I had been to Aruba a few times, and stayed at the Divi. Last year, my wife and I decided that it was time to make it an annual experience. I was told to go to a site and buy someone else's timeshare. I did, didn't like what I saw. I eventually searched and ended up at SMTN, and ended up buying. Great deal! We are very happy to have made this decision! I fully recommend, A+++

The team was excellent to work with. They answered all our questions through the process in a timely manner. We ended up getting a great price and the seller got to move on from their timeshare. Are you selling? Are you buying? Heck are you just wanting a transfer? These guys do everything. Head to toe and top to bottom they handle everything. You just ask and sign. Nothing left to worry about or even think about.

Total scam in my opinion. Paid them over 1400 dollars with a promise that our timeshare would sell. Over 2 years it sat there. Heard from the employee once for the money and then maybe 2 times after that when we significantly lowered the price on their supposed website. Not even one offer. There were 100s of our timeshare listed, many for 1 dollar, I watched them for a month, none of them were ever taken off the site indicating that they would be sold. I don't know how these people who work for them sleep at night knowing how much they take from people.

Great customer service. Made the process easy. Up to date on all steps. Any questions I had I would email and a quick response was given. So happy to own in Hawaii. Will be staying there in a few months.

After some trouble establishing a workable price I found the selling process very efficient, quick and caring. Each step was clearly explained and the response was almost immediate. I would certainly use SMTN again for another timeshare sale.

In my opinion and experience Sell my Timeshare is not a scam but close to it! I was contacted by a sell person from SMTN he painted the scenario unbelievable. It was a lie! He gave me prices over 20,000.00 selling price for each unit! I have 4 units I had to pay 2,500.00 per unit! When units were not selling I started to bring the prices down till 7,500.00 to recuperate the 2500.00 plus the yearly maintenance fee. SMTN is JUST a marketing company. They tell you there are no closing fees!! Of course not! I was offered 1000,00 one thousand for my week! The buyer ends up paying the closing costs the commission to real estate sale agent. At the end of the day you only get 1000.00!! You are misled from the get go. It’s a pity that we have lost honesty! I was under the impression they had a sale team in SMTN they don’t. You make your decision!

I listed my Timeshare in June 2024, and paid extra to have the 'Annual Maintenance Fee' reimbursement service. They did NOT reimburse 2025 fee even though I sent them the paid invoice. They gave me the run around and passed the bucket to different people. Eventually the resort went bankrupt in 2026 so there was no fee in 2026.
