spend too much time talking. No theme park open. No lazy river open. Great staff. Beautiful facility. Beautiful foliage. Children facility nice. Gorgeous rooms. Great skyline. Great park. Kind staff. Great food.

Mauricio did a great job explaining our contract and our options. He understood our situation and listened well. He was properly versed in our contracts and what needed to be done to protect our investment.

Our customer service experience with the sales and marketing department was great. There was absolutely no pressure to upgrade or pay more. We love Vidanta and would upgrade but our current financial situation is not conducive to upgrading.

SCAM ALERT: Do Not Attend a Vidanta Timeshare Presentation — Here's What They Really Do. If you’re traveling to Mexico (especially Puerto Vallarta), beware of Vidanta. What they’re running isn’t a sales pitch — it’s a well-rehearsed scam built on lies, pressure, and financial manipulation. Here’s what really happens:

My family and I attended a sales presentation and the sales rep and the process was very professional. The breakfast was incredible and definitely worth the time. The overall experience was great. Better than some other presentations we have been on.

I agreed to attend a 60 minute sales presentation and receive a tour of the resort and enjoy a breakfast buffet. The buffet was not the one enjoyed by the members and the tour was not available except within the sales building. My Vidanta sales pitch was Friday, June 28, 2024. We were provided all types of promises. Most turned out to be lies. When we repeatedly refused to purchase, we were reassigned to other staff, one office lied claiming to be an independent research group evaluating Vidanta's sales presentation. The only question asked was why didn't you purchase a unit and then the salespeople were on us again. I finally relented and agreed to purchase after 6 hours of grueling torture. My travelling companion begged me not to as she saw through the lies. We were then told that our purchase must be videotaped.

They will lie, and tell and try to sell you a timeshare, and 3/4 of the stuff they promise, you actually are not true. We upgraded our timeshare, and just to learn we only qualify for the same room we already have. Try to call and complain, and always get sorry nothing I can do. I'm going to eat this upgrade, and never go back. Save your money and NEVER do a timeshare presentation.

My wife and I were given a vacation from my mother to the Mayan Palace 20 years ago. It was fine until they kidnapped us for 2 days and gave us the hard sell to purchase a timeshare. They wouldn't let us leave and kept hounding us. It was relentless and exhausting. We finally gave in when they said we could sell our timeshare at any time. So, we signed just so they would leave us alone. We have spent over $18,000 on a timeshare we never used, and they are still hounding us to pay more. We tried selling for years but gave up when we realized it was a total scam which I heard is run by a drug cartel as a way to launder their ill-gotten gains. Do not fall for this scam!

Vidanta Riviera Maya is my family’s favorite vacation spot. We’ve traveled here since I was a child. The amenities, accommodations, entertainment and restaurants are unmatched. The staff are professional and friendly. Every trip is memorable and unforgettable. This is not an all inclusive resort. Vidanta is something much better. We’ve stayed at Grand Mayan, Grand Luxxe and Mayan Palace over the years. My recommendation is not to travel here on a budget and to be ready to make unforgettable memories with your family.

We had an elegant, magical, perfect and a beautiful wedding at this resort for our daughter. We’ve been vacationing at Vidanta Riviera Maya for at least 20 years. The resort has beautiful landscapes, professional and wonderful staffs, delicious food and drink, amazing entertainment with Cirque du Soleil, Salum (beachfront eateries bars restaurants), and Havana Moon (beachfront with live entertainment nightly) and several other wonderful restaurants for dinner. Our favorite is breakfast/brunch buffet at Quinto and Del Lago for $25 per person will keep you full until dinner. We love the pools and the beach, and of course miles of the boardwalk throughout the resorts with iguanas and local wildlife and beautiful jungle.

Thought we were joining the best club in Mexico. The sales people were so friendly. Had a great buffet breakfast in Mayan Riviera. Always presentations take time, but it is a great resort. We paid to become a member and enjoy the services of Club Freedom. It then went downhill.. We did get 7 days in Puerto Vallarta. Another great resort.. Expensive.. Very expensive. Since then we've paid $20,000 to become too level and get personal service. Special phone #. That's also a sham.. Looked after us for about a week and then stopped returning calls.

In October, 2019, my Fiancé & I were in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We met a representative of Vida Vacations who invited us to a buffet brunch before their time-share talk at their facility. When we arrived there there was NO buffet, only food in a nothing Mexican restaurant. I was very upset as I did not like Mexican food & certainly couldn’t eat it on an empty stomach (I didn’t eat anything before as I thought we were invited to a big buffet brunch).

BEWARE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Do not buy any packages that suggest free annual cruises and discount cruises. I just attempted to use the $3000 savings and the other annual gift of 2 free cruises a year managed by Club Freedom. The $3000 savings can't be used in totality but only a portion that amounted to 5-10% savings. To use the entire amount before it expires would require me to cruise once a month!!!

The man with the madrid tattoo at Riviera Maya is the most disgusting human being to ever walk the face of this earth. Anything they say like free credit etc "you'll get it tomorrow," YOU WON'T. Absolute trash scammers, pathetic.
