We are just concerned about the tires presently on our 2003 Volkswagon Passat. On March 12, 2005, we purchased (@ $661.00) four (4)Mich Energy MXV4 Plus, P195/65HR15,74664, with car mileage at 30,736 miles. At this time, we have 62,542 miles on our car(31,806 miles driven). We had the front end alignment at the same time the new tires were installed. Also, we purchased the Total-Care tire service, the Lifetime tire rotation svc and wheel alignment every six months. The tires have been balanced and rotated as follows since the installation: at 39,119 miles,at 44,865 miles and 52,980 miles, all by Tire Kingdom. Tire Kingdom has been just ''Super'' to deal with and we are very pleased

with them!

The tires now have rounded edges with thin tread. Our question is, should we have not gotten more mileage out of these tires? We are both in our seventies and are normal drivers as best we can tell. No speeding, racing, etc. Our main concern is should we have these tires rotated now and/or plan on getting new tires. Is there another Michelin tire model that would be better service for us older folks? This is our first set of Michelin tires and we have always wanted to use your products, but was never able to work them in to our budget. Thank you very much for listening.
