Was a great first time experience with Turo. Easy pick up and easy drop off. Found it to be much easier than normal rental car services and also cheaper. Especially depending on where you're at. Will definitely look to go the Turo route again when I need a rental car.

Car rentals in Nashville we're DOUBLE the cost and nowhere near as convenient. Our host was so accommodating that it was like having family in town. A great experience all the way around. Will use this service everywhere from now on!

Rented twice in Turo, both times it has been a pleasure. Consider doing this myself, but unsure about insurance. The Tesla was definitely worth the money, and was like a trip into the future. I’d like to see a future overhaul in the user interface, as well as a better way of understanding the different types of insurance and cost.

Our experience with Turo (first time) was terrific. Tres’ VW Passat was clean inside & out, was fuel efficient, and easy to drive. We were especially pleased - that given the fact our return flight was cancelled, Turo/Tres successfully extended our rental for an additional day. I had a really great experience with Turo. I rented a car that was exactly what we needed for our short trip. The man that we rented from was so nice and very responsive. The Turo valet team was easy to get to and very kind. I would highly recommend.

A lot simpler than renting from a regular car rents, place, in my experience. I like working with a person rather than a company. You know exactly which car you’re getting when you arrive. The car owner is so much more knowledgeable than the person you talk to when renting a car traditionally.

Turo was the highlight of my 2 month stay in Florida!! User friendly website, great response time, great price, great customer service. Fernando checked on my rental several times. Continue the service I experienced and expand your locations! Awesome business.

I am a long-time user of Turo; I have been using it since it was RelayRides back in 2010/2011 and have hosted my own car. However, hosts scamming to increase income are ruining the experience. Just recently I did a rental with Jonathan ** in Orlando, FL. After returning the car he accused me of smoking in the car (I am a non smoker) and provided "evidence" of photos of what appeared to my eye to be sand granules on the seat, not ash... this being a convertible... in Florida.

Renting through TURO is so much more convenient than any other car rental platform. And choices are abundant. I will be using it again!?? Deposit was reasonable and refunded on time. Only issue I experienced was the "not responsible for owners transportation to/from airport". Apparently the tell the renters that but not the owners. Mine was good about it though.

Turo was a great and easy resource to use to get a car. I had a bit of scheduling changes due to a canceled flight but we got everything in order and I got a beautiful car to use while I was on my trip! Use Turo!

10 days after our rental we were notified by the owner that someone other than my wife and I had driven the car - not true! Also there was tar in the wheel wells. When Jennifer picked up the vehicle nothing was mentioned about either issue. She should not be renting her vehicle if it can not be driven on Maui roads!

Awesome service and app. Very easy to find at great prices. I will never use Hertz or Avis again. I will recommend this to all my family and friends. Exotic cars and all price ranges for any budget are available.

Our host Ashley was timely and thorough in communication. The whole experience was easy to manage and get to. I felt it was an amazing price for the vehicle. Ride could've been a little cleaner. Overall, we would rent again.

I couldn't be any happier that I found the app for Turo! This was the absolute best rental car experience I have ever had! I needed a vehicle to transport 8 people to Busch Gardens for my daughters 15th birthday! Called & drove to every rental car business in town with no luck. Came across the Turo app & had a rental van confirmed in about an hour! My host, Gourmet everything, provided outstanding customer service! Very accommodating, helpful & made the whole process a breeze!! The rental van was very nice & I got a great rate for the rental as well!! I am so thankful that I found Turo & that I my host as well! I don't know what I would have ever done without you guys! Turo will be my go to for any further vehicle rentals!! I give Turo & my host 5 stars for an amazing experience!! Will certainly be renting through Turo & Gourmet everything again!! I have recommended both to all of my family & friends!!!

Rented a vehicle (Mitsubishi SUV) with Turo for a week while in Vail, Colorado with my family. I selected Turo’s basic coverage which had a deductible of $3,000. We unfortunately had damage to the windshield which we promptly reported to the owner and via Turo app. Turo initially sent me a quote document for $400+ for the replacement. A month later, Turo said the actual amount paid for the windshield replacement was $1,700+. I thought it seemed like a high amount so I called Safelite (their vendor) directly to confirm. They stated the quote they had provided showed in their system but was deleted since the work was not completed, they did show another invoice of about $1,600 where the windshield had been replaced.

Over charged. Ripped off. I booked a car with Tyler ** for a Buick for 7 days. He gave me a company vehicle with his logo on it. He was not at the address on the site for pickup. He was not present for the closeout.

My first experience with Turo and the person who I rented from in Las Vegas was fantastic. I have already referred a couple of friends to the Turo Car sharing program. The car was everything I hoped for and the owner of the vehicle was outstanding with his responses in a timely manner.

This was my first, and most likely last, Turo (San Diego) experience. Mina was not responsive to the issues I was having. The car was supposed to be delivered to the airport but instead I had to walk almost a mile to the parking lot where it was delivered. There was what looked like vomit in the car and had to wait 30 min for someone to come clean it. It looks like Mina and Linus have a large Turo “fleet” and it didn’t feel like that cared. I was told that the vomit was glue (why would there be glue spilled in the back of a car) and that the service engine light was for the oil change (which indicates they are not doing the maintenance required on the car) and the brakes needed work.

John has nice vehicles, his customer service is terrific. He picked me up, dropped me off at the stadium and took the car to the hotel for me. The car (a Volt) was clean and comfortable, got great gas mileage. If you rent this car, I would recommend having the charge cord with the car. I could have used it.

I truly enjoyed using the Turo app for my most recent trip to the Florida Keys. From the easy use of the app itself, and the cool features that I wish I made the time to discover before the trip itself, to the car, from its cleanliness to smooth drive, and our host, Robert, I had nothing but a pleasant experience and I am so thankful to have seen the advertisement for the Turo app on TV while booking my trip. What great timing that turned out to be. Will definitely use the Turo app again and definitely would keep Robert and his GLA in mind again for next time as well. Nothing but a pleasant, seamless experience. Definitely recommend to single people and families or friends traveling. I have shared with my friends and social media following as well. Thank you for making this wonderful option for travelers.

First time with Turo, great trip...love the text message communications ie the reminders for picking up and dropping off, it makes it easy to update reservation. Super cool to be able to rent the portable wifi with the car, we took our wifi everywhere, even riding horses and hiking. I have already recommended Turo to a few friends.

It was great to be able to rent such a cool car. Something that's definitely not available with the national rental chains. Owner was great and easy to deal with. Prompt and clear communication. App was very easy to navigate.

Tesla enjoyment. This process was easier than buying a Big Mac at McDonald's. I picked up the car from the designated spot, its was fully charged. I drove the car for two days and returned it to its original location. The car was spotless when I got it and when I returned it. I would choose this process every time I go away. Can't be happier with your service.

On the last day of my trip, the radiator blew and I was stuck in Trinidad, CO. Luckily my mom was able to lend me a car to get home. I have gone above and beyond for this vehicle and making sure it is fixed and I have been EXTREMELY inconvenienced by this issue. I have to take a day off work, WITH NO PAY, to return the vehicle I had to borrow to get home.

I would refer to a friend, but the follow-up rating process should allow editing. I completed my rating, but couldn't go back and provide comments. I am also unable to find my rating from a recent trip.

This was my first experience with Turo. I was visiting my son and he told me about it. The website was very user-friendly and there was a huge selection of vehicles to choose from. He thought I should get something really fancy but I was looking for a reasonably priced reliable car. I found a car for $39.00 a day and included 600 miles. The owner was pleasant, helpful and very easy to deal with. I will use the service again for sure.

This was super convenient and very straightforward! We had no problem picking and dropping off the vehicle! Turo provided us with the commute accommodations we needed! You even have the option to extend at your convenience while also being very easy to request through the app. You also have easy access/communication with the owner of the vehicle. Recommend to a friend any day!

Avoid this app/service and use more reliable car rental firms. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I'm visiting San Francisco for a very important sales meeting, approximately 45 minutes from the city. Yesterday, I booked a trip via Turo and arranged to collect the car at 8am, giving me 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive at my meeting. The trip was confirmed the previous day by Turo.

KIA SEDONA - Owner of the car is very nice and helpful. He is very Time punctual for delivery and pick up car. I found him also a generous person, he waived the car Tools payment for us. 800 miles limit is little less but I think it should be 1000 miles.

The vehicle was located exactly where indicated. Instructions for pickup and return were perfectly clear. The owner was very nice and the communications between were appropriate in number and tone. I would rent from this owner again. The app is easy to install. Choosing from the available options was the hardest part of the process.

First auto confirmed was an Audi. As I was a passenger going to get the car, taking Uber, I received notice from the host, who confirmed my Audi rental, that no cars were available. Wonderful!!!! Next I found a Pontiac Vibe and had to take Uber 22 miles to get this car using Turo. My advice is a cash penalty should apply to host who pulls a stunt like this, confirming a reservation and then, two hours before renter can get car, host cancels reservation. Vibe rental was satisfactory with the exception of having to travel almost 24 miles to get the vehicle as a substitute.

Absolutely would recommend Turo. Easy to do unlike going through a car rental agency. Was able to pick the car I wanted and knew the price upfront. Art, the person I rented from made the experience so easy with open communication about where to get the car and specific instructions. Would highly recommend this service for your next car rental.

The jeep I rented had no power windows or locks. The carpet was loose. The soft top was difficult to open. The owner left the car in a lot. I had to wander to find it. He is now trying to get extra money for tolls that I did not have and cleaning fee for no mess.

I was trying to rent a car for my work commute. I tried Hertz/Enterprise etc. It didn't work out plus way more expensive. I searched other options and this came up. I am beyond happy with my trip. The car I rented was great, gas efficient, and comfortable. David whom I rented from was accommodating, and very nice. I ended up extending my trip. Turo is not only cost efficient, they work with you in so many ways and way more options even drop off the car for you if needed. I will continue to rent from here.

Amazing experience every single time. It's fast, it's easy, it's comfortable and it's cheap. Actually so much cheaper than renting through a traditional agency like Hertz or similar. Super thankful for Turo. Rented in Denver twice, rented in Los Angeles once and I would rent again to be honest. Thanks team!

Pickup and drop off of the car was very simple. The car was clean when we got it, and there was a pass for a free car wash that we could use before returning. It was simple to pick up, and there didn't have to be any unnecessary communication or waiting around.

It was an easy smooth process, pickup location was easy to get to. The renter was very professional and kept good communication. The car was very clean and the price was decent, I was able to purchase the vehicle in advance without any issues.

The easiest way to rent a car. It was so convenient because we picked it up at the airport right outside where we picked up our luggage and dropped it off at the departure gate. No getting on a bus and having to wait in line at rental places.

I had some furniture to pickup nearby, but I didn't have access to a vehicle that would fit it. I searched Turo within a few hours of when I needed to leave. I found a vehicle that worked I was driving within 15 minutes. I definitely recommend the lower deductible insurance option.

Very easy. We rented a great little car with just the right amount of miles. The pick up and drop off experience was easy. When we needed assistance signing up, customer service was very pleasant. I would recommend this to a friend.

I rented a Dodge Charger. This was by far the best experience ever with a rental. I encourage anyone who would like to try this, give Turo a shot. My experience was amazing from start to finish. My host was very pleasant, personable, and professional. The car was in perfect condition, basically brand new. Turo exceeded my expectations! I'll definitely use this service again.

This (Nissan Rogue) is a satisfactory vehicle, low cost, easy rental. The Vehicle did have a lot of body damage. It Ran well no issues. There was plenty of mile allowance. Problem with messaging system through app. Owner met me when picking up.

Smooth transaction. Used Turo past 5 years for spring break trips. Half the price of the big car rental companies. Highly recommend. Easy access to/from airport. Cars are always in good condition. Look forward to using again next year. Enjoy the variety of vehicles available.

My experience was great, the host was friendly and helpful with all the features on the car explaining different options to drive on, he even had the car nice and washed before picking up the car. I would recommend and rent out the car again from owner.

My car was great. Hit a Jeep compass from Scott! The service and communication was superb!! A car was there at Turo upon my return to take me to the airport. I was traveling alone as a female. I felt very safe!

Turo is awesome and beats normal rentals. Owner was very kind and vehicle was perfect. I will never use another rental company unless I had no other option. My wife and kids very very pleased we didn't have to go through the hassle of being shuttled around the airport to get our rental. We really enjoyed the experience and it made the trip a lot more stress free. Really thankful for Turo and also Henry, the person whose car we rented. I would recommend the app to anyone traveling for a weekend or taking a road trip.

I was recommended this app by a friend who heard about it from a family member who rents out their car. It’s a typical bait and switch tactic, shows a catchy price then raises as soon as you check out with convenience fees, delivery fee, etc... The way I understand it you are delivered the car to the airport upon arrival but not the case. I had to call for a shuttle because of the hour of arrival, wait in the cold till pick up then over to the holding lot where you walk through isles looking for the vehicle. Make sure you read the fine print because you only get 100 miles per day cap. Then after the fact they want to charge some kind of airport fee I was confused about. My advice, stick with a reputable place like Hertz or Enterprise. The vehicle I had was falling apart and sounded like it was gonna explode.

Very fast and easy to enjoy a variety of cars to rent. I would rent another car again. The insurance prices are a little crazy. That’s the only thing I have to complain about. I would refer a friend to rent a car this way.

Very unpleased. Rented a high end sports car. Paid 153 a day for a piece of ** Porsche. The driver left ashes and smell of smoke, the tires had to be aired up daily. It pulled to the right. The steering wheel felt as if there was play in it. Smh. Car was supposed to be inspect by Dia in Denver. Obviously they didn’t catch the ashes in the ashtray and all over driver side floor mat. I was charged 60 dollars for smoking even though I don’t smoke from the owner of the pos. Smh. Bs.

It was nothing less than fantastic. One recommendation - on receipt of final charges one should have ability to add gratuity for driver service when car is delivered and picked up. Moses made drop off and pick up very easy. I was a little rushed getting to airport and realized I didn’t compensate Moses for his excellent service.

Very cool car rental app. Easy to use and had free drop off and pickup. Owner also had free car wash. Price was cheaper than a local car rental. Will use again. The car was clean and ready when my time was determined.

Very quick and easy to use! Everything was done through the app, which made it convenient, and fast. My only recommendation would be to show the message notifications on the application, as opposed to it being sent through the Turo email.

I used Turo for the first time in LA and I wanted to drive a Porsche (dream car). Not only was the price fair for the car but the service/communication was incredible! Jeff really made my dream come true driving his Porsche and I’d recommend anyone to use Turo!!

Still waiting for my deposit hasn't came Thursday yet. Also I tried 3 different cars. Would like if people would be held to re t after they agree. Also the vehicle I had had a engine light on and a cracked windshield. Other than that the service was fine.

Used Turo for the first time last week in Austin Texas when rental cars at the airport were outrageously priced. It was a great experience. It was super convenient to have our car waiting outside the door at baggage claim instead of the hassle of dealing with a rental agency. Also we were able to just drop it off at check-in and didn't even have to fill up the tank the owner did it for us and we just paid the cost to fill it up, no crazy $10/gallon like they do at a rental car agency if you don't have time to fill it up before returning. Bottom line, great app, great car, great service, definitely using again and recommending to friends.

Ryan's BMW was great, arrived on time with a very smooth transition. I am especially appreciative of the fact that we left a cell phone in the car and Ryan was able to return to the airport very quickly with it so we didn't have to leave town without it! Two thumbs up!

The Turo APP is great and the service is easy to use. Searching for the cars is easy, with good description and details. I love the prompts with instructions at the beginning and end of the rental period. Everything was very straightforward. I will definitely use Turo again.

First time Turo user. My first car's window malfunctioned and stopped working while halfway open. After returning to Turo lot, was on phone with support for 3 hours. Valet were very rude and did not function as a cohesive unit in providing good customer service.

Turo is a whole new way of renting out cars. It's a lifestyle in my book! I'm a huge car enthusiast and I care very much on what I drive everywhere I go! So Turo gave me that opportunity to do just that! Renting out any car anytime anywhere is just amazing! Plus it gives me a chance to test out on how other cars operate day by day and actually putting it into your own garage! Nothing beats that test drive of taking the car home! Turo is the best thing that’s happened yet for car rentals! Plus these are actually someone’s car owned and cared very well! Not some rental company that just goes day by day.

This was my first time using Turo and it was so much better than a traditional rental car company! Picked out a car that we were really excited to have the opportunity to drive and were more than impressed with the owner's communication and end result!

My initial rental was cancelled due to the vehicle being damaged in an accident. Unfortunately the cancellation occurred the day before I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle. Turo not only notified me right away, but they provided alternative vehicles that matched my parameters in the notification. They even took it a step further and offered to cover the cost difference, which saved me $210 and didn’t disrupt my trip. With this level of customer service, I will definitely book again.

1st experience with Turo was very mixed. Finding the car with my budget-good; Inputting my info on the laptop to get verified-problem (1st need for Customer Service); Ordering car-good; Having the airport pick up misrepresented on their page caused me to cancel that car-problem; Finding out I could only get credit for new car not full, immediate refund-Big problem; Having Customer service help again-good (they're well trained, helpful and patient). The fact that I needed customer service help 3 times-problem. Final car-good; Host-good; drop off-good. I'll try it again for another trip, but that was an unusually steep learning curve for an app/service.

I was a little skeptical of using this service over a known rental car company but I am now glad that I did. It saved me money and time, and was super convenient! I will definitely be using this again.

Airport drop off and pickup are the best! No shuttles to rental centers. My Turo host was very communicative and helped us out very much! Even brought back a family members phone we they left in car. I would recommend turo over the more expensive rental car agency’s.

The app and rental experience was fantastic. Easy pick up and drop off curbside at the terminal was awesome. Communication was fantastic and took all the guessing out of the equation. Made our wine country trip fun and stress free.

The night before I was to come home from California. The ignition locked up. I called roadside assistance. They came. They couldn't fix it. They towed it but I was left stranded. I had no way to get home and I just think that you guys should have a better way of handling the situation when cars break down and your customers are getting stranded and I was stranded out of state. That's not cool.

I was referred by a friend for this. I created an account back in 2016 but never used it. I forgot my password and requested a password reset. Well it kept giving me an error so I just created a new account with my business email. When prompted to confirm my new email I got the same error message. I tried to chat but it took over 30 min for an agent to answer. I had to google a number for them as it is not on their website.

There were many advantages to renting from a local host: Obviously, the price was extremely affordable. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained. Host was less than 5 miles from my own home; took a ride share to pick up vehicle rather than having to spend another $50 having to get to and from the airport to pick up and drop off the vehicle. Easy check-out and check-in. I would definitely rent from Turo again!

This company is a nightmare, I've had great experiences but when things go wrong they are awful, I wanted some queries answered before I booked, they told me to make the booking and mark it as "NOT A BOOKING" (that's the only way to contact the host). I did as asked and for whatever reason the host accepted it instead of just answering the query and although the host was most helpful the booking didn't go ahead and had to be cancelled, soon as the cancellation took place (three hours after the inquiry) Turo took $280 off my card, it's almost impossible to contact them and now I'm told they will consider my request. Will NEVER do business with them until they sort this.

I had an excellent experience, Ms. ** was friendly and easy to talk to. The Kia was clean inside and out and full of gas. Her price was fair and I really appreciated her patience when I needed to push back my pick up time. I would certainly rent from her again.

There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Clear and Simple. Found out that we were being taken to collections, for a ticket that we knew nothing about?! Never received any kind of phone call from billing, never received proof of any ticket, just was told that we were being sent to collections for lack of payment. Tried to contact billing using their archaic "live chat" option. Went back and forth for 40 minutes with the "live chat" operator, who couldn't find the account. Then once he found the account, he told me what I already knew, "you owe for an unpaid ticket"...

Thomas’ 1982 Mercedes 380 SL - Thomas met us at the airport and we happily drove off. As with any car, you have to get familiar with the machine. I loved driving the car. It got a lot of looks. Very cool. I like the option of renting a private car.

It was so easy and a brilliant experience to use Turo. Made either so easy to contact the person and also had great reminders and timely updates which made my travel smooth. Would recommend to anyone whom I see. The interface was brilliant and the transition was seamless.

Very convenient and easy to rent. You literally just show them your Driving License and you get the keys. I didn't even have to pay a deposit. The rental was very clean and I did not have to worry about any issues. She even offered to take me home after I dropped the car off but I already had a Uber coming. I will definitely recommend Turo. You will not regret it.

My first trip experience with Turo was amazing. The response time was in a matter of seconds and the communication between the host and I was very convenient and nice. I also got picked up and droped off at the airport and my host was really nice and punctual. Such a great app, and way to get a vehicle for a short time. Was super easy and the vehicle was great. Wish it was available in more areas. I travel at least once a month where I have to rent vehicles. This is a way better way to go.

Turo app has personal help fulfill my dream in driving multiple cars with actually having to buy them. Also how easy and accessible it is to use. The customer service they provide is also great because they try really hard to satisfy your every need to have a great experience at the end.

I enjoyed my first trip with a stylist Black on Black lifted Jeep! Would refer to ANYONE! My host was very resourceful and helpful throughout the whole process. He made sure I had everything I needed, for my trip to be smooth and fun.

The car pick-up and drop-off was very quick. The car was great on the road and was fuel efficient. I didn't have any issues with the vehicle during my trip. I would add an option for the car owner to rate how clean their car is so that the user can return it in the same state. That way if there's been rain or sprinklers or someone who has used it to go to the beach that there's an expectation the user has of how clean the car is.

This was my first time renting from Turo. My experience was nothing short of fantastic. The car was clean late model option filled, and without a doubt better than anything I could have hoped for from another rental agency. It was waiting for me at the airport gate, and dropped off at the departure gate. A very pleasant experience all around.

I would like to search for specific cars more easily. In addition, I don’t know if I see only available cars or all potential cars. I could tailor my schedule for the right car. Other than those thoughts, everything seems good.

I totally enjoyed my experience with Turo and the owner of the car Cion was of great help. Customer service was Awesome! I would do it again but I wish I was able to get more miles free or at least informed about it. It was last min and I soo appreciated the extra help but I had to go far and it was kind of pricey for me in the end. It was my first time and now I know I should ask about it. But it was an great experience.

I have used Turo every time I come to visit the States, it has been such an easy service. The host have always been great and Turo is much more affordable than renting with a huge car rental company. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Hello, it was my first experience with Turo and a bit disappointing. The vehicle I rented need quite a bit of TLC. I suggest you inspect the vehicles more often. Things like tires for excess, wipers, cleanliness of the vehicle, does the key remote have a working battery...

I was skeptical because I had never used it before but the experience could not have been better! Communication was very clear and the car was in excellent condition. Pick up and drop off were a breeze. I would recommend Turo and will use this process again soon.

Loved renting through Turo. Skipped the rental lines. It was easy and less expensive than a typical rental company and I got to choose the exact car I wanted. Everything was so easy. The car was dropped off to us at the airport. The host communicated well. The app was easy to use and made renting easy.

I appreciate Turo because they charge a reasonable amount for young drivers as other companies don’t trust young drivers and charge an absurd amount. Turo is convenient and user friendly. I’ve used Turo multiple times and I don’t have a single complaint. All owners I encountered were great and all of my rentals were smooth.

Customer service is terrible, rude and lazy. I spoke to Chuck about my referral credit and he was an absolute **. The customer service reps don't seem to care about the customers or stakeholders. I will never use again! Hope management reads this.

Both of my Turo experiences, the most recent four days ago, have been flawless. Cars were in good condition and the owners have been pleasant and accommodating. I only wish there was a way to ask questions of the owners prior to actually booking the trip. I’m guessing this is not done in order to prevent owners’ time being wasted unnecessarily, but since that is my only “complaint” with Turo just thought I’d mention it. I should also mention that both Turo cars I’ve rented were in better condition than my last two Hertz rentals (San Francisco and Phoenix).

My experience with Turo was indeed an excellent one, in that everything I needed was at my fingertips. The host was extremely courteous and the customer service left nothing to be desired. I would conduct more of my trips through Turo and the host Will ** too. Kudos to all involved.

Turo is a smooth and easy process. Pick up and drop off is simple and there’s no hidden fees or extra charges. I would recommend anyone who is looking to have a home away from home experience to use Turo because it feels like you’re just driving one of your own cars while you’re away.

Very accommodating and easy. The breaks on the car I rented were kind of squeaky but otherwise - the experience was great! I was pleased with the service, the rate, as well as the gas mileage that the car got. Overall - it was a really great time.

Was the easiest car transaction I had ever experienced. Sarven was accommodating and was excellent with his service for both the pick up and drop off. The vehicle was clean and a great drive. I will definitely be using this same service on my next visit to LA.

I loved it until we ran into Issues with the app and customer service. It caused me not to be able to extend my trip. After time lapses, they don't have it set up to allow an extension even with owners permission. I was told to end my trip and re-book but when I did Turo would not allow me to re-book to bridge the gap. It was very frustrating.

We rented an SUV for a ski trip to Steamboat Springs and our car, the owner and the experience couldn't have been better. We had great communication with the owner, the TURO site was very easy to navigate, and it was less expensive with better vehicles than a rental car company. This will be my go-to rental app from now on.

We have rented from Turo a few times now and every time we had to use them it has been very easy to use. The customer service is outstanding and we would highly recommend them to anyone! The app is easy to use and the communication is awesome!

Yet another whole new industry has popped up... renting private cars! I didn't realize it, but the car I rented was actually owned by a new-car dealer. I guess that's fine, though such players might just push out actual private-car owners. There was some clunkiness in communication and timeliness of the arrival of our car. I really like that one chooses the specific car they'll rent, not just a "Mid-Size Car" like standard rentals. I chose the car I did because they delivered (with some restriction of location) free, and allowed up to 200 miles- which is enough for most renters.

You can't compete with the simplicity, prices, and accessibility this app provides. Everything from searching, booking, communicating, pick up, and drop off are more than efficient. Especially with getting to pick the exact vehicle! Cannot wait to see what I rent next.

My experience with Turo was way better than I was expecting: from selection of the car itself (through their mobile platform) to the delivery and ultimately the return, everything was way better than great. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to change their car rental experience and get the opportunity to drive cars that just aren't available through traditional rental fleets. I'll be returning to Turo many times and recommend you do, too.

My experience was a 10 out of 10. On time, accurate, kind and strong effective communication skills. I love the different types of cars I had to choose from the owner. Cars in excellent shape. The BMW 423i is now my favorite car.

First time to use Turo. Google helped me find them as I was looking for a manual transmission Jeep soft top. The website/app was frustrating as it didn’t give me fields to enter my credit card at checkout. After a call to their Customer Service line, after much discussion, he was able to tell me you have to load your credit card information in under your Profile - Accounts and then it will prepopulate on the order screen. The Jeep’s owner, Daniel ** was great. Gave me good instructions on removing the soft top and he was very easygoing and flexible. I have already recommended Turo three times.

Super easy to navigate site and complete reservation. Communicating with the person I rented off of was also very easy. Convenient pick up and drop off curbside. I would recommend this over a rental car agency any day! It is cheaper too. Love Turo.

With Turo, there are fewer hoops to jump through to rent a car. Booking a Turo trip takes less time than on typical rental sites. Downside to Turo is you never truly know the condition of the car you are renting until pickup. The car might smell like cigarette smoke or have some interior stains that you wouldn't notice from pics. Also, the tires or brakes on the car may not be up to one's standards. With major rental car companies, quality standards are higher and you know you're getting a newer vehicle in great condition.

I love this app because it’s very easy and simple. Some cars have deposited but it’s only 100. The prices are cheap. It’s like driving your own car. I recommend This app to anyone. Even if it’s for a weekend trip or just some running that needs to be done. This app is my go to!

Requested reimbursement for cleaning and smoking fees for renters that TRASHED my vehicle and left garbage in every corner of my vehicle, smoked ** in my vehicle, left ** vape cartridges. Did not attempt to clean the outside which was covered in mud. When I contacted TURO regarding the damages they were not helpful and did not reimburse me for the cleaning or smoking fees which they advertise they will. They do not care about the HOST and are blatantly lying about their so called reimbursement and their services. Do not use TURO as a host unless it is a vehicle you do not care about at all.

We had a wonderful time driving the car of our dreams! This was for my father’s birthday. He’s a massive Porsche fan but has never had the opportunity to drive one. He was speechless and still can’t stop talking about it!!

I rented 2 cars in LA and the exchange was much easier and faster than the Turo I got in Missouri. The downside of it being faster is that the owner doesn't protect the driver like they should. It is not convenient to take pictures of outside and inside of car as well as the gas and miles, but it does protect me from any unwanted charges. I am very pleased with the support I have received from day 1 for signing in with Turo. Good job!

I understand the need for a refundable deposit for some rentals but there’s no way you should have to wait 4 days after you’ve returned the vehicle to have your money returned... Once my trip is confirmed to be over my money should be released back into my card...

This was the most seamless rental car experience I’ve ever had. I can’t thank the creator of Turo enough. I don’t know if I’d ever use a standard rental car company again. There was no credit card holds and extra processing fees. I wasn’t hassled about who’s driving and insurance. I entered my choices and that was final. It’s good to know what you want and get it without all the hassle.

It was a great first experience. I really appreciate the affordable rate, and I will use Turo again! I’m happy I had a great use of my experience and look forward to letting others know to try this amazing Turo app!

I paid an extra hundred dollars for deposit. You all sent me an email saying it would be in my account. I have yet to receive it. I’m just really concerned of what happened. As far as renting from the gentleman everything went fine with the rental. I have no complaints there but I am just curious of where my deposit is.

The main consideration for you is whether or not you want the kind of customer service that comes with a company that actually has core competencies to rent and maintain cars to you. If you use Turo make sure you take photos of the car and walk around it with the owner before you drive away. Make sure you do the full check out when you drop off the car by uploading photos. I didn’t and I’m convinced that the owner of the car got money from me to fix things that were already small and damaged. The car owner kept insisting we settle it ourselves because Turo charges an extra percent to help settle. I purchased additional insurance through Turo since it was my first time using the service and it will be useless I guess unless the car is totaled and personal insurance is exhausted.

I like knowing upfront prices of insurance and add ons instead of standing in front of a high pressured sales speech! Looking at car on web page and actually getting that car is another benefit. I will recommend Turo to my friends and family.

I loved the vehicle my son and I picked out! It's the first time I have ever rented a vehicle and we had the best experience ever. The owner had the vehicle in place for us when we go to the airport, paid for the parking and the car was in pristine condition. I will definitely be using Turo for my travel needs in the future.

The way to rent the car is great. But I do feel that you allow the owners to overcharged. I have rented twice and took the car to a detail car wash. And still got car wash charges. There shouldn't be any car wash rental charge when both rentals were giving to me unwashed.

I enjoyed my ride on a new Mustang convertible. My car was ready when I arrived to picked up and the person that I rented for the agency explain me how the car work including how to switching to a convertible car.

I was referred to Turo from a close friend, I had never heard of it before. The selection of cars is broad and diverse, the car owner was a pleasure to deal with, and the Turo app is very easy to navigate and use. I saved over $400 by using Turo instead of renting a car for 6 days through a car rental agency. I will always use Turo whenever I go on trips or if the need ever arises locally.

Great trip. The only thing I would add is that , there are additional costs other than stated daily rate. Great car, and Jim was great. The car was on time for pick up. They were flexible with the drop off time. Since time was changed.

I've used rental car companies for years. This was just as easy, a higher quality car for a lower price. All covered by good insurance. I will use it again on future trips. The app has many options that I don't fully understand just yet, but it worked well.

I think since it was my first experience with Turo I was a little different for me. Once I've figured out how to work through the app it was easier. My communication wasn't as quick as I would've liked to be, but owner of the vehicle was patient and worked with me. Thanks again for fun and convenience.

Turo as an app and the ease of which you don't have to deal with BS on the front side is pretty ok. Turo as a company and service that takes care of its customers and is upfront about their policies, worst ever. Purchasing insurance, no matter how much, from the Turo app is completely useless if you have your own personal car insurance covering any other vehicles. The wording in the small print says "any protection package you select when booking your vehicle, if one is offered via Turo, will not be available to you until your personal insurance has been exhausted. "- under Specific terms for guests.

I really enjoyed being able to select the exact vehicle I would be driving during my stay in California. I didn't need a vehicle for the first three days of my trip. The owner of the Tesla I borrowed delivered the vehicle to me at my hotel. WAY better than catching a shuttle, waiting in line, being upsold garbage add-ons at rental counter etc. ...AND, after several days of cruising around L.A. and San Diego, I get curbside dropoff at the airport. Turo is my new first choice for auto rentals!

Best and easiest way to get a rental. Plus you see what the car is ahead of time and makes it 10x better. Please download the app and it will make everything a whole lot easier. Honestly if you hesitant about renting due to the deposit don’t.

It was great and easy. I really like the experience. You don't have to deal with other things like the rental companies. This was so easy and Andrei the person who rent me his SUV was great. I would do it again and also it was really cheap because I just paid half of what I was going to pay with the rental car company so it is good when you save money.

I had a great experience renting with Turo! The car was exactly what I expected, Raul the owner was great and made the process very easy. I loved not having to take the shuttle to and from the rental center! I will definitely use Turo for future travel!!

The overall process was smooth. I’d prefer to be able to change the name that is displayed on my profile (linked to Facebook). Also, more visibility regarding Turo’s various policies (e.g. fees for late return, step-by-step guide) would be great.

Rented a Mustang convertible in Florida - This was my first time renting with Turo. Everything was beyond expectations! Great communication/responsiveness, flexibility, timely, clean, and organized experience. It was easy drop-off and pick up at short term parking at Tampa airport. I definitely will use Turo again!

I think the overall experience was great, however the restrictions made me very uncomfortable and prevented me from really enjoying my experience. The restrictions make the consumers so uneasy to even drive the vehicles without the worry of something going wrong in the end or being unjustly charged. I had my very first experience this past weekend and probably will not be using the platform going forward.

I used the car for a trip to Tahoe in the winter, and found that it was easier than a traditional car rental and somewhat cheaper and I received the car I wanted with all of the features I needed for my trip. It was also great having the car delivered to my office. Love it.

Wasn't sure what to expect. Had a slight hiccup and support was right on it, actually gave me a call back number (unheard of nowadays). Above and beyond what I expected. Will definitely be back and strongly recommend to my friends and family.

Everything went wonderfully. Amith was always on time. When my flight was delayed he was very flexible. He and his wife were also very personable renters. The car ran just like he promised. When in Phoenix, I will definitely use Amith again.

I love this concept of renting actual cars I want to drive, especially unique ones and rare. I always do that and every time I do, the first car I rent out has some major flaw and I need to bring it back to swap out. I don't consider this a bad thing because I get to drive two cars then and the owners will work with me to upgrade me and/or discount me as well and I still get to have fun. Cars aren't perfect and require maintaining so I'm flexible. As long as I get to point A and B, I'm happy.
